Yes, we will talk about what happened this weekend up at Rustic 2. There were some things that need to be taken care of or at least we're going to discuss because they're... We got a hassling for constitutional carrier. And when I say where this happens, some people will be confused. So I'm going to explain it for you. Welcome back everybody. My name is Jared. This is Guns N Gadgets, the premier source for Second Amendment News that you might not hear anywhere else. Today we got a massive victory for gun rights to talk about in Tennessee. Yeah, wait a minute, Jared, I thought you guys had constitutional carry. Not so much. Stay tuned. A three-judge panel has declared parts of Tennessee's laws mainly the intent to go armed law and our parks ban as unconstitutional. That's right, decades of unconstitutional restrictions are crumbling and the question now is, do Tennesseans effectively have constitutional carry? Stick around, because this case will have natural implications. The lawsuit here is Hughes v. Lee. It was brought by Tennessee Firearms Association, some Tennessee firearms citizens who are members, and is also backed by Gun Owners of America and Gun Owners Foundation. They challenged two big statutes here in Tennessee. Number one was the going armed statute. It's Tennessee Code, uh, Section 39, 17-1307A. And the law had been around since 1871. It was a Jim Crow law that looks to keep freed black people from having arms to withstand the Ku Klux Klan. Yeah, you heard me right. Now, it made it a crime for someone to carry a firearm with the intent to go armed. If you can tell me how you can accomplish carrying a firearm without the intent to go armed, I'll be stunned if you could. But it basically made the very act of carrying illegal. You were presumed a criminal unless you fell into the statutory defense or exception. And that's what our permitless carry law was. It was a statutory defense that could be brought up at trial. How do you get to trial? You gotta be locked up, arrested, and tried, charged. That's how you can make that defense. So we really didn't have constitutional carry until now. And number two was our Park statue, Tennessee Code, Section 39171311A, alpha. And this law banned firearms in public parks, greenways, and recreational areas with a few exceptions. Now, violation was also no bueno. You were going to go to jail if some cop somewhere in the state decided to utilize that law. It doesn't mean that if you were carrying a park or if you were carrying a firearm with the intent to go armed that you would get locked up. It just meant that you could. Now, the plaintiffs argued that these statutes violated Article I, Section 26 of the Tennessee Constitution, as well as the United States Constitution, specifically the Second Amendment, as applied through Heller, McDonald, and especially Bruin. Alright, after years of litigation, a three-judge panel agreed that the intent to go armed ban is unconstitutional. The court said that carrying a firearm for self-defense clearly falls within the scope of the Second Amendment. and criminalizing near-carry flipped the Constitution on its head. Unless, that is, unless the state could prove that this restriction fit within America's historical tradition of firearm regulation. And if they couldn't, the law had to fail. And under Bruin, Tennessee simply could not justify it. The Parks ban is also unconstitutional. The court held that declaring vast swaths of public property off-limits to firearms where families gather, where predators, human and animal alike, can be a real threat that violated the right to keep and bear arms. Again, the state failed to show that the ban was consistent with this nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation. And those are big wins under the Bruin decision. Put simply, both statutes were struck down as facially unconstitutional. So here's the big question. Does this mean that Tennessee is now a full constitutional carry state? Well, the answer is almost, but not exactly. Tennessee already had a form of permalous carry, but it was riddled with exceptions and it didn't apply in many locations. With these two statutes invalidated, the state can no longer criminalize someone simply for carrying with the intent to go armed, and it can't ban law-abiding citizens from carrying in public parks. This dramatically expands where Tennesseans can carry firearms. It pushes the state closer to true constitutional carry, but there are still other restrictions on the books, like schools, courthouses, and certain government facilities that still remain off limits. Now, the judges leaned heavily on Bruin here. That case, as you should know, said that if the Second Amendment's text covers the conduct, keeping and bearing arms, then the government bears the burden of proving its restriction is rooted in history and tradition. not just the preferred history of keeping freed black people from being able to defend themselves. Tennessee tried to argue that the old going armed to the terror of people law supported its statute. But those historical laws punished carrying in a way that spread fear or terror, thus it's in the name. They didn't criminalize the peaceful act of carrying itself. On the Parks issue, Tennessee pointed to examples of regulations in national parks and local ordinances from the 19th century. But those came long after the founding, and Bruin is very clear. The founding era, around 1791 when the Second Amendment was adopted, is the touchstone here. Post-Civil War regulations carry very little weight. The court agreed with the plaintiffs that the state had no valid historical analogues. This ruling means that law-abiding Tennesseans no longer need to fear being arrested just for carrying a firearm in public with the intent to go armed. In public parks, greenways, and recreation areas where families gather and sometimes criminals lurk are no longer mandatory victim zones. The decision sets up Tennessee as a stronger pro-Second Amendment state, aligning it closer with constitutional carry jurisdictions across the country. It also raises the stakes. If the state appeals, and we don't have that answer yet, we will soon though, if the state appeals, this could go up to the Tennessee State Supreme Court or even federal courts if they try to involve the Second Amendment more directly. Now because this was a summary judgment, either party can still ask the court to alter or amend the ruling under Tennessee's Rules of Civil Procedure, and they would have at least 30 days to make such request. Clock's already ticking. Assuming that the ruling is not altered or amended by the court, either party could appeal the ruling. Such appeals typically have to be initiated within 30 days. Again, that clock is ticking. Under either of those two options, it would be at least 30 days before the ruling is final, but it could easily be longer if Governor Bill Lee or Attorney General Jonathan Scrametti or any of the other defendants for that matter, decide to ask the three-judge panel to revise its ruling or if they choose to appeal. Now of course, doing either of those creates a very uncomfortable look for the governor and attorney general because they would then be spending taxpayer funds seeking to preserve unconstitutional laws in direct violation of their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and to protect the rights of citizens of Tennessee. Like I said, we will know shortly. The clock is ticking. But it can now be construed that the Tennessee Attorney General and the Governor of Tennessee are both guilty of federal civil rights violations. I think they let this sleeping dog lie. I don't think they appeal it. We'll have to wait and see, though. What's happening here in Tennessee is part of a nationwide trend. Courts post-brewin are striking down gun control laws that cannot survive historical scrutiny. And the winds just keep coming. Think about it. In just the past few years we've seen federal courts knock out bans on magazines, suppressors, and carrier restrictions. Now Tennessee joins that wave, affirming that the right to keep a mayor arms means what it says. It's not a privilege doled out by the state, it's a constitutional guarantee. This is where you come in. Victories like this don't happen in a vacuum. They happen because gun owners like you and I fight back. Because groups like Gun Owners of America, Tennessee Firearms Association and others bring cases. And because ordinary citizens refuse to accept infringements. So here's what you could do right now to help this reach final judgment, I guess. Number one, contact the Tennessee governor and the attorney general. The numbers will be here on the screen and in the link, the description and the pinned comment. And let them know that you support this ruling and you expect for them to refrain from appealing it and actually start supporting the Second Amendment. Number two, join the fight. Join groups like Gun Owners of America and Tennessee Firearms Association and other organizations that are leading the charge. Number three, spread the word, share the video, tell your neighbors and make sure people know that their rights have been restored in Tennessee. Now this is a historic win for Tennessee and a reminder to every other state government, our rights are not negotiable. The Second Amendment means exactly what it says. So Chicago is where the original FinCEN, remember we had, there's an argument because after the fact it's 52 to 54 organizations were brought together, the precursor to Homeland Security with FinCEN in New York, or forgive me, in Chicago, New York. What's interesting about this is that again when they had this particular meeting, they even invited the Crips in the Bloods. Now today, do I think that the other organized crime groups are tied into FinCEN? Yep. Why not? Historically, they always have been. Historically, criminal combine operations have been directly involved with FinCEN. participating hand in glove in many operations. Why would I not expect them to be doing it now? There's no difference. I mean, actually, again, if APAC Democrat versus APAC Republican, and by the way, remember, that's like 99% of the Congress and the Senate are APAC and, of course, also the bureaucracy. And I think everybody better pay attention real close here to who's dumb enough to open their face that way. And question, well, what side do you think they're really on? Well, power side, son. Wherever the power trip is. I gots to go with the winning side. I gots to go with the winning side. We've heard that before. That's why I could, you know, basically repeat it. We've heard it before. Except that side didn't win. When that side doesn't win, then they got a bit of a problem if you've sided with the enemy. Oops. So this is why everybody went to Brain Fart for the four years because Trump and Dump set everything up with the support the blue, support the blue. Now we got everybody back in this record mantra, support the blue, support the blue. Why? Well because you got to use Donald Trump's to support the blue. But those are the people who beat down grandma, which I keep coming back to you for a reason. I do remember that. I'm not going to forget that. It wasn't good to beat down Grandma, and it's inevitable that they will come to try and beat you down the same way. Just like they did Grandma, the same bunch that you're going, and clapping like a dumbass sea lion for. Hmm, I say. So anyway, ideas not just complaining about the problem, But one of the things that we need to watch here, of course now they're making the noise from the A-Pac Democrat side in Chicago, which is the Israeli north side, saying that they're going to fight in the streets, that they're going to resist, that the, you know, the Chicago police in Chicago, whatever. First of all, most of them won't anyway. That's, you know, that's hollow. That's what I can say, and it's just like hollow, man. That just doesn't have any substance. But what is going to be interesting is to see how they move, what propaganda is, because they've got to be able to lock down the information bank first. Now they've already done that to a degree. I mean everybody that's doing the play acting, competition or faction thing, that would all disappear. When APAC tells APAC Democrat and APAC Republican to shut up, sit in the corner and goose step with the rest of the Communists, both of them will do just that. Okay? It's just all it's going to be. Now, what we need to be prepared for is when they make the next turn because if they're feeling their oats and you know they will, then the next step is that they're going to be told they could just come out and go anywhere. After all, they already got away with the one. Why would they not think they can get away with the other? So, Again, be prepared for the next phase sooner rather than later because it is most likely to happen within a very short period of time. If again, remember they have a schedule, oh I'm sorry, a schedule to keep, not a schedule, a schedule. to keep and that also is coordinating with their garbage overseas wanting to kill off the Palestinians and then crump a dump you know one way or another you do know we're going to get swamped with that problem right the same turds that created the problem are going to demand that we pay for the problem everybody is ready for that right I hope that nobody's got any kind of crazy or stupid illusion about that idea where it's going That's not a baby kind of sort of that's just a how soon so everyone better be paying attention to that one Next really Really? One of the things that happened with our successfully blocking the National Police Force over and over and over again has to do with the ability to stay focused on a task. And one of the things that I see is a major failing right now with regard to individuals out there as far as the phenomenal tools that are available to everybody in the Freedom or Patriot movement, no matter how you look at it, it's just not being used. That's another thing I have to say flat out. Right now with everybody yaps about how we go control because we go to the Internet, whatever. Well, if you do, then you're not doing a very good job of actually focusing energy. And because we should have the bad guys beat hands down from on most battlefields. The problem is everybody doing the, yeah, but I'm afraid because they could come after me and fill in the blank. Well, at some point you're going to have to commit to the fight to some degree. You know, do something. You're the pilot. And what I see is the most common is everybody wants to be able to like monitor and comment, but in no way, shape or form have any physical participation in the, well, the strife that is to come. So I go, I want to be able to watch it from like outside, like it's a movie, but I don't really want to get like, you know, you have to like get dark. I don't want to get dark. That's exactly how you notice people are acting. It's like everybody's rah rah rah as long as somebody else. It's like the whole thing. We're going to sue the National Guard. Why do you think there are people like that? Cowards. Cowards like that. It's like, man, dude, somebody else is going to bleed, man. It's great when somebody else bleeds. And so the cowardice is strong in this country. And the cowardice will continue in this country. Whereas, stepping up to the plate and actually dealing with the problem personally, which is what has to be done or the situation will just continue to be what it is, well, that's why we're in the trouble we're in. Not complaining, per se. I'm just pointing out that I'm used to this. Most people are, everyone is, why aren't you? We're upset. That's because you can't be. There are too many other things that need to be taken care of that we have to focus on. Somebody better try to act more like an adult. Everybody else seems to be doing the green weenie slash piss your pants, defecate your spine, nut your bung hole like a meat zodafone. We can't afford that. I can't anyway, or maybe other people can. But it's one of the reasons again that we are going to have to step up to the plate. It's not an if this is going to kick off. Right now it's only when. Now as far as how far they're willing to go with this part of the cycle, It depends on how comfortable they feel based upon feedback because they're going to be watching the socialist media, that social media, and they're going to watch to see how their parents and the controlled media are able to affect what percentage of the population. They already got a taste of this with the Epstein scam. When all of a sudden Trump it up does a, oh, you're still talking about that? Well, anybody who's talking about that, you've got a follower of mine. Well, that's true. No, not a follower. Well, wait a minute. You'll notice he kind of hesitated or got into a hiccup situation there because that's exactly what people started to say. Because what they were offered, what they claimed they were going to do, and what they have done. Two totally different creatures. Several people have pointed out quite accurately if any of the republic rats who are presently making noise had seen the demacons talk about bringing the National Guard onto the streets, they'd be all incensed and everything. But apparently in their short brain, because that's how we would describe it, because Trump's doing it, it's okay. But it is inevitable and this is why we have always fought it and why like I said this time around will probably this will break This will break the line So that one way or another you know you're the only thing you're gonna do now is kick the can down the road a little road a little bit But the inevitable is now before you What's going to happen is they're going to create the conditions that will bring you to war Inside the country not outside Because once they, again, you know, cross the Rubicon of pushing for the open police state of the type that Trumpadump is proposing, it is inevitable that the Trumpadump types are gone. At a given point, all of the ground is laid for the final step that they couldn't quite commit to when the Communists had full control here for how many years. They did try very hard, didn't they? I'd say they did, wouldn't you? Now just imagine a little more of what they wanted and they get it all in their hands. What do you think they would do? As it is, they might still do it just with the trumpet dump crew because there's enough people that have shut off their brains. that they could step forward with it. This is going to be the challenge as this situation, the shipwreck progresses. It's not an if, it's just a can, you know, it's the can they. That's what they're watching for right now. Are these people actually that stupid that they could get away with it maybe? That they could actually move to the next tier? You watch and see because the verbiage was already there this weekend. We're 16 cities we can go to. We can go to one after another or all of them. Or all of them. And I'm sure that the plan is already laid out. Now it's a matter of waiting to see how brain dead America is. That's what this is all about. That's the only thing left on the table right now. So anyway, we're almost to the top. Very quickly, I want to touch on something. At the Rustic Campus weekend, once again, there were some issues about management. There was a conflict of the minds. And I cannot emphasize enough, guys, it's a temporary situation. Now, the only thing is what happened is we are so far ahead of schedule that certain groups can actually accomplish and get out of the way and go home. That's what it comes down to. And what happened this last weekend is that some individuals were in the way of others and so there was some gnashing of teeth and running of hair that should not have taken place and ruffling of feathers. So, I cannot emphasize enough that this is why in any endeavor you have to have a chief straw boss. What is a straw boss? A straw boss is an individual with just the authority for the particular task at hand. Everybody understands that they've agreed to, was kind of like, you know, we are going to have this, it's not a dictatorship, it's a management system, for a short period of time. A final coordinator still works with all of the components. This is basically the equivalent to having what we call a war council. When we had the Hautari situation, a really interesting thing happened. It was one of those situations where we literally could have a war council in place and did. Because we had so many people in the right place, the right moment. When they attacked the Hautari, We actually had the manpower in place pretty much ready to fight, but decisions had to be made. So very quickly, the War Council was committed in the process. Everybody, you know, tags brought out all the points very quickly. In fact, it only lasted about 15 minutes. But each point was brought forward, and the argument was, well, we can't let this go any farther. You know it's, you know, everybody agreed. We already knew that the feces was hitting the oscillating device. And so everybody agreed to the action and we moved. From that point forward, it was just a matter of unit coordination from one group to the next and everything went exceptionally well. So I will point out again that if you have a straw boss, the straw boss is a straw boss for a reason. That's the final decision, the decisionator, okay, there we go. That's a good one, decisionator. And all of you need to agree to that. When we are in a fighting situation, We are going to cease a series of conflicts like this. One of the most difficult things is again reminding people that yes, we still have to have that war council because if you have locals who have a better understanding of the battlefield, the area of operation, they have to be given a voice because your plans may not meet with what is actually an intelligent process with the conditions of the battlefield, the conditions of the area of operation. And this is why the use of local resources especially and having them developed is critical all over the state simultaneously. It doesn't have to be everybody. But having enough people in place that are functional that understand the needs will be, what's necessary when the time comes. We need those people now to work together to start developing their skills working together. because it is inevitable that we are going to be in conflict. It is not an if, it is only a when. And besides, as militia, you're supposed to be ready already. You don't wait till the last minute to do things. You're supposed to be organizing now so that you will work effectively later. All the cogs, all the different knuckles connect, everything, the gears drive. by working together. So again, I cannot emphasize enough the straw bosses are there for a reason. Okay? It's been Monday all day. It's still nice. Temperatures are medium out there. It's starting to cool a little bit. We're not used to this cool. It's not really cold. It's just cooler because it's perfect weather outside. Comfortable. We've been pretty hot for quite some time and everybody's kind of gotten used to the idea, understandably so. And as it works out, the shift is taking place. We are headed towards fault. Not yet. I know. Don't say those words. I'll try not to. But we can't help it. It's not an if. It's just a when. It's going to happen. So for everybody out there, pay attention. And don't say stay frosty. We don't want that. We'd like to stay warmer. But do stay focused. And remember, During these types of shifts that take place, you know, I'm one of the few people at least trying to remind you about this, hypothermia. People can die from hypothermia under these conditions right now. This is not something crazy or out of place. It's something we've seen happen historically in the past. Don't want to see it happen. So we're going to warn people that you want to pay attention. Keep an eye on your people, especially at night. Now, it's only if they're involved in certain activities, get really warmed up, don't bring additional clothing, don't get covered up, and the core temperature is lost. That's how that type of thing happens. So pay attention to your environment and make sure you do the right thing by your people. Pay attention and protect them. On that note also, and again, we are headed towards Some of the last of the dog days, make sure that you do take your solar block and protection out with you because people are going to miscalculate the other way too. That's the only problem with this kind of weather. All kinds of shifts that naturally take place mean that people don't always think things through. And then you have casualties. They're not very casual, sir. Yes, but they're still casualties. And we don't want that, so we're going to try to avoid by prepping you ahead of time in both directions. Now, onto other elements here. Okay, they're talking about Chicago, but it's already obvious there's been a, every city that is, let's just say, been prepped by APAC Democrat, and now will be attacked by APAC Republican, both owned by and run by the same group, thesis, antithesis. synthesis, create the problem, demonstrate the problem, come up with a solution. People otherwise would not accept that is the plan. That's what they're doing. I think everybody hopes the thinking people can see it. The other ones maybe not so much. But for all of us that still have our brains in gear, there is more than enough to keep you busy as they say. And one of the things that we need to watch for is the regional police. Now, Granted, a lot of this is probably camouflaged into DHS, Department of Heartland Security. Oh, that's right, they changed their name. It was Department of Heartland Security when it was first created. Remember, you should. But when that was going on, remember that was part of the transition. They were trying to make it warm and fuzzy, homeland's warm and fuzzy, but Heartland, have a heart, man. Have a heart. Hearts are nice. hearts you make to feel you know your your your loving heart you have a loving heart each all warm fuzzies that was a whole idea behind that but it all unfortunately one of the reason that the heartland security thing died is because Well America with a K is out there and if you went and watched it every in which we got everybody to do What happened is people were going oh my god? Well, that's the kind of garbage. You're pulling right now, and it's like oh my god. Yes. Yes. They are So, what's interesting about that particular change in name, at the same time, the regional police were being integrated into, because DHS being what it is, Department of Homeland Security, they were pulling all of these other mechanisms into place that they had already prepped and set up. Regional police, you might recall back when we were covering them when the initially we were able to identify them. Guys, regional police cars were virtually in caches of five and 600. Where? Well, as a matter of fact, one of the big block fleets was right there in Chicago. What did they do with the vehicles? Well, I don't know. It's a fleet of over 600 marked regional police. You might recall that with Katrina, which now is far enough back, they figure everybody's stupid, they can't remember anything. You know, shoe size IQ and, you know, minimal memory, that's how they look at you. Those creatures, when they came out, the regional police showed up. Remember, they were covered. Now, the regional police force is a very alien creature. It's something that off to the side, It's kind of out of place now only because of, as I pointed out, Homeland Security is in place. But remember, this is the fog that they have used, these many different agencies. This is the fog that they've used to conceal how much activity across the country. Well, quite a bit actually, extensively. And to do this in the way that they've been so successful, they're not going to change. A lot, oh no, don't you do that. Back over. Okay, very good. Got operational signals, some mixing going on here, forgive me. One of the things to remember is that the regional police element was a quite extensive rank and file component and made up of what are, and now this is where we're gonna see this come out of the woodwork now, again. is the Homeland Succuretti operations need to have the uniformed services police in place. The regional police were actually elements of your local police department that had sold out as bought and paid for whores under the MJTF and JTF operations. They're doing this again. This is what's happening right now. This is how they're getting the ball moving at the local level and why they would have the tools already in the toolbox there ready to be plugged in and deployed. If you recall with Katrina, people were asking the people who were regional police officers, well, where do you come from? Well, I'm from Ohio, or I'm from Iowa, or I'm from like Nebraska, or I'm from all over the country as a matter of fact. And the purpose behind this was to again have the infrastructure in place to do something that patriots for many, many, many, many years have warned you all about, going back to the 50s and 60s. First, again, you're riding the local police, who by the way, if they've been hockey-pucking up the way they have because of the federal money, which that's part of phase two by the way. Yeah, you're supposed to get pissed at them, rightly so, because they're not doing their job. But they're not doing their job because an APAC Democrat, an APAC Republican, Both sides were working with regard to the legal element to attack local police in every way that they possibly could. This was mapped out quite successfully by many good patriots back in the 60s. You might recall when people were trying to explain how the UN occupation operations would work, that this was one of the tools to get rid of the control that the American people have on law enforcement by keeping it local. The farther a department's control is, and you've already seen this with the bigger and bigger city police departments, that in fact have become very hostile to the population. That wasn't accidental, that was planned, that was intentional. The purpose behind it was to help to shift attitude. I don't want to be part of this. I just want to leave and get my retirement. Well, how are you going to be able to take your retirement if, as you can already see, the individuals that are betraying you have every intention of, well, getting rid of you on top of all the rest of us? How's that supposed to work? I'm always fascinated by that. So all these characters who figured they'd bail haven't been able to bail and have no place to go, by the way. Well, that's where the regional police option came in, where they actually filtered them sideways, gave them the job. They have this as like one of multiple titles they may already have locally, but typically there is police officer, sheriff's deputy, or state police. However, in the transition, they get the big paycheck, the pat on the head, the squeeze on the ass, and they get to go over somewhere else and beat people down with a federal badge. Or I should say, well, it's not really a federal because it's a globalist mechanism. A globalist mechanism. That's right. They're really not American to begin with. See, all of this is going to progressively work towards the understanding that we just need a bigger global presence. And we're already seeing that with Trump's agenda to get all of these foreign companies to come into the US. We're not talking about American companies building up in America. Every aspect of what's being done here is always with the process of proposing that the foreign entities should be allowed to come in and operate here. They're going to invest in America. Well isn't that what the communist Chinese have been doing and we've been fighting for this whole time over and over and over again? The Chinese wanted to invest in America. They aren't our friends. Who are these other turds that they now are telling you are just oh so vulnerable like sliced white bread? Wunderbar. Who are these people? Well they're not your friends either. As a matter of fact, you're your bare-boned enemy. So, going back to the regional police, that's the element that's probably going to be discovered and kicked in with what they're going to do with Chicago. That's, and again, they may, the question is, have they completely reintegrated or de-graded and then reintegrated? the regional police structure into DHS because they've got everybody so stupefied with Homeland Security. Or under the original plan, are the regional police waiting in the wings, which they are, And this is where you have the Communist Party members jumping ship from the local police department, the sheriff's department or whatever, to join the international communist element, which is the regional police under Homeland Security, a direct copy of the interior police of the KGB, making the regional police the uniformed services, which is what the interior police were, the uniformed services of the secret police. Interestingly enough, a good percentage were always individuals who were actually part of the non-uniform death squads, detention camp operations, who would be put into the uniform services temporarily for the purpose of being used on the population. No way! Yes way. Let me point something out about the KGB in all of its forms, going all the way back to the Czechoslovak. Guys, you know that they had an entire wardrobe department for the interior police of the KGB? A wardrobe department. What do you think they did? Question. Anybody? Will a wardrobe department be needed for a secret? Yeah, like Hollywood. A wardrobe department. That means you're wearing costumes. What kind of costuming would secret police do? Anybody? What kind of costuming would a secret police operation do? Let me give you an example. If you look at what happened with the Hungarian uprising, one of the reasons that the Hungarian uprising was put down although it was an internal affair and it was a betrayal of the Hungarian resistance by the spooks and kooks and communists who were in our own government against people who were actually able to resist effectively the whole population were against communism. And you'll notice that you're not supposed to remember the Hungarian revolt because you'll also notice that today It's the people of Hungary who are now revolting against the EU, the other communists. Anybody notice this? What does a costuming department do? Well, when the KGB wants to make it appear that the operation with regard to the suppression of the resistance is organic, then what they do is they costume the forces to look like Hungarian military units. And a group, a series of thousands or even up to tens of thousands of personnel are gussied up, are dressed up to appear to be, for instance, Hungarian military forces or Hungarian police. When in reality, They're not. Now, this is done, this U.S. government does similar things actually. We used to have what we called sterile operations. You know, everything you use in a military operation, especially clandestine warfare, is sterile in that there isn't anything that you have that can be, that can come back to the United States. Typically again, even your weapons are multi-generational or other party weapons, not simply because they work better per se, that's not the issue. The idea is that they want to be able to say claim and deny, or should say have absolute deniability, if anybody lays claim to the idea that, oh, it's the United States doing this. Those aren't our people, not my circus, those aren't my monkeys. Look, you find anything looks like belongs to my monkeys? Not wedding any of their uniforms nobody looking like that. It's all these moods these squirrel When in reality the whole operation everybody that's a party are all American nationals operating in a clandestine warfare operation They're doing stuff like this right now It's what everybody brags about until they get caught and then when they get their tit in the ringer all of a sudden everybody gets into denial It's that river over in Egypt denial. Yeah, you know denial sir So anyway, what's interesting is the costume department could provide any number of different nationality, secret police, police forces, or marshal slash military uniform options. The interesting thing though is that they would also make sure that they didn't have any cross section accidents. And so these uniform services would be with identifying markings that were not existent within the actual military of the country that they were not going into operating in. The units themselves, everything would look correct. Insignia, uniform patterns, camouflage patterns, depending on what they needed, but the base identifiers, depending on the situation, though sometimes they could stick to the normal script, typically were totally alien So that any of the KGB operational units could identify each other and wouldn't do any friendly fire activity, wouldn't shoot each other down. Wouldn't put a bullet in each other's arse, they don't need that. That's not why they're there, right? So it's interesting that again, I think we're going to see the same thing, not necessarily any kind of Crossfire with, you know, we're trying to dress up like us. It is an option. It is one of the things we're watching for. It's why we have ID markers of our own. It's why all of you, we've talked about this for many, many years, why there are certain tells that should be on your equipment that nobody else has. We've tried to explain this over and over again. But more so the idea that they can deceive locally in reverse order that there's a bigger Fed, which there is. I mean, these people have taken, you know, the Monet's, you know, they've taken the Lucre from the Ringknockers. But it's a very different situation in that if they decide to go this route, there's no coming back from it. That's the only interesting thing about where this is headed right now. If they commit to this, this is a no holds barred, got to go to the end. There's no kind of half serving on this situation. So just a heads up, this can go south very, very quickly. Contruding everybody thinks, well, they'll just be in Chicago. No, they've already said they're going to be in Warren, Chicago. Whether or not they're going to slide this immediately sideways because they've got everybody in stupid mode, and we don't know how far people are willing to go there, is going to be determined by how people respond instead of react. Now, there will be a lot of other reactions by people who are mindless. It's like what you see with the limitations and gnashing of teeth because of the Trump derangement syndrome, not because they're thinking or really are concerned about their national sovereignty or anything like that. The eight-pack Democrats are obviously hardcore Soviet. They don't care about the national sovereignty of the country. That's irrelevant to them. They could care less. They'd bail. For the four years, they were openly explaining how they were going to burn you out the rest of the way and destroy the country the rest of the way. Now all of a sudden, they're using specific rhetoric that in no way, shape, or form matches the environment and more matches their own personal timelines in the last several years. Now more than several years, decades now. So this is where, again, Chicago becomes the battlefield focus point once again Somebody's asking hold on here. Well. Yes, if you remember we posted these we had photographs the motor pools for The regional police one of the reasons that we were able to demonstrate beyond a shadow of doubt what the activity was it was Going on is because yes, we were able to identify the motor pool retention points for the fleet vehicles of the regional police. After they took the companies out of the country, then they bring the select countries in with their companies. And the globalists plop their sariards down right in your backyard, which is what's going on with the Chinese. Now, what's interesting is in the other locations, and attention, attention, attention, this is something I really should reemphasize. The Chinese were supposed to build very specific size complexes with the federal US dollars and the Michigan State dollars that were handed over by the buckets to the tune of more than half a billion dollars in American digits. Okay? What's interesting is so far the locations that have been in the development phase are a small percentage of what was the quote-unquote proposed build for these operations and it's obvious that they've already scaled back and pulled back specific amounts of resources and they're not spending them here in America. Now this is money they we gave to them. We gave the they can't emphasize this enough. The governor trader Schitzmayer, okay you know Whitmer, disgusting. already handed over a large block of capital to these foreign mechanisms, specifically the Chinese. They in turn were supposed to build a specific number of facilities. Now needless to say, we blocked one. Patriots up here in this end of the country actually took over the township up there by Big Rapids and successfully throughout the Chinese and there's their Chinese operatives and Chinese communists and Chinese communist supporters by the way local Communist Party members American have been trying to undermine or trying to attack the individuals that successfully kicked out the communist Chinese And so there's a lot of skullduggery going on at the local end, but as I told them the last time I spoke to anybody, it's, well, hey, it's a good thing, because you know who's who in the zoo. You wouldn't have known who it is that was as rabidly communist as these people are until this happened. So the good thing is you found out who the traitors are, who the individuals are that are going to be up to the no good that these people are up to. But it's not over not by any stretch of the imagination The biggest problem is again that we literally have allowed them to money launder a massive amount of federal funding to the communist Chinese and There's no accountability none from anyone not from the Trump side fact there hasn't been any because it's the Israelis that are Coordinating the theft and because it's the Israelis slash the Jewish mob that are coordinating the process. I guarantee they got because of this, the Trump turns a blind eye. You'll notice there's absolutely no discussion about this in any of the Trump a dump sphere. None whatsoever. We have multiple communist Chinese military front operations around the state of Michigan that need to be dealt with. They need to be stopped. But instead, Trump and Dumps crew, their job is to just make sure things proceed with no change in direction whatsoever. Now that should tell you something right there. There has been no change, you know, there's been no sea change, you know what I mean? There's been no sea change or anything like that, just the reverse. The situation is such that they're continuing to dig in, but they're doing it while they're cooking the books and sliding the cash further out the back door than they already have. So for everybody there, you know, everybody, we got a lot of people listening here in Michigan. You know, again, what have you seen in the controlled news? We've all seen the same thing, nothing. We should tell you again where this is headed as far as the overall situation. How is this going to continue? How is it going to proceed? Now the Goshen sites and again there is another one that is in another location as I pointed out we have a lot of truck drivers that pass on information especially if they're intrastate in state and there are a couple locations where they are dumping a massive amount of industrial technology machinery but there's nothing at the locations the communities themselves don't hold any industrial capacity whatsoever. We're still trying to find out more. We're just keeping an eye on location, location, location. But that is another flare. There is something else afoot, something totally askew to everything else that we've seen that is actively taking place inside the state. So Michigan's not dead by any stretch of the imagination or the fight's not over. Instead, what we need to do is find out who's who in the zoo and how they're planning on screwing me and you. And this is an oblique. This is something that came in from a totally odd angle, but it continues to develop. So just again, flares are up and everybody's eyes and ears are to the rail. The president's providing more ammunition so that more Palestinian Christians can be killed by the Jews who hate the Palestinian Christians. And that's again, it's scripted. It's planned. It's not accidental. They know exactly what they're doing. Oh, they're very upset. They're very upset. They're so very upset. But they're also very not doing anything about it. Personally, a lot of the Israelis don't like the situation they're in either, also because again, some of their own people are getting whacked in this situation and they ain't coming back. Hey, that's the price. But what's fascinating about this is that again, I'm supposed to feel what? I mean, number one is, you know, they didn't train no fool here. The creatures that are doing this, if they can, they'll be doing to America what they're doing to Palestine sooner. Again, we had the discussion during the Torah block. I'll remind everybody about the Melai Massacre and how it got stopped. It got started because of a policy that again, free fire zone and no limits. And because of that, a slaughter with reckless abandon occurred. It was stopped because aviation personnel, helicopters with guns, got between what was being ordered on the ground and happening and the level of destruction that was, you know, again, horrific. I don't see any Israelis stepping up to the plate on that. They're just lamenting about the fact that they got to get their ass shot at. Otherwise, if it's one-sided and they're killing Palestinians with reckless abandon and not seeing any return fire, they wouldn't care. The only reason they're concerned is because they might actually get their sorry ass blown out of their socks in the process because they got to get close to do it. And you know what? When people feel they're up against the wall, they fight hard. And that's what's coming up. So again, pay attention because this is not going to get better. It's going to get worse, as with the rest. But in light of the crisis they may create from outside, Then the deflection, moving the National Guard sideways with different orders would not be difficult at all. Especially when people might actually get a little upset because they start dumping the brackets. Palestinian refugees on American shores to particular locations. An interesting thing about this, although it's not a nuclear exchange, it is a genocide by the Israelis against the Palestinian Christians and Muslims. And for everybody who keeps repeating, it's like, well, no, there's a whole bunch of Christians there, but I'm going to point out something about that too. Remember, there's a whole lot of people that are in your country now that hate Christians because they were told to by the public fool system. that are all through the system so they don't care if they're killing Christians. No, exactly what we were talking about during the 2-hour block. Actually, all I was doing is just reminding everybody, we talked about this decades ago with the regional police. This is an element. It's just a different construct for the moment, but it's not something that I think, I don't think they'll focus just on that. the regional police scam will come out again in the wash and is going to be in her face once again. And that's really the element that they've wanted because it's in line with UN doctrine, globalist doctrine. People just here in Michigan, if anybody's even around law enforcement, they should know, at least should have heard of J-Net or LawNet. These are regional task forces, of course, as many of the local police departments. This isn't like fantasy. This is reality. They work directly with the Fed. They work directly with one of those things called fusion centers, which are nothing but intelligence gathering centers against you and me and everybody else here around. Well, the fusion centers have no accountability to Congress. First of all, what was just brought up, the fusion centers are actually a fabrication and extension of both the MJTF and JTF operations with a combined police force element. If we recall, remember years ago, the Vice President is the Director of Central Law Enforcement. Anybody remember that title? The Director of Central Law Enforcement. The VP has that title officially. It's one of his many hats that they're not talking about. Well, what is the agency or what is the mechanism that he has to control? Well, number one, back in the day, remember in the 90s, Homeland's, Heartland slash Homeland Security, remember it was originally Heartland, did not exist. And at that time, the precursor, the parent organization of DHS was, were the regional police forces, regional police. Now these mechanisms didn't go anywhere, but the very first time everybody saw it publicly was when Katrina was practiced. Katrina was an FTX, a field training exercise, to actually employ, first, retard, in other words, do not provide services, and then employ the regional or national police force on the ground there integrating regular military combined with law enforcement in a regimented and very structured fashion excluding all elements of the American public in the process. Example, what do I mean by that? Well, you might recall that traditionally whenever we've had a crisis in the past The most important issue was getting communications up and on the line locally so that people could talk to each other. Well, that meant usually incorporating ham operators. Well, guess what they excluded. In fact, what they blocked and in fact stated that it was now not allowed. to operate or communicate into disaster areas with independent communications. And that was the purpose behind blocking the ham operators from actually participating in emergency services during that activity. Isn't that the job of ham operators? Well, with the Well, yeah, with, go ahead. Go ahead. I don't want to talk over you. Isn't that the job of ham operators to operate during emergencies? They were supposed to, but what happened is, again, they blocked them and stated that they did not have a need for their services. Of course, they also did not replace, you know, when they stated that they had no need for these individuals. They did not replace that process with some other form, some device, some instrument to fill the void. In other words, they wanted isolation. If you're going to have a police state, you have to practice isolating the population. And that was the purpose behind divesting the people of any outbound communication so they could interact with people and inform them of what was really going on. Let's combine that with the detention camp process of putting everybody that was still in the area of operation into what? Oh, that's right. Let's remember where they put them. They put them in that big stadium with lots of heat and no water for the most part. No regulation whatsoever. Remember the gang, the rape gangs and all the things that the women had to put up with? Well, I remember it was down there. Yeah. Yeah. Well, we had yes, we did yes, we had quite a few people who did deploy down there as matter of fact and Or operated the buses etc. And again, everybody who tries to argue that that didn't happen is enough to speed on the operational, you know effectiveness and the operational policies of the departments to participate in so again, that's a precursor now we're at the point where First of all, we don't need the reaction stick to do that. It's why when you look at the back end of all these vests, you see Homeland Succia Ritei, you see the Department of Education, you can see, anybody notice the postal, U.S. Postal Service SWAT team members? Each region, regional government, regional police, Each regional government area out of its capital has a postal SWAT team. We're going postal, man. Yeah, they picked the ones who probably are the heaviest on Prozac. That's a joke, but it's not. Anyway, the postal SWAT teams have been in place since the early 90s. And of course because of the going postal, exactly what I just mentioned, because of the shootings. But here's what's interesting is also because they were trying to spread out and build up as much of a national police force as possible in preparation for future activities. So if you pay attention, they pressed into service as many corpses as they could find. And as I pointed out before all this started, number one, the ring knockers knew that by letting in 30 million people, that it would be virtually impossible for anybody to fix what they broke. It's one thing to mass walk how many millions of people into the country. It's another thing to go find them round them up and send them back out of the country Which is why Trump a dump and he knows that he was lying when he said it. It's lots of busy work, but they aren't even barely putting a dent. And even if, and even with, even if supposedly, even if supposedly they were going to go after the illegals, they're already seven months behind schedule. 8,000 should have been kicked out a day from day one, per day. There isn't any possible way Trump is absolutely lying and it's demonstrated that they're getting farther and farther and farther beyond any realistic action date with regard to the illegals. This means that the retention is there because they need the manpower to use against us, to use against the American population. They know it. They realize that they are going to have to use it. They planned on that anyway. The only issue now is when do they kick it off? And one of the best ways to conceal a foreign military force, as I said years ago, MJTF and multi-jurisdictional task force operations.
