None of them knew really how to do that law enforcement thing. Well, they did and they do and they do it as they as it's politically correct to do so and they do it to the level of political correctness that's demanded of them. The only thing that might shock a few more panty ways on the fence is going to be when the midterms happen and the midterms at the discretion of the what? When did we decide that the election needs to be anonymous, that you can't know who anybody else votes for? If you take a look back through American history, the voting records were pretty much public knowledge. Even our Congress, our Senate, and How they vote is set up that way that way there is accountability in a vote why in what is public role? Most yeah, why is what is supposed to be the most important vote for the whole country? Do we treat it like it's a secret? There's no accountability Yeah Well and again this but this gets back to how do we vote in the first place number one? And it consider this okay traditionally in America You did not have to have an ID because you knew who was in the community to begin with. Even in the larger cities, the docket for the vote, it was within, there weren't any gerrymandered, monkey screwed districts like this stuff you see now, which was done specifically by the leftist Jewish communists versus the Jewish communists that make up the fake Republican party. And the fake Republican Party always sits on its hands and stares because their job is to be reasonable and fake while the, oh that's right, the other side are ape-crazy, nut bound fools that, you know, drivel on themselves. But they always get their way because of their tantrums. And they have lots of tantrums. That brings me back to what I was saying, that they're the ones who always say, well if you have nothing to hide, you'll show it. But as soon as you start talking about making the ballot public where you can see where everybody votes, oh no, that's a sacred thing. Nobody needs to know who you voted for. Everybody flies banners, everybody waves their little party flags. Happy to do it up until the election's over. They claim it's because they're afraid of retaliation, but we're in a free society. You shouldn't be afraid of retaliation. Like they always throw at us, you know, what are you hiding? And it is literally the most important, according to them, it is the most important vote in our demonocracy, even though we're supposed to be a republic. It should be open and public so you can tell if there's voter fraud, but just making it a secret ballot like that hides so much. Well again, the whole point is that with the traditional mechanism you would be known by the individual who was tallying the ballots. If you get so large that you have no discernment of the population that you're participating with, then the government has gotten too big. It's no different. In fact, if you go back to the Old Testament, remember when Moses was in charge and he was crossing the desert and his father-in-law came to him and said, listen, you're killing yourself. Oh my goodness, you got bags under your eyes, you're looking horrible. We need to organize things. Let me help you with this. Let me show you what we need to do. And if you pay attention, it explains how the division of the tribes, how the division and management down to literally this small unit level takes place. But that representation, that idea works through also to politics. And in fact, politics is economics as much as anything. Everybody seems to forget that. And the interaction involved here, in this case, in order for you to ensure, again, some forms of consistency and an honest action before the people, a presentation before the people, with their interaction truly counting, well, the people are supposed to know who's who in the zoo. They're supposed to know each other. This is why I think like I said when you used to go to the polls I didn't have to have an ID going to the polls because where do I go to go to the polls? I go to the township Well the township especially rural townships are relatively small in Mars. So first of all, hold on first of all, where do I live? Well, they know that it's on the it's on the tax rolls, isn't it? Especially with modern America so they know who I am And it's where do you live? And of course the person can look at me and go, oh, I know you. And actually, if you remember in the old voter logs, it used to say either ID shown or you checked is known to me in which the individual who was the ballot, called the ballot registrar, could look at you and say, I know that you are Mark Kornke. You are Mark Kornke. OK, check. And they might even put a squiggle with an initial for their name. That's how we used to do it. Now, a mail-in ballot, we all know that it's nothing but a criminal enterprise. There's actually, like we argued when we have election years, The mail-in ballot had nothing to do with anything other than you're going to be in Costa Rica because you're a missionary. You're going to be in Europe because you're in the military. You're going to be in Vietnam. You're going to be in Korea. You're going to war, but you want to vote. So you can do an absentee envelope ballot and it can be mailed in. So most of the time you couldn't even mail those in. You actually had to walk those in. And in fact, traditionally, all of them were walk-in. They technically were a kind of mail-in ballot because they were on hand, held by the registrar until the day of the election, and then were opened and counted. But all this happy horseshit and bullshit we've got going on right now needs to be gone. In fact, the only thing I personally don't think it's going to be fixed, and we need to go to it, we need an American War for Independence. Nothing will fix this. You can keep dancing around. with literally effeminate confusion because that's what this is. But what has to happen is somebody is going to have to put a boot up their ass, going to have to just kick the living bejesus out of them, and we have to get rid of those who promote this, and we need to be back in a sane America. And the only way to do that is the sane are going to have to kick the sane out of the positions they're in, the insane out of the positions they're in. They're not sane. Well, you know, if you watch Man of the Year, they'll show you how they can manipulate the vote with the computer. But the fact is that that signature, that squiggle on a cell phone is not even near or could be claimed to be my signature. How many times have we done that with the credit card machines where they got the little pad there? Oh, you've got to make your mark. You've got to sign your name. And you've got a cursor. You've got this cursor that's a rubber thing, or you've got to do it with your fingertip. You're telling me that you think that that matches to anything that could be identified as your actual mark or signature? Oh, no. You know, in fact, what I do. I don't even bother. I just make, I just go whoopity-whoop and do a swoop with my finger and that's it. None of them match any time that I do it, but that's, they need to have something on there so I'm making a mark. In other words, if you had a business logo, what would it be? Well, this is what it is. Oh, cool. So that's your mark. That symbolizes your existence that recognizes you. That's your representation in a mechanical form for the purpose of business. Okay? So, making your mark, everybody goes, well, you just squiggled them. No, you typically didn't. Whatever mark you chose, That would be the consistent instrument that had to be used for any other interactivity with that particular entity, whatever it is you were dealing with. The only reason we have a suicide issue is because of, again, the psychotropic drugs and that was their purpose, to kill off the part of the population, specifically targeting the veterans, so that they would be, you know, again, out of the fight because step by step they would create the conditions and drugs, psychotropics. along with a manipulative population inside the medical industry, most of which are extreme leftist or again occultist, and there really isn't much of a difference between one over the other. The guys that tell me, he's like, yeah, there's a lot of other music. He would just sit there and start strumming the guitar. And I'll say, he'd just start coming up with some ideas. And he'd just throw it out there and they gave a song. It's kind of cool. So back in the day, they actually put him, I think it was on American Bandstand, where he sang Ballad of the Green Beret. And it was out there in force. But a lot of people knew about it. And it became one of the more popular bass songs for anybody from that era. So again, it's one of those things you want to share if you don't believe it was Vietnam era. If you give them the probably then that's forgot about it, but they probably didn't think about the idea they could find it. You know after a while stuff disappears and people don't know where to go or they don't cry and they give up. So get people motivated. That's the way to do it. Or mall security? Kind of like mall security, but what's interesting is that for the many many many years the big brag was war Bobby just they don't carry guns well Explain okay. Have you ever checked if you ever looked into how many tiers of? policing are in England Just like we have tiers of policing in America see if you don't know the let's just say like the anthropology of the of the construction of the political landscape, then you kind of miss, you know, stuff goes past your ear with regard to how things work. Well, what's interesting is that National Police Force, which by the way, with those bobbies, it was argued many years ago, and I remember this, and it had nothing to do with us, but they were arguing that we know they could be armed anytime. You might recall when they really made the big push, let's remind everybody of something with England. And we have English listeners. Remember when we had 9-11? What happened over in England so that they could push everybody over the edge to demand a bigger police state there? Does anybody remember? What happened over in England? Is there some sort of thing in the subway? Well, remember it was the two-decker buses, remember? Remember that? Now here was the thing that came out of that, and again that tells me the whole thing was a setup from the get-go. The supposed problem is that we had these muscleman terrorists, except everybody who survived or saw these people The ones that didn't go off by the way, the one that they killed in the subway, that's what you remember, is the guy was in the subway, he jumped the turnstile and they killed him on the subway platform or whatever. They killed him in the vestibular, I think. But anyway, he was one of the characters who survived because what happened is, the people around the bus with him said he was listening to all of the other activity where the buses blew up. and the bus that they were on, this guy was like all of a sudden he was looking at his bag, his demeanor changed completely, he kept looking at his backpack, and he looked down at it, and he left the bus with the backpack, and all of a sudden that bus didn't blow up, but everybody goes, well yeah, because his bomb failed. No, his bomb didn't fail. Well yeah, it did and it didn't. For whatever reason, I personally think what they did, and I not think, maybe, I truly believe this. The skanks, the turds in England, no different from the skank turds, Mossad and Israeli-run CIA in America, had a training exercise. They always kill people with training exercises. And what they had was a live active operation, a live trainer exercise, where they had these guys deploy. They were told that this was going to be a mock attack because of what just happened in America. Well, lo and behold, these characters, I'm sure, were all confident because they were employees that had worked before with the MIs. And they were betrayed. What happened is the characters, the Jewish mob running the English secret police, set up the bombs, gave them their backpacks. They were told that, yep, the backpacks have a device in it, but it's not an active device. Obviously, the purpose is so we can do a full simulation of training. So these guys all went out. And unbeknownst to them, what they were carrying was live ordnance. and they get on the bus and you're never going to find out because they're carrying the backpacks with them. They're never going to be able to tell anybody. Boom. Boom. But one guy makes it and so they have a shoot to kill order on him. Now, my problem with that is if he is a bomber, wouldn't you really want to catch him alive? Because if there was one, two, or three bombers and you could catch one alive, wouldn't you be able to find out if there was three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten more bombers? So that's the kind of thing you can expect to see the Trump administration's secret police do on American soil, a variation on the theme with what's coming. Why am I saying that? Well, it's pretty... Go ahead. I was going to say, by the way, that is known as a cornerstone event, like Sandy Hook was or Oklahoma City. They're known as cornerstone events where they set it up as an exercise and it turns live and happy day is. Well, I guess the 9-11, they did the same thing, didn't they? Because they were happy. Right. There's no difference. They were getting off the coast, supposedly. Over. Well, again, the biggest thing about this is that no matter what, the parties that are involved certain parties are not going to survive the event, so they can be given a particular agenda. They can be told that there's a certain activity at foot. It's going to be operating this way. Expect personnel. They're not going to hurt you, but they are going to. Your job is to be the fox, and they're the fox hunters. And this gives them the people that they need, which, by the way, you do get a corpse out of the deal. In a way, with regard to the assassination attempts on Trump, you have a variation on the theme. The quality of the product that was the front dummy that gets killed or is grabbed isn't the primary. That's in a way designed to be the fox for the event. And to whatever degree they choose to use it or how they use to cap it off, they don't care about the end result with that person, although dead would be best. And depending on the situation for most of the operations, dead is most likely. Again, we know how cops are. Dump the magazine, you know, bang, bang, bang. Well, uh, okay, A-Corps on cop car. So there's an example of, you know, again, the level of hyperactivity that you can get out of an event that in that one was just spontaneous. Your kid's in the enemy. Your wife's the enemy. Everybody's the enemy to the cops. You just don't know what it's like out there. Now, if you then turn around and tell me, though, that all of a sudden I need to have the National Police Force, you know, running around out on the street here, Well, they played the same game, this BS, if you recall, with something that died an abortion death. Remember the gun teams on the streets, which everybody seems to want to forget that we're in New York after 9-11? Anybody remember that? Look that up and look at how many incidents they had where then this wasn't even National Guard or National Military Forces on the streets or you know running around the countryside because they're gonna be on the country you think they're gonna keep them in the cities How many of you think they're gonna keep the National Guard in the cities? How many of you believe that? What do you think is is gonna come out of them because let me ask you something. There's a fuzzy line between the city and the suburbs, and all of a sudden there's a bit of a crisis. And they have to chase the bad guys out into the, you know, the Ithra world. You're not going to stop the National Guard and the National Police from going after the bad guys, are you? So if they decide that, you know, that, well, we think the bad guys are hiding out in Schmidlapville. Does anybody remember what it was like when all of a sudden the feds and the whole system decided to declare Boston a lockdown city? Does anybody remember that? What happened in Boston after the government Boston bombing? The government bombed the Boston Marathon, guys. What happened after that? They went door to door, telling people that they needed to open their doors and let them in to search their houses without warrants. Now, let me ask you something. Who do you think with an even bigger scam like this and with the Jews being the ones with the Mossad? Oh, don't forget. And with a whole big bunch of excuses called 30 million illegal aliens, which a big chunk of our trained military personnel that were brought in for the Israelis to operate on American soil to create a terror situation. This is not the first time this has happened. They have come after people like Schlatt before, the people that are actively trying to make the platform safer, and it just doesn't make any sense. The cinema season to say this is pretty, pretty wild. O'Blyde's one of the biggest jokes of a big company of all time. It's quite crazy to see Roblox go after me. A person trying to get arrested off of their platform, then the platformers. Why this situation has gone so insane that the entire Roblox community is fighting back massive youtubers and twitch streamers are reacting to this hashtag free schlup was trending for three days in a row and even Roblox themselves has it come out and make a statement So what on earth is going on and what other? Extremely dangerous impacts that schlup span will have on me and you this video is going to be an extensive deep dive into one of Roblox's most disastrous decisions of all time I've taken the past couple days to compile quite literally everything about the situation that I could find. And let me say, there are so many factors at play in this mess, so please watch the entire video and subscribe. All of Shlep's links will be in the description too if you want to watch for updates, but to fully understand the situation, we first have to analyze what Roblox really sent to Shlep. Alright, so this entire situation starts off with Shlep saying every account I've ever made on Roblox has been terminated, and Roblox sent a cease and desist letter to me. Not a single Roblox patron I've gotten arrested has faced any action similar to this. I have no words. And here we can see the full cease and desist notice from Roblox Corporation, which says, So the reason that Roblox is trying to take Slap down is for engaging in simulated child engagement conversations, sharing or soliciting personally identical information, and directing users to move conversations off the platform. Now keep in mind, he's engaging in simulated child engagement conversations with the exact people endangering children. This makes no sense why is Roblox trying to protect these guys by taking Slap down for that? And Roblox continues by saying, while Roblox acknowledges that your stated intentions may be to protect children, and while it recognizes the serious nature of PDF out behavior your methods Including failing to immediately report suspicious activity to Roblox through proper channels, are actively interfering with Roblox's established safety protocols, and are exposing Roblox's users to increased risk. Now this is another completely bizarre statement, because Schlatt is known to report these bad actors directly to Roblox through Roblox's support tickets, and even requested a direct context from Roblox in order to properly report these bad people. So the fact that Roblox stated that Schlatt failed to immediately report suspicious activity to Roblox is just straight up questionable. So because of this Roblox's closure Shlep's accounts and he's fully prohibited from opening new ones to evade enforcement action. And if he doesn't, Roblox reserves all rights to take any and all appropriate legal action against you should Shlep's valuations continue. Because of this, Shlep has said that even though this was his livelihood and career, he has no plans to return to Roblox, and he will not be making any new accounts. Which is absolutely insanity considering that Shlep's accounts had about 1 million Robux worth of limited items across his accounts and about 200k in Robux. A quick ass- on the DevEx calculator says that 1.2 million Robux is about $4,000 worth of items and all that has just been deleted with no refunds. And the saddest part about this entire situation is that Robux also banned Mallyboomer. For those that don't know, Schlapp originally started out on YouTube under the YouTube name Mallyboomer, which he does completely family-friendly theme park tycoon videos. These videos are enjoyed and watched by tons of kids and has absolutely no relation to the Schlapp channel. He has completely separated it off because he understands that this audience is full of young impressionable kids that might not be age appropriate enough to watch his celeb content. But because of this situation, his kid-friendly Mallee Boomer Roblox profile has been completely terminated and wiped overnight. This is the final video I put out on Malie Boomer today. I didn't mention the stuff going on with Shlut because a lot of my fans, there are young, impressionable kids. I'm generally the most hurt and upset about Roblox not allowing me to make content on this game slash channel anymore. These are comments from kids saying they're crying that I won't be able to make videos anymore on Malie Boomer. You have no idea how much this hurts me. And here we can see a bunch of Malie Boomer's viewers super upset that he can't make videos anymore because of Roblox's season desist. Malie Boomer, you made such a big impact on my life. It's sad to see you go. Just remember you're a great person and that we will always be your fans. I'm tearing up while watching this. I'm gonna miss you and the Molly Boomer channel so so much. You made me play theme park tycoon 2 again. I hope you come back. With Molly Boomer channel you will be missed and always remembered. And the reason Schlab is even doing this is because he himself was a victim of this when he was a kid. I was gff-ed on Roblox by a popular developer. He manipulated me. He used power dynamics over me. And frequently exposed me to- and not safe from work material and loads of other stuff that a kid should never see. It was so bad that I actually made an attempt. While I was in the hospital, my mom contacted Roblox. They brushed her off. That predator went on to f*** more victims before Roblox finally banned him. years later by the way. And this is only a small hint of the reaction to this but here we can see laughability. One of Roblox's biggest creators saying, so Roblox can sue for getting predators arrested? I've seen some people say he had it coming because he was constantly on Roblox's ass about every mistake they made. So Roblox can sue for annoying them? This is probably the worst PR mistake Roblox has ever made. And that's just a hint of the people talking about the situation because later in the video we'll be talking about what YouTubers like Moist Critical are saying about the situation. But first we have to talk about Roblox's response to this. Okay. Hi, editing Vols here. News just dropped about Roblox's other response that just came out. I'll be talking about that right after this. And keep this name in mind, Matt Kaufman, the Chief Safety Officer of Roblox, because he'll be very important for later. So first it starts off by saying how Roblox partners with law enforcement and they talk about how they work with organizations such as the FBI for escalation of serious threats they identify. However, the most important part is this section called vigilante groups. And here we can see that they say that unfortunately there are cases of vigilante groups or individuals violating our policies to entrap users or otherwise self-police the platform. While these groups may appear to have the public's interest at heart, they are in fact acting in ways that could be harmful to others, both on and off our platform. For example, Their efforts may leave bad actors on the platform longer simply to create more sensationalized social media content. They are saying this because Schlump makes videos on these Roblox predators to show how he caught these predators and educate his audience on how to stay safe from these bad actors. However, this is completely hypocritical because if Schlump didn't catch these people, these bad actors would just stay on the Roblox platform longer. And even when Schlump reports these people to Roblox support, they take over a week to respond and sometimes even only then the profile after schlep drops a 30 minute documentary on the bad actor. Roblox Predator is officially in jail. This is his Roblox account which was still up. We will be sending a binder to Roblox HQ containing everything since they love ignoring our support tickets. So it seems like it's not schlep's efforts leaving bad actors on the platform longer, it's actually just Roblox leaving these bad actors on the platform longer. Actions taken by vigilante groups increase the risk of more users being exposed to bad actors and can delay enforcement efforts by both Roblox and law enforcement. Delaying enforcement efforts by Roblox and law enforcement is a comical statement. For those that don't know, Schlapp actually works with local law enforcement on these catches. He's not just doing it, you know, out of the blue on a random Saturday night. He quite literally provides the police everything they need, including evidence, screenshots, photos of this bad actress wrongdoing and doesn't get involved physically, you know, violently or intently. They just sit down in a room and ask questions and wait until proper law enforcement actually arrives at the situation to handle it. The definition of a vigilante is someone that takes the law into their own hands. Throughout any of our roblox interactions, have you guys ever seen us beat the crap out of these dudes, handcuff them ourselves? Take them all to know, we literally just have conversations with them. We report everything to the police. When the police get the wrong scene, they see obviously that there was a crime committed and they do the right thing and arrest them. I mean, I really don't know any more of a proper channel than literally reported to the police themselves. So the fact that Robust is saying it's delaying enforcement efforts, when they're literally the ones helping these officers to get this guy arrested, is just... Complete like it blossomed me. I can't even I have no words This just makes me so mad because it's completely untrue There's a clear distinction between vigilante groups and schlep that I want to make clear Roblox isn't wrong here by saying that vigilante groups can be an issue again I'm not talking about schlep here keep watching all right there There's an important distinction there's a bunch of you know vigilante groups that kind of go around and make videos where they catch PDF documents Right? The problem is, is a lot of these groups don't go through law enforcement. They don't take the proper actions against these individuals. There are so many videos out there where these, you know, vigilante groups will catch a PDF document in, in Walmart and then just start beating them up or pushing them or assaulting them. No matter how much evidence you have against someone, if you start beating someone up, if you commit a crime yourself, well then at that point, the PDF document is no longer going to jail. If you break the law in order to get evidence, then you can't use that evidence in court anymore. Right, so there's right ways to do this, and wrong ways to do this, and a lot of the vigilante groups that are on the internet, they're doing it the wrong way. So Roblox isn't necessarily wrong with what they say about vigilante groups. The issue, however, is slept was not like that. SLEP was one of the only people I know to actually do it the correct way. Slap was doing it the right way. He worked with law enforcement. He worked with news agencies. He worked with the proper channels to get these people arrested. He wasn't the type to go into Walmart, start punching people, beating people up and then call the cops after. You know what I mean? I also know that he would regularly report people to the proper law enforcement, to the police. He actually did his due diligence, right? Like, you're someone he actually got arrested. This guy did it the right way. and Roblox still banned him. So they end off by saying any account including those of vigilante groups or individuals caught violating our policies will face consequences up to and including removal and banning where warranted. Instead of taking matters into their own hands, we encourage the community to report any inappropriate behavior directly to Roblox or law enforcement, which is what Schlapp has done, using the easy report methods outlined below. I don't really like when they say, oh, we encourage the community to report any inappropriate behavior directly to Roblox. We do. We have. You don't do anything. That's the problem. That's why vigilante groups exist. They're filling the void that you caused. I'm a bit confused. If Roblox's child safety is up to standards as they say it is, why would there even need to be vigilantes policing something that's clearly acted upon by Roblox? It doesn't make sense. Okay, so hi, editing vaults here. Roblox finally did another response, and they literally say, it's important to speak with the right sources to really understand how vigilante individuals and groups operate. While mentioning the stuff that they put in the season desist, all while having a profit motive. to evade detection instead of providing companies like ours with all the information to take the necessary action. And this is being said by a Roblox representative. And as you can probably tell, this statement is absolutely ridiculous. Shlep says, we send you everything. We create YouTube videos showcasing the chat logs. We send you the Google drives we give to the cops. You never made a line with me. And in multiple instances, you only ban arrested predators after I release a massive video on it. Profit motive. Most of what Roblox does is a profit motive. The lack of doing anything actively to the point that a vigilante group was needed to catch predators is a profit motive. Who cares if someone like Schlump makes money off catching predators? The community wins. I'll find anyone who strives to keep kids safe every time. This is something Roblox should really be doing. We've all complained about the lack of moderation for years. This is just the outcome of your negligence. My last video was demonetized, which means that Schlump couldn't even make any money from it. I could have taken it down and made a clean one and remontized it and make money off it, but I kept it up so I could raise awareness to Roblox's safety issues. And we already know how f***ing flawed this argument is, they were basically saying, oh yeah, all you have to do is just give us the information. But everyone knows that Roblox reports rarely work. Even in this article, the journalist that made it, hopped on a couple of Roblox servers with Schlapp, and within a few minutes of them joining, multiple users asked in public chat to freak or condo over private message. The fact that they're doubling down on this entire situation is just so wrong and despicable. This should not be happening. And people have also been pointing out some clear hypocrisy. Roblox took their sweet damn time banning the official Teddy, who was a Roblox condo creator that got invited to Roblox's official event called The Hatch, but immediately took action on Shlep not even two days after the Vigilante Rule, with a whole cease and desist. For context, the Vigilante Rule was published on August 7th, and Shlep was banned only two days after, whereas the Teddy Situation started on June 16th, and Roblox only provided an update two weeks after on June 30th, and that's because they had to complete a thorough internal investigation so that no one is singled out or treated unequally, but they seemed pretty quick to bench-flip in two days, and do not seem to have given him the same treatment consistently and fairly as Teddy had. Additionally, for Teddy who was literally behind condo games, Roblox chose to work directly with him. They even gave him a little heads up. We asked the creator to make changes to the experience to comply with our standards regarding user abuse within experiences, and they were able to comply within our timeline. Well, why did they give the same thing to Shlup? Why didn't they ask him to make changes to either the content he was making, or the way he was making his videos to comply with their standards, Roblox is clearly willing to work with the owner of a condo game and hold his hand and guide him through the process of making his game stay on Roblox. Yet they have never ever reached out to Shlep. The first time they actually contacted him was through a cease and desist. That is absolutely wild. And keep in mind, Teddy's game did actually stay up with the help of Roblox. The only reason they removed him was for a separate outstanding policy violation that cannot be rectified. We still don't know what that is, what he did, but according to Roblox, it's a completely separate matter than the games he's making. Bro, the hypocrisy is just unreal. On top of that, Roblox and Spen slept, but they let these three stay on their platform, which is a collection of different people that have done despicable things. Kaneko Kinin was a YouTuber that literally admitted to his wrongdoings. And of course, they're still chilling on the platform, undisturbed by Roblox, with all of his limiteds that Shlep is now terminated off the platform. And the amount of online creators that have reacted to this situation is absolutely insane. Do they not actually get anybody themselves though? They don't do anything at all? No shots! Like, Roblox always claims that they're working on it, but they're really not. They're doing the equivalent of going to the gym and hitting two sets of Dilly-Dally and calling it a day. Look at these right here. This is very clearly supposed to be a Smash or Pass game. Oh, I wonder what goes on in this game. Every single one of these games right here called Tahoe is a condo game. I feel like I'm doing Roblox's job for the Roblox. I just gave you a list of games that you can ban. Congratulations. I think about this, and I think to myself, I'm like, how would I feel if this happened to me in WoW? would bother me a lot if I got my account banned or something like this. And so like for a lot of us, like we're probably a lot older than this guy is. So like the idea of like getting your Roblox account banned is like a meme for kids. But like if I think about this from my WoW account, I can understand where he's coming from. I can see why he feels this way. So this is a situation where law enforcement is involved, Shlep is involved, Gideon is involved, the investigators are involved, but Roblox chooses not to. How does that make any sense? How is him trying to catch these predators? Some have putting children in harm's way. Like more so than Roblox doing nothing except sitting on these reports forever. Maybe using them as like scribbling paper at the office like a coloring book. You got Moist Critical talking about it on YouTube. Like you're cooked bro, you're cooked. It makes me look bad. It makes... All my friends look bad, makes Roblox look bad. It makes me not wanna even tell people, hey, I'm a Roblox YouTuber. Because the first thing that comes out of their mouth is, my god, they're not doing a freak. There's that one platform, I wanna have dating to the kids. All four of these guys that you see right here, when we caught them, Shlep reported them immediately to Roblox with their arrest details, with the messages that they sent. And Roblox didn't act on banning them until the videos dropped. Obrig is one of the biggest jokes of a big company of all time. And I used to be harsh, instead of am harsh, on Epic Games. These guys take the shit to like, fix new tier down below. Absolutely awful. Like, these guys are just... They fell on their heads, I don't know. And the community reaction has been insane. Here we can see the marketplace is full of free Schlapp shirts. Roblox partnered influencers like Cubink have literally changed their names to FreeSchlup and so many people online have used hashtag FreeSchlup with tons of giant Twitter channels like DramaAlert and Dexerdo posting about this insane situation. Don't let this die. Everyone needs to keep talking about this until Roblox unbanned Schlup and reverses this decision. They came from Boycott the Hatch. They'll do the same for FreeSchlup. Jidian, another pred catcher, says the fact that Schlup is about to have six preds convicted and they have the audacity to say you're engaging users is ridiculous. Mr. Boo shot who says I've been thinking about leaving for a long time There's literally nothing you get for being the program. Anyways, they have removed more and more perks every year. Not that any of them were that great. That's because a month ago, Roblox stated that they'd be removing star codes by October 2025, which were codes that gave influencers in the Video Stars program a percentage of earnings when their viewers bought Robux or Premium. It's kind of like a Fortnite creator code. And they just completely deleted one of the last star program features left. So Dom could be banning predators on the website instead. This statement is so funny because instead of banning predators, they just banned one of the people helping them ban these predators instead. It's like Roblox did an accidental team kill here. How Roblox looks at you when you get a t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t and calling Roblox insane for this. And remember, they have gone a step further and punished Shlep more than any predator that's been on their platform. Roblox has openly shown that they are willing to send cease and desist to people. And if we think about this launch fleet, that's actually the perfect method to keep these guys off the platform. Because the cease and desist is a legal notice demanding that someone should stop a specific action, often because it's considered illegal or harmful. What these people have done is both illegal and also harmful. So, legal cease and desist to tell them, hey, you guys are- are permanently not allowed to play Roblox by law, is the perfect deterrent to keep these guys off the platform and keep kids safe. So again, why did Roblox not use this to their advantage and instead send it to one of the only guys keeping their platform safe for them? I keep saying this, but this seems like a team kill, bro. They actually sent it to the wrong guy. The fact that Shlep is the one being sent a season's assist, and not any of these bad actors shown in these photos, is just completely flipped. So instead of stopping the predators, Roblox stops the people stopping the predators. It's really backwards if you ask me. That shit doesn't make any sense. Now previously we mentioned the article written by Roblox's chief safety officer. So who exactly is this guy? Well it turns out he's already been caught in some heat for the previous hatch event controversy. Here's a post made over a month ago in July and it starts by saying, I know David Bazooki rightfully has been getting a lot of heat for the rampant online safety issues, but people need to start voicing their anger towards this man to... slash PDFills do not get booted off the platform even after community backlash and is there a reason why the community is doing more work to make the platform safe than the multi-billion dollar corporation? Nothing is going to change until Kaufman is either fired or both him and Bazooki resigned from their positions because players aren't going to regain roblox's trust again with the way they've been handling this event and online safety in general. And this has even led to a change.org petition that says Matt Kaufman needs to resign. He's unqualified because it took two weeks to ban the official 10- Roblox's use of AI moderation has led to false flags that has unfairly banned many people, including Roblox's very own former creative director, John Czodliewski. Three, Matt Kaufman only cares about money. Now this statement in particular is very interesting because Schlepp's ban is coincidentally one day after Roblox's chief safety officer, Matthew Kaufman, sold over $800,000 worth of Roblox stock. Here we can see Matthew Kaufman selling $802,000 worth of Roblox stock, which was made on the 7th, a day before Shlep received the email from Roblox on the 8th. And this theory goes even further. Here we can see Jan-Dell Roblox, the creator of Grow a Garden, saying that, hey, this sale is 10B5-1, which means that the sale is submitted well in advance. In this case of this transaction, it was scheduled November 4th, 2024. You can see it for yourself on the filing. To which Rubens Sim replied saying, that makes the timing even more extraordinary. Immediately after the sale executes, Schlapp gets banned and sent a cease and desist. It's as if he was waiting for the sale to finalize before making such a controversial decision. Which I can't lie is quite an interesting theory. Here you can see Roblox's stock after a similar event where they filed a lawsuit against Rubens Sim and saw their stock go way down. Now that the Roblox stock has risen way back up and is worth more right now, The theory is that if Matt Kaufman made a sale order for $800,000 of this Roblox stock He would want to send a cease and desist to schlep after the fact So if the Roblox stock goes down again like the previous lawsuit before that then he'd be selling at a high point Before the stock goes down again due to the schlep situation This is honestly a crazy theory, but if true that is absolutely insane. Also, this is all alleged This is just a theory a quite interesting one I can't lie and the Roblox community aren't the only ones finding out about this. Okay, so even parents are for finding out about the situation. Here we can see some adults posting the schlep situation. Can this deleted roadblocks off my kid's tablet? He was pissed. Parents, you have been informed. Now it is up to you to make sure your kids have nothing to do with Roblox. It is way too dangerous for them. My fiancee made sure to deactivate her child's Roblox account today after I told her what happened because she is disgusted and doesn't want to take any chances. Keep your head up, bro. High groups of people have been sending me images of them deactivating their accounts and canceling their memberships over this. This is why I love the community and always will. We don't put up with this. I don't ever talk YouTube stuff with my dad and he just sent me your Roblox pen out of nowhere. It's actually insane how Schlapp's ban has spread more awareness to parents than Roblox has ever done. But why is Roblox even doing this in the first place? Well, according to this document, the reason for Roblox's unlawful conduct is simple. Roblox prioritizes user growth over child safety. As long as they became the next big metaverse platform, I really don't think they give a shit about these children. As one former Roblox employee explained in describing the company's approach to child safety, you have to make a decision, right? You can keep your players safe, but then it would be less of them on the platform, or you can just let them do what they want to do, and then the numbers will look all good and investors will be happy. I think that Roblox is just trying to legally browbeat this kid into not talking about this topic, because they don't want the negative publicity of having and weirdos on their platform. This guy is hurting Roblox's reputation and that makes Roblox look bad. Roblox looking bad hurts their public reception. It hurts their stock. It hurts their bottom line. It hurts their financials. So what do they do? They get rid of them. They get them off the platform. Because every time he uploads a video catching one of these guys, it kind of forces Roblox to acknowledge that there is a problem. And if they have to acknowledge that there is a problem, well then it makes them look bad. It opens them up for liability for many victims. Exactly. Yeah. Admitting guilt equals liability. Admitting there's a problem equals liability. Keep in mind, Roblox is a publicly-trable company now with revenue and number targets that they have to show off to their investors. That's your obligation as an operator of a company to work in the best interest of your investors. And when you're working in a public company, this is a legal obligation. So what's happening now is that you have a legal obligation that companies have to effectively not pay attention to some of these problems. Roblox's prioritization of growth over the safety of children has devastated the lives of children who use the app. Roblox has grown at such an exponential level that it's grown beyond the control of the people that are running it and the apparatus to moderate it hasn't grown at the ratio that the website has grown at and that the platform has grown at. And this type of growth, even if unsafe, is exactly the kind of metrics that investors want to see because more players use usually poised with more revenue and profits generated. But Roblox's great-for-profits can also be extremely damaging. When these predators have less consequences than the people who catch them, that just shows how unsafe of a platform Roblox truly is for kids. And that's only going to get even worse with the introduction of dating on the Roblox platform. If you're running a system and it's so big that you can't properly moderate it, then you need to have a queue system and approval system. I get that it's hard. to do this. But just because it's hard to do doesn't absolve you of accountability. You need to have a way to fix this. Are you really telling me that you can't figure out how to use AI to parse language where somebody says, younger cam, boy girl, and then the numbers 1 through 13 or 1 through 17 are not automatically flagged? Really? Like, I mean, this is a simple chat parsing program. Even I can do that. And even after this entire situation, Shlup says my offer still stands. I would love to help roadblocks, consult roadblocks, do anything so predators do not continue to hurt the community I very much cherish. If I was Roblox, here's what I think they should do. I think they should work closer with the guy. Shoot! I'd maybe hire the guy. It's clear that this guy is doing a lot of Roblox's job for them. Why would they ban him? Hire the guy. Get him involved more. I don't know why they didn't just be like, hey, Slepp, here's our phone number. Anytime you find something bad, call us. We'll ban him immediately. Why didn't they just do that? Why did they ban him? The schlub termination has been by far Roblox's worst step in the wrong direction. And the only way we can make a change is to keep talking about this situation and share it around. And I'm pretty sure that's what this next video is about, which is robots in massive legal trouble. These are fast facts from, let's see. Please don't mind-set. is facing massive liability and huge legal trouble in a swarm of litigation, particularly as Louisiana hits it with what may be a killer lawsuit and may be copied by states and even countries around the world. If you like the Fast Facts, make sure to like and comment on the video below. Now, Today's topic is Louisiana vs. Roblox. We're going to focus on that and give you a little background here. We've got, of course, the intro of PowerPoint and the pelican feeding its children its own blood. Very interesting flag of Louisiana there because this is under Louisiana law. Now, I try to be entertaining whenever I can, but today's topic is a somber topic, it is a serious topic. So please be respectful in the comments, and if you're watching this as a premiere with a live chat, make sure you're respectful in the chat as well, because once again, this is a very serious topic, this is something that very many people are sensitive to and have bad experiences with. We're going to be talking about You know, child predation, which is a very, very sensitive topic. So please approach that with some sensitivity and some care for other human beings here. And today, of course, I'm going to be a little bit more serious on this one. So Roblox is a popular game amongst children and teens, and it has been promoted as even by the company, the number one game for children and teens. And mainstream media, as you see here, has backed this up for the last couple of years, even going back to the COVID era. has been something that has been widely promoted for children uh... now there's been a problem And one of the problems is, is that certain people within the game have been going after minors, have been targeting minors specifically. And that's a problem. So seeing that problem, some YouTubers and some people out there, contractors, other people, individuals, right, vigilante groups have gone out and dedicated themselves to finding these individuals and turning them over to law enforcement. One of those channels, this is just an example of one person, is Shlep. And schlep went out there and went after people and got a lot of people in trouble. You can see here a number of people, you know, predator, predator, predator, caught, predator, predator, predator, predator. I mean, this guy was pretty dedicated to coming after people. But as you see here, roadblocks are threatening to sue me for protecting kids. Not only did they ban this guy from the game, but they threatened to sue him for actually going out and turning over predators to law enforcement. Absolutely insane stuff. Now, we'll get into the response. This response was really crazy. So, when people pushed back and said, well, why are you doing this? Why are you banning these vigilante groups? Why are you banning people like schlepp? Well, it turns out what they were concerned about is the privacy of the predators, saying due to privacy. considerations. We can't talk about this. Well, why are we so concerned with people that have been confirmed arrested by law enforcement, many of which have been already adjudicated, have been locked up? Now, I understand the principle of innocent until proven guilty. However, there's a substantial amount of evidence here, and for a person like Schlepp, who goes out here and finds these predators, the risk is on him. because if Schlapp goes out and calls somebody a predator and does not have sufficient proof of that, he can be very guilty of defamation and super liable for going out and calling people that. I think it's something that people take a massive risk if you go out and label something as that. That's a criminal label. If you're labeling someone as a criminal, You need to be damn well certain, and this is worth cursing for, you need to be very certain that they are actually that. So they've gone out and done that research, they've gotten the evidence, they've gotten the car facts, they've turned them over to law enforcement, many of them have been arrested, but we're still concerned about the privacy of predators. And beyond that, what they ask is, and the response was, what people should do is report it immediately to the standard channels. Well, as you're gonna see, the standard channels failed. Once again, this is the response of Roblox. Reportedly, the standard channels aren't working. Miners are being preyed upon in your game. Whatever you have there is not sufficient to stop the harm. So this was not taken well at all. And now Roblox is facing You'd even say hundreds, sorry, hundreds. You got over a case filed in California, adds more than 300 lawsuits accusing the gaming giant of ignoring warnings about exploitive content failing to protect children. And that's just one single federal case. Now we have the state of Louisiana coming in, and this is massive because this is a state leveraging its power. And when you get this sort of power, it has the power to change roadblocks altogether. And while Louisiana may be the first to sue, I'm very certain they won't be the last. I'm very certain other states will follow suit because they are also going to want to protect the interests of minors. That is in the fundamental interest of most states and even most countries around the world. So let's get into the facts of this case. So Louisiana filed this case August 14th with the state attorney general. Other states are highly likely to follow. because they're suing under deceptive and fair trade practices act as well as negligence, public nuisance, and unfair enrichment. Now if you've been paying attention on my channel, if you've been awake and watching my channel on other things, just talking about Twitch, talking about other platforms, I have talked about deceptive and unfair trade practices as being one of the massive regulatory hammers that a lot of companies are just asking to get hit with. So you really need to ask yourself, not just in the case of Roblox, but what other companies are failing to provide warnings, are failing to provide significant safety measures. This is something that does not just apply to Roblox, but can apply broadly across the board. And a lot of digital businesses have gotten away for years with thinking that they can just do whatever they want because it's online, right? We have protection, it's online. Well, no, you do not have protections from these sort of... liabilities, these sort of regulations. You are not immune from your duty to protect minors. Law enforcement, in fact, Louisiana law enforcement, arrested a predator in Livingston Parish, Louisiana who was using Roblox with a female voice changer to lure in minors, lure them off platform, to other, you know, Snapchat, etc. So there are tangible people being harmed. There are real people being harmed. This is not a theoretical thing. So let's get into the key accusations. The key accusations are that roadblocks knowingly enabled and facilitated the systematic sexual exploitation of children across the United States. Systematic. That means broadly. And that they permitted and perpetuated an online environment in which children predators thrive directly contributing to the widespread victimization of minor children. That's deep. They deliberately failed to implement effective safety measures and failed to warn parents. So all of this goes back to deceptive and unfair trade practice. They marketed themselves as safe for kids, but in fact, they were quite the opposite. Kids were pretty much open season on Roblox. So you can see here the procedure. This is a state case because it's arising under state law, Louisiana law. Every state has a set of unfair trade practices act with slight variations. Roblox is a California based business, but they do business in Louisiana, so jurisdiction in Louisiana is proper. It is unlikely to be removed to a federal case unilaterally, meaning if Roblox tries, it's probably not going to work. Now, if several states bring these claims, it might be possible for these states to join into a federal claim or something else like that. A federal claim might be able to come out of this, but just at this point, this will be in Louisiana. Let's talk about the facts. Roblox has 6.5 million experiences. Mind that word experiences, that's kind of a single environment in which Roblox completely controls. They're free, easy to access and designed for kids. The app comparison, and they use this in the complaint, which I've read the entirety of, all 43 pages, 42 pages of it, to a digital playground. So Roblox is very comparable to a digital playground because there's no age minimum and it is targeted for kids. In fact, of the 82.9 million daily active users, 20% are under 9 years old and the majority, 56% are under 16 years old. So this is a children's platform, this is a teen and children platform, definitely minors here by the vast majority. The signup is a big, big issue. See here, the signup is a self-verified birthday username, password. So it's very, very easy, very, very simple to bypass this. Self-reporting birthdays are not, are the weakest of security measures. They're in fact a non-security measure because as we all know, you can put whatever your birthday is in the path. In fact, I can say I've signed up for email addresses with a different birthday, right? When I'm just too lazy, I want to fill it in and I know they're not going to check, right? Everybody's done that at some point in their history, right? It's not a, it's not necessarily criminal, right? However, what it does is it intentionally or recklessly allows fake birthdays and knowing there's minors on here and there's certain content that is screened by age, it's allowing people that are older to put in that fake birthday and get into those things that should be screened for minors. Roblox has access to biometric age verification but does not utilize it. Until 2024, the default settings. turned off parental controls and let adults DM direct message, private message kids. And now adults, this has been changed, but adults can still message kids with inexperience. So you can have adults talking to children openly. The in-game currency is called Robux and can be exchanged for avatars. Miners are often obsessed with the items for avatars and thus predators use this mechanism to lure in children with rare items. It's created the mantra which they talk about anything for Robux. The further facts say Roblox claims to have a zero tolerance for swearing obscenities, messages of a sexual violent nature, and any sort of aggressive, threatening communication. They also state that offenders will be immediately or permanently suspended. However, this is not the case. We have screenshots of literal abuse, literal language that is horrible, disgusting in the complaint, and that's just allowed. These people are not banned. They're just running around in Roblox. And you can see here some experiences. Of course, we have Escape to Epstein Island. And no, it's not rated 17 plus or even 13 plus or even F plus. It's rated for all ages. Escape to Epstein Island. This shows there's absolutely no, absolutely no due diligence here. You've got Diddy parties all over the place. Nice try, Diddy Escape the Freaky Party, Diddy Simulator, Road to Diddy, Diddy Party, Freaky Diddy Simulator, all this sort of stuff. going on in Roblox. No checks, no balances. The facts are these experiences are problematic. There's sexual simulation experiences, Escape.Cyanland, Diddy Simulator, Diddy Party, Public Bathroom Simulator, and various racial hate simulators, which once again, all of these have no place with children. No place. Zero place. The public relation campaigns that they're running, that the company themselves are running, they're using these organizations to influence narrative that Roblox is safe and deceptive, But these groups, these safety groups have conflicts of interest. The board members of Roblox serve on the safety organization. This harkens back to like the financial crisis, the GFC, where we had the credit bureaus and the mortgage lending agencies kind of working hand in hand, right? Just rate these like bad tranches of mortgages, that's good mortgages. It harkens back to that and it just shows like once again, how these watchdog agencies can often be co-opted by the same industries are supposed to regulate The causes of action are three. The Unfair and Practices Act, which essentially looks at the inadequate safety and failure notified of predators, which is deceptive, unfair, unscrupulous, and impressive. I think this is the strongest one as the best case of applying. But in the alternative, even if they don't prevail on this, they've got two more as backup, and these two are strong. The first is negligence of public nuisance, saying effectively inadequate safety and failure to provide notice was negligent and for the public news is this similar to a uh... playground or a pool that's on guarded or on watch and you just have people dying there people be having problems that are just openly dangerous so this is very established as a digital playground the public uses would definitely be applicable beyond that in the alternative they also unjust enrichment meaning they knowingly sold roblox in a matter that was unfair unconscionable uh... and oppressive which once again all these three are sterling i think they can get it on number one but they've been given a number two as well in in the alternative they've got number three What are they asking them to do? Number one, they're asking Roblox to stop violating the law, which would effectively demand a pause, a shutdown, massive updates for Roblox, once again, which would disrupt their business. Second, they want Roblox to stop saying it's safe. So they would have to go back through their platform and say, no, we're not actually safe. They would remove all references to robots as safe and discontinue any public relations campaign that are safe, which once again will be devastating for their audience. I mean, parents will pull out businesses will pull out advertisers, sponsors, collaborators. This is NASA. And beyond that, they've got money, so restitution of Louisiana, they've got attorneys fees, etc. Also civil penalties and additional damages. Right, so a lot of money that could come out of. All right, we're going to stop right there. We almost made no way through both videos. That is posted in the gilded. Gilded is owned by roblox. That is why we are playing this to let people know what's going on with With Roblox which owns gilded whatever is going on there is going to affect the gilded System that we're using which is why We're not shutting the gilded down We're going to continue to keep that up, but we're going to be putting up another parallel platform whether we do is our Backup discord which is in place or we go to another system altogether. We'll see Basically, Roblox at Gilded, they shot themselves in the foot with this, what they did to the one player who was stopping the pedophiles on there. They drew a whole bunch of like-to stuff that, like I said, I've never played Roblox. We used Gilded because it was something that was recommended by a bunch of our listeners as an alternative to Discord. And when we got kicked off of Discord, we came over here. Unfortunately, depending on how bad this is for their company, it could shut down a lot of stuff that is accessible right now for us through Gilded as well. Something like this could kill a company. They might not be around. So not keeping all of our eggs in one basket. We do have a list of all the different programs that we were looking at before. We're going to go through them and see what's comparable. Probably even get the Discord pack up and running, but I hate Discord as much as now I'm starting to hate Roblox, you know, so It's gonna be fun. That's not a maybe kind of sort of, that's a given. 10 million illegal aliens, the perfect army, many of whom were brought in as educated, experienced, military, not paramilitary, but military, foreign personnel that were brought across the border by all the feds who are now yapping about how they're gonna protect you. All of those assets are the ones who were Walmart door greaters for four years You think they're gonna do much protecting for you? If so explain to me how and again, they had ample opportunity to deal with the problem everybody everybody knew Everybody knew was going to all my everybody knew What did everybody that knew do? nothing absolutely nothing So heads up, and by the way for our foreign listeners, we're not starry-eyed and stupid, okay? Don't make any mistake about that. We've had a lot of conversations with a lot of people and everybody sees the writing on the wall with this. I always ask cashiers and talk to attendants and people in places where, hey, hi, how you doing? Did you see that stuff on the TV? And what you do is you do a lead-up to let them talk. You don't want to lead them. I don't need an echo chamber. You want somebody to respond to what you say, so you give them the opportunity to speak their mind. Now you're going to get an A or B. There's no C. And interestingly enough, there's a whole lot of people out there that absolutely, under no circumstances, trust what they see right now. That's a good thing. Now the important thing is that we then provide people like that with answers, with solutions. I try to give out as much information on how to find us here. as we can, obviously, and some of those people are listening right now and, well, I wasn't sifting, but I was providing, again, planting a seed with regard to ideas. All of you can do the same. We need your help to make this happen, or to, again, to accomplish this particular task. So, whatever you're sitting down with somebody, or if you're talking with somebody at a store, or you see a cashier, hey, hi, again, you figure out how to broach the subject. It's not hard to do. gas station and the person at the gas station was giving out at least one of those CDs. I don't know if he was given both and he was producing both, but hey, you want to see some interesting information? And so he passed off a CD to me and it's like, well, thank you. I appreciate that. And those cost me $1 and $2 at the Salvation Army just on the edge of the border south of where I'm sitting. A little way south, but south of where I'm sitting. You've heard some of the conversations on the air. And we also reproduce certain utility tapes or, well, videos. both from VHS and whatever as a carousel or a series of ideas. And most of the time you can, if you're good, produce, I mean, if you have a, we have a multi-copier here. The typical, the ones that you sell to churches. And so we can crank out 10 DVDs at a time. And they in turn of course then are handed out as needed or provided to our allies, we have many, and they pass them out as they go about their travels around the state. And it works, guys, I'm telling you. That still is one of the best ways to get information out to people because here's a cool thing. You tell them, well, this is something you can watch and nobody has a clue you're watching it. Yeah, if you got a CD player got a DVD player got one of the car maybe even you'd listen if it sounds you know if it's audio track on CD You're paying what it is you give them and oh yeah, I do well cool See you'll be able to listen in without any problem at all now You've got somebody who other travel down the road or trapped in the car and actually being said real reliable information and that counts for something people Anyway, we're at the bottom of the hour and again, we played that one song early, early in the program because there are people that are going back out, I guess, into the field where they're going to be working until we lose sunlight. So, uh, real quick, when you hear that, 100 men will test today, but only three. will earn the Green Beret. Well, actually, 100 men will test a three men were chosen out of the 100 to test to become a Green Beret. When you were in the program or before you got in the program, first you had to get into the program. For this reason, I'm going to point something out. When I was a young man, one of the things that historically you should take note of is if you were in service and guys were talking about being in or were in SF, being in or having been in, one of the first things you heard back in the late 60s, but especially in the 70s, is, well, yeah, what year did you get your beret? And now immediately you're all going, well, what difference did that make? Well, in 1966, 67, there was a change in policy, not something that was so drastic that, well, they lost the quality of the troop. But if you look, you'll notice that there are virtually tens of Special Forces groups that were listed. Go take a look at the order of battle for SF, Special Forces in Vietnam. Before 66, it literally was, you know, three men out of 100 tested, and you had to fully qualify. There was no cutting corners, or there was no allowance for, you know, variants to be quite high. That was the big issue. What happened though is all of a sudden the concept was that there was going to virtually be an entire army, I mean literally a separate almost military construction of Special Forces units to the point where there would have been close to 30 Special Forces groups in service. Now that program was started But it faded because of the longevity, how long war lasted. For a lot of people the concepts of different management comes in. As you know you've seen this, everybody always squawks about it. Things change. Well what's interesting is that it was decided that now they couldn't achieve what they were talking about because in order to fulfill the ranks with as many personnel as would be demanded because you have an Now, you have different components of SF and the individuals themselves have to all qualify to the same degree. Well, what had already started to happen was a change in the demeanor of the SF units going into the field because of the numbers that were required. So it wasn't 100 men we'll test today and only three will give the opportunity to earn the Green Beret. It ended up being larger in volume and greater in numbers month by month and this eventually was shut down. It was, again, they realized that they moved in the wrong direction. Maybe, I won't say that they always, the government very rarely actually fixes something. So it was realized because of also losses in performance. What happened over in Vietnam during the middle and later stages of the war. Now, the quality of the troops were there. The people did their job. I'm not talking to anybody down. But I will tell you that historically, it's like earning your ranger cap back in the day. Everybody goes, ranger cap? Yeah, before we had the Special Forces Green Beret, and even after it was established, even after the Special Forces were established, the Green Beret became the Green Beanie. The beret became the standard. Guys, it used to be before that the special headgear that you would wear in the military was the Ranger cap. The only way you could do that is to qualify through Ranger school. Don't try and fake it because as somebody might have mentioned with all of the... For the people who have gone through the program, every individual has been logged into a massive book. that has ever taken the ranger course. That doesn't mean you passed. But if you attempted, your name's in the book. If you failed, the information on what happened is in the book. And guys, it was very, very much probable that individuals would fail the ranger school, which by the way is also part of the step-by-step process for getting into special forces typically. There are all kinds of different ways that that was constructed and reconstructed over the decades, and this is the year 2025, and I'm talking 50 years ago now. But interestingly enough, with the changes that took place, one thing didn't happen. They didn't degrade the Ranger school. And the Ranger hat had to be earned. You couldn't just wear a ranger patrol cap. Now here's what's really weird and I've seen this before. Anybody who's been a has experience in the Army, not the government, knows how this works. The system, there's a lot of people that don't like things to be special in the military. Typically special formations or whatever are attacked by the system itself. And so if you'll notice, if you go look up Ranger Patrol Hat, here's an example, then take a look at the present coffee can hat that now is standard issue for the whole of the military. You'll notice that they're so close that the average person without any eyeball or experience, you can't tell the difference. Well, it's a difference Mark, I'm looking at it. It doesn't look any different. Well, it does slightly. There are, again, different ways you cut things in clothing. And in this case, it still has a particular tack, the way it sits and how it was built. But the purpose behind that, my personal attitude having been in the military long enough, and worked with a lot of different elements, different services. is that it was intentional to degrade the range of patrol cap because there are certain people didn't like the idea that somebody earned something they didn't. A lot of jealousy, a lot of weird stuff goes on between people's ears. And if you think that somehow that's excluded from the military, you are very wrong. Just the reverse, watching it from the management end, having been involved with and looking at decision processes, and having to put up with them over the decades. It's like, really? But again, back in the day. The 100 men, 3 men, only 3, and only 3 would be qualified to go on through to enter the program and hopefully with the amount of investment and time and money that was necessary to develop that person, they would eventually join the ranks of the Special Forces teams and serve in the field. So, but that was the purpose behind this was assisting. But there was also a lot of, again, even within the ranks, there was a lot of competition, but also attitude. And rightly so, I think, to a degree, because it's kind of like, let me explain to you how this is. It's like talking to a person who has gone through the front door for immigration and stood on their head, patted their tummy, winked their left eye, then their right eye. That's what, basically, if you come through the front door, You have to go through a whole criteria, a whole list of things that you must accomplish. This is why so many people were willing to speak up and get pissed when all these stinking illegal aliens came in and they just walked through the door and they give them a cell phone, tens of thousands of dollars in resources, and oh by the way, no qualifications. If you come through the front door, you have to actually study the Constitution, our form of government, the Bill of Rights. You actually have to make an effort to become an American. The trash that jumped the fence, they don't plan on it. In fact, the people who helped them to jump the fence, the federal government, know that these people won't be American. Right. See how that works? So think about it that way. That was kind of the attitude. I won't say it's that bad. But it you know not quite that extreme But that's kind of remember how people feel when they're there spends very specific qualifications They've had to meet and then there's a total I mean just for disregard for the system either call here. I'll call in there, please They basically used to be seven years requirement. It's in the Constitution read it. Yeah, and you had sponsored Yeah, it's still whatever. I'm just saying seven years. It had to be seven years. They shorted four Yeah, I thought I heard. Well again, one of the reasons the expo... All of this is to attack the sovereignty of the country. That's all it is. I mean, after all, why seven years? Okay, caller, think about something. Why seven years? The Catholic Founding Fathers started up asking. They wrote the Constitution. I agree. But I want you to think about something. It's biblical. But it's also biological. Every year you change. Okay, seven years. Every seven years our physical body literally changes. Now here's what's amazing about that. The seven year clause for regeneration is in our economy and it's in our politics. But think about this, if you file for bankruptcy, how long is it before you can refile for bankruptcy? Seven years. Why? Where did they get that number? I know. I think it's a bit more than I think, Your Honor. Think about this. Everybody always wonders about, I always wonder about things when somebody knew about, how did somebody know, I mean, this number just magically shows up. No, there's purpose behind it. If you think about it biblically, the whole idea that every seven years you're a new person, how did they know that? Yeah, Jubilee is based on that. But how did they, I mean think about this, how did they know that? I mean it's a godly, they didn't have geneticism back then and biology, the study of biology wasn't all that great. Yeah. So there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was, there was And the great writers and all the writings they wrote are hidden away in the archives of the Congress of Library, Library of Congress. And they're not numbered, so you've got to go under. You're never going to find them. And why do you do that? It's on purpose. They shield them like they did the Vatican Library 100 years ago. You can go in there, but it's going to take some time to find some stuff, man. And it's not numbered. Not those important, they're very prolific writers, many writings of them. Here's why. Why they do what they do. Well here's the thing, it's like Lord of the Rings, there is one scene that I do think is cool. in the movie where you see Gandalf go into the Great Library and you see scrolls and dust and I mean literally you have to go through scroll after scroll after scroll. That's what it's like. I mean it's not scrolls but could be. But you have to find it like you said. They don't want you to know about it. It's like all the people who are the founders of the country are the people who pulled the trigger in 1775. No, it's those other guys. No, the people who started the revolution were yet a different group of people from those people who nestled themselves into Congress during the the Confederation phase. What's interesting is that group of people who signed the Declaration were almost all pushed out or killed, which is the same as being pushed out. They were killed or made penniless and they weren't the people who finished establishing our government. They weren't really allowed to. So we have three phases. The first phase, example, I know there's some listeners who are going to understand what I'm talking about. If you read Dr. Warren's works, caller, just like you're saying, if you ask the average American, you need to read Dr. Warren. Dr. Who? Well Warren, guys, was one of the voices and movers and shakers of the Sons of Liberty. He's not the only one. And if you look at all the people who are the members of the Sons of Liberty, those are the people who laid down the basis for a well-trained militia, developing supplies, establishing politics. Yeah, and all those people guys mostly were excluded in the first phase of the Congress being established, not all of them. I mean, because think about it, the Adamses were involved in Congress and they were with the Sons of Liberty, well, to a degree. But what's interesting is many of the people who were it not for them we wouldn't be here as a country They're all forgotten for a reason because when you read their work It doesn't match up with the stuff 20 years later that they generated when they kept shifting and changing the government What about the time that the Declaration of Independence? They all get that That's the middle group. But think about it. If you read what happened to the signers of the Declaration of Independence, shouldn't they have been better protected? Well, here's the thing. The group of people that started the war were hands-on people. Many of the people who signed the Declaration of Independence ended up kind of rotating out from Congress and actually getting into uniform. Dickinson wasn't the only one. Remember, the one who didn't sign the Declaration, he wouldn't sign it. He wouldn't sign the declaration, but he went out and he joined the militia. He joined the army and actually went on to fight. A lot of them did that because they felt that they could not. Remember there's something everybody always talks about? These guys actually did it. Dr. Warren was a regular rank and file member of the militia even though he was a great orator and one of the coordinators of the political construct of our nation, of the starting war for independence. Warren was so high in the pecking order, guys, that the day that Bunker Hill took place There was an order from Congress giving him a commission as a general of the militia and the Continental Army. Instead of saying, well, you know what, I was going to go over to Bunker Hill, Breeds Hill, and I'm going to go fight. Well, wait a minute. I'm an officer now. You guys go take care of that. I'll stand back here. Warren knew that the commission was in motion. Theoretically, he went to the battle as a general. But he still went to battle as a member of the line. And remember, not only was he killed, but he was attacked and mutilated because he was considered such an important person. Think about that. There's always this argument that, yeah, there's always this argument that, well, it's because he had some kind of dalliance with, you know, with Gage's wife. Guys, the Jewish mob does that to lie to your ass. Because they don't want you to think about what Warren was. Warren was not a dramaturg. Warren was a mover and shaker who understood the seriousness of the situation and where it would go. In other words, well, we're just going to be here for a few days and the war will be over. No, actually, if you read everything that all these men were writing about, they said, no, this is going to be a long conflict. They weren't starry-eyed. They weren't stupid. They were well-educated, like you said, caller. They actually knew what they were doing. But he still believed, all these men believed that you got to put your money where your mouth is. So Warren went out to the fortifications that they built the night before and held that position. And really if it hadn't been for the ammunition running out, they would have survived. But when they overran the position and they realized it was Warren, The British had been told any of these people that are on the list to be killed were to be mutilated, maimed. The same thing happened with several actions in the first two years of the war. They can identify a certain... These men were hunted, but they still went and fought. That's the thing everybody needs to remember. Well, you got to fight. But here's the other thing. People say, you know, you got all these bastards. We do. We got a bunch of asshats in Washington. They want to send you off to die over in the Middle East again. They want everybody to die. If they could, they'd kill every white American they can get their hands on, especially if they're heterosexual. Okay? Well, those bastards aren't going to fight themselves. And that's the difference between the men who were leading us in 1775 and the turds that we've got in 2025. My little brother was in the military. He missed the desert storm by about a year or two. He was only for four years. He was Abrams' commander. The guy's in charge. First he's a driver, then he's a gunner, then he's on top. Yeah, a tank commander. He's still a tank commander. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And he, they, they, he wanted Jeremy for a while and they came back. There's some maneuvers out there and then, but he just died here back in October, my little brother, and he died of bone cancer because of, I believe, because of the exposure to the arm purchasing ammunition. He depleted uranium wells on board. This is what I got talked about. He depleted them down 50 years later from that stuff, you know. And I'm the I'm good and I think he had that and he got exposed to it and well across to him finally, you know Last October. Yeah Sorry, you're bad. It's slowly creeped out creeped up on him I kept telling me to have you go see a doctor go see doc. You got you got the GI Bill and you got this man Yeah, you know you can find doctors money money Well, yeah, he finally hit him man, and his kidneys are shutting down. Geez, they got him going for a while there, and they put on chemo, and he says, I should go do chemo. But he wasn't listening to me, so anyway. Anyway. Well, again, the goal for if it wasn't one, it was the other, because guys, let's remember, if you were in that part of the, well, he didn't get to, like I said. Well, they had the practice fire stuff, so he was exposed to it inside a tank. Inside a tank, you're more exposed because you get inside that metal container. It's going to be even more intense and it will give you no hazmat shit to wear. Excuse me, you know, but... It's like you're in a microwave. It's like you're in a microwave. What's the caliber under the stacks now? I forget. Well, Abrams started out with a 105 and went to a 120. 120 is what they have right now. Yeah, he got trained in it. The first model because one... Well, go ahead. He got trained on the M60, the course, and then he went to the M1s. I asked him, but I said, yeah, they practice hard to test it out, make sure it works, and they shoot things like metal and old tanks. Well, again, they get to shoot and again the training round, okay, it's a 50-50 situation. Back during that time, you may or may not have been firing the AP, you could be firing the AP tungsten carbide penetrator, which they considered a training round, but they also had a pile, depleted uranium rounds that were on pile up and so they had to start cycling them out. And so again, typically they wouldn't shoot them because they wanted to save them. But they did start shooting them out. I can understand why they would test fire. I would want to. Well, it's practice firing. It's like being any man, you're a rifleman with a big gun. Think about it that way. You're a rifleman with a big gun, we better teach you how to use it. So typically the rifleman you've got. Well, no matter what kind of weapon you have, remember the military always makes a training grade round for that very purpose. It has to simulate every aspect of what the normal round would do. It may not penetrate as much, but you don't have to, like you said. At the tank range, you use 1 quarter inch to, in fact, I've even seen half inch steel plate used. for, uh, tack targets where they actually have them on a rail and you at, you know, they travel the vehicle sideways or silhouettes travel at about 15 miles an hour. And the idea is that you're supposed to track and shoot. In other words, use your gun sights. And if you hit it, you're going to hear it. Pop! Just like when you're shooting at steel targets, you know, with rifle, only in this case, just a big-ass rifle. Yeah, it's a lot of fun. Yes, it is a lot of fun. No matter what anybody's like I said, there's nothing like being in armor. Until you've done it, I really don't appreciate it. Well, when you move in a car, you feel everything. When you move in a main battle tank, that doesn't happen. So it's like you can feel that you're in something that's dense, that's heavy. and it's a totally different sensory experience. In fact, when you're inside, other than the fact that, well, you know, the motors, the electronic motors, and other junk old boards. It's a very different experience. Okay, guys, yeah, we are at the top. We are at the end. This weekend is going to be very busy. God bless our Republic. Death to the New World Order.
