I've told you before that this is something that has an anchored mandatory mandatory, we don't hear that very often, mandatory punishment. Now whether or not these dirty prostitutes or horrors that are in the Trump administration are actually going to do anything, I ain't holding my breath. I really don't know. But, in theory, what they've got here is, remember, when you come into any secure post, any position that requires an operational security clearance, you are given a briefing. It's usually by an intelligence analyst. I was one of those people that used to do that. It's horrible. It takes hours sometimes, depending upon what level of security classification you have. If you just have a regular secret clearance, that's kind of common nowadays. There used to be confidential secret, top secret, and then there's all the stellar top secret chromium, Nova, blah blah blah, God, you would be surprised. But anyway, this guy, obviously at the top tier, every time that you come into a post, It is mandatory. It doesn't make any difference if you're the guy in charge or the peon pushing the paperwork for the guy in charge. If that job requires a TS clearance, top secret clearance will go there because that's actually a pretty middle of the road rating. I mean, it's high, but it's not really high. It's just where you should be in the general common world, which is I had a TS-SBI. And what's fascinating is you sit down with a guy and you have all these forms. And guys, you don't just throw the form at the guy and go, hey, here, look, do this quick. Check this, check off what you want, and sign it at the bottom and go on, leave. Uh-uh, you don't do that. That's not how it works. Let me explain to you how it works. Mr. Bolden, thank you for coming, sir. If you could please sit down. We're going to go through the security forms. And we're going to actually also re-inspect your security clearance. Do you understand what I'm doing, sir? And he gives you a yes, and I need to hear you say yes, sir. Thank you. And then we proceed to go through what is a very tedious process of he reads it and I read it, and we sign off and I put my initials next to that paragraph. And then he reads it and I read it and we put the initials of both next to the second paragraph. And then we go right down this hole, sink along, but we have to read it. At the end of the forum, he signs off, I sign off, and the executive, the chief officer of the G2 shop typically is also the third party along with what may also be a command staff person. It depends on the era because they changed this. very likely, very small degree, a couple of different times. And even then, he doesn't just drop into the job just because you ask those questions and they sign the form and you agree that you understand that it could be up to five years in prison for mishandling of documents, a fine of up to a million dollars. Each incident is a five year prison sentence or a 10 year prison sentence and up to a half million dollar fine depending on which part of the security agreement the bitch slash all of these whores violated. If you and I did this, let me help you to understand something. This is like this Bolton crap right now. This is what I see. I'm the records custodian. That's what the term is called. Whichever of you has designated the records custodian for the G2 or the S2 shop, your name is on everything, okay? But that doesn't mean you can take it anywhere. So instead I'm like, well, I'm feeling kind of lazy. I'm gonna run down to the unsecure photocopy machine and I'm gonna make copies of everything and have them back up while at home because I just feel like it. I might want to sell it to somebody down the road. I'm gonna need it for my memoirs. Okay, now he has no authority to do that. None of them. I don't care what they try to claim. They have no authority, authority to do that. So one is enough to get your ass in jail. Let me give you an example about paranoia because you know this ties into the burn bag thing and I tried to explain to you the burn bag what guys when they said what cash Patel said that Well, they're hiding these documents and burn bags Now, I'll be reinforcing about everything has to have a birth certificate and a death certificate and even an autopsy, so to speak, a big file of what happened to the document. I'm not talking about the document itself. I'm talking about if you have a name and it's got a classified rating, we'll again go top secrets on the top of the page, on the bottom of the page, what's it say? Top secret. Top secret. That thing has a birth certificate, has a life's record to show who fondled it, who handled it, who had sex with it, you know, etc. In other words, who used it. And then it has a death certificate too. Now, once that record is that document, instrument, whatever it is, is pulled, it has to be destroyed. And it has to have a death certificate which in and of itself has a path of record. And one of the things when you hear about this burn bag thing, here's the thing. The burn bag does have stuff in it. Well, it's not just a bag and you don't just throw stuff in it. It actually has the laundry list on the outside. It won't say and tell you, you know, what, you know, won't be a copy of everything that's in the bag. It has to be an accurate listing of each of the secure documents, instruments that is being destroyed. And if it isn't a burn bag, you have to have witnesses, not a person. Witnesses cooperate in the destruction of the burn bags. And as I told you before, one of the things about security, everything, making everything secure, guys, incoming processing file work right now, which part of it's being done in Ann Arbor, Michigan, over on North, off North Campus of the University of Michigan, There's several locations, well one, but it's got more than one building now, I think, I think that's three. In which, you know what they're doing? All they're doing is entering classified documents. And they're two years behind, always. There are so many stinking things that they want to hide from you. And they find that if they put a security rating on it, they can hide it from the general population and lie their ass off about everything. But here's the problem with that. The outbound pile is as large, if not larger. Okay? Now, if Bolton's got a document, it should have been on a list because if he's got it, and he hasn't been in office for how long? That document is somehow missing or somebody lied about what happened to that document. Does everybody understand this? Let me give you an idea how paranoid these, when I would have to do a burn for secure documents, you have to have a CI person there typically as your best choice because that person is usually available, counterintelligence, NCO, okay? and the counterintelligence MCO and the either the executive officer or the officer who is in charge of the G2 or the S2 shop or your secure facility, whatever it is. They have to be there just to watch the bag burn the bags or papers or boxes you call it a burn bag But it can be a box if you're bringing a file out which is like mobilization orders or procurement and purchase orders that are pre-cut that Every couple of years you destroy the new ones come in and you have to classify them all of your operational you know standing orders in the event of war or whatever a nuclear attack and All that stuff has to be destroyed too. So here, let me give you an example of what happened. This tells you sometimes about the pinheads that you get that are, you know, the number two men in charge. So we've got the documents. We take them out to the burn basket. What? Yeah, we have a burn basket. The burn basket is inside a cut burn barrel. You take the bag and you put the instruments, all of the stuff in the bag, in the barrel. You can apply an accelerant, which you should. Typically, you can use kerosene or you can use diesel. You don't want to use gasoline. It's so embarrassing when things go boom. And diesel is interesting enough. But the idea is you can use an accelerant, which you should. You do this out of way, obviously, from all structures. You have a stick. What? You have a stick. Two sticks actually. They're official sticks. They're actually, there's one they make that's, I don't know what the material is, but it's not flammable, but it's not metal. And these devices are designed so with some of the little paddle on them, almost like a little ore. And what you do is you light up your burn bag and then you have to watch it burn. Well, have you ever tried to burn a stack of papers? Does that go well for you? Now you usually ruffle them up a little bit, but you can't take them out of the burn bag. Okay, so here's what happens. We're all three standing there. The fire is started. So you can't stop the fire. The fire is started. It's in the basket, in the burn barrel, in the burn station, and the first burn bag is in there. Okay, and so look, the captain, who was the executive officer of the shop, All of a sudden he gets a burr up his ass halfway through this stuff burning and he just wants to go take off and do something and come back. And it's like, well, you can't really leave. He goes, well, I can do what I want. So then he comes back. Now this is how pinhead some people are. He goes, and we're to the thing, stuff is burned well, the paper's actually, it doesn't burn. And you're stirring it inside the basket so that it can't go anywhere. I'll tell you that, explain that in a minute. And he comes back, the fool comes back and goes, you're, you're, you, you kept burning this. And we both looked at it and we were like, yes, fire does that. Once you light the fire, the fire continues, no matter how hard, unless you want us to put it out, which does sound kind of stupid, well, I wasn't here. That's because you left and you shouldn't have you had no reason to leave We are busy doing our job You're supposed to be here doing the job with us. This is how stupid some of these people are It's like but you but you burned it. I said yes, and we're going to stir the ashes next you can help with that Guys, what do you this is how that either sounds paranoid, but they're not If you ever burned a piece of paper and looked at it after it's been burned, especially carbons, carbons are really great. Old style carbons, hint word, carbon, you can actually read parts of the document still in the ash. The Russians used to collect stuff like this all the time by the way, and so have other countries, the Israelis. The Israelis got caught with spies they had around the time of Pollard who were faking everything out. What they do is they did do what they were told to do. They'd burn each individual paper and then they literally scanned it after the paper was burned because they didn't burn the paper by putting it in a burn barrel. They'd burn it, allow it to lay there and they'd record the document and then they'd destroy the, they'd stir the ash, so to speak, of each page. They were doing a whole pile of documents. They would do one page at a time. They got caught. But to skim with, after the fire's going, I mean that paper is doing a fine job of burning. We're doing a great job of destroying documents. And the fool walks away and then comes back and it's like we're supposed to have a light switch on a bonfire. Not a big bonfire. It's a six-pack gallon drum with a bunch of holes in it. And then there's a basket inside that. And then you stir all the ash. And then you stir all the ash more until there's no smoke or flame. And then you stir the ash a lot more, and then you take the basket and bang it up and down inside the barrel. And then after that, when you've got nothing but fluff and ash at the bottom of the barrel, then you can turn the barrel over and it's dust in the wind. OK? So that's how intense. The demand is for the destruction of any and all secure documents. For Bolton to have one of those is, like I said, a five-year or a 10-year prison sentence that's mandatory. They don't have to do anything. Now, I don't know if that's what they're going to do. And it's interesting, they're only mentioning one incident, which is asinine, because I guarantee that if they went to his place, they found plenty. And the electronic devices alone probably are enough to incriminate him and give him a basketball score. Are they going to do that? No, it's all dog and pony show. This is all dog and pony show. Because otherwise, it's like you said, if it was you and me, 25 charges, you know, five years each. You're gonna be in jail until you're, well, you'll be dead behind the wire, we're gonna bury you there until you meet your date and then we'll dig you up and throw you out the front gate as a bag of bones. Seriously, okay? So again, explain this whole thing about classified documents and why it is they were downplaying this burn bag thing, but the fact of the matter is that the documents, if they're there, still had to be recorded as something. By the way, just a heads up, if somebody missed, here's a fun one. See, it's not just Bolton who's in trouble right now. There had to be someone like me who used to be the records officer slash the custodian of documents. And how did I sign off on my documents list when I passed it off to somebody else if there's documents missing? Someplace, somewhere, somebody else, their ass is in the sling right now. Because Bolton, like, guys, they're not, they, peons, and, you know, regular rank and file people, even though they might have unique jobs, are still rank and file by the standards of the spook and kook field, they all have very narrow and specific tasks. So my question is, where, if there's a document that showed up somewhere, That means there's a file somewhere that's a lie. That means there's a whole records jacket, a whole inventory list, a signed off list that went from one OIC officer in charge to another officer in charge. And they had to wink, wink, nod, nod, lie about it. Did he have a copy? Or does he have an original? Does he have a Memorex? Or does he have an original? See, there's the question. If he has a copy, oh, well, wait a minute, third paragraph. Reproduction of documents. Now, well, hold on here. Classified documents and malfeasance. Oh, hold on. Wait a minute. That's like another 10 years in jail. First of all, you got the document. That's five or 10 years. But then you made a copy of, that's a copy which means you violated paragraph 3 of your security agreement. You do know that they spend days inventorying and reviewing every asset of the formation that the officer is taking over. Why is that? Because at the end of all of the inspections there's this forum and that officer, that OIC, that commissioned officer with his congressional commission and presidential signature, well he signs his name that everything from the toothbrushes to the recoilless rifles to the dragon launchers to the artillery to the Folding chairs in the mess hall and the paybles and the mess gear goes go right down everything He's got to sign off that he's accounted for everything and all of his agents Have accounted for everything that he is in command of it's a company mechanism Hmm, and the same is true when you get into all the rest of this security bureaucracy. So heads up, we'll see it kind of, boo-shit, they pull with this because I think they're baffling everybody with BSes like everything else. Nothing will be accomplished for seven months into the year. This stuff should have been ready to go and they should have been in motion at the moment they hit the ground and they didn't because it should have been the highest priority but it wasn't. So, in reality, they're buying time as they bullshit their way towards the end of the clock for two years. And then before that happens, they'll already be telling you, oh, we just didn't have enough time. We couldn't get it done. Well, where did that time go? Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Can you hear the suck and sound? I can. Same BS, different year. So anyway, the bulletin thing, I just wanted to review that. It can help you to understand that, again, there should be a basketball, I guarantee, no matter what, all they have to do is look in an even cursory fashion, and he's probably got a basketball score worth of security violations, but what'll they do with it? And again, now you can look at just what kind of hypocrisy you're dealing with here. Also, if you're going to burn a flag, burn an Israeli flag, or burn a UN flag, don't burn the American flag. That's our property. OK? Burn a UN flag or burn an Israeli flag. However, you probably want to make Either a fake UN flag, it's not hard to do, you can find the right cotton cloth. And the same with making, these really flags are really cheap and easy, they're really, really easy to do. And basically just make, use a couple of stencil lines and use paint and it'll be pretty stinking obvious. You can make that bullseye target marker or start a David, you know, wipe your arse thing with. along with the little blue stripes on a cotton cloth and it'll burn without you having to do much of anything. Remember that UN flags, not American flags, but UN flags and Israeli flags for commercial manufacturer by edict have to have a flame retardant. So if you're gonna burn an Israeli flag, which is a good idea, or if you're gonna burn a UN flag, which is a good idea, then you want to make sure that you have an accelerant and your best choice with the accelerant is to also use a steel galvanized washtub. That's what we always have done every location wherever we burned a flag, a UN flag or an Israeli flag. Israeli flags need to be burned now. That really needs to be the effort. A US flag. Why burn a US flag? Burn the Israeli flag and you're getting to the problem. Burn an American flag and you're wasting money. Burn an Israeli flag and you got the right target and you got the right bullseye. So burn an Israeli flag. That's what you need to be doing. Anybody pisses about that? Ain't my country. Yeah, they gotta be. 10 gallon galvanized steel wash tubs, they're perfect for the mission. So you do have to have a few more tools. In other words, you gotta do things right. Don't do things half-ars, do things right. You're gonna burn a flag, make sure you got all the tools there to burn that UN flag or burn that Israeli flag. And then burn baby burn. Burn it all. Make sure it's dead and gone. Then get out with other things because there's more enough out there to keep you busy. Okay. Next. Uh oh. Here we go. That was a question. No, you can't wash the anti... That's exactly what the Department of Justice is trying to do right now in a major Second Amendment case. Yep. Last week, a couple days ago, I told you how gun owners of America exposed the Department of Justice attorneys that were not following the Trump administration's claim that the zero-tolerance policy, the Biden era zero-tolerance policy, had been abolished. I'll link that video for you. Check it out, because that's actually happening. GOA exposed it. And now we have another scenario here where the Department of Justice is being exposed by firearms policy coalition trying to undercut any Second Amendment wins that are accomplished in federal court. Today we're diving into the latest Department of Justice tactic in a firearms policy coalition lawsuit that's raising serious concerns. All right, for our policy coalition, FPC, they're challenging a federal law that prohibits purchasing a handgun in a state other than the one you live in. That's known as the interstate handgun purchase ban, and the case is Elite Precision Customs versus ATF. I could go to 15 minutes up the road, I can go into Virginia, or 35-40 minutes south down the road, I can go to North Carolina, and maybe I see a handgun that's not available here where I live in East Tennessee. I should be able to buy it. I mean, I could do it if it was a long gun, why can't I do it if it's a handgun? Makes no sense. Now the case tests whether modern gun laws align with the constitutional interpretation of the Second Amendment, specifically the Supreme Court decision, the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association vs. Bruin, the Bruin Standard. And here's where it gets controversial. In DOJ's brief, they said, and I'll quote, If the court grants an injunction, that injunction should extend no further than to bar enforcement of any laws the court deems unconstitutional against the named plaintiffs specifically identified in the complaint. Because FPC has not identified any of its members other than the named plaintiffs, the government would have no way to know whom an injunction restricting enforcement of the challenged laws covers. Here's an explanation in English. That means even if the laws ruled unconstitutional, it would still be enforceable against you or me or millions of other Americans who aren't in, or named rather, in that small group of people. Now how about get rid of the entire unconstitutional infringement for everyone now, DOJ? How about that? How about you do your frickin' job? Now this approach strikes at the heart of how constitutional rights are enforced. This is selective relief. Instead of a remedy for all similarly situated individuals, only the named parties get protection, even though everybody else is being affected negatively by the unconstitutional law or rule. Now, legal precedent is undermined here, if this goes that way. It could set a dangerous standard where only plaintiffs get rights, effectively denying justice to others. That would mean if there are 10 million gun owners, Then the other 9,999,999 people not named in their lawsuit would have to sue as well to get their individual constitutional right recognized. Does that make sense? Well, that's what the DOJ wants. It would have a chilling effect, potentially dissuading future lawsuits, since broad relief may become impossible. Now, FPC president Brandon Combs nailed it when he said this. He said, quote, The Trump DOJ scheme would gut nearly every lawsuit against the federal government unless and until the Supreme Court steps in. This isn't just a threat to the Second Amendment supporters, it's a threat to every American. The Trump administration must stop playing keep-away with constitutionally protected rights and put an end to this misguided strategy to obstruct justice. Now, the DOJ's brief also insists that the law is a presumptively constitutional commercial regulation, despite Bruin requiring historical validation. Now, you might be wondering, is this new? Actually, many lawsuits allow class-wide or wider injunctive relief, even when not all future beneficiaries are identified. This DOJ position is unusual and arguably unprecedented. Now normally, relief extends to all membership, not only precisely named people. Remember the pistol brace rule when all of the groups who scored victories where their members were protected? Not a single group had to supply a list, although the DOJ did try. Now the DOJ wants to limit relief because they can't specifically identify individuals. An argument without basis in historical practice. You can't find one law around 1791 when the Second Amendment was adopted where the historical tradition of firearms regulation required everybody to be named if the Second Amendment was going to apply to them. Now this could mean that DOJ is okay with constitutional violations and having them persist if the groups don't name all of their members. Now what about the citizens who aren't members? Do we just keep violating their rights? What happens next? Well, The court will rule on whether to adopt this narrow injunction approach, and if it does, FPC may have to appeal upward, potentially all the way to the Supreme Court. This case could ultimately determine whether rights apply broadly or remain confined to litigants. I don't know about you, but my rights do not stop at invisible, fake-ass dotted lines on a map. We should be able to buy any Second Amendment protected item anywhere in this country at any time as American citizens. Now to wrap up. The DOJ's new tactic in elite precision customs versus ATF threatens to limit constitutional relief only to the individuals named and not us, the American people. It's a deeply concerning precedent with wide-reaching implications. The DOJ needs to get their head out of there, you know what. First, the DOJ attorneys tell gun owners of America they're not changing any of their unconstitutional Biden-era anti-gun opinions. And now they don't want constitutional rights to be enforced for all Americans? I mean, what the hell? Come on. Thank you all for watching. They're showing you Admiralty Court law versus the Common Law. The Pirates who have taken over, the criminals who have taken over and attacked our justice system and stretched in 1938 the Buck Act with it, the Admiralty Law, the Law of the Sea, illegitimately inside the United States because they went from being just in the district of criminals to literally operating in every one of the established courts of the United States, which went from being common law courts to becoming admiralty courts. Because of this, the narrow open example of maritime limited relief per individual commerce challenge is what they're trying to lean on. What they're doing is they're showing you the true nature of the wrong court that you're in. And what we mean by wrong court is the wrong article court. Understand that in 1938 the District of Criminals, the Admiralty Court, could only function inside the federal zone of the District of Columbia, slash the District of Criminals. The Buck Act turned around and stretched that law, that form of court, over top, like saran wrap, over top of our American Legitimate Court system, our constitutional court system. You are not in a constitutional court when you go into a present district or challenge court of any kind because it's a commerce trade court. Is this a court of law or a court of equity? That's why you asked that they don't want to answer that question. In fact, they're coached not to they don't know why they're not supposed to because many of the lawyers and even the judges they just go along and get along and once you've got everybody stupefied you don't want them to come out of that stupefication and So when you ask that question, is this a court of law or a court of commerce? Now, most of them do know, not all of them, but most of them actually do know the whole shebang because, again, as we've warned, one of the advantages of the Congress court while all the horrors went along with it is because they get percentages. The judge gets a percentage of whatever ruling takes place when there's any kind of fee. any kind of charge. And there are court charges anyway, which are fees, and the judge gets a percentage of that for his retirement. But here's the thing, so does his business partner, the prostitute. Both the prostitute and the judge are inter-cooperated and inter-joined at the hip as commerce buddies. It's what they do. It's all they do. And so quite notoriously when we get into these situations where, again, the first rule is protect the business of the court. Since the business of the Admiralty Court is privateering slash piracy against the general population, their first goal is to protect the business. If the peasants get away, that's not good for business, which is what this is all about. But the fact that they say, oh, no, we're just going to protect you, this one case. Because again, what you're doing is, although they don't want you to know about it, when you come into that court and you go before the mast of the Admiralty, which is what you're doing, which is why the court is laid out like a deck of a ship, when you come before the court, it's an individual action. Now, it's to come in and operate, they had to swing across from their ship and occupy your ship. So all the structure is still there, but it's apples and oranges. And this is an example of where the apples and oranges aspect has come out into the light of day. You see the problem with that? And this is the problem with the conflict era that we are in, because all of these activities become exacerbated and very obvious. Once they move from one level of performance to another, and since they're planning on breaking America and destroying the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence, etc., etc., it becomes even more and more obvious as the turd participants continue to do more openly what they have always been doing behind the scenes. In other words, out of sight, out of mind. Now every once in a while this happens. It bleeds out. The question is, are they going to continue? Are they going to proceed blatantly in violation of the body of the law of the common law? Which, of course, they have been because the idea of the courts as they presently exist is abhorrent. And the only reason that, again, what do pirates do through force of arms? They dictate to the rest of the population as they steal from them. Pirates are very comfortable with that because private hearings like piracy is profitable. Right? And so these characters would have to defecate or get off the pot in this case. So we'll see which direction they go. But it's not just this case. I mean, here's the thing. This is an ongoing conflict that has risen to the surface, seen the light of day. In the past, they've ducked back down under cover. That doesn't mean they're going to do that forever. At a given point, they have to continue with the attack. Will this be the period of time in which they truly choose to continue with the attack? That's the question. And we'll see what develops here. I personally believe that they're going to go for the gusto because the writing's on the wall. As I've said, America should have its own runny mead. We should have our own day of Magna Carta where we literally hunt down the real problem. and get rid of the real problem. And through a Magna Carta type event, we could and should get rid of the problem. It needs to happen. It's not kinda sorta maybe. It needs to happen. Everybody knows it. So again, what this case demonstrates is the debauchery slash the nature of the criminal element that occupy and operate the illegitimate Admiralty Courts inside the United States. The Admiralty Court was supposed to operate only out of the District of Criminals because of interaction with the rest of the world. Once again, the Ringknockers knew what they were doing when they lied to everybody, creating the District of Criminals as they did or as they've sculpted it, because what's happened is they then inverted. It was supposed to be the District of Criminal was the funnel point where all international activities were regulated for the quote-unquote brackets, good of the general population with regard to commerce. What happened and what you can see happening right now is a complete subversion because they used the district of criminals as the access point to invade and then to subvert our American form of government and they continue to invade and subvert our American form of government. they haven't stopped. Now the question is, what are the American people going to do about it? Well, they better get off the pot, so to speak, better get off their haunches and get to work kicking these bastards out. That means either again a runny mead or at the very least an American war for independence to get rid of the claw, the scabius, the wretched, horrid, yomical-wearing turd that is our worst enemy on American soil. boot them out. If they're so independent and so able to stand alone because they're so strong, then they don't need us as a wallet-munching parasite normally would. Yeah, we all know how that really works, right? Yeah, I think everybody's pretty well got that figured out. So again, got a lot of work to do. Not enough time to get most of it done, but we will. And remember, after a conflict, we can all get together. We'll have about 10%. We don't agree upon. We better be thinking ahead to what it is we're planning on having in the way of a just government and isolating ourselves from the parasite to the greatest degree possible. Magna Carta gave England about 300 years of relative peace. Magna Carta shoveled the kosher parasite out of the country. I've told you many times, read Magna Carta. I will say again, read Magna Carta. And yes, it's part of the documents that were, you know, admitted to being the foundation for our process of our American form of government when the time came, through the process of independence. So, just a heads up there. Again, understanding full well the nature of the creature and the parasite and what it's up to, we all know who's who in the zoo, and we all know who's getting screwed. So it's time for an American war for independence to save our freedom, to save the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, the Articles of Confederation, and just our peace of mind. Organize armed equipment trained as militia, establish a 5-10 program in your area of operations, logistics, the key to victory. Understand you got to have the material where the fight is. But the idea is to become very myopic and argue about minutia points that, well, they'll come out in the wash with regard to this Bolton scam. Okay? It's not really all that important. It took long enough. It's been seven months and you finally get up off your dead asses and decided to create some fakery to claim that you're moving forward. They're not moving forward. That's not going to happen. It isn't going to take place. It's all BS. You would be in jail! said somebody, what, it's getting close to a decade ago now? You would be in jail! Yeah, but apparently not when you do gain power. That didn't happen. Why am I gonna believe it now? I can't believe anything so far that's been said because pretty much all of it ends up being pickle, you know, green pickle smoke and mirrors, as in we, yes. However, the threat to America's sovereignty through the attack of the globalist slash the Jewish International Congress to violate the body of the law and put American troops on the streets and to grow National Guard. This is part of that scam that everybody was wrote up and actually explained to people about. back in the 1960s, the progression from local police to a demifederal police to a total military slash centralized police with no checks and balances, which is the goal when it comes to undermining and destroying the sovereignty of the United States and specifically to kill the Bill of Rights. The goal by the Jewish mob right now is to kill the Bill of Rights. They want to destroy the Bill of Rights. They hope that they have stupefied everybody to the point where dimwits, nincompoops, nimrods and idiot sticks will demand that the military be on the streets because they're just plain stupid people. They're not going to fix anything. The goal isn't to really, they're going to get rid of crime. The goal is for more power for the globalists who have come in through the district of criminals. They've inverted the entire process. It was, of course, 30 cents cheaper. But this popped up. This is the second pop of this type in the last three days. Now, we're getting closer to the rest of the devaluation process the Federal Reserve had planned by the Jewish International Congress, and the Jewish International Congress, whose plan it is to buckle the prosperity of America the rest of the way, are definitely moving to devalue to Weimar Republic levels, the currency. Right now there is a big scam slash push to try to undermine silver again. This is not the first time this has happened. It's being done by the same spit-swap and ring-knocking turds that we've seen operate all the rest of the money slash metal mechanism for a very long time. Can I say OIG Evolve? Now the thing is that scrap silver as they call it, which isn't scrap silver, but regular old 90%, which is roughly 90, it's actually a higher grade than that, silver, which is war and coin, is out there right now for probably a better price than it's been in quite some time. In fact, in some places the term Hold on the term is at melt. We got a caller. Who do we have? Yeah, you got it from Chicago. Go ahead. Yep in there. I just wanted to say With this the troops going to National Guard going to cities You're absolutely right. It's like are you kidding me? We're gonna have this is what we do not want ever and and my son is a I don't know, 15 years, but in Chicago, he's a cop in Chicago. And believe me, he's not, he's good. I mean, he's been in, he's listening to everything. He loves you and shit like that. Anyway, unbelievable. They could do the job, but they are held back. They're not allowed to. They're not allowed to do what they want to. But they're not allowed to because you know and then like recently a kid got shot there kid 24 five-year-old cap got shot dead in Chicago. Well, we know exactly what that was he was hesitating because That last second he's thinking. Oh if I shoot this guy, I'm going to jail and you know, and then he's dead So this is what they got these these officers thinking, you know what I mean? And they could do the job. Oh, God knows they could do the job. If they were allowed to. It's just utterly ridiculous. Like everything else. Like immigration and everything. Well, the problem is, your son's in this boat. There's a lot of people, there's many people listening that are peace officers. Okay, not policy enforcement officers, peace officers. Your son hopefully is, I would think in that category because dad should, you know, the dad should have told well. Okay, I think you probably had his, yeah, you had his ear. The big thing about this is again, they've done this to hopefully drive out the good people, which they did with it. If you look at it wave after wave, the idea is to drive the decent people out. If you're a peace officer, you should be using your voice and you should be using reason. And in reality, not everybody gets arrested. Everybody knows this. When you do have a criminal in front of you, though, you deal with it. My dad was a sheriff's deputy. Eventually he was a sheriff's deputy. He was like, you know, senior, senior deputy for years. And he used to be the guy they would drop the young guys with, ride out with initially to kind of calm them down. And he never had to pull his gun. I could relate story after story things I've personally seen where he'd walk up and you'd have a situation and he would use his brain. I watched it. I learned. That's how I learned to observe. And it's like he said, you don't have to wade into anything. That's stupid. First of all, why are you going to be confrontational when they already have a problem that should be ratcheted down, not geared up? Correct. But if you have a criminal, you beat them down. He wouldn't hesitate to tell you that. My dad would explain, you don't have to kill, you don't have to shoot them necessarily. And he goes, let me explain something. You see your wrist right here? He goes, you can control any man, no matter how big or small they are with that wrist. You don't have to put a bullet in them. But by God, they'll wish they were shot dead. all the way into college. This kid, my son in Chicago, it's like that should be a prerequisite almost of you're restraining somebody without shooting them and he can do that. Right. And he does that. Right. You know it's just they're not going to hire in all these, I don't want to say it. But you know people that are in capital they can't they can't they can't do any physical confrontation zero Without you know get out there gone, and then they're probably gonna shoot shot themselves. You know there is really ridiculous. Oh Anyway, I'm sorry to be ranting, but no, that's okay I Think we're so close. Okay. We everybody goes to is like with the leftists were close I think that all the players have been given all their marching orders right now and we are very close to them jumping off on a bad situation. They're going to make it bad because everybody's going to have to pick their sides and a lot of Americans, well a lot of people will be wasted when they're needed for the greater fight because there's a bigger fight coming than just the internal problem. And it's all because the internal problem was created by these characters that are brought, that are coming from outside the country out of Israel and out of other places. Not the Muslims. Guys, the Muslims are the tool of the people who are operating the situation. The only way the Muslims got in is because the Jewish mob needed them here to create conflict. In most cases, they wouldn't even create a conflict. The pot has to be stirred. They have to go in with money and fabricate a condition. Everybody understand that? It could easily be dealt with. But first of all, if you didn't bring them in in the first place, we wouldn't have this problem. But who ordered they be brought in? The Jewish mob for the purpose of creating conflict. And so now we have that problem, but that's not the real issue. I don't care what anybody says. That's not the real issue. The Muslims are not the real issue. Before I sign off, I just want to say that both my sons are cops. One's in Plano, Texas. And... Plano, I know people who played it. He saw the... He was a... he was a... he was a... he was a... he was a real involved with the riots and he came to conclusion that the higher ups are in co-hoots with the rioters. It was slippery to the... it let him go. You know, the first night with Memorial Day way back 2020, was it? And they had 30, 40 guys that were throwing bricks through windows, you know, shopping, you know, downtown Chicago, or State Street. And then starting firing arson. And they had them. They had them all zip tied. Three o'clock in the morning, the big boss comes in and says, oh, let them let them go. And he just said, okay, that's it. I'm out of here. You know, so he's done. Yeah. And the other my other son, but anyway They're both like we're on the same page. They're all on the brownies if things go south they're not going with the They're gonna do their own thing and I mean, you know, like I know you get down on the caps quite a bit. I understand it but There's a lot of good cops out there. Right, okay, here's the thing. If you're a good guy, you're gonna know I'm not... hold on. If you're a good guy, you know I'm not talking about you. I know, I know, I know. The only ones I'm talking about are the ones that everybody... when we talk about the dirty rats that are out there, you know, we've always had this problem. Every once in a while it has to be cleaned up. And the whole problem of the country is the same situation. At some point, there's a given point where things just have to be settled and it's long overdue, but it's now inevitable and to a degree, because of some of the things that Trump has done were apparently out of arrogance because he was told to by the people that handled him. A lot of people are now kind of seeing something that we've been explaining for years, but now they get a chance to see firsthand and in their face. And so Trump has served our purpose quite well. You know what I mean? You know what I mean? We were having a discussion, like, well, they're killing all that people and guys. Well, they should leave, he tells me, my brother-in-law. What? Yeah. It's just... Oh, the... the truth. You know, they're killing the people in Gaza and bombing the hell. E-3000 I heard recently, today I think. Most of them are women and children and it's ridiculous. But they cannot get it over. They cannot get it through their head. Choose the wrong. This is the wrong thing to do. You know, you can't, you know, oh, they should go bomb them. Well, you know, eventually this is going to come around and bite them in the ass. Right, this is the one thing I have to emphasize. This is all going to come around and bite everybody in the ass. Because it's like it was to say, well, you know, I don't agree with you, but I believe in your right to say what you say. Now, we all used to say that. Everybody was conditioned to that. You know what? The Jewish mob now in power wants to ban you from being able to say what you want to say, whether they claim you're right or wrong. All of a sudden, see for the longest time, the commies. demand that they have the right to speak until they get into power and then none of you have any right to speak because now they have the power. Does everybody see that? What's going on right now? And it's become very, very, very obvious. At least anybody who's got a brain, for those who are brain dead, it's like it's not clicking in. This whole idea of this mass murder slash execution that everybody thinks they want to go along with Again, this is going to come back to Baye-Janias and my first question is, because you know they're already, yeah, it's what they plan on doing to us. What they're doing is they're showing you openly what they would like to do to Americans and America, specifically Christians, the Jews, would like to do to the Christians here, the way they did it to the Christians in Russia and the way they've done it to the Christians in the Middle East, because the real target is not the Muslims. The hatred by the Jew of the Christian knows no bounds. And what they're doing right now is exterminating to the best of their ability the first church. The churches that are even older than the quote-unquote Catholic Church. But the Catholic Church is going along with it kind of like what they did back before the Crusades in the Middle East Because the first church was out of Palestine what we now call Palestine Jordan Egypt all the way over to you know Somalia and So what they're doing is first there go ahead and the Romans took when the Romans took over that in 89 AD I think there's some of them took over their And that war never ended. And they are continually thereafter. Well, again, as long as we understand that, we'll understand the threat. We'll do fine. The Founding Fathers understood the threat. They understood who were the moneybags, money changers, who were attacking us prior to the American War for Independence. I will repeat again that everybody needs to read Magna Carta because in Magna Carta it spells out exactly who the problem was. Yes. And that's why they don't teach it anymore. They don't teach any of that anymore because They got behind glass in London somewhere, you know, the Magna Carta, but they left out the part where they're kicking out the Jews. That's why I said remember there's Magna Carta one, two, and three. Basically they're addendums. And one of the reasons is because of after running mead, oh the king still didn't want to uphold and didn't want to follow what he signed because he argued that he was coerced. Well yes he was because he otherwise would not have straightened himself out. Well he didn't straighten himself out and he continued with the conflict and because of that he ended up dead. The part they don't talk about is that the conflict did continue to the point where the crown ended up being vacated and another person ended up wearing the crown because the Jewish mob funded him every step of the way to try and make sure that they weren't booted out of England. They kept funding more and more conflict which created nothing but greater animosity in the part of everybody who was trying to find a relatively peaceable solution, which is never allowed. And so the fight continued and it continued and it continued. But you know what? It got straightened out. Now afterwards, I'll remind everybody because this is what's going to happen, what they'll be doing here. If you think we're going to have endless peace, we're only going to have a respite. Why? Well because the people we're talking about will fund the next conflict against you by other foreigners. That's what the international Jewish bankers, that's what they do. Go ahead. Yeah, I'm sorry. I just want to leave with this. My son down here in Plano, he's the kind of cop that he pulls somebody over, you know, if they're speeding or something. He lets him go, but he talks to him and he says, now you got your concealed carry, right? And the guy goes, oh yeah, I got it, but I'm not carrying. And my son will say, why not? Well, I learned that from the, that's how the Arizona Highway Patrol used to be. They'd ask you a question, you carried a gun. We'd be out in the middle of nowhere. I had this happen twice, but the first time was everybody was all tensed up. He goes, don't you, you guys got any guns? And everybody goes, oh no, no officer. You're telling me you're out here in the middle of nowhere and you don't have any guns? He goes, do you have any water? And we, oh, we got a little. He goes, okay. Now I want to see buzzards flying out here in the middle of nowhere and I get to find you eight hours later after they're chewing on you. He goes, two things. If I stop you again, you all better be carrying a gun and you all better have a gallon of water with you. Your car breaks down out here in the middle of nowhere in Arizona. You're all dead. He goes, one way or another, somebody or something will get you. And that was the last... He goes, you guys all have a good day now. Okay. And then off to off, he went down the road out in the middle of nowhere, you know. So, that's how peace officers are supposed to be. That's the difference between a peace officer and a quote unquote enforcer. And there's a big argument for and against the idea, and I'm sorry, I think the peace officer solution would get a lot more done because What basically they're supposed to do is just kind of you know put the brakes on you a little bit You know slow you down. Let's think about this on that note guys. You know Montana was the last state to adopt any kind of Road speed requirement does anybody remember this I? Remember that my number driving in there about 93 into Montana and it's it's a speed limit reasonable and prudent Yes, basically we have to joke what you what you needed to do is when you come into Montana When you're driving through the state stop at the first cop you see and throw him a $20 bill What well it used to be back in the 70s You weren't you could drive any speed you wanted as long as you didn't you know do something like the dukes of hazard in front of the cops and But if the cops stopped you, even if they stopped you for a speeding issue because you were being a little reckless, the fine was $20 no matter what it was. That was it. And Montana was the last state to require a driver's license. I served with guys in the 70s who when they were, you know how it is when you get your motor pool driver's license in the military. The first thing the guy looked at me said, driver's license, what's that? To drive a car. Because we're going to drive jeeps and trucks. He goes, I never had a driver's license. What the hell's that for? He goes, I've been driving farm trucks since I was 11. And I had never had a driver's license. Well, of course, it is funny because, of course, the most anal-retentive control freak element is the government, the Fed. So, yeah, we had to have those little driver's license certifications, which a little green card, and it had all the different vehicles that you qualified on. And you kept adding to that every time you qualified on a new vehicle. But he never had a driver's license in all his time. It was 21 years old. And again, like you said, he'd been driving semi-trucks in Montana, older style semi-trucks guys, not the stuff you see now, but still a big ass truck. And he'd been driving since he was 11 with a stick. Never drive to the mill, go off the back 40, think about it, when the ranch has got 10, 12, 14,000 acres. Yeah, oh yeah, no power steering, Armstrong. Yeah, Armstrong steering. I remember talking to a trucker, He blew out a tour both biceps when he in front front tire blowout no power steering and he Trying to grab that wheel in tour both of his biceps completely Trying to control you know Well hey hey brother, thank you so much for I want to give him no more time and Hey, born. Love y'all. And for everybody out there, again, yeah, we could live without driver's licenses. This country didn't want only the police state started doing it and everybody else duplicated it. And again, we used to teach people in school or at least through the School of Hard Knocks actually doing a job how to do things right and with using a little common sense and everything ran just fine. But the anal retentive control freaks just couldn't have their way with something like that You'd all be free and the anal retentive control freaks can't have that freedom That is not an American word anymore. We've got all kinds of food projects that we're working on right now. We take it a freeze dryer, by the way. We've got a new freeze dryer in as part of the alliance. And we're right now setting everything up the rest of the way. And we will be doing these turn out. I think everything will be fine. It's not like we're inventing anything. We just have to learn the tricks of the trade. But that's something that, again, it's an investment issue. But it's something that's needful because we're going to crank out. We have access to a massive amount of fresh food. And it just has gotten to the point where it makes sense. We do wet packing all the time, nonstop constantly. But the freeze dry has an indefinite shelf life. And we have access to bag or can or jar processing. So, we're probably going to do the classic retort pouch, the new Miele, mylar type. But we're looking at other ideas too. There's some other packaging systems out there that are kind of on the dog right now. When you get something cheap or free, run that until you can't get it anymore and then move on to something else. I'm looking for some of the basic older equipment. A lot of it either has been scrapped or moved out of the country. But if anybody runs into any of that technology, I am very interested in it. If you hear about a cannery that may be sitting there, you know, go, you know, stale, just sitting there, maybe in your back, you know, back area, or you're a part of the country, please let us know because we're interested in purchasing that technology. I'm interested in the older smaller cannery systems. The bath system and pressure system is what I really really are still in need of. The square basket type would be fine. I'm not worried about it being pretty and I ain't asking for permission to run it. Know what I mean? The important thing is to get it in place, get it in motion. So any elements of that process, if you're familiar with it or you hear about it, ask around. If you had a cannery in the area, hey, what'd they do? When they closed that plant down, did they clear it out? A lot of times, guys, they shut the stuff down and it just sits there. And if that's the case, we definitely, definitely would like to know about it. We will do what we can to clear off those shelves and clear out that space and get that machinery online as quickly as possible and use it. Because we still will do wet packing, conventional canning. Again, that has an indefinite shelf life too. The biggest thing is quality control. We have the ability, we got the thinkers, everybody else got the stinkers. We have the people necessary to maintain a high production standard and to be able to put out a big chunk of resource. This is part of our force multiplication program and it's going to continue. And interestingly enough, there's nothing to indicate that this direction with regard to the ring knockers and spit swappers arming up your enemy isn't continuing to happen. In fact, we can pretty well guarantee it is. The question is, well, now who's shuffling the deck to make sure that you don't hear about it? That would be the other question. It was to say the Bondiite types, on the one hand, would like to totally limit everything and anything in the way of guns per their leftist agenda, which both Bondi and Trump are leftists. You know, I mean, we were told that they were ready with Step Off the moment that they got on the ground. It was going to be, you know, sick them, bite them, chew them, get them, and none of that happened. None of it. Period. Now, again, it's not a surprise, but don't tell me how they're doing so many good things. We got a big, big, big, big, big, big, super big, same old spending bill. We've got in weeks, we have the Federal Reserve VIMR Republic attack against your dollar coming up. And that will mean extensive devaluation yet again of the currency. This for the purpose of trying to drive you off your property, off your land. They do this combined with the recovery slash foreclosure on properties because of the COVID money, which we've covered way in advance of anybody talking about it, but you will hear about it now. The COVID money, the way they'll do this is, well, there's all these people. And they took that COVID money out there, and they need to pay it back now. And of course, the same people who, well, helped to push, push, push the COVID money, understanding full well what the entire scam was about, will be the ones pointing to the idea that, well, government needs to get that money back. Donald Trump needs that money back. Well, but the townships don't have any money. The counties don't have any money. In fact, back when some of the counties realized that the COVID money was tainted, literally, They tried to give it back and the federal government said, no, once you got it, it's a tar baby. You're stuck with it. You're going to have to pay it back down the road. Well, what do you pay it back with? You don't have the money. And many of the townships that did take the money, of course, splurged it on ridiculous things, which means that they could criminally be charged. Whether or not they will be, that'll be a big question mark. It's not likely. Instead, they are going to be demanding payment. The payment will be in form of your property, the property that you sit on. Now, there's going to be hardship on this. This is the other reason Trump needs to get the military force out across the country to be used against the population. It's not going to be used against the illegal aliens. Trump needs that army so that the Jewish mob, when they foreclose on American real estate and try to steal the real estate off of under your feet, people are going to start shooting their ass. And so they need to have the coercive force threat mechanism in place, you know, the standing army of the Imperium on the ground and in everybody's face when the time comes. That's what's really going on. That's where this is headed. Stealing the real estate of the American people, they already stole the gold. They actually still have the gold confiscation order on the books. Nobody talks about it for obvious reasons. But the fact of the matter is that's waiting in the wings to be implemented yet again, but without any special process except for executive order access and command to the enforcement arms. And since we have a bigger and bigger and bigger national police force, it's much easier for that bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger national police force to be easily ordered to go kicking in the doors of the American people to steal their property, which is what the agenda is for the Jewish mob who are planning on stealing your wealth and thinking that you will all be stupid and will just let them get away with it. Number one, know who the problem is. When the time comes, know that you have to get rid of the problem. So the knuckle monkeys that will be kicking in the doors are trying to. They'll be dying in many places around the country when that happens. The ones who sent them are the ones that you need to go find. And everybody needs to know who's who in the zoo now for the circus that will be taking place later. That's exactly what the Department of Justice is trying to do right now in a major Second Amendment case. Yep. And now we have another scenario here where the Department of Justice is being exposed by firearms policy coalition trying to undercut any Second Amendment wins that are accomplished in federal court. Today we're diving into the latest Department of Justice tactic in a firearms policy coalition lawsuit that's raising serious concerns. All right, Firehouse Policy Coalition, FPC, they're challenging a federal law that prohibits purchasing a handgun in a state other than the one you live in. That's known as the Interstate Handgun Purchase Ban, and the case is Elite Precision Customs versus ATF. Like think of it this way. I could go to 15 minutes up the road. I can go into Virginia or 35 40 minutes south down the road I could go to North Carolina and maybe I see a handgun that's not available here where I live in East Tennessee. I should be able to buy it. I mean I could do it as a long gun. Why can't I do it if it's a handgun? Makes no sense. Now the case tests whether modern gun laws align with the constitutional interpretation of the Second Amendment, specifically the standard set in the Supreme Court decision in the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association versus Bruin, the Bruin standard. And here's where it gets controversial. In DOJ's brief, they said, and I'll quote, If the court grants an injunction, that injunction should extend no further than to bar enforcement of any laws the court deems unconstitutional against the named plaintiffs specifically identified in the complaint. Because FPC has not identified any of its members other than the named plaintiffs, the government would have no way to know whom an injunction restricting enforcement of the challenged laws covers. Here's an explanation in English. Rather than a broad injunction preventing enforcement of the ban, the DOJ wants relief only to apply to the handful of people named in this case and one Texas retailer. I think it's two people and one retailer. That means even if the law's ruled unconstitutional, it would still be enforceable against you or me or the millions of other Americans who aren't in, or named rather, in that small group of people. Now how about get rid of the entire unconstitutional infringement for everyone now, DOJ? How about that? How about you do your frickin' job? Now this approach strikes at the heart of how constitutional rights are enforced. This is selective relief. Instead of a remedy for all similarly situated individuals, only the named parties get protection. even though everybody else is being affected negatively by the unconstitutional law or rule. Now legal precedent is undermined here if this goes that way. It could set a dangerous standard where only plaintiffs get rights, effectively denying justice to others. That would mean if there are 10 million gun owners, Then the other 9,999,999 people not named in their lawsuit would have to sue as well to get their individual constitutional right recognized. Does that make sense? Oh, that's what the DOJ wants. It would have a chilling effect, potentially dissuading future lawsuits, since broad relief may become impossible. Now, FPC President Brandon Combs nailed it when he said this. He said, quote, The Trump DOJ scheme would gut nearly every lawsuit against the federal government unless and until the Supreme Court steps in. This isn't just a threat to the Second Amendment supporters, it's a threat to every American. The Trump administration must stop playing keep-away with constitutionally protected rights and put an end to this misguided strategy to obstruct justice. Now, the DOJ's brief also insists that the law is a presumptively constitutional commercial regulation, despite Bruin requiring historical validation. Now, you might be wondering, is this new? Actually, many lawsuits allow class-wide or wider injunctive relief, even when not all future beneficiaries are identified. This DOJ position is unusual and arguably unprecedented. Now normally, relief extends to all membership, not only precisely named people. Remember the pistol brace rule when all of the groups who scored victories where their members were protected? Not a single group had to supply a list, although the DOJ did try. Now the DOJ wants to limit relief because they can't specifically identify individuals. An argument without basis in historical practice. You can't find one law around 1791 when the Second Amendment was adopted where the historical tradition of firearms regulation required everybody to be named if the Second Amendment was going to apply to them. Now this could mean that DOJ is okay with constitutional violations and having them persist if the groups don't name all of their members. Now what about the citizens who aren't members? Do we just keep violating their rights? What happens next? Well, The court will rule on whether to adopt this narrow injunction approach, and if it does, FPC may have to appeal upward, potentially all the way to the Supreme Court. This case could ultimately determine whether rights apply broadly or remain confined to litigants. I don't know about you, but my rights do not stop at invisible fake-ass dotted lines on a map. We should be able to buy any Second Amendment protected item anywhere in this country at any time as American citizens. Now to wrap up. The DOJ is new tactic in elite precision, customs versus ATF, threatens to limit constitutional relief only to the individuals named and not us, the American people. It's a deeply concerning precedent with wide reaching implications. The DOJ needs to get their head out of there, you know what. First, the DOJ attorneys tell gun owners of America they're not changing any of their unconstitutional Biden era gun anti-gun opinions. And now they don't want constitutional rights to be enforced for all Americans? I mean, what the hell? Come on. Thank you all for watching. And one of the things to understand, one of the reasons I want to replay this, did you catch the idea that, well, You know the concept that was spelled out quite well by Jared actually with regard to the actions of the court. Jared's not interpreting this. This is what the court is actually doing. This demonstrates the difference between common law courts where we should be and their article courts and the hated admiralty court system that is arbitrarily useful to the crown. and is alien to our American soil. The Admiralty Court is the Court of the Sea, the Court of Commerce and Trade. So what is it that they're arguing? Well, these are the only nine parties that came into the Admiralty Court and laid claim to the property. What? Yeah, you see if you do come in and like claim to the property because you have to demonstrate, you have the right, then you don't get nothing. So what they're telling you, wait a minute, you mean, so this is like a court of commerce. This is not a court of law. See, that's where the apples and oranges things come in because it's the changeling process. An illegitimate court system, the Admiralty Court, has been in place since the Buck Act of 1938. All of the ring knockers and spit swappers and lodge buddies who were globalists from the globalist side went along with this. And all of the present legal structure is going along with it because they're pirates or privateers. So what they're telling you, and you heard that because Mark didn't say that, somebody else did that, well if you don't like time to it, you're lying to know all that, you don't get it. What's this, what's it, where there's an excellent example of understanding Admiralty Court latches is to go watch the old movie, it's old now, Amistad. Anybody ever watch the movie Amistad? It's where the slaves take over the slave ship and end up in the Caribbean and they end up of course Docking, thinking, hey, we're free, we saved ourselves, and they end up in the court. Does anybody remember the court scene from Amistad? They're in the Admiralty Court of Commerce. Let's understand that the people who were on the ship were considered property. And so while they laid claim to themselves and they're standing there in court and they're ready to argue it, from the right comes one holding company that declares that they have a right to the salvage property which is the slaves. and the boat, which of course, well, that's up for grabs. And then from the back of the room, enters another group. Ah, the guy's waving a paper. I lay claim to. And then from the left side of the room, another set of doors open up, and another guy, a bunch of guys come in, and this guy's waving a paper. I lay claim. That's what we're talking about. The only people, what they're telling you, because in reality, what they're doing, it's called a fallback. Why? When you want to baffle the population with bullshit, you use all of the common statements about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Well, you try not to use the Bill of Rights, especially if you're the prostitutes or the courts, because they hate it. Many courts will flat out tell you I have been sitting in courtrooms court watching or fighting in court battles. The judge literally when you mention the Constitution will sit up and look forward and say I will not hear the Constitution in this courtroom. Now let's back up a bit. If you can't hear the Constitution in any of the courts of this land, then where does the Constitution apply? It's and by the way, this is also true with what are called court rules each state You don't know this but each case each state has a court rule book There is what's called the Michigan Court room rule book for procedure It is the standard by which all courts are to operate in the state of Michigan You will have judges because they know that they are arbitrary and capricious Commerce judges. They are not judges of law They are judges of monetary exchange and commerce. And they will flat out say, I've had them sit right there in the courtroom, the Michigan courtroom rules, you know, rule book does not apply here. And then you repeat right back to them what I said before. Well, Your Honor, if Michigan court rules do not apply here, where do they apply? And the judge usually gets kind of red in the face and he gets cut. He starts doing that puff the lips thing, or he kind of gets really quiet and he looks down at his desk and he doesn't know how to answer that one because he knows that, well, they're there for a reason. Same is true with the Michigan Constitution and the U.S. Constitution. But this is apples and oranges. What literally they did is the communists, the Jewish communists who had just stolen the gold from America, The Jewish Communists in 1933 under the War Powers Act were the declared war against you. The Jewish Communists who then demanded to steal the gold from the American people right up to including Grandma and her $300 in gold under her bed that she'd saved for all of her life. And also, demand of the American population be disarmed, the same Jewish mob then turned around and openly declared that they were going to create the Changeling Court in 1938 with what was called the Buck Act. And what that did is took the District Criminal Court of the District of Criminals, the Washington, D.C., and grabbed the edges of it and dragged it out like saran wrap over top of it and it became a changeling court of America's common law court. The American common law court is still in place. It's still there. Until we understand that we're not in the right court to begin with, then we keep running into the wall with this type of arbitrary and capricious crap. Nonsense slash, well, trash from people who are trashy. individuals who know full well that they are playing the rubes, that they're playing the population. But this little thing leaking out here, well this only applies to the named parties because you're the only ones who declared claim on the shipwreck. Nobody else did. All the rest of the people that are behind you, well you're kind of their representatives and you're the only ones who get benefit because you're the only ones who laid latches to the shipwreck or to the property or to the booty or to the, go right down the shopping list, whatever you want to call the fiction that they've created. Now this attack on our form of government, most critical with regard to the courts, although every aspect is now in place, we've crossed the Rubicon with Trumpet working for Netanyahu and the Jewish International Congress. The idea of putting a standing army on American soil with a ready reaction group, that's the interior police of the KGB. Homeland Security has a whole bunch of stinking communists in it and they are the interior police of the KGB. This is another abhorrent mechanism that has been put into place that is utterly illegitimate, but because they're going to threaten to murder people on American soil if you don't goose step to their goose step, Well, the rest is history so to speak unless the American people decide to step up. Well, the good thing is with Trumpet publicly talking about putting those troops on the on the on the streets, we all know how this works. I should point out that if he didn't do it, then the next time around when the open communists, the APAC run Democrats versus the APAC run Republicans, the APAC ADL Omni Party, If they were to do it next time around, people would get uppity. But Trump's doing it, so we just have to sit there and stare blankly while you're all being screwed by somebody who, well, claimed that this wasn't gonna happen, or at least not quite this happening. Well, yeah, he didn't really promise that either, did he? No, no, not really. Didn't do any such thing. So we can't really blame poor Mr. Trump at. He's just doing... Well, he was ordered to do by the Israelis, by the Jewish mafia. Now, one of the things that we need to pay attention to is, as was pointed out, one of our callers is calling from the Chicago area, is to see how they play out the either embracing of this activity or the quote-unquote resistance to this activity. It's a toss of the coin as far as how they may actually want to follow through on their activities, but the ring knockers have all been given their marching orders. So I don't really see a whole lot of quote-unquote resistance popping up. There's lots of pickle, smoke, and mirrors. The usual PS we see with the ring knockers. But the reality is that the system wants this, and because the system wants it, they're going to get it. They're going to put this in play. Now once they do, sky's the limit for wherever they want to go with it, and they'll create and establish a standard whereby when the Communists publicly roll in the rest of the way, which they will, they will then implement the exact same action of the type we saw over the last four years when they were going after January 6th, except they will expand it to a massive level of going after Americans who belong here. Not illegal aliens. They're not going to go after the illegal aliens. We're already seven months into this. There was supposed to be a plan. The plan was supposed to be implemented. We didn't see the plan implemented. Looks like everybody sat on their hands for the last seven months and all of a sudden headed into the end of summer. Seven months after this administration said day one We're getting around to oh, well, we're gonna grab a whole bunch of other illegal aliens. Do you believe that? anybody out there actually Believe that so far. Yeah, it's not looking very good. Is it? Yeah, and back. I think everybody understands again, if the actions of the Federal Reserve are as anticipated and discussed by many people in economic circles Then you're looking at Weimar Republic destruction of the economy to steal the land off from under your feet, which is what the Jewish mob is planning on doing. Okay? It is real hell going after, not just, oh, Palestinian land, they're coming after American real estate. Same turds, different day, nothing new. Okay? But the interesting thing about this is that there are a whole lot of precursors or indent points that create trip flares that everybody can see. The important thing is we get a fire under everybody's ass to understand this and to watch for them because it's going to be very, it is going to be quick. hyper abrupt because government's idea of fast, everybody else is like, wow, this is a slow motion shipwreck. True, but it's still the shipwreck you expected and they will act exactly as we're describing. They're going to follow through on their actions against the American people. That's not a maybe, kind of, if or sort of. It's guaranteed. It's in motion right now. So what we need to look at is, again, one of the other indicators that the bad guys have offered. Well, gasoline or fuel prices continue to escalate. And interestingly enough, now they've been roller coaster-ing anyway. I will be the first to say that. We've had extreme cycles of price variance with fuel over the last year. I mean, we're talking anywhere from 40 to 50 cent jumps in hiccups. with regard to the cost of fuel in Michigan. And again, I'm sure it's reflected most of the rest of the country. To what degree? I'm not sitting there and counting the pulse of dollars in all these locations, but the indications here in Michigan are pretty obvious. The thing is that Combine that with doubling the property tax, which by the way nobody's talking about. This happened and the controlled media was told to shut up about it, but so were the controlled social media. I think the reason that the controlled social media doesn't talk about it is while many of the people that are involved in social media do talk about many subjects, many are not property holders and the few that are They're not going to talk about it because they're the ones that took the millions of dollars from the present regime to be the new controlled media. So they're not going to discuss it because they've been told to shut up about it. something to think about there. Many others aren't necessarily looking at it or they've got a kind of a wrong think attitude in that well, I don't care because I don't own property and those people have property and I don't and they actually have a very, let's just say, communist attitude, not communist, communist attitude about property owners. That how evil and bourgeois you are for having property. when they can't or when they won't choose to suck it up and actually make the effort to own property by actually doing something to accomplish that particular goal. So again, we're looking at a progressive action on the part of the bet guys. It's not slow motion, but it is going to be rather Let's just say rolling in nature is going to be like a progressive mud fly. The first part of it when it's starting to break. And then as with the Weimar Republic, step by step, day by day, it became a massive catastrophe for the population with no fix in sight. In fact, just the reverse. Day by day, it took more and more scraps of paper. The only thing that they can use to conceal this, by the way, is by going to the cashless society which is in the wings. See how this math comes together? These things are not separate. In the past, whenever I've kind of brought this up, one of the things that they tried to use as an attack is, well, he believes everything is connected. Yes, because everything is connected. Duh. Why would you not believe everything is connected? The interaction of the population is quite significant. And very real, I mean people do deal with each other every day as a matter of fact and in this case with regard to the Money move that we're seeing this particular attack on the currency well the digits because a lot of it isn't currency anymore after we keep reinforcing that remember only about 10% at best any given years actually printed in currency inside the United States. Only 10% is actually paper currency right now. In fact, it's probably lower than that. So we have to remember that moving just a little farther with the decimal point, no percentage point I should say, we wouldn't belong to no cash in hand. Now in 1929 they pulled the cash reserves. All cash was pulled. That's the part people don't understand. This is before the Gold Act. In 1929, at the end of 1929, remember it was winter. It was winter. It was cold outside. It was freezing outside. You had to make a choice between heating and eating. especially the farther north you go into the northern part of the United States. But what the banks did is pulled every dollar out of circulation. If you spent a dollar at the store and the store or the business was foolish or stupid enough to take that money to the bank, that money was sucked up by the Jewish Federal Reserve And the Jewish Federal Reserve pulled that money out of circulation step by step. People started to learn that you only deal locally with regard to spending money, what little you had. And by the way, most people had nothing. They sure rose up in Guatemala, especially at that time. Well, I'm sorry repeat then hold on everybody say Rosa and shot them out of this country. Why didn't that's when people? That's what people were getting. That's what we're people were getting ready to do if you get a chance Let's understand that in step one people were still stunned by what transpired in 1929 in October Everybody had been going to work every day. Everybody was collecting a paycheck. Well mostly And what happened is in a matter of moments, they literally shut the doors to the factory, shut the doors to the manufacturing facilities, and said, we have no work. There's no place to go. You have nothing. Now, the problem is, hold on, this eventually, as people survived the winter and then started to realize how the money disappeared, it was very obvious that this was planned. And a lot of people ask the right question during that period of time, who's responsible? Well, everybody understood the banks were responsible. The same banks that are in operation right now, the Federal Reserve that's on the cusp of attacking you physically now. The Federal Reserve that attacked us then is ready to attack us now. Now, they pulled our money out of circulation in America. In America, they pulled our money out of circulation. I got it. But the other connections of the world, they cause inflation. In some places they did, it was selected an example. It depended on where you were. Remember, what we call inflation is all devaluation of the currency. So an example, probably when you bring up the international picture, hold on, imagine in a matter of months, South America absolutely, not only ground to a halt, But all of its modern activity ceased. It literally, whole areas of South America that had built up over probably a hundred years of parallel advancement, literally went back to the jungle in two years. See, that's the part people did. It did. It literally, because remember, South America, let's think about this, because South America is kind of cut up. They're more like what we were in the 50s now in South America. They didn't have any manufacturing. They were in the same boat we were as the colonies in 1775. In South America, they depended on everybody else's excess to show up. And they purchased it and they operated it. For instance, Brazil and Argentina, well, more Brazil. had all kinds of grandiose expansion that took place from the 1900 to about 1925. They had opera houses, they had whole storefront main streets, the whole nine yards. You could drop yourself in a place in South America and until you see the signs on the buildings closer up or get a look at the people, You would swear you were in North America. You would swear you were in Chelsea, Michigan or Schmidlapp, Kentucky. The streets were identical. However, the moment the money was cut off by the bankers, while we were affected, we were in a much better economic position than South America. But South America, everything first froze and then everything literally just collapsed and went back to the jungle. Yeah, they just pulled the money out of the circulation. Right, and so there was no, there were no pennies to rub together and the people were already relatively poor. They weren't as well off as Americans were. And of course, you know, they stole their wealth and everything out of their boxes and all kinds of stuff. Insane. However, here's the, well hold on, here's the thing, in 1931, 1930, In 31, the American people were taking back the country. In 32, the first major step towards flipping the Federal Reserve out of this country mechanically was in place. That's why when 33 rolls around, FDR, under Jewish control, declared the banking emergency. The only banking emergency is that the Jewish international bankers were losing control of American money again. They had it for 20 years since 1913. Now here it is 20 years later and people understood and remembered what it was like to not have the Jewish international bankers controlling the money because we made our own money. So here's the thing, there's a video out there. Anybody ever see Schmedley Butler talk about him being approached? Anybody remember the video? If you ever watched it on YouTube, it's out there. Go watch it where he talks about him being approached. to help to fight a civil war in America. Yeah, that Butler guy, right? Was he a colonel? Butler, what it comes down to is Americans and American industry, really actual owned American industry, not Jewish international controlled industry, was ready to fight back. Now this is why this is this is before World War two 1930 34 Color you're on like speakerphone or something you're getting a lot of background Yeah, sounds a little better yeah, we got a lot of noise Anyway, my point is, and guys, you can look this up. Remember, Schmitt and Butler mentions who it is that was part of the plan to actually go to war against the Jewish international bankers on American soil. Who was it? One of them was the American Legion. What? Yeah, the American Legion guys was actually an organized militia, which everybody forgets. The American Legion had artillery. They had machine guns. Each American Legion post had up to 280 US inventory rifles at its disposal. Most of them were 1917 Enfields, which were comparable to any weapon for the day. They were in 30-06. The Browning 1919 or 1917 machine guns made up the inventory. Typically each post had two. Most posts had one battery of artillery. It could be a two-gun battery or a four-gun battery. That included 155 millimeter heavies or 105 or 75 millimeter Euro or French guns. Now, with what happened, the Jews demanded that the population be disarmed, but this is one of the reasons, think about this, The Jewish mob demanded that war be waged against the American people, the War Powers Act. The Jews then stole the gold. They had to get the gold out of the hands of the general population so we wouldn't be free again. And number three is they declared the NFA Act, the Gun Control Act of 3334. Now, it still didn't cover everything and they didn't get everything they wanted. But remember that the goal, per se, everybody was geared to fight. Let's understand this. The American rep... those of the republic were ready to fight. This is why I've said for years, we were on the edge of a... what should have been the Civil War, the real war for independence. Now we're ending up and they're public about what they're doing. Trump is literally a stooge to the Israelis. He's nothing but all he is is a meat puppet. He's no different a meat puppet than Biden. There's no difference between the two. In that respect, they've shown you who's actually the claw or the or the tentacle going back to the creature behind the curtain and that tentacles up Trump's ass. Now, they've taken the economy to a shipwreck level that they did, like they did in 1929, only to a greater degree with the application now to go after the property under your feet. They couldn't take the land under your feet. People would have shot them in a heartbeat and gone all the way to, you know, overseas to hunt them down. But what they've got now is a situation where they've already got the gold act in place. So everybody out there who's buying gold and silver, if you think you're buying that to hide, you're an idiot. You better be buying it so that you can help to stabilize an American economy once we fight for our freedom. Because the Gold Act of 1933 was never rescinded. Does everybody understand that? I absolutely believe you should buy gold and silver. Right now there's an attack on silver. People, I've mentioned this in the 2-hour block. Go look it up. Right now, junk silver, you can get it for an incredible spot price. Actually, you can get it below spot, below melt right now. But silver isn't cheap like it was, but it's cheaper than gold. So you can actually afford to get into silver. But the Gold Act of 1933 was not rescinded. They just simply turned a blind eye. It's like all the rest of this arbitrary activity. This is why I had Ed play that video from Guns and Gadgets. Arbitrarily, that's the problem with commerce law. In fact, that's where, again, on occasion, like they say, well, it doesn't affect everybody. Arbitrarily, they can claim that a particular edict under commerce law applies to all of you, but still can be discretionary reviewed by the court and altered yet again, which is what you're also seeing with this court case that Jared just brought up. They can let it rest and ignore it at their discretion if it is profitable for the court. As long as the court business continues to rake in cash to suck out of the population, then all is good. But the problem, and this is why they're trying to do this the way Jared was talking about, is because it's the business of the prosecutors, government agents, and whatever to protect the admiral key court commerce actions, to protect the business of the court. because the court is being used to strip the population of its rights, trying to imply that they are privileges under the master, under the crown, under the Admiralty Law. Another reason why you're going to end up having to go to war, because this isn't going to disappear on its own, they enjoy using it in their arbitrary fashion and seesawing back and forth while they slide progressively closer and closer to total tyranny. Again, yes, we should have shot their ass in 1930. There's three different times where we've come right up to the edge. Well, right now, contrary to what everybody thinks, we're closer probably than ever before right now because look what's happening. Old Trumpa dump is doing what Obama wanted to do. Well, actually, let's go back. What Trumpa dump is doing by doing the warm, fuzzy look, I'm the Trumpa dump. He's doing what George Herbert Walker Bush wanted to do, which is create an national police force and put US troops on the ground like a third world country.
