So pay attention. At some point, it might be just better off shutting everything down, letting it idle for a while. That just messes with the enemy's head anyway. Give everything a rest. But as it is, we're up and online. late difficulty getting connected, which I think is rather fascinating, using the present technology with what they're doing, Planet Krapu, older tech, running just fine. Crown Blinds, running flawlessly, no problem whatsoever, although eventually they do hook up to all the rest of the system, so as the fiber optic and All of the other relay systems that are being used, the 800 meg, et cetera, even for conventional phone, it just tinsed out everywhere. And it's causing a lot of problems. So, ultra communications is the priority. Keep building. We're going to need it. It's obvious where we're going with the lack of quality on the part of the system. That's intentional, not accidental. Always remember that. And as it is, FMAM, rebroadcasting is another thing that everybody needs to have ready in their area. I think one of the other things that's really important, where we are here, we have now eight. We have eight separate freestanding copper wire phone operations communities that we have that are isolated completely from the system now. It's going to be fascinating as this develops. If they create the 1929 type economic crisis, they would be cutting off their nose to spite their face while we on the other hand already have people who are ready to expand other systems and we don't have to go through the bad guys to get anything done. We are suffering with them for the moment but eventually they are going to pass or just going to drop them. Especially if we get into a fighting situation because obviously we will do us no good. It turns out, or trying to, you know, we're there to kill you. Those fools, they're just going to keep doing the same garbage. It's just like they pick a new subject and they operate, they enact the same way. But that's not us. We've got the thinkers, they've got the stinkers. So again, communications, somebody's asking, hold on here. What we have are a series of the equivalent to like the old, not just Bell, but Michigan phone copper wire systems that we've set up in smaller communities. There's quite a few that are like this right now. Like I said, I think we're on number, I think we're at eight. I don't think we're at six or seven. I think we're at eight. Each one of these little phone grids covers anywhere from as little as 30 or 40 houses to as many as part of a township. Like down here in the bottom of Michigan, we've got one of the Lesser townships that it's allied. It's all ours. Most of it is anyway. Those that aren't, we don't talk to. Those that are are the people we want to talk to. So setting up a phone grid that actually is selective is a very easy process guys. Think about it. And the neat thing is, is a lot of the tech is just sitting there waiting to be picked up. It's already there. It's been in service. It's some of the best quality. for online communications technology that man has ever made, made here in America. So again, this is where people are used, they're treating it as a really, really interesting hobby. Except this hobby has positive end results. For local communications, it works. And that's what we're looking at. Step one, link up local. Step two, expand beyond your exchanges and continue to build. It would only probably take us a couple of years at most to re-phone, in the conventional sense, most of Michigan, and bring it up to the level that it was, say, of the 1950s or 60s without any problem whatsoever. As a sub-note on that, myself growing up, we actually started out with an eight-party line when we built the house on the north end of the county. We actually had an option for a 16-party line. Yes, you heard me right. 16, 16. One, six. 16-party line. We could have bought that. The cheaper still, ridiculous price. I mean we're talking ridiculously cheap. Now, was somebody on the phone constantly blocking you from using the phone? No. As a matter of fact, everybody was courteous. Everybody had a good understanding of someone's on the phone, just stay off for a bit, wait. And interestingly enough, we took the eight party, which was a little more expensive, but still ridiculously cheap in the area where we were. Now I'm talking about my mom and dad just because we were putting in the you know this building this house up from scratch and Eventually, we were to the point. We're getting ready to move in Needed a phone on site check to see what the phone company was doing in that neck of the woods and lo and behold since we weren't using that particular phone non-stop anyway a Eight party line was the best option So, don't tell me it can't be done, don't tell me it hasn't been done, it can be. We can very quickly learn from most of the people that are still around, and although they're getting thinner, people that used to work these systems. One of the things I got down the street was two buildings full of every kind of Bell Telephone technology you can imagine. And what I'm talking about is everything from handsets to rigger gear, but electronic components literally by the case, by the crate and case. Small copper wire connectors, those classic red dot, and they had also a yellow dot and a green dot. They were what looks like a lozenge for multi-wire hookup, but the red dot are for connecting two wires, one to the other. They're designed to last indefinitely and they do. They literally work forever. It's the only way to describe it. It's hard to kill them. But what's fascinating is again, this is all off the shelf. For us, we actually have a good portion. I've donated a percentage. Everything needed to do testing, everything to set the technology up, amplifiers. The only thing that we've had to purchase new are Edison batteries for powering up the system. And it's not a bad thing anyway. Committed to Edison batteries in the traditional pattern most of these locations have, so they're not going to go down. They don't have any goofy lithium, blah, blah, blah. And they don't need it anyway. We're talking low power DC and being able to talk to anybody you want to within reasonable distance with no outside third party interference or interception. So this is just something that it'd be kind of fun. If you do a farm, I'll give you an example. We've talked about this. If you do a farm or if you have any other kind of operation like that, consider that this is a neat way. You can wire up, hardwire up your entire operation so it's completely isolated. Nobody can intercept any communication or discussion, conversations, whatever. And that's something that is a double plus good thing everyone should be thinking of ahead of time. Now, a counterpart to this are field telephones. And I cannot emphasize enough that right now there's some really probably, oh they aren't the last, but the analog phone is where you wanna go. The newer ones are a digital system and it's, you know, Planet Krapu. They work, but it's just guaranteed you know that they were set up for other, you know, agendas. So, the older, especially the Euro analog conventional field phones, there's some fantastic buys out there still. We run into field phones constantly. This last weekend there was another yard sale, as I mentioned, and a pile of uniforms too, and I may still get those. A bunch of Flecktarn. The Russians captured American troops. They captured some U.S. Marines. They captured mercenaries, who by the way, They captured Israeli personnel, they captured Czech personnel, and they captured Polish personnel. They also captured a massive amount of American equipment, but They did just like what they did when they started this whole campaign with Ukraine. They went in very selectively. They only went so far. They didn't just dump everything on them. And what's really bad is the Americans got beat by what was a B-grade Russian unit. The American and Georgian forces. Now the Georgian Senate, the equivalent to the Senate in the House, stated uncategorically, they didn't authorize any action of any kind. And you might recall the press, maybe you'll remember what I said, if you ever saw the pictures of the President of Georgia on TV, he didn't realize he was being filmed. He's sucking on his own tie, he's so nervous, he takes his tie, he starts fiddling with it. Then he brings the tie up like a pacifier, he starts sucking on it. That was the President of Georgia. He was a total peon. It was the Russian Georgian peace accord. The Georgians attacked. Then they got their ass handed to them on two platters, just like what happened with the beginning of this garbage with the Ukraine. Did you realize if the Russians had exploited what they did getting into Kursk, this would have all been done three years ago, and a million Ukrainians would not have died. But instead they said, okay, we'll do like we did in Georgia. We're going to talk. And as soon as they backed off, that's when they, during the peace conference and discussion, is when the Jews told their minions to attack in the Ukraine and escalated everything yet again. In Georgia, they backed off. The internal politics of Georgia changed dramatically because the people who were the elected officials who actually were Georgians, not move-in Jews, the Georgians basically turned on what was going on and put the kibosh to it. That's why you don't hear anything about Georgia in the south of Russia, in Europe, Eastern Europe. So, again, because they don't want anybody to remember either. This is all crap they've done. And they've done it more than once. It's just this time around, it cost a million plus Christian men. And if you're the Jews, and if you're the international bankers, and you're trying to correct, as in execute, kill off a whole bunch of a particular population, that's what the war is for. Armor-piercing incendiary or armor-piercing incendiary tracer The idea behind that is that the armor piercing round goes through whatever ballistic protection, light ballistic protection might be off protecting the fuel tank. And the incendiary makes sure that whatever's in the fuel tank goes boom, boom, boom. Actually, it usually sounds like boom, boom, boom, boom. There we go. If you ever hit anything like that, you know, hit a fuel tank with something like that. That's what it sounds like when you're aiming for vehicles. If it's people, it just goes to plug. Oh wow, pretty messy. Yes sir, it is pretty messy. So 50 cal, that is a very reasonable package. And as far as the price goes, take your time, check, see if it makes sense for you. Guess what? This is a way to increase the potential for stopping what might be headed your way down the road when the time comes. It is a good trade and certainly a good investment. Pretty much everybody is keeping tabs. So I can't be everywhere. I already said this years ago. I know what the attitude is, so I can't stop that, but I would recommend, I would highly recommend that we take prisoners because they've got to talk to them and figure out where they stashed a bunch of other stuff and where the other bastards are hiding. I know that's difficult. There's a lot of people who already figured, they already know what they're going to do. So again, just a little point. We've had conversations on this to the wee hours of the morning. Now the storm is here, you know, they're trying to baffle everybody with confusion. There's no confusion. It's like you said, well, Charlie Kirk was killed this way. Charlie Kirk, really we know he was killed. Number one, he's dead. He can't come back. Even if he wasn't killed and they faked it, it wouldn't make any difference. He's dead. He's dead to the world as he knew it. But the same is true of all their other activities. They've run the gauntlet on this. Guys, there's only so much they can do and Everything is failing on their part, so they are going to make their move. We're talking open strategic warfare, and we know who to blame for that. When the Israelis attack us, and they will, whatever they're going to bomb, whatever they're going to do on American soil, they're going to try to kill us here because they feel that's the only way they can get us into a conflict. They're trying to prep everything up to make us believe that all the people who have been manipulating our government supposedly just threw their hands up in the air and left. You know, like the ADL pigs and the Jewish mob. They're not in charge. They're not doing it, my ass. No doubt in my mind, you know, who's who in the zoo and how they're trying to screw you. And these turds have been doing this for way too long. They're not walking away from this. That isn't happening. That's all part of the battle you with bullshit thing. So, square yourself away. I had a fascinating conversation real quick on that note with an old musician, a gentleman, who started a band up back in the late 60s, early 70s, and we were having an interesting conversation of how things came about, where it all went. And so like he said, maybe at hard times, Vietnam may not have been a great experience for a lot of people, but you know what, we got through that and off the other side, thinking about the same way with what we got to do here now. We're going to get through it, get rid of them, get off the other side and enjoy our lives. But even as I fight, I will enjoy my life. No matter where I am, I appreciate the idea I'm still breathing, well, for the time being anyway. But in all my life's experience, that's the first rule. Well, are we breathing? Right. Got water? Got food? That's a plus. Well, we're not crashed yet. And I don't see, like I said, we aren't getting out of this one now. So we really don't want to. We can't. We can't afford to let this slide. So whatever PEPI that Pew is going to do, we just got to be ready to step up to it. I can also point out that with the food issue, some interesting things going on. Number one, market. We don't know how much is leaving the country, but remember we haven't talked about this in a while. Guys, most of the grain that's collected is already sold before it even comes out of the field. We've been having a hard time finding out who's getting this crop right now, the stuff that's coming out. I've talked to a few people coming out of the fields, and I need one or two of them are actually the farmer themselves, you big owners. Some of these farms are pretty big in our neck of the woods. But kind of hemming and hawing about, well, who bought this crop? Who are you selling to? Because you already know. Which tells me that there's probably a major effort to strip the country of the grain like what the Jewish mob did with the Bolshevik Revolution. Starving out the Ukrainians meant they had to ship the food out. So I think we're in the same situation as before. We've seen this a few years back. Most of the food is already headed to China before it even leaves the field. Now we do have a phenomenal crop this year. The last coming in, other than some of the corn, is going to be the beans. And beans are coming in all at once. The beans are because of the dry weather we've had in the bottom of the state here. They're rolling over very quickly. So that's something that's on the horizon, as in like they're going to have to get out there and move quickly to get everything done because obviously at some point we're going to hit with the fall rains. And everything dropped, everything is dry, everything is ready to go right now. So we're going to probably see them running through the weekend and up till 2, 3 in the morning. You're already doing that here, pulling in the crops. But that doesn't mean they're going to us. The bean products, of course, they typically do go overseas. So again, just something to think about. Food is a weapon. Make sure that you pick up what you can. If you can get it for free or almost free, put it in a bucket. Pick up some five-gallon pails that have lids. Put a trash bag inside. Fill it up tight as you can and fill up every airspace with something that's food. Then seal up the bag, put the lid on the thing, hammer the lid down, mark what's inside as a food pod and build another one. Water is life and food is right there beside it when it comes to the ability of the ring knockers to manipulate us with food, starving people. That's in their plants. There's no doubt they've got everybody so stupefied. into La La Land right now that is very, very much understood. That's one of the directions they are going to go. Because people will be telling you, oh, but I didn't know. I got caught flat-footed. I thought we had more time. You had plenty of time to prepare. What do you mean you have more time? Why didn't you get prepared? Then you can get on to other things, relax a little bit afterwards. But focus on the task, get it done, get on down the road to other stuff. It's more a Saudi company than an American company Bank of America right now is probably I'm not sure what percentage it is of the Bank of America that they own but they own a pretty big percentage of the Bank of America It's amazing how much stuff like has been like shifted to the Saudis over the years Especially once you start going back and adding it up. I mean they spent a bunch of money through this public investment fund and it sounds innocent enough. Yeah, the public investment fund. It sounds like it's something that might be from America, but now the PFI is particularly a Saudi Arabian public investment fund. But they just call it the PIF. I said PFI. I just, let's see, let me. Not to mention the violence and intimidation against journalists or counter activists that may be present. And instead of tackling that issue, there's a stand-down order that's coming directly from the Portland Mayor and City Council. Let me show you guys what's going on. We got some stuff to get into. So let's roll the tape. Alright folks, so exactly like I said in the intro, take a look at this. at ICE's building. Take a listen. to watch people be attacked on the street and know that we don't have the authority to be able to really step in unless there's some nexus to federal law. That's frustrating for us. So the actual director of Portland ICE goes on the record now saying that folks have been assaulted here on the street and sometimes the police don't respond at all. It's frustrating. And think about that. You've got literal assaults, crimes that are happening in the open that in many cases are filmed. There's video evidence of the crime happening and the police officers do nothing. They don't even respond. They sit idly by with their hands in their pockets and don't intervene because they're told not to. And again, like I said in the intro, that's what we've been screaming for years. Democrat officials are allowing it to happen. They say, oh, we don't support riotous action. We don't support political violence or intimidation. We don't support any of the stuff that you're seeing. In fact, it's a right-wing conspiracy theory and Antifa doesn't even exist. No, we are good-hearted, nice liberals. That's what they say. But meanwhile, this is the reality. They're running cover for these violent groups. Their activists' fundraising organizations are funding it and then they run the cover. They're using their power not to curb political violence, but to tie police officers' hands behind their backs. so more of the violence and extremism can happen and flourish. And what's crazy is that as they're doing that, they're actively gaslighting us on social media like we covered last week, telling us, oh, well, all those videos of Antifa violence, those are old videos. It's not happening. Or take a look. At this one photo of the ice facility during the day when Antifa's not even there, see, everything's fine. Or they'll take a picture or a video of some random park in a safe part of town, post it online and say, see, there's no chaos happening in Portland. We saw the same thing in Chicago, right? Brandon Johnson biking three feet in the safest part of town, recording a video saying, see, nothing to see here, folks. Meanwhile, the south side of Chicago's a war zone. It's absolutely wild. And it's clearly political if you were a right winger engaging in this kind of violence on behalf of the Trump agenda. You'd be labeled a terrorist in five seconds flat. You'd be treated like al-Qaeda. Well, maybe that's not the greatest example, considering the left seems kinda quite aligned with al-Qaeda these days. Their latest larp pretending as if they're Islamic terrorists. As if that's woke. But you get the point. If you were right wing, if there was right wing violence or even a protest happening, we've seen them crack down on it. Or we've seen how they allow Antifa to counter protest, meaning Antifa comes in and starts committing violence and intimidation against any conservative that dare have their voice heard. It's so obvious what's happening. It's a purposeful, stand-down order to allow the chaos to continue. In fact, I have the perfect example. This just happened the other day. I'm sure you guys have seen it, but there's a lot of other context and other clips that many people haven't seen. We all know Katie Davis, of course, she's on the street almost every day, or rather every night, filming and reporting on Antifa and what they're doing. Well this just happened to her. It was assaulted with a flagpole by one of these Antifa ghouls. And now the left is claiming, oh it was an accident. But I don't buy that for a second. Clearly that Antifa ghoul was slowly waving the flag as if that's what she was doing, right? A peaceful protest of waving the flag in front of her face. But then at the last second you could see she smacked her in the face, obviously purposefully. She wouldn't have used that force if it was an accident. Not to mention, look at Katie's face. She's got a massive black eye now, and so that was a crime that was an Antifa assault literally captured on film on live stream and well What do you think happened later on in the stream Katie is seen following this individual who assaulted her she ends up flagging a Portland police officer and just look The cop did absolutely nothing he just let her go Saying no to slow at a price that's so low. Get fast, one gig internet, powered by fiber. Then she gets to walk to a little, uh, safe tent where the Green Hat and Tifa legal defenders are. They then start surrounding her. I mean, what the hell is that? Law enforcement is not supposed to turn a blind eye to journalists getting beaten by Antifa lunatics. Their job is to enforce the law, but in Democrat cities, again, there's a stand-down order. And then it gets even crazier, it's not just the police officer refusing to arrest her or even detain her and question her when she's been accused of a crime and it's literally on video. No later on as Katie continues to follow her, that same Antifa ghoul is then later seen walking into a known Antifa safe house, the one that we were covering from months ago. She assaulted me. She's assaulted you, do you have proof of that? Yeah, my black eye. Your black eye? You didn't just like... You don't have a black eye. I don't see it. Can't take all your boyfriend or something. When I first heard this story, I still had the same gut instinct that I did initially. I find this very hard to believe. I've been to that Gaza border. You cannot go 10 feet without running into a 19 year old with an AR-15 or an automatic machine gun that is an IDF soldier. The whole country is surveilled. And so let me just kind of go through this. We don't talk about Israeli politics very often, and most Americans don't know this. The last nine months Israel was on the brink of civil war. It's not an exaggeration. This judicial stuff, there were hundreds of thousands of Israelis taking to the streets because Bibi Netanyahu was basically redefining the Israeli constitution. That's not an exaggeration, right? He said the judicial branch has too much power. There were protests planned this week against Netanyahu, where they anticipated tens of thousands of people to take to the streets. That's all gone, Patrick. Netanyahu now has an emergency government and a mandate to lead. I'm not willing to go so far that saying that Netanyahu knew or there was intelligence here. But I think some questions need to be asked. Was there a stand-down order? There a stand-down order? Six hours? I don't believe it. Israel's the size of New Jersey. When I took a helicopter ride from Jerusalem to the Gaza border, it's 45 minutes. Six hours. They're live-streaming the killing of Jews. Was that somebody in the government say stand down that is a legitimate non? Conspiracy question the whole country is the IDF the whole country is and you're trying to tell me that they're going to concerts and kabutzes and schools and Buy reports six hours. Under the Gun Control Act of 1968, only those engaged in the business of dealing in firearms are required to obtain a federal firearms license and run background checks on sales. Private individuals who sell guns occasionally, say part of a collection or a hobby, have historically been exempt. But in 2024, in April to be exact, the ATF published a final rule redefining when a private seller becomes and engaged in the business dealer, effectively expanding the number of private sales that require background checks. Under the new rule, even a single sale or an offer to sell a gun might count in certain circumstances. A major shift from past practice. ATF doesn't make the law either. Now, critics argued that the rule was vague and overreaching and legally unsupported. Then enter the lawsuits. Among them was Butler versus Garland, later Butler v. Bondi, brought by private individuals and including the NRA. The plaintiffs argued that ATF exceeded its authority because Congress intended that only repeated regular transactions should count for the business definition. This new expansion of regulatory reach had many in the gun rights community on edge. On October 1, 2025, US District Judge Cory L. Mays issued a decision that permanently blocks key portions of the ATF's engaged in the business rule, at least as to the plaintiffs and all NRA members. Now let me break that down. Judge Mays found the following and why it matters as well. Number one, Single sale prohibitions exceeded statutory authority. Judge Mays agreed with the plaintiffs that ATF's interpretation was overreaching. The judge noted that Congress didn't intend for a single sale or an offer, just a single offer. You don't even have to make the sale, just to offer to sell a firearm. They didn't intend that to trigger the business requirement. The rules expansion to that level is inconsistent with the law. The judge emphasized that regular dealing requires repetition, more than just one firearm in an isolated transaction. Number two was the invalid expansion beyond congressional mandate. In his view, the ATF exceeded the authority granted under the Gun Control Act by sweeping in many previously exempt private sales. That overreach makes parts of the rule invalid here. Number three was broad relief for NRA members. The injunction applies not only to the named plaintiffs, Don Butler and David Glidewell, but also to NRA members, shielding them from enforcement of those challenge proportions. Now, what this means in practice for now? ATF cannot enforce those parts of the rule that criminalize isolated or single sales or deem those as engaging in the firearms business or engaging in the business of dealing firearms. Against NRA members, the two plaintiffs, until further resolution. In a related development, a judge in Alabama also moved to block parts of the ATF rule, siding with gun collectors and NRA interests as well. Key takeaways from the Alabama ruling. The court determined that parts of the engaged in the business rule exceeded agency authority, especially as applied to people who trade or sell firearms occasionally, such as collectors. This ruling is especially meaningful in states with strong gun culture and many collectors reinforcing legal pressure on ATF's regulatory approach. Now the dual rulings here, Mays in the federal court and the ruling in the Alabama court, help strengthen the argument that ATF's rule may not survive judicial scrutiny nationwide. These cases combine to create legal headwinds against ATF's broader enforcement efforts. It's helpful to compare this to the pistol brace fight, which offers somewhat similar themes of agency overreach and judicial pushback. In April of 2024, federal judge San Lince enjoined enforcement of the ATF's pistol brace rule as the NRA members, if you want to stay consistent with this, preventing ATF from applying the new rule to them pending full litigation. There were a couple of judges that had many levels of enjoining rulings here where basically every 2A group was covered, every member of the groups. Now Judge Linsey noted that ATF's redefinition of pistols with pistol stabilizing braces as short-barreled rifles was a reversal of longstanding policy and involved highly subjective tests. Importantly here, the Fifth Circuit had already found the brace rule violated the Administrative Procedure Act and failed the logical outgrowth test. Now these prior rulings create a legal precedent and some momentum, reinforcing arguments used now against the engaged in the business rule. So what does this all mean for you or I or whether you're a collector or a part-time seller or everyday gun owner? Well, current protections for now. If you are an NRA member affected by the rule, this decision blocks enforcement of key parts of ATS regulatory scheme against you. Occasional single firearm sales are less likely to be treated as business transactions, any so far as those blocked parts are concerned. Collectors may have additional cover under the Alabama judges ruling as well. Some caveats or limitations are the injunction is not nationwide. It's limited in scope to NRA members and the plaintiffs here that are named in the lawsuit. Other portions of the ATF rule may remain enforceable or could be applied to non-NRA individuals. I know many people like why do they even do that. That's kind of how court cases work. You want victory, you have to fight the court. And to have a nationwide one, it's generally the Supreme Court that does that. This is not the final outcome, so that needs to be understood. Further appeals are likely because Pam Bondi, for some reason, doesn't just drop these cases or make a single entry saying that, you know, we're not going to continue this lawsuit because this is an unconstitutional action by an unconstitutional group. But here we are. ATF or the US government could revise, appeal or attempt new rulemaking. Now what should you know for now? Number one, you need to stay informed. Monitor legal developments, especially appeals and higher court rulings. I will do that for you. All you gotta do is subscribe to Guns N' Gads just to stay in the know. If you're gonna make sales, my recommendation, you don't have to do this, this is just me. You know, I'm not an attorney. I didn't even stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. But I would document any activity. If you do sell guns and you're covered, if you're an NRA member like many people are, if you do sell some guns, just keep clear records just to cover your own backside, even if you're not required to legally. You never know. Now, consult. Legal counsel is something you should do. I recommend that if you're in a state or a district where ATF attempts enforcement, like behind the blue wall, you may want to just talk to an attorney. and also support all the good cases out there like NRA, staff, FPC, GOA, there are other organizations as well that often coordinate legal challenges. Backing them helps, guys and gals. I know everybody always says, I'm not giving another nickel to these people until we get every, until everything's repealed. It's just not how it works. Let's be realistic in our goals and expectations. And next, stay engaged politically, like pressure your representatives, your employees. If your employees suck, then replace them. And you need to tell them regularly. If you own a business, or you work at a business, regular intervals with your boss or regular evaluations of your employees is good business. So you should be doing the same with your representatives. Go visit them and give them... Hey everybody, my name is Chaz, this is my wife Autumn. And about 12 years ago, we got married. Autumn was dealing with a lot of... Your evaluation. We should also examine the other side's arguments and risks to stay in the know. That's how we learn what they're doing. The ATF and proponents might argue that expanded regulation is needed to close loopholes, and that's a good way for us to use their own stuff against them, guys and gals. In the appeals, the ATF could argue that the judge's interpretation is too narrow or that Congress's language permits broader agency discretion. But either way, Congress makes definitions. So that's something always to push back on if your legislator says that to you. So just keep that in mind. As always, with constitutional and regulatory battles, the legal landscape remains fluid. So I'll recap real quick. The ATF's engaged in a business rule that's sought to broaden what counts as a firearm dealer, potentially sweeping in many private sellers, like probably millions of people. What they wanted was everybody to go through an FFL, thus causing you to have it 4473, that they could scan and create their digital searchable database that GOA uncovered. They just wanted everything on their database. The judge here, Judge Mays' ruling, blocks enforcement of key parts of the rule against NRA members, finding the expansion was inconsistent with statute, and don't forget the Alabama court also blocked parts of the rule favoring collectors as well. And there's been similar pushback. This is very similar to the pistol brace rule and how it was structured. We have everything that we need. We got clean got clean water. We got food We're not short anything except brains and we have enough of that on our side but none on the others which is maybe a good thing. Let's hopefully stay that way for a while. Brainless is good. Now it does mean they can go frothing at the mouth crazy coming down the road at you but hey brainless is cool by me right now the way it is. I want them to take more government shots. I want to blow their own brains out whatever way they choose to. and do it with reckless abandon. So, anyway, the other dribble going on right now, as I said, it's interesting. Everybody is standing like, staring like deer in the headlights. not knowing what to say properly. In fact, what they're doing is they're trying to avoid talking about it all with this piracy by the French of the Russian oil tanker. Anybody see anything on this? This is an open piracy action. It's cut and dry. It is very cut and dry. Now, I didn't hear Trump a dump say anything about it, so I got to figure that the Israelis are the ones who are, you know, stirring the pot and pushing this, because if he's told not to by the Israelis, he ain't going to say anything. And it pretty well looks like that's the case. So, again, somebody, as was asked, is like, why isn't Putin saying something? Putin is a calculated individual, number one, a former KGB, which we should remember. He's not going to act emotionally. It's only one tanker, obviously, and they keep pressing this. These fighters are saving back their best. Now, when I say these fighters, I mean the Russians. They've developed a core of experienced individuals that have fighting experience that most of the people on our side don't have, which is an actual representation of the modern battlefield as it will exist. minus some of the other advanced tech that will show up as soon as everybody starts pulling the trigger. I've tried to explain this before in Putin and everybody, our side, their side, everybody's holding back the best goodies for the big brawl. But they are testing everything and anything they can find that's, you know, reasonable, you know, and can be used in the fight. That is economical, which is what you're seeing. Whoa. What you're seeing with the use of the less expensive technology is they're trying to see what its survivability is. Once they can determine that, which they have, they've already changed the battlefield with regard to low-end tech in terms of what everybody now calls the Dronatoids. And so the other side has had more people officially in the game. Then the unofficial slash the monkey pokers and backstabbers that we have over there that you're not supposed to know about. Because as we've guaranteed, there's a whole bunch of monkey pokers and backstabbers from America that are operatives. Again, mostly the Israelis really, but they've put the American moniker on it so we get blamed for it if something happens and they get caught. And so this is why every hour that you can, when you are willing to commit to train, You have to completely focus. There's no kidding around. We take the training very, very seriously in that respect. But remember, you've only got so much time and the learning curve is tight. So again, pay attention. This weekend for our friends listening at Camp Emerson, New Camp Stasa, Camp Wayland North, the Ogham Range, Nagahitcham, Fox, Wolf, and then Rustic One and soon to be, officially. Camp Betcher along with you know what I left out was Fort Benning which by the way has been very was busy this last weekend, but mostly with construction We don't really do as I have to say this we don't do as much training because we're too busy fortifying Reinforcing there's a lot of stuff that's being done out of sight you know under the earth That is put in place so that when the time comes we will immediately bet a much much higher level of defense capability when the bad guys kick off because you know they're going to do what they're going to do. The big thing here is again that we've had so many people do some really fine work. We have had some fun. Fort Benning duplicates to a degree, not perfectly. If you recall, Fort Benning we had Sand Hill. I spent time at Sand Hill. I don't know how many of you out there are listening to remember Fort Benning, but If you were there, Sand Hill was a unique place to put your arse during the Vietnam War and after. Well, it goes all the way back to World War II. What am I talking about? But what's interesting is it pretty much changed for decades and decades, and neither had the cockroaches that lived there, if you're familiar with it. But it was in Georgia, okay, Fort Benning, Georgia. I believe, I believe, but I still have, I have just have not had time. I believe it's gone. It's like a lot of the World War II facilities, they were going to maintain it. They kind of had the money for it, then they kind of backed off, and then you had, you know, more of the World War II, you know, sentimental activity going on. But it may not have survived, but we've got a pretty good replica going on right now. So if you wonder what it will look like with the militia unit, you'll get a chance to see that. You actually understand what we're kind of relating to. Interestingly enough, yes, we did put three of the buildings together. They're the traditional World War II type barracks. It looked pretty good. What we have are a lot of photographs. We were able to actually orient the buildings. We didn't cut down any trees, so we don't have the exact same old growth for the woods. If you recall, it was a pretty damp place. Trees have been growing up since before World War II there. You want to find a little bit of a hill of slope. We got that worked out right. It's a little bit of nostalgia while being workable. It's usable. It doesn't have the cork roaches. It doesn't have the Georgia cork roaches. You know the ones the size of two of your thumbs. If you didn't spend any time there, you don't appreciate that. But it was such a tough life. You ever been in Fort Benning in the summer? In the old post? I should say in the old barracks, not the old post. Yeah, those special times. And don't forget the 11 years when the bullet cockroaches come out. Yeah, we know about those too. But if any of you got any of those military vests, this is the trim thin-line plate, you know, ballistic panel. Guys, you can take a look at it. You'll see what I'm talking about. This will slide right into the front of those, upgrading your armor to, I mean, armadillo level. It's not bulletproof, but you're getting stinking close with a lot of ammunition. These plates are supposed to be able to stop 556 Green Tip and 308. You can read the write-up on them. There's also several examples of testing that was done by many different people. What they're saying is these plates actually have been tested quite extensively over and over again by people who wanted to show what they could or couldn't do. And so they are successful for what they are. They're a baseline unit. But when you add those to an existing system, you've upgraded dramatically your armor protection. I would put the plate on the outside towards the enemy and the soft armor towards you. Why? Well, the plate's going to do a lot of the work. If there's any perforation, that soft armor is going to absorb any of the other strike force energy focused behind the plate. Instead of it being just a rubber baby buggy bumper, we're talking threat level 2 or threat level 3 Kevlar that you're already wearing with the tactical vests like the Italian ones, there were also the Brits. If you bought those, you stole them with what they're costing now. But any of those, and even if you just want to buy plate carriers, one of the other things to consider is these plates are fantastic and they can very quickly upgrade defensive armor in the seats of any of your vehicles. Usually your front seats have a little slip for magazines and such. It's usually pretty deep. Well, it's perfect for sliding a piece of body armor in there. So that's another way to do a cheap fast solution to upgrade very, very, very quickly and onto other things. So over at one more time, ar500armor.com. and definitely a worthwhile investment. Since I'm talking about weapons, I did a check for Harbor Freight. I brought this up before about the TAC light that's similar to the Surefire pistol light. They're starting to show backup inslores. Let me check, spool availability. But also, I saw that it will be available to order online October 20th. So I've never ordered anything online and I don't know if they ship it to your house, but I don't know if it's free shipping to ship to the store, if you could do that. I'm not 100%, but it will be available to order online and have it sent to your house or to the store, I believe. These are the Braun. It's B-R-A-U-N brand. And it's a tactical flashlight is what it's called. And basically it's a pistol light that slides onto the rails of the front of pistol. It's got a strobe and momentary on or on. It's a pretty much almost one-to-one spec as the Surefire XLR, I believe it is one. I think it's the model number for the Surefire. There's videos on YouTube comparing it. It came out several months ago. It's $50 for this tag light. So it's at least $50 to $80 cheaper than the Surefire 1. Definitely a budget light. But if you need a light for your pistol or I guess even your rifle, it should work just fine. They've done tests where they did drop tests or throw in a bucket of water and stuff like that to compare it. So it's pretty similar to the pure fire light. And it seems to hold up. I've seen some of the testing done. And everybody that's been using them has done follow ups and said, hey, they seem to be holding up well enough. One of the things to remember if you're somebody's fun people going, well, I don't have fixtures for my weapons, or a certain weapon. Let me recommend something. The light is over at Harbor Freight. But if you go over to CBNMsports.com and also all these other companies, Delco team tactical, AR-15 discounts, etc., Montana, AR-15, they have, especially if you go through their deals and clearance section first, a wide variety of rail systems for different barrels, etc., that are cheap. Incredibly cheap. price-wise. And again, there's nothing to these fixtures. Now yes, you can buy more sophisticated. You can spend more money like anything else in the world. But if you look for $2, $3, $4, whatever you need to actually make that light applicable to your system is readily available. Again, shop through CDNN and get on CDNN's mailing list. Get on their email list. because there's a bunch of stuff that pops up constantly. They have odds and ends deals like all these companies do. And the price is right for a lot of them. And it's not every day, but they are cyclic. So you probably will see it again. I have run into those rails to attach to any number of different weapons and different barrel configurations. First little is $0.99 an item. If you need add-on or step barrels or step fixtures, they've got those too. Go ahead, jump in there. Nope, I thought it. Did we lose the caller? Okay, well, not a problem. Another thing too is Harbor Freight does have a couple of other items. They're machetes, nothing to write home about, but they're serviceable enough and cheap, and they do have deals on those that are part of the coupon deal. They have always carried since they first made it, but they've changed it a little bit over the years. You've got the, what was the Rambo knife? It's actually a good little beater utility knife. It's not little, it's actually pretty big and pretty hefty. For that reason, because it's girthy, it actually can be used for a lot of utility work. And it's something to take a look at. Every once in a while, they put a deal price on those too. And that's all over at Harbor Freight. I will also remind you that, remember guys, a tool that can work for a little while, even though it doesn't work really well, but if it works and you can leave it stationed somewhere, it's enough to get that job done once that you needed to do and then get on to other things. I do toolboxes all over the place. I mean everywhere. And the reason is time saving. It's the idea that I don't have to go all the way across to Barn or to another part of one of the buildings or another floor. Wherever I am, there's a basic utility toolbox here. And as I've improved collecting things, each of the tool kits is that much more expansive slash extensive. So guess what? Everything I need is right there. I don't really have to make a second step someplace. Time saving. That's really what it's all about. So just take that into consideration. There's a lot of little tools that pop in over there at Harbor Freight. And every once in a while, make some really monster deals. And between that, estate sales, and all the other fun stuff we've talked about, you should be pretty well squared away. And again, at least you can deal with the problem. One of the things that they do have is the universal Leatherman copy tools. Now we don't see them like we used to. There used to be quite a variety of those. But there's still quite a few variants that are out there that are available. Tractor supply also has some things that pop in there on occasion. But there's China Sport Red, which is tractor supply. Then there's China Sport Blue, which is Harbor Freight. Always remember that. Take a look. You'll see what I'm talking about. You understand. We've talked about this forever on the air. But again, it serves its purpose. You have that tool in hand. The other thing taken into consideration is everybody, if everybody can operate what little you have, things get done that much faster. Many hands make for light work. So having the spare tool base in place is especially critical to being able to get everybody in on the task. You can hand out tools. I have hammers for that reason. I didn't break my tools. Oh, don't worry. I've got tools. Go ahead, College, I'm putting that. What do you got? What's the best product? China Sport Red or Blue? Ah, they both have their goodies. That's the thing. I have gotten a massive amount of outdated, stale tools. from tractor supply. Everybody goes, what? Well, they must be stale because every quarter they mark stuff down by half and then sometimes even a few dollars an item. You ever notice this? Now, this varies from area to area, store to store. But I'll tell you what, I've gotten a lot of brand new still in the wrapper, still zip tied together sets of tools for $1.19 and $1.29 and $2. items that were $15 two months earlier but because they didn't all sell out and because of their policy of cycling out material. Guys, if you pay attention you can make your money back in a lot of material that way. You can sell off the difference to somebody else if you want. Personally, it's like welding kits. I have six welding sets. Where'd they come from? Half of the tools came from Harbor Freight. levels, magnets, chipping hammers, they were almost free. I mean, you were literally a giveaway. So if you pay attention, now again, this is cyclic and it depends on who turns out to be the supervisor, supervisor, whatever. And it varies from area to area of the country. So you do need to check it out, see if it makes sense for you, and then take advantage of what might be laying around. We got it there go ahead real quick. There is a third company down here, which carries a little bit It's just like Harbor Freight or tractor supply Northern tool equipment. It's trying to sport yellow. Yeah, serious good. Their color is yellow Well, it makes it stuff yeah, so again And this is one of those things that everybody might have something here a little different. We have a couple other places that have popped up like you said like that. That everything inside is identical to the other stores you'd go to, but they've got a different name on it. And it's a franchise, it's a chain, part of a chain. So either way, when they mark stuff down, those tools, they get stale, they get old. Which I hope they keep thinking that way. They won't forever, eventually things won't run out. You can end up with some pretty decent material for very minimal cost and be very satisfied walking out the door. For a few dollars, you get tens and tens of dollars worth of tools. So another solution, we're not just whining about the problem. Oh, it's so bad. I don't know, it's not that bad. We got some problems. This is not that bad. We're at the top for all of you out there. If you're listening from any of the facilities, please be careful. Pay attention to Buddy System.
