Summary
Mark Koernke discussed militia preparedness, equipment procurement, and constitutional issues on Monday, December 8, 2025. Topics included militia uniform distribution challenges from the Akron and Ohio operations, recommendations for cold-weather gear and field equipment (rubber boots, mortar cans for rifle storage, hand tools, tank wrenches), and analysis of a DOJ memo revealing internal doubts about the constitutionality of federal marijuana-user gun bans. Koernke also addressed Michigan state legislation proposing BB gun restrictions for minors, criticized federal gun control enforcement, and warned listeners about the threat posed by what he characterized as Jewish-controlled organized crime elements within government.

to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no food, your children must attend a school that doesn't etch and your Christian values can be taught according to this. You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to PCIRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shiv government control to those who do you harm so they can burn down churches and family farms and keep our country deep. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters... send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Both sons of the Republic arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution to supreme law of the land. Preserve our great Republican each god given right Pray to God your freedom as I awoke he'd vanished in the midst of once he came. His words were true, not free. But we have ourselves to blame for even now as tyrants trampled each god given right. We only watch and tremble too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer? He called out from the grave. I'm here in the water winter wonderland of Michigan. And good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the next hour of the intelligence report. I'm Mark Cornke. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines in occupied territories. hmm hold on here east there we go west southwest and north ladies and gentlemen you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com libertytreeradio.org And we're on satellite because of a whole bunch of good people who pick us up and rebroadcast us. And you guys are the ones doing all the work that are listening out there via satellite and rebroadcasting analog. And it is, of course, obvious. It's Monday. It's been a Monday all day. I'll tell you what, hurry up and wait in a good way. We've got a lot of stuff accomplished. over the last several hours so I can't complain. I'd like to see more done, but dudes, run with the time we got and suffer with the issues that crop up as they go. Find solutions and improvise, adapt, and overcome. That's exactly what we did. So it is a beautiful Monday. It is the 8th of December. We're past the first week of December. That was over the weekend yesterday, the 7th. It is the 17th year of open obvious and in your face Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2025 older calendar 2025 battle for the Republic book to the winter war and oh it was winter this weekend make no mistake about it actually Had a good time, heard some more snowmobiles in the distance, didn't see them, but you can hear them as they travel the back roads and fields of Michigan in the water winter wonderland. Actually, I'm seriously going to dig out one of the sled projects I have here. More than enough, keep me busy, but we're going to have winter for a while, so we probably just crank the thing up and Get it out there to make some noise. It'll be an opportunity besides time to have some fun. Things happening over the weekend. Number one, the Akron Colonial Marine and Ohio militia Akron camouflage trade out and issue took place on Saturday. I understand everything went well, but there were shorts. Now here's the thing. When they shipped this latch batch of militia camouflage, I know they ran with whatever they had sizing wise. We have a little sweat shop that does patch up and builds a certain number of the uniforms with custom tailoring in mind because we have a few people that are unique in size. We have some really short people and we have some really long, long, long people. So, that may or may not have been met. I didn't get the details on that, but I would say be patient, please. The guys and gals doing this are starting out from scratch. They don't have any experience in this particular business. They do have experience in stitchery, working as a seamstress, but this is going to take time for it to become a smooth out process, but it is looking good. Everybody take note of what your shorts were and use your pin number, go over to the UltraNet side. You can do the CMM or you can do the Ohio Malish Get Large site and give us the missing components. I know it will probably be sets in groups of three because typically that's what happened. I do know that much. So in other words, something like what I saw happen in the military on the one hand, when everybody got their new issue, I didn't get mine. But then a month later, I got three new issues of everything. And they would not let me not take it, although again, I'd be stupid if I didn't. So I ended up with three block issues of OD green uniforms, field jacket, five pairs of boots. You went right down the shopping list, and it was all piled up at once. It's just the way supply worked. In this case, we'll do better than that. But if you end up with extra, I'm sure you wouldn't say anything and you wouldn't complain. No, you're probably going to make sure everybody else has what they need to. Right? Right. So anyway, the Akron issue. The next date, hold on here, I can't even give you that, for Southwest Ohio for the follow up. Today is the 8th. So it will probably be the 19th or the 20th of December before Christmas. They already said they will have everything else buttoned up, anything that was missing. Again, I know we also had shortage in hats. The booney hats that were cut and made for these patterns, there weren't enough made. So again, that's something that will be finished by the 19th, anything that they're short. So, give me numbers. Use your PIN code. In fact, the PIN code is, listen up, listen up, is bravo1-929-A5. That is the PIN. Use that PIN and it will get you into the itemization and inventory numbers. Please take the time, follow the instructions there and that will get that done and out of the way. So we will be up to snuff. You guys are looking squared away. The uniforms look great. The people who did the work on these, they're putting their heart into this. So please do everything you can to pitch in and help to make the rest of it happen. That's all that I ask. They'll do what they can. And like I said, they're learning. This is a learning curve. Our quartermaster and our militia manufacturing is working. This weekend I was hoping to get everybody together and we're building another sweatshop here in Michigan. We've even got the ability now to actually employ some girls for like bit work, they can take stuff home and crank out however many numbers of for instance the bandoliers or fanny packs or and again one of the things we really need some people to do are hats. So well, it's all being settled by the team. That's their job, not mine. Again, we'll talk about that more in a minute too. So busy. It's been very busy. Also, no weather casualties, but again, people being short on material that they should have been carrying in the field this weekend. Now, I didn't get any details, and I know how it usually works. Somebody figures, oh, I had it in my kit, and they didn't. One of the things I recommend, rubber boots, guys, if you're listening and you're a militia, you need to collect rubber boots. But rubber boots aren't Mickey Mouse boots and they're not super cold weather gear but they are cold weather gear because they will help dramatically to keep the heat in if you've got any kind of footwear. It doesn't mean everything is what it is. You throw a pair of rubber boots over that for winter operations and there's nothing that's going to melt and stick to your footwear, seep into your nylon or into your leather or whatever kind of footwear you've got. and your sog. It just didn't get dry in the field. It's just not going to happen. The cool thing is if somebody forgets proper colder gear, if you have a footlocker with spares, I recommend you make a footlocker or a tote. with a mix of sizes, bigger sizes preferred, bigger sizes preferred, but all sizes are fine. Somebody will run into a pair of five-buckle or seven-buckle boots or pull over rubber boots at different times, put them in the tote. Fill the tote up and again, if you can, this is what I do. I take the boots, I grab myself some cheapie dollar store foot powder, I make a point of dusting the boots inside and out. Then I put them in a regular grocery bag, little cheapie grocery bags. You get millions of them when you go to the store. Hang on to them. Put the boots in that. Just tie them up once or just knot them. They're a throwaway bag anyway. But make it so you can use them again. I hate throwing anything away if I don't have to. And then put them in the tote. What this does is it weatherizes them but also preserves prep some for when the time comes and they need to be used. So very simple, I collect them during the summer season, I collect helmets and boots, lots and lots and lots of boots. And we put them away for that day when they're going to be needed and people can't share, you can't share boots, you can't share helmets. So having more around don't have to be the best, they just have to be something to keep the head from getting knocked in. when the time comes and cost efficient. Big thing here again is I ain't got a whole lot of money for all that kind of stuff to buy you a threat four helmet or again a pair of ultra light ultra super whatever model of boot you would think is in vogue at this time it's going to be whatever I've got. Because you don't have and not having means well biggers can't be choosers So again take the time rubber boots put them in your inventory have them on hand and Like this weekend somebody shows up. No, it's not going to be a pair of Sorrells or anything like that But it is going to be something nice enough that it will keep the person from freezing. Also teach them a lesson. You want better? Bring them along. You were supposed to have it with you in the first place. We're just making sure you don't lose your feet. That's just how it works. Prior to proper planning prevents piss poor performance. Also, next, items from the inventory out there. Right now, Sportsman's Guide. It has both types of mortar cans available. Mortar cans. What do I have a mortar can for? Well, here's how this works. One of the best rifle storage containers you can find where you can put everything in the kit and seal it shut and leave it in the barn, leave it in Uncle Bob's dairy shed, put it underneath the haystacks, even out in the field. The 81mm and 120mm mortar cans. The 81s are the PA156. The 120s are the PA154. Now these things are cheap for what they are. If you go take a look at these things. These are just like a regular ammo can only stretched out lengthwise from top to bottom like Taffy. $19.99 for the 81mm cans and $22.49 Now, if you're just doing 16 inch AR-15s or light small rifles, the 81mm mortar cans work fine. If you pop the two pins and take the weapon apart, you will find that the lower and the upper fit flawlessly inside that can with a whole lot of extra room. Now, there's two things you can do. You can actually store as many weapons as you want in that one can or You can take that can and put a broken down rifle, combat tactical gear, magazines, ammunition, small food stuff items or MREs, take your pick however you want to fill that can up, but you literally can have a cash can that is everything you need. Put a pistol in there along with mags, along with ammo, in addition to the rifle. If you do the 81, the 16 inch length barrels fit perfectly in that one, on the AR. These are completed for fully assembled ARs. The 120s will handle the 20 inch length barreled AR-15, the standard rifle lengths. So these are perfect storage systems for the price. I mean, come on, take a look at the things. You can't build this thing for what you're paying for it. It's ridiculous. I don't know why the cheap. Of course, now the 120 seem to sell out sooner. Maybe people have figured out already what I'm talking about. Probably have. I hope they have. But there are still a number of both over at SportsmansGuide.com. And yeah, you can use them for a lot of other storage items. But they're really an advantage for storing a rifle package. You can do pistols, but you can do pistols in smaller containers. These are specialized, ergo, valuable because of the nature of their design. And like I said, what would it cost you, what would it take to build something as good a quality? Well, it would take you a lot more effort than you really want to spend, if you can help it. Somebody else already figured it out, so why are you going to reinvent the wheel? Okay? So that's over at Sportsman's Guide. You can also do a search if you put US Military Cams PA156. You can include 81mm mortar and or US Military PA154 and 120mm mortar. That'll get you if you do a search generally. There are other companies that are offering these. I would remind you that remember Sportsman's Guide has free shipping. These are a steel can they are heavy So getting you know being able to ship them with somebody else doing that is a significant part of The billing process, you know trying to figure out gee how much where should I spend my money and again? Sportsman's Guide has free shipping at over $45 which it isn't hard to get to $45 and anything Well with Sportsman's Guide you check the clearance section out etc. You can make some pretty good deals real quick. So again, heads up there. That's over at Sportsman's Guide. But other locations too. Do a search. I think you'll still find Sportsman's Guide is probably the best there because of the free shipping. Okay, next. Let's see. A little bit of bleed out on Denver and a little bit of bleed out on what I told you last week about was Seattle Tacoma. Why is it certain places that have got, you know, look at the dot, look at the dot, look at the dot, look at the dot, look at the dot. In other words, look at Minneapolis, St. Paul, look at Minneapolis, St. Paul, look at the dot, look at the dot. Notice how when they do that, they get you to be myopic, you know, you're very, very narrow. not really paying attention to all the rest of the environment. Well, there's a few people talking about the Somalistanians in other parts of the country, it's true. But for the most part, the idea behind this, like I told you last week, introvert, extrovert, introvert, extrovert. If it's introvert, only the Somalis, the Somalistanians, oh my god, they're so horrible. The Semalistanians, well yeah they're the arrogant bastards. What do you expect? We're arrogant bastards half the time. We're overseas too. You don't think so? You better pay attention. So the interesting thing about this is that then if it's not that, it's we've got to go kill Venezuelan-Lestanians. So the Venezuelan-Lestanians and get war going for the Jews so the Israelis can steal some crap. Everybody's turned their brain off again as soon as it looks like we can you know you jump up and down on that chair and scream I won't kill Oh kill but only as long as somebody else doing the killing I clearly believed anybody who's in favor of this needs to get their sorry ass over there the recruiters office and they need to get their sorry ass in there and they need to sign up what are they waiting for there's a war to fight And we need their phenomenal expertise, you know, kill the, especially with killing, you know, Venezuela-Lestanians. So, they need to get up there. I don't think they should be hesitant. In fact, anybody who's in favor of this kind of crap, they should be mandatory up front, but we can't do that because usually it's a Jewish mob and the moment that you look like you're going to drag them over into anything, they'll run their ass back to Israel and tell you all about how they've got special immunity, etc. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Where do you think Jonathan Pollard is? Why? You think he's there, that dirty rotten traitor? He's riding amongst other people who hate you and they're traitors. Wow, they're not traitors to us because they were never aligned with us. They're not our people, right? They hate us. And they all tell you, they brag about it. As a matter of fact, if you look long enough, you will find all the footage you need where they brag about how much they hate you. It'd probably be a good idea to pay attention to those things because it's going to come around and bite you in the butt real quick. So, anyway, introvert, extrovert. The other interesting thing is everything that they're yapping about, the Jews have done in spades inside the US, but we're all supposed to turn a blind eye. I'm a little confused about that one. You know, they're involved in blubber fraud. Really? You know, like that chump change they stole? I mean, how long has the Jewish mob controlled Detroit, Michigan? How long is the Jewish mob controlled Chicago? How long is the Jewish mob controlled Columbus? How long is the Jewish mob controlled Cleveland? How long is it? You know, you're right around the country. And please don't tell me that you don't know that the Jewish mob controls New York. I know you do know better than that. You do understand that, right? So, with that being the case, the idea, especially since it's mostly once again the controlled media, both the controlled social media, etc., that are all bangin' the gong on this with the Somalistanians and how we just gotta get them, but wait a minute. This is a great way to deflect at a time when the amount of fever is just so massive, it's sickening. that deflection towards the Somalistanians when the Jews have stolen so, so, so much, much, much, much, much more. Why is it I need to be ultimately concerned about the Somalistanians? And where they are, they're not really in charge. The Jews are in charge. Just that simple. And anybody argues against it? I'm walking right down through it again. So what we need to do is generally clean the place out completely. While we're rounding up those Somalistanians, we should be rounding up all those kosher mafia dual citizenship types and shipping their hairy hind end to the border and dropping them off at the end of the pier, along with the rest and telling them to swim home, since they obviously aren't American and hate us. Would make more sense, wouldn't it? Yeah, but that's not gonna happen. Yeah, Mark is not... Mark is not illusion, therefore I will not be panicked and disillusioned later when it doesn't happen, because they're not gonna let it happen. We got more enough people who are traitors to the country that are in the regime that would make sure it would not happen. Well, at least not without us using proper force of arms to get rid of the problem. That's what is absolutely gonna be necessary. So anyway, be prepared. Another thing, again, one of the other things that several people who are involved with the idea of good governance will point out, and I agree with it, is the fact that we don't really have a right to bomb anybody on the high seas arbitrarily because there are actually rules. Well, they're not following any rules. Well, no, they're not really. But what do we normally do? We probably apprehend people like that, and then we drag your ass off to court. And I know that everybody would agree that it just seems to be a waste of time. And I would have to tell you that this is true because of all the drug dealers and Medicare fraud dealers that Donald Trump has let go over the last, what, nine years. His first tour of duty against America, Donald Trump let go Jonathan Pollard, one of the biggest traitors to America. Donald Trump let go 9, 10, 12, 20, 30, 40 Medicare fraudsters that had stolen billions between all of them, billions and billions of dollars from America. And Donald Trump felt that they needed to be let go. Why? Because his Jewish donors said so. By the way, Jared Kushner. Jared Kushner's dad was involved in criminal activity with regard to banking and you know what happened? He was in prison? Yeah, he was in prison. You know what happened to him? He's not in prison now. I don't know where Mr. Jared Kushner's dad is. Is he in Haifa? Tel Aviv? Europe? because he got exonerated slash pardoned by Trump. Now if it was a regular person, you know, an American or whatever, no, you don't get that kind of treatment. But if you're Jewish, you get that kind of treatment because Mr. Trump knows where his bagel is. Cream cheese. Yes he does. Well, you give up. So anyway, again, the whole idea here that it's going to get fixed, well there's a fix, it's in. But it has nothing to do with fixing America. The one thing that is cool, I will say, over the last year or two, is the gas prices here in Michigan, I don't know if you've seen it across the country, have been in roller coaster mode. Now, not bad roller coaster. There's one location I can buy gas for 244 gallons down the road here. I don't know if it will stay. It didn't last long. The last time it hit that. But, best price we've seen in a couple of years. Now, we've been down there before, only to have the prices roller coaster back up over a dollar, which is what happened about two months ago. Prices went down, dropped to this level, and then in three bounds went back up to $3.60 a gallon. Now, I don't know what the process of the arbitrary dirt work is that's going on here, and again, not guessing, but something we've talked about, this is why if and when you have a drop in prices like this, I do recommend that you do whatever you can. To top off every vehicle that you've got, make sure that your reserves are squared away. We're headed towards the middle of winter. We're not there yet. Here in Michigan, they're already stating that they're going to shut down that coal plant, the coal power plant. And they've already been bragging, the witches, the Jewish run hacks, hags that are in Lansing are bragging about running brownouts and blackouts in February. Now that's not us that's them and but they're talking about it is all this is perfectly normal Well, you know, we're after all we're all supposed to be so bad at managing the country that we're just gonna have blackouts and they are third world, Michigan Third world, Michigan is gonna have rolling blackouts and rolling brownouts Wow What phenomenal management, all the inspiration, oh, you follow these, a total limiting or a slash idiot or incompetent following these creatures over the cliff deserves whatever happens. But it's not going to be us. So a lot of people, of course, are already pointing out that we have all the tools necessary for us not to see any of this develop, but they are promoting it. Okay, so fuel on the shelf, it's late now, but during the summer, you know, candles are free, just about. I have filled up. Kitty bucket and tote after tote after kitty bucket and tote with candles from top to bottom left to right and Puzzled them in so it's basically a solid block of wax with with wicks or in that so much wax But it could also be as we know other Natural materials which are some pretty cool candles out there, but the idea is that more heat of any kind would be a good thing to have on the shelf, things that can generate heat. It doesn't have to be all that fancy. Oil lamps are quite efficient, more so than you might imagine. And as a standby, kerosene heaters are still out there. You know, that was a big, in vogue thing when we had the last energy crisis. Kerosene was still relatively inexpensive by comparison. I haven't been paying attention to whether or not there's been any seesaw work with the other eens like kerosene. I'm going to have to check that out because I haven't really been spoiling the price constantly. But kerosene heaters, they're mobile, they're easy to operate. They can be made very, very safe as far as fire prevention goes, not difficult at all. There's all kinds of things. In fact, the same policies that you use with all the other alternate heat sources like corn burners or fireplaces, whatever, operate the same way with the kerosene heater. or kerosene stove and act accordingly. Pick up what you need, have it on the shelf, watch the resale stores. I don't buy much of anything new because I can get brand new but from a resale site. Cheaper by half or more and because of that we have a lot of the backups to backups to backups running on standby. Now if you do have the ability to burn wood, especially here in Michigan, I highly recommend that you have that. If you have maintenance that needs to be done, get that done and out of the way. I know that's always something everybody puts off. Well, I'm not using it right away, but guys, we have a massive amount of ash bore casualty trees. That's part of what I was saying the other this last week when I was talking about the deer coming out and you have this literally impassable area. It's not a living impassable area. What's happened is massive numbers of the ash trees in Michigan, they stopped doing any of the spraying programs to try to save the woods. Not as many people initially have been cutting wood the way we did when we had the ash borer problem in the 70s. We literally cut it out of the woods and burned it. That way it didn't come back for quite some time. Well, there's still forest multiplication with parasites. And unfortunately, they've come back in mass. But with the good thing, there's more than enough dead wood out there that you can clear out of an area or off the sides of the roads and heat your house to the whole of the winter. Or at least provide alternate heat in addition to whatever else you're doing. with an alternate energy slash heat source. Wood burning stoves are fantastic. If you have a fireplace, it's not necessarily the most efficient, but there's inserts and things that you can get that will bring up the performance of even a conventional fireplace. and do it now, get it out of the way, make it a Christmas present. Everybody loves sitting by the fire, but in this case it also is going to serve to eat up the junk outside, help to save what's left of the woods out there that we can save, getting rid of a threat to most of the natural wood population, the different trees are out there. And by the way, unfortunately it appears that the Ashbore is going to jump, or has already been jumping, and what's really strange is by what I can see, it looks like we've had it jump over into the blue spruce, which is really weird, but the blue spruce seemed to be taking a hit, and the debilitation of the trees seems to be identical to what we've seen with the ash bores. So again, this does, it serves more than one purpose. It's a good way for us to take care of husbanding our Wood reserves by clearing out the dead and getting rid of all of the grubs and next generation that would crop up if we didn't do something about burning that stuff out. And the best way to burn it up, chop it up, get it into fireplace, and make heat for the house. Prior to proper planning prevents piss poor performance. Again, this is a straightforward process and it really, really, really works. One of the other things to take into consideration is also tools and I've mentioned this before pioneer tools You better have more than just something that runs off electricity or gas you better have hand tools I've never seen a bucksaw to yard sale I didn't buy and I have many and I also have many many many many times many blades And the reason is obvious. Again, they're going to wear out. If you start using the chainsaw the way I'm talking about, you better have spare chains, you better have, forgive me, blades. You better have a sharpening system. You're not going to be able to take it into the store down the road because that simply won't be an option. So, again, having the tools in hand, learning a little bit of a skill that other people may not actually be up on. And you've also got something you can market. You can sharpen that chainsaw. Really? Yeah, I tell you what, let's get that blade off and I'll be back in a day or two. What will it cost me? Well, we can work that out. In fact, we'll work it out now. What have you got? See, good trade. You're working knowledge for a little bit of time. I'll combine a little bit of time and you might get something really useful out of the exchange. In fact, I know you will. So, sharpen, bring me three of those blades and you can bring me a little block of coffee to go with it. There we go. And everybody's happy. I get a little bit of coffee and you get to be able to cut down some more firewood and not freeze to death this winter. That's a good thing. So again, good trade. No, go ahead. Did I hear another voice? Did I hear another voice? Don't want to stop anybody from calling. Okay, very good. Next, also again talking about tools. Something I ran into and it's one of those things where, oh, I should have thought of this before. I highly recommend that in your sapper tools and in your operational maintenance tools, just stuff that you won't use every day, tank wrenches for oxyacetylene and or for tank handling in general. I've just got a beautiful set of unissued I think at a certain place I love to go and he keeps running into cool stuff like this. Brand new, unashued slash, the guy had him obviously in his shop for quite some time. But it was a complete set of all the different sizes and again, easily stored. The big thing here is to have them on hand because when you need them, they come in awfully handy. Remember that you can be using that gas for what it was intended for to begin with, or if you have a need to correct a problem in the field and you need to be created by improvising, adapting, and overcoming, Things that go and make bigger booms usually can be done by enhancing air fuel mix and having oxygen or other materials means you can either displace air, displace oxygen, and suffocate your enemy. Or you can do a much more efficient job of making sure everything and anything that burns, burns at its optimal temperature and will not survive. In other words, you will do exactly what it was intended to do. Burn, baby, burn. And so again, this is where having the proper tools in the toolbox doesn't cost much of anything. Like I said, I think I paid a whopping $2 for probably eight wrenches. A couple of multi-tool, which I always love multi-tool. If I see a multi-tool wrench of any kind, A lot of times they are made for the Europeans, but in the case of the one I picked up, it actually was American made in 1934, I think. It is basically a dual bow tie wrench, is the way to describe it. With this bow tie wrench, there are a total of maybe 9, I haven't counted, or 10 different cuts and stamps and strikes. to offer multiple different size English standard sockets. We used to call that a dog bone wrench, Mike. Well, there's dog bones too. I see those. I grab them every time because they don't have to do anything, number one, some of them you cannot torque on. They are just not made for it. You will know real quick when you make an L out of a straight instrument, that is very obvious. One of the things about this is that it is kind of like the Leatherman tools. Leatherman tools are designed to take that much abuse. And again, it's slow, but you're working. And if you have a whole lot of people working together slowly, many hands make for light work. So just take into consideration that if you need that wrench just to move faster or to get a little more energy on a piece of sheet metal, just torquing something down a little farther, not extreme. And this will give you that extra oomph that your fingers just can't offer or a pair of pliers just might not do. But I make these kits up for every vehicle, the Suburbans, the trucks, any of the other transports, and eventually it bleeds over because even my old Mustang and the old Charger have comparable complete kits on board. And although again I try to keep it within the date range for the vehicle or piece of equipment, in other words keep it in proximity in terms of era. with the collectibles slash also useful sets that is always the case but again the idea behind this is that I can reach into a box and have pretty much anything I need and this is in a primary toolbox. It's just a quick box. If you got to work to disconnect the battery, I highly recommend that whatever size is actually on that stay, you know, if you're contact You should have two of those wrenches in your glove box ready to go. Same is true with a handful of other wrenches of the basic size. Now, granted, some of your vehicles are going to be metric rather than English. So that always needs to be a consideration, but it's a pretty straightforward process to Get everything squared away Make a small kit. I love mr. Ziploc bag is my friend So immediately everything went to Ziploc bags as soon as I got it back here After I sorted out cleaned anything up lubricated anything I felt needed to be lubricated for any kind of storage time and then it goes into the kit and Away, we go onto other things, but the important thing it. Oh, how do you like that? Huh? Okay Well, somebody's just offering me a bunch of stuff that I just saw down in Ohio. Well, tell me about Ohio, and I are right now. But anyway, as Dar pointed out, little dog bone tool kits. If you got bicycles, that's what a lot of these kits were made for. If you've ever had a Honda, a Fiat, oh god, nobody wants a Fiat, or an Alfa Romeo, The Euro made neat little kits. Of course, the American companies used to also, but then stopped offering them. But you'll find kits that are tagged for Honda. Most of your motorcycles, Triumph, Honda, Take Your Pick, Kawasaki, had an onboard little mimic kit that would do basically everything that was on the bike. In most cases though, especially as their names grew, the quality of those kits got better too. So in reality they put halfway decent wrenches, sockets, all kinds of fun stuff in those. Well those tools are going to be awfully handy in the future. So again, remember, the idea is to not get caught flat footed standing there looking stupid when for just a little bit of effort you could have been pretty well squared away. We want to make sure that happens. Take the time, and again this all started with a conversation about tank wrenches. There are certain types of tools that are just handy to have. Remember, they also intentionally make fixture components in unique dimensions in terms of what size wrench is that. So that it is, you know, again, not just anybody can walk up and pitel fart with something. Typically, you do have to have a little bit of work and knowledge, figure out what it is that's necessary. And the important thing is also you do want the proper size and dimension for the sake of not breaking down or beating up the lockdown instrument, whatever it is, whatever type of fixture you're loosening or tightening. So, it's a math formula that's not difficult to figure out, but it is something we need to be thinking about now. And it is a simple, simple thing to do. A simple thing to take care of. Boy, every time I say that, somebody throws something in my eye here that makes me go, ooh, I want that too. And I will have it. It will be mine. So, and thank you. I appreciate the support here real quick. Sorry guys, I got a multitask here. And it'll only take a second. Okay, there, now I answered that and they can go do that for me. Go pick them up, grant them. I will take them, they will be mine. Another thing too with the Pioneer tools, just as we were talking about with the, what I say, Pioneer tools, forestry tools, but also Pioneer tools for vehicle support and operations. Remember, stuff gets stuck. You may have to eradicate an obstacle in some way. This is why you want again a sledgehammer or a couple of different sized sledgehammers in the kit. We're not talking John Henry driving stakes, but we are driving railroad pins. We're talking again still though having maybe to break down or bust something out of the way. that you may have found as an obstacle by not paying attention. Typically that is the case. Or you just didn't see it. It was well hidden. But sledgehammer, mat-tock, pick, and also with regard to the fact that you should have those saws on board is, yes, files. And they should have a dressing kit. And by the way, do you think the dressing kit is just for the saw blades? Guys, you use a pick or a mat talk long enough or even a shovel, you're going to start wearing it down. You need tools to dress the tools to keep them in service. So just something to think about there. These are things most people don't think about, but if you look at a basic kit for a an engineer unit, combat or military engineer unit of whatever service, you'll find that all these other things that I'm listing or pointing out are common, fair, and part of the intelligent process of being prepared for the long haul. Granted, most of the military isn't ready for that, and everybody is ignoring most of what they already had learned decades or half a century or a century ago. That always happens, and they play catch-up. Well, we're going to be ahead of that curve. Let's just make sure we've got our technology squared away. Another thing, also, somebody, I had a bunch of questions about bayonets. I don't know what this matrix thing is, but it happens all the time. Probably it's conversation somewhere else that then bounce back eventually, you know, I'm in the peripheral of. But again, let me remind you, if you may have some of those very fine, original bayonets for the weapons that you have, Unfortunately, though, the price continues to go up. Now, we did have a little drop in one, the CETME rifle bayonets. There seemed to be such a glut with the latest batch of kits that came in that Apex Gun Parts and Center Fire Systems are both offering a bayonet with the barrel, with the kits, and if you bought two, then you, you know, there were different price combinations. Remember that? I pointed them out about $164 for a complete set-me kit, or no, $149, perhaps slap me in the microphone. $149 for a set-me kit with a barrel and a bayonet with a scabbard. Was it, is it brand new in the box? No, probably not. It's probably issued, but it didn't look, once they showed, looked to be pretty serviceable. Now, here's the thing. I will remind you again, you don't need pretty and it doesn't need to be the most sophisticated product on the shelf. Right now there are still some China Sport copies that are available through Bud-K. You need to go take a look at what they're offering. They've always had a stainless steel copy of them. They used to point out they don't now. It's a copy of the Colt first model. bayonet for the M16 E1A1. The bayonet has a broader blade. It's not only a drop point, I guess, not a spear point. But anyway, you can find it easily. It used to be a $10, $12 item. It's cheap. Yep, it's cheap. It is cheap. I'm going to tell you, it's cheap. It is cheap. Here's the thing. You can afford to carry it. They hold up well enough. We've had a lot of them that we've used. Unfortunately, they're now about $17, $18 a piece. Oh well, things got more expensive. We knew that was happening. But that comes with a plastic scabbard with an M1910 hanger. It's all correct. It's just lighter. You use that for training. That original Colt Vanette you may have or that AR-15 Vanette is now a $60, $70, $100, $150, $160 item. Rather than take the chance of losing it, I've heard people cry so many times when they have in the field, trust me, I have heard the bemoaning when they cannot find that original bayonet they chose to carry because it's been going on for a long time. But instead, you carry that $20 bayonet because you can afford to carry it, and it's not that I can really afford to throw money away, but if I lose it, or if I did do damage to it, I'm not crying very much. However, I'm still in full training mode with all the proper equipment in the field that I need to get the job done. And then, by the way, try to ban it out. Use it for a work tool. Use it for a camp tool. It's supposed to be. And let's see how long it lasts. Actually, you'd be surprised. Most people have when they pick these things up. Again, that's over at BudK.com. The bayonet that was standard because the most common rifle we had in service was the M1917 Enfield. So the bayonet for the Winchester and for most of the other trench guns is an M1917 bayonet. What that means is again the cheaper Springfield bayonets, which aren't really cheap right now, but cheaper, that bayonet isn't the one you need. Later, bayonet shroud systems, there are two types. One is a direct copy of the Winchester, and for that reason is a 1917, but there are some others that were made from the 80s on that use the M16 bayonet. Well, you buy the cheapy M16 bayonet also for that trench gun you might have. See how that works? So again, solutions. There are other banettes there, some of them original. They will tell you if they're reproductions or not. And it's pretty obvious. If you have an eye for the technology, you can tell the difference without having somebody tell you, just a heads up, experiment, develop your skills. But for what they are, they work just fine, and they'll get the job done. So I recommend that there is a solution. Now, Bud-K has the less price on those. Go ahead, jump in there. I was going to say, what I don't see anymore, and when I do see them, they're really costly. Are the AK ban, that's what we used to get for under five bucks. I know. I actually have, you know, you have a reserve of those, and considering where the prices have gone, we could, well, again, I always kick myself in the arse, because we were buying those for a dollar or something a piece wholesale when they first came into the country. Now, the whole crate of those would be, I did buy, but unfortunately we distributed to a lot of people. But now there's the wire cutting bayonets were as little as $65 a piece retail for the longest time. Now they're classic. Now they're collectible. And we all re-warned everybody that was coming. We already knew it was going to happen. But trying to find a really great prize, you'll probably end up having to get what is considered a fair blade. And that means the scabbard will probably have one item or another missing. The cutter will be there. The cutter lug will be there. And the bayonet has the lug cut in it so you can use it. And by the way, as a wire cutter, those AK bayonet wire cutters solutions work perfectly. I know a lot of guys who were linemen when I was in service that if they could find one of those, it's what the field telephone line installation operators would use, preferred to use. In fact, one of them is probably listening right now, and he was with one of the largest signal battalions in the Army. And he used to climb up on the pole. Once he got one of those, oh, that was it. It was one of the finest implement slash tool solutions that we'd come up with. And unfortunately, it was the Russians that came up with it. And then the Chinese copy. I'm greatly relieved that you can get Legolas' most Mauryan bow for $420,000, as the class came to. I have full confidence it will perform exactly as it did when Legolas was operating it as a machine gun bow. Right? Three hours at a time. It's great. Oh, got them all. I'm feeling better about it. Why carry a gun? Well, they do have all of the Lord of the Ring. They do have fantasy and a bunch of other stuff there. So yes, there's a wide variety of things that are available at Bud K. Also, always check their deals. Remember, they have carried, and sometimes in the two furs, they have the food taps. So you want to keep an eye on that. I don't know if they even have them in stock right now, the survival tabs. That was one of the companies that actually for the longest time has carried those in stock. If they have them right now, I don't know. But anybody else want to follow up and check that out, do a search. And those are definitely a worthwhile item and definitely a good investment. If you're looking at putting people in the field like I said every kid I've got all of our personal rigs we have one full container of the survival tabs in each rig period. In fact one of the first things I actually load into the kit is because you just got a pile of them so it's like, yep they go there. One in there right now just put it with all that we'll put it where it belongs later just put it in that pile. Anyway we're at the top we have piled up the minutes here it is Monday And yes, I know much limitation. The fight goes on. Our plan is to win. To do that, we need to be better organized and better equipped than the other side, which we will be. We're already way ahead of the curve. And now that we've rediscovered all the stuff we've been talking about for decades, they're now discovering that maybe the Army should be practicing this. Well, actually they did it one time when they were thinking about fighting. Rather than going and beating up a little five-year-old blind kid with a seeing eye dog across the street, because he's an easy target. Anyway, we're gonna take a break. God bless our Republic. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen, the Empire is on the run. We are on the mark of those days and nights. Kick in the flat, beat them down hard, don't ever let them get back up when they try. Bents everything backwards, stripped them bare ass naked because they are nothing but a mobile-reached Wi-Fi waiting to be harvested. Let's take a break. Rotten, use the bathroom, grab a cup of coffee, I don't have a little bit left here. And we will run into the second hour here on Monday. This is Liberty Tree Radio, on the intel report. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no home, how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and suddenly farm and keep our country deep. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit to send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear? Most sons of the Republic arise. defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great republic and eat God's given right. We pray to God for freedom burning bright as Iowa key vanished in the midst of whence he came. His words were true, not free, but we have ourselves to blame for even now his parents trampled each God given right. We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he's I stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedom sheet, but what would be your answer? Called out from the grave. Remember your training and you will come back alive. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the second hour of the Intelligence Report. I'm Mark Carkey, one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters. Both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, southeast, north, southwest, and... Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. LibertyTreeRadio.org. And we are on satellite because a whole bunch of people listening to us and then rebroadcast analog and digital. We're on a myriad of other communications technologies both inside and outside these United States. And it is Monday! Yes, it's been Monday all day today, as a matter of fact. And a beautiful day, by the way, really can complain at all. If you were in the sun, you were getting sunburned. The solar activity, which they are only talking about a little bit, finally, because they can't really avoid it anymore, only because they also want you to be scared. Be careful, be scared. Are you scared yet? Are you not scared enough? Are you not entertained? Well, maybe. That's gladiator. Anyway, well, you know, it's hot. It was hot. Today it was hot. So here 2025, old earth calendar, 2025, Battle for the Republic Book 2 and this on the 8th of December, Monday. Anyway, it has very medium temperature today. No, we weren't, we did, the snow did not melt much. It did where the sun effectively hit it, but the moment that the light went out, too, because there's no cloud cover out there. So yes, it's going to be a classic Michigan winter evening again. Don't make any mistake about that one. I'd prefer that we had the cloud cover. Just me, but common sense. Anyway, on that note too, with the weather shifting the way that it is, somebody asked me, scarves. Yes, I do fully believe I've lived in scarves. What are you talking about? There used to be a couple of different patterned scarf combinations and stuff that came out in the Korean War that came and went very quickly. That's why you see it as only one year production models. They had some really interesting, better cold weather headgear that also was dropped everywhere but in the Alaskan area of operation afterwards. You run into them every once in a while. There are copies made by the Norwegians. I don't know if we copied them or they copied us in 1951. It's basically kind of like an Elmer Fudd hat, but it has a really long brim slash bill. And there's two reasons for that. One was sunblock, and the other was also moisture block. It's kind of like a duck bill front with kind of a point to it, rather than being like a square block bill. Interestingly enough, over at Sportsman's Guide, if you're just looking for that kind of headgear and my 4-pod keyboard operators are back, the little ones, it's a pack of evil. Oh my God, I'm going to be eaten or they're going to start playing with the people on the alternate side. They're not going to know what I'm saying. Okay, there we go. Anyway, over at Sportsman's Guide, this last weekend, they popped a bunch of Norwegian headgear into the sales section and the stuff is actually good sized. One of them is an odd man out. It's a Civil Defense Blue. But the particular headgear I'm trying to describe if you actually want to see it, they're nice hats. I've had them before. I haven't seen them quite some time again. Norway doesn't have that much surplus. They don't give anything away very easily and if they do, It's something to sell to one of the other northern allies or northern countries like Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia. I think they do sell a lot to Finland and back and forth, but Finland doesn't have as much of its own production capacity, so everybody feeds off each other up that way. Norway and Sweden are the big boys on the block in that respect for cold weather operations north. So, you might want to check out Sportsman's Guide. Again, these are good items to at least have in the vehicle. They're brand new, old inventory brand new. The one hat is in their Civil Defense Blue. Their Civil Defense has basically a powder blue for all of the outfit. They've got, I do think, even have some of the coats and whatever too. Those are kind of hard to find and they're really well built if you get them. They're just good everyday clothing. They're not tactical. But they do have the tactical OD green variants on the same, so you might want to check those out. Anyway, a lot of this stuff was short term for our military. We actually stayed in Korea, so it became either theater specific. If you serve in the Korean Peninsula, you saw this stuff after the Korean War because it's stuck there. Or if you were in Alaska, and otherwise some of the northern frontier outposts in the due line, any place where you were up in the upper end of Michigan, into Canada, US forces in Canada or along the border with Canada, and it works. The stuff works really well. The problem is, it's few and far between now. It's not like it used to be where it was surplus at pop up, would pop up. So if you do see it, you definitely want to take advantage of it. It is one of those things somebody asked right away, well, do we want to build cold weather gear? Down the road, we probably will, but right now we're going to feed off the existing supply system because there's good quantity of what are really well-built pieces of equipment. So that's probably our best way to go for the moment. Again, with regard to, as a product of scarf, one of the things to scarf, if you have the longer scarf, is you can turn it into a kidney belt. Now, I've taught this, it's bitter outside. And contrary to where they try to lie to you and tell you, oh, that doesn't work, blah, blah, blah, yes, the kidney belts do work. In fact, the French voyager coat is built with the Comerre Bunn slash the wraparound kidney belt area warmer. If you look at, go look at the old French fur trader images. You can go to Google, French, French, Canadian fur trader. Look up that and then look up images. The most common image you'll see is what looks to be a tightly, it's not tightly bound really, but it is bound at the waist. And it's got a barrel type sash arrangement around the middle area of the body. Now the rest blossoms out up where the arms are and down below you have the flap out that you normally see with coats dangling over the thighs. Well, if you know the design, there's actually a single or double wrap wool belt. And it can be also padded slash insulated and what this did is it helped to keep the kidneys warm. You keep the kidneys warm, you keep the blood flow warm. You keep the blood flow warm, the body is firmly activated, amazingly enough, you don't need as many layers and you can actually endure a lot more cold with everything else properly protected. Now, you can take and, you know, improvise, adapt, and overcome. You can take a scarf, especially the long, long scarfs that Nancy either makes for us or the ones that they used to make for the military. OD green, typically. And you can do a wrap with that and with a couple of ammo belt safety pins and one or two other items, you got yourself a kidney pad, which means you may be carrying less gear. But, if you're stuck out in the middle of nowhere and your vehicle breaks down, you can properly rearrange your equipment so that you actually are good for a lot deeper cold if it turns out you have to travel. Gee, prior proper planning preventing piss poor performance. You all see how that works? So, again, try to plant seeds and ideas. And everybody can come up with or experiment with and they come up with what they feel is a better solution. They actually made wool pads that even had little tie straps a whole nine yards. The Swedes made these and the Norwegians used to make them. We did to a degree and as I pointed out, We actually, I know guys who were in the Korean War, and in the first part of the war, that's what they came out and issued to guys, were kidney belts. And they go, what the hell are we supposed to do with these? They say, well, help keep your feet warm. And they were like, yeah, right, sure. Well, it actually did help. Now, did it stop everybody from losing toes? No, it didn't, because it's bitter cold on the peninsula. But what's interesting is when they came out with the Mickey Mouse boots, they didn't want the troops to overheat, they also didn't have enough cold weather gear, so the next cycle when they showed up and started chucking Mickey Mouse boots out of the rear end of a deuce and a half, they told them they wanted the pistol belts. They wanted the wraparound kidney belts back. So they could give them to other troops because they didn't have enough boots and they didn't have enough of anything that they needed. Even though we were this prosperous US-American system, they intentionally set the military flat-footed for the disaster of the Korean War. That war they wanted everybody to forget by the way. Don't forget that. We won't. So anyway, One of the other things to remember about scarves is again head wear not just neck and you know for tucking up you can also easily ventilate. You can keep the area that you're going to use for ventilation the chimney areas like the front coat partially exposed still and open with a scarf you can quickly open up and you know deregulate the area so you can let it vent before you start to sweat. Sweat and cold weather operations kills always remember that sweat kills. You do not want to build up any moisture because, again, eventually that becomes the most efficient commutor for evacuating calories, and then you freeze. It is very simple. You freeze. And, well, usually death occurs if you wait long enough. So the idea is to prevent that. Anyway, common sense. And in this kind of conditions, like tonight, this is going to be dry cold. We had fairly moist a couple of days here. A lot of humidity in the air, but no snow. And we had a little higher, slightly higher temperature, right on the edge of freezing. Not quite, but almost. And then over freezing, and then back down to freezing. So see, that kind of situation, especially with a body that's been wetted, you're retaining moisture. Again, as I said, when you're in the field, the problem is getting rid of it. And there are only so many things you can do. And it's the only, well, the best thing you could do to be quite honest is wool. Wool is one of those forgiving cloths. That's why it was so popular for so long in cold weather operations because wool dries from the inside out. So even if you do build up sweat, It's pushed out naturally, and that's why it works for the sheep, right? And that's why it's, again, so popular, or was so popular for the longest time, and most northern armies still are using wool to one degree or another, not just synthetics. They just don't talk about it much. And by the way, L.L. Bean, any Cabela's, everybody watch for the old products from the 70s and 80s because that was the natural fiber era. So guess what? A lot of the stuff we're talking about you can usually find for little or nothing at estate sales, yard sales, resale shops. People go, oh, that's old. Yep, you're right, that's old. You don't want that. That's horrible. Oh, it's terrible stuff. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I thoroughly agree with you that you don't need it, but I do. So, let the stupid people be stupid and let the smart people take advantage of the people who are slow and who do not pick it up, which I don't want them to anyway. They did. I wouldn't have it. Oops. My plan is to have that and hopefully my allies too. Yes, and tactical colors are not a problem. O.D. green, earth browns, coyote browns, all those have been popular forever. So the cool thing is that almost all of us have released some kind of tactical color serviceable enough for the type of work we do. And it'll get the job done. Okay, we'll see next. Well, we're almost to the bottom. You know what we didn't do? Oh, we are going to want to do, Ed. Now let's do that. We're going to, this will overlap into the bottom of the hour. Guns and gadgets for today. Apparently, and again, as will be pointed out, the Supreme Court denied even hearing the case. So, wow, because I am. What a surprise. But not really when you consider, as I said before, the first purpose of the court is to protect the court. and to protect the business of the court. Not to protect you, not to say, not to protect freedom, not to worry about liberty. It's to protect the business of the court. All else is irrelevant. The Department of Justice knew that the federal ban on gun ownership for marijuana users was on thin ice, and they kept pushing it anyway. This is one of the biggest stories in the 2A world right now, and it... directly ties into the upcoming Supreme Court case on 18 U.S.C. Section 922 G3, which is the law that bans gun ownership for anyone who uses illegal drugs, including marijuana. Now, whether or not you are into use of marijuana or not, this is information you're going to want to know if you're an American and you think that our rights matter and that the government is always overstepping. If you thought Bruin was shaking things up, This next case could be an earthquake. Now let's break down what the DOJ memo that was recently revealed, what it actually said, why this matters, and how this could be the beginning of a major rollback of unconstitutional federal gun prohibitions. According to a newly recently disclosed internal memo, the Department of Justice privately acknowledged that the federal drug user ban was vulnerable to litigation risk. That's their quote, vulnerable to litigation risk. Think about that. The same DOJ that has aggressively prosecuted Americans under this law, the same DOJ that has argued in court that marijuana users are too dangerous to possess firearms, the same DOJ that insists this ban is rooted in historical tradition, was internally warning that the law could fall apart under Supreme Court scrutiny. Now this is what happens when you build federal gun control on sand and then the Bruin decision brings demands where you defend it with historical bedrock. But the Bruin decision, under the Bruin decision, the government must show that any gun restriction has a clear historical analog from the founding era. Not something invented by Congress in the 20th century. Some quick announcements real quick and I'll tell you the big problem that the DOJ has here. Three of them real quick. Number one, still some whoopies left. Great Christmas gift. There are four patterns in zip, full zip, and four patterns in pullover. Link is down below. Running out of time to get them for Christmas. You guys know how everything gets backed up shipping for Christmas, but Now is the time to grab because when they're sold out they're done and everybody always asks in January or February where we get them That was the time this is where they have them number two the new smoky the bear t-shirt has dropped to cover that a couple days ago Jump on that now won't last long either. They only do a short run of the smoky shirts That's why it's always their bestseller because everybody wants them great great shirt Number three, I have been nominated by some of my viewers in this year's King of the Hill category for the Gundy Awards, which will happen at SHOT Show in Las Vegas this year, in January. You can vote daily through the 15th at thegundys.com and I ask for your consideration. You can also vote in all the other categories for your favorites. Vote every single day and help your favorites win. All right, let's get into the big problem the DOJ has here. that there is no founding era tradition of disarming people simply for consuming intoxicants. I'm going to say that again because so many of us, this is a subject that splits the gun community usually in half. There is no founding era tradition of disarming people simply for intoxicants, for consuming intoxicants. None. Whether we like that or not, there's none. In fact, Early Americans drank more alcohol per person than any society in human history. That's not like a scientific fact, but that's that's probably true. They smoked and used natural intoxicants recreationally and they still carry firearms daily as ordinary accepted conduct. The government tried arguing, well, they disarm the dangerous or unvirtuous ones. But The courts have increasingly responded that using marijuana does not make someone categorically dangerous or violent. And that's exactly why the DOJ knew this law was in trouble. Now this memo comes out right as the Supreme Court has agreed to hear the United States v. Heimani case, which directly challenges this exact federal prohibition. Good timing for transparency? Or is the DOJ bracing for a loss? I'll give you my thought, my opinion here in a minute, stay tuned. But here's the reality. If the Supreme Court applies Bruin properly and fairly, the 922G3 ban doesn't survive. And legal experts know this. Even inside the Department of Justice lawyers saw the writing on the wall. And here's the part the mainstream media won't touch. If the Supreme Court strikes down this law, it will. restore gun rights to millions of responsible Americans, especially in the 24 plus states where marijuana is fully legal, meaning people have been caught in a conflict between state and federal laws. States okay it, federal prohibited. Two, it could cut off a major source of gun prosecutions for DOJ, as this law is one of the most commonly charged federal gun crimes. An ATF and US attorneys rely on it because it's easy to prove. One admission of marijuana use equals a lifetime ban. Three, this exposes the federal government's strategy. Prosecute first and then doubt privately. Hide legal weaknesses and hope nobody notices. But patriots, we've noticed. Let's quickly thank the video sponsor G-Code. For nearly 30 years, G-Code holsters has been engaged in the design, development, and production of premium tactical gear. Let's jump back into this here because this little revelation here, the DOJ's memo, and the problems they're having with this law, fits a much broader pattern, I'll say. ATF knows many of its rules are unconstitutional, all of them. DOJ knows that several federal gun prohibitions won't survive Bruin. All of them shouldn't. Federal agencies know that the historical record does not support modern gun control. But instead of admitting that, they double down. And until the courts force them, they won't stop. All while gaslighting you by telling you that they are the most 2A friendly DOJ ever and opening this new Second Amendment right section inside the DOJ. All while defending every single piece of federal gun control that every opportunity they get in the courts. You're not a child. You're a man. So stop wearing so many layers to go outside and get the Bearskin Tactical Hoodie 4.0. The 10 pocket tactical microfleece hoodie that blocks wind repels rain and regulates heat for me. Yes, Bruin didn't just change gun law. It exposed how much of federal gun control was built with no constitutional foundation. Now the DOJ is being dragged into the sunlight. Whether you use marijuana or not, it doesn't matter. Whether you support legalization or not, it does not matter. This is about something much bigger. The government enforcing laws it privately believes are unconstitutional. Now if you're sitting at home saying, well, I don't think they should have, they should be able to do, it doesn't matter what you think. We have rights and they supersede feelings just the same way as you will not disarm because some leftist doesn't feel you should have guns. It's the same thing. Now the fact that the DOJ still will prosecute people under a law that they believe is unconstitutional should terrify every single American. If they'll do it with gun laws, what else will they do it with? And if they think inside internally that's... Not going to pass the muster. And why won't Pam Bondi just say so? And call the gun law unconstitutional and rescind it, get rid of it. Have Congress destroy it or have a court destroy it as she says, you know what, Your Honor? You're justice, though the justice is, this is unconstitutional and shouldn't stand. Imagine knowingly upholding a law that you think will collapse in court just because you enjoy the power it gives you in the meantime. It is not justice. that is not constitutional fidelity that this government overreach. Our founders warned us exactly about this, that this would happen and now we're seeing it in real time. And here's what to watch. Number one, the Supreme Court's oral arguments in Heimani. This is going to be the showdown here. History versus federal power. Bruin versus modern prohibitions. When I did my video about Jimani, I told you this and I still think so. This is a bad case for us, in my opinion, and will lead to, or strongly believe that it will lead to more DOJ control, power, and more federal restrictions on this topic. I still think it's a bad case for us, again, in my opinion. This is a big reason the DOJ asked the Supreme Court to take this case up. They'll say, oh, we're on your side here. We think this is a terrible law, and the Supreme Court should probably look at it. They picked a very, very bad plaintiff. There were five or seven cases that they could have helped push to the Supreme Court. They chose the one that had a terrible plaintiff. And the Supreme Court, this car in makeup doesn't usually side with us with bad plaintiffs. Number two, whether the DOJ shifts their positions here. Will they soften their stance knowing that this memo is now public or will they double down to avoid political embarrassment? Number three is the ripple effect. If 922 G3 falls, it could open challenges to the nonviolent felon gun ban. There's a couple cases before some high courts in this country, and one that's being looked at by the Supreme Court in conference this week. How about the Alcoholics Gun Ban? Or how about the ATF's 4473 drug question? Any restriction not rooted in the founding era history should be gone. And this could be a turning point, the biggest one since Bruin. Patriots, this memo is proof of something we've known for years. The federal government is terrified of a constitutional reckoning on the Second Amendment. And now, with the Supreme Court stepping in, that reckoning may finally arrive. Let me know what you think. Should marijuana users lose their Second Amendment rights? Should the federal government be allowed to enforce laws that it knows are constitutionally weak? And do you think the Supreme Court will strike the ban down? Sound off in the comments. I very much so enjoy reading them. Stay vigilant, stay armed, and stay free, guys and gals. The only way this country survives is if people actually value the Constitution and stand up for it. Share this around so that your friends will know exactly what's going on and I ask that you humbly subscribe to the channel to help this channel grow to get the word out. Thank you so much. See you in the next one. Take care. Label and we are back and what a day. I'll tell you what and as soon as the sun drops darkness it is black outside right now. However, we do have a lot of, I think we have a high moon. We have a bright moon, should have with all the solar activity. We have been seeing a lot of super moons, especially we had one three days ago. So we should have still a lot of moonlight. for illumination this evening if you get a chance to get outside. Again, wherever you can spare your night vision, you want to do just that. You know, secure it, shut it down, and use your naturally developed imperfective night vision to operate under these conditions because, again, we need a flashlight if you know what you're doing. Just pay attention and understand how to observe as you move through the evening hours. Anyway, guns and gadgets over on YouTube real quick. Take time, go over and give them a thumbs up. It only takes a minute. And also, get a thumbs up for the video. If you're not subscribed, subscribe. It just helps out. It doesn't cost you anything. It's one of those freebie things that is a way for us to work with each other while Again, perhaps giving him a leg up helps other people find out where to go to figure out what's going on. How's that sound? Anyway, next. Oh yes, there is another one. Unfortunately, I think what's happened is we already had another video that was posted. That is not the video I was thinking, but it was one of the videos that could be played without any problem, give you a catch-up anyway. Most all of the issues that they're presently reviewing they're going to probably back off on or deflect because again the first purpose, Bondi is a prostitute. She got her casting couch degree with a Jewish mob down in Jewish controlled Florida, kosher mafia controlled Florida. So she knows where her bagel is, cream cheese too. There was some cream cheese in well somewhere anyway. But the fact of the matter is that this is not good for business. And as is pointed out, well, they like to use it. Well, it's not just that they like to use it. If they overturn it, they have to make all of those customers that they've already raped whole. You all understand. I've said this many times. This is their biggest effect. It was addressed in one of the statements that was made, and everybody kind of brushed past it. Because you have to make the individual's hole that you have taken time from and most of them, again, how do you make somebody whole? Can you give me a pocket full of minutes back? You have a pocket full of minutes there, sitting there somewhere I didn't know about? We all know that isn't the case and the system does too, so that means it costs. The other thing is if they overturn these actions, these activities, Guys, they also have to make people whole immediately. And we are talking tens and tens and tens of thousands of people that they have to process and literally eject from the system as quickly as humanly possible once this is overturned. The moment that they get a gavel bang, You know, boop, it's, yep, this is the ruling. They have to expedite as many individuals and eject them from the system as they possibly can. Remember that if they don't, for every day that they're incarcerated illegitimately beyond the bang the gavel day, which of course becomes farther, it gets farther and farther into the taillights with every 24 hours, doesn't it? What happens is they have to compensate the individuals monetarily. And what is your lifetime worth? Oh, they're going to try and chump change people, but that doesn't work and typically everybody takes it into the, into civil court. And the litigation process, now the feds will drag their rear ends as long as they possibly can, which as I've said is usually as little as two and a half years to up to about four years and six months, eight months, right around there. It depends on how many different cyclic appeals they're willing to post to stretch things out. They know they've lost. They know that they've lost. They always know they've lost. But they will do this to be spiteful because again, as part of the Ring Knocker is getting revenge on the peasants for actually getting one over on the system, man. Yeah, well, you again played your game and everybody else played back and well, the system lost. Do I look like I'm going to shed alligator tears over that? Not at all. Not in any way, shape, or form. In fact, where are the matches? I don't know, I could burn the bastard down. So anyway, just a heads up. Also, let's see, what else did we have? It was on the, oh, State of Michigan. God, I should have probably thrown this out there first. Today or the day or Friday, the last business day, a BB gun ban was put up as a bill in the state of Michigan house level The idea is to ban the use of BB guns by anybody under the age of 18 from outside of their property. It can only be the property of the domicile, there's a term that was used for gimme in. I've seen it before, but off the top of my head it's not going to roll out. It's not going to come out of the lumber yard here. But anyway, what's happened is their proposal is to try and restrict your activity with a BB gun to your yard or inside your house or inside your garage and no use of the BB gun which yes they're probably trying to interpret this also to be airsoft or will be by the time they're done because it's a pneumatic weapon ban. Okay so there's a bunch of stuff going on here in Michigan that's just one of many of the other anti-gun pieces of legislation that the turds you know the toilet types have been proposing It's what you get when you have a bunch of lesbian witches, and I mean we're not saying that jokingly, when you have a bunch of lesbian witches as turds in the toilet, or in other words in Congress, and in the government of the state of Michigan. And the end result is what we are seeing in terms of these actions as proposed. It is not a very long bill, easy to read, straightforward. Again, there are about 20 sponsors on the bill. It's one of many, the general proposals that they're putting out there right now are for confiscating or banning pretty much everything. We'll be at war. I mean, I'm not worried. Notice who I say, oh my God, we need to get out there and we need to, but no, they're not listening. It's okay. We're going to war. Prepare accordingly. Act as if your life depended on it because it does. This weekend I would say we had some excellent training and we had some instructors who did a very, very, very fine job of getting people to relate to and understand focus because of what we are seeing on the horizon. Again, this is what's needed. The hard chargers trying to promote wherever we can and you guys keep up the good work. The big thing here again is to understand that the enemy is not resting. They're going to create the illusion. They certainly can make something illegal. It will still be unlawful for them to do so. Everything is illegal by the time you're done. Look what's happening in England right now. They're arresting people for pretty much anything they arbitrarily choose to do. Why? Well, they're attacking Magna Carta. In fact, there's an excellent article that I ran into. coming out of England and basically explaining that this as much as anything is an attack on Magna Carta, which has already been, they already were celebrating that they destroyed Magna Carta, hell, the year before Don Vetre passed away and that's been how many years now? What's interesting is that they had a little ceremony and it was the Jewish bankers. They were bragging about how they'd, you know, if they were, you know, destroying, you know, British common law and especially were breaking Magna Carta so that they could take charge the rest of the way and crack the whip on the English people, the people of Britain, from every angle and arbitrarily, which is exactly what is transpiring. It's not a surprise. It's exactly what everybody was warned about. And Magna Carta is one of the critical benchmark instruments that was a beacon for all of the individuals that we would know as the Founding Fathers and was a discussion point constantly for all of the original framers of our war for independence pre-1775, including Dr. Warren and many others. Again, it doesn't mean that there are several overlapping constructions that were brought forward to help people to understand why it is that the crown was malfeasant in the contract it had with the colonies and how it was breaking the contract openly and very obviously. And the people themselves had to step up to the plate and make a decision. Many people argued that the American War for Independence would have started in 1765 instead of 1775. All because it was apparent that it was a plan, just like you see now with the intentional attack on the enemy of the United States by the kosher mafia, the Jewish mob, to try to put you on your knees. First, they've got to convince you it's feudal resist, you'll be absorbed, blasé, splee. And then the idea is to kick the slats off from underneath the economy. Everybody's supposed to be going into brain fart, and then they, of course, demand control slash power. Well, we're going to have to get rid of them. So we'd better be prepared to do so, and we'd better make sure we know who's who in the zoo and how we're going to get rid of the problem, how we're going to deal with it. So, the enemy is in motion. We had better have a plan. And we better make sure that we know who the problem is. There's a whole bunch of stuff popping in with this. Go ahead, we got a caller. Jump in there. What do we have? Yeah, Mark. If I'm not mistaken, correct me if I'm wrong, if there are two different communist factions, but yet, granted, they're the same, but one is like Bolsheviks and the other is Zionist Republicans. There are more than two factions. In fact, it's like the scene. It's not that they won't kill each other. There might be peripheral tiffs back and forth, but the only argument amongst the chosen is which of the chosen is going to be sitting in the catbird seat. They both basically are Marxists. The idea with their fiction is to try to create the illusion in everybody's mind that there is some kind of difference here. But here's the problem, and that's why I keep pointing this out. APAC controls the Republicans. APAC controls the Democrats. So APAC is the deep state that everybody keeps chappin' about, but they're telling everybody we don't know who they are. Yeah, we do. APAC controls the Republicans. APAC controls the Democrats. That means they're the Omni Party. There's the people you've been looking for. Now, again, the idea is to play us, to play the rubes. And so it's like in, as I pointed out many times, it's like the first scene where you get to see the Bruce's. in Braveheart. Remember the scene where he's running up the stairway? Father! Father! And he breaks into the room and there's dads over there behind the veil. You've not seen what's going on with him. You don't know what's wrong with him or if there's anything wrong. Because father, a revolt has begun. And from behind the curtain you'll notice that the dad has been writing and he stops right in the middle of writing something and he puts the pen down. And before he go any farther, he already has a plan. And he literally, go watch the movie again, go watch Braveheart. You will support the revolt from our northern lands, and I will be against, I will oppose the revolt from our southern lands. So just make that the Jew will pretend to be liberal from our Democrat side, and the Jew will fake being conservative from the conservative side. How are you doing? Sit down. Let's talk. You haven't been here in a while. Remember that, guys? Everybody remember watching Braveheart? Well, just take it and put it in proper perspective with how you're being betrayed. Pretty straightforward. And it's you. In fact, it's a great sound bite. It's one of those things that, you know, we used to actually, actually play it in the morning breakfast program. Remember with Joe and it's fascinating. It's still out there. We can dig it up, put it in the mix. We'll probably do that soon. That wouldn't be a bad idea. Just resurrecting me, jog everybody's memory. Go ahead, caller. Who do we have? Paul. Note, they are the problem, right? Democrat and Republican, they are the problem. Well, I think we're to the point, and here's what's interesting. We actually need another party. Only because it'd be fun. Not because everybody goes, well, it won't succeed. Yeah, it would. If everybody stayed focused, a second party would succeed. However, the problem is that whatever, well, it should. The problem is that you'll have all these people that we have to be inclusive. We have to let all the characters who already burned down the other party come in and burn down that party. The Tea Party organization was the best example of that. The Tea Party was completely freestanding and independent and that's when it was successful. And step by step they let all these other characters in who were the same old turds that had been, you know, the turds in the toilet when it was the Republirat party. And so they were on the right track with the Tea Party agenda. And it was a good idea, but unfortunately as you've seen time and again, people are lazy. Oh, we just got to be real. What it is is the people who are telling you you got to be reasonable are the people who are planning on backstabbing. I've said this a million times. The moderates are the ones that get you killed because they're fakes. They're not really moderates. They're just shills working for, well, they're first of all, they have no spine. So the quote-unquote moderates will always get you killed because they will always make a deal with the people who want to kill you because they're hoping that they won't be killed when everybody else is killed and then the first people typically killed are the moderates which is what happened with the Bolshevik Revolution when the idiots who all thought they had to deal with international Jewish communists were taken out behind the woodshed and executed. Well actually the way the communists did it then is they took you down into a basement they blew your brains out where nobody could see And you basically walked down to hell and then were executed and put on a meat truck and out to a mass grave. But the first ones they did it to were the idiot moderates who thought they had a deal. And those fools are always the ones that will get you killed. Not us, because if you're armed and ready to fight, the other side has to be willing to take equal casualties. And your enemy, they really are cowards. That's one thing they do not well. They realize there is a hell. They know it. Of course, they'll try to tell you that they're atheists. But they know there's a hell and they're terrified that they'll be on that greasy track headed towards it in 15 minutes with a bullet in their ass. Go ahead, call her. Who do we have? Paul again. I watched that movie where they went in the basement. That was the checklist. That was, they just executed him in the basement, I saw. That was a good movie. I watched it all. Right, everybody should watch it. It's called The Chekist. It was done when supposedly the wall fell and it's done in Russian with English subtitles. The problem is the subtitles are white and in a small screen you can't really watch it well on your phone. You need to pull it over to the big screen. But I will remind everybody again, if you can, watch The Chekist. But don't have any children in the room. Watch it first and then you decide if you want someone to see more of the truth. But everybody else is an adult. If you're listening, if you haven't watched the Checkist, why you need to buy more ammo, why you need to be ready to get rid of the kosher mafia creatures that are yapping about how they'd like to kill you, well, you want to see how they did. One of the many ways they did, I would point something out. The Czechist is a keyhole view, like Solzhenitsyn said when he wrote his books, his original works. He goes, I am offering you a keyhole view of the gulag mechanism, for if I had received a full helping of it, I would not be here to write to you. I would be dead. Again, understand what the Cheka shows you is just one of the many wicked mass production death machines the Jews came up with so that the Jews could kill as many Christians as possible. The Jews killed as many Christians as were foolish enough to think that somehow there would be some state of this insanity. Well, the only way to deal with a communist is to put a bullet in their hind end and they keep doing it until they're gone. That's the only solution. There is no negotiation. There is no discussion. They need to be exterminated. They are planning on it every step of the way. It's like you see with a deal with Ukraine. Okay, the Jews are running Ukraine. And every time it was, yeah, we need to have a negotiation. So back when the whole thing started, when everybody was supposed to be negotiating the Ukrainian, you know, Jewish controlled Ukrainian forces. The country turned around, immediately moved troops into play, completely changed the order of battle, blah blah blah blah blah. And so nothing they said was real. It was the negotiations were, there weren't any. It was just the idea to, while everybody was waiting for someone to do, you know, something in the way of a peace move, they were busy prepping for the next, you know, strike. Which is why it's protracted out and why so many Christians have died in a Jewish controlled war in the Ukraine But it does serve their purpose anyway because the plan was to kill as many Christians as possible And that's exactly what they've done both on both sides So again, why there are no deals with these creatures in fact talking about what you know, what are they lying? It's when their mouths moving son. It's when their mouths moving Anyway, before we go any farther here, no, got a little bit of coffee left, but not very much. We're almost to the top here. Just a reminder, we're going to have another drawing on Friday. So if you would like to support us, we're putting the money together for the beginning of the year, billing paying forward. We have to do this every year. This takes care of a whole list of one-time payments, which cuts our bills in half in many cases. So, what we do is it's viewer, this is a viewer supported network, listener supported network. So if you could take the time, go over to libertytreeradio.4mg.com. When you get there, go to the donate key. Donate any amount and for every dollar you donate, your name goes in the hat. And don't leave. After you've done the donation, scroll down just a little bit, find the notation, notification area right there. Put in your name. address and zip code that you would like a gift sent to because that way we can mail it to you when the time comes. We'll be very happy to do so. And it's our way of saying thank you. We have a little fun in the process and you never know what you're going to get. We got some really neat stuff that was donated late. In addition to what we've already had, so we might go one more drawing beyond. We'll see what happens. Again, it's all a matter of what the situation looks like numbers-wise. But you guys, like I said, are the ones that make it happen, and we achieve that every year. So that's a part of the plan for the rest of this month. And again, the first week of December is already gone, people. This is the 8th. Also, real quick, oh. Somebody asked me about those shotguns again and forgive me. In fact, it was right here in front of me too. The request. No, I got to do this real quick also. Wi-Fi panorama cameras. Guys, there's a whole bunch of these out there. They're Chi-Com. Overlap these things. If you're going to use them for security, this particular one that I've got in my hand is a light bulb type. Uses a standard medium-based light bulb type fixture. You just screw it into a light for power. a light bulb fixture for power. Now I will remind you that if you turn the switch off for your porch light, you plug it into a porch light switch. It's not working, okay? So you really need to have this thing set up with, you know, if you're going to put it into a fixture of that type and leave it permanent mounted in a standard medium-based fixture, you want to make sure the power is constantly available so it can recharge or activate or constantly work. Now some of these are turret heads, some of these are fixed. What I mean by turret is these can articulate for both elevation and traverse, so you can move them around. These are really great as castaways considering their price. As gimmes, when people come in to do evil things to you, they're going to disable the cameras. And whatever organized crime operation is, be it government organized crime or the other organized crime from below that the government sponsors by keeping them out on the streets, you know, the other criminals, street gangs. Whichever street gang it is that's coming at you, you know they're going to try to take the obvious out. So the consideration is that these are something you can actually use for bait while the other cameras are still observing and you're all able to make tactical decisions based upon intelligence collection. One of the other things is you can also get dummy versions of these. That's something that means that you can see how serious your enemy is, how much time they waste trying to destroy the observation technology. That will tell you that they're in motion to do evil. You've got them up accordingly and you don't spare the ammunition when it comes to pull the trigger pull the trigger pull the trigger make sure that they die die die Just something to think about there again solutions not just complaining about the problems These particular cameras are incredibly cheap for what they are now I will remind you this if it's Wi-Fi Your enemy can tap into that just like you do you do remember that right? So your enemy can use your cameras, if you do Wi-Fi cameras, as a way to collect intelligence information on the site before they get there for the really, really, really well organized ones. Oh, don't! You weren't supposed to think about that. We're going to talk a little bit more about that when we get back, because right now we're going to get out of here. We have a one hour break, because it is time, and we are at the top of the hour. And for all of you out there, you are listening to LibertyCueRadio.4ED.com and LibertyCueRadio.org. God bless always Republic. Yes, with the new world order we shall prevail ladies and gentlemen the Emperor is on the run. We are on the mark both day and night. There's some voices at that time. Okay, I'm gonna get out of here for a little bit. We're gonna take a break. I'm gonna check and see if those emails come in. And again, if you'd like to check that yourself guys, it's in the register for the house. of representatives in Lansing, Lansing, Michigan. The VB gun ban and also the precursor recommendation for general confiscation of guns in all categories by the county patrol, a Democrat, well, whatever you like to call it, you know, the fools who think they're going to try it and they're going to die doing so. Anyway, we're out of here for a minute. We'll be back in one hour right here on Liberty Radio.
