Deep underground in a faraway place, the machines are running all night. Where the weavers and cutters test each stitch to see if they're woven in tight. Each strand and each thread is tested in true. All the knots are woven by hand. And on each rope there will be a name of one who has betrayed his land. Our leaders have forgotten the oath that they took when they swore to protect and preserve. Our freedom and rights and religion too, in whatever church we serve. They lined all their pockets and deceived the people. And most went along with the flow. But tempers are short and the memories are long. Each name the people will know. When each rope is finished, it's tested for strength and packed in a bag with a hood. And upon the bag is the name of a traitor. who did his country no good. Someday we will hear that Nuremberg plea when the hour is drawing near. I was only doing what I was told, another lie, my fear. And for those of you who don't believe, be around when the party begins. What next will be stretched and cries will be heard and the traitors will sway in the wind. The other night then, a figure walking through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate and your Christian values can't be taught According to the state you read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame number traded in your name you've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm and keep our country deep in debt put men of God in jail harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn and your daughters visit doctors so their children Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children that in fear you'd be a slave? Both sons of the Republic arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torture freedom burning bright. As Iowoki vanished in the midst of whence he came, his words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now his parents trampled each God-given right. We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the first hour of the Intelligence Report. I'm R. Kornke. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories. Northeast, East, Southeast, and South. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on... www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com LibertyTreeRadio.org and we're on satellite I want to say hi to all of our merchant marine operators out there and many others virtually on everybody water of the planet keep it up we appreciate it and of course and log in digital rebroadcast We are in a myriad of other communications technologies inside and outside these United States and it is Wednesday. No way. Yes way. It is Wednesday already. It has been Wednesday all day. The classic Michigan fall, I think I want to rain on you but I'm not going to. I'm going to look real ominous and dominating and gray and all of a sudden just kind of, yeah. It is the 5th of November. It is weapons Wednesday. It is the 17th year of Open Obvious and In Your Face Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K 2025. Old Earth Calendar. 2025 Battle for the Republic. Book 1. the dance of swords and pay attention to mailboxes. There's stuff on the way. Plus I do have another large training manual package. It just went out this afternoon. It's going by driver. They're dropping off a bunch of other equipment in an area. So they're going to be delivering as a sidebar. So pay attention because someone's going to be a call in. That's for the Fourteenth Wolverine, Fourteenth Brigade Wolverine, Michigan Militia. And I don't, I can't recall the number of items. Everything was packed as requested, I know that. Nancy did part of it and I did the rest. So everything was boxed up and handed off and tag-themed. So we're like a relay in the race, it's kind of cool. Anyway, there's Weapons Wednesday. And there have been all kinds of other interesting things going on around the country. confirming beyond a shadow of a doubt that you need to buy more ammo. It's just that simple, right? That's all you need to think about right now. It's like, wow, you're right. That's really bad. Oh my God, will New York survive? What do you mean, New York survive what? There's a communist in charge. There have always been communists in, when have there not been communists in charge of New York City? Why do you think we call it Jew York? Come on. It has been under communist control for 60 years. How did it get to be the shipwreck? The Commies just now came into power. The communists who were already there, the tribe of Jewish communists, were stole and fancy book muted and slid sideways and failed to do what needed to be done and were as gushingly woke leftist liberal turds slash communist as possible but oh my god this guy's not with the tribe he's a Muslim oh he's a Muslim communist well I don't think it'll be any worse than a Jewish communist what's the difference oh he's Muslim yeah well you're Jewish what's your point yeah whatever okay bottom line is the commies the Jewish commies have been doing this now here's the problem What we've got is South Flight, just like I was talking about, I've been talking about for years, but you know what's happening with New York? Here's the thing. The big Jewish money is moving down to the warm country. There's still plenty of small and intermediate and some big Jewish money in New York. But the Grafton corruption crew has slid as much money into their back pockets, the shekels, you know, went to either Israel or they went down south to Miami, to Orlando, and that's how much Orlando, Miami is the big pod, it's the big Jewish pod. And again, because of that, the typical situation where the state capital is occupied by the Jewish mob in your state, You always have an enclave there and then after that there's the select areas that they drive all the rest of the goy out as far as any kind of money goes and their feces stinks and you know, doesn't stink and yours does. All of their feces does stink actually. So what's happened here is everybody Figured well, I mean personally, what do you think happened? Well, can't ride the subway's because we're getting killed on them anyway And everything is you know a toilet for as far as you can see and that was all done by the Jewish Communists So what difference would a Muslim communist make? What difference does a Muslim communist make in Communist run, New York except that the Jews are going oh a Jew who's in charge or at the very least one who's openly controlled by them. Now I would say just because he's a Muslim doesn't mean APAC hasn't put a finger on him already too. You know what I mean? They may lament and ash of teeth, but that kind of scam for the Jewish mob is played everywhere. It's played in radio, it's played in communications, they play it in the internet where they have the fake left and the fake right. Both are run by the, you know, the pinnacle of the puppet's arses. And they moved the mouths back and forth. Great confusion and lots of conflict and lots of senseless motion with no real and positive result. Except that it's always sliding downhill to a bigger shipwreck. Okay, well I should say sliding beneath the waves to a bigger ship, you know, shipwreck. So the only thing they've confirmed is, wow, we got communists. We're gonna have to put a bullet in. Jewish communists, Muslim communists, and atheist communists, because most of them are supposed to be atheist communists. not Jewish communists or Muslim communists. They're communists. What's the difference between one over the other? Well, sir, they're both communists. That's right. So they both deserve a bullet. We've got to call her. Who do we have? Paul, I want to say that guy in New York that became there, he is Israeli is what he is, I heard, over. Just like he is not. Like I said, play acting. Number one, the people who are really in charge in stealing every penny from the US taxpayer through the money that's gushed into New York are still going to be stealing the money tomorrow, just like they did yesterday and many days before, and presently do. And there's a bright future for them. In fact, one of the interesting things is if they lament that he's going to run the place into the ground. The only thing that that means is that All of the shysters, all the ring knockers, all the small hat wearers have already done the math and figured out how many ways to slide an even bastard amount of money out the back door. And of course, they will point the finger at him because, well, either A, he's in on it, or B, he doesn't have a clue how things work and at the time it takes her to figure out, ah, it's too late. His quote-unquote administration will be blamed for all the money that disappeared that went to Israel after the Jews pointed it that way or down to Miami or Atlanta for that matter. Wherever it is down south that the latest kosher enclave is building up. So there isn't a disaster there so much as just a confirmation. Well, it looks like they keep hiring communists. Maybe if they didn't hire a communist, they'd have at least a little less grafting corruption, not much, but a little less. Because if it was a republirat, it'd still be a republirat Jewish mafia-backed, A-pack person anyway. And you would have the exact same problems with, well, probably, you know, many fold those same problems in a very short, short period of time anyway. So... The big thing is buy more ammo. There's no doubt, there is no doubt that you need to buy more ammo. And if you do that, you'll feel good. It makes you feel good. Trust me on this one. You go to the gun store, go order online, whatever you're gonna do, and when the ammo shows up, you go, yeah, that looks good. Ah, yeah, steel case, yeah, copper jacket, yeah, yep, enamel primer, yeah, oh, that's what I was looking for. makes me feel so warm and fuzzy and Everybody should feel warm and fuzzy right now. So buy more ammo. It's weapons Wednesday now the other heart the Harvard bombing they've done everything they can to shut that up, which means that whoever the Yuppies like woke pupas are that did it they're not trying to make too much noise because Somebody might start talking, as I've said before, about history. History is very important. Understanding history especially. And who's... You know when the past has done stuff like this? And the bad guys know. Everybody knows. Oh, the college campuses know. Because they had this all happen before. But they don't really want to talk about it too much. So... If you'll notice, the whole thing went periscope down real quick and why don't you watch that plane crash, that UPS plane crash, which is pretty sad, but also an example of fickle finger of fate real quick on that one. That crashed into a neighborhood. The aircraft leaving, if you watch the video leaving the airport, before it left the runway completely, it was already on fire. Whether or not they physically were able to observe that, which you can't believe that they couldn't see it, personally trying to get into the air to do something other because you ended up crashing into a whole bunch of housing units. It had been better off going down in the overfly zone, not that there's much there. And I have kind of wondered, because I'm very familiar with that airport. I've been by it many, many, many, many times. Probably a lot of you have too. And what's interesting is traditionally seeing the fly off and landing areas used to be, many decades ago actually, more like 60, 70 years ago, they made it a rule that you couldn't build any housing within five miles of the airport. Then they knocked it down to about a mile. Because of jet airplanes, by the way. It was because of jets. Then, all of a sudden, after they pushed everybody off the land and got it for minimal cost, Izzy Blassenstein in almost every part of the country, why are you leaving this land out of the market? Oi, I'm telling you, you got to let us build there again. We got to build there. So, they did. In many cases now, we have construction. right up to the fence of some of the airports. Not quite right to the fence, but depending on where you are, pretty stinking close. And in the takeoff and landing areas, at the very least they should have maintained a longer kill zone, so to speak, where it's a death zone. If they do fall out of the sky, at least they don't fall the sky and drop on somebody that was unsuspecting. Well, that isn't the case with what happened here. with this latest UPS plane crash and it went into a residential area. I haven't seen that much of that for a while. It used to be it was a little more common if you have any kind of memory, but in more recent years, not so much, which I think is fascinating. Conscientious pilots trying not to kill people, any number of different things. Just so far, a pickle finger of fate wasn't, you know, wasn't being too mean. This one pretty bad. So, not could have been a lot worse if everybody had been home. Could have been a lot worse, I'm sure. But 2 p.m., I think, was in the afternoon. No, not 2 p.m., forgive me. Now, that was around that time, but no, 5 o'clock because we were doing the program. Sorry about that. That's right, 5 o'clock. I just confused that with something else I want to touch on real quick. We had a jumper on the Mackinac Bridge today. Well, yesterday. Originally, they actually reported two people were killed, which is interesting, which was misreporting. Apparently, somebody jumped off the bridge. I don't know where they jumped off the bridge. It's a pretty stinking long bridge. Wherever they were, they left from the bridge. I do not believe there is any ice. It's a little early. It is, again, it is November, so we could have some ice up there, but not usually in the straits, not yet. It will get cold enough and there will be ice there eventually. But hitting the water, depending on how high up, if you don't pay attention, you don't know what you're doing, if you think it's a movie. If you splat any other way than the legs first, you know, feet first and with your heels together to cut the water. The water, it's so many stories up, is like cement. So again, you will find a body. You won't splurt like you will if you hit cement off of a high rise. Still not good. Typically the person doesn't make it. If they don't know what they're doing. And even then, there is a limit how far you can dive without taking your legs and shoving them right up your rear end when you hit the water. Just a heads up. Go ahead, caller. We got you. There's something. What I think they really are is a turd in the pool, just like the movie Caddyshack, remember? What do you mean? You're talking about... The baby roost bar. They thought... No, I understand. Yeah, I understand that. But we're talking about the jumper? No, no, no, no, no. The people in Washington, the people that are running over you. Okay, well, that's another... Okay. That's another direction from where we were just talking a moment ago. So, it's true. Okay, hold on here. Somebody else is bringing up. Yeah, they heard that. Okay, several people, two people here at least said they heard the same report that, or initially that two people had died on the bridge, which may be a mutual suicide. Well, if that's not true because the sheriff confirmed only one person passed away. Now, maybe two people jumped. I didn't see any indication that that happened. So, heads up on that one. Anyway, and thank you guys for the quick input on that too. Also, if we're running farther, let's not forget that we are having a drawing on Friday and we do have some mail donations that came in. We've got to go through those. And again, if you would like to donate, you can donate by mail. We'll cover that in a minute. Yeah, I'm only seeing one death from the Mackinac Bridge too. All right, so again, well, it's a suicide. They're saying it could be something, okay, maybe they thought they could die from whatever altitude they were at off the bridge. Guys, both ends of the bridge are a big, long, shallow ramp until you get to the middle where you have the traditional, you know, cable girder combination. And the altitude is not that great, but still enough that, well, you know, all the people jump off ships, yeah, and they usually are taught how to jump off ships. And if you weren't taught to jump off ships, just flopping, because, you know, there's been some stupid stuff they've been doing recently. I don't know if you guys have all seen this, but just real quick on the bridge issue, there are a bunch of dummies that are doing competition flop diving. Have you seen this? Now, you're going to only get to a certain altitude with that when it's just not going to work. Okay? Because your body, depending on how it hits, is going to snap bones. But this, there's no real information on this, no letter as far as I know or anything like that or any messages. So it could have been somebody, you know, being big dummy. Or it could be somebody who maybe went to Canada and got a real horrible case of Canadian doldrum from the suicide pack group up there. I don't know. Go ahead, jump in there. All right, here's an article I found. It says, it's from the Detroit News. One person jumps to their death on Mackinac Bridge, authorities confirm. Authorities said one person died in an incident Tuesday afternoon on the Mackinac Bridge. A Mackinac County Sheriff's Office spokesman said, A person took their own life on the bridge about 1-10 p.m. He declined to provide details citing the agency's policy regarding suicide. So yeah, it was a suicide. It took his own. Maybe he just decided he wanted to go for a swim and jump off. He or she. Now, I did say whether or not his male or female. There'd be no information at all on that. It just didn't one person. It didn't fit. Probably in the middle of the sex change and just couldn't take it anymore and had enough hormones and enzymes and you know bad language all kinds of horrible stuff happen. Go ahead. Please release more details on death at Macnubridge. Mackinac County authorities confirmed they recovered a body from the straight to Mackinac under the Mackinac bridge on Tuesday November 4th. The Mackinac County Sheriff's Department confirmed one person died after jumping off the Mackinac bridge Tuesday. It still doesn't say if it's male or female. There is no foul play. Of course they said there's no foul play, but it still doesn't say if it was male or female. No. Yeah, I checked three different stories out there were initial and maybe a handful of the video reports and they didn't give any identity which is bizarre because Well at the very least you could say man or woman and I either matter what happened to him falling off the bridge You should be able to tell Well, of course then I'd meet everybody be outraged because yes, it had male genitalia, but he had identified as a woman, you know as a Something kind of like a woman but not a woman not really So again, well, we'll wait and see. I'd be curious. That's another one of those that was weird when I saw the first reading on it. And the only thing they could do is they couldn't say initially. They didn't say suicide initially because obviously they aren't telepathic. But what's interesting is that they are arguing that it was leaning that way. They had to be on camera. The cameras are all over the back. Well, here's the question, Dad. It was Senator Matt Snellbridge. I have a question with this one. Was it a base jumper? Because we've got a protest going on with a bunch of base jumpers in the US right now who are protesting certain landmarks being off limits for them to base jump off of. And we've had three of them die illegally trying to jump off buildings. One of them was out in Arizona off one of the views. Right, I saw that one. And their chutes haven't been opening. But they're all jumping in protest of not being able to base jump trying to prove that they can do it safely. I can do this. Well, probably not so much, sir. Ah, pfft! Oh, man, there's another one. I know people who like to base jump and I think Eric does too, but you know, you got to make sure your equipment good. Well, you have to have the altitude depending on what you're picking as the point for, you know, the jump, it may not be suitable. Conditions vary. Yeah, it could be that you got crappy equipment, but that doesn't help. As much as anything, this one, as is pointed out, it was from the highest point or the middle of the bridge. I guess making sure, did the person stop the car? It was the man out here. Okay, the thing is, how did he get out there? Did he walk out? Did he drive out? I mean, number one- He can't walk out on that bridge, the cops will stop you. Well, I know they should, but that's where I'm wondering again, is the car stopping, you know, he's stopping traffic, gets out. Goes to the edge of the bridge and weeee But why wouldn't you describe that right away? They had the camera footage this that bridge is cambered all over the place That's that's one thing you have to remember guys just the feds around the north side of the bridge Let me remind everybody just beyond the north side of the bridge There is the equivalent to, and in fact I'm pretty sure it is a fusion center, a fed fusion center. Literally at the end of the bridge, you know, it's a little farther just the toe of the bridge. But it's a central hub. It has every stinking department and agency. They've got CCTV cameras going all the way to the locks. over to the east, they have cameras all over the Mackinac and they got cameras running all up and down the east-west highways headed back into towards Wisconsin. So you can't say that they didn't know exactly what happened beyond a shadow of a doubt without even trying to think about guessing. The Bridge Authority has all the technology. I mean, like I said, it's cameras over top of cameras. So why make it nebulous? The way they did they make it nebulous and like word it like they didn't know if he jumped or he was pushed Did like a vehicle stop and let him out and then he jumped because if it is that sounds more and more like it was an illegal base jump where the person had Miscalculated something which could be why they didn't want to call it suicide Right. No, they're calling suicide now simply because well you shouldn't have done that and it killed you deader than a doornail didn't it? But here again, base jumping off a bridge, you better have all the rest of your technology squared away because you're going to hit the water. Shoots are very unfriendly things to have when you're in the water. Something everybody needs to remember. It's one of the paranoia. It's very unique when you talk about UDT or seals doing waterboard jumps because there's a whole separate technology to it. If you get tangled up, if you weren't intentionally trying to do it, and you get caught up with your chute in the water, it'll drown you. As much as anything, you have to break the vacuum of the contact with the chute. Now, with the old parasol chutes here, much bigger, the new chutes are basically a glider, but still, there's a lot of nylon there. And so again, there are so many things that could happen here, I'm guessing, because again, what I did look at concerning the subject was very nebulous, right from the get-go. and the reports at that time were 19 hours old and did a spot check on a few others and they weren't really any better as far as the blurb pieces than the first one. An example of why would you be so nondescript? I think they knew who they contacted everybody they need to by today. So anyway, and again, there's either policy on suicide. Well, whatever that is. In other words, lack of information. Like I said, right from the get-go. I think when they pulled the corpse out of the water, they were pretty good idea that it's a male. I think they know exactly as was pointed out. Yep, they finally didn't know he jumped from the center of the bridge. Initially, they did not confirm any of that. So again, an example of piss-poured 21st century me-e-us, the way it operates nowadays. Which is just not a surprise. I mean, I'm not complaining. We know it's what we're dealing with every day now It's just you know, we've got to act accordingly to get around it Now we're at the bottom of the hour and as a matter of fact before going any farther I was in the middle of reminding you that we have drawings this week at the end of the week today's Wednesday, so If you could, take and donate to Liberty Tree Radio, this is for the end of the year slash beginning of the year bill system that we have set up. We pay ahead 12 months. And that way everybody's happy and we save money. It's a lot cheaper to do that. So it's a better operating policy if it's possible. Well, you guys make it possible. So here's what you do. Go to www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. When you get there, go to the donate key. Donate whatever dollar amount you want. For every dollar you donate, you can donate. For $3, $6, $18, you don't have to do rounded up amounts. Whatever it is in your heart, you can donate. I appreciate that half million dollar donation. We just had, oh no we didn't. But whatever amount you can donate, please go ahead. But don't leave the page until you scroll down just a little bit and there is a notation section. We need to have you leave your name, your address, and your zip code. And that way, if your name is pulled out of the hat, the barrel, the bucket, or whichever we're using at the moment, Then we will send you a thank you gift. It's part of having fun and showing appreciation. So you're part of the team. If you're donating, helping to make the network happen, and we appreciate that. So again, libertytreeradio.4mg.com, go to the donate key, donate whatever amount you choose, scroll down, go to the notation section real quick, and leave your name, address, and zip code, and you're done. Then you can go on with life. Do anything you want. We will not stop you. Okay, we promise. Anyway, let's see. Next, we are at the bottom of the hour. And hold on here because even as I speak, yes, I did see the husband and wife team recognition. I might get to that today still. We'll see what happens. We had some really great stuff happen over the weekend I didn't know about with competitions. Over at, hold on here, over at, Camp Emmerich and Emmerich was very busy this last weekend. So Emmerich had a husband-wife competition man and wife militia members or militia and support members and or guys and girlfriends or girlfriends with their boyfriends take your pick out you want to calculate that one or present it and This included tactical shooting orienteering land navigation, which by the way, all of you are way ahead of the Army. The Army's failure rate on being able to read a map is so horrific now that theoretically they probably couldn't get from point A to point B with the people they have. So that's cool. That's not a surprise. We're way ahead of the curve. The militia has been doing its due diligence in that respect. So we are, we're cool. We're squared away. Anyway, let's do some music. I'll tell you what, gates behind the bars, gate behind the bars, and golden earring secrets. There we go, good combination. Gates behind the bars and secrets by golden earring. and you're listening to Liberty Tree radio dot 4 mg dot com Liberty Tree radio dot org and a reminder if you'd like to write in a donation pbn p o box 194 Dexter Michigan 48130 write down a piece of paper your that you want to be in the drawing and then Your mailing address now can pay you can use FRNs cash or you can use checker money order Whatever amounts you want to donate here we go You know, we'll have to prepare for the next one. That, you know, I'd say is... Oh yeah, well, tell me it's another one of your secrets. Well, yes, it is, as a matter of fact. Oh, no, why? Yes, why? And we are back. LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com LibertyTreeRadio.org. Org! Org! Hardy! And as it is, it is Weapons Wednesday. A reminder, CenterFireSystems.com and ApexGunParts.com have sent me, these are the mother of the HK with many interconnected parts between both the G3HK91 and the sent me rifle. These are complete kits with a barrel and a bayonet for $149. The bayonet was scabbard. Now if you figure that no matter what, the bayonet with the scabbard is going for at the very least $25 nowadays. That's a pretty good price with the barrel. This is a complete kit, no receiver, with the barrel and with the bayonet and scabbard. If you already have a bunch of set knees, and I've said this many times, Putting kits on the shelf is an insurance policy. It is something you really need to do. It is a needful thing, let's put it that way, and critical towards long-term operation of a weapon system that you're committed to. It's not a problem with investing in a weapon of that type. The important thing is that you have everything. You need to keep it running. You're the parts inventory now if you guys have a whole bunch of these set me in HKs And there are many units to do that's their standard weapon go-to weapon has been for many years since the first German surplus came in and the prices were incredibly like cheap to the point of free almost Today they're a little pricier, but $149 and 140,999. I'll throw a penny in 150 is what the SetMe kits are going for over at CenterFireSystems.com, CenterFireSystems.com, and also over at ApexGunParts.com. Now as far as mags go, G3 and SetMe mags are interchangeable. Most of the guns, especially with the new kits, the way they're built, the receivers, the way they're folded and put together unless you want to build your own. The way they are set up, they will accept typically both the HK or the Setney mag. Now, one company that does have a ton of the Setney mags is Apex. I didn't look to see what their latest price is. It has been fluid because the price has gone up a little bit on those, but they usually have a sale of some kind going on, which means it brings it back down. So check out, again, apexgunparts.com. When you do the look up the sent me kit should be on the front page the magazines are in the body of The page wherever it is. They got them listed with magazines. So pretty pretty easy to find and again a Decent firearm the set me has been around for a very long time as I said a moment ago. It's the mother of the G3 assault rifle and a GC main battle rifle really not an assault rifle, but it is a high-powered semi-automatic firearm. Also, again, there's a lot of other accoutrements right now. If you're looking for slings cheap, now he may or may not have many left, but real quick, another company I haven't mentioned a little bit, JGSales.com, JGSales.com out of Arizona. He has a military surplus section. It's not very big. OK, I'm going to tell you right off the bat, it's not very big. But there are some pretty good buys there every once in a while. And they have had some decent buys on bulk military rifle slings. So if you want to check over to jgsales.com. and we get there, go to their surplus section. They did change the page up, they hadn't been there in a while, they did restructure the page, takes a little getting used to like everything new. But there are also some pretty good magazine deals that he's had popping up over there too. The 20 round AK mags were best priced in the country, a lot of people scarfed those up as quickly as we made it known. Didn't take long to sell out the first time around. Don't know if they've restocked or if they're going to offer them for the same price, but they had a hell of a deal. And if you got it, you've got a hell of a deal. It's just that simple. It was a nice buy. So take the time and constantly check out jgsales.com. Now, something was mentioned yesterday. I got a chance to, yep, I went and started looking for information on this as quickly as we could. It's the 63 to 67 to 72 dollars, you know how Kimu is, you can pay any price you want for the same product. But 63 to 64 dollars pops up on a regular basis for this. It is a night vision rifle scope, it is digital. What I did first is wanted to go take a look at the model, it's the same model as being offered, well there are actually three different models for approximately the same price range that are different themes altogether. The first one is a rifle with conventional light vision, digital I'm sure, with an illuminator. It is a bare bones model. But it's still the same price as the one that was just mentioned that is about $63, $64 difference. The latest one that came in, which is an all aluminum hull or pot metal hull, I don't know which. I can't be sure until I see one. We will see one soon. But interestingly enough, it has all the bells and whistles on it. It does have a charging cable for in the field use. It will charge and hook up to an alternate power supply so you could run the unit off of A separate battery pack, kind of like the old, old, old zero gen where you had the battery pack around your belt, you plugged into that. If you have a battery backup capacitor system, which most of them are not batteries or capacitors, but it varies. Either way, it provides power, and the important thing is that you could hook up to the auxiliary power and save your primary battery inside the unit. It just has a conventional crosshair, there ain't nothing fancy about the reticle. It does have manual focus, which by the way would be normal, and is normal anyway for most of the units. And again about $64. Now there are videos, interestingly enough the people who have the larger bore air rifles seem to have gotten motivated to check these out faster and they actually have done some comparative work on more than one model. So they're definitely out there and about. What's interesting is again, these would be at the very least operational security units for any kind of rear area operation. But what I will try to emphasize is if we can get these to work properly, is why put hours on a $600, $700, or $1,000 unit just like thermal. It's thousands. You can get cheaper, but let's just say $1,000 plus or minus one direction or the other. For any of the higher end tech, why am I gonna run the hours down on that when I can run something digital and get time in service, get time in operation? All stick time is good time, always remember that. And all night vision will be pressed into service no matter what the hell it is, when the time comes. It's not an if, it's just a when. It's gonna be a problem, you know, when combat, contact takes place. When that happens, you're gonna be using and pressing into service everything you've got. So just a heads up on that concept, that idea. Let's see, other than that, nothing to write home about. Very straightforward. It does have a USB port. Well, I think it's a C port on the unit, but it will, of course, hook up with a conventional cell phone type cable to any other power source with USB cables. So again, nothing special there. It does come with a recording chip. It does have recording technology. The person was just doing basic operations testing with these things. Hadn't had a chance to go through to see how the record system is. I don't know if he was actually recording the shooting that he was doing off of his camera or off of the rifle scope because it could be doing either way. which is interesting. So inexpensive, interesting, something to check out. I'm gonna give you more feedback as soon as we have one in hand. But right now they've got a major sale discount on these things going on. They were about $120. That was their discount price over what they've been charging. Everything's on discount at Teemu. There's never a time when it isn't, we know that. But for $63, something to put on a .22, something to put on even heavier rifles, but at least help you integrate and build up your night vision element for the people who can't afford the upper end. Go ahead, Ed, jump in there. I heard you. Hey, this is Weapons Wednesday, and I wanted to bring this up on Weapons Wednesday. I know Craig's probably going to touch on it tonight on his program for good knowledge, but Yeah, the whole nuclear testing thing in the US and the panic videos that are showing up out from the left and some people that claim to be preppers about how bad it is that we're starting up nuclear testing again, that we've started the arm race again. It's all the Republicans fault that we're back in an arm race. Wasn't it Putin who said that they had a slow-moving tactical torpedo nuclear device that could cause a tsunami and they tested it? Well, that would imply that a couple of those tsunamis that we saw over the last few years were done by Russia, wouldn't it? Yeah, conflict already in motion, right? Well, yeah, so they're claiming they have it that they've tested it. So I think it's cute that they're pointing at Trump and saying, Trump's starting an arms race. No, Putin's the one who openly said they're testing nuclear weapons. Putin's starting an arms race, but he'll not get on the bandwagon. One more thing about this that was popped into the discussion here over the last couple days is that both the new, both the air, the aerial variable geometry missile, well, whatever you want to call it, and the new slow speed swims like a shark or like an organic torpedo, are both nuclear powered for indefinite flight. They're using a micro nuclear reactor to keep the thing in the air and work to swim. So in other words, this thing could swim passively for an indefinite period of time, appearing to be an organic and unless you're actually going to be monitoring every last stinking thing in the ocean, which by the way, this would do a degree for you to do. There is no way to really slow this down. Once you got within say reasonable proximity, there are a number of defensive procedures as we've said with monitoring that could be done. I mean you have to, which means it would force you to spend resources you might spend elsewhere. to something to think about. And at the very least, if you plant the seed, everybody else has got to try to figure out whether or not it's a serious threat or not, a real threat. So there's a bunch of interesting stuff that's popped up just again, like I said, beginning of the program in the last couple of days. And it is important to keep track of because somebody desperately wants to start a war. They really, really, really, really, really want to start a war. And that means they want us to bleed. Well, I'm not too excited about that idea. And you shouldn't be either. So let's just keep in mind that the bad guys like to do to us what they did to Ukraine, where they got lots and lots and lots of Christian people killed. And who got them killed? Well, the Jewish mafia did, sir. the Israelis who planned the whole thing from the get-go with the Ukraine and with their Manipulative buddies here in the the Jewish dual citizenship mobsters in the federal government That's who well so what's the funny thing is guest? The funny thing is is that they're oh? They he's not even thinking about climate change Nope I don't have a problem with that. I'm not thinking much about that either. We have enough problems with probably manipulative science that's attacking us, but nope, not really worried about that much. Plenty of other things in the real world. The funny thing that got me with that is they're talking about how bad this is going to be for climate change. I'm sitting there thinking, well, wait a minute. You guys are always talking about nuclear winter. You're saying the planet's getting too hot. Wouldn't this kind of be a good segment? We're going to bring the temperature back down? Right. We'll bring the temperature down real fast. Well, no, actually, it brings the temperature up a lot first, and then it drops back down. So let's not forget there's an interim period there where there just seems to be a lot of excessive calories available. You know, like she said, unless you have a hundred thousand sunscreen, I don't think you're going to make it through this. So, again... Well, we are at the top of the hour, Dan. I also wanted to come up and give an update on where we're standing with the end of the year bill. We're at $642.34. That's including the stuff that came into the mail up there in Michigan that I know about. We've got two... More entries to the drawing. One of them is they wanted more names in the hats than the name, I guess. So we've got another donation from John. I want to say thanks for that. And Wagner, I've got your donation. I see that. I've already got your kit cut up and set aside for the drawing this Friday. Very good. So again, more people participating. Don't worry. We'll have plenty of drawings, people. And again, I also want to say thank you because of all the people who have donated material for the drawing. Because you'll notice there's some really interesting stuff. When you're getting the packages, it's like, hmm, this is unique. Of course, do pay attention. There are always small things in the box. I do that intentionally. And a lot of neat stuff that is useful to our cause. I can't say enough about, again, the fact that we also had a bunch of people of like mine that provided material that was sympathetic to what I already had set aside, which is really cool. So there's good technology, all stuff you'd be able to integrate into your go bag, whatever you want to do, and that's right here on the Liberty Tree video. We're going to take them. God bless the Republic. And that's the new world order. We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen the Empire is on the run and definitely on the march all day and all night. Ooh-rah kick him the slack, beat him down hard, don't let him get back up. When they try, fold everything backwards. Make sure they just can't move it again. We're gonna take a break. We're probably gonna use the master rule. Yeah, exactly. River, strip him bare-ass naked. Don't forget that. And if we're going to take a break, run, use the bathroom, grab a cup of coffee, it's getting darker outside because we fell backwards. We stumbled back over the weekend. Oh, buggers. Anyway, bright moon tonight. Very bright moon last night. I was out working until the wee hours of the morning. And it was fantastic. Today, tonight, it's supposed to be, I guess, the brightest. Not that it, I, now how it could be brighter than last night, but we'll see what happens. Three nights in a row, super mode. We'll be back, Liberty Tree Radio. Three-cornered hat, speaking low to me. We've fought a revolution to cure our liberty. Both the Constitution is a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy be gave. In this, the land at home, grave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You vie permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken some, you've traded in your name, you've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn and your daughters visit doctors. So their children, your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Both sons of the Republic arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As Iowoki vanished in the mist from whence he came, his words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now his tyrants trampled each god-given right. We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Though you would think it's dark, dark, it is an almost, well, looks evening out there to me too, I know. This is the second hour of the intelligence report. I'm Mark Kornke. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters. Both on and behind the lines in occupied territories. West, south, east, north, and south. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on... www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. We're on the satellite. Hi to all of our merchant operators out there who are listening and then rebroadcasting us. Analog and digital satellite. We're at a myriad of other communications technologies inside and outside these United States and it is Weapons Wednesday. It is Wednesday. It is the 5th of November. No way. Yes way. It is the 5th of November. Remember, remember. The 5th of November. Oh, or 6th, or 7th, or 9th, or... It was a gun plot, something or other, where the Catholics wanted to kill all the Protestants. Well, at least the ones in parliament. So, you know, Catholics would do that. From underground. Yes. Ah, the gunpowder plot. Yeah, we want you to forget that it was Catholics killing the Protestants, right? Yeah, yeah, I think so. Anyway, it is the 17th year of open obvious and in your face Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2025 old earth calendar. Given her ulcers got kept in 125%. Ah, and she might still blow up. And 2025, Battle for the Republic Book One, The Dance of Swords. And what a day. It started out, I mean, you swear over across the fields it was raining today. It was that cloud cover right down to the trees. It was foggy. It wasn't foggy, but you know how it looks like when it rains. But it wasn't raining. So the rain passed us by. And then gradually got clearer. And right now, although it may, we've had waves of cloud, we've had a good steady wind out of the west. Needless to say, we will probably have something... Yeah, well it's not an if, it's just a when. We really do need it. We are in a drought situation, I think. They're not talking about it, but the water levels should be higher for this time of year. I'm not complaining because we're not getting flooded, but here's the thing. When it hits, it will. And the Raisin River, we're on the Huron of course up here in Washtenaw County. Guys, when it flows, it flows. Be prepared for that sudden, supposed surprise event, which shouldn't be a surprise if you know Michigan. We're going to get it. It's not an F, it's a when. At the very least, we're supposed to get the event. They're talking about snow that we can appear. Right, and it could. We may get snow or rain down here too, and that's bad because I have too many projects that are almost done but are rolling up for the season. I guess, I'm cheating because I'm getting some stuff done that I didn't think we'd finish until next year. That's good. So again, hold on, hang onto your potatoes, Dr. Jones. We will see how weather works for us or against us. But if we're, again, we're ready. We got tarps. We can cover up anything that gets moist. I'm not too worried there. Another reminder too is that you should invest in tarps, but I will remind you of something. And then I got to do this every once in a while. If you buy camouflage tarps, they will not, if you deploy them, stay camouflaged if you leave them out in the sun. This is not accidental. There is little to no IR protection with the present China Sport tarps that have been made. I don't know if they had this arrangement with the Communist government of America. Most likely it is. This is a cooperative globalist thing. But if you haven't seen this happen, if you have the woodland camo or the real tree camo, it doesn't make any difference in the basic China Sport tarps. What happens if you leave them and they'll say cover something up out in the woods and leave it because you're going to be secret squirrel. Well, you're not there and what's happening is the odd because of the lack of IR protection, the color wash goes blue. And as we all know, blue isn't a real good camouflage cover, blue colored, but it's a great way to see something that's in the field though. And it is interesting that this has been going on for quite some time. This is not something new. It's like I said, I have to keep reminding every once in a while. You can use the camouflage tarps that are out there. I've got... four or five of them sitting outside right now, but they're only temporarily deployed and they're also in a non-critical situation. I could just easily use a brown, a blue, a pomegranate tarp. It wouldn't make any difference. But the camouflage ones were actually cheaper because of a little sale they had going on in the middle of summer, so that's what we bought. Doesn't mean I wouldn't buy them anyway. But if you do use them, especially if you think you're going to be, like I said, be secret squirrel and hide something, It is designed to betray you. It is intentional. I know they know what this stuff's doing. It's not an accident. They didn't do it. Boo-boo. It's the nature of the creature and how they figure they, you know, you're not going to catch on. And by the time you do, it's too late. That's the plan. So again, just a reminder, not strangely enough. Brown tarps or the green green tarp of the brown tarp, which are the cheap transport ones You'll find it most of the big box stores the big box hardwares and lumber companies Typically hold their color, but they've gone cheaper and cheaper and cheaper on the material So if you were covering it for any period of time will eventually fray break down and you know thread bear on you But time to come back the wind will be blowing on whatever you put under the tarp and Because the tarp probably won't be there. So understand the limitations of what we've got off the shelf. Yes, you can buy better quality. I do. I've got some that are in the camo vehicle packs for each of the trucks or the suburban's. that is the higher end anti-infrared treated tarps that are somewhere in Woodland. I've got one that's in DPM and I got another one that's in one of the deserts. I think it's the Czech Desert Camo. But they're actual, they're not, they're still a poly, a polytarp. They're not canvas, but they work and they work well enough for what I plan on doing with them and they have to be cheap because they're going to be possibly lost in the field in operations. So the government, well they can stand up, bow and throw stuff away, understand that. For us, hey, we're stuck. We got to pay attention, count our pennies. So we act accordingly and all of you should too. So just keep an eye on, remember this, keep an eye on the item that you purchased if you are going to commit to something and know that there are limits to how well it will perform with any of the tarps or carpooling covers. Now somebody's asking about, well what about the camouflage nets? Now the camouflage nets that are military, they're going to do exactly what they did, what they're supposed to do. I'm not worried about those. The camo nets, any of the camo tarps that are mil-spec, the only thing I would test is reflection or illumination under IR light. Just to make sure that nothing is special in there that gives it a tag giveaway because that's another thing. Like we were talking about piss sensors or electronic sound sensing, frequency sensing. The same is true with regard to materials. And in some cases, there are tells put into the material so that you can't see it under normal light, although it will reflect white light to a limited degree as far as threads or whatever. But the purpose behind that is to be a giveaway for aircraft interdiction where they can look down and see something and, well, it's camouflaged. Yeah, but it has a thread of illumination through it that is not sensitive really to the average naked eye, but definitely with enhanced thermal or enhanced night vision collection. Oh, that's right. See, we have to constantly be thinking when we're doing all of the work we're doing. You want to stay alive? You have to constantly be thinking. How will my devious enemy operate against me? There are so many ways, sir. So many. And they will try them all. It's not an if. It's just a win. So again, prior to proper planting prevents piss poor performance. Pay attention. And again, I'm talking about the standard tarps you buy off the shelf. Right now we're in hunting season. There are a bunch of dark woodland and medium woodland. I got a bunch of the medium woodland colored ones during the summer, which actually were probably a little better utility color range. But the ones that are out there, there are different companies, but pretty much it's all China sport. And for that reason, they're minimizing or they're just told, hey, don't give the peasants anything too fancy. And they follow instructions accordingly and operate as it's agreed to do so for the purpose of supporting the global agenda. The global is. Anyway, let's see, we are 15 minutes after, a little longer than that, about 17. Ed, let's do the latest guns and gadgets. We'll fit them in here in at least one. And dartboard, whatever's the latest, would be fine. It is Weapons Wednesday. A reminder, as I mentioned earlier, set me kits, $149 over at Centerfiresystems.com and over at Apex Gun Parts and they come with a bayonet with scabbard. They come with the barrel and the kit for $149. If you got an FNFL or FNFL, god, slap me the microphone. If you have a HK91, PTR91 knockoff, or if you, you know, any of the kits that have been put together, you've already been building these or you bought a built rifle like that. This is an excellent solution. You cannot name one single company that has not been affected by these tariffs in one way or another, most of them being affected negatively. as it's causing costs to skyrocket not only for the manufacturers in terms of raw goods, but for us, the end user as well, because price increases are passed on to the consumer. First, the case centers on whether President Trump's broad tariffs or import taxes imposed on many US trading partners via executive actions were lawfully grounded in the international emergency economic policy powers act which I'll say is IPA from now on, I-E-E-P-A, I-E-PA. In February and April of this year 25 the Trump administration announced two major tariff initiatives, one targeting Canada, China and Mexico, the other one was dubbed Liberation Day and tariffs covered almost all US trading partners. that the first one didn't cover. Now lower courts have held that the statute relied upon, again, AIPA, does not clearly authorize such broad tariffs with the contention that the tariff power is constitutionally reserved for Congress. The result of the Supreme Court's decision is high stakes here. It could either validate a major component of Trump's trade agenda and the executive power in trade or sharply constrain it. It also has large economic implications because tariffs raise consumer prices. They affect imports and exports and manufacturing, a whole bunch of things. Now there are some key legal questions you need to know about as well. Number one, does AIPA empower the president to impose tariffs on imports, taxes and duties by declaring a national emergency? That's the first one. The challengers here say no, that the statute does not mention tariffs or duties, and Congress must clearly authorize major economic acts. The government says yes. Under the emergency powers, the president may regulate economic transactions, including via tariffs, especially where foreign policy and national security are involved. Question two, if AIPA does authorize this, is the statute an unconstitutional delegation of legislative power? Meaning, non-delegation doctrine, would that be in effect, or the major questions doctrine? And you'll hear more about that in a minute. Now, the major questions doctrine is front and center. When an executive branch claims large economic policy authority, the court asks whether Congress spoke clearly. The third question is, what is the nature of the tariff? Are they properly regulatory as the government contends, or are they essentially a revenue-raising tax, as the challengers argue, which would be squarely in Congress's domain? All right, so what happened in the oral arguments? Well, the hearing... The hearing has been characterized in several different places as hot, especially when you take in the questions from nearly every single justice that were being lobbed here. They were definitely on top of this. For the government, John Sauer, who's the solicitor general, argued that the tariffs, while raising revenue, were regulatory in nature, thus within IEPPA. He emphasized the foreign policy as well as the national security context to justify the deference to the executive. Now, the challengers, they are arguing, the plaintiffs were arguing that tariffs are taxes, that they take our dollars from American pockets and deposit them in the U.S. Treasury. And Congress cannot be bypassed this way. They also argued that the statute does not clearly delegate such sweeping authority. Now, some highlights of some questions that I wrote down that came from members of the court. The first was Chief Justice John Roberts. He asked whether the foreign policy or the trade deficit framing changes the nature of the tariff power, pointing out that tariffs have traditionally been a congressional domain, yet these measures were tied to foreign affairs. It's a good question. It's a really good question. Then came Amy Coney Barrett, who asked why, if tariffs are justified under national security, why so many countries, she mentioned Spain and France specifically, why they were subject to them? Because we don't have any problems with them. There's no national security issues with them. And she asked how broad these powers could be. And then Brett Kavanaugh asked a pretty pointed question. He said, why haven't previous presidents used AIPA to impose tariffs like this if the power is so clear? And that suggested skepticism toward the government's argument. And then came the Second Amendment's biggest defender, Clarence Thomas. And Clarice asked whether the challenger's logic would also apply to embargoes, which are more obviously foreign policy regulation type stuff. But the plaintiff's attorney here at KATYALCADIO, I forget how he said his name, He said the distinction lies in tariffs being revenue raising and constitutional history distinguishing taxation. So that's a tax is what they're saying. The justices here, the justices referenced the major questions doctrine repeatedly pointing to the idea that if a statute grants authority with major economic or political consequences, Congress must be explicit. The government's argument seemed vulnerable on that ground. Now the overall tone from the bench was skeptical of the government's broad position. Several justices, including the conservative ones, raised concerns about unlimited executive tariff power. For example, Justice Gorsuch suggested this could become a one-way ratchet toward a gradual but continual growth of power in the executive branch. Now the challengers had more receptive questioning from the justices. Katie All's, the attorney, his arguments about taxation, major questions, and delegation resonated in several questions throughout the oral arguments. Now the government was on the defensive around how the statute provided a clear basis, especially given the lack of historical precedent of such tariffs under IEPA. some key takeaways and observations that I made for you. The justices pointed out that while AIPA has been used for sanctions, currency controls, and other foreign policy tools, it has not been used historically for sweeping tariffs on nearly all imports. The fact that past presidents did not invoke AIPA for tariffs was used against the government's position and it sounded like the justices were hedging on that. Now the idea that Congress must clearly delegate power for major economic decisions was central. That's the major questions doctrine. If Congress intended to let the president impose tariffs via emergency powers, one would expect explicit language referencing tariffs or duties which the challengers say is missing. Now the distinction here matters. If the tariffs are essentially taxation, then Congress's Article 1 taxing power is implicated, meaning the president can't do it. Now the government attempted to characterize them as regulatory. but some justices pushed back on that framing and didn't sound like they were buying that. Now the government premised its action on the large US trade deficit and asserted a national security interest there because it affects the industrial-based manufacturing and supply chains, just to name a few. But, challengers countered that a trade deficit per se has existed for decades and does not automatically create an extra-ordinary threat required under AIPA. Now the hearing here, the oral arguments, referenced the real world effects. Dramatic increase in average US tariff rates, it's reported to have been risen to 17.9% now, and the burdens on businesses, the possibility of refunds if tariffs are struck down, and ripple effects on American households. But this case here is a major test of executive trade power. Does the President of the United States have near free reign under emergency authorities or are there meaningful limits? And why the court did not signal a definitive ruling today, the skepticism suggests that the government's position might be under some serious strain here. They might be in trouble with this one. Many analysts that I read after the oral arguments ended, many of these analysts believe the court might limit the president's tariff power or require clearer congressional authorization or authority. Now the decision could come right away in a day or two or could go for a while because we know Supreme Court cases, if they're high profile, often come out in the spring or the summer and this is a pretty high profile case but I don't see them letting this drag out they'll probably give us something sooner than later because tariffs are in effect every single day. Now I'll give you a little glimpse into my personal experience with these tariffs and just how it affects a small business owner. They're crushing us. They're crushing us. And we, at Blackout Coffee Company, we, our business is something that, it deals with a commodity that is not grown in America to the amount that this would satisfy the demand in America. Coffee beans, we don't have the climate for it. Yeah, you can grow a small amount in Hawaii, but not even close to being a tenth of a percentage of what you would need to satisfy the demand of every American. So, to be hit with a tariff and the tariffs are designed so that the industry moves back to the country right so that we can be self-sufficient you can't move coffee to America we just don't have the climate for it so in my case I don't think tariffs should apply, but they do. I've talked to, well bring it into the Second Amendment world, the firearms industry, I've talked to many, many owners and employees of firearms companies, and it's crushing people, man. Some of the smaller ones, some of the smaller companies have already gone out of business, and I know some companies have not sent a single product to America since the tariffs were announced, and they're not going to for a while. And one company I just spoke to via text the other day didn't even know this case was gonna happen today They're gonna send some stuff in 26 But the cost for the item is going to be higher than what it was before the tariffs because it's gonna be passed on to us so Let me know what you guys and gals think down below. Are you for or against the tariffs? I mean they've been chugging along and I don't Personally, I don't think that they've had The knee-jerk reaction that Donald Trump thought they would with some of these companies companies some of these countries Where he thought they would acquiesce immediately and as a result he's had to hold the line to to not appear like you know Like he he he lost I guess for lack of a better term But in the aftermath that's affecting all American small businesses all of us So let me know what you think down below I'd be interested to see what you guys think if you are An employee of a business rather than a business owner, how is it affecting you? Is it affecting you? And for the other business owners out there, how is it affecting your business? You don't have to give me, you know, like name and how much it's affecting you on the dollars and cents of the business, but are you feeling the pinch? We are. I can tell you we are like we never have before. And it's because of no decision or nothing we've done. It's just because the numbers... that are being put on the other countries and then all of the shipping companies, the shipping lanes, they're jacking up prices because they know they got you America, because they know they got you. And that's just the game that is affecting many aspects of business for this country. Appreciate y'all. Hopefully that's a good little wrap up for you. Now you know what happened today at the Supreme Court on the tariffs case for President Trump. Sound off below. I love you. Subscribe to the channel if you love this stuff. Let me know. I'll try to keep you in the loop on more things that happen that affects. government, especially as it affects our rights. See you in the next one. Take care. While he's there is danger, and there's danger in our hills. Oh, here he's not the singing of the view, the wild and free. But soon you'll know the ringing of the rifle from the trees. Oh, the rifle, oh, the rifle, in our hands, could prove no choice, oh. You may ride a good league speed, you may know it's turn to master Your forward march with speed, but you'll learn to back much faster When you meet our mountain boys And their leader George Scott Glad to make what little noise And always hit the mark Hold the rifle, hold the rifle In our hands, we'll prove know it's rifle No graves at home, back across the brine of water. That giddy must come, as well as to the slaughter. But it's the way the job must do, and the sooner it is begun. If Clinton's figure holds a bus through, the quicker it will be done. Hold the rifle, hold the rifle. In our hands we'll prove no to rifle. Hold the rifle, hold the rifle. In our hands we'll prove no to rifle. Like high and willow glow, we'll look everywhere we go And soon the looters will know that they can't hide They come loud and they come fast, we'll shoot first so we can last Keep your rifle by your side Singing, oh lord, they just won't stay away, singing Oh Lord, for this I won't need pay when we take a stand. No, we must take our land, keep your rifle by your side. They'll come day and they'll come night, they'll have our children in their sights. Oh stand on every pass from north to south. Oh they can scream, they can shout, they will never push us out. Keep your rifle by your side. Singin' Oh Lord, they just won't stay away Singin' Oh Lord, for this I won't need pay When we take a stand No, we must protect our lands Keep your eye, pull by your saw They'll have bombs and they'll have tanks Cause they've got funding from the banks But we won't fall as long as we can fight So they'll go on and say we hate you, but they won't get past the gate. Keep your rifle by your side. Singing, or they just won't stay away. Singing, oh lord, for this I won't need pay when we take a stand. No, we must protect our lands. Keep your rifle by your side. Have allies in the east from the Great Plains to Tennessee. They help us hold with all that we do need But from the west comes another way From Red Sand Fran or Burned LA Keep your rifle by your side Singing, no lord they just won't stay away Singing, for this I won't need pay When that's neither face No I must protect my place Keep my rifle by my side Singing, no lord won't stay away Singing, no laws, I won't be paid When I see their face No, I must protect my place Keep my rifle by my side Keep my rifle by my side Keep your rifle by your side There are shanties and such from American history. They are old Americana and the cool thing is that you will recognize some of the music, some not so much. But it's all from our history and adapted to the war effort as it develops. So heads up there, check it out, have some fun. And Alderaan Tiran, and it's Songs of the American Second Civil War. Songs of the Second Civil War. Hey Mark. Anyway, good. We got Tom there. What do you got? Hey, did you know that there was a bank in someplace in Michigan that used to sell guns? If you would go in and get, you know, start up a bank, a bank account, they would If you want to buy a gun, of course you'd have to do a background check. They had the FFL and all that. But they would sell you a gun right there if you passed one. Oh, they used to give guns. They used to give guns as... Well, I haven't seen that one, per se. I might have seen it, but I missed it. I think I missed that one. But there's a couple of banks back when I was young. They gave out toasters. Remington pump shotguns, if you opened an account, anything you could imagine in the way of really cool gifts to entice you to put your money in their bank. Notice I mentioned there were toasters too, because the lady of the house may not have felt she needed another Remington shotgun or Stevens or something, but she definitely could use a toaster. That was one of those jokes you always saw with the, you know, the television series where the guy was the president of the bank and you know, he had, you know, congratulations, I can give you a toaster. Well, no, we need help. I can give you a toaster if you open up the account. Can't do anything else for you though. Sorry. So, yeah, I believe it. That's one of those things again that historically guns are just implements. It's only with the buffoonery of the effeminate leftist that All of a sudden guns are so alien and horrible and terrifying and strange. Shut up, dim wits. That's the problem with the wussification of our country, which is why everybody else thinks they can get away with stuff. By the way, heads up on that one. Real quick, I want to comment on something. The president does have and traditionally has had the authority to implement tariff and trade activity against another nation. If it were an American common law nation, that would be the case, but the Communists have taken over through the District of Criminals and the hated Admiralty Court is in charge. And that's why they're in a quandary over this. Now, let me point something out. Jared talked about coffee. Guys, there shouldn't be any significant tariff on coffee. Why? What is the actual purpose? He actually mentioned part of it, but it's not the only purpose. If you are trading and you have product going out, somebody else has product coming in, the only reason you're going to attack somebody that has coffee coming into the US would be if, like, in fact, Jared said it, if you make coffee and they make coffee, the idea is not to allow somebody from outside the United States to undermine your productivity, your product, what you make. Try to keep Americans employed, right? But here's the thing, there shouldn't be any tariff on that coffee unless the country itself that you're talking about is in some form of conflict with us because otherwise pretty much everybody around the world is selling us coffee because we can't get it. So, we don't have any coffee going out that's being hurt in the international market, except for, again, who cares about Hawaii. It's a dot on the map. It's a percentage of a percentage point. It's not a percentage point. That's fact. Hawaii is a dot on the map, and with Hawaii's, people aren't talking about this, with Hawaii's communist agenda, deep. Guys, they hate anything other than nouveau slash specialty anything. Peasant type stuff is evil, bad, and horrible, and they hate you, and they hate America, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. The usual nuances projected constantly from Hawaii. That's why, like I said, with the characters from Hawaii that we've had that have come into our government, they aren't our friends. Not the federal level, we're all just leftists. But what's interesting is the coffee is one of those things that there shouldn't be any significant tariff on because it's not putting another American out of work. See how that works? That's how typically you looked at it, okay? But everybody, nobody has any concept of basic economics anymore, so everybody throws it out the window because they're perturbed with the world as they see it. Go ahead, jump in there. I think it's text mics. Yeah, text mics, yes. Yeah, hey, you don't have to play it this hour, but next hour maybe play yesterday's Guns and Gadgets where he talks about... He's talking about... It's also a short one. He talks about how every town is suing Ruger now for their RXM because it's such a close clone to the Glock and basically... Yeah. So, they actually sent an open letter that said that RUGAR needed to cease and desist making and selling the RXM or remake or reconfigure the trigger. So, here we go. I mean, everybody was expecting this and here we go and they're probably going to go down the line. And of course, where this is going to end up is, well, you know, we've got all these other Glocks that can accept the switch have been sold I mean you know they're gonna have to be turned in because they can accept a switch you know I mean I mean if you follow their logic and I was gonna say something else, but yeah, but I mean next hour just go ahead And if you can get a chance play it's real short one, and it's it really lightens up. I mean de facto Gun control any way they can get it Yep, well and again the point is There's not really a need to do this. This is a secondary feature It's not something that comes from the factory the gun was already it can be done But it can just as easily be done with any other gun that's out there people chose to do so the Glock just is the Convenient package for the moment only because you can make there's so many parts available If you had to work on a lot of other weapons to do what they're doing with the switch, which by the way, can be done to any of the handguns out there, any of them, a variation on the same concept, everybody knows that any semi-automatic pistol can be made into a machine pistol. Now whether or not you really wanna do that, 99.99% of the time, as we've said, no, but acquiescing to your enemy's whims, I don't think this is accidental. I think that it's part of the betrayal process. We've got more and more of our production overseas where it should never have gone, or we're bringing in countries because we don't have the production here because our companies were targeted like Remington and that Remington Consortium that the Soros ops made, they brought all the companies up, put them all together, and then sued Remington and put them out of business. Now, you've got a micro variation on this now for manipulation through the commerce activity. Why? Because they're not in the proper court. They should not be in the court that they're in with regard to interference of American activity, especially Article 2 of the Bill of Rights, but there are other aspects of this too that could be applied. What's interesting is that they know they're doing wrong, but this is that sadducease and serices, Pharisees, of, you know, threading that camel through the eye of a needle. They find a spot, they push the rest of the carcass through, and now you can see where it's going. You can see what the end result is. So... Yeah, Mark? Yeah. Go ahead. Yeah, and the other thing is, is look at, have you seen the proliferation, I mean, ever since Ever since Trump got elected, these things called the FRTs, force reset triggers, mostly for striker fired guns and the AR, but they're going, they're selling like hotcakes. I mean, and I'm looking at this, I'm like, is this? Biden came after these triggers. A lot of people had to turn in those triggers. And do you think this is like a trap? Get everybody to put these in their guns? And then, well, this thing was now a machine gun. So not only do you have to turn in your trigger, but you got to turn in your gun too, because it's a machine gun. It was a machine gun. Right. The problem we've got here is we have an arbitrary and capricious government. that waxes and wanes purely depending upon what day it is and which factions in place. And there's never a solid solution presented that prevents this because there is still the option once the next regime comes in and because of the nature of the Admiralty Court and the Admiralty occupation of America for them to all of a sudden declare that whatever activity took place six months ago We can flip it completely on its ear. They've already done this. Well, they've done it a hundred times, dozens and dozens and dozens of times in my lifetime. With people who have been told, yep, you can make that, go ahead and build it. We're not just talking like an internal trigger attachment. We're talking building whole guns. In which the moment another regime comes in, everybody forgets all of a sudden it's like, oh, your gun's evil. You told me my gun was okay. I went through the research and development. I paid for this thing to be built. You said it was built to spec. I went before you several times. We went back and forth and I did any and everything that you demanded because you said this is what needed to be done, which I did. And now you're telling me that you're going to, wait a minute, I have to turn in all my guns and... Anybody out there, they're going to seek them out and threaten to kill them or attack them at the very least. If they don't turn the gun in that they bought lawfully, slash, you know, both lawfully and legally, because they followed all the legalese bullshit, there's a dozen weapons in the especially when, and of course it always happens as part of the sucking and blowing to create crisis. It's not accidental. It's planned. It's completely planned. It's one of the reasons, like I said, we need an American war for independence because you're not going to fix this. There's no voting that's going to fix it. And they know it because they've already broken the system. They've broken the whole machine. And the only thing that's going to work is to actually clear out the, you know, scrape out the problem, mostly foreign, most definitely foreign, across the board and, you know, boot their ass out or string their ass up. Take your pick. I'm not really carrying either way right now. Because that's you know, it's not an if it's just a when they're gonna do it. I think we've already seen this Yeah, can I have this shoulder brace, you know the support, you know, some real arm support brassy thingy Sure. Yeah, we love all of you guys We need more guys to go out there and die for the government. We all we need more knuckle monkeys to go kill for the Israelis Yeah, you're great. We love veterans and we wait a little bit longer and all of a sudden they don't like veterans and they don't like anybody else and you've got evil You've got evil on your arm and now we got to come out and threaten to kill you in fact you need to hand over that evil But you said it was okay. Yeah, I know I lied What's your point? What are you gonna do bat faggots the bat faggots have done this for years? Okay, and it's not gonna change it. This is our problem like I said How many of you remember the fact that we had a gun control? Confiscation wave across the whole the country in 1927 just before they kicked in the Great Depression I've talked about this many times. Well, where was the authority for that? They didn't they had no authority and they knew it It was arbitrary and capricious every step of the way it was fought. That's why they don't talk about it They don't talk about these things don't remind anybody and again, they make stuff disappear I grew up and I remember this like it was yesterday. They used to have the news reels and they were, you know, bit of history for 1927. And it was barges that were off the city of Chicago and they were leaving the port there and they were going out to the, you know, lake, great lake, and they were dumping 55 gallon barrels of shotguns, rifles, and handguns. Barrels, they had the whole stinking barge, which was a river barge, full of barrels of guns they'd taken from the people. Don't hear anything about that. Do you don't see anything on that? Do you? Of course in the last several years it was mostly NRA that used to tell you about stuff like that But then well, you know with Lippie air in there and all the leftist having finally gotten cut and control of NRA Well that base was that information base was dead And then it took common years for goa to build up and they're part of a different era So they don't really have the connective tissue But the people who were in the NRA could tell you about what I just told you about. Well, they felt like it. See, so, and again, the others have other arguments now, but most of them are, the arguments, most of them are now, they're not misdirected, but they're incomplete. And mostly, again, because what we have to learn is that they had no authority whatsoever. Well, we've got to go along with this peaceably. Well, we've gone along for so long that literally the abomination has been in place for how many years, decades? In fact, this is the year 2025. You're creeping up like with some of this stuff on 100 years, just like the income tax. the temporary income tax. What happened with that? Well, I guess it wasn't so temporary. And if you just keep picking the can down the road and everybody, oh yeah, we're gonna fix it later. We're gonna fix it down the road. We're thinking about fixing it. We're saying, well, yeah, I know it's been a decade. Oh, wait a minute. It's been two decades. Oh, it's been half a century. Oh, you know, in fact, now you don't even think about the idea that, well, they lied and it wasn't temporary as they said it was. Completely across the board. Oh, you're just crazy conspiracy there. That's not possible You don't know what you're talking about. Oh just shut up and pay those taxes and the same shills like we have the social media chills now Are the same kind of turns who were out there as yappers whose job it was to shill For the regime to promote the Jewish run income tax racket to take bucks away from you to put in their pocket overseas First and put in their pocket here in the US and then progressively put in their pocket overseas So don't worry. They catch up eventually they got to it where they wanted so again, I I would anticipate the only issue is people are saying well be when Trump's not here and I don't think so but Trump the people that Trump is riding with they hate you and I don't think Trump it up feels any differently about you to be quite honest. No, he doesn't care either way Whatever to go with the wind, whatever it is for the moment to go with the ride with the wind, that's the problem we've got. So again, not that we're gonna die because of that. We're gonna die for lack of proper, you know, proper performance when the time comes and we don't pay attention. So make sure that you organize, arm, equip, and train as militia. Establish a 5.10 program in your area of operations. Logistics, the key to victory. As long as you can get the material where it needs to be, when it needs to be there, local, small unit, tactical deployment of all materials is what's going to put the material where it needs to be, where the fight is. So we need to get, again, square our tech away, make sure that we're ready for what it is that needs to happen. And that includes all of the other supply and support issues. Keep your weapons running. Spare parts. Spare parts. Spare parts. You're not supposed to think about this. I've told you many times. There's a basic formula that the CIA operates off with regard to what the average operating lifespan of a firearm is in constant contact. And the military did an evaluation on it. CIA, everybody has. All these people know the basic math. So we need to be ahead of the curve on that then, don't we? So for all of you out there, again, apexgunparts.com, apexgunparts.com, not just for those sentiny kits that are $149, but if you've got any weapon that needs to be brought up to snuff, you need to take care of it now. Small little part, but just one part that may be a problem. Got an ejector broken on an old Remington or Winchester. Apexgunparts, numeric, forgive me, gunpartscorp.com, numeric arms. gunpartscorp.com Also sarcoinc.com sarcoinc.com the companies I mentioned have the parts on the shelf and you have to call do not think that if you're looking at that stupid internet posting for a company that that's all they have that is not how it works each all three of these companies I just mentioned have a vast amount of material on the shelf that they just can't list with the internet. They just don't have the time. Just not possible. It's too stinking ridiculous. You know, it's a time eater and it's easier just to maintain the inventory and pay attention. You go out to the big box out there. The guy goes out, rifles through the bin, tells you, yep, I got what you need. How many do you want? I've got boxes of them here. So that's how you typically deal with Sarcos, or traditionally they have parts more than one tunnel and cave and basement and warehouse all over their neck of the woods. Gun Parts Corp has been around for a very long time too, and they have parts for almost any weapon you could imagine. Apex, little spring chicken on the block, but Apex is actually caught up pretty quick. They've got a good inventory and especially for middle surplus World War II era. They're the company to go to. We're at the top. We got Craig coming up next. God bless our Republic. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. We're on the march both day and night. Ooh-rah. Kick him to the slots, beat him down hard. Like I said, don't let it come back up. And again, it's true. Look at your enemy is nothing but a mobile resupply pod. Craig, for- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- For- Oh, we've got two of the same number now on the line. There we go. We got you, Craig. I can hear you. Can you hear me? I can hear you for whatever reason. You're showing up on my board two times. OK. Is it causing a problem on your end? Because you can hang up on one of my guests. Hang on. I'm going to try and hang up on one, and hopefully it won't hang up on both. All right. There we go. I think we're good. OK. Can you hear me? Yep. I'm clear. OK. Good. OK. Sorry about that folks, I had this problem on my end I believe. I was doing something else at the moment and then I tried to get back to the phone and I'm on a kind of a new phone here and I don't like these Apple phones. I can tell you what, I like Android better. I don't like these phones at all, but better than Apple as far as I'm concerned. I'm just not used to Apple, I'm used to Android and I've got a phone that I inherited basically. Okay, so my name is Craig, you're listening to Forbid Knowledge and it is if you're listening lives you can hear by all the mistakes it is November November I'm trying to click this on my computer is walking up to this is gonna be fun like about the fourth or fifth what is it today is the fifth all right Wednesday the fifth you're listening on Wednesday the fifth you are listening live you're welcome call in I do have a bunch of things here that I've written down a bunch of things but I got some things written down that I wanted to cover tonight I do thank everybody for joining me now that we've changed our clocks at least in my area, that it's now always dark. Instead, I usually don't work at the property at all after dark. So I should be able to fulfill my requirements of being here on the air like I should be doing every weekend. So hopefully I won't get too busy that I can't come in and be on the air live every night now, during the winter months at least. Okay, got a bunch of things brought up. One of the things that came to my attention last week, basically right after I got off the air almost, I didn't think, I don't really think there's that much of a need to cover it, but other people are talking about it as well. And that is the, well, the Trump's announcement that he was going to start testing nuclear weapons now because, golly dang it, other people are testing nuclear weapons now. Well, no, that's not what happened. The whole thing is really just Trump being Trump. What was tested was nuclear powered missiles, nuclear drive systems, delivery systems that are nuclear powered, a small nuclear reactor on board, to actually drive the missile. Yeah, that's the thing. It's something even the US was experimenting with. Could I get my back kicky here on one thing? The thing that was tested that made Trump say that we're going to start our nuclear testing again? was Putin bringing forward the idea that they have a nuclear torpedo that is a slow-moving torpedo that they can set off and it'll detonate underwater and create a tsunami. They have claimed that they tested it twice, which means, if you believe what the Russians are saying, that a couple of those tsunamis that we had in the last few years were caused by their weapons. Well, the information I have doesn't show that. The information I have shows it has been tested. You see, there's a difference between testing the nuclear drive system and testing the nuclear weapon. Now you're saying you're making the assumption here that they actually tested a nuclear warhead. I'm going off of what Russia has said, and you can find it in their news, about testing the torpedo. The rocket, which they're both using the same type of nuclear engine system to keep them aloft for long periods of time, the rockets, they tested the flight system, but the torpedo, they claim they have tested the delivery system and the detonation. They say they tested the torpedo twice. is the actual missile, the airborne missile, and the Poseidon is the actual torpedo projectile missile, if you will. So we're talking about two different systems. And according to information I have seen and heard, even on the alternative ones that I have seen, they've tested both as far as the drive system, the delivery system, but they didn't have nuclear warhead support. That's the information I have. The Poseidon, which is the one that can create the tidal wave that Ed's talking about, isn't even going to be deployed and going to be in service. I can't remember what the word is. In service is the best word I can remember off the top of my head. There's another word for it. Won't even come into effect until the year 2027. That's according to the Russian information that I've seen. And the Baryshnik has actually been tested, visibly tested, and publicly tested already as in fact about a week or two ago. I don't have the date here. Let me see. The Baryshnik, which is the airborne one, is a Russian low-flying nuclear-powered, which can be nuclear-armed, of course, cruise missile under development for the Russian armed forces, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. The missile's range is effectively unlimited. The Baryshnik is one of of six new Russian strategic weapons unveiled by Russian President Vladimir Putin on March 1st of 2018. And he actually, during this revealing in 2018, he revealed also then the Poseidon and let me see, there's other advanced weapons he announced then. Russian missile systems, the hypersonic glide vehicles, maneuverable intermediate range ballistic missiles. Poseidon and this Baryshnik, and these all pose serious challenges for current U.S. missile defense capabilities due to their unique combination of speed, maneuverability, and evasive tactics. The systems, however, are supposedly not designed to defeat U.S. systems in every scenario, but rather to complicate and potentially overwhelm them. Russia has been developing advanced weapons systems at a much greater rate than we have. According to all the information I've seen here, we don't have the hypersonic missiles. We don't have the maneuverable intermediate ballistic range missiles. And these are more advanced missile technology that we have just been kind of sitting on our butts over. We seem to think, and that's one of the things, problems with Trump and his attitude, he seems to think we have the greatest military in the world and that very well may not be true anymore. We don't have the capabilities that we used to have. I mean, we have, well, capabilities we used to have, we're talking like 1990s, 1991, 1992. This is kind of the era we're working with our military right now. We're in Russia and some other countries, such as Iran, have actually progressed and made a much better system. Systems that we maybe can't defend ourselves against. And this is part of the problem, and this is part of the problem with Trump's blatant His attitude, what's the right word I'm meaning to use here? He seems to think he's the greatest in the world and has to be the greatest in the world. And now that he's not, he's got it straight back somehow. And he said, well, we're going to start testing nuclear weapons too. Well, no, they haven't tested nuclear weapons. They've tested nuclear delivery systems, which we actually tested back in the last time we tested such a system according to information I have found, unless there's some kind of secret program going on, which I would not, of course, have the knowledge of exactly. is in Project Pluto from 1957. Of course Pluto doesn't exist as a planet anymore, right? He doesn't exist as a weapon anymore either, according to this that I've followed here. Again, unless there's something secret going on that I don't know about, we've discontinued that effort of a nuclear drive system in 1957. And although it was functional, it was perceived to be too proactive, too provocative. less effective than intercontinental ballistic missiles and presented radiological emissions that made scheduling tests like this vocalt. So it spewed a lot of radiation apparently. Now Russia had, and I don't know, I think it was in 2019, they had this explosion in the northern deep, right up on the Arctic Circle. I can't remember the name of the city it was in. They had an explosion of one of these weapons that they were testing. And it was a nuclear explosion. It wasn't like an atom bomb type explosion, but it was a nuclear material and there was some radiation released. And several people died on the scene. That was actually very public as well. So they've been testing it. They've been working on this for a long time. And now they've tested one that actually works and that they are ready to, again, I don't know the right word, deploy. That might not be the right word. Put it into service somehow. They're ready to start building them and put them into service. And this is what's testing Trump off. He thinks he's the greatest. Nothing can challenge him. He's an egotistical maniac. And so he's going to start testing nuclear weapons, even though that's not what happened. And we can't really start testing nuclear weapons immediately. It's going to take them a year or two to actually test one again, the way we used to test them with underground testing. I don't believe he hasn't really Of course, he changes his mind every minute anyway. So next week it might be something completely different. But he hasn't elaborated on whether these are above-ground tests or underground tests. More than likely they would be underground tests if he even got that far to do them. And even if he did get that far, it's going to take him a couple years to do it. The Pentagon, Craig, hang on. Let me see if I can pull this article up again because I was reading it today. The Pentagon put out a thing that they're looking at doing below ground testing in Arizona or under the sea testing in a couple of our old testing sites like Bikini Bay. We used to do most of our testing actually in Nevada. But the governor of Nevada said, no, not here. You're not going to do that here. I don't know if you have the jurisdiction to say that on federal lands, but anyway, he's already fighting back against Trump's assertion that he's going to start testing nuclear weapons because Nevada was one of the main places that we were testing nuclear weapons back. We haven't tested a nuclear weapon since 90, 91, 92, somewhere in there. As I said with the Russians, we both stopped. Under treaty, we stopped testing nuclear weapons. And most of the countries are signed onto this. North Korea is an exception there because they aren't signed onto that treaty. So we stopped doing both above ground and underground testing of nuclear weapons back in the 90s. So this hasn't been, something this hasn't been done in 30 years or more that we've been testing nuclear weapons. And it's not something that's probably likely to happen now, to be honest with you. I think it's just Trump being Trump, being the egotistical maniac that he is and think he's going to scare the world and scare the Russians into submission by threatening them. That's all he's about. Threats. It's like he tried to threaten China and he kind of had to back down this week. He kind of had to reverse everything he did and now China's like, oh yeah, China worked cool now and that'll give us our rare earth minerals so we can build our weapons again. Well, this is the actual quote from Trump, what he said. So as long as other countries are testing nuclear weapons, he wants to test nuclear weapons. It's not just a Russia thing. It's also what's going on in North Korea. Well, if you take the word by word and an exact meeting on level playing field with other countries, what they're doing, well, then that means no nuclear weapons would be tested because no other countries are testing nuclear weapons. So whatever. North Korea has been testing nuclear weapons underground. They haven't tested any, I can't remember the last one they tested, they haven't tested any in quite a while in North Korea. It's been a number of years since they tested a nuclear weapon either above or below ground. Anyway, I don't think there's anything to worry about. It's just Trump being Trump. Anything Trump says, we kind of have been able to learn that you can kind of It wasn't one ear and out the other. I mean, what they call them, they've been, the game TACO, what does the TACO stand for? Trump something, how he changes his mind all the time? Can't remember what that stands for. Well, even if we were to start testing, and it's a nuclear arms race, okay, it... The engine that Russia created with the rocket, you know, everybody's concerned about what it could be used for that way. But if you're looking at deep space exploration, which everybody thinks NASA is the only game in town that's doing that, Russia, China, and a couple other countries, they have their own space agency. I'm trying to think, I can't remember what it's called, but it's that communist block. They do have their own space agency. If you're looking for deep space travel, A nuclear engine makes more sense than a conventional rocket engine. Right. Well, we actually have spacecraft like that too. I've had many spacecrafts. In fact, the two Voyager spacecraft that were launched back in the 70s, both have nuclear, thermonuclear engines in them. And they're still operating today, although very low power. So, and those are the two probes that have basically left our solar system. NASA has been doing that for ages. We've had thermonuclear drives on spacecrafts forever. Not every spacecraft has it, but a lot of the deep space pros have them because you can't get solar radiation enough to power a solar panel. on a space probe that once it gets, you know, about past Jupiter or whatever, it's not going to receive enough sun to do anything. So they have all those probes have always had nuclear powered, thermal nuclear reactors on board, which basically produce heat which drives, which produces the electricity they need to to run the spacecraft. But those two spacecraft are almost dead, by the way. They are still both active, but they're so far away and the power's so low, they've had to shut down most of the systems of those spacecraft. But the Voyager 1 and 2 spacecraft are still out there, still being communicated with, although of low power and not much use anymore for the data that they need to get out of them, that they want to get out of them. Now, there's another aspect of this, which is why I brought it up to you, because I know you like debunking the nuclear idea that nuclear power is a threat and whatnot, even if we do start testing again. How many times have we already nuked ourselves? About a thousand. And I'm guessing that with that thousand there's some part of the US that's completely uninhabitable and void of life, right? Where we had people that have just died in the droves from all that nuclear radiation. Right, maybe inside the caves where somebody's gone into that created the void that was where the nuclear weapon was tested. Maybe there. Yeah. But part of the reason they did the test underground where they stopped doing the above-ground test back in the, when those last above-ground tests would have been in the 70s, they stopped doing, because they realized though the additional radiation in the atmosphere, they might be kind of messing things up in the atmosphere and maybe causing additional radiation in the atmosphere that could be harmful to people. So they stop doing the above ground. But underground testing releases almost no radiation because of the shielding of the earth itself. Just like if you test a nuclear weapon underwater, basically it's not going to release much radiation to the surface because water or anything with a lot of mass is a great shield against radioactive transmission. So... So the idea, Craig, the idea of having a radioactive tidal wave. Well, that's misnomer, I think. Yeah, that's what the Russians were claiming, is that with that torpedo, is that it could detonate off the coast and set a tidal wave off of radioactive water that would wash onshore and destroy people in the agriculture for years. That was what was in the article about the actual Poseidon Torpedo. I thought that sounded a little bit odd. I've seen that term as well and I didn't buy it immediately. I'm calling it a radioactive tidal wave. It would be a tidal wave created by a nuclear bomb, a nuclear destination. But I don't think there would be any big radiation risk from such a tidal wave. The big risk would be coastal city, let's say New York, whatever. They say they wanted to bomb Zindami or whatever his name is. Well, then the tidal wave could completely wipe out New York City, couldn't it? And that's the idea behind that particular weapon. It wouldn't be a radiation death. It would be a tidal wave death, a flooding death. Now, the Poseidon, which is the torpedo we're talking about, you can call it a submarine, you can call it a torpedo. It's an unmanned. It's approximately five foot across by about 70 feet long. So it's a very large torpedo. It can't be launched by most Russian submarines. They do have one class of submarine that can launch this thing. They have the capability of launching something that big. They can travel at about 100 knots underwater. It can travel about 5,000, it's said to be able to travel about 5,500 nautical miles and it's said to be able to carry a warhead of up to 100 megatons. I wouldn't worry about this weapon as much unless you're on a coast, unless you're in Washington, D.C. or you're in any low land. But actually, if you look at the statistics, I think most of our population in the United States is, I don't know what the percentage is anymore, but it's It's a high percentage of population that live below like a hundred feet elevation from the open. So a lot of our populations do live near sea level. And those are the only people that have to worry about this Poseidon torpedo. I'm going to call it a torpedo. Those are the only people that would not have to worry about this thing. It wouldn't irradiate large areas of the country or anything like that, like a nuclear detonation would above ground. Even then, a nuclear detonation above ground, there's two types of above ground detonations, essentially. One is an air burst and one is a ground burst. The ground burst produces a lot more radiation, believe it or not, in the long term, whereas the above ground burst, the air burst produces a lot more radiation immediately. In other words, you're going to feel, what you feel as heat from a nuclear detonation above Generally, like the first one tested in the desert of New Mexico in 1945 was, I think it was 1945, was called the Trinity test. That was on a hundred foot tall tower. And immediately what happens is you get the flash of light and with that flash of light comes the heat you feel. And that's actually gamma rays you're feeling there. The burst of heat is gamma rays. That is followed by a huge pressure wave. which creates like a 600 mile an hour wind or whatever, wipes out anything that's close and then gets diminished as the farther away our distance you are from that detonation. Whereas a ground burst, one that goes in the ground and detonates, is going to create a lot of dust and dirt into the air. And that's what we call fallout. The dirt then travels in the winds and comes down with what we call fallout. And that will have data radiation as well as some gamma emitters and it's a little more dangerous long term but even then a week or two later, unless there's more detonations going on, it's going to be safe to go outside. So this is one of the reasons a lot of people have the misconception about what nuclear war is and what nuclear war does because of what we went through the Cold War and all the propaganda involved with that to increase our capabilities and the arms race with Russia. Because it kept got to keep you scared about all this bad stuff is going to happen You're all going to die so we need more and more nuclear weapons to fight them damn ruskies, right? That was the whole propaganda thing with the Cold War And now we saw and and I heard Trump also say I don't have the quote from him here But he would claim oh, yeah, we have the greatest we have more nuclear weapons We have greater nuclear weapon though Russia has actually more nuclear weapons than we do right now Another one of the another he's talking on his ass again. He doesn't know what he's talking about. He just has this this damn problem mentally that he can't let anybody else in the world be more powerful than him or think even think they're more powerful than him or or even they're more powerful than the US really is what it comes down to Craig but yeah I was I was laughing at that comment too because you can go on YouTube right now and you could do a search for old missile silos that have been converted into homes, apartments, grain silos, etc. The old Atlas system, a lot of them have been dismantled. There's a really cool video from one guy who got ahold of an Atlas facility. He was an engineer, retired. He passed away, his son took it over, and his son was given a tour of everything that his dad did to change the facility. And even when his dad took it over, talking about how they gutted everything, the doors, the equipment, they cut the computers out. If you wanted to bring this facility back up and online to do anything with it, it would take years. Oh yeah. A lot of the stuff that was down there that was removed was built in place. You had to cut it up to get it out. You know? I, in fact, visited, I don't know if you were, I'm trying to find if the Atlas, I don't think the Atlas missile is still even there. That is like a 1960s technology. The Atlas was the one that laid flat under a concrete burn, well under a blast door with a concrete burn, and they would elevate, they would take it 90 degrees up when the gate opened and they would launch it that way, and then I can't remember what the other one was with the deep pit that's already standing upright. Now, I did look it up because I thought the Atlas missile was no longer in service and correct me. The Atlas missile is no longer in service. The United States phased it out in 1965 and all operational Atlas missiles were replaced by newer ICBMs like the Titan series. The Atlas has since been retired from its role as a nuclear missile and is now used as a launch vehicle for satellites and space missions. So okay, so they still use it apparently to launch satellites and that I didn't know and that's why I had to look it up because I wasn't sure I know that the early for instance the Mercury program back in the early 60s Mercury space program They at first they use the redstone rocket But then they use the redstone rocket was basically used for suborbital flights kind of like what the Blue Origin does now and then the Atlas was used as a more powerful rocket. They used to get them into orbit. We still use the Atlas for, like you said, putting up satellites and whatnot. But as far as having them deployed and ready to be watched like they were in the past, No, you can tour a lot of those facilities, went up to auction, a lot of those facilities are in private hands. Some of them, some of the people get tours of them in the state that they were in when they got them. Others have taken them, converted them, renovated them, turned them into completely different things. Like I said, it's some pretty cool stuff you can watch on YouTube on that. But yeah, it's not like, oh, you can flip the switch and it's ready to go anymore. Hell, we don't, NORAD, I think, I don't know if they moved it again, but NORAD's not even in Cheyenne Mountain anymore. It's in a sky rise in Chicago, which doesn't make any sense. Yeah, I actually, and I may have met the guy you were talking about earlier. He converted into Atlas E missile silo because they're different types of atlases. The Atlas E was the one that you're talking about that has the missile actually lays down in this huge bunker. The doors open up to the side. They slide sideways and then the missile raises. It takes about 20 minutes to actually launch the thing. And he converted this into his home. Basically where the missile was was a big workshop. And he had a couple shipping containers in there. That's how big we're talking about here. You could take shipping containers in there. It wouldn't take up the space of the whole thing. You'd have nowhere near. And then there was another- No, that would be a different one. Because when I'm talking about the guy converted the actual missile day into kind of like a ballroom. And the place where the thrusters would get diverted, at the end he turned it into a pool. Okay, well, there's the E that I went to see. It was owned by a private individual. He converted it into his home. He lived in there. The part where all the electronics were, the controls, the generators and such, he basically ripped out all that stuff and he put in a two-story home, a sizable two-story home. And then he had basically two very large workshops because there's tunnels connecting them. Anyway, that was in Kansas. I visited that site back in 2016, I believe it was 2017, something like that. At that same year I also went to visit a Minuteman missile site, a Minuteman II, a Titan site in Arizona, a very famous one in Arizona. You can visit it for tours. There are also a bunch of Titans that are privately owned as well. And that's one where the missile is basically standing up in a big silo underground. Then it has doors that bust open and then it launches the missile. Those sites are, there's many of those sites that didn't get destroyed that are in private hands. And then you have also the Nike sites which I visited in California. There was one that was, they had basically the hydraulic systems to work where the door opens up. And I have a YouTube video where I show that actually, show the doors opening up, the alarms and everything, and the hydraulic system raising the missile up. It can be ready to launch in about a minute, basically. Maybe a little more in a minute. I can't remember how long it takes. Anyway, there's four different types of systems we used back during the Cold War. And now I think we're down to the Minuteman, I think it's Minuteman 3 we're at right now, or maybe Minuteman 4, I'm not really sure. We're down to a lot less systems now. Most of the titans under the ballistic treaty, the arms reduction treaties that were implemented between Russia and the United States, where we eliminated a lot of our missile silos. What they did was they buried a lot of them. They actually destroyed the top, I don't know, 20, 30 feet of the actual silo. They opened up the doors, detonated the tops of the missiles silos, and left it open to space so that their satellites could verify that they were destroyed. kill them up with dirt and then bury the rest of the components. And the Titan sites, that's what they did with all the Titan sites, but that's what they did with most of the Titan sites. And some people are unburying them and trying to restore them and using them as living sites. And some of them, yes, there's some available you can see on YouTube where people have done it. The Titan missile sites are rather interesting because they were up like 13 stories underground because of the missile, the actual missile. And then a very large tunnel connecting to the main The main control center, I'll call it, where they had the generators and the electronics. And they were on springs, they were in a dome. And that was like a two-story structure in itself. It was all riding on springs so that if it got hit, it might survive a nuclear blast nearby. Anyway, that stuff is all pretty much gone by the wayside. And now it's Minuteman. Minuteman. is a different type of system where when I visited in South Dakota, Minuteman has one control center followed by a bunch of satellite missile silos. In other words, the missiles were underground in a vertical position, but they were separate from the main command center, let's call it. I'm not sure, I don't remember what they called it. There was one main complex, it was a command center, and then miles away in every direction they'd have individual silos that could all be operated from this one command center. So the idea was to strike this particular, a Minuteman site, you would have to have several nuclear warheads hitting the area in order to destroy them all. So in other words, you probably could get some of them off even if you got nuked. Unless your command center got nuked, then you may not be able to do it. Anyway, I think this is one of those sites too. And I think the Minuteman is still in service and it may not be the same configuration. I don't know if that's not a thing you're going to be able to view, I don't think, as a general member of the public. But you can visit these older systems. The Atlas, I don't know if the Atlas E, I don't know if any Atlas E exists to visit as far as the public thing. Maybe, maybe not. Mine was a private one. Mine was a house. And then there's another type of Atlas which I have not seen. I can't remember if it was an Atlas C or what that was. And then there's the Titan and then there's the Minuteman. And then there's the Minuteman too. Craig, some of the Atlas, the one that lists it not from laying down to upright, most of them are privately owned. In fact, I think all of them are privately owned. There are two or three of them that will give you tours of the facility, but you have to contact the owner to do it. The private owner though. Yeah, it's private owner, it's not publicly owned. The one I toured in Kansas was a private owner and I didn't, I mean he just came to my table, I was doing a show in probably Kansas, no where was I doing? Somewhere in Kansas I was doing a show and he saw all my radioactive stuff and actually he didn't come, his wife came and he was commenting, oh yeah we own a missile silo. Anyway, she put him in contact with me and he invited me to come over. I didn't try to get over there but he invited me to go, yeah sure I'll come. So anyway, it was kind of by accident that I actually met this guy. And he actually had a, from what I, I think I've probably seen it, there was a show called Doomsday Bunker, no, uh, Doomsday. Doomsday Preppers? Yeah, Doomsday Preppers. He was on an episode of Doomsday Preppers apparently. I had not seen that show before then, but I think I did find the episode he was in. And they tried to make preppers look like crazy people. But anyway, he was apparently featured on that. So anyway, that's the guy that I met. I don't know if he's still alive. This was probably about 15 years ago. And he's got to be in his 70s now, I'm pretty sure. But anyway, I don't even remember his first name because, you know, he let me tour his home. And it's interesting that I was able that year when I went to the out west to do my radiation testing along the west coast to satisfy all the trolls, to show all the trolls up about who they came up. I visited four different types of missile systems, missile defense systems, the Nike, the Atlas, the Atlas E, the Titan, and the Minuteman, the Minuteman II. So anyway, kind of off topic. I'm not worried about nuclear work. And I don't think unless you are. I don't think we are, I don't think you are Craig, I'm not either, but we're talking about tourism right now kind of in a way, and that's the way I kind of think about nuclear arms. If we get into a fight, it's good to know what to do. If something happens, but is it likely to happen? Not really, because no side really wants to light that candle. But if it does it's not gonna be as bad as the doomsayer say it's gonna be I've been watching a couple of a couple of videos on YouTube one of them's really bad about how The nuclear testing is going to affect global warming. We've already damaged the planet so much already if it's an underground test What's it gonna send up into the atmosphere Craig? That's nothing Anything you see on the block of slavery about anything nuclear. Not only nuclear power but nuclear weapons as well. And yes, I wish we didn't have nuclear weapons but you're not going to put that genie back in the bottle so we have to live with them. And we have, we're the ones that have used them so far to kill people which we probably should not have. And the Japanese were actually trying to really no reason for us to use it other than test our new toy. So. You know what's amazing Craig? is that for as bad a reputation as nuclear weapons get, automobiles have killed more than a nuclear weapon could ever hope to even if we fired them all today. If we fired them all today, we would never catch up with the deaths from automobiles. Well, here's a nice fact for you, and you can look this up if you want. Anybody that doesn't believe what I'm saying. If you were to detonate every single nuclear weapon available on the planet today, not only Russian and American, but also Chinese and Pakistan, whatever, combine them all together and all the energy of all those nuclear weapons detonated at the same time do not equal the energy of a strong hurricane. And I don't recall everybody dying the last time we had a big hurricane. So get that in your brain and kind of process that. So in other words, every nuclear weapon was detonated and they'll start saying, oh, nuclear winter and all this stuff. Well, nuclear winter would only happen anywhere near what would happen as if they were ground bursts. And ground bursts aren't as effective for killing people. Most of the weapons are designed that you would probably want them to be air bursts where they're going to kill more people. Air bursts are going to kill more people than a ground burst will. Because the air bursts are going to kill more people. And it will leave real estate for you to take over, which when you're talking about warfare, it's usually over territory. And once you take out your enemy, you want to occupy and make sure that you can control them. So an air burst is more likely than a ground explosion. And then the only people that need to worry about those are the ones that are basically near Ground Zero or whatever that target is, usually a big city or near a military base or something of that nature. Most of you kind of have an idea. And I'm talking about, when I say near Ground Zero, I mean like within a few miles, five miles, ten miles. If you're 30 miles away from the Ground Zero site, you might have broken windows and maybe even a damaged house, but you're not going to die. Now, you might die later because you're not going to have any electricity for years. And that's what you really need to be scared about. You need to be scared about that EMP that that nuclear weapon possesses and radiates. The EMP is going to destroy our grids. And that's going to kill a lot of 90% of you. Especially now, Craig, think about it. Iridescent bombs. The one thing that if you put it on the shelf, It would not be, because it's old vacuum tube technology, it would not be affected by a nuclear explosion. If you, in theory, you could get the power back on, you'd have lights. But now it's illegal for us to have iridescent bulbs in the US, and we're forced to have LED bulbs. And all of those LED bulbs, every last one of them that are in Home Depot, Lowe's, your local hardware store, they're all susceptible to EMP. Well incandescent is the word you're trying to use there. Incandescent, yeah incandescent, sorry. It's illegal, in fact you'll still find them in loans but you'll be at the lower wattages. For instance, your oven lights where it has to sustain high heat, the LEDs and they won't work in an oven. So they still do have specialty bulbs. Actually Craig, I was actually just replacing light bulbs and I was looking for some filament bulbs for just that situation and Home Depot doesn't carry them anymore. They do carry a high heat LED shielded light bulb for your oven. Okay, well I didn't know that existed, but... I didn't either. We told guests a couple days ago. The condescent bulbs have not been banned. The higher wattages, yes, have been banned. I don't think anything up to a 60 watt and over... I'm sorry, a 60 watt and over. I'm pretty sure you cannot get anything like that anymore. You can't even find a 30 watt bulb, Craig. In Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, I talked to them, they can't get them. What they can't do is the halogen bulbs, which you'll see some of the lights look like halogen, but they're actually LED. But you can get actual halogen bulbs that look like regular light bulbs that are actual halogen and not the fake LED crap. The difference is that the LEDs, when you plug them in, it's really obvious, they flicker. If your eyes are sensitive to it, you can see the flicker. Whereas with the Hologens, it's just bright. Blind your eyes, bring your retinas out. It gives up a massive amount of heat. I'm thinking also another version of the incandescent bulb that I think is still widely available. It would be for older vehicles, the tail lights, the blinkers. No, you can't get those anymore. They make LED replacements. I have a bunch of those. The number is 1156 and 1157 are parts numbers. I used to work in all the parts stores. What's in the country that we have, they can still sell. Even old overhead projectors. The old overhead projector bulbs for an overhead projector you can still get them while they're in stock I know a couple of places where you can get them Last time I brought them up on air. They were on sale for $75 apiece Right now they're on sale for $250 for the the overhead projector bulbs, okay? Now imagine those probably make out a halogen. I would think some of those. Now I don't know why they haven't done the same banding to halogen because halogen takes almost the same amount of energy and produces almost the same amount of heat as an incandescent bulb. They aren't that much more efficient. But I'm surprised they haven't done the same thing to halogen bulbs. Whereas contacts for reskins and LEDs produce a lot less heat. And they're generally longer-lived and they have a lot less energy loss. They produce more wattage. For instance, a 9-watt LED bulb is kind of the equivalent of like a 60-watt, if I recall, a 60-watt incandescent bulb. So you put on a lot more light with less heat. That's why they were so inefficient, is they produce most of their energy as heat, which not all the time was very wanted. Unless you had a chicken coop where you're trying to keep the water from freezing or whatever, there's still a lot of instances where we'd use those bulbs for heat. One thing that we've been talking about online is them admitting to the fact that they're using electrical signatures and Bluetooth and other stuff to get a read on populations. And all of these new LED lights that are out there, they either have a Bluetooth app or some Bluetooth compatibility, which means you're buying something that has a transmitter built into it. Yeah, it's a form of electronic. Yeah, they could be used for that. It does need it. Whenever I can, I try to buy the cheapest bulbs that I can. And you know what? You want something that has a variable light source on it. They do make the cheap LED bulbs that have like, you just rotate the base and you can change the difference whether it's soft, white light, bright white light, blah blah blah blah blah blah. Has different coating on the package to do that. But even with those, the last pack that I bought of that, they're the dirt cheapest ones you can get. It has a little switch on the side, but if you want to have more control of what the light can do and even change its color slightly, you can hook your phone up to it. Why did I need that option? This house I'm in right now has a couple of heat lamps up in the ceiling in the bathroom and I wonder what they're doing for those. I have not been able to find a replacement for heat lamps in the bathroom. I've got two bathrooms here. Both of them have heat lamps. One's burnt out and I had a replacement for it. I replaced that. The other one burnt out and I can't get replacements for my heat lamps. Maybe if you've been to a specialty shop or like a grow shop, you might be able to get like a grow heat lamp, but then you're going to be on some list because the government is going to want to know, you know, what are you growing? Yeah, I wonder if there's the electric replacement or some kind, because what you're really after there is the heat, not the light, so that should be able to be substituted with something. It produces just the heat, you know, like some type of coil. It would seem like it would be like a stove top might have, like an electric stove or coil type stove top. I don't know. I don't think it's off track at all, Craig. I mean, it's the ridiculous stupidness of the stuff that they claim they're doing for one reason and it makes no sense. You know, it's like the whole nuclear thing like we're getting back into testing Supposedly we have more weapons than anybody else in the world. I don't know if that's true. Hell, it might be true We don't know if they disarmed but according to you know, the main the mainstream media Russia has a bunch of their weapons that they know about they're not in the they're not in the spy game. They're just in the news game and Hell, if you wanted to confirm that somebody had something, probably Google could do it. There are all these independent satellite companies. Our spy agencies have gone public. I've done this before. What our spy agencies used to do now Google does for the government. It's like there's there's a movie. Oh, come on It's the mr. Bean spoof on James Bond in the second one where the spy agency has been taken over by next tell or something like that where there's they're using the corporate satellites and stuff to spy on people and they don't have to hack into somebody's email because the people they want to spy on use their email so they can just open it up and read it. Okay, I want to jump into another topic here before I close here. I'll have enough time to cover it maybe if I go quickly here. And that is the Venezuelan thing. Last I heard today that the USS Gerald Ford Aircraft carrier and all the ships that go with it. When you send an aircraft carrier, it's like a dozen ships. It's not just the one ship. It's a bunch of ships that won't kill them. Anyway, that supposedly arrived in the Caribbean. So now, I'm going to have to review my predictions about Iran because now that there doesn't appear to be any aircraft carriers either in the Red Sea or the Mediterranean for Israel, now they've moved it over to the Caribbean. Maybe that's the bigger war danger right now that we're in. Maybe, maybe, uh, Nenya, who's gonna, well, he's gonna have to. He's gonna have to back down, probably, because now we don't have the support that he might think he's gonna get from us. Maybe Trump did it on purpose. Who knows? And I looked up Taco, I could remember what it stood for. Cump always chickens out. That's what Taco stands for, at least in modern. acronym for taco. And that's what he did with China this week. But here's something I wanted to play for you. Kind of amazing that he would say something like this, but this is what he said. You can turn the volume up here so you can hear it. If it plays. Well, I don't think we're going to necessarily ask for a declaration of war. I think we're just going to kill people that are bringing drugs into our country. Okay? We're going to kill them. You know, they're going to be like dead. Okay. That's Donald Trump, of course, saying he's going to kill more people in boats. So now we're up to 16 boats that we've attacked and 67 people dead for, suppose, it's narco-terrorism. A new word they just invented for this particular...this new weapons of mass deception, okay? And speaking of that, Dick Cheney died, right? 84 years old, he finally died. Another war criminal. So, the big, the big, uh, promoter is a vast perception. Now we've got this going on in Venezuela. Well, I'm going to hit semantics on that one, Craig. He said, uh, people bringing drugs into this country, none of those boats could have got here. And it would be, I actually think it would probably be beneficial if we actually did start killing the drug dealers that are bringing the drugs across the border, especially if we can confirm that that's all they're bringing. But they're not going to do that because a lot of the drugs that are being smuggled in actually across the border are being done by illegals who are coming here with backpacks full of drugs. Or, hell, I think they caught a, what was it? They caught a guy who was hired to this happened in, I think it was Texas or New Mexico recently, it was in the news. Guy was hired to pick up a rare Rolls Royce car, right? It was packed up, it was south of the border. He went down, grabbed it, brought it across the border, and he got stopped, and he let the cops check it out. They thought the car was neat, it was cool. Well, they found that the guy did claims he didn't know it but because he didn't Pack the car. He just went down and picked the trailer up that it was in and was bringing it across the border the front compartment in front of the car had about That was boarded off. They figured it out because the depth was wrong on the inside. There was about 15 to 20 guys in there and then another block of drugs. They didn't say what type of drugs they were, but they basically, what they found in the trailer in the front was enough for it to make the news that it was a big drug bust, blah blah blah. They had a bunch of illegals in there too. Not to mention the car, that it was a unique car. They didn't say who owned it, who did that, but as far as I know, the driver hasn't been charged with anything yet. So they don't think he was involved, he was just a patsy. Although he could be a coyote, he'd never know. I didn't hear them killing those people who were bringing the drugs in to the US. And they actually crossed the border. They made it inside the country before they were stopped. Well, even if these boats were going to the US, which they weren't, they weren't big enough, they didn't have enough, these types of boats don't have enough fuel, they'd have to refuel like dozens of times to make it to Miami. So they weren't coming to the US. They were going to Trinidad or Tobago. So far there's been no evidence that they had any drugs or drug dealers on board. If you like, think of it this way. Name your city. A cop that sees somebody on the street corner and boy, I think he's dealing drugs. Go out there and shoot him. That's what we've done. Just put on a suspicion, alleged suspicion of dealing drugs, of transporting drugs. It's against our laws, it's against international law. It's not something we do. You don't get the death penalty for dealing drugs. So this is something that you could easily classify as murder. And that's not a word the mainstream press will use for it. But I have an example here of something that's happened this year. You may remember the name, maybe not. I probably won't even say it correctly. Rodrigo Deturre. Deturre-tine. He's a routine. I don't know how to say his last name. I'm sorry. Former Philippine president of March 11th of this year, former Philippine president Rodrigo de Turre de Turre de Turre de Rute. Again, I'm sorry. I don't know. I'm not Filipino. Was arrested by the Philippine National Police and Interpol under international criminal court warrant charging him with crimes against humanity raided through the Philippine drug war. He basically murdered people, extrajudicial killings for drug dealers, that he was just, I'm killing them. And the international law in this case finally caught up with this guy. And now he's basically, he was transported to the Netherlands, he's in the Hague, he's awaiting trial for crimes against humanity for killing how many people did he kill? I saw it in art about the same as what Trump has killed as far as when they were part of the, what they call it, the Rome, forget what it was now. He had went on a trip to China to Hong Kong and was eventually arrested, took a big deal to arrest the guy and he was, let's see, from the Rome Statute in 2019. This was crimes he committed before they withdrew from the Rome Statute in 2019, where basically they give the ICC jurisdiction over crimes committed by this guy. He apparently killed about 30,000 people after that point. But he was charged, he's being charged with the amount of killings, which I'm trying to see the number here, and I don't see it right off the top of my list here. Killing about the same number of people that Trump has killed in these votes so far. So, to think that this could, just imagine this. Of course, I think George Bush was also wanted for war crimes, and he can't travel to certain countries, countries that aren't favorable to him being there. And Yahoo can't travel to certain countries. Putin can't travel to certain countries. And imagine it's going to happen to Trump as well. He's eventually going to be where he can't travel to certain countries, because he could have arrest warrants facing him anytime he steps in those countries. But we can only hope because nobody's being punished. For all the crimes being committed in this country, such as Dick Cheney, he lived to be an old man. He never got deported, he never got arrested. He lived out his days, apparently proud of what he did while the war crimes he committed. And we don't see anybody in our country being prosecuted for those crimes. We saw Trump being prosecuted for stuff that had nothing to do with you know, international law or criminal criminality against the United States of America, but not following the Constitution by saying something dumb like that. Like, oh, we're not going to consult with Congress. We're just going to kill people. We're going to kill them dead. We're going to kill them dead. Yeah, that's what we're going to do. We're going to kill them dead, which is highly illegal. Even if they were dealing drugs, even if they were heading to the U.S., you don't kill people like that. That is murder. I hope the International Criminal Court does something about it. But Russia warrants out for him as well. And Obama for killing people with drones and Bush and all of them. He killed people with drones, killing civilians, including Americans who killed the drones. Would we stand for if China sent drones over here and killed people over here because, oh, they were enemies against the Chinese Communist Party. Would we put up with that? Would we want the International Criminal Court to prosecute Chinese officials for sending drones over here? Would we allow drones to be sent over here? Oh, I guess we do. We allow blimps to come over here, right? We have a lot of balloons. And then we don't shoot them down until they leave our airspace. That's really nice. But we wouldn't be... Any country in the world should be extremely upset about the drone activity that all of our friends have done since at least Bush. I don't know if it was before Bush or that. But at least since Bush, he's sending drones and killing people without warrants, without trials, just out here saying, again, weapons of mass deception. That's what we're seeing here with Venezuela. So, the Venezuelan thing is maybe it's going to backfire on a hunt in big time. Of course, you can point to a lot of other things that Trump could be possibly prosecuted for committing war crimes against the United States. And just violating all of our presidents who have violated the Constitution, which is basically been all of them. And none of them have ever been taken to task for violating the Constitution. Like not. getting approval from Congress for declaring war. Congress declares war. The president doesn't. Congress declares war. And yet we're allowing our president to do this. Congress has been sitting on their butts not doing anything. We only have and then our judicial branch has been basically rubber stamping most of what Trump does. So it almost seems like we have one branch of government anymore. And with our with our government shutdown at the moment. I guess that's probably more true statement than ever before. I think we now have hit today, we hit the longest federal government shutdown in United States history as of today. And who knows how long it's going to be yet. And then we are also, what's the member's name now? My memory, I guess, is failing me some days here. But when we say it, when Trump says things like this... And that's for a declaration of war. Well, I don't think we're going to necessarily ask for a declaration of war. I think we're just going to kill people that are bringing drugs into our country. Okay? We're going to kill them. You know? They're going to be, like, dead. Okay. Now, let's get them done here tonight. I think everybody's got things. I don't know if we're going to be a pro-port, but it might be a Trump top-hole, but we will see. There's going to be disasters for us. We might be able to remove Maduro, but then what? We're going to occupy the country, we're going to go into jungles and the mountains, and then we're going to go to war with... They've been mentioning Cuba and Nigeria and Colombia now. What the hell is all that? We're going to the Declaration of War. Well, thank you everybody for listening until next time, so long. a The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control for those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors. So their children, your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores. And send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Those sons of the Republic arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As Iowoki vanished in the mist for whence he came, his words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled, each God given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? And good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This is the... Third hour of the intelligence report. I'm Mark Kornke, one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, east, south, southwest, and north. It's been weapons Wednesday all day. It has been a very busy busy Week yesterday actually Yeah, we broke all records and still Not a ton of stuff got many projects started or should say on down the road a little bit But we had to prioritize other things and as I said, we have a major Manual package that is on its way to our friends here in the state so should be there, fact should already be there tonight as of probably 8 45 to 9 o'clock about the time we close a program here so guys pay attention the training manuals everything was completed with that particular order and pick boxed and shipped but not by UPS by our own drivers. So it is the 5th of November 17th year of OpenNombie as an in your face Fabian the Socialist and the Soviet Socialist, occupation of America with a cake. 2025, old earth calendar. 2025, battle for the Republic, book one, the dance of swords, but heading into winter. Winter is just around the corner. Yes, the cold. We love the cold. I actually have grown up in this. I actually like it better than I do the summer months and that it's, well, easy to stay warm. Hard to shed calories when you get too hot. Anyway, Now a couple things. Craig was talking about all the interventions slash all of a sudden desperately to create distraction, distraction and distraction. Undeclared wars. Now I'm a little confused here real quick. What do we just rename the, what's that department? The Donut of Destruction was the DOD, but now it's the Department of Wars into War Department. If they, words mean everything here and construction is critical too. Is it the Department of War or is it the War Department? Which is it? I really paid attention. I wasn't really, oh sorry guys, poo, I right by my ear, that bullet did. However, it doesn't make any difference. They all want to go to, well we're gonna have some war. There's that sergeant, that recruiter jumping up and down in the chair with me screaming, I want to kill, I want to kill, we're gonna go to war, I want to kill. You know what I mean? Alice's Restaurant. You remember the album? If you don't go find it and listen to it, you'll appreciate what I'm talking about. So, we got a War Department. Are we going to declare war now the way we should under the rule of nations, under the common law? We're supposed to declare war. That way we're, you know, held responsible for our activities. Or are we playing pirates more? Pirate! Because after all, we're under the Admiralty Scank operation. And that means that any criminal activity goes for the criminal assuring government. That's right. We understand how that works. That's why we have all these piracy federal agencies that are usurping America's freedom because they're pirates. Now what you realize, they're pirates. You realize there's only one way to deal with pirates to get rid of the problem. There's only one way to get rid of pirates. Conversationally, it doesn't work and there is no negotiation. There's only one way to get rid of pirates. Just one. And when you do, you get rid of all the pirates. So anyway, what's interesting is again talking about and yapping about all these points in the compass. Boy, Don D. Don Don Trump just went from the we're gonna end the wars and he's gonna be a peace, P-E-A-S president. Maybe he got pissed because he didn't get his Newbils Peace Prize. Newbils Pease Prize. It's actually a European product. Newbils Pease. Frozen. Usually in the frozen counter next to the pizzas. That's the New Bowl Pease Prize. Well, he didn't get that, so I guess Nying just let the demon come out and, you know, in Netanyahu, the way Netanyahu wants him to, and, yeah, he can go out and start raping, killing, pillaging, and burning. Of course, the idea is that we're stopping people from raping, killing, pillaging, and burning, but, yeah, we know better. Yeah, yeah, whatever. So, the BSers are in motion again as they always have been and it's the same old kosher mafia claptrap we've seen time and time and time again. But are we going to declare war? I mean, after all, you want to have fun going to war? We got a war department now. That doesn't mean you're doing defense anymore. In fact, what you're implying is you want to get on the offensive. Get out there, you want to get in, you want to kill, you want to rape, kill, pillage and burn, eat babies. Yeah, I can hear it. I can hear it. Oh, yeah. You want to stomp up and down? Yeah, I've heard all about that. Not to me, Civicus, those aren't my monkeys. But we'll see how Nupple Monkey America goes here. It looks like you're going to try and drag. You've got to get a war going for the external distraction. That way the Jews can kill Americans who are right now uppity about the Jewish control of the American government. And the Jews will, of course, utilizing a national police state. attack anybody who is in opposition, which means you'll end up in a war anyway, but we know we're not gonna be fighting the peons. We'll go after the people who are the problem. That would be the only common sense thing to do. Just like they think they're gonna do it to you, you make sure you do it to them. So, yeah, we got a list of things to take care of here, and one of them is organizing, arming, equipping, and training as militia for mutual defense. Establishing a 5-10 program in your area of operations, remember logistics, the key to victory, being able to get the material where it needs to be at the tactical end is what counts. And if you have no strategic projection, you're already on your fighting base, there's no reason for you not to win. Purely a matter of motivation on your part, that's all there is to it, because you're already where you need to be. Don't need to be trucked anywhere, you're fighting on American soil. That's what the militia is supposed to be doing anyway. Their job is not to be somewhere else on the planet. It's for national defense, both domestic with regard to corruption and the evil that gravitates to government oh so often time and time and time and time and time and time again. Repeat ad nauseam, okay? So, got a job to do. Now, can't just complain, we're complaining, we gotta be talking about solutions. Number one, real quick, don't forget, getting colder out there. I've seen the boots that are available for $10 over at CenterFireSystems.com. The size 8s appear to be an actual size 8. They're what I suspected in that they have the cut of an aviator's boot with regard to the type. They are a cold weather boot, they have a felt pack internal lining, plus they have a fuzzy fake sheet, a sheet fuzz band at the top inside for air locking. The problem, here's, it's not a problem, I don't care about this. There's a little cracking or flaking on the external polymer that they use for the tongue of the boot that's on the inside. It makes little or no difference. The big thing here again, there are a couple of tricks that can be done. Not going to worry about talking about it on the air, but like I said, we knew that these were a discount boot. They're in size 6, size 7, and size 8. I ordered a size 8. Got a chance to look at it. Somebody's already wearing them and they're going to bust them up and see what happens. So far they go on their feet just fine. They do what they're supposed to do. They lace up. They are a chain speed lace, you know, the metal hook type. The metal, I should say, the metal C-ring type for the individual islets. They are well built. They have a very aggressive sole. I like the sole. I wish I could get the sole that's on these boots on another boot. Seriously, it's one of the patterns I appreciate and for $10 a pair these are over at Center Fire Systems dot com Center Fire Systems dot com Center Fire Systems dot com They are Mil-Tech winter boots Nothing right home about this is a straightforward boot For the kids for the wife. I think as you're going on one of these went on not going they went on one of the girls They fit one of the girls feet so that's where the first pair of gone of the ones we got. I know other people already bought some. But picking up more, yep, right away. Already put an order in to make sure we catch up on them before too late because they could go pretty quick. We bought out all of the $2 repair German commandos, slash SF boots. They have issues, but we expected that for $2. and they went into the reserve. So I bought every last one and bought them out. That was for the $2 repair boots. These $10 repair Mil-Tech winter boots, you can't buy a pair of tennis shoes, and these ain't tennis shoes for $10. So it's worth it. You've got kids, especially if you've got multiple children, and it's expensive to put boots on them. This is the cheapest way to get a whole bunch of extra boots. Not just the one pair you would have bought, but you can afford to buy a couple of pairs for each child and or for the wife. And when one gets wet, you take it off and put the other pair on. Congratulations, you're dry. Prior, proper planning prevents piss poor performance. Now Centerfire also has another deal over there. It's Weapons Wednesday, set me rifles. for a set me rifle kits forgive me that's the complete kit wood furniture with a barrel and a bayonet and scabbard complete bayonet kit that is over at Centerfiresystems.com Centerfiresystems.com Centerfiresystems.com now Ed if you could we got enough time yesterday's guns and gadgets it's fairly short If you would, pull it up. TexMaxx mentioned it. And if we could, we'll play that real quick before we get to the bottom of the hour. We've got about 10 minutes. It should fit. Guns N Gadgets is over on YouTube, guys. If you get a chance, get over there. Check them out. Subscribe. Even if you don't like YouTube, you'll hardly use it anymore. I know I do. Hardly use it. It's there. I mean we take advantage of it, but I'm not doting over it. There's more and a lot of things to keep me busy right now. And YouTube, you know, they killed the Golden Goose years ago, have no confidence or trust in them. They, oh, come back and do business. Yeah, my ass. So which one, the Ruger is Next or FBI bus 14 cops? Ruger Next. Ruger is Next. That's the one we want to play. That's the one Tech Max recommended. There we go. Thank you Ed. And for everybody out there listening to LibertyTreeRadio.4MG.com, LibertyTreeRadio.org and more. America, we are at a major crossroads in the firearms community. Pay attention. We've seen this start with a lot of pushback and it's snowballing and it's going to get worse. When I did the video announcing Glock was discontinuing everything that wasn't one of their slimline pistols due to the pressure of the anti-gun lobby and the threats to sue them out of existence, all because of the potential addition of an already illegal device by a criminal, I did say that any company that used a cruciform-style trigger bar was in trouble. Well, here we are, and Ruger is the next target. Patriots, welcome back. Jared here. This is Guns N' Gadgets. Your front row seat to every big legal fight, every industry shake-up, and every backroom move that threatens our Second Amendment rights. We've got a big one today. Today, we're going to tell you all about how every town for gun safety has publicly demanded that Ruger pull its RXM pistol from the market. and they did it right after Glock quietly began redesigning their own pistols under pressure. If you care about the industry, about common sense facts, or about the Second Amendment, you're going to want to hear this. I'll tell you what every town is demanding and why. I'll explain the technical issue at the heart of the fight, the so-called cruciform trigger bar, and the conversion devices known as Glock switches. Then I'll walk you through the legal and political pressure campaign that's been used against Glock. And now it looks like it's aimed at Ruger and others will follow. And what that could mean for gun owners, gun retailers, and more importantly, manufacturers and the rest of the firearms industry. And finally, I'll give you the bottom line, what Ruger should do, what rights groups are likely to do next. and what you can do if you think this is wrong. But first, a word from our sponsor. Alright, let's start here with the actual news. On November 3rd, yesterday at the time that I'm recording this, every time for gun safety, send an open letter to Sturm, Ruger & Co. demanding the company stop selling the RXM pistol or immediately change its trigger design. Why? Well, Everytown says the RXM's internal trigger geometry is similar to the architecture targeted in recent lawsuits and legislation, and therefore, Everytown claims, it can be easily modified with inexpensive conversion devices to fire fully automatic. That request comes hot on the heels of Glock's announcement that it would redesign its pistols and come up with this new V version amid multiple lawsuits and at least one state law aimed at their trigger design. Let's pause and unpack that. Every town is not just calling out Glock, they're signaling that they will attempt the same pressure campaign against any other manufacturer that uses a similar internal layout. Translation, companies who make knockoffs or Glock style designs could be next. That's a strategic play here. Use litigation and legislation to force design changes or effectively remove entire product lines from the market. Now the technical core. I'll keep this simple and practical because the details matter here. There's a component inside many modern striker fired pistols called the trigger bar. And in Glock style designs, everybody who's been through a Glock armor class or anybody that's actually taking the slide off lower you can look right in there you all know what I'm talking about in glock style designs the trigger bar has a particular cross shaped profile called the cruciform trigger bar which anti-gun groups say can be interrupted by small Illegal aftermarket devices, commonly called switches or auto-seers, so that the pistol cycles as a machine gun. Now, videos and social media posts have shown devices installed on pistols that look like Glocks, and according to every town, similar content exists showing the Ruger RXM modified the same way. Now, those are criminals. It's not Ruger's fault. The legality is already clear. Installing any device that turns a semi-automatic into a full automatic without the proper federal licensing is criminal. But every town's legal theory is different. They argue the manufacturer's design makes that illegal act easier and therefore manufacturers should be held responsible. Two important facts to follow from that explanation. Number one, The mere presence of online videos does not change the statute. Conversion devices are already illegal today. Number two, the practical prevalence of conversions in crime scenes is rising per ATF reports, which every town cites to argue the design problem is real. Now whether the design actually causes more conversions or whether the correlation is due to overall popularity of certain pistols is a key dispute. And Ruger's RXM was introduced in December of 2024 and every town says that it mimics Glock's design enough to be susceptible. And Ruger hasn't publicly responded yet at the time of me recording this so I don't really have anything for you as far as what they're saying about this. So what legal levers are being used? There are three paths that anti-gun groups and sympathetic state governors are pushing here. Number one, state legislation. California, for example, recently passed the Glock ban, a law aimed at banning guns with cruciform trigger bars, and the governor signed it as a public safety measure. That law creates a new regulatory framework demanding design changes. It's an illegal gun ban of... firearms that are in common use today as well, but we know that. Number two, lawsuits against manufacturers. Groups like Everytown have pushed lawsuits alleging design defects and seeking to make manufacturers liable for criminal misuse of conversion devices. Number three, public pressure campaigns. By publicizing the issue and claiming a victory when a manufacturer changes course, Every successful pressure point creates precedent that can be used to edge other companies into redesign or withdrawal. You combine those three and you get a strategy. Litigate, legislate, and leverage public relations until the cost of selling the product exceeds the profit. And that appears to be what's happening with Glock. And now, by targeting Ruger's RXM, every town is signaling they'll push the tactic industry-wide. Now let's talk the consequences here, both practical and constitutional. Practical first. If manufacturers preemptively pull models or redesign them to satisfy state laws or avoid lawsuits, you'll see product shortages, model retirements, and a push towards proprietary designs, possibly at the expense of consumer choice, aftermarket support, and interoperability. everything takes a Glock mag. Figure that. Everybody loves guns that take Glock mags. That could be gone. You'll also see legal battles that could take years to resolve and leave consumers in limbo over ownership, accessories, and or transfers as well. Constitutional, let's talk about that now. Second here. Gun rights groups argue this approach is an indirect ban on arms that are in common use. And that's exactly the Heller's line, the Heller line of defense. If a court accepts the theory that a design makes conversion easier and therefore the firearm is defective per se, you're looking at a legal doctrine that could be used to chip away at whole categories of commonly owned handguns. And that's why the industry and gun rights organizations are pushing back hard in the courts here. Now, what should Ruger do? Just my humble opinion, not that they needed or wanted. There are three sensible options. Number one is push back publicly and defend the RXM's design. We all wish Glock would have done that. Make the factual case. Conversions are already illegal. Social media videos are not evidence of mass criminality tied to our product design. And the RXM complies with federal law. It's a good start. Number two, engage technically. If there's a genuine engineering fix that doesn't undermine functionality and that reduces the risk of illegal conversion, present the timeline and the technical explanation, but don't cave to vague public pressure without complete transparency. And number three, prepare a legal strategy. Anticipate litigation and coordinate with industry groups like NSSF to defend against novel liability theories that threaten broad classes of firearms. Because Ruger isn't the only company that has a cruciform-style trigger bar. Right away, we're all saying the names in our heads, and because I know anti-gunners over at every town watch this, I'm not doing the work for them. But whatever Ruger chooses, the company's decision will establish a playbook for other manufacturers. If they pull the RXM, every town will claim a victory and aim at the next target. And if they stand firm, every town may escalate to lawsuits or legislative campaigns focused on the RXM specifically. Either way, this is a pivotal moment. Now, the part you came here for. What can you do as a viewer and a gun owner to help this? Well, number one is stay informed. Follow reputable reporting. Don't rely solely on social clips. The narrative will be spun both ways. Connect with Ruger directly. If you disagree with every town's demand, tell Ruger that you support lawful commerce and oppose liability theories that will punish manufacturers for criminal actions. I'll link Ruger's contact page in the description and in the pinned comment so you can reach out and tell them that you support them. You can support legal defense groups. Organizations that defend the Second Amendment need resources to fight long, expensive lawsuits. Consider supporting them if you want a legal backstop. Then you can engage politically. Talk to your state legislators. Talk to your U.S. congressmen and women and your senators about balanced solutions that target criminals and the devices they use to commit crimes, not lawful firearm designs and manufacturers used by millions of Americans. But that's common sense, the real common sense. A quick reality check here. The illegal conversion devices are already unlawful. Converting a semi-automatic firearm is also already illegal unless you have the proper license to do so. Possession of an unregistered machine gun is already illegal. Maybe if we make it quadruply illegal, things will change. Criminals will never be criminals again. Hogwash. The policy debate is over whether manufacturers should be held civilly liable for what criminals do with those devices. That's a big legal hook with huge downstream consequences and it's why the fight is worth our attention. That is exactly what the PLCAA, the Protection of Lawful Commerce and Arms Act, protects. This story is evolving fast. Every town just sent the letter yesterday. As of right now, Ruger has not replied publicly. Who knows they might not. And the industry response will shape the next market moves. If you want timely updates, hit the subscribe button, ring the bell, and join this growing freedom family. I'll break down Ruger's reply if we get one, and any legal filings as well, and I'll tell you about the political fallout as it unfolds. If you found this information helpful, smash the like button and share it with other patriots. And drop your thoughts in the comments below. Let me know. Do you think manufacturers should be held responsible for illegal conversions? Or is that a slippery slope towards indirect bans? Until next time, stay informed, stay armed with facts, and most importantly, stay free America. There's a big push to take away our freedoms, the ones that'll take away our liberty. It's on us to make sure that never happens. I'll see you all in the next one. God bless you. Take care. In our valleys there is danger, and there's danger in our hills. Oh, here you're not the singing of the views of wild and free. But soon you'll know the ringing of the rifle from the trees. Oh, the rifle, oh, the rifle. In our hands, the proof knows the rifle. You may ride a goodly speed, you may no stir the master. Your forward marks the speed, but you'll learn the facts much faster when you meet our mountain boys. And their leader just starts glad to make what little noise and always hits the mark. Oh, the rifle, oh, the rifle, in our hands will prove no trifle. We are back. And it is Weapons Wednesday. That audio that you heard was from Guns and Gadgets. It was yesterday. As we pointed out, this is the precursor for whatever the fake left, fake right, Trump APAC run regime is going to do with regard to going after the guns. They are planning on trying to collapse the economy. They cannot afford to have the population armed. Why? Because the population will hunt their sorry ass down and get rid of them. And they know it. And the notice of propaganda last couple of days as I pointed out was, well, it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better. You know, we may have to just collapse the economy. Yeah, well, I'll tell you what. Go ahead and see what happens when you do that, especially since they actually gave lip service to the whole thing to let you know what the agenda is. Well, sorry asshats that don't have the ability to obviously manage. They are not willing to nor are they going to follow the body of the law of the Constitution, Bill of Rights of the East United States. So they're going to open to become enemies of the American people, which they already are. They're just, again, they're foreign-run, foreign skanks that all are creating a fake left, fake right over there, down the road, somewhere else, kind of fake left, fake right. That has nothing to do with the reality of our former government or our system as it should be run. We've already had nothing but a nonstop executive order police state type operation for too long. I will remind everybody the reason that happens is because of the War Powers Act 1933. With the War Powers Act, they declared war on the American people. FDR, Franklin Delano Rosenvelt, of course, Boy, he gave up, who said that some of hell's best friends or communists, anybody remember that? Well, you're not supposed to. The creatures that are in power, they're not addressing that problem because they like the War Powers Act. They like the manipulation of the population. They like the fact that you are technically indentured slaves under the Admiralty Law. The Law of Commerce, not of law. The Law of... That's why everything is sue everybody. We gotta sue these people. You didn't sue them in the past. You argued whether or not, in fact if anybody was charged with the illegitimate law, whether or not it conformed to the body of the law of the nation. And you didn't sue anybody. You'll notice that eventually, and I've warned everybody about this for decades, because I've watched it in the Patriot effort even. Where people worship they immerse themselves in the enemy system and then what happens they bathe in it for so long They seem to think that it's it's the preferred bathwater when it's toilet water Our courts are presently toilet water. It's not our court It's the alien Admiralty court the what the founders called the hated Admiralty court And that toilet water that our country and your face has been bathed in as they shoved your face down into this toilet, the cesspool they have that they call a court, and they continue to pervert the entire process. And it hasn't stopped. You just keep doing this. So you're not going to fix this with anything under the American War for Independence, but in the meantime, Everybody needs to be pointing at these illegitimate operators for who and what they are. And then you have to step back and go, hmm, well then what do we do about it? Well that's a good question. What do you do about it? Hah, what did the founders do about it? This is the 250th anniversary of the American War for Independence and it's given no fanfare whatsoever. Because they don't want anybody to think about that because they are so close to destroying the economy So that the Jewish mob can steal your property off from underneath your feet and if you talk about the traditions of America well Kind of like when people say what would Jesus do well? I don't know picking up a cat of nine tails and whipping the bastards out of the temple while flipping over their tables is an option It was for him All right, anybody remember that I do I didn't forget that, where I'm supposed to, but I didn't. So we're in a situation where we have a whole pile of traitors slash parasites who know full well what they're doing with regard to their destruction of the sovereignty of the United States. It's planned. It's not accidental. They didn't stumble into it. It's not like they're clueless. They know exactly what they're doing with regard to their destruction of the economy and the sound government we have on paper, but it's not being implemented. We have a great form of government. We are not practicing that great form of government. Now we are because we're embracing the limited constitutional republic of these United States. But the other bastards? No, they're trying to do everything. They can't burn it down. So we are going to have to step up to the plate. By the way, on a subnote, it is the 250th anniversary of the shot heard around the world. Guys, there is a series of stamps. They are battlefields of the war for independence. They really look good. Most of the post offices, by what I've seen, I've tried to get one sheet. I've seen it. You can see the picture of it at the post office. but everybody has sold out whatever they had. And I don't think they wanted very many because like I said, yeah, they made it, but they don't want anybody to remember it. So they're doing everything they can to minimize with regard to the celebration of the shot heard around the world. But as far as begging permission from the Crown, the Declaration of Independence where everybody was groveling, well, the bureaucrats were busy asking permission. The Patriots in 19th April 1775 did not ask permission of anybody. Everybody knew that this was coming. Everybody understood that they needed to pull the trigger. The American Patriots did. And it kicked off a war for independence. It took eight years. We would have won it no matter what, contrary to all the propaganda. We're, well, we did that external power. No, no, we didn't. Not at all. All of the characters that pontificate that idea are the people who are shills working for your enemies. Because remember, you just can't do it without somebody else. You people can't do it on your own. You have a can. Quite successfully as a matter of fact. The big thing is that we have to stay focused. Now, if they are going to kick the economy down, I will remind you, have some cash in hand. If they do the crisis thing, if they want to do the 1929 classic and they hit the switch. Guys today it's much easier than it was in the past. So you want a specific amount of cash in hand. You do not want big bills. You don't want 20s, you don't want 50s, you don't want 100s. You want ones, five tens and some limited 20s. Very limited. And if you do get 20s, you want old used 20s. You want something that's already been in service. Why? You need that Star Wars lived in look. You needed to look tired. You're not wealthy, which you're not. But here's the scary part. A person with the $20 bill could buy most of the community when nobody has any money. This is something that was very true back when the Depression hit, which you're not supposed to remember either. And for that reason, remember, the Shysters plan on coming in and buying your community for chump change. There's a lot of stupid people who will go along with it. There are a lot of dumb people who will be, you know, lame enough and cowardly enough that they will flop right over on their belly and beg to have their, you know, be kicked in the crotch. Just like Patrick Henry said, they're out there and they're waiting in the wings. That's not a problem. We understand that there are all kinds of cowards in this country, but there's a whole bunch of other people who aren't. Those are the people you need to gravitate towards. You better be finding out who they are in your community. And you better be paying attention to whether or not you know the individuals, of course, in the first place. Are they known to you? That used to be one of the ways that you could operate in any part of the system because your activities were supposed to be based on community. And so it used to be it didn't have to have any ID. This person is known to me. Well, how was he known to you? I've grown up with Bob. I've known him all his life. I know exactly who he is. See, that's the whole idea. So is this person known to you? It's just that simple. That's the first rule that you need to remember with regard to organization. And if not, to what degree is this person known to you? You've worked with the person, you know exactly what they've been doing and what job. Nah, you still better pay attention to their background though. Because you just never know who it is that thought they were going to be a fellow traveler for the rest of their lives and probably are. So heads up on that one. Yes, you're going to have to discern. You're the one that's going to have to do the sifting. You're living in another part of the country and I'm not there. So you're the ones that are going to have to make the decisions. You're going to have to be thinking through on the process. Gonna have to man up and take care of business. So anyway, Weapons Wednesday, a couple of the things. I did look at the 63 to 67 to $70, hell, they'll charge you 77 even, at Teemu. You know, I have that rolling price tag. You go from item to item, item is the same item. There are a number of videos on that night vision that was mentioned by one of our listeners. The technology is obviously digital. It does have a little memory card on board that can be used, so apparently you can record things through the night vision device. It has both a color, daytime usage, which is what I would say half the videos cover initially because the shooter is testing the scope itself to see how effective it is on whatever. The earliest videos I could find show air riflemen. people who promote air rifle technology, the 22 and some of the bigger also, with this particular device. Groups at 25 yards were actually quite decent once they got the weapon adapted to the site and vice versa. I have only seen a couple of video images from the night vision side. Low light visibility was good, which would be expected because again it's digital. So until you lose light completely and if you've taken all of what we have that are pass filters off of the digital camera system that was probably used, then you're going to get really good collection. I mean without any infrared lighting. Now it does have an infrared illuminator. It does have an umbilicus connection. So you can use power from a separate source than the little battery that's on board, which means you can plug into something when you're using it near equipment. But if you have to unplug, you can run off the independent battery that's on board, which is cool. So you're saving your battery. And you can be charging that battery up while you're using the equipment. Now, again, go ahead, jump in there, caller. Hi, Marcus Dunn from Kentucky. How do you spell that T-MOO when I look it up on, you know... It's T-E-M-U, T-MOO. T-E-M-U, okay. Yeah, now here's the thing. You could go to Google or whatever your search engine is, whichever one you use, and I typed in T-MOO, a fastest search to find a bunch of stuff quick, is T-MOO night vision rifle scope and then put on sale. But most everything is always on sale at Teemu. Teemu is a China Sport bargain basement, we know that. But they do have a wide range of products that they offer and they all work for the most part. Some better than others, some not so well. But what's interesting is this particular unit at the very least gives you the ability to put more night vision out there with your troops. But what I've argued with most of these is at the very least, this is a good way to have another training device where you're not putting hours on your primary night vision device. Because that's the biggest problem we've got. People have invested thousands of dollars in night vision or thermal. And we need to be familiar with it. But once you have it sighted in and you have it committed to a weapon, My policy is either with airsoft or bb or with another rifle you build up a training kit and That's what you burn. That's what you run down Because the biggest problem is remember when you turn the switch on a night vision device that the meters running Always remember that clocks ticking that's the best way to explain it so if you keep running it you're running it down and if we can use a separate device to prevent that from happening and still end up with something that we can use on the side even in a conflict situation. It's not a bad thing. Now here's the thing, there are three different models that are being offered that pop up with that search. They're all at Teemu. One is adding, you do it as an add-on to existing high power rifle scopes. The second is the earlier version of the one that most recently has come in. The original model has fewer bells and whistles. The difference is that the newer one has a higher squarish profile over the first model, which was more rounded and shorter on the top. And when you see the pictures, you'll understand what I'm saying. The new one is supposed to be an all aluminum body. It does come in components. I've seen the breakdown without buying one. With people unwrapping the packages, which is cool. See this? We use the internet for what it's intended to be able to evaluate or take advantage of other people's research. That's great. And I don't think it was AI. You know what I mean? In other words, a human being actually doing the job. That's cool. The big thing about these again is that they are cost efficient. Right now, ain't nobody made of money. This does get you on the table with something. Now to what degree? That's what we're going to have to work on. So as soon as I can get one in hand, we're going to check it out, see how it again powers up what it does, and go from there. But if anybody else wants to experiment, you can get them for as little. When you go to Teemu and you pop up the item, you'll notice that there are many multiple pictures and it looks like the same thing, but it's a different angle. It's because it is. It's the same thing. So they offer the same unit for anywhere from $60 to $77 to $78, even $80 for the exact same unit. You pay attention. You can look at the features. You can see in the image what they're talking about. But you will also see the other two models that I mentioned. And then there are other devices that are there. The one monocular which was very very cheap was crude that we've had before, not these units. We're talking about one that we tested before. I still got it sitting on the shelf. I'm not going to get rid of it. In fact, at the very least, again, if I need something for the bait box when the time comes, it's something that I would use for that purpose. I would be willing to let it be sacrificed. See, that's the whole thing. No matter what, everything we got is going to be used. And we just need to be thinking ahead about and how many different ways we can use an item or a product when the time comes. There are a lot of options out there. We're almost to the top. Now, one more thing before we go. Thank you to all the people who have donated. We have the end of the year drawing for the pay forward at the beginning of next year. And provided we're not shooting our ass in the meantime, we're going to continue to plan ahead this way. We always do. And so if you can see it in your heart to help, here's what they need to have you do. Go to www.liberty3radio.4mg.com. When you get there, go to the donate key. When you get to the donate key, donate any dollar amount. $1, $10, $50, $1,000, whatever. For every dollar you put in, your name goes into the box, into the hat, into the kitty. We are not done yet because you need to scroll down. Don't leave. You donated. But we got to be able to send you a gift if your name is drawn from the hat. So you need to scroll down just a little bit. There's a notation section there. Incorporate your name, address, and zip code. Why? Because the PayPal will not allow that anymore. We can't just get it. It's not automatically posted. So you have to incorporate that. And if you do that, Then we'll have the information we need and when your name is pulled from the hat if it happens We're gonna send a box to you. It's gonna be with tactical cool gear of all kinds Hopefully some are people listening that were with the first drawing last Friday Well, someone should be getting their packages today or tomorrow Well today's Wednesday probably no could have been even today There's no reason not to unless it was on that UPS flight that blew up down there in Louisville Yeah, that would be bad luck, wouldn't it? Nah, it could happen. Nah, it's not likely. The numbers are in our favor. So anyway, please take the time and donate. This is part of our end of the year ritual. It is something we've gotten used to doing, but again, we've always met our bill. You people have always made it happen. We don't spend millions if we could help it. If we had a million dollars, the force multiplication, no graft, we don't have any graft, we don't have any corruption, we're not stealing anything from any of the donations, it would be 100% towards the cause, unlike what a lot of other people do. Because it's a very different mindset. If they were serious, they'd be using social media to be an effective tool to attack the enemy instead of talking about the enemy. See the difference Everybody can piss him on it. Why oh my god. You see that. Oh my god. Look at that Well, that's really cool. So what do you gonna do? What do you mean? What are we gonna do? Oh, I can't say anything about Well, well, we we our enemy wouldn't like us your enemy already doesn't like you as planning on killing you. Are you stupid? No, yes, actually there's a bunch out there that are What can I say? It's it's 12 you ask we have it. It's 12 So anyway, again, the train manual package is out on its way to the Wolverines. Should have gotten there about, oh, probably half an hour ago, if not more, maybe even farther back. Drive time was the issue. So we have another package that is being set up for a CMM unit in Kansas, and that is not complete. But guys, don't worry. We didn't forget about you. It takes time for the printers to catch up with what we need to do. We do have the new second anti-armor manual out, and that went out with the order today, and the new second manual, which is a complement to the first. It's incorporating other ideas and lessons learned. And that will be going out with the next pod for the CMM unit. So, again, heads up on that. And yes, you can copy anything that we produce, no matter what it is. In fact, I expect you to, because force multiplication works that way.
