Not a whole lot of sun, but with a high solar activity you still get a sun burning with a cloud cover. Which is true. A lot of people found that out the hard way today. So anyway, it is the 7th of July. Well, and we got a call up here Up here in the highlands, it's been sunny all day. Clear weather off Lake Michigan, probably. Is the wind out of the west? I believe so. This, we have that wonderful lake effect sunshine and clear sky. And then right behind it comes the storms. Okay, as a matter of fact, needless to say, I know everybody's talking about the flooding down in Texas. Guys, that's how dry places work. Here in Michigan, we get flash funding on occasion. What you wouldn't really call it flash funding, but we do get high lows. In fact, we know that we can predict the yearly high lows. It's guaranteed. Let me give you an example. Right now, I can go over to a river that's just down the road, a county away here. not too far, half a county in some places if I go in one direction, a whole county away in the other because the River Raisin goes all through as a big squiggly snake all through the bottom southeastern part of Michigan. It's really it's interesting. But the River Raisin literally is what it's not raisin like in the raisin and raisin brand, you know raisins, grape raisins. There's a reason for that during the summer right now if you walked over to where the River Raisin is down here at the bottom of the state You fall into a hole. It's like, whoa, God, that's pretty deep down there. You know, it's about a story and a half, or maybe two stories in some spots. Now, you come back just a little later, so to speak, here, after the summer. And you see that low, low water line down there? Well, that'll be long gone, and the water literally will be right up to the gunnels, right up to the edge of the precipice or drop-off you were standing on before. And this is true every year. Now here's the thing about Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, even parts of Oklahoma, certainly many spots in the Rockies, and Californication land has this problem all the time with high extreme cyclic rain. In fact, before we go any farther, I've said this a million times and I'll repeat it again. If you're a town, a dot on the map in Texas, there is only one reason you still exist or existed from the beginning. It's because there was water there. Have you ever crossed Texas? You know, there's a lot of dry gulches and arroyos and, you know, they're riverbeds. You cross over a bridge that's like a quarter of a mile long and you get to the middle of the bridge and you look down and there's this trickle like the raisin river. Now you're going, well, I don't know what the hell they built this bridge for. Oh, you know better if you got any brains. It's because when the rain hits, And there isn't a whole lot of absorption when the rains hit in typical squall slash extreme fashion. Well, down that gulch comes a, first of all, a wave of debris that will churn you into small chunks the size of your thumbnail if you got caught in front of it. And by the way, this isn't just in Texas. I've been in Arizona, I'm a station in Arizona. And I watched a couple of these come out from the mountain and they weren't even a big one. They were just small runoff storm coming out of the Southwest over the Hachuca Range. And hit up in the high grounds, we didn't have any moisture drop below 2,000 feet. But it only took about, oh, after the first part of that rain hit, For each one of those dry gulches, a lot of them we used to walk up just to be able to mountain climb through that area. We used to climb the cliffs there all the time. It's free. It's a good exercise. What's fascinating is you'd watch this mountain of wreckage go by and it's all the sticks and yucca parts and little chunks of anything light. Hell, there's probably some people mixed in there that nobody found out, died out in the desert somewhere. And they go rolling by and it's just like a steamroller. Now behind it only lasts so many minutes and then it levels out, settles out, and then you have water standing for a bit. And then it goes... And it goes right into the ground. And one interesting thing is the area, there was one path, like I said, we used to use all the time. And as you walk on these arroyos, you've got to pay attention, these gullies, these dry gulch areas, because if you look down between the cracks in the boulders, you can look down for a story and a half through holes between one rock erosion point and another. And you can see water down there. The water doesn't stand above ground. It's down there underneath the rocks. And, like I said, sometimes you can tell, oh wow, that's like about, oh, I hope, well, you got to think about where you're standing because you might really in a safe spot, kind of like in the Arctic. Because you're looking down and you can see a good 15, 20 feet before you see water. But the sun's right. There's enough sun coming in from other holes that you got this real eerie, cool image you can check out. Well, when the royos get filled up, that gets filled up too. So you come back through after the big rush and that little area that was 20 feet down or 15, oh it's full, right to the top, full of water. That's what's happening in Texas. That's what happens in locations. Now I want to qualify that because I know what else is going on or what's being argued right away that this was suspicious. The other thing that I got to emphasize separate from the idea of man-made engineering is you always and we talked about this when we just had this issue with the Carolinas, okay? Grandpa, you know, Grandpa said, you know what son, how it's good that your boy bought that land over there on the other side of the creek. But remind him, knock Bill below Sam's gully there. Remember Sam Gully? That place right there? Don't you Bill below that. And of course the young kid goes, what the hell does grandpa know? That dummy. I'm a smart young guy. I'm going to put my house right there in Sam's gully because it got shade and it's clear and it's grassy and there's some tree back behind there about another 150 yards up the ridge. We don't see trees till then. Meanwhile, Grandpa's house, and I pointed this out, there's several of these you may have noticed if you were paying attention to where that one big wave went down the creek. in the Carolinas. There's this house. Looks like it was built to me about 1925, maybe 27, before the Depression. It's a house that you would find anywhere in a neighborhood in Detroit or Pontiac or whatever. Nicely appointed. It's got that classic front porch on it with the tapered, narrow at the top, thicker at the bottom, pylons. you know, to support the porch with a nice stylized porch. And there was this walkway that goes down and ends, you know, the cement has a cement walkway that goes through the front porch and goes down the ridge a little bit, maybe about 30, 40 feet, and it stops. Now, if you paid attention and you noticed Where grandpa built his house, old stupid grandpa, where that porch, that, forgive me, that sidewalk, walkway, stepway ends, it's a steps actually, series of steps, 30 feet long, had a little bit of an arc to it, right there where it stops is where the flood water came up to. What? Yeah, it's amazing. It's almost like probably someone was paying attention because Grandpa wasn't always a spring chicken. Probably his dad or his grandpa settled in that there holler in that creek area quite a while ago and kind of paid attention and there was somebody living there before that and they said, well how you doing son? You're my new neighbor? Yeah, we'll build here. Well, tell you what, let me give you a little hint. Every 20 or 30 years, sometimes longer, sometimes less. That water comes right up to about there. So if you're going to build a house here in the creek, off the creek, I recommend you do it up there. And for a change, grandpa, who realized that older people who are offering what is intelligent information, was listened to. Now a bunch of the people who got caught down on the flats, they figured grandpa was stupid, the new grandpa, because he used to be the young kid listening to his grandpa. But the new ones, grandpa's stupid, dad is stupid, and ain't nothing. I don't remember any flood in my lifetime, and I'm 25 years old or 22 years old. I don't remember none of that. We ain't had no floods for a while. And then they had a flood. They chose unwisely. Yeah, and you know what gets me is I've traveled all over like I've said, and always, usually when I get picked up at the airport, should always be a local, usually a well-established individual, been there for a long time. Strangely enough, a lot of the guys that were, you know, kind of like my escort, chauffeur, because they showed up, I didn't have a vehicle. They would take you around the area to show you certain points. They've had this problem on the Mississippi for a long time because that was back in the 90s. It's the year 2025. Like he said, we were right across from Illinois. You know it was dry weather, but he goes let me show you something He just drove straight west from the Mississippi says now This is all bottomland look at the color of that dirt because he just tilled everything oh man It was black. It was onion. It was being whatever you want to put in there and pop up out of the ground He goes you see those houses there though. Yeah those houses there. They look normal right He goes, now let's go, keep going a little farther here, look up ahead. He says, see those houses there? And these are the old, traditional houses built on the Mississippi. And none of them were on the ground. Every one of those houses were on stilts about 10, 12 feet high. Now, they were full-size, ranch-sized houses from back in the day, way back, like I'd say the houses were probably, again, built in the 20s. He goes, you see these new houses here? Well, they've been put in since the last time we've flooded. He goes, the next time we flood, they're either going to be somewhere over in that bean field, or they're going to be somewhere down river a couple dozen miles or so. And they're all going to be screaming, how? Why? Because they didn't listen to the locals who've lived there all their lives, and probably multiple generations. In other words, when the natives do something, especially since money wasn't really available, as readily wasted, you wouldn't do that, put your house up on poles, unless there was a reason. Now, don't waste that space under the house. That's where they parked their cars. They had their tractors and stuff, which of course would look like it would rain. They'd be jumping in the vehicles and getting their ass out of the area, especially the tractors, thinking in advance when they knew they'd have a cycle high rise. Now we get to this situation and yes, I know and thank you by the way a couple of our callers the area of Texas hit by flooding rain part of North American Weather Modification Council the an acronym is NAWMC Again the area of Texas hit by flooding rain part of North American Weather Modification Council. That means a powwow. That means you had a whole bunch of eco chiefs, climate change chiefs, because they used to be ecology chiefs, but ecology is the old word. Well, they rebrand and come up with the same crap and trash that they were doing before, and they lie their ass off now. It's just like they lied their ass off then. Now, here's the thing about this. It doesn't make any difference Whether or not this was a man-made storm Now I would say the only difference is this if you're paying attention number one no matter where you are and By the way, you could you know, you can use a National Weather Service for part of your database But let me point out something I've mentioned a million times the farmers almanac The Farmers' Almanac actually is based a lot on what they do with National Weather Service and also other historical weather data groups that have been in operation in some cases going all the way back to the founding of the nation. And it's interesting that you must know, you have to pay attention to short-term, mid-term, and long-term cyclic events in weather. I don't care if it's rain coming in at 12 inches an hour or if it's tornadoes that may or may not hit in your area. If there is a particular weather condition or hydroscopic condition of some kind where there's a significant change that can take place, You had best think ahead and have, you know, again, have an understanding before you invest in a certain way. And if you do invest in land in a certain way, understand, you know, do the background, do the research, and they better have solutions so that, okay, I accept the idea there's a risk, but I also have taken precautions in preparation for. Now, this is part of what should be common sense, but since everybody is taught, to think only to the end of their nose. Eat, drink, and be merry and be stupid. That way you become a casualty. And that's how it is with Most of America through the public fool system. You are a cat if you use your brain. You think too much. That famous immortal line from one of those spit-swapping ring knockers that helped me to change my life's direction and probably thank you, Lord, it was a gift. You think too much. No, daddy just didn't train no fool and grandpa actually my grandpa was even more methodical than my dad both of them are actually they were What we call cave sitters, okay? In other words they were thinkers they look through a process now part of what helped is you know again their time and background and experience, but They were also although very very patient you got to remember both of them were tool and die operators And if you don't a tool and die operator is and what they do and how focused they are, I'm kind of happy that I got that kind of background or experience and learning from my parents. Hopefully some genes are passed on too that kind of helped. But the fact is that in each case it was step back, look around, don't do what the Lemmings do. And remember there's a basic rule here and you just saw it again with what just happened here. In situations of man-made or natural catastrophe, the majority is always wrong. Always remember this. In situations of man-made or natural catastrophe, the majority is always wrong. We saw this with the coronavirus, face, you know, face, broad crap, and so much more. Go ahead, call or jump in there, please. I'm going to say I would go to the extent as to say the majority is always wrong in every instance. Yeah. Well, what's interesting about it? In March of 2020, it's either 80-20 or 90-10. In every instance, 80% of the people are generally wrong, and sometimes it's 90. Over. Well, the interesting thing about this is, number one, again, if I were to do a survey, if I were to do an actual a real survey, because here's something else I wanted to add to this with the math formula that you've got to remember. Don't trust bullshit generated by these institutions like these, because they're commercial whores. Let me give you an example. There is a real floodplain, typically, if you're near any river or lake network. There is. But here's the problem. And this happened, as I've mentioned many times, in the 70s here in Michigan. They tried to pass what was called the Free Rivers Act. Now, in reality, they're just a rehash of what you're seeing right now where they're trying to confiscate all of the waterways so that the very rich can have it and you don't. Okay? Oh, no, it's for the state. Oh, the government's gonna... What is... What's Trump talking about doing right now with all of the federal land? And by the way, you're not going to be able to buy it. Right now, Trumpet is talking about selling off to his spit swapping, ring knocking Jewish buddies a whole bunch of private land that they're just going to rape, kill, pillage and burn. We know what's going to happen. Okay. Now that they've gotten this far along and the Jewish mafia has got enough control, the OY boys all of a sudden with the right schmuck in place, the right employee, Trump, They're going after property. They're going to be doing a lot more. They're going to be going after water. In fact, that in reality is what the game was in California. What did Trump do that all of a sudden fixed California's waterways? You want to know what happened? It's real simple. The Army Corps of Engineers was a complete whore to the Jewish and Chinese mob, and the Chinese mob is Jewish run, that were trying to run the American farmers in all of the California basin off their property. And so the Army Corps of Engineer whores, as I've said, since these four years, it's worse than that because it went on for longer than four years with California with this, but it's the fact that these whores with, you know, the right leverage, which was, well, dictate from the ring knockers, went right ahead and, wow, what did they do? All the, they tried to steal everybody's property by cutting off their water, therefore they couldn't produce any product, they couldn't produce any product, they couldn't pay the taxes, couldn't pay the taxes, can't afford the land. Okay? So suddenly just turn this machine on, stop dumping the water into the Pacific, which they had no justification. There was absolutely no justification. Just open criminal activity. Now, with this situation here, I'm not saying that that's what this was about. This is a different situation where the floodplains, and here in Michigan when they did this, they wrote the floodplains based upon what properties they wanted to steal. I was on Gallagher Lake living and growing up and the next lake up was Strawberry Lake. Well on the east side of Strawberry Lake it goes up about a hundred and twenty two feet above the water line. On about almost like a, I would say what, maybe it's a steep incline, maybe about 75 degrees. Okay? Little steeper in spots. So, when they drew up the arbitrary floodplain for the Free Rivers Act, that whole area that was all 130 feet above water line was written into the floodplain, along with many other pieces of real estate like that, that they wanted to steal because they had property, they had houses on them. Not big cabins or McMansions, I mean just cottages. But if they could steal that property and then of course change the rules about who owned the property, because that's eventually what they did by the way, I'm ruining the story there, then all of the ring knockers got to profit while stealing the property off from the underneath people for nothing, which they've done historically and gotten away with in the past with the ring knockers and the amical wearers. So anyway, we fought that. And as my dad pointed out, he goes, OK, let's figure this out. If the floodplain for Strawberry Lake is where you're saying it is, and that land will be underwater the next time we have a flood, the city of Ann Arbor will be 110 feet underwater. I don't know where you're going to get the volume of water for this supposed NOAA's event, but it's just not going to happen. However, it is obvious you people are involved in criminal activity trying to steal people's land. Now, here's the thing. The plug where the flood just took place today is in the floodplain, in a real floodplain. As everybody admitted, it was a it's a dry riverbed. Well, what does that mean? It's what I described before. You got these, you know, washes or gully areas, in this case not small, and not by any stretch of imagination, short. This whole area knows that there can be cyclic and quick increases in the water depth, going from almost zero to a higher level very quickly. It's why the bridges are built the way they are in the area. It's why mostly they're over dry land most of the time that they exist. But then there's those short, medium, and long cyclic experiences that create what we just saw here. But here's the problem. A lot of people built in the floodplain. I guarantee because it was picturesque, they're right off the lake, they probably had canoes, they probably had boating events off of whatever little lake. Usually it's not just the creek that they're on with a camp like that where the people all died. But if we were to look at it and go back through Google and map out the place, it obviously was bottom land. It was within the flood plain and it was in a fairly expansive area where there typically would be water. In Texas, if there's a dot on the map or any activity, the only reason it exists in Texas, just like Arizona or New Mexico, is because it's where these water events take place. They are extreme. They are cyclic. It is the nature of the dry bed area or the desert areas of activity that we're talking about. This happens over in the Middle East. This happens in Africa. And it's no different here in America with a K. Now, the difference in this case, though, may be that, well, they helped it along. Why not? After all, NAWMC is there. But... Were the people to have taken proper precautions? In other words, rule number one, we don't build anything permanent or any living stations in the floodplain, then we wouldn't have had the disaster that we just had. Now, I'll guarantee that there are grandpas or dads or great-grandpas who are alive right now who would tell you, yep, I've seen this before. Now, do you think anybody listened to that dad or that grandpa or that great grandpa? Well, maybe the ones that are alive did, but obviously a whole bunch of other people were told by some other young shucksters slash salesmen, don't you listen to that old coot, he's just a dummy. Smart people get hold of this fine rich land. Oh, it's fantastic. Oh, look at that. It's so smooth. It is so cool in the summer. Yes, it is, but I'd be a little farther up range from the, let's just say, what will be the beach if the water rises. And do we know that the water will rise? Well, let's go back to what I've said a couple dozen times here. I go to the National Weather Service historical files. And I can go to, especially, oh that's right, the Farmer's Almanac, and I can track back almost 200 years of history. Now, Texas, we ain't been there that long, but we've been there a good long time with working knowledge and people recording things. What do you want to bet I could map out within an old four or five minutes, 15 minutes, maybe take half an hour, and give you the short, medium, and long cycle for flooding activity in that basin? I doubt it would take more than half an hour. That's if I'm taking my time and want to be meticulous. What do you want to bet? This is the age of data at our fingertips. Now granted, a lot of crap that they're going to generate will be bullshit for the sake of supporting the short term think to the end of your nose crew. That's not what I'm interested in. I'm interested in historical long-term analysis of the area of activity, part of intelligence collection. I would be doing this if I was planning activities that might be protracted in a combat situation in an area like this because one minute I don't have a water obstacle and the next minute the whole area is a water obstacle. Might be a good idea to know who's who in the zoo and what might get screwed. Tell you what, we're a little past the bottom. Forgive me, I always do this. I catch it after the bottom. Yeah, those trees aren't always there Right and again, this is what well we haven't had a flood in a long time Which means you're probably closer to having it in Lubbock. Right, that means you're closer to it than you think. It's been raining non-stop down here, Dad. You know how dry it usually is? We've had probably a solid week of rain, and yesterday and today are the first couple of days that we've had where we haven't had any rain. Just a whole solid week of rain, right, and then Lubbock. But again, it's like we've said, this is why Lubbock and all these other places exist. Because that's you know where the water accumulates. That's the that was why these were cattle cattle watering stations That's why people could build and you know and again every once in a while Because again, it doesn't just fill the surface guys remember you have the deep deep aquifers below every area like this and then whatever it is with these sayings and And it can be a sand-gravel combination with a good bedrock base. And so literally, you have this foundation area that is able to retain the water. And that is why it's such a valuable piece of real estate. That's why it became developed. And again, what was its original purpose? Oh. Yep, the cows are headed. We're taking the cows to market. This is a good spot right here. Yeah, we'd be able to stop here, and then we'd stop here. And wherever the trains ended up, obviously, that's where they were headed. Because the transport could be river transport. Let's not forget before we had the trains, river was most common. So you had to get the stock to where the transport was. And that's why all of the working knowledge we're talking about was standard for the population. working knowledge, even again, if I have to move animals and I know the cyclic conditions and I also know both the short and maybe the long if I've been around long enough, I'm going to know when it's secure or not so secure to move through that area or when is best. So, you know, again, you time things accordingly. It takes your chances though because the fickle finger of fate and nature, well, she does her own thing and we ain't got no control. We don't have no control over that most of the time. Now, the argument is that this time around, this could have been enhanced by whatever. Well, that's something for investigative processes, or we'll see how honest they are. Again, NAWMC, North American Weather Modification Council. There was a track of about 15, maybe 20 McMansions. And he had one that was kind of in the middle. It was just one big, long road of McMansions that some developer put together, made some big money off of him, and went on down his way. Now he wasn't being criminal or anything, but what's fascinating is that, again, One of the guys at one of the middle houses decided, well, this is a tornado area. This is like tornado alley. I should build a storm shelter for the family. They had one in the Wizard of Oz. So what he did is out in the U-shaped driveway in front of his house, inside the U, he starts digging to build a storm shelter. And the neighbors come in, and they're usually nosy neighbors. Hi, how you doing? Oh, I'm doing OK. What you doing there? I'm building a storm shelter. Well, that's kind of stupid. It's like we have tornadoes here. Yeah, but that's stupid. You're stupid, because everybody else says we shouldn't have one. I don't know why. But anyway, so he dug his storm shelter. He puts it into place. It's simple. It's very well built. It's exactly the way it's supposed to be built. Well, they get the tornado siren. So he grabs the family and runs them out to the storm shelter out there in the front yard and realizes, oh, the canary and the bird and the cat. And so he goes back in and gets the bird and he gets the cat. I think the dog was already in the pit. And he grabs them as the storm hits and shuts the door and locks it. And all they hear is a freight train going over the area. Now, of all those houses in that line, his was the only house that had a tornado storm shelter. All the rest of the people, because they didn't want to look stupid, they didn't have a tornado storm shelter. And when they finally decided it was safe to open the door, and they opened up the hatch, and the way the hatches set up and what they explained, the hatch was towards the house. So he opens up the hatch and he looks out on the fields and there's wreckage everywhere. And he looks, comes over around the edge of the hatch and looks and his house is flat. It's gone. It's like chunks of, you know, debris. Here's the thing. All the houses down the whole line are the same way. There's no big spiky anything. It was just the tornado came right down the line and flattened everything so the whole area was flat. All his neighbors who didn't have storm shelters were all dead. I was gonna ask you what happened then, Mark. Yeah, the one person who was stupid and crazy who took care of his family, well, they're all alive. Sounds like Noah. Yeah, that's that NOAA thing. But here's the thing, it's just common sense. And by the way, back in the day, you know, they didn't have a whole lot of time, extra time, but they still built a storm shelter that was also usually the root cellar, and it was also where you stored your can goods, your mason jar goods. And it was designed so that, as you saw in the Wizard of Oz, when you see that squiggly, whirly thing coming across the plane and sucking up the neighbor's house, well, hopefully they got to their storm shelter too, because they could see it coming. And you better get your ass down in your storm shelter, because it's headed your way. Now, how is it that was acceptable and everybody was smart enough to figure that out? But today, we've got a bunch of dumbasses who are listening to people who literally hate you. Hey Mark. Who also hate themselves by the way. They're wretched people. Idiots. Fools and stupid people you should not listen to. Go ahead, call her, jump in there please. Hey Mark, this is Irish Whiskey. My family and my family were actually in the Texas Hill Country with all the rain and flooding and everything. I find it very interesting with the flooding. A lot of these roads here in Texas have depth markers at the bridges. They do. Five feet tall. If you see these five feet tall, six foot tall markers at the bridges where the rivers are that should get one to thinking. This might be a good indicator of what could happen. In addition to that, some of the roads have permanent gates installed that they grip floods and guess what? The road is closed. Do the flooding. I find it very interesting that same river flooded in 1987. People died. Same area, same river. It's like, yeah, history just repeats itself over and over, especially flash floods. Over. Exactly. Well, again, like you said, you know, when we made that run down to Eagle Pass, we took a unique route. And I actually thought it was a better choice. We got to see things we wouldn't have seen otherwise. But it's like you said, you came to every dip in the road because, you know, because there's a river to your south and you got nothing but hills to the north. The border route we took. And like you said, in every one of those dips, there is a permanent post. And the post has depth marker indicators because it's a ford. And the water is going to cross over. There's no bridge. The water is just going to cross over. So guess what? If you see that it's six foot deep, I would say that your car ain't going to make it, nor your truck, OK? So, but these are permanent, you know, staked in with steel posts with, you know, nice markers. I thought the quality of the marker was great, but for that very reason. And again, that's got to be flash flooding. There's no regular creek or waterway through there. It's just an arroyo that's waiting for the event. So, there again, all of this was predictable. The only variable is this organization that would be manipulating the weather. But this time of year is when you're seeing this type of activity. We got another caller. Who do we have? We got Tom. Like that song, I think it's by Johnny Cash. How high is the water? 10 feet high and rising. Yep. Yep. Classic Johnny Cash piece. There's a couple of them. The old country. A lot of old country songs did what? Covered disasters. It used to be a theme. If you go back and you don't see most of the old movies everybody thought they'd preserve, people didn't. But the old books and the old themes, and I've talked about this last couple of years especially because of all what we've seen. I've talked about it for as long as it's been on the air. But it's the idea that it used to be the theme was like the opening of a book would be, it was storming. It was a dark night. At three in the morning, they heard the rumble. The dam had failed. The flooding had begun. In the little town of Schmitzburg, 119 souls. They had no idea that that wall of water was coming. And as it hit the town and erased it from memory, only three people survived. One, a little baby, who had been carried to the top of the church and stuck in the steeple area. And when the man obviously saved his child, he succumbed to the water, and hours later, down river, the little child was found in the steeple of that church and was an orphan. Now the story begins. Yeah, how many stories like that in movies, especially the 20s? And until to a degree the 30s, but you know that's not a popular if anything now. It's bank robberies during floods. You know It's like yeah. Yeah, that makes sense to me But you know that's the kind of garbage that you know they do now, but in the past it was more common you know common sense slash or Practical hey could this happen to you well everybody knows it. There's a little town and I want to say it's Adel Adeline If you look on the new maps, there is on some of the topographic maps a reference. South of Ann Arbor, north of Ypsilanti, Michigan, on the Huron River. It's below the last Arbor Dam. Now, that place where the present Ann Arbor Dam is, they took all the hydra out because the bastards are stupid. But the dam is still there. But below that dam, years ago, when they put the first dam in there, it collapsed and killed everybody in the town about a mile and a half below the dam. So they fixed the dam back up. The town came back, you know, put back in place. And oh, I'd say it was 20 years later, the next dam failed. killed everybody again, swept everybody down below Ypsilanti. Okay? Now, after two wipeouts, the place is still there. I mean, the dot on the map is still there. Theoretically, like many dots on the map where you go drive through the place and it's like, wow, there's nothing really here but that dot on the map. But that town existed and thrived actually, but I read it was a nice little town. But when the dam failed, swept out the whole valley, nobody got away. So just a heads up, this is not here like, oh this is totally new. It's like, no, like our caller just said, this is like history, dude. And everybody should know better. What will happen is to a degree the people who learn a life lesson will learn but others well they will say that the people who had that life lesson were stupid and they don't know what they're talking about. Somebody else sold them a bill of goods and they'll be right back to square one. They'll believe that right to their death. Yep, exactly. Yeah, right to their doom. And this is about as doom as it can get. So, but It's kind of interesting only in that this is one of the oldest of natural disasters. Earthquakes, floods, it starts with an earthquake. It's the end of the world as we know it, right? So anyway, it's one of those things that it's like everybody throughout the age of man has experienced this. But it is only the most recent stupidity of America with all the technology at its fingertips that it becomes embarrassing. And it's because of, again, hatred of humanity. That is part of it, seriously. I don't care what anybody says. The wicked know what they're doing, and it is part of the little spit-swapper ring-knocker agenda. But in the process, there's profiteering, etc., and the rest is history. Now then, add to that the weather modification scam, and, you know, people intentionally attacking people using weather as a weapon. That's what Senator Pell was talking about in the congressional sessions that he was a part of when he was in committee. Senator Pell, when he talked about weather modification. So this is an actual area where beyond a shadow of a doubt, there is weather modification. Maybe not kind of, not sort of, and I'll repeat it again. Maybe somebody came in late. The area of Texas hit by flooding rain is part of the North American Weather Modification Council, NAWMC. And there are whole swathes of Texas that are part of this thing. So again, even if you do have some prior planning, like I said, you could do a map out of historically how things develop. Then you have the odd man out event because of literal human manipulation. Another reason that you just don't build in those areas. And this is the balance because you should be doing a geological and hydroscopy survey of the area if you are going into it. This is also true with people doing building retreats or whatever. It may be easy to establish in a certain location, but you need to look around you and study the topography to determine why it's clear and open. Historically, if something is clear and open, while certainly man may have come through and defoliated the area, timbering and logging, and made it possible to farm, In many cases, if you pay attention and look at the role of the terrain, you can pretty well read what might be the actual reason for this area being awful darn clear. You've got a nice little creek over there. And like Ed said, it looks like the Huron River. If you go to the Huron River right now, you can see the difference in the high water mark from the low water mark. Right now, we're at mid low water mark for the Huron River. If I go there right now, the high water point will be 7 to 8 feet above where the present water line is. And you'll be able to demark it by wreckage, debris, and the debris fields that build up with the high rise and the high point of the water line. So it's not hard to figure out. Not difficult at all. So grass that are 9 feet up in the trees, Mark? Yeah, that might be an indication that seaweed doesn't grow up there, do you think? No, seaweed doesn't either, sir. That's right. Why is that up there? Isn't that strange? Now, let me point something out from a militia slash military perspective. This is critical information that can, you know, you can lose or win or lose a campaign by failure to have working knowledge of your area of operation. There is an entire element to working as an Intel analyst in which you literally create histories for referencing with regard to operations. Everybody knows, everybody yapping about Ukraine. Okay, Ukraine, during certain parts of the year in the eastern Ukraine, you can't travel. Why? It's classic, what you saw in World War II. General Mudd is only trumped by general winter. And the problem is that the time between general mud in the rainy season at the end of the summer and the winter might not be as long as you think and you end up frozen in the wreckage that you've created, in the debris field you've created. So again, you need to have a working knowledge of your area of operation. Know that you can use it to your advantage. If you do have a good understanding of the cyclic processes, then if you're fighting in an area, you can also take advantage of those conditions, not just be abused by them. That's another reason for you to have individuals working in the particular elements, the components of your command, with a set and given task. This is why G1, G2, G3 and why you have all of the other support components that are attached to a formation. And then if a smaller formation is not going to have some grandiose staff, but you are going to need a certain number of personnel that actually have to deal with all of the real world elements that sculpt the battlefield. Prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance. Okay, and we're at the top. Oh my goodness already, and then we didn't get our music break-in at the bottom, which is okay. So anyway, that's a sidebar thing. In addition, way out west in Californication land, as I was pointing out, there is some interesting things that are happening with the, because of the opening of the aquifers by the horse known as the Army Corps of Engie, or nears, those characters, well, it turns out that Apparently, a lot of the farmland wasn't as, you know, worthless as they were trying to claim and devalue. So, not only have they had issues of, you know, people saving their land, but it turns out there's a series of lawsuits going on right now because there were some properties that were being scarfed up by the old spit swappers and yamical wearers. And the contracts they got into Well, they totally changed when the water showed up. So there's a bunch of litigation going on right now in which people are now saying, well, I don't really think I'm going to follow through on this sales contract. So we're going to see a bunch of chicken feathers flying on this one. It'll be rather interesting to see where this goes. But it is something that's a benchmark for a significant change in activity. with regard to Central and Northern California, which by the way, let's not forget, a lot of that part of California is conservative, not the usual fare. I've spoken many times in Central and Northern California all the way to the coast. In fact, some pretty interesting locations. Last couple of times that we went out there, we had a great time, but got a chance to meet some unique people with a lot of history behind them. And they're in the fight. They were involved, have been involved in the Patriot fight for a very, very, very long time. So again, this is changing monetarily. The conditions, but it's also creating some interesting and unique problems for the small hat wearers because some people are not going to come off their land or are contesting whatever agreements were made. That should be an interest. It will be interesting to see how the outcome is. You're not going to see it mostly in the control media, but it is showing up in the rancher and also in the water rights circles, because for obvious reasons. I mean, it's demonstrating the effect that this change has had on them. and how they are embracing it. You know, again, try to save their property. They don't want to go out of business. They've been pushed out of business with government manipulation cooperating with a clique of foreigners who are trying to steal the lands of the California farmer. So that, of course, is now, well, perhaps a passe thing for the moment. But remember, a water tap that can so easily be turned on Once Trump fumbles and loses the game, that's pretty well right on the wall now, then what's going to happen is the commies will be right back in there and they can just easily turn that faucet right back off. And I think everybody knows it, so if you were smart, I would be cashing water everywhere I could now that I know the writing is on the wall and what the game is. That would be me. If I were in that business, oh hell yeah, I would make sure that I had water reserves cashed in any number of different ways and each one unique and separate from the other. for that very reason because they've already got a history of how the traders will betray the landowners. So for everybody out there, couple things I did this weekend, and I want you all to do this, and you can do this while you're sitting here listening to me. Do you have your wallet handy? Money. Money is something that you can get everybody's attention and they really listen because everybody likes money. They like to have more money. They have more digits, whatever you want to call it. Digits, millions, clams, shekels, oi, if you're the Jewish ones. But it can be whatever, in this case, most Americans like dollars. Okay. Now, to help people understand the strangeness, I stop people, I've had a lot of good conversations stopping people, but cold because they have to step back and think. I want you to pull out a $1 bill, and then I want you to pull out a 5 or a 10 or whatever you got. It doesn't make any difference what bigger denomination. You want a $1 bill and any other denomination of currency, 5, 10, 20, maybe you have a whole lot of hundreds or fifties. If you do, you're wealthier than I am. But whatever you got, pull it out. Now I want to show you something. Now first of all, the question I've had many times is why haven't they changed the $1 bill? Well guys, in fact they're even going to discontinue the penny. Okay, let's think about this. We've got to get rid of the penny because the Jewish mob wants to round up everything. Whenever they post a price, they can jack it and go up. And there's nothing you can do about it, always. So they're going to be constantly taking those pennies from you. Oh, pennies don't mean anything. Right. That's why the Jewish mob wants to make sure that when they round up accordingly, it's in their favor. Right. Because pennies don't mean anything, only if you're an idiot. So anyway, we got two pieces of currency there. First of all, let's remember, number one. A piece of currency originally was a deposit, slip, or a withdrawal, a positive or a negative. However, in whichever construct, if you're into the fiat currency of the present structure, then that's a big negative negative. That's what a Federal Reserve note is. But it's a contract. Now, normally you would write a contract all with the same font. But they didn't do that with dollars or with currency. And there's a reason for that. It creates, well, it does create a unique pattern. There is a purpose to a degree. When it used to be, they were worried about counterfeiting. But counterfeiters very quickly catch up with whatever game is being played with the currency because even all these security strikes and tabs and everything else that have been put on the bills have been mimicked by commercial, professional counterfeiters almost immediately. There isn't a single feature that has been created by the security currency industry that has not been duplicated and enforced by outside influences. Okay? But we're just going to look at the bill itself and I want you to take a look at the top of your bill and it tells you who actually owns you. At the top where the header is the primary contractor it says Federal Reserve Note. Federal Reserve. They're the ones that are ruling your life. Okay? But below it is the person who actually is signing off for the debt, which represents in theory you and me. That's the United States. Okay? There's a picture of a cool guy in the middle. I think that's for the benefit of, you know, again, the definition between the different currencies, how that is. But there are two signatures. Those two signatures, pretty important. Those are the people who signed off and authorized the big wad of debt created. Now it used to be it was just a deposit slip. Silver certificates or silver notes or gold certificates or gold notes were deposit slips were supposed to be. Okay? But let's just look at the currency itself. Let me ask you something. Do you notice when you look at the two bills, they look kind of the same? Now if it's a 5, a 10, 20, 50, 100, it definitely is in the new monopoly money format. And if you pay attention, the colors do match monopoly money. If you look at the shades, if you take the new bills and lay them down side by side by side by side on a white sheet of paper. and look, step back a little bit, and look at the coloration and then take a look at Monopoly money, you'll see that they coordinated the colors to match the Monopoly money board. No way! Yes way. Except for the dollars, which stayed green and have stayed identical to what they have for many, many years. Now there's all kinds of things on the dollar bill, and we've talked about this, and I'll explain how you can find them faster. I should have done that a couple of times this weekend. I know what I was thinking about. But anyway, now we're going to look at some details. But first I'm going to ask a question. Which bill is worth more? The $1 bill or the $5 bill? The $1 bill or the $10 bill? The $1 ointment. Every time I mention another one, it's bigger. Well Mark, any of those other bills are worth more because there's more digits stamped on them. Well, you're right. That's true. So I want you to look at the right side of the bill. There is a seal. It's the seal of the Treasury of the United States. Did you see that? It's off to the side there. It's green. That's on the right side. Now, I want you to look at the dollar bill. Don't look at the other bill yet. Look at the dollar bill. And on the left side, I want you to look at what's there. Now what's on your dollar bill? What do you see there? Read what it says. It actually is part of the contract. What that marker, that Federal Reserve stamp identifies is the specific Federal Reserve bank that your single $1 bill, it's oriented to. Theoretically, there's something deposited there. That's where it was kept. That's where the digit value is kept. But it's not gold or silver anymore. But they still have that Federal Reserve note and they still have that Federal Reserve marker stamp on that dollar bill. If you look at that real close, you see how complicated it is? Isn't that amazing? For that dollar bill, I mean, first of all, the whole bill is intricate. I think it's cool. It's really interesting. There's owls and there's squares and there's all kinds of other strange things on that bill if you look. But let's go over to that more valuable piece of currency that you have in your other hand or maybe it's laying on the table in front of you. Look at the stamp for the Federal Reserve. Are you looking at it? Wait a minute. That's a real, I'm gonna say it, that's a shitty stamp. In fact, it doesn't offer any details at all. I call it, myself, I call it a potato stamp because it's kind of like a counterfeiter, you know, like using a potato to create a fake stamp for a passport like you used to and they were trying to escape from prison camps and stuff. And they had to make fake paperwork using potato to make your basic stamp. That was most people didn't realize that. Potatoes were available. And it's really cool what you can do once they're dried and once they're, you know, not rock hard but kind of rubbery. That's right, like a rubber stamp. So anyway, that potato stamp looks pretty crude, doesn't it? Let me ask you something. Why is it the dollar bill has all that accountability and tracking, but the other piece of currency, which is supposed to be equal in terms of its contract construction, why is it it has the undefined potato stamp on it? He goes, you want to see a thousand dollar bill? You want to see three $1,000 bills? Ooh. OK. But those currency match that dollar bill. Why is it all of these other pieces of currency look like they're crappy potato stamp copies? Don't you think that's strange? Wouldn't you want to keep track of it no more accurately in your bookkeeping? Exactly what those bigger bills are associated with in accounting? I would think so. Stupid me, I took a lot of accounting classes. I would think so. The bills on my lower right hand side there, the left hand bill, the dollar, they're not worth much. He can be halfway, he can be stoned, he can be doped up, and he can, you know, just like, dude, and how about the bass guitar? Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. Now, the keyboard guy, he's got a little more going, but he still only has to deal with the keyboard. But a drummer uses all of his appendages, okay? You know, boom, boom, boom. Okay, think about it. Everything's working. One foot's going to be working the cymbal and then working the other, like maybe the second bass, or again, working other clackers you got going on. And the other is boom, boom, boom, boom. And while that's all happening down below, you still got to do all the fun stuff you see going on up above. I was a drummer, right? People, by the time you're done with a gig, The drummer really should be allowed just to step off to the side and relax, but when you're done with the gig, you've got to break everything down and guess what? The drummer is really the tool and die man of the music industry. And what do I mean by that? Well, my dad was a tool and die man, as I mentioned in the first hour. My grandpa was too. My dad got out of it. because it was too tedious, ultra-focused, took all your energy. You never left the job. When you left the job, you didn't leave the job. And it was the most expensive trade to get into for the tools of the trade, and it was the most tedious slash non-stop, you never left the job, kind of, job that created ulcers and high blood pressure and all kinds of fun stuff. Now, it doesn't mean he couldn't do it, but it's the idea that he went on to do other things. He decided that really wasn't where he wanted to be with it. You know again focusing his life every day and a drummer is the same way it requires more technique and support Technology and by the way with add-on technology. Let's not forget the cowbell, okay The cyclic and our turn the drummer keeps the And oh, yeah, oh you would not believe you would not believe when I was in regular band And I never thought you know I never thought that it was you know I mean I figured hey I'm doing my job But a couple of times I got a little stylistic during you know during a parade and the girls in the because the clarinets were right I guess right in front of us and And just because I changed up everything that we did was syncopated through their minds to our drums. And when we altered that, it messed with their heads. And all it was was we got a little more creative. I added a lot more roll and a lot more triplets to the bass drum player guys too. So I had this really cool thing, kind of like it was playing the bass drum like it was a dual horizontal timpani. And, you know, I was just one of those times, normally it'd be boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. And everybody's got to hear it. You've got to hammer that drum. And every step of the way, you better be making a, it better be sympathetic. It better be, you know, consistent. Everybody's listening, like you said. But it's interesting, I got feedback after this one event. It's like, you can't stop. It's like, really mess with us. I had a bunch of barking Chihuahua girls that were at me. It was like, whoa, wait a minute. It wasn't like this was a competition or anything. But the same is true. It's absolutely clear that, yes, the stations and the benchmarks, while certainly the guitarists are doing their thing, but the rhythm and the cyclic process is completely managed by the drummer. And you're doing the most work. It's like I said, guys, when you're done, you are, I'll tell you what, it's a great workout. The one thing nobody thinks about, you've got to remember, you're slapping that drum and you've got it, you can't just beat it and make a random noise. You're trying to create a particular tonal effect. So you have to be in control of all of your limbs. You can't have a bass going boom boom boom boom boom boom boom boom. No, it's got to be boom boom boom boom boom boom boom. See what I mean? People don't really appreciate the drummer. Of course they'll be the first pistol moment I knew something would go wrong. Like I said, I know. I saw it. I can't happen. Go ahead, jump in there. Yeah, I got to see Keith Moon at the Silverdome and John Bonham at the Silverdome. They both died recently after those two concerts. I think those two guys were some of the greatest drummers rock and roll ever saw. The double drum kit of Keith Moon, oh my God, that guy was a madman. And you know what's interesting, yeah, there's another thing. Remember, just like you see keyboarders doing, you know, like multi-decks, drummers, there were some creative processes and developments that, you know, you didn't see with other individuals. Now there's an advantage to that though because, and people don't think about it, but your drums are tuned. They are key tuned. People don't think about that, but that's why people wonder if you use a different set, a different drum set. Let's say I use a loner and you start to play something. You watch, they got to think for a minute before they realize, oh, okay, I recognize the song now. This is because of tonal pitch with regard to, for instance, your tenors, your tom-toms. and even the bass. And what's interesting though is that it also changes because remember, you've got to, if you haven't worked a machine, you've got to find out what the machine does. And this is why a warm up or a set up is especially critical if you're going to just fiddle fart around. Because it doesn't work the same way, it doesn't sound the same way, and people notice, they really do. It's amazing. Music and how, the effect it has, I've always talked about that on this program. The psychological and subconscious effect of music And the enemy knows this, make no mistake about it, I've told you a million times, guess why we have crappy music right now. There's a music cycle to the process. If you read some of the stuff about like the manipulation of the population, crappy art, crappy music, and really shitty works in writing, stuff that just is worthless, toady or trash or again pornography with no content and no value. It's fascinating just how far the enemy is willing to go. But they also realize that if you pick up on that tool, and I've argued this all along, guys, this is why we need to have patriot musicians and more of them. And you need to help to promote them. We've got great people out there. We've got people that do phenomenal work. What we need to do is get them out there and get them business. Like I said, it's called a gig. I'm going to do a gig, man. I'm over in Pennsylvania. Well, it's true. It's a job. But amazingly enough, it's a very valuable process. It's one of the tools that we need to be better at wielding. And we need it in place for the war that's coming. It's not an F, it's just when. Camp Emerson, New Camp Stasa. The Ogimer Ranges, Naga-Hitcham, Fox-Wolf, and the Rustic training sites, militia training sites, all of those training sites, along with Fort Benning, Michigan, will still be operational through the week. So if you have any other activities, I know we've got people dropping stuff off. We've got that wedding coming up, and I don't know if it's this weekend or next weekend. I've got to check the schedule. We've got the militia wedding, military wedding going on at Fort Benning at the chapel in Michigan here. That's going to be taking place, but for all of the other training sites, everything's fine. However, Camp Wayland North is shut down and is secured. Nobody will be allowed to enter unless you are part of the task team. There is some classified work that's being done and installations are taking place, so it's going to be a busy week at the facility. Again, I know there's somebody asking right off the bat, food drop-offs. Okay, here's what we're going to do. Instead of Camp Whalen North, we're going to be using Naga-Hitcham to drop off the additional food payments. In other words, some units, I should explain this. The cost to use a militia training facility here in Michigan for all of you. The main area is high, low, indifferent. There is no high, low. We're all equal. is two number 10 cans of food. Now here's something that some of the units have done, and I haven't really talked about this that much. What they're doing is if we have like 160 to 180 people coming in, some of the people that are in those units have grocery stores or stores that they own or businesses that they own. So what they have been doing for quite some time is palate purchasing. Yeah, it saves them money. But also it puts, as we've said, The price to get through the gate to go train at any of the facilities, Camp Emmerich, Camp Emerson, New Camp Stossel, Camp Whalen North, the O'Hooomer Range, Nagahitcham, Fox & Wolf, the Rustics, which we need to put a name on, and or Fort Benning, all of these, it's two number 10 cans, which are, you call them one gallon cans. It can be any kind of food stuff. This goes into and builds up our strategic reserve, our tactical local reserve, but our overall strategic reserve for feeding the Army when the time comes. Some units are paying, again, for fun, they're using five ton trucks. They've got so many pallets of food that they've purchased. They've been fantastic about this because we've actually, the dieticians and our supply coordinators have actually given them lists and so they've been very specific about making bulk purchases. And so in this case, I believe again, NAGA-Hitchum, and I'm pretty sure double check, check your pin number with the alternate side, go over to the facilities. But NAGA-Hitchum is the drop off point for any of the food payments for training that's going to be taking place. Now, here's the only thing. Camp Wayland North will be shut down until mid, maybe mid-afternoon, maybe noon or mid-afternoon Friday. Regular training will take place. There will still be some restricted areas you can't go where they're going to be doing some final cabling and other technologies are going to be hooked up. But the regular schedule for this weekend will not change. So if you are listening and you are part of the units, I know that the Colonial Marine Militia, I think the 18th regimental combat team had a support detachment that was going to be up there. Guys, nothing has changed. However, again, you can't get in there early, you're not going to be able to advance the party. That's just not going to happen. So this week they're going to be locking down the site. Anyway, enough on that next. Oh, let's see. Yeah, I know. It's a chunk of people. There was a serious... Real quick. Yes, I know. We have about 460 people that are going to be attending at least that particular site plus the add-ons. So, that site is already at capacity, by the way. There's no more people that can be added to the barracks or the camp, you know, A-camp areas. But there is rustic camping available for any add-ons. So, just let you know about that. We got a caller. Who do we have? Paul, you say no one will be allowed in there unless they're a member of the militia, right? No, no, no. Even if you're a member, it doesn't make any difference. No, this is a restricted area because of specific. classified work that's being done that only certain people need to know about. So again, people are going to be sent away if they show up. It's part of the schedule. Even if they're militia, it wouldn't make any difference if this is a need to know situation for a particular amount of work that needs to be done. Don't do this very often, but this week, especially with all the stuff that's going on, the guys are getting the job, certain work done that we have to get finished sooner rather than later. So, Cap Weyland North is a pretty busy facility, not the most, but it's been there for quite some time. Again, nothing will change. Well, nothing will change until we can. All right. Go ahead. Good idea because you really can't trust anyone you don't know. Well, we know everybody, but there are certain things that are classified beyond normal activities. It's the norm for a flood type scenario which is normal for rivers and especially gulches, arroyos, And drybed rivers are the type you see out west because it's desert. And cyclically you have these types of weather conditions which is the only reason that most of the towns out there even exist. Let's remind everybody of something. It's very arid. That's a polite way of saying desert mostly. Not completely, but it's very arid. Now what that means is that wherever a town showed up, and you see a dot on the map in Texas or even West Oklahoma or New Mexico, Arizona, Southern California, originally it was water. And the only way that that water accumulates is however many ways it's caught by nature, captured underground and above ground, and it is the tremendous downpourings like this that are the norm For desert environments, not just for the United States, but for all over the world, wherever there are deserts. There is an extreme water, tight, short water cycle, even in Africa. They have the same thing. The monsoon seasons or the rainy season hits all at once. And that's it for the year. And then it's like from that point forward, it's your sucking vapors and whatever. If you don't know the terrain and you don't know where to travel, you don't end up found dead, well, maybe probably not even found because everything will eat you. But that is the norm, not the exception. So just a heads up here, some of the stuff that's being said. It's like this is the norm. This is, unfortunately, the norm that was ignored by people. Now we do know that this area where the flood took place An area of Texas hit by flooding rain, part of North American Weather Modification Council, NAWMC. Now listen to that title. Words mean something. North American Weather Modification Council. This is in Texas. It literally covers whole areas of Texas with this council. This is like the water councils that they have out there, and you know, for river management and aquifer management because it's limited. But in this case, North American Weather Modification Council, this area where the flooding took place is part of that. Now, that doesn't mean that this was a man-made event, but it is as likely as not It either is a man-made event or it's part of the natural short, medium, or long weather cycles that people who are conditioned by the public fool system ignore because they're educated to ignorance. Just that simple. Prior to proper planning prevents piss poor performance. No, the area of operation. You should especially know your environment if you're going to be operating in it. I guarantee that there were some old farts out there, grandpas or great-grandpas or dads who said, well, you probably shouldn't build in that there bottom land because every about 35 years or so, maybe 50, we get them big floods and that just carries everything down river. Oh, yeah, old fart, you don't know, we haven't had one of those in a long time. Which, by the way, should indicate that you should be expecting one sooner because if you haven't had one in a long time, it means you're about due for one. Okay, just common sense, but people don't embrace common sense. So stupidity wins almost every time. And again, sadly enough, now again, the camp I would assume was on a lake because again, or at least you had a wider stretch of the river because usually a girls camp or a summer camp, they like to have a nice environment and water is usually part of the formula. the that particular part location when it took the hit Again, we have to take a look at the mapping which I've only seen still images of the site so far and needless to say most of it's in the present condition Have to look at the go to Google you can go to a Google map and look at the area under normal conditions to get a feel for the both the topography and the hydroscopy of the area So just something to think about there again Rule number one, don't get caught in that situation or at least be prepared, pay attention to what's going on. They did have three hours warning about flash flooding. People were informed contrary to the liars out there, which again, politics is one thing. Actually passing on what is usable, viable information is another. And in this case, serves no purpose. Muddying the water, pardon the pun, serves no purpose whatsoever. And the political hack job actually is going to come back and bite him in the ass. Already is. People are tired of that kind of garbage. So again, it doesn't mean, and I'm not throwing the baby out with the bathwater here, I will point out again, this area specifically is part of the NAWMC, which is North American Weather Modification Council. It's mapped out. This is literally mapped out on their webpage. And this is a government slash private and public interest operation that is intercooperative across Texas and several different river and water networks. So pay attention. Words mean something. OK? Anyway, enough on that because it's pretty obvious we'll be seeing more than enough of a flood of information. Pardon the pun there. It's already happening. A lot of people, of course, are doing minute by minute coverage. You can go to Rumble or to YouTube. I think Rumble actually has better coverage. There's obviously going to be X and whatever else. Take your pick. Whoever you think is the best choice, you'll find information out there on the subject. So, you know, run with whichever ball you choose. But again, discern. Pay attention. A lot of the innuendo It's just every area where you have water, this is part of the natural cycle, both the short cycle, the medium cycle, and the long cycle. Two places to go to find out more even about your area of operation if you're concerned about this type of issue. Go to the National Weather Service archives and or you can also go to the Farmers Almanac and the Farmers Almanac records are excellent because they interlock with typically a lot of what you see with the National Weather Service and other departments and agencies that were part of the Department of the Interior and many other organizations and mechanisms over the years. Farmers Almanac is pretty accurate for a reason. They really use applied science and it goes back to the founding of the country. So just a heads up. It's not like you get caught. The only way you get caught flat-footed is because you choose to get caught flat-footed. Just that simple. And that's a personal flavor choice. And then things happen accordingly. Today we're talking about a massive legal victory for freedom of speech and the Second Amendment coming out of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Yeah, that Ninth Circuit. This one's a big game changer and it strikes down a sneaky anti-gun censorship law in California that was targeting youth shooting sports and firearms education. This all started with California's Assembly Bill 2571, later modified by AB 160, which then became Section 22949.80 of the Business and Professions Code. That's for all of the law geeks out there. The goal was to shut down anything remotely resembling pro-gun speech to minors. Now this law banned all marketing, promotion, or even communication that could be seen as attractive to minors if it involved firearms. That's right, gun safety education, youth hunting programs, junior competitions, all of it was on the chopping block. And it didn't stop there. Subsection B of the law even banned collecting or using a minor's contact info for any firearm related advertising. like sending a magazine subscription or letting a team sign up for a youth trap league newsletter. This wasn't about protecting kids, it was about targeting a culture. A culture of responsible gun ownership being passed down from generation to generation. And that's when the cavalry rode in. Groups like Junior Sports Magazine Inc., the California Rifle and Pistol Association, the Second Amendment Foundation, Gun Owners of California, and others file suit against California Attorney General Rob Bonta. I think he's got more lawsuits against him than any other AG in the country when it comes to the Second Amendment. Now these folks didn't roll over. They sued to block the law on First Amendment grounds. Now a little over a year ago, the Ninth Circuit agreed ruling that this section was likely unconstitutional. But get this, after that ruling, the disparate court only blocked one part of the law, subsection A, the part about marketing that appeals to minors. They left subsection B intact, and that's the section that bans using a minor's contact info for any kind of 2A outreach. Now, The plaintiffs then appealed again and now, today, the Ninth Circuit just delivered another slap down to California's unconstitutional gun control. Today, July 7, 2025, the 9th Circuit issued its opinion in Junior Sports Magazine's Inc. et al. v. Bonta and made it crystal clear. The entire law is unconstitutional. Every section of it. They reversed the lower court and ordered an injunction blocking all of Section 22949.80, including subsection B. Here's why this matters. The court reaffirmed that the law regulates lawful, non-misleading commercial speech, which is protected by the First Amendment. The state, California, could not show that the law directly and materially advances their stated goals, especially since minors can already legally shoot and hunt in California. The law was overly broad, sweeping up any advertising related to lawful firearm use, even things like safety programs or 4-H competitions. And the so-called privacy justification for subsection B, the court saw right through that as well. California can't pretend this was about privacy when the ban only applies to gun-related communication. The bottom line, the court said you cannot weaponize privacy laws to shut down speech that you don't like. Now this case is technically a First Amendment fight, but if you're a Second Amendment supporter, you should be cheering, because make no mistake, California's strategy here was indirect gun control. If they can't take your guns now, they'll just stop the next generation from ever learning how to use one safely. They knew that they couldn't ban hunting. They knew that they couldn't ban teaching a kid how to shoot a 22. So they tried to ban the culture, the media, the advertising, the communication that connects youth to the shooting sports. They wanted to silence us by starving the future, but the court said, not on our watch. And I gotta give the Ninth Circuit a little bit of credit. Let's talk precedent here for a second. This ruling leans heavily on a few important Supreme Court cases. Central Hudson. That's the go-to test for evaluating regulations on commercial speech. And the court said that this law failed that test. Sorrell versus IMS Health, another major privacy and speech case. It said states can't selectively restrict lawful speech just because they don't like the message. This was key in showing that subsection B was also unconstitutional. And finally Moody versus Net Choice, which was a 24 case, which means it's a more recent precedent saying states cannot craft viewpoint-based speech restrictions under the guise of neutral regulation. So this ruling didn't just protect gun speech, it reaffirmed that you cannot create speech restrictions based on politics, discomfort, or agenda. So what does this mean going forward? One, youth shooting sports programs can communicate freely again. Two, Publications like junior shooters can resume circulation in California again. And three, groups like the California Rifle and Pistol Association, Second Amendment Foundation, Gun Owners of California, and everybody else on this lawsuit can reach young people without threat of $25,000 fines. In fact, everybody in this state can do that now. And here's the kicker. This ruling sends a clear message. States... cannot trample the Constitution just because they don't like guns. California's Attorney General Rob Bonta tried to regulate speech out of existence. He lost. Again. So this is a huge win for free speech, a huge win for shooting sports, for firearm safety education, and most importantly, the next generation of responsible gun owners. The courts are waking up. The Constitution still matters. and our side is fighting back with results. If you're in California or anywhere under the boot of anti-gun policies, don't give up.
