It will never be near the product quality that you need. And this is demonstrated when you see just exactly what happens with one rainfall. And that's what we had during the day here, just a little bit. Nice soaker rain. Did a good job, but again, we do have other storms. I mentioned yesterday off Lake Erie. So there's two different elements, there's two different components to the idea of what we're doing here, what we're gonna be participating in, just keep that in mind. And it's unique. But it is also, again, something we have to be very, very, very careful of. We like to keep track, know everybody is. Simply because of the nature of the era, the period of time we're in. So there's a very different attitude. We're in a standby to fight mode in general with most of the militia formations and we're just waiting for the other foot to drop. Now, real quick as a sidebar to shooting sideways, let's not forget that the Israelis just got caught with a major voter fraud situation here in Michigan. And I will point out that the turds are, this is likely, this is a good reason for them to start something, to deflect everything as anything else that we could possibly imagine because they got caught with their tit in the ringer here. The people who did the work kind of picked up on some of the stuff that we passed on about how to track. They in turn used this along with the other investigative process they were involved in and I will remind you, that the Israelis, what they have, this is one of about a little under 200. I think it's a little higher than 200. We've tracked safe houses for the Israeli, the Jewish Mossad here, in many parts of the state of Michigan. One of the good things, we have a lot of realtors, okay? Guys, realtors that are experienced know how to dig out information on any location in the state. And when they can't find, the biggest flare is when you can't get anything on a location in a state. And which is, you know, again, they'd be better off, you know, well, I don't want to correct my enemy's stupidity, but the process of creating closed environment locations, that right there, that's like a shoot me benchmarker kind of thing. And that is why we've been able to initially with low tech with simply survey of properties, been able to track down I would say probably 90, 92, maybe a little under 100, let's put it that way, locations. Now tie in with that cell phone linkage and then cell phone tracking. And what's interesting is this location, this coffee house in Detroit, which by the way is now getting a lot more, they're apparently trying to shift locations so there's a lot more scrutiny of the site taking place than I think they even they expected. And what's interesting about this is that that was on our list, that one we knew about. And if you recall the report, At least 15 Jewish Israeli foreign nationals were registered. Most of the people who are part of this drop house, this fiction, are from, it literally was from Israel. It has nothing to do with anything inside the US except for the fact that it's there. Now the people that are operating it, this is the one thing nobody, they're pointing out that the Israelis are using this as a dump point. But I would remind you that, well, who's running it? Somebody owns the place, they already know that. Those are the front men, the people who create the shill operations. I'm not holding my breath with any of this, okay? I'm just pointing out that it's mapped out clearly. Everybody knows who's who in the zoo. Everybody knows who's been doing what on the ground. There's nothing here that is a shock or a surprise or a, oh my god, I never would have expected that instead. It's become very apparent that this is just the tip of the iceberg. Now, if you are allowed to catch one for the purpose of maybe creating some noise, that doesn't mean you're going to get to follow through on the rest of the investigation or process and activities. A lot of strong arming going on right now, especially in Michigan politics, as you can imagine. And always has been, I mean after all, the Jewish mob is running us from Chicago or from Toronto and the rest of it is a battlefield with a whole bunch of kosher colonies that are used for operational activities against the American people, specifically Michiganders. So we'll see how that works out. We're gonna keep you apprised as it develops. Again, it's not the only investigation in brackets that is in place. There's also a series of Congressional issues, don't forget we had the hog calling contest here back at the beginning of the year, before the changing of the seated members. Guys, there's a whole bunch of lawsuits and a whole bunch of other criminal charges that are in motion to be presented. And because this is a criminal fraud activity, there's no statute of limitations. Murder and fraud have no statute of limitations because fraud is an unjust taking. So we have good standing with regard to going after these people, which is, again, everybody's sharpening their, you know, they're sharpening the sharp pointy things to go after these creatures. At the heart of the case, New Mexico's controversial seven-day firearm cooling off period, seven-day wait. The state said it was about safety, but the court just said otherwise. By the end of this video, you'll understand what the case was about, what the judges decided, and why the ruling could have ripple effects across the nation. In 2024, New Mexico passed a law requiring a mandatory seven day waiting period for nearly every firearm purchase. Now the governor, Michelle Luon Grisham, he heard her name here on this channel for years, she wanted a 14 day wait, but lawmakers opted to go with seven instead, no exceptions. Even if you pass your background check instantly, Even if you were a retired cop or you were in immediate danger, didn't matter, you had to wait a week. Now, the law carried criminal penalties if a firearm was transferred before the waiting period ended. There were a few carve outs that existed like active law enforcement concealed carry perimeter holders and family to family transfers, but for ordinary citizens, the rule was ironclad. Now the state argued the law served two purposes. Number one, reducing impulsive acts of violence or suicide. Number two, closing a perceived loophole in federal law where background checks can sometimes take longer than three days. But almost immediately New Mexico resident Samuel Ortega, a retired law enforcement officer, and Rebecca Scott, they filed suit. Both had tried to buy firearms, both passed background checks on the spot, and both were forced to wait seven days solely because of this new law. And at the trial level, the federal district court denied their request to block the law. The judge there said the right to keep and bear arms doesn't necessarily mean the right to immediately acquire them. Somebody should do a urine test on that judge. He also said that waiting periods are presumptively lawful commercial conditions under Heller, which is wrong as well. Also said, historically, there were restrictions on gun access that justified modern waiting periods. Again, somebody do a drug test on that judge because he's smoking something. Alright, so the plaintiffs appealed and that brings us to today. The Tenth Circuit made a ruling today. And here's where things get interesting. The Tenth Circuit reversed the district court and ruled in favor of Ortega and Scott. Judge Tim Kovich, I hope I'm saying his name right, wrote for the panel, laid out several key points. Number one, the right to acquire is part of the right to bear. Just like the First Amendment implies, the right to acquire a printing press, or the right to religious freedom implies acquiring a Bible, the Second Amendment necessarily covers acquiring a firearm. You can't keep or bear what you can't obtain. Number two, Waiting periods directly burden Second Amendment rights. A flat one-week prohibition on possessing your firearm, even after you've cleared a background check, is a restriction on the right itself. The court compared it to forcing newspapers to have to wait a week before publishing or requiring church closures during COVID-19, right? It was a violation of the freedom of religion. Temporary restrictions on rights are still unconstitutional. Number three, not a presumptively lawful condition. Now the court said New Mexico's waiting period wasn't like other conditions, such as background checks or age limits, because it wasn't tied to any action or qualification. It was just a blanket delay. In other words, you couldn't do anything to shorten it, and it wasn't about ensuring someone was law-abiding. It was... a simple time-based effort and therefore not protected under Heller's car row. Number four, the judge said, no meaningful historical tradition existed. The state pointed to intoxication laws, permitting systems, and group bans from the past. But the court said none of those were remotely comparable. Waiting periods are a modern invention dating only back to the 1920s and they've only been adopted in a handful of states. That's too new, too rare, and too broad to fit the historical tradition that that standard that was established under Bruin and reaffirmed under Brahimi. So why is this important? Well first it's precedent, right? The Tenth Circuit made clear that acquisition is part of the Second Amendment. We know that, but there's judges, again, that should probably be tested, that are trying to just push the anti-gun agenda. And that's huge. That means future challenges to gun control laws dealing with sales or transfers will have strong backing. Second, waiting periods, those laws nationwide are now on shaky ground. California has a 10 day wait. Hawaii, Minnesota, Washington, same thing. Several other states imposed delays of three or seven days. And this ruling says that those laws probably don't stand up under Bruin's historical test. Third, This case reinforces the principle that Second Amendment rights aren't second-class rights. The court directly compared it to the First Amendment and others. You don't make someone wait to speak, you don't make them wait to publish, and you certainly don't make them wait to worship. The same logic applies to bearing arms. Now here's the kicker. This is just a preliminary injunction right now. That means the Tenth Circuit has temporarily blocked the law while the case proceeds. But the reasoning here signals where the final decision will likely land unless the Supreme Court steps in first. And with challenges already brewing in states like Maine, California, and Illinois over waiting periods, this decision could quickly become part of a nationwide wave of litigation. It is important to understand, however, that the decision does not take immediate effect, as the Tenth Circuit's mandate has not issued yet. the state could seek armband, which is a full court hearing, of that decision, which could delay issuance of the mandate. Now, according to the court's rules, the earliest a mandate could be issued is 21 days from today. So the preliminary injunction is in effect, but there is no ruling saying that the law is done yet. But, you know, stick around because it's going to happen. So wrap this up, the Tenth Circuit just struck a major blow against New Mexico's seven-day firearm waiting period. The court said it burdens the Second Amendment, it isn't backed by history or tradition, and it doesn't fit the presumptively lawful category under Heller. This is a win, not just for New Mexico gun owners, but for potentially all Americans facing arbitrary waiting period laws across this nation. What do you think? They just finish it. They get done. They're on to other things. What's interesting is it seems to have just happened. Now here's one of the reasons I always harp on 380 auto. It's like 5.7 FN. I think almost quickly as he brought that out, everybody was told that, hey, that was a conversation over here. that slipped into a public release over there and that wasn't supposed to happen. So don't do that again, you know, that kind of thing. Yeah. The big thing to understand here is that we have two different sets. Well, I suppose more than that. We have, we have, we don't have many sets of books they've cooked. I think that's the best way to think about this situation. We really don't know how many accounts they've cooked. We don't know how much garbage they've made up and thrown out into the blender that we call the economy. But one of the things to remember is that straw man bond, first of all. The straw man bond that they created when they declared war on you as the American people Something is going askew with the maturity of those instruments. What do I mean by that? Well, again, we're seeing all of these numbers pop up that we've talked about, we, meaning the Patriot Movement, have talked about for decades, and everybody, oh, that's crazy. Oh, you don't know what you're talking about. Well, now it's out in your face. Again, what did Trump mean by saying that gold was only worth $46 an ounce? $45 an ounce, $44 an ounce. Would it make any difference? The number is insane. I want you to point to a place where you can go and buy an ounce of gold for $46. Do you think that that exists within your realm of reality? Can you do that? Well, no, you can't. Well, then who's the bastard that can that's stealing our money from our gold accounts and sliding it out? Well, the Jewish mob is. See, this is something that we've tried to explain to people about for many, many years. And now people are actually asking me the right questions because every aspect of what we're talking about in the system is all based upon a shelving of our legitimate economic structure. Back in 1933 when the horror, the Communist Franklin Delano Rosenfeld, okay FDR, when FDR declared the banking emergency wink, wink, nod, nod, and all of the other actions that led to the War Powers Act Declaration of War the Gold Act, confiscation of gold, and the Disarmament Act by, again, a warring party who declared that we were war booted and captured property in conflict. Well, these characters, for whatever reason, it's here 2025, this all started with the, well, first of all, it started with the Federal Reserve Act. But guys, let's remember it. It started with the Depression, 1929. For whatever reason, they felt that they could confiscate or charge all of us as bondsmen against whatever fictional national that was created because we the people have our names on the document. So the changeling, the Jewish mob, came in, occupied the positions within the government, creating a second fictional Treasury office. And then cooking the books, literally that was the first book that was cooked were the actual American notes and certificates. Gold and silver, but not only gold and silver, just money in general. The Federal Reserve trash is a foreign instrument designed for the purpose of stealing the wealth of the American people. We're at the other end of this cycle and what it's obvious they're intending to do because they've stupefied so much of the population to the concept of how money works, that declaring people property, well, making a comment like, you will own nothing and you will be happy. Well, how do they get away with that? Well, they, in their feedback, the population, many of whom now cannot read and are literally illiterate for all practical purposes, That number is larger than any time probably in the history of the United States. If you go, oh, I'm going back to the revolution, 73 to 76% of the population was literate by the standards of the day inside the United States. We were the most literate population on the planet in 1775. We were better read. We had more skills. Mechanically, we were superior in terms of performance. to pretty much everybody on the planet. People could say, well, the Chinese, the Chinese are great copiers, but they're not great inventors. There's a product missing from that population based upon subservience. And because of that, the quality of the product is in the toilet. So America had all of the resources, can-do attitude, And the most important attitude that we are not property of the state, but rather that we own ourselves. And this formula played out into the perfect storm of 19 April 1775 and an eight year conflict that brought us to a point where we could say, you don't own us anymore. Even any claim you try to lay is illegitimate. Now guys, all of the Jewish mob, the ring knockers, they hate you for that. That's why just like Russia with the things that it did to break from the or prevent the kosher mafia from having their way, they wanted revenge. Right now the Jewish mob wants revenge and wants to re-indenture us. And it can be demonstrated repeatedly that again these characters are utilizing language which doesn't make any sense within the general theme of things as people have been taught and as they understand or they think they understand. Now we're in a very, very different battlefield for the bad guys. But it's mandatory. I think part of this, as we said before, well rule number one is this. With regard to the devil, he must always provide a boat, but he does not have to show you the door. If you concede that the enemy has no authority and you step up to the plate, then the bad guys are undermined. They can't stop you. Does everybody understand how that works? And we're in a situation now where, again, Most everything has to be publicly addressed, publicly presented, in order for the rest of the chicanery, the treachery, the betrayal to proceed. That's where we are right now. They don't have a choice. They don't really, they can't bugger out of this one. They actually have to follow through and they have to then do the dirty deed. They have to defecate or get off the pot. If they hesitate, then a vast amount of resource that has been spent by your enemy is lost. The other thing here is that if they don't get a war going or convince you to surrender your sovereignty, to surrender your freedom, and for you to believe that somehow there's just no reason to resist, in other words, you can't fight as few to resist this illegitimate action, then they have their way. Well, hopefully you're not that stupid. And a lot of Americans aren't. They're not that stupid. They're not going to. Despite even for all the problems we have, many, many Americans, and more than enough to deal with this problem, are already in your camp standing beside you. You may not hear them screaming and, you know, hollering and thrashing around, but their presence is felt and known by your enemy. They see more of the battlefield then you're allowed to see how that works. So again, I think with the next series of discussions, Gold of course, the end of the month, one 30-day window out, we have a series of actions by the Federal Reserve coming. These actions, of course, are acts of war against the general population. The purpose is to, again, devalue the currency even more. It's not inflation. Don't use inflation. It's the devaluation of the currency. They are devaluing what it is that you have in hand and utilizing it as a tool against you accordingly. But it's the devaluation that's taking place. Now, one of the other things to watch for is an announcement, and again, either the external or internal fight. We know that. The credit and external conflict. or they create an internal conflict. The internal is much more difficult and the problem is that they're power based. They need to have us go outside the country, us as the men of America with a whole bunch of women as cannon powder too now, and drive our brains outside focused on an endeavor that's illegitimate and irrelevant and unnecessary, except for the purpose of distraction. Distraction is what they are focused on. Distraction, trying to get you to look somewhere else. Focus on something totally inane and irrelevant to your life. In other words, a conflict. And then get you into a position where you are easily disposed of when the time comes. mismanagement of operations. We didn't know that was going to happen. Oh, look at the number of casualties mount. More of you are dead. Well, for them, that's a good thing. And it's what they need to see happen. Meanwhile, while they're dragging everybody overseas, they'll be busy with their satanic pitot queer crew. We'll be pedophiling more of the population. But that ozone that electrified charged to a water coming down makes all the difference in the world. The dad used to talk about that concept. He goes, you know, yep, you can do this all day. On one simple rain, we'll do more than a day's worth of watering off of the hose and off of the faucet. So that's exactly the case here. Beautiful day. The grass wasn't growing. That's one thing I would say. It's like, well, that was a good thing. But yeah, that too will change. After all, we are headed into the fall eventually. Not yet. We're not done with summer yet, but we're headed towards the next season change. Let's all be prepared for that. Communications Tuesday, one of the things that's been happening all over the state today are unannounced, unexpected communications outage. And this is something that has been happening more and more often all over the place, not just here in Michigan. It's a complaint by many, many people. around the country about lack of service and where is that service the biggest problem? Cell phones. Now again, that's because everybody's using them. I cannot emphasize enough that we get hit like we just saw with the, well, we saw this in the south with all the different floodings there. We saw this before that with the North Carolina incident and Western Tennessee and Kentucky. You should have learned that number one and most important is that you have other than cell phone communications. Now, I would point this out. If you're willing to spend the money or if you have an ally, some places have company connections, that's something that's a big plus, going to a satellite phone would be a useful tool for just conventional crisis. If we get into a shooting situation inside the United States and it gets pretty exciting, cell phones are your death knell. They're bad enough as it is because people are counting on them too much and we don't have anything serious going on. We obviously have some weather shifts that are normal, that are typical for the state of Michigan. But today, we had some places that have had communications outages for two and three hours with no explanation. And we had no true significant weather to account for it. OK? So one more time, again, alternate communications, CB, FRS, Marine, VHF, UHF, there's all kinds of tech out there. You just need to pick a direction. Most important is pick a direction and you know stick with it I think that as we will see very shortly here Whichever crisis they keep pointing to well, let's not forget the middle of the country The Mississippi up, you know going for a flowing upstream and the fault line there, you know agitating Yellowstone could erupt anytime, you know, we've got don't forget. We also have had every one of the major pimples in the northwest with some kind of seismic activity. What I mean by that, you know, Mount Rainier, all the different mountains up there in the northwest when you fly in, if you can see them above the clouds, guys, those are volcanic, those are volcanic caps. Those are old activity that's calmed down for a bit, but that doesn't mean it's going to stay that way. Which I can understand, the only thing is they're stirring the pot to panic everybody. We're just talking about the idea that hey, any one of these do happen? Yeah, you're seriously in a bit of a situation. Now, what are you gonna do about it? Most important is short range communications is easiest. FRS radios are a drug on the market. Right now you can make some really great deals without spending a whole lot of money. and do packets of radios. I will say again that you can go to Facebook Marketplace, you can go to a number of different locations which have resale points, and yes, you can also find radios there for a fantastic price. Bundles right now, Facebook Marketplace, I've pointed everybody there several times this last weekend. Why? Well, there are whole, I don't know, it's either departments or companies, security companies going out of business, but whole bundles of 50, 60 or 100 radios have been available. So just a heads up there. We have a caller. Ah, it's Larry Mark. I'm sorry, my battery at home died. I had to get out into a cornfield so I can get a signal out. That's okay. We were just talking about that. Everybody's been having problems. It may not be your phone so much as, hey, Planet Crapoo 21st Century. So again, one of the most important things here is backups in terms of alternate systems. And many of our callers have talked about different battery technology that's available. And it is. There's all kinds of new stuff out there. But let me point something out real quick. I had a big conversation during our break on this subject with somebody local. Guys, most of the battery technology that you're seeing, everybody had already experimented with it one time or another. But he goes, no, this is totally new. Lithium-ion and all these. No, guys, actually, both Tesla and Edison In the early age of electronic technology, power source was the issue. It always has been. How much energy can I apply? How much is it going to cost and how long is it going to last? Most every battery design that you presently see was experimented with Edison at least three different facilities. In each case, of course, now some part of this is technology had to catch up as far as being able to do it in mass, but for all of the different ideas and all of the different solutions that they had, the idea was to make the battery affordable and durable, especially with regard to longevity and use, being able to re-service the battery over and over again. We haven't talked about these enough in a little bit. They're called the Edison battery. They literally are an Edison battery. Now originally they were made out of glass. They were made out of ceramic. Edison built these for the original electronic high lows. More than what, 120 years ago? Edison's concept here though rolled very quickly over into two other industries. Communications, duh. But also for alternate power and remote lighting for the railroad, for both railroad and telegraph, telegraph being the critical component that the railroad actually ran as a sidebar or rented out their access, their easement to the communications company that was running the telegraph in their area of operation, in that particular area. But the Edison batteries can be rebuilt indefinitely. There really is no such thing as a burnout with an Edison battery. Something really bizarre has to happen to try and kill it. Captain Monahan, before he passed away, we were of course always checking out scrap yards. And in Ypsilanti, Michigan, going through one of the scrap yards. He noticed a bunch of packs that came in that were old. They looked old. What were they? They were Edison battery packs that came off of the railroad that were used for powering the telegraph and switching systems. Now here's what's interesting. Every one of those batteries was almost 100 years old. And more than half of them with a voltmeter had power, had literally still charge in them from the last time they had been used. We don't know how far back that was. The neat thing about the Edison battery though is if it degrades, if eventually it's dysfunctional, you literally flush it, you dump everything on board, you reapply all the water, again distilled water. and create a new acid bath for the rods and congratulations the battery is back in service now. Does it produce a vast amount of power? I mean like this must be a dynamo. No, no not at all. You do understand the telephone service ran on 8 volt DC forever. That phone you talked on when you were a kid and you squawked all night on? The primary backup and in many cases the primary power supply for consistent power was provided by Edison batteries DC. I want you to think about something and this is this is very critical. Guys, we pride ourselves on making things that are more efficient fuel sippers. In other words, Our electronics are so much more efficient than they were. Well, imagine if your electronics are so much more efficient, and the Edison battery literally could stay in service with a recharge system. There were several different ways that they recharged them, including local hydro that Edison built for that purpose, wind generation, way before all the stuff you see now, going back over 100 years. OK, this is the year 2025. And virtually the entire grid stayed powered up 24-7, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Edison batteries, nothing to write home about, very dull, a very dull technology. But amazingly enough, they worked every time. They never stopped working, okay? They just went on to something else. Now of course the idea was, well we need more power because, you know, fill in the blank, you're going to add this tech and that tech. But we've gone full circle back to minimalist consumption. So quite literally, if you blend the present power sipping slash minimalist technology with something as ridiculously simple as the Edison battery, you have all the power that you need, And it's the most cost efficient battery available in the system. So I just want to bring that point forward because again, everybody goes, we're being the Stone Age. Guys, the batteries we're talking about brought us out of the horse and buggy era and out of the steam era and into electrified America. and virtually created a communications grid that stretched across the country. Think about that. Go ahead, jump in here Larry. You know what I can't figure out? I saw a movie a long time ago called Colossus the Foreman Project where they had this massive computer in this building, sealed it up and that was your first day, one of your first AI movies they had out there and then Russians, theirs was called Colossus, etc. Now we're being told that whole communities are being depleted of water because of these intelligence centers they're putting together. I mean, I used to work with computers. I used to run batch processing big mainframe computers. You know, where they'd had the air conditioning going under the floor and out here in Indiana they had Fort Harrison with a Univac 1182 computer take a minute to walk from one end to the other. 99 disk drives at $100,000 each. So how the hell are these new little servers all hooked up using that much damn power that their communities are crying out for water and power? I don't understand how they're that thirsty for power if everything's more efficient. You know what I'm saying? I've seen these. I held in my hand a circuit board that's about the size of an 8x11 piece of paper and it was a 1K circuit board, 1000 bits. You can literally see the wires and the little donuts. Each one turned on or off was a bit of memory storage and that thing was listed on the books for $10,000. I mean, they had me doing inventory as, you know, a little glunt job. My dad worked at RCA, and I got these glunt jobs for Spirit Univac. I can come up and tell you why they need that much water. And it's not so much that it's the regular water that they need. They have to process the water to get it to be non-conductive. Some of these server banks, like what they have in Utah, They are suspended in water. Non-conductive water to help keep everything cool. They have to cycle it out. It can't get to a point where it starts to conduct electricity, so they have to constantly pump it out and reprocess the water and pump it back in. I mean, if you take a look at some of the server farms, most people when they think of server farms, they think of a warehouse set up where you're walking down alleys of banks of computers, right? That's what you usually see in Silicon Valley. That's what you see like if you go down to your local telecommunications hub. These servers that they're using for these data collection points, these quote unquote high tech servers that the CIA is running and that Elon Musk has got for some of his stuff. They're putting them in Olympic size pools. They're submerged, right? The Movie of the Week was normally on Saturday night.
