What they have left, everything is serviceable, more than serviceable actually, but size specific, the rubber German boots, which were fantastic, the ones that we got, unfortunately the size 13s ran out. almost as quickly as we mentioned them on the air. They disappeared like spit on a griddle dude. It was like spit on a griddle and that means every last pair. So there are some smaller sizes in the rubber boots. The muck lux are still there in good, well not really super large numbers, I talked to them. But there are some available still and definitely those Mil-Spec Black Winter Boot, size 7, size 8, and size 9. Now they list one, and I have several people ask, what's that other one there that says size 7 with moldy or like mildew damage? I don't know, but you know what, why would you offer it for the same price as the other one there that's size 7 that's normal? So, I haven't had a chance to say, dudes, are you like offering those other boots for a better price? Because if you are, and I can find out what the price is, I might be interested in them. So, I haven't done that yet, but I will tomorrow it's Friday. I know it's kind of late. We've got the Black Friday stuff going on and all of that. I don't think you're going to have a need and they're too expensive anyway. But the other boot offerings there, the only issue is that they in some only have one or two sizes left. But as one of our friends Listening pointed out, the sizing on the Mil-Tec boots is actually a little step, you know, step up as far as who they actually fit, how big are they. So, take that into consideration. My idea and suggestion for you, if you're not sure about sizing, is get one. I typically get the largest because if they're small, they'll fit at least some of the average feet. If, as our caller said, they fit larger size people, then they can go up almost as half-sized or maybe a full-sized, then you'll know. And one way or another, somebody will be able to wear the pair of boots you buy. If you got a whole bunch of people, which we do, we got many allies. The first pair of boots after we tested them went right to somebody else about two parties away because they needed a pair of boots for this winter. Go ahead, call her, jump in there. Yeah, Mark, this is Co-Chief Mike again. Just to reiterate on those boots, yeah, they really run two sizes bigger than they say they are. So they said six, seven, eight, but in reality, they're like an eight, nine, and a 10. Like I said, I normally wear a nine size shoe. I ordered an eight, hoping that I could squeeze into it. And the eight was too big for me. So I ended up ordering and giving the eight to a buddy that wears a 10. And I ordered up a seven, and the sevens fit me perfect. So like you were saying, too, you probably don't want to run a very thick sock under them, too. Something thinner, like more of a dress sock. So that kind of gives them even more room. But they fit me. The sevens fit me like a nine with regular socks on. This is definitely not enough. in the past. In this case, yes, these are an issue boot. These are brand new in the bag. They've never been issued. But they have issues in that the tongues were a little They actually look like they were crackling a little bit, depending on which one. So far it's been like one out of three. My recommendation is to experiment by using either a very, very light coat of mineral oil for the plastic, because it's usually what they do is they pick the chip that may not be able to handle whatever storage heat they were in. It's heat that usually gets the plastics, not cold. So I'm curious, and none of them we've had so far, all of them are excellent and perfect for what they were intended. You can't buy a pair of tennis shoes for what you're paying for a pair of winter boots. Just that simple. But again, ideas. You check it out, see if it makes sense to you. I'm not trying. Oh, you've got to buy this. I'm just saying that I'm emphasizing it because it is a good solution. We don't have enough cold weather boots. We never do. But these work really well for the price. $10 a piece, you can buy three pairs for your wife or your buddy can. Or if you can use them and you've got three pairs of winter boots. Now, when one gets too wet, you put take them and let them dry out thoroughly. You don't have to, oh man, I've got to have my boots. I'm going to have to play them wet anyway. No, you don't have to do that. You can let one pair completely dry out during the winter while you've got the other pair in service. That is a double plus good situation you want if you can create it. So heads up on that again. There's a method to the madness here. Well, crazy, sir. But we're all crazy like, well, we're not really crazy at all, are we? No, actually, I have a pretty good idea how to make things work. So let's see, next here on the list, also there was follow up on Oh, that's right. Somebody was asking me about this. Over at Sportsman's Guide, Sportsman's Guide, they have a single food item that's in the clearance section. It is the double chocolate muffins in the field ration. It's an A ration tray, but it's a tin can system. These things have been around, the system has been around since I would say what, early 81 or 82, 1981 or 82. The idea was that they had these prepackaged trays to create field mess rations that you wouldn't have to have all the ingredients for. You take the tray, you put it in the warm up system. The warm up system is a whole kitchen by itself. Some of them have actually been sold as surplus now. If you look them up, you can find them, what these trays are a part of. But over at Sportsman's Guide, they had them for eight. I think they're even down to seven or six because of the Black Friday sale. And there are 18 or 20 of these muffins. They're long storage items. Basically, it's the MRE cake, but in a muffin configuration. It's more like the old hospital cakes I've told you about many times on the air. We can't get any more. But these are a good price. If you want a full case, you need to buy four trays. If you want to buy a sample and actually put it out maybe on a training exercise and everybody can try them and see if they work for you, then it's a good idea. They are self-contained. They're in a metal package system. Take a look at the images. You'll see what I'm talking about. But it is a good price. Take a look at what the cost of all the other comparable items are that are at regular price. Now if you're familiar with these and you've been looking for them, yes, Sportsman's Guide doesn't just have those ones on clearance, but they have other items from the same food tray system, the food A-ration system. for sale. Now if with the Black Friday discount or whatever they're going to do, I don't know what it is. I don't know what their site is going to do yet, but it is Thursday so they've already been offering stuff. But the muffins that I'm talking about are over in the clearance for surplus. So what you do is you go to Sportsman's Guide, go to the deals, which then go to clearance. When you get to clearance, go over to the subcategory of surplus only. That makes it a lot easier to search. Yes, you can search the rations, but I would recommend you go through and see what else might be put up in clearance. And it's easier just to sort out and go step by step to see what might pop up that I might have missed or just came into play. There's some medical items that are available right now that they've had discounted. You might want to go through and look at those items to see if they make sense for you. Some of them are useful, okay? But the food, the MRE components or MRE rations, in this case it's a retort tin. It's a tray system. In fact, once you use it, the tins are great for cooking pans. And in fact, for Ranger, I've talked about doing a Ranger cache where you leave it behind and the next guy that comes through that's part of the team uses it as they choose to do so. This is stuff you can leave in a site like that you won't care about, you're not going to cry about. The other cool thing is you can take these trays and turn them into claymore mines. What? Well yeah, they make a great claymore mine. Well look at them. Check them out once you get them. Totally disposable? You already paid for them and you get something out of them once you're done with everything else. Don't turn them into a claymore mine until later. Not right now. Go ahead. Go ahead and jump in there. I think it's dark. Yes, sir. The trays you're talking about, are they the kind that we probably have most often seen with the apple cobbler in them? Yes, they have the apple cobbler or they had the... Remember they also did... One of the things they were doing was like breakfast, which I always thought was scary, and I never did open one up, but you had waffles or you had pancakes, bacon or sausage. and eggs and it was enough for 18 men in the tray. Now if you kept that flat, I would say it might look like what you described, but can you imagine how troops throw stuff around like in the crate and it's like, well it goes over there, then it goes in the truck, and it gets thrown out of the back of the truck, and by the time you're done, yes, all the contents are still there. But yeah, I think that's part of an egg there, sir. Well, it's kind of like a pancake, omelet-y, meaty kind of thing. And of course, if you got to meet the sausage patties, then they were obvious. But they would be like spread out a little bit. But it was a good idea. The system has been in place for a long time, considering it came out in the 80s, and this is the year 2025. The system is still kind of chugged along. I don't know what they did with it. Mostly though, if you'll notice in the surplus, what we're seeing are desserts. So they may have relegated it to dessert slash bread stuff where that can be fairly stable, it's fairly dense, but it's also spongy. so it can take the bounce. Because one of the things about military rations that everybody needs to remember is that there was extensive testing done for survivability and transport. That's something that people think about all the weird things that, well, they're not weird, they're smart, but weird things that are done that you weren't told anything about that are part of the whole system with regard to the military and how it develops things and why things work the way they do. And MREs were designed to be kicked out of the back of a plane. They have to have an 80% survivability rating being kicked out of the back of a plane in an MRE case without a parachute. They have to have an 80% survivability rating. In other words, you may lose a couple pouches, but for the most part, you kick it out the back of a plane and just drop it on someone. it actually will get to where it needs to go and they got something to eat. So think about that. I mean what that takes. Again, it was just common sense. We were developing the process, but it took a lot of work to get that done. In fact, they build machines just for the purpose of flexing and altering the state of the packaging to make sure that it could survive any number of different things, including just regular operation in your backpack. There were a whole bunch of specific requirements that were laid down before the MRE was actually adopted in the system that we had. In fact, that's why they were so plain-jained and why they were so dense. People forget, why do they seem to like, they're like, kind of like thick. Well, yeah, there's a reason. It's a survivability rating. And remember, you don't always have parachutes. I've told you before, movies are bullshit. Okay, the modern movies and most movies aren't going to show you the way things really work in a battlefield environment. We've lost conflicts. We've lost most of a war at one time or another. Hollywood will make it sound like we were just on it right from the beginning. It was part of the big plan. Yeah, the big plan was to get a whole shitload of us, you know, dead, dead, dead. Well, actually that is true for the Jewish mob. That's what they wanted. But, you know, as far as the big plan, well, here's the thing. You got caught flat-footed. Yes, it was planned to create a certain amount of destruction against us. It was not something they could admit to for obvious reasons. It's so embarrassing when you're the peasant to get slaughtered because you're considered a pawn on the chessboard. We don't like that, typically. So you have to lie to everybody about it, which they do. And yes, oh I have help here Anyway, MREs over at first of all these rations are not MREs, but they are the tray Field kitchen system. They're part of the pre-packaged field kitchen system. That's over at Sportsmansguide.com now there are other examples of this stuff floating around in this in the ether the ether world of the ether internet So, if you do search, you will find other items, but you'll notice the difference in price. That's why this one particular item I think is useful. I already bought a case just to put in the food inventory. Why? I'm going to do exactly like we're talking about. I have all this free food that I have. It's already put up in buckets. I'm going to open one of these up. You're going to get a piece of whatever kind of meat. I don't know what that is. Don't ask me. or whatever it is, you're going to get it. Now you trade it to somebody else, but there's a piece of meat. Here's a humanitarian main course. Oh, by the way, here's a treat today. We opened up one of those tins, and your squad, everybody gets a muffin. And congratulations. We might have a few left over, and you guys get those too. But we're going to divide them up so everybody gets a piece. See, that's the plan. And the idea behind this is that it's already prepackaged, it's already consistent. I didn't make up the size of the serving. The servings are all consistent, so one person can't whine about, he's getting more than I am. I feel like I'm being left out. I need to revolt against this. Instead, it's very simple. That's the one thing about government, military rations and government operations, they're pretty bland. Pretty dull, pretty straightforward. Well, we need to keep it that way. Here's your goodie. Here's your food. Here's your food. Here's a food slug. Here's a goodie. Don't forget candy is the same way. That's why Civil Defense made carbohydrate supplement in massive tins, hard candy. The hard candy was a carbohydrate supplement. That's what they called it. And the idea is that you didn't just let people reach in and grab a handful of candy. You only had so much of any of your rationing available, but it was part of the pick me up or a high point thing. Now maybe you didn't want your candy, or maybe you felt that if you got your two pieces of candy out of the 80,000 count tin, that you could trade with somebody else for something like, oh, an extra turn on the chess board or the checker's board. Yeah, well we're gonna make sure there's more than one chess board or checkerboard too. I don't like that idea. With all the junk floating around, it's like I, one of the things that I do also, as I pointed out, is gaming buckets, which have any number of different entertainment items that I've picked up either from yard sales where they're palletized travel kits or you know multi-game chessboard checkerboard parcheesi and it preferably smallest compressed possible and Put a whole bunch of that stuff and multiple decks of cards and dice and all kinds of other pins Forgive me notepads and pencils especially pencils and little pencil sharpeners go with the pencils and little pairs of scissors from the end of the school days when they open school and they have all the leftovers like Menards and you get a pair of scissors for what, five cents. So you buy out all of those and you put them into buckets so you have so many games and so many notepads and so many pencils and so many pencil sharpeners, so many scissors. Oh, I can even afford to put staplers in there. By the time you're done, you've got personal, missive, info envelopes in there. You can create a mail system. Prior, proper, planning prevents pith for performance and the most important thing is you're not spending any money. If you're patient, you can get this stuff for free. A lot of it for free. And again, the whole idea is to be thinking ahead, not get caught. Well, I should have thought about that. By the way, baseball junk. Baseball bats. Make up a kit. Watch for people throwing away utility. One thing I've been getting a lot of are keyboard bags. The cheapy nylon keyboard bags that slip over the keyboards, you can carry a mobile keyboard. They're perfect for baseball kits. So many baseballs, so many bats, a couple extra gloves, sometimes I even put a helmet or two in there, but I put the helmets all together in a category other because helmets are helmets for future activity. So again, ideas. Not just whining about the problem. Oh my goodness, I'm so much collectoy. Oi, we were dull. Yeah, and it's the top of all the other fun stuff I do. So, again, with the food, somebody's asking what about the MREs? Well, okay, the MREs, one more time. Over at, hold on, well, it was more of a question than that. Okay, the humanitarian rations that I mentioned, question mark, it was humanitarian rations. Over at apexgunparts.com, they presently have one of the best prices for the humanitarian rations. They're not the only people that have them, so compare, do a study. Comparative study number one, remember it's not just the cost, you've got to cover the shipping. One thing about Sportsman's Guide, if you order so much stuff like those muffins, what makes them worthwhile from Sportsman's Guide is the shipping is free. So when I bought a case of four of those trays of the chocolate muffins, The only cost was the overt cost on clearance for each of the trays. There was no shipping expense. See how that works? Which is kind of nice. Now on the other hand, if the price is incredibly cheap and the shipping is still very reasonable, which is the case with ApexGunParts.com, then they're definitely worth picking up. Now let's remember the rations that they are talking about are one day ration. One pouch is all the calories for a day that would be issued to you. Now one of the things that I've thought about doing over at Ollie's in several of the locations that are the distress or markdown food sites, right now they've been getting these slugs of 2 and 3 pounds of end bits off of hot sticks. They have three or four different flavors, but this would be perfect. This is one of those things that if I was issuing out the humanitarian rations, somebody goes, well, we need some meat. Well, what you do is you click out so many pieces of that, because they're in the same consistent chunks, you open up one of these pouches, and you issue out so many on-ounce or whatever of the meat sticks, and hand that to the person along with humanitarian ration for the day. between the different carb and protein items that are in the rations and the protein you're giving them with the dried meat, that balances out. That again also strengthens you that much more. You're going to be that much healthier in general because more protein is always good in this case and the field will be burning it like there's no tomorrow. Hell, you won't have, you won't have to worry about being overweight or fat. That's going to be disappeared real quick. Starvation does that, okay? But the big thing here is that again, with a little bit of modification, a little bit of improvising because you have a supply system, you can change up all of these rations to improve dramatically how many more calories and what proper nutrients the person is receiving, both in vitamins and minerals. And again, common sense. What can we do? Again, also major surplus is another company. Now there are several companies out there that are nothing but MREs, but they are also typically top end. Now that doesn't mean you're rations. I'm talking about are not top end, but we're talking wide variety. Yes, there are many, many, many MRE menus. By the time you're done you can go Asian, you can go Hispanic, you can go standard, Blase fair, European. We have probably close to 27 different menus if you count the older menus. And of course, I will say that at one time it was cheaper just to buy canned goods, and I've said this many times. for a period of time, but right now, this is bizarre, you could actually eat cheaper buying the humanitarian MREs and the other MREs if you cherry pick off all the clearance and deals than buying from the grocery store right now. Because unfortunately the currency devaluation is at such an accelerated rate and the shrink-flation is at such a rate with the canned goods that negates the value of the concept that we were promoting for quite some time. And I pointed this out, the latest shrinkflation at all these, on all the items. Take a look at what size cans they've gone to for the product that they've been offering. You probably have a number of items on the shelf you can do, again, a comparative study of. Now, we're at $38 trillion national debt. Trump hasn't changed anything. He's just dumped a whole bunch more money on Israel, hell. And they're sliding money under the table, them faster than you could catch up with it. I think the level now of theft is just insane. It's beyond anything most people can wrap their brains around. But it's only a matter of what, eight days? And we'll be at $39 trillion. Maybe it may take 10, but it's most likely it'll be in the next eight. We will be $39 trillion. Well, no, $38 trillion or $37 already, $38. No, 38 to 39, Mark's right, 38 to 39. So 39 is where we're headed right now. Trillion. Those numbers are insane and they can't continue. And so, again, who's going to get bit in the ass? You're going to get bit in the ass. But in the meantime, we need to be prepared, roll with the punch, and be ahead of the wave, whatever the problem might be. Instead, we have to have answers. We can't be just whining about it. Next, and again, with the politics of the shysterhood out there, As I pointed out, today they were promoting the idea that all of us need to accept the power outages and blackouts across Michigan. That we should consider that the norm for the country. Now, I don't know about you, like I said, but whoever is thinking this is going to be the norm are people that need to be gone from our country. They need to be gone from our lives. And they need to be found, they need to be hunted down, and they need to be dealt with. Because this is open treason. I will point out though too that we do have an extensive amount of smaller hydroelectric systems that are on standby that we can utilize that are all over the state. They're dotted all over the state. Not larger, like we see the larger dams on the Tittabawassee River. which they've gone back and forth and hemmed and hawed about whether or not they were going to destroy those and they may have destroyed them. We're not standing there staring at the buildings. The prostitutes would do that. That's something we can expect from the horrors. So that again is an example of things that we need to fix for our purposes, not for theirs. When the time comes, these are things that we need to have on the drawing board, ready to roll. as solutions to the problems to eradicate this whole issue of energy in the first place. A combination of all of the other technologies we already use combined with technologies that have been in use for literally more than a century and a half almost. And by the way, water power in one form an hour are way beyond that. But as far as the modern electrical process, the development of power, wall lightening, well guess what? As long as any of your grandparents had been alive, that technology was already in hand. And it's what we need to get back into the saddle real quick on that one. Also, with regard to power generators, yes I know. Again, a reminder, if you are looking at a generator, and everybody is, myself included, we're always looking to see what else is out there. Guys, don't forget, propane, natural gas, gasoline. Now there's also four, which is diesel, and basically they're multi-fuel, little multi-fuel generators. Like an army truck guy, guys and gals, like an army truck. We've talked about these for years, the old multi-fuel M35s. Working on propane, natural gas, gasoline, or diesel. It's amazing how many different places have had these available. I highly recommend you do a search. All the major Big box hardware, China sports stores have a product of some one form or another. All of them work. Now to what degree or how well? I need to do a little research on that. But most all of them will do what needs to be done, especially if you take care of them and do PM maintenance, but also and establish a system to support them when the time comes. Most common mistake made is you just plug play and just let it run. You're going to have to make sure you do regular support maintenance to keep the system operational. You're going to have to make sure that we again also invest in the support, the spare parts, for replacement purposes. I would say to at least have a couple of plugs on standby automatically, any of the electronics, whatever might be there. Sadly enough, most of the generators are over complicated where they don't need to be, but that's intentional. That's part of the plan to make them, you know, to be part of the breakdown system. We need to be ahead of the curve on that. Already thinking ahead, just like with your rifles. Firing pin extractor, ejector. All the basics. I go so far as I have a wholesaler I can deal with right now. I do deal with that for decades. I can buy carburetors for any of the standard units that we run. So buying spare carburetor at the wholesale end is a useful thing to have on the shelf. Go ahead, call her, jump in there. Hey Mark, this is Irish Whiskey. Hey, I've been watching Facebook Marketplace and I just picked up recently one of the old mid-70s military generators, one of the three kilowatts that have a three kilowatt military generator with the four cylinder engine, it's the 4A032-3 engine. And I literally picked it up for 75 bucks with a ton of extra ignition modules and I mean all sorts of spare parts for this beast And I mean it's it's heavy, but it's it's one of these projects. I'm working on right now Yeah, those are iron block those are in fact if you need spare parts the tons of you got a lot of what you need Don't forget that Coleman's calm Coleman's calm They have a ton of generator parts and generators as a matter of fact. You got it for a song and a dance though. You got a very good price for that piece of equipment. Captain Monahan ran three of those. Again, Jim Monahan, Tom Monahan's brother from Domino's. Jim was a patriot. He was also a tinkerer and in two of the locations he ran 100% off the grid. And he had three of those units, two in one location, one at the other, one at the old homestead. So wait a minute, four, he had four. And they run beautifully. I mean, other than the fact, like I said, once you have to do some tweaking, somebody may not have done any work on them. Mostly it's just keeping the things clean. And most important too, again, remember fuel filter, fuel filter, fuel filter people. I would also go so far today, you know, we don't tell you anything about that. If you're willing to invest in a paint type disposable filters, the paper type, they're ultra fine. Any conventional fluid will pass through them without any problem. But just to keep the bug heads, and the bug legs, and the little bits of dust and dirt that you don't usually pay attention to, In order for us to continue to operate all this equipment, we're going to have to pay attention. If you want it to run and serve you, you're going to have to do right by it. So advanced filters for pouring the fuel is something you want. And also, when you load the tanks, whatever fuel tanks, you should dump the tanks, clean them out, your fuel cans. And when you do process fuel in, put a pre-filter in there too to make sure, again, disposable, so that you can protect the fuel that you are investing in, which is also tied into the machine you're invested in. Go ahead, call or jump in there. Thanks, Brad. Yeah, something I just found out about somebody had come up with the idea of putting magnets on the outside of an oil filter. And what that does is draws out like any particulate, like metal particulates. You know, even small ones that are too small for the filter to filter out. So people might want to do that with their cars or any other thing that would use like a normal metal canister type filter. I just put some on the truck I just put back together. I'm going to crack open the filter, see how much stuff has come out. It'll be an interesting thing. Exactly. Well, it's a good idea. Again, it's one of those ways of pulling material that's broken down inside the engine itself. Microfine. But you know what? Where they used to do this, I don't know if everybody understands how much maintenance goes into a military truck or traditionally how it used to. Guys, it used to do oil evaluations. They certainly did it for tanks, if you aren't familiar with that. You would actually do like a drawing blood. You would send the sample into the supply system where it would go to transportation, through transportation to the laboratories and they would tell you what they knew was probably happening to your engine and what to expect. and how to correct the problem or what to expect because there isn't anything that could be done. It was in a, we'll call it a death cycle, but it was in a downward spiral and it was simply going to fail. You were going to have to be rebuilding that engine with regard to particular issues. And it was all done as part of an ongoing process to minimize loss, downtime for equipment. In other words, you're going to have to work on it. How about we are prepared with an engine change out, then we're going to rebuild that engine or send it back all the way to the factory. I've got eight multi-fuel engines that are brand new that I bought at auction that are in the pressurized transport cans. Looks like a big diesel fuel storage tank, and each engine is time stored. It's actually pre-lubricated, they had a whole storage system process for it, but this was part of that ongoing maintenance and be ahead of the curve program. Well, not hard to embrace that, and if we know what we're doing since we understand you can actually just mimic what's been done in the past, we again can keep the equipment that we are investing in running a whole hell of a lot longer. And again, down the road, guys, you won't be able to afford to replace a lot of this stuff. Or you simply won't be able to unless you pry it out of the enemy's cold, dead hands. Just that simple. You're going to be taking and feeding off the enemy supply system. We will be doing that. That's already part of the big plan. But in the meantime, what we have, we need to take care of. Go ahead. Over towards Holland, and you know, actually Grand Rapids, probably right off the lake as is typical, and they know that too, but they're getting a little moisture over on the west side I guess. down towards the old glass factories there on the very bottom of the state of Michigan on the coast. That's where all of our old pure Michigan, real pure Michigan glass production used to take place. Down there Just on the edge of the Indiana and Illinois juncture there, that whole stretch to the bottom of the state of Michigan, some of the purest quartz salt, quartz sand in the country, some of the best quality product out there. So anyway, it has been a very busy week. We're headed into the, but we're not done with. the work week into the work weekend but inevitably it's going to get here so be prepared this weekend is going to be very busy. We have a series of night orienteering qualification courses that are mandatory for certain units. You will have to check in and you will have to confirm and sign in for the activities as everybody knows this is a standard and has been for quite some time. In addition to that, the Army of the Republic corridor militia formation is coming up. So this weekend we're going to have up at Camp Emmerich the Grand Army of the Republic Corridor Group. If you know where that is, it's kind of cool. This is an interesting bit of history. Americana from the Civil War, the Grand Army of the Republic. But in this case, it's a location if you don't know. You might want to look that up. Northern Ohio, just a heads up. And there's a reason for that and it does has everything do with the Civil War. It's rather fascinating Anyway, great. I didn't know that that's a that's a pick me up for mark is just been all it's been a work week. Okay A couple of other things here to remember is spare gloves, spare socks, and also, now, we don't have snow on the ground down here. We do have cold weather up north, but not much in the way of a dusting. I think maybe in the UP, certainly in the key one now, they've got snow by now, or should, I would think. I haven't looked. I'll look tonight. But we do have thermal casualty kits and it's time to rotate those over into the medical units for active deployment during training operations. These are anti hypothermia packs, packages that were put together, actually were originally put together by the University of Michigan, to be quite honest. And an interesting idea with regard to treatment of the patient, immediate action. So, those should be in the forward deployment now. That would be for the rest of the season. And anybody who can pitch it to help make that happen, please, if you would, do so. Can't do everything, guys. But let's make sure that's on the roster, the checklist and roster for units that are going to be training, especially starting this weekend. And as a case in point, I would recommend that individuals actually give a review class of some type for everybody and anybody who may come in contact with this equipment because it's relatively simple and it is palletized so once you understand how the package is put together, not a big deal using it, but knowing what's there and how to make it work. So consider that as a priority for this weekend. If it isn't already into the cycle of training, it should be for the facilities. I think we have those deployed virtually at every site, including new Fort Benning, Michigan. All the facilities have those kits on hand. We put those together and purchased a whole bunch that came out as surplus. They really can't go bad. But we have a large quantity that we acquired from the good old University of Michigan with the original test packages that were done. So we have the originals, I guess. We have one of a kind. Well, maybe not, but they're unique and something that we definitely need to look at. Also, burn packages, before I forget, I know I had a bunch of requests on, hey, what are we going to do the next burn kit build? The supply points and my training site here, the training operations area is swamped with equipment. We're trying to get everything re-palatized and packaged. And I'm also having an issue because I compressed another storage site and I have fleck-tarn camouflage. We've got five-colored desert. We also have a number of other specific camouflages that are kind of mixed up because of the way the storage containers were moved. But this is going to be a chance to set up a little production line first to resort and compress. All of the Flecktarn is going to another location. One of the things that I have a lot of is the Czech Lightning Bolt Woodland, which is a really great camouflage pattern, but you only get bits and pieces now. And so I want to make sure that those are already, like I said, palletized squared away, ready to be used as we need to use them, the way we will be using them when the time comes, be able to issue them out. In some cases, what I'm just going to do is cover costs, but we're going to be moving some of these to particular units, some of these pods, because it just makes more sense for them to be deployed with them because they're using the equipment. They're using that particular pattern. That's one of the other things that's going to keep me busy this weekend to a degree, and the next weekend after that probably too, and the next weekend after that because I have to share time. But, it's something you all need to take into consideration. When we're looking at a lot of the stuff that's in the sales and such, little coordination goes a long ways, people. We can actually accomplish a great deal and in fact, commit units to particular equipment. That way it's friend-foe, easy shoot, no shoot, which is what we need to have ready to go. So, take that into consideration too. If you commit to a camouflage pattern, you need to make sure that you establish both the camouflage pattern configuration along with the web gear and your TELs. Your equipment should have a TEL on it so that you can look at the person's, you know, it's go no go. It's just that simple. Is that one of ours or somebody else? There's a lot of things people can do to try and fake everything out, but detail, if you focus and pay attention and you're working with detail, this is one of the ways you can ensure effective operational security under any condition, OPSEC, which is something that we're always concerned with. We have no electronic fingerprint out there, footprint out there in the field. We've eradicated that through proper conditioning, which I'm very happy with. And if you don't know how to use all of the basics, they're operated by man first. You're going to be useless down the road when the batteries get shut off, when the power gets shut off, when the batteries don't show up. And all the other fun things that can happen in every variation you can think of in a battlefield situation. So we need to know the basics and hammer the basics in a second nature. One of the things we're going to have to get used to doing and becoming, have a little bit of religiosity here, is recording as we identify something and making sure that we secure a copy. To the point where I fully believe right back to where we were decades ago, a VHS machine was a whole lot easier to bring to bear faster with regard to recording. I know some people laugh about that. but the standard VHS tapes can be adjusted, the machine can be adjusted with a number of optional speeds for recording and for sound. Remember, that is why magnetic tape was built in the first place for sound. So at the very least you get really good audio, high quality, high end audio. When it comes to recordings, to be able to help to document or regenerate something, that's especially critical. Although video obviously is, we're in the video age, so video is nice too and we understand that. In fact, that's why it's a VHS tape because they were using it for what? Oh, that's right, audio and image. But it is another piece of technology we need to re-embrace. We need to have all of the older systems just simply laying on standby is overlap. Something to take into consideration there. So anyway, anything else? No, I'll leave you out there. Nope, that's it until I wanted to get across. Okay, we got Ed there. Go ahead. Ed, what do you got? Well, it was what you were talking about because I do know I've had conversations with the people who poo-poo the VHS tape idea. I need adapters now and I need this and I need that to make it work. Yes, you do. You should probably have those on the shelf. But to make it simpler, because all these tech guys are like, I need something simple that I can just step in and do the part of my machine already. Open source software, it's called OBS, used for video and web streaming for YouTube, Rumble. It's all open source. You can use it to record what is on your computer screen, all of it, or a specific window. If you're doing something, and you think you're gonna catch, even if you don't think you're gonna catch something, if you got an external storage device, it doesn't hurt to record what you're doing. You know, it's a record for you. If somebody tries to claim you're doing something you weren't, you know, you have it. If you catch somebody doing something they're not supposed to be doing, you have it. The software, like I said, is open source. It's compatible with most computers. You can use it on Linux or on Windows or on Apple. So I would highly recommend if you're looking to create a database like that rather than trying to hunt down and find some, like Firefox app that might be able to download a YouTube video. It might just be able to download it if it can get the codec thing right or whatever jamming stuff they have in to stop it. Why bother doing that? Just record the whole screen. The whole screen, the whole audio without being blocked. You can do that with the software. You just tell it to record your desktop. every motion of your mouse, every click, it'll catch everything, it'll catch the web address that you write into, where you're finding information at, and if they ever take it away, well, here it is on this video file. You can put it on a flash stick, you can put it on a CD-ROM or a DVD-ROM or a Blu-ray, whatever type of media that you prefer, you'll at least have a physical, in theory, a physical copy of it. Excellent. And again, the most important is that we have ongoing representation of anything that might be a pop-up like what Brad ran into where, well, it was a good idea, but the idea is being purged from the system. It's being eradicated even as it's developed. We need to make a point of becoming, as I said, gaining a little religiosity here, about backing up as many different good ideas as we run into. It should be one of those things that I think as each day passes, you're going to see that it's going to become more and more critical. I will repeat again, guys, we're headed towards the 39 trillion mark now. Thirty-eight to thirty-nine is going to soon be forty. And it's not taking half a year to get to the next trillion. It's only taking less than a month. That can't go on. They've got to, they've got, they're panicked, I'm sure. Already, if you want to maintain your communication system, you're going to have to be more involved in actually engineering the security of whatever it is you think you want to use. And this is going to become, I think, progressively catastrophic for a lot of people who are just assuming, and are actually pretty well conditioned, to at your fingertips play. And that has already come to an end. We had two, three, four years of just blatant, we'll not only knock your product off the internet shelf, so to speak, we'll just take you right out of the system. I will repeat what I have said many times here. You know, we were ready to actually I was looking at and was thinking about actually spending a little money on one of the YouTube business packages. We're always looking for a way where we can save at least some money in the process, if we can, but also to help support the network. And you know what? Fortunately, because it was when they started the year band for this, your block for that, and it was like, wait a minute, I'm going to invest money supposedly. That's what you're thinking I'm going to do. is I'm going to spend money on you so that you can block something I spent money on. I can see this being a sinking ship real quick, which by the way we've also seen before. So it's like, no, I guess we're not going to do that. It's the best thing that could have happened because it could have happened after. It said, window when it did happen. The good thing is it was a way for me to avoid wasting resources on something that obviously wasn't meant for us. So to speak, you know, but again, I don't think that we have that much time in terms of, for instance, anybody who has not thought about alternate or backup communications of some kind in terms of the internet as we know it. It's on the edge of being killed off. They've given you all kinds of free space time. Again, we got X playing games, but X is already playing spyware. and has been betraying everybody almost as quickly as supposedly they changed. So I see nothing there that's been a significant fix. As long as you're properly politically correct to a particular agenda, you can pretty well say anything you want. But if you're in any way, shape, or form free thinking, oh, no way in hell.
