I had it in the other night. and keep our country deep. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn holds they've sworn. And your daughters, this Hillary, and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children fear? Most sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land. Preserve our great Republic and eat God given right. And pray to God as I awoke he'd vanished in the mist for when his words were true. But we have ourselves to blame for even now his entire trample each god given right we only watching tremble too afraid to stand and fight if he stood by your bedside you dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains the freedom he fought to keep what would be your answer he called out from the grave this and gentlemen this is the first hour of the intelligence report I'm our corny one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories West East North Ladies and gentlemen you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com, libertytreeradio.org, and we are on satellite, want to say hi to our merchant marine and inlet operators who rebroadcast this analog and digital satellite. We are on a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States, and it is Wednesday. It's weapons Wednesday. It is the 15th of April, which means this is the official halfway mark for the month of April. 30 days, that's September, April, June, and oh, that's right. So again, we're at the halfway benchmark. This particular spring event will continue. We've got rain going on outside, by the way. And we even had what was supposed to be a tornado alert for the bottom of the state here. So everybody's kind of looking around. It's been rain squalls, but nothing super dynamic. Last night? Yes. This afternoon? No. Not really. Not at all. So we'll see how that develops. It wouldn't be the first time we got hit with a tornado, literally, right here during the program. You might recall several years ago, more than a few now, and it dropped right on target. I wonder if they would try that again. Yeah, GPS marks the spot. But then again, maybe it would now. The little different situation. Anyway, it is the 18th year of open, obvious and in your face, Fabian, socialist and Soviet socialist, occupation of America with the K, 2026 Old Earth Calendar, 2026 Battle for the Republic, book 3. a dark anniversary, although it's relatively bright outside. Like I said, they're pretty swirly but not dynamic. So we'll see how the weather holds up here. We're keeping an eye on things. Well, mostly an ear, too. You can hear it coming before it gets to you, as we know. Things to remember, Weapons Wednesday, first of all. Ammunition, over at MontanaAR15.com, MontanaAR15.com, MontanaAR15.com. They have a bunch of 7.62x39 ammo featured for the day. I don't know how far that's going to go, what they have completely in stock, but you might want to check it out over at MontanaAR15, 7.62x39. The best choice. is the 762x39 brass case reloadable ammunition and it is lacquer sealed. It does have a lacquer seal. I think it's rather interesting. I don't know who the actual contractor is, but there is a name that is not easily recognized. There is a name attached to the box, but as I've said many times, remember A lot of these companies are pretty creative. They still are pretty well all built by the same sources in Eastern Europe. So catch this, catch Ken. But there are some Tula ammo. There are five or six different off-name brands of 7.62x39 steel case there that are, again, probably just subcontract boxers is what they are. It's all serviceable ammunition, it's also fresh, which is the big deal. It's surplus, it's nice, but again, this is fresh production. What I would focus on if you were getting into a 760x39 is the boxer-primed, heat-a-neel brass case ammunition that's there. I would buy a couple hundred rounds at least, and preferably a thousand if you had the wallet for it. and just keep stacking it on the shelf but if you're going to go to the range, well the next thing you do is you buy yourself a set of dies for 760x39 powder primer and projectiles and reload. Do not waste your factory ammunition, 762x39 or 556, if you can. Use reloads for training and that way you are conserving what is supposed to be. Notice what I said it's supposed to be. a better quality product as everybody would tell you, well you can't reload as well. Well then I should be reloading because, you know, as well as factory. I need to do that because that way I'm saving all that mighty fine factory ammo that I've saved up. I've purchased for the battle at hand when the time comes. I do want to have the best for that, right? So it makes sense that for training purposes I develop my reloads And if I have a question about my quality control, which by the way you shouldn't if you know what you're doing, and you should learn to know what you're doing, right? Well then, you have lots of factory ammunition left to go pew, pew, pew, or boom, boom, boom, depending on how big the chambering is, whatever the rifle. And it doesn't make it when it's what you own. You need to be reloading for it. Palmetto St. Armory has got some really good buys of all things. As I mentioned on the air carbide dies, which I think is fantastic. 9mm, all the pistol calibers are covered there, they're Lee, but they are carbide dies. And whatever possible because if you want to reform other cases to make a case that you don't have, a different chain bring, Carbide dies give you the strength that's needed and consistency so that they will not only work but they'll run for a good long time if you got to do a lot of it. We had a caller. Who do we have? We got Tom. My dad preferred the, he preferred reloads over factor because he says, especially the ones he reloads, he said you could add more powder to them and make them better. But he said he loved the reloads better. Well, you can, yes, again, you can adjust the loads to requirement number one. At this point in time with powder and everything being more expensive, the big issue is actually going the other way for training ammunition. I would go down in powder charge slightly just to spare my powder reservoir and keep reloading, keep reloading, keep reloading. The big thing here is that again, you can find some pretty decent deals on powder if you search around. You get a cherry pick just like everything else. You can just go to one location for the powder you need, primers or catch as catch can. They're out there, but there's a lot of people you're competing with now. More people are actually reloading than everybody realizes and they're very serious about getting as much accomplished as possible in the shortest period of time. They are bulking out and that in turn of course is putting pressure on the rest of the supply system. So again, if you're going to get into it, I recommend doing it now. In fact, you need time to develop your proficiency anyway, to develop your skill. If you've ever done it before, yes, practice, practice, practice. How do you do that? Reload, reload, reload. Just that simple. So take advantage of the situation right now while there's tech available and get it on the shelf. So you've got it when you need it, you've got it in hand. Ammunition is one of those things that every component can be improvised from something else strangely enough. And so we can actually be pretty successful at, oh look at that, at Being able to put a pretty good package together doesn't have to be the most sophisticated either by the way It doesn't have to be the most expensive die or the most expensive press Any kind of opress Lee will work Lee's work. I know a lot of people who reload with Lee I know people who've also dropped Lee and gone to something else because it was recommended that they do so or they decided they wanted a little heavier more industrial equipment and We never drop what we pick up though. We don't get rid of it as in throw it away It's the idea that we may change out and then we put the other machine or equipment on standby But we keep it reserved you never get rid of anything like that. Those are tools They're priceless tools when the time comes and we're gonna need every each and every one of them that we can put on the shelf so prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance or make sure that we acquire the tools and maintain them on a regular, of course, with a regular inventory of support to go along with it. All the parts, pieces, and assemblies. Somebody's asking about, well, where to go. I just mentioned a Palmetto State Armory has got dies and they have presses. They have pretty much everything in stock. Netches, shooting supplies, another great one. Many of the companies, if you dig, they have some reloading supplies if they've been in the business for any period of time. So you're going to find stuff in inventory with pretty much all the companies you've probably done business with. Here again, you need to do a comparative study in price. And cherry pick, because the key here is to get as much on the shelf as we possibly can in the shortest period of time. that's useful to our cause, here we go, saw that. And again, consistency is the issue here. But if you are going to invest in a particular company, RCBS or whatever, that's fine. Not a problem there. The big thing here again is having the stuff, get it on the shelf, start working in a direction. You can adjust tack, as you would say in sailing, accordingly. and end up still with a product that's going to be more than serviceable enough. Whatever technology you have, it works. Some things work better than others or are more, let's say, timely, reducing time because you switch out to a turret press once you understand how to calibrate everything and how to make it work. It is a sensible solution, but not everybody can afford to invest that kind of money. So buy what you can, build up resources, and buy more later. There's no such thing as too much in this situation. In fact, we're never going to have enough in terms of ammunition or the production capacity to keep everything where we'd like it to be. Probably again, we're stripping enemy corpses of everything that they have that they carry out and that still will never be enough because remember, the bad guys are shooting at you while you're shooting at them. So consumption is taking place. You know the assumption that somehow what will be able to strip it off our enemy Well, you better catch him early on in the game because otherwise He'll be trying to hurt you the way you're trying to hurt him and in the process eating up materials Which is typically what happens? So this is where the math work. You can do the math work on this one Common sense dictates you need it in your inventory. What's what what's required you need in your inventory first and Then we build up from there So, do what you can, be a little creative. We're about 20 minutes after the hour, a little longer than that actually, 22. What I would like to do, we got enough time, it may even overlap with the bottom of the hour. No, we'll wait. We're going to do guns and gadgets after. the bottom of the hour. Okay, but so Ed just let you know after we do the bottom of the hour traditional the I'll tell you what we're gonna do. I had a lot of people like this piece. I'll tell you what we actually were mapped out yesterday last night to about three or four in the morning actually it was up till four. We're gonna play black sheep and we'll play the traditional bottom of the hour at 10 minutes out, well, 8 minutes out now. And Black Sheep will be the song after that. We'll come back. I got a few more things I want to say. And then the next thing we're going to play is the latest Guns and Gadgets from today. And again, with it being weapons Wednesday, there's a bunch of questions or issues that were brought up in a conversation. We are as of morning last night also. AK versus AR. If you've already, here's the problem with, oop, I heard what sounds like a recording in the background. So we'll do the guns and gadgets after the bottom of the hour. There we go, okay. Very quickly, if you've already invested in particular weapon systems, I do not expect you to change everything out that you have. However, I would recommend this. If you have the AK family of rifles in an inventory, and guys, I have several people this last weekend asking me something, why do you think so many people have AKs? Because they were cheap. Because you're getting a military grade rifle for literally nothing or hardly anything. And people look at it. My problem with what people, you know, when they ask this, is that they're relating to today And today's, mostly today's prices and wondering why are people doing the AK thing? Well, when the AK was at its dominant level, guys, 125, 150, 160 dollars of buying AK magazines were a few dollars a piece at most and originally when the AK mags came in, they were under a dollar a piece. And this is an ancient, ancient history, but it is from the 1990s, 1980s actually, 1980s. And when that happened, it just made common sense that you could literally embrace the AK system, and it was very, very economical. Most everybody you're going to run into that is operating an AK has pallets of ammunition. That's what you're going to see in the conflict coming up. When everything pours out into the battlefield, we're not short in any of these chamberings. Number one, we had massive import. Number two, a lot of people did commit to something I was just talking about, reloading. This is the third wave of boxer prime interest with the 7.62x39 because of availability concerns. So right now, we've already been into doing production. Back in the day it was mid-wave brass. Anybody remember mid-wave brass? Mid-wave was the first to come out with a consistent, large production wave of 762x39 Boxer Prime non-corrosive heat and yield cases. Just cases. They didn't sell the ammunition. They just sold cases. They sold a ton of them. Well, yeah, but the ammo was cheap. Yes, it was, but there's a lot of people who thought they wanted to tighten up the performance and they felt because they had reloading experience that they could invest effectively. And they were right. The AKs that are out there, they're going to be fielded in this up and coming conflict. which is really already here, I guess, best way to explain it, but let's say up and coming in that, well, with the kickoff, the official kickoff is whenever it is around the corner. Everybody was interested in tightening up the weapon and bringing the accuracy up, and with US manufacturing and also Russian Eastern Bloc bullets, along with a variety of powders, at the time, remember the Finnish powders were the big wahoo, the Lapua powders, all of those, once they started coming in, they matched against the older, higher-end, American, Winchester, and other manufacturers that used to be made in the United States. So they kind of captured the reloading market there for quite some time, and I'm assuming that they probably still do to a degree, maybe not the extent that they did in the past. But magazines, magazine support, ammunition support, spare parts across the board meant that the AK made sense. And today, if you already had invested in it, you've had a time to develop everything that you need to go along with the weapon, it makes sense. There are reliable firearms beyond anything that can be expected. They are superior in terms of running without a parts inventory, but here's the thing. If you do have the ability, which Americans did, if you had the ability which we decided to go in this direction, build up a parts reserve, well, we literally can operate our AK-47s and AK-74s for an indefinite period of time. There's no, they're not gonna wear out. They don't wear out to begin with, not hardly. and they are very, very, very user friendly with regard to maintenance. So while they're tougher to put together, in the long haul, they would stretch out per rifle farther into service with no parts than the AR-15. What's the advantage of the AR-15? The thing I just mentioned, parts. It doesn't make any difference as long as we have the American manufacturers that we have had for this window of time, The AR is for the moment a sensible firearm to invest in. But there are disadvantages. Number one, wear and tear on the gun, the nature of the firearm. We know what it does, we know how what issues exist. We live with it because we're comfortable. We know what to do. We know how to deal with the problem. So on the one hand, yes, it does have issues that never have changed. And no matter what they do, they won't really be able to fix it. But it's acceptable because of mass production potential. What can we do with the thing? How far can we run it? Indefinitely if we are intelligent and we build up the parts inventory which we have. So that's the balance. What's the cost per weapon? Right now the AR, we can buy two or three ARs in parts for the price of one AK. We can buy all the spare parts we need for little of nothing. As I pointed out, we're now at pennies. We're in a window where some parts are literally pennies. $0.25 for this, $0.27 for that, $0.17. Half a penny for certain pens. So the AR makes sense, and it's the gladdiest of the day. Now, why do I bring this up? Because there's always been this Cadillac for, forgive me, Chevy versus Ford thing, which I don't like. OK, number one, it's not relevant. Whatever weapon system you commit to, the only thing you should be worried about is whether or not the person who is carrying the firearm is capable of actually using the weapon effectively. That's it. That's our number one concern. When you bring it to the field, do you know how to put it to your shoulder and make it work? Will it sing? Beyond that, everything else, most of the other arguments are moot. Now, with regard to consistency and supply support and a unit, the unit itself, well that's something that the team needs to address, and it's something that was addressed a weekend ago, in that the unit, a team, needs to be pretty much consistent with regard to its arms. For, again, viability as a tactical infantry unit, especially with regards to supply and support in the field. Hey, pass me a magazine. It's convenient that everybody's on the same page. Hold on caller. Most important here is that again, even if you have the AK as a standard inventory, there is no excuse to not have as many AR-15s in your unit as far as available. Doesn't mean you have to carry them, but build them. This is why I've brought up the idea that if you cherry pick you can put an AR together for about 243 to 260 right now. And that would be a pretty decent firearm because with all the sales and special niche, you know, blems and stuff that you can pick up, in fact, I've been hard pressed to find the blem issue anyway, so I'm not worried about that. It doesn't affect operation, but it's the idea that I can take several different systems, integrate all of their parts, and the rifle works first time every time. making the AR for the time being the gladius, as I said, of the day. At a given point, different weapons have risen because of cost efficiency, effectiveness in terms of parts depth and ammunition availability and all that formula comes together. Now it separates again because in many cases this has to do with surplus. And when governments have bought millions of rifles or like with the AK, hundreds of millions of rifles, well guys, no matter what, it's going to be out there. With the AR, it just played catch up because of mass production on the American end. And with all the other copycats out across the world. Call her, jump in there real quick. So you mean to tell me I can't, can you hear me? So you mean to tell me I can't shoot guns like Arnold? So you mean I can't shoot guns like Rambo and Arnold? Just... Pull the trigger and fire and they'll just do it. I have to hold up to my shoulder Right. Well with aim and also yes We probably have to remember that the unlimited magazine capacity of Hollywood does not exist in real life So at a given point you have to reload don't forget that that's the most important. Yes There is a magazine release on every rifle for a reason So heads up on that one. Okay, we're gonna do though before we're ready farther. We're at the bottom of the hour Let's try to keep our schedule bottom of the hour And it's Weapons Wednesday, and that can mean only one thing on Wednesday. We may not stern a master Your forward march would be But you'll learn the facts much faster When you meet our mountain boys And their leader just starts Glad to make what little noise And always hit the mark Oh, the rifle, oh, the rifle In our hands will prove no strife Oh, braved at home that the pity must come As well as the tooth of slaughter But this way the job must do Then the sooner it is begun If Lincoln figure hold the back to the figures will be done Hold the rifle, hold the rifle In our hands, hold the rifle In our hands, we'll prove no surprise So you kick the scream and you're gone again Wandering off into the devil's wings In tears, it looks you black You think we're better off You wear your paint alcohol and paint fix the things Like smoke of you black teeth and for everybody to tell you what, we're in a minute, we're gonna play Guns N' Gadgets, but again, that song, first time I heard it, I can image, I imaged the thing out almost immediately, but it's a perfect kind of a wayfaring Stranger song, and it fits, so we're gonna use it. Actually, there's a couple others that have been pretty good. Jim Lucasena has done a bunch of music, and there's a wide variety of things that he's been successful with. We have a lot of other Patriot authors out there. I would ask if you could take the time, please, and share them. I've asked you for this before, but we're in the middle of a fight. We are going to have to grab as many hearts and minds as we can, as quickly as we can. And I'm going to ask that you take the job seriously. We're not in this for the fun of it, and our enemy is dead cold serious about trying to kill us. As soon as everybody gets proper attitude, this will work out a lot better. We got to call her. Who do we have? We got Tom. So, okay, at amelman.com, the PMC556 M193 ball, 55 grain FMJ, 1,000 rounds, was $515, now $505 each. You buy two or more, it's $499 each. Again, that's $600. PMC 556 M193 ball 55 grain, SMJ 1000 rounds. Was $550, now $505. That was each by 2, $499 each. PMC 556 M193 ball, $550,000, FMG 1000 rounds. Was $515, now $505 by 2 for $499 each. Very good. Well, again, it's a buy-to deal. So if you've got the resources, somebody goes, oh, I can't afford it by myself. Do you have friends? Anybody out there listening? Do you have friends? I highly recommend you put a fire under your allies' asses and get them motivated. And 556 is, again, it's the Gladius cartridge of the day goes along with the Gladius rifle we were just talking about the AR of course also the mini 14 if you got one of those I'm not boop-booping the mini 14 don't take it probably be many rifle out just in case because somebody usually does think that and that's not how I work just a heads up jump in there 7 6 2 by 51 in command 147 great FMJ MA 200 rounds 195 hours Again, that's 762x51, Engerman, 147 grain SMJ M80, $295. Again, that's 762x51, Engerman, 147 grain SMJ M80, $295. 762x39, TELA impacts, 124 grand, SMJ at 1000 rounds, 580 dollars. 762x39, TELA impacts, 124 grand, SMJ at 1000 rounds, sale 580 dollars. Again, that's 762x39, TELA impacts, 124 grand, SMJ at 1000 rounds, 580 dollars. Very good. The Ingraham, is that Ingraham or Ingham? Spell the name for the three away. IGMA and Ingman. Okay, yeah. Okay, recognize. Just like I said earlier, there are a bunch of what we call box names that have popped up recently that are companies that purely exist on paper. What they've been doing is having the Euro companies box up annual well they can box it up they make a new box for it and they they box it up but it's a standard military grade ammo that's been produced as a side contract and also companies companies been doing that for a very long time go ahead also value 380 people 380 ACP to a 95 grain FMG a thousand rounds 305 hours 3 380 ACP tool at 95 grand FMJ, 1,000 rounds, $305, 380 ACP tool at 95 grand FMJ, 1,000 rounds, $305. Again, this is animalman.com. They got prices, I mean they got 40 Smith and Wesson's Federal, 180 grand FMJ, 1,000 rounds, for $330. Again, that's 40 FMW's Federal. 180 grain FMJ, 1,000 rounds for $380. That's 40 SMW Federal, 180 grain FMJ, 1,000 rounds for $330. And then there's 9 millimeter Luger, fear gold dot, 1.44 grain, GHV 1,000 rounds, $580, 9 millimeter Luger, Spear Gold.124, Grand JHP 1000 rounds, 580 dollars, 9mm Luger Spear, Gold.124 Grand JHP and for, let's see, 12 gauge Federal 2 and 3 quarter bet, double what, but $250, $90. Hold on, before we go any farther, real quick, everybody's wondering, JHP is jacketed hollow point. suggestion, make sure that your weapon can function with that particular load. It is an odd thing out with Hollow Point in that you never know, certain weapons are a little finicier than others with regard to specialized rounds like that. So the JHP jacketed Hollow Point is unique. It's not super strange, it sounds like we haven't been around forever, but it's the idea that there are different bullet configurations and that has a different effect on your, with regard to integrating with your feed ramp in some cases. Just again, a heads up there. Tim, we're going to do this before we go any farther. Go ahead. One more. Tim, there's 9mm LUGAR windshifts, 115 grain FMJ, 1,000 on, 2.85 dollars, 9mm LUGAR windshifts, 115 grain FMJ. 9mm LUGAR WINCHEST, 115 grain FMJ, 1000 rounds, 200 rounds. Again, that's amoman.com. Go and look for, if you buy over $99, just shipping is free. So you're just basically just buying the ammo. Which is definitely worthwhile. Okay, we're gonna do this cuz we're slack on time here. I got a huge add a door the most important it's got in this country in the gun rights world Even after the Department of Justice and Harmeet Dillon threatened to take legal action against them They didn't back off the assault weapons ban in Virginia. They actually made it worse the governor didn't stop it. She amended it. Expanding definitions, tightening restrictions, and pushing it even further than what the lawmakers originally passed. If you think this bill was bad before, wait until you see what it looks like now. I have a huge comprehensive update on all the bills in Virginia, what she signed, what she's amended, meaning you're not done, Virginia. There's more coming. Guys, I've said it before. They told you. Nobody's coming for your guns, but right now in Virginia, lawmakers and the ex-CIA operative, Governor Abigail Spanberger, they're pushing some of the most aggressive gun control in the country. And we now have a clear picture of what's still alive. Like I said, I'll tell you what's been amended, what the amendments were, and some of these things still can become law. So trust me, this should have every gun owner in the country paying attention, because nobody's out of the woods here. Hey everybody, my name is Jared, this is Guns N' Gadgets, your source for Second Amendment news, constitutional analysis, and the stories that the mainstream media won't touch. If you care about your rights, if you believe in the Constitution, you think it actually means what it says, And if you want to stay ahead of what's coming, not after it's already law, make sure that you hit subscribe. He says, take a bite out of tyranny, I love it. and it's great for the story we're talking about right now. Links down below. Alright, so this one comes right from Virginia. I've spoken with and consulted with Philip Van Cleve over at Virginia Citizens Defense League. I've read the governor's updates to these bills and we're going to give you the lowdown guys, the skinny. So everything you need to know is in this one. If you don't know what VCDL is, who they are, They are a grassroots 2A non-partisan organization that exists for one reason and one reason only, to defend your rights, keep bear arms in Virginia. They're on the front lines tracking legislation, lobbying lawmakers, organizing citizens, and even taking unconstitutional laws to court, which they're going to be really busy doing. They don't just talk about your rights, they're actively in the fight for them, whether it's legislative alerts or their massive lobby day events. or their legal battles, VCDL has proven time and time again that organized citizens can make a real impact. And here's the bottom line. Without groups like VCDL, gun owners of Virginia would already be completely outnumbered at the Capitol. So if you care about your rights, don't sit on the sidelines, get involved, join VCDL, support them, and be part of the fight. Because this is extremely important. Here we go. These are the current statuses of the gun bills still in play in Virginia. We're talking about what survived the legislative process, what the governor did, and what could still impact millions of you guys and gals in Virginia. So let's zoom out for a second. Virginia's already pushed through a sweeping package of gun control measures this session. Everything from firearms bans to storage laws to expanded liability on the gun industry, you name it. And now we're in the final phase, but the governor, well, she had the opportunity to amend, approve, or veto these bills. and that deadline passed just over 24 hours ago and what happened was pretty interesting. So we'll start with the elephant in the room, the so-called assault weapons ban. Multiple bills this session, targeted semi-automatic firearms, pistols, rifles, and even shotguns, largely based on cosmetic features and standard configurations. So HB 217 seeks to prohibit the import sale, manufacture, transfer, and purchase of assault firearms. on or after July 1st, 2026. Now, assault firearms possessed before July 1st, 2026 are grandfathered and may be possessed, carried, and transported. Now, coming for your guns is just coming for the guns of every future generation. Therefore, that's a ban, right? Handguns must now have two of the cosmetic features to be considered an assault firearm, not including the removable magazine portion. Long guns only need to have one cosmetic feature. Minimum magazine capacity is 15 rounds. Or, I'm sorry, maximum. Maximum. Minimum would be great. Magazines that hold more than 15 rounds and were made before July 1st, 2026. Good luck telling how. They're grandfathered and can be possessed, transported, and carried, but not sold or purchased in Virginia. Come on over to Tennessee. We love freedom here. We'll sell you stuff. Here is the latest development that took place at the deadline. Remember, Harmeet Dillon has threatened to sue Virginia and the governor. And I guess the ball is in your court, Ms. Dillon. Time to follow through on your promise. Now the governor now recommends making any semi-automatic center-fired rifle or pistol with the magazine that has the capacity to accept more than 15 rounds an assault firearm. Guess what guys, that's every one of them. Because anywhere that exists a magazine of 16 or more rounds that would turn that gun into an assault firearm by definition in Virginia. I know, it violates, you name it, Second Amendment, Bruin Heller. Now, let's talk about bills that have been signed into law on the 11th, 12th, and 13th of this month in the last couple days and are taking effect on July 1st, 2026. Oh, by the way, the assault firearm thing, Glock 17, that's an assault firearm. That tells you how crazy this is. One of the most Popular pistol in the country for not only civilians but law enforcement? Yeah, that's all firearm. SB 115 severely restricts concealed handgun permit reciprocity with other states. Currently, Virginia honors permits from every other state, even the communist ones, which in turn allows Virginians to be able to carry in most of those states. Massachusetts doesn't recognize anybody's because, whoa! But Virginia residents may not use a permit from another state to carry in Virginia. You must have a Virginia permit now. HB 110 and SB 496. They require a handgun while in a vehicle to be placed out of plane view and in a locked hard-sided container. This is for securing guns and cars. The container may be attached to the vehicle's interior by a steel cable or bolt. A locked glove box and a locked console can be used to store a gun. If a stolen gun is reported to law enforcement within 48 hours, then the potential charge for failing to secure the handgun under this code section is waived. Now, SB 272 and HB 626, they restrict firearms at public institutions of higher education by requiring such firearms be part of an authorized program or activity inside the buildings. HB 901 expands red flag law by allowing more categories of people to petition for someone to be red flagged. They, the expanded Types of petitioners cover various kinds of counselors now and medical professionals. It also now includes immediate family or household members and intimate partners. And, get this, the recent, lawful acquisition of a firearm or ammunition is considered possible evidence that someone might need to be red flagged. So if you live in Virginia, and you go buy a gun or some ammunition, that can be used as evidence against you that you need to be red flagged. And that's law now. SB 495, another layer to the red flag, adds a family or household member, a mental health service provider, or an appointed evaluator from a community services board to the list of people who can red flag you, or petition for a red flag is the proper term. Now, Bills that have been modified by the governor at the deadline and returned to the General Assembly to be considered on April 22nd when they are now reconvening. So these are bills that made it to the governor's desk. She didn't sign them in the law. She didn't veto them. She suggests changes, sending them back to the legislature saying, do this if you want me to sign it, and they'll be doing that on April 22nd. So these are all still in play. In addition to what she did on the assault weapon ban bill, ex-CIA Spanberger made some additional tweaks on the remaining bills on her desk to include HB 1524 would prohibit the carry of certain loaded semi-automatic rifles, handguns, and shotguns on any public street, road, alley, sidewalk, public right of way, or in any public park, or any other place of whatever nature that is open to the public in the Commonwealth. So that's all of the state, guys. And there's no exemption for concealed handgun permit holders. So, where do you think you're gonna run into issues where you're gonna need to defend yourself, you know, sans someone breaking into your home? Well, it's gonna be on any public street, road, alley, sidewalk, public right of way, or any public park, or any other place of whatever nature that is open to the public. So, you basically are... you don't have a right to defend yourself in the Commonwealth of Virginia. as long as what the governor, I'm about to tell you what she recommends, has done. The governor recommends not allowing any rifle or handgun with a magazine that holds more than 15 rounds to be carried in public and recommends removing the exemptions for off-duty or retired law enforcement and licensed security guards. I can get behind that because every law in this country makes it a dual class system. There's the haves, which is usually military, law enforcement, and certain armed security, and the have-nots, which is we the people, the people in charge, in power in this country. And now, maybe by removing the exemptions for off-duty cops or retired cops and licensed security guards, maybe you'll feel that pinch. Maybe you'll feel that pinch and people will start to join the Constitution side rather than just doing my job side. Now... How this will jive with Leosa is a different story because Leosa allows off-duty cops and retired cops as long as they met a couple thresholds in their career, they can carry concealed everywhere in this country. So I don't know how Spanberger is going to make a law that supersedes federal law because she can't, but there's that. Now HB 871 would require all firearms in the home that are not being carried on your person to be unloaded and placed in a locked container if there is a minor in the home or if there is a prohibited person in the home. Now a gun may only be stored loaded if it's in a safe that has either a combination lock, a coded lock, or a biometric lock. And a violation is a class 4 misdemeanor. Gun dealers must post signage about this new law And there is also a provision to educate the public on firearm storage. Now, the governor has sent this back to the legislature and she recommends in her infinite wisdom that any locking device that renders the firearm incapable of being fired be allowed as well. Now, ammunition does not have to be stored in a particular manner. The penalty for this is increased from a class four to a class two misdemeanor. She says, you know what, any type of lock that renders it unable to be fired, you know, in case you really need the gun, you just want to make sure you can't use it, but will actually make it a more serious crime if you don't do that. HB 229 and SB 173, they prohibit firearms or knives with a blade of longer than three and a half inches. in facilities that provide mental health services or developmental services, including hospitals, emergency departments, or emergency medical care facilities, if they offer such services. In her infinite wisdom, the Queen recommends removing exemptions for someone with written authorization from the hospital or armed security. someone who's brought in to the hospital as part of an emergency custody order or involuntary detention. So, even if the hospital says, Joe Schmo can have that 3.75 inch blade, we say they can. This is our property, this is our business, they can do that. The governor is saying, nah, you don't have the ability to do that. I'm the queen. HB 101, again, she sent that back to the legislature. HB 101 eliminates the requirement. that a concealed handgun permit be requested in writing, allowing for other methods of applying for a permit to be. Now the governor recommends using only the wording in writing or electronically. It would have been done, but she wanted to be very specific there just in case something, some other way is created. Now... HB 1015 prohibits a person convicted of a misdemeanor, assault, and battery hate crime from being able to possess firearms. Basically, you lose your rights forever in Virginia if that applies to you. HB 702 would create a firearm give back or buy back program. The sole purpose is for local law enforcement to act like Nazi Germans and collect and destroy any firearms that are voluntarily turned in with exceptions for antiques or historically significant firearms. Now the ex-CIA operative governor recommends changing the term buyback to sellback because all of a sudden optics matter here. They're selling it back. We're not buying it back because they never sold them to the people anyway. So here Optics Matters, but stripping everybody of all their rights. HB 909 expands the prohibition on the carry of firearms from 40 feet to 100 feet outside of a polling place or outside a building where the local electoral board is meeting. The governor recommends clarifying that the restriction is only when the building or part thereof is being used as an additional registration site. HB 1525 would prohibit 18, 19, and 20 year olds from purchasing a handgun or a sole firearm anywhere in the Commonwealth. The same people that we send overseas to fight for whatever our country is fighting for that week and when they come home they can't do that stuff. Makes total sense. Spamburger recommends the bill reinstate universal background checks as soon as it becomes effective, possibly on April 23rd, 2026. And for those who don't know what a universal background check is, it is a registry of the firearm. Who has what? Where y'all live. So, you know, they know who has what and where y'all live. I'll leave it at that. And the cherry on top of all of this anti-American communist tyranny is HB 965. And this isn't even a gun bill. But this, I would argue, is maybe even more important, more of a slap in the face. HB 965. It's the Wicked Witch who signed this into law. She's telling us that she will prove to us suckers that she knows more than the founding fathers when it comes to what they wanted when they designed this entire country. She just fundamentally changed the federal election system in Virginia. What do you mean, Jared? Well, this one kind of flew under the radar. Spanberger... effectively rendered Virginian's presidential votes null and void with the measure holding the state's electoral votes. I think it's 13 electoral votes they have. Instead of the winner of what the state says this is who we're voting for, she has now basically made Virginia give the electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote, regardless of the state results. Doesn't matter what George Washington and Patrick Henry and Thomas Jefferson and all those guys and gals who work so hard behind the scenes to set this all up. Doesn't matter because Abigail Spanberger knows better than you and she just fundamentally changed America for Virginians. That's not nothing. That's a roadmap. This is exactly what the founders warned about. And they didn't write the Second Amendment for hunting. They wrote it to ensure that we the people retain power, not Abigail Spamburger and the communist legislators of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Because once government can decide what you can own, who can own what, where you can carry them or store them, or who they want your votes to go to, you no longer have a right. You probably don't even have a country. Guys, if you live in Virginia, this is the moment. The FM transmitters that we purchased just got in and tenors look great. I haven't had a chance to assemble everything yet as far as all of them. We always inspect and assemble before we do anything about putting anything else together and plugging everything in. It's exciting to have it and see if it works. But first you make sure everything is there. Okay, always. Each box. One kit at a time. One system at a time. Because these are assembled. Anyway, it is the 15th of April. No way. Yes way. It's Weapons Wednesday. And it is the halfway mark for the month of April. Half the month is gone. With the corn keys, every day is Cats Day. Every day is Cats Day here. I have four-pod keyboard operators. Oh, you mean tax day, taxification. Yeah. Otherwise, I have a... The youngest of the pack, the tuxedo, with a little flame nose, she just has to help the mouse. It has nothing to do with being a mouse, but she feels it's something she needs to assist in. So I get regular help during the program on that daily now. Very quickly here, again, if you heard the shopping list, okay? What would I do if I were in Virginia? Well, first of all, I thoroughly agree that the government has told me something. Government's gonna come and try to take the weapons. We need bigger honking weapons. We need bigger guns. We don't need smaller guns. We need bigger, heavier, penetrating rounds that are going to go through plate armor, gut armor, groin areas. It won't be the magic situation where somebody supposedly suits somebody with a .30-06 in your spine mysteriously stops everything. I thought, man, I'll steal a spine, which is holocrococrop. We know that. .30-06. You know, if you listen to the criteria, you can't carry one of these assault weapons out there, assault pistols, assault weapons, assault shotguns, whatever. But the M1 Garand I think still fits the bill, doesn't it guys? Is there anything in that rule that says the M1 Garand is illegal? Did anybody hear anything about the description? It doesn't have a physical grip. It uses big bullets. Big bullets are bad. Oh yeah, but they didn't say anything about bad big bullets yet. No, they're just telling you about the evil, horrible, horrible, terrible black gun because that's really what they're attacking. Now if I were going up against law enforcement, foreign military, or rogue American military that's going to follow the orders of these pigs that passed this, doesn't it make sense that I know that my enemy is going to be really, really, really well armored? Doesn't it behoove me to carry a bigger, heavier, penetrating round? And I'll tell you what, number one, they're worried about us dancing on our one, you know, you gotta hop on one foot, you gotta pat your head while you're patting, you know, you're rubbing your tummy and you're blinking your eyes, left, right, right, left, left, left, left, right. And if you don't do that, you'll be arrested. What eliminates this is the battle-hardened and battle-proven M1 Garand. And in an urban conflict situation, 30-06 plows through everything. 30-06 is a battlefield supremacy round. It is not a superiority round. It is a supremacy round. And what's really cool is there are a vast number of M1 Garand's out there. Now, in addition to that, somebody goes, well, you know, it's not the modern, it's modern enough, it'll kill you dead or no doornail. And since we're going to make sure that we abide by the rules, I would say that every Virginian who's serious about defending their freedom needs to look at picking up a semi-automatic, declive-loaded, 30 Hot 6 and one Garand and buy all the honking ammunition you can for it. Now it doesn't mean you're going to get rid of the other weapons. It means that you really want to, if you really want to make a statement with regard to any public event, everybody show up with a Garand and a full combat kit supporting the Garand. And by the way, to do MOLLEGEAR with a Garand, you know, the cheap, one of the cheapest pouches you can get are the grenade pouches for the MOLLEGEAR. And they're perfect for D-clips for the M1 Garand. You do know that, right? So what's really cool is you can just take a regular $3 or $6 MOLLE vest and then buy a bunch of the $0.70 or $1 apiece grenade pockets, the regular grenade pockets, not the 40 millimeter. and you can out-fit yourself. You still have your pouches for your, you know, your iFAC and your canteens and everything else. But instead, you got pockets and pockets and pockets and pockets and pockets all distributed on the vest to carry D-clips for the grand. Oh, and I'd still carry bandoliers of ammunition. And I just use a standard battler for that. I mean, just regular grand battlers were made originally for the purpose. But you could come up with other ideas. You can do some really cool utility bags that are just nothing but buckets of D-clips and a grab bag. A carry, you know, shoulder satchel, which would be cool. The fact is that the Garand would be a better choice if you end up in a confrontation on the street against the gun grabbers because there's not much of anything in front of you that the .30-06 can't plow through. Again, making it a superiority choice. Now, it conforms perfectly to all the baffly with bullshit that they're claiming that they're worried about the evil, horrible, terrible, horrible, terrible assault rifle because it's not. It's a main battle rifle, an MBR. Now again, what's the basic rule? What I was talking about in the last hour before we played everything, talking about the concept of why we pick certain weapons. The Garand has never gone out of style, never gone out of vogue. I don't think there is, for every 10 AR-15s that are probably in private hands, there's two Garand. because Garand used to be the go-to gun. In fact, Garand's were so much the go-to gun in the 70s. that they completely disappeared because of policies to cut up weapons and no more imports could come in from outside the country. And everybody was grabbing the grand and the M1 carbine. Everybody. They were, in fact, we built, I've told you before, we took cut receivers. We did rebuilds on cut receivers. We did thousands, so many, the grand, it's so countless, I don't even know for sure how many we built. We would get through a work. I would run with a buddy of mine and after work we would go over to a particular house and the guy was a machinist and we set up a production operation going. Everybody had a certain task and the idea was that we'd buy the cut receivers from Sarco by the bucket. If you were willing to buy a hundred sets, you could get them for about $2 a set. for grand cut receivers. Now they were not going to be matched up. Okay, so the big thing is one person's job was to lay out the hundred or so left and right components that you had, the front and back of the receiver, and what you did is you tried to look and puzzle out what might be the part that actually goes with the other preferably, but if not, Then you try to line them up as best you could because the next thing you're going to do is you're going to hand a set over to another operator. He's going to work, dress the surfaces that were damaged. Now in some cases they were cut with a saw. People don't remember that, but they were cut with a saw or they were cut with a torch. If they were cut with a torch, it's amazing that whoever was cutting them with a torch made an effort to actually go with the finest tip that they could. And so in reality we didn't lose much meat on any of those grands. But one of the tricks, if you had a bunch of, you know, some that were badly damaged or, you know, messed up in certain ways, is that you take the overlapping greater parts of two and you had everything you needed to go right up butt to butt, you know, metal to metal, and then you did your weld after that. What we had is a jig, actually had a series of them, that would allow you to lay the grand into the jig, the grand receiver, and then you could see what your made up was and you'd have one person who'd be doing grinding and fitting to bring it as close as possible and lay the part back in the jig, lay the other part in it if you couldn't get it to actually sit because there was overlap still. You clean it up a little bit, you dress it so close that it's just dead on. Then, the welder, you slide the whole jig over to the welder and the welder had that jig going while you have another jig set up. They're big blocks of steel with the machinist. These are the tool and die man that did this work. The block had the lower part of the Garand receiver milled right into it as a negative. What you could do is set a part in that with the first part you could set it no problem. But if there was too much oversplay or spalled or cut, you had to clean the other half up. Now you clean the first one up so you get rid of all that brace and spurring and all the other stuff that takes place. Because remember, it gets cut, it blossoms. And then you set that piece in, where you bring the other piece in, you try to set it down inside the nook. And you could see what your differences were and that's where you start dressing the part the other half up. And that was one of the many jobs I did just very patiently. You take a Dremel tool and you take also a file and like you said you don't grind, you lap because you only need to take off what's needed gradually until and you get really good at doing it faster and looking at it going okay I need to shave this much off and then what you do is you've got it bonded together now it sets and rests in the jig. Now, you slide it over to the welder and the guy who's doing the welding, he's a master. After that, then it was machining. And it's a matter of taking out the excess, taking off the buildup and retooling everything so it looked like the original tooling surface. And we did pretty damn good work, as a matter of fact. So, garands are out there. And right now, if you didn't know, you've got the Civilian Marksmanship Group building new garands again. Anybody catch that? So you can either buy a surplus garand or you can build one from parts. You can still build one from parts. If you have sources, an example, I have two cases of M1 Garand operas, brand new, in the Cosmoline old inventory 1945 production. They used to come eight to a can. I've got two cans of them. There's eight in each can. I don't know why it was eight. Should have, I think it would be 10. But these are tins and we used to buy a tin of eight operas for $11. They were a giveaway. Like many, many other things. It used to be all giveaway. Now it's a stupitanium price. Unobtanium isn't quite there. It's stupitanium as in really outrageous price, but I'm not inaccessible. So anyway, there's a lot of good stuff out there to build a grand with, and you know what, it would be pretty stinking awesome if all of a sudden, just for the fun of it, all the ARs disappeared from public view, all the Mini-14s, even the AKs, and the whole units, whole formations show up in Virginia with the US rifle M1 .30 caliber. That would be impressive. And everybody battle kitted out. Molly Modern gear, everything was squared away because everybody's always looking for looking tactical. But for me, I'd probably as quickly use just a standard 10 round cartridge pelt with another one stacked on top of it. The traditional method that you saw a lot of guys use during World War II in Korea and even in Vietnam. So either way it works, and I don't care, but you know what? Everybody needs to...what the Jewish communist slash CIA Mossad operative that's owned by APAC slash owned by Israel, governors, is doing is following through on the national plan. And it's pretty sick and obvious where it's going to go. So it would be kind of fun to go, yeah, not only are we going to show up, but we're going to show up with, let's see, greater range, greater penetration, and reasonable fire power with bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, ching! And before that ching even hits the ground, if you get really good at it, that rifle is already reloaded with another D-clip and bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. Now, personally, I wouldn't be dumping rounds like that, but if you have to, So everybody out there, if you're listening and you're from the Carolina, spread the word. Looks like everybody needs a grand. We need to upgrade. Now there's another thing to remember about the .30 Out-6. We are going to be dealing with robotoids. You notice how they're showing you the robots out there and all that? Well, we got to hit them with something bigger. We need to be hitting them with even bigger than Hot-6, but Hot-6 is a good start. So let's just talk about the idea that yep, we got to get through Imperial Forces body armor. We got to get through Secret Police body armor. We got to get into the soft chewy vehicle, so plowing through the Out-6 helps a great deal there. We're going to be dealing with their robots and other mechanicals. So it's a win-win-win for everybody to very quickly embrace 30 Ot-6. But we also need to be pushing production of Ot-6. And we need to save every piece of brass we can get our hands on. So promote, promote, promote. Now, see, I would have said 308. The problem is that because of that magazine criteria, Again, the M14, the FAL, whatever, they're still good, they're beautiful firearms, and certainly superiority firearms. Okay. .308. But, uh, Garants. I would say that it'd be kind of fun to hear what they say about that, how they try to twist their panties in it with a whole unit showing up with Let's see, what would you do to deal with the pistol issue? I don't know, the 1911 seems to be a good knockdown, dragon kicking in the O'Teeth kind of pistol, doesn't it? Seem that way to you? So doesn't it make sense? We'd be upgrading to the 45 ACP 1911 pistol. And we'd be using the battlefield supremacy M1 Garand, capable of penetrating more body armor, doing more damage to a target when it hits. Contrary, unlike the round that hit Charlie Kirk, ours will be plowing through more than one target. Think about that. The OTS-6 used as a primary weapon, if you've got a crowd of secret police and you pop into them, or a crowd of rioters and you pop into them, you're not going to hit one person. That bullet doesn't stop with one person, ever. You're talking about two, three, four hits. You want to really be mean. You've got a big honking pile of bodies in front of you, drop down to prone, and go for the leg area and groin area. You're going to hit four, five, six, seven people because legs don't slow bullets down very well at all. So you can start snapping tree limbs left and right as in, plop, plop, plop.
