Summary
Mark Koernke discussed preparedness for cold weather, tactical distribution of supplies, and composting toilet systems as alternatives to traditional plumbing. The show featured a Gun Owners of America segment on the DOJ's support for warrantless police entries into gun owners' homes, violations of the First Amendment gag order on GOA, and continued enforcement of anti-gun policies. Koernke also covered voter fraud cases in Michigan involving Israeli operations, red flag laws in Maine, and criticized Trump administration policies on gun rights and border enforcement. The final hour included discussion of Glock parts sales, colonial-era weapons restrictions, and Koernke's assessment of Hezbollah as an effective fighting force.

We're torn and dirty as he stood there. He took off his three cornered hat. Speaking low to me, he said, we fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the left brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone. Your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free, the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught. According to the state, you read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan, you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize it. farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God-given right, and pray to God to torture freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled, each God given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? half a league, half a league, half a league onward. Oh well, here we go. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the first hour of the Intelligence Report. I'm Mark Cornky, one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories south, north, Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. LibertyTreeRadio.org. And we are on satellite because of allies who listen in and then re-broadcast the program. Thank you. We appreciate the work you guys have been doing for quite some time now. We are on a myriad of other communications technologies to include internet, ultra net hallmark, golden spike technologies, and of course AM&FM micro stations across the country. And it is, well it's Thursday, it's been a meh Thursday, weather's been up and down of course. It has been Windy but not too windy. It is chill but not too chill. In other words, we're right in between before the doors start to slam on the season. So be prepared. The warning signs are all before us. We need to pay attention. We need to make sure that we don't get caught flat-footed when the time comes. So I'm weatherizing as much as I can. Pulled in a lot of the plants. My pepper plants are happy. They're at a warm place now. And it is, of course, the 23rd of October. 17th year of open, obvious, and in your face, Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist, occupation of America with a K. 2025, older calendar. 2025, Battle for the Republic, book one, the Dance of Swords. The okay, so yes, everybody's talking about war with Venezuela. Wow, that's a far cry from If I get an office on the war 24 hours, all the wars will be gone in 24 hours. It won't take long at all. We have a caller. Who do we have? The good stuff down and we and on its way to its location All the whole thing all of the whole palette 100% okay very good that was what we needed information on only because if need be a follow-up truck was going to be having to make another trip or a special trip so that's perfect everybody will be happy so thank you but when you do do it you're gonna need a full-size box or truck with a trailer because there's a lot of boxes very good but it is all moved to the second site now Yep, correct. Very good. Okay, so that means they're all Armstronging today and I'll have to do something for the guys. Everybody pitching in and makes all the difference in the world. Plus we're also tactically distributing more material, which is most important, so that we have more stuff on the shelf. And I cannot stress enough, that should be your highest priority right now. Food and ammunition and stuff. What do I mean by stuff? Tools. perishables of any kind and don't forget Mr. Toilet Paper is your friend. It doesn't mean you can't use shelled corn cobs or corn husks or burdock but those are just so much less comfortable. They aren't going to be flushing down your toilets. You better be prepared if you're going to do the alternative toilet paper to be ready to have an outhouse in place. Just a reminder I kept trying to use alternate organic toilet papers and they just wouldn't flush down. I had to fight and fight and fight and they just wouldn't flush down. Yes, that's because the corn tubs float and yeah, usually not pretty when you're done with them. So just a heads up. Remember, if you're going to use that alternate tech in terms of toilet paper, you better be ready to dig yourself a shiver shanty out back. Go ahead, call her. Something there. Of course you can't flush all of the toilet paper. You have to use the garbage can. I'd rather you use the outhouse. Actually, let's put it this way. Let me explain something about other parts of the world. Toilet paper is not used. They do not have in many places the comfort of toilet paper. And while I was working at the University of Michigan, I am down in the main Coleman house and a couple of the girls come up and they couldn't find their supervisor so they came to me and they said, Mark. I said, yes. Mark, we need you to see something. Okay, what is it? Well, I need to show you. Can you come with us? Oh, okay, yeah, sure, no problem. So we go from Coleman House to Coleman Extension, which is another building, and we go up two flights of stairs and we go to the third floor is where we are because of that. We get up to the third floor and there's the door and the girls unlock the door because they're the maids for the services there. And there's, come here, it's in the bathroom. We go in the bathroom and there's a cooperative bathroom. There's two sinks, there's one toilet, one shower, and they're linked to two apartments. That's the way of saving money on plumbing that particular building that they designed. The girl, Debbie, says, look in the bathroom here. Okay, now I'm in the bathroom. He says, look where's the toilet? There's a half cut coffee can, you know, like what you would call it, it's a number 10 can, a one gallon can. And it's sitting there, it's half cut down, and there is a rock in it. And the rock is a pudding stone. Have you ever seen a pudding stone? We have them all over the state here in Michigan. Usually you'll find them anywhere along the Arctic Roll where the old glacier passed over Michigan way back in the day. And so anyway, there's this rock. It's nubbly. It's got nubbles all over it. It's about the size of a little less than a softball, but a lot bigger than a hardball. They look at me and they look at that and they say, what is that? I looked at that and I said, well, let me ask you something. Have you had to replace the toilet paper in this room? They go, no. As a matter of fact, these guys have been here for like a whole week. We never have to use any toilet paper here. I say, well, that's good. You see, the reason you don't have to use any toilet paper is because that is a toilet rock. And they looked at each other and they looked at me and one of them, the other girl said, let's see, who was there? I would think it was Guadalupe and Guadalupe says, Mark, what is a toilet rock? And I say, a toilet rock is used to wipe your rear end. And then you wash it off and put it back in the can. So it's in the can waiting for you when you come back. And the other girl, which of me goes, I touch that. I touch that rock. I said, well, then yeah, make sure you're clean. Yeah, I'd wash my hands. I said, but let me look at something here. I went out and looked at the two sinks. And the one sink was pristine white. The other sink was not so pretty. So I had to explain to the girls that ladies, that is a toilet rock. That is used for wiping your rear end and this sink is where they have been cleaning the toilet rock and then putting it back in the can. They immediately said, oh my god, I just sent sink to, ah. So I explained, well, it should be explained to them that they don't need the toilet rock. And probably you should have management come up and be very polite and explain to them the wonderful world of of Charmin toilet tissue and you know all the other fun things like the Kleenex we have on the on the counters too there I see and they said yeah and immediately the girls we one of them put her you know she put her big rubber gloves on and she at arms link grabs the rock and the can and she takes them downstairs to the back end and there was this little rock garden which is where that rock came from. And she puts the rock over on the farthest side underneath the pine tree where it can't as easily be seen and she goes, that would take care of that. And I'm going to go talk to Dave. So she goes to talk to her supervisor and I proceed to go about my business. Well, apparently management did in some very special way go and talk to these people. And the next day, the girls are all in a flutter because even though they were talked to, there was a new can and there was a new selected toilet rock next to the toilet the next day. Some habits die hard. And in this case, it's like, well, you know, they're used to not having toilet paper. And why waste all those trees when there are so many rocks? What can I say? So you see, if you think you got it bad in this life, in this world, at the very least, I don't think very many of you have had to use a nubilee with little chunks of stone sticking out of it like a pudding rock with little chunks of stone the size of your thumbnails to work to scrape those areas clean that you want to make sure are relatively clean before you flush the toilet. See how that works? The world is a strange and unique place with all kinds of exotic people from around the world who use things like toilet rocks on a daily basis. Go ahead, caller. Yeah, I've heard of a compost toilet. Is that sort of something like a human litter box over? Actually, well, no, those aren't a bad idea. A lot of those are, well, where those first came up, to be quite honest, they weren't used in houses. They were designed for use with campers. That was the ecology camper toilet way back when. I think the first time those things came out was in the 70s during the ecology, early 70s, 1970, 71. Because I was doing research in portable toilets back then for engineering purposes, seriously. I mean, after all, we wanted to look to see what kind of ideas and designs were out there. But the composting toilets would be especially useful in remote areas. I mean, you would feel like you are in mountainous terrain. And one of the reasons is that digging and also moving dirt, or at least viable dirt, might be more of a problem. And the advantage of a composting toilet is that you can take what you got there and cycle it over into the compost piles outside and let the earth break it down, give it to the earthworms, and then process it back into the garden area after a period of time. It's neutral after that. So they work. Everybody that I know that's used them has been satisfied with them. The big thing is that they are unique. And like everything, do a little research. It ain't the razor, it's the blades. It's not the initial purchase, it's the having to maintain it once you get it. That's the part people sometimes don't calculate into the formula. So at least Uncle Mark's warning in advance. But they're relatively efficient, they're not difficult to use. Easy to put in place, but they're also are mobile in that you can actually transfer them from one site to another as needed if you were to pick up everything and move. Not the easiest, it had me that piano, but you know, I mean, in other words, just a little weight depending on the model. Some are, some are not. Then no particular brand that I can think of that would jump out at me, they'd go, wow, I think I need that one. Most all of them are pretty well proven systems that I've heard of. And they seem to work, as I said, so. It's a personal flavor choice there. Not that flavor has anything to do with toilets, per se, except that you do smell things with, that's right, your tongue to a degree. Go ahead. Some people use composting toilets also. When they're septic system, it goes cuckoo. You know, it's on the fridge. It's over. Well, in other words, you don't have to hook it up to any plumbing. It's the way the composting toilet is set up is that you dispose of the matter that's left. I think there's a couple of different models. Some are self-dumping. Some you have to pull a unit and then dump it and then reinstall it. There's three or four different variants. You can do a fixed system that will drop to say a designated area that you have like we just said for composting You've already let it break down the bacteria does its job You don't want to apply that directly to garden to a garden area But you can when you mix it with mulch and other things it will progressively break down to the point where it's less of an issue In general, so it's a good option. It's one of those things taken into consideration. And the big thing is that they're not outrageously expensive. They're not overpriced. Again, I won't say that they're the least expensive solution either because you can build even an in-house water closet pretty stinking cheap if you know what you're doing. The other issue here though again, like you said, it can be also just physical conditions in the area. You have a high water table, but you don't want and you don't want what you just, you know, let's just say peed and pooped yesterday to be showing up in the floating in the front mud puddle tomorrow. Not tough to do when you have a very high water table. So the idea is that building up a system like this, or I should say installing is not really building to it, is pretty straightforward. It's, again, an alternative and self-composting toilets. Oh, I don't know. You can get those in the lowest end range of probably around, I'd say, about $280 to $300. I've seen some of the little cheaper models that are out there. I don't know what the price, again, with the price and the economy going the way it is, who knows? This year, 2025, you'd have to look. On the other hand, you might be lucky because companies are biting the bullet and in bad shape. Make one hell of a deal right now Something taking a consideration now when those first came out they were all home builds by the way Composting toilets they were home build ideas and the original home build ideas If you look at like Mother Earth catalog you'll see a lot of what we're talking about right there You have to go back through the archives. I would say 1968 69 through to 70 and Mother Earth news I don't know what, there are so many volumes of that, God knows. But it was regurgitated several times as an item of interest. It was resuscitated in the 80s, about 81, 82, and kind of disappeared again and then came into play before Y2K, which is cool because they really were already out there. They never have gone anywhere. It's just they became more notable. So that's another solution. Anyway, toilet rocks. I think I'll buy a little more toilet paper if you give me a little time so I can put a nicer outer commode in when the time comes. It's not a kitty litter box. What do you mean? It's not a kitty litter box. It's an outhouse, and it works just fine. Anyway, let's see, talking about outhouses, in Washington, D.C. today, Oops, did I say that? I had to laugh. Somebody was going, they're not building up all room in the White House. They're just making a bigger underground complex below the White House. Well, of course they are. But what do you think all the work was in the four years while Biden was in there? What do you think they were doing? They already warned people there was going to be all kinds of blasting, etc., going on. Well, guys, you don't do blasting to clear out walls inside the building, per se. or to rearrange the drapes or change the paint or do whatever, even if you're changing walls internally. What they were doing is expanding on the underground complex. So what Trump is doing is they're either going to put like a child, pedo, torture, you know, extravaganza, circus in the new extension, which will be the wing that they're adding under the ballroom. Or it will be for the Jewish mob so they can have some underground dirty mattresses for the eight year old kids who will be raping there. I don't know. But they will be putting, come on, if they go up, they go down. They build down. They always build deep and down. The Institute for Social Research, when they put, they got the money for a whole brand new building in Ann Arbor. Well, they didn't go up so much as they went down and they didn't want anybody to see what they were building underground. But I worked at the University of Michigan and I knew how to tap into all the cameras that they thought, well, weren't palpable because everybody was supposed to forget about them. So I hooked up a bunch of equipment to all of the abandoned in place cable tech and it turns out it was all still active and being used by the Mossad and CIA to monitor everybody all over campus. I've told you about this several times. Well, those cameras also overlook the Institute for Social Research, so I just stuck a VCR on the cable and let it roll. I'll let everybody watch those once in a while. So you want to see how they build things? Let me show you how they build things. Kind of fun. So anyway, yes, the new torture chamber for the pedophiles to use underneath the White House is being installed where the ballroom is located. Will they go down two stories, three stories, four stories? They'll be able to go down as far as they want to and nobody will stop them, needless to say. It's like the limitations about tearing apart the building. Anybody pay attention when they've been tearing out apart the White House? Did you notice they didn't bother to take out the bulletproof glass windows? They're busy with a bucket tearing them out. You know how much each one of those stinking windows cost? This is an example of your tax dollars at work with regard to asshats, idiots, and wasteful people like Trump. Wasteful because they don't care. You realize one of those ballistic windows, the ones that they install there, do you know what they're worth? Yeah, every window, every window when Biden was in there, they did an upgrade. They were talking about it. Trump even talked about, oh yeah, with the new upgrades and blah, blah, blah, and the bulletproof windows and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Now they already had ballistic windows in there, but they put all new in. And then Trump turns around, there's a guy, instead of them de-installing the tens and tens of thousands of dollars worth of window, they're up there with a bucket tearing them out. Your tax dollars and typical example of witless mindless people who have more money than brains You know Trump just a heads up not a surprise I mean there's nothing that surprised me about an either BS and what they're doing incompetence and failure to in any way shape or form conserve resources instead buckets of money, dude wasteful and buckets of money Hmm interesting to see go ahead color chip in there So Trump is Trump and dump is just a Zionist mophead right? That's it? Employee now let's be good an employee Employees are if they're reliable and they're again direct and you know earnest and they're making their money Charlie Kirk was a shill slash employee for the Israelis As I said, I had nothing good or bad or indifferent to say about him because we all knew where his bagel was cream-cheezed. But unfortunately, he decided that he wasn't going to have him bageling cream cheese anymore. And so they killed him dead, dead, dead. In fact, what's fascinating, I think anybody see the video, now we'll change to another little subject on that one, with Mr. Kirk. Did anybody see the video of Mr. Kirk's right-hand man, the guy who is literally right over his shoulder constantly? When Mr. Kirk was shot, this individual literally was right over his left shoulder, right there by the edge of the tent. When Mr. Kirk gets shot, He doesn't go, ah! He doesn't scream or take cover. He literally just turns around, walks behind the tent, walks through the archway area underneath the building, and while everybody else is screaming and trashing, he walks down the sidewalk away with his back to the event, completely ignoring what's going on with Charlie Kirk. Has anybody seen this video? Now, this is a person, and like I told you, you know, Mr. Kirk, there are many people around you. They're not with you, Mr. Kirk, but they are around you. And that's an example. He's the right-hand guy. So, you know, security is also constantly living with him. There is right-hand guys, so there are the other right-hand guys. And not one person acted as would be expected. But the guy who is literally filming constantly over Kirk's shoulder. If you watch, there's video before they showed up even at this event in the car with Kirk. They're all bragging up. They're headed to the event. This is what they're doing. But when Mr. Kirk gets shot, this person literally just turns. He doesn't duck. He doesn't take cover. He turns around on his heels. He walks behind the back wall of the tent, which of course should be the impact area where the bullet for Mr. Kirk was, but there is no such thing. And then you see him pop out. He's just walking out the other side where the other edge of the tent is, and he's walking out underneath the building, and he is just walking along. First he's texting but then he's talking and he is he's not bro. He's not walking fast He's not hunched over. He is just walking away like he knows it's done They got him. We're all done. We're all done here. We did our job on two other things Now we can remember mr. Kirk now we can use his memory blah blah blah blah blah So might want to go look at some of this cool stuff that's out there And again, there's more than one angle on that too, by the way. There's probably about two or three hundred angles. Depending on how many cameras were pointed down in that direction simultaneously, this is just one of many that were used to show in a very panoramic way the lack of response by the person who was supposed to be Mr. Kirk's friend and right-hand dude. But you don't get too excitable when your boss gets his brains blown out and looks like everybody's screaming and thrashing around you. Just stay calm and know that somebody else is gonna cover your paycheck. Everything is fine. Don't worry about it. Just walk around the corner here. Just walk down the sidewalk over that way and for it to calm. La la la la. Like everything. is just fine. And for him, maybe it is. Oh my God, that saved us. They said they were going to kill everybody. Thank God, they only killed him. They're not going to kill me. They got him. Yeah, they got him. That's okay. We're fine now. Everybody's fine. How are you? Yeah. So anyway, another one bites the dust. And as a matter of fact, we are at the bottom of the hour, as always. I could have done it four minutes ago. I saw the clock. I looked at it randomly. And so once again, we're going to go through the blue book. You have never seen the blue book. It is the logbook of questions, the logbook of requests. And we're going to, oh. OK, this is where I'm challenged here only because. You know what, we've got a couple things coming up. Number one, the 50th anniversary of the wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald is coming up just as a reminder. I was on a Special Forces training exercise on the Great Lakes just south of where that happened the night it happened. We were literally on the lake when everybody was talking about the horrible, terrible, terrible, horrible storms that they were. And we were actually in the field. I was on the coast. I was talking in a landing unit. We had an air unit, which was off to our east. We were the ground unit that was to coordinate the landings of both. But first, we were taken the naval component. And the naval component was to be dropped off by coast guard cutter. The waves were so bad that half the crew was seasick and couldn't operate on the coast guard cutter. Most of the crew, most of the team that were on board, the rest of the two teams were on board, most of them were ill, couldn't stand up, let alone move. And our aviation unit was pinned down because of the weather inland. They'd already been dropped off by helicopter, although one element was, one element parachuted in, the other element was dropped in by rotary wing. And our job was to coordinate, bring everything together. And, uh, here we go. I think it's got the right idea there. Could ship and true was the phone to be chewed When the gales of November came early The ship was the pride of drinking sides Coming back from some mill in Wisconsin As the big freighters go it was bigger than most With the crew and good captain last season Concluding some turns with a couple steel firms When they left our little old Berkeley boat And later that When the ships fell rain, good to feed the north wind they can feel it. The limits shouldn't all come near the base of a herd, the ship and crew. Oh Michigan's in one leg, eerie consent. With the gales of November, paying 29 times for each man. It's Gerald, the Chippewa, on one of the big legs they call Get Chigumi. It gets up for dead when the gales of November got early. We are back. And thank you, Edward. The wreck of the Edmonton Fitzgerald. By the way, there's a discussion. They're going to have a dive. God, it's a horrible part of the season to do this. But apparently, they are talking about that they're going to be doing a dive on the wreck around the anniversary. I don't know if it'll be on the date itself. Hold on. Bringing the bodies up. And I guess the family has already requested that the crew remain where they are. Now, real quick, just if you don't know, but almost as quickly as that wreck went down, I think it was in the next year and a half, they did dive on the Edmund Fitzgerald. There's not a whole lot of memory about that, but I remember it like it was yesterday, and the crew, the second mate's body was still floating on the bridge inside the bridge. Everybody goes, what? Well, it's a refrigerator. It's an icebox, people. It takes a long, long time. for things to break down in the icebox. Now it's still liquid, the man for all... And again, Superior is the coldest because it is argued it is the only real Great Lake. The rest are all downriver and are part of the river network. They're just a wide variant, they're another trough. And Lake Superior is the coldest, the deepest, and is fed by a lot of the significant underwater aquifers that are part of the Great White North. Anyway, you got a caller. Who do we have? Tom, and the thing the captain wasn't even supposed to be the captain of it. My grandpa was actually supposed to be it, but he ended up having a heart attack and they found a replacement captain. But your grandpa didn't die right away, right? He survived the heart attack. No. Yeah, he survived the heart attack. Oh, yeah, he survived the heart attack, but he didn't, he could never sail again. They wouldn't let him sail. Right. Well, that's okay. He lived to see another day, but the crew, as you just pointed out, did not. Had he been with the ship, he'd have gone down with the ship. And again, those little fluke things that happened. Go ahead, call her, jump in there. Back then, you were 21, right? It was 1979, right? No, I was 75. I was 17, almost 18. I was an RO, 12th Special Forces, 131st Attachment. I was a hard charging crazy person. I got to volunteer for everything. And I did. So, well, 18. No, I wasn't 21. Oh, no, 50 years ago. 50 years ago, does figure that out. Yeah, it would have been the seventh. Yeah. In fact, just before that, That took place. We were having crappy weather that year. And we had a helicopter operation that was going to be a photo op. And I was one of the several individuals we were going to do a series of repelling demonstrations from helicopters. Now this should have been a kind of a reminder of things to come. It was a bad season. It was a bad weather season. We were supposed to bring us three helicopters coming in from whatever base. I don't recall where they came from. But of the three that were supposed to fly, only one crew was willing to fly in the weather. So they brought the choppers in and we had medium winds. We didn't have high winds. But we had medium winds and a quarter of the crew that were supposed to do the rappelling wouldn't. And so myself, Ted Polwell, Vistaterio, and a handful of others proceeded with the mission. And what's funny is it ended up from that, the series of photographs that were taken, we were the poster child for recruiting posters all over the world, not just the country, for the late 70s. It's a picture of the two of us, myself and it was Theodore Poldwell III who would go on to the Korean Peninsula and discover the largest Korean tunnel that had come across under the DMZ and he was the team leader when that happened. But in the meantime, we were both popping out of this, the chopper and the winds were so great that what happened is when we both jumped, we both left, pushed away and let go because you want to drop about 15 feet below the chopper if you can. Well, unfortunately, the chopper hit a gust and went down with us so we didn't have a break on and both of us, the slack was taken right up and the chopper dropped with us and we smacked right into the struts. And then we bounced off that and let go again. And it's at that moment that they took the picture, which really looks cool. I mean, it's classic. We were perfectly like legs are straight out, where our asses are falling down first, gravity sucks. And we're headed towards the ground where about, I'd say, a quarter of the way down the line when they took the picture after we got bumped. And that was history. And that picture ended up all over the place. with a series of posters that they did for, you know, join the army or, you know, join the army, you know, become special. Real special. Yeah, well, yeah, I'm still straightened out from that one. But then, only about a, what, three weeks later is when we deployed in the, that was the weekend the Edmund Fitzgerald went down. I think it was, what was it, Friday into Saturday? Friday into Saturday or Saturday into Sunday? No, it was Friday into Saturday. It was a Friday night to Saturday morning. Yes. So, never forget. Anyway, go ahead, caller. Jump in there. What year was it? 75? Yeah, 75. Yeah, I was real young. I didn't know nothing since over. Oh, I knew a lot. At least I thought I did. I mean, I knew a lot. I was the unit radio operator. I was doing all of the, you know, there was the Chief Quicken Bottle Washer for the AMPRC-77 and the backup older AMPRC-25 that we had. I carried one and I had another person satcheling the other one, but I had to carry two rolls of Como Cable Raptor on me, looked like Pancho Vio, you know, with, wrote with wire. We had, each one of us was carrying so many yards of, 100 yards of for the field telephones. I was carrying all my spare batteries. I had batteries for both radios. I was carrying an AK. I had a full AK complement. Everything's steel. Everything's heavier. I had a backpack full of spare parts and also demolitions, a couple of clay mores. And I think I had at least one Because it was a training exercise, I had one simulated properly by weight satchel charge. Everybody was carrying a certain amount of demolitions, munitions, and their personal support equipment. Since I was in communications, my job was to carry most of the support items. All we did was spread the field pumps out so that everybody else carried one or two. And then we deployed them. We didn't use radio. We used a field phone so we couldn't be intercepted. That's the whole idea. You have the radios, but the radios were used to create the impression we were somewhere else. And our aggressor, which was a Ranger unit, they had everything to track us. They had every tool in the toolbox, and they had a rotary wing aircraft, and they never intercepted us. We did our job. That was a, we get our job week. Rest is history, as they say. But it was fun. It was interesting. Maybe some people didn't think it was fun. You got to test your limits. And the guys to ride with, totally different crew from the kind of people you see nowadays. Totally different kind of person. It was a pleasure to work with the people that we worked with. Because nobody was a whiner and everybody was motivated. That makes a big difference with everything you do, but especially in the tasks that were at hand. Anyway, 50th anniversary, the fall of the Edmund Fitzgerald to the bottom of Lake Superior, not the very bottom, just the bottom where it was floating, and went down accordingly. And so we're not there yet, by the way. I just bring up that there's been a lot of discussion because of the idea that they would resurrect the bodies. For burial and the families have stated that the bodies lay where they should lay where they are because they've been buried in there with their crew mates. So understand a lot of history there in this tradition to Not very often do you recover crew? I mean they've done it with submarines. That's something that's just historically popped up here and there shipwrecks if they're close close to surface Like, you know, you saw Pearl Harbor, yes, they do recover a lot of the people in that situation, but then there were a lot they didn't, they don't talk about. By the time they did get to them, they were people slurry, so there really wasn't much to recover. Part of the bad part about doing things like that, you know, getting involved in the, what is the ultimate in, let's just say, play in competition, but it's called serious play. That's the way to explain it. Anyway, other stuff here. We're almost to the top and we have only a few minutes left. A reminder that we are now headed into the pay-forward for Liberty Tree radio and we're not going to do it too well. I don't know, tomorrow's Friday. We may start doing the end-of-the-year drawings. We should probably because we do have a number of extra boxes you guys have provided so we can. And what we do every year is we Ask that you donate to Liberty Tree Radio for every dollar that you donate your name goes into a can and If you do one dollar, it's one one name if you do ten, it's ten twenty. It's twenty thirty. It's thirty etcetera, etcetera We mix them all up and usually we do five sometimes six names typically six going on seven that we draw and then we send a gift. The idea is to have some fun with this and we've done this as a way for everybody to interact. It's been up and down over the years but we have always made our goal because we are a listener sponsored network. We don't have millions but we wouldn't spend millions if we hadn't because we know how to do better. Just something to think about there. Some people that you know that are in the Patriot Movement have gone through tens of millions of dollars a year. That would have not only been insane for us, but we would be forced multiplying if we had that asset or resource. The difference between people we're doing is a... And when you get it back from Mark, make sure you tip it over, pound it a few times, because you never know when there's going to be stuff in the bottom of it that you haven't seen. Because he loves to fill them with... caving and everything. I mean sometimes you might even get the kitchen sink. Right, some people have completely been combat outfitted. Remember we've had a couple of the full infantry kits donated. We've had many other tools, optics. This time around we do have both. I still have not found what I've wanted which was a good small utility knife that I think would be decent but also useful. There are some nice ones that I'll probably incorporate a few into. I'm probably going to buy them tonight. I just wanted some. The knife that I would prefer is an emergency EMP type knife. There were dozens. Over the last 10 years, there have been dozens of designs. Each of you listening at one point or another has probably gotten one as a gift in the box. They are good knives, they are not spring assisted, I will never send you a spring assisted knife, I will never send you a switch blade. That is setting you up for trouble because cops and government are illegitimate and constantly fickle and frivolous and then also arbitrary in their activity. So, if you have something like that and the laws are in place, remember one minute the supposed to be reasonable and the next minute, like for the last four years, the blue goes rabid commie crazy. Don't you forget that. And that's one of the reasons that, again, I look for certain things that are useful, that make sense. The neat thing is these things have a good shark blade, a primary blade that does lock, has a lock. They have a belt cutter built into the side, and they have a skull crusher slash glass breaker stud on the end of the knife. But nobody's bringing them in. I've gone to, I have a lot of wholesalers that I deal with. Nobody's bringing those in. They're bringing in every kind of switch blade and twitchy blade and spring assist you can imagine, but even those aren't that strong a knife. So I'll be patient. I eventually will find somebody in the breakdown and I'll have to maybe spend a lot more, but I won't get as many if that's the case. I'm just going to limit it. But there are other blades. Hopefully we will have, I think, a number of machetes and maybe even some tomahawks. that are going to be part of this. So one of our knife makers is sending me I think two tomahawks for this set of drawings, you know, for the future drawings. So we'll see what those look like. They're going to be basic. He does just basic working man's tomahawks. And I carry one of his blades and have for 20, oh hell no, for 30 years, 31 years now. I also carry my primary fighting knife on my combat load. It is one of his 7.5 inch lever blade knives that he made many, many, many years ago. It is one of the first knives he made. He goes, Mark, I can get you a better model. No. This is a gift and it works. I like it. It fits me. And it fits me size and hand. It's perfect. I don't want to change. If I have to change it because I got a blade stuck in somebody's head and I can't get it out, I'll have to switch to something else until I can crack that skull open and get it back. So we'll see. But again, great stuff. If you get a chance, you can donate right now. But not a problem with donating. But if you'd like to donate, you can donate at libertytreeradio.4mg.com and then go to the Donate key. However, if you want to wait, we understand. And when we kick off the drawing cycle, then donate. And every dollar you donate, your name will go in the hat. So hopefully that helps everybody understand. Yes, you can. Set us a donation at pbnpobox194. You can write us. Dexter, Michigan 48130, that's PBN PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130. You can do cash checker money order. Write down your mailing address and put it in with the donation. If you're going to do a checker money order, do the checker money order. Make it out to Nancy. Last name, K-O-E-R-N-K-E, or you can leave it blank. Now imagine the Trump DOJ did it. Whoa. I imagine the Trump DOJ. That sounds like guns and gadgets. Well, we might play that when we get back because we are at the top. So before we go any farther, let's take a break on time. And you're listening to LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com, LibertyTreeRadio.org. And we should be hearing the music even as we speak here. Remember, Monty Python, that intermission that was almost at the end of the movie? Hey, Dad. Everybody thought it... I apologize for that little blip. That's a video from Gun Owners of America from yesterday. Pam Bondi defends warrantless home invasion by police where a gun owner was shot. Yes, good. I have seen that, but go spring it up if we can... We'll play it. Yeah, it's 15 minutes and 15 seconds long, Dad, but I'll have it ready to go. That's okay. What we'll do is we'll do the intro and we'll go right to it immediately after I give me a minute of quick explanation Etc and then we'll do the yeah, G away the G away We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen the Empire And for everybody out there, guys, I'm using an NPRC-77. It was in Vietnam. Those we had. The NPRC 25 is almost an exact copy with more tubes, less solid state, same radio. We used the PRC 25 because we go down into the basement frequency wise. Also, I was taught to use a lot of NPRC 890s now because, well, they were quote unquote obsolete, which meant that nobody was phishing those frequencies when we used them for operations. Take a break, Rob, you're in the bathroom, grass, coffee, and we'll be back with a second row of the intel report right here on Loop Street Greenway Radio. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free, the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate and your Christian values can't be taught According to this you read about the current news and a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper. So your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shit traded in your name You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit so their children will be... Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic in each God given right, and pray to God, get the torch of freedom bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right we only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? So win there and you know It'll be fun. Yeah, it'll be fun. No, it won't That's okay. We've seen this BS before And we've seen a bunch of liars like the ones we got in Washington too before. Ain't nothing new there, people. No stuff. Do any of us older people sound like we're panicking? I know that many people are pissed. One should not panic. There is nothing that you should be surprised about. We warned you about this. Just to be prepared for it. Well, now you're seeing exactly what kind of BS everybody's been baffled with. Now we gotta get on with life. and get motivated and prepare to deal with what will be the rest of the betrayals. And we're going to talk, we're going to hear about that for 15 minutes here in just a moment. God bless all of you out there for being so patient. Anyway, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the second hour of the Intelligence Report on Mark Kornke. One day closer to victory. for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, southeast, northeast, and north. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. We're on satellite and also A myriad of other communications technologies, inside and outside the United States, Thursday, it's the 23rd of October, it is the 17th year of Open obvious and in your face. Fabian, socialist and Soviet socialist, occupation of America with a K2025, older calendar. Give it all she's got, Captain. And 2025, Battle for the Republic, Book One, The Dance of Swords. We got a piece here. GOA is, of course, in the middle of a fight. The true colors of all of the hacks, last prostitutes that we know are in the district of criminals working for the Israelis, they're not working for us. They never have worked for us. They are not going to work for us. They work for Israel hell. And because of that, the real agenda is the planned progressive disarmament of the American people so that the OI boys can steal every stink and piece of property they can off from underneath your feet, including yours, and to make you a slave. And if they feel like it, rape and pervert your children. Maybe castrate them and lobotomize them. To do that, They have to disarm you. And this regime is the same bunch that were planning on helping to rearm you the last time Trump was in. So just because there's all kinds of warm, fuzzy announcements doesn't mean that, you know, again, reality shouldn't set in here. Pay attention. And Ed, we've got not guns and gadgets. This is Gun Owners of America. And it'll be about 15 minutes long. zero tolerance gun control alive. In the past couple of weeks we've seen the DOJ go south on the First Amendment, Second Amendment, and the Fourth Amendment. And so we're wondering, is there any part of the Bill of Rights that the DOJ still likes? I'm Phil and you're watching Law and Ammo. But don't get me wrong, because President Trump has been a powerhouse on many fronts, and not just on the Second Amendment, on a whole host of issues. But he has been pushing pro-2A policies. But the Department of Justice and ATF are causing some serious heartburn right now. And recently, they've taken actions that trample on the First, Second, and Fourth Amendments. And so today, we're diving into the details, starting with a shocking case where the DOJ is backing a warrantless home invasion that ended in a gun owner getting shot by the police. We'll tie it back to the broader headaches GOA's facing with the DOJ on Second Amendment issues and top it off with DOJ's attempt to gag our free speech. And all of this isn't just due to a bureaucracy that can't be managed. It's the exact opposite kind of behavior that we've been getting from President Trump since he was inaugurated. But there is something you can do. Your voice can fix this. And let's break it down. First, there's the Fourth Amendment case. This is in regards to William Case, the Montana. And this stems from a tragic incident where Montana cops conducted a so-called welfare check on a man named William Trevor Case. His ex had called police after the two had an argument, worried that Case might harm himself. And when his ex-girlfriend told Case that she was going to call the police, he threatened to harm anyone who came to his home, clearly not wanting the government to break and enter. Even so, local police officers arrived, knocked, walked around, shined their lights through the windows for about 40 minutes before entering without a warrant and shooting Trevor Case. What about our Fourth Amendment right to be free from warrantless entry? Thank you, Mr. Chief Justice, and may it please the Court. This Court has never allowed state officials to force their way into someone's home without a warrant or probable cause. It should not start now. There is no liberty interest more deeply rooted in the Fourth Amendment than the sanctity of the home. The Court has long recognized that physical entry of the home is the chief evil against which the wording of the Fourth Amendment is directed. And the facts here well illustrate what's at stake with such entries. The police entered Trevor Case's home without permission, a warrant, or even probable cause, and they ended up shooting him in his own house. A recent Harvard Law Review study found that 93% of warrants are approved on first submission, and that the medium time it takes for a judge to review them is only three minutes. In fact, one out of every ten warrants is approved in less than one minute. and with modern technology obtaining a warrant is as easy as filling out the blanks on a warrant template and submitting it to a judge from an app on a police officer's phone so why didn't montana police get a warrant before violating trevor case's rights that the doj think this is okay We don't have the body cam footage to show you, but we do have the transcripts giving us a detailed record of what really happened during those 40 minutes. One police officer said, we've got a pretty decent look into most of these rooms. I don't see anything said another. The officers noticed an empty handgun holster and a notepad with handwriting, which the officers took potentially to be a suicide note. They also saw empty beer cans. The officers announced themselves, knocked on the door, shined flashlights, and yelled through open windows. And this is where it gets really interesting. The officers got nervous standing around a gun owner's yard like that, so they went back to their patrol cars, grabbed rifles, and a ballistic shield. Standing around armed and weighing whether to kick in Case's door with rifles and shields without a warrant, the officers in this small town discussed their legal right to enter and what they knew about the gun owner. One officer remarked that Case likes to drink and just go off somewhere and wait for everybody to cry for him, noting that this is probably about the tenth time I've dealt with him doing this. Referring to the likelihood that Case had already shot himself and needed medical attention, transcripts show another officer asked if they should stage medical because if he's got a self-inflicted gunshot wound. So the officer was worried about the health and safety of the gun owner and didn't want to stage medical outside in case he got shot during a warrantless home invasion. Next, that same officer also noted that the chances are pretty slim that Trevor Case actually urgently needed medical attention. So basically, all the officers on the scene stated that it was unlikely Case required immediate aid, but rather was just hiding in his own house, waiting to see if they would kick in the door. Officers also thought about calling Case's ex-wife, his father, or even calling Case on the phone to see if he was okay. In the end, They didn't call anyone and instead decided that kicking down his door without a warrant was the best course of action. The state of Montana actually called the police's tactic a protective sweep. After all, the police argued it was an emergency. So that's why they stood outside for almost an hour before kicking in the door. Obviously startled and upset at the home intrusion without a warrant. Case allegedly gritted his teeth at police, had an aggressive look on his face, and they claimed they saw a gun. claiming self-defense, the cops shot Case in his abdomen and arm, but thankfully he ended up surviving. A gun was recovered near Case in the laundry hamper. Now the Supreme Court's 2021 ruling in Knyglia v. Strahm, a case in which GOA submitted an amicus and gun owners won, The court unanimously said that there's no community caretaking exception for the Fourth Amendment for homes. In Koneglia, cops entered a man's home without a warrant and seized his guns, claiming they weren't acting in a law enforcement capacity. But instead, as community caretakers, just as promised, shut that argument down. If you're not acting as law enforcement, then you're no better than any common criminal who breaks and enters. The Fourth Amendment protects the home from unreasonable intrusions. The court left open the possibility that the police could enter a home if there are so-called exigent circumstances such as imminent injury or death. But they rejected the notion that there's some freestanding exception for police to enter your home without a warrant, just to help out as so-called caretakers. So fast forward to Case B Montana. The Montana Supreme Court upheld the cops' actions saying reasonable suspicion that Case might need aid was enough to break down his door. No warrant required. That's a dangerous loophole. Reasonable suspicion is a low standard, much lower than probable cause. It lets cops bust into homes on a hunch, turning welfare checks into swat raids with guns pointed. As G.O.A.'s prior brief hammered home, the Montana Supreme Court errored in attempting to craft a path around the court's unanimous decision in Koneglia v. Strom, issued just four years ago. We pointed out how the Montana court, Ms. Redkadiglia, to authorize some sweeping emergency exception, not to mention how Montana ignored private property rights principles from cases like United States v. Jones and Florida v. Jardines. Wrongly interest-balancing, reasonable lists over the Fourth Amendment's text. G. O. A.'s brief also tied this Fourth Amendment infringement to the Second Amendment. The way that this court rejected interest balancing in Heller should be instructive to the Fourth Amendment. Because if courts can balance away your Fourth Amendment right to be secure in your home, the place where you keep your guns, what's next for the Second Amendment? Armed police officers breaking down your door is especially problematic where there's a law-abiding gun owner on the other end. And we've seen the results time and again. like the death of Brian Malinowski in Arkansas or John Quinn in Quinn v. Texas, where the police conducted a no-knock warrant solely on the basis that Quinn was a gun owner. Of course, it's one thing if a state like Montana makes arguments to undermine the Fourth Amendment. But here's the kicker. The DOJ jumped in with an amicus brief of its own, supporting Montana, breaking the reasonable suspicion standard for warless entries in so-called emergency aid situations like cases. DOJ is arguing that when cops aren't engaged in law enforcement functions like hunting for evidence or catching bad guys, they rather are merely providing aid probable cause and a warrant aren't needed. But this sort of claim is straight out of the anti-gun playbook. In fact, DOJ finds itself on the same side of the Michigan-led coalition of 35 states, mostly leftist ones, that are pushing the Supreme Court to allow invasive police actions without warrants. Now you would think that if the DOJ found itself on the same side as Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitner, maybe somebody would see a problem, but apparently not. As GOA's brief warns, The decision of the court below granted discretion to police to expand the powers of police and diminish the protection of the people under the Fourth Amendment. This undermines the home's sanctity and could lead to more abuses against gun owners. Just think about it. A neighbor could call in a welfare check because they heard you and your spouse arguing. And then the cops could kick in your door claiming they're merely providing aid. Maybe you get shot. Maybe you get killed. Maybe a completely innocent person gets harmed. And based off the Montana Court's reasoning, because the police had your best interests at heart, that's all that matters. They were just caretakers after all. And that's why they kicked down your door with their guns drawn. This is the sort of logic that appeals only to government lawyers. And the fact that the DOJ is defending this, it's a Fourth Amendment nightmare. This reasoning from the DOJ isn't isolated. is part of a serious pattern of growing pains we've had with the DOJ when it comes to protecting our constitutional rights. Take the DOJ's First Amendment gag order that has kept GOA from printing the mews. For nearly two years, GOA and our lawyers have been under a court-imposed gag order stopping us from reporting on a Freedom of Information Act request we filed exposing the ATF's Secret Nix Surveillance Program. Under this program, ATF spies on legal gun buys without warrants, flagging suspicious patterns. And then makes a record of all the guns their targeted individual purchases. In other words, a pure Second Amendment and Fourth Amendment violation. In our FOIA case, ATF accidentally sent us some unredacted documents. But even though they were the negligent ones, DOJ ran to court and demanded a protective order. And the court obliged. We can't disseminate or use the documents ATF gave us, says the judge. We thought that maybe this was just one or two rogue DOJ attorneys, holdovers from the Biden administration acting on their own. But now that we've appealed the case to the Court of Appeals, we had hoped DOJ would come to its senses and abandon Biden's First Amendment violation, but we were wrong. The current DOJ is picking up where Biden's lawyers left off. and continuing to argue that there's no First Amendment infringement in gagging a gun rights group from publishing news. A classic prior restraint that the Supreme Court virtually never allows, as DC District Judge Moss said in a similar case, ordering journalists to return lawfully obtained information would be extraordinary. But DOJ apparently doesn't see the problem and is fighting to keep us silent. Opposing First Amendment speech? Check. Similarly, we saw the DOJ continue the Biden administration's arguments against zero tolerance. Earlier this year, FBI Director Cash Patel ended the enforcement of the Biden era zero tolerance policy, which is great. But then DOJ tried to moot our cases, which would prevent us from getting a lasting judgment that the policy was unlawful. Despite years of legal efforts and thousands of dollars in attorneys and court fees paid by our members, but then after arguing that our cases moot, the DOJ told us the government has no plans to abandon its previous arguments. That's what they told us in an email. The DOJ is picking up right where Biden left off. But the problem is that the Biden administration had argued that zero tolerance didn't violate the Second Amendment. As DOJ claimed, there is no Second Amendment right of a private business to sell a firearm. And so to sum all of this up, the DOJ thinks it's perfectly permissible to gag the press, stopping GOA from printing the news about unlawful and unconstitutional government surveillance of gun owners. Second. DOJ says that there's no Second Amendment right for a business to sell a firearm. And third, the DOJ believes that without a warrant, the police can bust down your door if they're there to aid you. This cannot possibly be the sort of constitutional restoration that President Trump had in mind. He's already done so much good on this issue. This sort of DOJ malfeasance is not why tens of millions of gun owners came out to vote in November. But for gun owners and other Americans that care about these issues, this is very fixable. President Trump created a Second Amendment task force, so let's make that work. Call the White House at 202-456-1111 and tell them, align DOJ and ATF with President Trump's agenda. Drop anti-gun arguments, lift the gag order, and oppose warrantless police entries into gun owners' homes. Your pressure has won before, like dropping the Toronto pistol brace charge, the DOJ ending Biden's support of Letitia James' crusade against Brownells. DOJ can be pressured to do the right thing again. And so thanks for watching. Like, comment, and subscribe. Share this video, most importantly, to spread the word. Stay vigilant and remember, no compromises. Again, GOA, we've had Larry Pratt. Larry Pratt's son is now, of course, in charge of GOA, as there are many other individuals that are in the fight, have been in the fight for a very long time there. GOA was originally a number of organizations as a consortium that were brought together back in the 80s. I think the total was seven. Tennessee Gun Owners Association, there were a bunch of others that were all across the ridge and both up here in the Midwest and down on the coast in the Carolinas. And all of these groups came together and the rest is history. It was one after another cascading series of alliances that brought us to GOA as you know it now. It's been quite a long ride. Remember all the people that helped to make that happen spent a lot of money putting people in the same room so they could actually work with each other and accomplish that task. It was long, long work. But it succeeded. Got the job done. Anyway, not a surprise as far as me thinking that Trumpa Dumpa is going to fix any of what you're hearing about there. No, he's not. I have full confidence in Mr. Trump. I think we know exactly what he's going to do. And it ain't going to be anything to help us. So that's okay. We're not expecting any assistance from the Israeli employee. But there is a lot of work you can do. And GOA, you wouldn't hurt to actually join. Gun Owners of America exceeded the potential many fold. over the NRA, which is why GOA has become so notable. Now the NRA, as several people have asked, wow, they seem to actually be trying to do something again. Yes, with what they have left, and with the membership lagging the way that it did, and failing to step up and getting rid of the problem, a lot of other people that were NRA members chose also to be GOA members, and because GOA continued to be that hard charger we just heard about, Well NRA was sitting on its hands because L'Impere needed another Armani suit. Well, all of that changed. The rest is history, as they say. And, uh oh, I have a very tiny four-pod keyboard operator who just came to help with the program. Anyway, um... GOA, Gunners of America, is an excellent solution. There are a number of other groups that have risen up also in the last 25 years or so, award 30, depending on which one it is, and they have all done the yeoman's task that the NRA fell flat on its face with. And this is why it's going to be a long row to hoe for the NRA to get back anywhere near where they were in terms of prestige, I would say. It is kind of funny, it was a broken record for the leftists to keep mentioning NRA and it's because the Jewish mob knew that the Jewish mob was running the NRA and running it into the ground and so they were laughing their ass off us because they were just mis- they thought they were misdirecting everybody. Meanwhile, nobody was paying attention to what the Schill's were saying, they actually just voted with their wallet and supported, really? They supported, you probably can hear this, this is a, the demon cat, Devlin, has little pointy, like, devil ears that curl in, so it's why it's called the name Devlin. Yeah, it's a tuxedo tiger cat, which is kind of funny, but We're part of the litter we just had here for the last several weeks or a few weeks, more like five weeks or so. So just big enough to cause trouble, not big enough to be a hassle for the other cats here. Anyway, except that we're also a noisy little girl. This is why you're probably here randomly in the background here. Other than that, go ahead and call her, jump in there. Yeah, did you hear Michigan's trying to charge hunters now $150 to gather food? Oh, they're talking about $150 tax stamp to do go deer hunting? Yes. Well, I knew that was we've actually that's one of those many things we've been listening to behind the scenes and it's like the property tax. They are talking about increasing the property tax again. Revolution is the solution as far as I'm concerned, but everybody else will be talking about how we need to manipulate them and try to convince them. Several people have already stated that these are witches. Everybody knows that the three top people are all truly witches. Lesbian witches are in charge of Michigan. They are involved and tied into the Jewish mob out of Southfield, Oakland County, and the remnants of Detroit. Also, the kosher mafia at Lansing, needless to say, and then you got the West Side group out of Chicago that are working out of Grand Rapids. So there's one faction on that side and the other, and what is it that they all work with? The three witches in Lansing. And these evil ones are trying to steal as much money as they can. We've got another bus that took place with voter fraud. We've had the one that was in Muskegon that went to Southfield. We've got the one in Detroit. Well, apparently there's another one that's in Southfield that just took place. I don't have all the information on it. I just saw the blurb. I am fascinated by how hard they are trying to suppress any coverage of the voter fraud bust that have taken place. But obviously, they're going to because it's been the Israeli operation every step of the way. The Israelis are the ones running all the voter fraud out of here in Michigan. It goes to Canada from Canada or either goes to Canada then to Haifa or it goes straight to Haifa and Tel Aviv and it's interesting that this thing is all mapped out. This has been printed out and demonstrated beyond a shadow of a doubt and they're trying to do everything they can to not report it. So heads up there's a whole bunch of other stuff on the horizon there go ahead Yeah, all over the ABC radio news today local They were talking about some guy of voted he done an absentee ballot and then he went into his township and he and he voted in person and Dana Nestle went after him and it it's a felony and you know they're talking about one guy one vote you know when we know it was millions or hundreds of thousands anyone yeah. Yeah in Michigan actually the number of different voter fraud activities that have taken place, sorry about that. We'll always make it there. You've got to figure with the number of elections that they've literally affected illegitimately that it is millions upon millions of votes. Tens of millions, actually. We don't really know. We know for a long time Michigan has been trying to compete with Illinois for being one of the top three or top illegitimate voter fraud operations in the country. It used to be the big butt of every joke for voter fraud was one of two places, either at the bottom of the Mississippi, at New Orleans, and guys, everybody used to laugh when they talk about voter fraud and bring up voter fraud in New Orleans. It's like, well, of course, everybody in every cemetery votes at least 11 times in New Orleans, but they take the same joke and talk about Chicago. What's interesting is while I'm sure that Minneapolis-St. Paul is just as bad and we know that Atlanta, Georgia is as corrupt as a day is long and a worthless toilet, basically the toilet flush from Michigan is what it is. That's what's happened to Atlanta. Everybody that was up north here, well if they're on welfare, they ran south because it's warmer down there. And they burned down Detroit, so where did the people go from Detroit? Well, they're either dead or they unask the AO because the free tits were easier to handle down in Georgia. But Michigan itself, now I think we're in the top three, constantly competing with those other two I just mentioned for being the most corrupt state in the Union for voter fraud. And the bad part is that there's not one country involved but two. Not just the US not just the voter fraud itself from in state, but we have the Toronto Jewish mob Operating a lot of the voter fraud out of New York or freaking New York probably out of New York too I should say but out of Detroit out of the Saginaw area Anywhere on the east side of the state and that includes the Upper Peninsula with Sue St. Marie because that's connected to Michigan Canadian border activity too guys, you gotta remember that. We have more than one place where we touch Canada. And it's interesting that beyond that with the cases that were just demonstrated, the Israelis have targeted this state for a very, very, very long time and the Jewish corruption here, the Jewish criminal element, the Jewish conspiracy element against the American voter is massive. And there's so many tiers of, the level of creative voter fraud is on so many different levels, which is why they're trying to avoid talking about any of this right now in any of the controlled press. It gets a little blerp and then it disappears because they're forced to cover it. But what's fascinating is they're told, oh, shut up, shut up, shut up, because of all the states, The cases that we presently have that demonstrate voter fraud also are a map out for all of the other voter fraud going on respectively in probably every state of the union. And I don't care if it's the Dakotas, I don't care if it's Idaho, I don't care if it's New Jersey, I don't care if it's Florida. The voter fraud operation with the Jewish mob is the same in each state. What this does, what we have here is a du jour, a collection, a smorgasbord of what they do is what we've caught them at. Now, half of it is stuff that we've talked about forever on the air. The fact that the voter fraud got caught in Southfield doing what they were doing with the administrative operation, we've warned everybody about for years. There's people I've known that are now dead and gone who walked everybody right here could walk you right through who was doing it when it where they were doing it who the operatives were in Ann Arbor, Michigan Paddy act, Michigan Detroit itself Detroit proper Lansing Etc and it all comes out of was coming out of Macomb Oakland County and Also, you know the capital in Lansing, Michigan And that, of course, all tied to Canada. But it's the Jewish mob out of Canada that is doing what they're doing to Michigan. It's not the Canadian people. It's the alien slash dual citizenship third party kosher mafia, Jewish mob that are doing all of these corrupt actions against the voters and against the sovereignty of the United States. Hell, in the second case that they just got popped in, the Jews in Israel were voting. But here's the thing, as is pointed out, with the second and third and fourth part of this particular expose in case, they were following up on trying to find the individuals who were named and registered in Michigan to vote. And none of them have ever set foot in the United States, number one. Number two, the individuals did not exist. Well, of course they couldn't set foot in the United States. They were non-existent digit entities slash blobs that had been created by a Jewish faction over there working with the Jewish faction over here to undermine completely the election process of the state of Michigan. And if they're doing it in Michigan and you think it's only in Michigan, you better pull your head out of your fundamental orifice. The reason there's no national discussion on these cases and the way they've been told shut up and avoid it and minimize it is because it's a map out of what to look for in Atlanta or in the Carolinas or in Alabama. Pick your pick wherever you want to go. And all you have to do is track down a certain tribe and know what they're up to and you've got them by the, you know, the short hairs. And in the process of that, guess what? You can take care of the problem very, very quickly and compress it. Now, the first thing in a needle is to say, all mail-in ballots need to be banned. We're at the point now where traditionally what they did is, oh, you said you see some Pharisees who would thread a camel through the eye of a needle. In the past, if you were in the military or if you were in any kind of foreign service where you were with Ford Motor Company or you were with Dow Chemical and you had to work in let's say Venezuela or Costa Rica or wherever, you could go to the secretary of your county and say, hey, I need a ballot, I need an absentee ballot because I'm not going to be here for three months. I'm going to be working. in Vera Cruz. I'm going to be working in Michigan. I'm going to be working in Sadrozinca. Take your pick. Well, wherever it is you're going to go, fine. And you would fill out the ballot. The ballot would be registered and stay with the secretary. When the election would come about, the absentee ballots are opened. Anybody remember this? And they're entered into the log. That's it. That's the only reason that you need any kind of mailing bullshit for anything. And the rest of this, anybody opening their face needs to be grabbed by the scruff of their neck when they say mail-in ballots and their ass needs to be taken to the border and they need to be shoved out of this country. Either that or put in prison. Either that or put in prison. Put in, now get rid of them. Just that simple. Mail-in ballots are purely, people promoting mail-in ballots are promoting fraud. They know they're promoting fraud, they're criminal, they have a criminal mind. The only thing we can do is get rid of the problem by getting rid of them. So there's and that's the other half of this is like well now we have to let it know we don't know it needs to be gone now it needs to be demanded to be gone now the fact anybody promoting it you have to look at as a Criminal with a criminal mind who has one purpose only stealing the election That is their only reason for mail-in ballots stealing the election. And by the way, even without mail-in ballots, the level of corruption with regard to the vote counters, well, let's take a look. What happened down there in Atlanta? They were supposed to be able to monitor and watch the location where the ballots are. Remember the Africanus baboonuses that went up to the windows and started taping up paper so you could not freely see what was going on inside? There was absolutely no excuse or justification for that except that they were criminals involved in criminal activity period What was anybody going to see? Well, the only thing they would see is voter fraud and so the voter fraud Participants first of all, you know who I bust whoever that be which was it was taking up that paper That's the first person I'd arrest right there Well gave you the order to do this Oh, well, will you, who you'd ask me? No, you're under arrest. Now, I'm going to ask you a number of questions. Otherwise, I think we'll just, you know, for manipulating or interfering with the process of the election. That's a good start. I'll start a clear and observable site for at the end of the activity. While they were busy working, of course, beyond their means, beyond their authority, they start taping up paper and blocking everybody's view and blocking the cameras. Well, what does that tell you? You know exactly what that means. Go ahead, jump in there, caller. I heard about that in 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia and Nashville. They were cutting trim cardboard up into windows duct taped and that's when they would see it. Is that why they were doing that? To cover their criminal activity over? Of course. Well, no, that's the only reason. Why is it through the whole of the process? Well, you know, again, while the cameras are there with the TV news crews, Oh, the windows are all exposed and open. Well, there is nothing, absolutely nothing, that there is no justification or excuse except for criminal activity, which is like I said, whoever was taping the cardboard up, that's the first person I'd arrest. Now, you can either be charged with a felony, which you might steal anyway, I just lied to their ad, hey, you can be charged with a felony if you don't tell me who told you to do this. Who said you should do this and why? Explain to me why. And you know, if Mumble, Mumble, Mumble, Mumble, Mumble, Mumble, you just tell me who it is that told you to do this and everything will be fine. You might be well off, maybe. Maybe. Better off than if you don't. Anyway, ideas, not just complaining about the problems. Tell you what, before we go any farther, go ahead and call your Japan there. This is Mike in Arizona. I called the other day, but if you said you wanted to do something first, go ahead. No, go ahead. Go ahead. Jump in there, please. All right. Well, the other day, I guess that was Tuesday on the third hour, I had called, I had mentioned some stuff about the illegal aliens, about the one that had hit Nate Baker. He was riding his motorcycle in South Carolina, was killed. and the legal got one year in prison. And then comparison on how somebody had tried to open up a driver or a bank account using a false driver's license passport and a green card. And now he's looking at 30 years in jail. And then the conversation kind of went to certain places. You were talking about the people with the small hats. that run in the place and it made me think of Alejandro Mayorkas was the head of Department of Homeland Security and then I was thinking of about the Darien Gap and Michael Yahn, a former Special Forces operator, has been all over the world in one of the places that he was concentrating was down there in the Darien Gap. And he points out they've got like a bunch of 40-foot con-axes all up on, built up on infrastructure, electricity, plumbing, the whole nine yards. And his point is, is if these people are in the Trump administration, if they're really concerned about, you know, stopping this flow of illegal aliens coming in here, why have they not done anything to tear down that infrastructure that's still in place? It's kind of like plumbing. All they've done is shut off the valve. They haven't stripped out the pipes and torn everything up and airlifted the con-exes out of there. Everything is still in place, so all they do when the next administration comes in, they can just turn the valve back on and open up the flow. There was someone that also had called in in the afternoon, I don't recall his name, he was a truck driver and he was talking about the illegal alien that had a driver's license that had no name on there. It gives the last name and then it says no name given. Cover a couple of articles in all that of what I've just said kind of to prove my point if that would be okay with you. Yeah, go ahead and jump in there. Okay, very good. The first article here is from the Homeland Security DHS.gov and it's dated just the 9th of October. And as I go through these, I would like to ask the listeners to think Why haven't you seen this on the TV? Why haven't you heard this on the radio? Why isn't this a news item? But the headline is criminal illegal alien responsible for killing University of South Carolina student Nate Baker in hit and run receives just one year sentence. I suvoused to remove him following his prison sentence. That was that and then the other one that makes you scratch your head and go Hmm. You wonder who's really in charge of how it is that you can get away with? murdering somebody And only get one year in jail This next one here is from the Justice Department Justice got gov and it was from a couple of months ago, May 7 2025 and the headline is what tamala national charged with false use of passport possession of false social security and permanent resident cards and making false statements. Now, I save you a lot of the time, but it says, if convicted of false use of a passport, possession of a false social security card and possession of false permanent resident card, cool, his name is C-U-C-U-L, bull. faces maximum statutory penalties of up to 10 years of imprisonment and a quarter of a million dollars in three years supervised release. But it also says the penalties for making a false statement on a bank application are up to 30 years of imprisonment and one million dollar fine. So if you hit somebody in a hit and run accident, you'll get one year in jail. But if you make a full statement on a bank application, you can get 30 years in a million dollar fund. Here's another one. The ICE lodges a detainer against an illegal alien who murdered a teenage girl after he rejected his sexual advances. This was from the ICE.gov. It was from September 17th, about a month or so ago. I guess he was drunk. He made some comment because the girl was with her mother and her stepfather. When she turned him down and they were walking down the street and attempted to cross the road, the guy drove over them and ran and hit them all with his vehicle. He killed the 16-year-old girl, the mother and the stepfather. I guess the mother is in serious condition, the father, the stepfather escaped the deal. But anyway, did anybody hear about that on the media? Here's another one. The Mexican National admits murdering couple and their unborn child during drug trafficking conspiracy. This was from September the 22nd of 25, just a week or two ago. And this is from the Justice Department. There was a couple of illegal aliens. The one guy and his wife, the pregnant woman, they were the drug dealers. Somehow they got busted down at the border or somebody running the operation was bringing in drugs from Mexico and they were going up to Yakima, Michigan. And as the DEA and everybody else were watching this operation, Then they figured out what was going on. So this guy, Madrigal Bureta, B-I-R-R-U-E-T-T-A, and his co-conspirators, they shot the guy, 44-year-old Cesar Murillo multiple times in the back of the head and the torso in August of 22 during an argument because these people had owed money to him. And then on September of 2022, This same guy, Medrigal Bereta, persuaded Morillo's wife, Maria Hernandez, 33, who was unaware of the husband's death to come to the ranch by claiming her husband was waiting for her. Now, she agreed and the defendant picked up Hernandez in Yakama and drove her to the ranch. And then, according to his admission in his plea agreement, When the visibly pregnant Hernandez arrived at the ranch, the defendant co-conspirators shot her multiple times in the head and then threw her in the ground and buried her next to her husband. So, you know, when people are out here saying, oh, well, these people are out here, their ice is just sweeping up people that are just, you know, kidnapping people and grabbing them off the streets. These are some of the really, really bad people that ice and DHS is going after. Here's another one. September 23 ice, San Diego investigation leaves the guilty plea and murders of Washington couple. Oh, I'm sorry. That was the same article, but it was from ice. Here's another one drunk driver criminal illegal alien leads six dead Gavin Newsom's releases serial criminal The guy he was uh, he's been kicked out. He's been removed from the United States seven times He's been uh He got a criminal history of possession of cocaine, three DUIs, driving without a license, violating a court-ordered restraining order for domestic abuse. And he was drunk, driving with his friends and family or whoever it was, lost control of the vehicle, hit a car, and six people inside of his vehicle died. Why didn't we hear about that on the news? Now here's one that kind of relates to the truck driver that had called in the other day of about no name on the driver's license. This is from DHS.gov. It was just the other day, October the 10th. I used to arrest the illegal alien driving an 18-wheeler with a New York commercial driver's license issued to no name. And it's got a picture of his driver's license there. And it says, Ann Moll, A-N-M-A-M-O-L. And then underneath it, it says, no name given. Now, also, the truck driver had mentioned the other day about arresting people, people with CDLs and stuff. This is from Department of Homeland Security.gov. ICE and Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrest 91 illegal aliens driving 18 wheelers on highways and successful three-day action on I-40. 91 people with illegal aliens. And they also included in that there were stopped 120 illegal aliens and they all had prior convictions for multiple DUIs, illegally reentry into the US, money laundering, human smuggling, assault, conspiracy to distribute cocaine, and possession of a controlled substance. Now here's another one. This makes you want to scratch your head. This was from October 16th. Just the other day, ICE arrest illegal aliens serving as a local police officer in suburban Chicago. In Chicago, while they were conducting targeted enforcement operations in Rolling Meadows on October 15, ICE Chicago arrested an illegal alien from Montenegro who was recently sworn in as a police officer in this Chicago suburb of Hanover Park. So that makes you, I guess they do a real good background check on that. Maybe those were the same guys that did that shooting of the homeowner there. Now here's another one. Now some of these are, it makes you wonder about these people lying on their application to come here to the United States and what's their ulterior motive. Homeland Security Investigation leased the torture charges for former Syrian official. He had been here in the United States. He had lied about his background. And he's been cooling his heels here in the United States and in South Carolina. He's been indicted now on three counts of torture and one count of conspiracy to commit torture. Now here's another one. This is from ICE. ERO, that's Enforcement and Removal Operations in Washington, DC, removes high-ranking Somali national convicted of human rights violations. Ali had been residing in Springfield, Virginia and served as a lieutenant colonel in the Somali National Army and commander of the Fifth Brigade in northern Somalia from approximately May 87 to July 88. They committed numerous serious human rights violations against the humans at the time, including the arbitrary arrest and execution of suspected political opponents, the burnings of entire towns, and the unlawful use of landmines and destruction of water reservoirs to target the civilian population. That's who you have living here in the United States. Here's another one. Immigration, ICE, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, former Rwanda genocide perpetrator charged with immigration fraud following ICE investigation. He's been living in Dayton, Ohio and they go all the way back to the genocide in Rwanda in 1994. It was a prominent business man and a shop owner and then he got control because of influence And he had even set up a roadblock outside of his business and they were torturing and killing people right on the street right outside of his business. This one sears from September 5, just the other day, a little more than a month ago, ICE Detroit removes suspected war criminal and former high-ranking coup leader in Sierra Leone. I see we only got a minute or two. I'll go through these last ones. This one's September 19. ICE investigation results in former Liberian rebel general sentenced to over four years for concealing serious human rights violations. on his immigration form. And the last one, ICE removes Liberian rebel commander known for using child soldiers. They were torturing and killing people and stuff. And I understand, maybe they get the wrong person every once in a while, but my question is, number one, why isn't the news media talking about these are the people that are removed from the United States? They're not all just Juan Valdez coming up here from Mexico with a backpack of marijuana. These are some serious bad hombres coming from all over the world. Sierra Leone, Liberia, Syria, torturing, murdering, killing people. And they're living here in the United States. So when I hear all these people saying that they're just going around here grabbing is these innocent people and kidnapping and cuffing them and stuffing them. I always have to ask why aren't we hearing about what these people are really charged with? And thank you for your time Mark and thank you for the listeners for bearing with me to let me vent my spleen and I'll turn it back over to you to the end of the broadcast. Thank you. Well, most important here, again, is that each of these cases, at least half of them, you have direct government collusion with regard to ignoring all of the edicts, rules, restrictions, and fines, fees, and don't forget licenses, that they throw at all of us. That's what Brad was actually talking about, too. You know, hey, what is required for you or me? to actually get a CDL. Now I will point something out. Two things. Number one, half of the people pointed out here were actually brought through the regular Department of Immigration. And as I pointed out yesterday, remember that when they let everybody jump through the screen window, the communists had full control of the Department of Immigration. The front door, why would you send them through the window? Well not all of them did. A percentage came right through the front door. The other interesting thing, and this is the part nobody's talking about, is let's understand something about what's happening with trucking. Guys, we are in phase three, phase four of NAFTA and GATT. Under phase one, Mexican truck drivers could come into the United States up to 150 miles, remember? I would point out that if you go and leave the border, we did this this summer. Remember when they had the eagle gap situation down there? We actually did the program from down there on the border. Coming back, rather than going the back routes because we wanted to see some of the countryside to see what all kinds of interesting things are going on, we took the regular route back and they're not abandoned because they're still in place, but these checkpoints that were established under phase one of NAFTA and GATT are all still sitting there. Now understand that the drivers under phase two, then of course three and four, can go anywhere. Now, let's also remember that Mexico's rules for activities are very different from America's restrictions and rules for activities. And under NAFTA and GATT, the Equalization Agreement states that while we're a lot more lackadaisical about enforcement of the Mexican component, while full authority and responsibility and obligation on the American drivers continues at normal capacity. So we'll understand that part of this is literally still being promoted by the turds in Washington, DC, which in this case now happened to be the Trump administration. And they're not really going to do anything because Trump is really pushing the next phase of NAFTA and GATT. while lying to you and flipping any verbiage to make it sound like it's going in the other direction. It's not. What we're seeing also is, remember, the outgoing American companies that left were all, of course, collapsed. The companies coming back into the US are not American. They are foreign assets. The profits go overseas. They do not stay here. Which is not a benefit in any way shape or form to the American people, but you're not supposed to think about that Okay, anyway worth the top. Oh a little past the top. We went too far anyway Guys, we're gonna take a break here, which will be an hour well 55 minutes now and for all of you out there I appreciate the support you can donate the Liberty Tree radio at Liberty at provide net God bless the Republic We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. We are on the march both day and night. Hoorah! Thank you, Mike. Thank you, guys, for all your input. And again, remember, stay focused. The bad guys, you know, federal government, is going to do nothing but betray us. They're in the motion of betraying us now. It is not Washington DC that runs things, it's Haifa and Tel Aviv and it's the kosher mafia that's pushing the buttons. So they are going to, they are going to perpetrate a, an action of some type. There's no doubt all the markers are there. They've got to cover the tracks. There's too many people are awake. They've got the glasses on. They're looking at the bad guys. They can't have that. Anyway, let's get the pretty part. I would highly recommend everybody you better stay armed and you better keep your head on the swivel because I touch the just a little tiny thing of this. There is just scans and scans of these people that are out here driving down the highways just randomly shooting at people and all this other stuff and murder and and heviphilia. There is just a scaz of this stuff. Go to ICE, go to CHS, go to CPT. Okay, we gotta go. God bless. We'll be back in one hour. Bye bye. Thanks Mark. Y'all will just make up your mind. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken sake and traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm and keep our country. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit so their children can be betrayed. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores. And send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Most sons of the republic arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, preserve our great republic in each god given right, and pray to god your freedom bright. As I awoke he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now his parents trampled each god-given right. We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? The good evening, ladies and gentlemen. This is the... Third hour of the Intelligence Report, I'm Mark Kornke, who will one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, east, northwest, and southwest. Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on... www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. LibertyTreeRadio.org. And we're on satellite. I want to say hi to all of our merchant marine operators and many more who are rebroadcasting us. Satellite, analog, or digital. We're on a myriad of other communications technologies inside and outside these United States. No way, yes way. It's Thursday. It is the 23rd of October. It is the 17th year of open, obvious, and in your face, Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K. 2025, Old Earth Calendar 2025, Battle for the Republic, Book 1. The Dance of Swords and the dance continues. It's been a very busy, busy week. We've got a bunch of tactical support issues out of the way. Thank you to Tom and others for connecting the dots for us and getting all the basic work accomplished and out of the way. We have a number of training events coming up. It's Thursday, starting tonight actually, Camp Emmerich. And the camp, new camp Stasa, both have personnel running our micro-FM AMs right now, so the AM and FM stations are blaring, well, locally. And you guys that are sitting there behind the consoles are DJs for the time being. Each volunteer that goes in comes out with a little more experience. That's what we want to see happen. So thank you. We appreciate the work you guys are doing. Also, again, be careful. We are headed into the other part of the weather season, the weather cycle. Everybody needs to know and should be obvious. Cold and wet, so make sure that you've got not just your basic wet weather gear, but a backup. Ponchos are usually your best choice. Ponchos are not just a rainwear item. They are a tool. That's why it's mandatory for our units. We all carry two each one on the tactical gear your combat gear one on your house load also and Also, if you plan coming up this way make sure you got cold weather. They're talking about in the Freezing and below up this way this weekend and now you can pretty well expect that. Yep. That's that's that's where we are now And again, it's gonna be down here just as quick It won't take long, so we're rushing to get everything in and put away where it belongs and have the critters squared away, the material support. We're also making sure that our ranger camps are properly kitted and also weather sealed for the cyclic event that is fall to winter here in Michigan. And it gets cold outside, cold out there campers. Yes, it does. And for that reason, also, woolly pulley. Don't forget spare socks, spare socks. And did I say spare socks? Yes, spare socks. And then more. You're not going to be carrying enough socks. You never do. Special feet in the field for any period of time. So this is one of those things where a dry pair of socks, a little bit of foot powder, they go a long way to making you feel a whole lot better. And not just dryer, but more comfortable in general psychological thing if the feet or the hands go the body follows So we try to make sure that everybody's ahead of the ahead of the curve on that one now also Go ahead color. What do you? Was there a song called woolly poorly? Woolly woolly, bully woolly, bully woolly bully woolly bully woolly bully Not woolly pulley. Woolly pulley is in the sweater. I don't think it was thinking about the sweater. I could be wrong. I could be wrong, but I don't think so. So, I'll pull it up, not tonight, not right now. I'll pull it up later tonight just to be safe. It's woolly pulley, I'm pretty sure. Let's see, next, real quick here, and again, I know we've got a bunch of crossfire going on here. For everybody that is headed north, as Tom pointed out, cold and wet weather need to be prepared for that. I will remind everybody who is a team leader, you wanted a responsibility. If you choose to be a team leader, that means you are selecting the path of responsibility. So it is the team leader's mission in life to be mom and dad to everybody that is in your part of a chain of command. And you need to make sure that you do unit checks. Individual personal checks constantly on your individuals when you're in the field like that to make sure that nobody's losing it and is fading off. That happens very easily. This is why you want to make sure people are alert. Give people commands. Watch to see how they respond. You don't have to bark anything. The idea is to see if they respond intelligently or if for some reason they seem to be working a little fuzzy. They are working a little fuzzy. They probably are. They've got a problem and you better correct that before it goes any farther or you're going to have three people you lose in the field. The guy that's hurt and the two people that have to go with them. The cold weather operation or for that matter most any situation, you can't just say, well, walk back to fill in the blank. It doesn't work that way. We're in a training situation so we have to maintain control and proper custody of the individual until this time is there to secure location for maintenance, repair, whatever, depending on what type of injury we're looking at. So you are going to lose three people if you do not pay attention to your situation in the field. In a combat situation, you cannot afford that. Prior proper planning prevents pith poor performance. Always remember. Anyway, I'll see other stuff going on. Before I forget, one more time, and I'm going to harp on this because of what we just talked about, CenterFireSystems.com, CenterFireSystems.com, CenterFireSystems.com. If you can't take the time, go over there. They got some really good surplus deals going for boots. When you get over to CenterFireSystems.com, do a quick search for boots. and watch to see what pops up. And you'll notice that, oh wow, there's some pretty interesting things there. But the one that really, really, really is helpful for the cold, wet weather, yes, there are the $10 a pair Thinsulate Mil-Tech boots. But it's the very last boot item that shows up. It is an OD green calf height rubber over boot in 2X. Now, the nice thing about that is that most anybody wearing whatever boots you've got, if you're extra, extra large or smaller, it's going to fit into that boot. So for emergency kit for in the field or to have in your vehicle, and of course these may suit your purpose and fit your needs because they fit your person, For $2 a pair, $2, actually they're less than $2, but I'm just going to say $2 a pair, you can't beat these things. There's nothing China Sport that you can buy for $2 that matches these boots. They're just big. It's like, you know, again, well, if you aren't that big, no, but anybody and everybody, whatever footwear you're wearing, if you put those in your vehicle as a safety item, No matter who's in the vehicle those boots will fit them which makes it a great safety item Especially again, we're getting it a cold wet somebody has to get out of the vehicle you have to walk a distance Guys, it doesn't take long especially if you're not properly dressedness and your feet will take you down very quickly If you are not properly dressed slash prepared So this is an excellent opportunity. So we're at CenterFireSystems.com. They have a number of different boots there that are cheap, cheap, cheap. Swedish low quarter chukka boots that have a rubberized base. They only have size nine, and they're $6.50 a pair. They are an old service item. But the ones that I picked up a sample of, take a look at them, they're just average boots. I mean, they're in good condition. They're not used, they're new old inventories and antique really, probably by at least today's standards they would be. But they definitely work and but they are very narrow size specific. So you take a look at those and figure out if that's useful for you. They also have some muckalocks, white muckalocks for $22 a pair but you get the interior, you get the inserts and the soles. You get everything that you need to make the muck ducts work and you can't beat that. They're white, snow, weather, cold weather condition, white. And take a look at it, see if it makes sense for you, see if the sizes work for you. That's the other issue. They will not be in half sizes. They will be in hole sizes. You go up, not down, in size. If you're an eight and a half, you go a nine. If you're a seven and a half, you go an eight. If you're six and a half, you go a seven. You never go down, go up. Why? Well, you probably want to wear socks. Other layers of protection. And again, this way you're comfortable, not squeezed into something that starts choking off circulation and causing discomfort later. We don't want to hear about that. I don't want to see that while I'm in the field with you. I want to see you healthy, wealthy, happy, and wise. Maybe not wealthy. Maybe not happy as infantry. But wise, you're not going to lose your toes. That's a big deal. It's always a big deal. So heads up on that one. Centerfiresystems.com. Centerfiresystems.com. Centerfiresystems.com. And as a matter of fact, I'm going to be ordering a quantity of those rubber boots after I get off the air. As a matter of fact, so it's one of those things that was on the list of things to do at the end of the week. And it's the end of the week almost, and I got to take care of that, and then get back out and stack and rack more tactical gear. We've got tons of stuff that's got to be rearranged to make room for the other tons of stuff that are moving right now. Anyway, let's see. Next. Now, tell you what we didn't do and we should do. Ed, if you could, we didn't do guns and gadgets. We did a Gun Owners of America. It was a 15-minute long piece. It is in the archive for the two-hour block of the Intel report. You are going to want to watch that. And there is a link, I am sure, in our gilded. And our Discord should have that also now, so that if you'd like to find it and share it, you can. But what we're going to do is the latest guns and gadgets were at 20 minutes after the hour I didn't we haven't done it in the three hour block so far and Jared's done his part. So I think we'll take advantage of the work. He's done We're going to talk about something that absolutely infuriates me because this is a losing battle for the Second Amendment Even red states are accepting this infiltration under the guise of safety And today, yet another state is looking to violate your rights under the guise of safety. The proposal is so bad that even the police there are coming out against it. Not for the right reasons, you know. The Constitution, the Bill of Rights, due process, Second Amendment. No, but they are telling citizens to vote against it. Hey, everyone. Welcome back to Guns and Gadgets. This is the premier source for Second Amendment news and I cover things in a way that you might not have heard before. My goal is to open your eyes to see how our constitutional right, specifically this right to keep and bear arms is under constant attack. I want to thank you for tuning in. If you're new here, my name is Jared and we're going to dive into a very important issue being voted on in Maine this November. It's question two and this is in a lot of states. It's a proposed red flag law. Now the largest police union in Maine is the fraternal order of police and they've come out strongly against this measure calling it a disaster and a disaster waiting to happen was their quote and I want to walk you through why they're opposed to it, why I'm opposed to it and what this measure would do and how it differs from the current law they have there and Maine has a yellow flag. And let's discuss this, because this is bad. And for those who aren't familiar with what a red flag really is, I'm going to tell you everything it violates and how it's the biggest risk to, not only the Second Amendment, but our way of life, the way this country was structured. First, what exactly is question two? Well, in Maine, coming up on November 4th, Voters will consider a measure that would expand so-called red flag laws, even though they don't have a red flag law yet, they have a yellow flag law. Two birds, the same, two wings of the same bird, two sides of the same coin. These laws allow authorities to remove firearms from individuals deemed to pose a risk. Under current Maine law, like I said, it's a yellow flag law. There are certain safeguards built into the law. Standard of proof that's required is higher than what a red flag law is as far as standard of proof. The yellow flag law in Maine is clear and convincing evidence. There's also mandatory involvement of a qualified mental health professional before firearms can be removed. I still don't agree with it because it violates our rights. But the proposed question too would change several of those key components. It would drop mandatory confirmation by a qualified mental health professional before removal of guns, meaning they get to disarm you faster, easier. It would lower the burden of proof from clear and convincing to preponderance of evidence. And for those who don't work in the legal field, that's basically more likely than not. Simple threshold to me. Enforcement would shift The dynamic totally. Under the existing law, police become involved after certain steps. Under the new proposal, the red flag law, cops might become involved at the beginning, the most volatile stage. In short, the paternal order of police says this isn't just a tweak, it's a major shift in how these orders would operate and how firearms would be removed. So why is the main FOP strongly opposed? I told you it wasn't the right reasons. In my mind, you tell me if I'm wrong. Let's break down their concerns. The police, the FOP, the union calls it a disaster waiting to happen. Their main argument is it will not make Maine safer. I agree with that. But instead they believe it increases risk to the public, to families, and to law enforcement officers. They fear that the law enforcement here would be pulled into more dangerous, unpredictable situations, especially because The person from whom the firearms are being removed might still be in their home. They might be in their community and may have remained armed until the removal step. Why? Because they're American citizens and they have that right. Now this heightened potential threat for violence is what the police are really concerned about. Not about violating someone's rights, not about the Constitution, not about what the founders have structured. None of that. It's just, hey, we don't want more risk to us. And I understand that point. Nobody wants to be thrust into the fire for something that may or may not even be true. And another concern is without the requirement of a qualified mental health professionals involvement, the measure might rely on non-professional opinions. This is exactly what the anti-gunners want. Parade somebody out there and say, oh, I'm a community care person. And yep, that person's crazy. Take their guns. Ha ha. Meanwhile, they're getting paid by Bloomberg and Soros and the like. They say that law enforcement would be strained more than they are already, they're being stretched thin more than they are already, and they would have to now deal with orders to remove firearms from individuals. So that's the police side, all right? That's their view. Now here's the truth. This is the truth, and this will not only make you angry, It's going to give you the information to share with others because a lot of people don't know the truth about red flags. They were just like, yay, take guns from crazy people. Yay, maybe save the world. Unicorns and rainbows. No, red flag laws, often called extreme risk protection orders, are unconstitutional. Because they allow the government to confiscate firearms from someone before they've even committed a crime, let alone be convicted of one. Remember we have this legal structure, this court system that our forefathers died to start out set up? Well this removes that whole thing. It violates the Second Amendment. Red flag laws directly infringe on the right to keep bear arms without due process or criminal conviction. The Constitution guarantees that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. Under Bruin in 2022, the Supreme Court reaffirmed that any firearm restriction must align with this nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation. There is no historical tradition of disarming someone based on accusations or predictions of future behavior. Red flag laws flip the logic entirely, taking away constitutional rights before any wrongdoing occurs. Well, they might do it. I feel, I feel it would feel safer if they didn't have the right to defend themselves. Final destination is to franchise the terrified and entire generation about... They also... that I do process, which is a violation of the 5th and the 14th amendments. Many red flag laws allow guns to be seized without notice or even a hearing. A lot of them use ex parte orders. That means someone's firearms can be taken before they've even had a chance to defend themselves in court. Ex parte is in secret. You don't even know what's happening. The government doesn't have to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt like it's required if you're charged with a crime, or even meet the lower standard of probable cause to arrest people. Just... Reasonable fear or concern. Now this violates the 5th and the 14th amendments. Which guarantee no person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. Stop if you've heard this stuff before. Number 3. Erosion of the presumption of innocence. Which is a huge one that nobody talks about. In America you are innocent until proven guilty. Red flag laws reverse that standard. Instead of government having to prove that you're dangerous. You have to prove you're not. This weaponizes suspicion and emotion over evidence in fact. A dangerous precedent that's closer to guilty until proven innocent. And then there's the violation of the Fourth Amendment. The Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable searches and seizures. Confiscating firearms from a citizen without a warrant supported by probable cause, you know those things that the Constitution says, or without evidence of a crime, is an unreasonable seizure. Period. Courts have historically ruled that property cannot be seized without a clear, lawful basis and possible future danger doesn't meet that standard. Then it opens the door, obviously, to abuse. Red flag laws are ripe for misuse, especially by, I don't know, vindictive ex-partners, neighbors, family members with grudges. as well as political or ideological bias by law enforcement or the courts. And since the process often lacks transparency or oversight, innocent people can be stripped of their rights based on false claims. And restoring those rights can take months and thousands in legal fees if it happens at all. And if you're sitting back there saying, not in my state, I live in a red state, Florida misuses red flags more than anybody in the country, Florida, the gun and shine state. Then there's the violation of the Sixth Amendment. You're thrust into the court system. But only then do you learn one of the anti-freedom crews' secret weapons. Since red flag and yellow flag or purple flag, whatever the hell they want to call it, since those orders are civil matters, there is no right to an attorney. Meaning that your defense, and if you want an attorney, is all out of your pocket. Perk it, it's all out of your pocket. No court appointed attorney for indigent defenders either. Sorry, too bad. And then there's the historical and constitutional context. At the founding of the republic, yes, we're a republic, not a democracy. We fought not to become a democracy. We don't wanna be a democracy. No law existed that allowed authorities to disarm individuals based on speculation, period. In Heller, which was back in 2008, the Supreme Court affirmed that the Second Amendment protects an individual's ownership for lawful purposes such as self-defense. No firearms, obviously. And Bruin reinforced that. They said that regulations must have a clear historical analog from the 18th and 19th centuries, and red flag laws have none. If anything, the Founders feared exactly this sort of government overreach. where authorities could strip citizens of rights based on accusations or emotion. Now practical failures of the system here. Even beyond the constitutional issues, red flag laws have failed to prevent crimes or suicides in states that enact them. They give a false sense of security to those weak people, weak feelings, while punishing law abiding citizens. And because these laws are enforced by armed officers during confiscation raids, they've already led to fatal encounters. Like the 2018 case in Maryland where the police shot and killed a man during a red flag confiscation at 5am. Why? Because they bang on the door, he wakes up startled, answers his door with a gun, and they send him to the Creator. They allow the state to take rights away based on accusation, not action. Something our founding fathers would have called tyranny. And you know what? You know who's a fan of it? Our Attorney General, Pam Bondi. For those who always say, Jared, you gotta lay off Pam Bondi. Nope. I will hold their feet to the fire and demand that they follow the Constitution. If you don't believe me about Pam Bondi, Google search it. In fact... In Trump's first term, she was sitting right to his left, telling him, we should have red flag laws national, allow the police to go in and take the guns. Police, remember? The whole thing was like, take the guns first, due process later. Yeah, it was that whole enactment. That was Pam Bondi sitting next to him. So if you're in Maine, the vote is November 4th. And if you have something in your state coming up, or your city, for red flags, you need to pay attention. And for those who agree with the Constitution and individual liberty, this message is clear. Vote no because you believe it creates tyranny. Folks, that wraps up our deep dive into Maine's question two and more specifically red flag laws and orders and why we should strongly oppose it. Thank you for watching until the next video stay safe stay vigilant Gary a gun to keep you your friends your family your community safe It's on us this whole Republic thing. Nobody's coming to save it. It's on us. Take care That was gun sing gadgets on the if you step a mother's crash get over there mark good. We got you Yeah, John up here in Maine This whole red flag law crap is ridiculous about the third time it's come up several years ago I went to speak out against it. And you know who the most vocal opponent was? The mental health advocates. They did not want red flag laws because they didn't want people who had mental health problems identified. I mean, they really came out against it. When we had the Lewiston shooting up here, the deputy sheriff went to Mr. Card's residence during the day knew he was inside, but he elected not to confront him and take his weapons, even though he had a yellow flag law and his own family told him, hey, he needs to take his guns. He didn't want to escalate the situation, so he just walked away because he didn't want to get shot, I'm sure. And he had a big panel study on this and oh, let's see, the army screwed up. The mental health institute he was at for two weeks screwed up. The state and local police screwed up. And we had a yellow flag law that should have never happened. So then they come back and they want a red flag law. It just keeps coming around. You ought to be a way to just put an end to it. You vote it down more than once, it's done. You can't bring it up again. But they keep doing it. Well, that's the problem is they've got the money. I mean, normally, peaceful legislation in the past used to be offered once in a blue moon only because you had to rally the resources, but the level of behind-the-scenes corruption by alien elements from outside the country financed all of this crap. The other, you know, the estimate to try and promote a bill, you know, example, it can be anything we've talked about, the red flag laws, yellow flag laws, but it could also be like the con con. Their estimate says that it takes hundreds of millions, hundreds of millions of dollars to get a significant piece of legislation moved. Well, if you think about it, how many significant pieces of legislation do we see in just one year? Now, part of the problem is something I've actually been commenting on quite a bit the last couple of days is, you know, we need to make government part-time again. Once we made this commercial bullshit that we're dealing with where it's they're there every day, well, that's another day, that's that many more days they have to be able to entrench their corruption, and that is exactly what happens. So, this is true from the township up to the federal level. Every element of parasitic bureaucracy stems from the fact that, well, we're full time and they'd like to try and claim their professionals, but the only thing they're professional at is criminality. So, they don't impress me when they use the term professional. That just demonstrates just, well, they're on the list of things that need to be gone. because that is, that's not what the founders intended. The term limits work to a degree, but only to a degree because everybody trades off, you know, musical deck chairs on the Titanic. And the other thing is that they, which really sad here in Michigan, you see, our governors can only be there for two terms. Well, for the last several governors, not one of them stays in the state when they're done. Why? Because they rate the state for hundreds of millions of dollars. And each one, even Engler, who actually started out as a regular guy, with regard to how we operated. It only took a couple of months, three, four months, and all of a sudden they had his ear and the big money was being offered under the table. You don't hear anything about Engler, but Engler went to Florida like so many of them did after he built a $100 million mansion on empty property down there. plop his ass down there and sits in the sun with Michigan taxpayers dollars and the federal money they skimmed. And the same is true for a whole bunch of the rest. So go ahead, give them there please. I'm sorry. A quick change of topics. You mentioned Centerfire. I received an email. They have Glock parts 50% off and they even identify them by the generation they're for. Now I'm got a Glock fan. My trigger finger bends down so when I tie a Glock it moves my sight alignment. I cannot shoot a Glock. I don't even own one. But if anybody wants good prices on Glock parts from barrels down to trigger assemblies and sprains and whatever, go to Centerfire. They got a 50% off sale on them now. I would pick up as much of the Glock tech as we can and in fact if you were building handout weapons, As I've said before, the Glock 80% frames are $25 over at Delphatine Tactical. And if you can acquire all the rest of these parts, it's interesting that they're doing a dump. Because remember, we just had this announcement. Glock has discontinued everything of its present design in country. I think what they've been told under the table or what they're going to promote is to try and attack or ban the existing inventory of Glocks. And they found an argument they can use because, well, somebody put something in the gun and did, you know, it goes crock-a-lot. And everybody has it. If anybody has it, everybody has it. We got to ban it. And the supposed pro gun, but not. Glock Corp. along with others will be right there to help promote it. Get ready for that coming. I personally don't care. Get as many parts and glocks as you can and quit buying anything Glock driving right out of the country. Yeah, well don't buy any new. No. Because what this is, is colonialization armament, you know, this We've talked about this for years. The British Empire never trusted their colonial police with the same weapons that they would have their own troops carrying. And for this reason, there's a whole family of weapons that were produced or modified. With the shotguns, for the longest time, they were carrying the greener. You can look this up. It's the greener shotgun. Now, traditional greeners were just like any other shotgun. They were actually a martini type action. I've owned three of them that were of the colonial pattern, so I know a lot about them. The colonial pattern have a tri-point firing pin. Now, the reason for this is that they use a very unique primer and the Tri-Point firing pin was designed so that it was impossible to find reloading components for. The cartridge could not be modified to use boxer or bardam primers. The ammunition was only handed out very limited numbers to the colonial police or colonial troops that the Brits controlled. And if the gun got captured, there were only so many rounds with the gun and then it was useless. So that's a colonialized British shotgun. Now, in the Sten gun, and you can still see these, they pop in every once in a while, guys. I think there are some that were available here about two months ago. They were sold out immediately. Sten magazines. While they gave the Sten out to colonial troops, here's what's interesting. They put a series of brass rods inside the magazine to drop the magazine capacity from 32 down to 20. So while they did give them a Sten gun, and from the outside it looked like it had the same firepower as any other Sten gun, they issued out these restricted magazines in place of the standard 32s. Now you do see a lot of the other colonial guns, if you look at the stuff coming in from India, where you see these 410 single-shot musket SMLEs. They look just like any other, yeah, they look like any other smelly, but they're a shotgun shell. That was to give the guys enough to be able to put a hole in the locals, but not get too uppity against the government if they wanted to revolt. That was the reason for all of that. That's the phase we're going to be going through. Canada is of course going into confiscation phase. They're screwed. I know we had a lot of Canadians listening. Either gonna, you know, shoot their ass and fight, which if you don't do it, well, they're disarming everybody so that when the Western provinces decide they want to leave, then the Communists can come out because they've disarmed the population and overwhelmed the military that might side with the patriots in the breakaway provinces. Yeah, this is all prior-to-proper planning stuff guys, so y'all better have prior-to-proper planning too. All your weapons better disappear. You don't let them find anything. Remember, be smart about what you do or everybody better have a plan to fight now. Personally, I think you should have the plan to fight, but that's me. Because they're where Trump and the characters that are in charge, where they want to go with the United States, where they're planning on going with their agenda. And the agenda isn't theirs, it's the Israelis. Trump is an employee, not an employer. And for that reason, when they go after the guns here, It will have to be during a catastrophic event. Too many people know what's really going on with regard to who's in charge. When that happens and people can't be deflected, what they do is they Charlie Kirk America. See what they did to Charlie Kirk? They plan on doing it to the United States the same way. So we all better be ready for it. I totally agree. Yeah. Go ahead. Please. The writing is on the wall. If anybody can't see this coming, Forget it, you know. And the bad thing is there have been generations of people in this country since the 70s and early 80s from the public full systems that have been manipulated through that, and it's the media that have become so useless that it's going to be a piece of cake for the majority that people are just rolling right over. I mean look at it, you know, I don't watch a lot of TVs. It's on for noise value more than anything like right now. Streaming on my television, I don't pay for streaming, but my TVs got streaming channels free. I listen to the prices right, the Barker Error, right? And you look at that from the 70s on up to where he quit and the people in the audience were dressed properly. They acted properly and then you look at drew Carey prices, right the people addressed Ridiculously and they act ridiculously you got women out there with more tattoos and clear skin more piercings and I'm met with Gaged ears and I mean what is going on in their minds? I I am I'm at a loss here So you know the way the way I look at it you leave me alone. I'll leave you alone cross that line One of us is going to be gone. Well, you know they're not going to leave us alone. I agree. I agree. It's a 10 to 1 philosophy. I'll take 10 if I can. Well, I think, again, the plan should be, once you get started, is to get them all. If you don't do that well, fine. But you see that one way back in the back with the coffee cup and the clipboard? Well, I'm going to shoot his ass first if I can and everything from him to what's in front of me, they all got to be gone. That's just all there is to it. You came out to fight, I ain't letting you. You can't let you go home. That just isn't going to happen. And everybody better have that attitude. If they decide to come out, they don't go back. We didn't pick our houses up and put a bad head on them. We got a bunch of pricks that think that they can lord over us and those people need to be gone. I'm going to let you get on to programming. I've walked enough of your time. Take care and I'll stay in touch. You do the same. Thank you. And again, maybe heard another voice. Let me be safe. Do we have another caller? We do. Mark? These these MFers have no legal authority at all. Take the guns and go out to do process later. No legal authority whatsoever. And the only thing their professional act is being an international communist percite. Here it is. Well the interesting thing, yeah the interesting is they are neither lawful nor legal. And there's always been the argument, well, you can do something that is legal, but it's not lawful because it violates the body of the law. Well, the position had better be right now that if they decide to take that route, they are neither legal nor lawful because we are the authority. And again, every once in a while we have to reinforce it. And we're at that point in our nation's history where we have to do it again. We're going to have to reinforce and demonstrate. They love to attack and try to undermine the country every time we come up on a significant anniversary. And if they have their way during that significant anniversary, they may even destroy us. This is the 250th anniversary of, which starts in 1775, of the American War for Independence. It started on April 19th officially, the kickoff. was 19 April 1775. Have you seen anybody truly celebrating in government or promoting in government the 250th anniversary of the nation? There's some in passing gunk. I think they learned their lesson because the 200th anniversary, the bicentennial, they inundated the environment with bicentennial and it took hold. People, what they were hoping to do, remember, they were going to have the Declaration of Interdependence. And we were supposed to surrender our sovereignty. Well, to do that, they thought they were going to pump everybody up with Patriot slogans while undermining the Patriot element with foreign activity, with foreign coercion. And it stumbled. It stumbled because they offered too much in the way of celebration of our forums of government and in the process, and because there were people in there who were actually doing it intentionally, but there's a whole part of it that was designed so that we were supposed to be like a bunch of, you know, idiot sticks, lemmings, heading for the cliff, and we were supposed to just clap and cheer and walk over, you know, walk or run over the cliff to our doom, and America didn't do that. And it frustrated the no end. Remember what Mr. Rockefeller said before the election, which brought us Jimmy Carter by the way. When they asked him, Mr. Rockefeller, Mr. Rockefeller, we understand you ought to be president. And he looked right at the camera and he said, I won't be president, but I will be your emperor. I will be your king. Kind of like what you hear now. What's this dupe-ah crap with Trump with this, you know, king, king bullshit with a crown on his head? Where the hell is that crap? You know what? They're cartooning it, but they're not people. That's not accidental. Number one, I don't care if the government shuts down. You know what? For every day, government shuts down. We're a day freer. Isn't that beautiful? Have you felt freer for, you know, 23 days? I know I have. And by the way, was there anything that was really noticeable about government being shut down for you? Over the last 22 days is there something that you missed? There's something that just didn't happen. Yeah, well the parasites didn't come knocking for whatever reason. They get lazy when they realize that they may or may not get a paycheck. But here's the thing. The wicked ones, they're all getting their paychecks. They're all getting their money. They're getting everything they normally get. They're not missing out. Not in any way, shape, or form. So it's all bullshit sessions. So what it comes down to is, number one is, well, it's a good start shutting down the congressional. We need to shut down the executives. That needs to be shut down. And we need to turn the lights off on about 80% of the executive branch and kick their ass out too. And I'm not talking about letting the congressional branch back in. Why? We don't need them. They're demonstrating that they serve no purpose whatsoever except to steal from our wallets. So why would I care if they don't come back? I really would prefer that they not come back. Whoa! We got somebody who's dragging their face all over the microphone. Who do we have there? Go ahead. I'm sorry. The big thing to watch here is again the fact that the Trumpite has played dictator and they're kind of laughing with their not and there's no joke about it and Trump didn't think up that you know the thing with the crown crap that's the Israelis. The Jewish mob is trying to figure out how to stupefie everybody into actually embracing garbage that the founders would have shot somebody for. You won't find any image of any of our founders being demonstrated as crowned or royalty. That just didn't exist. Now the term for the president, yes, one of the terms used for the president when addressing him was excellency. That was of course arbitrary though and most Americans refused to use the term. Understand that. It's something you don't want to talk about. They want to remind you about, well they want you to know about history to begin with. The founders understood full well that they had to acquiesce, which probably they didn't want to, some, but they had to acquiesce to the idea that Americans embraced the concept that we own ourselves and we are not somebody else's property. Now, there's a bunch of B-witches out there now that are desperate to try and make you believe that. They're trying right now as we speak. And as far as I'm concerned, like I said, put a bullet in their hind end too. That's what's going to have to happen. And if you're not ready to, then you will not maintain your freedom when the time comes. And we need to step up to the plate. You know, somebody asked me the other day, who would I want to have? No, everybody's going to really... This is going to make people stop and go home. If somebody asked me, who would you like to have if you had a warrior group? on this planet and you could select anybody from virtually all of the planet who would you choose to stand next to you as a fight to the death team in this day and age? You want to know who? Hezbollah. Oh my god! Mark mentioned Muslims! Yeah, yeah they might be. They might be. But you asked me what group of fighters would I want to have standing next to me if I was in a life or death struggle and I had to fight to the death. The warriors of Hezbollah have proven themselves in a modern age to break the mold and concept of the idea that it's futile to resist. I want you to go look at where Lebanon is. Understand that Hezbollah stood up and held ground against a military that has everything we have because we gave it to them. They stood up against the most modern military force available with second rate and third rate by everybody's supposed standards, equipment, and not only did they stop the Israelis, but they turned around and handed their ass to them on two big brass platters. How'd they do that? Well, you asked me who would I want to have fighting next to me. They have a warrior mindset of the true noble nature. They believe that they are warriors for their society. They believe, truly as the Knights did, that they have to be pure and focused. They're not greedy. They are there to maintain their society as men of their society. And they understood that because of that when they go to fight, there's a high possibility or probability that they will not come back. But that is the nature of the obligation as a man to step into the fire and to step before your people and be their sword and their shield without any fear. Those men not only did that, but they faced an army that had aviation supremacy. Hezbollah has no planes. Hezbollah has no helicopters, Hezbollah has no tanks, Hezbollah has little to no artillery per se in any heavy nature, everything that the Israelis have. The Israelis mounted an offensive that was comparable in size but bigger than the original invasion of Lebanon when the Israeli army chased the Palestinian forces from the edge of Israel where they were in Lebanon. all the way to Beirut where the Shatila massacres took place when Bibi executed thousands and tens of thousands of Palestinians in the streets in a mass murder campaign. Hezbollah and the people there remember history. So ask yourself how did a force with absolutely no direct or even barely indirect support of any kind taking every weapon it could scrounge up Stop a triple-a military force with all the best bells and whistles the troops had anything and everything they wanted the weapons of America are literally vomited onto the laps of the Israelis in such a quantity that our own forces suffer for having not having them when they need them and Yet the warrior cast of Hezbollah the Hezbollah forces because that's who they are the men of that fighting force held their ground fought against what were impossible odds as you would claim as you would all claim and they won. An attacker must vanquish completely. A defender need only survive the waves of the storm, but only survive. They did better than that. They won. They truly won. That's the people I'd like to have standing next to me. That's the person you want. We all understand we're gonna die. We're gonna die someday. But if I have my way, not only is it not gonna be today, but every son of a bitch in front of me is gonna die first. If it does happen, and if it doesn't, if it happens to me sooner, I'll do everything I can to help those standing next to me because to my dying breath, I'll fight for liberty. Go ahead, caller, jump in there. Hey Mark, so Israel, Israeli forces wanted to turn Hezbollah into a military dictatorship and Hezbollah warriors, soldiers, handed their arses back to him on the ladder with a knife, fork, and spoon. Correct? Over. Well, the Israelis were trying to invade. They thought they would have a replay of what happened with the Palestinian Defense Forces years ago, years before. As I've said many times, remember, any weapon that was available that had been laying around was first brought into service and maintained, repaired, and put right. When they fought, anything going back to World War II and before weapons, guys, the Hezbollah units were outfitted with absolute hand-me-down everything. That's the other part everybody goes all I gotta have the latest Hezbollah used every kind of anti-tank weapon that anything and everything laying around They did everything that they could to defend themselves with whatever was available in the toolbox When they used it though, they used it to the best of their abilities Remember guys, it's the operator not the weapon that the operators holding that makes the difference That's why again who would I want to have standing next to me? Person who knows that we're in it for quite life and death fight and stands there and stays there when many others would fail. Anyway, we're at the top. God bless our republic. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen, the empires on the run. We are on the march, both day and night. All of you are the warrior caste of America because we are supposed to be militia. And that means we have an obligation. We're all supposed to hold the line. Let's make sure we're ready for that to happen. Let me get out of the way for now. Edward taking over. More LTR coming up. We'll be back tomorrow, same time. It'll be Friday on Liberty Pre-Radio.
