I'm Jared with Guns and Gadgets and today I have huge news that came out late yesterday afternoon, early evening in the fight for freedom. And this is a celebratory coffee. The Biden administration's unconstitutional pistol brace ban has officially been gutted and buried. That's right. Yesterday, the Department of Justice, the federal government, just dropped its appeal in the Mock vs Garland lawsuit. Thank you, Firearms Policy Coalition. This all started with ATF's final rule, 2021 R-Romeo-08 Foxtrot, which attempted to reclassify millions of pistols equipped with stabilizing braces as short-barreled rifles, meaning they fall under the NFA, the National Firearms Act. And that would have forced millions of law-abiding Americans to register their guns, destroy them, or face felony charges. Let's be honest. The Biden ATF didn't do this for public safety. This was a backdoor gun grab, pure and simple. They used bureaucratic rulemaking to turn millions of peaceable Americans into criminals overnight. But they didn't count on firearms policy coalition. Yeah. FPC filed suit and that case became known as Mock versus Garland. Now the argument was straightforward in this case. Number one, braced pistols are not short barreled rifles. Number two, even if they were, they're still protected arms under the Second Amendment. And number three, the ATF doesn't have the power to make laws. That's Congress's job. You should abolish them. That's a train. In 2023, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with Fire and Policy Coalition. In a scathing ruling, the court found that ATF's new rule likely violated the Administrative Procedures Act and the Constitution. And as a result, the court issued an injunction protecting FPC members and others while the case moved forward. But then in 2024, the district court issued a final judgment vacating the rule entirely. That means the rule was gone, Kaput, done. But yesterday, in 2025 here in July, the federal government has officially dismissed its appeal. Maybe this is linked to the budget information I told you yesterday, but FPC boss Brandon Combs said this is the final nail in the coffin of this unconstitutional overreach. And Cody Wisniewski from Firearms Policy Coalition Action Foundation said, the government is finally retreating from the Biden administration's patently unlawful effort to turn millions of peaceable people into felons by decree. David Farrell of Maximum Defense, they were also in this lawsuit, he called this a monumental step in preserving gun rights for future generations. They're all right. This is more than a legal victory. This is a message to every tyrant in Washington. We're done being bullied. Millions of Americans use stabilizing braces, not to evade the law, which is unconstitutional anyway. but to shoot safely and responsibly, especially disabled veterans and folks with limited upper body strength. Now this ban would have made all of them felons overnight. But thanks to this case and the relentless pressure from you, the 2A community, we have turned the tide. Now let me be absolutely clear. The Mock V Garland decision was a landmark moment. It reaffirmed what we already knew. Our rights do not disappear because some bureaucrat wannabe writes a rule. We fought this ban and we won. But that doesn't mean that they're done coming after us. Here's what this victory means for you. Number one. The ATF pistol brace rule is vacated nationwide and officially dead. Nail is in the coffin now. Two, you are not required to register or destroy your base... brace... the... brace... pistol. And number three, there's no NFA tax on them, no force compliance, no felony charges, because the rule is now dead. Fight proves how quickly the government will weaponize agencies against you. All it takes is a stroke of a pen. And that's not the way it's supposed to be. That's why we need to stay engaged. We cannot afford to rest. They believe that they need it all. Now, as I said before, they were wise. by taking and picking up the exotic market that they did, which isn't really all that exotic. It's a lot of other ammunition on the planet. They've become a niche company and the problem is that now, you know, Pre-V Partisan, PPU, They're going to hit a wall here. My recommendation, everybody carries PPU, but AIM Surplus, now you can check this out for yourself. AIM Surplus has the best price on PPU, preview partisan in the country. They've got a better deal. I don't know what their arrangement is. I don't know how close ties they have to the company, I don't know, to a PPU. But AIM still has the best price, and that's everything from 8 millimeter kurts, if they have any of that left. 8mm Nambu, 8mm Lebel, 30-30, 270, 30-06 M2 Ball. Guys, boxer prime, non-corrosive, heat annealed, I highly recommend Preguite Partisan. But first and foremost, if you have a grandpa rifle, which by the way could be a grand you were inherited, You need to be picking up a lot more ammunition for those weapons. They're excellent firearms. There's nothing wrong with them. Well, they're obsolete. No, they're not. They're not by any stretch of the imagination obsolete. You put the rifle to your shoulder, you're London Piscite, you pull the trigger, and I guarantee whatever you shoot will die horribly. And in some cases, quickly. And in some cases, maybe not as fast, depending on how big or small the bullet was. and where you place the bullet. But the fact is that they are just as lethal today as they were 10, 50, 100, in some cases 125 years ago. 45, 70, there's all kinds of lever guns, 22, 250, 25, 250. All of the old lever short cartridges, 25, 20. 30-20, etc., etc., etc. There's a whole bunch of stuff out there. Don't confuse the one with 30-30. 30-30 is a big rifle. These are the smaller Winchester pistol rifle cartridge combinations. The Shorties, which made them like assault rifles for their day, if you want to call it that. But there's a lot of stuff out there that the PPU has done. If you go to Aim, Surplus, they have it in stock. And you should have at least one full ammo can, 30 caliber ammo can of ammunition for each firearm. Now preferably more. Get a 50 cal can if you want to. Fill it up. But remember, it's all you got maybe. And the next thing I would do is start investing in any dies you can find that are used for each of those calibers. If you've got 8 millimeter of a bell, get a set of dies. If you've got 7.5 French, get a set of dies. Whatever it is, step one, you need ammo. You need ammo, you need ammo, and you need ammo. And I don't care whether a rifle you have, you also need ammo for all the rest of them, okay? Just that simple. Hold on, let me smell. I got the cup of coffee just handed off to me. Taste. Oh, Vietnamese! Oh, ooh, mama! You say, ma'am, da'a! Mmm, singo, vissi! Oh boy, how does the enemies copy? Oh my goodness. So anyway, why made today as a matter of fact. Sometimes it's a couple days old. But anyway, for all of you out there, AIM surplus, AIM surplus for PPU. The exotic or unique rounds, not surely exotic. Okay, 30-30 is not exotic, but they've got the best price in the country. 270, same thing. I mentioned 30-06. Serbia has been making 30-06 M2 Ball Boxer Prime Non-Cros, if you need it. And it is one of the go-to rounds for the time being for if you want fresh 30-06, there's the place to go. And again, if you've got an 06, you better be reloading and don't lose the brass. Try to keep everything, you know, recover everything you shoot whenever possible. So that will cover our ammunition for the moment. named surplus because they're friendly and particular calibers because everything needs to be, you need to be able to shoot everything. Remember you can hand it off as a security rifle but that person doesn't have to go out and patrol. That person is going to need a can of ammo or two preferably, a 50 cal can or more if you can, of ammunition to have there on site for defense purposes. Every weapon can be pressed into defense purpose. especially any of those big butt or older military rifle calibers. They are not obsolete. You will, you shoot somebody with them, they die. Just like they did 100 years ago or 80 years ago. Next, on the East Coast out of the district of criminals. Of course, we've got the seesaw thing going on with the NFA, but they're not going to get rid of the NFA because the NFA is part of the foundation of the attack on the American sovereignty. of the American people. It is the War Powers Act 1933, the Gold Ban Act, which is still in effect. Watch to see how they flip that when the time comes. People should be ready to shoot their ass over trying to steal the gold again, which I guarantee the Jewish mob will try to steal the gold again. This time, you know who's trying to steal it? So you know, everybody's going to be getting an idea about what needs to be gone and who. The other thing here again is the NFA, which is the attack on the Americans, especially the trying to disarm the militia or hamper the ability of the militia to effectively resist tyranny when it is implemented by foreigners who have captured our government and foreigners who have captured our government. And those foreigners need to be gone from our country. Now they've brought in a whole army of other people to do that. The discussion here is, remember, it's, in fact, this is now right out of Anne Rand's Atlas Shrugged. When the president was negotiating and talking about, well, you know, he couldn't release all political power. He would let John Galt run everything and fix everything and make it work, but he couldn't release complete power. And that's just basically what you've seen with this NFA scam. Well, we're going to take the taxes off. Oh, but they're going to collect fingerprints and butt prints and DNA and you're going to have to have a tongue print. Yeah, the ink is terrible. Don't worry, sir. It's biodegradable. Tongue print. And you're going to have to have a swipe of your feces. There's all kinds of stuff you still have to do because they won't release their Power Freak control. And as I said, what's happened is the level of manipulative, police state type, coercive force that they're wielding against buying a gun and having a gun is right up there parallel with the NFA. So, well, we don't need to charge you as much or anything there because, see, it's all the same basic bucket now. They've been keeping records on who's been buying what they've illegally been doing the record keeping by keeping them in Israel and England We've talked about this for 35 years We've pointed out that they're not lying because they always play semantics, you know anti-semanticism That's what I'm into. But it also means temperatures outside. Remember, we've talked about hypothermia. Guys, you're all pumped up. We got the bleed right now. Well, see there again. The high ground. Tom's in the high ground in the upper part of the lower peninsula. So, you're looking at a 20 degree difference. Now, think about it. We've had really hot weather, 90, 92, 95. On a hot plate out here, a mirror outside, it was at 100 or so, just off of the table that the thermometer was sitting on. Because I was going to mount it on a wall, it's like, whoa, 102, I think, right around there. So, again, they didn't stay there and this was exposed constantly to the extra heavy sunshine we had, but the last day we had a comfort wave come in from the north, straight out of the north. So, as Tom said last night, 40, 42 degrees, down here, 62, 65 degrees. Guys, that's hypothermia weather. That sounds weird. But during the day, if you have a 20 or 30 degree drop in temperature from daytime to nighttime, and you're not bundled up for it, you can just as easily die from hypothermia in the middle of summer, yes, in the middle of July, and it's happened to trained professionals all over the place, even though they know this. So, heads up. Again, remember, team members, all of you, all of the fire team leaders, squad leaders, platoon leaders, keep an eye on your troops. Make sure everybody, first of all, does hydrate. I personally always carry some form of cold weather item. It can either be a field jacket liner, it can be a woolly pulley sweater, it goes in the kit, it stays in the kit, never leaves, although I do change them out to different models because I have quite a selection. But the field jacket liners are the best because they're hula filled, they crunch up really nice. And it's no, it's not arctic clothing. What it is is just enough insulation so that it keeps you a little snuglier if things start to drop temperature-wise. You don't need much, but you do need something. Keep that in mind with the situation because it's comfortable weather. I'm not complaining about this at all. It's really fantastic. We actually be able to get out there and get some work done. And even during the day, it wasn't so sweaty. But if you're out and about and you're in this weather and it shifts, I don't want to hear about you or anybody becoming a weather slash thermal casualty. There's no reason for that to happen. I want to take care of you guys, make sure everybody gets back home safe. We got more to fight in the future and it can't afford to lose anyone. Go ahead, Krawler, we got you. I always wondered about the militia. Do they have ranks like Corporal Private, Sergeant Major, and all them, Captain? Well, yes, you actually have to. But most people when I say this would argue Geneva Convention, what's that? In order to conform to the Geneva Convention, which by the way, our militia is superior to anyway because we are American militia, we have a very different heritage from the peasants and the slaves of the rest of the planet who did not shoot the royalty out of their country the way we did. But back in the day, so to speak, traditionally the militia has All of the consistent rank of any formation with regard to heraldry and in this day and age as part of the conforming to both the Geneva and Hague Conventions, that way we can keep the enemy to the rules that they created. Then when they break them we can execute them with reckless abandon because they think they're going to do that to us. But you have specific protections but you must have a uniform of some type of pattern uniform. It can be blue jeans and a brown t-shirt or blue jeans and a brown shirt or a blue jean bottom and blue jean top, but it's a consistent uniform. You need a form of identification and you need a ranking system, a pecking order. With the militia units, it's pretty much consistent with the regular military although Colonial Marine Militia has fewer NCO readings than say the Army of the Marine Corps. We have senior sergeants, we have sergeants, and then we have a junior sergeant post. Senior sergeant would be equivalent to say master or sergeant major or command sergeant major. Senior sergeants basically fit into that category. It varies depending on the formation. Again, we have, in Michigan alone, we have at least three larger militia structures, Colonial Marine Militia, Michigan Militia at Large, Old Wolverine Militia Corps, and there's a new group out there. There are still other formations beyond that, and each of course have established their standard. Now, everybody appreciates and understands The differences, we're not fighting over any of that nonsense. It doesn't make any sense to at all in any way, shape, or form. But there are different concepts about how the ranking system should be structured, but it's just minor variations. Pretty much everybody's on the same page, so we don't worry too much about that. The important thing is for the purpose of management, In that respect, what I've tried to teach everybody as rank is for the purpose of payroll and because you do have to have a notable command mechanism, but it's in the special forces vein in that everybody pulls their weight, everybody is part of the workforce. And if you can't do the job that your sergeant can, if you're the officer in charge, then there's something wrong. Because you're supposed to be able to pull the same weight as the rest of your men. Example, most of my units, we don't have radio operators. Well, we have middle spec radios, but individual commanders carry their own radio. And then in addition to that, we have additional communications personnel that carry other, for instance, battalion or brigade communications radios. We don't jump radios back and forth. We isolate radio systems. But the individual team members and the individual, for instance, a fire team leader or a squad leader, their radio tech is smaller. But platoon, company, battalion, brigade, Those radios, we've committed to a wide range of older but reliable military tech, and we've also built some of the equipment ourselves. Well, we don't have an RO carrying the primary radio. If you're the executive or your command officer, then whoever it is that's committed to managing, you're carrying your own radio. Just how it works. Oh, about rank, there's an old saying, rank has its privileges, but we also have an attitude that some ranks think. Did I say that? Oh my goodness. Some right stinks. Yes, yes, I know they do. So again, this is one of those unique situations where we have the ability to operate this way. The militia traditionally, the ones that count, the ones that really fought well before the war, were basically organized in the same way, the war for independence. And again, everybody was an Armstrong. Everybody had the ability to perform the same task. Now, we all have age and some disabilities here and there, but that doesn't mean anything. Improvise, adapt, and overcome. Our job is to continue to stay in the fight, do the best of our ability with the resources we have, and beat the son of a bitch down. That's the goal. Most importantly here is again the rank. Now, by the way, even though you have a uniform, you have a structure, you have again ID, Notoriously American, the US government will still try to violate every aspect of the Geneva Convention, the Hague treaties. They've done it before. They will do it again. We can expect them especially to do it because the globalist agenda is that everybody who is not a communist is, of course, a criminal. So, the Jewish Communists who have taken over the U.S. government are propagandizing the order that all of you who resist international Jewish communism are criminals. Well, I'll take my chances on that one because we know that if they win or we let them just push everybody over, they plan on killing everybody anyway. So, we're going to be a little ahead of the curve on that one, I think. We can do a little better, and we will. with regard to dealing with the enemy as a problem, as the problem that it is, and getting rid of it when the time comes, I think we have sufficient resources to do so. So, in fact, we outnumber the guard just in Michigan alone about between five and six to one, and we have a comparable quality of personnel. Our people are mostly former service, not everybody, and we don't expect everybody to be, but we've got a lot of prior service people through the whole of our mechanism. And everybody has experience in a wide range of weapons systems, which means we actually have greater diversity in that respect over the government forces that you would be facing in any ground conflict on American soil. Because a percentage of the American police state will side with the police state. But there's a percentage of people out there who have already made their decision and can see the writing on the wall where this is going. And they won't be going with the other side. Everybody's going to have to make their choice when that happens. And that's where the divide is going to take time. It's hard for people to wrap their brain around how that works in a wartime situation. It's amazing. Again, in some cases your enemy will go rabbit-dog, little leftist slash frothing at the mouth and you're going to see him lashing out and doing all kinds of bizarre stuff. In other words, no, it might not be a hollow point, but the way that the bullet tumbles upon impact with flesh, it does not create a humane wound. That's one of the comical things that they call it. Well, you have to conform to the Geneva and Hague conventions and you have to create a humane wound, which is why you're supposed to use ball ammunition. So, who's Trump protecting? Well, it's not Americans. Trump's not protecting any Americans. The only thing that Trump is doing, the only thing the regime is doing right now is protecting the kosher mafia, well, creating the illusion. But in reality, everybody already knows. You know where this has gone everybody understands it. They're hoping that they will terrify everybody to the point where No action would be taken and every everybody hesitates so that way when they do plug in the rest of the Jewish Communist agenda for taking out America's freedom and sovereignty That they will be in the proper catbird seat to proceed Now, they may think that they're able to move to a degree, and yes, they can. They can try. I really, again, we expect them to. But the bottom line is that we're better armed. There's more of us. The biggest thing is understanding that when they cut off communications that we don't need their communications to function. We need our communications to function. And you're not even going to get that. I mean, that's dead and gone. Does everybody agree? Does everybody see where this is going? All of you thought you could sit on your laurels. Well, those laurels are burned. All of that's dead and gone. If we don't get into a specific mode of operation here, then yes, failure is an option. Not for everybody, but for a lot of people, you get bit in the ass hard because you just didn't stay motivated. Now, here's another problem I've always had with that, and I'm going to address that right now, too. The militia isn't something you go to at a last minute because all of a sudden there appears to be a crisis. The militia is an integrated part of what is supposed to be our form of government. That's why Article II of the Bill of Rights reads the way that it does. The people, just like the courts, just like the Congress, just like the Senate, just like the executive, are all integrated elements of the check and balance system. It is supposed to constantly be addressed and built to support and deal with any possible threat that develops against the sovereignty, the safety, and the freedom of the American people. Yours is to be there. Yeah, well-wegged means trained. In other words, to make sure that we're there when we're needed. And the problem is that the enemy that we've had occupy the education system knows that people are stinking lazy as the day is long. And so that is what you're not fighting uphill, but it is a grade. And you are dragging a two ton weight by a steel cable. You know, it's attached to your ass. Now, that's not necessarily true everywhere. We are here. We've seen phenomenal response. And I think all over the country, really, a lot of people have never left a path because they didn't have any confidence in the regime change anyway. That core is always with us. That core has dumped politics as we know modern politics. They've thrown it out the window. They have more than one generation that's done that. Now these are the people they've always tried to, you need to get back in here and vote. Well, Donald Trump is what he's been doing, shows you once again why having confidence in a sole activity and expecting that sole activity to deal with all of your social and political problems isn't a good idea. In fact, it's a really bad idea. As a matter of fact, it'll get your ass in a wringer real quick, which is really where we are because everybody was figuring that old Don was going to take care of it. As much as he's trying to vote yourself out of a traffic jam, the jam's there. You're not getting out until the jam is removed. Over. For that purpose, obstructing the laws of naturalization of foreigners, refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new appropriations of lands. He has obstructed the administration of justice by refusing his assent to laws or establishing to judiciary powers. He has made judges dependent on his will alone for the tenure of their offices and the amount and payment of their salaries. He has erected a multitude of new offices and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people and eat out their substance. He has kept among us in times of peace standing armies without the consent of our legislatures. He has affected to render the military, independent of, and superior to the civil power. He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution and unacknowledged by our laws, giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation, for quartering large bodies of armed troops among us, for protecting them by a mock trial. from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the inhabitants of these states, for cutting off our trade with all parts of the world, for imposing taxes on us without our consent, for depriving us in many cases of the benefits of trial by jury, for transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offenses, for abolishing the free system of English laws in a neighboring province establishing therein an arbitrary government. and enlarging its boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these colonies. For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments. But first, we want to get this all in. So we're going to start this real quick. This is the Guns and Gadgets piece. We started to play the other day, but we swapped out for a shorter one. This is a reading of the bill. Jairce is going to get through the whole thing. Well, I heard a caller. I thought I heard a caller. That was weird. That was sharp, whatever that was. Looks like I'm the only one on the line, though. Maybe something's happening with my connection on my end. Anyway, here we go. Guns and Gadgets. what the whole thing play out and then we'll come back and we'll touch on the case down here in Texas. Hey everybody welcome back to Guns and Gadgets. the premier source for Second Amendment News and I want to get you up to date with the appropriations bill that's going through Congress right now. It's the second half of the budget. The big beautiful bill that we covered ad nauseam here when it came to the NFA stuff is about two thirds of the nation's spending and the appropriations bill is the remaining amount of money and it's going through Congress right now. It's one of those must pass bills and when within it is a decimation of ATF. So I want to show you exactly what it says so that you know rather than having some snippets or some websites that only give you a little bit of the information because there's some good stuff in here. There's some weak sauce stuff in here. And I want to hear you and your opinion in the comments to see if you kind of coordinate with me. And we'll discuss this as we go along. But it's It starts out on page 38 with the ATF budget and I want to read that to you. Okay, under the ATF salaries and expenses, it says for necessary expenses, of the ATF for training of state and local law enforcement agencies with or without reimbursement, including training and connection with the training and acquisition of canines for explosives and fire accelerants detection, and for provision of laboratory assistance to state and local law enforcement agencies with or without reimbursement, $1,207,350,000, of which not to exceed $3,000 shall be for official reception and representation expenses, not to exceed $1 million shall be available for the payment of attorney's fees as provided by that section and not to exceed $25 million shall remain available until expended provided that no funds made available by this or any other act may be used to transfer the functions, missions or... activities of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to other agencies or departments. So that's their budget. 1.207350 billion dollars and none of it can be used to transfer their job or their responsibility to anybody else, which means deputizing local and state law enforcement officers to do their bidding. There's another section in here I want to show you as well pertaining to the budget and it has to do with NFA stuff. But let's go over their budget. Okay, so it's $1.207350 billion for fiscal year 26. This fiscal year 25, it was $1.952 billion. So that's a reduction of $750 million, call it, which is a big cut. 24 was 1.6 billion, 23 was the same-ish, 1.6 billion, 22 was 1.5. We don't see this level of 1.2 billion-ish until you go back to 2016 of 1.24 billion and 2015 of 1.201 billion. So in essence, this budget reduces ATF funding 10 years. So they go back to 2015-2016 funding, which is going to affect them. It's going to change a lot of things within ATF budget, and that can only be good. But, there's always a but when it comes to this stuff. I want to show you this last section here, and then we'll get to the but. provided further that not more than 40% of the amounts made available under this heading may be obligated unless processing times for National Firearms Act applications do not exceed 120 days in the case of a paper application and 60 days in the case of eForms, electronic applications. So that's a huge thing here in the budget. It means you're not going to get more than 40% of your budget, ATF. If you can't maintain the 120-day max of paper applications, 60-day max of e-form applications for National Firearms Act items, look, I think the NFA's unconstitutional legal should be abolished. We all are in agreement with that. But if you choose to buy a suppressor even after January 1st, 2026, where the tax is reduced to $0, they have to maintain those standards for approvals or disapprovals. Otherwise they don't get 60% of their budget, which is huge when it comes to this kind of stuff. Now like I said, this is just the beginning of the deep cuts to the ATF in this document. I'm going to show you all of it. This cuts not only budgetarily, but operationally, and it's good news for gun owners, FFLs, and manufacturers. But, in my opinion, this is the easy way out. That's not fast. My fast is like, hey, it's approved immediately. Thank you. Second amendment. But it also regulates funds for transverse to cartel members, which is interesting because, can you say fast and furious? Section 215. None of the funds made available under this act, other than the National Instant Criminal Background Check System established under Section 103 of the Brady Handgun Violence Protection Act, may be used by a federal law enforcement officer to facilitate the transfer of an operable firearm to an individual if the federal law enforcement officer knows or suspects that the individual is an agent of a drug cartel unless law enforcement personnel in the United States continuously monitor or control the firearm at all times. That sounds like Operation Fast and Furious to me. That should be a no-go, but here it is in the budget. Now, there are... Things in here call recisions, which are actual big cuts other than defunding. It's like taking away money immediately. And ATF... got hit here too. It's actually section 521, but we're going to have to go down to line 6 for the ATF and it says out of their salaries and expenses line, $50 million is taken back. No later than September 30, 2026, they got to give the federal government back our money, our tax money, taken away from ATF out of salary and expenses. That's a big cut on top of the money they're already losing. Remember that $750 million-ish, well he has $50 million out of that line item as well. Let's talk about defunding ATF's frame and receiver rule. Section 543. None of the funds made available by this or any other act may be used to implement, administer, apply, enforce, carry out, or defend. Or defend, that's key I think. Any part of ATF's final rule entitled definition of frame or receiver and identification of firearms. Or defend. That's key. And what I expect once this becomes law, once Trump signs it and it'll be fanfare to show he did, then what it's saying is that there's no money left to defend anything related to the frame or receiver rule lawsuits, and there's some out there. So this could end immediately upon him signing this into law, or once the budget becomes effective. But I'd rather see in some cases I'd rather see the lawsuit continue as long as that might take to get a true win a true victory and that could be that could be easily done by the AG saying hey we're no longer defending this because this is unconstitutional and we request the court to rule as such this violates the Second Amendment. That's what needs to happen. That's what needs to happen as far as these all of these lawsuits, but The first one we're talking about is the Frame and Receiver Rule, defunded, including the defense of it. So the next section is interesting as well, Section 544. None of the funds made available by this or any other act may be used to implement, administer, apply, enforce, or carry out Executive Order 14092, reducing gun violence and making our communities safer. That was Joe Biden's executive order weaponizing the ATF and instituting the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. Now, The Bipartisan Saver Communities Act was codified into law. It went through Congress, passed by both chambers, signed by Joe Biden with the help of John Cornyn and the Coward GOP. But a lot of it, most of it has become law. So I don't know what specific this is going to defund. But again, easy way out. Easy way out. This could be, you know, they could do a law, they could rescind a law. There's a lot of things they could do, but easy way out here. Let me know what you think in the comments down below. There's more and it gets better, but this one was the entire executive order for Biden. But let's talk about defunding every single ATF regulation issued or finalized under Joe Biden. That's a good one. Here it is, Section 547. None of the funds made available by this act may be used to implement, administer, apply, enforce, or carry out any regulation issued by the ATL issued or finalized on or after January 21, 2021. What's so special about that date? Joe Biden's first day in office as resident of the United States. So anything that was done under Joe Biden's administration when it comes to rules, regulations issued or finalized by the ATF not funded. Again, easy to do, immediate action in the budget, but we need more. We want our pound of flesh. We want to take that bite. And we need something as Americans, as the owners and the purveyors of this country. So let's keep going. Let's talk about defunding the stabilizing brace rule. And this is actually addressed twice in this budget. Here's the first part. Section 548, none of the funds made available by this or any other act may be used to implement, administer, apply, enforce, carry out, or defend, again, or defend any part of ATF's final ruling titled, factoring criteria for firearms with attached stabilizing braces, or defend. We need opinions, rulings by judges. with the DOJ via the Attorney General saying we no longer defending this. This rule is unconstitutional and legal. It violates the Second Amendment. We request the judge rule that it is unconstitutional. That is the only way this stuff gets handled permanently. Otherwise, it can just be refunded by the next president's budget. And it will. 562 says none of the funds made available by this Act may be used for gun buybacks or relinquishment programs. Alright, that's good. That's the federal side. Doesn't affect the states from doing it, but the feds cannot do federal gun buybacks under the new budget. Okay, that's decent. Well, let's talk about red flags now. Section 563, none of the funds made available by this act may be used to implement any statute, rule, policy, or interpretive guidance, or to disperse any grants or funding that would have the effect of creating, utilizing, supporting, or implementing a law or procedure which could result in the confiscation of any firearm without, in all cases, providing the gun owner with a notice and opportunity to participate in a hearing. That's saying we need due process if you're going to do this. But it doesn't say hearing first. So there's always a way around things. There's another section here on red flags too. 564, none of the funds made available by this act may be used to fund or implement any red flag or extreme risk protection order laws. So two sections, no red flags, no funding, no grants, no bribe money to states. passed into law. So the law under the bipartisan safer communities act it created those bribery accounts to grant money to bribe states to do red flag laws. So if it's law the law is defunded so that stops immediately. But the next anti-gun or Democrat president could refund that law. So this is the easy way out we need something more because this could be undone. Section 565 It says no funds from this or any other act or provided from any accounts in the Treasury, delivered by the collection of fees available to the agencies funded by this act. may be available for obligation or expenditure to study, prepare, propose, or adopt any rule, regulation, administrative order, or secretarial or executive action for the purposes of restricting the production, purchase, sale, or transfer of any firearm unless expressly authorized by Congress. So the federal budget cannot go to any program, rule, law, anything that was looking to restrict the production, purchase, sale, or transfer of firearms. Then it was said unless expressly authorized by Congress, well the Second Amendment supersedes Congress. They don't even have the ability to do that. But, you know, what do I know? Now, the next section is a good one too. It talks about the Federal Firearms Registry, or they're not supposed to have one. 566, none of the funds made available by this or any other act may be used to create, operate, or maintain a Federal Firearms Registry. Well, that's already a law. I don't know why they have to put that in the budget. Why? Because there is one. We'll talk about that in a second because it addresses it. The next section I want to show you is ATF civil suits. And I've reread this one a few times and it doesn't quite make sense to me. So you all let me know what you think about it as interpreted 567 as the section. It says, none of the funds made available by this act may be used to pay the salaries or expenses of personnel to facilitate, advise, promote, or otherwise support any civil actions through which the ATF is not a named party against Any licensee or other person purported to be a subject for regulation or oversight of the ATF So I guess the but the salaries was the word salaries or expenses can't be paid unless the ATF is Named was that so were they doing that were they paying for other people who were sued? When it comes to FFLs licensees losing their licenses and were we paying for other people that weren't the ATF weren't huh interesting Staying with odd stuff, the Demand 2 program is being addressed. The Demand 2 program is... It requires FFLs with 25 or more traces. That's when a gun is used in a crime and they run the serial number and it comes back to being sold at this FFL. At the trace, they'll say, tell us with the original purchaser, who they are, blah blah blah blah blah, within a time frame of three years or less. in a calendar year. It requires them to submit an annual report, blah blah blah blah blah. This changes a little bit of the requirements. But let's talk about the second section here that actually defunds the brace rule. That's part two of two. And it's here in section 569. None of the funds made available by this or any other act may be used too. 1. Classify, tax, or register any firearm with an attached stabilizing brace or similar brace or a rearward attachment notwithstanding any extended additional contact surface, rearward, or use outside of its original design, or use as a buttstock, or use to enable shoulder fire as a rifle, short-belled rifle, or short-belled shotgun under the GCA and NFA or any other such acts of Congress. direct any other law enforcement or regulatory entity to conduct any of the activities described in paragraph one. So they can't use any money to classify pistol-braced firearms as SBRs or SBSs unless they're used outside of their original function, intended function, etc. So it says they can't use any money for an NFA registration of your pistol-braced firearms That is good. That is very, very good. Let's talk about defunding the engaged in the business rule as well. None of the funds made available by this act or any other act may be used to implement, administer, apply, enforce, carry out, or defend any part of ATF's final rule entitled definition of engaged in the business as a dealer in firearms. And that's where if you or I wanted to sell our personally owned legal items to another person who is legally allowed to have them and buy them, you know, the ATF was saying under Biden that you had to go and have an FFL do that transfer, thus killing the person-to-person sales. And not only is that illegal and unconstitutional, it's defunded. But again, Easy way out, just budgetary, can be undone so we need a little more defense on that. We need some lawsuits to be won, which is why that, or defend, is a big part. We need the AG and the DOJ to start doing this immediately, but have judges render a decision saying the rule is unconstitutional, not just dropping the case. Alright, let's talk about the zero tolerance policy on FFLs. That's section 592. None of the funds made available by this can be used to implement administer and force HTF order 5370.1 ECHO and that's the zero tolerance policy where HTF would just use their power under Biden's freaking demand that any FFL who made a mistake could have their license removed or lose their total livelihood over clerical errors. Yes, it happens several times. This defines that and there's no or defend here which I don't know, it was an accident that it was left out, but zero tolerance rule defunded. How about the second time I mentioned it was a second mention rather of a federal gun registry? Well, let's go to section 609, which says none of the funds appropriated by this act shall be used for the out of business records imaging system database maintained by ATF. And that is their digitally scanned searchable registry of all Form 4473s or records of firearms that we all bought at FFLs. I've covered this for years. If a FFL went out of business, there were a couple things they could do. They could destroy records. They could transfer items to another FFL. ATF said, no, you have to keep your 4473s indefinitely now. And if and when you go out of business, we get them all and they scan them in. And it's a searchable database, proven thanks to Gun Owners of America's FOIA Act, where ATF had to admit that they had a billion, a 4473 registry, a billion items are in there. And we're all on the list. The next section I want to show you, defunds states that criminalize or dissuade concealed carry. And this is the section, this is the meat and potatoes of this for as far as it comes to ATF. I'm going to read this section, I want your opinion because it sounds good, but can any, will it do anything? And I hope this isn't what Trump is getting at when he talks about concealed carry. If it gets to my desk, I'll sign it because this isn't a law. I'll explain, here it is, Section 612. None of the funds made available by this act may be dispersed to any state, district, territory, or possession of the U.S., which imposes a criminal or civil penalty on or otherwise indirectly dissuades, including, by imposing a financial or other barrier to entry, any ordinary law abiding citizen who is carrying a valid license or permit which is issued pursuant to the law of a state, district, territory, or possession, and which permits the individual to carry a concealed firearm from carrying a handgun publicly for self-defense according to the same terms authorized by an unrestricted license of or permit issued to a resident of the state and subject only to the same conditions and limitations except as to eligibility to possess or carry imposed by or under federal or state law or the law of a political subdivision of a state that apply to the possession or carrying of a concealed handgun by residents of the state or political subdivision who are licensed by the state or political subdivision to do so or not prohibited by the state from doing so. It's saying that none of the funds in this act can be sent to a state that, and I'm going to read the words again, that imposes criminal or civil penalty on lawful, law-abiding citizens carrying a firearm under a permit. That's the part that sucks. or any financial or dissuades, including in imposing any financial or barrier to entry, that's cost. So if somebody charges for a state charges for a permit, they're not going to get money under this act. If they have laws that make it illegal for us to carry in their state reciprocity, It says you would have to abide by the same restrictions of that state's permit. You think California is going to say, oh my god, this is bad. We need this money. Let's let people carry here from other states. I think this is put in there because H.R. 38, the concealed carry reciprocity, and I can't think of the number now of Thomas Massie's constitutional carry bill. They're not going to get 60 votes in the Senate, which means they're effectively dead. They're not going anywhere. So is this the way Trump is going to follow through on his promise? I don't know. What do you think? This is an interesting section. And I've reached out to a couple gun attorneys and people in the gun world for their official and legal opinions on this. I'll let you know if anything changes, but I want you to remember that this can be changed under the next president's budget. And it will, perfect world, they need to stop defending the lawsuits against ATF and the NFA so that pro-constitutional rulings can be rendered. And most of the sections I read said, can't have any of this money to defend these rules, ATF passed. So this could be good as far as ending all of these lawsuits, but it's only good if we get a pro-constitutional, pro-2A ruling that is entered by the judge. Guys, thank you so much for your time. There is a records request in that will probably cover Monday Here's what happened an arraignment an arraignment is a formal court hearing in a criminal case Where the defendant is informed of the charges against them and enters a plea It typically is the first court appearance for someone who has been arrested and formally charged with a crime. During the arraignment the defendant is informed of the rights, their charges are read, and they enter their plea. guilty, not guilty, or no contest. The primary goal of the arraignment is to formally notify the defendant of the charges and allow them to respond by entering a plea. So there's the, here are the key elements. There's a reading of the charges, the formal charging document, so we should have that Monday or later today, so that's why you always want to subscribe or follow the channel. Then they enter the plea, the defendant enters their plea, guilty, not guilty, or no contents. Obviously, Carmelo Anthony has entered a plea of no guilty, not guilty. You know, he should probably do a plea of no contest and throw himself, you know, at the, at the feet of the judge and hope for a lighter sentence, but he's not going to do that. In case you saw the video yesterday, Carmelo Anthony hired what people are reporting is a hundred thousand dollar retainer attorney. An additional attorney, a second attorney, an attorney that has actually gone up against the DA who will be prosecuting Carmelo Anthony. A $100,000 retainer plus $10,000, $15,000 an hour, I'm guessing, $5,000 to $10,000 an hour? I mean, I don't know. If you have a $100,000 retainer, you're only taking big cases, they're probably going to burn through that money pretty quick. And we're going to have to take a look at, you know, how that fundraiser is going too. The arraignment also typically occurs, you know, for all the rest, they also, the judge may also address bail, release conditions, or schedule future hearings. So at the event today, I think it's fair to say, you know, we're going to see, maybe they might revoke his bail. Wouldn't that be cool? I don't think they will. I don't think he will. I don't think Carmelo Anthony is really a flight risk, to be honest. I don't really think she's a fight risk in any way, shape, or form. So it's fine. This will probably be a Nothing Burger event. But the bigger thing is a couple of these other things, these other lawsuits going forward. Sarah Fields has gone forward now. Sounds like she has begun her lawsuit against Charleston White and Tiffany Billions. These are two individuals who by their terms You know Charleston White has claimed that Drew Anthony, Kamala's Anthony's father has paid him to run PR for Kamala Anthony. Charleston White has also claimed that he has given him boxing lessons and he claimed that Austin Metcalfe was high on drugs at the time. I'm told he's made, he's done all this crazy stuff to smear the Metcalfe family. It's actually wild. And if Sarah Fields' lawsuit goes forward, which she told me this morning, it sounds like it is, we're going to find that out. And when the court finds that out during Kamala Anthony's hearing, that may weigh negatively on just how much time she has to serve in prison. Sarah Fields, right now we have somebody else. This is only a while to supply as last Again, what are electronics for in a larger bulb if you have an enlarger for a classroom setup like I know several locations in Michigan do and you're looking for replacement bulbs, limited time, limited supply. It's an outrageous price for what they should be but it's because it's, you know, now it's a contraband item. You know, here's what's funny. One of our friends is perusing the border here. And it was cheaper with the price you're quoting. It's cheaper to actually find another derelict machine for $10 than it is to buy the bulb, which costs how much? Think about that. Again, the technology isn't that difficult, nor is it unique, or at least it wasn't. Now it's become part of the nonsense, you know, with the climate change scammers. That's where this comes from. And items like this, which should be a dime item, in fact, especially with Communist China being out there on the wings, so that anybody could pick up what they need at their discretion would be one quarter the cost of what we were making it for. Traditionally it has been in the past. Now all of a sudden, again, as we can see, we're looking at this twilight zone cost purely again because of arbitrary and capricious laws passed by bought and paid for whores that are in our government. And this is an example of why so many of these creatures just need to be gone. The only thing that's going to save our country is for them to be gone. These are regular incandescent bulbs too. If you were looking for a security light outside that was an incandescent bulb that was an LED, these would work. They're super bright because they're meant for the magnifier like in a classroom. You plot that clear sheet of paper, put it down on the glass surface and the projector would project the image on the wall. These are the bulbs to replace for those, but they make good security lighting too. Yes, as a matter of fact, well, like I said, I've got one that's being stored that was just picked up from one of the resale shops. Now, I will say this. I shouldn't say it, but I will. Look around at different locations because while they can't sell them, they can dispose of them by, you know, again, offering them as an outbound free item to be just, you know, be disposed of. I don't know what phraseology you can use. It fits with this. But there are sources out there. I have been told them while they have stock. They're not allowed to be supply the stock. All this stuff is going south of the border and overseas right now. It's not that they're not being made. We're just not allowed to have them in the US. Yeah. And again, what's interesting is I actually have been grabbing every incandescent. specialized bulb that shows up at certain locations and they they actually are free right now simply because they can't sell them now they can dispose of them, but they can't sell them Which I think is rather fascinating so I'm in a situation where if I run into them Well, I can't get them for any cheaper than that, but on the other hand it's catch a sketch can and you hope with some idiot stick that's there that day doesn't just decide to destroyed out of policy because she heard something or I'm saving the ecology by destroying this piece of technology and that is happening. You have banks, you have more than one, you have two, three, four, or five, and they overlap and you always have a redundant backup separate from everything so that in the event one of the machines goes, putts on you, then all of a sudden you just hit a switch, your power is up, and all you do is touch your record button and then she picks up where the other one left off, right, boom, done. Overlapping actually, because you don't care if it overlaps, that's not a problem. An overlapping pickup is just fine. There's nothing wrong with that. Think about some of the stupid stuff that they have pulled out of their rumpus to try and lie about this stuff. And it's just flat out, we're at the point now where the Israelis are just laughing their ass off at the United States. They really are, because everybody's desperately, of course, mostly the sycophant suck-ups, are desperately trying to do anything they can to make an excuse for the kosher mafia's malfeasance and wicked activities here in our country. And it's repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat. And it's not getting better, it's getting worse. So again, nothing that's a surprise, but there are solutions. And most important, let's get the whole stinking list out. Let's find out who it is that is on the list. We'll find that when we cross-reference all these people at key choke points of our government, have been choking our government to death as traitors working for the Israelis to undermine the sovereignty and the security of the United States. Spies, rodents, and rats being what they are. So guess what? Let's just do it. Now, whatever is there is going to be there. We know they've had plenty of time to alter, change. We know that so far though, every time the conversation has come up, While they claim Trump has said one thing, he then turns around and says something else. So, again, who's telling you the truth? I think that it's intentionally confused, as I've said several times, you know, the last couple of days here, because it suits their purpose for the process of frustrating the population. And we'll just get frustrated and throw our hands up in the air and leave the sandbox, don't you know? We're just going to be so frustrated. Whereas just reverses the case. Well, let's see if we can kind of focus a little bit on that list a bit. Well, look, when I was in high school, I played sports, and sometimes the men You had the restrooms in the high schools, men and boys, the locker rooms. And sometimes you'd have sports events where the men would use the female locker room at the high school. It was set aside just for that occasion. To make more room for one opposing team. Okay, I remember going into the females locker rooms for an hour or two and all the females were out and out. And that was all rearranged in pre-advance. Now look, go into a college environment. Now we're going to go into a college environment. In a college environment, sometimes you'd think they would have the locker, the male locker room, the female locker room, but they do have male and female locker rooms, but they did have a special locker room just for the football players. I remember, what was that? Penn State football players? It was kind of an open secret. And the football players knew something about what was going on in the locker room at the football for just those college football players. Where they were kind of like these people like the up and coming CEOs and district people who wanted to be district attorneys and people who wanted to be judges. Well, they were going in there raping little boys. That's kind of the credentials of a CEO of Coca-Cola and all these great wannabe positions. This pedophilia is widespread and was especially made that Epstein black male-able thing was going on at Penn State. It was an open secret that this was going on for years. They're on the list too. And that has something to do with Epstein is so unstyled because there's too many of them. There really are too many of them. It's kind of high. There's too many. There's too many of the people. There's too many of these pedophile type people throughout society. It ain't just Epstein. You talk about many other Epstein's like Diddy and stuff like that. But what was Penn State? That's other type. It's more widespread than you think or we think. No, I've argued it's widespread all along. My point is that's my point. What they're terrified of. There's got to be others. There's got to be other types. Every college. There's got to be more of them. There's got to be more of them. There's got to be, there's Diddy, there's Epstein, the Penn State. There's got to be more of them. Can you name more of these groups, these Andes that are engaging in this many Epstein behavior and these people that are getting these credentials to get these positions are getting into all these positions that are mucking up all society. It's not that there are too many. Here's the thing. It's that there are only so many. See, here's one of the things that they're terrified of. Like every aspect of what we're talking about here, the secret police, the military, everything, all of the first thing that a police state government has to have is a generated fear of everything. And you can see that with virtually every aspect of whatever they've been doing now for how many years. Throwing stuff at the population of this country. They are out there in force. There's a whole bunch of them. But if you actually do throw just this list out, let's just take this one. You actually would be forced, and they need to be. We need to actually, that's why I said it. Just, I don't care what they throw out there. Throw it out there. Whatever it is that's missing, we'll find later. But if people are forced to have the scales lifted from their eyes, that's biblical. Then what's going to happen is they're going to realize, as you just said, how many of these creatures and what type of infrastructure they've created. Now in each place, wherever they are, they're not the majority. And there aren't as many of them as you would think, but there are enough that they can be damaging and can manipulate the population from education through to government, to the courts. and it's a small click but if the scales are lifted from the population's eyes and once the hatchets start to fall because that's really what needs to happen is that this will it will cascade and they are not fighters they're great monkey pokers they're backstabbers they're vicious venial rats but they're not fighters now they'll fight when backed into a corner out of desperation Wait, but what I see here, and this is, it's like I've said this about University of Michigan, Purdue, I saw it firsthand with U of M. You have maybe five people, five key people that bring in whatever other perverts they could find. That's it. But the five perverts are like three drops of oil on 10,000 gallons of fresh water. All it takes is three drops of oil, petroleum oil, to cross-contaminate 10,000 gallons of water and make it necessary to repotify it, to re-cleanse it, to purify it. That's the same is true with what we're facing here. If everybody understood that eradicating these creatures from our society would take only days, weeks, or months, and it's purely a matter of how many foolish, stupid, or other types of individuals vying for power might follow their orders for a little bit longer. But once we understand that all the pitchforks we have, it doesn't mean it was what weapons they have, it doesn't mean it was how sophisticated the weapons are they have, that means nothing. That's why they always have to come up with other weapons to terrorize you with mentally. Oh my God, now it's the dronatoids. Every decade, there's been a new fear mechanism. Like that's why I was talking about Abu Ghraib. What was the purpose behind these torture operations? Well, obviously the one thing is to torture people, but that's also because of the sycophants that gravitate and that's part of their ritual, if we understand their cabalists, their demonists, etc. But the other part about this was to drop that out there to terrorize the population. Now it doesn't mean they had the majority. It doesn't even mean they had a significant force. And once you start killing off that problem, it doesn't, it's not easy to make new ones. Okay, this is the part that they don't want you to think about. So we're, go ahead. What the caller's talking about? The whole premise of John Wick is that there's this whole ultra-skullduggery infrastructure out there that, you know, they're all assassins. The world of assassins! Well, damn, we should have people dropping like flies left, right, up, and not, which to a degree actually we do. But not because of, you know, gangland shootings, per se. But the whole idea here was to create that underlying fear constantly that there's this machine. If you start hunting the machine as hard as it's hunting you, the machine can't operate with impunity. When you explain to them, tit for tat, you come out, you don't go back. Anything comes out, anything we suspect, all of what we suspect is eradicated. It's gone. Better kiss the babies before you go. Well, that is if you have any since most of them are again either so sick or perverted in so many different ways that there are so many twisted creatures that have gone into their alliance. Guys, they're a shallow hell group and once everybody's looking for them or starts looking at the situation, it's like I've said, let me do this again. The Institute for Social Research, it's a rat hole. It's a glass palace built at the University of Michigan. It's made up of pedos, Satanists, you know, Jewish queers. And the more corpses you make of the other side, the harder it is for any of them to hide. Because, as is pointed out, with each casualty, you expose more. This was one of the bizarre things about Epstein being approached in the first place. It's not that they had the majority. It's that key personnel came forward. If only a percentage of the American people decided, I think we're going to get rid of this problem, they know that they couldn't protect them in any way, shape, or form. There would be no possibility for any of these crypto operations to exist. If everybody turned, in fact one of the wicked things we've been doing is kind of mean, we're taking the closed circuit TVs that they put up and using it to monitor their traffic and their cars and their license plates moving around. This works both ways. So instead, hunt your enemy harder than they think they're hunting you. One of the reasons there's a whole bunch of special activity going on here in Michigan is because we started teaching people, why don't you use the tools that the enemy thought they were going to use on you? It's not that hard either. A lot of people here hear Dad say that and think, oh, you're hacking into it. No, you don't have to hack it. All CCTV... So with the counter... Yeah, there is a website right now you can go to for the state of Michigan and see every CCTV feed in the state of Michigan. Like the BS riots that were happening down in LA. We could tell where they were happening because they turned the cameras off in that sector. That's how we were able to get to tell, okay, this is the area that's being affected because all of a sudden, all the CCTV cameras, they shut off. But when they're not off, they're running 24-7. If you want to watch a particular property or you want to watch a particular street of activity, go to the state's website. You can monitor the cars, the license plates, the types, the time they get on and off the freeway, all this other fun stuff and it's all there at your fingertips. It's all public access. And here's the thing, example, right here in Michigan, by the way, we're just going to technology, but the actual face contact with people hunting the other side, all of a sudden, if everybody realizes just how many there are, But then realizes there aren't that many that they can't be dealt with. The rats are done. Okay? Now, the one thing about it, remember, we've talked about this for, we've been on radio for 35 years, people. Okay? 33, 34 years. If you recall right here in Michigan, we explained to you step by step, the CCTV system was not allowed. It wasn't legal for them to set it up through the state of Michigan because that would be part of the police state surveillance state. So, what did they do? Oh, they created a traffic support radio network system. And then there was federal money provided to create a broadcast location for radio. But then also, oh, let's put up emergency cameras on the 275 and the 96 and the 94 quarter. Oh, but the state police won't run them. It was done by private volunteers. Well, guess what? All of our people in the Detroit area that were patriots for the ones who were running that. And I argued, well, their argument was we can shut it off any time. But it did give us the ability to totally control and monitor, like for instance, all the ADL sites. Most people don't realize that's exactly what we're able to do. Now they thought they were pulling a fast one. And to a degree, here's what happened. When the guys realized the state police wanted to come in and take control of the communications of the television system, they voted as a group to shut it down. And they did. They actually shut the whole system down. But one of the characters was a state police spy, was literally an undercover agent. And after everybody voted to shut it down, this one person came back to the facility and declared that the facility was opened back up. Now me, like I told them, I said, well, isn't this with tin snips and hatchets and machetes or four? And don't you know how to pour salt water on electronics? You know, but no, they just shut it down. And what happened is they came in and turned it back on. Now, that's the CCTV camera system that presently is running in the Detroit area. Our people read it. We know exactly how it was set up. But it also means we now hook everything up so we can connect to it and add cameras ourselves. Ooh, could we have done that? Yeah, but we actually set up cameras separate from the CCTV. Why did we do that? Well, the ADL and the Mossad operate out of Southfield, Michigan, but that's not the only area. And that area, that road grid, is heavily cambered by this network that we're talking about. So what you do is you install better backups that are part of a separate grid, not with the one that we have had that the guys built. So that when a camera net is shut down so that the enemy can travel through it where they supposedly feel safe, they can move operatives, they can move vans full of equipment, they can move stolen property, they can do whatever. The other cameras pick up everything when the other, like Ed said, when the cameras are shut off, the other cameras light up because we know where we need to watch. See how that works? And this is one of the tells, one of the ways that you can set up a rat trap with these creatures. And there's nothing they can do to stop it. Whatever they try to do to be clandestine doesn't do them any good. If they just travel through and try to be deceptive, they still operate from the same safe houses, established-known businesses, government facilities, et cetera, and their vehicle fleet is known. And even if they were to change the vehicle fleet, here's what's really cute. Half the time, they don't change the license plates on the surreptitious vehicle. So the blades are the same, even though the vehicle has changed. These are all things we've covered on the air. I've read the list of plates on this program at different times that we've got available. And what's fascinating to me is, again, guys, we outnumber them. They are not fighters. They are wicked. There's all kinds of things they're willing to do. But if you're willing to do them first and foremost and right back at them, well, they lose. And that's where we are with this. The big thing is that again, you would realize, well we already know, okay, let's put it this way. How many people don't take money from APAC in Congress? Anybody? This is the battle. It is a life and death conflict. And taking it in perdition if you don't fight it, we have to resist it. We have no choice. In fact, it's life or death. Where we are now, their plan is to set up a Jewish communist gulag concentration camp network, not for the illegal aliens, but for the American people. You'll notice that progressively the high sign has been given to keep all of those illegal aliens and the illegal alien army that was brought in inside the country.
