No. First they denied getting him to medical. They waited two weeks. Oh, put a kite in to go to medical. That's a letter. Put a kite in, a letter to go to, I need to go to medical. And they put it off, and they put it off, and they put it off. And he goes in, then they don't treat it. Come back in three days. Come back in three days. Guess what? It got infected. Whatever the hell they did, guess what? It went to gangrene. From an infection to gangrene in about 24 hours. They had to emergency rush him back over to medical. He disappears for three or four days. When he comes back, he's on crutches and he's missing his leg below the knee. In fact, he's missing it right to the knee. You wouldn't let that happen to your neighbor's dog if you saw your dog hurt. And yet, every one of those whores running that prison system in Michigan here were more than happy to let it go. This let it slide. After all, it's not their leg. Now, you know what kind of lawsuit he qualifies for? And by God, I try to emphasize, listen, you only got so much time to get out of here on top of that. He only had like three months. Now, how are you going to make that whole? Now, was he in an isolated location in Bratislava? Was he up on the very tip of the Keweenaw Peninsula in an isolated island? Hell no. He was in Jackson, Michigan, with five stinking hospitals within 20 minutes to an hour's drive at the most, and not even that for almost all of them, and the fact that some of the major trauma hospitals of the area of Michigan in the Midwest. But it would go a long ways towards getting back to laws that we need to have. We have with all these just victimless trials that when nobody is harmed, we have, you know, end up, you pay the state, you pay the system. And it would go a long ways toward cleaning up our court system and everything else. But, I mean, you'd be fighting all the lawyers and the legislators. I don't know how we'd get it done, but it would go a long ways toward what we need needs to be done. I'll step back out. Well, so stay right there, caller, because this is where we get into the issue of the common law court. The common law courts are all still in the United States. Are the proper courts all sitting here, sir? We already proved this in the 90s. We went through the whole tedium of going to Lansing to the archives and then going to Washington, D.C. And that's been 30 years. I mean, other people have done it, but we did it physically. We actually, and not just myself, I pitched in. We had people who were scholars and immersed in the subject. And what we did is we went and we provided and became the team that could, everybody could look for a particular part of the puzzle, go in and ask the questions, ask for the federal, well in this case the state records, but the federal records are maintained at the state level because they have to be by law. And so one of the things that we know beyond a shadow of a doubt is we are not in an American court right now. None of these courts are American courts. They're British commerce law courts, that's what they're, they're admiralty courts. And the problem is we've let the enemy occupy the country. This is actually part of the whole idea behind Trump saying that they were going to drop the border with Canada. This would not improve America. This would degrade American jurisprudence because the idea was to bring us back into the Commonwealth. And Trump also has had proposals about us being an associate member of the British Commonwealth. Why would we need to be that? Why? Well, purely because this all comes back to trying to drag our ass back to England. Back to the crown. Because it's a revenge thing. And we've got a whole bunch of traitors who are more than willing to cooperate while lying about it. You know, pointing in one direction while moving in the other. The courts were the most critical aspect of this. And in fact, they laughed their ass off because Admiralty Court is what we were fighting against. The founders called the Admiralty Court, and they always did, they stated it this way, the hated Admiralty Court. That was their title for it, the hated Admiralty Court. Why? Because it in no way, shape or form embodied the protections of the great writ. In no way, shape or form, it had to exist parallel to it. And this is why many people going into these Admiralty courts have filed writs of habeas corpus and they are forced to acknowledge it as a superior document because it is a superior document to their inferior court. But the document itself, the writ, applies primarily to what you're saying. If you do not have a victim, you do not have a crime. What we have right now are all commerce activities and all horrors all tyrants all prostitutes who work for a little click to suck the money and wealth out of this country like the Admiralty court Because it's a business I'm sorry. How we can get control of our prosecutors pushing these, for lack of a better word, worthless cases or cases that shouldn't be pushed but they do move away? One of the things that we argued, there are two directions people have gone with that have been successful. Number one is to actually reinstate the Admiralty Court. My problem with all of these is that everybody is always hamstrung by thinking they want to be Gandhi. There is no peaceable way for you to implement justice. I'll point out again, look at the statue of justice. You have a blindfold on a comely lady that attracts your attention because it's beautiful. Justice should be beautiful. Okay, that's the symbolism of that. Justice is beautiful when it's properly meted out. You have the scale in one hand, you have the sword in the other, but the sword represents something else. You have to have force of arms to protect justice. And if you do not honor or embrace the militia as the counterpoint to all other injustices that will be committed by the fiction of government, then you constantly fail. I have listened to people, oh, they're going to be so awe inspired by our arguments. And I've been involved in the hundreds, if not thousands of cases in my life now, in which we either A, were the protecting arm. In other words, we showed up with force of arms. Matthew Hoover, CRS Firearms. He was convicted and sentenced to 60 months in federal prison back in April of 2023, all because he did a video talking about something called the Auto Key Card. No, he didn't manufacture them. No, he didn't sell them. But he did speak about them. He reviewed one on the camera, on his channel, and for that he was convicted of conspiracy to violate the National Firearms Act. Even though the ATF admitted in court that they couldn't get said item to work as a lightning link, you know, lightning links convert semi-automatic rifles into fully automatic rifles, but machinists with decades of experience couldn't get it to work. Yet they still convicted Matt and put him away for years. The creator of the card, Christopher Justin Urban, he even claimed that it was a novelty item that was used to inspire conversations about gun control, and boy did it. But the DOJ, the ATF, they felt like he was poking the bear, and they snapped back. So there's that. Now after years in federal prison, Hoover is dying. His doctors have diagnosed him with terminal cancer. The fact that he had cancer was known during the trial and he also made the court aware that he was seeking treatment and he was being tried in Florida. He lives in Wisconsin. As you can imagine how difficult that could be, someone trying to find a doctor to treat the type of cancer he has. And I'm not putting his information out there, but I do know the type of cancer it is. It's not some manageable illness that the DOJ claims. It's terminal, okay? His legal team petitioned for what's called a compassionate release, which is a legal mechanism for terminally ill inmates to get out and get proper treatments to help them, you know, enjoy what they have left. And yet the Bureau of Prisons said no. And now the Department of Justice is actively opposing the motion, claiming he's not sick enough and still poses a danger to the community. let that sink in. Danger to the community. A dying man. And what makes this even more sickening is that the assistant US attorney on the case, the gal who prosecuted Matt Hoover, her name is Laura Kofer Taylor. I know she watches channel two. She postponed or delayed the trial several times for her own cancer treatments. Ain't that rich? I'm above everybody. I'm an assistant US attorney. First, here's what was filed by her regarding Matt's compassionate release motion request. You see, here's her response. On April 21, 2023, after trial, defendant was convicted of conspiracy to transfer unregistered machine guns and four counts of transferring unregistered machine guns. Again, for the auto key card, a drawing on a metal piece. At sentencing, this court calculated his guidelines range as 121 to 151 months in prison based on a criminal history category and a total offense level of 32. In sentencing to defend into only 60 months in prison, this court granted him a substantial downward variance. The defendant now moves for compassionate release and a sentence reduction pursuant to the First Step Act and Amendment 821. The defendant purported extraordinary and compelling reasons for the reduction he seeks are neither extraordinary nor compelling. He has already benefited from a substantial downward variance in his sentence. He does not qualify for a zero point offender reduction under this chapter and section because his offense involved the transfer of firearms. No, it wasn't a firearm. It was a little metal business card. And the sentencing factors under this chapter and section do not support a reduction in this case. The court should deny his motion. Not extraordinary and compelling. Yet it was extraordinary and compelling enough for you, Laura Kofer-Taylor, to delay the trial so you could seek your own treatment. There's a lot of things I want to say right now, but I'm trying to be a better person. But look here at Laura Kofer-Taylor and anybody else in the DOJ that is watching this, you got your win, you took your victory lap. It's time to do the right thing here. I'm not saying or advocating that anyone who's in prison who develops a terminal illness should walk free. What I am saying is that this isn't justice. This is retribution. To deny someone the same grace that you demanded and benefited from during trial is just wrong. It really is. So within 20 minutes, now mind you, here in Hillsdale County, you call the Sheriff's Department and say, hey, somebody's shooting at me and I've got a major situation here. We'll try and get a car there within half hour to 45 minutes. In 20 minutes, we had two teams rolling. We had everything in place. We rolled into front tier or outside of front tier. I rolled right into front tier. And we had one team set up. It's still side to front tier. The other one was sitting a little farther back, brought in air assets. And by the time we were done, within an hour, the Hillsdale County Sheriff's Department decided maybe they didn't want to get into a fight because we were ready to put the heat down today. And that's how we need to respond. It's no longer, well, can we talk to you? Can we call? You know, there's gotta be a solution here. The solution was very simple. We're gonna roll in. You decide you wanna progress. It all didn't work. That's what we show up for. We're not there to pussyfoot around. We're not going to talk to you because there is no longer no negotiations. Hoover's only real crime was that he stood up against the ETF's unconstitutional abuse of power and he poked them and they didn't like it and they made an example of him. He spoke out, used his voice, and now they're trying to make an example of him again. In their response to his motion for compassionate release, the DOJ said the seriousness of the offense outweighs his current medical status. They also claim that his health can be adequately managed in prison. You'd think that the DOJ had bigger problems to deal with, you know, like violent criminals, cartel smugglers, actual threats to national security, but no, they're still focused on silencing a YouTuber with cancer. Now this is the same government that lectures us about compassion and equity. Yet here they are determined to let a man rot in a cell because he had the balls to criticize their power.
