And for those of you who don't believe, be around when the party begins. What next will be stretched and cries will be heard and the traitors will sway in the wind. liberty. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no boy how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and see me farm and keep our country, put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters, this is... Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children fear? Both sons of the Republic arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republican each God given right Pray to God freedom bright as I awoke he'd vanished in the mist for once he came his words were true But we have ourselves to blame For even now as parents trampled each God given right. First of all, over at Rumble, American Peril is now posted there twice, two different formats. American Peril, if you could take the time to share that everywhere you can. If you're listening off Rumble on occasion, if you go over to Rumble to visit. Go to the Mark Kornke channel page, node, whatever the hell it is. If you just look for American Peril, amazingly enough, with their algorithm, it doesn't show up. Now, if you put Mark Kornke in there, K-O-E-R-N-K-E, then it does show up. So this is kind of Twilight Zone. It tells me, kind of figure to Rumble, with all the things we see going on with Rumble. They got big money coming in with the OY BOYS and a very big click that's on Rumble is, let's just say, bought and paid for Hose. But we also have Mark Hornke, Tom Robinson, and Carl Miller at Dearborn, Michigan. I keep hearing all this crap about Dearborn. They make that sound like Dearborn. This is massive! That's where Justice Pro Save is located for everybody who doesn't remember as far as for our speaking engagements. And if you want to get a little feel, if you've never seen the Dearborn Public Auditorium there at the Dearborn Library, well, go watch the video. And right next to it was the where the incident with the Dearborn postal shooting mass shooting that took place and it was at that location the theater that you see in the video where all of the emergency personnel were brought in and threatened by the ring knocker feds out of Chicago. They threatened to kill them as a matter of fact. Okay we got a caller who do we have? We got Tom. Is Tom Robinson still alive? No, Tom has been gone. Actually, I'm the only one left in the video that's alive. Tom is gone. Tom Robinson has been gone for just about two years. Is this 25? Yeah, a little under 20 years. Carl Miller has been gone for about what? Six, five, six. And he passed away while he was with, well just a little while after he had been staying with Tom Monahan, or I'm sorry, Jim Monahan, not Tom. But pretty much, again, you get a chance, and by the way, Tom Robinson is in there, so you get a chance to listen to him. We have a couple of other videos. We'll be posting with Tom at one of the big conferences over on the Grand Rapids side of the state. It was actually, I think it was about seven, eight thousand people in attendance at that particular event and pretty cool. Now we've also got another one we'll be posting which is the Atlanta, Georgia Southern Meetup that took place years ago and that's gonna be posted too. So definitely there's some flag stuff going on I think. And we'll figure it out. Anyway, we got more coming and a lot more that will be posted there. And anyway other things exciting and going on right now hold on here a minute. First of all don't forget guys there's a bunch of deals especially at the weekend we're into the weekend it is weapons you know forgive me it is Cinco Damo Day and Quartermaster Friday. The Sportsman's Guide just posted a whole bunch of other really useful equipment on their clearance section over there with the deals. Go to the deals and go to clearance and eliminate everything by just tagging surplus items, surplus materials. There are subcategories there. And when you go through that, you'll see there's some other cold weather gear I've been talking about. Highly recommend you check it out because they actually have some of the items in big sizes or at least large. Usually it's small, extra small, and ultra petite small that's left over. But that's not the case. There are a number of really cool items there that would be useful for any of you who haven't rounded out your kit. or if you're building your 510 program up, we're talking pennies or only a few dollars an item. So that will be very interesting to see how that works for you. If you need to check it out, that's sportsmansguide.com. Now over at EAM Surplus, they have a number of other Glock item, Glock knockoff for these 80% pistol items that are in their inventory that are doing a little bit of a sale. Again, that's AIMSurplus.com. Too numerous to mention here, but if you are building an 80% Glock or freedom pistol, then you definitely want to peruse all of the different sites and compare prices, but AIM has been pretty competitive. In fact, they were the first ones to bring in the, let's see, we actually dropped the prices on the Glock and Sig barrels. Personally, again, cheapest for the most is, all you need is something that's got a crown, that's preferably colored dark. They are flat black, standard matte finish Glock barrels are hovering around $25 a piece. They sometimes are a little more, a little less depending on the sale, but not much less than $25. You can't beat it for what it is. If you have Glocks, these spare barrels, you need to invest in them. If you have a Glock, at least one, preferably two or three. That means that you can extend the life of the weapon, but also don't wear out the Glock factory barrel that you have available that matches by serial number with your gun. Instead, take your serialized barrel off, put one of the aftermarket barrels on, and wear that weapon down. Wear that part of the weapon. Instead, save your really nice factory barrel for the future when we need it. Very simple very straightforward process now somebody's asking again. Okay, it's over Well down here. He legally searched his car and now the Second Amendment Foundation is going to make them pay. Hey everybody, welcome back to Guns and Gadgets, your premier source for Second Amendment news that you won't hear anywhere else. Today's story comes straight out of New Hampshire and it's one that should shake every parent and every law-abiding gun owner to the core in this country. An 18 year old high school student, now a lot of people in this audience have children so think of this on a very personal level. Because I'm going to hit you in your heart as a parent and in your heart as a patriot. And this should really anger you. An 18 year old high school student had his truck searched on school property without consent, without probable cause, and purely, strictly, only, because the school administrators learned that he was a lawful gun owner from a previous incident. Nothing had to do with that day. And now the Second Amendment Foundation has stepped in, filing a federal lawsuit to hold these tyrants, these school officials accountable for violating this young man's constitutional rights and good on them like this Not only did they fight for the Second Amendment, but they're defending the Second because of this Fourth Amendment violation, so they're going after that too. That's awesome. So let's start with what happened. Jack Harrington was a senior at Hillsborough Deering High School in New Hampshire, a constitutional-carry state where it's perfectly legal for anyone 18 or older to own, possess, transport a firearm. Jack is a responsible gun owner. He legally owns a Glock 43, keeps it safely secured and stored at home, and like many adults in New Hampshire, sometimes transports it in his vehicle, his truck. And again, completely legal under New Hampshire law and the United States Constitution, I might add. And one day in April, Jack was riding the bus to a baseball game. chatting with a teammate about a past traffic stop. He mentions to his teammate that he had informed the police officer at that stop that there was a legally owned firearm in the glove box and again, totally off campus, weeks earlier and perfectly lawful. Okay? No threats, no wrongdoing, just a normal conversation about being a new and responsible gun owner to his teammate. weeks before this bus ride. But that conversation somehow made its way through the rumor mill to the school administrators, and that's where things went completely off the rails. On April 24th of 2025, during regular class hours, the vice principal stormed into Jack's classroom and ordered him out in front of his peers. Jack was then dragged into the principal's office where he was interrogated by the principal, the vice principal, and even worse, the school's resource officer, someone who's trained in the Constitution and knows, knows about proper interrogation and illegal searches and seizures. And according to the lawsuit, this interrogation lasted roughly 15 minutes During which they demanded to search the truck in the parking lot because they heard that he was a gun owner Jack repeatedly said no, which is his right You don't have to bow down and cowl and bend to the government the school is government run They represent the government They take government dollars therefore the laws apply to them as if they're the government So Jack said no and he told them that he had never brought a firearm to school and that there was nothing in his truck. Should be good enough. He even called his parents on the speakerphone with the school officials listening and his parents clearly told the staff, you do not have our consent to search the vehicle. But you know what? Tyrants don't listen, tyrants don't care. It didn't matter. The school officials reportedly told Jack that they were going to search his truck no matter what. One even said quote you can say whatever you want. We're going to search it anyway end quote so After this coercive interrogation they marched Jack out to the parking lot Forced open the truck and searched every inch of it and guess what they found Absolutely nothing because Jack was telling the truth no gun no threat no violation of law Well on Jack's part their parts different Just a teenager who had followed the law, respected gun safety, and got punished for it. Now here's where it gets even worse. After the incident, Jack's father sent the superintendent a formal letter demanding answers. Instead of apologizing, the superintendent... the superintendent doubled down, claiming that there wasn't actually a search. She tried to redefine the entire event as a simple view of the inside of the truck. She literally wrote that administrators just viewed the glove box and that this was not a fourth amendment search. Folks, that's gaslighting. This superintendent, you can tell they've never been called out and they've never been held responsible for their actions. They absolutely violated his fourth amendment here. Absolutely. And if you demand... that a student open his vehicle, physically go through it and examine the contents that's not a view, that's a search. And the Constitution does not stop applying to anything at the edge of a high school parking lot. Your rights don't end at dotted lines on maps or parking lots. This case is a textbook example of why the Fourth Amendment exists. the right of the people to be secure in their places, persons, houses, papers, effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated folks. That's why we have it. No probable cause, no warrant, not even reasonable suspicion. The officials acted purely because Jack was a gun owner. That's it. And as the lawsuit puts it, the school presented Jack with evidence that he had followed the law. then use that evidence to suggest that he might break it. Think about that. They didn't accuse him of breaking the law, they punished him for obeying it. And that's the definition of a constitutional overreach, an unreasonable search or seizure. But now the Second Amendment Foundation is representing Jack in federal court. A Second Amendment Foundation is one of the nation's leading legal organizations defending our right to keep and bear arms. And they're filing this lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. 1983, which is a law that allows citizens to sue the government officials for violating constitutional rights. Support those that support you. You can support Second Amendment Foundation by scanning the QR code. I don't know where I'm going to put it. One of them, it'll be here or the link down below. I don't get anything out of it, but you get to support and join the Second Amendment Foundation. Now the suit names, the superintendent, the principal, the vice principal, and the school resource officer, all of whom participated in or authorized the illegal search. Now the school resource officer should have known that they were violating the Fourth Amendment. Check that. They willingly violated Jack's Fourth Amendment and they deserve at the very least to lose their job. The very least. The Second Amendment Foundation seeks declaratory relief, damages and attorneys fees and more importantly, it asks the court to make clear that law abiding gun owners do not forfeit their Fourth Amendment rights just because they attend a public school. This isn't just about one kid in New Hampshire. This matters to everyone, every parent in this country, every young adult in this country. If this stands, every student in America who comes from a gun-owning family could be subjected to the same treatment, questioned, humiliated, and searched simply for exercising a constitutional right. Simply because his parent, her parent, is an advocate. Simply because their parents believe in the Constitution. Now it's the same kind of prejudice that us gun owners have faced for decades. The idea that being pro-Second Amendment somehow makes us suspicious or dangerous. That mindset has no place in a free country, right? And as this lawsuit points out, schools cannot expect their students to learn the lessons of good citizenship when school authorities themselves disregard the fundamental principles underpinning our constitutional freedoms. That's a great quote from that lawsuit. And they were exactly right. You can't teach the Constitution by violating it. Let's also remember the timing here. This happened in a constitutional carry state where open and concealed carry are both legal at 18. The law is crystal clear here. New Hampshire law explicitly says that residents can carry or transport firearms in a vehicle without a permit as long as they're not otherwise prohibited. That's black and white law. Yet. The school district here decided that their personal feelings about firearms were more important than the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and New Hampshire state law. And that's how rights die. One exception at a time. The Second Amendment Foundation stepping into this case is crucial, and I will tip my hat to the crew, because they're not just fighting for Jack. You're fighting for the principle that rights do not depend on age, location, or political correctness. Jack Harrington did everything right. He did nothing wrong. He followed the law, he was honest about being a gun owner, and he was treated like a criminal for it. And that's exactly why this case matters. When the government, whether it's a president, a governor, or a high school principal believes that they can ignore your rights because it was for safety, We stop being citizens and start being subjects. The Constitution does not bend to fear. It restrains government power. And that's why this lawsuit could be one of the most important for us in the Second and Fourth Amendment areas. I could use some help doing that really guys. I've got some of the documents, like I said, a few of them, not all of them. I've been playing our music requests from over there and transferring some of them over to our music requests now on the gilded. So there's some stuff there, but it's not a lot. Like I said, I need help getting everything moved over. And I'm doing this while I'm getting the other thing going and we've got some other problems that I saw that we got to take care of with the website. I'll get that. I'm doing that too, guys. So just be patient. I'm trying to get all of us. Just a lot for one guy to do. Very good. So again, but both are up. A real quick heads up on this too. We're not dropping the gilded, so the gilded is going to be around for however long, but it will be idled progressively down because it will be gone by what, I think December. I know somebody just said that to me here on one of the alternate sides. So yes, we know that. That's why the Discord were using it, because it's apparently supposedly they've changed. Yeah, well, what it comes down to is the economy is looking like. Oh, they haven't changed it all yet. It's horrible. These are great for NBC, Nuclear, Biological and Chemical solutions. And also a French style OD 9-hole Canvas combat boot. It's like a cheapy tennis shoe, but a combat boot for $14. Now I've seen these before. Used to be they were pushing these as Israeli combat boots. Well, they probably were are. But in this case, these are a style, so they're a knockoff. But for $14 for a pair of Kickr light, light duty boots, sand or summer, they would work. Now one last, well no, two other items. Number one, Canadian white action, that's the trademark. Muck-Luck boots for $23 a pair, but they come with everything. Usually you get the Muck-Lucks, you still have to get a liner, you still have to find an insole seat. All of this is with these boots, $23 a pair. None of these are big sizes, I will tell you that right now. Medium sizes or smaller sizes, down to size 5, up to size 8, sometimes 9. Now, last but not least is a pair of Swedish military surplus brown leather. These are a Chukka height boot. They're not a full height 8 inch boot, 8 inch upper. The price is $7 a pair. They only have them in size 9. Now, I've seen these. They're not pretty. In other words, they're not stylish, but they are a good utility boot for $7, only in size 9. The other thing that they have, and somebody asked me about these, and this is a hell of a price by the way too, German Special Forces overboots. Now here's the cool thing about this. These are an over boot to be like a wet weather, cold weather boot for $2 a pair. They're an extra, extra large. What does that mean? Well that means that with your footwear, because this is an over boot, a lot of you people that are listening, you might want to buy one of these and use it as a test model, but for $2 a pair, for these boots you can't beat them. They have an aggressive sole for you know cold weather and you know wet weather operations. They have a muck-luck type upper, they have a rubber lower and these are an over boot. These go over your combat boot whatever type you have. So consider these as a good pair of trunk boots. What do I mean by that? Well you know I've told you about putting a little bit of equipment in the car where you can leave it, you don't worry about it. These are extra, extra large. So if you are stuck on the road, these you put in the vehicle and anybody, no matter who it is, would be able to stick their little toesies inside these things and they could move around, they could leave the vehicle fed to walk because they've had a problem. They're not sitting out there with a pair of dress shoes and a thin pair of dress socks. This would protect you from the elements, keep the moisture away from your feet. and actually work all the way up to about the top of the calf, maybe a little shorter, but I don't think so, not by much. So for $2 a pair, this is a hell of a deal. It's probably the best deal of everything there in the package of what I've seen. And it's on the second page, so a lot of people are missing these. But for $2 a pair, come on, you can't beat them. Again, it's kickers, they're throwaways. If you decided that down the road they just don't look pretty enough, give them to somebody else. I'll throw the nickel in teach There you go, and it's $260 which for a package deal like this is not bad You can find some used part mix deals over at Sarco for a little less, but this is all brand new factory Check it out go over to apex gun parts dot-com apex gun parts dot-com And look at the other deals and clearance items that they have because there is always something unique there. And every once in a while, they drop something down or dip the price down to where it's like, just can't be, well, I can't afford not to have that. Somebody immediately is probably wondering, oh, what would I do with that? Well, you can buy a 45-1911 frame complete for a pretty good price. There are still 80%. 1911 frames out there that can be purchased. If you look around you can find them and then you do the difference in whatever you know machining needs to be done. Again, as I mentioned the other day, 45s, it was the 1911s that were the first of the 80% anythings that were done way back in the 70s and in fact several of the companies that were doing 1911 frames, one of them I just mentioned, Sarco, they actually produced their own air weight frames in aluminum. We almost bought that mold. We did buy another mold from another company right here in Michigan that did air weight slash aluminum 1911 frames. And so we have the ability to actually build those from scratch, do the finished cut, finish cleaning on them, and then guess what? All of a sudden you have a 1911. Would you shoot an air weight? Before the plastics became big, remember there was this big wave of aluminum slash air weight frames that came out smith with the revolvers but also several different pistols, one after another and needless to say, Star did quite a few also. LAMA did, parallel with all their steel frames, same with STAR, they also did aluminum. So that's something that is out there floating around. Sarco still has 80% frames, but they're not as cheap as they were. Again, hey, the evaluation of the currency anyway, you know how that works. But there are a number of different solutions. This is a decent price. If you have a 1911, this is every part but the frame to actually put a 1911 together. Now it doesn't look like they incorporate a magazine, which I think is kind of sad. But everything else is there. It seems to me that if you're selling the kit, you at least put in one cheapy, no-name brand magazine just to make everybody feel good. But that's just me. So anyway, it is over at apexgunparts.com. Many other items are over there in the sales and deals. You do want to check them out. No, well, they do have ammunition now. I was going to say, no, they don't have ammunition there, but yes, they do. And as a matter of fact, I have not looked to see what their latest deals are, so I'm going to be forced to go there. They do have projectiles, and yes, they do have a mix of other surplus Ammunition available. You just want to check to see what it is that they have sitting on the shelf there. Actually I have 243 Winchester. I did not know that. How do you like that? So yes, they have added a little bit of an inventory. It's an ad hoc mix of stuff. I will say that, but they do have, for instance, 357 SIG. They've got 32 Winchester Special. Kind of pricey there. 32 auto, not too bad on that. And a lot of other stuff. You're going to have to go through the inventory because it's the usual mix, the way that they post it, probably the way that they purchased it. So it's not really subdivided that efficiently. In other words, it's not If you're looking for something, you want to just go a page at a time and go an item at a time and look to see what they have. There we go. That'll settle it real quick. Also, again, a reminder that Apex has barrels. They have many, many, many, many, many other parts. And I highly recommend that you do check out their page and see what they have in inventory because they have been expanding. But they also have all the regular fare that they've done in military surplus for a very long time and they've been very successful and apparently They're picking up a little more of the industry out in their neck of the woods up in the Rockies by the way I believe Colorado correct me and slap me the microphone if I'm wrong also again over at As long as we're into the a category in surplus and again aim surplus comm a I am As I pointed out, they have a number of other items in terms of Glock parts and pieces. You might want to go check to see what they've got in their sales department right now. It's up on the page. And the reason I bring that up is because a lot of people are putting together from the 80% frames. quantities of the Glock knockoffs right now for their units. Some pretty interesting stuff that's been put together. One of the other things that they do have, yeah, I know it's a CZ. Everybody's pissed at CZ because we know what they've been up to. Yes, we know what they've been doing. No, thanks. I don't need that. Oh my god! No, I was going to mention something, but no. Looking at the price, it's like, no. So while they do have some deals, there are a few other things that are like new. I would not recommend that. But especially in barrels right now, as a matter of fact, I'm going to look to see what they have, as long as we're right here. And I do actually have them pulled up. Again, a wide spectrum. If you want to go colors, no, I wouldn't. For 1995 I can buy two barrels for the price of the other Pertified barrel that's sitting right next to it. Guess which one I'd go for? Two or three of the $20 barrels because more barrels are good especially to have spares when you go bang bang bang with something and then maybe you have to Lose that barrel. Yes, we're $20. But AIM also has, and I can't stress this enough, they also have preview partisan, PPU ammo. And right now, let me double check here because I can actually do this for live fire for a change. PPU ammo, and I think I can get it right this time. There we go. One of the things that they do have are a number of the commercial loads. Yes, they still do have PPU, not as much. I expected this, and you will see a depletion progressively. But they do have. Quite a few of the standard factory loads in commercial American chamberings that a lot of you have. 243 Winchester 3030, still 3030 Winchester 150 grain soft point round nose, for obvious reasons, goes in a tubular magazine. $20 a box, same with 38 special, $20 a box. 30 out 6 for about 22. I'm going to add a nickel to that just rounding it up. Too many to go through, but still if you're looking for some of the odds and ends, chamberings, you know, calibers that, you know, well man, I wish I could find some. Preview Partisan, PPU, 38 Smith and Wesson. That's the 38 shorter Smith and Wesson World War II load. $27.95, that's gone up a little bit by two or three dollars, but that's still a better price than anybody else in the country. And yes, this is brass case, boxer prime, non-gaurosive. So 50 round box, and it's available. So a lot of the odd man out stuff is done by PPU to include like 8 millimeter Nambu pistol. Example here, they've got PPU Remington 22 Remington jet magnum. 50 round boxes. There's Otzix 270 Winchester. $22 a box. Again, too many to go through. You need to check it out, see if it's something that makes sense for you. And yes, they still apparently do have carbine ammunition in stock also. Not the only company making it. 303 British, 7.62x54R, Boxer Prime, non-corrosive. heated needle case and then Grenville and all the other stuff is there too. So check them out. 22 Hornet, yep, they got that in stock again. Looks like, hold on. 6.5 Carcano, $23 a box, can't beat that. So, again, once you got it, it's Boxer Prime brass case, heat anneal on corrosive, and it's factory standard. So you fire it, you fire form it to your rifle, keep it in the box, mark it for the rifle you shot, and when you reload, it's going to be a lot easier to reload. Keep that in mind. So if you want to buy an AR-15 upper that's anodized with a forward assist and a dust cover, you say buy one or two. They're $45 at SOTAarms.com. And if you want to add a single bolt carrier group with them, that's $56. And that's basically the same price that Montana AR-15 is if you just bought one or two. Hey. Now, yes, go ahead. I'm on their website right now. And I'm not seeing the upper receiver that you're talking about. But in their sales section, they've got two left-handed upper receivers. For an AR-15 at $45 apiece. Okay, what I did Ed was I went to Soda Arms and I went to Soda Arms and I went to where their uppers are. Oh, to the upper side. Yeah, when you first go in on the website, the way it comes up for me, I simply scroll down. And then it says you get the lowers and the 80% and the barrels and the uppers just where everything is listed. I just click on the uppers, on the picture of the uppers. And that takes me to where it says AR-15 uppers on the next page. I click on that, and then it gives me all of the different selections for the AR-15. And that's where the $45 anodized upper with the forward assist and the dust doors available. Now that's actually a heck of a price because if you look there, just the raw stripped upper is 39 bucks. You know, just an anodized stripped upper is 40 bucks. So for 45, about $5 more, you get the forward assist plus the dust cover added. Now I didn't actually see the sale price there, Ed. Yeah, the sale prices if you go to their shop online and you drop down a little farther there's a section called sale and in the sale it looks like they've got the oh The charging handle a couple of charging handles for sale with a magazine for $30 apiece a arm sized Bed and shot bullet cut for 25, but the it's showing the left-handed Okay, okay. Like I said, the way I've always went to them is I just go in and go to the AR-15 and then I drop into the upper page. But yeah, that's $45 for an AR-15 upper receiver assembled and anodized with the forward assist and the dust door. Now, if people are looking for barrels, again, it comes down to how you want to play this. play the shipping game. Technically, Soda Arms does have a 16 inch barrel available, like $87 or $89. But you can go to Bear Creek Arsenal. That's bearcreeksarcel.com and buy the same barrel for $62. The only difference is it comes down to It really comes down to the type, you know, or what length or type of barrel you want. Now because on soda arms the barrel for 87-69 is a 16 inch 1 in 7 or 1 in 8 twist barrel. It's just a standard barrel. That's actually a decent price for these. But at the same time you can go to Bear Creek Arsenal and for $83, $84 by a 20 inch. for that price. And at Bear Creek Arsenal right now, there's 16-inch parkerized M4 barrels. They have a 1 in 7 or 1 in 8 twist. They're $62.93. If you want to buy a 20-inch barrel, they're $83.93. And that's for a 20-inch black nitrated in 1 in 7. I think they might have a 1 in 8 twist there as well. So actually, it depends on how much money people have and whether they want to play the shipping game. But these are two deals right now, and that's the best I can find. But I just thought I'd bring that to your attention. Absolutely. Again, if we pick and choose and cherry pick off of all of the different providers, Right now, the 20 inch, there's a little window here again where the 20 inch rifles can be put together for only a little bit more than a 16 inch. What you're going to put on the roof as far as optics or sights, that's a personal flavor choice. Now question, are these a flat top upper or are these a, probably not a carry handle, probably flat top, right? Yeah, they have soda arms, they are flat top. Flat top with a built-in to continue ramp. Yeah, excellent. Yeah, yeah exactly. That's again where everybody is wondering anything you know, that's a good price Yeah, especially since they already play the forward assist is already installed and the dust the dust covers in place Yes, absolutely. Yeah, and it's anodized and I've had excellent I've got neighbors that bought some of this stuff several years ago. This is a reputable company. When you first go to their website, they'll say that they had a fire back in May. And they're just now recovering, getting their shop back up. But they are a state of the art top of the line. If I owned a business with the CNC robots, changing parts from machine to machine, I'd be tickled. You know what I'm saying? I would be tickled. But yeah, that's a state of the art company. Now, Soda Arms does have, like Edson in the sales section, if you buy a magazine, their magazines are like $20. Their charging handles are like $9.90, $9.95. Again, it comes down to just kind of picking a little bit, playing the shipping game. Pay $9 or say $10 for a charging handle. It's not out of place It's not ridiculous in price But it'll allow you to get something and it's really not going to cost you many more on shipping if you bought bought your Brought your upper your bolt carrier group and your charging handle from soda arms And then whenever you get the money or whatever you can run over to better Creek Austin only took the better barrels So that's what I have, Mark. I do thank you for taking my... Go ahead. No, I was going to say, actually, one of the things that we've had a lot of questions about are putting together uppers. The big thing, guys, every one of the sites, and in fact, I assume that Soda Arms probably has an armorer's tool. What model they have I don't know, but I would especially since I've seen a lot of them at discount or been on pretty reasonable price between 7 and 12 $15 will get you a basic armors tool that does everything you need for torquing blocking putting the upper together and also some of the lower finish work. There's not much you need. Mostly it's for the upper receiver and installing the barrel along with the other fixtures. So it is definitely something you want to invest in. I have a policy that if you have a company and they have their own armors tool, first look at what else you have and if they have a unique variant, buy it. It's just tools in the toolbox. Several of the companies have very basic models, but many have built their own or made their own or had their own stamp. They're actually forged stampings, typically. So they're worth the money and putting on the shelf and putting in reserve as part of your toolkit. Every once in a while, maybe a little different tools needed, and each one has its own solution. So it's definitely worth picking. They're worth picking up. And with the kind of work we're talking about here, you're going to want one. Go ahead. Yeah, well, Mark, what I was going to say is I am one of these kind of honorary people. When I get around people, when I know that there's people out here that, in my opinion, they're intelligent, but they've never really worked on guns or nothing, I was able to convince some people to go ahead and buy an armorer's kit. So that's where you can hold everything together. You've got the wrench, you've got the torque wrench. You kind of buy everything, keep it together. A lot of these guys bought the wheeler stuff. But when you've got everything there, including the way to put the pins in, to keep the detent springs in, that makes a big, big, big difference. And that way you're not chasing detents. One of the things that I kind of talked people into, or did, just for several years ago, is go ahead and buy extra, you know, the detent parts kits, the extra detent springs, because you're always going to lose one. And it's just a little bit of a peace of mind to have those. Now, you know, some people, it's been long enough ago that guys were paying, buying those kits from MidwayUSA for $100. I just typed it in. Wheeler now gets $175 for a stupid kit. So technically now you can buy a torque wrench and buy the wrenches and things you need. But some of those armorer wrenches are pretty high. But I guess it's really important to deal with it. Go ahead. Well, I was going to say, you can spend any amount you want, just like any other situation. There are basic models. There are more sophisticated items. that people have put together or have come up with that serve a particular school. And there are certain weapons that have different, for instance, gas systems. For the upper, remember, impingement is not the only way that the AR is built. So one of the advantages of actually acquiring most of these tools is it covers all of the other bases. Now, when you start talking some of the pricier stuff, I can understand Not right away, but it should be a goal to have examples of most of these tools in hand if you're a group. And that way, again, you've got them in the general armorer's kit. If it's a household and we're already kind of tight and trying to get enough weapons together for each of the family members, needless to say, we're not going to splurge. So there's the balance. But if you're a unit, I highly recommend that as a group you help to pitch in with purchasing what you need but also acquiring supplemental tools just because you don't know what you're going to run into that's either picked up off the battlefield or carried away from the enemy in general. It could be something that an ally is provided, it could be something that the enemy is provided. One of the things to do is the Pittsburgh the Harbor Freight half inch click type torque wrench. Believe it or not, that's not that bad of a wrench as far as accuracy. They're $20. Like the Wheeler set, the Wheeler armorer's kit has a beam wrench in it. Well, there's nothing wrong with beam wrenches. I've got one I paid $5 for 60 years ago. But they work. But you know, if you're going to do an AR, you need to have the right torques. And that even includes torquing any optics or anything you've got down. That includes torquing your gas block down properly. All of those things matter, and all those things will have a benefit. Or actually, they're critical if you're using in a life and death situation. Because you don't go put this way. If your gas block goes out on you, you're screwed until you fix it. So that's why you want to do things like properly torque it. You want to properly know how to assemble it. You want to be able to lube your firearm properly. And all those things, they're easy to do, but it needs to be done beforehand. Exactly. Somebody's asking me another question here. Well, actually, it's in gas blocks. Yeah, here's the other problem. Yes, there are different size gas blocks. There are different models and manufacturers. That's something they all have to meet the same spec for contact and assembly points. But let's remember too that there's also different configurations of barrels out there. You've got a wide size range now. In the past we used to basically see mil-spec barrels and mil-spec barrels only, but there is a wide gambit. of solutions. You just go to Bear Creek or I'm sure if you go to, you know, Soda Arms, take a look at what it is that's being offered there. So there are other components that have to be available, made available for those particular rifles. But now the basic component, pretty much dimension-wise, has to do the same thing from one rifle to the next. So there are... Yeah, there's one thing I'd like to add. Go ahead. Real quick. Yeah, there's one thing I'd like to add. Do not, do not, do not buy the cheaper aluminum gas blocks. They will heat up. They will lose their tolerance. And they can melt down on you if you get your gas too hot. Right. The sloth is what they do. They actually slur. And again, one of the reasons for this is because of the different, as we said, there are over 500 plus grades of aluminum. and not all of them are created equal. And one of the things is that you can get by. It's a matter of how much activity are you going to push into the rifle. If push comes to shove and you're actually dumping a lot of rounds down range, yes, you're going to supercharge parts. And this was a problem years ago in the M16 because in a crisis or a pinch, Guys would forget what they were doing, so to speak, and they were, you know, life or death. And they would dump a massive amount of rounds through the weapon in a very, very, very short period of time. And this is also, by the way, one of the reasons that they argued, even though it was, you know, we'll see it behind the scenes. When we went from the M16A1 to the M16A2, remember guys, the M16A2 did not have full select fire. It had three round bursts. Now what was the reason for that? Well, turns out that because the companies were using a lot of subcontractors for parts, even during Vietnam. Well, because they were using subcontractors, some of those subcontractors used an aluminum or used a component, built the component to spec, but they didn't necessarily use the grade that they were told was supposed to be used. And since they were in the mix, there was no way for anyone to know which part was going where in terms of what it was inserted into in the production of the rifle. And so the armorers were the ones who had to sort this stuff out and were the ones to experience a lot of failures or breakdowns of components based on the very problems that we're talking about right now. In other words, quality of material. So just a heads up, if you were, example, some of the weapons we're talking about building, I know that they're not going to hold up to extreme volume fire. But for most of the people, or percentage, they're never going to experience that problem or that issue with the weapon. They're going to be in security operations. It's going to be a pure defense weapon. Some of the weapons we proposed building are, again, utility but minimal. They're not going to be in the middle of a constant day-by-day fight. They're going to be weapons resurrected, for instance, from caches. Just to keep you in the fight until you can get better. So so what a 1600 degree? It's been altered in the lumen on the attention. Yeah, yeah That was one of the issues with the m16a one For years is that you know the guys would break out the d3a gloves to hang on hang on to the weapon After they'd you know dumped me. Yesterday, Representative Nancy Mace dropped some private footage as part of, I believe it was congressional testimony to push for passing some anti-voyarism legislation. Exhibit one, behind me is a screenshot from one of the videos I found of myself. The yellow circle, this... Naked silhouette is my naked body. I hope that justice is served. It's gonna go through this process and with that amount of evidence It would seem like they're obese and people put in in in prison for life So all he said was hey with that amount of evidence. It seems like There's gonna be some people convicted. He didn't say It proves beyond the shadow of a doll. He didn't say I'm a judge. He didn't say He was just sharing his opinion. Well, of course, this is America and everyone has to get sued. Conservative podcaster Steven Crowder has now been dragged into a bitter defamation battle. Triggered by US Congresswoman's controversial lawyers and allegations, Nancy Mace went scorched earth on four men she named as alleged predators in a February House speech claiming they drugged and put their hands on her and filmed multiple females, including herself. Her incendiary remarks were protected by the Constitution's speech or debate clause, which shields lawmakers from legal action while speaking in Congress. Essentially, they tried to sue her for saying this, but because she said it on the Senate floor, she can't be sued for it. Which quite frankly seems kind of odd to me. I can understand why you would have those laws in place because You know you have to be able to speak freely When you're there, but I also see how there's a lot of pitfalls with that because who really knows You know you could just go up there and say whatever heinous stuff you want with absolutely no face no Kind of consequences for it But lawyers for one of the four, Brian Musgrave, are now instead targeting prominent media figures who dare to interview Mays afterward and for, quote, allegedly amplifying what they say are false claims. Now, I don't believe there is a world where this person wins their lawsuit. I wasn't there. You know, I wasn't there, so I don't know if they did or didn't do what Nancy Mays was accusing them of. But to go after the people that platformed her is wild. There's obviously also something that doesn't happen to the left very often. I don't care for Nancy Mace. I think she's every bit the social media lawmaker that AOC is, for example. I'll talk no walk. But, you know, she's certainly allowed to go out there. And Crowder is certainly allowed to platform her. Daily Mail now can reveal that they are in fact suing Crowder. the lot of with Crowder podcast host and Gerald Morgan after the commentator declared on the air that there appeared to be enough evidence to see the accused man locked up for life according to the complaint. I don't understand what he said here. How could that be construed as defamatory? I literally don't understand. He's just sharing his opinion. He's allowed to have an opinion. I would argue he's certainly allowed to have an opinion, but this is America. And while everyone likes to talk about our weapons problem, our protecting ourselves problem, as some people say, our justice system in this country is garbage. It is weaponized far more often than used rightly. You can look at Donald Trump, you can look at now Steven Crowder, you can look at, you know, any number of people who have faced it. You know, people who spill hot coffee on themselves when the package says hot, but the font isn't clear enough for them to read. Even though they ordered coffee at Trahot, they get to sue people. All sorts of crazy dumb lawsuits get passed around and it's ridiculous. No matter what this is going to cost Crowder tens of thousands of dollars to defend himself. Which a court, in which a court, by the way, should completely be throwing this out. Like, 100% should be throwing out this lawsuit. But because of Steven Crowder, they're going to allow it to go forward. That's my opinion. Don't sue me for it. The defamation suit also takes aim at journalist Dan Ball, the host of Real America, on One America News Network, OAN. Muscare's previous effort to sue Mace failed in federal court, where the judge ruled that the South Carolina Republican was immune to legal action while speaking on the House floor. But with her name featured 73 times in his latest 17-page complaint, she faces the unwelcome prospect of being subpoenaed for evidence while she runs for governor of the Palmetto State. This is what this is. This is lawfare that is being levied against Republicans as is generally the case and now Steven Crowder is going to have to lose tens of thousands of dollars because Nancy Mace wants to run for a governmental position. That's really what this is. Hopefully Nancy Mace can encourage a bunch of people to join Mug Club, you know, because this sucks. She claimed to have found more than 10,000 videos of gutless evil acts after gaining access to Bryant's cellphone and locating a trove of images from a supposed secret camera. But Musgrave's new suit claims that Mace cooked up her allegations to get back at Bryant, her ex-fiance, after she called off their engagement in December 2023, supposedly after catching him on Tinder. She claims he barely knew the GOP fire rent. But wait, weren't they engaged? That seems odd. but wasn't present during any of the events she alleged took place and only, his only connection was to her via friendship with Bryant. Oh, this is someone else, gotta, gotta, gotta. Basic speech was nothing more than the culmination of a campaign of blackmail and extortion against her ex-fiance, and after he refused to capitulate to her demands for money and the possession of the property that they previously owned together, his complaint states. As for the plaintiff, he becomes collateral damage, so they admit it, basically. Well, I mean, Steven Crowder interviewed her so he's got to get sued. Musgraves lawyers Ronald Richter and Eric Bland say the speech created a media firestorm that trashed her client's reputation. I didn't even know his name before this so congratulations. But while Macy's shielded from legal repercussions by her status as a congresswoman, the media outlets who adopted amplified or republished her quote defamatory accusations do not share her cloak of immunity, they argue. I don't see a scenario where this case doesn't get blown out in court, but it doesn't mean it's not going to cost him a bunch of money. It doesn't mean that it isn't meant to dissuade conservative commentators from from hosting Nancy Mace to probably try to interfere with her election in my opinion. These include podcaster Steven Crowder who has more than 1.8 million followers on Rumble. He also had Mace on the show on the 21st before telling the listeners, quote, with that amount of evidence it would seem like there will be some people put in prison for life according to the complaint. That's all I said, it would seem like that. out of your land and have made it. and says the complaint filed in New York County Common Police Court, the host took a quote, defamatory shot at Musgrave according to the complaint saying, one of the perverts that you went after you called them out and doxxed them, on the house floor finally got arrested, you're getting some satisfaction here Nancy. So the guy was arrested, I'm not sure how that could be defamatory. The comment was an apparent reference to Bowman's 2025 arrest, which was allegedly for harassing his ex-wife and not connected to Mace. Oh, okay. Well, he was arrested, so his statement seems to hold true. Bryant is one of only four who have been criminally investigated by Sled, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Department, but he has not been charged with anything. He later went on ex, ooh, to deny the allegations. Well, that must mean he's telling the truth. The publication of these and other false statements about the plaintiff are so injurious to his reputation that the law presumes injury Musgrave suit contends. Over and above any legal presumption, the plaintiff and his family are devastated by these false accusations. Mom of two mayes goes into the 2026 gubernatorial race involved in multiple lawsuits stemming from her notorious speech. The two-time divorcee sued Bowman for libel in May claiming he responded to her allegations by posting a barrage of vile, contemptible, and repugnant character attacks to act. He claims his words were covered by free speech protections. In other words, he's a genuine representative, and I don't mean a House representative, I just mean a representative of his constituents, his state, his country, his people. And so again, we get some more insight into how the Democrat Party works. The minute someone in their own ranks starts thinking for themselves, starts breaking with the dogma, the entire machine turns against them like a pack of frickin' wolves. Again, this is how the Democrat cult operates. The woke cult that's totally taken over the party. It's blind obedience or total exile. John Fetterman's now on the Democrat chopping block. John Fetterman, this is the guy who delivered a critical Senate victory for the Democrat party in Pennsylvania. That was a seat that they had to win in 2022. And John Fetterman put everything on the line. He campaigned through health struggles, took the heat, fought off a worthy competitor in Dr. Oz. He basically kept Chuck Schumer's Senate majority alive and did it after undergoing a debilitating stroke. And now how does the Democrat Party repay him? By trying to shove him out the door the moment he stops parroting their pathetic talking points. And well, you can pretty much see exactly why this is happening. John Federman has broken ranks with the Democrats in the worst possible way by, um, putting country over party. Yeah, kinda funny how that works, right? You got someone like Jay Jones who fantasizes killing his political opponent, and that's totally A-OK, oh, they'll stick by him to the end, and you've got John Federman, who's been simply voicing some of his disagreements with the current direction of the Democrat Party, and now they want to destroy him. Take a look at some of the things that he's been saying recently. And now that kind of extreme rhetoric is going to continue. We're going to be more likely in resulting in extreme kind of outcomes and political violence and doing all these kinds of things like Charlie Kirk. For me, all I could say is like, let people grieve, give people the space. I'm not going to use that. Terrible thing in that plastic assassination to make my argument and try to put on my views We really got to turn the temperature down and we can agree to disagree on these kinds of things But right now shutting down the government. I just can't take a bet shutting the government is is really what the Democratic Party wants to do and I follow country then party and it's the wrong thing for the country in a period of chaos I refuse to vote to shut our government down. I absolutely would love to have I would love to have a conversation about extending the tax credits for health care, absolutely. But I would remind everybody too, this was designed by the Democratic Party to expire at the end of the year. This is not something taken from by the Republicans. They were designed to expire. Now let's have a conversation to extend it and not shut our government down. If you're thinking about winning the election, that's all going to come down to seven or eight states. That's really the matters. And I would like to remind everybody, as we all know, Trump ran the table of all of those kinds of states. And now you can't ever forget, these are the states that are going to determine who's going to be the next administration. A lot of the things, the extremism that people turn their back in 24, and that's how we kind of came up short. I campaigned. for thousands, thousands and thousands of miles across Pennsylvania for Vice President Harris. And it was going to be incredibly difficult. You could just feel the energy there and people really have connected there and had a very fundamental level. And that's what I tried to explain to my party. And I'm trying to explain to the party right now. It's like this is why we lost and this is where we need to be. to continue to win for these things. And there are parts of extreme things emerging clearly on those things. And that's why I refuse to follow that, even if that is going to cost me support in parts of the base. How do Democrats win back white men like yourself? I don't know, and truthfully I'm not sure if that's possible to be honest. I think that's been seriously eroding for a while. In some cases, in the conversations I've had, a lot of people, they don't even want to say it publicly, but they just feel like, you know, the other side seems like it's like men's the problem, men are to blame, or their masculinity is toxic, or unless you're able to conform to our very strict kinds of definition of what we think's appropriate. Well then hey, I'm just going to find an alternative and they've done that. That's absolutely true. And once we've kind of turned their back on that demographic, it's going to be difficult to rebuild and replace that with those voters. Because I think that migration has been ongoing phenomenon for several years and that has been in front and center, you know, in part of the Election in 24. All he's been doing is calling out far-left hypocrisy. He's backed border security. He doesn't agree with the shutdown. He doesn't agree with calling all Trump supporters Nazis and racists. And apparently those are positions that the modern Democrat Party absolutely cannot tolerate. And why is that, you may ask? Well, very simply, because John Fetterman's independence exposes the rot in the Democrat Party. Basically, he's saying a lot of things that we've been saying. and that cannot be allowed. Once again the hypocrisy's on full display. The party of diversity yet again has zero tolerance for diversity of thought. The moment you step out of line, you become a traitor. And now the party that rallied behind him when he was an important character, when they needed him to secure a Senate majority, well they're ready to throw him in the damn dumpster. The moment you voice an opinion that in many ways is actually important, you know, self-critical. Looking at what your party's doing wrong and trying to move in the right direction, The moment you offer good advice in the Democrat party, you're labeled as a traitor. Tow the line or we will destroy you. That's the message. That's what they did to Bernie Sanders. That's how they got him to fall in line. And once again, that's how the party runs, right? It's top-down. It's authoritarian. Democrat leadership is terrified of authentic voices. Grassroots energy is smothered. Independent thought gets punished. And real, genuine representation for country and for the constituents that you represent Of course, that must be replaced with party scripts written by the consultants, the donors, push the rhetoric, and that's it. We've seen this happen time and time again. The Democrat Party is a cult. Ask Telsi Ebert. Ask RFK Jr. Ask Kirsten Sinema. Ask Joe Manchin. And now, of course, John Federman. Be a marionette for the puppet handlers, or you are done. And honestly, not only do I think it's disgusting and it's the wrong way to run a political movement, but I think more importantly, it's a bad strategy. I mean, the reality is, John Federman is a beast. And considering my political leanings, I think that's quite the compliment, but the reality is, this guy's been incredibly authentic. He's extremely popular in Pennsylvania. He's loved by Democrats, by independents, and even Republicans have respect for this man. He shows up, he talks straight, he's not afraid to say what's actually on his mind, and so the idea that the Democrats would now go to war against this man, it just seems stupid, honestly. I think John Fetterman could probably outperform a Democrat on the ticket running as an independent. And what happens if he decides to flip sides? What if he does go independent? What if he does announce that now he's joining the Republican Party? That'd be a nuclear bomb for the Democrats. Imagine the optics. Imagine the working class guy in the hoodie who's a straight shooter and tells it like it is. The man sitting in one of the most high profile Senate seats in one of the most important states in the country. That guy walking out on the Democrat Party because he's sick of the lies and elitism. That would be devastating. Pennsylvania is a battleground state. and Democrats need it badly and they're losing it slowly but surely. A Fetterman exit, even symbolically, I think will send a message across the board, across the Rust Belt, that the Democrat Party no longer represents regular people. What they're up to right now, I mean, it's frankly disgusting, I think it's disloyal, and it proves everything that we have said all along. The Democrat Party doesn't serve the people, they serve themselves. And Fetterman is doing something really rare here in politics. He's telling the truth. He's speaking like a human being. And so I beg the question, if Democrats are going to continuously destroy anybody in their party with a shred of authenticity, how can they ever build a future? How can you build a future if all you do is destroy the most authentic people in your party and anybody who builds grassroots energy? I mean, how are you supposed to find the next Obama? Now, of course, I'm not saying that Obama was great, but I'm saying the next Obama in the sense of the next charismatic leader who's going to actually lead your party to electoral success. If all the rising stars in your party get crushed the moment they go off script, I'm kind of ironic coming from the party that keeps talking about saving democracy. Ooh, democracy this. We're fighting authoritarianism. Says the people who can't even tolerate free thought in their own ranks. They demand total submission. No charisma, no originality. Just a bunch of plastic, empty, frickin' suits. Mannequins. You know, I'm not saying John Fetterman is presidential material. I don't think that's his place. I think he's more suited for the job of the senator. But we've seen it time and time again. Anytime somebody wants to break the mold a little bit, introduce actual reform, change to the Democrat Party, new ideas, the entire apparatus, like a bunch of white blood cells, start attacking that person as if they're a virus. And it seems all in preservation of the status quo, all in preservation of what is currently not working for them. all to preserve the establishment so they could keep running the same unpopular candidates over and over again. Here we go again. Gavin Newsom. Pete Buttigieg. Kamala Harris. Talent cannot rise in this party. Talent is stifled, drowned, deprived of oxygen. We see it over and over and over again. He had it idling, but he didn't get it enough to run because of the size of his wood gas fire. But that is, if you look at that, that is an extremely small wood gas fire that he built for the bike. That's awesome. Just using a smoker for a beehive, a paint can, a couple of pipes, and a garden hose splitter for the air intake valve and the air intake of the gas intake valve for the motor. I'd be interested to see his blueprints and design on that because even if it's not going to work for running your Arches down the road on the bike, you'd still have a combination there if you can get a title for a pretty good little generator for charging batteries or running some minor lights off of wood gas. Yeah, it's a neat video though if you want to see what they're calling an actual flying car, the Jet Sigma 1 flying cars that they have built for use. They're expensive as hell, but they're cute little ergo carts, little single-seat quad chapters, and they are racing them. neat little video there with that posting other things. I'm looking for all these little alternative do-it-yourself build from scratch. Your own little jet engine out of a Coca-Cola can. It might not be enough to propel something big, but if you're talking about the realm of drones and you want to give something a little bit of a boost and you have fuel on board for it. There's something that you could use we talked about your drones don't have to be quads Because all they are RC toys or RC helicopters Planes would be good too if you're gonna get something up to level and then have it glide an engine or a thruster to get it up there whether it be a rocket or In this case a fully functional jet engine made out of a coca-cola can Would be useful could be done if you have the mechanical knowledge. Hell if you just want to play with it See if you can reproduce with there yourself. Some of this stuff is easier than it sounds. In fact, the wood gasification systems that are out there, if you're playing with a small generator, really easy to build stuff to make a wood gasifier. Of course the better material that you use the better quality you're gonna get out of it But you can literally built the build a wood gasifier out of junk We had a video from a kid who had literally just done that both a wood gasifier Generator to run his thought off of out of the junk you found around the neighborhood and if I can't I'll find that video again, it should be in our Guilded and I'll repost it over in the discord that way there's another example of that there how simple and easy these wood gasification systems can be. Of course, the more smoke that you can generate, the more ash you can filter out of that smoke, the more wood gas you're going to have, the more cleaner your engine is going to run. Depending on your gear ratio and how much it's taking to move everything along will determine your Well, miles per, I guess, not really gallon because you're not doing gallons, you're doing wood gas. So I don't know how you would measure that. I saw one guy had a measurement up for it, but I don't think even he's quite right because he's still talking about gallons, you're not dealing with gallons. You're producing the gas as you go. I don't don't think there's a way to measure that although I could be wrong Maybe somebody could correct me on that. I haven't seen a proper measurement system. I have seen people trying to Bottle and contain the wood gas so they could burn it later which kind of works, but Not well from what I've seen Maybe there's some been some improvement in that technology be interesting see if anybody wanted to post a Any information like that in either the Gilded or the Discord, we do have a more permanent alternative coming up. I mean, strong magnets can light Microchip memory just like they can wipe cassette tapes and other things that can cause damage to it although I Really frustrating to see all the technology that's coming out now with magnets built in I don't know what they're doing to shield some of the stuff from the magnetic but You definitely I would still stress don't have magnets near your memory systems You want those as far away as you possibly can although the speakers do contain magnets in a lot of boomboxes and stuff like that. We'll have speakers with magnets on board. So I guess it all depends on how well-shielded your stuff is, you know. But most magnets for speakers are not as powerful as the real earth type or the type of electric magnets we would use back in the day to light or magnetic tape like cassette tapes and 8-Trat or VHS tapes or Betamax tapes or even real-to-real tape. So yeah, just little bits of technology interesting stuff to keep an eye on. Here's one thing that bugs me. There's so much history over there. There's ruins and archeology sites to go and check out. What about the stuff here in the US? They never talk about the stuff that we have in the US. They don't talk about the underground cities in Arizona. The mesas that have got caves and stuff to explore where their civilizations were here that were not just nomadic. But they don't talk about or really want to explain what happened to those civilizations because we know where those cities are. If you look it up, America has a lot of great historical ruins that are completely ignored by the rest of the world, or at least ignored by us. I guess because we live here, they're not as important as the pyramids or the cities down in South America or the pyramids over in Egypt or the Incan heads in the Easter Islands. This is cool. It's probably not some of the more cooler landmarks and historical spots that people haven't really researched. I mean if you wanted to get into discovery and theory, you could just go to Arizona, go to Utah, parts of Pennsylvania. There's some unique ruins in Pennsylvania that we know about because we've got friends that live there that have stumbled upon some of this stuff. Well, another thing that really is critical here is the fact that we have easily accessible, interesting, you know, archaeological evidence that you can pass by on, you know, with a vehicle. You don't really have to go out of your way to extract yourself from civilization, drop out in the middle of nowhere, maybe not come back, because that's a great sphere with most everybody, no matter who they are. When you run into them, it's like, was it safe? Well, guys, you know what? You know, example, something that's right in the middle of the country, the Natchez Trace. Look that up, the Natchez Trace. If you live in the middle of the country or if you have a chance, run the whole length of the Natchez Trace from up towards Tennessee and Kentucky on an angle through Mississippi all the way to the bottom of Mississippi. And then some. And what's fascinating is you've got Indian Burial Mounds, you've got all kinds of other excavations that have been done in that area. They're well-documented. Again, it's an interesting drive because it's not developed, which is something that anybody can drive. It's a one big, long nature drive. Now, it doesn't mean there isn't civilization left and right of the Natchez Trace. It's the first and oldest National Highway. It was declared a road, declared a national road. And if you look the history up of it, it's rather fascinating what it was used for, why it became so critical, especially in the early to middle years of the United States. The Natchez Trace. And it's right there where everybody can access it. Don't even have to believe it. Don't have to believe your vehicle. There's even placards up there talking about the Confederate gold that went missing on the Natchez Trace, right? I believe we came across one of those when we were on it. Before we go any farther, I heard another voice there. Who else do we have? Call or jump in there. Mark, this is Paul. Yeah, we got you. I wanted to ask about Israel. So I understand 24-7, 365 a year, every day, every day, martial law. And there's a wall around and nobody can allow them to leave. Is that true that they live there? Well, you can leave. I mean, it's just not safe to leave if you're from there, go to your neighbors, you know, the neighboring countries because they've shot or killed people in, you know, all points of the compass. That's the reason they have to have the fence around the place. It's because they've made enemies of everybody. One of the interesting things about it, let's remind everybody one more time. They always push this propaganda how all the Jews are so armed and they got guns, no they don't. Their guns are locked up just like Jewish communist Russia back in the day. I've talked about this for decades. I used to quote from one of the defectors that I worked with when I was at U-6. And all their guns are in a big, locked-up strongbox down the road, and they can't access them. If they, when they needed to defend themselves, they'd go, well they got guns! No, they own guns, technically, but they could only have 50 rounds of ammunition, and the guns were all locked up down the street. They're not in their house. The pictures they showed always of the females with the guns over the- Yeah, are you telling me that the Israeli demos with machine guns is like false advertising or propaganda? To get people to do it. Oh yeah, propaganda. And again, because they're typically also their cops, and that's the reason they've got guns, because cops are special, the peasantry isn't. So even in Israel, hell, the population is treated as second class, slash peasants, slash property of the state, which you would expect in a communist state, and that's what Israel is. They're a Jewish communist state. They are expendable and disposable. If you do not believe it, take a look at what happened October 7th. Ask yourself what happened to that great defense system that I just mentioned about where they got the wall all the way around the country. It's patrolled by troops, tanks, aircraft. But somehow, that defense system was breached by pickup trucks, hang gliders, and some guys on foot. Should they have been able to get past the armed troops, the tanks, and the helicopters and jet fighters that are supposed to be on call to patrol that border, for how many hours was it that they got into the quote-unquote Israeli proper on that northern border, went into that retirement community and that's where they stole the hostages from? Miraculously, on October 7th, everything had been done. In fact, before Charlie Kirk died, the week before Charlie Kirk died, that was one thing he was asking, was there a stand-down order in Israel on October 7th? Because he's been there. Doesn't make sense for anybody to be able to cross that border unless somebody shut down the defense system. They just didn't answer the phone, so to speak. See, that's part of the problem here. Is everybody waiting for some kind of command because they're terrified or afraid of making a decision? This is true of every other situation we've seen where the Jewish mob is involved and it's no different with what happened then. It's obvious that there was a threat. It's obvious that they were being attacked. But everybody is standing there scratching their arse trying to figure out what to do when if you were actually a highly motivated military component with motivation, then you would ignore the fact that their command has not been given when you are faced with the fact that people are being shot. You would operate accordingly. Yes, they wanted the hostages back so bad that remember when they said they were being kept in the underground caves under everything, what did Israel want to do? They wanted to flood those underground caves with salt water from the sea that would kill the Hezbollah insurgents. But I guess somehow their hostages that were supposed to be down there would magically be protected by respirators and air tanks, right? They didn't want the hostages back alive. That was all farce from the beginning. We had situations where they were shooting hostages who were trying to get back home that had been released at the border. We had the one tank patrol that came up and killed five Israeli hostages. It was the Israeli Defense Forces that were supposed to be, you know, supposedly going over there to rescue the hostages, killed five of their own hostages that were trying to come to them for rescue. Well, again, the problem you've got here is the agenda was to create outrage. The outrage was fabricated. I had a little conversation today with somebody on this subject and it's like, well, the problem, if we got rid of it, would eliminate most all of the problems across the planet. And the problem isn't the Arabs. It's that simple. The problem with the Arabs, they were not able to grip with the Middle East dead. The Arabs are one. They want the Sharia law thing. They're pushing for it here in the US. They're pushing for it in Europe. But that is also being promoted by the Israelis. They're the ones who are bringing them into Europe. They're the ones that are helping bring them into the US. Somebody else is asking another question. Well, I'll tell you what. Go ahead, dollar jump in there. Who do we have? All of you. Was don't Trump really sucking up to the Emperor's part of the whole really? Over. What? You know what? Yeah, nuttin' honey basically has got a brass ring through his private parts. There's no doubt about that. I mean the gushing the gushing event that was Trump going over there and standing in front of the Knesset was one of the most horrific dog and pony show suck up operations I think I've seen in all the time I've ever been watching nonsense like that. In fact, typically we miss stuff like that because it's never broadcast. So we don't know what these other characters did when they went over to Israel Hell to talk to these people. Yeah, the 50th Street, the one where we had that, we had that and we didn't cheat. They didn't broadcast any of that footage from that summit. I haven't thought, if there's any out there guys posted in the gilded or in the discord, love to see it because we don't know what, as far as I know, we don't know what was said by them, we don't know what they agreed to, what their topic of conversation was, we just saw they went over there to be one Israel in 50 states. Well, the ones that I would be more interested in are is the fact that as a block, 250 individuals committed open trees and by, they weren't going on any vacation, they were going over there for marching orders and probably be given, you know, handed out checks. The Trumpite speech is out there recorded, one of the problems, it's a, I believe that he basically repeated the same thing seven times. the same basic block and it was all repeat gushing, repeat gushing but it was virtually in some cases the exact same words repeated over and over and over and then he got all excited and he did it again. It was like he was on closed loop and nothing could take him off it. With the exception of the special acknowledgement to the 60 billion dollar a prostitute maker, I should say buyer, that had donated all the money to Trumpet. And of course he acknowledged that, yep, they had access to the White House any time they wanted. The husband's dead, the wife is still there. She's, and the big emphasis was, she's worth $60 billion. $60 billion. $60 billion. $60 with a B. Billion dollar. Oh, $60 billion. The one theme through the whole thing, especially in front of the Jewish mafia, was money. In fact, I don't know how many times he said money, but I think he probably topped out his, you know, let's just say, counting limit for anything else that he's done in any other speech where the word money was used. I can't read the whole title on this page. So here we go. As I'm recording today is government shutdown day 17, which means for 17 days. the most pro to a friendly DOJ self-proclaimed that is has been okay with violating the Second Amendment every single day. Oh, here we go again, I guess. That's right for 17 days and counting the ATF and the DOJ have blatantly violated the Second Amendment, specifically the National Firearms Act segment here. And maybe, maybe Attorney General Bondi and the crew just think that Since the NFA is only a modest restriction, their words not mine, that maybe they don't consider it a right delayed or a right denied. I guess we're gonna find out. Now we have the strongest attempt yet at reopening the NFA Division. For those who aren't aware, the NFA Division was vacated with the government shutdown and nothing's being processed, which means the Second Amendment is on hold. Hey folks, welcome back to the channel. We've got news out of Congress that could have major implications for the National Firearms Act, Suppressor Regulation, and Bureaucrat overreach going forward. A block of 26 House Republicans is demanding that the ATF reopen its NFA division and resume processing NFA applications. That might sound dry at first, but trust me, it's a big deal for everybody who cares about gun rights, regulatory burdens, and constitutional limits. on our federal agencies. And I will add here that I would prefer that all 219 House Republicans cared enough. I would prefer they all cared enough to push back here and put their name on this letter. But I guess most of them are okay with NFA restrictions existing, so there's that. I'm going to break down what's going on, why it matters, and what the legal and constitutional angles are here, and what could happen next. So let's dig in. Like I mentioned, 26 House Republicans, I apologize if you hear the background noise. I'm in this corner because we're having some windows replaced and it's loud. I apologize. But 26 House Republicans led by Representatives Ben Kline and Mary Miller have formally demanded that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives reopen its National Firearms Act division and resume processing NFA applications. Why is this demand even necessary? Well, A, NFA is an unconstitutional infringement. B, because the ATF has suspended or severely curtailed its processing of national firearms applications, meaning suppressors, rebelled rifles, rebelled shotguns, and any other regulated item. They're basically stuck in limbo right now. And it's crippling for lawful owners, dealers, and manufacturers. This demand letter from the House Republicans argues that ATF shutdown or slowdown is arbitrary, harmful to the Second Amendment, and an overreach of agency power. Their position is, if Congress authorized the NFA regime, unconstitutionally, then it must, the ATF it is, that is, it must be carried out. Now, not The kids pick and choose which parts to enforce or pause here, which is what we're getting down to. They specifically want ATF to be directed to return to full operation, accept, review, approve, or deny if necessary, NFA applications within the statutory framework. No more silent delays, no more hidden pause by bureaucratic fiat. I'm going to put the letter on the screen, it's like eight paragraphs, so not long, but here it is. So Jared from the future here, as I'm editing this, I just received an update. I'm going to still give you the letter, I'll read you the letter and tell you what just happened as I'm editing this. Dear Acting Director Driscoll. On September 30, 2025, Senate Democrats voted against H.R. 5371, the Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act of 2026, which would have funded the federal government through November 21, 2025. Instead of funding the government to benefit American citizens, Democratic senators chose to pursue taxpayer-funded health insurance for illegal aliens. Meanwhile, Congressional Republicans would have kept the government open to pay our troops, our federal workforce, and to prevent disruptions in government benefits. As a result of this Democrat-led shutdown, ATF, like most federal agencies, is operating at a reduced workforce. And while Democrats continue to fight for benefits for illegal aliens, the constitutional rights of Americans are being infringed as a result. That is because, under federal law, Second Amendment rights cannot be fully exercised without the involvement of the federal government. This clearly is not what the framers intended, but it is this country's unfortunate reality. They didn't intend for the NFA either. As you know, National Firearms Act application examiners are among the ATF employees currently furloughed during this shutdown. This means that Americans are currently unable to acquire widely popular NFA regulated firearms and safety equipment such as short barreled rifles and silencers, because no one at ATF will approve their applications at this time. Indeed, the Department of Justice Fiscal Year 2026 contingency plan for operations does not list those officials as critical employees whose activities will continue during periods of government shutdown. Instead, the contingency plan outlies the following categories of activities that will continue to operate during a lapse in appropriations. Those funded by a source that has not lapsed such as permanent, indefinite appropriations and carryover of no year funds appropriated in a prior year. Two, for those which there is an express authority to continue during an appropriations lapse. Three, those for which authority to continue during an appropriations lapse arises by necessary implication. 4. Those related to the discharge of the President's constitutional duties and powers. 5. Those related to emergencies involving the safety of human life or the protection of property, i.e. where there is reasonable likelihood that the safety of human life or the protection of property would be compromised in some significant degree by delay in the performance of the function in question. Indeed, NFA application approvals are related to the discharge of the President's constitutional duties and powers. The President of the United States is charged with protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States, and this includes the Second Amendment. To be sure, the National Firearms Act unquestionably violates the Second Amendment. But, in enacting this statutory scheme, Congress tasked the executive branch with issuing application determinations. The President therefore has a constitutional imperative to ensure that Americans can exercise their Second Amendment rights even during periods of government shutdown. Otherwise, constitutionally enumerated rights rise and fall with congressional appropriations. Furthermore, ATF's current policy of furloughing NFA examiners may compromise human life and the protection of property. Just as it has now, ATF stopped processing NFA applications during the October 2013, January 2018, and the 2018-29 Winter Government shutdowns. During these periods of indefinite delay, ATF deprived Americans of access to regulated arms. The inability to acquire firearms necessarily infringes an American's ability to protect themselves, their loved ones, and their property. But, as Acting ATF Director, you have significant authority to propose or classify which ATF positions are designated as accepted during a lapse in appropriations, subject to DOJ's contingency plan, OMB and OPM guidance, and the legal constraints on what may lawfully continue during a shutdown. Please respond to us within the next 10 days with your plan to 1. Protect American Second Amendment rights to NFA regulated firearms during a period of government shutdown. 2. Issue a determination to designate NFA examiners as accepted during a government shutdown. And 3. Articulate what plan you have in place to prevent these indefinite Second Amendment related delays from reoccurring in the future. Klein had a big role in this, as well as all the groups that put their name out there, American Suppressor Association did a bunch of work on this. GOA and and staff and NRA and everybody behind the scenes was putting forth effort so good on the DOJ and The assisting director of ATF to fix the problem Now speed up the applications, I guess maybe play catch-up, but let me know what you guys and y'all think down below I still would like you to put pressure on all of your representatives. I still want you to stay in their forefront. They should know who you are. And we know that they watch this channel, the AG's office, their staff, the White House, the DOJ, we know that they watch this channel. So keep pressure on them because our concerns are being heard. And that's a pretty good thing to know that They're listening to us directly when before other DOJ's wouldn't have other administrations didn't care. You give up the good work. Also, again, we are into the end of the work week, but there are a number of different projects that all of you should be focusing on. Fuel prices have been dropping. Obviously, some people have noticed this, others not so much. Why? Well, here we are to our west. Gas prices are as low as $2.42 or 43 cents a gallon. To the east of us the same gas sold by the same companies from the same pumping station Today, I just went by the pricing looking at the pricing in the field three dollars and twenty nine cents three dollars and 40 or 50 cents a gallon Now that's an awful horrific disparity because needless to say it doesn't cost that much to ship with the tanker trucks from one location or one area of the state to the other when they're side by side. Now granted, one usually is provided from the Detroit area, the other one is from the Jackson and beyond. There's a couple of locations beyond Jackson, Michigan. But the areas that are being affected are locations that in the past their prices didn't typically drop. So there's something else economically going on there. Don't know what it is. We'll find out eventually. I understand that in some places down south and to the west, in the middle west, as in not Midwest here, but rather the plain states, gas prices have dropped to about $2 a gallon. If that is true, I'd like to hear about it. Again, I'm sure I could look it up with computer, you know, with a computer entries on any one service or another because they are typically listed. Heads up, while this is happening, the most important thing is whether or not pure gas has dropped in price and whether or not any of the higher grades of alcohol added gasoline have come down in price. Now it's interesting, the area where the prices were higher, the only thing that was lower was the regular gas price. while everything else actually went up, all premium grades of gasoline. Now, on the other hand, systematically with the price drops that we've seen in the Hillsdale County area, for instance, all of the different products dropped consistently. So, little heads up here. We're heading into winter. If you can purchase and with the prices dropping, premium grade gasoline is typically no more than a little under a dollar a gallon more than the lowest grade of regular. Every once in a while, you need to fill that vehicle up with a better grade of gasoline, also throw some enhancer in there or product for cleaning up your injectors or a carburetor, depending on what you've got. I would also recommend again, this is a chance to put a better grade of pure gas on the shelf right now. And again, there's a number of different shelf stabilizers that you can purchase, take your pick depending where you're in the area. We're seeing a larger number of Gibbs products here and also Lucas. In fact, I've seen a major upsurge in Lucas products. Lucas makes an excellent fuel stabilizer for storage. If you have it in your area, it's as good as anything else that you could purchase. I recommend that you do take the percentage of whole gas, no alcohol, and put it into the storage system, whatever you're doing with whatever fuel cans. And I would also recommend that you mark a very obviously the container. The whole gas is especially useful for any of your small engines, preferably running whole. It's still unleaded, by the way, obviously. But this is a priority for any of you out there who are going to be trying to maintain any small engines and equipment for as long as we can. If we can run a whole gas with those pieces of technology, they're going to last us longer in general. Another thing, again, is this going to continue? Will this trend continue? Well, Obviously, they've tried to put the system back up and online that was there before the great you must buy electric wave. And at some point, it's going to stabilize. It's not going to continue to drop. I doubt we're going to see 37 cents a gallon gasoline. Of course, it does cost a lot less at the wholesale end, less than you'd imagine, ridiculously cheap. But that's not any price you're going to see. Over the weekend, pay attention in your travels if you see a deep discount. You might want to check the locations here in Dolesdale. The whole gas was less than the cost of premium in the alcohol-based premium. Meaning, why would I buy that when I could buy that? If you can pick up the whole gasoline, that's your first best choice. Call or jump in, they're almost to the top. Go ahead. Is there gasoline stations in your state that have non-ethanol gasoline over? That's what I was just talking about. Whole gas, pure gasoline. Again, Meyers 50 acres, Meyers stores have gasoline stations, gas stations here. Most of them do if they're Meyers now. They actually carry whole gasoline without alcohol and I again off the tanks off the pumps right now It was slightly less for whole gasoline for oil pure gas as opposed to premium With alcohol so again, which would you buy well pay attention when you're at the pumps? Hey Dad. Because that whole gas is a better choice and what it'll do is help to clean up your system. It'll blow the system out with a better quality burn. Go ahead, Ed, jump in there. Most states have gas stations that have pure gas. When you're at a pump, you'll notice that at a gas, the bigger gas stations, you know, some of the pumps have red handles instead of the blue. Of course, you want to check and make sure that it says that it's pure gas. They have them down, I know they have them every state between Michigan and Texas because we did the trip a couple of times and we found them. In addition, for instance, where we are in Michigan, we are in the racing corridor for Michigan International Speedway. And every one of these stations locally here around that area around the racetrack have racing fuel and whole gas, pure gas. So again, you want to pay attention. The fastest way to find out where the best quality is is to do a survey of your racetrack. A lot of gas stations will have it for yard equipment or two cycle engines that can't run the ethanol. Exactly. As a matter of fact... If you just go into a gas station, you can ask them if they have any pure gas pumps, which usually they'll be designated by a red pump instead of a green pump. Green is diesel, obviously. And then your regular gas, your unleaded, your premium, and that'll be a blue or a black pump handle. Typically, it's a red pump handle that you're looking for and it will say this contains no ethanol, no lead, blah, blah, blah, all that stuff on it before you do it just like it warns you about the diesel, it warns you about the pure gas. Another thing real quick, somebody's just asking you what has happened with the diesel prices here. Actually, they have dropped slightly. What's fascinating is in the last couple of months, I won't say weeks, We had diesel past gasoline and it's gone back and forth. Normally, well in the past, we've seen diesel lower than conventional gasoline, but not in more recent months. And in fact, there was a jump of about 50 to 60 cents per gallon. So diesel, the good thing is, storage time is longer. The only thing you need to keep an eye out for with diesel is moisture, obviously with all fuels. But mold, and there are anti-mold agents that are available that you can actually purchase just like stable, just like any of the other fuel additives for stabilization, stable is one of the name brands. For diesel, the thing that you want to do is also add an additive if you're going to be doing large quantities for the very same reason, to protect it from degradation or breakdown. Stable and gasoline, it's tarring. With diesel, tarring wouldn't really be relevant. It doesn't really bother the fuel, but it doesn't happen. The biggest issue is mold. So let's just keep in mind that we want to make sure either way we're going to be either using it within a short cycle, so you don't care, or if you're going to be storing it, you definitely want to add a fuel stabilizer because it's an investment. Just like anything else we're doing right now, it's an investment. Another thing, we're not going to be frivolous with our fuel. Either A, we're going to be using it for transport or we're going to probably be using it for power one way or another. You need to say it's motive to begin with for power, but electrical generation is where everybody's going to be prioritizing a lot of what we have left in the way of fuel if something were to shift. So at this moment, we have a little bit of a positive situation problem you may not have any spare money to spend. Which we you know we've talked about many times another thing here Invest in oils watch resale shops. We had all we had a bunch of yard sales today it was Dollar a quart time a whole bunch of the different yard sales were you know somebody selling grandpa's house the garage had courts of 10w30 10w40 even got some five five what was it 5w30 synthetic and I got it for a dollar a quart. Well guys you can't buy any oil for a dollar a quart and even if it's open, it doesn't make any difference. Don't forget that. Oil does not go bad. And one way or another you'll use it. One way or another it's going to be put into service. Okay we're at the top. We're headed to the limit again. You guys are going to be busy. Pay attention to the cold weather here. It's the coming.
