For even now as tyrants trampled, each God given right, We only watched him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. Stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep, And wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep. What would be your answer? He called out from the grave. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the... ooh, first hour. I'm getting ahead of myself. This is the first hour of the Intelligence Report. I'm our corny. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters. Both on and behind the lines in occupied territories. West. North. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on... www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com and we're on satellite. I want to say hi to all of our merchant marine operators out there and many others who are listening and then rebroadcasting analog and digital satellite. We're on a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States. And it is Thursday. No way. Yes way. It is Thursday. It is the 16th of April, 18th year of Open Obvious and In Your Face. Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K. 2026, Older Calendar. 2026, Battle for the Republic, Book 3. A Dark Anniversary. And we are very busy right now with all of the fun things going on across the country. But we are going to pull up in a minute here and pull up and be ready to play today's Guns and Gadgets. It's about six hours old. And it's not a surprise, but it is a progression. And it's very much attached to what I want to talk about. in general this afternoon. In fact, it's reinforcing what I've been trying to point out for quite some time. Nothing that's a surprise. There's nothing that they're doing, oh my god, I would never have expected this of the Trumpite, or I would never have expected this of, you know, criminal government in the district of criminals. Oh no, it's just totally a mystery to what, no it's not. These characters are enemies of the American people. They hate our form of government. They are socialists across the board, hardcore Soviet socialists slash communists. And they're continuing to play confusion. This is the mud water time. That's the only way to describe it. The muddy water routine. And you're seeing this in every direction that you turn right now. So I'll tell you what we're going to do. It is 12 minutes after. We've got guns and gadgets coming up and we're going to play that right now if Ed has that cued. And you're listening to Liberty Tree Radio. It is again the 16th of April. No, my whole game's added again. Here we go. You can't make this stuff up. You have to try to screw up this much. They said it themselves. The Department of Justice admitted that this law violates the Second Amendment. That's their words, not mine. But now, they're trying to escape a court ruling anyway. Is this the viewpoint of the new acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche who took over for the fired Pam Bondi? Or is this just the Department of Justice being as bipolar as usual and not liking it when we call them out for it? Hey everybody, Jared here with Guns N' Gads. It's your source for Second Amendment news, constitutional analysis, and the truth that the mainstream media won't even come close to touching on this channel. We don't just report headlines. We break down what's actually happening in the courts, in the Constitution, and behind the scenes in Washington so that you understand exactly how your rights are being affected, especially in the courtrooms by the Department of Justice. Because they'll say something but what they actually do is totally different. And today, we got a major one. In fact, when I got off the phone with the GOA team, I was dumbfounded last night when I was talking to them about this. The Department of Justice yesterday filed a brief in a federal case involving the U.S. Postal Service and firearms. And what they are arguing is going to make your head spin before I anger you. Now let's get into the situation here. There's a federal law. It's 18 U.S.C. Section 1715, and I've reported on this case a couple times already. And that law has historically banned mailing handguns through the U.S. Postal Service. Perhaps you remember when I did the video about DOJ actually saying, yeah, this law violates the Second Amendment. Well, gun owners of America, gun owners' foundation, and some individual plaintiffs challenged the law saying that it plainly violates the Second Amendment. And here's where this gets absolutely wild. Like I said, the Department of Justice already admitted that. According to the filing, the Office of Legal Counsel for the Department of Justice determined that this law is unconstitutional as applied to protected firearms, and the DOJ should stop enforcing it. Let that sink in. The federal government's own legal authority said this violates the Second Amendment. So, what is DOJ doing now? Well, are they defending the law? No. Are they repealing it? Also, no. Instead, they're trying to get the case thrown out. Here's their argument, simplified. They're saying, we're not enforcing the law anymore, so nobody's in real danger, Your Honor. And so there's no real case, just let us keep keep violating the Constitution for a little while longer. That's their entire strategy here. They're saying there's no credible and substantial threat of prosecution because they've disavowed enforcement. Meaning, the law still exists, it's still on the books, but they're just choosing not to enforce it. So please let us just keep violating the Constitution, Your Honor. Just leave it there. Now pause right there because this is where things get dangerous. This is a classic government tactic. Don't repeal the unconstitutional law. Don't let the court strike it down. Just say, eh, we promise we won't enforce it right now. Trust us. Because if a court rules it's unconstitutional, the law's gone. But if they avoid a ruling, like the Department of Justice does so frequently, in fact, they're trying that with every single piece of anti-gun federal legislation, Well, then a future administration can just flip that switch back on and enforce it again. And the DOJ even admits that concern indirectly while trying to dismiss this as speculation. The Supreme Court, guys and gals, has made this crystal clear. Any violation of a constitutional right, no matter how small, is an irreparable harm. And we're not talking about some minor regulatory issue here. We're talking about the Second Amendment. The one thing keeping we the people in power over the United States government, keeping us from becoming dependents or subjects, the DOJ itself already acknowledged the law violates the Second Amendment, so let's be real. If the government admits a law violates your rights, that violation doesn't just magically disappear because nobody, somebody promises not to enforce it today. Rights are not conditional. They are not optional. And they're definitely not dependent on who's in power. Now, I think it's even more interesting. Because while the DOJ says they're not prosecuting anyone, even though they are threatening to do that to a GOA plaintiff, the US Postal Service is still enforcing the ban. And right now, you still can't legally mail handguns. Of course, people have chimed in, I'm an FFL. Yes, you're an FFL, that's different. We're talking like us, we the people, civilians. We're not talking FFL stuff. But they're proposing a new rule to change that. They're proposing one. And according to the filing, the U.S. Postal Service has proposed regulations that would allow mailing lawful firearms, not that any firearm can be unlawful because second member protects arms. But this would allow mailing of pistols and revolvers. So again, same pattern, admit the problem, promise to fix it later, and ask the court not to rule on it. So let me translate what's really happening here. And I know the Department of Justice watches my channel and I know they love how I just rip into them and tell everybody what they're actually doing. So let's continue. The Department of Justice is saying, trust us, we'll fix it eventually so the court doesn't need to step in. But here's the real issue. That's not how the Constitution works, that's not how our rights work, and you, the Department of Justice, you don't get to dictate our rights. Don't know if you've heard of a thing called the Constitution before, but perhaps you clowns should read it. Pause constitutional violations while the government tries to figure things out. And you definitely don't allow unconstitutional laws to stay on the books just because enforcement is temporarily suspended. Trust us. And here's a contradiction that should jump out to everyone. The DOJ says the law is unconstitutional. They say they won't enforce it. They just say the courts shouldn't rule on it. So the question becomes, if it's unconstitutional, why the hell are you fighting so hard to keep it alive? This isn't just about mailing firearms. This is about a broader legal strategy that could affect every single right that we have. Because if the government can avoid court rulings simply by saying, ah, you know what, Your Honor, we're not gonna enforce that right now, you know, trust us, buddy, we got this, then what stops them from doing this with carry laws, magazine bans, firearms, ownership restrictions, you name them all? Or even beyond the Second Amendment? That's the precedent they're trying to build here. The Founders didn't write the Constitution so that government, the Department of Justice, could pick and choose when it applies. They wrote it as a permanent restraint on government, a permanent restraint on power. It does nothing to restrain us, we the people. And the Second Amendment is not a suggestion. So I want to hear from you. Yeah, you know, riddle me this down below. Do you guys trust the Department of Justice? When they say don't worry, we're not going to enforce it, do you really trust them? Or should unconstitutional laws be struck down, period, no matter who the president is, no matter who the Department of Justice has at their helm, no matter what they say in court? Drop your thoughts in the comments down below. If you got value from this breakdown, if this made you irate, but you also get value out of me telling you what the Department of Justice is actually doing in courtrooms where this really matters, then subscribe to the channel and support the work that I do here by commenting down below and liking the video and sharing this with someone who needs to understand what's really going on here. As always, stay safe, stay armed, and stay free. I will see you on the next one, whether the Department of Justice likes it or not. Take care. It's an example of in general everything that's being convoluted right now to the point of muddy water. There is no accident to the quote-unquote conflict that was just described by him because if you were to go to any social media platform area, I don't care, bitch you, YouTube, I want you to take a look. basic articles and information and how it's popping up and what's being generated at this time. Macro motion, again, just kind of like get back away from the screen a little bit and glaze the eyes over all the hyper details, ignore most of the propaganda imagery, but pay attention to the subject, the matter for each of these different articles that you might run into. One of the things that's happening is intentional mass confusion. on every level. It's not accidental, it's not incidental, it is planned. And this is something that's done every time that there is a preparation for a physical action to take place in country. We've seen this many times before. It also is a preparatory action for other shenanigans slash read that covert actions taking place but also in your face at the same time. Trump a dump. Total confusion supposedly with Trump a dump. Trump a dump is totally flipping on every aspect of whatever it is that he stood for blah blah blah blah blah. Every one of the elements, the executive component, Congress and its intentional failures as they're told to fail by AIPAC, by the Jews, along with the Fed to do what they're doing as ordered by the Jews and the economy manipulated by the kosher mafia slash the Jewish mob. All of it right now is in a muddied water state. There's no focal point. In fact, even the fake ass slash real, you know, deadly interaction taking place that they don't want to call a war over in the Middle East, which is a war, and that's the only way you would describe it. Anybody else would go, well, I know you're playing words because you're running with the Jews, so, you know, word, word, The word salad is the norm, not the exception. The fact is it's a war, not a conflict, not a policing action, not an incident. It's a war. You're waging war, but you're trying to avoid declaring war. You're not even doing it by the body of the law of the nation you're supposed to do. If you want to shoot at somebody, and I've said this before, okay, declare war. Man up and declare war. You'll notice that none of these pricks can do this. But it's not just that. All of these actions are intentionally muddied. with everybody pointing, you know, eventually doing the Committee of Monkeys, a circle jerk where there's this big round table and every one of the monkeys at the table points at the guy at the left and blames him and it's a big circle jerk across, you know, all the way around the, right around the table. The same is true with all of the other elements of operations and communications for that matter. Now, what's the purpose behind this? Well, remember, out of confusion, out of chaos, able to create order, blah, blah, blah, we know that. But this allows for shifting of resources with what is the equivalent to a communications smokescreen. Think about it that way. You've got, and again, especially where you have critical components that were all orchestrated in the, if we go post-election, pre-election, do we want to use that as a benchmark? Well, we can. Pre-election statements by all the parties concerned. Pre-election statements and promises by all of the political components concerned. All for the sake of, let's just say, dusting up and polishing the ego of a good portion of the population. In the post-action though, step by step by step, first protraction takes place, extending activities that you originally were told because the writing was on the wall. It's known that urgency is obvious, it's needed. And so the actions should be taking place, but aren't taking place. And we've seen this with, again, the fakery and the muddied water of deportations. We have three numbers that have been put out there. One is 300,000 deported over what, 14 months? We have 600 deported or a little under 600 and about 700,000 was the number they blurted out initially and apparently were lying about. If we were actually focused on immigration and, you know, immigration failures and emigrating with an E, emigrating out the illegal aliens that are here, we'd have to do 8,000 a day. We have the infrastructure. Government already demonstrated they have the infrastructure because they used the infrastructure to move 8,000 a day into the United States by bus, by plane, and with a massive number of federal goon, knuckle dragging cliff apes. To mug up against anybody asking questions about them hauling illegal aliens all over the country at taxpayer dollar. all points of the compass, literally anywhere in the country that they wanted to go. Where you want to go? Well, that's where Air Blatsenstein slash Air Jew America would ship them, would fly them, at your expense, of course. Air Jew America doesn't pay for it. They spend your money while they profit from it based upon the show operations they have, not just the bullshit, you see, in Minneapolis with the imports there. We have the same garbage going on with the Jews with different Jewish colonies all over the country sucking off the federal tit the exact same way and there isn't a comment made about it at all. And of course there won't be. And everybody would say, well you know why? Yes, we do know why. So again, the intentional muddied water and confusion progressively becomes worse than muddied water. It becomes a total fog. What was the last story that you saw in the national news about deporting illegal aliens out of the country? Now have they kept everybody busy first with creating that unnecessary war that the Jews wanted because they wanted to steal more money from America? Plus they want to steal stuff from other people so they need Knuckle Monkey America to go out and do what we're doing. But even that has progressed into a fog, hasn't it? It's dissipated into an impossible to grab or grasp specific track with regard to mind, mental process, and common sense. Does that exist? I've got the hound going off in the background. I want to do it quickly. What it reminds me of is the low resolution images that we get from all of the government cameras on things. They'll give you just enough to say, oh, there's something but no detail whatsoever. The Kabuki Theater up in Minnesota, they did that to get people fatigued with the whole idea of getting rid of the illegals. It's like, oh, just shut up. I don't want to hear any more about it. And again, the idea is that you might be making myopic locations the focus of everybody's attention. Don't forget, first they were in LA and they performed the same kind of stupidity rather than forceful action in a state that they should have just stomped the guts out of. California should have the guts stomped out of it and the communists that we have there should be run into the ocean, period. Backpack full of rocks and swim to communist China. You probably won't make it and I don't care. So instead, then Trumpa Dump shifts over or once the game is all played and set, when the pieces are all in place for the propaganda, all of a sudden it's the Somali pirates! Yeah, well, the Jews run Minneapolis. Yeah, and real quick, there's a couple of compounds that you can find right in the middle of Minneapolis-St. Paul in which there are no private, there are no public streets, they're all private. Have you seen this? There are whole little enclaves where they literally took a piece of property and the property line doesn't end with the public access where the curb is or a little back from the curb typically. Oh no, it goes right to the middle of the road and the entire area, which is all, let's just say a certain religious faction, only that certain Jewish religious faction is allowed to live there. Yeah, well, the roads, literally the road itself, a complete road network, quite extensive, virtually hundreds and hundreds of estate houses in the middle of. We're not talking out in the peripheral, like in the suburbs. No, that's not what we're talking about at all. These are the kinds of things you're not supposed to think about while you're busy looking at the Somalas Stadiums. Oh, hello, Somalis Stadiums, they're horrible! Well, they didn't learn. If they have shoe-sized IQs, as you claim, they're not the ones that thought up all the scams. They're the ones running the scam for the ones who are actually raking in the money. And it ain't the Somalis. It's the Jews. But the whole point behind it, as we just mentioned, is to drive your mind's eye somewhere else to a single point. Well meanwhile, what about grabbing illegal aliens in Lansing, Michigan, or Jackson, Michigan, or Milwaukee, Wisconsin, or how about Bismarck? You know, in the Dakotas, what about up there in maybe Bismi, Montana? Take your pick. Let's go across the country. There's plenty of the places where there's illegal aliens that were shipped because the government paid for it so we know where the bus tickets went. We know where the airplane tickets went. In fact, in many cases, they had to claim a location slash address and there was a whole operation to do that. So it's not like we can't generally figure out where they were sent. And in many cases, it was thousands and then tens of thousands were sent. But instead, there is this miasma that is created, this confusion. And the promoted confusion serves the purpose of progressively making it impossible for anyone to be able to truly focus on the subject matter, on the area of concern. And this has continued to expand into all of the other elements of deception that were established with regard to quote-unquote promises made but promises not kept. Let me give you an example. Well, we're supposed to finish the wall. Let me ask everybody, how many miles of wall have been finished in the last 14 months? Anybody know? Anybody see a report on it? Is there any discussion about the border? We had direct confrontation with military forces and cartel and everything else on the border How is it that that was all ordered to be what we know was ordered to be? disappeared from the timeline and Here's what's really interesting how many social media sites that are in there are thousands are Diverse enough that somebody is actually focusing on the border right now You know, for the thousands and tens of thousands of people who are out there, there are a few. BorderBeat, all these other groups that have been there forever, they haven't gone any place. But interestingly enough, the all-important social media perceptors out there, they've either become hyper myopic in pay-waste conflicts between individuals that are really not relevant. are unnecessary, but they are useful for the ring knockers, they're useful for your enemy, but they're not useful for the overall effort to save the country. In fact, just to reverse, they are divisive. And that's not accidental. Now, first of all, remember, the people all expected results are the ones that are being attacked because if you expect results, well, the people that you're expecting results from didn't plan on giving you any results. In fact, they were told that they can't generate any results. You know what I mean? In other words, like Trump a dump. He is doing what he's told to do, not what he chooses to do. Go ahead, jump in there, caller. Initial findings, 78 to 80 type of miles of border wall since Trump got back in office. In 14 months. Yeah. Right along. Anybody. Yeah. We should be done. It should be done. My question is always the same, hold on, call it. My question always the same is, who the hell did they get to build this crap? I'm sorry, to me, this is like the golden spike with the railroad. The objective is to get it done and get out of there. Don't worry, you'll have other construction jobs. You do this one really well, I might hire for something else. Go ahead, call the governor, please. Yes, Mark, it's funny you guys are bringing up the border right now. An article just came out yesterday that the US Marines have taken over the Gadsden Hotel in Douglas, Arizona, which is right across the border from Aguacrieta. They are not saying why exactly they are there. The hotel is saying they are not accepting any reservations through August. The hotel is booked through August. First they tried to say they were doing some kind of renovation or something. But now everybody saw all the crown eaters walking around town. So they think they know what is going on. But like I said, they're not saying exactly why they're there. Some sort of press officer from the military did release some sort of statement finally today after multiple questions from the independent press there and they said that the Marines are there to help out reinforcing the border wall for some sort of construction type of activity or something like that. I just thought that was interesting to contribute to the conversation here, Mark. Over. No, thank you. Again, this is one of the things that bothers me with what has become this foggy deflection across the board because there is ample opportunity for many of these independent social media platforms to become critical information conduits if they were to focus on a particular subject as well as they have in the past. Let's think about it. We had, like I said, the individuals who were coming up through the border, remember back when the border was wide open, who went into Mexico or went down into the as far south as literally beyond the Canal Zone and came back up through the infrastructure all the way down from the past at the very bottom of Central America, top of South America. and they documented step by step what was going on. But where the fog came in, again, where all of a sudden it became misty, is the closer they got to the border, the more the direct and obvious control by the cartel and the Jewish mob was there. It was apparent. Think about the different reporting that we covered done by other individuals. And again, you could go to these different sites And they would demonstrate who's who in the zoo and who's screwing the country. It was pretty stinging obvious. Gone. Vaporized. Some would say, well, they're probably dead. Well, really, are they? That would be a story. How about we figure out what's going on? If we've got people that are missing that were part of the information base, These are the kind of people that we need to continue to keep motivated. Were they, you know, like was it just an arbitrary action on their part, a hobby? Were they serious about the process they were involved in? And if they were, well again, typically people don't just fall off like that unless something unique has happened. It would be interesting to find out what that unique situation was. That's a story unto itself. What happened to the people who were doing the work because they just seem to have fallen off? Now, I'd be willing to bet that they're actually approached from inside the country by the Mossad type Jewish mafia, take your pick, whoever, and strong arm from that direction. Now, it doesn't have to be the cartel. They can get back into the US and stay in the US. Eventually, they did. They're at least on the other side of the border. It's a little tougher for the cartel directly to do it. do something to the parties, but it's not very difficult for the Jewish mob with a complete infrastructure here, which if you're not already, if you're not willing to hunt them yourself, will feel that they can pretty much get away with anything that they choose to do if they figure that you're a, you know, starry-eyed believer who doesn't really think very deep. Okay, that's the concept, I think, that they have, or how the perception they have of a lot of the young people that come into the fight, and to a degree, it's right. There's a movie-esque or theatrical perception of how things will work in the world as opposed to the way things really work in the world. Two different constructs altogether. So here again, this fog needs to be lifted. And this means that people actually need to be kind of kicked in the right direction. Or what needs to happen is we need to pick up where somebody in theory has left off. and is not followed through because the direction was correct, the information is useful, the database helps people to make decisions or to understand the threat situation we're in. All of these things are a double plus good benefit for everybody on our side of the border and interested in truly making America secure. And keeping America safe slash, we don't know if we could say make America great again because it's been great, no problem with that. don't have to really do much, it's great as it is. It's just not good because we've got a whole lot of people who don't believe in our former government meddling with our government. Or are in our government where they have no business being and need to be driven from. And you can't, with conversation, get them out of your hair or your wallet. So this gets back to the old story again, is how long before you're actually in a conflict scenario to deal with it. The fog here is muddier than the water and the air gets more likely you're going to have a fist come out of the blue. And all of this confusion is so that they can step forward with whatever click they've engineered or fabricated to point to the solution, which by the way they created, first of all the problem. And then they also had the plan for their solution, which doesn't benefit you, it benefits only them. And that's the problem that we have right now with the situation we're in. Now, is this going to get better? Well, it's like the fiddle farting between... We went from with Trumpa dump yapping about the Iranians to Trumpa dump now yapping about the Pope. Okay? And what purpose does that serve? Other than the fact that they figured it makes for a great, you know, tempest in a teapot, uh, mish-mish, where you can stir things up, you can get everybody pissed, everybody makes a lot of noise, I ain't talkin' about talkin' about me talkin' about that pimp! Oh, he can't talk about his pope that way! He's the pope! Well, yep, he's not my pope. Well, but he's the Pope. Yes, he is. And really not relevant to much of anything that we're doing or we are doing here except he's supposed to be from the United States. Okay, that's true. He's from America. Whether or not that's critical to us in general, he's a leader of a religious element. It's a church. Everybody's here is supposed to be respectful, but not my leader, not my circus. Those aren't my monkeys. I'm over here in America. This is the United States. But Mr. Trump is very happy to drag everybody's eyes and mind into this very myopic conflict, just like the bullshit generated with Somalia. It's not relevant. It serves no purpose. It does not deal with the bigger picture issues or anything that has to do with our concerns. And it does a great job of spinning everybody's wheels. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah wah wah wah wah wah wah Charlie Brown, you know, the basic representation of the Charlie Brown cartoon when you're listening to the adults in the Charlie Brown cartoon. Wah wah wah wah wah wah wah wah. Go ahead, caller, jump in there. This time, hey, this is my ambulance tomorrow. I'm having surgery, so I'm asking you to get prepared. The best you can do is... Yeah, that's a good thing. Oh, hold on. I can't hear you that well. You're too far away from the microphone. So repeat everything you said, but get closer to the mic. Don't use the speaker. I'm actually using the head-closer. Okay, bring it closer to your face then. Can you hear me now? You can. Better. Okay, now repeat what you said. Go slow. I said, again, I want to go on the mic and go again. I'm going to get you on that and prepare for that. Everything goes good, everything goes good, everything is. I get scared. Hold on, Tom. Hold on, stop. Stop. You are no better. Tom, are you in the hospital? No, not at the hospital. Okay, where are you? Okay, well for whatever reason, when I asked you to get your face closer to the microphone, it didn't help at all. Can you hear me better now? Now I couldn't hear a word hardly you said the second time. So go slow and explain to me what you said. It's word for word again. I said again, tomorrow is the day I'm having some surgery on my toes. I get two toes amputated. And I'm asking everyone again for prayers. Everything goes smooth. Because if everything goes right, it's going to be an outpatient surgery. That's about an hour for the... 45 minutes to an hour for the surgery. Then I got to be in the recovery room for a little bit. Then it goes good. If you go home tomorrow. Very good. That's what we needed to hear. So again, you'll be going in what time tomorrow? In the morning, I assume. Well, the surgery is at 10, but I have to be at the hospital at 7.45 in the morning. Right. Well, that's expected. They're going to make sure they've got you squared away before they decide to make you comfortable enough that they can do what they have to do. That's what I could offer everybody out there if you could. Go ahead. I say again, I'm just asking for prayers from everyone. Absolutely. For everybody out there, if you could, say a prayer for Tom for protection and everybody can pitch in doing that. There shouldn't be anything that goes wrong, but precautionary prayer, which also is helpful prayer, is a way to prevent anything from developing by the energy that we have between all of us focused on the task. So we need everybody's help. If you could, say a prayer for Tom Ullum and for his protection and healing during his surgery tomorrow. And again, give him strength tonight. Make sure you get rest. Don't get all nervous stuff. Get rest. Make sure that you move again a little late. Well, I plan to get a prank when you rest. Well, actually it's amazing, I will say this, that if they have to put you under for anesthesia, if they're going to actually put you under, it's not as comfortable as you could possibly get. All worries are gone for a little while. It does make a difference. I will say that. I've not done too much in the way of surgeries, but The few times that I have where it's like, oh I think I'm out of here, it's like, oh this really was quite comfortable. I don't get to rest this much very often, very well, for that matter. Well, again, if there's anything that you need, give us a call. Remember, you can contact us directly and we'll make sure that we, well we'll do a weekend as quickly as we can, but we'll pull all the help in weekend too. You need to pitch in. You have transportation, correct? Yes, yes. Yes, I do. My sister brought me here, saved me home. I'm going to be at her house for a couple of weeks in recovery. But after that, I'm probably going to, I'm going back at my place, I'm probably going to have to be, probably take it easy some more. Probably don't have to build steps and steps for my camper and stuff I'm living in to. Her ramp has taught me, taught me with my balance because I'm hungry and my balance will be. But dad, we need somebody to check on him. You remember that Fluffy went in for the same thing and he never got out. I know. That's everybody's same thing. That was because of the COVID BS. Yeah. That was because of the COVID BS and there should be no BS reason for them to hold him beyond his recovery time. And make sure that they give you the recovery treatment they're supposed to give you, Thomas. Oh, well. They drug their ass on Fluffy and that pissed me off so bad. Oh yeah, I remember that. Even the cats put the two cents in. Okay, as a matter of fact, everybody's got concern here. Now I've got extra ears listening to the program because of this. They're hearing all the extra voices. Alright, anything else Tom? We're good? Nope, just wanted to put that out. I'll give my sister, the guy's number, in case something does happen and she can call you and keep you updated. Like I said, I'm saying nothing good, I'm sure nothing will, but if you don't hear from me and you hear from her, then you know. Very good. And just make sure we're as soon as possible so we can expedite. Remember, we still have distance to cover. time and distance. So the sooner we get the information, the more effectively we'll be able to act, and it's still going to take time to be able to get everybody on scene. Okay? Yes. So I'm in Grand Rapids right now. Is that where the, okay, that's the hospital to be used. You'll be in Grand Rapids? Yes, I'll be at St. Mary's. Okay, very good. Thank you. All right. And we're all, we're still, oh, we have 10 minutes before we're not quite to the top of the hour yet. I got something else to bring up, Dad. Go ahead. That's kind of silly. Business Insider's got this article, Make America Sober Again. Trump's tariffs and immigration crackdown on Iran war is crushing America's alcohol industry. Why? Why? Why would that affect the American alcohol industry? Okay, what's the argument? Okay, I'm waiting for this one now. Well, let's see. The amount of alcoholic beverage consumed across major markets declined by 2% in 2025, Dad. And in the United States, volumes consumed are down by 5%. I believe that. That's the argument. I really don't know. I'm not going to pay for the rest of the article here because it's behind a paywall. I don't see how the war would have anything to do with that. Well, yeah, maybe because all of those corrupt nation states that got bombed by Iran, you know, the places that are basically Las Vegas, Sodom and Gomorrah, you know, east, Those operations aren't getting as much alcohol because of the shipping problems and they're not going to fly any more than they have to. And if they are, they're going to fly better quality than the bulk booze that they buy from the US. Because you know that's how it works. So really, the war is to blame for lack of alcoholic consumption and it has to do with Donald Trump. I do believe it is the world economy because cheaper alcohol, cheaper liquor is what people will be looking for if they are limited in monetary assets or resource. That is not a surprise. I would expect to see that. It has always been a problem. In fact, the liquor trade, let me remind everybody of something. Anybody ever see the Why We Fight series? of World War II. It was done for World War II. Anybody ever see that? The original. Not the chopped up and chopped up and re-chopped up versions that they re-fabricated several times to be politically correct. One of the reasons that we had to go to war against Japan is because of bootleg fake label alcohol. Everybody goes, what? Yeah, this is true, people, because in fact, in the movie film series, the whole discussion is about counterfeit products made by the evil country of Japan, not China. China, of course, does it in spades. And China was doing it then, too, by the way. But in Japan, they were making direct fake copies of AC spark plug. Oh, we need to kill them for that. They were making direct copies of photograph components. Oh, we've got to kill them for that. But most important that they showed is counterfeit alcohol, slash booze, and cigarettes. But the booze was the big thing because they showed all the name brand label booze. He goes, this looks like American liquor. But it's not. Now, let's understand while they're telling you that we need to kill the Japanese because they are making counterfeit liquor. Only a few years earlier we were killing Americans. We were killing Americans on the street, the federal government. But the Jew running the federal government needed desperately for you to go out there and kill people for the Jewish mob because, well, they wanted to get a war started, but they had to have an excuse. So one of the several excuses is that they were making fake booze. They were making booze that the Jews didn't make, and almost all the Jewish booze market, or I should say all the booze market. is Jewish one. That's okay. That's why they did prohibition so they could get control of the alcohol market in the United States, which they did totally across the board. Then all of a sudden it was okay to sell liquor. We had a quote-unquote alcohol shortage, at least in the state of Michigan and around the Great Lakes. I can't remember why it happened, but it was back In the 90s up into the 2000s and what came out of that? We had all these microbreweries spring up all over the place to fill the gaps where the alcohol couldn't be in the state. I think we had three in our own little town of Dexter. We had the one right across from the theater that Ethan did the plays at, the pumpkin brewery. There were a couple of other apples and apple cider. alcohol, and all kinds of other stuff that just sprung up all over the place in that period of time. And now it's like you're supposed to forget that those existed because it was home economy. It wasn't like we weren't relying on somebody overseas for this crap. We were making it here. We were doing it small industry because it literally was some of these things you could fit in a garage. They just had a little office space for it because they didn't want it attached necessarily to the home. The wife didn't like it, blah blah blah, so on. Until it became popular and then the one guy's wife really liked it and bragged about it everywhere. I remember that. But yeah, how was the streets removed? Crippling America's alcohol production, it really shouldn't be. I'm surprised they haven't proposed a special airlift of American liquor with government expense involved because we're going to have to pay for it because the winos of Quaiter and Bahrain and all those other Sodom and Gomorrah states, they're running short American booze. The planes are ready to fly. It's just outside of Milwaukee. The taps are flowing. 440 gallon containers of liquid suds is ready to move times 40, 50 or 100 per plane. The engines are warm, the pilots are eager, the threat is high, but the profits are great. That's right. Booze flight. If only we got the booze to them sooner, sir, that it possibly made it. They would have fought on if only they got the American booze, but they didn't get the American booze, so they lost. Oh well, American liquor, it's quicker. That's why we bring it here by plane, son. Because we're going to make sure your booze, that we're going to booze your butt up one way or another. Did you say bruise or booze? Well, if it's the Israelis doing it, it would be your butt bruised. But in this case, it'd be booze. And we aren't going to bruise anything. Out of all the stupid things that they brag about with the military right now, one of the things that they have, I've seen it constantly come up over and over again by different people in the armed service. Well, the American military is the only place that can deploy a Burger King anywhere on the planet. Because they got that semi-truck they went over to the C-130 and dropped off wherever. You know, it's like, well, if you can do it with a Burger King, why not do it with a brewery? And Microbrew at that. Well, again, everybody doesn't remember the class 6 stores you should. The old class 6 stores were on every post and guys, one of the reasons soldiers were rather pickled and were puffing like chimneys is because there was no tax on our cigarettes and there was no tax on our liquor. And when you take the federal tax off of alcohol, the price is half. of what it is for all of you. Which is why a lot of us when you be on active duty, when you go back to post, if you were visiting the family, you'd usually get a list and money and Uncle Bob would give you, oh, 40, 50 dollars for cigarettes because you could get a carton of cigarettes for a dollar, 15 or 95 cents for a carton, not a pack of cigarettes people, a carton of cigarettes. Marlboro in a box. or Lucky Stripes in a box and or Campbell No Filters. That was a real good one. And the same with liquor. Wine was of course a restriction on wine, but there were some really cheap prices because the commissary bought and the class 6 store bought vast quantities of unique products and offered them for the family purchasing and for the troops. So it ended up that a lot of guys bought this stuff and took it back home and sold it for a little more than they bought it from the store, but a lot less than you'd buy it at the liquor store in town. Anyway, Donald Trump is responsible for the Arabs not being boozed up enough. That's why they're all pissed, man. They're all getting pissy because they're not boozed up enough. We'll have to change that. Anyway, we're at the top here for everybody. God bless our Republic. Yes, this is a new world order. We shall prohibit it. Ladies and gentlemen, the Empire's on the run. We're in the march. We're going to take a break. Run. Use the bathroom. Be back in a few minutes. Second hour of the intel report coming up. It is Thursday on Liberty Free Radio. We got some thunder and I think we got some rain that rolled in. Yes, we did. Matter of fact, more rain squalls coming out of the west and power outages in the middle bottom of the state of Michigan. It is the 18th year of Open Obvious and In Your Face. Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K. 2020 Old Earth Calendar 2026 Battle for the Republic book. 3. A dark anniversary. Well, it's getting dark outside. Matter of fact, I didn't mention, and I should have, I mentioned about the last part of the hour here, we have to close. The bottom of the state of Michigan in the southern part of Jackson and Washtenaw County and other areas adjacent have been with a power outage. It's interesting, we had more of a storm in that area two days ago. We had a little bit of a regular series of squalls, which is what I told you about on the air, but the damage that was done with whatever that high winds activity was that went through at 3 and 4 in the morning, I was up and I could hear it to the north, but it didn't hit us. It didn't hit directly. But it was a freight train that just went on for hours. The talking to some of the power guys, the power line people out there during the day today is they're hunting for damage that was done because a couple of poles snapped actually two days earlier but didn't give up the ghost until sometime wee hours of this morning I guess. So it's been a fox hunt to try and figure out what else is damaged. They don't want to just turn everything back on because they figure they've got more. That's what slowed down the overall operation. I actually talked with a couple of guys that are coordinating on the ground there with all the different teams. And it was rather interesting that they literally have spread them out about the equivalent to about a whole county in terms of maintenance crews and pull crews all searching for any kind of damage that might be up and on the line. Nancy and myself while we were traveling This last weekend, actually from other storm damage, we could actually see it on the road. What's amazing is I don't know how many crews had to have passed by it and ignored it, but there were cross poles, cross members that were broken, virtually stamped off. And by chance we were going by with a whole bunch of semi-shit spreaders, or for one of the big farms, they're semi-sized shit spreaders. They were out on the field and a power supply line with a illumination, a pull light. We were going by in about four or five different places and went all the way back to the supply out to the road. We called and had Fiddle Fart with them, which they were wanting to be able to get back with us. It was like, well, that won't do any good. We're traveling. We're just calling this in as a courtesy because we saw it, not because we're living there. But we know how the police state works and everybody wanting all the information they can for the sake of the police state so blah blah blah It wasn't relevant to anything as far as the information given out because we weren't going to be there to have a conversation with But that's how the racket works and so live with it should of course I could just say well should you shut up and kept running going and not worried about it true But you never know there were people in trucks that didn't see what happened I think they finally realized when the power company came out what was happening over their heads because the crews were working literally underneath the power supplies, underneath the lines that were damaged. And I think they finally realized when the big trucks were up, hey, maybe there's something wrong here. And that of course right in the Adrian Airport area, which I think is interesting. Anyway, stuff going on. So if you're in the area, you're probably listening on battery backup or generator. We visit a lot of places today that all of them are running off the generators. They were wise enough to purchase. And so they're not down for the counter out. And again, they're continuing to function. That's why you want to put something like that in the way of technology investment into your portfolio for that very reason. In the future, Power company is going to be less and less reliable. They're betraying us as it is. It's all part of the big plan in brackets. Now, since we understand that, we can be ahead of the curve, so we're not going to get caught flat-footed in this situation. Instead, we, you know, again, prior to proper planning, preventing PIS 4 performance, we're going to be able to get the job done, keep the freezers running. If you don't need AC, And basically enough, most of your fans even can be solar powered without any problem. In fact, it's easier to solar power men than it is to keep them hooked up in many cases to the system because most of your heat problems are going to be during the day with regard to cooling. Sun falls, till we get to the high summer, not a big deal, just keeping the circulation going so you got some fresh air to cool things down. Not difficult at all, actually. Pretty straightforward to imagine. Also, again, on that note, I brought this up to several of the people today. Over at ironplanet.com, you know, I don't mention them very often. They're the operation that took over all of the Fed property sales years ago. But they do have a number of sites, one of them is right here in Michigan, that is kind of a unique off-the-wall location. It was not in the regular supply or property disposal network in the past. Most of the other locations that you'll find are. But there are unique pieces of equipment. If you're looking for generators and things we're talking about, you might want to, when you go over to Iron Planet, you go over to the Military Surplus auctions, the property disposal auctions. and look at Michigan and then take a look at the limited locations. There's actually only one that usually is used. But that particular site has some really interesting equipment that shows up. Excavating, of course, which is kind of interesting. Mechanical. Sometimes vehicles, this is one of the locations that had those many Well, wait a minute. Why would the DOD be selling US Postal Service minivan? Well, but they were, remember? We brought this up. That's one of the locations where there was a large stockpile of them, and it doesn't make any sense because the Postal Service sells postal vans themselves. They have their own disposal system. So how is it that the Department of Defense ended up with all these 2008 minivans from the post office. Who paid for those? And, well wait a minute, it's obvious if the DOD has them, then it wasn't the post office who actually owned them. Hey! Well in addition to that, excavators and vehicles sometimes, they also have quite a few generator packs. So if you're looking for either mobile or fixed, and by the way even if it's mobile it can be made fixed, it's not a big deal. Then you might want to take a look at the Iron Planet listings to see what's available there. Not just for Michigan, but if you're in Michigan, it's awfully convenient and prices are actually pretty decent by Federal auction standard. Nothing like they used to be years and years ago, but still pretty reasonable. So check that out. Go over to IronPlanet.com, then go over to the Fed Department of Defense, like War Department auctions. And when you get there, you can also separate and isolate by state. If you look off to the left, there's a whole little series of criteria. Auction date, of course, is an option. But just location. And it'll have states that have auctions coming up, and Michigan will possibly be in the mix. Take a look. So solutions, not just pissing and moaning about the problems. Also, interesting little piece here popped up. I want everybody, race works. We're 8th Works Armaments. It's the Warp-15 PSR Warp, Warp, WARP-15. Didn't know this thing was being made. It is an interesting little weapon. There are some videos on YouTube or evaluations of this thing. But this is another up and coming AR type, but not completely AR, weapon system. But top end price is $350. Now understand that means that the that's the manufacturer's suggested retail and this is supposed to be a 556 you might want to check this particular system out. It's the WraithWorks WARP-15 Wraith. W-A-R-A-I Wraith like in you know, Ring Wraith. Wraith works. WARP-15. Check it out. You'll see what I'm talking about. It's an interesting idea. And I'm sure there is, by what I can see, taking advantage of a lot of the polymers, a lot of the plastics out there, as expected. Not a surprise. Maybe it's the new Glock of the AR-15 family. I don't know. Of course, if it's a Glock, it'll be banned. And if it's a Wraith, it'll be banned because, you know, so say we know what's going on in Virginia and other locations. In addition, Also, a reminder, hold on here, he had one other thing. Oh, somebody just passed me another note here. Oh, and a guy, by the way, thank you. This is 12th April, 2026, FLASH, DC guard. Quick reaction unit activated, 260th Quick Air Force activated, created under Executive Order 14339. Just quick notes on this. There's a number of different guard units that they have been quietly mobilizing that are critical support elements not for overseas use, but for police state use inside the U.S. And that's what this particular group is here. So the system is quietly, we've got the FISA thing going on in the last couple of days. Trump and Dompou said he wanted to get rid of FISA. is now wanting to extend FISA. Well, what a surprise. I would never have expected that from a neocon. Well, wait a minute, we're a globalist. Wait a minute, we're a slob working for the Jewish mob. The slob for the Jewish mob wants to extend FISA. What a surprise. I would never have thought that would happen. Yeah, we did. There's nothing he's doing that's a surprise. Trump and Dump is doing exactly what we warned you would. You cannot be disillusioned if you were never illusioned. Okay? But there are plenty of people who are still illusioned. They really, really are. And they're going to find every excuse to yap their way out of whatever it is is contrary, you know, especially where he's operating contrary to virtually every promise that was made. So it's nothing new and it's not a surprise. It's nothing that we're going to panic about, but we are going to make a bench note on this because with it, it tells you that there's a lot of other activity afoot and there is. So, we need to be paying attention. Once again, my suggestion is there's a whole lot of social media individuals that are spread out across the country. One of the things that they need to do or start doing more effectively is researching what's right in their backyard and reporting on it. Can you imagine if everybody did something like that once a day? They don't have to do it nonstop even. They just do it like local news resource. and cover a blotter, a cross section of information activities on, for instance, the public fool system in your state and the interaction with the township, the county or whatever. Gun control, any of the noise being made by the kosher communists at one level or another, especially manipulating the females out there because you've got all these different socialist female operations that they are definitely hard bent to pump up front to be the cannon fodder for the cause. These people all need to be benchmarked. We need to be noted. We need to be taking pictures of every person that's participating in every activity. We need to pay attention to license plates on cars. You need to do to them what they all thought they were going to do to you. Who's who in the zoo and who is screwing you? And the way to do that is document every last one of them. Beak why? Because they're your enemy. Start treating them like your enemy, which is what they are. They're your enemy. Words mean something. So again, what's going to be interesting here We are almost to the bottom of the air, but not quite. Oh, yes, and then there is this apply thing that has come up too. Thank you. I also recommend that you take the time and go over to the schedule. Not C-SPAN proper, but go over to the schedule for public access. Why? Well, C-SPAN and its counterparts, there are others that are actually for other public access rather than just C-SPAN, actually post a daily schedule. And this is having to do with talking about those social media interest people. Just because it's in the schedule doesn't mean that they follow through on it. In fact, you can actually identify sensitive activity by what's canceled. And this has happened many, many times in the past. Remember, we had a militia meeting that was planned months before and it was planned, it was scheduled, it was on the books. But at the last minute, because everybody realized that we were way too prepared for the event, it was the Senate that canceled the hearings, the first hearings. We had a whole, in fact the second time was the same way, but the first time around we had a whole team with representatives from 54 different organizations on the ground in D.C. preparing for the public hearings that we would be able to participate in. We had backups to backups to backups to call in or to step up to the plate if they tried anything while we were in Washington. We had set up and established a temporary Hasty Ad Hoc Command Center in a hotel. Did it all last minutes. There was no way to predict where we were going to be or set everything up the way they probably would have liked. But what's interesting is we were in direct contact with C-SPAN personnel who were actually telling us step by step what was going on in the C-SPAN and the panic that was taking place in the Senate at the time. Guys, what's interesting is this doesn't happen just on occasion. This happens a lot more than you might imagine when they realize or they're told by the ring knockers or the spit swappers that, well, they didn't get the preparation for the propaganda in play and they don't want anybody to be able to hear first person. What it is is somebody has to say on official record about any activity, especially with a Jewish mob having to engineer, re-engineer, re-sculpt, and then re-sculpt again, whatever storyline it is that they pull out of their arse, especially since typically they're fabricating and lying. So when all of a sudden people can present a direct example of an argument, presenting evidence, physical evidence, historical records of court and historical documents from both the Senate and the House and use them in the institution against the institution, they cancel things. We've seen this many times before. However, yes, somebody's going, well, Mark, we did have the militia congressional hearings. Yes, I was there. I'm right there in the front row. We shuffled all the cards around and messed with their heads quite effectively. By the time they were done, literally it's been stated, we know from response under the table, so to speak, that they wished God they had never done it. They realized that it set their program back. Now the reason... A monkey wrench on you guys with that. Like he said, they cancelled it, they changed the date, they changed who could speak. There were some people who were supposed to speak that were not allowed to speak because they changed the schedule, but they were still there. Everybody that was supposed to be there originally still showed up. Right. Oh, the entire... And again, this is one of the things that is fascinating about the game that we're in right now. Again, they are trying to sculpt both sides. They are always good at that. This is like the social media routine. All of a sudden this has become the Pope and Donald Trump. Right now there is an ad campaign. It started back during Black History Month called Stay woke. It's a campaign you can look it up. It's being promoted by Black Lives Matter, a couple of different LGBT, whatever, community things. But guys, woke is a word that actually originally came out of our side of things. They twisted it, which is what they do. And now they're trying to twist it back the other way, dad. They're trying to make it like, well, stay woke because woke is part of the resistance. Look, look is against Trump, but it's also more masculine now again. It's not it's not feminized. They've got an ad campaign. It's running on YouTube. I've seen it on rumble even unfortunately Where if you pay attention, okay, it'll come up every now and again. They got a little Was it's a yellow and black logo? I can't remember what the icon is, but I was trying to find out who was running the Ed campaign. Well, you can find out about the Ed campaign, but you can't find anything about who's running the Ed campaign. Who paid for it? Yeah, it's being paid for it. It's like it's like a government run ad I'm sure it is a government run ad it's probably coming out of the Democrat side But who knows it could be coming out of the right-hand side of the Republican Party too We're pretty much only like we've always said there two sides of the same coin Trying to make it sound anti-Trump, but still trying to promote the war Yeah, then again well what well This gets back to the old story. It's like some people go this way while some people go that way. Remember the scarecrow giving directions? Well, some people go that way while other people go that way. And of course, then his arms are crossed. And again, representative of the intentional confusion. It's not accidental. Fog and smog and brown water. Well, I'll tell you what. We're at the bottom. And Ed's going to pull up. Give me a favor. Let's throw a dart at this number one. Luca Zena, Gia Luca Zena music. If we can, let's throw one of his Patriot pieces up off of his Patriot album. Now remember some are instrumental, not vocal. And then, if it takes a little longer to find that one, let's start this way. If you would, it's Thursday headed towards the weekend. Rumors of War by Al Stewart. There we go. That's one that's cool. Good music. Not necessarily requested by everybody, but there's always a few people that request it out of the many that request music. Let's put it that way. So one way or another I'm covering the dartboard. And Al Stewart Rumors of War. And then a Luca Zaina, Deaver's Choice, Patriot album. And we'll enjoy it, I am sure. So you are listening to Liberty Tree Radio dot 4 mg dot com Liberty Tree Radio dot org. And of course, don't forget if you like to write it, you can write us a PBN PO Box 194 Dexter, Michigan 48130. That's PBN PO Box 194 Dexter, Michigan 48130. It is going to be a busy weekend by the way too. Everybody is overbooked, but we are loaded to the point where camping is going to be pretty much what is left in most sites and it will be the expanded rustic encampments which are a little farther out into the training areas. In each case, you will have to check with the facility if you are thinking about adding more people this weekend, everybody is. It's rainy, it's muddy, General Mudd is in charge. That means the MPs are in charge of the road nets and transportation while you are at any of the sites. Camp Emerson, New Camp Stasa, Camp Wayland North, the Ogham Aranges, Nagahitcham, Fox, Wolf, Rustic One, which still doesn't have a new name, Camp Betcher, and Fort Benning, Michigan. So all are active and all are going to be loaded. Now, also if it keeps up with the rain, we're going to see the creeks rising up over the banks. That's happening with a number of creeks here in the bottom of the state of Michigan and the Raisin River. She is a running high, along with the Huron and several others. So pay attention. The Titibawassee dams are, they're not a capacity, but they're loaded. All the Titibawassee river sites, everything's up. Yes, there is a river in Michigan, the Titipawassee. Yes, I know. Titipawassee, that's the name of it. And needless to say, on the other side of the state, they're kind of cringing and watching out for more tornado activity over in the Kalamazoo Battle Creek area and south of it, since we've got the same kind of weather pattern taking place again. If you're over that way, you're in our hearts and minds, guys. We understand the kind of bird we got there. And I think Ed's got it. He's working. I knew he... Only your voice. You're not going to hear my voice. I am not going to pass on any more technical information. I'm sorry. No matter how sweet the little... the young girl's voice might be at the other end, it's AI. Always remember that. It's AI. There's nothing real about what you're talking to in the system anymore. It's all a fake. Anyway, I was trying to stop the music after the first song and Windows started doing weird stuff again. I wouldn't respond. I had to restart the browser but everything kept playing until the browser came back up. Actually, it's a good song anyway. We know who you are. It's like we're coming for you, which in reality is true. We are coming for them. So hey, it was that purple. It was cool. The first one, let me see if I can get back to it so I can tell you the song name, was Rude With No Regrets. It's one of his songs from 2025. Yeah, again, Luca Zaina. You have Luca Zaina's full name. Forgive me, I have a middle name and I'm just not rattling it off. But Luca has been very, very prolific and also very successful in international music contests recently. And he has been at the top of the charts overseas in Europe. So he is very satisfied with the end result of work he's been doing most recently. And you might recall Luca had a Patriot Broadcasting Program for a period of time. And I actually visited. We, of course, exchanged some time in both directions, which is pretty cool. But he's been doing a lot of other unique work. And he has been very successful. So I understand, again, he's got another competition he's in right now. and his music that he's created. This is not AI, it's music he's created. He's been actually producing music for a long time, traditional, man-made. And this time around, apparently he's been in the right place at the right time with the right sound, and everybody likes it. So that's pretty cool. There are a lot of good producers and editors out there who do everything themselves, like the music. play the music, mix the stuff together, when they are out there. When you listen to it and think it's AI, I had somebody ask a dumb question, what is this AI Stewart that? That's not AI. I mean, L. Stewart. Yeah, okay. Who's this AI Stewart? That's kind of interesting because yeah, if you're not paying attention with especially this day and age, that actually fits. The person's not being crazy, just you're looking at it recasually like AI, AI Stewart. Wow, that's kind of being overt. No, a cow, Stewart. You're the cat, okay, on the border, rumors of war. Real music, a little older. Yeah, real music, alive and breathing, you know. The interesting thing here too is that there are two elements out there. One of the interesting things is the people that are learning to do the independent music but in the traditional circles. They are not being picked up by a flag studio or company like Sony or whatever. Because typically the musician gets raped, number one they work their ass off, but number two they see very little of the actual funds that pass through the hands that they, you know, the organization, that they made happen. So a lot of people, of course, have learned the hard way. You know what, even, this is weird, you know, we do play a lot of Jeff Rotel here, but Chrysalis Records, for those of you who don't remember Chrysalis, Now, Chrysalis Records ran out of the Beatles Studios in England. That's why their sound is so phenomenal. They have a fantastic sound back in the day. And, Robin Trower is another one of the people off of the Chrysalis Circle, the Chrysalis line. By the way, you might recall, if you're as old as I am, that they decided to make themselves unique. Back when Psychedelic was Psychedelic, Their 8-tracks and cassettes were in Mod Green. Anybody remember that? Originally when Chrysalis came out, it was easy to pick them out of the mix because all of their cassettes were a solid Grasshopper Green like you saw on the Dodge chargers, challengers, and dusters. And that was their motif. And they were very successful, but they were fully independent. Most people don't realize that's why the record company became, or it came into existence. They were their own boss. And it made a big difference as to how much influence they could have on their own music, which is the tough part. Remember, we always talk about rather die than be your slave by poker face. They offered, I would say this, at the time you got to remember the system hates the Patriot movement. At that time the system, the Jewish mob was doing everything to attack the Patriot movement, constitutional issues, etc. And Mel Gibson came out with the Patriot. Well when the Patriot came out, rather die than be your slave is the perfect music video theme song for the movie. It's perfect. And we did a little promo piece with all the pre-releases. Everybody wondered back in the day, now it's not a big deal because all the scenes are available, which means we can probably recut it and make a more elaborate version of the same piece. But the idea is that if you took all of the imagery that we had available, which we did, and we made a video that wasn't done by the studio, everybody goes, wow, when did they put that out? And it's like, well, Mel Gibson didn't put that out. Now, Sony came to the band Poker Face. and wanted to buy their music. In other words, they wanted to use that song, but you would have to sell your soul. You had to sign all their music over to Sony. Well, one thing that they'd been trying to do is silence Patriot bands, guys. There are many Patriot bands out there, and they were trying to do everything they could to not give them a venue or harass them. The FBI would harass the places where they were supposed to play. And seriously, we tracked this over and over and over again. They did this with restaurants, they did this with the hole-in-the-wall locations. And the whole idea was to not promote the American Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Patriot Movement itself. So what's rather fascinating is they decided they weren't going to hand over their music because Sony could just as easily and would have probably said, oh, it's nice music. We're not going to use it. Thanks for signing all your music over though. Now don't play it unless we tell you to. And if you do play it, remember, well, Sony gets a big chunk of everything now. So they could have gone that direction, but there's no confidence that they would have followed through. Because while Mel Gibson certainly was instrumental in the music, the management of the movie itself and the releasing of all the other peripheral activities that would have been under Sony and that's under kosher mafia control and they hate the Patriot movement which is why everybody's just drop being nice and we'll tell you flat out how they feel about you know the turds you know the kosher mafia and what they're about everybody's learned a lesson why be nice with people who are trying to kill you dope it's very straightforward so anyway Let's see what else we have here. We've only got about 10 minutes left. And oh, shoot, yes. As a matter of fact, there is a bunch of, and I've got it in hand, but I don't have all the numbers right here from the latest posting that came out today. Here in Michigan, they are talking about changing the rifle season in Michigan for hunting. There's a bunch of gun related, but having to do with the DNR, DNR activities in general, tests taking place right now in Lansing. I've only gotten the precursor right up. It was sent to me about 2 o'clock this afternoon. I went through a little bit of it. But basically, one of the things they're going to do is try to carve off the Upper Peninsula with regard to having its own DNR operations north of the bridge. Now, the problem with this is the first question has been, well, how is this going to be financed to be a separate activity, a separate operation? But this also entails gun restrictions. This is also true with the restrictions for the deer season in the lower part of the state. There's, I think, a total of at least nine or ten different proposals that are in play. that are legislative. There are another dozen that are bureaucratic and they all came through at once. All this crap, all the anti-gun stuff they can do, they're doing it in vomitus lumps. in piles. Every around the country it's this way and everybody knows it. Nobody's really wanting to connect the battlefield dots, I'm surprised, in that this is not an isolated campaign here and there. This is a significant action, multiple battlefields, multiple fronts simultaneously, and the agenda is to be prepped for after the 2026 election so that they can attack gun owners. In fact, probably, but first of all, most of it comes to an effect in July. So, it will be before the election. With regard to pretty much all the states that have now passed and are moving to implement the latest wave, Oregon, as I mentioned before, they're flat out bragging that they're coming to get the guns. They're coming to your door to get the guns. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Well, of course, it's a communist state, but you know what I read? That's going to happen and people are stupid. As far as letting it happen, you really can't. You're going to have to end up fighting over this issue. So like everything else, coming to a head, not an F, just a one that's going to become confrontational, everybody better be squared away. We won't pick a nice, neat package for this. I don't think everybody always seems to think it's going to happen. They're going to be this nice, neat, who, what, where, when, and that's just not how it's going to work. The American War for Independence was kind of eclectic in and of itself. There were a number of different points of contact that happened all over the colonies. Certainly Boston was the big event, but there were already a bunch of fires started virtually in almost every colony on the continent. and everybody was facing the same kind of problem but had responded to different degrees based upon the motivation of the individuals that were resisting. And some were more aggressive than others as we see with what happened with Boston. But that doesn't mean that they were the only ones in the fight. There were many other people participant in activities that were very, very physical and confrontational, small skirmishes and spats that took place all at once. all across the seaboard, anywhere up and down the coast you can imagine anywhere in any of the colonies. So we see the same scenario mapping out here. Of course now everybody's repeating that it's not bad, it's worse than they expected with Virginia because they're going to go farther. Well that's not a surprise. Guys, we have seen this before. When California pulled its garbage years and years ago, you have to remember that one of the things that they did is they passed legislation with a negotiated compromise because everybody, oh, we got a deal. We got a deal. Well, the moment that they got their deal and they let the anti-gun crap pass in California, they immediately, because nobody apparently paid attention to the negotiated clause that they could add any firearm they wanted, Which basically is what just happened in a compressed form here with Virginia. So a whole bunch of other weapons are now added that were before. They weren't going to do that. We had a deal. Well, then again, maybe we don't have a deal. And in addition, they're also going to go after and affect police and law enforcement who are off duty or retired. But wait, they had exemptions and it's like, yeah, you thought you had a deal with the devil. You didn't have a deal with the devil. The devil doesn't keep any of his deals anyway. And that's exactly what's transpiring in Virginia. So all those people who thought they could, you know, slide by aren't sliding very well right now. In fact, it's oximio time, okay? Next, yeah, I see that. We already played Guns N' Gadgets, we're not going to fit into it now anyway, but we did play Guns N' Gadgets. It's in our archive. It's part of our time scroll now, but if you can, take the time and go over to Guns N' Gadgets. There's a discussion there you do need to listen to, but all it does is confirm what we've already been talking about, which has to do also with the idea that they cannot actually perform as they claim they will because it would undermine the business. I think that's one of the things that we have to keep constantly reminding people of is the first rule of the court and officers of the court is to protect the racket, protect the business. If they do what they're talking about doing, you have to remember that they have to make whole all of these other people that they cheated out of their lifetime. They don't want to do that. It's going to mean paying people. And while they will graft in corruption, the only people they're supposed to pay are their own people when the ring knockers make special deals under the table. Not in a situation where we unwashed, unclean heathen, you know, the American people, actually drive a point home successfully and win. Well, it's the job of the to make sure that that doesn't happen, or if it does happen in any way, it's very, very restricted or limited. They tried to do this with concessions, or we should say with compensation for people with some of the other legislation that passed here a few months ago. where their complaint was that they only wanted it to pertain to the people that were in the lawsuit, not to the whole of the population, and claiming that because of course it is commerce law, that only the people whose names were on the paperwork were actually going to be affected by and would get any relief from the unconstitutional activity on the part of the state. Why did they say that? Because all the other people that it truly does affect legitimately would have to be compensated and made whole. And they can't allow that people. They can't do that. They can't afford it, number one. You're talking going back and having to adjust all, not only would you have to adjust records for the cases that you're dealing with here, okay, the ones that are overtly part of let's say a named subject, but take your pick, whatever it is. But understand that all of the other intricacies of how people are sentenced has to do with other charges that are compiled which is part of a scale. So if all of a sudden three significant charges are gone, you have to completely recalculate the incarceration process, the time and endurance, the duration of each of those individuals. Do you realize what you're talking about in terms of time and resources and money and what the state and the Fed would be out? This is why the spit-swappers and ring-knockers are trying to get everybody to go brain-dead and just let things lay the way they are. That's what they usually do. And then there is no relief for the people who were hurt. Anyway, we're at the top. God bless our republic. Yeah, for the new world order, we shall prevail ladies and gentlemen, the Empire's on the run, we're on the march, we're getting out of the way for now, we've got one hour, Ed taking over and we'll be back at 8 o'clock, leaving intel report. We should have a little follow-up on that DNR and gun situation here in Michigan. And by the way, it is over at the state register, you can look it up right now on computer also, so if you're interested, check it out. God bless, bye bye. On land that you believe you won't pay a yearly rent, must attend a school of shind values. Do not owe your money is no luck. Freedom brings As I awoke, he vanished in the mist, but with his words were true. But we have ourselves to blame, for even now his tyrants trampled each God-given rite. We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. He stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep, and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep. What would be your answer? He called out from the grave. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This is the... Third hour of the Intelligence Report, Hammer Carkey, one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories south, north, southeast, and west. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on... www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. LibertyTreeRadio.org. And we're on the satellite. We want to say hi to all our merchant marine operators out there. No matter what body of water you are resting upon right now. And of course, the fact that you rebroadcast and along in digital is greatly appreciated. You keep sending the signal out. And it echoes and echoes and echoes across the planet, not just across the country. Anyway, we're on a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States, and it is Thursday. It is the end of Thursday for the Intel Report, third hour. It is the 16th of April. We are more than halfway through the month of April now. It is the 18th year of open obvious and in your face Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K. 2026 Old Earth Calendar, I'm giving all she's got, Captain. 125% and 2026 Battle for the Republic Book 3, a dark anniversary. And interestingly enough, while we were on the air, we had a front that came through during the 2-hour block and we had a downpour. We had thunder and lightning. Some people heard that or could hear it over the mic here in the studio. And then of course that passed and right now we have clear sky, clear blue sky. Well, at least over us. Some pretty dynamic clouds off to the northwest and also to the south. So we're going to have some exciting weather for the rest of the evening probably. We had a little distortion. In fact, I had to reconnect twice before I came up on the air here because of distortion in the system. Nothing to do with Ed. Ed Deming can do with the program. It's the technology that serves us. And that happens every once in a while. So if we have any reverb or anything else that takes place, something really odd, let us know. And I'll correct accordingly. If need be, we'll just disconnect and reconnect again. That has to happen sometimes. Anyway, a couple things. First of all, confusion in Michigan. Hold on here. Now, I've got to say right now, no, the Upper Peninsula is not trying to break away from Michigan. Repeat. The Upper Peninsula is not. I'm sure they'd like to. We've tried to create the great state of Superior a couple of times, but that's not what we're talking about right now here in Michigan. The Upper Peninsula wants to create a separate DNR for management of wildlife and operations in general north of the bridge because they are in a very different situation. One thing we've said forever, and this is true, Michigan is a harsh state, especially if you're in the Upper Peninsula. If you think it's bad down below, The Upper Peninsula, they get hit every year with significant cold fronts that come off of Hudson Bay, roll across the Canadian frontier, and then hit Lake Superior, and then hit the UP. I've lived there. I know what I'm talking about. I know exactly what we're talking about here. And one of the issues is deer population loss. We had this extreme cold, which is, again, normal for Michigan, but because it is normal for Michigan, They have up to a 30% loss of herd with extreme cold winters or extreme cold weather like that. Now, one of the reasons is that they've lost, it's not just that they did have more agriculture, but they've lost a lot of it because of the commie crap with NAFTA and GATT. The deer in the northern part of the state, the upper part, the upper peninsula, don't have the crop fallback that we have down here. Here, the farmers look at the deer as hoofed rodents, okay? And there's a reason. They plant the best of alfalfa or corn or wheat and the deer come along and they nibble only the best of the corn and the wheat. But because of that, they've got a high survivability rating. And let me give an example. In the front yard right now, just before I came up, we had an 11-deer herd grazing on the grass in the front yard. Now they gradually are frolicking along through the neighborhood. They're going to go across and on an angle to the swamp and the ponds that we have. in the area here, so they got plenty of water. They also have pretty good cover. They survived well for the winter. They did well, but in the Upper Peninsula, same basic conditions, although a lot more snow. And they didn't do so well. So what they're saying is that they need for management purposes, and I'm sure this is, of course, including support for the herds, in different ways. A lot of times you put feeding programs together, all kinds of stuff. Planning crops in state land, that's something we don't realize. That's just for fodder. It's designed just to be graze and beak for the critters to dig through the snow to during the winter months. They know their area of activity quite well typically and they take advantage accordingly of what's available. What's happened is they're talking about a separate DNR, not a separate state again, although I'm sure they're still talking about a separate state. And the only problem is, okay, are they going to have a separate license? Because you see, we get a deer license in Michigan. Anybody down here can go up to the UP and hunt deer. Well, they're talking about the idea that people come up north and hunt deer, take their deer away from the people in the Upper Peninsula, and they don't have that meat for the winter because a lot of people, you know, they literally do eat off the herds up there. Feeds the population through the winter because they harvest accordingly. So this is where the fight is right now, or the concern is, okay, if they do this, who funds this? How does the Upper Peninsula separately fund what's going on? So that's the separation they're talking about with these DNR legislation and with the bureaucratic solutions that they're also offering within the existing framework. They're not trying to separate. I know I had some interesting real quick, blurpy conversations there like, oh my god, they're talking about separating like Alberta from Canada. It's like, no, they're trying to get their chunk of the bureaucracy in their back pocket so they can manipulate the money accordingly. But there has to be a bookkeeping process for this. There's going to have to be, again, a special understanding. One of the other things about this, as we said, the other part is they do want to try and change the deer season, which has been traditional for ever, as long as I've been alive and beyond. Of course, at least to be we didn't have licenses in Michigan way back when. Today we do and they're trying to do this to probably mess simply with the hunting season in general anyway. The people who are proposing that aren't interested in preserving Bambi or worrying about the ecology or anything. They're just trying to mess with the hunters. So we do have some of the usual puke politics that we expect from these people. And puke politics will continue. Also, again, there are a couple of other gun restrictions. Now, this is kind of weird because on the one hand, something that you all know if you're here in Michigan, and I again have read up on what everybody was talking about and bringing it up on the air, is we have had some changes to what weapons can be used south of the Lansing line. So there are some very neat and very useful exceptions which make for some interesting hunting below the Lansing line. Traditionally the gun line was Lansing and above, a little bit above Lansing, but basically the gun line is opposed to shotgun only below that particular demarcation line. Well, they're talking about monkey screwing with that too. We'll see what happens. That's again, stuff happening in your own state. You all need to be covering more extensively because the battlefield is local and the battlefield is at the state level. All the gun confiscation, crap that's coming up is all at the state level right now and it's not slowing down. The communists have shifted back and forth and we've watched this for decades. This is not new by the way. It's not like I'm saying, oh my god, we've never seen this. No, just reverse. We've seen this happen several times. So it's introvert, extrovert. They go one way, then they go the other. They go external with the Fed, internal with local in the state. Right now there's a bunch of fiddle farting going on at the state level, even here in Michigan. Now there is some other anti-gun factors, quite a few. In fact, hold on. Save me a lot of time. I won't have to do this on the air. Michigan House drops 15 major gun bills waiting periods, magazine bans, gun free zones and more. It's over at Swing State News. The article, if you look for it though, is in our scroll over at libertytreeradio.4mg.com. If you go over to the Discord, it's in there, but it's Michigan House drops 15 major gun bills now, in addition to that. There are two other bills that are very much gun grab bills that are in motion. There weren't part of this particular article, but this is a concise piece. If you go and watch it, read the information available there. You've got a pretty good map out about what's going on in Michigan right now. And there's a couple of great, like 2A group, there's a bunch of great people that are keeping an eye on what's happening here in the state of Michigan, just as all over the country. Kind of the unsung heroes, because at least they put up. There are individuals who are doing a pretty good job. They're doing the Omen's task of accomplishing the reporting process and sifting through the sand to get to the turds, you know, the kiddie turds that they've left. There are quite a few. Next, let's see now, also, I'll say hi to our friends in Northern Ohio and the Army of the Republic militia group, Army of the Republic militia group, I appreciate the invitation once again. I will try to participate this weekend. We'll see what happens. But we are going to be gatherefading around the state as we have been for quite some time. So we'll be touching base and participating in different activities this weekend. And I might be down just over the border. And the radio and also tactical militia deployment that they're planning for this weekend, going to be pretty extensive, all the way to Toot-Alee-Doo and down and on an angle into the state. So again, pay attention. The big thing here is if you're going to set up your Radionet, get into the CMM database if you're on the alternate side. and post it because other people will participate. If you set up your radio net for your tactical unit, if you'd like some interaction with other formations to help make it a little more realistic, guys, we have all the people we need to do that. And we have two single unit companies, there's two single companies that are at the bottom of the state. In fact, the Channel 31 CB group is part of one of them. They've helped organize a whole communications company, you know, not corporation or business, company as in military formation. And they're doing a really good job of bringing a lot of good people up and online right now to get the job done. So as long as they keep doing their part, they'll pitch in and help you with what it is you got planned. So you might want to consider that as a useful option right now. I'm busy looking at the other notice here. Okay, one more time. Yeah, I've already, okay, one more time, a third time. Michigan House drops 15 major gun bills, waiting periods, magazine bans, gun free zone, and more. It's on Swing State News. That's the channel on YouTube. Swing State News. We can't take the time, check that out. Now also, FISA, Trumpadump is trying to shove the FISA garbage down everybody's throat after he ran on, we're going to get rid of FISA. Of course, because the argument was that FISA was being used on Trumpadump. But now that Trumpa Dump is in power, the Jews that are running Trumpa Dump like the idea of using FISA on all of us. So because they were before, it's just Trumpa Dump, well, you know how he is. He just goes kind of schizophrenic on a regular basis, like constantly. And what's interesting about this is that this is going to be an 18-month extension. You know they're going to do it. You know what's going to happen. The Epstein blackmail is going to come out. All the perverts that did the Epstein-Legion thing are going to have their arm bent or have their dinkus grabbed and the ring pulled, the brass ring through their dinkus, and they will bow very quickly. So we're screwed on that. If you expect anything other than a collapse, first of all, remember Trumpet Dump is the one that is pushing the FISA. He's the one demanding it. Well, wait a minute. No, that can't be true, Mark. He was the one who said he was against it. Yeah, and I'm a Chinese jet pilot named Lao Zi. So, again, another tick on the list of stuff that you should have known better and you should not be illusioned by. I should say disillusioned because if you believed it, you were illusioned. If you now realize what's happened, you're going to be called somebody who is disillusioned, but I cannot be disillusioned because I was never illusioned in the first place. And I've said this many times. He's doing exactly what we expected. There's nothing that's a surprise there. Once he announced his, you know, bicus-slash-licus-maximus activity with the Israelis, you're finished. It's all your old kids. Everything's done. It's all going to be whatever they demand as far as whatever part of the bureaucracy they're going to wiggle to try and attack the American people with. Now interestingly enough, in addition, if I said don't forget we have about three or four other active pieces of legislation that are in motion that are gun grab legislation, I don't know that they'll go anywhere yet, but it seems to me that they're not expecting it to. They're setting the stage. for the next wave of activity which is going to be quite extensive here all at once, boom, boom, boom. And it will be with the demicons of course pulling the strings at the Fed end. They won't necessarily be successful but they are going to continue to keep pressure up and they're going to demand some form of compromise. It is inevitable that the rhinos that we have which is pretty much every republic rat in there because they're all owned by APAC APAC wants you disarmed. So what's going to happen is they're going to go along with a number of anti-gun bills, probably in pieces as well, not probably, it'll be in pieces, with the purpose of stacking more material in preparation for the next part of the either crisis management wave or when they plug the rest of the conversion over to communist state when the 2028 comes along which I don't think they're waiting that long to you. They can't they really can't afford to They don't really want to and I don't think they're going to So everybody needs to be paying attention there. Oh Okay, hold on No, okay, let me repeat again. God, I'm seeing a conversation. You guys can't. No, the Upper Peninsula is not trying to separate from the state of Michigan, from the lower part of Michigan. What they're trying to do is change the construction of the DNR, damn near Russian, the eco-free element, and animal management. And that's where it's not good anyway. I don't know how they can do it because it just means more bureaucracy, which I guess on the one hand people would lament about. But if somebody can make a deal, then somebody gains power here and so it creates another duchy in the upper peninsula for the bureaucracy. And that's really what it will all come down to. There won't be any efficiency. There won't be anything done. 80% will be stolen by the Jewish mob out either Southfield, Michigan or Grand Rapids or Chicago or Toronto, but they'll create a whole separate bureaucracy that will be a great way to hide more of the money laundering that's taking place in Michigan with the amount of theft from the people, which is on such a monstrous scale that it boggles some people's minds when they look at the numbers. No, it's not a separation of the state. It is what is a preferred subdivision of the natural resources people. It can be in several different categories. If you read the proposed changes and legislation, it is on the state register. You'll see what I'm talking about. I know there's a bunch of people that are interested in that. Because there are people who are involved in the Superior, the state of superior movement. There's a lot of people that were involved with that guys. If you've never heard of it, it's the state of superior movement. And it was to create a separate state from Michigan, taking the upper peninsula and carving it off, leaving it separate from Wisconsin, which it's naturally attached to by land on the one side, but separating it and creating a complete new state, a new star on the map. It's never gotten full hold, but it's always been kind of waiting in the wings every once in a while. And that doesn't appear to be where they're going at this time. It doesn't mean they couldn't do it. I wouldn't be the first to say that. It's just as likely as not. So again, just to remember, things do change. And we'll know very well when that takes place. We'll get a warning. Let's put it that way. Go ahead. And that conversation has come up about several places recently about splitting off and making new states from the states that they're attached to. California's got the... California, Oregon... I think I told you down here in Texas counties in New Mexico have approached West Texas about talking to the governor and purchasing them or annexing them from New Mexico. From Com Mexico, yeah, Tommy Mexico, the other Mexico. Yeah, and again, in each case the problem is that it's a It's not even a peaceable solution because no matter what they try, the problem is you're dealing with a backed up toilet full of turds. And the backed up commie turds guys won't let you escape. In fact, nobody apparently that we've ever seen proposing a lot of this separation from the communists, even with the state of Jefferson. And the state of Jefferson actually was a breath away from actually moving forward. Right before World War II, in fact the only reason the State of Jefferson issue didn't proceed is because World War II started because of December 7th. It's rather interesting, it was one of the many things that were affected by the war. But in that case they had a logical carve-off, which by the way the proposed for Washington State, Oregon and also California do make sense, but There are enough people, first of all, that are pro-patriot that fighting a better battle inside the state would be a good choice. And if you try to lead, they're going to try to use military force to kill you anyway, so you might just clean them out. That's a problem. It wouldn't be the first time that states fought over land. The one you're talking about with the Northern Peninsula, everybody wonders why Michigan and Ohio have this heated rivalry with each other. We fought over the northern part of Michigan up there on the other side of the bridge with Ohio. Ohio thought the UP should have been Ohio. Look at the distance between the two and how does that make any sense? Well, actually what it comes down to is the Upper Peninsula's war booty because we literally did fight a war with Ohio and mobilized the militias on both sides. They fought in skirmishes that are actually historical markers along the Michigan-Ohio border. Interestingly enough, because of this, the Ohio-Michigan border was changed, which is why the bottom of the state looked so weird. And in exchange for the sliver of land that Toledo got, and it gave Ohio Toledo, we got the Upper Peninsula. Which is like, what? It's like, yeah, we got that whole Upper Peninsula. Kind of like the Russians trading Alaska kind of thing. And so it ends up that we've got the, which still it's more, I guess, it certainly is not associated with Ohio. At the time when they were proposing all of these reconstructions here in the Midwest, in theory, kind of like the forever states of Pennsylvania and the Carolinas and many of the other northern colonial states, if you look at the old maps when we first fought the war for independence, there was no western border for any of those states. In theory, they stretched down straight out to whatever next river they found, which, well, first of all, there was the mountains. Then there's the Ohio, and then there's the Mississippi, way, way out there. Well, theoretically, like you said, those states stretched all the way across to the open end of wherever. It didn't work out that way, but if you look at the maps, that's originally how they proposed it. And instead, we get Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, which I've mentioned, and Indiana, Illinois. But they were all parts of what basically were rather interesting concerns as far as how the territory we were built. And from being a territory, it was thought that that's how the state would be constructed. Well, it didn't happen the way they originally envisioned. And things changed, mostly because people fought over money. You know, property is money. and the rest is history. The problem we have out west is that again we can't give up the coast. For our people listening to Washington State, you're going to have to fight a war there. In Oregon, you're going to have to fight a war there. California, you really do outnumber the leftists, but nobody is willing to apply themselves, so you're going to have to fight a war there. It's getting closer rather than farther away. The interesting thing is that critical points in the Bill of Rights are what will set this thing off and they need to. We have nothing in common with the people, so they can't stay. If we do fight a war, either A, you're going to try to create new states, which doesn't work because the leftists will never let you emigrate. Nobody sees or read the ten planks of the Communist Manifesto. They ban emigration. What is banning immigration? Well, it's what Canada just talked about. Any of our Canadian listeners call in. What were they just talking about yesterday and today in Canada? Actually for the last what, three days? About not letting you leave Canada. Did anybody hear about this? The Canadians should have heard about it. I'm sure they're talking about it. But anybody in America hear what the Canadian potentate just said? Well, you're not going to really be able to leave Canada. In other words, like that line from the old movie during the Cold War, why do you want to leave the DDR? As the guy's trying to get the hell out of East Germany, right? So now they're basically saying, well, you know, if you try to leave, they're going to take your money, and they're going to take this, and they're going to say, so in other words, this is the Jewish Communists doing what the Jewish Communists have always done. They've taken over and become the changeling of the government. The Jewish Communists now believe that your property is their property because, and this is the sad part, Canada never had a war for independence. So Canada is still theoretically made up of subjects. Well, the Jewish Communists easily connects to, because the Jewish banker always connects to the monarchist, because the monarchist believes that you are subject's property of the state. Jewish Communists of course believe that you are property of the state. You're the property of the Jewish state. And so now the Jewish controlled Communists in Canada are saying that, well, you're not going to be allowed to leave Canada. Let's say you have a retirement and you or whatever and you figure, well, I don't want to fight with these people. I'm going to leave. Well, they're not going to let you leave. And they're telling you right now, they virtually have said, you're not going to leave the country comrade, who are you to think you own your staff? The Jewish communists own your staff. Seriously, I'm not joking. If anybody watched some of the Canadian press the last couple of days, it has been rather fascinating and you can do a search in a number of different venues people and find exactly what I'm talking about right now. So, oi, give vault! They're even more open up there, which means that, as I said, Canada needs to have, for the Canadian people, they're focusing on attacking Alberta right now. That just came in the last 20, what, 30 hours or so? That they're focusing on? That they figure they gotta get down on Alberta? Well, Alberta, you better find your teeth, cough and find your balls, and be ready to kick them in the ass. That's all there is to it. You're at the point of, you know, either, you know, slave or free, which you're gonna be. That's where we are. Don't worry, America is in the same boat. I'm not looking down at the Canadians, but I will say this. We can't save Canada or the Canadians. It is a free and independent nation and I fully believe in the idea of Canada being a free and independent. I'm not one of these other fools that's like, we can take Canada. I do not want to take Canada and I will tell you why. You need the experience of a war for independence so that you can cast off the concept of being property of the state. If you can't do that, why or what value are you, you know, here to us? All you're doing is deluding the concept of the founding fathers because we are the bastard child on the planet in that respect. Remember, we're hated by the Jews were hated by the Jewish international bankers, we are hated by the royalists because we got away. Because we aren't their proper tea. They want to make us their proper tea. We do not want to be anybody's subject. We are not going to be anybody's proper tea. So that means you're going to have to get serious about cleaning house And then we can join together as individuals with a mutual liberty interest and a common bond because we have the same sense of freedom and liberty that has been earned through the process of blood and toil. And it is necessary, blood and toil. And it's time. They're not kind of sort of. It's time. This is why I was saying in the tour block, one thing's a subject is this whole muddy water and fog thing. There's a reason, guys, because they're at the point where they have to either go for this whole crap with artificial fake, you know, AI, first of all, artificial intelligence. It cannot exist unless you let it apply to you. Now the only way that they can make that work is they have to try and declare that they're going to try to kill you. Which means that's tyranny. They're involved in tyranny. They're trying to, as tyrants, dictate to you what it is that they're going to do to you. Well, they're going to do it because they feel they have the power, absolute power. Okay, well, fine. That means we're going to have to get rid of their ass. So, we're at all these great little crossroads and nexus points and there's no discussion and there's no wiggle room and it's time to shoot their ass and get rid of them. It's time to shoot their ass and get rid of them. It is time to shoot their ass and get rid of them. Okay? That's just all there is to it. Canada, you need to clean your house out. Washington State, Oregon, you need to clean the house out there. Try to push those sons of bitches into the water, give them a backpack, and tell them to go swim over to their buddies in communist China. And every time they try to grab hold of your legs or try to reach the dock, smack them with a paddle, hit them with a stick. If they swim, they might make it. Probably not, but you know. In other words, we're going to be deporting. At the end of the American War for Independence, we deported one fifth of the population of the United States. Does everybody understand that? It's the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. The 251st anniversary of the shot heard around the world, which is more important than the Declaration of Independence. Because the people who chose to pull the trigger and put a bullet in their ass are the people that went to movers and shakers that made it happen. Otherwise, everybody would have kept finding excuses to procrastinate. And what needs to happen is we need to get rid of their sorry ass. Now you get rid of their sorry ass, it's amazing how much nicer and much more comfortable the world is. Oh, it's still a dynamic place with all kinds of exciting things that can go right and wrong. But it's a much better place when you get rid of these parasitic turds, especially the satanic pedo-queer turds of the Epstein yolk that make up the US government, especially the Jewish Zog-occupied government, Zionist-occupied government we're presently facing. It needs to be gone. There's no kind of ifs, ands, or buts. It needs to be gone. We're going to have to step up to the plate to do it. So, Organize Armor, Equip and Train as Militia, Establish a 5-10 Program in Your Area of Operations, Logistics, The Key to Victory. We are way past, but we're going to throw a few pieces of music up here. Ed, Carl Clang, It's Coming Down. Carl Clang, It's Coming Down. And Steve Voss, Will You Be Among the Patriots? Those two will be our music bottom of the hour, little pass bottom of the hour pick. We're actually way past the bottom of the hour by seven minutes. That's okay. We own the network. But for everybody out there, again, you're listening to LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com, LibertyTreeRadio.org. And it is Thursday, it is the 16th of April, and there are all kinds of fun things happening at the national level. And again, here in the state of Michigan, both anti-gun bills in motion and a whole bunch of stuff having to do with the damn near Russian DNR operations in the state of Michigan, and most people consider them that way. We mean as in the old Russian, as in Russian Communists, damn near Russians. One of the other things real quick to remember is you may not see, if you go over to the scroll, you'll find it as part of the minutes. There's a couple of different ways that you can pull up the legislation if they don't get to post it at the end of the day, which they should. Because you can find all the active legislation on file, what is it, mishgov.org or something like that, mishgov. And, of course, Dash, I think is state senate, whatever, and then Congress, state senate and House, respectively. But, oh my goodness, thank you. And again, I don't want to walk on the music. It may be fighting uphill because that happens all the time. We all understand how that works. The most important here again is Cher. And also a reminder too, if you'd like to music request liberty at provide.net, I always incorporate that because yes, we do have a whole bunch of music requests. We're working on the list, as you know. And we've got a couple other really interesting pieces that I just shared with some of our friends in our media production. And here we go. will surrender today. I believe we should rather fight. And fight we will. So, again, will you be amongst the Patriots? And that's Steve Voss. And Steve, of course, has won national acclaim with the best country western album, more than once, under different stage names over the years. And again, has been a minstrel in the gallery for the Patriot effort. Many times Steve and Carl Klein, both the authors you just heard, would play different speaking engagements where I participated and they were brought in. Actually, it was a venue for them. I wanted them to be heard. So we actually would work them into the schedule for the speaking event. That way people were able to hear the music and share, which is how you get things going when you don't have internet. You know, person to person, people with people, interacting with people. the way it should be as opposed to the artificial. We use the artificial because radio is artificial but you still need to get together with human beings. You need to know who it is you're dealing with and if you look them in the face you actually see who they are. You've got a pretty good idea of whether or not there's somebody you really want to deal with. Remember, that's how we built the militia. Person to person, one at a time, very patient. Colonial Marines are built because somebody taps your shoulder. First of all, people who know other people who understand who you are. That's how it works. Anyway, it has been a very busy, busy week already into Thursday and we are almost to the end of the week so soon. Yeah, it didn't take long. This week did not take long at all. Then, dynamic here in Michigan where the weather is not going to change. Real quick, last I want to bring up something. Did anybody catch Donald Trump, the Don de Don Don, Trump-a-dum? talking about what happened with the supposed peaceful protests that had taken place in Iran. Have any of you seen him at the press conference, or actually he was in the press conference, but he is one of the usual walking conversations so to speak. But he is standing there and he is explaining in this little micro conference that, well, yeah, we were given weapons to the Iranians, but, and we sent the weapons to the Iranians, but when we sent them to the Iranians, and I told you this happened, remember when I told you about this. Well, it turns out that the Iranians that they were talking to were, they didn't give the guns to the people. No, it's that they were with all the rest of the other people who knew you were going to do this. So they set the entire thing up with the Mossad and the CIA thinking that they were talking to somebody who was going to be stupid enough, shoe-sized IQ enough to start a conflict inside their own country. They went along with it completely. And when we handed over all the weapons that we handed over, they just kept them and they didn't hand them out to the people that they were going to use to create the rabble-rousing problem in Iran. So it wasn't a spontaneous action by people because they retired of whatever. It was completely fabricated, the whole thing, by the Jewish mob, by the Israelis, and by the US. And Donald Trump was not happy because they fooled them. Those foolers, they set the whole program up. They had everybody ready to kill people for US, just like the US did back when they put the shawl that ran in. They had them all ready to go, they were all ready to kill, and then it turns out they weren't killing for us, they weren't even killing for anybody really, they didn't hand the guns out, and then they capped them. Well, duh. If you sent the weapons, and they said, thank you very much, Elvis has not left the building, thank you very much, and you get guns, well you're gonna keep the guns, right? I mean, why would they not keep the guns? It's kinda stupid. They kept the guns. How many guns do you think they gave them? Do you think they shipped in a small number of weapons, guys? Or do you think it was quite a significant pile of arms? What do you think they shipped in there to cause all that? Do you think they shipped in grenades and light, squad automatic weapons, mortars, rifles, you know, everything you can think of? And it was all set because they were going to do the old sly turd routine that they're all so good at, they thought, being sly turds. And then when everything was supposed to kick off with them yucking it up while they're busy killing off the Iranians with fellow Iranians, which is what they were hoping to do here if they can get control of what's going on too. Don't make a mistake. We understand the game. Well, it turns out that they got fooled. All those little bastards, they actually could see through the game and played their own in the process. Well, how dare they do that? Only the Jews are supposed to be sneaky bastards. You know, if you're going to have any sneaky bastards, the only sneaky sly backstabbing pager exploding turds are the Israeli turds. And Trump was like, well, he's going to get them. They kept the weapons. They didn't hit them out. Well, they probably are handing them out. They're just not going to who it is that the Israelis thought they were going to hand the guns out to. And the Israelis didn't give them the guns. We did. You know that, right guys? We paid for that whole fiasco, which basically what they don't want to say is that, kind of like the thing when Saddam Hussein was told he could invade Kuwait by the US, because he was. He was told by the US ambassador, well if you invade Kuwait, we're not going to do anything. Well, everybody was not supposed to know that when Saddam invaded Kuwait, he acquired enough American equipment to outfit two full armored divisions with 100% American weapons. They shipped the weapons immediately back to Iraq and outfitted Republican Guard units with brand new old inventory, M60 battle tanks, M113s, and a whole pile of M109 self-propelled guns along with all the spare parts and ammunition. And, wow, so I would say that if we end up in a land battle, all those guns that we apparently slid across the border from wherever we slid them across the border, and apparently there were quite a few, well, we'll probably have them coming back on us. So, yeah, maybe we outfitted another battalion or maybe even a brigade of Iranian infantry with new weapons. Probably. Probably. You know, those special deals. We had a deal, man. I want you to backstab your country. Well, okay, I think I can do this. How much are you going to send? We're going to send a lot of guns, but you got to do a lot of shooting for Israel. Well, I can do that, but you have to send money too. Send me money and give me the guns. So, okay, I think this is good. Thank you for the money and thank you for the guns. And no, we are not going to shoot anyone after all. I think we will just stay here and use your guns. Thank you. Goodbye. Go ahead. I think you heard me. Oh, you heard me. I know we're getting close to the top of the hour, but just something for you to look up between today and tomorrow. I'm looking at it right now. 45 years later, one of the best dystopian thrillers is getting a remake. They're remaking Escape from New York. My question is, is it just going to film in New York? Oh, okay. This is going to be easy. Number one. Okay, remember what Snake Pliskin looked like. Snake Pliskin was missing one eye. So, let's see. How can we do this with wokeism? Snake Pliskin will be in a wheelchair. He will have two eye patches and be blind, but he will not be really a man. It will be a cross-dressing woman who will have a shaved head with a single long hair mohawk down the middle that will be purple to match the motif of this era. And, of course, all of the criminals that are in New York will not be all the criminals that were in New York in the movie originally, but will all be conservative individuals who have been trapped inside and, deservedly so, and are being starved out by the prophetic woke communist police state that is just the best thing to slice white bread. And Snake Puskin betrayed them simply because, well, Snake being Snake. He was a criminal. He will be a criminal. It will be female. In fact, he will also have a sidekick that will be some kind of quadriplegic homosexual Eskimo also, or an alien animal that was dropped out of nowhere. There we go. That will be perfect for this era. Everybody see what's coming? I know I do. Can you hear me? Whatever they do, if they were smart, If they wanted to do this reboot and make it as much like the original is, if you wanted to cast a character that looked like Kurt Russell as Snake Cliskin, have you seen what his son Wyatt looks like? He is literally a carbon copy of him just about. In fact, Mel Gibson's son is doing the same thing. I would say if you're smart, you would cast his son in the role. But you know they're not going to be smart. No. No, it's going to be, like I said, a homosexual cross-dressing female who of course has a strap-on tit-bra so that it looks like it's flat but it's not because it'll have to make it look lesbian sexy so it'll be gushing out around both sides of the rubber band. Don't forget that. They tried to do that with Escape from LA. Remember the one character, Hershey. Right, exactly. It's the best about the period when they start pushing it. It's too bad, but it's just the way the world, the way perversion isn't holly weird. That's why I wouldn't even bother watching it. I won't watch any more Spider-Man because how many remakes of Spider-Man do you need? to the point where it just becomes mish-mish. It's like everything else. It becomes muddy water or fog. And the same is true with a whole bunch of the Star Trek stuff, even though the latest Twilight Zone beyond a shadow of a doubt. Go ahead, call her, jump in there. You mean strap-on breast-titty, right? Yeah, yeah. Well, there'll be other things strapped on that'll probably have, you know, like, it'll look like Big Mike, you know, Obama's main man-squeeze. If it gets up or lifts itself up out of the wheelchair for something, you'll be able to see that it looks like it might be a Mike rather than a Mary real quick. But even that will be fake. See, it will be there, but it will be fake. But it will be fake, but it's real because in the mind of the creature that's got it on, it will think it's real. Remember, that's the whole premise behind everything here. If you just think you're that crazy, but you think you're what you think you are, then you're okay. Go ahead. You'll definitely know it's a man if you see Harry Arm. Yeah, well, that's a French thing. No, no, no, no, no. I'm sorry. There are many French girls who do not do the arm hair. So, yeah, that's not an easy giveaway. either that or goth, or either that or grunge. Oh my god, there's a whole bunch of them, I still remember. Goth, grunge, and don't forget beatniks, they were the same way too. Beatnik girls were the same. Hygiene was a unique issue, and they didn't know anything about it. Okay, we're at the top. God bless our republic. This is the new world order. We shall prepare, ladies and gentlemen, the empire is on the run. And we're on the march. We're gonna get out of the way for now. Ed taking over more LTR coming up. And again, I don't know how it is they fooled Mr. Trump and his team. They got all those guns and all that ammunition. And then they didn't use it for what Mr. Trump and Zibi Netanyahu planned on having them use it for. Wow. I'm surprised. Not at all. I told you that should happen. God bless them. We got out of the way for now. Ed taking over more LTR coming up. We'll be back. Tomorrow, last day of the week, work week anyway, right here on Liberty Tree Radio. Bye-bye.
