No sight, no sight Make me a different man Oh, show me that there's something in the world Deep underground in a faraway place, the machines are running all night Where the weavers and cutters test each stitch To see that they're woven in tight Each strand and each thread is tested in true All the knots are woven by hand And on each rope, there will be a name Of one who has betrayed his land Our leaders have forgotten the oath that they took when they swore to protect and preserve. Our freedom and rights and religion too, in whatever church we serve. They lined all their pockets and deceived the people, and most went along with the flow. But tempers are short and the memories are long. Each name the people will know. When each rope is finished, it's tested for strength and packed in a bag with a hood. And upon the bag is the name of a traitor. who did his country no good. Someday we will hear that Nuremberg plea when the hour is drawing near. I was only doing what I was told, another lie, I fear. And for those of you who don't believe, be around when the party begins. What next will be stretched and cries will be heard and the traitors will sway in the wind. The other night that I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free, and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame traded in your name You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm And keep our country deep in debt put men of God in jail harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths. They've sworn and your daughters is a doctor's so their children Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children, living fear, be a slave? Both sons of the Republic arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled, each God given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep, and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer? He called out from the grave. Friday and good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the... First hour of the Intelligence Report time, our corny. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters. On and behind the lines in occupied territories. Southeast. Northwest. And Northwest. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on... www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com and we're on satellite because of virtually thousands or tens of thousands of operators who receive us via whatever connection and then rebroadcast us on satellite, analog and digital. We are on a myriad of other communications technologies inside and outside these United States and it is Friday. That's right, it's Cinco de Amo Day and Quartermaster Friday, sometimes known as Quarter Bastard. And it is the 14th of November, no way. Yes way, it's the 14th of November. This means it is the end full second week of November. Now think about that. Didn't take long, did it? Hmm, that's halfway through the month. Not quite, but let's not throw the month away. It's not gone yet. Anyway, 17th year of open, obvious, and in-your-face, Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K2025, old earth calendar. Give it to Olshasz, gawk captain. 125%. And... 2025 Battle for the Republic, Book 2, the Winter War. We've had some snow, so we've had to shift over. Anyway, it has been a beautiful day. You could not have asked for a better day in the bottom of Michigan, period. Many people will ease wine, piss and moan. Of course, we're doomed anyway. We're doomed! Well, we're not doomed yet, but we're getting close to doom. Anyway, it has been a perfect day. Winds have been out of the south. For the time being, of course they shifted three times yesterday. We are in the Great Lakes, so if you expect any consistency, I don't know where the hell you've been living if you're in Michigan, the only consistent condition is it will change, and quickly, and sometimes without very much of any warning. Of course, we do have satellites, but in the 21st century planet Krapu, Well with the incompetence that are now running the technology that we all developed back in the 20th century Incompetence is rewarded not fired. So that's why we have the situation we have now. We're dooo- not really, but we are going to have to fix things anyway Stuff happening first of all in proper packing order Edward we have three additional Donations for the end of the year drawing that have come in number one Jeff Wilson and donated twelve dollars whoo twelve one dollar for each month, which is cool and next Sandy Now, pay attention here, it's Kilpinski. Kilpinski. Kilpinski. And donation of $25. That's Sandy Kilpinski. I believe, again, she's out of Kansas, so I think I know who that is. But Colonial Marine Militia, actually. And last, out of the three that just got handed off to me and came in via mail, Robert Lastname10, P-E-N-N, Robert Penn donated $10. So we have Jeff Wilson donating $12, Sandy Kopinski donating $25, I want to say hi to her husband also, and Robert Penn, $10. So, and we do have other donations that have come in obviously through PayPal, etc. Those will be incorporated in tonight's drawing. Now, why are we doing that? I want to make sure we got them into the drawing today. We're trying to do a drawing a week. What's this for? Well, every year at the end of the year, we have a series of motivational efforts that we perform here to collect the funds to pay forward for the next year. And as part of the process we like to have fun. You don't have to do it. Half of you that donate right now don't want to be in the drawings. My argument is you should be in the drawings. It's fun. You never know what you're going to get. It's all a gift idea. But if you don't, you don't. We're not going to punish anybody for anything. What can we do? Anyway, the big thing here again is if you donate, For every dollar you donate, your name goes in the hat once. So 1, 1, 5, 5, 10, 10, 100, 100, half a million, we'd be done. Actually, if we had a half a million dollars, we would literally be mopping the enemy, mopping the floor with the enemy. As it is, we can still do a pretty good job. And we have been for a long time. But what we do is we pay forward. This cuts the bills back dramatically. We only have to pay once, the beginning of next year. And that will be good for the next 12 months. So all critical bills are taken care of because we are listener supported. So you guys are the ones that make it happen. So go to libertytreeradio.4mg.com. Go to the donate key. When you get there, donate any amount. You understand the process. But don't leave that page, not until you scroll down a little bit and incorporate your name, address, and zip code. And once that's done, I can't go do anything you want. And yes, you can enter as many times as you like. We do the drawing at the 8 o'clock hour, the third hour of the program. Typically, it's on Friday. In addition, You can donate now and your name will still get in the hat for the 8 o'clock drawing so if you want to if you get in there right now we will get a notification and Ed will write up the number of chits that go into the big barrel that gets turned and then we reach in and Reaching through the little baby allocators. We put in there for entertainment We then grab a slip pull it out read it off and then grab another one So it's a lot of fun not for Ed. He usually loses a lot of toenails and fingernails that way But, it is fun for you, I hope. Anyway, it has been a perfect day outside, although we had a whole bunch of deer that needed to be processed. And so we did have to pick up a little pork to go with the sausage that we just finished grinding, cutting and grinding. A good time was had by all. All of the critters are chopped, blocked and bagged and in the freezer now. Or canned, actually a good portion of the meat, this time around was actually canned. So, pretty good effort by everybody and some people learned a few things. Others were terrified. Oh my god, is that how they make sausage? Yes, yes, that's how they make sausage. As many people have told you, you might enjoy it, but you do not want to see how it is made. Anyway, it was fun. So in addition to that, yes, we do have the work weekend now before us. I want to say hi to Camp Emmery, Camp Emerson, New Camp Stasa, Camp Wayland North, the Ogham Arrangians, Naga Hicham, Fox Wolf, One Rustic, Camp Betcher, and Fort Benning here in Michigan, all militia facilities. We are busy this weekend at well as always at Camp Nagy hit you we do have a number of visitors. We've got a unit that's come up from Kentucky I believe from the Let's see. It's east of the Louisville area. They'll be up here for the weekend. We do have a number of other individuals visiting We are going to be very busy Emmerich and Emerson are at capacity We have we have decent weather. It's neutral, but we'll see how it develops and we got in there go ahead Alright, well, adding up what you just gave me plus what we've got in the PayPal. This is including all the mail-ins that I know of and within the PayPal we've got $825 dollars raised up at the $3,000 we need so far. So we're almost to a third of it. Get closer. Let's see in the PayPal Daniel I got his his already added in and I'm gonna be working on adding in the three just gave me and John Put more into the pot so John's in there too for the shrine even yes Even more so I'm gonna remind people when you donate we appreciate the Donations coming in more but for every dollar that you donate If you don't get drawn in the last one, I roll them forward into the next. So, again, you want to listen to the program when we do the drawing. You never know what's going to happen. Although we got a great idea. Yeah, so all the names we're in the pot before are still in the pot, plus the names that we just added. And if you donated more money, I added more tickets in there for you. Perfect. So again, for everybody, Take the time if you can, if you'd like to be in this particular drawing. And of course you can also make a notation. Don't need to be in the drawing. Some of our longer time listeners have actually received quite a few gifts. And some of them are like, well, I don't need anything if you do. If my name is drawn sideways to somebody else, draw another name. Or again, don't worry about drawing me and putting me in there in the first place. I appreciate that. It's not needed though. Again, we do have some interesting prizes. Most everything is collected through the year. After we have the drawing, we're starting already to collect. But we did have quite a few donation packages of tactical gear that came in by many of you who are listening. So we actually had a lot of other unique stuff. added to the kitty which is part of the cool things that you'll find showing up in the box which is neat. So again, I want to say thank you also to the people helping in that way from every direction. Any support like that works just fine by me. So you guys, again, thank you. Also, let's see. Well, we are going to have one big drawing at the end and there are a couple of infantry packages again similar to the molly rigs that we had last year. Well, we're going to do those very last and In the meantime, we do have backpacks. I mean it's a mix of things. I will warn you again Don't just open the box pull stuff out and rule there's packing in there go through the box. There's many I use my code, GNG10. Thanks to ReadyPantry for sponsoring this video. The Connecticut Citizens Defense League, CCDO, the Second Amendment Foundation staff, have joined forces with Eddie Grant and Jennifer Hamilton, the individual plaintiffs, and they're petitioning the Supreme Court to strike down Connecticut's sweeping assault weapon ban. This is the same type of ban that we've seen in places like Illinois, New York, California, Massachusetts, Washington, and more. But this petition brings something new to the table. A direct command style question for SCOTUS. Do you all remember the knife hand? I did many pushups for that thing. Whether the 2nd and the 14th amendments to the United States Constitution guarantee the right to possess semi-automatic rifles that are in common use for lawful purposes, including the most popular rifle in the country, the AR-15. It's direct. to the point. That's it. No games, no side issues, no confusion, just one clear question. And that's exactly why this case is so dangerous for the anti-gun states and so important for the future of the Second Amendment. Connecticut bans the sale, transfer, and possession of a massive list of firearms that they label as assault weapons. But here's the truth, and this petition makes this crystal clear. Assault weapons is a political creation not a technical category It's a term that was invented in the 1980s specifically to confuse the public about the difference between fully automatic machine guns and normal ordinary semi-automatic rifles Under Connecticut's law if a semi-automatic rifle has any of certain cosmetic features Or if it can accept detachable magazines or even has a barrel length or an overall length that they don't like it's It becomes labeled as an assault weapon and banned. It's punishable by felony charges, including mandatory jail time. Now the law bans over 70 named firearms, plus copies and duplicates, plus brace pistols, plus AR-styled rifles, plus rifles with basic ergonomic features. It's a functional ban on the most commonly owned rifle pattern in the country. The petition absolutely hammers this point and if the Supreme Court is faithful to Heller and Bruin, Connecticut's ban cannot survive. Neither can any of the others, like all gun laws are unconstitutional. But let's go through what this petition lays out. Number one, AR-15s are the single most popular rifle in the United States. They say 20 to 30 million of them are in circulation. I think those numbers are very low. More AR-15s exist than Ford F-150 pickups in America. Surveys show that 16 to 25 million Americans own one. I think that's low. Number two, Americans use AR-15s for lawful purposes every single day. Owners report using AR rifles for home defense, property defense, target shooting, training, hunting, protecting self, and family countering breakdowns in law in order just to name a few. And NSSF's own data shows millions of people train with them annually. I just come off of a mountain for three days in the wind and cold and snow to learn how to better use my rifle, my AR, and read wind and be effective at 600 yards and in. Others use it for target shooting and home defense as well. Number three, crime data destroys the dangerous and unusual argument. According to the FBI, rifles of any kind, including ARs, are used in a very tiny fraction of homicides. That many handguns are used 18 times more often. Knives and even hands and feet kill more people yearly than rifles. If Connecticut's logic were applied consistently, then handguns would be banned. Yet Heller already stomped that out. the Second Circuit upheld Connecticut's ban, but their reasoning was so sloppy and contradictory that the petition practically dissects it line by line. The appeals court admitted several things. They said they were confused about whether AR-15s even qualify as arms under the Second Amendment. Yeah, they really said that. They applied a watered-down history test. They deferred heavily to legislative judgments, which Bruins specifically forbids. They said a firearm can be dangerous and unusual even if millions of people own it. And the last part is insane. It's the exact opposite of what Heller said. The petition calls this out beautifully. A weapon cannot be both in common use and unusual. It's logically impossible. This is why the Supreme Court really needs to take this case and intervene here. The lower courts are all over the place. You know that circuit split that Harmeet Dillon says they love? Well, this smacks that right in the face. The first circuit says ARs are arms, but they can be banned anyway. The fourth circuit says ARs aren't arms. The seventh circuit said that ARs are basically military weapons. The DC circuit looks at lethality and other alternatives. Others say that common use goes to the text stage, while others put it at the history stage. It's a disaster, a judicial patchwork of contradictions. The petition's most devastating line is this. AR-15s are the modern descendants of the rifles our forefathers used to secure independence. And that was powerful reading that. It reminds the court that repeating firearms existed in the 1700s, that high-capacity arms existed long before the AR-15, that semi-automatic rifles and firearms had been in common use for over 140 years. The Founders themselves embraced technological advancement. From the Belton 16-shot rifle to the Ghirardani air rifle that Lewis and Clark carried, the tradition is clear. If a weapon is in lawful common use, It cannot be banned. Period. The petition quotes Heller, Bruin, Keitano, and even Gorsuch, Thomas, Kavanaugh, and Barrett's own writings back to back this petition. They even cite Kavanaugh's warning earlier this year that AR-15s must be resolved in the next term or two. This is the next term. They're practically begging the Supreme Court to take this case. The petition explains in this case that it's clean and simple. Only one issue, a clear circuit conflict, A massive national importance. It directly challenges a ban on the most popular rifle in America with no distractions, no other claims, and no procedural flaws. Plus, this is the Second Amendment Foundation and Connecticut Citizens Defense League. Two groups that know how to litigate these cases with precision. If SCOTUS wants to reaffirm or even redefine what common use means so that these moronic judges can get it finally, this is the case. Patriots, this could be the one, the most important case since Bruin and Heller. And depending on what the Supreme Court does, we could see Connecticut's ban fall, Illinois' ban fall, California's ban, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington, all of them. They're all on the chopping block. I'll follow this case every step of the way. You know that. And make sure you subscribe, hit the bell icon, and share this video so that more gun owners know exactly what's happening. Because most of us don't have time in our lives to stay focused, which is why I do these videos. So please share them. Because the fight for the Second Amendment is not slowing down, it's heating up. The Trump slump in the firearms industry is crushing the industry. The attacks are heating up. So stay safe, stay armed, and as always, stay free, my fellow Americans. God bless you. I love you. I'll see you on the next one. Take care. And again, coming up next here, we've got a video from gun owners of America. Trump's DOJ enforces Biden's era ATF rule. Not really surprising for me, but eh, who plays this anyway? The Trump administration promised to protect the Second Amendment and to undo the Biden administration's destructive anti-gun policies. and the DOJ promised to disfavor prosecutions of victimless paperwork crimes. But as we're gonna get into throughout this video, that's not what we're seeing. In this episode, we'll ask why elements within the DOJ are continuing to prosecute Timothy Durkin, a GOA member targeted by the Biden administration for his work to keep gun dealers open during COVID. Today, we're gonna take a closer look at his prosecution. And we're gonna ask why the justice system seems so hell-bent on finishing the anti-gun work that Biden started. and sending a non-violent entrepreneur to prison. I'm Phil and you're watching Law and Ammo. During the COVID-19 pandemic, firearms and ammunition were in high demand. We all remember the prices, the panic buying, and the supply chain shortages. And while gun owners definitely struggled during this time, small businesses did too, especially local gun stores. Think about your typical mom-and-pop gun store. Most will tell you the same thing. Retailing firearms is a low margin business. And the only way to make any real money is to make up for low margins with high volume. But what happens when all the volume dries up? How do these companies stay afloat when there's no inventory to be found? Not to mention when the sitting president, then President Biden, declares war on gun dealers and announces a zero-tolerance license revocation policy for inadvertent paperwork errors. You get a recipe for disaster and a mass closure of gun stores across the country. And that's exactly what happened during the COVID years under Biden. That's where Timothy Durkin comes in. Tim is a Kansas-based GOA member who many of you may recognize from his popular online firearm part store, Durkin Tactical. Tim is an entrepreneur, an active member of the Second Amendment community, and a huge firearms collector. One thing Tim noticed during COVID was how badly local gun stores in Kansas were struggling. All their inventory had dried up, wholesalers had no supply, and manufacturers simply couldn't meet the unprecedented demand from millions of first-time and existing gun owners stockpiling anything they could possibly buy. When 40 Smith and Wesson dries up, you know things are bad. And so these mom and pop shops were starting to go under, but Tim had an idea. Although his business, Dirk and Tactical, did not sell firearms and therefore he didn't have to have a federal firearms license, Tim still had a good relationship with large firearms manufacturers that supplied many of the parts and accessories he sold online. That manufacturer was named Anderson Manufacturing. And while Anderson would not have picked up the phone for some random mom and pop gun store in Kansas, it did for Tim. So Tim asked for personal favor. Through his business, Durkin Tactical, Tim arranged for Anderson to sell some highly sought after firearm shipments to a number of Kansas gun stores. The firearms went directly from one FFL, Anderson, to other FFLs, the dealers in Kansas. All these FFLs properly documented the shipments and the Kansas gun stores eventually sold the firearms to customers. Also documenting those transfers and ensuring background checks were completed. When all was said and done, Anderson made money moving its inventory to the gun stores. The gun stores made money selling the firearms to Kansas gun owners, which allowed the gun stores to stay afloat during COVID. and Tim made some money for arranging these transactions in the first place. At no point did Tim ever touch the firearms that Anderson shipped to the Kansas dealers. The guns were shipped directly from licensee to licensee. In other words, Tim was nothing more than the guy who introduced the business entities facilitating transactions between them. And so here's a question you should be asking. Does any of this sound illegal to you? Does any of that sound like a felony? And does any of that sound like it justifies sending Tim to prison for years and also permanently prohibiting him from possessing firearms? Tim certainly didn't think so, and neither did any of the FFLs he facilitated the transactions for, including Anderson, one of the largest firearms manufacturers in the nation, which had its own legal compliance department. But the Biden ATF thought differently, and Biden's rogue DOJ was happy to oblige ATF's rogue agenda. According to them, Tim had been engaging in the business of dealing in firearms without a license, in violation of the Gun Control Act. More specifically, the Biden DOJ thought that Tim's brokering of firearm transactions was actually dealing. More on that a little later. So the Biden DOJ charged him with being an unlicensed firearm dealer. But if you think that sounds bad, wait until you hear about this. In 2022, before Tim ever got charged, ATF sent him a cease and desist letter ordering him to stop his brokering activities. And of course, by the time Tim received this letter, he had already long since stopped arranging transactions on behalf of Kansas gun stores. The COVID hysteria was winding down. Manufacturing was catching up and the gun stores were able to stay afloat on their own. Tim never ended up applying for an FFL because he simply didn't need to. In other words, Tim fully complied with ATF's 2022 cease and desist letter and for nearly two years the ATF left him alone. But then in 2024, during the twilight months of the Biden administration, ATF decided that Tim's compliance with the cease and desist wasn't good enough. ATF decided that what it really wanted to do was put Tim in prison. So DOJ suddenly charged Tim as an unlicensed dealer. When people call ATF arbitrary and capricious, that's exactly what they mean. Capricious means having sudden irrational and unpredictable impulses or whims. Here, the ATF did a complete 180 with him, and it destroyed whatever remaining trust the public had that compliance with a government cease and desist letter actually means something. But then President Trump was elected in a landslide, and everything changed. So fast forward to today. President Trump is now in office. The DOJ is under new management and a new U.S. Attorney's on the job in Kansas. And even better, this new administration has pledged to be the most pro-Second Amendment administration in history. And on top of that, the administration has pledged to end the weaponization that plagued the Justice Department during the Biden years. That was a given. The ultimate weaponization of the government. But we also, yesterday, I fired the General Counsel from ATF. These people were targeting gun owners, not going to happen under this administration. But in spite of all these assurances, Tim Durkin is still facing prison and the charges against him haven't been dismissed. And they're alleging that he's still brokering, which falls under the GCA. As it stands, Tim's case is headed for trial and the government is going to try to convict him for helping his community during COVID. But on top of all of that, The Gun Control Act does not criminalize unlicensed brokering. As is usual, ATF is trying to change what the law says and add words to the statute that Congress did not use. Let me break this down. The Gun Control Act makes it unlawful for any person except a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, or licensed dealer to engage in the business of importing, manufacturing, or dealing in firearms, or in the course of such business to ship, transport, or receive any firearm in interstate or foreign commerce. The Gun Control Act then provides in relevant part that dealing requires the repetitive purchase and resale of firearms. But Tim didn't ship, transport, or receive firearms. He never touched a firearm. In fact, notably absent from any of these Gun Control Act provisions is any reference to brokering, what ATF claims that Tim did. The words broker or brokering are nowhere to be found in the Gun Control Act, and that's a big deal. Because Congress has criminalized unlicensed brokering of firearms in another statute, the Arms Export Control Act, which provides that no person may engage in the business of brokering activities without a license. in the exportation context. This means that Congress clearly knows when to say the magic word, brokering, whenever it wants to. But the Gun Control Act doesn't say brokering, meaning that Congress clearly never intended to criminalize what Tim did. But not only is ATF wrong on the law, it's violating President Trump's law enforcement priorities. In May of this year, President Trump came out strongly against the administrative state. explaining that the United States is drastically over-regulated. This status quo is absurd and unjust. It allows the executive branch to write the law, in addition to executing it. This situation can lend itself to abuse and weaponization by providing government officials tools to target unwitting individuals. If you've been paying attention to this video, that sounds very familiar. President Trump also declared that enforcement of criminal regulatory offenses is disfavored, and he ordered that these sorts of prosecutions should be brought only when individuals cause or risk substantial public harm. And as you might imagine, all of that leaves us scratching our heads. What substantial public harm did Tim ever cause? Let's go back through what happened. The firearm manufacturer and dealers all completed their required paperwork. Every person who eventually purchased the firearms passed a background check. ATF can trace every single one of the firearms involved. The government collected its tax revenue. Struggling gun stores stayed in business. Livelihoods were saved. People in Kansas were able to exercise their rights and obtain firearms. So there we go. Literally, no one was hurt. And in fact, some people were actually helped. And yet Tim is looking at prison. And the really crazy thing here is that the ATF wanted Tim to get a federal firearms license so that he could, and get this, so that he could do absolutely nothing with it. That's right. The ATF says that people who broke her firearm transactions should get a license. but keep none of the records that FFLs are normally required to keep. Because ATF knows, deep down, that brokers aren't really dealers who are engaged in business. But if you don't follow what seems to be some kind of made-up law and you don't obtain a license that no statute requires, then apparently you should go to federal prison as a felon. This is the kind of illogic that appeals only to bureaucrats. Of course, this sort of nonsense made good sense under the Biden administration. After all, Biden made it ATF's mission to close down as many gun stores as possible. And in Tim's case, Biden's ATF sought to punish someone who fought to keep gun stores open. But there's no reason for the prosecution against Tim to continue. Tim is not a danger to his community. Tim never hurt anyone. He only helped struggling businesses stay afloat by engaging in lawful commerce. It's obvious that Tim is not the sort of person that should be targeted. And Tim's alleged crime, if you can even call it that, is hardly the sort of crime that should be prosecuted at all. There are plenty of murderers, violent criminals, drug traffickers, and illegal aliens, one would think, that could take priority over handing anti-gun Democrats a legal victory on a silver platter. And we hope that everyone involved will dismiss the charges against him before he possibly gets convicted. which would set a very dangerous precedent for future abuses. We'll be keeping an eye on Tim's case and keeping up the pressure. And we'll let you know of any new developments as soon as they happen. I'm Phil with Law and Ammo. Thanks for watching. I don't trust Trump. He's the one who said, you know, uh, count to escape the guns and worry about if it was legal or not later. Uh, that was after the Vegas, uh, shooting incident outside the one pyramid casino. Uh, music festival. Go ahead. Uh, Paul, we got you on the air. Yeah. He, uh, I think, uh, Trump, he seems like he's just carrying the gauntlet of Biden. That's all over. Well, In some ways, yes, definitely. He has to be a little more cautious with some things. He can't be too obvious. But Trump is just as anti-gun as Biden was, if not more so, he's New Yorker. Again, he kind of already let his color show over this to claim that there are going to be more Second Amendment. Well, yet to see it. Really have yet to see that in anything that they've done. They haven't gone back and done anything for the people who were attacked during the pandemic who they mentioned the gun gun stores But they were attacked during the pandemic a bunch of people were attacked during the pandemic But keep in mind that BS started with Trump Trump was with in office when it started and he started to lock down BS Biden just continued on with it. You know Trump get Trump open the door gave him the keys and and Biden just kept moving forward with what Trump had already started. So just blame that on Biden alone. It's the typical left and right working together out of DC as far as I'm concerned. Let's see, we've got, let's see if we got some more Walmart drama going on. The Walmart CEO, Doug McMillan, retiring. leaving before something bad is coming. I don't know how accurate that is. This report is from the quartering. How long is this one? I think we might have time to fit this in there. I've been talking about what I believe is some rough financial times ahead for several months now. And a lot of people are like, well, but Jeremy, you're only seeing that because YouTube revenue is down. No, that's simply not true. I'm saying that because car repossessions are at an all-time high. They're at the highest they've been in 19 years. What happened 19 years ago? Well, we had the great recession of 2009. I've been talking about the cost of groceries, fuel, electricity, cost of living type items not coming down. I've been talking about massive job layoffs, tens of thousands of people. These aren't like cutting a couple hundred people. They're talking, we're talking about, you know, UPS cutting tens of thousands. Amazon, 12,000. Target just cut thousands of people. There are massive layoffs that will have a reverberation around the country for a significant amount of time and Now the CEO of Walmart just quit now you might say well, that's could be a coincidence Yeah, it could be I also think it could be the fact that She sees what I see and that rough times are ahead and that Walmart, while generally thrives during recessions, is in for its own set of problems because if people don't have any money, they don't have any. It doesn't matter where they're shopping. Let's look at this article. I want to talk about this. By the way, huge shout out, I want to let you guys know, our Apple Strudel is now available Prime with free delivery on Amazon. If you're looking for something to try or to bring to your Thanksgiving or to serve to your Thanksgiving Day guests, they will rave about this. If you're going to somebody's Thanksgiving, pick up some of our coffee, the Apple Strudel or our medium roast, if you want to keep it safe, or dark roast. But the Apple Strudel's in stock now. I'll leave a link in the description below to get free shipping on it. Walmart CEO stuns Wall Street as he suddenly announces he's quitting after 12 years. This is a dude that basically worked his way up, you know, from just an hourly employee, I believe. This will be a major, I'm sure he'll be replaced by somebody who's like got a 40 syllable last name, but anyway. Following this sudden announcement, Walmart shares were down 2.5% in pre-market trading. I think it's basically recovered. I mean, Walmart, even if you think the economy is not looking good, Walmart's still generally a good buy. It's bounced back almost. It's still down, but marginally. He will retire now in January. Let's see on the board through June, John Ferner, currently the CEO of Walmart, US, will take over the company's chief executive officer. After the company's fiscal year ends on February 1st, the company set. Ferner has led Walmart US since 2019 overseeing its biggest business segment and has more than 4,600 stores. He started at Walmart in 1993 as an hourly associate and has held leadership roles in merchandising operations and resourcing. Sounds like a good guy. Now, John is a merchant and operator and innovator and a builder, blah blah blah blah blah blah. Earlier this month, though, McMillan issued a dire warning about artificial intelligence and how it was going to reshape every single of Walmart's 2.1 million jobs. He said the transformation will redefine how America's largest employer operates from top to bottom, affecting at least 1.6 million U.S. workers. This is what I think he sees. AI and robotics. Walmart is going to be laying off Massive amounts of people if we look at UPS layoff UPS laid off has laid off 48 Thousand people this year that is a football Stadium full of people 48,000 people you P. UPS is laid off this year This year Amazon layoff think 12,000 up another 700 yesterday 14,000 layoffs You know at Amazon You know, I am not targeting as many 30,000 layoffs this year. This is the same as basically every major industry across the board. They can't even learn how to door dash because nobody's going to be able to afford door dash. You're going to see massive cuts in our three weeks. So target cuts 1,800 jobs. How about this? Verizon, nine hours ago, Verizon sets to target 15,000 jobs. as agility and efficiency lead the way. Amazon target 14,000. I just, you know, just without doing any research, like any deep dive, that's a hundred thousand jobs cut in the last month. Amazon is setting to cut up to 600,000 in their long-term plan. That's a hundred thousand American jobs gone in a month, two months before Christmas. Advertising spending is way down on YouTube and that is a problem for creators like me. But I'm more concerned with the fact that I've been telling people that that is like the tip of the spear. Advertisers know what's coming. That's why they're spending less. If they thought this was going to be a record Christmas and it was going to be a huge year, then they would be spending more, not less. Then if you fold in, Car repossessions surged to a 15 year high raised the concerns about economic recession. Car repossessions are surging across the United States reaching their highest level since the great recession of 2009. Now every time I talk about this stuff, a lot of people are hand waving away. Hand waving away this person. Well, give Trump time. Trump inherited a bad economy. This, that, and the other thing. I'm not saying none of that is true. I can tell you why we have massive car repos. It's because people bought cars they couldn't afford during the lockdowns, and if you remember the automobile prices during the lockdowns were extremely high. A lot of people also say, well, the car repos are from illegals. Maybe, but I don't think so. I think that a lot of people are abandoning cars that they bought during the Coof. Certainly some, some percentage of them are illegals being deported. I mean, I would love to see that connected. That would make me feel better. People are just saying that, but I have not seen it directly connected. And in fact, they say that at 2.2 million repos already this year, that number is expected to climb past 3 million by Christmas. 3 million by Christmas. Some people think we're headed for a recession, other people think that will remain positive but growing slowly. Said Alan Ginn, economics professor. Ginn thinks the rise in repossessions don't necessarily mean a recession is coming, but they do show the economy is slowing, especially when it comes to jobs and wages. If people aren't getting raises or new jobs, they could be impacted by the terms of their ability to make payments, particularly with the cost of products increasing, with inflation continuing to drive up the price of housing and food, Jins said many of the households may be pushing car payments lower on their list of priority. He also traced the trend back to the lockdowns, when many Americans had extra savings and spent on big ticket items like cars, often at high prices and high interest rates. A lot of car buyers ended up under water. The car was worth less now than the actual value of the loan, so financially it may have made sense for them to simply default on the loan as opposed to trying to pay it off. Again, I'm telling people, you know, I am acknowledging that, sure, the lockdown loans, the chickens are coming home to roost. Maybe deportations are playing in it. But it's simply not going to matter. Trump is talking endlessly about how great his stonks are, but I'm trying to talk about, you know, Main Street. I'm trying to talk about Verizon now laying off 15,000 is not a few jobs. And I'm assuming like, you know, they're just sending them to India or replacing them with AI. 15,000 roles, closing stores. Do you think that Amazon, Verizon, Target and Walmart are all talking about massive layoffs at the same time for no reason? Or do you think maybe they know what's coming? They know what's coming. 15% of RYSE's entire workforce gets fired and was like, ah, Trump's got this. Again, do I believe that this is largely a part of the bidonomics and what they did with lockdown money and coupe cash? Yes. The problem is, these chickens are going to come home to roost during the midterms. During the midterms you're gonna have two three four hundred thousand Americans unemployed from these layoffs by this rate if it stays at this rate going into next year You know and like here Amazon cuts 700 jobs in New York City alone to in a quest to streamline they just fired had 12 or 14 thousand and they're still cutting basically every month and What you're gonna have is again. It's not just Amazon. It's not just Walmart. It's not just target. It's freaking everybody UPS, massive layout. 50,000 people. And Trump is going to, whether it's his problem or not, you know, whether he caused it or not, which I don't think he caused it, but he has to start paying attention to this. And he has to start, you know, thinking about Main Street. Gas prices are still high for most people. Grocery prices are still high for most people. The fact that we have 42 million people on Snap is a crisis. Now do I believe that that real number is closer to five or ten? Yes, but we need to go through SNAP immediately. Because I can tell you there's going to be a hell of a lot more people applying for it after this month. You have a hundred thousand minimum people who just got fired that are probably going to be filing for SNAP. Gas is still expensive. Beef is still crazy expensive. And I know Trump can't just fix it overnight. I know people get defensive when I point this stuff out. But what I'm saying is the problems are real and whether or not they're Trump's... Trump's cause or Trump's doing, it doesn't matter because he has to try and fix it. I mean, I just, these are major problems when you have, you know, the Walmart CEO quitting. People can hand-wave that all they want, but I think he knows. I think he's jumping out of a flaming ship that he knows, it's not Walmart's going to close, but they're going to have massive layoffs. I think Walmart's in for very tough times. I think Target's in for very tough times. I think you're going to see a lot of consolidation. People are still more interested in shopping online. They don't want to go to Walmart and have a bunch of thugs who stink like weed, harassing their daughters. It's going to be very interesting. Now obviously the Democrats in the midterms are going to say, well, this is the Trump economy, this is Trump's fault. That's why I'm saying if you are thinking about it, like practically, Trump has to prioritize this. And I hope he does. He's got time. We've got another year to the midterms. But we need to get, we need to start seeing some results. That's just the fact of it. Let me know what you think. Are tough times coming? I think so, but I'm not an economist. So certainly you're welcome to disagree with me in the comments. Well, I would say tough times are already here. They've been here for a while and they're not going anywhere. They just keep making it worse. One thing I thought was interesting though, the numbers that he gave, the way off at the post office, UPS, and FedEx, does that make any sense when supposedly everybody's going to online shopping? I mean, if you're buying stuff online, it has to be shipped. It's got to come through something. Unless you're talking about those layoffs being in the sorting department, that they're using more machines to do that. Delivery, they would like to get rid of their delivery people. In fact, you can see that in some of the bigger cities, where they've got these stupid robot dogs and flying drones running around delivering stuff. But if you've ever watched how they do that, some guy in a van pulls into a parking lot and basically releases the drones, you know, whether it be the flying ones or the ones that walk around on the four little toothpick-like legs that walk around like dogs. They're not... There's still a human element there. It's not as big of a human element as it would have been, but they... What do you do when a drone delivers something to the wrong address? Where you give it a packet, there's no way to correct that, I guess, other than hit return to sender on something and send it back. That happened here a couple of times where we've gotten mail for the wrong address. And I could understand it if it was one street over, because we live on 94th Street and there's two 93rd Streets. here in Wubbock. And there's 93rd Street and I think 93rd Place or 93rd something. I could understand those addresses getting mixed up but the address in our house gets mixed up with is like on 97th Street for some reason. We always get their mail. Weird, weird stuff. That's where the human involved, you know. You can always put right return to sender or wrong address. put it in the mailbox, put the little flag back up, or talk to your postal person, your mail delivery person. What do you do when it's all automated? It sounds like a stupid thing, but guys, look at what's happened with tech support and public service. You call in and they make you go through the mandatory. Did you reset the computer? Did you unplug the blah blah blah? And it's such a routine most of us do without even thinking about it before we even decide to call that number. You know, for tech support when it comes for your internet. Same idea, you're going to be going through all this gobbledygook when it could be simply solved by just having a human operator on the other end. And did you do this? Yes. Did you do that? Yes. I don't understand why some of the AI things can't ask you, well, did you try this? Did you try that? Just simple yes or no answers, especially since AI is supposed to be so smart. But it obviously isn't. Anyway, we are at the top of the hour. The Intelligence Report is coming up next, guys. We do have a drawing tonight. I've got everything ready for that. But, like I said, 15 minutes into the Intelligence Report, I'll still accept donations that come in, and I'll try to get you into the drawing tonight. If you'd like to donate, you can go to libertytrueradio.formg.com, click on the donate button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Remember, if you want to be in the drawing, you want to get something back. After you enter in the amount you want to donate, remember to add into the notation the address you would like us to ship something to if your name is drawn, and we will take care of that. Let's see the intelligence reporters coming up next guy stay tuned we will be back next Friday at this same time here on Liberty Tree radio He took off his three cornered hat and speaking low to me. He said, we fought a revolution. We built a constitution for future generations. This is like the sea we get. In this delay, the freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom is gone. Your courage lost. You're no more than a slave to the free and home of the brave. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and sh- You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm and keep our country deep. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors. So their children and your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Both sons of the Republic arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right. Pray to God, your freedom burning bright. As Iowoki vanished in the midst of whence he came. His words were true, we are free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now his parents trampled each god given right. We only watched him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he thought to keep, what would be your answer? He called out from the grave. Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This is the... hour of the Intelligence Report. Hi Mark Gorky, one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters on and behind the lines of occupied territories East, South, Northwest, and West. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on... www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. We're on satellite because of individuals listening all over the planet, and we've had a chance to talk to them at different times here over the last couple of months, that receive and then rebroadcast in analog and digital satellite. We're in a myriad of other communications technologies inside and outside these United States. It is Friday. Yes, it is. It's been Friday all day. It's been kind of a, eh, it's a great day. We had perfect weather still, although we did have a consistent breeze out of the south. It changed velocity at different times, but clear blue sky except for the big X's and Y's and all kinds of bizarre chemtrail contrails all over the place. It didn't make any sense whatsoever as far as traffic patterns go, but did a fine job of distributing the chemtrails. The only way to describe it, and I ain't got paid attention to aviation for a while, I'm going to look overhead and it's like, well, they were just having fun with big jet airplanes. Anyway, it is the 14th of November. This means this is the end of the second full week of November. Boy, that didn't take long. It is the 17th year of open, obvious, and in your face, Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K-2025 old earth calendar. Damn it, Jim. I'm a doctor. Not a brick mason. And, 2025 Battle for the Republic Book 2, the Winter War. We've already had some snow. A little bit of it's still around in some weird places, which is really strange. Pretty much two days ago, as soon as the sun popped back out, everything melted. Everything and the winds helped to dry everything up. This also means that wherever that moisture went, somebody else got rained on. And snowed on, maybe. We can then consider that this winter weather is going to continue. Having butchered some deer over the last day or two here, one of the things that is interesting is we get a lot of fat, layers of fat. All the layers are covered, are stocked, which tells us that we've got some cold, real cold coming. So pay attention there. You can read the animals. They naturally take up the, let's just say, the calorie counter when they know something's coming. It's part of their physiology. So if you read that, you've got a pretty good chance of not getting caught flat-footed when the Michigan weather or northern American winter weather rolls in. So, be prepared. Now, we're at the close of the workweek, in the beginning of the workweekend. Want to say hi to Camp Emmerich, Camp Emerson, New Camp Stasa, Camp Wayland North, the Ogama Ranges, Daggai, Hitcham, Fox, Wolf, the Rustic, there's only one that's just called the Rustic now, Camp Betcher, and Fort Benning, Michigan. And these facilities, all militia sites are active. Emmerich and Emerson are overloaded. We can handle. It's just typical for this time of year. We're into the transition. But unless you are understanding you will be in the back rustic camping areas, which most of our people are anyway, then you're probably not going to be able to find space also. Another reminder for anybody participating in the militia facilities, we have militia MPs. They're not there to bust heads or crack anybody down, but what they are doing is traffic control. And to maintain overhead operational security, we have to maintain control of the road traffic so we do not score or alter the terrain and area. If you have to leave during the weekend, always remind the MPs that you have a schedule for either Saturday or Sunday. And what they will do is put you in the forward parking areas, which are typically developed anyway. So it's not a problem. We accommodate everybody. But you need to inform people and let someone know if you're going to be un-assing the AO during the training weekend. Otherwise, you're going to be locked down in a position. As you understand and as we've traditionally done for quite some time to keep all of the traffic and damage to the terrain to an absolute minimum. Again, overhead operational security. So next, I want to say hi to our friends who came up from the Louisville area. We've got a militia, a Kentucky militia unit up from Louisville. along with some friends apparently, I think I said Kansas, but I believe they're actually, it's a couple of squads from Nebraska that trucked in. They're going to be making also some special training during the week. So I want to say hi to everybody. Our micro AM and FM stations that operate at each of the facilities run through the weekend. It's a work weekend and of course everybody can play DJ which I recommend if you're listening at the facilities, volunteer for. It's a lot of fun. We need more people cross trained with radio operations and this is a good way for you to get some practice in and you know way in advance of anything else that might develop. So and it's a lot of fun. Seriously everybody's always wanted to be the DJ at least when I was growing up. It would be a cool job. And it's not really a job, it's just a couple hours of duty over the weekend. And you can volunteer for more than one window of activity, so it's not a problem. And you can work for only one hour if you choose to. There's more than enough people that are on the list. And a lot of people who actually get together in the radio shacks that we've set up, the radio stations, which run the micro-AM, a micro-FM, CB-based monitoring, two-meter monitoring, also marine and a whole lot more so again I helped to build most of the DJ stations most of the radio broadcast stations there at least the library that's to the left of your board that's me just a heads up now a couple other things I've looked into this protest that's supposed to be taking place on the 18th I don't think Dearborn is burning down did I miss something Yeah, I really have a problem, and I want to remind everybody of this, it's not that we shouldn't be a little more monolithic in our population, but I think of a whole lot of really bad places that if you're a Republican and you want to go show people that you want to fix things, Dearborn, Michigan isn't the place to go. Dearborn is not burning down. Dearborn isn't falling apart. There is a mixed population there, there is a Muslim population there, but you can go to Flint, Michigan, it's got lots of problems. You can go to Pontiac, Michigan, it's got lots of problems. Hey, go up to Midland, or for that matter, Bay City or Saginaw. They got a lot of problems, just like Detroit. In fact, if you're running for governor, The places you want to focus on are the places that all of these Israelis hockey-pucked up by stealing every dollar they could out of Michigan. It's the Jewish mob that's hurt Michigan, not the Muslims. You want to go after the real problem? Go after the Jewish mafia. You ever been to Pontiac? You ever been to Flint? You know what Flint used to be like? When you go up the 75 corridor there and you look off to the right and you see all those flat, open pieces of cement, Those were GM factories that because of Obama and a bunch of other dweeds like George Herbert Walker Bush with Nat Tingat and Bill Clinton, the other commie, that's why those big flat pieces of concrete are there because the American industry was moved out because everybody went along with Nat Tingat. So we really need to be talking about that rather than the very small tiny tiny minority of Muslims that are in Dearborn, Michigan, which if you believe that they're a threat, Anything and everything that's been happening in the last, especially this proposed, it rose up and then it disappeared. There was a plan for an attack. Really? Well, keep a surprise to that. Well, they aren't. Why? Guys, the federal agents here and the federal agency here in Michigan, we've proven for 40 years and more lie. But the feds lie everywhere. Look at what they did with the people on January 6th. Look at what those sorry pigs in those alphabet soup agencies did on January 6th. Those worthless pieces of excrement. What? And somehow now all of a sudden you're bleeding them? Have you got some kind of mental disorder? I mean, I'm sorry. These characters, they have been, one thing is consistent about the alphabet soup agencies. They lie. And it's obvious that since our presidency is run by Israel, the Senate and the House is run by AIPAC Israel. I would say that they need a whole lot coming out of their mouths. I got a whole lot of confidence in. There's only a handful of people and they're hated by AIPAC which means they're the people who should be running for president next time around. Massey for president, 2028. Why? Because they hate him. This is cool. It doesn't make anyone swear or not he's a great guy. In fact, just to reverse, my attitude is put a stick in the spokes of the enemy's bike. Can we get a caller? Callers, you've been there, please. Yeah, I'm glad you brought up APAC. Apparently APAC is hiding their pro-Israel donations by encouraging donors to donate funds through an intermediary called Democracy Engine. The site appears to be using Democracy Engine LLC as the vendor meaning they may be able to skirt FEC requirements to earmark the donations. But what's also clear is that donors are able to seek this link from APEC driving donations without any transparency of that happening. It makes sense, just like USAID, what we've had for how many decades now, is an entire extended infrastructure doing one thing, milking the money out of the US or figuring out how to pilfer everybody else's resources and slide them through a series of shield companies or operations, in this case an LLC, Limited Liability Corporation, and utilizing it as a shield for them to run the money out of the country without any accountability. no taxation, etc., etc., etc. Not a surprise because we have seen how many different constructs that have been put together with this very purpose. And this is a nonstop parade. Once everybody starts to look, the one thing they don't want is for everybody to continue to look and lift rocks. So it's not a surprise. It's just one of those situations where If you caught one cockroach in the middle of the bathroom, you think you killed all the cockroaches? You all know there's a lot more out there. Anything else? Jump in there, please. No. Very good. Thank you. We're almost to the bottom, but not quite, guys. We have a drawing coming up this hour, and in about 40 minutes. Not even that. Let's see what? No, Ab. They put us to the top of the hour. We're going to do it about 10 till, so we have plenty of time. We're not going to rush it to the last minute. But again, if you donated, thank you. Just because you're not in this drawing doesn't mean you can't be in the next drawing. So if you would like to donate, here's what you do. Go to www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. Go to the Donate key. Donate whatever dollar amount you want. For every dollar you donate, your name goes in the hat. Which is cool. It's a big hat actually a barrel big hat can be a number of different things We can use and put everything in it's a matter of how creative ed wants to be at the other end but once you donate don't leave the page until you go over to the or slide down to forgive me the notification slash notice and We need to have you leave a name address and zip code make sure the zip code is especially right And once you do that, you're done. And then you're in the drawing. We'll put your name in the hat however many times you donated however many dollars, and you're set. And then after that, we just have to wait for what's coming up in about 30 minutes. And we will, of course, announce the people who received gifts for participating in the game. And again, it's for fun. We just are having some fun and you should do that more often. Remember we'll sing as we slay. We're going to have fun while we fight. Go ahead, call our camp in there. Yeah, it's almost the bottom of the hour. Maybe we can, tomorrow's opening firearms season in Michigan, and we can play some Ted Nugent, Fred Bear, or Great White Buffalo or something. I know it's... Oh, I got a better one for you. I got a better one for you. Okay. Mr. Layers, The Hunting Song. How's that song? We can start about now. We'll do a few pieces, but that's one we can do right now. The Hunting Song. And it's unique. Actually, if you remember Dr. Dometo, I'm giving you a big hint here, you'll remember this particular piece of music. But you may be new to it, and if so, it'll be one of those songs you want to put into your inventory. The Hunting Song. And Mr. Lehrer, of course, did a lot of unique music back in the 50s and 60s and into the early 70s. I don't know if he passed away. He probably has. But quite a few pieces that he generated have lived on. throughout the decades. So long, Mom, I'm off to drop the bomb. John, I'd like to tell you about a peculiar American custom of deer hunting. I think you have a similar thing over here, but you don't go about it the same way. See, what happens, by the time I get back, it will be the deer hunting season, which I'm looking forward to. What happens is men put on bright red hats, and they go out in the woods, and they shoot at each other. And there's no penalty for this, and it's a lot of fun. Once in a while someone even shoots a deer. I tied them to my fender, and I drove them home somehow, two game wardens, seven hunters, and a cow. The law was very firm, it took away my perm, it's the worst punishment I ever endured. It turned out there was a reason cows were out of season and one of the hunters wasn't insured. He'd ask me how I'd do it and I'd say there's nothing to it. You just stand there looking cute and when something moves, you shoot. And stuffed heads in my trophy room right now. Two game wardens, seven hunters. Oh wow, that was bad. Hopefully I'm still here. Hey, there we go. That's a hunting song. One of my favorites actually. I had better check to see. Ed, give me a confirmation. Am I still alive and in contact with the... There we go. Okay. Yeah. I just want to make sure. Okay. Very good. That sound was unique. And for everybody out there, yes, tomorrow is the opening of rifle season. No, wabbit season. Duck season. Wabbit season. No, deer season. Oh, God. Run. You know what's interesting, it's rifle season. Now below a certain point, we can't use rifles in Michigan. We have to use shotgun, but it's gun season. And above, it's the Lansing line, I think it's a little above Lansing, not much. But high powered rifle is used in Michigan, but it's in the upper part of the state, the upper, whatever the subdivision is. I haven't even looked at what the line is anymore. But here's something I want to point out. You know, it's a good thing you did bring this up. You know, we've talked about Charlie Kirk and how, you know, the 200 yard shot with the supposed, hold on, with the supposed .30-06, okay? I'm going to point out that here in Michigan, we actually developed the first of the SABO rounds that took the 12-gauge shotgun out to 200, 250 yards. You do realize that you with a scoped Remington With a BRI discarding Sabo or a Remington, which is a copy of the BRI discarding Sabo, easily would reach 250 yards accurately. We're talking just a stinking shotgun. You know, a simple shotgun. With a discarding Sabo hourglass projectile that weighs 500 grains. So you're talking rifle rifle performance out of a conventional shotgun. Okay, we got a caller. Who do we have? Paul, you say the deer season in Michigan was shotgun only? What did I do? No, that's not what I said. In the lower part of Michigan. We in the lower part of the upper. Okay, hold on. The way they do this is there is a demarcation line for Michigan about Lansing, a little above Lansing. From there, across the state, below that line, we can only use shotgun. Above that line, we can use a high-powered rifle or shotgun. You can use shotgun if you want to. My point is, it used to be, it'd be like, man, I gotta go to a high-powered rifle. But I will remind everybody that with the present performance levels of the modern discarding Sabo 12-gauge slugs, you're reaching the same range as the typical rifle shot would achieve. in Michigan terrain. Now there's some spots where you can get greater than a couple hundred yards, you know, distance. But most of your rolling terrain in woods here in Michigan and where you're typically hunting for Bambi, 200 yard shots aren't really all that common. So you're well within the performance range with any of the 12 gauge guns if you adopt the proper ammunition. And it's already been out there for 40 years. Mark, in fact, go ahead, we got to call her. Yeah, remember though, they did adopt the new, the 350 Legend and the 450 Bushmaster. It's a straight, I don't know what you call it, a straight case. There's no purge. Straight case, yeah. Yeah, and that Legend and that 350 and the 450, those are pretty big calibers. They shoot pretty good. People really like those. In the shotgun zone, they're pretty neat. So a lot of Amish are using those. Hey, Marsh. Marsh Mask. Right. Well, any of the straight cases are comparable to, although they're modern powder, they're comparable to the concept of the 45-70 or the 38-60. or many of the other rounds that were made before 1900 that were very common. And it's like I said, making a straight case for any of these, not just for bolt guns, but it can be, the rounds we're mentioning are adapted already to the AR-15 or the AR-10, which actually everyone that owns one of those weapons should have at least one, if not both of those chamberings, because we can build straight cases easily. Not only that, we can make straight case cartridges out of anything, aluminum, steel, copper, brass, whatever you'd have. So just a heads up, a neck case is a lot more work. But if you were looking at the road warrior scenario, in other words, bad situation, being able to build cases from scratch, those straight case chamberings are a good choice. Bullets can be made from lead. The cases can be made from whatever metal is available at the time. Quite easily. Go ahead, I heard another voice chimping their collar. It's me, Tom. Hey, since you're taking a request, how about the 30-point buck? The 30-point buck? Yes. Is that the name of the song? Okay, well, you're going to have to see if... Do you know where it's... Is it on YouTube? Last time I knew it was. Okay, well, okay, Ed, we're going to do another guns season extraordinaire. The 30-point buck, that's the song. So let's pull that out and then we'll probably do a new jet piece because we had a request earlier. We're going to do a few. We got a few. Also, Mark, I don't know if you heard this, but House passes bills to curb DNR warrantless properties. The 30-point buck? Was that it? I'm sorry, I'm going to interrupt here. My hands are a little sticky. You keep making me happy to clean my hands off. I didn't get a chance to eat dinner. And I'm trying to eat it now. It usually brought me some very good barbecue chicken wings. So my fingers off. It would make me do something. That's 30 point buck. Is it duh? Like is an Yup'er type duh? Or is it duh? It's the... The 30 point box. Okay, very good. I think in all the fun we're talking about there, yeah. Uh-huh. Another good movie to watch this time of year, guys. If you're from Michigan, you can probably find it. It's the Jeff Daniels thing. It's from Purple Roast, Escanaba and the Moonlight. A lot of Michigan humor. If you're not from Michigan, you're not going to get a lot of the jokes. Yeah, and there aren't very many movies made about Michigan. Very good. Okay, no, it's working on it. So we have that request in play. Also, I don't know if you heard this, but House passes bills that require V&R warrantless property searches, bills inspired by Capcom storing my secure private property rights. The Michigan House this week passed bills that aim to require the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to get a warrant before entering private property. State Representative Tom Coons, Wireclaire, co-sponsored House Bills 4073 and 4421 that aim the forest officers from the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy to get it warrant before conducting inspections or investigations of private land. Each bill passed by a vote of 6337. Law enforcement agencies statewide typically must have a warrant or a federal cause to enter private property. But searches by the National Resources Agency falls into a constitutional loophole known as the open field doctrine. The department says this let the agents access private property without permission or a warrant. The dean and I did not respond to a request or comment. State Representative David Preston R. Cedar River welcomed the vote. Preston's bill would require the DNR to obtain a search warrant before accessing private property ending a decade-old practice of the DNR entering first and asking questions later. Preston enlisted incidents where community members contacted him after the DNR trespass passed on to their property because of gunshots, alleged animal baiting and other reasons. Constituents have reported conservation officers wearing plain clothes repeatedly entering the property without notifying the property owner and repeatedly cutting locks to enter the property without giving notice and never compensating the property owner for damages. An April Coon told Michigan's Capital Con Foundation that an E-WORD-sponsored bill required the DNR and EGLE to follow the Fourth Amendment based on Capcom's story about two men who are facing up to $25,000 in daily fines on the Michigan wetlands laws. The state employees alleged trespass on their land. This bill simply requires the department to put it on paper, knock on the door of the air warrant. Preston said the DNR will still be able to protect our public resources without infringing on the rights of the public. They should observe the same best practices as every other law enforcement agency in our state. The plan passed the House with bipartisan support. The DNR insists that the DNR that they only enter the probable cause but that is just a flat out lie pressed instead in a press release. They never bothered to explain anyone but the probable cause was because in most instances it came from a nominal 1,800 tip line that serves as a convenient method for conservation officers, weaponized neighbors, and land disputes. The experience is made My consists you and share with also have common themes like the DNR hopping your fence, cutting your lot, placing surveillance cameras and walking 60 to 80 acres on your land despite no trespassing signs with no warrant, no permission and most often without even knowing that they were there. And then it's like it goes on. But basically the bill numbers again are how still 4073 and house built 4421 very good. Well, we'll see how it develops. Here we go. Time like that made me think about moving up north, you know. Right, yeah. Yeah, I'd do it too. Of course then I couldn't watch the Packers, you know. The Packers are... Of course I'd like the Packers. I'd do anything for the Packers. Who can forget Vince Lombardi, you know? Back in the glory years. Not me, boy. Girl, anyhow, it's getting to be that time of year. Eh? Eh, yeah, yeah. I'm a deer hunter, how do you do? I got this deer hunting, rapping tail for you. I'm so excited, this is my favorite time of year. I love to feed my buns, chasing trophy deer. But don't clap your hands, pull the stomp and all the feet, cause Yahy's like me. He can keep a steady beep, no? I got this great big knife cause the haunting is my life. It's my chance to drink beer and get away from the wife. It's a boys night out acting stupidly. Say no, baby. David, don't you think maybe how about you and me, yeah? 30 point buck. 30 point buck. 30 point buck. 30 point buck. Wait a thousand pound with every step there was a chef to shake another ground He was so rutiful so beautiful Stroughted right out of my dreams. He was created by God just for outdoor magazines Now I'm not much for thinking. No, I don't do it often, but I had an idea Yeah to put that dirty pointer right in your coffin I couldn't get to my grenades. Yeah, right. The howitzer was in the shop. My stomach was tied into a monkey knot. Yeah, my only hope was Betty Lou. She was the one. A combination AK-57 Uzi-Reda laser triple-barreled double-spooped heat-seeking shotgun. The women clapping in the back there, I got a late test. He was coming for me, getting bigger and bigger But my fingers were so frozen I couldn't pull the trigger I kicked off my boots, fired with my big gun I was dirty, harriff, John Wayne, and Giajo, Giajo The odd-and-thirty-point buck was only ten feet away. Still, I couldn't seem to hit him, and he wouldn't run away. And after twenty minutes when the smoke peered, there were hunters on the ground in the world's biggest. Deer standing tall and proud, he looked at me and yawned, and then a flash of white. And Jerry was gone. And the one fell down, a big lump of blaze horn, shaking on the ground. At first I thought he was one of the boys, but it was a no-brother, good-and-love, main familiar noise. Then the back of the next plane, you know. Did you see the 30-pointer? Did you see the 30-pointer? Did you see the 30-pointer? Did you see the 30-pointer? As we jumped into the truck, and I'm gonna get that 30-point buck. I'm gonna get that 30-point buck. I'm gonna get that 30 point buck. I'm gonna get that 30 point buck. The last thing I do, I'm gonna get that 30 point, 30 point buck. Mmm. Oh, oh, oh. 30 point buck? I knew that was going to be the ooper thing. Once you said da, instead of the, you knew what was coming. Okay. So there, we covered deer season. Oh, wow. We're gonna get a rifle season tomorrow morning, guys. pre-dawn, people will be out there trekking to their posts and, you know, climbing the tree and hanging by one leg because they kind of miscalculated. I've seen it all. Okay, good. Call her. Jump in there. It's just for educational purposes only. It won't, the question won't take long. Like you use a 12-gauge shotgun to shoot a deer, let's say, wearing an area that don't allow rifles, okay, but you're still shooting a shotgun. However, an adapter going into it, like a 4570 or a 3030, and shoot to deer with that, would that be legal? Well, as is pointed out, I don't know. Now, first of all, you wouldn't even have to worry about that. With the insert, I know what you're talking about. They're out there. You might be able to shoot it with the 45-70s simply because it may be one of the allowed calibers as a straight case and especially as an antique case, an antique chambering. 45-70s been around since the trapdoor Springfield and that's post-Civil War. Most of the first 45-70s were, well, 50-70 first and they were 45-70. were converted Springfield three-band rifles where they actually braised a chamber onto the back end and made them trap doors. And those were all black powder. Now, of course, most of the 45s and 70s everybody's using now are the smokeless powder equivalent. They work. There's nothing wrong with them. But I don't know. That's one of the things I'd have to look to see what their schedule is for what's allowed south in the southern line here in Michigan. There have been changes. I haven't really kept up on it. If I were hunting down here, I'd probably use a 20-gauge Ithaca or I'd be using a 12-gauge Remington. for deer season down here. And in some cases, even a single shot. I don't think I ever, I do not have a problem reaching with the round. But, uh... What do you mean from the scope point? Well, they do. Actually, the, as I pointed out, remember, Michigan is where the concept was developed. The discarding SABO shotgun rounds were developed here. There were European ones in France, Fiocchi, or Fiocchi. produced a parallel project that was basically a scaled down anti-tank round that they made into a shotgun shell. They scaled it down. It's fin stabilized the whole nine yards. I don't know if they still come into the country or not, but they were a very accurate, very efficient shotgun slug. that was put out there and again it was discarding sable sable the discarding sable concept is tank anti-tank or you know anti-tank Ordnance the idea was lighter well heavy projectile but with smaller diameter projectile with a casement around it that separates when it leaves the end of the tube well they just scaled it down the shotgun and They totally changed the performance of shotgun in the process so again I highly recommend. Remington still makes their purchase pattern, Sabo, but where they got it from was right here in Michigan down the road from where I'm sitting. The inventors of that were a couple of kids who came out of high school into college. Actually, they just graduated high school and they developed that round at Timberland Game Farm. which was the old Mafia shoot game farm that was in places on Territorial Road. As a matter of fact, the person somebody mentioned earlier, Ted Nugent, bought that facility. So it's not owned by the Mafia anymore. I mean owned by people who are Italian. Yeah, you know, the Mafia. But the insert cartridge systems like that, since that's the straight case 4570, it's possible. I don't know that anybody could figure out that you wouldn't be using a shotgun unless you told someone to be quite honest. So that would be again, Michigan DNR like the DNR in every state. They're worst people to deal with. So you better... ...putting a shotgun shell in there. I think putting that into a shotgun as well, you're not going to have the same barrel compression that you would with a shooting it down a rifled barrel. So your accuracy and your volume around it's going to come down. It's going to be more like a musket. That's the thing. It is a musket. Well, it's a mildly rifle. How long does the insert? 18 inches. Hold on. Well, that's a carving length. So yeah, you should be good. provided it's again properly built. My point is that again it's not needed if you understand that the 12 gauge, you know, personally I would use the 12 gauge here, you're asking for educational purposes, could you do that? Probably. See Michigan's laws are kind of mish-mish with the way they were put together and as our caller said earlier, several straight cases have actually been authorized. I didn't know that the Bushmaster was but it makes sense. There are a number of light rifle rounds that are allowed also and they're also specialized rounds for certain shooters because of any that you're specifically talking about Michigan Where you're at this may not apply to you Right exactly where Michigan is a communist state number one understand the DNR was its purposes to harass and steal steal money They're not there for protecting anything. They're not protecting the wildlife. That's all a lie. They're purely a money-grubbing operation that is self-serving. That's all there is to it. If you're interested in asking questions like that, I would recommend getting a hold of one of the hunting clubs or your local GOA office or somebody who knows the laws in your area to ask specifically because it's going to vary from state to state. It's not going to be the same across the board. Right. There's no consistency. Anyway, I'll tell you what. We are pretty close. Yeah, I'm ready to do this. We're going to do this. I'm up to it. Okay, so first of all, Ed had to switch out from the chicken wings to putting on his loincloth and his oiled body. He has a large wooden barrel there with a crank handle, so it kind of looks like the old, remember the guy in the rank movies used to hold the gong paddle and he would bong hit the gong and he would call it muscular? Well picture Ed that way, but he's got a big drum and he's got its wooden and it creaks. He's going to crank it and then what he's going to do is stop after he's jumbled up all of the little chips. Now he's reaching into, he's put the lid up. And Ed, reach in and give me the first name of the first person who is going to win something today. John Velenas. John Velenas. All right. John, number F, the alpha. And now, again, reaching back in, brushing some cobwebs aside, and the spider that made them. Reach in and grab us a chip number two. Sandy Kielpinski. I think I said it. Oh, excellent. Very good. Andy Kielpinski. Yes, if you don't know guys, that's Polish. It should not surprise you. Mrs. Kielpinski. Okay. Now Ed's got to brush the rat away, put the nest in there. Oh, he's out. Okay, he's out of the barrel. He's running down the hallway. There we go. At least you won't get bit this time. Now reach into the barrel and pull out. Daniel Griffin. Griffith. Alright, and now back into the bucket, into the big barrel. Number four is... Number four is Bill Rogers. Or Bill Roger. Bill. Bill Roger or Rogers? Roger. Okay, very good. Very good. It's one you gave me. You said there was no S on the end. Right. Right. Very good. And last but not least, we've got ABCD. Now echo slash number five. Swap that spider. Oh no, don't kill him. He's killing the other small insect that otherwise wouldn't test. Got that, Dad? Robert Penn. Robert Penn. Very good. Excellent. So again, the winners are John Valanas, Sandy Kopinski, Daniel Griffith, Bill Roger, and Robert Penn. So if you heard your name, expect a package. We'll be shipping them out tomorrow. We only have one of the last batches. Packages got messed up. I didn't realize the tape. I was on the end of a tape roll, and I didn't like what it did, so we cut it back open, re-taped everything. And there's one package going out from the last one. Actually, it went out today. Forgive me. Nancy took care of that. So these packages may be able to go out tomorrow. We'll get them in the mail as quick as we can. Congratulations to everybody and thank you to everybody for pitching in and for donating. What we're doing here is we have a drawing every year at the end of the year, a series of them, to promote participation and donating. Of course, people donate without being in the drawings. But the purpose is to pay forward into next year's bills. And what we do is, again, we have a number of different bills that if we pay in advance, we're good for 12 months. It costs in half as much as if we were to pay monthly, so we're not having to ask for support constantly. And wow, if we had $100 million like Rumble just got from one of the Jewish operations to buy them out, Well, I'm sorry, to advertise with them, did I say by the amount? Well, $100 million for advertising on Rumble. $100 million. Do you think that they actually are advertising, or do you think that foundations are being changed? I would say that foundations are being changed, but that's okay. We could... $100 million. Well, with digits and devaluation, it shouldn't be a surprise. After all, think about all the money that's been stolen from America that has to be re-laundered back into the system somehow. That's what's amazing. I mean, look at the fingernail scratching just with USAID that you saw. Imagine what they didn't tell you about. Imagine what they don't tell you about that the Israelis steal from you right now, every day, non-stop, 365 days a year from so many different angles. My God. That's why we're $38, almost $39 trillion in brackets. Debt, yuck, yuck, yuck. We don't owe anybody anything. If we were to kill the bastards that were stealing all this stuff that were in the system, just hunt them out and hang them. You know what happened? The actual debt would disappear. It wouldn't have to do much of anything. Just get rid of a handful of creatures that are our problem and the problems mostly would be solved. Isn't that special? Yeah, we know it is. So we are now, we're only about six minutes to the top of the hour and we'll be finished for the weekend. A reminder, those winter boots, since I had Hold on. I've got an alternate side here. Hold on. OK. Yes, there are some other boots over there at Center Fire Systems. Somebody just mentioned, hey, Mark, remember these. One of our listeners actually bought a pair of the mucklux. There's mucklux that are available. I think they're French German or Italo German. They are white. They come with the inserts, and they come with the soles, the internal sole, the internal pad. So these are complete, and I think they're $22 a set, which is a really good price. So if you're looking for an alternate to say that other boot we were talking about, which by the way, I still recommend those, then go to Centerfire Systems, do a search for boots, and look at what comes up. You'll see what I'm talking about. Now the other boot is a Mil-Tec black boot. One of our callers called in, he picked up some. He picked up a pair. Now he knows what the sizing is. And they have size 6, size 7 and size 8. That's what they designate them as. MilTech is a rental revolution company out of Germany. They do a lot of reproduction and or new products that they sell not just to you and me but to militaries. They are a military supplier, a rental revolution company as we traditionally used to call them in the business. These are a decent boot. I've already seen them. I passed them on to some of our other friends to try out, just like our caller was talking about. They're size 8. They won't fit me, but they are size 6, size 7, and size 8. If you have a whole bunch of people that are needing cold weather or boots, more boots, for $10 a pair you can't beat them. These have a thinsulate liner. They have a fluffy bunny upper fur liner on the inside to cuff the boot so that it keeps the air from getting in. They're black. The best way to do this, if you have a whole bunch of people and you're trying to outfit, is to buy one of each pair, six, seven, and eight, and get a sizing guesstimation out of those. Go ahead, call her. Jump in there. Yeah, yeah, this is Coach East Mike again from Arizona. Like I said, they're really like a 8, 9, 10 as far as the sizing goes, really. I know they say 6, 7, 8, but yeah, like I said, I ordered an 8 and they're, I'm normally a size 9, I ordered an 8 thinking, oh, maybe I can squeeze into it and it was actually too big, like my foot was falling out of it as tight as I could make it. I ordered a 7 and the 7 fits me good and I'm normally a 9. So, like I said, I would really call that 6, 7, 8, that the sizing's really more like a More like an 8, 9, 10 in reality. Out. Excellent. Thank you. Well, again, so for a lot of you people that are looking for our mid-sized trooper boots, because that's about mid-average size then. As far as the split, the range of sizes available, there are no half sizes. They're all full sizes. Then go over to CenterFireSystems.com. CenterFireSystems.com. When you get there, go to the... search section just pipe in boots and then all the different boots they offer that they still have in stock will be there. There might be a couple other solutions there. There's a few good prices there this last couple of weeks. Well, actually for the last month. And for $10 a pair if you have family, if you got kids, or if you got a wife or you know anybody else in the unit that is short boots, we got a couple people who had one pair of boots. I heard about this one last weekend. And it's like, okay, there's absolutely no excuse for that. Don't forget, if you need more boots, go over to also Bocash, V-O-T-A-C-H, and check out their clearance. They have a bunch of different boots for $25 a pair. They're all brand new in the box. And some of them even have ankle holsters, guys. Yeah, ankle holsters. Okay, we're at the top and we're closing out for the weekend, but we aren't done because you guys will be seeing us traveling and gathering to the different facilities over the weekend. God bless our republic. We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen the empires on the front Stay focused people remember the bad guys through motion Canada Now, do a little research. See if my argument is correct. I think you'll understand what I've been trying to express over the last couple of days. I think the... For whom the bell falls. Maybe Canada just before us. We'll see what happens. After all, Donald Trump can bring 600,000 screaming naked Chinese students to America. Because we're all so stupid, we shouldn't be in those colleges. Those foreign troops should be in those colleges. I mean students. Yeah, not for troops, but they'll all be military aid. Oh my. Okay, I'm out of here and taking over. God bless you. See you on Monday. Bye bye. from the valley
