It's been a very busy weekend Could have been better in some ways that a few things that We're a little persnickety technology wise, but that's why we have training operations so people can find out what works or how to understand how to make it work. That's the big issue. It's the idea that we have some concepts that we're employing that need to, I should say deploying first, that need to be then employed properly. There we go, proper construction. As I said earlier, it's been kind of rain squally here, but it looks like it wants to rain nonstop. If you were working today, in fact there were quite a few crews out there that were It didn't really drop any rain until just a few minutes ago in this area. We had a couple cement crews that they just chugged along and I think they got it in. Finished in good time. Before we go any farther, add guns and gadgets for today. I'm just curious. There's been a couple of epiphanies by everybody about how the states and the federal are playing on this. Supposed conflict that isn't pushing to do the gun confiscation around the July window. They're pressing hell bent for election to give as much money to the Jews who are running the data center scam. The data center scam is just the latest way for the Jews to pocket a whole bunch of taxpayer money, being the first pieces of excrement slash filth slash bottom feeding tripe with the usual flim flam scam as a presentment. While they're you know, busy breaking new digits and over here buddy. My name is your guard on today We have a massive Second Amendment win coming out of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit Yeah, the Second Circuit one of the most anti Second Amendment circuits in the entire country This is a Second Amendment foundation and firearms policy coalition case and today they just dealt a serious blow to New York's concealed carry Improvement Act the same law that New York rushed through after the Supreme Court smacked them down in the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruin case. This opinion is huge because the court just ruled that New York's default ban on carrying firearms on private property open to the public is unconstitutional. That means the state cannot simply assume that every business, every gas station, every grocery store, every retail shop in the state is automatically gun free unless the owner puts up a sign saying guns are allowed. That was their stupid rule. That was one of the nastiest tricks that New York pulled after Bruin. And the court just said, hell no, you do not get to do that. But there's a second part to this ruling that gun owners also need to understand because the court upheld New York's ban carry in public parks. At least for now. So today we're going to break this entire thing down. I'll tell you what the court struck down, what the court upheld, why this matters nationwide, and why states like California, Hawaii, New Jersey, Maryland, and Massachusetts should be paying very close attention right now. Alright guys, let's set the stage. After the Supreme Court decided Bruin back in June of 2022, New York absolutely panicked. Because Bruin said something simple but devastating to modern gun control schemes. The Second Amendment is not a second class right and governments cannot simply make citizens beg for permission to exercise a constitutional liberty. The Supreme Court specifically recognized the constitutional right to carry firearms outside of the home for self-defense. So what did New York do? Well, instead of respecting the ruling, they passed the so-called Concealed Carry Improvement Act or the CCIA. and buried inside that law was a poison pill. New York tried to make almost all private property automatically off limits to lawful concealed carry unless the property owner posted a sign specifically allowing firearms. Think of how insane that is. Under New York's theory, if you walked into a convenience store, a coffee shop, a gas station or a grocery store, and there wasn't a sign explicitly saying firearms were allowed, then you could become a criminal. And that was the law. And the Second Circuit just hammered it. The court specifically described the law as creating a default presumption that carriage on a public property is unlawful. Now, Here's where this gets important. The court said the government failed the Bruin test. And remember under Bruin, once the conduct is covered by the plain text of the Second Amendment, that burden shifts to the government to prove that its restriction is consistent with the historical tradition of firearm regulation in America. The government has to show history and tradition, not feelings, not politics, not Bloomberg money, not Hochul's attitude, not common sense gun reform. history. And New York failed. The state tried to argue that there were historical laws from the 1700s and the 1800s requiring permission before carrying firearms onto certain lands. But the court dismantled those arguments one by one. The judges pointed out that most of these historical laws were actually hunting regulations, laws designed to stop poaching or trespassing on farmland. Not laws banning ordinary, peaceable citizens from carrying firearms into businesses open to the public for self-defense. That distinction absolutely matters. Because New York was trying to twist old anti-poaching laws into a justification for modern carry bans. Oh, they tried and tried hard, but the court wasn't buying it. And then the opinion gets even stronger. The judges warned that laws like New York effectively destroy the practical ability to exercise the right to keep and bear arms in public. I mean, listen to the logic here. If every private business is automatically presumed gun-free unless the owner posts permission, then most people simply won't carry it all. Because most businesses don't post signs either way. That means lawful carriers are forced to disarm almost everywhere they go, if you follow those laws. The court even quoted a dissent from another case saying that under laws like this, quote, only those who aimlessly wander streets and sidewalks, end quote, could realistically carry firearms. And that's a devastating statement here, because the court recognized the real world impact of these laws. This wasn't just regulation, this was a backdoor carry ban. And that's exactly what anti-gun states have been trying to accomplish since Bruin came down. Now here's another major point that this ruling has that people are going to overlook, unless you read the entire thing like I just did. The Second Circuit directly criticized the use of racist reconstruction error laws as historical analogues, and that's massive, because the DOJ's done this themselves. The state tried relying on post-Civil War Southern laws restricting firearm possession on private property, but the court noted that those laws were often rooted in racial animus and attempts to disarm freed slaves after the Civil War. The judges essentially said, you don't get to use racist laws as a foundation for modern gun control. And that's enormous because anti-gun states constantly rely on those post-Civil War regulations to try to justify modern restrictions. And now, we have another appellate court openly questioning the legitimacy of those analogues. And that matters a ton. Especially in future assault weapon bans cases that are coming up, and magazine ban cases that are coming up, and civil, I'm sorry, sensitive location places litigation that's coming up, and carry restriction lawsuits. This language is going to get cited everywhere. Now before we celebrate too hard, we also need to talk about the part gun owners are not going to like. The court upheld New York's ban on carrying firearms in public parks, at least facially. And that reasoning here is important. The court said the government produced a huge number of historical regulations from the late 1800s and early 1900s banning firearms in urban public parks. They pointed to over 60 different regulations from cities around the country. The court basically said there's a long enough historical tradition of banning guns in crowded urban parks that this restriction survives at least on its face. Now personally, I think this issue is far from over because even the court acknowledged that there could be differences between urban parks and rural parks. But the plaintiffs apparently didn't properly preserve that as-applied challenge earlier in the case, so the court refused to fully address it. And I think that's going to become the next battlefield. Because there's a huge difference between a densely packed urban park in Manhattan and a giant rural state park where people hike, camp, fish, and hunt and encounter wildlife up in the Finger Lakes region. Those are not remotely the same environments. And eventually someone is going to force the courts to confront that distinction directly. I just wish that judges had the balls to say, you know what? If you're in public period, and you are there, you're carrying to preserve life and liberty? Well, you can carry period, it doesn't matter if it's densely populated or not. And one would say that if it's densely populated, that means there's more potential risks there for you and more potential criminals. I don't know, maybe I'm just using logic. Now let's zoom out and talk about why this matters nationally because this decision is not just about New York. This is about every anti-gun state that's tried to retaliate against Bruin by declaring massive chunks of society as sensitive places or default gun-free zones. California's tried it, Hawaii's tried it, New Jersey's tried it, Maryland's tried it, Massachusetts is trying it. The strategy here has been obvious. If you can't outright ban carry permits anymore, then making carry functionally impossible is the next step. creates so many prohibited places that the permit becomes worthless. And this ruling directly attacks that strategy. The Second Circuit, again, one of the worst in the country when it comes to the Second Amendment, just recognize something critical. You cannot destroy a constitutional right through default prohibitions and bureaucratic games. And that matters everywhere. And I also want people to understand just how significant it is that this came from the Second Circuit. This isn't the Fifth Circuit. This isn't Texas. This is not some deeply conservative appellate court. This is historically one of the toughest circuits in the country for gun rights, which means even these judges recognize New York went way too far. That tells you how weak the state's argument really was. Now, there's almost certainly more litigation coming here. New York could seek an en banc review. This could eventually head back towards the Supreme Court. And other circuits are already split on similar issues here. The Ninth Circuit, for example, upheld a Hawaii law that was very similar to New York's law. And interestingly enough, the Second Circuit openly disagreed with the Ninth Circuit's reasoning in this opinion. And that's another huge development because circuit splits are exactly the kind of thing that catches the Supreme Court's attention and generally forces them to take cases up. So do not be surprised if the Supreme Court eventually steps back into this fight. And honestly, they might have to because states are openly trying to nullify Bruin through creative lawfare. Now here's the bottom line. This is a Second Amendment victory, a major one. The court recognized that New York cannot presume all private property is automatically off limits to lawful carry. The judges recognized that constitutional rights must remain practical and exorcizable in the real world. And they rejected New York's attempt to use twisted historical analogues to justify modern carry restrictions. That's huge. But the fight is far from over. because anti-gun states are not going to stop. They're going to keep testing the limits. They're going to be habitual line-steppers. They're going to keep inventing new restrictions. And they're going to keep trying to turn the right to bear arms into a privilege that exists on paper. And that's why these cases matter. That's why I do this channel so that you will be aware so that they can't do this. That's why Bruin matters. And that's why all of us need to stay engaged. These guys are claiming that that song was exclusively written for Paul English Live and Food for Thought radio, but I was listening to that public radio airway and I heard the song and got people sent me the show where the song is at that I, you know, we had sent to you and I got told that, oh, if he plays that song somebody could get sued, blah, blah, blah, that's an exclusive and nobody had permission. Who plays the song? Us? If you guys play it on your platform, they're talking about somebody could get sued and I don't know how all that works. I know. Okay, first of all, number one, did they claim, I have no problem with somebody having something as their intro and standard and everybody expects it to be, but you got to tell people. You're kind of stupid if somehow telepathy, in fact, any dimwit who's listening right now from that operation, let everybody know that that's your music and nobody should be playing it. Or better still, here's the thing, don't post it publicly. Well, here's the thing, Pat, it's not posted publicly. It is not posted publicly. I couldn't find it. So that makes sense why I couldn't find it, that it is a private piece. Yeah, that's the thing. We're good. Yeah, that's the thing. We're fine. Well, I thought it might be an exclusive, because that's why you couldn't find it. But... They played it on a public airwave in the middle of the show, an hour into the show, and nobody said anything like, well, no, nobody can play this. This is just for us. We could only, you're only gonna hear it here. See, they're gonna sell it, I believe, but you guys don't sell nothing. You're not gonna make any money off it. Why wouldn't you be at your radio show? Why wouldn't you be able to play a song that was played on the radio? Well, it's okay. Here's the thing if it's a song okay. I'm not worried about the problem is not wait. I can hear through this no what we answer this because it has to do with running the radio station It's one of the reasons why we have the end of the year bill. That's high we pay for a performance right fee and a copyright fee package for being able to use certain songs all right, it's there That's how artists make money off of it. It's one of the ways artists make money off it so they can make more music. They explicitly state it, that it's there. I'd have to take a look to see if it's something that's covered under the licensing thing that I have. A lot of the stuff that we use is public access or fair use. It falls under the fair use law. As long as you give full credit, make comments on it. Give the artist credit for the music that was done, blah blah blah. You can look up the fair use law there. You can pretty much use it as lessons in education, which we do all the time here. But again, it's up to the artist. Not everything is copyright free music, and some artists are persnickety about protecting their work, and they should be, especially in the environment that's out there right now with AI. Well, it was created by AI. Well, it was done for their program and now you know it was, so I wouldn't say about it. No, I'm just letting you know how it was all presented because I texted you know on Thursday The guy who called in your last hour your show I wanted you to call him that was the guy who kind of reamed me I asked him I said I you know I want to have mark played on his show Give me the name and where I can find it you know and he said uh You know he was in the middle of something else. He was still on that show He said I'll check I said can you text it to me goes yeah? I'll do that. Well, he never texted me and then the next day was Friday, you know, they had all day could have told me but he didn't and then you know, they come up on the show and they're all freaking out and then they freaked out on me on Saturday and it's like well, I got to come up and tell mark don't you're not allowed to play the song unless you got their permission so Anyhow, yeah, you know I'm gonna point that I'm gonna point you to something too because it's on our Liberty train radio dot for MG dot com site There's a get your music played on Liberty train radio. It's a permission form It gives us permission from the artist to play the music until the artist tells us we do not have permission to play the music That is something that has been there since I started the radio station as a micro FM station Okay Okay, you know all this stuff about copyright and stuff and whatnot is just ridiculous. You know, I got a radio playing in the background. I'm making a video working on a car or a motorcycle and you're gonna be on YouTube. I mean, public domain. It's already being paid for through the radio station. Right, I got the songs from YouTube. You guys are going to get into a legal argument here we do not need to get into on air right now. I'm going to hand the show back over to Dad. But yeah, just do the research on it. That's all, guys. I mean, there's a little more to it than that, but that's basically what I put out there is it. First of all, again, typically in radio, but especially in Patriot radio, if we have a particular piece that's an intro, example is Visitor from the Past, which everybody knows has been played here and I've brought it up a million times on the air as a specific custom piece that is ours. We just play it. Everybody knows it pretty much. I don't think anybody else is. I'll explain the background story to this real quick once I'm done. But for the most part, everybody knows that Visitor from the Past is the intro for a long-standing Patriot Broadcasting program called the Intelligence Report. We've always used it. It's the way everybody heard it. It came into the world as part of a gift from a fellow patriot out of Arizona, etc., etc., but we became so notorious for it that everybody knows beyond a sadder's shadow of a doubt if you've been listening to Patriot Radio that when you hear those drums, you know that that's visitor from the past and that the intel reports just around the corner. That is a title track piece basically. These people did not establish this. I hate when I see Tempest in the teapot. Rather than threatening, the idea is to be adult and actually just inform people, hey we were planning on using this for something. I don't know what it would be, but if you put it out in the public venue, Then you kind of put a stick in your own spokes because anybody can pick it up. That's the thing we've talked about for years. So I'm not bent out of shape by the fact that they chose to do that. And I won't be bent out of shape anyway. They don't want us to play their music. We don't play their music. I mean, come on. However, let me point something out. In the competition or with the different types of people, who have tried to create and stirred division in the Patriot movement over the years. This happened with Beau Grites in the later stages of post- to post-election period. Grites, of course, was trying to get back in good with the Feds. And by the way, if you don't know the whole story, well, Mark, didn't you say you supported Beau Grites for president? Yes, we did, with what we knew and the information we had and the work we were doing at the time. It made sense. It worked. It did what it was supposed to do. But Mr. Grites ended up going farther and farther, let's just say, around the corner away from the Patriot effort in general. So while we were at an expo, there was a click of people that were with Beau Grites who were at, this was, as a matter of fact, in Dallas. It was the Dallas Preparedness Expo. This was years and years and years ago. All kinds of little goofy childish shit was being done by people who were running over at the Grights exhibition at that particular event. And I mean stupid stuff. Including targeting people with lasers and chuckling about it while of course that insinuates that's a threat. That's pretty much an open threat for everybody. But then they set up a stereo system over there at the Grights booth and they started playing. visitor from the past, the version that we have which everybody knows. Now the reason for doing it was to try again to try and stir the pot and create confrontation and agitate. Let me explain why. It was known well enough with virtually a handful of years established where the broadcasting that particular piece as it was done because it was the original copy that was taken off one of our radio programs. It was designed for them to stir the pot and try to piss us off and create some kind of reaction. What happened is just the reverse of what they expected. Many people were coming up and going, hey, on top of everything else, they were also boomboxing the thing, so they were just blaring the thing out. Nobody could speak over in the aisles in an expo center that's so damn big you can put a couple of football fields in it. But they were putting that out there and people started coming over to do two things. Number one, hey, turn that down. You want to play some noise in the background, anybody can do that here. But you don't boom it to the point where you can't talk in the aisle or two aisles near the speakers that were set up. Number two, isn't that the Intel reports intro for the intelligence report for Mark and John? And should you really be playing that? Is there a reason you're playing that? So everybody was pretty much a thinking human being that was at the expo, were walking up to these people and they eventually, the volume got turned down and then they realized, even though they played it over and over and over and I'm sure they did. Totally damaging the attitude at what was supposed to be a cooperative event. But then again, I see that's one of the things Grites, we find out later, was trying desperately to do was to create conflict because he wanted to get back in with the FBI. And if you saw the last posting that Mr. Grites did not that long afterwards, he was bragging how he had been working with the FBI. Just a reminder of things that I know. and everybody else does too that has been around for a while in the Patriot effort. In fact, he did a speaking engagement at the FBI events and he posted on his own personal page, which may still be up even though I think Mr. Boggart has passed away, guys. I know slightly in the microphone if I'm wrong. He may be still alive, but on his own web page he posted the actual speech that he gave to the FBI about how much he hated and despised the Patriot movement. If you haven't seen that, you need to go see it. So this is where, when I see something, see I understand This is not established. If this is a piece of music that's a title track for a particular program, an intro, a moniker, I fully respect and appreciate that. But you've got to tell somebody. It's kind of like Dr. Strangelove when he's talking about the Doomsday Machine, remember, the Doomsday Bombs? You have to, and oh, Father, don't stay weapon to work. You have to tell someone. You didn't tell anyone. The Prime Minister was going to tell everybody during his birthday celebration, you know how he loves to celebrate. That kind of thing. See that's the problem with this. So it's not really an issue because we won't play it. Period. And I mean period now because it sounds like everybody has gotten so panty-waist bent up in a situation where all you had to do was just make it come. But hey guys, you know, we're planning on doing something with that. And I fully appreciate that. I don't have a problem with it at all. Period. No conflict, no issues. But hey Mark, gotta tell somebody and if we don't know about my telepathy, I will say this over and over again, the telepathy, I mean telepathy switch on my room here, it's broken. I can't do anything with it. I've tried it, I keep hitting it. I don't get any telepathy special powers out of the deal at all. Can't been able to do it for a while. Don't know why, I was hoping. So just a heads up. It's one of those things where I appreciate it. But they did have to inform us and that should be a reminder for all of you. Hold on, like that. If they are planning to use it to reach out, to gain attention for something, don't you want people to talk about it at least? You know, I mean, this is drawing attention to it, but this is kind of like negative attention to it, which is why I didn't want the callers to, you know, to go on. It's the point I'm using it for something and it's for fundraising for it. The farmer, whoever it was made for, great. Let us know. I'll tell people where they can go get a copy of it. I do that all the time. It's a weird feeling for me when somebody says they're doing something for a fundraiser or for something, but they don't want you to talk about it. Well, in this case, the play part thing. Anyway, that's my sidebar. It's one of those things where you understand why, but people, we need to... Here's the other problem. We have so many individuals who, in under no circumstances, want to cooperate or really work with anybody else, that they are going to continue to create crisis no matter what. It's just the way it is. It's what we've seen. It's part of that, hmm, Bruce, take a deep breath, get over it, go around it, get over it, but remember who did it. Always remember who it is that decided that they wanted to act in a certain way when it was totally unnecessary. That's another thing I don't forget. So, we pay attention and somebody's going one way, we're going the other, big world, more no space for everybody. Keep it up and carry on. That's just that simple. I just came in, Mark. But my mind goes immediately to somebody that we used to participate with. I don't have any idea what the subject matter was, but you said, yeah, we have people like that. We avoid them. We just leave them on the side. There's somebody like that that I left on the side because he proved himself to be a dishonorable man. Over. Just pay attention. Well, in this case, it's an attitude about broadcasting. One of the things that is it's always unique people getting into and again We're into a twisted sister situation right now with more occasions Because we are on the edge of the next series of disasters that the bad guys are creating too. So Everybody's trying to be politically correct while claiming that they're somehow you know the rebel without a you know without a cause or they're trying to be the rebel with a cause but They don't want you to point to the cause because if you didn't get in trouble Go ahead. I heard another caller. Yeah, Bo Gright did that. He died February 27th of this year, 2026. That's what I was thinking too. Hold on here before we go any farther. I think I've got that listed here. He flat out did a post in which he bragged about how he, well bragged about the fact that he was working with the feds. and that he hated every minute of the time that he had to put up with being around the Patriot movement. He hated all of us, but he was saying this to the FBI trying to inggrandize himself to them. Once again, it's like, okay, on the one hand, Well, you got to remember too, you do have a whole bunch of rats and rodents in the FBI, there's all kinds of skanks there. And so the idea is that there's some that'd be like, oh wow, it's really great. He was betraying everybody and blah blah blah blah blah. That was really what it was all about. and he did what he was told to do as far as to get involved. But I don't think they ever expected to be the success that it was, and it really was a success. It was a good situation. We did well. We didn't, can't complain about anything except for again, we knew that there was a possibility that Perot would do what Perot did. And when Perot came back, you had all these people who were pro-Perot, just like if they'd done the same thing with Trumpadump, leaving, they threatened Trumpadump's family. That's what they had to have done. What is the latest, greatest date for somebody having discovered tick boxes? Number one, first of all, biological sampling of the material or elements. First of all, the containment vessel certainly needs to be preserved. But in addition to that, if we have a volume of ticks that are populated in the local area, we need to collect specific quantities, in fact, ideally as many as we can, samples of the biological entity. They need to be preserved effectively so that we can, again, do laboratory research on them if we can find somebody who has the brains to actually stay focused. And then in the process also, we need to go from one genome to the next. We want to determine how close are all these related to each other. If we find a specimen in Bob's farm in Schmidlap, Ohio, and we find a specimen in Schmidbuck, New Hampshire, And it turns out that the bugs in Schmitzbuck are just like the ones in Ohio, which are just like the ones in Oklahoma. We got a problem, don't we? But we've got a mechanical problem that, by the way, why isn't government taking care of this? Well, government isn't taking care of it because government's doing it. We can pretty well figure out that. But what we next need to do is start to observe and identify threat activity in the area. How are these being delivered? A, traditionally in the past, dead men tell no tales. The minimal number of humans are involved in the deployment, and that means helicopters deployed and dropping the material. Well, here's something we could tie into that. Do we have the location for Bob's farm? Yes. Can we go to an aviation tracking system that we already can publicly access and identify whether or not any helicopter passed over Bob's farm? Well, as a matter of fact, we do, don't we, guys? So if we cross reference the aviation information survey for the area, which may or may not have an identifiable aircraft because if it's military, the transponder will be there, but it won't tell you what it is, but it will tell you that a military helicopter deployed the ticks. Right. See how I'm going with this? If we take all the neat technology that's been provided at our fingertips to hunt these bastards, we should be able to lock them down very, very, very quickly. But instead of getting, you know, and this is the problem most people are generating the reports. It's like they're defecating their drawers, they're pissing their pants, they're all, you've got to be terrified. No, we don't need to be terrified. We need to be so stinking angry that people are executed for deploying biological agents and weapons against the American people. Because whoever is deploying those biological or, again, the insect vectors knows full well that whatever they're deploying is a dangerous material slash substance and they are cooperating in an attack on the American people. I don't know what they are. It looks almost like it's something dead and there's critters or something consuming what's there. It doesn't make sense. It doesn't register. I didn't do this. I don't buy things like this and put them out. So I've got an alien object here that I just don't recognize. And I do notice it's got something as I look closer. This mechanism guarantees that the state pension will rise each year by either the rate of inflation or the increase in wages or 2.5%, whichever of these is the highest. They do not work but just sit around consuming the national prosperity by eating their heads off at our expense. How can it possibly be sustainable or morally right that those who do nothing should be in a position to bankrupt the nation by demanding ever more money year after year? I'm guessing that most viewers will have seen this kind of thing in the newspapers lately. It is a perspective which appeals to young people because they feel that the boomers have lifted off the fat of the land for years and now that they've had such a good time, crashing the planet into the bargain by burning all that coal and oil and forcing global warming, they expect to be kept in luxury and ease for the remainder of their worthless lives. Manifesting justice of this, when the pensions which are paid in this country are among the lowest in Europe, is almost breathtaking. Our government throws money around like a drunken sailor on shore leave. But when they look at old people, they see that there is scope for a little tease-pairing economy. The very people who are paid in taxes and national insurance payments year after year, decade after decade, are the ones who should now make sacrifices for the youngsters. I can see which way the wind is blowing and I have seen all those charts which prove conclusively that there are too many pensioners and the number is growing at such a rate that the current arrangements are simply unsustainable. This is perhaps why there is such an unbounded enthusiasm currently for pushing through legislation which would help older little people to commit suicide. So for all these people who go, oh, it's so good, no, actually not as well as you'd think. And again, who's going to speak up for the dead anyway? Because here's the other part about that is, you know, how many years has it been? Are people genuinely going to remember it? No, because it didn't affect them, so they don't care. So they don't have a clue. They have no idea what the fight was all about. or what has transpired over the years. Interestingly enough though, as we've said a million times on this program, remember the first rule is that the Shister and the officers of the corporation, which includes all those Secret Service, FBI, ATF, take your pick, they're all alphabet soup agencies, mostly registered outside the United States, but with the War Powers Act, under the aegis of the Corporation of the United States with the President as the executor of the Corporation, they were foreclosing and have been foreclosing on all of us. Now they've had to buy time. In fact, step by step by step, they've done just exactly that, but the scales have been lifted by an awful lot of people's eyes. and they're looking straight at the problem and they understand what the problem is. That's something that the other side can't afford. So this is why we're going to see a progressive escalation in operations by the ring knockers, the buddies, to attack the American people on American soil for the purpose of creating a national crisis. Well, that's where we're all going to have to first of all learn, educate ourselves a lot more to the task, and we're going to have to pick up so many elements of what is the economy, manufacturing, everything from that to banking and money. We have the throwaway to create, once again, a free America. This is something, let me give you an example, as well, the corporations have all kinds of fake slash administrative debt that they're running around and throwing around this paper as a way of controlling people through currency, through digital currency or whatever, because most of the currency, most of the numbers from the Federal Reserve, remember, 90% are already digital right now. But that 10%, they're so pissed at the fact that 10% cash capital is still rolling around in our hands and they can't control the slaves enough, which is why they want to go the whole nine yards. But if they do that, whenever they do it, the jig is up. There's no way they can lie or fake their way out of what's transpiring, what's taking place. So this is where we're not weir, but they're in a quandary because they have to defecate or get off the pot with this situation. There's no halfway in between. If they actually just have to commit or they're done. And right now they're not finished yet, but they're in a situation where there's no place to go but into the maelstrom that they've created. Which is why, to a degree, this whole thing with the Middle East has gone into brain fart mode too. In other words, what they were proposing or what they thought, whatever the deal was, it didn't turn out as planned. Everything is already stale before the economic crisis, the actual official kick-off, say recession, which is a made-up word, or full-scale, large-scale depression kicks in. This is one of the problems I've pointed out to several people is there are these general information bits that are out there. Who, what, where, when? The basic rule of investigative process, but most importantly, if you're looking at weapons development, weapons evaluation, and weapons deployment, first you have the deployment, then you have to use a simple look at the components, the delivery system, the basic final retail delivery system, which is the boxes that everybody's been finding. How are they made? What are they made of? What do they look like? Show me the outside. Has anybody shown you the inside? Are there numbers on the containers? Are there any ID markers on the containers? Are the containers custom built? Do they appear to be something that's just off the wall pulled out of an inventory? If it's something that's pulled out of an inventory and if it has an inventory ID number on it for say a standard container of some kind that can be purchased, Then it also means that we can do the investigative process of finding out who it is that sells the container, the containment system, and then following that back through progressively to who's who in the zoo. There are many aspects of what have already been provided or it's claimed to have been provided in the way of information that would allow for us to effectively isolate and individually identify vendors, manufacturers, etc. The bugs themselves can be determined to a degree by breed and even by stock type if we have somebody who knows what they're doing in biology. And by the way, we do. We have a few people, more than a few. We have quite a few. So, being able to identify the actual carrier tick itself allows us to focus on a particular threat area or to look to see is anybody in the bio industry offering a vector tick of that type as a commercial product. Granger is an industrial supply company that overlaps into a lot of other industries because of what it does with mechanical technology. So if we have a particular genome that we can identify with regard to the pattern of insect, we should be able to step by step by step follow it back to source. Now all of a sudden we have another interesting consideration here. Remember this was traditionally with vectors in biological weapons inventories. The creature delivering the vector is supposed to be sterile. I will point out something I have said for as long as I've been on the air because I did work as an NBC instructor and tester. A person had to actually qualify you for using equipment, which means first I had to take all the blasted classes. Let me point something out. It was acknowledged years ago they have never successfully produced an accurate and effective sterile vector. Every time they've claimed they've come up with a sterile mosquito, they haven't. In mass population production, the vectors are always re-provocating. They are not sterile. They are able to hatch young. They are able to reproduce. Why does it need your blood? It needs to reproduce. Gotta make more! It's making more! And the more is gonna be carrying the plague or whatever biological weapon system they deployed. So we have an applied biological weapon system that the elements of the US government are presently deploying against the American people. And that's the problem we've got before us, is again, these characters are dead cold serious about their game. It's fascinating how people don't seem to take serious enough the open threat that's being provided. Example is, why brought the whole thing up about the ticks? Number one, the ticks this year are bad because we've had a wet year. We had a wet winter. We had a very wet and cold winter that came out fighting and biting, first of all. But the reports that are going on, since people are making these reports, here's the problem. What have you done to come up with a precise program to hunt them, not to be reactive? But to be responsive, we should have this whole thing. If somebody found a box of ticks somewhere, we should know date, time, place, and you know, here's the thing. I'm going to point this out, people. Is anybody really dead cold serious about this? Because if they are, you do realize I've got a computer program. I can literally put a dot on the map, and I have the grid coordinate right there. So, every time that any of this stuff is found, right now there should be a priority for this particular threat because it requires a great dispersion of material, number one. That means that we need to be identifying, first of all, increased activities. Let's say that we didn't know for sure where something was dropped. We could take existing CDC numbers, of course those you can't trust hardly anymore because numbers aren't being reported properly for either positive or negative results. So the biggest problem is that the billions of dollars spent on collecting data doesn't mean the data is real anyway. But let's say we take that particular concept and we run the CDC database for, like we just pointed out, what increase in Lyme disease over the last three months to five months. Each case, as it's identified, is supposed to be reported to any of the medical facilities where the person is treated to an individual who passes it on to the CDC to become part of the official record. It can be on time accessed, which means that it should be. Now here's the thing. Do you think that any of these people, these quadriplegic homosexual Eskimos are doing their job anymore? No, I don't think any of them are. I think they know they don't have to do their job anymore. I think that all of them are sitting on their hands. However, if the system were in place, it would be a very short period of time in which you could come up with at least a parameter for area of activity with regard to a particular threat of this type. Once you have that in play, you then have a point of interest or focus because you may have caught either the middle or the tail end, unfortunately probably the tail end of the activity, but it does give you an idea of what area may be to X out that doesn't need to be observed. However, operations like this maintain close proximity from one operational activity to the next. So now we know that we need to be hunting for drones or helicopters or fixed-wing, low-flying aircraft that are deploying the vectors, these boxes that everybody's describing. Now, logic would dictate in the year 2026 I'd be looking for drone activity because it's obvious that these packages are relatively small. Drones create excellent infiltration, exfiltration, operational capabilities. And the big thing here then is now you have to be able to hunt with frequency because they're not wire guided like you're seeing with the weaponized ones. They're going to be wireless and wireless slash remote guided. Now they can be programmed, so they just go in, drop in an area, drop the box, and come back out. And dropping the box is not a problem. Kicks are fairly resilient, as we know, so they bounce well. You can imagine that it's hard in hell to kill them, right? So I would assume that the packaging, which is why I want to see details of the packaging, I want to see the outside of the package, all sides. Top, bottom, left, right, front, back. I want to have a close inspection digitally because that way I can share the image with a lot of other people to show me what the signature marks, if any, are on the container. Now, if I find any ID numbers, then I start cross-referencing with industrial production facilities, starting first with packaging. And then also, as I said before, with other specialized interest activities like biological research, deployment technology for field use, et cetera, there's all kinds of places I can go real quick, but you know, it's really great. I can let my fingers do the walking through the internet pages. Now, would they scrub some of this? Yeah. It's most likely, as we saw, and let me jog your memory. Do you think any of this is new? How many of you remember the RAT program out West? Anybody remember the rat program? Remember in California, they started this in California, you had a farmer, and all of a sudden, for some weird reason, the EPA came out and wanted to inspect his tractors. Well, in his tractors, they found a rat. And it was not local to the area, but it was on the endangered species list, even though it's a rat. Okay, it's a fast-producing rat. But it was rare in their area. You may recall that they confiscated the tractor. They wrote the farmer up with a million dollar fine for if he, you know, but he could get his tractor back but he had to pay so many hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines. Well, the tractor wasn't worth that much. But their logic is that you were going to pay and pay and pay. So what happened is they didn't. And what they did is they just said, no, they charged. It turns out they charged the tractor, not the farmer, because they can't charge the farmer for anything. And this is admulti law. But by charging the tractor, they could confiscate the tractor. And they wanted to try and then confiscate property, the ranch. Well, what happened is the tractor, since he did not answer the paperwork, they, of course, ran the tractor through the paperwork. All of a sudden it was forfeit because the tractor couldn't defend itself. And then they waited and they bought their tractor back for I think I want to say $4,000 but I don't think it was that much. I think it was about $2,000. But I'll say $4,000 because that's still cool. Why did they do that? Well, it would have been hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines by the federal government against this man, but instead he let the tractor get found guilty. He then bought the tractor as a war booty prize from the pirates, the government, and then he took the tractor around to all of the county fairs with a cage around it and explained the case that I'm talking about. Here's the thing the rats started popping up in a lot of other places Nevada, California, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming, oh and even in places like Utah. Except here's what's interesting. Out of the blue because people started to track certain vehicles that were popping in. This is why I'm telling you hunt them harder than they're hunting you. They caught a tractor trailer that was a mobile delivery system dropping the rats off in a location in Nevada. When they did this, they tracked it back to a breeding station where the federal government had been breeding the rats for an extended period of time. They were breeding the rats and then transporting the rats out to people's properties and then they knew right where to go because now the rats were in danger and the Fed could come in and start harassing the ranch owners. Does anybody remember this case? We covered this on the air live while it was happening. We also covered the day that they attacked and raided the rat factory. the rat breeding facility. Hmm, I think that's special. Now my point is this. We need to get up off your dead ass and rather bitch in about these damn things. If people out there are serious or if people are raising concern, piss on the raising concern. Let's get out of the bugle. And let's go on the hunt. Let's find these sons of bitches. Let's do to them what we did before to the bastards. And you find them and you beat the living, but Jesus out of them. You don't treat them kindly. But you know what? Eventually they all learned their lesson. Now that means we got there's more of us than there are of them. It's like every aspect every other aspect of what's going on. Who, what, where, when? That's what needs to be remembered. We need to be precise and connoisseur with regard to reporting. I want to see a battle map. Everybody should be hunting for these things. You find it, prove to me you found it. Here's the thing. I want to see a picture of the immediate area where you found it. In many cases, people have drones and other toys and stuff that they're playing with, so I want you to take the drone out there. Let's sit it on the ground near your box. Let's launch it upwards, straight up, real slow, and let's see the ground that the box is in. the area of real estate where the box immediately affected because of the deployment of the vectors. And then on top of that, we can then show progressively as you elevate a very fine topographic example of the area of activity that is of concern because we now have a deployed vector, a biological weapons system deployed by elements of the US government on American soil. And we can back it up and then after that you can switch out to Google if you want a high altitude drone that gives you a pretty good topographic feature. Then you can switch out to a more accurate if you want to, although I think your drone would be fairly accurate, a more accurate image of the entire area of operation on Google Map. Where is this? How big an area we're looking at could be affected. And again, what type of vectors, the most important thing is doing a very specific scientific step-by-step evaluation of the threat package. And that has to be the highest priority. Isolating every time that these things, or if there's any remnant even, isolating all of the vectors that are in the remnant container for proper cataloging and evaluation. If they die, they die. Not so much worried about that as I am the idea that any and all evidence that can be collected must be redundant. You do not hand it over to any government agency. The government agency's job is to do what? Lie. Its first job is to lie, oh wait a minute, and then conceal. We have seen this over and over again with other types of biologicals over the years. Remember the series of Plastine materials that were dropping on the northwestern part of the United States inland? It got to the point where even some of the controlled media networks in the northwestern United States covered the event. People woke up in the morning, there was this film all over all of the cars. It was like bubble-like material. It first looked frosted. Interestingly enough, you might remember that before the incident took place, the local sheriff went on an unscheduled vacation and left the area of operation. In other words, he was told it was coming. He was a lodge buddy. So the sheriff left and then tried to deride anybody who explained what it is that they had happened in the community, even though everybody in the community saw it, and the sheriff, of course, was prattling whatever words the Fed was telling them to spew out of his mouth. And it's like, oh, they're just crazy conspiracy theories. Wait a minute. OK, we're not talking about anything other than what is this? We have samples. They collected samples. One woman was actually a nurse. She did a very good job of collecting both samples off the ground to include contact with the soil. Samples of the material as it rests on vehicles and other surfaces, pointing out the difference between how it was affected by the wind shields of the cars versus metal versus wood. and she had an entire battery slash array of evidence that she put together. The sheriff was forced to receive it and then it was mysteriously disappeared and nobody knows what happened to it. Why we have to make sure that we keep all the meat material that we can available for research but We need to take all of the proper precautions with regard to containment of the material. We will do a better job than government has, because government is the one who put the material in our backyards. Government are the people who put it in our neighborhood. So I don't think I'm trusting government to try to figure out what it is, because those B-witches in government already know what it is. They put it there. What needs to happen is a concise, again, a precise activity of investigation step by step, but it starts with documentation. And that means that we need to provide an open source And by the way, multiple source bases so that that way when somebody tries to, let's just say, fiddle fart with something in the way of the database, because somebody eventually will probably be pressured, they'll crap their doors, they'll drop their spine out their bung hole like a meat xylophone, and then all of a sudden, well, I couldn't help it, and they told me they do blah blah blah. What do you mean, blah blah blah? Well, they do something to me, they do something. I felt intimidated. I just had to go along with him. I had to. You hear this all the time. I can pretty well simulate it if I take a minute of exactly the versions that we've seen where people have spewed out how, I didn't want it good, but seriously. Yeah, so again, you have to make sure you have backups and backups and redundancy, at least triple, preferably quad. Your database needs to be uncorruptible. You also need to have, again, chain of possession slash chain of discovery documents. So that step by step you can confirm that the material you pulled from a site, which, again, completely isolate, treating everything as a high biological threat. This is the one thing that is true that we can do, I think, a better job of because I've seen some pretty stinking both sloppy Even though well educated individuals in bio research, you wouldn't believe some of the stuff that they do. And in the process of doing, you know, put a lot of people at risk, it's little, these are little disasters you've never heard about. Created by the quote unquote trained professional. That doesn't that term doesn't mean anything to me anymore and has it for a very long time. Oh, there's a trained professional Really? That just means he's a prostitute working for whoever Marks the right way to get him to move in the right direction depending upon what they need That's a trained professional. So again, this is why we need independent work to be done We need to treat the threat accordingly. Everybody needs to be in a what is a proactive mode And that means again, response, not reaction. Response. We need to be really good and we can be at what we do. We got the thinkers, they got the stinkers. So let's hunt these bastards. Anybody, gonna have any discussions with anybody else, who has put what technology together, what infrastructure, where is it? How can we contribute to help to make it happen? Does he need manpower? Are we looking for more people to help hunt the enemy? Because I'm sure everybody always is, or at least the idea is that, well, I don't have time for her to do it 24-7. Then ask her to do it 24-7. All you need to do is a percentage, and everybody pitch in. We identify that we have an incident, then we send in a response unit to actually act against the activity. But again, containment, collection of evidence, and preservation of evidence. One of the other things to remember about that is both, especially with photographic evidence first, Any and all documentation needs to be mechanically sized, physically moved out of the area immediately. Once you have a documented core study of the site, you have to have individuals leave the area with the material immediately. And I said individuals didn't tie. I didn't say individual. Prior, proper planning prevents, piss, poor performance. You also make sure that you use a number of different mediums, medias, in order for you to collect the data. That way when the time comes, some may be detected, let's just say intercepted and possibly destroyed, but most has a high survivability rating, and most importantly because we have many different ways of reproducing the same image in whatever documented form. The quality needs to be high because of the nature of the threat. We need to be doing a better job with regard to performance. Again, prior proper planning prevents this poor performance in this case. Another part of this is audio and video, but also combined with mechanical slash written database. Anytime we get used to the idea of finding individuals who are willing to work as select stenographers, their mission is to record progressively activity as it is seen, and repeated by the individual who is the actual evaluator or interpreter on the site. This is critical because, again, hard copies survive where many of the things may not. But it is very important. Let's take, if everybody thinks this is serious, we need to be hunting these bastards. What would you do if you caught somebody with an aircraft, or let's say, how about, here's one for you. You guys roll up on a location and you find that, wow, there's a drone with one of the boxes just like the ones we found that were dropped on Bob's Ranch that were full of all those deadly ticks. Now, I look and it's a hopped up minivan. It's got a panel back end. There's a couple of up-link, maybe up-link antenna, a few other antennas on it. He's got a drone ready to deploy. It's got the same box of ticks in it. You look in the back end because he's got the door open and there's racks and racks and racks of those little tick battery packs, so to speak, sitting in the back of that vehicle. Now, do you want to have a conversation with that person? Sure you do. But we're first going to make sure that that guy doesn't go anywhere. Am I right? Or guys, because here's the thing. Here will be more than one person. But the moment that you have a threat identified and you can be at validate beyond the shadow of a doubt Yep, that's a vector carrier. That's the transport. They're using I can even see that the serial number is the same on the containers or the containment vessels the boxes whatever Well, that means that you've got a validation there. I would say that person isn't leaving All those people are there. Oh, we're gonna document. We're gonna nose print them. We're gonna butt print them We're gonna button bend their arms backwards We're gonna cave in their heads if we feel like it, but yeah, we gotta keep them alive. So, kind of. See how this works?
