But the fact of the matter is that you should have at least some idea as you as you get older You're gonna have to face this particular problem anyway because you know as you get older you lose family members in Florida for instance It is mandatory that an autopsy be done There isn't a question of whether or not there's going to be an autopsy done on a death of a family member You don't get to pick that it's just gonna happen Okay So, you get a chance to see these, but we've also been in investigative research as patriots for a very, very, very, very, very, very long time. And I have seen, and when I sat down and thought about it over the weekend, I think I've probably seen well over my share of about 480 to maybe close to 500 autopsy reports. Because of the battle the Patriot Movement has been in because of the scurrilous acts and murders by the federal government the FBI and or ATF and or others and or the Mossad of Americans on American soil. This is something we have covered for decades, okay? And because of it, although they've made it harder to get an autopsy report today, they really have people. That's the other part. If you don't know about it, you need to understand. These creatures still can't walk everything. And so, yes, the database is out there. I think I heard a click. Do we have a voice? Go ahead. Yeah, Mark, it's time to let you know. So during the speech of Trump at the fake Charlie Kirk funeral, he mentioned that Charlie Kirk was a master builder. Did you catch that? I didn't get I did I actually would happen is they claimed it was going to be a certain time and unfortunately I had a truck outside that had to be offloaded so I go ahead please whatever was said you said that Charlie Kirk is a master builder and he paused and then he said he has helped build many help to build many people now a master builder in Freemasonry is a very specific level that you attain in your quest for 32nd or 33rd level. And Trump said this during his speech. We saw the work of Kirk double leaning over his mannequin body. You can see her hand. It had a Masonic compass and the letter G on a ring on her hand. Okay, this is Kabuki theater. This is just my opinion, okay? They stepped to him and said, look, here's a whole bunch of money. We're going to fake your death. We're going to get the right and the left to fight each other in the street. And then we're going to pull the rug on the economy, blame the collapse of the dollar on infighting between the right and the left. That way we don't have to be blamed. Just my opinion. But I don't think he's that. When he comes out there and says that, when, did you hear the other one? This guy, Cash Patel, says, I'll see you in Valhalla. And then the kid that arrested Tyler Robinson had shot of an overhead view of a resort in New Zealand called Valhalla with the secret service used for people in witness protection. Come on. You know. One of the things, one of the, well, one of the things I have a problem with today I'm just gonna pick through something that came through from the coroner. Now, I've seen no report of an autopsy. I've seen no map out. Usually at the very least you can show a quick shot of maybe the cover page of the document and go, yeah, there's an autopsy out here. I am the... I have not seen the classic, and again, it's nothing that's gory. It's nothing that's obscene. It's a simple report that shows you where the bullet came in and where the bullet went out. Anybody see that? Another thing real quick is, if he was shot, they claim now that a bullet was recovered. Okay, more on that in a minute. Well, show me a picture of the bullet. You know, the biggest problem, as I've told you guys a million times when you create lies, or you fabricate things is that you're counting on the idea that most of the population or the unwashed heathen who don't do any research and will drink whatever dog vomit they throw out in front of them. That's the attitude of your enemy. That's how they look at it, especially the Jewish mob. They look at you as just absolute doormats. So as far as organizing this thing and getting it done, guys, they own the propaganda arm. They own the social media just like they used to own the controlled regular format media that the spooks and kooks have run forever. And they're still running. There's no problem, no money. In fact, I'm going to go so far as to say this. They said, oh, there's 50,000 new chapters of Charlie Kirk. No, there's not. Remember that 100 million, 150 million that they said that Charlie Kirk turned down and got killed for because he turned down BB and he turned down the money. That's one of the many reasons he's dead. Or at least he had to be taken off the screen. Okay, he's dead or alive, but either way what they did to him, he can't come back. He's 6'5". They could cut some inches off of his lower leg and then maybe do some really goofy plastic surgery. I have to shorten him first because he does kind of stand up. I wondered how tall he was and how he really looked. But he's 6'5", okay? Now, there's not that many people. Go look at the statistics. There aren't that many people that are 6'5". Even if you change somebody's the color of their hair if their heads kind of unique they do kind of stand out So you'd have to do a lot of extra Carving and chopping to make him look unique enough that nobody would recognize him and the biggest problem you got with coming out in the open is so let's say after the fact is Now everybody who never knew about you has got pictures of you which creates a big problem with just running around in general circles anymore. You know, just something to think about there. Hold on, now another thing going back to this whole thing with the information base. The information base was corrupted from the moment this happened and that was not accidental. I repeated this over and over again. I'll say it again. Remember, the basis for all of these types of government-run operations, Mossad operations, is to create a confusion in the database immediately. It's one of the first flares that tells you that this is an operation. Doesn't mean there's lots of confusion with other people dying. There certainly is. But in this case, now this was classic top to bottom and it was engineered top to bottom. One way or another, all these implications are designed, all the different inferences are designed to bring people into tow. That's the other part about this. Right after the before and right after the Charlie Kirk event, they had before, two days before, they had 25 social influencers that were brought to a specific meeting. Some were not on location, but most were. In fact, there were, I think, 25 that were on location. There were others off that did contact through a Zoom. And they were all talking with their Israeli handlers who were, well, what can we do about the problem he got with Israel having such a bad reputation? How about backing off on not being a wild, wicked, beastly animal that wants to drink people's blood and eat their children? That would be an idea. Oh, but nobody said that at that meeting. So instead they were trying to see how can we play the rubes? That's what they were asking. Listen, we're trying all this stuff we normally do, it doesn't seem to work, the people aren't conditioned to, I gotta suck the Jewish butt. So how can we, you guys, they ain't connected. We're kind of separate. We hate you all. How can you tell us, how can we lie to you, goyim, so you'll believe us? That's what that meeting was. And you know what? After they killed him, they had another one, just like the other one. Now I'll guarantee the other, the next one had more of like say a portfolio that they laid down in front of each one of them and said, didn't we give you like half a million dollars? See how this works and you can watch and pick out every one of them and there's several guys This is what's interesting There's a couple I spot check simply because they actually have some pretty good guests the people that are from around the planet and You know what bunch of them can't look at the screen and you guys go what? Yeah, it's a it's a it's a live program with a video feed and they're wearing a hat and they got their head down and they don't want to look up at the camera because they're kind of pissed because all the other stuff that they do know about behind the scenes is pissing them off and they don't know what to do and they're going into catatonic brain fart because well like they know what the problem is. If you believe the actual party line that they've come up with that Mr. Kirk was assassinated you got a whole lot of people you better watch your back on. If you don't believe it But you know what really is going on, then you know you better watch your back because it's not a safe situation. Wow, it didn't change. But you're pissed because you know who it is and you know what they're doing because you've been in the circle of the people who everybody's talking about. Hmm. That creates a special situation. And you could pick, guys, I challenge you. Here's the problem with doing blogs, blogs, or an online program like that. You have an archive. Go look at the episodes, because usually the title matches them. Oh, this is outrageous. Oh, the Israelis didn't do anything. Israel, not at fault. No, not the Israelis. Now, watch that episode without the sound on. What? Watch it without the sound on. And then I want you to shut that episode off. I want you to go back three or four episodes, to any other episode randomly that doesn't have to do with this subject. And look at the body language of the person on the screen. You know, the beautiful thing, we have this tool called the Internet, especially with this massive archive. And we don't use it as an effective tool when we could. Because we have a database. You can use it like a Geiger counter or a litmus test. There's all kinds of ways you can use it, engage it, gauge things. But in this case, oh no, everybody behind the scenes, they walked up to them and told them exactly where their bagel is cream-cheased. They told them where the matzah was going to get some hummus on it. They like the hummus with the matzah makes the matzah palatable. I'm telling you, they had matzah. I have. Oi! Oi! Lots is a kind of pie and they just don't have any flavor like odd board hummus makes a difference. I'm telling ya So this whole thing top to bottom the number one what I did want to do caller is I want to do this I'm gonna go through One track we're at the bottom of the hour here by the way. And this is something, I've seen this all before, we're running Pell Mel into this right now. Make no mistake about it. Your enemy is in motion. They're going to come out to try and assassinate. There was a period in the early 70s where the government and the Mossad did the same thing all over the country, people. We've talked about this, Sam talked about this for probably quite a few years, but it's a part of history where the enemy came out to terrorize the population and what they don't talk about is the different confrontations that took place like the standoffs we had in the 80s and the standoffs that progressively led to Ruby Ridge and then eventually led to Waco. Way before those we had standoffs, but we won and we did win quite a few of them. Some we didn't hear about until too late. We are at the cusp of the next cycle with regard to a real kickoff. They're trying to figure out how they can come out and assassinate slash murder individuals across America. They already know, they already have a plan. Okay, let me qualify that one step farther. They already have a plan. But they have to figure out when to kick it off. Well, the money has gone too far. The big, big, super big bullshit bill was purely designed to put more advanced paid money in the pockets of the OI boys and people who hate you and your country. That's all Trump was doing. He wasn't doing anything for you or me. He was doing it for your enemies. Just like for four years they've been paying forward so that Israel could continue to steal more property, kill more people and all the daddy warbucks, vampire types that eat children's flesh, you know the Israelis, could pad their pockets and shorkel about the American people when they fall. So we are in the middle of now what is the first part of the tattoo towards conflict. The idea is we're not going to lose. We have nowhere to go. We have no option but to win. And we're not going to buy into the pressure from above, pressure from below crap. We understand where both pressure points are and who's applying them. Food is a weapon. We are beginning to end the harvest. We're not there yet. One of the things about the Jewish bankers is they use starvation as a weapon. Now many people are stupid. If you aren't putting food on the shelf, there's something wrong with your head. Because as long as you can think and your belly isn't telling you what to do, you will make proper, intelligent decisions. But if you're stupid enough to think that somehow you're going to get a handout from the government or being taken care of, Well, you will own nothing and you will be happy. Well, happy means that enjoy that government gruel. Probably won't even be that, but you never know. It could be just chunks of people chopped up with the other moldy, gray bee vegetables that they didn't send to China because they get the grade A stuff. I brought you some of the government food. It's that rice and soy protein stuff that the food pantries were having contests to see if anybody could come up with a recipe that would make it edible. Yeah, it's a great seafood product or great beef food product, but we grabbed all of it. Why? It's food. You know what? People always wonder, well, you know, what about people if they show up and they need help? Well, they're gonna get maybe a can of sardines, though I think sardines will be a premium by the time we're done because any canned meat like that will be a fortune. But, you know, can of sardines and a handful oatmeal. Oh, by the way, I might give you one of those packs, Tark, talked about that the government would normally hand out. Why? Hey, I'm being humane. You know, you figure out what to do with it. I'll bet you you'll eat it. In fact, like I said, in the earliest phases, people will allow their children to continue to be stupid and turn up their noses to what's put before them on the plate. That's not going to last but a very, very short period of time and people are going to start getting their heads smacked. Because everybody's going to realize what the word starvation is all about. No, this country has not been hungry for a long time. There isn't any real hunger in this country. No, just because you didn't get a bag of Doritos at $5.99 a bag doesn't mean you're deprived today. Oh, they stop being the chilgrinko, the bed, they lean hung. If they do, it's because of mismanagement and the part of the adults that are responsible for them. And the reason that they're not being responsible is because the public fool system produced the product that's created the problem. And it's our fault because we let it go this far, which you shot the rest a long time ago and got rid of the problem. When I was younger, I didn't eat well. My mom made it. I had to go bed hungry. Exactly. Well, and again, now it's a matter of, well, I don't like to taste it. If I don't get it, I'm not going to eat it all. Well, then you won't eat it all. A couple days of that is going to be real quickly. It's going to be discovered within about a day because, well, for most people, they won't know how to regulate what they do have. This is the one problem. But I'd rather have people have food on the shelf and not have a clue how to manage it, but have a lot of food on the shelf. Because at least if they're eating for however long they can eat, they're not going to be a burden to everybody else. If we change this, if we, this is why any disaster they plan is totally corrupted by the tactical deployment on a massive level of all of the basics that are needed to keep you alive and also to keep you free. The keeping you alive part is food, fresh water, and air. Those three are the basics right there. And air first, because without air, you're dead in a few minutes. You know, without water, you're dead in three days or four. Without food, ah, three or four weeks. Your body will start eating your own muscles before it lets you die right away, and it will shut down some organs just to keep you going, even though you won't be able to think and your brain will be in cross-eyed mode, etc., etc. So, again, air, like, well, the only thing I can say is get a gas mask, get a gas mask. Water, well, know how to purify water, and it better be more than just boiling. You better start researching. This is all knowledge that everybody's offered. It's on the shelf. Only an idiot, an incompetent, or a fool would not have this in place. It's that simple because you can go to all these different teach, you know tutorial sites like YouTube You can go to bit shoot you can go even to rumble you can go because they do have a database not as deep as maybe YouTube's and Others where you have although many of the sites that we're talking about like that had been purged because of wokeness Which doesn't make any sense, but then again if you try to manipulate the population You don't want them to know about how to take care of themselves So that's why the stuff with information was taken off taken down Okay, the big thing here again is that beyond that food, well, you're gonna find out real quick that we aren't gonna be able to go hunt something every day. Oh, if that's the case, I need to have a bunch of people sign off and give me their stuff in advance because I don't want to fight over anything. If we got all these people going to be ejected tomorrow, try to get them to sign off and give you all their stuff today. Can you do that? Now, if they're still here, demand to take their stuff anyway because it'll probably be tomorrow or the next day they get taken. Maybe God was too busy and he couldn't pick them all up today. Know what I mean? But if they really believe this, tell them, sign off and give me your land. Sign off and give me your car. Sign off and give me your clothes in the house because it's going to be cold this winter. Can I have that? Can I have your food? Since you're going to be ejected out of here, you know, I've argued we should put up a place called the Lease of the Field and it's kind of like a retirement home for those who feel they're going to be ejected out of here. Now, the other reason for doing the sack cloth is since you're going to be ejected out of here, we don't want anything heavy or in the way or cumbersome that we might have to pick up. We want something simple. If there's a sack cloth bag with armholes and a head hole in it, then all I got to do is pick one up and stuff the others that are laying around in it. So it's kind of like an ease maintenance thing for after the ejections see Christians are gone. So let me touch on another subject that I heard only a little bit ago here. Did you know that Charlie Kirk had bones of Superman? Did you know that? How many of you heard this? I asked before and I'm going to ask again, have any of you seen a report step by step? Or in a general discussion about the actual autopsy of Charlie Kirk. Has anyone seen this? Nope. Anybody? No so far. Anybody? Go ahead. Peripheral, third party or second party exactly talking about what you said. That's the only thing I've seen. Somebody said that somebody heard about somebody seeing. Yeah. Someone did that. Oh, no, no, we were kidding about the bones. We found the bullet. We found the entry exit wound blah blah, but again I haven't seen anything official on a piece of paper anywhere over. Okay, how would you be kidding about something like that? Number one, I have a problem there. The interesting thing is that they actually were yapping about the fact that, you know, well, the Charlie Kirk's buns were so strong that they stopped the bullet, and they have the bullet, and my problem with this is, have any of you seen a map out of the bullet entrance? An exit wound from Charlie Kirk, because we are told that only one bullet did him in. Which I don't have a problem with. So let me ask you, since he's not riddled with bullets like Kahn, you know, like you're the one godfather son, remember, when he went to the toll booth? He's not riddled with bullets like that, so he's a piece of Swiss cheese. There's only one bullet. So tell me all about how that bullet traveled through Mr. Kirk's body. Why is it... Yeah, why is it that needs to remain a rather twisted sister mystery? National security, of course, Mark. It does not. Okay, now here's my problem with this. Okay, let's go by. Now, and again, everybody has gone through this ad nauseam. But let me point something out here, because number one, Mr. Kirk was literally a pop-up target at a live military range. How many of you listening are former military? How many of you remember when we went from conventional silhouette way way back? This is way back during the Vietnam War guys. We went from conventional silhouette to pop up. Remember that that sound? You know when the target was up. You can tell even if you couldn't see it right away because you had to find it on the range. When you heard the you knew that it was up. What was the sound? Well, they had this pop-up silhouette. And by the way, if you've trained under Uncle Mark, you've seen many of these silhouettes because I collected every last one of them that the government was throwing out. And I do have virtually hundreds of them at different locations, hundreds between the different locations. Most of them do look like Swiss cheese because that's where they throw them out. Now, the thing is, Charlie Kirk, the way he was sitting, is a perfect example, literally, of a pop-up silhouette target. The way he was sitting from the little below the waist up is the target area. He's got his legs, he's in a sitting position, and the shooter literally was in the... if we go by the official story, because that's what everybody demands. Yo, you're crazy. Oh, it's called conspiracy theory. Okay, we're gonna take your story and walk through it. You've got a person in front of the pop-up target. Now, the bullet doesn't make corners, it doesn't do whirly gigs in flight. It is from the muzzle of the weapon, however the weapon is oriented, to the point of impact, if there is any that's specific. Otherwise, the bullet just goes down range, scuds into something, and randomly ends there. So, first of all, the qualifying B-U-S story is that the shooter is right in front of Mr. Kirk. This means that there is only a lateral option for most of the possibility of impact, but still, Mr. Kirk offers the perfect example of a standard silhouette target. Don't think so? Go look up what Uncle Mark's talking about. You can reference these. There's images I'm sure in Google somewhere, okay? So with that being the case then there is only one direction that the bullet could travel from by their story Where would that be people? Where would the bullet have to enter? Mr. Kirk the front you know like any target? Yeah It kind of had to come in from one direction I'm still gonna say the video that was posted by Oh, come on, I'm gonna go here. Johnny Quest, the guy in the camouflage shirt with the sunglasses with that weird movement with his hand the moment Charlie Kirk got shot. I don't believe the kid's bullet, if he actually fired the rifle into Charlie Kirk, would have stopped in his neck. But if that was a subsonic round that are from an assassin's weapon that that guy is holding and he's on the side that Charlie Kirk got shot by, It would it would have stopped in his neck. Yeah. No, I was getting there my That's the whole point of this now But I want to I'm gonna go by the official story number one. Did it okay? Well number one now We're on number four and five number three going towards four Did anybody see the image of the case that they showed was recovered? And this is an image of the base of the bullet. Did anybody see that? There's all these pictures flying around. Do I have confidence that they were provided by the government? No, a lot of them I don't. I will tell you that right now. But the fact of the matter is that, again, what they showed looked to be a probably Turkish surplus, 30-06. Guys, head stamps tell you everything about production year and they give you a lot of information. I mean, not just the head stamp, but also how the primer is configured. If you know how to read a cartridge, you can date, time, place it quite easily. But they showed us an image. Now, wasn't it that they were doing this to plant a seed? Misrepresent, I don't know. But here's the other thing that's important, point three, is the fact that supposedly this was a standard full-powered 30-06 rifle. There's nothing exotic or unusual about the ammunition. The ammunition is full, high-powered, standard, old or mid-military grade surplus or new manufactured. Who knows? Doesn't look new manufactured to me, but who knows? If that's the case, it's a high-powered, high-velocity round, period. And as Ed pointed out, any other performance by the bullet does not match the specifications and information that they provided. Now, .30-06 is one of the most extensively, variably loaded rounds on the planet. People have done more with that bullet from low-end game getting, seriously, game getting rounds all the way up to bullets heavy enough to knock down an elk, a moose, and a bear, if you're going after bear. The projectiles are as varied as can be imagined, but The implication and the demonstration that they've given us is that the round that was used was a standard round. Now, Mr. Kirk did not move at the last minute like Mr. Trump did up in Butler because we're going to go by official story. Don't correct me on anything else. Guys, use their official story to hang their ass. Mr. Kirk wasn't moving around at all. There's nothing that makes for a variant in what should be the nauseous repetition that we have seen over and over again with how high-powered cartridges work. They go in, they perforate the tissue, they bust bone, they go through the bone, out the backside of whatever they hit, and they usually have a pretty impressive exit area, and then they go on and if they get a chance, they're going to find somebody else to burrow into. or they impact with something and stay where they're put if it's dense and heavy enough but only after it's penetrated a lot. Okay? I see nothing. And again, we know all of the other recording devices, including God knows how many people were left and right, that the images that they actually were generating are missing. They disappeared. They're not offered. So nothing about it, especially then the comment coming up that, well his bones stopped the bullet. That's how they found the bullet. They found the bullet in him. That's one of the stories that was kicking around with Mr. Kirk. Okay? Well guys, it's not only unlikely, it's almost impossible for that to have happened. period. If they're claiming that story, if that story is going to become part of the official storyline, they're absolute liars. I had to sit down last night and I kind of mentally calculated how many 30-06 rounds I have fired. I learned, in fact my very first rifle after my shotgun in 22 was a 30-06 1903 National Match Springfield which I used for deer hunting most of my life. I have fired though because I was also a, I was being tutored by a 70 year old National Match shooter who was in the President's 100 and I learned to shoot long range rifle. With the .30-06 utilizing the, again as I've told you many times, several of what are some of the most hated cartridges that people don't want to reload combined with what the gentleman taught me to use for match shooting, because there were no match bullets decades ago that were affordable, to use AP rounds. So we were reaching targets between 700, 750, and 1,000 yards. But I've also shot pretty much everything you can imagine with an OTT-6. And with nauseous repetition, it takes a whole lot of everything to slow that bullet down. Fortunately, when you're on a range, you're only busting paper and there's a big impact area beyond, so all the bullets' energy is wasted somewhere in flight or if it impacts a dirtback, a dirtback and you're done. But otherwise it's a high-part rifle cartridge people and nothing they showed here makes any sense. Go ahead jump in there. I learned the 3006 was a boss caribou boss caliber I shot from about 50 yards away a 24 inch oak tree and it went in one side and the 30 caliber hole and it came out the other side as a 30 caliber hole and I said I'd better be careful with this rifle. It was out of a grand, too. Over. Exactly. In other words, as Ed pointed out again, it's like, well, wait a minute. The ballistics, the performance of the round, per the lie that's generated, doesn't make any sense. Or at least the latest propaganda confusion created by the ring knockers while they're busy, you know, figuring that the longer they wait, the more people will be confused or will be inundated to the point where they choose not to hear anything because everybody's been talking about it for so long. And of course, they count on that, but they can stretch things out and eventually it gets lost in the taillights because, you know, the farther we travel down the linear timeline, the more likely they can baffle you with more bullshit. In fact, if they're watching... Oh, it's a tracing thing with these reports here, Dad, that are out, that are claiming that the bullet was found in the neck. There's no mention of what caliber the bullet in his neck was. Exactly. Well, what? That's what I said. I want to see a picture of the bullet. Let's see the magic bullet. I want to see the magic bullet. I want to. I mean, come on. The bullet isn't going to be gory. It's not going to be horrific. Well, it's bad juju because the bullet killed Captain Kirk. Now, and you don't want to know why they don't want to show you the bullet. Why do they not want to show you the bullet, people? If it was the caliber they're claiming, according to what is be- what the coroner has said, not what's in the coroner report, but this is a coroner found the bullet just beneath the skin. Just beneath the skin. Where? Where? Again, like I said. Okay, well, I believe that the guy in the camouflage shirt who does that little jerk maneuver with his hand had a little assassin's pistol and shot him with a tranny. Well, somebody... First of all, my problem is, again, show me on Mr. Kirk's body where the OTS-6 round impacts. Hey, Mark. Now, if they claim... Hold on. If they claim the neck... And I told you before okay, it does have the typical poppy blossom it does it has a poppy blossom But guys if it hit him where that is Nothing would stop that bullet. There's that bullet would be nowhere. No Not even saying it hit the bone. It's just beneath the skin which is in the, well, okay, then the projectile has no energy behind it. Well, actually, it would get, it's very simple. It's either ALI or B, again, why they're not showing anybody the projectile. They'll be scrambling on this and then they will. If they show you the bullet, why they don't want to show any of you the bullet? is because immediately you all know that there are millions, not thousands, millions of people who reload and or are bullet and ammunition aficionados. The other problem you've got is that there's an entire industry who may shut up because they know where their bagels buttered to, you know what I mean? They have government contracts so they'll just shut up. They won't lie. They just won't say, ah, son of a bitch, they're lying their ass off. Because if you show me the bullet and then try to claim particular performance Very quickly everybody is going to explain to anybody who doesn't understand What's wrong with the bullshit they're trying to serve? This is the problem with painting themselves into this picture Into this image that they keep they've tried to create naked lie upon lie upon another lie with another lie add the other lie to that one and And the problem is that now you're to the point where everything and anything that you demonstrate has a myriad, a legion of overlapping technical individuals across the country who can actually testify one way or another to the validity or the deception involved. And that's why they're not doing, that's why they're buying time. As long as they can wait to do this, they will. There's nothing that's going to hurt anybody's feelings by showing Charlie Kirk's autopsy. What's it going to hurt? Who's going to be afraid? Why would we be concerned about that? Nobody should be. Not even the family. It's not going to show a picture of him. It's going to show what happened to him. Well, we can't show that. It's upsetting. It's upsetting to who? It makes no sense. And besides, if the wife is being genuine, well, then she'd want to know the truth of something else is going on, right? Yeah, I've got an attitude about things. Yeah, right. See the problem here? So again, I've not seen anything that demonstrates any truth to any statements made. I don't have any confidence in what they're claiming. It is obvious that they are lying across the board. Now, they'd like to see me dead for saying that, OK, but bottom line, or at least do what they can to hurt us in some way. But the fact is, it's very simple. This is cut and dry. This case is Incredibly simple to deal with, but they can't because any element that they demonstrate, they will be caught one way or another. They can't afford that. Caller, go ahead. I never do, but I kind of remember the quote and when I saw this Charlie Kirk thing, which I didn't follow it. I don't follow the news because it's not worth my time. When I heard about this Charlie Kirk thing, the first thing that came to mind was this quote of something to do with, like, if millions of people die, that's just, that's not important, basically. But if one person dies, then it's a catastrophe. If millions of people die, it's a statistic. But if one person dies, it's a catastrophe. And it seems like that's, I don't remember who said it. That's my first point. But anyway, and that's what I thought of right away. So I think this is building up more and more because they're doing something else that they don't want anybody to know about or they're trying to divide the country more than it already is. And you know, what do I want to say? Make it so that there is a polarization and it's all over this guy. So there's the Trump thing because maybe he's losing more ground or something and then there's the anti-Trump people or something. And to try to kind of like make this a little bit more stressful, I guess you could say, a little bit more tension, they're trying to put these two camps more and more against each other. The second thing is I... I'm sorry, go ahead. Go ahead. No, no, go ahead. Go ahead. I figured it on. Go ahead. The other thing is that I was looking at Renz.com and there was an article on there and one of the things that they said, I didn't read the whole article, I just read it, that there was apparently something called an ice bullet. Have you ever heard of that where they shoot people with ice bullets? So they just can't find it, something? Right, right. It doesn't need to be that sophisticated for what they're doing here. If they own everybody on the lot, they don't have to be that specialized. I understand, yes, that technology has been around for a while. I mean, it's something that's always, it's a curiosity, but they don't need it for what they've done here. That's the only thing about this. It's like, They can do whatever they want. The whole stinking fabrication is tweaked and engineered as they go. They figured nobody has the power or is willing to step up and actually challenge it. The group that are the only people who are actually challenging the official line because they know what was going on behind the scenes have themselves been personally attacked like Candice Owens. And the moment they started attacking her, it should tell you that, yep, she's dead on the money. But if you watch, there are the last four days of Charlie Kirk's existence. And it really goes back farther than that because he even talked about the Israeli influence, the Jewish influence on America. and the attack on American white people by the Jewish population with the ADL and many others as point men to attack white America to create the very conflict that Phyllis is talking about. And it's interesting, you don't do that. I will say this again. I didn't follow Charlie Kirk either because he's doing his thing. Every once in a while his periscope will pop up if you watch enough things. And he was doing interesting work on the campus, which is entertaining to watch because he was agitating the brainless. He was going on to the territory that the kosher mafia already controls and he was talking, you know, doing things that, well, they needed it because they wanted to try and take back territory, so to speak. The fake left and the fake right are fighting on that battlefield and, you know, they were doing the old kangaroo box back and forth. The Mormons have actually now consolidated power into a critical area that the Jews normally have monopoly on. Does everybody understand the conflict going on here? When they took charge, they took charge of communications as they always do, well like we see here in America with Jewish Hollywood, Jewish television, Jewish theater, Jewish publication. Well, from the intelligence collection end, while all of these people cooperate, the Catholic Church is more than happy to cooperate with the Jews to kill Americans. They've done it. Or people overseas. If it promotes the agenda that the Church sees as a cooperative track. With the Mormons, they've cooperated with whoever else has been in power in DC under the Praetorian Guard concept of the lodge. Because, hell yes, there's lodge people that are out there in Utah, but wait a minute, hell yes, there's a whole shitload of lodge people in Washington. And the elements, these different factions, are in an internal dagger war. Now will they cooperate with each other? Absolutely. If there is a fusion point or a nexus where these people can work together and kill one of your two or you offer maybe kill a bunch of us off because it benefits acquiring more power for the police state, oh absolutely they will. They work hand in glove at different times and even as they do as I've tried to explain for years, At the moment that it looks like there is a contrary situation, they may just as quickly be at each other's throats. It's part of that many tiers, the different tiers of power that I've explained for as long as I've been on the air. Let me give another example of this. Russia was completely cooperating with the UN for the occupation of the United States as far as the globalist agenda. In 1993, bear bombers were parked in California as part of a cooperative treaty agreement. Air Force Magazine covered it. They locked down the house but they'd already secured the Senate. The Senate was fixed because remember they were supposed to be in back. In 1990. Right. His immediate response was, a republic, ma'am, if you can keep it. Yet most Americans today have been persuaded that our nation's governmental system is a democracy and not a republic. The difference between these two is essential in understanding Americanism and the American system. Before we discuss political systems, however, it's helpful to address the confusion that has been spread about the political spectrum. Many have been led to believe that the political spectrum places groups such as Communists on the far left, Fascists or Dictators on the far right, and Political Moderates or Centrists in the middle. However, a more accurate political spectrum will show government having zero power on the far right to having 100% power on the far left. At the extreme right, there is no government. The extreme left features total government under such labels as communism, socialism, Nazism, fascism, princes, potentates, dictators, kings, any form of total government. Those who claim that Nazis and fascists are right-wing never define their terms. This amounts to spreading confusion. Toward the middle of the political spectrum can be found the type of government limited to its proper role of protecting the rights of the people. That's where the Constitution of the United States is. Those who advocate such a form of government are really constitutional moderates. So let's analyze the basic forms of government. They are monarchy or dictatorship, rule by one, oligarchy, rule by a few, democracy, rule by a majority, Republic rule by law, and anarchy, which is rule by no one. In discussing these five, we'll see that they can be narrowed down to even fewer. Looking first at monarchy or dictatorship, this form of government doesn't really exist in the practical sense. It's always a group that puts one of its members up front. A king has his council of nobles or earls, and every dictator has his bureaucrats or commissars, the men behind the scenes. This isn't ruled by one even though one person may be the visible leader. It's ruled by a group. So let's eliminate monarchy dictatorship because it never truly exists. Oligarchy, which is ruled by a group, is the most common form of government in all history. And it is the most common form of government today. Most of the nations of the world are ruled by a powerful few. And therefore oligarchy remains. At the other end we find anarchy, which means without government. Some people have looked over history and found that many of its worst crimes were committed by governments. So they decided that having no government might be a good idea. But this is a mistake, because as the ancient Greeks stated, without law there can be no freedom. Our founding fathers agreed and held that some amount of government is a necessary force in any civilized, orderly society. In a state of anarchy, however, everyone has to guard life, liberty and property and the lives of family members. Everyone must be armed and movement is severely restricted because one's property has to be protected at all times. Civilized people have always hired someone to do the guarding. A sheriff, a police force or some branch of government. Once law enforcement was in place, the people were freer. They could leave their property, work in the fields and so on. In short, the proper amount of government makes everyone freer. There are some who advocate anarchy, however, not because they want no government, but because they don't like what they have. They use anarchy as a tool for revolutionary change. The condition of anarchy is very much like a vacuum where something rushes in to fill it. These calculating anarchists work to break down the existing government with rioting, killing, looting, and terrorism. Tragically, the people living in such chaos often go to those best able to put an end to it and beg them to take over and restore order. And who was best able to put an end to the chaos? The very people who started it. The anarchists who created the problem then created government run by them in oligarchy where they have total power. This is exactly what happened in Russia that led to Lenin taking total power and in Germany where Hitler's brown shirts created the chaos that brought him to power. But anarchy isn't a stable form of government. It's a quick transition from something that exists to something desired by the power-hungry. It's a temporary condition and because it isn't permanent, we eliminate it as well. The word democracy comes from two Greek words, dimos meaning people and kradian meaning to rule. Democracy therefore means the rule of the people, majority rule. This of course sounds good, but suppose the majority decides to take away one's home or business or children. Obviously there has to be a limit. The flaw in democracy is that the majority isn't restrained. If more than half the people can be persuaded to want something in a democracy, they rule. What about Republic? Well, that comes from the Latin. Res meaning thing and publica meaning public. It means the public thing, the law. A true republic is one where the government is limited by law, leaving the people alone. America's founders had a clean slate to write on. They could have set up an oligarchy. In fact, there were some who wanted George Washington to be their king. But the founding fathers knew history, and they chose to give us the rule of law in a republic, not the rule of a majority in a democracy. Why? Let's demonstrate the difference in the setting of the old west. Consider a lynch mob in a democracy. 35 horseback riders chase one lone gunman. They catch him. And they vote 35 to 1 to hang him. Democracy has triumphed and there's one less gunman to contend with. Now consider the same scenario in a republic. The 35 horseback riders catch the gunman and vote 35 to 1 to hang him. But the sheriff arrives and he says, you can't kill him. He's got his right to a fair trial. So they take the gunman back to town. A jury of his peers is selected, and they hear the evidence and the defense, and they decide if he shall hang. Does the jury even decide by majority rule? No, it has to be unanimous, or he goes free. The rights of the government aren't subject to majority rule, but to the law. This is the essence of a republic. Many Americans would be surprised to learn that the word democracy does not appear in the Declaration of Independence or the U.S. Constitution. Nor does it appear in any of the constitutions of the 50 states. The founders did everything they could to keep us from having a democracy. James Madison, rightly known as the father of the Constitution, wrote in essay number 10 of the Federalist Papers, Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention, have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property, and have in general been in short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths. Alexander Hamilton agreed and he stated, we are a republican government, real liberty is never found in despotism or in the extremes of democracy. Samuel Adams, a signer of the Declaration of Independence stated, democracy never lasts long, it soon wastes, exhausts and murders itself. The founders had good reason to look upon democracy with contempt because they knew that the democracies in the early Greek city states produced some of the wildest excesses of government imaginable. In every case, they ended up with mob rule, then anarchy, and finally tyranny under an oligarchy. During that period in Greece, there was a man named Solon, who urged creation of a fixed body of law not subject to majority whims. But where the Greeks never adopted Solon's wise counsel, the Romans did. Based on what they knew of Solon's laws, they created the twelve tables of the Roman law and in effect built a republic that limited government power and left the people alone. Since government was limited, the people were free to produce, with the understanding that they could keep the fruits of their labor. In time, Rome became wealthy and the envy of the world. In the midst of plenty, however, the Roman people forgot what freedom entailed. They forgot that the essence of freedom is the proper limitation of government. When government power grows, people's freedom recedes. Once the Romans dropped their guard, Power-seeking politicians began to exceed the powers granted them in the Roman constitution. Some learned that they could elect politicians who would use government power to take property from some and give it to others. Agriculture subsidies were introduced, followed by housing and welfare programs. Inevitably, taxes rose and controls over the private sector were imposed. Soon, a number of Rome's producers could no longer make ends meet, and they went on the dole. Productivity declined, shortages developed, and mobs began roaming the streets demanding bread and circuses from the government. Many were induced to trade freedom for security. Eventually the whole system came crashing down. They went from a republic to a democracy and ended up with an oligarchy under a progression of the Caesars. Thus democracy itself is not a stable form of government. Instead, it is the gradual transition from limited government to the unlimited rule of an oligarchy. Knowing this, we as Americans are ultimately left with only two choices. We can keep our Republic, as Franklin put it, or we will inevitably end up with an oligarchy, a tyranny of the elite. For Victory. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to this date. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper, so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and mission. You trade it in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm, so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm. And keep our country deep. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Both sons of the Republic arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and eat God given right. They tried to draw attention, they weren't properly dressed to stay out the night. People were looking for them but didn't know exactly where they were. When they did find them, we had a bunch of hypothermia casualties. It doesn't take very long. Prior to proper planning prevents piss poor performance. Take cold weather gear with you. They've tried every angle to come down to surrendering our sovereignty to the small hat wearers because they need to be our overlords and we're supposed to be their slave slash property. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dillon, the Department of Justice's top civil rights official under President Trump, will be in a courtroom today to argue against Illinois' gun ban in the Harold V. Raul case. This Illinois assault weapon ban case is, the whole case is, the ban is on the line. And Assistant AG Dillon says that the ban tramples the Second Amendment. Today, Illinois' sweeping ban on so-called assault weapons is being challenged in court, not just by gun rights groups, but now the Department of Justice under Assistant General, Army Dylan, has stepped in to argue against the ban. Now that's historic, it's unprecedented. And let me walk you through the case, the arguments, the stakes, and what this could mean for those of us who believe in the Constitution, not restrictions. Pritzker that bans common semi-automatic firearms and standard capacity magazines. And these are not rare or specialized military-only weapons. They are guns that millions of Americans own and use for lawful purposes, to include, but not limited to, home defense, sports shooting, hunting, etc. This isn't a fringe issue. Now, gun right groups here led by ISRA, the Illinois State Rifle Association, among others, have long argued that this ban is unconstitutional under precedents like District of Columbia versus Heller and New York State Rifle and Pistol Association versus Bruin. Those Supreme Court cases made it crystal clear that the government cannot ban commonly owned arms simply because some define them as assault weapons. Now for years, Illinois Democrats have passed gun laws punishing law abiding citizens while failing to hold criminals accountable. Regional confusion and legal challenges have ensued. Now here's where it gets game-changing. For perhaps the first time ever, the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, under Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dillon, has intervened directly in a Second Amendment case at the appellate level. This is at the U.S. Court of Appeals. Not just filing an amicus brief, they did that in June, but Dillon here has been granted time to personally argue in the Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. Her amicus brief already declared that Illinois' ban on commonly owned firearms is unconstitutional. Now, she's not just supporting from the sidelines with an amicus brief, she's stepping into the courtroom to advocate for the rights of law abiding citizens. This is huge, this has never happened before. Dylan has even made strong public statements. She said, quote, the Second Amendment is not a second class right. See you in court, Illinois. End quote. That's not just rhetoric, that's a warning. The DOJ is signaling, at least here under Dillon, that federal constitutional rights matter and are worth enforcing against overreaching state bans. Now let's dig into the legal foundation here. Under the Heller decision in 2008, the Supreme Court said that the Second Amendment protects an individual's right to possess a firearm, unconnected with service in a militia, and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense in the home. Now bans on commonly used arms were disallowed. Then in Bruin in 2022, the Supreme Court reinforced that laws regulating firearms must be consistent with the historical tradition of firearm regulation in America. If a law bans arms that are commonly used and doesn't have strong historical precedent, it likely fails under Bruin. Now, Illinois' ban is being challenged under these exact principles. The DOJ's position here is the ban is an affront to both Heller and Bruin. It criminalizes law-abiding citizens' access to arms that the Supreme Court has said are protected. Of standard capacity magazines, semi-automatic rifles, stuff that many, many people own, many need for defense or sport, etc., cannot be justly banned. Also, there's precedent in terms of how courts have struck down laws targeting commonly owned firearms without significant historical analogues. That will be a crucial piece of the argument here. Now why should you care beyond Illinois? Because this case could set a precedent. And there are many states that have assault weapon bans and magazine bans. If the Seventh Circuit here strikes the ban down, that other states with similar bans or proposals, think California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, all of them, I know this more, they all could be next. Now gun control proponents often look at what other states do and think, well if Illinois can ban AR style rifles then so can we. This case could stop that chain reaction immediately. It also shows what federal engagement could look like when the executive branch agrees that constitutional rights are not optional. Until now, DOJ often sat out or even defended infringements. Hey, it's Adam with Vanish. Alright, so what you just seen right there is me using our laser strike... But this DOJ is stepping in for gun owners on this case, and that's huge. It gives hopes that constitutional rights might get more consistent defense in federal courts. By DOJ, that could be huge. Now, there's also the deterrent effect here. State legislatures, considering bans, might think twice if they believe that the courts will overturn them or if the Department of Justice will argue against them. And now, that includes not just state courts and plaintiffs, but the federal government itself. It makes the risks higher for overreaching lawmakers. Now what are the possible rulings in this case? I know you're saying, you know, what's going to happen? Well, number one, the Seventh Circuit could strike down the ban in full, and that would be the best outcome for us. It would mean that Illinois cannot enforce the ban, and similar bans elsewhere are on shaky ground. Number two is a partial strike or narrowing here in the case, and the court might uphold some parts of the ban and strike down others. Maybe standard-capacity magazine bans are struck down or definitions changed. Now, definitions are at the federal level, so we'll see how that holds. Number three is they could uphold the ban. It's less likely, given precedence, but it's possible depending on how sympathetic the panel is and how they interpret historical tradition under Bruin. Remember what just happened in New York I told you about yesterday. It's crazy how some of these courts think that they're advocates for what their feelings are. They're just supposed to be impartial. Now, if the decision is favorable, it could go back to act as a model for other circuits, that whole split circuit thing. If unfavorable, it could be appealed to the Supreme Court. It probably will be appealed to the Supreme Court. But every case builds precedent here. Also, watch the arguments the Department of Justice puts forward live. I mean, how they respond to counter arguments about public safety and precedent, or whether assault weapons are categorically more dangerous, which is the state of Illinois' argument here, and whether exemptions or regulatory regimes might survive constitutional scrutiny. Now, some will say these are weapons of war and states can ban them to reduce mass shootings. And to that, I say if they are commonly owned and they are legally used, banning them violates the plaintext of the Constitution. Also, criminals aren't going to follow any bans. Law-abiding citizens are the ones being punished. Empirical evidence on whether assault weapons bans meaningfully reduce crime is mixed at best. often undercut by enforcement exceptions, etc. Now, others will bring up public safety or militia arguments. And the history is complicated there, but the Supreme Court in Heller rejected the idea that only militia-issued firearms are protected. It's said that individuals have rights. Any law that broadly bans arms simply because they are semi-automatic or have a standard magazine just because someone claims they're dangerous without strong historical precedent is on weak constitutional ground. So what do we do? Well first you need to stay informed because most people probably didn't know that this was happening today which is why I'm doing a video about it. So subscribe to the channel to stay in the know. I'll keep you in the know. Cases like Harrell versus Raul matter for every gun owner not just those in Illinois which is why this is huge. Second, get involved. Support the groups that are fighting for you. If it's a state case, fight... Support your state groups. Support the national groups. Support all the organizations litigating these cases. Support litigation funds. Skip a pizza this month and send that $20 to $25 to your favorite group. Voice your opinion to your state legislators. Constitutional rights guys and gals are non-negotiable and they need to hear that constantly. And third, spread the word. Use social media and tell people, you know, this isn't about politics, this is about what the Constitution says. Use this case to push back hard against gun control as an idea. Before I sign off, this Department of Justice involvement under Harmeet Dillon is unprecedented, like I said, and it's huge. And it's a resounding message that the Second Amendment is not a second class right. I can't wait to hear what she says today. But we the people designed it so that our rights cannot be trampled simply by legislative majorities. This could mark the beginning of a shift back towards constitutional fidelity. A budget of senators and congressmen signed onto this thing for the bicentennial, kind of like they used the auto-penned. When it was exposed to the public before the 4th of July for 1975, All of these senators started to do a backpedal and backtrack because they were caught. And what were they caught at? Well, they signed off on treason. And afterwards, with the exception of, I think, two individuals, although their names are still on the document, They claimed that they had withdrawn their support for the idea and that they didn't know, and of course they probably didn't know because everyone just saw, oh bicentennial, sign it off, sign off on it, after all a lot of frivolous stuff was done that was not really critical, it was symbolic. And so in a big stack of paperwork, the aides who all work for people with aides, you know, the Israelis, and you're just as easy as they are, bedridden half the time, mostly because they're raping little children. That's why they're bedridden. That's kind of disgusting. But anyway, these characters, what they did is they just shoveled a piece of paper in the middle of all the others. The congressman or senator signed them, and then they realized that they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar all the way up to their armpit. So they've tried every devious way you can think of. And tugging at everybody's heartstrings is one option with regard to the Charlie Kirk scenario that they've created out of whatever troubles they had. Just trying to figure out how to work down these strange waters they created. It's not a surprise. We've seen this kind of stuff before. But it is interesting that This time around they didn't waste any time working into this and we just overseas for those you haven't seen it there's this kind of post there's a poster with the Star of David and It's yapping about America the 50 states of course under Israel So the Jewish mob overseas though you have you're not allowed to see any of it your congressman were over there We don't know how many senators were over there. We also don't know how many governors were over there because let's remember that DeSantis is an absolute prostitute slash whore for Israel. So I would not be surprised if DeSantis was over there up until now was not an announced event or an announced meeting. at least not inside the US. They have a lot of familiar last names. Well, like I said, after all, for them, they're not really being bribed except for getting the junket Cadillac on to Las Vegas. Only you're the people that own Las Vegas. So it's not really exciting to go there. But the rest is history. What business do these legislators of these states have going over to Israel especially when like you think California would be concerned with what's going on in California?
