Well, lo and behold, all the land just burned down by fire. And it seems like the culprits, it just went mainstream over the weekend, it seems the culprits were quote, Israeli tourists. Go figure. Well, this has been an ongoing, this has been an ongoing issue in this region of Argentina. And now it looks like they just burned down the mountains so that the Israelis can come in and buy it and get all the rare earth materials that are underneath them and then whatever else they want. Well it's even worse. The firefighters, this is how you know it's military. The firefighters who were fighting these fires discovered that their equipment was sabotaged. That's what you're watching on the screen. Somebody went and sabotaged the firefighting equipment so that they couldn't put out the fires. So that indicates military. Now you've got all of these clips. So this is what's going on in Argentina. And this is why they decided to not move the embassy to Jerusalem because there's a lot of anti-Israel sentiment happening in Argentina right now. Well, it turns out that certain mud What did they want to take from the land? Was it medals and a rare earth? And remember how hard all of Homeland Security fought to try and eliminate any support for the people that were on the land? The same federal government that you're all being told, you know, support the federal government, because Donald Trump is there now. We have the same feds that literally did everything they could to make sure that the people of the Appalachian area were bereft of any kind of help. that attacked people for bringing help in or destroyed material like with their helicopters but also through raids to take the stuff from the people who were giving it out to the people who need it and didn't care. After all, it's our property. Why would the government care if I give out my property to somebody else? Well, except you got communists involved and that's called the federal government. They are communists. And the commies, they had a mission. Their job is to work for the Jewish mob to steal the land from the people who are there. And if the people have food and water, and they can take care of themselves, you can't steal the stuff from them. The Jews can't come in and steal the stuff from you. And so government knuckle monkey, you know, FEMA, and all these other agency ring knockers, came in and threatened Americans on American soil because they weren't able to drive the people off their land. Or, at the very least, if the people choose to do so, if they are going to sell their property, they're going to sell their property for a reasonable price, a valued price based upon the minerals that are underneath their land. And not for pig in a poke price, because the Jewish mob wants to sly you and steal what's underneath your feet. And so we see this again, personally, as far as I'm concerned. The people of Argentina need to pick up pitchforks and run their ass out of the country. But, from this point forward, I'd be hunting any jackass that claims he's from overseas popping into my country and trying to burn the place down. Not just me. Oh, you're from Israel, eh? Hold still. Hold my machete. And hold this one too. There we go, we won't have any more fires here, will we? Because the Israeli tourists won't be with us anymore. Read that, hold on, one more point on this. Let's not forget that these Israeli tourists are like those poor Israeli art students who rigged all the demolitions in the World Trade Center for weeks and weeks and months on end and then just disappeared. I was going to say, before we got too far away from the North Carolina thing, if I was a propertyer down there, we'd never sell. I would lease them to the ground for millions. And then once the lease is up, I still have the acreage. Over. Yep, the filth would, you want it, you want it, see that's the problem. You are going to pay a reasonable price and I still have the land, but it also means that you see, because of all of the regulations that the Jewish mob put in place so they could try and drive you off the land, well the same regulations still apply. If you don't come off the land, and you know, we can lease it. You have to also make sure that nothing happens to my land and that it's improperly restored to whatever level. By the way, that's in contract all over the country, and most people don't realize that. Even when they come through under these federal contract guidelines for the new fiber optic, I asked the kids that are the managers, I said, you're still under federal regulation to re-landscape the land when you pass through the area, aren't you? And he goes, yep, it's in the contract. See how that works? So, what you got are a whole bunch of turds, they wear small hats, they're a bunch of parasites, they're the worst filth on the planet, they're the worst kind of excrement. Don't ever think that you're, they're your friends. They have every intention of doing everything to screw you, top, bottom, left and right. Now that's okay. The War Powers Act of 1933. Before that, Congress would send the Congressional police out to arrest people, but the Jewish mob took control of your government. And so what happened is that they told everybody to back off. They reconstructed the mechanism based upon the military occupation by the foreign corporation of the United States registered outside the USA or in the district of criminals. and overlapped or pushed out the common law constitutional government of the United States. This is why Massey said, well, you know, we could do it, but we haven't done it. And I've told you for how many years now about this? And now all of a sudden they're like, well, we could do it. Lawrence Michael DeStefano is a 65 year old Orlando, Florida resident. By all accounts, he has no criminal record. He's a lifelong supporter of the Second Amendment and the founder of Indie Guns, a business that supplied gun parts, kits, components used by customers to build their own firearms, something that's been legal in this country since before this became a country. Now, Indy's guns motto is, directly from his own website, is guns are normal and normal people build guns. And that encapsulates what many in our community believe, that responsible Americans should be able to build their own firearms without interference from the government. Whether you call them self-built arms or unfinished receivers, the principle is the same. Personal liberty under the Constitution. Individual liberty is what matters. But here's where this gets wild. DeStefano, or DeStefano, I'm not sure how he pronounces it, but he was arrested on October 10th of 2025 in Florida. Pulled over by a dozen Florida Highway Patrol troopers because of an outstanding warrant out of New York. He complied peacefully, but asked yourself this. How does a 65-year-old gun maker in Florida get charged with 71 state crimes in New York? Well, the alleged charges from New York include one count of conspiracy in the fourth degree, two counts of sale of criminal firearms in the first degree, 39 counts of criminal sale of a firearm in the third degree, 28 counts of manufacturer, transport, disposition, and defacement of weapons and dangerous appliances. One count of criminal sale of a frame or receiver in the second degree. Now that all adds up to 71 separate state felony charges in New York. And if convicted, DiStefano faces up to 521 years in prison. Yes, 521 years for supporting a constitutionally protected, pre-existing right that even New York has no legal ability to restrict in the way that they're restricting. Think about that now for a moment. A law-abiding gun parts supplier who's never been to New York could spend the rest of his life behind bars because of a New York prosecution for selling kits that customers in New York allegedly purchased. And that's the modern reality we're facing now. And I've seen him on his Instagram over the years how he's said he will never give up customers' information, that the customers are law-abiding people and he'll never give up their information. He's even said that he had like you know, some big people in New York that offered him like judges and all kinds of stuff, but he would never turn over the information. And this all stems from a civil lawsuit, uh, where in New York where the attorney general, Letitia James filed against him and nine other national gun dealers. And in that civil suit, New York obtained the $7.8 million judgment and permanent injunction against indie guns for allegedly selling ghost gun components. They're words, not my own. But here's the catch. He never appeared in that case. New York got the default judgment and then turned around and turned it into criminal charges. And once those civil results were in hand, New York escalated to criminal prosecution. And that's not normal. That's not how the justice system should work. When someone asserts a constitutional right, you don't go to jail because you have a Second Amendment. It's not like he's out murdering people. It's not like he's defrauding people. He's selling constitutionally protected items. But on October 22nd, 2025, federal agents from ATF, along with others, searched DeStefano's home and his rental properties. And according to reports, they seized handguns, gun parts, ammunition, thousands of firearms and parts kits, tools, computers, phones, even $500,000 in gold bars. Good smart man investing, but now the government's gonna steal it from him. $110,000 in cash and bizarrely, They took his lawn mower as well. Lawn mower. Now, that's an enormous civil and criminal suite, all tied back to a business that's lawful everywhere except that communist cesspool of New York. Now, Florida has... They need to decide right now if they're going to honor New York's extradition request. Now, Governor Ron DeSantis already issued letters to Florida sheriffs to execute the warrant, even though DeStefano is already in custody. He's been being held in Florida for like 90 days now. Now, this is why the legal community is sounding the alarm. New York claims jurisdiction simply because customers somewhere in the state may have purchased parts, not because Di Stefano has committed any violent crime or even set foot in the state of New York. That's a dangerous precedent. It means any state could potentially prosecute any company or any individual in another state based on commerce alone. The interstate commerce clause is one of the biggest bastardizations of the United States Constitution. Now most people think that New York doesn't have the authority to apply their laws to actions outside of their borders. It's the same as like if Tennessee didn't like something that somebody in Maine did. Tennessee just doesn't go walk them up. It's just not how things work. Now we all know and believe that once the government gets your purchase records, the next step is registration and then confiscation. That's happened throughout. Every single time a government or a ruling party has done registrations, then confiscations come next. So if you're a liberal who thinks that that's not going to happen, like open a book for once, like read a book, it's called a history book. It's not speculation, it's happened before in every other place it's ever done. So what does it mean for the broader Second Amendment fight? This case is about more than one man. It's about whether states can reach beyond their borders and criminalize lawful behavior conducted everywhere except within their own borders. It's about privacy, gun rights, and the real danger of regulatory overreach. And now, more than ever, we have to stay informed, get engaged, and be ready to defend our rights, not just in courts, but in public discourse and in every corner of the country. Yeah, I mean after all, did you listen to the shopping list of what the swine are going to divvy up amongst themselves being the parasitic pigs that they are. Can you imagine how they were chirkeling and how they were laughing when they got to go onto his property? And by the way, it wasn't New York that did that. It were those fine conservative oscifers from the state of Florida. The parasites from Florida did this. But wait, no, that couldn't be. Because Desuckus is in charge. And the bottom line is Desuckus, of course, well, I'm sure somehow he'll get a chunk of the change out of whatever they steal out of the man's property. You can pretty well count on that. But all they saw was money signs. Are they worried about the Constitution of the United States? I mean Jared argues, you know, what are valid points? But that blue group were more than happy enough being the sick bottom-feeding parasites that they are because they're cued by the bigger parasites, the Jewish mob, that they can get away with this. That they'd be given a pat on the head because everybody gets a chunk. $500,000, basically, I don't know how they would, you've got to remember, how do they calculate the value there? Well, based on present valuation of gold, the devaluation of the currency as we've talked about, but the valuation of gold presently. So it sounds big, but you've got to remember, it's not as big a pile as it used to be. The pile could be, if it was, if you had it for the last one, two, three, five years, that wasn't worth as much a few years ago even as it is today. So it's certainly, you know, not crunching the numbers. It's a big opportunity for pigs, you know, slash excrement slash filth and uniform when it comes to stealing stuff from people. And that was their mission and is their mission to pad their pockets at your expense. Or in this case, this gentleman's expense. Meanwhile, fully cooperating with the gun grabbers. Everybody will do this. Well, you gotta move to Florida because it'll be better there. Really? Who's going to Florida? Why do you think, okay, the Succus, the Succus went to Israel and signed the legislation in Israel hell against the people of Florida that you can't talk against anybody if they're Jewish. You can't say anything because they're the chosen and you're not and Mr. DeSuckis has dictated that all of you need to be subservient to the Jewish mob. Okay, now that's okay. I guess everybody in Florida liked it. Well, somebody did. And certainly all the move-ins did from New Jersey, Boston, Philadelphia, don't forget the DC corridor. And don't forget all the move-ins from New York, because it's cold up there and they're getting older, and they're also shifting their money out of the areas they've been parasiting and stealing from for what, the last 50 years. All the government money that they moved out of the government system and into their padded pockets with through thievery. is now being shifted down to Florida. It's just more comfortable, plus it's more defensible if they decide to collapse the country because it is a peninsula. By the way, this series was made by Vince Gilligan. He's the one that did the Breaking Bad series. It's very well done. It's very comically written. I found it very interesting. But again, this high mind thing is something that they want. They want control of everybody, and these people have no morality in not doing this. Again, I believe these vaccines have geared everybody up and they're about ready to hit the button and do this at some point. So don't be surprised. Anybody that took one of these mRNA-altering shots may become your enemy instantly with the push of a button. Well, remember, I don't plan on sending them over the cliff, but if they're willing to become the lemmings that they choose to be, I will kick their ass the rest of the way when they try to scrabble back to prevent themselves from falling. I think everybody else better be thinking the same way. Let's make no mistake about it that we are at war. Now, if you've figured that out already and most of the people that are here, I think, have, then obviously the biggest problem they've got is that isn't going to be a pushover, not many structures of imagination.
