What the government is saying and what they're actually doing are two completely different things. I know, shocker, right? The Trump White House says it's protecting your Second Amendment rights. But at the exact same time, the Department of Justice is in federal court, again, defending one of the most aggressive gun control rules from the Biden administration. Yep, you heard that right. Let's break this down. And if you're one of the Department of Justice members who watch my videos, you've earned another kicking in the going ads here. So eat it up. Recently, the Department of Justice informed a federal court that it is going to keep and defend the Biden-era ghost gun rule. A rule that dramatically expands the federal government's authority over homemade firearms. This is happening in the case called Vanderstalk v. Blanche, formerly Vanderstalk v. Bondi, but she got fired. And then prior to that, Vanderstalk v. Garland, who doesn't have his job anymore because he was the AG under Biden. And it's a big one because at its core, the case is about one simple question. What counts as a firearm? And more importantly, who gets to decide? Is it Congress who's charged with making the laws or some unelected bureaucrat hacks hanging around Washington DC for their entire life? Now here's where things get interesting here. This same rule, the one the DOJ is now defending, was previously described by the Trump administration itself as an attack on gun owners that undermines the Second Amendment. And it was the rule that they were telling people that they were going to repost a new rule to get rid of the Biden stuff. Well, yeah, they changed their mind. Yeah, so much for the new Attorney General getting things under control. Remember back on February 7th, 2025, when President Trump issued his executive order entitled protecting Second Amendment rights? Well, that was a joke. And then there's this year's proposed federal budget that just came out last week and it did a video on. And that budget says this in it, quote, the budget continues to support the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, ATF, efforts to reverse regulations imposed by prior administrations that have effectively criminalized law abiding gun ownership. The previous administration used the ATF to attack gun-owning Americans and undermine the Second Amendment by requiring near universal background checks, subjecting otherwise lawful gun owners to up to 10 years in prison for failing to register pistol braces that make it possible for disabled veterans to use firearms. The imposition of excessive restrictions on homemade firearms. and the revocation of federal firearms licenses. Well, two of the things I just mentioned, the DOJ has told us recently they're going to keep enforcing it the way they were under Biden. First, the DOJ announces it's enforcing Biden's pistol brace ban. And now they're sticking with Biden's frame and receiver rule. Let that sink in. The White House says one thing publicly. But the Department of Justice walks into court and argues the exact opposite. Now the president is the boss of the Department of Justice. In case you live under a rock. The Biden-era ATF rule, which was Final Rule 2021 Romeo-05 Foxtrot, basically redefines what a firearm is under federal law. It expands the definition of frame and receiver so broadly that unfinished parts, kits, and components can now be treated like fully functioning firearms. That means serialization requirements, background checks, and federal oversight. all applied to things that historically were not considered firearms at all. Now, supporters of the rule will say it's about ghost guns and privately made firearms without serial numbers. Yeah, but here's the problem. That's been totally legal since before the founding of the country. And the federal government is... Oh, why did you stick? And the federal government is using that concern to justify expanding regulatory power far beyond what Congress actually wrote into law. And that's exactly why this case exists. Now let's zoom out here for a second. Because this isn't happening in a vacuum. Back in 2025, the Supreme Court actually upheld parts of this rule saying that the Gun Control Act could allow regulation of certain kits and components. But, and this is critical, that ruling did not settle everything. It left the door open for challenges like the one we're seeing right now. And that's where things take a turn. Because when President Trump signed his executive order, remember what's called protecting Second Amendment rights, and at that time the expectation was clear. Review these Biden-era rules. And if they violate the Constitution, get rid of them. Instead, after that review, the DOJ came back and said, bah, we're going to keep it. Think about the implications here. Executive orders make headlines. They generate excitement. They signal intent. But at the end of the day, what matters is what the government argues in court. And that's... historically what the average person today going about their business they know nothing about because they don't care to waste their time on looking at what happened in court because they have so many things they need to do they need to work they need to provide for their children and take them to school and daycare and whatever which is why I do this channel to keep you in the loop that's that stuff that's argued in court what the DOJ actually says that's what actually shapes the law And right now the federal government is arguing in favor of expanding ATF authority over firearms. This also raises a much bigger issue. Once I talk, I mean I talk about this stuff all the time on the channel, but this is called the administrative state. Because what we're seeing here is not Congress passing a new law. It's an agency redefining terms. And then the DOJ defending that redefinition in court. And if they can redefine what a firearm is, what's stopping them from redefining it again, or expanding it even further. But make no mistake, the outcome of this case could determine what Americans can legally build, and what requires serialization, what falls under federal control, and ultimately, how far the government can stretch its authority over your rights. And here's the part that should concern every single one of you watching this, whether or not you make your own firearms. This isn't just about ghost guns. It's about precedent. Because once the government successfully expands its authority in one area, it rarely ever stops there, guys. The Founders were crystal clear on this. They didn't write the Second Amendment to protect hunting. They didn't write it for sport shooting. They wrote it as a hard limit on government power. And when you start seeing contradictions like this, where one hand is saying, we support your rights, While the other hand quietly defends restrictions in court, that's when you need to pay very close attention. Because rights are not lost all at once. They're chipped away, they're redefined, they're reinterpreted, until one day you wake up. And what you thought was protected isn't anymore. So here's what I want to know from you guys. Do you think this is a strategic legal move on behalf of the Department of Justice? Or is this a betrayal of what was promised? And it's a big one because at its core, the case is about one simple question. What counts as a firearm? And more importantly, who gets to decide? The Congress who's charged with making the laws or some unelected bureaucrat hacks hanging around Washington, DC for their entire life. Now here's where things get interesting here. This same rule, the one that DOJ is now defending, was previously described by the Trump administration itself as an attack on gun owners that undermines the Second Amendment. And it was a rule that they were telling people that they were going to repost a new rule to get rid of the Biden stuff. Well, yeah, they changed their mind. Yeah, so much for the new Attorney General getting things under control. Remember back on February 7th, 2025, when President Trump issued his executive order entitled, Protecting Second Amendment Rights? That was a joke. And then there's this year's proposed federal budget that just came out last week and I did a video on. And that budget says this in it, quote, the budget continues to support the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, ATF, efforts to reverse regulations imposed by prior administrations that have effectively criminalized law-abiding gun ownership. The previous administration used the ATF to attack gun-owning Americans and undermine the Second Amendment by requiring near universal background checks, subjecting otherwise lawful gun owners to up to 10 years in prison for failing to register pistol braces that make it possible for disabled veterans to use firearms. The imposition of excessive restrictions on homemade firearms. and the revocation of federal firearms licenses. Well, two of the things I just mentioned, the DOJ has told us recently they're going to keep enforcing it the way they were under Biden. First, the DOJ announces it's enforcing Biden's pistol brace ban. And now they're sticking with Biden's frame and receiver rule. Let that sink in. The White House says one thing publicly, but the Department of Justice walks into court and argues the exact opposite. Now the president is the boss of the Department of Justice. In case you live under a rock. The Biden era ATF rule, which was final rule 2021 Romeo-05 Foxtrot, basically redefines what a firearm is under federal law. It expands the definition of frame and receiver so broadly that unfinished parts, kits, and components can now be treated like fully functioning firearms. That means serialization requirements, background checks, and federal oversight. All applied to things that historically were not considered firearms at all. Now, Supporters of the rule will say it's about ghost guns and privately made firearms without serial numbers. Yeah, but here's the problem. That's been totally legal since before the founding of the country. And the federal government is... Oh, why did you stick? And the federal government is using that concern to justify expanding regulatory power far beyond what Congress actually wrote into law. And that's exactly why this case exists. Now, let's zoom out here for a second. Because this isn't happening in a vacuum. Back in 2025, the Supreme Court actually upheld parts of this rule saying that the Gun Control Act could allow regulation of certain kits and components. But, and this is critical, that ruling did not settle everything. It left the door open for challenges like the one we're seeing right now. And that's where things take a turn. Because when President Trump signed his executive order, remember what's called protecting Second Amendment rights, and at that time the expectation was clear. Review these Biden era rules. Ranger knows that as an HVAC technician, the heat is on you every day. Your first call? And if they violate the Constitution, get rid of them. Instead, after that review, the DOJ came back and said, baa, we're gonna keep it. Now, think about the implications here. Executive orders make headlines. They generate excitement. They signal intent. But at the end of the day, what matters is what the government argues in court. And that's... Historically, what the average person today is going about their business, they know nothing about because they don't care to waste their time on looking at what happened in court because they have so many things they need to do. And right now the federal government is arguing in favor of expanding ATF authority over firearms. This also raises a much bigger issue. It's an agency redefining terms. And then the DOJ defending that redefinition in court. And if they can redefine what a firearm is, what's stopping them from redefining it again. Or expanding it even further. But make no mistake, the outcome of this case could determine what Americans can legally build. And what requires serialization. What falls under federal control. And ultimately, how far the government can stretch its authority over your rights. And here's the part that should concern every single one of you watching this, whether or not you make your own firearms. This isn't just about ghost guns. It's about precedent. Because once the government successfully expands its authority in one area, it rarely ever stops there, guys. The Founders were crystal clear on this. They didn't write the Second Amendment to protect hunting. They didn't write it for sport shooting. They wrote it as a hard limit on government power. And when you start seeing contradictions like this, where one hand is saying, we support your rights, While the other hand quietly defends restrictions in court, that's what you need to pay very close attention. Because rights are not lost all at once. They're chipped away, redefined, or reinterpreted until one day you wake up. And what you thought was protected isn't anymore. Let's break this down because what happened here should have every gun owner in America paying attention. Yesterday, the Rhode Island House Judiciary Committee held a marathon hearing on several new gun control bills. And front and center, an update, an expansion to the assault weapons ban. Now, you've heard that term before, but here's where this gets serious. This proposal isn't about stopping future sales because, like I said, Rhode Island's already banned that. This is about expanding that unconstitutional law. Lawmakers are actively debating language that could impact possession of firearms that are already legally owned by residents. American citizens under the United States Constitution also protected under the Rhode Island Constitution. Let that sink in. We're not talking about criminals. We're not talking about illegal firearms. We're talking about law-abiding Americans who follow the law. They bought them legally. They passed background checks. And now some liberal, blue-haired female wannabe piece of trash in the government in Rhode Island is considering telling them, you can't have that anymore. And you have a date to get rid of it by. And then if you don't, oh well. This hearing went on for hours. It was a marathon and the turnout was massive. It always is in Rhode Island, especially for our side, the opposition. I mean, check out these three clips I'm going to show you first. The first two are that liberal, wacky clown sponsor of the bill. It's her brilliant idea to mimic Canada and ban possession of these firearms. She is Rhode Island State Representative Teresa Tanzi. Check it out. Right now, our law draws an arbitrary line. We have said that these firearms cannot enter the marketplace going forward, but we continue to allow them to remain in circulation indefinitely. That undermines the very policy we put in place and makes enforcement more difficult. If these weapons are too dangerous to be sold in Rhode Island, then we really should have addressed possession at the same time. We didn't, and this bill corrects that. This bill is narrow and targeted. It does not expand definitions. It applies only to firearms already covered under Rhode Island law. It simply addresses one word, possess, while also expanding the amount of time for individuals who currently own these weapons to come into compliance by selling or transferring them lawfully. And we should be very clear about what we're talking about. These firearms are designed to increase rate of fire improve accuracy, and maximize harm in a short period of time. They have been used in some of the deadliest mass shootings in this nation. Rhode Island has already realized that, and we have already said that these firearms are too dangerous to sell. This bill follows through on that decision and says that they are too dangerous to possess as well. Now I want to address directly what will be raised, and that is the Takings Clause and the Fifth Amendment. We should not use this as a reason to avoid acting. Courts have long recognized that when the state regulates dangerous items in the interest of public safety, it is exercising its police power, not taking public property for public use. And we are not breaking new ground here. There are multiple states that already regulate or prohibit the possession of assault weapons. So the idea that possession cannot be regulated is simply not accurate. And here in Rhode Island, this chamber passed legislation last year that restricted possession of certain weapons, but that bill did not ultimately become law. That version of the bill did not ultimately become law. If there are concerns about how to structure this bill to withstand judicial review, then let's address those concerns. Let's work through them. That is why we hold bills for further study to make them the strongest version possible. But to say that we cannot act because of that concern and to use it as an excuse for inaction is both irresponsible and inconsistent with what other states have already done and defended in court. And frankly, it is inconsistent with what we passed last year. At its core, this bill is about finishing what we started. We made a policy decision that these weapons are too dangerous to be sold in our communities. This legislation ensures that this decision is both meaningful and effective over time and respectfully asked for your support. The Taken's Clause is a real issue. It's interesting that you mentioned Mugler versus Kansas because that actually in the end said that the state was suppressing a public harm not appropriating private value and that's exactly what this bill does. It gives individuals an opportunity to sell and dispossess themselves of the weapon in advance of the effective date. So there is no issue according to Mugler for the takings clause. The Rhode Island two-step is in full effect. We had certain reassurances last year that dead things would not happen. And they have. Now, as other people have illustrated, we have until the 31st of December to divest ourselves of the property. Dot, dot, dot. When does the other shoe fall? Some people will sell them at a great loss. Some people will get rid of them. And I'm here to tell you that the majority of the people will not. So, after the 31st, Just like our friends in Canada are facing right now, what are you going to do? In Canada, they threw it in the lap of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and said they will begin the collection. Two days ago, they went on record as saying no. It is against everything that the Canadian people and their constitutions are all about. So my big question is, what will you do when law-abiding citizens that own their property that intend to retain it, because under the takings clause you're not providing anything in a way of relief, what are you going to do? Are you coming for them? It can't be a secondary concern because it's a felony. Thank you, sir, for your testimony. Here's the key detail that the media won't emphasize here. The overwhelming majority of testimony was against these bills. Citizens stood up one after the other, raising serious concerns, violations of the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, conflicts with the Supreme Court's ruling in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association versus Bruin, and the fact that these laws target law-abiding people, not criminals. This will do nothing to deter crime. Nothing, because criminals don't follow the law anyway. They're not going to say, oh wait, now there's this magic date imposed by this woman who's probably never been laid. But now we have to get rid of our guns, so let's not be criminals anymore. Many pointed out something critical under Bruin. They give the government wants to restrict a right, it must show historical tradition of similar regulation. And that's their problem here. There's none. There's no historical tradition of banning commonly owned firearms in America. Frustrating, I know. For years, politicians, especially Democrats, have repeatedly used the same line. Nobody's coming for your guns. I mean, you've heard it. I've heard it. We've all heard it. But what do you call it when the government... proposes banning the possession of fires that people already legally own. What do you call it when citizens are told, per min, modify them, or become a criminal? That's not regulation, and it sure is hell not common sense. That's confiscation by policy. And this hearing in Rhode Island exposes the truth. The argument was never about if they would come for your guns, It's always been about when and how far they can go. I'll tell you what, Teresa Tansey, my offer to you is to get in the stack and come try it. See how big your balls are. Get in the stack. All the representatives who vote for these, get in the stack or shut the fuck up. The supporters of the bill claim this is about safety. They argue these are common sense measures meant to reduce violence. criminals, like I said, they don't follow laws. They don't register firearms and they're not going to turn them in. So it only impacts you and me, the legal law abiding gun owner, the person who just wants to be left the hell alone, the person who followed every rule and is being told that the rules are changing after the fact. And this is where things get even more serious. Because laws like this are on a direct collision course with the Supreme Court, but it's going to take 6 to 10 years if the court has the balls to take up the case. And under Bruin, The government must justify gun laws using text history and tradition. And sweeping bans on commonly owned firearms, they don't fit that framework. Which means if this passes, it's almost guaranteed to end up in federal court. And the taxpayers, they'll foot the bill for a law that likely gets challenged immediately. And here's the part you need to understand. Even though public opposition was overwhelming, these bills are still alive. The committee held them for further study, which in Rhode Island politics means they can bring them back at any time, or they can amend them, and then they can push them through quickly. And leadership in that state has already signaled support. So don't mistake loud opposition for victory. The fight is far from over. What's happening in Rhode Island is not unique. It's part of a broader national strategy to push state-level bans, to test legal boundaries, to normalize restrictions, and slowly shift what's considered acceptable. And every time it happens, we hear the same bullshit line, no one is coming for your guns. But actions speak louder than words. And right now, the actions say something very different. And I'll pause here. Like, if you're one of those people right now that are saying, I wish you didn't swear, if language is bothering you, then you sure as hell are not going to be able to stand it when the bullets start flying if these people try to start confiscating firearms. And this is exactly why staying in form matters. Because rights are rarely taken all at once. They're chipped away piece by piece until one day people realize what's gone. And let me say this right now. The Founders did not enshrine the Second Amendment as a suggestion. It was written as a safeguard, a final line of defense to ensure that a free people would never be rendered powerless before their own government. They understood through blood and sacrifice that liberty is not preserved by permission, but by principle. And when laws are passed that contradict the Constitution, they swore to uphold, it's not defiance, but duty for citizens to stand firm. peacefully and lawfully and with unwavering resolve. Non-compliance in this sense is not chaos. It is a quiet but powerful reaffirmation that our rights are not granted by politicians but recognized as inherent. To honor the spirit of 1776 on our 250th anniversary of the founding is to remember that freedom endures only when the people themselves refuse to surrender it. We've got a memory shortage, and Congress just banned routers that are not made in the US from being imported. And if you're not aware, there is absolutely no Whole use commercial brand routers that are made in the US. There's like two companies that make industrial routers for like data centers and telecommunications centers. But the routers that they make are not available to the general public. You have to know somebody in order to be able to purchase them. Anyway, here we go. We're going to start this. This is from Jay-Z2c, explaining the US router ban, what it means for consumers. Basically, we're going to be at a technology hold as far as routers go inside the US. We're still going to be able to get the ones that we have inside the country. Okay, so first and foremost I'm talking about the foreign router ban now This is actually something that started with the previous administration as much as people like to turn this into a very charged political conversation This started prior to the current administration, but post the current administration's first administration. So who cares who started it? The point is it's happening now and it's happening today regarding foreign routers. Now you might be asking yourself what does a foreign router mean? Well honestly it means any router for your internet or ISP device and gateway etc that is made outside of the United States which is currently all of them. So now these quotes are specific from the FCC or the Federal Communications Commission. It says, allowing routers produced abroad to dominate the U.S. market creates unacceptable economic, national security and cyber security risks. Basically they're saying, we're dealing with a time right now where digital espionage, digital war, all that stuff, cyber war is real. This is really happening. So there's concerns about like exposure to cyber attacks and such if these routers that are made abroad are then imported with these backdoor exposures or potentially harmful firmwares that are intended to basically, I guess, collect information and then compile that and send it off to something else. Like that's the biggest fear is these routers are now just buckets of information co- collectors, sorry, I almost knocked over my bottle, information collectors that can then be used for attacks, if you will. That's the real drive behind this particular ban. Now, what is currently affected by this? Well, what's good for sale right now is all existing models on the market today. It includes new manufacturing of existing models. So, for instance, Everything you see in the store today, or that you can buy on Amazon, or at Micro Center, or Best Buy, or Walmart, or whatever, all of those models are currently grandfathered in for as long as they exist. So what that means is if they make no changes to the hardware, they make no changes to anything that requires FCC validation and approval, can be sold indefinitely until changes happen where they have to then apply for FCC acceptance if you will. We'll talk more about that in a second. That's not usually the case. Usually routers because of Wi-Fi standards that change and protocol standards that can change. I have P need that can change obviously with now fiber being a thing right fiber boxes all that you're going to see these changes happen as as models improve. They're rarely going to stay the same model number for more than a couple of years so any existing model. Can continue to exist and be sold and imported with no implications whatsoever regarding this new ban until they change something Okay, all routers currently owned and operated can continue to be owned and operated Could you imagine if this law was like you got to give your routers back or they suddenly stopped working? Like that that would be absolutely insane. So that is currently who's unaffected by this Now the FCC quotes, this action does not affect any previously purchased consumer grade routers. Consumers can continue to use any router they have already lawfully purchased or acquired. I love that phrase, lawfully purchased, because I was like, who the hell would create a black market? You know what? I saw Steve's video about the black market GPUs, although that's the other direction, technically. That's a product that goes from China to the US and they can't go back to China, but whatever. This is about stuff coming from anywhere other than the US, which in this instance is going to be China. Nor does it prevent retailers from continuing to sell, import, or market router models approved previously through the FCC's equipment authorization process. So that's everything I just said, right? Everything that exists now and is already here, sold or not, is approved. Now, let's say you're the kind of person that's like, well, I've already got my new router, I've got my new gateway, I've got everything set up, I don't need to touch anything. Well, There are security vulnerability updates that happen all the time on routers, and if you never actually paid attention to it or ever updated any of your routers, you could be fully exposed right now, and you probably wouldn't even know it. But the point is, these updates do exist, and they exist for a reason, because... routers are central point of traffic and data going to and from whatever the is connected to specifically banks hospitals government building stuff like that your home you probably aren't worth hacking sorry i know we all think for the center of our own universe but you are probably not worth packing but when it comes to like bank institutions and and universities and stuff Routers and gateways are often the entry point for a lot of these backdoor access to happen. Come March 1st, 2027, for all existing stuff that is grandfathered in, what's going to happen is you can no longer update those firmwares. No firmware is going to be allowed to be updated on any of the existing hardware. Now, I don't know if they're planning on revising this, because that's a year from now, a little less than a year from now. That's a long time. If they're worried about nefarious firmware and such on getting access intentionally for cyber sabotage and whatever, you just gave them like, hey, they got 11 months to get it in there, right? So that sounds really secure and great. Now, this is purely speculation, but perhaps that year because it's been about a year from the time that this would so this is march first obviously it's april now all this kind of started making its way into the news almost a month ago so that explains like the kind of like a one-year date we think maybe that's that one year is designed to give these router companies like hey you got a year to figure out how to pull your manufacturing into the u.s. to be like not affected by any of this but let's face it the reality is None of these companies that are making routers right now outside of the US are going to be making them in the US within a year. That is very unlikely. Very, very unlikely. That's the only reason we could think potentially there's a one-year gap between the ban and then obviously when the firmware stuff goes into effect. So, at least the announcement of the ban. But yeah, so that's all speculation though. I don't... It seems like an arbitrary number, but I'm sure there's a reason behind it, and we can't find the reason behind it. It's just the date that you're out there. But Jay, what about American-made routers? Well, there was Netgear. Netgear is an American company, but they have no existing American-made routers at all, period. This has nothing to do with whether or not the company is American. It's like, let's say you've got Asus, you've got TP and Link, you've got... There's so many brands now, right? There's so many brands. They're all made and manufactured overseas. Even if it's an American company, that doesn't grandfather you in on any of this. It's where the product is being imported from, which is 100% of all consumer products, consumer grade routers, comes from overseas. Now there are some US-based enterprise type routers, I guess, which are some brands I've never even heard of, like AdTran apparently offers American made routers, but this is enterprise level stuff. You're not going to go into Best Buy or Micro Center or Amazon and find these for consumer grade product. We're talking like major enterprise solution stuff for that. So, yeah, this truly does affect everybody. Now, what does this mean for the manufacturers of these routers currently? Like, they're not making them in the U.S., so what does the future look like? Well, any manufacturer wanting to sell a foreign router in the U.S. must apply for a conditional approval from the Department of Homeland Security. If they get permission, then they can sell here. Department of Homeland Security is not an entity really designed to handle this type of workload. Nor do they feel like they even truly understand this type of workload. Producers of consumer grade routers that receive conditional approval from DOW or DHS continue to receive FCC equipment authorizations. So if you've ever taken an electronic apart, whether it be a phone, hell, even a VCR, it all has FCC approval numbers on it. In fact, remember on the back of the phones, like Apple hated it, but they had to put the FCC logo on the back of the phone? They found a way to get away from that now, and now it actually appears in the about info when you go to the phone, but every single electronic device that sends and receives signal has to be approved through the FCC. Adding a layer of DHS on top of this is going to make this pretty damn impossible. Probably not possible, but it's not gonna be convenient. Inconvenient enough to where I have a theory that many of these brands right now are just going to extend the life cycle, like of how long current models are considered current and being sold, until maybe protocols and ISP needs change to the point to where they're forced into going through this process. But I think we're just gonna see kind of a halt of new models of routers and stuff coming out because of the fact that they're gonna want to continue to sell to consumers. But they're not going to want to spend them because this is not a free process This process is not free for going through all these approvals and stuff. They're charged for this so I think the brands to try and keep this as simple and easy as possible are going to just elongate the lifecycle of the current models so entities that are not affected by this current ban would be industrial enterprise and military hardware, but that's because they already fall under stricter rules and regulations regarding that for obvious reasons because those are very They have a lot of sensitive information going through there. Okay, so let's talk about ISPs real quick. ISPs are probably one of the biggest entities when it comes to dealing with mass quantities of gateways and routers and such because of the combo units. Years and years ago, when you ordered internet, you just got a modem. And then the signal to the modem and the modem back to the data center, that was all they were responsible for. Getting that signal to your computer and a router and a Wi-Fi or, you know, a wireless or whatever, that was on you. And now, power users, Phil and I, we like that. In fact, we always disable the built-in routing functions that come with the combo unit, and then we handle it ourselves. Like me, I have multiple switches in my home handling different speeds of internet. Like going to my office at home, I have 5 gigabit. Everywhere else in the home only has gigabit, because they're just on their phones and doing social media surfing and stuff. I want the 5 gig because it's on my desktop and Steam and downloading things at 2.5 gigabits while also surfing the internet is amazing. Just saying. But my point is It doesn't bother me if they end up going back to just providing a modem, but it would bother the average consumer. And I think many of you watching this right now would also appreciate just a modem and let you handle the rest of it. But this video is a little less intended for you and more about the passerby that's looking for information on what this band means. And what this means is you might see ISPs go back to that because those combo units and those routers and modem combos are also affected by this. So, we got to ask ourselves, what does this mean to the ISP? What is going to be the least inconvenient method for them to continue doing business without interruption? And we think that might be going back to just modems, because modems are not affected by this. This is specifically routers and gateways. So, if that happens, you got to ask yourself, like, what is an ISP capable of doing? Well, what they're capable of doing is potentially sourcing a million $40 cheap routers. getting DHS and FCC approval on it and DOW approval depending on which office they have to go through and then saying well if you want to have a router in your home and have multiple computers and wireless connected you got to buy our gateway and now we're going to break that into an extra charge of I don't know, 50 bucks a month, something like that. Which is what they used to do in the past. If you've been around long enough, you'll remember when if you got broadband, they tried to charge you extra if you connected your own router to it. You used to even have to see how many devices you were connecting to it because they wanted to try and charge you an upcharge based on how many devices you were doing. And there was always the fear is that if you connected your own router to it and disconnected their gateway and did your own router, they wouldn't charge you. People might be looking at me right now like, Jay, what the hell are you talking about? That is absolutely the way it happened in the late 90s and early 2000s when DSL came out and then cable internet. It is, anyone that was a subscribe to Time Warner knows exactly what I'm talking about. That's exactly how they did it. We might see that model come back again because it's an opportunity for them to say well the government's doing blah blah blah So we have to do it this way, but it's actually a manipulative model allowing them to now pass more cost on to you More than they're gonna be incurring so We already know how terrible the ISPs are in the US and this almost seems like an opportunity for them to take advantage of us when they don't have to. But again, that's all speculation, but I'm calling it on this day. If this happens in the future, just know, Jay called it. Alright guys, that's how it affects you. At the end of the day, you're probably not going to notice anything until you can't update your firmware and you can't, you're going to be able to go buy new routers and such. I think these companies are going to go through the process. I just think for a while, you're not going to see any new stuff really popping out. And in some cases, though not everywhere, we actually do have it, but what's not hooked up necessarily to the communication shack is satellite. So if you're curious about what we've been talking about, Several locations have already been upgraded with satellite rebroadcasting capabilities. It's kind of fun. It is, as we say, satellite billiards. You'll find out more about that as you develop your skills. But anybody can participate in both listening and rebroadcasting using satellites. So it's not as difficult to get involved with as you might think. Another thing I need to mention about communications is microwave rebroadcasting for single communications purposes. Guys, small format microwave. Every once in a while I gotta mention it because it's been out there for a very long time. You might remember that Joe McNeil in the micro effect, he was running the station off of the mountaintop and was using small card microwave relay to get down to the valley where the hard line was located for rebroadcasting out to the system to get out to the rest of the world. The technology is cheap. It's readily available anywhere around the country. Once it's in place, it's difficult to do anything to it other than just it wears out. I mean, eventually, since the systems are affordable, they're a little less expensive in terms of construction. But they're more than sufficient for the kind of work we're talking about, especially if you're trying to... That was a very nice bike that just went by. Especially when you're talking about crossing over or moving through metropolitan areas. You don't realize it, but over your heads there are a lot of microwave broadcast, point to point communications going on constantly. Feds, spook and kooks, and industrial operations, plus independents that are doing their own broadcasting that way, to communicate. It's better than ground lined. It's almost impossible unless you know where the signal relay is, it's impossible to intercept. It's a tight stream microwave broadcast from point to point, and it's two-way communications. So we do have a percentage of that up and online with the operations that we're talking about, so you'll get a chance to see that also. And we're planning on, and already have in most cases, a kit ready to expand on that because the moment that we see general communications failure, Our counter slash alternate communications grid has to plug in and be online almost immediately. So for certain areas where we have the training facilities which are also combat encampments, the ability to talk to other locals who are allies, very quickly we either have the micro-grid systems already established with certain components that need to be assembled and put up. Or the grid is already in place. So I can't really say other than that, depending on the facility you're at, you're going to get a chance to experience that. So if you are going to be firing any 7.6 Q by 39, except for maybe the printing part is on, the latest stuff being produced, let's just assume that there might be a mild corrosion issue. So we clean our weapons accordingly. Make sure that you do proper maintenance on the weapon. And especially critical is bore cleaning solvent to actually get the job done. There's a couple of solutions. You can go to a number of different locations on YouTube. There's a discussion about the formulas that people have come up with that work very well. that neutralizing the corrosion issues that developed with a combination of recuric primers and the other types of powders that were used. So again, the big thing is investing now so you have it in hand for later. Now, if it's box and prime non-corrosive, heat annealed, preview partisan, that's non-corrosive ammunition, period. Yes, it's made in Serbia, same place that that Ugo ammo came from, the other stuff. on stripper clips and typically in the whatever it is, 1,250 round cases, 1,400 round cases. I think even one variant is 1,600 rounds, but to whatever you look at it, the cool thing is that the stuff does come on SKS stripper clips typically, which is a double plus good thing. Being just another thing you need to be collecting. Don't forget. And there are a number of different sources. military maps are out there but there are other scales available. Other sources for mapping that most people don't think about, don't forget the forestry service. Offer a lot of alternate map areas, ski areas, etc. Whatever you can and utilize it. Put it in your inventory first of all. Make sure that you have somebody who's working as the cartography NCO and or officer, the other people. You can't have just one perfect to at least give everybody a copy of something. So photocopying maps, even if it's only black and white, still offers orientation and reference materials. So having a stack of whatever it is that you're using locally is a basic map in 8.5x11 format for the area of control that you have, if you have a retreat or if you have a training site or whatever, and make sure that everybody has a copy. Now also, laminate wherever possible. Yes, if you can do color, do color. But if you can't do anything else, make sure everybody has a black and white variant. For the most part, if you're using the map on a regular basis, they're going to be properly accepted to what means what on the map. With the guide, especially a master map on the wall at the facility, everybody can relate and understand accordingly. So just something to think about. Also, don't forget the big but. trucker atlases that are out there, not at the truck stops where they used to be, not anywhere near. But retail stores, thrift shops, etc. That's what you need. We are losing you like at the end of every second sentence that you're doing. In fact, I think we just lost you completely again. I'm still there, but hold on, let me see what's going on. Yes, it's the terrain because we're in between things. We've been traveling across the state quite extensively today for what some people know, obvious reasons. So unfortunately, the communications that we are using under these conditions has variable reception, which is expected. And again, this is the last hour of the Intel report for the weekend. Hopefully we'll stay, we're a little better. Let me see if I can play antenna here. Maybe that helps. One, two, three. That should be better. Most important to hear again is pay attention over the weekend to whatever you might stir the pot here in country. Guys, there's only two options they have. Multiple JDL, Jewish Defense League type bombings done by the Mossad and elements of the US government in country. The other is a catastrophic event or handful of events. Now either one is possible. The smaller actions aren't as devastating, but if they do a broad band of them in different locations, they can lie their ass off. They'll alter the evidence or there'll be no evidence that anybody will be offered anyway. And then they're going to declare a national emergency. The Israelis have nukes. Just like the USS Liberty where the Jews slash the Israelis attacked the USS Liberty and lied their ass off, they will do the same with an attack on America. The elements of the US government will fully cooperate with the Mossad in an attack on American soil. And because of this, we can't stop it per se, but we do need to be prepared and ready to deal with it. We got the thinkers, they got the stinkers. Everything that has to do with operations right now, you need to make sure that if you've got people that are assigned to take care of medical, that they're on standby. Also, rotate personnel, something we haven't really talked about. And we can have a percentage of our people in mobilization mode as a practice policy to begin with. This is the ability to hand off the baton for what are gonna be first-year response personnel. in a militia formation. Everybody takes their turn. Now the other half of this is, again, remember that if they have an event, they're going to try to close off certain parts of the country right away, wherever they have the event, obviously they'll shut that down. Trying to minimize the ability of anybody to challenge whatever it is they fabricate in the way of a condition. So this is another reason we need to have people ready to, again, take specimens, do radiological or biological readings, remember, we have NBC specialists whose job it is to protect, you know, through PPE, personal protective equipment, but also with the other tools of the trade so that we can, first of all, identify, monitor, and respond, not react to a situation. In the process of doing this though, we can also collect evidence. And that is very important with regard to maintaining a level I on the enemy. And that enemy are the scientists. It's not going to be anybody else but them doing the dirty deed. So if it's a JDL type multiple series of bombings around the country, these will be smaller events, but they will be multiple events in each location. In other words, more than one location with a conventional bomb or slash device of whatever kind. If it's a catastrophic event, it will not be one. It wasn't just one location. If I could have their way, they had plans to actually, obviously, create another or third primary target event. for the purpose of a 1, 2, 3 punch. We can expect the same scenario to be played out with the Israelis and elements, treasonous elements of the US government performing the same way with a catastrophic event that they create this time around. So three events are most likely, they'll do a better job, they've obviously stumbled before so they know they have to correct their path. And again, the propaganda arm is already primed for the activity. So monitoring is most critical. Another thing, remember, don't be downwind of any radiological event. You're going to either have to A, make sure that you do have fallout or blast shelter protection to prevent contamination, or mobility and unass the AO, move. That's especially critical. So again, remember, This is where sensor technology is critical. I can't emphasize enough that if you don't know what to do, go to granger.com. They're an industrial supply. Yes, they are. And Grainger offers everything in the way of PPE, personal protective equipment and personal protection monitoring technology. This includes biological, chemical, and radiological for industrial purposes. There's a lot of situations where radiological threat is presented. Granger offers all of the monitoring technology at a wide range of prices. You can spend a little, you can spend a lot. What is your budget allow? Now, in this situation with most of what we're seeing, It is especially critical that again if you can't, Mark, I can't afford it myself, we'll work together with other people. Better to have some monitoring technology than none, okay? Radiological is pretty straightforward and actually there are some quite reasonably priced emitters that are available plus also individual dose emitters. Military surplus was out there at one time, but we see very little that left A, from the Cold War, or B, being released by anybody else. Pretty well they're hanging out to whatever they have, and they're not really coming off it. Not right away, not by any stretch of the imagination. Why? Well, because they see the threat too. They understand full well what's going on. And again, also with regard to Granger, they're pretty good about delivery time right now. They actually have been, for people who have been picking up the very equipment we're talking about, the shift time seems to be about three to four days at most, and sometimes less, depending on proximity to their mailing center, wherever that is, because they have more than one. Go ahead, jump in there. Go ahead, caller. Yes, as far as Granger is concerned, I know they have them. I know about them because of my driving days. I had to move around some interesting things. But it's about the size of a credit card. It basically measures the amount of radiation that you're exposed to. It's not electronic. It just reacts to radioactivity over the norm to get the hell out of there. like real quick. It's just a reactive material. And I know Grainger has them because that's where we had to get them from. We had them for this old technology. It's not going to tell you the amounts or not going to give you anything. It just tells you, hey, you're being exposed. You better get out of there. There is a level on it. As far as how far it's reacted and whatnot, there's a little, not a meter, but a litmus test type scale on it. electronics to kill, it's just a passive device. I want to spend an arm and a leg just for getting an idea of what's going on. They're fairly cheap. They're not super cheap, but cheaper than trying to find a dose meter or a Geiger counter. As a matter of fact, Kimu, all the Chinese support companies do offer comparable technology and a lot of it does come from there in the first place. At the very least they mimic it. China Sport is going to allow you to pick up more for less, just take into consideration who made it, that's all. Some pieces of equipment, again some are better than others, just like anything else in the industrial arena We will remind everybody that we've talked about gas masks also. Teemu offers gas masks. Walmart offers gas masks. Surplus military are out there. Or commercial slash industrial made by a number of different sources. And you can spend a little and buy a Chevette. Or you can spend a lot and buy a Cadillac. Now what kind of budget you have is going to determine that situation. And then do a little research. You can figure out what works best for the resources, the digits that you have available. And that's the most common problem, is just how much do we have to spend. It also can't share, guys, we need to, well, we can with, like, for instance, a metering system, but I would point out that everybody should have a gas mask. Sharing one between five people doesn't work, or three, or even two for that matter. And then spare filters, Also, again, with regard to the metering technology, personally carrying it with each individual because you may be involved in different tasks and active in different points. You need to take that into consideration when you're looking at operating in a threat environment because you may be separated but still, again, reasonably close proximity. If you have to move through an area and you are near the event, you need to be constantly monitoring and altering your plans based upon the threat as it develops. Remember the movie, Clear and Present Danger? Forgive me, some of all fears. The hero at the end of the movie after the nuke took out the stadium, which by the way all those flakes and things coming down, that's all fallout. Okay? The hero is unprotected, bare skinned, running around in what is a close point radiological threat situation. If nothing else, use a t-shirt, cover your face because inhalation of any debris or material is what's going to get you. Iodine is something we've also talked about extensively. That's another thing that everybody needs on the shelf. If you don't have to have potassium iodide, in fact even if you do, save it, put it in your backpack, that's for your mobility situation where you get caught out in your butt hanging in the breeze if an event takes place. And even there, liquid iodine, topically applied, surface applied, is sufficient as long as you keep reapplying until it doesn't absorb quickly, that means that your thyroid is typically loaded. What we're trying to do is load the thyroid with clean, uncontaminated, not radiated iodine. That way, it's less likely you're gonna keel over right away from whatever it is that's going out or within the next two weeks after an event. But we should also, A, be clearing out and moving away from the event activity or downrange area. And if at all possible, taking cover as quickly as we can. If not, taking cover with an initial warning and staying under cover for at least a couple of weeks accordingly. This is why you need to prepare now. Whatever it is they're going to do, whatever it is that the Israelis are going to do to murder Americans to try and push everybody over the lemming cliff, it's going to have to be bad. It either has to be a big bunch of smaller bombings. The JDL, Jewish Defense League, was famous for that. They did thousands a year. Thousands a year. Or a larger series of events. And it has to be a one, two, three punch. And there's going to be at least three events that they do in terms of light nukes, dirty bombs, whatever it is, if it's big. And it's got to be, again, also mass casualty. That's what they're going to do. It will be the Israelis doing it, it won't be the Iranians, it won't be any of the Muslims. They know better, as a matter of fact. But you know what? In fact, they haven't attacked American ships. But the Israelis have. Congratulations, USS Liberty. USS Liberty, USS Liberty. So you want to go over to Delta Team tactical and take a look at whether or not they ran out almost as quickly as they posted these specials. They also have a series of Blem packages that are a mix of items. If they have any of these $99 Blem kits, I'd grab them. I don't care what they are. I don't care what barrel length they are as far as that goes. But again, $16 is preferred. Don't mess with the shorter as we played the guns and gadgets piece during the first hour of the Intel report today Go watch guns and gadgets for today The Fed is doing exactly we warned everybody now that there's supposedly a management change Where Bondi was a mishmish? Go ahead, jump in there, caller. Did any of those uppers come in a 30 cal? So they had a 7.62x39, they had a 300 blackout, and again, they had more than one, but everybody saw the price and jumped on these things. It's over at Delta Team Tactical. Now, I believe they had one 7.62x51 NATO slash 308 upper kit that was also $99. So you're going to have to go look to see what's left. You're going to have somebody probably help in your case. But go to Delta Team Tactical. And at $99, you're getting the barrel, you're getting everything, all the other components, including the upper receiver, to put the upper together. So it's the steel. It really is a steel. If you have a 556, I jump on the 300 Blackout, or if they have a 7.62x39 left, I grab one of those. Because again, we need to cover each of the chamberings that are out there. They have different calibers. On that note, sidebar, separate company, CDN and Sports has 7.62x39 AR-15 barrels for $44 or $45 apiece. Now it's just a barrel. This is not with any other attachments. However, If you cherry picked between CDN and Sports, go to all the rest of their upper parts deals. This is why you want to get out their email list. Or Delta Team Tactical and also Montana AR-15, you can cherry pick all the parts for that upper and put it for that barrel for a 760 by 39 and probably put the rest of it together for another $40 or less. So you can put a complete upper together for that. Now that's not the bolt carrier. You're still going to need an upper receiver. But there's a couple of companies that have blems, including Delta Team. They had some blend uppers for $20 apiece as of last night. Now again, I'd be willing to bet those are gone. But they were going to restock. So we'll see what happens. But if you look around, you can still find deals. Again, you might worry about pretty. First of all, with most of the Blem parts, I've never been able to find the Blem on whatever it is that they're blemming, okay, that they claim isn't right. So I'm not too worried about picking up any of the Blem parts, but again, $20 for the upper receiver. You've still got to have the rest of your rings, your nut, you're getting a gas tube, and needless to say, a gas block, but you can select from a dozen different ones at CDNN that are about three to four dollars apiece and Delta King tactical the same way so And by the way, Enlock hand guards, fore guards, as little as ten dollars apiece at CDNN Sports. So again, like I said, piecing and cherry picking, cheapest gas tube for the 7.62x39 with a carbine, CAR-15 length gas system is $1.65. They're over at, they were over at Delta Team Tactical. Blocks, I would go to CDNN Sports. I'd probably about $4 to $4.50, maybe $5 at the most. You can get the proper gas block, just go basic. At CD&N Sports, I'd also get the M-Lock 4 grip and invest in it right there. The lesser parts, the rings, your lock, all the rest of that, look for the best price. So, they're two biggest expenses. The biggest one is the barrel. And that, it's $45 for a 760 by 39 barrel for the AK round. That's an excellent price. Now almost every other barrel that CBNN was offering, even on sale right now, or a deal, was a little under twice that. So it was actually the best priced barrel freestanding by itself that I've seen at CBNN Sports. So definitely there's a way to put a whole lot of weapons together without spending top dollar and ending up with a decent firearm. And by the way, that's an Anderson barrel. Barrels, Anderson barrels work just fine. Anderson barrels are more than serviceable enough. Besides, there's no other Anderson parts on it. Just the barrel. And they have a number of Anderson barrels and also other service barrels in stock that were available. Take a look at the prices. See what makes sense. And again, don't have to go all to one place for one-stop shopping, so to speak. You can cherry pick between the many locations. Suggestion, I will also remind you that there's a lot of stuff that's in the deals category for pennies at Delta Team 10. I mean pennies. I'm not talking dollars. I'm talking $0.25 for this, $0.38 for that, et cetera, et cetera, for critical wear parts. So there are some great deals if you search. And then between all of them, you've got yourself a complete firearm if you just keep, you know, picking away at it. I know nobody's made of money. We understand that. But we also have too many people. We've got many, many, many, many people that are too out fit and equipped. And for that reason, we need to come up with best solutions. So this is best solution time. For the moment, the 556 AR-15 or any of its variants, is the gladiest of the day inside the US. Some people are lamenting that the AR has been overbuilt. Well, there really isn't any such thing. But yeah, there's a lot of them out there. In this case, I'm not looking at spending $700, $800. You can get a nice gun for $700, $800. With many more, let's just say, name brand quality parts. But to get a basic podiac, in other words, a basic rifle to get you in the game, This is the best way to do it and if you pay attention you're out of learning curve. The more you learn about how to do this, happier you will be and the more proficient you will be at doing maintenance and follow up. Another thing, one last thing. Parachipples are a priority. Three extractors, three ejectors and three firing pins for your AR-15 if you're listening. Right now, if you have everything else, Marko, gun, oh my god, okay, for each rifle. three extractors, including the small spring, three ejectors, including the small and three firing pins. Now other parts, pay attention. I told you before there were some spring kit deals here a few weeks ago. It was $497 for every spring you have on the rifle. And some of the pins. Couldn't beat that. They sold out probably about three hours. But when they pop up again, you know what we're talking about, grab them. Make up a repair kit for the ARs that you have so we can keep them running.
