But less than 30 days later, the U.S. Department of Justice, DOJ, is back before the same judge, listen, begging for clarity, or a minimum modification, dash, arguing that the injunction is a particular nightmare that risks contempt. Nationwide de facto relief and constitutional overreach, which it does not. This request also comes a month after the DOJ said it did not want membership lists of gun rights organizations. The 13 page motion filed October 28th, my birthday, in Firearms Policy Coalition Inc. versus Bondi, exposes a post-judgment clash between gun rights confidentiality and the government's attempt to limit the number of people allowed to carry guns in post offices. The case began on June 2024 when Firearms Policy Coalition, FPC, The Second Amendment Foundation, SAF, and two individual plaintiffs challenge the law that makes it a federal crime to possess firearms in post offices. After cross-motions by summary judgment, U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor ruled on September 30, 2025 that the provisions violate the Second Amendment in ordinary post office settings. The final judgment declared the laws unenforceable against plaintiffs and their members and permanently enjoined Attorney General Pamela Bondi from interpreting or enforcing the ban inside post offices or on surrounding property. One more paragraph I'm going to read here. This is the argument from the DOJ. The DOJ does not contest the merits of the case. Instead, it argues the injunction reference to members of FPC and SAF organizations, with tens of thousands of due paying supporters, renders the order unenforceable. Membership lists are private and plaintiff refused to share them. Without names, federal agents cannot distinguish Protected carriers from criminals. What do they mean by that people anybody chime in? What does that mean? Wait a minute These four paragraphs two are not as critical but these two paragraphs that last statement people is priceless And there are so many overlapping factors of what I've been talking about for decades that are now in this instrument this device I'm going forward a little because this last one is especially critical How is it that if we're dealing with what is a constitutional right, how is it that the corporation of the United States through the DOJ, the Department of Injustice, is trying to tell you that, oh, wait a minute, okay, you won the case, but only the people listed won the case, and all the millions and millions and millions of other people, you don't count. Now, wait a minute. Is this a... general constitutional legitimate common law argument? Or is this a representation of the private de facto maritime law corporate state telling you that this is a commerce action and only the individuals who theoretically filed paperwork are going to benefit under the Admiralty Law? Because that's what they just said. That in other words, if you and I are all in the post office, And all of a sudden some turd with a federal badge pops a gun out of his holster and says, I see you've got guns! The moment that this was overturned, every individual who is incarcerated in the federal system must be released based upon this ruling. that any party who was charged under this particular code in fact it now must be made whole. Number one, the nightmare, this is what the bitch is saying, the nightmare, well the nightmare is for the fed because not only do they have to make them whole, but how many years have you held somebody illegitimately in lockup? What is the length of incarceration for a person under the charge with the violation that they just beat? Do you know? Is it probably 10 years? Is it seven years? Since it was passed during the crazy town era of our government, which is about every 10 years here in this country, is it 20 years? Now if all of a sudden a federal judge has ruled that this is null and void That means that those people have to be made whole in two ways number one. They must be released immediately number two They have to be compensated for the illegitimate amount of time that they were detained and incarcerated This would be a practical nightmare that risks contempt Nationwide defacto relief, and here's the thing, for every day that you continue to incarcerate a person in a case like this, they get additional compensation from the federal government. Oh my, how many times, how many people, why do you think they came back on this? Because a nationwide defacto relief, that relief is that they must go through all of the system and cut paperwork to release the individuals immediately. In fact, that little point earlier, they're already in contempt of the court through its own mechanism, through the Admiralty Court. They're already in violation. They've come back 30 days later and what they want is for the judge to re-rig and alter all the paperwork so that they don't have to fix all of these people's charges and all of the time that they've stolen from them. I've talked about this many times. Why is it they aren't going to correct four years of what happened with Biden? Biden's entire presidency is illegitimate based upon the voter fraud and the theft of the election. That's just one aspect of it, which means that not one minute of any of the activity that was signed off is legitimate. The way you ruled on this, we could have extended this farther, but now it's a big feces pie or my lap. And what it means is that all of a sudden, and here's the other fun part about this, no matter what prostitute or prostitute's office in whichever district, it doesn't make any difference. They would have to prioritize all personnel to expedite the release of all parties within their specific holding jurisdiction. Those that have been charged and have not been, have not followed through with a trial. Those who have been charged and who have been found guilty, which everybody is, and majority plea bargain. That doesn't make any difference. It makes no difference if there was a plea bargain to surrender yourself or if you fought the case in a conventional court battle. It doesn't make any difference. But not all of those guys, other than the crime of crossing the border illegally. Which they did do. They're guilty of it. But again, to say that they're prioritizing cartel members and criminals, Why are you doing mass raids of Home Depot parking lots? How come you're not cracking down on like, and I guarantee you the cops know where these places are. There's places like this right here in Lubbock. Hotels are being managed by the cartel where they're running orders and drugs out of the hotel. I could take you to one I know from where I was doing food delivery here in Lubbock. There's a little motel. Then it's being run by Mexican gang and it is full of drugs and it's full of hookers. That's about it. Well, the thing about it is... They're not cracking down on Netflix though. No, but this is no different from it. This is the problem with the fallacies that they've created. In every city there are areas the cops just don't go. Okay, not just the Hispanic. I'm talking... There are gang areas. There are, or I should say ethnic areas. Everybody's bitching about the Muslims right now. Well, the Muslims have their own, like in Dearborn, where they're saying, oh my god, the Dearborn Muslims. Well, the Dearborn Muslim streets are swept. The city has lights. They don't have every second house burnt down. And they actually have police. Whereas in Detroit, I could take you to three different block areas that have anywhere from probably 1700 to 2000 people in them and they're walled in and they're fenced in and you don't go in there. And if the cops go in there, they don't go in there with anything less than about two squads of people. And when they do, it's for something very specific. They go in, they come right out, and they hopefully come out with everybody without a gunfight. Now that's been the reality of all these metropolitan areas forever, but you're not supposed to talk about what I just talked about. But anybody who's a cop in any big city knows exactly what I'm talking about. There's whole areas of our country that have been like that for a very long time. And nobody has stepped up or has done anything to correct the problem. They've let it exist the way it is because, well, it's over there and everybody else is over here. And everybody turns a blind eye. Of course, also what happens is first you have the drop of oil, it starts, and then progressively everybody moves away from the area. A certain grade of people move in and replace those people. So there's kind of a soft buffer zone too around each of those pods or piles of pus. But they are just literally crime zones. It's the only way to describe it. But... Hey, they don't necessarily go to work, most of them don't, but they operate and they operate comfortably because here's the thing, all these other people that have big money that are making all this, raking all this money in from shifting the government, altering things in government, or getting their envelopes under the table from government or sending them to government, they draw from that population for one purpose or another. Manipulation as in leverage, threat of violence against you, Or, for a workforce that is again an under the table clandestine workforce that they can incorporate for particular tasks. Limited, not a whole lot of education. Limited, but good enough for what it's for. And that is why I'm fascinated by the priority of what and how they're doing, what they're doing here. We let tens of millions of people hop to the fence, had no business being here. The others had the other tens of millions not hopped the fence. Yeah, we probably would still be looking for those that were in the parking lot. But there would be a very different attitude about why they're doing it. And it's almost a guaranteed routine. Because a lot of those people that are in country that are doing jobs, they have been deported four, five, six times. With no violent record, the only thing they've got on them is the fact that they've hopped the fence. But again, everybody turns a blind eye because that's a useful way to undercut other people's paychecks. Well, it's slave labor also, Dad. That threat of violence isn't just used against us. One of the reasons that I believe they did this were the four years too. There are so many overlapping purposes, not the least of which is to destroy the sovereignty of the country by destroying the border. But one of the other things is that the argument about illegal aliens was pretty well neutralized and minimized because of different contractual and union agreements that took place. Remember, you got the union path. The migrant union Forgive me, Pickers Union, which had settled all the issues about finding decent wages, conditions that were acceptable, and using the green card system. And there was a whole, you know, like cyclic process to the population coming up, doing the work. Even here in Michigan, guys, we have migrant workers that are all through the country. Here in Michigan, or even for seasonal workers, there is small housing that's set up by the farmers. It's been this way forever, but in more recent decades, especially what I see, there was a downswing and there's an upswing. Right now, there's a standard to pretty much what you provide, the person assumed pretty much probably brings their family with them rather than just coming up on their own. In many cases, the whole family may work. or at least as many of them as can. But it's a standard size double wide housing unit or literal houses that are built specifically for the purpose to a standard that is very high. No better or worse than the average person out there who has got a starter home. That's really the best way to think about the size of the place. They work for the time that they work here, they get their paychecks when they're supposed to, and when the season is done, they either move on to another area per the cycle of the growing season. And it's something we used to do in this country all the time. It's even depicted in our media that people don't think about it. How many people watched Bonanza? Remember the work hands that were not always the same people that were on that show who went to the warehouse? The guys who had their own little cabin off to the side who worked seasonally at, you know, the Ponderosa Ranch. Right. You've done this before in our history, yeah. It's representative. But here's the thing, is that even with the border established without breaking or destroying the border, we have what is a peaceable agreement and the use of manpower as needed. And all of these arguments were met. Everybody sat down and worked this all out, well guess what? The illegal way blew that right out of the water. In fact, before that they were already trying to undermine it. Part of it because, again, they wanted to get even cheaper people that would be slave labor. In other words, you're not going to argue over it. Because with the union, and this is something I know, guys, we grew up with this garbage. Whether or not you like it or not, the bottom line is there was a solution. And that solution negated the possibility of continued conflict. It doesn't mean that we surrendered the border. They still have to get green cards. They have to confirm who they are, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. That was done. When they were done, they leave. So they're not claiming any kind of asylum. They aren't going to lie about being refugees. They're not refugees. This whole crowd of punks that came in over the last four years are not refugees. What they did is the old Jewish mafia The Jewish mouth used the manipulation of words. In other words, they found a subject, those Sadducees and Pharisees, who would thread a camel through the eye of a needle. And they created all of the verbiage to lie. And then in the process, executed the lie with government money and foreign operatives operating the American currency that was provided, the cash, the digits. And the rest is history. We have been completely betrayed. Now, I'm going to tie this in because the little piece that I was talking about in the last hour is totally tied into what we're talking about here. So, you know, it seems like we're back in that same vein in a sense in the pre-Civil War period. But now we have people that are running Trump. He's not, the government isn't running itself. It's not doing this on their own. They have several people in the background who are steering this boat and making sure that it goes in a particular direction. So it's not the people that you see in front of you. It's the puppeteers behind these people. They were told it was being put in place to stop people from pedophilia and pornography and all that stuff over in the UK. Same thing that they're claiming it's going to be used for here. But over there, they are arresting people for making memes, for disagreeing with the government, and they're locking them away for 10 to 15 years. They want to bring that here. Again, what they're already doing, Canada will be right behind them. They're already pretty much there. But Canada is disarming the population with the exact same criteria that was used against England before they denuded them of their ability to resist without going even farther uphill, having to fight farther uphill. We, the biggest problem they've got is they need to have a crisis so that they can then claim interactive cooperation from all sides. Can't we just get along? Can't we just get along? For as far as you can see in some of those locations, now I'm just wondering, I proposed this earlier to one of our friends. Let's just think this through. Okay, so we know that it's deer season. What are we doing deer season all over the country? And here in Michigan they do the same thing. You have these, you know, shoot boxes you set up where, you know, they're camouflaged. They blend in sometimes, usually not very well. And they're set up so that you're in comfort and it's kind of lazy man's hunting is what it is. But that's okay. Now, why not think the same way with this Saturday, Walmart parking lot? You get somebody like Bob or Jim to dress up, or cross dress, which is not a big deal nowadays. I mean, you don't even have to cut your beard off. Think about it. You can leave your beard. There are guys out there that think they're girls that dress up as women. So you need to pick up a bra, put a couple of melons in there to look quite, you know, you know, comely and sumptuous. and a wig, needless to say, you've got to have a wig. And what you need is bait bags. What are bait bags? Well, you know, you need some grocery sacks. Paper would be good because that would make it obvious, or grocery and whatever. Throw a certain amount of empty boxes down below inside the bags and put some food at the top, preferably something that looks pricey like name brand crackers or munchies or whatever. And put them in the cart and that's your bait goat. Now you have to use got to remember be careful. Don't use a four-wheel drive vehicle. It's camouflaged. That might be a giveaway. So you need to use the wife's minivan or a sedan of some kind that would be fine. Minivans are better because you can fit more weapons and stuff inside without them being seen and you got more room to maneuver when the time comes. But now picture the minivan is already put in place. Bob who's now dressed as Bobina is properly outfitted and equipped and with a fine dress and you know the large tracks of land and on top of that has a grocery cart full of groceries and you know every once in a while she walks around the car going baa baa baa baa baa meanwhile with the unsuspecting rape kill pillage and burn crew are not supposed to notice is that the far points and corners and sides of the Walmart parking lot, there are pickup trucks and vehicles with the windows open on the back box. The box is really weird. It's not really a camper. It looks like one of those hunting sheds. And the pickup trucks and the vans and the SUVs that are around the outside are just sitting and waiting and meanwhile Bob is circling in the middle of the you know parking lot baby baby and then the attackers strike and as they lunge forward they never truly hear the sound of Plop oh wait a minute. There's two or three more It's like Walking Dead the zombies are attacking Bob because Bob's got groceries, and then you hear And there are three more laying there, twitching and bleeding and dying. But you very quickly move the bodies out of the way and you have Bob walk around the little minivan. And you wait for the next bunch. You show up. Look, it's a crafter woman. We're going to air. And as they jump out of their low rider or whatever and run towards her once again. Now the only problem you're going to have is after a while the blood smear is probably going to be a tell. So you probably need a water truck or like a water, you know, a little bit of a water washing there to kind of swirry stuff away a little bit. Not a lot, just a little bit, spread it out. Other than that, why are we worrying? We know where they're going to be. We know what their intentions are. They've already bragged that they think they want to eat us. So if that's the case now granted, I'm not going to tell you it's not like space aliens if they can eat us we can eat them No, no, no, no, no, but since they've already expressed their desire to we won't need a one. Be ready for that, because that is in the schedule. That is going to happen, and they're going to try not to cover it. Well, what that means is it's not constitutional overreach. The judge has made a proper decision. But the overreach is that they're stepping past the boundaries that always allow for them to continue to illegally and unlawfully operate in America. The courts themselves are illegitimate because they're under the Admiralty Court, not under the common law. And again, that second paragraph says it all. What nationwide defacto relief, what that means is that if they have overturned the law with regard to carrying guns in the post office, anyone who is charged with that crime, their records must be expunged. Number one. Number two is they also have to be made whole, which means that would be expected that they would have to be compensated for the years taken away from their life in the process of upholding what was an illegitimate act. Very important because this also overlaps into why they're not going to fix what Biden did, why they are not going to fix what Obama did, and it's always, we've got to look forward, right? Because instead of giving money to Israel, instead of giving money to Argentina, instead of giving money to Ukraine, They would have to compensate the American people for the unjust activities of an illegitimate government acting against the American people. You see how that works? And they don't want to do that. The Jews deserve your money, not you. The Jewish Communists deserve your money, not you. But if you're looking at food to put on the shelf, if you're looking at handing stuff out, these are right now, they're a dinosaur. They're not going to be on the shelf very soon, but at the moment, it's the inventory that they have. Now, the one store that I bought the can I have in my hand, which is a Pampa Sardines in tomato sauce, 15 ounce. Right next to it was the new ones, which the can is now the size of a soup can, a small soup can, condensed soup. So there's the difference. I think it's an 11 ounce. And so you're looking at four ounces less and inevitably the price is going to go to $1.50. So this is one of several solutions. I'm not just pissing and moaning about the problems. It's horrible. Instead, again, for a lot of people, well, they don't like sardines, okay, fine, trade with somebody else who got something else for, again, if you're starving, you're going to complain, I got a whole ration, day's ration, and here's a can of meat, shut up. In all my years, I have never heard a state claim that it was immune from federal lawsuits regarding their violations of civil rights of the citizens. In all my years, I've never read a filing in response to a lawsuit by a state that's as pompous and as arrogant as this one. And that's saying something because I'm reading these day in and day out for the last 13 plus years. What's going on everybody? My name is Jared. Every single constitutional claim in the lawsuit, every factual truth, and every right that you and I hold dear, they're just writing them all off. Let's dive into this. Back in 2024, Massachusetts passed one of the most sweeping anti-gun law packages in the nation. It was known as Chapter 135 of the Acts of 2024, aka an act modernizing firearm laws. That bill, now law championed by the anti-gun majority on Beacon Hill, banned even more so-called assault-style firearms than Massachusetts had already banned. It expanded sensitive places where you could not carry your firearm to keep yourself safe. It forced registration schemes even more than Massachusetts already had. And it imposed even more restrictions on lawful gun owners while doing absolutely nothing about criminals or crime. Nothing. Now, Golan NRA and the licensed gun owners who are individual plaintiffs here, Peter Hanlon, David Wurman, Nancy Trehub, Jeffrey Sachs, and Pioneer Valley Arms, they said, you know what, enough is enough. They sued the Attorney General and the Secretary of Public Safety, arguing that these laws violate the Second Amendment, the Fourteenth Amendment, and the fundamental rights of the citizens of Massachusetts. Now, here comes the state's official answer. It was filed on October 24, 2025, just a couple days ago. This document's tone is exactly what you would expect from a government that's been weaponized against the people, from a government that literally thinks it's part of the King of England from the 1700s. Right out of the gate, the Attorney General denies what... They deny it's doing anything, but they deny any of the challenge laws that they're in constitutional. They say none of... the laws that are being challenged by the goal of NRA and the groups are unconstitutional. Which is... Like, that's... Wow. She then admits that the laws exist denies that it infringes on your rights. She admits that the plaintiffs are licensed gun owners, but denies that the firearms banned under this act are in common use for self-defense and other lawful purposes. What? Oh, what a loser! Let that sink in for a second. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts just went on record in federal court saying that AR-15s, the most popular rifle in America, are not commonly used for lawful purposes, not commonly owned. If that's not a constitutional slap in the face of Bruin and Heller, I don't know what is. A page after page, paragraph after paragraph, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts denies everything. They deny that these arms are in common use. They deny that gun owners have a right to buy or sell lawful firearms. They deny that these laws are new or novel. They even deny that the plaintiffs have been harmed, claiming that GOL, the NRA, and these individuals don't even have standing to sue. And then they take it even further, claiming sovereign immunity under the 11th Amendment. which basically means the state says it cannot be sued for violating the Constitution. This product has been banned by the Brandon family because it might give US citizens too much of an advance. This is why revolutions happen. The first affirmative defense is literally that the government is immune from accountability. Their second defense, that the plaintiffs haven't even stated a valid claim. Their third, that they haven't even been injured and therefore that the case isn't ripe, meaning they think it's too early for courts to even hear it. Just let these infringements roll, you petty bastards. The translation here by Massachusetts is, you peasants can't sue us for trampling on your rights. How do you like that? So let's cut to the core of what the state's actually saying here. The defendants, Andrea Campbell and Susan Terry. They argue that so-called assault-style firearms are not protected under the Second Amendment. They claim that these guns are dangerous and unusual. Dangerous and unusual weapons outside the scope of constitutional protection. A direct contradiction to Supreme Court precedent. How quickly these tyrants forget that the Constitution is not a list of rules that apply to us. It's a list of rules that apply to them, the government. They flat out deny that the Second Amendment covers modern rifles in common use for lawful purposes. They even claim that gun dealers have no right to sell firearms. That's right, they're telling Pioneer Valley Arms, a licensed Massachusetts gun shop in FFL, that they have no constitutional right to engage in lawful commerce involving firearms. This response exposes exactly how far Massachusetts has fallen. how far Massachusetts officials are willing to go. And they're not just trying to regulate firearms, they're trying to erase the very concept of a right to keep and bear arms. This filing makes one thing crystal clear, that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has no intention of backing down. They're daring the federal courts to uphold tyranny. hoping that the First Circuit or the District Court will side with the government and continue to defy Bruin. But this case, which is Hanlon v. Campbell, is now part of a growing wave of constitutional challenges across the country. From Duncan v. Bonta in California to Beavis v. Naperville in Illinois, now we have Hanlon v. Campbell And thanks to groups like GOL and NRA and the Patriots like these individual plaintiffs, this one is probably going to go all the way to the Supreme Court. Because none of those other cases that I mentioned or have chronicled on this channel in the 13 years I've been doing it, none of those states have the gall to say what Massachusetts just did in their response. If that happens, it goes to the Supreme Court. And if the high court follows its own precedent, the Massachusetts gun ban is going to get crushed and collapse under the constitutional weight of previous decisions in the Supreme Court. So here's what you can do, patriots. If you live in Massachusetts, join goal. Support them. I know that they're spending a lot of money on lawsuits right now. They're involved in more lawsuits currently than they ever have before. They're the tip of the spear in the fight in Massachusetts standing between you and the government, and they refuse to back down while the government is refusing to recognize your God-given rights. Spread this story wide, spread it far, because the media ignores this, the truth is clear, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has officially declared through its own court filings that it does not believe the Second Amendment applies to you.
