Except in that case, he literally called up and walked right up the front of the car and dumped a whole magazine right into a, what, 16-year-old, you know, blonde girl's face. Yeah, she's a little blonde girl. I know, she's 16, 17 years old. Yeah. And it was, bag, bag, bag, bag, bag, bag, bag, bag, bag, bag, bag, bag, bag, empty, empty. It's like, well, and of course the car stops. It rolls to the side of the road a little bit and there was plenty of room. The cop didn't need to do what he did. He actually ran past the car and got in front of it as he's already pulling his weapon and then start shooting at the girl that quick. That's just how it happened. It was all on video. And everybody's making excuses for this situation and it's like, listen. This this will be you if you do not understand that this is the same crap. They've pulled all over the country They are coached to do it by the feds. We will get this done by the weekend and we will have two more APCs in the service. No, we do not have all the parts finished slash complete. One of the things I did want to bring up when I mentioned this the other day is we have the ability to forge, they do foundry steel, a very small part, or I should say smaller parts. We can do some pretty significant work. It would be nice if we could do hammer forging, which to a degree we can do for blocking the material, but we don't have some of the technology I'd like, but we can do and in fact cast and build any small part in chrome steel that we want to. 4140, 4130, chromoly, etc. But it would not be, these are not large parts in a large production. But for what we're doing, they're sufficient. So people are learning. That's the other half of the year is teaching people. We're trying to get as many people into the trade as we can and to help them to understand what's required actually to get that done. What it takes to actually produce these types of components. The neat thing is it's a learning curve up. Everybody is doing a great job and I want to say thank you for all the people who responded. And again, we'll just stay focused. There's nothing more we can do other than just stay the course now and just keep plugging away. And sometimes it's frustrating and yes we can make mistakes with castings and forgings. You can still make mistakes which means that everything you did could be right there turned to a puddle of yuck. I mean just like a pile of, that's worthless. No it isn't, we're gonna re- we'll just smelter and recast it again. That's the other part about it, that's the cool part. It's bad when you're a tool and die man. I will relate quickly a story from my father. He went into tool and die. back then, none of the computer and he had a nonsense, you see. Now we had to actually have it between your ears and the math was phenomenal. But it was a job of extreme patience. My dad was a novice and the shop master gave him a task to do a particular tool because mostly what tool and die, literally the title means something, words mean something, tool and die. These people build what makes everything else. And they build the prototypes, they build from scratch. They build literally like they would tell you if you were in the trade, go over to the crib there, pull the steel you need, and start the project. And it was your project. Nobody else did it. It was your job, period. And the boss wasn't over your shoulder chewing on you or anything like that. No, you were supposed to be competent. And if there were questions as a novice, you go over to ask the tradesman. You go over to ask the master of the shop. So my dad had been working on a project for about two and a half, almost three months. And all of a sudden, he realized, he goes, he made a mistake. And he goes, and you know, when you do that, it's like you looked at it, he measured it again, and he realized, nope, I can't glue that metal back on. And he said, he did it three times. He goes, he went over his whole work three times. And then he realized, oh, damn. I've got to go tell the boss. And interestingly enough, so here's the shop master. He goes over to him and says, I think I made a mistake. And he goes, really? Well, show me. So he went back over to the workstation. And he went through the math. And they did all the caliper work. And he looks at my dad. He says, well, Bill, you're right. He didn't shout, he didn't make any noise, he didn't look like my dad said, he goes, he's like, yeah, okay. But he goes, okay Bill, do you know what you did wrong? And he goes, yep, I know what I did wrong. He says, well, and he pointed over to the crib where the raw steel was, he said, well, go get another piece and start again. It was almost three months worth of five days a week coming in. The reason my dad got out of Tool and Die is because he said, and I have most of his tools, I have most of his refined shop tools for that era. Now again, it's very different from a lot of stuff this day, but people covet these tools. My dad said he goes, the problem with Tool and Die is you never leave the job. Because when you're on a work like that, you're always thinking about it. You're always thinking ahead. And that's why a lot of guys in the trade, kind of like air traffic control because of what they do. They had ulcers, they had high blood pressure, they had upset stomachs, because they were constantly, they keep the job, they were great at their job. These men were masters. And my dad could do everything. He stayed in the trade for a couple of years, but he said, no, I've got to find something else because this, you know, looking around with how everybody else, you know, ends up. He goes, it's the most expensive trade to get into for the tools that you need for the trade because you have to buy all your own tools. He goes, and You are not leaving the job. You have no break from the job because you are always worried about what you will do in the way of possibly a mistake with the next day's work. It is always there in your brain. He just can't get rid of it. So he said, well, I think I can go on to do something else. And he did. Every time he decided he wanted to change tasks, he did. He learned. I learned from him. It doesn't make any difference what you choose to do. Just master whatever it is you are doing for that time. be the best or do the best you can at it. And when you see there's another opportunity, again, do everything for the people you're committed to that we're willing to give you the job. But if there's an opportunity, you present what's going on to them and then you get out with the, you know, you got a new job, you get a new job. You find something that makes sense for you in your life. So, again, This is why you have to be patient with what we're dealing with here. This is why we need to step back sometimes.
