Most police departments today are locked into a cooperative fleet purchasing agreement between not just say state police, but literally state police, local municipalities. Usually it covers an entire state, as a matter of fact. Michigan, the horse here in Michigan are set up like this. And traditionally it used to be, and again, a percentage of the fleet by contract was supposed to be changed out every two years. because of union agreements. That sounds weird. But the idea was that you would never have any cars out there on the road that would be four or five hundred thousand miles and they're pasting them together with baling wire and they put stucco, you know, they don't get rusted out in California, they just got to hold them mechanically together. But one way or another, the problem they had is that they tried to stretch a penny where they could, at least they used to. Now, The policy in between was every two years a percentage of the fleet, and some police departments, it's the whole fleet, has to be traded out and new vehicles have to come in. So there's something on top of everything else that's going on here. This is a socialist, parasitic, wallet-munching pile of feces. That's what LA is, okay? It's not America. It's not, and it's no paradise. It's a parasite, but it's not a paradise. And one of the things that I see that'll be a problem here, okay, they let them destroy infrastructure with transportation. They let them damage buildings. government buildings, both federal but as much as not, city buildings and city infrastructure. Okay? We need to, you know, what Trump, and I doubt that Trump will do this because they're too busy licking each other's ass, excuse me, bung hole on this one. No money can be shifted sideways from other accounts and then utilized for an inappropriate purpose. And what do I mean by that? Well, we still have a grant system in place, although it's a sloppy prostitute type. It started in 95. It hasn't stopped since. It used to be there was total accountability for every dollar, but like here in Michigan with the Jewish mob that steals every dollar out of Detroit, they can get their hands on it and they do. The kosher mafia, what they do is they get this unaccountable money. It disappears from the coffers. and Southfield and Bloomfield Hills, all the other kosher mafia enclaves, all of a sudden they get richer. What a surprise. I just can't imagine what's happening or how the money's moving. The way to stop it is to demand full accountability for all accounts, which does not require any law change. It requires standard policy enforcement, which is already here. We already have it. It's just, are they actually going to step up to it? What would this do? It would cripple their ability to try and cover for their intentional fabrication of crisis, which is what they've done. by not allowing them to slide other account money. You know, you get something for park services for, we gotta have new grass for every child to play on in dry desert Los Angeles, so they're little toes even though they'll never wear anything but, you know, boots or, you know, they're gonna wear something to protect themselves from the sharp objects in the grass, but the children need to be able to put their toes in the grass and So of course there's this massive fund for GRASS in LA. Now the only GRASS that's being bought with it is some dope off to the side. They're snorting, you know, so I suck it on on the weekend, you know. Good Mexican man, whoa! But other than that, no. What they're doing is, they're these accounts which need to be, they need to have total demonstration of use. What they're doing is they're milking all these other accounts to either slide into their hyper or Tel Aviv bank accounts or they're using it to cover their ass for all of the other mistakes or intentional conditions they create. In this case, it's an intentional condition. Now, it's not just that. It's a building maintenance. It's going to be replacement or repair, cleaning, etc. Blah, blah, blah. They should get no money. The state can dole it out, but if it's received from the Fed under no circumstances is the city of Los Angeles to receive any recovery money whatsoever. They need to be cut off, period, and they cannot be allowed in order for them to cover their mistake, which in reality was a planned attack, by sliding it from other accounts or other services. Now, if it's city revenue and they want to cut off their nose despite their face, there's nothing you can do about that. I don't care about it anyway. Either way, they're going to have to spend their own dime. The problem is where they get federal money to another account and then it goes in and then they slide it sideways We have to stop that and by the way, we have a whole big honkin worthless police state Finance operation called FinCEN Now, FinCEN couldn't find USAID money and just seemed to go cross-eyed and go to the Cactonic Brain Fart when it comes to tracking billions of dollars stolen from the American taxpayer. They are using the backpacks because they got from the, they got from the pile. I mean they're not being dishonest. They're actually just leaving out the part where they get the blocks from. Okay, right now, anybody caught in that block with a cement block should be treated as if they had an IED. Right, and again, what gets me about this, going back to these piles, here's how it works. Ed, are there CCTV cameras everywhere in LA? Aren't we watching some of this stuff off the key? Oh, there are CCTV cameras all over LA, but you can't see the affected area because they shut the cameras off. Ah, but that's the new footage. Here's what gets me about this. Did they shut the cameras off to the places where the bricks were delivered to before the bricks were delivered? Anything in the 101 area around the 101 freeway area the cameras were off almost as soon as the stuff actually before the stuff again on Friday Which is so the city or the state or the Fed cut the camera feeds before they were happening. It's under state control. So it was the state police or the city. Right. Now here's the thing. And if it's the Fed, I think everybody better put a big question mark up there because this is something we've been talking about for a while. Because if somebody were really keen, they'd be doing an investigative report. You go back through the archives. to see if you can catch on the CCTV when the bricks were delivered. Why do I want this? Those bricks were delivered on pallets. The only way they could be moved is with a probably an onboard, you've seen them, they're hooked up, they literally come in on the ass end of a flatbed and they're dropped down, they use them to pick the unit off the however many they want. So, we need to get that CCTV camera footage so we can do two things. We want to look at the name on the side of the door of the company that delivered the bricks. We probably can get a good image of who it was. What color are they? Now, what would really be interesting is, and this is what I want you to pay attention to, I've told you little details you need to identify right away. If it's a semi-trailer or even a bigger truck and California is an anal retentive control freak police state especially with transportation. If you have a clear image of the side of the vehicle even if it was a plain Jane white vehicle. If it is operating in California it has to have its tax stamp numbers on the doors or on the cab or forgive me doors on the cab. or on the body of the nose depending on the state code or what applies. Now there's also a license plate on the back. Now I'm a little confused but here's another thing. If somebody was willing to pay some money, kind of like the 2000 mules thing, I'll guarantee whoever was driving that truck had a cell phone. And if I put that truck at a certain location at a certain time, I can pay a very minimal amount of money, but I've got to pay a little bit. I can find out exactly what cell phone was at that coordinate for that window of time. In fact, depending on how he was moving around, I could be out of shadow without even telling you who was unloading the vehicle. That's how accurate in an urban area and how many square feet are covered and how tight the signal is from your cell phone to the cell towers to offer that ping back and forth for tracking. It's not for giving you a better signal so they could use it as a transponder to track you. Now once I have that, I can also, like in 2000 mules, track that truck back to where the hell it came from. Now, if you're lucky, the truck might actually have a company name on the side of it. Up on the cab, probably on the door, you've seen it a million times. It may not be a fancy logo, but it'll be easy to figure out. Now once I figure out who delivered those bricks, the next thing I would say for FinCEN, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network to do would be to go to that company and ask, hi, how you doing? Who paid to deliver those bricks at Schmidlappen 4th that you delivered the other day at 6.15? You delivered three pallets of them. There's cement blocks. There is no construction in any location near that site. You deliver them to an obscure location with absolutely no credible reason for doing so. Who paid you? Now here's the part that they really want you. This is what tells me something. Government keeps avoiding this. Trump's people keep avoiding this. Everybody keeps avoiding it. If the Israeli Mossad, using one of their front companies, is delivering bricks to create crisis in America so the Israeli Mossad can have greater power under the Trump administration through the larger police state that they want to build, the very last thing that they're going to want to do is demonstrate who delivered the ammunition for the attacks on the local and state and county government. And it can apply itself in such a way that it could demonstrate criminal culpability, shut down the process, and still be able to arrest the bastards involved. Who runs the cell phone network? But as far as getting out or sending a signal out, it's done. They could locally shunt that area so not a single phone in that area would work. None of them. Guys, you know that they there were cops up above There were LA cops up above if you look at the bridge This is how you have to orient this if you look at the bridge on the side where all of the SUVs were ganged up and being you know Busted up with Brock's and then they were burned a little bit couple of them got caught one for the one frog front got caught on fire well Okay, if you're looking at the bridge from that direction to the left there was an entire LAPD contingent there that they kept leaving off camera. In fact, go back and look at all the footage. They never... They kept leaving them off camera until they used them to sweep the bridge after the convoy below already got hit. No, hold on. No, no, no, hold on. No, it was worse than that. They didn't do anything. That group didn't do... No, they did eventually sweep the bridge. No, no, that's not who did it to hold... Listen to... Okay, let me finish. Okay, sorry. Down below was the were LAPD and I guess state police also not state police, California Highway Patrol. They're state police Anyway, the LAPD that was up above They stood they sat in law. They stood in line and here's what happened when the county and the guard showed up to sweep the bridge the LAPD Stopped them from doing so This has now come out because everybody in the LAPD knows there's two armies now. There's the commies they brought in and that's who was topside and that's why those vehicles down below kept getting attacked. So what happened is eventually the guard and the county reaction units, the response units that were those mobile truck units, They got there and they were being blocked by the LAPD to not so that they couldn't sweep the bridge Finally, they just said well lead follower get the hell out of the way, but one way or another we're going to the bridge But for a period of time they were all in quote-unquote brain fart because it was the cops the LAPD that left those guys down in the ditch high and dry. They could have swept it themselves before the sheriff department and the guards went up. That goes along with what the mayor said. She ordered the police not to assist ICE unless it was life-threatening. And they were, they were, you can actually watch the video of them hindering each other between the ICE agents and the LAPD. where the LAPD would cut off the street and the ICE agents would have to go the other way in some of the news footage from the helicopters. But eventually the LAPD got pulled into this too because one of the convoys that was taken out about five LAPD cars down one street are on fire in the one video. But this is what one of the gentlemen is now saying. What's happened the guys that are from the outlying areas in the LAPD are the ones that were left to die The ring knockers and the latest batch of homo, you know, homo homosexual pedophiles That's the bunch. That's the other army and they're giving them quote unquote Well, first of all, they're giving the benefit of the doubt. They're saying they got conflicting orders They get any conflicting orders. There's two armies. You've got a civil war going on Which is something with a department that big it's just like what happened down in Atlanta, Georgia This is why they don't want to reference you notice this guy's LA and in Atlanta, Georgia are identical The difference so far is that that you're not as developed and they didn't let them they wouldn't let the castle go in other words the main precinct They didn't let that go because they were headed towards that that's where all the activities been right down there with City Hall and then the police headquarters, etc. So in Georgia, with Atlanta, they literally abandoned all of the outlying precincts. And then they let Anteeth and BLM just have their way. Now the only good thing is there are just many other people out there who figured they better have their way. And I think the classic version, one of the two was they, the one where the guy got shot and the antifa medic runs up and tries to put a, the guy's got a grazing wound. And the antifa medic, a female, at least he's trying. She puts a tourniquet on what is a grazing wound that's not, the guy's not going to bleed to death. The tourniquet isn't the solution. This is where a compress is what you need. But when she puts the tourniquet on, she rips the wound open farther. I thought, man, that's the kind of medic we need more of on the other side. And the guy's screaming because the more she's torquing the turtiquet, the more she's ripping open the the gash that was only a slash before and she's making it a tear wound, okay? But the other one is pretty horrific. Remember, same time when the police abandoned everything, they didn't tell anybody. Truck drivers, anybody coming into the city was not warned. And on the south side, remember you had the gang trailer where they were offloading this, the guy was stopped because they were blocking him. And he was like, okay, I'm not causing any problems. Well, he didn't know they'd opened up the first gang trailer and they're pulling out big screen TVs. This is all on videotape. Now, they were trying to get to the back box, and I don't know why they couldn't get into that, but they got into the box closer to the truck. Well, while they were handing these out, the truck driver moved forward a little bit and one of the kids, remember this, one of the black kids got stuck between two of the wheels, two of the double axle first-tier. Yeah, it was the tier just behind the opening, so it would be the next box back. and the guy can't, the guy moved forward and the one guy is screaming at the driver, you know, back up, back up, you know, stop, stop, back up. The guy's looking at them and that's when he sees the character start to walk by with the TVs on his side of the truck. And what happened is everybody came out with weapons. And so they milled about and they milled about and they milled about. Now the thing is the buses, remember there was a column of buses, the same old rat traveling road show. You're already seeing a change in the battlefield just with regard to wireless signal with drone operations. And I'm rather fascinated because, well, yeah, there's probably a lot of punk move-ins. There's the area on the northeastern face of Michigan's Lower Peninsula, which is the coast of Lake Huron. At one point, and I don't know if the numbers changed, but it's interesting that that area had the largest contingent of retired veterans, American service personnel, of anywhere in the United States, even beyond Florida. For each of the, for that per capita, for each township and county, there were more veterans in that area of operation right there, retired. It was such a large formation of people that the air base there actually built a vast auto picking warehouse for the population that was buying off of the commissary because when you're a veteran, if you retire, you still have commissary privileges. And they built this massive, I think, $5-6 billion warehouse with a picking system, a whole nine robotic picking system. And a year and a half after they built it, in fact, almost as quickly as they finished it, they shut the base down. So all of this commissary facility that was supposed to be maintained and the entire infrastructure was in place for it all just stopped. It just shut down. Go ahead, we got a caller. Who do we have? Not likely they'll see anything happen there. That's a lodge central point. It's a lay line location. Battle Creek, yeah. You got a lot of Hispanics there. Might have something interesting. Of all the places, Battle Creek may be more likely than not. Jackson, cost of the coin, but not likely. Ann Arbor, yeah, probably. Detroit, well, if you want to burn some more things down in Detroit, nobody in the rest of Michigan could care. So if you want to, it's kind of like LA. You can make some noise. Go ahead. Try to come out to other places. People will beat you down. Oakland County going wrap around north and back. Pontiac maybe. Pontiac, Michigan is a place most of you don't remember, but it was big at one time. Pontiac is possibly an area they would be willing to burn out. There's nothing much there. The auto industry left it. GM used to be. That was a big GM. Pontiac, well, I guess what they probably made there. They have GM products. And Pontiacs. Yeah, Pontiacs. So anyway, again, just a quick circle jerk. The only other location up towards, halfway between me and where Tom is and over to the east, Saginaw Bay slash Bay City. And Saginaw itself, those two areas, yes, they've got a big Hispanic problem, they've got a big drug problem, and they also have already cartel operations in there before most people know what the word cartel meant. So that's an area that's most likely. The place, somebody's just asking, what about Lansing? Sure, why not? So it's Muskegon, Lansing, they might do something in Jackson. Detroit, guys, the last time they had the big to-do for two years, Detroit was a total fizzle. Nobody has money to fiddle around. The economy is in the toilet already. Saginaw and Bay City get no real coverage, and those are already hotbeds.
