You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down church and leave farms and keep our country deep. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit so their children may be saved. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children fear and be a slave? It is the 17th year of open, obvious, and in your face, Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2025, old earth calendar, 2025, Battle for the Republic, book three. The dark, or forgive me, a dark anniversary. Make sure you get the title right. And of course it's also the 250th anniversary of the shot heard around the world and it is day... 6 of the siege of Boston by irregular but well organized militia versus the regulars of the British Empire, the ATF, FBI, Homeland Security of the Day, versus the American Firearm Center. Again, the siege continues and with success, although there's going to be a betrayal either today or tomorrow in the anniversary, there's a betrayal by three individuals who end up being Tory sympathizer spies working inside the militia ranks. They jump the wall, so to speak. They jump the fence and run into Boston after they have spied on the defense slash siege operations to surround the British and they thought that they would provide the information, the British would sortie out and that would be the end of the militia. But that isn't what happened. And one of the reasons is that, well, they actually had accommodation for the possibility and more probability of betrayal. And so when the event took place, militia forces very quickly shifted to other locations, reconfigured their defensive structure and their block of the neck, which was the most critical, the neck there at Boston. And the Brits got little or nothing, and the good thing is that the spies, having jumped the fence, couldn't jump the fence and come back. Oops. Yeah, it's cool. In other words, there's, yeah, it's negative, but it's a positive. In other words, there was a benefit. got rid of some turds. Well, didn't get rid of them. They ended up leaving with the rest of the regular subjects when Boston was evacuated by the British military in general at the end of the siege, of course. So anyway, it is a beautiful, now slightly wet and rainy Friday afternoon here in the bottom of the state of Michigan. We are going into the work weekend with militia activities, pretty extensive. I understand. There are a few things. Well, oh, I do need to tell you a little story. Let me tell you a little story about a monkey killer. No, no, that's the Triune, Good, Bad, and the Ugly thing. Actually, it starts out with what? For a fistful of dollars, for a few dollars more, and then the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, the Triune movie. Yeah, let me tell you about the bounty killers. Well, we're not gonna tell you about the bounty killers right now What we're gonna talk about is we found a stunga shoots. You might recall I was I'm just quite excited about this still am it was a barn find but initially it was actually a runner that somebody had picked up back in the glorious days of the 50s and 60s when you could order stuff like this from Century Arms International, you know, old CIA. And the stuff was cheap, ridiculously cheap. Well, here's the thing I'm going to remind you about when you're dealing with armored vehicles. There are three grades. There's standard grade, which is usually the Rent to Revolution grade of armor that is sold. as mil-spec, ready to fight, typically all weapons on board, night vision, thermal can be there, radio communications, etc. That's a standard A vehicle. A B vehicle is used, although may be rebuilt, and that's what we were buying were the factory rebuilt, for instance, these ferrets, the Saracens, the Saladin armored cars along with the stalwarts a lot of those were rebuilt grade B although they were actually won't rated grade A Because of the rebuild that was done by Rolls-Royce years ago. Those were British vehicles Then there's grade C. Now grade C isn't quite the worst, but grade C is well close to what we call monument grade. Oh my, that doesn't sound good. No, it's not good. What it means is if you have monument grade, it's been sitting. Think about what that word means something. So monument grade in the render revolution industry is it's a parker that nobody was taking care of or maybe the whole whole bone yard was like that. And to move it, it's going to take work. Now you've got to break everything free, etc. Well, this stoog was found in a barn, but it wasn't started out. It didn't start out being stored in a barn, probably, I would say, by what I've seen of it, maybe about 15 years ago. It's typical for surplus vehicles that we find like this, that what happens is the person gets it, they like playing with it. There's usually a group. In this case, we know that it was a group that bought a bunch of German and allied armor way back when in the northeastern part of Michigan. And there's a lot of this stuff lying around. We've accumulated most, I think, of what we, at least I grew up knowing about. I'd say growing up, I'm talking about when I was in grade school. And what's interesting is that this particular piece outside, it's in very good condition. One of the things about monument grade, you usually can't move it very easily. You've got to break everything up. In this case, the track system, the bogies, everything's in good. But this had been outside, and this is what happens. The base of the vehicles, and most armored vehicles, are pretty much watertight, the base. Now, the upper areas, you usually have overlapping steel covers and panels or whatever, but if you're outside constantly, moisture is going to get in. Now, there are points that are drain points on the vehicle, but you have to open them. So, this is what I have found, I'd say, with probably 20% of the armor that we've picked up. And in this case, what happened is the engine compartment which did exactly what it was supposed to do, was sealed up so water wouldn't come in. Well, it also keeps water in. So lifting up certain points, initially looking into the engine compartment on the top, it looks typical, you know, used World War II, you know, production type equipment. So you run into trucks like this all the time. Like I said, there's a couple trucks down the road I'm looking at that are flatheads. Typical for the era, they're late 1950s, 2.5 ton non-military but they may have been military used. They're not like M35s or M37s or anything like that. But in this case, the lower engine compartment is rusty. Let's just say it's going to take a lot. We're going to pull the engine pack anyway. But this is typical, so don't get frustrated. Some people were making comments like, Oh, that's horrible. My God, what are we going to do? It's like, well, look at it. See the problems? Yep, see the problems? Those are what you're going to have to fix. Now, the other thing I've always wanted to do, I've been in a lot of the vehicles at Fort Knox at the museum back in my younger years when I was a little more rambunctious along with the guys I ran with in the military. When we were down at Fort Knox, if you waited until after dark, you could quietly waddle over there into the park, the museum park, and check things out, get inside, the whole nine yards. Well, we did. We're supposed to be there, but we did. Okay, so I got a chance to, you know, it was inside the Hummel, there was a Panzer III, there was a Panzer IV. I've been in many pann- Shermans, a lot of Shermans. But the vehicles you could get into, the hatches, access and everything, so you get inside and go, huh, so this is how this thing fits. Well, if I'm a six-foot man, this really doesn't fit me very well. Certain vehicles aren't built for big people, okay? We're tall guys in any way, shape or form. In fact, when they drafted people into militaries, Guys, if you were 5'4 or shorter, you're going to be a tanker. They don't talk much about that. But after a while with attrition, they don't care. They don't have a choice. The Russian army was notorious. Five foot or shorter, you were going to be a tread head. You were going to be either in a P-54, 55, T-62, T-70, or I'm sorry, M-1970 or a T-72 or a T-80 or a T-90. Take your pick. And the same is true of the BMP for the crew because look how, have you ever seen how short a BMP is? So anyway, the German vehicles do offer more space for the crew, not much, but they do offer more space for a guy that typically is my size. And in this case, otherwise, the vehicle's in pretty good shape. Mechanically, everything moves, and that's a tough part right there because when stuff has been used, I've told you this many times, your rifles, again, your rifles will have the same problem if you do not take care of them. Any place where there is a contact wear point, initially it had some kind of finish on it. It could be painted, it could be anodized, it could be, you know, whatever. Parkerized, it could be parkurized. But, as the parts where you have bare metal, now as long as you clean that machine or work that machine and lubricate those parts, you prevent oxidation. However, typically with big vehicles like this, people aren't getting down into all those crooks and nannies and angles and scoots and shoots where there's all kinds of spots where stuff has to move. In this case, everything moves. I think they were smart and probably greased more than the average bear because they figured they were going to be sitting way up north and it's pretty stinking damp in the northern part of the state of Michigan, the deep dark woods. So the big thing here is that if it sits, those contact points that are bare metal, well, they oxidize. Not only they oxidize, but nature provides a natural welding process. This is why things are called monument grade with armor, as I said earlier, because all those track parts that wear, well, that's tonnage, rubbing against tonnage. We're not talking pounds, we're talking tons. And so the effect is that wherever the bare metal is, this is why it's actually preferred if you have malleable iron tracks. I know this from experience. If you had a high carbon steel track, It's more likely to oxidize to destruction, but if you have a malleable iron track, the iron will rust, but it won't fuse, and it breaks apart easily in malleable. Iron's fragile. Nope, not malleable iron. I learned this from many old tread heads and engineers who worked with heavy equipment. In fact, researching the Brengen carrier, we found out that all those track pads most were malleable iron. So guess what? We made our own. We got a founder here in Michigan, well three actually, that have patterns for our track pads cost us at the peak, like I said. The most expensive probably was closer to $1.10, but if you do several hundreds at a time, if not a few thousand, the pads cost about as little as $0.94 to $0.97. And we've had it down as cheap one year as $0.67. So we did a production run of 6,000 track pads. Each track pad is $0.99. only about maybe six inches wide and you've seen the width of a track. Those little links are actually what they'll get pinned together. Again, it's a fascinating thing to pedal with these pieces of technology. Somebody immediately said, Mark, this vehicle is worth more to sell and to use for acquiring a lot of other critical items. It's true because Used to be a vehicle like this, these Stumgeschutz 3s were a $675 vehicle from Century Arms International. It was international arms, it would be obvious it was CIA, right? But instead it's CAI. Oh, you know. But anyway, they were cheap. And ammunition was only $3 to $6, $1, $3 and $6 a round. for the 75 millimeter main gun. No way. Yes way. And in this case, this vehicle's completely the way it was purchased from CAI or whoever it was purchased from. Just like the other vehicles that were from it's stable that we've gradually tracked down. So it is fascinating. Yes, we're considering the fact that this could go into the market and pay for a lot of other stuff. Go with you, do a little research. How many Stugge shoots are out there and about? And it's a middle years model. It was obviously battlefield pickup, I won't say battlefield, a surrender pickup weapon from the end of World War II is what it probably was. There's a lot of that stuff was out there and being used by third party countries. The companies that sold the stuff, one of the biggest ones is in, as I've told you many times, Toronto, Canada. It's a classic rental revolution company that sells everything from tactical transport to armored vehicles to the combat kit for the infantrymen in uniforms, the whole nine yards. Everything to build an army. Used to go over to Toronto, you pay your American and you get the vehicle for a little less and drive them right back over the bridge, the Ambassador Bridge on a flatbed truck. Well, big ass truck, but a flatbed nonetheless. So anyway, ideas. This is a fascinating, it's not unexpected. A lot of people got frustrated when they started opening up hatches and looking at stuff and I'm going to emphasize again guys, this is all heavy machinery. It may even be rusted but don't worry, it'll clean up. It's just that yes, there's a four letter word that is a four letter swear word for everybody on the planet. W-O-R-K. We're going to have to do some. Well, that's just myself. It's going to be all the young whippersnappers because, well, I'm that old, but I've got enough to keep me busy for the next, well, until I'm done here on this planet Earth. I've got more enough to keep me busy right now, especially right now. Again, I want to say thank you for your patience. We were running a little late here for that very reason because of the many different things that I have to take care of personally. And I want to say thank you also everybody pitched in today. The noise that they're making about kicking out the first one was one and two now three individuals from the donut of destruction The reason they were kicked out is because they are not licked. They don't won't lick the ass of the Israelis The present Secretary of Defense has a political officer number two man is a is an Israeli for all practical purposes Everybody knows that Of course, the rape, kill, pillage, and burn agenda that's being demanded by the Israelis, especially the ones that are in charge of Trump, are pissed because there are certain people who in the normal train of events would actually give their opinion, which is what you're supposed to do if you're in a committee or group. Well, because they express themselves, they of course now have to be castrated and lobotomized and attacked by the same spit-swapping ring knockers everybody said they didn't like in the media. Well, lo and behold, the same turds are now attacking these three individuals and it's because they won't lick the arse slash the big bung hole of Netanyahu and the character who's the Secretary of Defense isn't supporting the people who have been with him for all three of these individuals, been with him for 10 years. I don't think they had any political inclinations or leanings in the 10 years that they were working with Heskett with regard to Veterans Affairs to you. And how would they know that he was going to be Secretary of Defense? So why were they bumped up? This is the same crap that Trump let happen the first time around when he had his own personnel that should have been there for security, for instance. And as is always the case, acquiescing to the ring knockers. And that's exactly what's going on here. I don't see this as ending any better than it did the last time. Not a surprise, not shocked. Notice I'm not, oh my God, what do we do? First of all, you have to be illusioned before you can become disillusioned. And I have not been illusioned in the first place. We understand full well the game is being played on us. The big thing we've got to be watching for is the other foot to fall with regard to the ring knockers and their plans. They've got to try and act like they got caught cold and flat-footed and, oh my God, how could this happen when in reality the thing is the event, the disaster crisis event is planned. It's absolutely planned. They're trying to get the people out of the way that would later on say, hey, we told you so. That's what they were doing by kicking these guys out of the out of the Pentagon. Oh, they were personally escorted. You know, I've seen crap like that for as long as I've been watching politics and every time that they've done it, it's usually with somebody who, oh, that's right, who isn't licking the the bung hole of Israel. And that's exactly what just happened here. So that'll get, and the idea behind this, is this will put everybody else in goose step slash lock step to acquiesce to whatever it is the Israelis demand and to not speak your mind about the subject. That's why they're doing what they're doing. So just a heads up on that one in case, you know, don't be surprised. There's nothing that's, you know, going to shock and amaze anyone here or shouldn't anyway. There's nothing here that is like, oh wow, I didn't expect that. Yes, actually we did expect that. It's exactly what we've expected. So for everybody, again, that particular piece, just understand the debris that they're throwing out there has nothing to do with the reality of what's going on. There's leaks in this, well, these people were never in critical positions. Before the posting of Mr. Hesketh, and it's interesting that he went right along with this, which means, yeah, he's already paid for. Bought and paid fo ho. That's what it comes down to. Bought and paid fo ho. We understand how that works. So let's see, next on the list, also yesterday we were talking about something. I want to bring this up again too. We were talking about Elton John. You know, it is true, something that, you know, everybody was bantering back and forth. You know, everybody was surprised when Elton John all of a sudden, you know, was nominated for the, you know, Poufta Palace Queen. That was something that really wasn't expected by anybody. Billy Joel was out there pretty much parallel with him. A bunch of other artists that you'd recognize her names were playing the same kind of music. And they were all in the same niche. They were all people, you know, you pretty well figure, okay, well, he's cool, like him. But then Elton John, of course, the term coming out, I don't know, it's probably more, well, I can't say that in the air. I gotta watch myself here. The surprise, of course, was thrown out there. with certain people but others said, well no, I'm not really surprised, not with what I've seen of him and then it made people ask questions and as we know the rest is history unfortunately, but well, unfortunately, because you at least know who he is. Not like it's, oh my god, I didn't know that he was like that. Well, now you do, sir, and because of that, we act accordingly. Rule number one, no poof does. Rule number two, have another beer. Rule number three, no poof does. And so, they carried on. But back in the day, if you listen to any of the early albums of Elton John, they are very much in the classic jingle rock slash bar tour. Maybe that's the best way to describe it. Bar tour type music. You know, like play the piano, Piano Man, remember that song? That's not Elton John. Okay, Billy Joel. But that theme, the song he sings, is kind of expressing a description of the kind of artist and where they came from and what they did. Elton John was in that class at least one time. Then he broke out those fufu glasses along with everything else. The high platform shoes and the Liberace outfits and after that there was no doubt what the hell he was. Oh my! Oh no I'm sorry I got to do that proper George Takeye. Oh my! There we go. I got it right. So Billy, you know, and Billy Joel's another one that was rather interesting. Some of the stuff came about with him but that's a side story. So next, over at, oh, we probably have time to do one. Ed, if you could, let's pull up guns and gadgets and we can fit it in. We're at the last 15 minutes of the first hour. And again, there is a bunch of stuff that's going on with the ATF, but nothing that to me is making me go, ooh, I'm expecting this to be permanent. And I will repeat again why. This is all stuff that's been done to us before and every time that they back off it's because they want us to kill somebody. Whenever they want us to get into uniform and kill somebody because it's a volunteer force, they have to back off on all the rest of their police state booby prize crap. And that's exactly what the fakes are doing right now. Okay? So, pay attention. I know that there's, oh, they've made big announcements. Guys, Jimmy Carter did everything that Biden did and all the operational groups that supported gun control back then it was Handgun Control Incorporated, remember? And what's fascinating is, well, not with Jimmy Carter, forgive me, that would be the next wave. But during that period, all the anti-gun groups did exactly what you've seen doing over and over again. The Demikins and Rhino Republicans helped to betray the gun owners and then they carry on for a bit but they got problems so they back off only to a percentage and then they kick right back in and remember George Herbert Walker Bush was the one doing exactly what now they told you, oh there was an agenda. If you read that agenda, it's the exact same agenda the neocons had when George Herbert Walker Bush was attacking firearms owners. FFL holders and... ...what appears to be huge news, guys and gals. The federal government has requested that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit stay its lawsuit against rare breed triggers, indicating that the parties are considering a settlement. This development follows a series of legal actions concerning the company's flagship product, the FRT-15, the forced reset trigger. Guys, this could be really, really big. All right, let me give you a quick catch up here. In January of 2023, the United States Department of Justice filed a civil fraud lawsuit against Rare Breed Triggers LLC, its affiliated company of rare breed firearms LLC, and the principals Lawrence D'Monico and Kevin Maxwell. Now the lawsuit alleged that the defendants sold approximately 100,000 FRT-15 devices, which the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives classified as illegal machine gun conversion devices under federal law, even though it doesn't meet the meaning of the definition. Despite receiving a cease and desist letter from the ATF in July of 21, the company continued to market and sell the FRT-15, allegedly misleading company, the customers about this legality according to the government. The government claimed that this conduct constituted mail and wire fraud as well as conspiracy to defraud the United States. all BS because it's not a machine gun. It forced reset. In September 23, the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, granted a preliminary injunction barring rare breed triggers from selling the FRT-15 and similar devices. And the court found that the government was likely to succeed on the merits of the claims and that the defendant's actions had placed tens of thousands of customers at risk of criminal prosecution. Remember, ATF was starting to go door to door for these things. Now, rare breed triggers appeal the preliminary injunction to the Second Circuit arguing that the FRT-15 does not meet the statutory definition of a machine gun, and they're 100% right, and that the company's representations about their product's legality were made in good faith. The appellate court has not yet ruled on this appeal. Now, recently, the federal government filed a motion with the Second Circuit to stay the proceedings, means stop it, stating that the parties are engaged in settlement discussions. The motion suggests that the resolution may be forthcoming, although details of the potential settlement have not been disclosed publicly. The outcome of this case could have significant implications for the regulation of firearm accessories like force reset triggers. While the ATF has classified such devices as machine guns, illegally and unconstitutionally, some courts have questioned the agency's authority to make such determinations without explicit congressional authorization. For instance, a federal district court in Texas granted a preliminary injunction against ATF's enforcement of its force reset trigger ban, finding that the agency's interpretation of the term machine gun was likely unlawful. likely. Now as settlement discussions proceed stakeholders on both sides of the gun regulation debate are closely monitoring the case for its potential to set precedence in firearms law and regulatory authority. Unless you are taught to think, again, by turning the pattern inside out, looking at it objectively, It is an issue of how I was taught by fortune and by the hand of God, my parents and other people that were my family members who were pretty bright and not real noisy. But they taught me how to observe. That is the best gift that my dad gave me was how to observe, how to stop and think while everyone else is panicking. Okay, step back for a minute and look around, look at the patterns. Now part of this I learned myself, I mean progressively because of life's experience, but you watch the flow and the tides as that book. Morgan, every time that the economy was ready to collapse, During each one of those little depressions that started out, which by the way is the closest thing that a recession could be compared to because in reality it was a minor depression that we were having and that's exactly what we had experienced many times throughout the history of the country. Not lasting decades, but lasting for one to three years. So they were known, they were part of the cycle of the economy and the only thing that would have fixed it would be for America to honor the Jubilee. And to a degree, in the middle years of our country, they actually did that. We actually had the equivalent to a Jubilee intercession taking place because of the nature of our American or our American founding processes. which were integrated into the economy. They were a natural part of the economy. Progressively, as the Jewish mob and the parasites get into the US, which they weren't before, step by step you see a march towards the totalitarian mechanism you see now. They literally, because you take the straw man bond and embrace it and utilize it and monetize it the way the system does. Well you can't do that. Well they did. And it totally changed the world. The contrary to everybody, well the Patriot movement did have, guys the Patriot movement has had phenomenal effect on the battlefield. There are many different aspects of it, especially with all the, from the economic to the religious, to the military, because militia is a military element. It is the foundational military element of our form of government. And we retook it, re-embraced it, as many patriots before us have. We're not new. We're not the ones who thought it up. We simply embraced what it is that the founders had established from the very beginning. And it is the critical element to anyone that comes to understanding our liberty. If you don't back it with ass, you can yap until you're blue in the face. They'll just drag you out, put you against the wall, and shoot you. Why? Who's resisting? It's that simple. What are you doing? You aren't resisting. You just let them drag you over to the wall. And well, they're going to be so inspired by my argument. See, that was the problem with most of our people who were in the administrative end of activities in the 90s. And I argue, and my point is, what happens is they become enraptured by the administrative process. But unfortunately in doing so, they ensnare themselves in the mechanism, and it becomes, as a, well, more important than the actual liberty or freedom process that we created here. Study not too closely the enemy's, study not too close the enemy lest his methods become yours. And unfortunately, that's what happened. People became so adept in particular aspects of the system and how it works that they embraced it and they refused to leave it. In other words, there's a point where the reason that we're fighting on that venue is to destroy it, to beat it down, and then dust off our cloaks and walk away. But the problem is people have spent so much time working out the spaghetti pile that is this haphazard, intentionally confusing system. It's not accidentally confusing. It's intentionally confusing. So it can be arbitrarily used. And they become so entrenched, so enamored by it that they refuse to cast it aside. Or to remember that the only reason we're here is because we were forced into this battlefield. But it's not our place. It's not ours. It's an alien occult mechanism that we should be casting down. And because we keep, quote unquote, buying time, what are we buying time for? So we can let the enemy ransack, rape, kill, pillage, and burn more of our people? Well, we got to be peaceable, really. Why? What's that got in us? Well look, they're ratcheting back right now. See, that's what this all came from. The bullshit that they're ratcheting back. They're not ratcheting. The only thing they're doing is, like I said, they want us to kill somebody for them. They need us up there to do it. They need the fighters to do it. So they have to baffle everybody with bullshit and claim that they're doing something that they're not. Then in reality there is a very sick Agenda and their their logic is everybody will just go to brain fart forget the forget the past. We're going to start off with a little rondo walk productions of their YouTube page. College grads upset about repaying their student loans, exclamation point. I think that's funny. You know, we took a loan out. We expect to pay it back. I'm too smart to be, you'll hear it, I've already seen this one. But thank you guys for posting that. This is the Department of Education. Recently, under Linda McMahon, the Secretary of Education, the DOE announced that it will resume collections of its defaulted federal student loan portfolio. In other words, it's going after people who have stopped making student loan payments. The DOE points out that it has not collected undefaulted loans since March 2020. Resuming collections protects taxpayers from shouldering the cost of federal student loans that borrowers willingly undertook to finance their post-secondary education. And the reaction to the Trump administration trying to get people to pay back their student loans was predictable. Well they just dropped the student loan bomb. F***. The federal government just announced that it's coming for your loans and collections begin May 5th for student loan debt. If you're in default, they can garnish your wages. They can take your tax return and they can even take like your benefits like Social Security. And if you still can't pay it and you default, they're going to send you to collections. Oh no! Yeah, you heard that correctly. Slow bars with C Social Security checks can disappear over default. The Trump administration don't give a damn about the millions of Americans who are currently behind on a student loan following the end of the pandemic and all the changes to the loan system. Are we forgetting that we're in a recession? Are we forgetting that the pandemic is still happening? Like we're still in a pandemic. COVID didn't just like poof disappear. And that the five years that has happened where there was like forgiveness and pause, whatever, that it just was a fun time. But for the past five years, The majority of borrowers have been in an interest-free forbearance and haven't been required to pay anything. What, are we supposed to extend it to 10 years? 15 years? According to the DOE, more than 5 million borrowers have not made a monthly payment in over 360 days and sit in default, many for more than 7 years, and 4 million borrowers are in late-stage delinquency. As a result, there could be almost 10 million borrowers in default in a few months. When this happens, almost 25% of the federal student loan portfolio will be in default. And oh, that is completely unacceptable, right? Right? It's the part that behooves me, right? Donald Trump and his administration approved a lot of people getting PPP loans with millions of dollars that gave them Not just housing them seeds, we pay the loans back. There are Republican congresspeople who owed millions of dollars to the government in the form of PPP loans. But yet, he's shaking you down instead. PPP loans. Great example. Yeah. Yeah, well, paycheck protection program loans are not remotely comparable to student loans. PPP loans were essentially compensation from the federal government to businesses for shutting down most of the country due to COVID. These loans kept the United States from going into a massive depression along with avoiding a 40 to 50 percent unemployment rate. PPP loans were designed to be fully forgiven as long as businesses met certain requirements like keeping employee counts and employee wages stable. And if they didn't, then they would be obligated to pay it back. On the other hand, there is nothing in a loan agreement that says that if you meet certain requirements, then you don't have to pay it back. So comparing PPP loans with student loans is idiotic. What about the bankruptcy too? Like I wonder, you know, the president, I wonder where that money went. Does anyone else find it odd that people complain about average Americans wanting student loan forgiveness but then support a billionaire who's had hundreds of millions of loans forgiven and filed six bankruptcies. So Donald Trump has taken out hundreds of millions of loans and has had them all forgiven. Makes sense to me, what's your problem? But you have to love that argument. I shouldn't have to pay my loans back because of orange man bad. But the reality is Trump himself has never personally filed for bankruptcy. As PolitiFact pointed out in 2016, Trump has actually filed Chapter 11 six times. Four times within two years in the 1990s, once more in 2004, and once more in 2009. But experts told us Trump shouldn't bear all the responsibility as the majority of bankruptcies happened as the overall casino industry struggled. And while six bankruptcies might seem like a lot, consider that the Trump Organization owns approximately 500 companies. So in context, it's not really a bad track record. Breaking news, anyone who has student loans or is applied for federal financial aid is at risk. Look, this is an alarmist, this is personal to me. I took out over $100,000 of loans to finish law school. Says the congressman who is worth tens of millions of dollars and has been accused of trying to obfuscate his financials. But you know, it's personal. For five years, there's been a forbearance on student loans. No one has had to pay these loans back to the government if they can't afford it. Donald Trump is changing that. And that's the point. Millions of borrowers have not had to make a single payment for over five years. Also, it's to say that these people can't afford it. I've been playing a Catch Me If You Can game with them student loans for a very long time. So I'm still going to continue to play that same game after May 5th. I don't know who these people think they are trying to take money back for a degree. I'd understand if I owed something for something serious. A degree? You want me to pay you for me being an educated, upstanding individual in this society? I need to now pay you because I'm intelligent and a great civilian. Girl, don't do it. It's not worth it. A forbearance just means that you don't have to make payments for a certain amount of time, but your interest is still going to accrue. And yes, you can declare bankruptcy, but the chances of it eliminating your student debt is slim to none. You gotta be a special kind of dumb and a special kind of bootlicker to want repayment of these student loans to take into effect. Y'all are pieces of f***ing s***. There's no redeeming qualities in you at all. All it sounds like to me is that you were too f***ed down to go to college and you think that because someone did go to college they think they're better than you and now you want them to suffer. You guys are f***ing losers. You f***ers that keep saying, why should my tax dollars pay for other people's student loans? One, go f*** yourself. You actually get hands-on experience. You know, Electrical manufacturing, I don't know if there are any manufacturing trade schools left. I know one of them got closed down in Michigan when they took out the big auto plant because they were using that building for classes and they tore it down. Go ahead. Yeah, even though I have a degree, I still end up going to a trade school and then I started my own business. So yeah, it worked out better for me anyway. If I were to do it all over again, I would never even stepped into college for even the first day. It's just, it's useless. You literally learn nothing. You walk away from there after four years with zero skills. Other than the crap that they tried to indoctrinate you with, Well, yeah, the stories I've heard of somebody, they send their kids fresh out of high school, they send them to college, you know, so it starts about mid-August. The kid comes home for Thanksgiving and absolutely hates his parents, you know, and before that they had a great relationship with their kid and everything, and now the kid's just crossing that with parents, calling them all these horrible things, and it's like, it's only been three months. What the heck are they doing over there? This is massive breaking news Trump DOJ won't defend nonviolent felon law in SCOTUS. So again, and this is from the four boxes diner and we'll play that real quick. Again, this was requested for us to play during the intelligence report earlier this week. We just didn't get it in there. It's a 15 minute video. We probably have just enough time to get that in. For breaking news, the Donald Trump Department of Justice has just decided not to, not to seek cert from the Supreme Court in the Brian Range case, which means that the decision, the 13-2 decision by the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit is the law of that circuit and has set the precedent to restore, arguably, millions of people's Second Amendment rights. Let's break it down when we come back. Alright we have major breaking news. The deadline for the United States Department of Justice under Attorney General Pam Bondi and President Donald J. Trump has come and gone. That deadline expired at midnight just hours ago and that deadline was for the United States government to seek search from the United States Supreme Court in its major loss, its major loss in the Third Circuit in the range case which knocked out a major component of federal gun control law. That's right. 18 U.S.C. 922 G1 says that people that have been convicted of a felony as defined by federal law which can sometimes include a misdemeanor conviction under state law that constitutes a felony under federal law. Those people that have been convicted under the definition of felony are disarmed and lose their second amendment rights for the rest of their lives. They are permanently disarmed under that federal gun control statute 18 U.S.C. 922 G1, 19-20- actually 922 G and then some but 922 G1 specifically deals with felons. As you may recall, in the Bryan Range v. Garland case, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit covering New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, three major states, found in a 13-to-2 en bant decision, post-Proheme, that indeed non-violent felons with no history of dangerousness convicted of a crime that has no connection to violence or danger, in this case it was a food stamp fraud case. that Brian Range was convicted of back in 1995 or whatever it was years ago. And the Third Circuit said that those people who've been convicted of a quote unquote felony with no connection to dangerousness or violence cannot be permanently disarmed. They cannot lose their right to keep their arms under the Second Amendment, which means that as applied to arguably millions of Americans today who've been convicted of felonies with no connection to violence or dangerousness. Under this precedent, if it holds true for the country of range, guess what? They can no longer be disarmed. This is a big deal, folks, because historically, when a federal gun control law has been declared unconstitutional, the knee-jerk reaction has always been, always been for the United States government, through its Department of Justice, to seek cert from the United States Supreme Court. to get a ruling that says that federal law, that federal crime law, that federal gun control law was constitutional. That was true both for anti-gun Democrats, whether it be Merrick Garland, the attorney general for Joe Biden, or Janet Reno, the attorney general for Bill Clinton. Thank you for Waco, Janet Reno. I digress. Or it also includes law and order conservatives. The Solicitor General, the Department of Justice for George W. Bush, George H. W. Bush, and so on. The point being that Donald Trump's Department of Justice has just made a major turn and taken an exit off the highway of gun control in a way we've never seen in modern American history. We have a president of the United States and a Department of Justice in a case involving the declaration that a federal gun control law is unconstitutional, at least as applied to Brian Range. This is not a facial challenge, this is an as applied challenge. But you had a gun control law, a federal gun control law being declared unconstitutional as applied to an individual Brian Range and arguably obviously a category of people like Brian Range. And the Department of Justice, rather than seek and cert from the United States Supreme Court to have that law declared constitutional, the Donald Trump Department of Justice with Pam Bonney decided not to seek cert, which means this is a huge win for the Second Amendment. because this precedent of range stands on the books. It will not be overturned by the United States Supreme Court because the Supreme Court will not have an opportunity to hear the case because Donald J. Trump and Pam Bonney have decided not to seek cert. Now, there was a strategic argument that they should have sought cert and tried to get a ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court that reaffirmed the Brian Range decision, but there's also a different strategy that makes maybe more sense. Which appears to be the strategy that the Donald Trump administration is going through to advance the Second Amendment rights when it comes to nonviolent felons who have been convicted of a crime that disarms them for life under 18 U.S.C. 922 G1 and maybe the other aspects of prohibited people under 922 G. Specifically, in light of this decision, by the range court in the Third Circuit 13-2 written by somebody who could have been on the U.S. Supreme Court and maybe should have been, Judge Thomas Hardiman wrote the opinion 13-2 for the Third Circuit with the support of other colleagues, including Stephanos Vibas, who may very well be on the Supreme Court. He's certainly a short-lister. But again, we'll have to see what happens if there's a vacancy on the Supreme Court in the next few years. Again, the range decision by the Third Circuit was a blowout. It was 13 judges that said this was unconstitutional under the Second Amendment. and only two dissenting judges that disagreed. This was a blowout. This is setting the precedent for the Trump administration to now do what I think they're going to be doing administratively, which is to start up the administrative restoration of rights program, which is on the book statutorily, but was assigned to the ATF to do, and then the ATF was denied the money to do so by law and order Republicans and Congress and the Democrats that hate guns. But as I've reported on this channel before, that restoration of rights process that was assigned to the ATF appears to be moving out of the ATF to the Department of Justice generally. And as we've reported on before, it's reported that Mel Gibson and others have already had their rights restored under the Second Amendment. And this, I think, is just the beginning. This is the warm-up. These are the precedents being set. So as we sit here right now, this is how I think this is playing out and why I think this is major and huge and fantastic news for our second amendment rights. You now have this major ruling of Brian Range that says that nonviolent felons, in many instances, cannot be disarmed for life. Number one. Number two is you have the US Supreme Court decision that a lot of people reported was bad for us and I told you it was good for us and you'll see why right now. That's the United States versus Rahimi case. In addition to range saying that nonviolent felons cannot be disarmed under that federal gun control law because the Second Amendment overrides it, you also have the Rahimi decision that although Mr. Rahimi himself lost that case, the precedent set by the US Supreme Court was that even if you're violent, you cannot be permanently disarmed. It says if you're violent you can be temporarily disarmed, assuming there's a fighting effect that you are indeed violent danger to others. And that language from the Rahini case about temporary disarmament suggests, of course, that that's different than permanent disarmament, which is what 18 U.S.C. 922-G generally does. If you're on that list of prohibited people, you're permanently disarmed for the rest of your life. So you got the Raze precedent, you got the Mahini precedent dealing with temporary disarmament, which I explained to you was great at the time. A lot of people disagree with me. I said, no, it's going to help. You'll see. And now you'll see right now. And then the third thing going on, of course, is we know that the Department of Justice is starting up that restoration process of rights because we know they're moving all that away from the ATF to the Department of Justice generally. Now, when you take those three things together, you have now set the precedent. for individuals who have lost their rights for life to be able to apply at some point soon, I suspect, to the federal government, to the Department of Justice to have their rights restored. Because the Trump administration in light of the fact that that raised decision was not overturned, no one saw it. It's now the precedent. Remember how I explained to you that every legal win is a precedent. It's a brick that you use to build your wall around the Second Amendment. And the range decision is not just a brick, it's a cinder block that we can use to protect our rights. And it is a hook. If I were in the Trump administration, I would clearly use the range victory, 13 to do a lopsided victory in support of the Second Amendment. I would use that as a major precedent combined with that language from Rahimi, combined with moving the restoration of rights process away from the ATF to the rest of DOJ to get around that rule that Congress imposed that denied the ATF funding to do the restoration of rights program. And that was the game that was played. The Republicans and Democrats teamed up to say in their congressional bills that the ATF was denied money and could not spend money to restore the rights of individuals otherwise disarmed under 922 G of the Federal Gun Control Act. That has now been moved to a different part of DOJ that is not restricted. by that rider, if you will, by Congress that always specifically says that ATF cannot spend money restoring rights. It doesn't say that the Department of Justice cannot spend money, which is, I think, a reason why the Department of Justice is moving their Restoration of Rights program away from the ATF to another part of DOJ so they can start to restore rights again. So when you put all this together in a gestalt, if you will, into a basket, into a pot, and stir it up as a soup, it seems to me The Trump administration, thanks to Rage, thanks to Rehemie, thanks to the moving of the Restoration Rights away from ATF, and the fact that they want to start supporting the Second Amendment, they have now set in motion, as I see it, the opportunity and the wherewithal and the resources necessary to restore the rights of arguably millions of people. who have lost their second-born rights for the rest of their lives because of that federal gun control law, 8 U.S.C. 922G1 in particular. But I also think it will apply to the other prohibited people under 922G generally, including those that have suffered in the past, let's say involuntary commitment, maybe court-martials, things along these lines. But again, we'll talk about those specific things and how I think it should be done in a future video. But the point is today, This is a major breaking news story that the Trump administration allowed the deadline of midnight last night to expire and they did not seek sir from the united states supreme court to get a ruling from the supreme court that the range decision in support of the second amendment was wrong we decided because any other administration in modern american history whether they be a democrat or republican would've sought sir from the supreme court to get a ruling that that federal gun control law was totally hunky-dory and constitutional and wonderful and all this other nonsense that's what they would have done but the donald trade Donald J. Trump administration with Attorney General Pam Bondi and their leadership team over there at the White House and the Department of Justice have decided we're not going to do it. We're going to let that powerful precedent written by Judge Thomas Hardiman, who could have been on the Supreme Court, we're going to let that precedent stand on the books. It will be the law of the Third Circuit in particular, but it can also be the precedent needed for the restoration of rights program at the Department of Justice to be deployed to restore possibly the rights of millions of people. Of course, we'll have to see how all this plays out, but it's pretty clear if you're looking at the tea leaves, if you're watching the trend, if you're reading the runes, pick the medal for what you want, it's extremely, extremely good news and extremely, potentially fantastic news for millions of Americans who have been disarmed and have lost their Second Amendment rights. And now there's hope, real hope. It's not real heavy rain. It's just enough to be inconvenient. bottom of the state from the, I'd say, Northern Ohio all the way up through to the middle of Michigan. We've got rain coming in. It squalls, and it's classic time of year. In other words, this is what we see during the spring, and everything's in bloom. All of the plants are popping out everywhere. Beautiful. Of course, we have our tulip wave coming in. That happens. And right now, phenomenal growth across the board. By the way, looking at the fruit trees, this is going to be a record grow season, so be ready for that. It is going to be very interesting to see how production keeps up because things can happen. There are things that can completely change the situation, but it's not likely we're looking at monster blooms with all the pit fruits, all of the apples, crab apples, even the dogwood and everything else out there is just looking rich. So I figured this is going to be like two years ago where we had a surfy in every category. I even got crab apple. little crabapple trees to grow which is a very rare. Most crabapples are used for splicing and grafting from almost all of the fruit tree production is done with crabapple, but it's not done with grown crabapple as in from seed. It typically is grafting from one to the other off of a root spore, a root advance that takes place. You see them all the time they pop up. In the bottom of the state here, we have a lot of non-hybrid heritage plants. One of the things I'm fortunate to have is a series of different breeds of crab apple trees that are heritage. They really produce well. I try to promote them. I've got about 20 some sprouts that are now in their second and third year. They're really kicking in this year on top of everything else. So I'm very satisfied with the grow because again, we want to promote wild production everywhere that we can. And to do that, we need these kinds of Little poppers out there to get the job done and they are doing a very fine job. So we're gonna keep an eye on them also Again for everybody this is going to be as I said a good growing season wheat production Pay attention bottom of Michigan last year. We got a lot way ahead of schedule on a lot of the work there and right now Winter wheat is is way ahead of schedule. Also we have I would say a double the production that we had last year in the fields. Watching some of the other, haven't had a chance to talk to some of the local farmers about what they're putting in as the next priority crop this year, but I did notice a bunch of rye. That's kind of interesting. Of course, rye is used, it's not so much a crop that you would see purchased, but it's a revitalization crop, usually, which is let it go so far and plowed under, and it helps to revitalize soil without chemicals. But it's also very popular for deer. If you want to bring the deer in, let's say you'd like to harvest more Bambi, putting in patches of rye is a very good choice if you didn't know that. So if you put a little patch of rye in the back 40, the deer will come. If you build it, they will come. And then they will be eaten. Pop, pop, boom, boom, as we know. Nummy, nummy. So just something to think about there. Again, rye and excellent, both a revitalization crop, but also a way to kind of stack the deer harvest. That's the only way to describe it. We're going to stack the deck here, poor things. Well, I don't just randomly kill deer, but if I'm going to do it, it's with a purpose. And again, to the meat house slash the Smokehouse or whatever is where she's a going or well he preferably not she Try not to kill does if you kill a doe you've killed four deer in two years I don't you guys have ever heard that before But now if you're trying to reduce the population if you're not thin out the population you take out the doe population to a degree and you reduce the amount of quote-unquote vermin that you deal with in in with crops That's why farmers get what are called block permits because they want to thin the herds up because the herds are nibbling off all of the best of what the farmer produces. Well, he's not producing for free. He's trying to get something out of his crop. But if you kill a doe, you kill three deer in two years because you're going to lose the next drop, whatever it might be. But usually they have twins. So, at least every second year, if not after the first year, they typically will have twins. They survive the first year, you're going to see another set. And the problem is, you kill Bambi off and you kill Bambi's brother and maybe Bambi's sister or whatever combination in addition to not just killing Bambi's mom. Heads up on that one. Another reason you need to plan your harvesting properly so that you don't do damage to the herd. You want to see force multiplication. Most people, they won't do that. They'll just randomly slaughter when the time comes if times get hard. We know tourists. It's notorious. It's the way people are. The land will go silent. That's a term they used to use in Russia. The land is silent. What did they mean by that? Well, everything off the land. Bambi, muskrats, it didn't mean it was what it was. If it could be eaten, it was eaten. And eventually, you had to go a long ways to run into anything in the way of a living animal that you actually could hunt and eat. Everybody goes, well, live off the land. Really? You know anything historically about massive starvation by the government? These are some of the end results. The land will go silent, so we need to be prepared to try and keep that from happening. Also, as I've pointed out several times for you guys, building AR-15s, but also if you have a lot of ARs in your inventory, and everybody does, even if none of you listening built any more AR-15s, it's the dominant rifle. I know for sure that it outnumbers the M1 carbine and the M1 Garand now in terms of the number of AR-15s that we have in Patriot hands. It's millions, we don't know what the total number is because it's been 50 years worth of production. 50 years of production of the AR-15 goes from 2025 back to 1975. That's all modern times. And 1975-76 is when the first AR-15 receivers started to show up in the market and people could take advantage of all the surplus M16A1 parts that were out there. Some are a little more expensive, but they have more parts. So you want to do the math on that. And again, if there are spare parts past what you have, put them in your spare parts kit. You should try to collect as many spare parts as possible for your air 15s because you don't know what's going to get damaged bent folded spindled or mutilated or Just worn down So now our time to take advantage of it. Go ahead call we jump in there. Yeah, it's excellent Yeah, besides the spring and that That little plastic shaft you were talking about, what about the donut or the O-ring? Should it be replaced also at the same time or do they go a little longer? Typically they'll go a little longer. I've not had so much a problem with that, but the parts are so cheap there's no reason not to buy them. You need to buy, for instance, well, if you're looking at the basic list going down the bolt carrier, They had the Katerki type retainer pin for, I think, $0.78. And it's a mil-spec pattern pin. They have the rings for pennies right now. Well, I think you can buy them in sets. The gas rings, for instance, you can get three for $1.25. But they may have checked price may have changed because they have different things that are on sale But you are correct and given point if you're going to do general rebuild Then these are the basic where parts that need to be changed out if you know it's kind of like you bring it into the garage put the car on the hoist and figure that that that that and that and she should run for another hundred thousand miles I would point out that with most of the colts the biggest problem We've had is a little feature. We were just talking about Again, the recovery spring and the plunger. Now, the thing about colts, I brought this up yesterday too, is that they actually, Colt was the one who came up with a solution for that little plunger that they thought was the first choice. And what they did is they actually changed it up so that there is a machined kit. on the bottom side towards the bolt. Forgive me, towards the bolt. And all you need is the spring. Now, I don't know how in the long haul those work, how well they've worked, because most companies did not go over to that idea. But Colt did produce it. I ran into it a lot, especially in the Italian era Colts during the 90s. That was the number one problem. When we had thousands of parts sitting there, we'd like, man, this rifle does not want to function. And it turned out that over and over again, the first thing we'd always go to is that particular issue, and that would usually settle it. But as far as gas rings, I would say any small part that we can put on the shelf needs to be there in the first place. And if you're going to change everything out to rebuild the bulk carrier, number one, you might as well change it. You could change it a lot. It's not really, it doesn't take very long to do that, obviously. But I would also not throw out the old parts, which I also have to emphasize. Well, then you've got a bunch of jump parts laying around. No, you have parts that are worn that are laying around. But if a part fractures or breaks, And we find out, let's say in the long haul, that we're shooting guns a lot. Tex, Max, you do a lot of competition shooting, right? Yes. Okay, so there are certain parts that if you pay attention to what everybody's having issues with, you kind of know that there are certain things you probably want to have ready in a kit. like an immediate action kit to deal with the problem. And that's one of the things that eventually we're going to find out when we take what are American commercially made parts. We get into a conflict and we're using these weapons daily. We're going to see what kind of wear and tear factor there is that we can identify. And it's going to be obvious at some point you're going to get breakage, not just wear. Now, if I have a bad part that's like maybe causing an extraction issue, but it works most of the time, that part in a rifle that just had a broken part and I don't have any more parts for, that tired part is better than no part. See what I mean? Because certain parts, you know, some companies are going to have, what we're going to find is in the long, long haul. is that the part, because of tempering, choice of materials, it could simply be, again, the way the materials were forged or cut, as far as with the magnetized grain of the metal. If you do it right, well, guess what? Maybe they didn't. And there's going to be a consistent breakage repeatedly identified. We need to be prepared before that happens by retaining as many parts as possible because this changes the enemy's math formula about survivability of our rifles. And that's something that they actually do count on. I've said before, the basic rule, I was in the classes, I was at USECS, the basic rule with trying to thwart guerrilla warfare operations that you want to control If you don't send any spare parts, the average lifespan for a complement of arms dropped in by a government to an insurgency unit or an operational unit is about two years, sometimes less. The best example of this is during the, when the Contras were fighting. The Contras were given a quantity of G21 belt-fed G3 rifles. They were a good weapon. They were literally brand new out of the box, which was kind of amazing. They gave them these guns. But here's the thing that they didn't know is it ain't the razor, it's the blades. The G3 belt-fed eats a lot of parts and had a lot of breakage issues if it's used heavily. Well, the only weapon they had in a squad gun, so they used it quite heavily, and it only took six months, and every one of those brand new G21s that they had were stacked over in the corner of a grass hut, totally dysfunctional. And the same people who gave them the guns wouldn't give them any spare parts. You know who that was? That was us. and the Israelis because the Israelis were running the arms industries. We couldn't send American equipment there. So the Israelis using the Germans, that's why they were HK's. Think about this, HK's are a stupid price. Even in the rental revolution market, HK's as far as new guns are a stupid price, crazy price. But what's interesting is in Central America with all these dirt poor countries, they're all running around with HK's. Well, why are they running around with HK's back in the 80s? Well, and also in South America. It's because, first of all, the Jewish-run Congress agreed to a ban on the sale of American arms to Central America and South America, and the same Israelis who blocked American interests in going into those markets literally commanded the market as arms traders out of Israel and out of Iran. And so they, having the, you know, controlling the Germans by their little short hairs, they got them by the gonads, they got whatever they wanted for bargain basement, and they sold it for top dollar into the Caribbean, into Central America and South America. So that's why those HKs were there. But again, how long did they last? Now, we should learn lessons. And one of the things that this tells us is that the other side figures, yeah, they probably have to fight us. But the average American has a shoe-sized IQ, has a tendency to, you know, rah, rah, rah, but not necessarily think long-term. I'm not talking about the way we look at ourselves, but the enemy does. And rightly so with a lot of people that are in the shallow hell category. But in reality, if everybody gets on the bandwagon with this, there is no possibility of stopping an American militia force from being able to perform its mission. And we need the spare parts and the entire inventory system at the lowest possible denominator at the lowest level of organization so that nobody has to wait to be able to get the parts they need to keep their weapons running. Now how heavily you're going to use the weapons is going to determine parts replacement. So are you going to take your lever action Marlin and wail away with several hundred thousand rounds? No. Or even tens of thousands rounds? No. But an AR-15, an M1 carbine, or a light rifle, or any of the main battle rifles, they're going to see a lot of service. We're not gonna do it. We're the mechanically minded Americans. So we actually know how to keep machines running. Which means as long as we have both the tools, which we easily can afford and acquire, and we have the wherewithal, which is already between our ears, there isn't any reason for us, A, not to maintain the existing inventory for as long as is necessary until we get in-house production going, to replace the inventory that we've started with. And what I mean by in-house production is we may change to a totally different style of weapon, but still utilizing the same parts. Anyway, I'll tell you what, Tex-Mex, anything else? But I also wanted to let you know, do you recall the caller that talked about the I think it was 180,000 rounds of ammo caught in Colorado? It's April 24, 2025. It says, why is Utah selling 198,000 routes to illegal aliens in one week? It seems like a week before, in Rollins, Wyoming, the week before those two were caught, another Mexican nationalist caught with 18,000 rounds. They were all headed for the same place. He kind of goes over the area and kind of where they're headed. It seems like Pueblo, Colorado is, let's put it this way, if you don't speak Spanish, you might not be too welcome there. Anyway, it's kind of a bit of a known for its drug and affiliation with some of the gangs and cartels there. And, you know, he's talking about, you know, all this ammunition was pretty well headed in that direction. And, but I was going to say, you know, I think they've been kind of listening to you because they sure, they're not getting 5.56. They're going for the big gun. Right. They're going away. Again, they're out there in the mountains where you can see farther than you can shoot. or on the planes, think about it. A light rifle is good, but a big rifle is better. The other thing about this too is we don't know for sure with that first report if it was just confusion by people who don't know guns. because they said, you know, 308 and 762. Well, then another report said it was 308 and 762 by 39. And then another report said, well, we're not sure because the whole load could have been 308, you know, 762 by 51 NATO. It's just that they had two different batches of ammunition. Now, the question is, were they setting these guys up or was everybody cool? The thing is the end user. There had to be, first of all, the two guys that came in on the American, on the Mexican plane, flew in from Mexico, landed, went to Utah. There's no reason for you to hire, let's just say legal, but from out of country emissaries to go pick up stuff. So that in and of itself is a problem. The question is, Did they get all the ammunition from one place or did they buy it like cherry picked from multiple locations? I'm leaning towards that they went to one place because everybody goes, well nobody would sell somebody that much ammo. Sure they would. Why not? It's a commodity. And you know what? Let me give an example. Guys, UNAML, remember, Tex-Mex remember UNAML out of Arizona? Yeah, I do. I wish they were still there. They're still privately selling as a gunshot, but they're not selling on the internet like they were. Well, I'll remind everybody, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page, what would you find there? How many pallets of this do you want? How many pallets of you know, I have you know, they know 760 by 39 What was it Yugoslavian ammunition and it was like fourteen thousand nine hundred and some dollars for a pallet of case, you know cased ammunition so many cases of I think was 44 whatever, you know, anyway 44 46 so nuts that's normal with people who are into you know job or work, but Also, if you've got a bunch of people that are shooting 180,000 rounds, sounds like a lot, but it doesn't take long. I mean, everybody always forgets you're talking to 300 troops. You're not dividing it between one or two or three family members. Now, the only other thing about this is, as was pointed out by several people, is, well, they didn't lay down a few dollars. This is a big ticket purchase. And was it done with cash? Was it done with a check instrument? This is where, again, the carry- cash would not even be a problem. If you go and pick stuff up, there's nothing anybody can say about that. Well, they'd like to. But it's the fact that these were illegals, so to speak, or I should say foreign nationals, and somebody didn't question anything, or they were told not to. So they can kind of track the inventory and how it's moving around. That's the way I see this. Everybody was cooperating. The question is, the two guys are in the van. They were supposedly, they were just traveling with the stuff. They said they didn't own it. Well, there's somebody else who does, why didn't somebody mention their name, right? Well, no, it's not ours. We were just picking it up. Okay, well if you were picking it up and the government knows that they said they were picking it up for someone else, who's the someone else they were picking it up for? So another thing about Pueblo, Pueblo, Colorado is big fed time. You know, this is the thing. Yeah, it's like Washington, D.C. It's probably, you know, drug and organized crime. Yeah, you know, federal government. Pueblo is the primary office for the GPO, Government Printing Office. If you buy topographic maps, they come from the GPO office out of Pueblo, Colorado. So it's rather fascinating that we have this epicenter of activity And lo and behold, for the longest time, the number one biggest employer in Pueblo, it was kind of like, I don't know if it's a district or if it's a regional office. You know, like a regional headquarters thing. Where you have multiple agencies and departments with one of the several regional structures in place. It's probably district. Because Pueblo is not the capital as far as I know. I mean, I'm pretty sure Pueblo, Colorado, seems to me Denver is the capital. So Denver, if Denver was the regional capital, this would be a district. But it is still heavily federally oriented. So that's the other thing. Drugs, slave trade, and federal agents. Now if they are in cooperation with the larger kosher mafia cartel, which is what this is all about, the Jewish mob, you know, having their way and operating as they always do from within and without, then when the time comes to, you know, to again create felty and to foster cooperation, So, going after and recovering people that are on the allied list would be a priority for them, wouldn't it? Why not? Because remember, for every dollar that the government got, for instance, from those people, there's another part of the fortune that's sitting stashed away somewhere or is in somebody, some other lieutenant's hands. and they're still theoretically taking orders to a degree. There are still some, both loyal but also loyal in that as long as people believe that the orders are coming from the individual, then that lieutenant is the de facto Don boss. And he can even say, you know, Don Don Don said that, you know, we should do this, and he's lying through his teeth. He has the benefit of wielding the fortune that the government didn't get, And he has the resources at hand in terms of manpower and fighting strength to do what he chooses or what he contracts to do. And you're telling me that the enemy did not take advantage of and swap this country with combatants? You gotta be so stupid. You gotta have your head so far up your hind end you couldn't pull it out with a crowbar to not understand that. And that's why for four years the nonsense that they got away with here, it's not really repairable. You're headed towards a wall. Something is going to be broken, and it will be broken intentionally by a combination of the characters who were presently in this regime, who were mostly Israelis, and their Israeli counterparts who operate the cartels and all the other organized crime from the other side of the scam, all to play us in the middle. So the one that I see is a big thing like you get thank you for pointing it out that if they're that close or in that proximity You're building up progressively, you know tactically moving the material and equipment where it needs to be The only thing is that typically the individuals wouldn't be foolish enough to make the mistake that those guys did You know what I mean? And we had bread trucks. We had lots and lots of commercial trucks that were at our fingertips that we could use. So we moved, these were 40 gallon barrels of Winchester and IMR rifle powder for 50 caliber. And it was $8 for a 40 gallon barrel. They're ordinance barrels, they're made out of cardboard. And we grabbed every last pound we could move, but did we walk up with a big semi-truck? Beep, beep, beep, nah. We moved in with a bunch of, for instance, school bus. bread trucks and old UPS vehicles, which we got off of the UPS lot out of, they sell them all the time, out of Chicago. And so we just didn't do much fan, nothing much to alter them. And you don't overload anything. And you don't do anything stupid or crazy. You go a short distance and you map out so that you don't move through any of the ticket hound or hawk areas where the cops are abundant or even small towns where the cops are abundant. Like in this case, these guys got popped because supposedly, yeah, the two cops were going the other way and They flashed their lights in one and where they didn't turn down their high beams. Well, it's not that they didn't turn down their high beams. It's just that their ass into the truck was so weighted down that the lights were misaligned into targeting the oncoming traffic. They thought that was suspicious, rightly so. And they turned around and they tagged them. And after that, the rest of the story is, well, the epic we know about. So, if I was going to move that much, and that's what makes me wonder, okay, let's think about this. There were two numbers for the ammunition. Let's think about how this works. Bob Schmidlap is the guy in Pueblo who's managing the cartel's procurement of ammunition. Juan and Wergay are given the money to buy 150,000 rounds of ammunition which will comfortably travel in the vehicle that the purchasing agent has acquired. It's a sterile vehicle. It draws no attention. The LLC that operates it is out of Nevada obviously because that's where most LLCs come out of. But what happens is when Juan and Wergay get to the other end, The load of 308 ammunition is ready to go. But they think, you know what? Hey, Tex-Mex. The boss is not going to find out why don't we buy another 30,000 rounds of ammo for us? We could sell it before we get there. I know I've got to over in like outside of Pueblo. We drop it off and then we go to the boss's place and we drop off 150. What do you think? Hey man, we could make some money on this. You see how that works? And so that 30,000 of whatever it was might not have been part of the boss's plan, but it ended up being the demise of the plan. Unfortunately, when you have criminals, criminals are in criminal enterprise. And unfortunately, everybody would like, what's that, what's the name of that episode from Star Trek? A piece of the action. Oh yeah. Remember? Well, I got this book for you. It went book. The entire society is based upon 1920s gangster life. And the rest is history, as they say. But I could see that being the case here because that's why there's a division. In other words, yeah, they went and did what the boss said, but they didn't have a vehicle. In other words, somebody didn't do the mental math. And because of it, they cost somebody the whole trip. Now, does that mean that those two have a high survivability rating? I don't think so. You know what I mean? In other words, wherever they go, somebody will be looking for them. You were told to pick up 150,000 rounds of ammunition. See, see, see, see, you'll come a dumpy. You picked up, wait a minute, I am a confused here. I gave you my truck. My truck could handle 150,000 rounds of ammunition. Now, the police tell me that there was 180,000 rounds of ammunition. Can I ask you, were the other 30,000 rounds of ammunition my ammunition? And then Juan looks at the floor and looks at his shoes and goes, well, senor, commandante, I thought I could make a little extra money. Well, you lost my 150,000 rounds and you lost the 30,000 rounds you were not supposed to have in my truck. I think that you owe me A, a lot of money and B, you owe the organization for the big hockey puck you just did. Oh Lord. Let's hope there are any chainsaws nearby, right? Realistically think about it. That's the only scenario that makes sense for me. that everything would have run fine, but somebody, they didn't so much, it's not really greedy, it's just like, well man, we got room for 30,000 more. Yeah, but it'll be kind of heavy. Oh, it'll handle it. Look, it's a 3500, which is true. It didn't, they didn't bust the springs, but it did attract attention. And the first rule is, don't attract attention. And don't go places you shouldn't go. Especially again, avoid public areas, avoid populous areas where you, in fact you map out where all of the different PDs and operational areas are where people, you know, in fact nowadays here's this really cool Tex-Mex. Yeah, these guys aren't the brightest guys I've ever met. I mean, the guy that got caught a week before was in a car with 18,000. And he was doing 75, and I forget what it was, like the speed was a lot lower. Anyway, he's doing 75, and he's got 18,000 rounds of ammunition. And of course, they pulled him over. And it's in the open in the car. Oh, I would figure, yes. If he's using a car, you put some in the driver's seat. You put some in the back seat, you put some in the trunk, but you don't want to put a lot in the trunk for the same reason that the other guy's got busted. So you'd want to distribute the weight. Now the problem is, is if you don't, if you cover it up, I guarantee the cops would ask you, what have you got under those covers? If you, if you don't cover it up, the cops are looking at it and go, I think I need you to step out of the car. What was funny is the excuse to you was that him and his girlfriend were going to go to the range and have a range day. Well 18,000 rounds. Yeah, that could be if you got a lot of friends But what here again? Yeah, the fact that we're seeing the System are tagging you. Well the slow cockroach remember. That's what I've said Well when we first heard this story you just you just pop the slow cockroach sir So what about all the other ones you missed and if if only one shipment had a hundred and eighty thousand rounds How many rounds of ammunition did the cartel get?
