Deep underground in a faraway place, the machines are running all night, where the weavers and cutters test each stitch to see that they're woven in tight. Each strand and each thread is tested in true, all the knots are woven by hand, and on each rope there will be an aim of one who has betrayed his land. Our leaders have forgotten the oath that they took when they swore to protect and preserve our freedom and rights and religion too, in whatever church we serve. They lined all their pockets and deceived the people, and most went along with the flow. But tempers are short, and the memories are long. Each name the people will know. When each rope is finished, it's tested for strength, and packed in a bag with a hood. And upon the bag is the name of a traitor, who did his country no good. Someday we will hear that Nuremberg plea when the hour is drawing near. I was only doing what I was told, another lie. And for those of you who don't believe, Be around when the party begins. What next will be stretched and cries will be heard and the traitors will sway. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in the regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seemingly farm and keep our country deep. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters, your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Both sons of the Republic arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right. We pray to God as I awoke he'd vanished in the midst of whence he came. His words were true, not free, but we have ourselves to blame. We're also in a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States to include AM and FM microstations, AM and FM conventional stations, CB base stations and ultra-net hallmark and golden spike technologies completely separate and an independent mechanism similar to the internet but not theirs. It is Friday. No way. Yes way, it's Friday. It has been Friday all day. It's been a beautiful day here in the bottom of Michigan. It is Cinco Diamo Day and Quartermaster Friday. Today, señor y señoritas, esñoras. This is the day when we are going to buy a magnesium for our pistolas, for our rifles, and our shotguns. Because we need to buy freedom seeds! Ay, Chinkawa! Oh, muy bueno! It is time for us to invest in Cinco de Amo de. And it's also Quartermaster Friday. It is the 11th of April. We're only eight days to the shot heard around the world. 19th April 1775. That's right, the 250th anniversary. The government's not talking about it. Nobody else is thinking about it because you've been told not to. But it is the 250th anniversary of this nation, and that is a significant benchmark, and not one of these pricks out there is doing anything about it. Kind of sad, isn't it? Everybody's so self-absorbed. We need to work on that. Everybody, start making people think. Anyway, it is the 11th of April. It is the 17th year of open, obvious, and in-your-face, Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K-2025 old-earth calendar. Give it all she has got, Captain! 125% and she might blow up. And 2025, Battle for the Republic. Book 2, that's right, the Winter War, the very, very, very end of the Winter War book heading into Book 3, a dark anniversary, 2025. So, it has been a beautiful day today, been outrageously busy, running all over the counties, not just one, making a mad dash from one end to the other, and we got a lot accomplished, I'm happy, but could have done more, always more on the checklist. Number one, real quick here, CDNN Sports has got a bunch of really good penny deals on AR-15 parts that they posted for their specials this weekend. You're going to have to go through it. It's too much. There's too much in the listing. You need to get on their email list, by the way, for that reason, because when these pop up, sometimes they are so ridiculously cheap that it doesn't take but a few minutes. It's a bit on a griddle. AR-15 buffer springs, the Kar-15 Karbing buffer springs for 95 cents a piece. We bought all of those we could. And also again, many of the minor pieces. Now a lot of these parts I will point out again are coming from the last wave of Bushmaster. So most of the really inexpensive top upper receiver or top sets that you're seeing and a lot of these parts that are being offered are Bushmaster factory parts. example are the bolt keys, all the different pins and everything that were cheap, cheap, cheap last week. When that first happened with Bushmaster, Remington, and all the rest going down with that that political sweep with the scam lawsuit, the it was planned but the big thing is that the inventory for Bushmaster went out for pennies. And CDN and sports, when the first wave of pins and everything came out, guys, they were like a quarter penny, a fifth of a penny, that you could buy them by the thousand. They had buckets and barrels, okay? They still do, but not as many. And what's happened is a lot of the manufacturers bought those parts, and a lot of the weapons you've been buying that they've been putting together, no matter what company is, are leftover Bushmaster parts, which is cool. They're good parts. They're just not talking about it. Yeah, it's the Schmidlap 416 super-duper rifle like nobody else has and all of our parts are unique. Well, they're not lying. They are unique. Many of them are not from Schmidlap, they're from Bushmaster. So that's cool. Anyway, I don't care where you get them from. Big thing is build all the weapons you can, buy more magazines, buy more magazines, buy more magazines. And as you know, The basic rule, each rifle should have at least 23 magazines per weapon. 23, sounds like an odd number. Well, it's actually a battlefield accountability survey that was done. And it goes back to the Falkland Islands, by the way, with the FN FAL, and with the Brits. But also, the Argentines did a similar survey. And guess what? They came up with the same basic formula, no matter what rifle they were carrying. Or automatic weapon, because they had a lot of submachine guns in the service, too. Oh, that's interesting. I'm just trying to kill him here in the sound stage. No way. Yes way. It did. So anyway, again, CDN in sports is one, but also Montana Air 15. They have a both Montana Air 15 and I believe Air 15 discount have large rifle primers. $5,000 to a deck and you might want to check the price on those because they don't have many primers. But those are out there. Two different companies have them, at least that I've seen. Obviously, this is the latest little wave. There's not much out there that's come out in this quantity, but the price is really good too. So if you aren't reloading, you should be. You don't need a Dillon press and $3,000 worth of dies in tech. What you need is a simple press like even a leave, single stage, but an O press if at all possible. However, if you see something at the Facebook marketplace or at an estate sale, grab it. I do. 38 Special Dice seem to be really common right now, which is good because we've got a lot of 38 Specials and 357s in service and guess what? When you get the stuff for pennies on the dollar, you do it. So pay attention to the situations there. A lot of these are estate properties where somebody else is reloading and the kids don't have the wherewithal or the thought process to do it. It gets sold and we make a good deal if you do it right. So pay attention, scarf it up. Don't ask them if they think they want to sell it, just ask them how quickly you can pick it up. No discussion anymore. Don't give anybody a second chance or an, you know, do you really want to do this? No, don't even do that. Don't do that anymore. Just get it. Why? We need it. It needs to be in our inventory. You're the one that needs to put it in service and you're the man. You are the individual that can get the job done. Another thing here real quick. Yes, we know about the Michigan legislation. There's a bunch of stuff that's going on at the appeals court, and needless to say, we know the leftist appeals courts are going to keep denying any arguments, so it's going up to the next tier with the Michigan hog-calling legislation that was passed at the end of the year when they had that Democrat hog-calling session where they were just passing. You couldn't even tell what they were saying while they were blathering up at the dock. up at the front of the house. It literally sounded like a hog auction. And considering the pig that was up front, it was a pig in charge. They weren't auctioning hogs, but there were a bunch of pigs there and they were at the trough and they passed a whole bunch of legislation. Only when the Republicans finally walked out did they put the brakes on this stuff. However, already you've seen some of this, the chicken-egg situation that took place, nobody knew anything about what's because it was passed during that hog calling session. And literally every five to ten minutes they were passing another bill. But it passes, punk and of course even if you had a comment as a Republican, which you usually call Republicans rats because not many of them actually do their job. Well, they finally got pissed because the Democrats are making it so obvious that the Republicans had no spine that all of the Republicans got up and left the House, which slowed everything down to about one bill every two to three hours, which still means a lot of other stuff was passed, but not as much. As long as they all were sitting there, they just ignored any comments, they ignored any challenges, they just kept banging the gavel on more and more communist legislation and it went through. So again, is this going to change? Well, the only way it's going to change is people are going to have to start working on getting rid of, getting the other characters out. And putting other people in to change what it is that's been shipwrecked. And I don't see that happening anytime soon. So a lot of this stuff is going to continue to be challenged in the court, mostly again because of the validity of the action in the House to begin with. And in addition to that, simply the unconstitutional aspect of a good portion of what was passed. be it the anti-gun garbage, property rights, water rights, there's a bunch of water activity stuff going on. Nobody's heard anything about, half of them haven't read. And only now, after it went through the Senate at the last minute, and of course it was illegitimately signed, this is the argument now that a good portion of the mock legislation that was passed at the end of the year, well they added to it in addition in Michigan. This is at the state legislature level. You're not hearing anything from what's going on in the Fed. Have you noticed that? It's like they're just sitting on their hands. Now they kick the can with that multi-action bill down to the end of the year. They're all sitting on their dead ass and doing nothing. That's the Fed. At the state level, well, they've already done enough damage, and now the Republicans are trying to gain some kind of political ground by pointing out how bad things are. Well, they should have left the room sooner. And as it is, well, they sat on their hands the last time around and that's why we got to where we are with the shipwrecked Michigan's in. So that's not going to change anytime soon. And instead everybody better dig their heels in. I can't emphasize enough buy more ammo, buy more ammo, and buy more ammo. And then by the way, they buy a little more ammo. Every paycheck puts some away. And again, get into a little reloading. So what can we inform the populace who are drooling? What is FPC doing for us right now? What can you give us an update on? Yeah, I think last time we talked a little bit about the 18 to 20 stuff And so there's been more there have been more developments there It's you know, it's an interesting area that there wasn't a whole lot of movement on Years ago and now it seems like it's it's one of kind of the foremost fights in the Second Amendment space in the gun rights space So, you know really big there we talked about the worst case which is coming out of Minnesota Which is a you know flat ban on 18 to 20 year olds being able to bear arms, you know apply for and receive permits So it's interesting there. So, you know, we wanted the Eighth Circuit, which was a huge win. Minnesota has asked that the Supreme Court take the case. You know, they filed their, it's called a petition for re-assertiary. Of course, the Supreme Court decides what cases it takes and which it doesn't. Anytime the government asks, it's more likely that the court will take the case than if it's public interest litigants or private individuals. you know, to take with that which you will, whether or not that's appropriate or not, but it's good. So, you know, anytime you win at the circuit level, it makes it more likely the Supreme Court's going to take the case. The other thing that makes it more likely is when the parties agree that the court should take the case. And so we actually just filed our response to that sort of petition. And it basically told the Supreme Court, you know what? We actually agree that you guys should take this case. We agree that this is a massive issue. And now there's a split on this. There's courts that have come out on the other side saying that 18 to 20 year olds are not part of the people for the purposes of the Second Amendment, which is wild. And so basically we agreed that the court should take the case, but of course, you know, we maintain that we were correct and that the Eighth Circuit ruled correctly and that the Supreme Court should take the case to not just affirm our victory there, but also to make it clear nationwide that 18 to 20 year olds have a constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms. And it's been a really interesting posture now because You know, we last talked about the win in Lara, which is the case in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania asked for an en banc review of the circuit, meaning that the whole circuit was sitting here, hear the case. Well, that was denied. We also have the NRA v. Bondi case, right? That's not one of ours, obviously by the name. But, you know, there was just a decision in that case of holding Florida's law. So now there's this interesting posture on these 18 to 20 cases. And then of course there's the Reese case, which we talked about last time as well, which is the challenge to the purchase ban for 18, the federal purchase ban for 18 to 20 year olds. They had asked for an extension on their ombong deadline. Again, asking for the full circuit to review the case. Their deadline was technically Monday. The court did not rule on their extension motion. So... Oh yeah. And again, that's the federal government, right? This isn't an individual state. Technically, you don't have to file a petition for rehearing en banc. It's not a requirement. And their deadline for asking the Supreme Court to review the case would be sometime around the end of April. So it's not that, just by not filing that, that the case is over. It also doesn't necessarily mean that They realize the deadline passed maybe? I don't know. Maybe they are just gonna rely on an ungranted motion for an extension. Who knows? But... ...the old Judge's chambers. Hey Judge, buddy, pal. Yeah. But, you know, it's this really interesting posture now where you've got several wins on the 18-20 space. There's a couple circuits that are distancing, but they're by far in the minority. But now there's a case that's directly squared up for the Supreme Court to potentially hear and review on this issue and weigh in. So I think that we talk about this issue a lot in the past few months, even last the past year. But it's because we've been really uniformly successful in it. And it really presents a really important question for the court. And it's a really good posture for the court to kind of take this case and weigh in on the issue area. Yeah, I agree, especially when you look at the post-brewin world and the test that the government has to actually undertake to see if something was consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearms regulation at the time of the founding in 1791. It's going to be hard for any government official to say that things like the militia act didn't. You know exists because yeah these members were required to be part of the people to be armed as you know part of the Defense of their communities, so it's good I can't wait to see where this goes because I think it's all coming to a head at the right time Especially with the current makeup of the court that we have now that the Supreme Court and as a side note from people who were listening Although it wasn't Cody's case the one he brought up in Florida. Yeah, Pam Bondi our current Attorney General was defending, Florida's unconstitutional laws on 18 to 20 people. I just want to throw that out there. You know, in the interest of being fair. What else do you got there on what you guys have been up to since we last met? So I got another really actually kind of interesting one. So we have a case in DC. It's not a challenging DC's magazine restrictions. The case is called Where Duroca versus DC. Here's where it's really interesting and here's where the the it's the kind of like Unsexy cases that you don't hear about very often or the issues that you don't hear about it very often That really impacts things. Here's how savvy investors are getting the government to send them tax checks Very impressive. Within 40 days I had return on my money. You don't have to get out and drive for dollars. We are successful with it. There's one income investment that pays better than real estate. It's easier to buy than stocks and your returns are actually secured by law. Have you heard of income tax? Duh, right? I mean, we all have to pay it. But as you know, there's a secret government-secured cash flow investment where people are getting checks in the mail earning a percentage of the government's annual tax revenue. That's like... $2.1 trillion with a T right now every year. So what do the returns on investments like this look like? Well, your typical dividend stock pays like 2, maybe 4% a year. It's pathetic. Real estate, you're lucky to make maybe 10%, and that's after you pay mortgages and property taxes. A management company, that is of course even if you're rich enough to get into real estate. But with this tax secured investment, Which, by the way, has been off-limits to everyday people like us for at least the last 85 years. Because the banking behemoths on Wall Street have just kept it secret from us so that they can hoard the income themselves. I mean, you won't believe how much this pays. The government even tells you exactly how much you're going to make before you even buy. And they have to pay you that return, even if the rest of the market tanks or inflation goes to 20% again. Even if these wars in Eastern Europe and the Middle East turn into World War III, your returns are written into law. Think real estate but on steroids. And without the insane risk or the hassle associated with real estate. So why haven't you heard of this before? Believe it or not, it's because the- So DC has a precedent that basically says that you cannot bring a pre-enforcement challenge in the District of Columbia on Second Amendment cases. And I'll break that down. Basically, if you look at the vast majority of cases that are brought by us, by any other Second Amendment group, any other public interest group in litigation, like whether they're doing speech or religion or privacy, it doesn't really matter. Generally speaking, they're all pre-enforcement challenges. What that means is there is the individual plaintiff in the case, that they and would engage in a certain course of conduct but for a law that would expose them to liability. So an example of this would be, you know, somewhere as a magazine ban, I would purchase and have concrete plans to purchase magazines that accept more than 10 rounds. But for the ban, which both prohibits me from doing so, and if I were to do so, I would be exposed to criminal liability, right? A lot of places this is a felony, fines, imprisonment, several years in some cases. And so that posture is basically saying, look, I, and it can't just be like completely attenuated, right? These are people who in this case, right? own firearms that do accept magazines that could accept more than 10 rounds that are prohibited from doing some points. Like a common, I was going to say, like a P320 owner in California, but that's unveiling a whole other set of news. A Glock owner in California, right? They have a firearm that can't accept those magazines. They would acquire those magazines before they go off. That's what a pre-enforcement challenge is. in other contexts, like in speech. There's a law that prohibits you from speaking, saying a certain thing or speaking in a certain area, right? Well, you know, my hypothetical plaintiff in this case often does demonstrations, would speak in that area or would say those things about for this law. Right. Pre-enforcement challenge. The reason you do that, the reason why those are important is because it shows that there is people that are actually harmed by the law that are changing their conduct because of the law. But it doesn't require those people to expose themselves to actual criminal liability. You're not required to engage in illegal conduct to challenge the law. That was the case. We would be in a place where you could never challenge any of these laws unless you were actually charged with a violation, which is hugely problematic, right? Like people, people tend to be risk averse. People don't want to violate the law. You know, of course, I would never tell my clients to violate the law. And so these pre-enforcement challenges are really important. Well, in DC, they're impossible, under precedent. You have to have either actually be prosecuted, You have to have been specifically threatened with prosecution, which of course, knowing this, why would anybody ever do that, right? Dead men would expose themselves to lawsuits. Or you have to have like a specific denial for something. Now the first two are obviously problematic for the reason we've talked about. The reason why the denial is problematic is twofold. One, it's stupid. Like... You know, so-called assault weapons are banned in DC. Why, like, what's the, what is the purpose of applying for a permit? You literally cannot get it. It cannot be issued. It is illegal. So it's stupid. It, all it does is serve as a bar for people from being able to, to vindicate their rights. The other smart part of that is, what about magazines? You can't permit magazines. They're not, they're not registered in DC. There is a flat prohibition. You can't bring them into the district. And so it puts you in this weird spot. So we have a lawsuit, the Challenge is the Magazine case. The Challenge is the Magazine ban. DC filed a motion to dismiss, basically saying, hey look, these guys don't meet the standing requirements that have been established by the DC circuit. We responded, we went, yep, they're right. But your standing requirements are stupid. And DC is the only circuit that does this, right? Every other circuit, you could have pre-enforcement challenges. You can look at our challenges, see that they span the country and know that we're doing this ever, like this is the case everywhere. And it's not just us, right? Like ACLU uses pre-enforcement challenges. Right. Everybody does. Everybody does, yeah. And so, like, not only is it only DC, DC only does it for the Second Amendment. Yeah, right. Not apply this same bar for First Amendment challenges or for Fourth Amendment challenges. So it is not just an outlier circuit. It is also completely discriminatory against Second Amendment protected rights. So we looked at this and we went, you know what, this is our opportunity to really dig in on this issue. And it's a little niche. It takes five minutes to explain, which is not normal of a lot of cases. But it's really important. Standing is something that is weaponized by all governments. I don't care what letter comes after their name. Standing is weaponized by all governments to keep people out of courts. Whether you see it in Second Amendment spaces and what you would assume would be friendly jurisdictions who just don't want to go into court and don't want to like have to defend a certain law. I'm going to pause that there. Mark, we got you online. Right. We're good. Okay, I'm just checking because this is, I didn't realize how long this video was when you had me start up. And for the Colonial Marine militias, along with Wolverine and Michigan militia at large, keep up the good work. And even as we speak, I think I'm hearing the music. Oh, I guess I'm not. Again, make sure that when you get there, be concise. In fact, again, with the appointment, make sure that you confirm who you're picking up for. This will save everybody a lot of time prior. Proper planning prevents piss or performance, the P principle. 18th Regimental Combat Team, Colonial Marine Militia is going to be very, very busy this weekend. We have actually my guardian angels. are doing another exercise in northern Jackson and western Jackson County this weekend. They're going to be doing demonstrations with the Bren gun carriers again. Now there's a reason I know what they're doing. It's the most economical vehicle to drive, to be quite honest. And if you look up Bren gun carrier, Mark II, go to YouTube, you can see all kinds of videos. In fact, there are even some videos in operation. If you're going to be participating this weekend in those exercises, I recommend you go watch these videos. There's a whole bunch of them out there. Bren Gun Mark II originally came from the Cardinoid chassis. We bought these things over, they brought them over the bridge from Canada mostly, although there are American versions. Ford Motor Company made them on both sides of the bridge. And there's a later model. US I think it's the T8, the T10 guys, if you don't know them. But there is a longer version of the Brengen Carrier. Most of those ended up overseas and we have only run into one of them. But they are one set of bogey wheels longer. Figure about, what, two and a half, three feet longer than the original. These are fully tracked. They weigh about five tons. Of course, we've added armor and we've added armament. But they run off of Ford flathead, although we do also run them off conventional gas engines. When the flatheads go, we pull them. When we have time to rebuild the flatheads, we never throw them away. But the vehicle lends itself towards being able to adapt any kind of engine, kind of like a Jeep, like a CJ-5. If you're at a CJ-5, you can put any engine you want. It's even simpler because it's a rail bar system that's used for holding the motor in place. So fabricating another set of motor mounts is nothing for that particular vehicle. We also run them on diesel, which is what most of the regulators start changing over to is diesel for these. But we have, I would say, only a third on diesel and the rest out of, well, probably 60 something so far we've collected. I think we're higher than that. We just picked up two. The last couple of weeks here, we found a couple more barn finds over towards the top end of Indiana. And those have been recovered, but they were actually in pretty good shape. They were all literally barn finds. They were well, well stored. They've been run not that long ago. Biggest thing with old military vehicles, or for that matter, any heavy machinery, is how long the tracks have been sitting because anywhere we have bonding metal, or contact metal, it wears. Step one is it's bare and shiny. Step two, moisture. You know, air makes contact. And you start getting oxidation. And if you wait long enough, you go from what is considered to be grade B to what we call monument grade. What's monument grade, Mark? Well, that's where you got to beat everything with a hammer to loosen it up or move it a little bit and then, you know, watch for a track pin or a track that might be a little stuck and you beat that with a sledgehammer when it comes around the idler. And that way it loosens everything up and the more you run it, the more everything loosens up and then you work on it from there. So if it's monument grade, it's a lot more work. Okay, but we've got some really cool operations going on this weekend. And yes, we will be giving people the chance to drive it. The Brain Gun Carrier is one of the very unique armored vehicles in that. It uses a steering wheel system. Now you still got a double clutch. It's got a ham clutch, guys. Ham, H-A-M as in you better have some Armstrong. In many cases you got a double clutch catcher, but it's an older Ford transmission system. It's using the banjo rear end. If you're not familiar with that, just look it up. In fact, when they made the Brain Gun Carrier, the idea was to use as many truck parts as possible. Now the Germans make a thing called the Weasel. We'll never get hold of any of them unless they bring a bunch of them over here. We know the US Army did buy a bunch. We don't know what they did with them. Probably hit them in some, they're in some cave waiting for the Morlocks to come out when they attack America. Who knows? When the turds betray us, the turds will come out and we'll find out where all the stuff is. But as it is, the weasel is a really neat little vehicle and the same concept. It uses the most common truck parts available. You can literally find parts for the vehicle in a regular auto store anywhere in Europe, or for that matter, mostly the United States. It is a tracked vehicle. It is very small. It is air mobile capable. They can lift it with helicopter. They can drop it in a number of different ways. But it is a rack pack vehicle. Well, the Bren gun carrier is in that same category. We literally made tens of thousands of these things. And while you always see the half tracks in all the movies, the Bren gun carrier was just about as common, both as the British Bren gun carrier used by the Canadians and the Australians. as the T8 and T10 were that we used. You just, it wasn't iconic for us. The half-track was the iconic vehicle plus if you're doing movies or propaganda, half-tracks are more readily available. And again, there's still a lot of places that are still in service, which is why you still get the continuous belt track for a half-track. Again, with the brain gun carriers, we have foundries here that have made pads for us and we got the price on that down for a track pad for a brain gun carrier down to about 98 cents, 96 cents, right around there. I think it's going to be a little more but not much if we were to do another strike, another run, I should say. And tracks for most of the military vehicles are not steel, they're actually malleable iron. heavy malleable iron. There's many different grades of iron and steel. They're on the edge. They overlap each other. So just a heads up on that one. Anyway, enjoy because tonight, I should say today and last night, was the beginning of the work weekend as it always is. We've tested them out a little bit, have a chance to run them, especially for NBC nuclear biological and chemical drills. They work fine. They're an exact copy, but what I can see off the same molds as the, again, the M65 German masks. So they're going in that direction. The units that have those are using these. Again, there are several options to include some with built-in lasers, all kinds of fun stuff. You need to go take a look at what CDNN Sports has in inventory right now. That's CDNN Sports. They also have a number of, again, this little is about $20 to as high as $60, $70, $80. They also had a couple of really nice 3 to 9 power conventional scopes for in the $30, $35 to $45 range. Well, those were cheap, yeah. I like Peter scopes. That way I can buy two or three of the same scope. And everybody is talking about AI. Now, Ed, we've talked about deep fake, right? We've got deep fake technology out there. Everybody has seen it. Guys are having a lot of fun with this. So you take the combination of AI, and work with, oh wait a minute, where else could we apply that technology? Well how about doing something really strange? Most of these studios that have gotten hold of what are classic science fiction or classic fantasy have butchered the author's original intent. Now, Let me give an example. Anybody watched The Lord of the Rings? They started out with The Lord of the Rings. That was obvious. Then they did The Hobbit. In both cases, they butchered that storyline. I mean to the point where it's unrecognizable, as they said, from the author's intent. Here's something I don't think anybody has thought about. And by the way, it's not the only one. Anybody watch the latest Dune, talk about Wokeite slash the Satanic Pedoqueers butchering what Frank Herbert had put out there. Every one of the versions done of any of this stuff done recently, Star Wars is the same way, right? It could have been done better. In fact, anybody could have done a better job, literally anybody. It's like, man, anybody could have done a better job than those twits. Yes, sir. I know. But it's exactly what they wanted it to be. But here's the interesting thing, guys. What if you were to take AI, add Deepfake, and take the base material? The example is the Lord of the Rings. And you also have, don't forget, The Hobbit, which is out there. You've got the director's cuts and also deleted scenes. You do realize that you literally could take what they produced and completely re-engineer it using the AI programming to be able to articulate the bodies, to move all the imagery, to replace faces and completely realign the entire all three movies like The Lord of the Rings to the point where they would literally be the book. And not only that, we're not talking about it costing hundreds of millions of dollars. They already spent millions and millions of dollars butchering the thing, and that's really cool imagery. But what if you were to take all that really cool imagery because you have backgrounds, you have background sets, you have, and by the way, here's the neat thing. You have other imagery to give you even more of a 3D or a change of image process because you have behind the scenes shooting that was done which offers more angles and approaches. So you don't even have to, AI doesn't have to guess with a lot of this stuff. You're just gonna feed it to it and then what you're going to do is you start out with the actual intro, the beginning of the book, the way it's supposed to be with the first book, The Fellowship of the Ring, and you literally could completely throw out the politically correct debauched version and make it right. You know, I don't have much use for AI. But when they take stuff that they intentionally have slaughtered so that they can insult the heterosexual white male, we could turn literally all of these completely around and produce them to the quality and intent of the actual author, virtually word for word. Interestingly enough, whole characters could be corrected So that they're, you know, where they're supposed to be. Whole elements of the BS, you know, the Lord of the Rings is the best example. Remember Tolkien was a World War I veteran. I can't emphasize this enough. He's a person who saw Battlefield on the dark side of the moon. Of the whole company that he went to war with, I think only eight men. returned unscathed. Now a whole bunch of them either were dead or they were chopped up pretty bad and had to be, you know, were out of the war. And he went in the middle of the war and survived to the end of the war. Think about that. We're talking about some pretty wicked battlefield conditions. So he had a real good grasp for the darkness of conflict. And if you take that combined with what he was trying to present, and bring all of that properly forward with the real timeline, with the actual imagery, exactly the way it's supposed to be. AI and deepfake could do that for us and all you would put it, you'd still put a stick right in the head, right in the ear of the idiots of the other side. And there's nothing they could do. They can't really stop that from happening if somebody got motivated. Now Dune is the same way. The latest remake of Dune is an absolute abortion. It has all the imagery and even includes imagery that is equivalent to what the author originally intended. They always do this. The Hildebrandt posters of our youth, any of you who read Lord of the Rings back in the 70s and 60s and 70s, the The imagery that goes along with that was mostly through posters that were again celebrated all over the country and all over the world and Hildebrandt was one of them. If you take the Hildebrandt posters and you watch the Lord of the Rings, what they did is they took those images and pasted them in, so to speak, that you get to a point where, wow, why is that look so memorable? Well, it's because it's the image you grew up with. Now then they take the story and totally throw it out the window, but those images are part of the base or subconscious memory that you have that helps you to relate to how you thought about the book as it was produced. Is the Lord of the Rings centered to the universe and something we could die with? We would die if we didn't have to know. But remember that the original intent of the author was on your side about good and evil, about fighting the dark side. Whereas they did everything they could to alter whole elements, especially when at the very end of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, the hobbits go back and kill the socialists. But yeah, remember the whole part that's left out of the BS movies is the scouring of the shire. Go look it up. And you know that the Communists did not want that in there because it's the idea that the Commies come in, they do their forced labor, sorrow man survive to the end, and he only dies at the very end of the third book. And he dies because he went back to be vindictive against the hobbits, so he's burning Hobbiton down. and literally chopping everything, doing as much damage as he can, figuring that they could never fix it. Okay? And eventually he dies. Well, what happens is the hobbits, you know, the quiet peaceful people who, well, you're not going to put up a fight. The globalists can piss on America any time they want. The globalists can piss on the Englanders any time they want. The Jewish mob and the global bankers can piss on England. And remember, you can't have anybody rising up against the spit-swapping, ring-knocking, quantum-collegiate, homicidal-eskimo-type queers that we have running government. So what's fascinating is they completely made that disappear. Well, imagine with AI and with everything available off the shelf, you could rewrite it and even insert that complete action and bring all the characters to life and you couldn't tell the difference. And you don't have to do a whole new reproduction. You take the technology that they told you is so Wunderbar, AI, And you use it, you stick it right up there, hind end sideways. Dune is the same way. There are images that in the first two versions of Dune, have most of what's there. The first one was actually the better of the three. But the latest one specifically used imagery that literally is the poster artwork or the hand artwork that was done by Frank Herbert. Again, what does that do? Well, if you've read the books, it's like that anchor is you in thinking about this. Well, I guess I can accept all the other screwed up aspects of this because look at that man. It's like when I was a kid. Yeah, I remember reading that when I was young. Oh yeah, I remember that. That's what it looked like, man. Yeah, only that one little moment, that one little bit of a scene, and the rest of it, throw it out the window. So again, that's another one where they've done a phenomenal job. They've got all kinds of great graphics. The CG is just excellent. You take that and you do the same thing with it. You could and only here's the thing with deep fake certain characters for instance Liet Keynes in the Dune in the Dune remake as a woman Well, that's bass acwards because Connie who's one of the main characters? Duh? It's her dad who is Liet Keynes Well, they had to do everything to kick as many, you know, men, especially white men, out of their jobs as possible. And so, needless to say, the whole thing is debauched by that. Well, here's the thing. With Deepfake, you could select, and the best way to do this, to have all the language, all the verbiage, all the construction for all the lines, you use Max von Seidl from the original Dune that was done decades ago, and you use him, as intended, as Lyot Keynes in the new one. And it's totally possible and it's totally penny-wise. People, it's not like you have to spend millions. It's just a matter of spending time and having some fun. And all the imagery and all the deep imagery because of, again, remember, you go through all of the outtake scenes that they cut out. You use those, you utilize them, and you can completely re-engineer. All of the words and comments by characters in this latest remake of Doon are all in the wrong place and it's not accidental. It is totally a skew. But the cute part is this, because they provided you with the verbiage. I know with AI you can even make the voices. I mean, I understand that. So wherever you need to include, you can be totally inclusive and erase the crappy version and do a book version of Dune. that would be correct and give you all the proper perspectives as they should be and as the author intended. Now you can then take this to a whole bunch of other stuff that's been done more recently guys and literally throw it out the window and make new. Well this is a part of AI you and I aren't supposed to think about because it's fuel to resist and we will be absorbed and our enemy is so powerful our enemy is providing us with one hell of a tool. We could literally like you know, like I said yesterday ten commandments remember Moses Moses's name shall be stricken from all the obelisks and from all the monuments and from all the tablets and from all the records So it is written so shall it be done? Moses remember that we do that literally to the enemy think about it works of art Especially these types which are so dynamic. They're going to be redoing Narnia. You know they're going to cluster screw Narnia, right? They're going to redo Narnia. C.S. Lewis was absolutely Christian. His voice tried to permutate a bunch of the stuff to do some of the dancing, you know, the, you know, journey to the center of the universe, chanting my belly button, you know, is God. That kind of garbage. Tried to incorporate that in and took a bunch of stuff off at a bizarre angle. But if you the original author and the intent usually this is why they have to wait till these guys die and usually it's the family making money off dad's work and Even then they don't care if it gets butchered then they don't restrict it so it can literally be chopped to pieces They're gonna be redoing Narnia. So you just know what's gonna happen, right? So, the quadriplegic homosexual Eskimo with pedophilic tendencies will be the main characters. Preferably, anybody but a white guy or anybody but a white girl. Right? You just know it. So, watch the scene. You know it's coming. But again, the work that's been done most recently, Star Wars would be another one. You do realize you could take the other Star Wars movies that are the crappier later makes. And with the vast inventory that you have, you could completely restructure them. Luke wouldn't have to be the weezer-looser BS-er that they came up with in the last three of the Star Wars movies because they had to destroy the character. Instead, you could make him the dynamic, motivated, positive person that originally he was and was supposed to be and never changed. Because he knew how to stay in the fight, he learned how to stay in the fight, instead of being the wheezy white guy that walks up to the sea cow and squirts the milk into the blue milk into the cup of green, who cares? And then takes a glitz from it and throws his lightsaber away and is acting so for Lauren, the wheezy, whiny boy, it's like that wasn't, that's not the character in any way, shape or form. But for the leftist, especially for the parasite feminists, That's exactly the kind of crap that they're generating. So here again, that whole work could be completely rebuilt. And how could you tell the difference? In the past, they burned books. I'm not talking about the Germans. The Germans burned pornography, smut books, and all of the other communist crap that was generated. That's why the Jewish mob always screamed, they've been burning my books. Yeah, of course, they were burning your porn shop. Well, wow, what a surprise. No loss there, but they always come up with all kinds of the BSes. Well, though it was the same progressive and woke stuff you see here is what they were doing in Weimar, Germany in the 20s and into the very, very beginning of the 1930s. But 1931, that changed. Fact of the matter is that's why they were wheezy, whiny, and pissing about it because it was Faggotville, okay? Now think about it. All of this could be completely altered and you do it. And again for everybody, remember Liberty Tree Radio has now been broadcasting for more than 30 years and started out Liberty Tree Radio, the foundation element, started out as part of Ed's homeschool project. Starting out with a small micro FM radio station that we built from scratch. It actually was a kit radio from back in the ancient days. Actually it worked pretty well. I'd say we had people requesting music from virtually all over the county and of course integrating the email and computer system with which nobody was thinking about doing at the time. We were able to actually set up a pretty effective network and people actually were keeping track up and listening, quiet and listenership, to classic radio broadcasting, the programs we're talking about right now. So again, had a lot of fun and process of learning. You also find out a lot of neat things about radio. and step by step with upgrades and changes. Needless to say, we've had Republic Radio International out there, many other assets and affiliates at the same time, but Liberty Tree Radio has always been there as the ultimate backup and has done a very fine job, done the yeoman's job actually of being able to stay in the fight when other systems have gone down. Go ahead, Chip and Aaron. Some of the programs that we're going to be playing is very old, it's archived, long time ago on reel to reel, converted to consent tape, and then put in a media adult. I saw that somebody had started putting these up in CD format. I don't know if it's a small company that re-releases, but there are episodes missing that we'll duplicate again because tape degradation, stuff's been destroyed. So it's always a good idea to get a copy of stuff if you want it for yourself. And I'm always a big proponent of, I know we use YouTube as a go-to for doing quick requests, but it's a good idea to support the author if you like their music. Exactly. They can't do more music if they don't have more money for studio kind of stuff. And that's the most common mistake. Well, I'll just go this way. Well, yeah, but then they don't make any more. Oh, that's right. I've got to keep helping them out a little bit. We have to lift them up. And to do that, everybody participate. Everybody pitches in. Because I don't know. Well, actually, again, Just a quick reminder, I do have a couple of his songs on that music mix that I did that I sent down. So, just numbers are not right here in front of me, but I can tell you I'll have it by the time we get up at 8 o'clock. Don't worry about that. But again, and that is another issue, guys. I know it's happening not so much because just sound quality because people are not going to be able to afford or buy these services if the economy goes south. So if you don't keep your music, you won't have any. A lot of people are going to have to choose between heating, eating, and oh do you want your cell phone toy? Well even if you do have the cell phone toy, all these services that are monthly that they thought everybody was just going to keep shelling money out for, if they frag the economy, that's not going to happen. And in some cases, which people always forget when they create economic crisis, is in many cases these businesses just go under. They just disappear. This is what happened in the Great Depression. Color television was developed in 1929. You all know that people? Color television was actually in 1928. In 1929, color television disappeared. Didn't appear on your screen, or anybody's for that matter pardon the pun, until the middle of the 1960s again. But you know what's interesting? I've got a problem with both of my cassette players and it seems like it's the same problem in each. They've got a bad band on the inside which is enough to take them apart and replace the belt for running the tape in play. This part that's like shocked. I'm sure that's what it is because that is the most kind of part to go bad on an old cassette player or VCR is the belt that runs the track, rubber plastics. Now over time they go bad. You can replace them. You can make replacements for them pretty easy or you can purchase them. I'll have to see if I can find the white belts for these two. But yeah, I just tried plugging in the Other one and I'm having the exact same problem with pretty much tells me yeah, it's the belt belt or just hold hasn't cracked these out in a while and that's where the problem is more than likely at I'm hoping so Anyway We are live it is the mosh town hall meeting. So what can we inform the populace who are drooling in? What is FPC doing for us right now? What can you give us an update on? Yeah, I think last time we talked a little bit about the 18 to 20 stuff And so there's been more there have been more developments there It's you know, it's an interesting area that there wasn't a whole lot of movement on Years ago and now it seems like it's it's one of kind of the foremost fights in the Second Amendment space in the gun rights space So, you know really big there. We talked about the worst case which is coming out of Minnesota Which is a you know flat ban on 18 to 20 year olds being able to bear arms, you know apply for and receive permits So it's interesting there. So, you know, we wanted the Eighth Circuit, which was a huge win. Minnesota has asked that the Supreme Court take the case. You know, they file their, it's called a petition for renecerechiary. Of course, the Supreme Court decides what cases it takes and which it doesn't. Anytime the government asks, it's more likely that the court will take the case than if it's public interest litigants or private individuals. You know, you can take with that which you will, whether or not that's appropriate or not, but it's good. So, you know, anytime you win at the circuit level, it makes it more likely the Supreme Court's going to take the case. The other thing that makes it more likely is when the parties agree that the court should take the case. And so, we actually just filed our response to that cert petition. And it basically told the Supreme Court, you know what, we actually agree that you guys should take this case. We agree that this is a massive issue. And now there's a split on this. There's courts that have come out on the other side saying that 82 to 20 year olds are not part of the people for the purposes of the Second Amendment, which is wild. And so basically we agreed that the court should take the case, but of course, you know, we maintain that we were correct and that the Eighth Circuit ruled correctly and that the Supreme Court should take the case to not just affirm our victory there, but also to make it clear nationwide that 18 to 20 year olds have a constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms. And it's in a really interesting posture now because You know, we last talked about the win in Lara, which is the case in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania asked for an en banc review of the circuit, meaning that the whole circuit was sitting here, hear the case. Well, that was denied. I don't want to live 9 to 5 paycheck to paycheck. I wish I would have known this 20 years ago. This is a hidden gem that people don't know. The NRA V Bondi case, right? That's not one of ours, obviously by the name. But, you know, there was just a decision in that case upholding Florida's law. So now there's this interesting posture on these 18 to 20 cases. And then, of course, there's the Reese case, which we talked about last time as well, which is the challenge to the purchase ban for 18, the federal purchase ban for 18 to 20 year olds. They had asked for an extension on their embossed deadline. Again, asking for the full circuit to review the case. Their deadline was technically Monday. The court did not rule on their extension motion. So yeah. And again, that's the federal government, right? This isn't an individual state. Technically, you don't have to file a petition for rehearing en banc. It's not a requirement. And their deadline for asking the Supreme Court to review the case would be sometime around the end of April. So it's not that just by not filing that that the case is over. It also doesn't necessarily mean that. They realize the deadline passed maybe? I don't know, maybe they are just going to rely on an ungranted motion for an extension, who knows? They're all double judges, Cambridge. Hey judge, buddy, pal. But it's this really interesting posture now where you've got several wins in the 18 to 20 space. There's a couple circuits that are dissenting, but they're by far in the minority. But now there's a case that's directly squared up for the Supreme Court to potentially hear and review on this issue and weigh in. So I think that we talk about this issue a lot in the past few months, even the past year. But it's because we've been really uniformly successful in it. And it really presents a really important question for the court. And it's a really good posture for the court to kind of take this case and weigh in on the issue area. Yeah, I agree, especially when you look at the post-brewin world and the test that the government has to actually undertake to see if something was consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearms regulation at the time of the founding in 1791. It's going to be hard for any government official to say that things like the militia act didn't. You know exists because these members were required to be part of the people to be armed as you know part of the Defense of their communities, so it's good I can't wait to see where this goes because I think it's all coming to a head at the right time Especially with the current makeup of the court that we have now that the Supreme Court and as a side note for people who were listening Although it wasn't Cody's case the one he brought up In Florida, Pam Bondi, our current Attorney General, was defending Florida's unconstitutional laws on 18 to 20 people. I just want to throw that out there, in the interest of being fair. What else do you got there on what you guys have been up to since we last met? So I got another really actually kind of interesting one. So we have a case in DC. It's kind of challenging DC's magazine restrictions. called Where Duroca versus DC. And here's where it's really interesting. And here's where the, it's the kind of like unsexy cases that you don't hear about very often or the issues that you don't hear about very often that really impact this. So DC has a precedent that basically says that you cannot bring a pre-enforcement challenge in the District of Columbia on Second Amendment cases. And I'll break that down. Basically, if you look at the vast majority of cases that are brought by us, by any other Second Amendment group, any other public interest group in litigation, like whether they're doing speech or religion or privacy, it doesn't really matter. Generally speaking, they're all pre-enforcement challenges. What that means is there is the individual plaintiff in the case, that they and would engage in a certain course of conduct but for a law that would expose them to liability. So an example of this would be, you know, somewhere as a magazine ban, I would purchase and have concrete plans to purchase magazines that accept more than 10 rounds. But for the ban which both prohibits me from doing so and if I were to do so I would be exposed to criminal liability, right? A lot of places this is a felony fines imprisonment Several years in some cases and so that posture is basically saying look and it can't just be like Completely attenuated right? These are people who in this case, right? own firearms that do accept magazines that could accept more than 10 rounds, but are prohibited from doing so in a place. Like, right, like a comment, I was gonna say, like a P320 owner in California, but that's unveiling a whole other set of news. Like, you know, a Glock owner in California, right? They have a firearm that can't accept those magazines. They would acquire those magazines before you log. That's what a pre-enforcement challenge is. In the other context, like in speech, there's a law that prohibits you from speaking or saying a certain thing or speaking in a certain area, right? Well, you know, my hypothetical plaintiff in this case often does demonstrations, would speak in that area or would say those things but for this law. Right. Pre-enforcement challenge. The reason you do that, the reason why those are important, is because it shows that there is people that are actually harmed by the law that are changing their conduct because of the law. But it doesn't require those people to expose themselves to actual criminal liability. You're not required to engage in illegal conduct to challenge the law. That was the case. We would be in a place where you could never challenge any of these laws unless you were actually charged with a violation, which is hugely problematic, right? Like people, people tend to be risk averse. People don't want to violate the law. You know, of course, I would never tell my clients to violate the law. And so these pre-enforcement challenges are really important. Well, in DC, they're impossible, under precedent. You have to have either actually be prosecuted, You have to have been specifically threatened with prosecution, which of course, knowing this, why would anybody ever do that, right? Then they would expose themselves to lawsuits. Or you have to have like a specific denial for something. Now the first two are obviously problematic for the reason you talked about. The reason why the denial is problematic is twofold. One, it's stupid. You know, so-called assault weapons are banned in DC. Why, like, what's the, what is the purpose of applying for a permit? You literally cannot get it. It cannot be issued. It is illegal. So it's stupid. It, all it does is serve as a bar for people from being able to, to vindicate their rights. The other side part of that is, what about magazines? You can't permit magazines. They're not, they're not registered in DC. There is a flat prohibition. You can't bring them into the district. And so it puts you in this weird spot. So we have a lawsuit that challenges the magazine case. That challenges the magazine ban. DC filed a motion to dismiss, basically saying, hey look, these guys don't meet the standing requirements that have been established by the DC circuit. We responded, we went, yep, you're right. But your standing requirements are stupid. And DC is the only circuit that does this, right? Every other circuit, you could have pre-enforcement challenges. You can look at our challenges, see that they span the country and know that we're doing this ever, like this is the case everywhere. And it's not just us, right? Like ACLU uses pre-enforcement challenges. Right. Everybody does it. Everybody does, yeah. And so, like, not only is it only DC, DC only does it for the Second Amendment. Yeah, right. Not apply this same bar for First Amendment challenges or for Fourth Amendment challenges. So it is not just an outlier circuit. It is also completely discriminatory against Second Amendment protected rights. So we looked at this and we went, you know what, this is our opportunity to really dig in on this issue. And it's a little niche. It takes, I don't know, five minutes to explain, which is not normal of a lot of cases. But it's really important. Standing is something that is weaponized by all governments. I don't care what letter comes after their name. Standing is weaponized by all governments to keep people out of courts. Whether you see it in Second Amendment spaces in what you would assume would be friendly jurisdictions who just don't want to go into court and don't want to like have to defend a certain law. Or if it's California trying to push back against the... coastal zoning laws. Like you see it everywhere. If you ever interact with a public interest attorney standing as a swear word, we're used to fighting it regularly. So it's one of those things where it's probably not going to make headlines unless something big happens. It's going to take some time. These things are going to be, courts are slow. We can talk about stays and delays with our former Florida AG. It's probably an important topic, but courts are slow. And so it's something that is not going to attract much attention, but it's a really important fight. It's a bar to entry to the court first and foremost. And they're making everybody jump through ridiculous futile hoops. And it's offensive. And so it's one of those cases where, you know, it's not going to, like I said, not going to make headlines, probably not going to be on Fox News. But it is really important into the broader fight of making sure that people have access to the courts and also that there's access available for any future infringes. Anything that the district does in the future, right, is available for challenge as necessary and needed. Do you know what judge you drew on that one yet? Oh, I do. That's a good question. Ranger, number one. Not that there are many favorable ones in that circuit. DC is really interesting. DC is because you have generally, you always have standing. Apparently we're just going to talk about standing today. You have standing to file a lawsuit in the district in which an injury occurred. But for the federal government, you also have standing to sue where the agency is located or where the government actors located. And so DC became this place for an extended number of lawsuits because so many federal agencies are based there. Some people found out during COVID that the CDC is not. But most federal agencies are actually based in DC, unsurprisingly. So it's become this place for a lot of losses. And it's also, you know, the DC circuit is called the mini Supreme Court because there's so many cases that go up in DC because of this. There's so many suits against the federal government. And because the Supreme Court only takes 60 to 70 cases a year, if you get a circuit decision, that could be your final stop. And so for a lot of people, the DC Circuit became the mini Supreme Court, and it's not the most freedom-interested circuit in the country. Let me ask you this one related to the... I'm sorry? Judge Contreras. Contreras, okay. Regarding the Supreme Court only taking 60 or so cases a year where they used to take 200 plus, do you see a way that we can, obviously this is just you and I spitballing here, is there a way we can get them back to actually doing their job a little more often? I, so this is a super loaded question. The problem is we care too much about Supreme Court opinions now. The federal government does too much. all governments do too much, which means there's more things that are the subject of higher states lawsuits. And as a result, there are so many more things that are just going on through the court system. And they've all become interrelated. Not directly in all cases, right? Like in our Career Criminal Act, case isn't necessarily going to impact a, you know, an EPA case, but Because precedent has become so pervasive and so relied upon, opinions have also gotten significantly longer. Right? Like if you look at average opinion length, that has also increased as the number of cases that they've taken has decreased. Right, right. The problem is, because this is all interrelated, you have to unwind the wheel. And so really what I mean, the end day, right, the problem is that the federal government does too much. And so we need too many cases to go up to get opinions out of the Supreme Court. And they're too worried about how their opinions are going to impact other spaces. And so those opinions have become longer. I don't think that there's a way to get the court to grant more cases without unwinding one of those other wheels. And that's the significant problem. I mean, I do think One way to kind of solve some of this log jam and some of this problem is to fix some of the circuits again, right? So the the fifth circuit split into the the fifth and the eleventh Back in the eighties. I'm guessing I think there's a six that could be wrong The ninth is too big right the ninth is the biggest circuit the ninth is the only circuit that can't sit The ninth has never sat fully on bunk It has a when you go on bonk in every other circuit you get the full slew of Justice judges Sorry that are active in that circuit the night you get 11. Do you write another draw? There is technically a procedure for the Ninth Circuit to sit fully on bonk Don't believe it has ever happened before I don't even think that they have a courtroom big enough Yeah, I don't actually like 29. Yes, I'll use a lot of them. Yeah, um The night is too big. You need to split the night And it would also more accurately reflect some of the geographical breakups if you did it in a, I've always said you should do the coast in Hawaii and you should do inland and Alaska for the Ninth Circuit. But that would help, right? It would decrease the load on some of the circuit issues, which could potentially help. But yeah, without unwinding federal programs, you're never gonna get to the point where There's more availability for the court. Yeah, maybe we get Elon to help us out. What, half the cases they take are criminal. Yeah. Right. So they're going to grant, let's say they're going to grant 70, 35 are criminal cases. Right. Now you're down to 35 per term of, you know, potential high impact civil litigation. Half of those are might be boring. Right. Yeah. Well, probably two thirds of them. Two thirds of them, right? Sometimes they're really niche, microscopic issues. And so it's It is a huge problem, but I don't think that you can fix that without unwinding other things. Yeah, unfortunate. All right, what else has the PC been up to here behind the scenes? Well, very loudly. One from one that you'll be happy about, the Granada case, which is challenging Massachusetts hand-in-roster. Yeah, buddy, I'm heading up there next month to speak about it. Awesome. That one is going to be If you think it might rain later, then all you need is this bearskin heavy storm rain jacket. That's because this is the... We have motion for summary judgment hearings coming up in that case. So posture-wise, right, motion for summary judgment when you're talking about our kind of cases, pre-enforcement challenges, where the facts are very straightforward. Most cases are decided on a summary judgment basis. That basically just means that there's not facts in dispute, and so you don't need a court to do the fact finding at trial, you're just resolving issues of law. That's a big one, and that's been around for a long time. So it's good to have that teed up and to be able to kind of get into court and really kind of make the final arguments there so that we can hopefully get that thing strapped down and then move through the appellate process. That always happens in cases like this. That is one that is, you know, that's a huge one. I think those handgun rosters, people who don't live in roster states don't know what it's like. And just don't realize how pervasive they are. It's just a ban. It's a ban on handguns. And they're just picking winners and losers in terms of the handguns that you get to use. So those types of issues are really important. And that's the case that's been pending, like I said, for a really long time. It's good to see that one get teed up. Massachusetts obviously hasn't slowed down. I know that you covered the Escher case, which is our challenge to the new 18-20 law up in Massachusetts, where everybody got a piece of the action. We pulled together the full coalition, or at least a lot of groups, together on that one to work together. Massachusetts always has issues, but this Granada case is one that it'll be nice to finally see teed up and to really see it go in and be able to dig in on the problems with the roster there. Yeah, it'll be sweet. For people who don't live there, it's tough to understand what we're talking about, but just a quick, to surmise what... Massachusetts does. The governor now, who was the attorney general, there's basically an attorney general list of what they think is safe and related to firearms to be sold within the state. So they're saying in, you know, just to summarize it, that a Glock Gen 3 is safer than a Glock Gen 4 or Gen 5 where they've made improvements to the firearms. So you can't buy a Gen 4 or Gen 5 in Massachusetts. Because the older versions are safer. It's just ridiculous what they're using It's just a blanket band of way to to stop new guns from being sold in the state and I can't wait until that goes down in flames and hopefully I'll be there for it, but I Remember begging the powers that be at FPC to take up that case and I'm so glad that they did and I helped you know I'm getting some people to sit as plaintiffs and stuff like that. So it's a case I can't wait to see all the way through because I'm invested in it. Not just with my efforts, but emotionally. I hate Massachusetts with a passion as far as the gun laws. So I can't wait to y'all destroy them. Yeah. And that's a case. So that's a good kind of intro or continued intro into the delays thing. I mean, that case is going on four years old now. Yeah. That case was filed in June of 2021. Well, COVID. COVID. Yeah. And so it's, you know, at first it was a motion to dismiss and then the cases remained back and now it's on summary judgment and, you know, now it's, there's still an appellate process ahead. In cases, you know, in public interest cases, the appellate process is almost guaranteed. Yeah. Because if we win, when we win, the government is going to try and defend its law. They're not guaranteed necessarily to seek Supreme Court review, but they're almost always guaranteed to go up to the circuit. Now, there are situations in which where that doesn't happen, and we get a district court win and the government backs down, but it's very rare. So when you've got a case that's four years old at the district court, the motion, the summary judgment is supposed to be argued, and then the court has to issue its opinion, and then you're talking about the appellate process. Some of these ones take a really long time and a lot of investment and a lot of work just to get them to the point where it should be rather straightforward of X-laws unconstitutional and we're good to go. But four years later we don't have that yet. So we have to have it soon. Being the First Circuit, they're known for things taking forever and going all the way to the It's the 99th yard line before they let some sun go. So I again, thank you all for your continued pressure there. It's greatly appreciated by the people behind enemy lines. Yeah, absolutely. I mean, it's, you know, it's a multifaceted fight. We're sitting right at 60 plus active cases. And so it's tough, you know, you've got to be able to do everything that you can to focus everywhere you can. You've got to be able to focus on specific issues, on specific pillars on our focuses, on the website. You can see what we focus on. And then you've got stuff that pops up too, right? And sometimes it's discreet issues, sometimes it's bigger, right? It's not always, you know, snow, right? It's not always the big, you know, so-called assault weapons ban. One of the other things that we've been, we're briefing right now is are challenged to the Illinois public transportation ban. There's things like that that come up and if that's a really important issue, if you ban carry on public transit, you prohibit anybody from carrying at any point in their day if they use public transit. Well folks, the day we've been waiting on has finally come. So it sounds small, but it's really this massive impact on Kerry. Anybody that relies on the bus no longer can exercise their right to bear arms. You have to deal with this balance. And there's lots of people who are behind enemy lines. I have admitted to being Californian in public already, so it's already on the record. But I watched my... dad go through when I was in law school before I was even in this space watching my dad try and jump through the hurdles and the loops of being a gun owner in California and the problems that it causes. So, you know, it's tough in a lot of these places. Sometimes it's important to be able to, you know, it is important to be able to bring the, you know, the big, massive, Sullivan's band case. It's also important to be able to bring the, you know, public transportation band case that really impacts people. who are using that in their day to day life and sometimes you got to file in Massachusetts or Illinois and other times you got to file in Texas. It just kind of depends on the day. Considering the government uses the death by a thousand cuts against us, sometimes you have to use it against them to get an effective victory that will be long lasting. Because, you know, they'll try to always reform whatever ban they had whenever they, in theory, lose at a high court, just like a lot of New York. And speaking of the subway system there, I just saw this morning when I woke up that the Trump administration has been giving money, federal funds, to their transit system. And part of their agreement was they had to keep the system safe. So Trump's people today said, well, if people are getting mug shot killed and set a fire, then you're not keeping it safe. We're going to pull funding from you. So I don't know if Illinois does that, but that might be something you can use in your argument. Like, you know, they're getting federal funding to keep it safe, and they can't keep it safe. So. I bet everything's federally funded these days. Yeah, especially transit. It's a tough business to keep profitable in any way. Yeah. Well, dude, that's been quite a few updates here. We're 29 minutes into it. Do you have anything else for the folks? That's all I have for specific case updates, but I did think, one thing that's really interesting that you've been talking about a bunch and that has been really kind of a topic is the new AG and these federal positions in cases. And one thing that's big is this delay in these stays. And it's really interesting. It's kind of a perpetual balance because courts are really deferential to the federal government. and courts are generally pretty likely to grant days, at least what the court would determine to be a reasonable one. And so you get into this weird position where, you know, in some cases you had the AG's office coming in and asking for 60 days or asking for open-ended stays. Now those are really dangerous. Open-ended, I once worked on a case that was on an, I think we might've talked about this before, that was on open-ended stays for 21 years. And it was like a three month or status report every three months and the status report was just like, ah, nothing's happened yet. Like every three months for 21 years. Open-ended stays are very dangerous. I don't care if you think that the person on the other side of the V is favorable to your position or not. Time goes by, administrations change, appointees change, those are dangerous. Lengthy delays also get dangerous, right? You're talking about like, this potential for how long do we have to resolve this case? Look at the Granada case, right? It's still in the district court. So lengthy stays can also be dangerous. At the same time, if opposing counsel is going to, you know, if they're going to change position and advocate for, you know, the actual original public meeting of the Second Amendment, you want to give them the opportunity to do so. So it is this really interesting balance. I know a lot of people have had a lot of questions and a lot of it's come up on, you know, perpetual stays, 60 days days, 30 days days, extensions, those sorts of things. This is one of the first times in my career that people have been paying attention to extensions. Like attorneys will ask for extensions as a matter of course sometimes. It's somewhat frustrating. Courts will grant them as a matter of course sometimes. We were pretty successful in keeping those things mitigated in our cases and not getting open-ended stays, getting much shorter extensions and stays, and so I think that's really important. But I think there's a lot of pressure right now on the AG's office. There's a lot of pressure for them to... Japanese women are hiding from the rest of the world the secret to never gaining extra centimeters around the waist throughout their... review and hopefully fix some of the defects that existed in their prior positions, which I would argue were not very constitutional in most of their iterations. And there are a ton of cases that there are out there that impacts. And so, you know, while that might mean that it's more work for them to fix these issues, that's kind of what they're there for. So it is really interesting to see, but we're really kind of coming to a clock here. And I think that's really important. We're getting to a point where we're going to start to expect corrections, some updates, some filings, and those sorts of things rolling through. And I'd imagine that's going to happen, when it happens, it's going to happen quickly. Yeah, well, we hope. We hope. Yeah. So there's a lot of similar cases across the country on similar issues. And so it's not as if they have to form 100 different opinions. It's really just a few that need to get applied throughout. And there's really only one opinion that it's very easy. All you gotta do is like respect the original public reading of the Second Amendment, understand that it protects the pre-existing natural right, and stop trampling all over it. And it's really easy to apply that in all of the cases. I'm happy to pre-write some points for them if they think it would be helpful. I can guide them, no problem, more than willing to do so. I think once that shoe drops, you're going to see it across a lot of cases rather quickly. So I'm hopeful that we'll get that soon. I think her second deadline's coming up. Second deadline just passed Sunday. Oh, cool. Awesome. I'll just be right by also. So that's cool. So yeah. A lot of these days that we're asked for were 30 and 60 days starting in February with that executive order. So those days are going to start expiring, status reports are going to start being due, and people are going to start pushing them. I mean, you've had a month, you've had two months, articulate your position, or let the case go forward. Look, the government has a lot of options before it, and it doesn't have to fight these, but also like... We're not in court because you know, we want a fancy memo at the end of the day that says like well We may think that they're right and said no we're in court because we have very good cases that we are confident Will win or should win at least as long as the court applies The you know text as informed by history test from those established in however and reiterated in Bruins So I'm very happy to get court opinions. And we've demonstrated that we've been very successful. 26 victories last year. So it's happy to be in court if that's the right place, but also like I'm really looking forward to seeing their position one way or another. We're on the money, they're still playing word games for the sake of trying to lick somebody's bum hole and be politically correct. Hey, Dad. But as it is, we have a bunch of activity going on this weekend with night vision training at Camp Emerson and that is pretty well being initiated. The indoor course is taking place right now and then after dark, after way after sunset, we've got a night-oriented touring course taking place. Go ahead, Ed, jump in there, please. Well, the test run that we did did not go well. The cassette tape player that we had hooked up, the interior belts popped on it when we started to play it. We played the entire Guns and Gadgets piece which gave me time to actually break into it and see what was going on with it. It's not the belt on the back side but it's the belt on the inside between the tape player sits and where the actual mechanism presses up against it. It's a very small belt on the inside that popped. I know if I was up north I'd know right where to go to grab a replacement and then just take me 24 hours to get it but I don't have any down here that I'm aware of unless Jerry had one. Stuff away in one of the shelves here someplace. But I'm going to be going to Ralph's Records this weekend to see if they sell repair kits. Otherwise I'm going to have to find a rubber band and cut down because it's a very fine belt dad. It's one of those air There might be a media center stand-alone cassette player you get there. I tried getting both of those running. One has a power issue, the other one has a belt issue. And it's probably, since it's jerry's and it has this name etched on it, it probably has the same issue that I'm having with the one where it's the interior belt, not the exterior belt that went on it. Because otherwise you would have fixed it. I've already got plans on how to deal with it. We're going to run over to Ralph's Records probably tomorrow, see if they sell repair kits, or ask them if they know anybody in the area who does repairs. I could probably find one that works, but dry down here is terrible on rubber. Any belt component in this area, I honestly need to crack open and do some preventive maintenance on stuff and just use a drop of gets on all the belts on everything to keep them moisturized because they dry out, they get brittle, they crack, they break and that's what happened to this one when I... everything looked like it was working until it wasn't. It only takes a moment. Well, and again too, we've got to figure we've got some age on a lot of the equipment, it's original. Yeah, but a lot of people deal with PM and you used to be able to buy the belts, but I'm not even sure where you would look anymore. Radio Shack is not an option because obviously they're just a cell phone shop now. And Best Buy is, well, the media play is pretty much gone because Best Buy bought a mount and closed them down. We don't have Tiger Direct anymore, which was another unique place to go to look for parts like that. The only thing I think it might be the Christian, and I don't think I have any other flyers or catalogs down your desk, Christian Ministries Audio might have repair kits that I need. Also, there are a couple other scientific companies that do, I actually have, again, we're going to have to share. I've got a couple of sources here for components and I'll just have to pull them off of the other, they're not on this computer in front of me, we'll have to pull them off from the other machine. But there are still a few companies that sell all of the individual drive belts for both VCRs and for cassette and for all the different, I don't know how many of the different models, there are so many variations. But the basic internals are not that different from one to the other. unless they're gear driven and there are gear driven models out there just that belt was the more affordable, the most economical, cheapest for them to produce for the period of time. So we have to come up with a solution and we will. Real quick, let's do this. There is a new guns and gadgets. It has to do with the governor. It's about nine hours old, Ed, if you could. This legislation is now a potential prime target for Attorney General Pam Bondi's new Second Amendment task force, and some members of Congress have already put it at her attention. On April 10, 2025, Colorado Governor Jared Polis signed Senate Bill 25-003 into law, converting constitutional rights into a privilege, one that makes owning a firearm significantly more difficult for those who cannot afford these new add-ons. For many Coloradans, especially low-income citizens who have been terrorized by trend de Argoa, The SB25003 creates a barrier that puts firearm ownership out of reach and renders them defenseless. The law, set to take effect on August 1st of 2026, introduces stringent requirements for purchasing most semi-automatic firearms with detachable magazines. Here's what the new law entails. A ban on magazine-fed semi-automatic firearms, like AKs and ARs. It institutes a new eligibility card. Yeah, you need an eligibility card for your constitutional right. You have to apply for your constitutional right. And applicants must obtain a firearm safety course eligibility card from their county sheriff who has the authority to deny the application of that individual if they deem them a risk. There's also now mandatory training. A 12-hour safety course certified by Colorado Parks and Wildlife is required for your constitutional right converted into a privilege, and it will cover topics from firearm laws to crisis intervention. And the governor says his goal is to keep the cost of that price at under $200, but there's no guarantee. The database inclusion is also part of this bill. Upon completion of all of that, individuals are then entered into a state database. That's called a registry, and it allows them to purchase firearms after a final background check by a licensed dealer. Additionally, the law bans rapid-fire conversion devices, like bump stocks, aiming to prevent semi-automatic weapons from mimicking automatic fire. However, the Supreme Court just said that bump stocks aren't. machine guns, so there's another problem that Pambondi can attack them for. It's important to note that the law doesn't affect all firearms, so those semi-automatic rifles and stuff without detachable magazines, those are not affected by this, but it's still a ban on most gas-operated semi-automatic firearms with detachable magazines. Now supporters like the clown state representative Tom Sullivan, whose son was a victim at the Aurora Theater shooting, hail the law as a life-saving measure. Now, Sullivan has helped pass 12 other anti-gun bills and he said he has more work to do. So this guy is about the biggest POS that you can find when it comes to violating the Constitution as an elected representative whose job is to protect the Constitution at all costs. Conversely, opponents argue that the law infringes on Second Amendment rights and imposes undue burdens on lawful gun owners. Organizations like Rocky Mountain Gun Owners are considering legal challenges already, citing potential administrative hurdles and costs. Now, Governor Polis says that the law is not a ban, but a step towards responsible gun ownership through education and training. Funny, I'm looking at the Constitution on the wall and it doesn't say that anywhere in the Second Amendment. He also said, quote, this bill ensures that our Second Amendment rights are protected while improving public safety, end quote. Hmm, I seem to remember Supreme Court tastes called Bruin, where they can't put public safety over. That's that interest balancing test that was smacked down by the Supreme Court. Hmm, now as Colorado navigates the complexities of this gun legislation, this law represents a significant constitutional violation. What are your thoughts on this new legislation, guys and gals? Paul from the last time from about three or four days ago, but Paul from Tennessee, I was about to make a statement, a comment about that Colorado thing, gun law they're trying to push in through. Okay. I don't see anything in the Bill of Rights where it says, I or anyone needs a certificate, registration or training or anything after that shall not be in French period. There's nothing else that needs to be done. Well, and again, this is where we're eventually going to be faced with the fact that we are going to have to fight to get rid of the problem. We are going to end up having to, despite the task force from Bondi out of DC, remember, Bondi just let the, you know, actually supported and continued to operate a case that they could have dumped completely. And it was a ruling against firearms ownership. If the Bondi AG continued with the case, even though there was a change of command, which means they could have just walked out, could have dropped the case completely, but they didn't. And that's why I'm not holding my breath with these characters. They're liars. 99% of the time, whatever BS is coming out of their face, there's something coming out the other end just as quickly and it's dropping on us. They just take a dump on the American people constantly. And I don't think it's going to change. It hasn't changed. What they're doing, a lot of the pickle, smoke, and mirrors garbage they've done, or the announcements they've made are because they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar all the way up to their armpit by lying and continuing to support enemy operations in the court against us. So I don't think anything's going to change. I think it's going to continue to be the same problem. They're just buying time until they can hit the switch. And whatever crisis the regime has planned, because that's what's coming. There's got to be a crisis. Once that happens, everybody's supposed to just go along, because after all, Trump is going to demand a solution or demand a particular response and or reaction, more likely. and we're all supposed to just go along with it. That is, I am sure, the plan. He's being run by foreigners. They have the agenda in place. They're going to continue with it. And it's just a matter of when the feces hits the oscillating device. The fact that Colorado is doing this, oh, we're preserving your gun rights. No, you're not. It's a poll tax. It's funny if you call it anything else. You can vote, but only if you pay. You can't do that. You have a right to vote. No, you have to pay a poll tax. If you pay, you can come in and vote. They've already told us that that's completely wrong, but it's fascinating how all of a sudden when it comes to other elements of the Bill of Rights, and I don't know where it is that the Bill of Rights says that Article II of the Bill of Rights is separated from the rest of the document. As far as intent and operative purpose, in other words, there's something to skew here. So it's not going to get better. In fact, they're going to do plenty to waste a lot of people's time. It's going to be spinning your wheels in the mud called the quartz, because the quartz is just a pig pond. And in the process, step by step, they'll just keep regurgitating, which is all we've seen for all of our lives. They just keep regurgitating the same crap over and over again for the purpose of self-inggrandizing people who are able to operate in the court. It's great for the lawyers, terrible for the American people. It's not the solution. In fact, it's going to continue to be the problem because they just keep promoting the same crap over and over again. Meanwhile, well, The other aspect of what's happening here with regard to Colorado is a whole bunch of Colorado doesn't want to go along with it. Well, if they're smart, they won't. Let's remind everybody that Illinois, a state that is rabidly occupied by northern communist Chicago, nobody conform to the you must register all of your guns. And what's going to have to happen in Colorado is the same thing. You can piss off, eat feces, and die. But that means that all the rest of Colorado is going to have to cough and find when out their oysters are still attached and then put a piece of duct tape over their bun holes so they don't drop their spine out like some stinking meat xylophone out their rear end the moment something gets serious. Because that's the other problem. It's like, yeah, the solution is very straightforward. Illinois just did this. I can't emphasize that enough. It's really important. Illinois is For the most part, you'd swear to God Chicago is the only part of Illinois that exists, okay? And yet, and yet, the people of Illinois across the whole of the state, outside of the absolute northern tip and one other metropolitan area, virtually refused, in other words, they got zero response, for a mandatory register your guns or work coming for them. Okay, well we got the guns for a reason. Why don't you come for them? No, if you don't register your guns, we're gonna come for them. Okay, cool. Why don't you guys come on down? Nobody in most of the counties in Illinois, nobody came in and registered anything. Now they still have that stinking FOIA card, which is no different from what the cops in Colorado, those bullshitters are pushing now. But the idea is that you better stop at dead cold in its tracks. You don't cooperate with it. You don't go along with them. You do everything contrary to whatever it is that they're demanding. That's what's going to have to be done. If you don't do that, then it's like what happened. You get to the worst case point or the edge of the worst case point that you have with Illinois now. So Colorado, they're thinking about a lawsuit. No, they should all be talking about piss off. We're not going to go along with it. Well, they're gonna use the... Well, then we'll shoot your ass. It's fine. If we need that to start a war for independence, then we need that to start a war for independence. Why don't you just come out and try it? And let's just see what happens. I guarantee, though, there's a whole bunch of panty-waste who are immediately doing the, oh, we just gotta be reasonable. Let's not get excitable. You know, if they grab somebody, it's not me, so it's okay. Yeah, it's the kind of crap that people will do. Well, they grabbed those other people on January 6th. I'll just defecate my spine up my rear end and hope they don't come after me by pointing at somebody else and ridiculing them for existing, for having been there. Well, they might have. How do you know? The government says, well, the government's lying. Well, how do you know? I don't know. Just consistently, as we said and have said all along, how can you tell when government's lying? It's when the mouth's moving. So I ain't counting on Bundy-Bite. Bundy-Bite is a prostitute from Florida and the Jewish mob runs Florida. And the Jewish mob, when they want to rape, kill, pillage, and burn you, all they just love it. They'll hire every whore mercenary on the planet to get you killed. And do everything to twist the law accordingly to try and get you killed. So I hold my breath on that garbage with the body BS. In reality, that's one of the most dangerous things we do. Oh, we'll just count on the system. The system is what got us here. The shipwreck that we're in is because of the system. Everybody, you know, what happened nationally, let me point something out here about this whole thing we've seen going on. This whole thing locked up nationally the same way Illinois did. The only thing that the bad guys have had left to do if they were to continue on the path that they were on would be to try to attack the American people. And the American people, at a given point, this happens, it's happened with most of us, I don't have any conversation or debate with my enemy anymore. You break out the 30 caliber plunger and when the time comes you put a magazine's worth of ammunition in the toilet ass and amazingly enough it flushes. Usually, no matter who the president is, the people that they have so far boasted that they fired are people that they always fire. In fact, some they haven't even talked about. Every chief marshal in the marshal service is fired every time a president is changed. Did you hear anything about that? Now, here's the question. Did they do that? Because in reality, they should have. So if they did, which is interesting, That would be expected, but if they didn't, there's only one time that they haven't fired all the chief marshal, the heads of the different districts of the marshal service. And that's when we had the Indianapolis Baptist Temple, the siege that was going on, and the one character that didn't get fired by Bush was a Democrat lackey hire. And the only reason he wasn't fired is because his job, his name was in all the paperwork to attack the church. So when they finally surrendered, because they thought they had a deal with Bush, and Bush's people came in, took the church, continued with all the paperwork and closing down the church, And then they fired the chief marshal after he had done his dirty deed. And of course he had articles, the ADL put articles in the newspapers down there. Boy, why are you firing this guy? He did what he was supposed to do. He went after the Goyem Christians. He was crucifying the Christians. Why are you taking this poor man and making him lose his job? Well, actually he knew his job was on the block because there was a change from Demican to Republerat. But there's an example of the, again, that's very rare. But as far as who, they brought in hell. The people who were all involved, every one of the characters who was in the office in D.C. involved in arresting all the January 6th were promoted. They've stepped up. They didn't step out. They stepped up. So again, if I were Colorado, everybody in Colorado should start talking to everybody. If you're a gun owner, You should be talking to each other in Colorado the way the people in Illinois started talking to each other. The sheriffs decided, you know what, capital can piss off. You know what, Chicago can piss off. The sheriffs did that, town police did that, the people did that, and all these counties, especially the farther you get from Chicago, the lower and then non-existent than and just totally non-existent the numbers were with regard to compliance, to the demand. Well, that's what needs to happen in Colorado. Everybody better find their spine. Everybody's had enough. That's the only way. Pressure from below, pressure from above. If supposedly Washington's gonna come in, well, the moment they can do this where they have Washington come in and start this over manipulation of the states, the moment that Trump's out and the communists are out, don't you think that the communists coming in are gonna use the tools that were created by Trump for the same purpose? Oh, that's right. Because that's what they did the last time. Remember after 9-11 when the Israelis and the elements of the U.S. government did the attack on New York and Washington, D.C., when the Jewish mob attacked us and then pointed at the Arabs, they demanded the Patriot Act. And then we got Homeland, Succu-Ridey, and all that fun stuff. And who is it that's been doing all the violations in the last four years? Well, people using the Patriot Act and oh, that's right. But they were doing it even before that. They were doing that with Obama. With tens of thousands of FOIA requests that were special court requests that were, well, oh, they lied. They just flat out lied. And it was targeting Americans. It wasn't targeting Arab terrorists. We're going after them Arabistadians. No, they didn't. They went after Americans. Wow, I guess maybe it's not a good idea to go along with pushing for a bigger stinking police state. And by the way, we already have a big enough stinking police state. So, the only thing I can figure is, well, the Israelis in Florida telling Bondi what to do, that this is the agenda so they can get ready for the next jump off once they change command yet again. So everybody better be ready for that. But Denver, well, not Denver, forgive me, Colorado, isolate those cities, don't do business with the people who are pushing this, find out who is, put them out of business. If you're the lion's share of the state, most of it is. I saw some of the conversation before this garbage was put into effect with the individuals from the outlying areas, what they were saying. And it's like, well, guess what? You need to apply yourself the same way that they applied themselves in Illinois. And Illinois is one of the most stinking leftist states you've got in the country, comparable to Colorado, comparable to Oregon, comparable to the cesspool of Washington, Oregon, or California. And yet the people in general put them back in their seats. Congratulations to all of our friends in Illinois. Just something to think about there, because that's the only way this is going to get fixed. Meanwhile, buy more ammo. Organize Army equipment training as militia. Establish a 5-10 program in your area of operations. Logistics, the key to victory, because we have a lot of work to do. All right, now let's do this before we go too far. We only got eight days till the April 19th anniversary. 250th anniversary of the shot heard around the world. Here we go. Ain't going that direction. We are not going down with the enemy's sinking ship. Remember that. Prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance. We have a lot of work to do there. Real quick also, I want to remind everybody there's going to be a little bit of an instruction. Everybody's going to get a chance to taste one of these. We've got one of the classes. In fact, it'll be, I believe, up at, oh come on, which facility are we at this weekend? We've got, hold on, sorry guys. They are going to be doing a prep food course for field operations, what to be carrying. The survival tabs, which by the way, I have several people after I pointed these out, the package doesn't really tell you what flavor they are except with a marker. What it is, guys, it's a color circle. Because people say, what flavor are these things? Well, I guess there's kind of a flavor. They have chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and this one which I have in my head is butterscotch, which is the ones that seem to be popping up right now. Do they taste like candy? No. Do they taste like what they claim they are? Well, kind of. And the ballpark. If you're hungry, you're not going to care. But we're going to give everybody a chance to try one of these. 180 delicious, chewable tabs per container. Now these are survival tabs. They were designed during the, I actually believe to go back to 1958, but the 60s is when you know about them mostly. These things were actually done as a reconnaissance, an emergency aviation food survival item. They're designed to fit one of these fits inside a standard canteen cover. They are a watertight container so when you empty everything out and you're done using it, you've got another water container to carry if you wanted to. But most important is that these are a replacement for other rations and basically the policy we established is you take one and just keep it in your mouth. You can nibble on it, but the idea is to let it melt in your mouth, kind of like if you were doing parched corn. If you know the parched corn courier technique that the Indians used, take one piece of parched corn, put it under your tongue, and leave it there and let it melt. You know, you don't chew it, you just literally wait and you let it break down in your saliva. It does all the work, and when one's gone, you put another one in, you only carry a pouch about the size of a tobacco pouch. And the idea was that they were fast rations and that's what these are. These are a fast ration. They are food stuff that is concentrate. They're good for decades on the shelf. I have one of these in each one of the backpacks that I set up that I pack here and have it at other locations. And so we're going to chance to taste them. We actually bought some extras. We're only going to open what we have to because again, this stuff is good indefinitely so we are going to give you a chance to try one. No, you're not going to get a handful, nor do you probably want a handful. But you get a chance to taste one and try it. Just to give you an idea, we were going to be demonstrating some of the other ration packs and stuff that are out there. The different combinations could lighten your load. Not going to be an exciting cuisine, but you're not going to starve. The important thing is keep the gut filled. for minimal cost in weight and calories when you're on the move. This is a dry ration by the way. These food tabs are dry rations so you need water. You want to be taking water with them. Kind of look, look at this way. It's like a jet, a Jetson from the Jetsons. You know those, remember they had the pellet, they put it in the plate, they put it in the microwave and it comes back out. It's a turkey. Okay, well it may not be a turkey. It'd probably just turn out and look like a big pile of styrofoam if you added water like that. Well, small pile because these they're not that not not quite that turkey Jetson thing yet, but they do work They are good I've used them for decades and like I said with other combinations like you know for instance right now we've got these Food pouches like with different fruits, which is a fantastic squeeze food system. They're a retort pouch. They're pretty durable actually MRE components, which I also pack away, strip everything down, and have just some of the MRE main courses or other items. To minimize weight and minimize space, volume, that's packed up with food because ammunition is a priority. You do need more water. Remember, a pint is a pound the world around, so carrying more water, it's always going to be the same weight. No matter how hard you try to change it, you can't. So the only thing you can do is lighten up the containers. And also have the ability to replace the water, which is where water purification in the field is especially critical. You can use water straws. You can use little water pass filter systems. You can use water tabs like iodine tablets. Or you can use driplet systems. They have liquid drops, which basically are going to be the iodine typically. There are other processes, but the idea is that one way or another, you have to be able to replenish and replace the water supply. It has to be clean. These food tabs require water because you're going to have to rehydrate the system. You're going to take water from the system one way or another. If you eat it, you don't have water, it's going to be pulling from the rest of your body, just how it works. Another thing about most of all the food rations that you'll have that we run into is they are designed to slow down the metabolism. Now, not these little fruit packs we're talking about. And we have several different models of these. This particular one I'm holding here is a Wanna Bana. These are from Dollar Tree. But we also have others we've sourced from some of our allies who are typically listening. We need to pick up more. We'll get back with Tom about that if we get a chance. In addition, again, with MRE components, I would point out one more time We have one of our friends after I mentioned these on the air, Brushy Creek. People were asking me about this. Are these like a military ration? Now, this is Brushy Creek. They're MRE pouches. They typically right now are tan. They used to be brown in the background because that was the standard color, greens and browns. Since we've been in Desert Dust Part 1 through Desert Dust Part 2, the adventure continues. Tan is the color because they've been in the desert. But Brushy Creek makes field rations. They don't use all the color graphics you see with the stuff that goes into the regular MRE pouches. But these Brushy Creek products are bush. This is the bush family. Prison food and military food line. And they offer these to the commercially, which is why you're seeing the Brushy Creek. That's the commercial over-the-counter name for these MRE products. They're in the standard retort pouch. What I've got here is chili with beans hot, 11.25 ounces. You take these, combine with the food tabs, combine with some of the fruit, the other items you can put away that are in the same retort pouches, and you're ending up with a pretty good combination, but also lightening the packaging and minimizing. So are the Brushy Creek products, I mean, the Brushy Creek is MRE. Yes, they're standard MREs. They're retort foil pouches, the whole nine yards. And they have their non-brushy creek moniker. Well, the company name is on there just like it is all the other MREs in the military. But it doesn't have all the color graphics. Now, these things are showing up at distress stores like Ollie's. You'll see them also on occasion at Dollar Tree. There's nothing wrong with them. They typically, of course, are not dated. I should say not outdated, but let me point something out. MREs have an indefinite shelf life. The cooler they're stored, the longer they last. Remember that. MREs, they don't really know what the actual durability is on these pouches. That's something in a write-up that I've read to everybody over and over again that provided that these things are stored in a cool, dry place or even a wet place doesn't make any difference. It won't affect the packaging. But the big thing is these things have an indefinite shelf life. So don't think, oh, my MREs are two years old, I've got to get rid of them. Please do not be that foolish. The government knows better. You should too. So let's make sure that we husband our resources. I have noticed that there are a number of sources on Facebook Marketplace that have been popping up with MREs available for about $25 a case. What these are, I don't know. I haven't had a chance to check any of them out. I know what they are. I mean, the product is. But for $25 a case, that's a quite reasonable price. Again, it seems to be a number of different pods, like here in Michigan, there's two or three. and they have a large quantity available. So you might want to check out your Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace and then look to see if you have something similar in your local area. Another thing, humanitarian rations are out there. Some of these have been showing up at food bank sites. So if people don't want them or if you got somebody who takes the state food or fed food from the food banks, Ask if they have these items in stock. Most nobody wants them. Chances are if you ask about them, you can probably get them for free and possibly get all of them. Just a thought. And again, that way they don't go to waste because otherwise people turn their nose and people aren't that hungry yet. Let's put it that way. Later when they're starving, well, they'll eat the rear end out of a dead possum, okay? But for the time being, not so much. So with that being the case, again, you need to be ahead of the curve. What am I going to be handing out to people? That's the kind of stuff I would be handing out to people. I'm not going to be mean, but I'm not going to give somebody the best I have if they're at the gate and they need assistance. The idea is to husband your resources. And one of the ways to do that is to have resources on hand. that are expendable in your inventory. And that's one of the things that you can do so you actually are decent. You can be decent to somebody, just not going to give them the best available because, well, you're just eating mediocre. They're not going to get steak or Philly Magnet. Don't you have any Philly Mignon? Well, actually, no, not even I have any Philly Mignon. Forgive me, I don't have any Philly Magnet. But I do have a packet of this. And you look like you're hungry. So if you're hungry, you're not going to ask me what it is. You're going to ask me how do I fix it. How do I prepare this? Well, read the instructions. They're very simple. And you will stay alive. You will continue to eat. Congratulations. At least you're not eating people yet. Yeah. Oh, my dude. So anyway, we're almost to the top and headed into the weekend. Once again, I want to say hi to Camp Emmerich. Well, go ahead, call her, jump in there. Do you know how to cook? Just wondering. I can boil water. What's your point? That's all you need. Boil water. And the pouch goes in. Yes, I can cook. Kind of. Well, let's put it this way. Actually, I had a lot of fun doing that back in the day. There's a bunch of stuff that we've shared in the past here. If you've got MREs, you can be pretty stinking creative with them. The big thing is don't throw anything away. A lot of people turn their nose up at certain items, but if you keep them, maybe you don't drink coffee, but you get coffee creamer. Now, you want the older military coffee creamer preferably. That's the better choice. The older coffee creamer can be used as a heat tab. You can actually make whipped cream out of it. You can take the sugar and a couple of the coffee creamers and actually make a fake whipped cream. And if you've got a shortbread, now they don't do the freeze dried fruits anymore, but they used to freeze dried strawberries. And I'll tell you what, you can make a strawberry shortcake in the field. Especially when you put it together, the smell, oh my god, it was like you were eating like the top dog, which we were. We were even better than most armies. But the freeze dried is all gone because the panty waste were all pissing and moaning about the freeze dried food. And we had the freeze dried food because it's combat rations, fool. I would point out also that the only reason that supposedly we went to MREs is because they wanted to incorporate the freeze-dried foods into the ration system. And the first thing that they discontinued after we switched over to MREs was the freeze-dried food that they had introduced into the ration system. See how stupid things are? And I actually like the freeze-dried food that was put in there because I know how god-awful expensive it was if you went out to buy that stuff. So anyway, we've seen this before stupid continues when it's the government. We just got to take advantage of what it is they produce and know how to make it work for us. So again, yes, it's not too quick with the MREs that can make them look like mushy and very edgy MREs with a little practice. Anyway, we're going to take off for the weekend. God bless Republic. Hot sauce covers all of the strange old storage tastes off any of the old rags that are out there. By the time you're done, when you get out in the field and start experimenting, you'll find out it could be a really good cook with a little of nothing. The important thing is, eat it all because you carried it, it cost you calories for it to get there. So all of it tastes good. And with every pass of the day of starvation...
