It has actually quite a few of the Dutch military families that go back quite a few, you know, go back into the depths of time. Today is the day where you will buy a Mevina Sia for your Pistola, for your shotgun, and for your rifle. For today, we are going to buy Fucunum pellets. so that we might participate in the revolution and of course we are going to be very energetic in the process. Anyway, it is of course the 18th year of Open Obvious, an in-your-face, Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K2026 old earth calendar 2026 battle for the republic book 3, a dark anniversary. Blustery today, alien twilight zone clouds today. Oh yes, quite fascinating. And Uncle Mark and my wife Nancy have watched the skies for a long time and today, well, let's just say, we've seen some things we haven't seen before, which is rather fascinating. So Aaron took pictures and we're kind of passing some information around and we're going, huh. They were not panicking. Oh my god, there's different clouds. It's like, hmm, that's something you don't see. Now what do we do about that? Well, not much of anything about that, so we have to keep buying more ammo, picking up more food, body armor, helmets, gardening technology. We did a whole bunch of gardening pickup today, so more planting tomorrow. Anyway, food and more food no matter what. Now matter what people, you know somebody made a comment, you can't grow all of your own food, yes you can, but you have to be focused and everybody has the same amount of time. And yes you could grow enough of your food to actually take care of yourself through the season, but you have to plan it out. However, most people really didn't do that because well some people were specialists or had interest separate from other people. And so you had people who grew crops that cooperated with each other's needs. Keep that in mind, guys. It's really straightforward. It's really easy to do here. Everybody has their niche, their area of interest. And because of that, there is a whole lot of marketing that can be done. And this is what creates an economy. Yes, we've got to build an economy. Well, the agricultural base, volume production is the farming base right now. Volume production in very specific categories. They don't do everything for us, they do a lot for us. But it's like today I ran into two different people who have cattle, they've got a whole bunch of calves dropping right now, and these individuals are offering quarter, half, and whole bee, whole cow. Guess what we're going to be doing here this year? The other thing is working both the meat dryers, or I should say the food dryers, which are conventional dryers, and freeze dryers. We have two now in motion. One, still got to get the rest of the bugs as far as set up goes, but it's on the way. And whatever we can put into cans, pouches, and then into cans, that's happening right now. But if you plan out with just a little bit of effort. Even if you have a lot in the city, guys, you know how much food you can actually grow there? I'm serious. If you have to go get pots, or I'll tell you what's really cool, I've got a source right now for, I could probably get 200 totes. They're free. I don't have to pay anything for them. I just gotta go pick them up. They're excellent, but you know what they're really great for? Stand-up gardens, bucket gardens. You wouldn't normally go out and spend 10, 20, or 30 dollars on a tote to use it for putting dirt in, but when somebody else has already discarded it, and some of them have cracks in the bottom, etc., because they were left out for the winter, they got water and they expand a little bit, well guess what? Drill a few more holes in the bottom, and it's a perfect inexpensive seasonal planter. When it goes bad, it starts to go crimply because you know plastic doesn't last forever. The idea is that you dump that dirt into another container, take the plastic, crunch it up the rest of the way, throw it in the trash, and it's gone. And don't let the Coachman camper hit it in the ass on the way out. So, again, be creative. There are so many different ways. Not the least of which is there are a bunch of things that you can plant that are perennial, they're going to come back every year, but they're going to feed you, or they're at least medicinal. If you do a handful of different herbs, okay? And you specialize in them and you do a plot. You can pick five locations around your house that have the ability for you to put a little garden track in, like you do a flower track, and saturate that with seed. It doesn't have to be the most expensive seed. Get whatever you can. Gil, for instance. Sage is another one. Everybody's going to be, you know, nobody's thinking about, but the spices, or they're called trade spices for a reason. You know, we abbreviate, just call them spices. There's a reason there's a special name for them. The spice category, spices, are compressed wealth. Okay? I want you to think about that. You don't need drugs. Spices. are compressed wealth. I don't care what it is, if it can be dried and compressed and made into a useful additive for food and or health. Guys, that is concentrated wealth. For the size of the container that the volume of material can go into, you're talking a chunk of change. This is why they were trade spices. Today, some of the stuff we can't grow, we wouldn't be able to grow in our areas, but some parts of the country, one cool thing about the United States, we have classic moderate temperature range here in the north. We've got all those tropical rainforests in the south, in the middle of the states, east Texas, Mississippi, upper end of Arkansas, Alabama at the bottom, anything around the Gulf. So there isn't anything we can't grow and produce the way we used to when America was taking care of itself rather than buying to the bullshit which is now biting us in the ass called NASA and GATT and the global trade scam which we told everybody would bite everybody in the ass just the way it is right now. So wherever you're listening there is something that you guys can grow that most of the rest of the country can't. And that's how you need to be thinking. One of the things I did yesterday, I told you this before, Mark plays Johnny Walnut Seed. I had a whole bunch of walnuts saved up that we husked for the dye project. Either I was going to crack those things and use them and put them in the bags and vacuum pack them because walnuts we use for everything in cooking here. That's high, high mineral calorie food product. Nuts and dried berries along with meat equal pemmican if you know what you're doing. Grind, grind, squish, squish, crunch, crunch, dry, dry and wow, concentrated food. But to get there you've got to have more walnut trees. So I just put into the ground this week probably 200 walnuts to create walnut groves back away from the road, back away from the regular crack or anywhere where they can be doing any farming. Rolling terrain is best. And then I've got another area where I just planted a massive number of raspberry cutoffs. Now, am I going to get something from those this year? I might, because actually they're pretty well developed. And I've got another 20 bushes. that I have to pick a location and fence off from my goats so that I can have another raspberry cusp sitting there, raspberry patching in another location. The other thing I'm going to do, because the farmers are plowing right now and they're probably going to be probably planting today, if not tomorrow too. Well, it's stand up corn. So this year I'm taking all of the squash seeds that I have and I'm planting them out in the corn fields. Same rows as the corn. Now they're not going to stay in a row, but they're going to generate food separate. I'm not out anything because I've got virtually tens of thousands of acorn squash and hovered squash seeds. I'm going to do hovered squash in this one field. It works, it works. If it doesn't, it costs me a minute with a stick to poke a hole, put a seed in, cover it up, poke a hole, put a seed in, cover it up. and take all of them from just one of those Hubbard Squash, big ass, that's a big ass pod by the way, and if they produce anything, which last year I did some of them from scratch where I just threw stuff into the dirt pile and guess what, it's popped up fast so I transferred it over to growing areas. I ended up with six or seven Hubbard Squash just by accident last year. Those are big that's a lot of eating and here's what gets me about those it's like most of the squash We have two squash left from last fall still get ready to be eaten That's pretty stinking good for food supply as far as without refrigeration Doing nothing but keeping them in a cool dry place and not letting the bugs or critters get to them which they didn't But we had a whole couple of bushel baskets worth of squash that we produced and they pretty much Will use to eat them through the year and you just throw them in with everything else Food, people, food. Yes, we can produce enough for ourselves and we'd better be planning on doing it. Somebody who's a naysayer on that, slap them side to head because we're going to have to be the solution. We have been betrayed. Trump and Dump is going right along with the globalist agenda to try and murder America, trying to destroy our liberty, trying to destroy our freedom, trying to enslave us to the globalist, which is what NAFTA and GATT was all about. And like I told you, if you look at the pattern, What's been happening is they've been plugging in the rest of NAFTA and GAP, which we warned everybody about. And our friends in with the situation in Alberta and the Western provinces, that is part of the original plan, as I pointed out, to create conflict in Canada, but to in the process slide whatever anybody's doing in Alberta as far as a freedom effort goes, sideways to hand you over to the globalists here in the United States. Don't get caught up in that. Alberta and the western provinces, whoever decides to join with you in an intelligent alliance, needs to free stand as free Canada first. You do not want to be part of corporate slash communist America right now. Now we get into a war for independence, then we can create an alliance. But you guys listen to me. You do not want to attach yourself to the 1933 War Powers Act government that we have that's already betrayed us here. You want to be free and independent first. Then you can make decisions about how you wish to align as either an ally or progressively down the road as the War for Independence progresses an addition or an extension of the United States. I personally believe that Canada should stay Canada. There is a reason for its existence. There is an historical purpose. Canada has a rich history. They can stand on their own. If they had properly arranged their commerce for them, for you guys in Canada, arrange your commerce for your own purposes rather than for the parasites that have stuck to your wallets for so long now that have come in and plopped their ass down and have done nothing but eat out your substance. Well, guess what? You've got to get rid of that problem first. You're going to have to put that monkey off, get that monkey off your back, get that hand out of your wallet, and that way when the time comes, you'll be that much better prepared to be able to stand free and strong. You've got the resources. You've got the manpower. You've got the resources. You decide what the value of money is, not the kosher mafia, not the Jewish international bankers. If you establish a free America, a free standing Canada, just like we had a free standing America, guess what? You people create your own currency because we make the money anyway. You and I are what make wealth. All of you listening. Wealth is produced by us. The middleman parasite, the scavious Jewish banker, their job was to flip everybody through education to not understand the concept of where wealth comes from. It's called a loydial wealth. All wealth comes from the soil. It is developed as wealth by people. So you are a producer, hopefully, in some form, or you cooperate with other people who are producers who create alloidal wealth. You're going to have to self-educate to get up to speed so you can relate to what I'm talking about because we create the wealth, not the banks. The banks create nothing. They are parasites. Canada, you're in the same boat. You have to scrape the parasite. The wallet munch you're off of your ass is what you're going to have to do. He's got a big schnoz, bat ears, small chin, three-day beard. And he's wearing a cereal bowl on his head, too, but it's a black one. What the hell is this? Oh, hold on! Another action figure just had to step away so he could go back and, you know, Mr. Bongino had to go back so he... Bongina had to go back and he's being replaced by action figure Saul Witzovitz! And Saul... Well, wait a minute, he's got big ears, big snows, tiny chin, three-day beard, and he's wearing a cereal bowl! Happened to the dynamic cost! Happened to the hairstyles! No two were the same! Now it's all... And wait a minute, a fourth one bites a fifth one bites a dust and each one of them, you know, Rabinowitz, well you know, Izzy Rabinowitz, oh good, he's got a different name at least, it's not from the same family, oh no sir, they're all from the same family. Each one of them had sex with their mom or you know, a sister or whatever. and they're all the same. I mean, they're all related. They just, you know, fake you out with different last names. No, they're manipulating tentacle kind of guys. I'm telling you. So one after another, as I pointed out when this whole group came in, remember what I said? They all look different. It's like you got a whole action figure set. And now in season two, they have gone dark side. Dark side? Oh, wait a minute. There is one female. She's schizophrenic. She claims she's Jewish. Wait a minute. Black hair, big schnoz, bad ears you can't see because you've got long hair to cover the fact that they're pointed. She's like a little demon thing. And, Tiny Chin, but that's cool on a girl. And, but she still has a three day beard. You know. Oh God! Well, my, could they all look the same, sir? She looks like the puppet from Saw over. Yes, she does. And she really does. That's what's fascinating. I have been told that in reality, she's not even Jewish. But, we have a schizo, schizophrenic. The one that's in there right now, at Trump and Dumps here, you know, the mock Jewish, is... supposed to be a Twilight Zone character, which that's their way of excusing the fact that, you know, well, that's why she says what she says, but wait a minute. If that's the case and you got such a fruit-loot nutcase, you know, Laura Loomer, why are you letting that thing inside the White House? On the one hand... Tulsi Gabbard is being threatened out by the Jewish mob and of course, well as was pointed out, we've already had these releases where they came in and they grabbed all the files to make sure that nobody passes. You know what, they did that guys. It's not because of Tulsi Gabbard. Here's the thing about that short scenario. Okay, well let's see. Mr. Massey, who by the way is not gone, he's still got seven months of hack, chop, and burn, and if I were him I would, I'd be in front of the microphone every day like Ron Paul used to do. Ron Paul would go into the Congress and read everything into record. Read it. That's why you can find so much information that Ron Paul put out. because he would read his legislation. Nobody does that. Massey has time to do that now, and he should. Because that way people have a page and go, look, this is what Massey's trying to pass. He's got his bill in hand, he reads it step by step by step, tells you what the benefit of it is, if there are any negative points that could be challenged or might be an issue if somebody screws with the bill. And Ron Paul did this all the time he was in Congress. And that's what Massey should be doing. He already has done this to a degree, but he should be doing it now and expediting it so that while the fall is taking place and the Jewish mob is getting ready to kill America. And in fact, in most cases, they usually have a couple of site feeds that are on standby just for that purpose. It is not as overtly controlled as some of the other types of broadcasting, but it is still controlled. However, it would still be in the record. Are there pork ins? Yes sir, they do have some. But again, none of the locals eat it. However, they do have a lot of imports, so they eat it. So it is important for those people, even though it is irrelevant for the most part. So again, here is the thing, the reason that Tulsi Gabbard is being kicked out, she didn't step down on her own, she is being kicked out. We all know this. It is just like saying that Massey lost because, oh he did something straight, no, you don't think it was strange that he was speaking the truth. And the Jewish mob cannot have that. So what happened? What we saw. And it was nothing that Massey did because Massey was doing everything right. So even though I'm not excited about Tulsi Gabbard, I'm going to tell you right now, I don't care. Now here's the thing. I've told you many times. She's one of those action heroes who changed colors as needed for career advancement. Let's keep that in mind. Okay, it's like, well, she's a republirat now only because that's the way the waters returned. Remember Donald Trump. Trump-a-dump was a Democrat forever. And changed back and forth a few times as he saw that, oh, this might be an opportunity for profiteering. But most recently, he's now a fake Republican and he's demonstrating just exactly how fake he is. Not a problem. I mean, it's nothing. It's a surprise. Nothing. It's a shock. I'm not outraged because I can't be overly excited because we already knew where this was going. Okay? So, Tulsi Gabbard, here's the thing. She was custodian of the documents. She has... Let's walk through this. She has the clearance to control what is in her office or she could not hold that office. By her being in that position, if Mr. Massey musters, anybody else, I would, to go after any of the other aspects of all of these files and to put them out in the open, not just having a congressman go down to a closed room, pass two guys with guns, go in and look at a classified document that they didn't say you can't tell anybody about. Instead, it was declassified and everybody saw the truth, then it couldn't be buried again. You can't put it back in the box. So by doing this, first of all, it guarantees that before Massey can move any faster, which by the way, who knows, with all the spying they're doing, I'm sure they've heard that he is probably planning that. In fact, he might even made a point of saying it out in dirty phones and communications so that they know what's coming. Just because look at the action they took and how extreme it was. And other people are learning very quickly. One little side bar on this, because of all the activity, interestingly enough, You have 25 House of Representative members who unasked Washington rather than vote for the big pork bill, the one point to almost $2 billion that I guarantee wasn't going to go to anybody other than the Jews that Trump enough wants passed. And it would have been routed over to any number of other things arbitrarily once it was, you know, the pork barrel was available. It's not for you or me. It's not for any rank and file person who was attacked on January 6 because they hate them. And they still have a whole bunch of people that are incarcerated because that's where the Jews want them. So again, that's not good. That was, it doesn't serve that purpose. It's just another way for them to, oh, you gotta pass this so that they, the Jewish succubus can put their fanged face, their lamp-read face on that kit and suck it as fast as they possibly could. That's the only reason for that bullshit to be passed. Well, it hasn't passed, and that's the whole point. And I think that everybody knows that there's no restriction in that respect. And that's why, again, where is this money going? It's going to people who hate us, not to the people who are January 6th. It's going to the people who hate us, the Jews. That's that simple. What about the slush fund in Congress for when they do inappropriate things, sexual stuff and they're going to get sued and then they give them the payoff money and have them sign a non-disclosure. What about that? slush fund that nobody seems to want to talk about, but they want to talk about the Donald Trump money and its illegal and unconstitutional and the tyrannical government's doing this, but they don't want to talk about what they're doing. Over to you. Well, let's touch on that for a little deeper. Okay, number one, the money is being transferred. Well, dark and deep. What's deeper? How much deeper can it go, sir? Well, it'll be pretty brown and yucky. The thing about this is that how many of them get from that wealth? Part of the passage of the original administrative agreement on that that they all loved is that they are guaranteed to secrecy with regard to how the resources are doled out, except that it is taxpayer money because it's the only place they can get the money from, right? It comes from you and me people. Well the same is true in that well we're excluded from being able to get any working information about who's who in the zoo and who's screwing who. Well in addition we can't find out who got paid off or who took the money from the well to, you know, dip from the well, to give it out to the, dole it out to the people that they're trying to shut up. And it's vast. Okay, this is, but this is something that again, how do you claim that there's nothing going on? Well, it's real simple. You lock down and seal all of the administrative paperwork on the subject, which is what they've done. It was everything from, I would say, probably a 19-year-old to a 60-year-old to a guy who had a whole bunch of dogs in the car who was a 30-year-old who was going to someplace for a hunt, a game ranch for the weekend. Actually, it's just out of the road about a mile, a mile, two miles. In each case, nobody responded, oh, I think it will be some day. It's like, no, it was, yeah. And, you know, again, it's not like it was one person. It's all, 100%, across the spectrum. And you know how I usually get into the conversation, guys? I talk about the Kennedy dollars. And the way I do it is I say, hey, Now let me show you something, because you're at a cash register or you do business. If you see any of these bills, and you take a dollar bill and you point to the green seal, and you go, if you see any of these seals here, red, if it's a red seal, that's worth a lot of money. I also got the food grinders going because you've got to be able to pulverize everything. We don't leave. We don't waste anything. We harvest people. So everybody, there are a number of things that have come up first, crop first season. Chives, right now we've done our first harvesting on chives. And that's all stuff that goes into the VacuPaker when we're done little pack, the VacuPaker envelopes. And then it goes into steel tins. So that the little bugaboos, creatures, nothing can get in. And the food is waiting. In this case, what makes for the spice of life is, you know, spices. So that's in motion. And this means that if you've got a young person and you're trying to teach them how to shoot, you want to give them something they can grow into, but you're going to give them a rifle for life. A five pound rifle means that that younger person can manage the weapon just as well as you can as an adult. And as they get bigger, they can keep that weapon the way it is. Or if they wanted to go to a different upper, guess what? Pop two pins, you buy another upper that may be something they want, pop the pins back in. You can put it on Uncle Bob's place or put over at Dad's farm. a complete combat kit waiting so if for some reason you got caught unaware as you survive, escape and evade then you go to where you have your pod set up, you out fit yourself and you go hunt the bastards that just tried to kill you. So instead you make a bag that hangs off the left because you're working the operating weapon, you're holding the weapon with your right hand, you drop the mag, you shove it into the drop pouch, you select the next mag preferably from the back points on your web gear, we've talked about this before, since you already dropped it into the mag, that dump pouch, reach to the first pouch to the rear, extract the mag from there because it will take you a little tougher, longer motion to do that. stuff the mag in, operate the weapon, pow pow pow pow pow pow. The reason you don't get lazy and use the first mags on the front is because those mags are the shortest distance to your weapon in a crisis. And so bang bang bang bang, as long as they're farther out, use the mags to your far left and far right. as the enemy gets closer, you're going to be dropping mags and not even putting them in the pouch and you'll be having to respond more quickly to what's going on. Okay, so it'd be a good idea if those mags are up front ready to go because it's the shortest time to pull, insert, operate, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. You see how that works? But you do have to think. In other words, every aspect of how we train the militia is a thinking process. And then there's other people too, you can't do that. It doesn't work that way. Well, it does for us because my people can think. All the people that I work with, we're all on the same page. I don't know about everybody else out there. And if you're not, you need to set up an SOP. You need to train with that standard operating procedure, no matter what level it is, and ingrain because, again, I don't give orders to people to do something in situations where almost all of this, if they use their head, stay focused, they can deal with it themselves. Try to give a minimal number of orders in any operational situation. Orders are given to tweak what is otherwise a standard operating procedure that's ingrained into the personnel, the troops, the militia. Minimize to maximize. When somebody's barking an order, it's because there is a serious situation. Otherwise, each man is integrated in the same way to the training of the unit and the group. So no matter what position they're in, they understand the job and they act accordingly, no matter where they're positioned and how they're oriented in motion or in a static position. Everybody already understands their area of responsibility, motion and control, and engagement, and how we will effectively engage and integrate fires to do so. Prior, proper, planning, prevents, piss, poor, performance. So anyway, again, There are a number of deals over there at Centerfire, but also for basic gear. It is a complete vest set for less than $5, about $5 right now. It's brand new, unissued equipment. It comes with a wrap-around belt down below, front panels for securing whatever pouch system you want to attach to it. It has, of course, full vest over the top shoulder system. It is perfect for a handout kit. Now, again, it's over there in the clearance section. It is their Dutch manufacturer. They did have woodland. I bought all of those until they couldn't get any more of them. And I've been buying all of the three colored ones, the desert pattern ones, that I can now that those are what's left, as I can afford to do so. If I place an order with Sportsman's Guide, I grab some of those each time I go over there. And plus, I have a little better price, too, that's even cheaper than the, oh, about $5 price. Now, in addition to that, they also have ACU load-bearing vests in for the MOLLE gear for about $5 right now also. Guys, if you're using any of the other colors or patterns out there of Webgear, even Woodland, if you stack and rack everything in MOLLE gear on that ACU vest, you can't tell whether or not it's ACU. And in fact, if ACU is blended over with other camouflage or OD green or coyote brown pouches, no one knows the difference. You don't have to even paint it. Although again, a lot of people are dying them, but I'm just looking at speed and time. You got the vest, which is the base. That ACU vest is the base, just like that Dutch desert unit is a complete base. So all you have to do is start buying pouches to attach to it, and you've got a combat kit. Now, it's not like what I just talked about a minute ago with the M 1956 or the ALIS gear, which is basically where they're going with all of the new gear that everybody is now seeing as the way you got to go, which is the waste mounted load bearing system. Wow, Shazam, Sergeant Carter, what a surprise. We are the art. They're now figuring out again, because we're looking at not beating up the five year old blind kid because we're playing police state operations, but having to stay in the field of the situation where they're trying to get us into a dark side of the moon combat. in a World War 3 type scenario or a conventional ground pounder type scenario. There's a big difference. Now you get just as dead playing, you know, beating up the five-year-old blind kid in Iraq, okay, because they're still quite, you know, aggressive and well equipped, but you get to run around in vehicles, crush people's cars, burn people's houses, and shoot people that are trying to protect themselves from an invader. You know, us. Now it's somebody with equal opportunity, dying time potential with all the same weapons that we have and some better than we have and some at least equal to what we got and pretty much able to kill us as well as we're able to kill them and you've got to stay there. You don't get to go kill somebody, jump in the armored personnel carrier, go back and have a Burger King waiting for you at the other end. Now you're talking about a dark side of the moon fighting situation and I've told you before we're ahead of the curve. The militia is way ahead of the curve. We got the thinkers, they got the stinkers and everything I've been telling you about, they're now acknowledging. Everything we've argued and pointed at, they want to mention the debate or the argument that's been going on. Instead, it's just kind of happening. But we've already been doing it. Well that's modern. That's a, yeah, that's modern, 40 years old, 50 years old. Hell, World War II combat gear rigs work just fine. If you add all the other cool stuff that we've developed, you take a 10-pocket cartridge build from World War I, World War II Korea into early Vietnam for the Grand. Well guys, if you've got a garand, that's the foundation with a good suspender system. Take your pick. In fact, the World War II suspender system has more latch points for hangers to control the gear, so it's actually more efficient than the newer systems that were put together. The newer systems are just chintzier. There are fewer hanger points. Now, you take all the ideas and combine them, some of the Alice gear with the basic 10 pocket pouch with whatever suspender system you choose, Y, H or the original 6 point. And then add all the different types of pouches that fit your weapon or the equipment because in this case if you bought that rig, that belt, you probably got a Garand or you've got a magazine, or forgive me, a stripper clip fed weapon like a Nagat or a Mauser or a Springfield or a 1917 Enfield. Or you've got any number of different civilian but very fine rifles that you can kill Ching-Li with when the time comes. But that basic combat load, right now you can buy reenactor modern grade 10 pocket cartridge belts that are blems for about $8 to $10 if you look around. They're brand new. They're cotton duck, just like what your grandpa or your dad carried. I'm old enough that it was my dad. Was issued that when he was at Great Lakes. Same gear, same equipment. Only brand new, China Sport made, I guarantee, made in China. Or maybe Vietnam. Vietnam! But it all works. And if I've already got some of it on the shelf, I got so much World War I equipment that is still in service. World War I magazine pouches, when I started up doing this back in the late 70s, early 80s, while I was in the military overlapping. Guys used to buy those for 25 cents a pouch. Now that I can put it out there and buy a rifle with it. But I've got uncirculated 1918 Boyte, 1918 Schmurt, whatever Schmitt Bloc, blah blah blah. And they look just like they were built yesterday. They weren't. They were built over 100 years ago. But because they are in the conditioner end, I've already done this. I've sold two or three of some of the things I've got. Bannette scabbards that are canvas, World War I, M19, 1903 Springfield Bannette, sword Bannette scabbards. and we've been able to trade out for what's the equivalent to a rifle. Well, say I haven't been doing it. It's just the idea if you pay attention, there's a few things. Well, I bought it back when it was cheap. Now I can take that and I can outfit the whole family with whatever I need or I could outfit somebody I love with whatever I need, people I like. And I'm not out anything. The thing that I told you I was going to be working on was the scabbards. I finally got them done. I went ahead and took the time to make patterns. I found out that it was really easy to make mistakes. And I deliberately altered and made my patterns to work on a standard sewing machine. Because I found out the foam, because I used a 5 millimeter foam inside of it, I found out that that foam has a tendency to push away from the needle. And when you go to put your blending tape on, it doesn't work. But I altered everything. I got patterns for two sizes. Got a shotgun one? I have one for a shotgun but also that fits an AR-15, AR-10, or at least I hope an AR-10. I was waiting today to get some stuff in the mail to finish them out. I am putting some straps with them, but I didn't have the right kind of swivels that I wanted. I hope they are heavy enough. I think you'll be pleased. I do have a cover letter in there and I'm going to have some other stuff in there with the patterns and stuff so you know what it is. And with a list and everything. That's what I needed to let you know. It'll probably be by Monday being a holiday. Probably Wednesday or Thursday is the earliest when you get things. Well, I've got you here too and everybody else has a thing. There are a couple of really good individuals, young guys, young hard chargers out there. One is a middle-aged or I'd say senior hard charger that have done a series of videos on concepts and ideas with what we're facing right now. and there are three schools with the shotgun and one of them is rather interesting in that what the guys come up with is something that they're already using I think it's a probably a cop shop idea but it's a wraparound hanger to literally just hang the shotgun and have it on standby on the front right under your arm not under your arm like right under your armpit but hanging so you can drop the AR that you're using and literally switch that, leave that bungee, leave that with your two or three point system, whatever you've got, and grab the shotgun and bring it up, which is an interesting idea, but remember things get jimmied, okay, but it's still, it's an interesting solution. And again, I'll post it, I'll bring up the pages on the air at the eight o'clock hour, because obviously we're almost at the end of the seven. But the, one of the other things is some of the scabbard ideas that we've already talked about. And then the other, of course, is mounting the shotgun, you know, like Predator style. Everybody, remember, go back and watch the movie Predator, remember the 870 shock, 870 12 gauge mounted underneath an AR-15, M16 rifle. That was popular for a little bit. People tried that, but it wasn't anything they were excited about. Well, now, with what we're facing, Any one of these three ideas are a solution, but the scabbard to me just makes a little more sense only because once you switch and you can just have to get used to the idea of reach over your shoulder or again reach under your arm if you're going to hang it from the belt. go to the shotgun. No matter how we look at it, going to the shotgun, it has to be one of those three solutions. Now we'll see how everybody experiments with this. The scabbards still seem to be making the most sense. I mean, for a lot of people, the example what they're also pointing out is the 12 gauge is used for door breaching. in the hangar system, what we're talking about, the idea is that if you're up front or if you're one of the, let's say, shot cutters, because you see now, let's understand something. And I've seen several really good videos by these same young hard chargers where they're looking at a rifle, you know like, well let's go from the other direction. Team leader with whatever weapon system he chooses. A Grenadier, which is again somebody launching grenades or acquiring a 40 millimeter grenade launcher down the road is going to be a given. A Squad Automatic Rifleman, but now a Shotgunner. is in the mix. So instead of two riflemen, the team leader, and then the two specialized weaponers, we now have a third specialized weaponier who mostly would be committed to air defense, just like we have a squad automatic rifleman who's carrying a volume fire weapon to suppress. And just like we have an indirect fire weapon, the Grenadier, whose job is to, poof, drop something over the enemy's shoulder and right into the center of them and do more damage. Each weapon integrates. The Shotgunner is now part of that special weaponier category. Now they're not using that term, I do. But think about it guys, this is where the formula has changed. Now my only argument is this. I don't want just one man, but one man is going to be what we would call, think about him like a point man, in that if something goes, and you hear it getting closer, he's going to be the first person to start putting hail on target. But it gives you time, and in fact he may deal with the threat, because my personal attitude on this is the shotgunner should be someone who is a good trap and skeet man to begin with. So I want everybody to listen up there. Yeah, you've got guys out there. Guys, I've got a person down the road that's a state champion. Burg Gunner. In fact, something that I saw that I've mentioned for years, and I don't know if we've left this out of the formula, you don't need a magazine-fed shotgun. If you look at some of the combat competition shooters out there, they're using an 1100 or some type of tube-fed magazine shotgun, semi or pump. And if you'll notice, the mag goes out beyond the muzzle by up to a foot with the extended tube. Oh my, okay. Yeah, it's like you have a bayonet underneath, a bayonet stuck underneath your weapon, but it's not, it's an extended tube. Now these guns are carrying eight, or more like 10 or 12, 2 and 3 quarter inch shells. They're not using mag, they're using 2 and 3 quarter. I'll try to benchmark a couple of videos so everybody can visualize what I'm talking about. But just imagine an 870 with a medium bird barrel, not a short 20 inch barrel. We're talking a medium bird barrel, in addition to that an extended tube that goes about a foot, a little less, maybe 10 inches, but about almost a foot. And I've seen one longer. And these guys are masters of the trade. In other words, if they want to hit it, they're going to hit it. And they're hitting clays and they're hitting live birds that are, you know, come on, quail. They're, you know, run, dodge, and jump birds. In other words, they corkscrew, they move in every direction you can imagine, and they've got a mind of their own. So that's the kind of person that we want to have gravitated to the shotgunner mode, the air defense gunner. Think about this guys and by the way a lot of women are great at skeet if you don't know this So I will remind you that everybody's got their niche Okay, you need to experiment. I have also found that young shooters typically if you give them a proper instruction Very quickly become phenomenal trap and skeet shooters They are high, you know, high hand-eye coordination is, you know, they are younger, they are faster, they are sharper. So let's take into consideration if you incorporate everybody into this, and this is where I can, my argument is, okay, we got an error threat, that is the priority for the moment. We may have a ground threat that is going to coordinate with it, but you know what? Chances are, unless we're caught out in a field, the target is farther away. A lot farther away. We better not be caught in the middle of a field. If you're in the middle of a field, you're in the wrong place. I can't emphasize that enough also. So, you're going to be in limited environment, brush and tree. If you have to switch down to horizontal contact with your weapon, it's going to be within reasonable shotgun range. Why? Well, I will remind you again that if you had to switch to slug, most of your weapons today will handle an hourglass discarding Sabo slug that can achieve 200 yards comfortably. The difference is, rather than a 55 grain bullet going down range, you've got a 500 grain slug that's as accurate as any rifle you could be carrying. So the difference is understanding you have to perhaps shift over to, in other words what your load's going to be going in, to reach greater ranges, you are going to be carrying a combined munitions load that you need to keep track of. And the other thing, and with you listening right now because you're doing the sewing, there's a neat package. You've got to look this up. It's another person that's embraced the air defense concept. They're taking standard shotgun bandoliers. They're cutting them, I think, to eight shells per. Okay, cutting the belt rather than building new. They're putting Velcro mail on the back of those strips. And with most of the tactical rigs that have that Velcro panel right up front for slapping on ID or putting another pouch on or whatever, they're using that as the slap-on point for eight shells already right at chest height where you can just reach and shove. But here's what's cool about that. No, it's no it's they're separate. They're making separate like little bandolier strips like it's a machine gun belt. Oh okay, okay. They're making them the same, yeah they're making the same length so they fit into a however many shells it takes. The pouches that you have that are standard 30 round M16 mag pouches The eight round or seven round strippers go, which are nothing more than regular, you know, like over the shoulder shotgun bandoliers that they've cut down. They fit perfectly into the M16 pouch. You pull them out and you slap them onto the Velcro, use them, and then drop them as needed and replace them out of your magazine pouch as needed. So rather than reaching into your pouch for chiclets, You have a stripper literally up on your chest that is a hanger with eight rounds of air defense shells or whatever type of shell you want to incorporate into your munition system. It's a neat idea and it's pretty straightforward. Most of the present tactical rigs have this Velcro panel for putting sheriff's department or police or putting an ID pocket there or administrative pocket. But with a full panel of Velcro on the back of these things, you slap it into place and they stay right where they're put. I actually think I know who done that. There was a guy on weapons guild several months ago who was talking about that. He went to Walmart and bought the shell. The holders cut them down. So Velcro on the back. Then all he had to do was slap it on his gear and he had his shotgun shells right there. Okay, okay. I haven't seen it but I know what you're talking about. Yeah, and it's a good idea. It's a very, guys, everybody is working on this. And the neat thing about this, again, is that it's a very efficient, it's cost efficient, it's cheap. The most expensive item is, I don't think, gonna be the bandolier, because you can buy them, you can find them cheap. The big thing is, in fact, go to Timu. If you go to Timu, you can buy them all day, and there's different prices, and the more you buy, the cheaper they are, or you can go to Alibaba. Because we don't care who made them. The idea is that we want as cheap as possible. The issue is going to be buying the Velcro. That's what's going to cause money. Well actually that Velcro is not a problem Mark. A two inch wide Velcro cause all you need if you've got the hook or the loop depending on what you've got on your chest rig, all you have to do is put the other on it. But you can buy a two inch. Velcro from Countrybrook and it's not that much money. 8 shells would be what, 7 inches in length maybe? Right, the idea is whatever you choose it's the same length as the standard AR-15 mag so that they literally stand up inside the mag pouches. And again, when you pull it out, you just slap it to your chest. Literally, if you were thinking, it's the idea it's all second nature. If that's your job, this is what you're going to be practicing doing. This is what you're going to learn to do. But everybody can set this system up, and it's all off the shelf as far as, again, another way to hold the ammo. And again, rather than a handful of chiclets or a loose in the pouch, this makes it so that you can actually select. Let's say that if you are a shotgunner, All of a sudden you're having to deal horizontally. Rather than switching to another weapon, you're simply using either buck, double out buck, number four buck, which you're using for, the number four in BB is what you're using for air defense. But if you turn that down on people, especially at intermediate close range or close range, then it's going to do some, it's going to do van damage. It's going to do what it's supposed to do. So, these are good solutions that are out there and hanging around right now. The issue is, again, how do we keep the weapon in service and as needed if we're looking to be able to engage at greater range because your rifle still does reach farther with more fire power. When you get out, you're looking it out to, you know, five, six, seven hundred yards. You're probably not always going to want to engage that range, which everybody will tell you, oh, we can't engage. Yes, we can, but we have to do it in a very sophisticated way so that we can take advantage of terrain, harass fire the enemy at maximum range, force them to go to tactical response, force them to waste fire and maneuver time. This is why you want to reach farther. Not that necessarily you're going to sustain contact at that range. Understand that as the aggressor, if you receive fires and the fires become consistent for any period of time, you are going to have to respond tactically and you have to go into fire maneuver mode, which is Overwatch. Move out, I got you covered. Cover me, I'm moving out. Well, that's slow, tedious, and there'll probably be some return fire. But if it is not part of your actual contact, but rather the equivalent to an aggressive probe, then every time you do that to your enemy, you've slowed them down, you've eaten up calories, you've eaten up resource, and they've probably consumed ammunition. And they don't have any Chinese koolie behind them. Well Mark, real quick here, you know you're talking about the way that that is made. See, you can take a standard Reiki rig and you can make a panel that hooks to the front, you know if it doesn't already have it, that you can put Velcro on. And you can buy Velcro five and six inches wide, so I mean it depends on what you need or what your requirements are. But you could literally, I'm sitting there thinking, you know, you take like a Mossberg 500 or something, you could literally hold that. with your right hand and hold it up against your shoulder. That way you can kind of pan the area. But at the same time, if you've got the shells at the chest, you could sit there and be loading some shells in the magazine. It's just a matter of going up. And that way if you've got one in the chamber, they're not catching you with your pants down. But the shells are right there. And like you said, you make them to put into an ammo, to a standard magazine pouch. Yep, yeah, and everything it's a total unit. It's a great integrated system again a lot of people are embracing especially the young young men who have already been in over feel it overseas in the field and May have actually experienced this to a limited degree, so they're taking it seriously You know there's a lot of people that do have you know new they have time in the trade So pay attention a lot of people are you know coming up with ideas are they all going to work well? Yeah, I think all them work to a degree There's nobody has done anything that I would see as a time waster. The only thing is a personal argument about which you think is a superior solution. Each one works. And depending on the situation and the terrain that you're operating in, each one might be very much more useful over the other. But all of them will accomplish the same task. See, this is the thing. Don't get into some kind of tactical argument. Instead, well, it works, yes. Okay, well, but it doesn't do this or it does do... Well, that's a matter of where are you? Because different types of terrain conditions, especially third-tier lower foliage, that's as we've talked about many, many times. That's a drag, people. In many cases, we have to move material out of the way because if you're going to push through that type of environment, you're going to be snagging on everything. And you want to be able to slick side your equipment as much as possible. having more hanging from your system makes it more likely that somebody, you know what I'm talking about, like the dual weapon system carrying both at the same time. Is it something else that can snag or drag? It only happens to happen once, it's pissy. Have it happen 10, 20, 30 times in a row, it becomes really monotonous. Psychologically it plays on you. And that's why again, Prayer of Upper Planning prevents piss-borne performance. We think ahead. Anyway, we're at the top, oh god, so soon. Anything else sir before we go? Other people have basically put the same system together. The guy on weapons guild done it he bought he just worked the Walmart or someplace or eBay or someplace And he bought that bandolier for the shotgun And it's just a matter of putting it down and I think he's just it doesn't take much of a sole job to put a piece of velcro on Back to the damn it blew your velcro on. He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states. For that purpose obstructing the laws of naturalization of foreigners, refusing to pass others to encourage their migration hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands. He has obstructed the administration of justice by refusing his essential laws for establishing judiciary powers. He has made judges dependent on his will alone for the tenure of their offices and the amount and payment of their salaries. I don't think just a second to get through the ads and crap guys, and then we'll We'll play this little piece and see See what they say about it as I understand it two of the teens involved with the shooting were involved with a firearm robbery from a store But we'll let this play, we'll see what Fox News has on it. Let's turn our attention right now to Texas as a serious sequence of events yesterday in Austin involving a dozen shootings that police are now investigating. A post on social media from our Fox 7 team saying the Austin Police Department they've arrested three suspects in connection with a series of shootings. stolen cars and violent crimes. Let's be joined right now here on Live Now from Fox by Marco Vittanel from our Fox 7G. Marco, what can you tell us about who these suspects are and what police are doing about it? Andy. Last night we just spoke to Justin Newland. He's a man who lives in Maynard City just about 12 miles northeast of Austin. He says that he was just trying to take a nap when his neighborhood was thrust into a massive manhunt for those three suspects. Newland then went to go check on his property to make sure it was clear only to find those suspects hiding in his own backyard. They just looked at me like what do we do and it was just Fire flight. The moments a man from Maynard came face to face with the suspects wanted in connection to a dozen shootings. Well, I came home, was trying to join that when our sirens and all that my dog barking got up. Swat up and down the road Justin Newlin had just made it home when a manhunt began near FM 973 in 290 and Manor police were looking for three teenagers wanted a connection to 12 different shootings in Austin I noticed my barn doors were open which I did leave open and I decided at that time To go ahead and clear on to make sure nobody was in there Newlin checked the front of his barn and found it empty But when he tried to open the side door it wouldn't budge I had to literally shove my way in and when I did, there's two suspects sitting right there on each side of the door. Newland tried to close the door and told both of the suspects to remain calm. I'm trying to flag the sheriff to come up to my house at the same time I'm going to my truck to get my gun. Well, as I'm entering my truck to get my gun, I hear them running out behind me. Newland then chased after one of the teenagers, gun in hand. I eventually cornered him at the fence line and held him at gunpoint until state troopers and SWAT were able to capture him. Eventually, all three suspects were detained after a multiple hour search. They are confirmed to be 17, 16, and 15 years old. They had been involved with 12 separate shootings across Austin in just 24 hours. used during the spree, a gun stolen from an Austin gun shop. They've come into the gun store apparently four other times to try to steal guns from us, four separate times. Michael Cargill, the owner of Central Texas Gunworks says the gun was stolen from a store. He claims two of the suspects in the Austin shooting spree had repeatedly tried to steal from him. In January, one of the teenagers, 17 year old Christian Mondragon, ran out of Cargill's store with a gun before he was cornered on a cap metro bus. He was apprehended by APD but eventually released. Unbeknownst to me, he was released from that system into the custody of his parents or custodian or guardian. Cargill says Mondragon was then a part of the group which stole another gun from him on Saturday. A different teenager who Cargill was unfamiliar with came into the store before running out with a gun and jumping into a getaway car. But when it comes to how the teenager was able to get his hands on the gun inside the store, Cargill says he wasn't aware they were underage. We didn't know they were teenagers. Even when the Austin Police Department showed up, we showed the video to them, they thought they were 20 years of age. So if I was here to walk in there to say tonight, look, if it's done, I wouldn't have to show an ID for that. Not initially. The shooting spree that those suspects went on lasted from Saturday afternoon and went all the way into Sunday. In total, those suspects stole at least five different cars. They shot up multiple different buildings and apartment complexes, including two Austin fire stations. And in total, four people were left struck by gunfire with one of those victims. suffering from life threatening injuries they have since been taken to a trauma center to be treated. Andy? Yeah, crazy sequence of events over the weekend that doesn't shoot him. Marco, I do have a question because the first individual so very interesting is he had to help these suspects at gunpoint. Any other notes from him that really stood out because that must have been an ordeal to open his barn and see these kids inside? Yeah, he said I asked him at that point I said were you at all frightened when you came across those suspects hiding near Barney He told me not at all He said his mind at that point was thinking about his neighbors He said he lives kind of in a neighborhood with a lot of elderly people in it and said he wanted to be their protector and said at that moment He wasn't frightened at all and all he could think about was springing into action Andy and that's exactly what he did. All right Marco Thank you so much. I appreciate your time. You're live now Thank you so much. A wild story over the weekend there in Austin as these three suspects now in custody as they took part in a shooting, a theft of different cars as well as Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, saying these kids are serial criminals with a callous disregard for life. If they ever release from jail, people will surely harm again Austin Police, Travis County, which the Austin City of Austin says they need to did their job. Texas Department of Public Safety hated them. The DA and the court must do their jobs to keep these criminals behind bars. And let's take you back out to some of these comments from this Austin gun store owner as they were talking about it saying Michael Cargill, the owner of Central Texas Gun Works, saying that they stole one of the weapons from his place of business. Let's listen in to what he had to say earlier. Alright, good afternoon. So back on January the 6th, January the 8th, one of those days there, we had a gentleman come into the gun store, actually two of them, and try to acquire a firearm. They've come into the gun store apparently four other times to try to steal guns from us. Four separate times. And so this one particular time they were able to get a firearm and run out of the gun store. This is back in January. We immediately gave chase. One employee went out the front, jumped in the vehicle, another employee called 911. I ran out the back door and chased them to the Capital Metro bus station located behind me. They jumped on a city bus. I jumped in front of the city bus, I stopped the city bus from moving, I then had the driver open up the door, I jumped on the city bus, had the driver to lock the door, I then had the driver to call their security. The two gentlemen were actually on the bus with a firearm that they had taken from us. I told everyone on the bus no one's leaving until law enforcement arrives. I called law enforcement, my employees called law enforcement, I end up calling the ATF, have the ATF call the LAPD as well. Finally, the APD showed up. And prior to them showing up, this gentleman actually stood up in the back of the bus and he lit up a cigarette and started smoking a cigarette and pasting him back in the bus because he was trapped and the doors were locked. So he's possibly contemplating having some type of shootout with me on the bus. So I told him that if you pull out this gun on the back of this bus, you better think twice about what you're doing. Because if you do, we will both die on this bus before I let you off this bus. Luckily he did not pull the firearm out and so and unfortunately because it's theft of a firearm during the daytime We cannot use deadly force for theft of a firearm during the daytime if it's theft at night I can use deadly force So finally APD showed up they took this guy into custody They retrieved the firearm after searching the bus and then he was arrested The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms showed up with three agents. They investigated this guy, took him down to Gardner Bess because I believe he was 17 years of age. And he was handled by the juvenile system. Unbeknownst to me, he was released from that system into the custody of his parents or a custodian or guardian and was supposed to do something and something he did not do. And after that, if he turned into a warrant for his arrest. We were not notified that this young man was actually released. We also not notified that he had a warrant for his arrest. And I informed law enforcement, I informed the Travis County DA's office that these two gentlemen were very dangerous and we almost got into a shootout on a city bus crowded with a group of people and something needed to be done about these individuals. So I'm not sure why these individuals were walking in the streets. I'm not sure why these individuals will actually turn into the custody of their parents or guardian. But unbeknownst to us, they wind up in the custody of their guardian. Then on Saturday a separate gentleman walked into the gun store right around 1133 a.m. Exactly and Was able to get a firearm and run out the door. We immediately my employees gave chase to this individual thanks to our facial recognition thanks to our License plate readers that we have in this area because we're a private company we can do that We were able to give law enforcement a detailed description of the vehicle, including the fact that there were tail marks on the hood of the vehicle, including the fact of the complete and perfect picture of the vehicle, a complete description of the license plate, and also the fact that there was a UT baseball cap in the back window, also the fact that there was a license That was not on the front of the vehicle, but on the windshield of the vehicle instead of placed on the front. So that law enforcement can clearly identify this vehicle. My employee gave chase. They- I actually had my employees location and so I was on the phone with 911. I told 911 dispatcher exactly where they were located. They were on Congress Avenue going past Slaughter Lane. Gave them that information. I gave them detailed description of where they were going. Intersection by intersection, detail by detail, all the way down to William Cannon. We were told that we would need to stop. because it was turned to a chase, not a follow, and that we could be actually prosecuted if something was to happen. So we were ordered to stop. So we stopped. We gave law enforcement all the information. All they had to do was put that information in a license plate reader and catch these guys. They should have been captured by 12 noon that day. Instead, they were not. And that's what happened. I have a message, you know, We need the county attorney, the district attorney to prosecute these individuals. That never should have happened. That individual never should have gotten with someone else and was able to graduate up to something else. He made four attempts to purchase a firearm. And we were able to catch him, get all the information. We delivered this information on the civil platter to the DA's office. A detailed description of him, crystal clear video, crystal clear information, audio and everything with detailed information around this area. It was given to him on the civil platters. There should be no reason why they should not have been prosecuted. There should be no reason why we should not have been notified that he was out and about after we told them four times he tried to purchase a firearm. He was out and about, came back with someone else and was able to graduate with a vehicle this time. And they actually dove head first into the vehicle to get out of the parking lot. And that's why my people were not able to catch him. If he had opened that door, we would have jumped in that vehicle with him. Because under no circumstances, just like on that city bus, there's no way I would allow a firearm into the hands of someone that should not have it. That's why I would have gotten to the shootout with him on that city bus. And that's why my employees would have dove inside that vehicle. Any questions? I was listening in there to this individual talking about how a suspect stole a gun from his place of business that unfolded a series of events, those 12 shootings, separate investigations underway in Austin, Texas. Yeah, I can tell you what happened there. It's Austin, Texas. They didn't care. In fact, you could hear it there. If it was stolen at night, they could have used deadly force. It was stolen during the day so they can't. What's the difference? Well, what happened when the firearm got away? Well, we had the shooting spree. It's not that they didn't try to stop the person who stole it. In fact, they went above and beyond. They were even tailing the individuals who stole the firearm, telling them to back off before police officers were on. the target is kind of stupid but of course I guarantee you they weren't going to be there anyway. It's just Austin. Austin is California, Texas. If you haven't been down here before, you want to know where the Fruit Loops are, it's Austin. Austin and I think it's El Paso is the other one. that are Democrat leftist strongholds in the state. I could be wrong about all paths, I've never been there. But yeah, if you tried to do everything above and beyond, and I guarantee you that they're trying to demonize him anyway in the press down there. For years, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the VA, has operated under a policy that shocked many Americans once they actually learned about it. If a veteran needed help managing finances, maybe because of PTSD or traumatic brain injuries or age-related decline or even just difficulty handling paperwork and bills, the VA could assign that veteran a fiduciary. And I've been covering this for years since Obama started this crap. Now here's where things got dangerous. The VA then often treated that fiduciary determination as grounds to report that veteran to the FBI's National Instant Criminal Background Check System, the NICS database. And what that meant This was that many veterans suddenly found themselves prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms. Not because they committed a crime. No. Not because they were violent. No. Not because a judge ruled that they were dangerous. No. But because some federal bureaucrat clown made an administrative determination. And that is exactly the type of thing that our founders warned us about. This bill directly addresses that abuse. The legislation specifically states that the Secretary of the Veteran Affairs area may not transmit personally identifiable information to the Department of Justice for use in the NICS system solely because the beneficiary had been assigned a fiduciary. Now, solely... because they have a fiduciary. That's the key part. The bill further states that such action cannot happen without an order or finding from a judge, a magistrate, or another judicial authority determining that the individual is actually a danger to themselves or others. And that right there is key, due process. Imagine that. An actual finding, a judicial finding, a constitutional standard, not a bureaucratic clown sitting behind the desk deciding whether somebody loses a constitutional right. And folks, this should not even be controversial. Imagine applying this logic to any other constitutional right. Imagine if the government said, well, this person needs help balancing a checkbook, so we're going to suspend their First Amendment rights. They can't talk. Imagine if the federal agency said, We think this person needs financial assistance. They are for, they can no longer attend a church. Americans would lose their frickin' minds. But for some reason when it comes to the Second Amendment, too many people in Washington think that constitutional protection has become optional. And that is exactly why this bill matters. And there's another major piece in this legislation that's getting less attention, but it's equally important. The bill also requires the VA to notify the Attorney General that previous transmissions of information involving veterans assigned fiduciaries no longer have a valid basis. That means this legislation is not just about future protections, it's also about correcting past wrongs. And think about how many veterans may have quietly lost their rights over the years. Men and women who served this nation, people who raised their hand and swore an oath to defend the Constitution, something that many bureaucrats couldn't do or refused to do, people who deployed overseas, people who sacrificed physically and mentally for our country. And then when they come home and they need a little bit of help from the VA, the federal government turned around and treated them like prohibited persons. That is an unacceptable thing in my book. And I want to make something crystal clear here because the anti-gun crowd always tries to twist this conversation. The bill does not say that dangerous individuals should have unrestricted access to firearms. That's not what this is at all. What this bill says is that the constitutional rights cannot be stripped away without due process. And there's a massive difference between a judicial determination of dangerousness and an administrative benefit decision. It's a massive difference. And our constitutional system depends on understanding that distinction. The Founders designed a government of checks and balances specifically because they feared concentrated power. They feared bureaucratic overreach. They feared unelected officials, clowns, making arbitrary decisions about individual liberty. That's literally one of the foundational principles behind the American Revolution. And this issue ties directly to the broader war over the Second Amendment that we've all been watching unfold for years. Because increasingly, anti-gun politicians and agencies have tried to create workarounds around constitutional protections. You know, if they can't pass an outright ban, then they'll use some regulatory agency to do it. And if they can't get legislation through Congress, well then they try to weaponize definitions and administrative rulings. If they can't win in an open debate well, then they attempt to quietly manipulate systems behind the scenes. And that's why the fight matters far beyond veterans alone. Because once government establishes the precedent that a constitutional right can disappear based on an administrative determination instead of judicial due process, every single American should be alarmed. Every single one. Now let's look at another critical section of this bill. The legislation explicitly says that the VA determination of mental incompetence is not sufficient by itself to treat someone as a mental defective for firearm prohibition purposes, and that is huge because for years, critics have argued that the VA system effectively created a pipeline where veterans could lose rights without ever stepping foot in a courtroom. And let me say this directly to our veterans watching right now. Needing help does not make you less American. Seeking assistance does not erase your constitutional rights. Getting support from the VA, something that you've earned, should not mean surrendering freedoms that you fought to defend. And that's common sense. I know my audience thanks you for your sacrifice to our country. And that's why we're fighting this fight. And unfortunately, common sense in Washington is often in very short supply. Now some opponents of this legislation are already claiming that this bill somehow endangers public safety. You know, public safety is something that doesn't matter, really. Our rights, it doesn't matter what public safety issues they have, if they're afraid. It doesn't matter. But here's the reality. The bill still allows judicial authorities to make determinations where appropriate. And if someone is truly dangerous, there are legal mechanisms for courts to address that. The issue here is what...
