Mark Koernke discussed weather conditions in Michigan including flooding and early spring crop prospects, the Mackinac Bridge wind hazards, and river conditions. He promoted AR-15 components and accessories at discounted prices from various retailers, emphasizing barrels as key investments. Koernke explained FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) as a tool to combat financial crimes and NGO corruption, urging listeners to spread awareness of this mechanism. He covered Second Amendment legal challenges, stock market manipulation tactics, preparedness equipment including helmets and NBC masks, and upcoming Camp Wayland North activities. The show included music requests and commentary on tariffs, gas price fluctuations, and Michigan state policy changes.
We fought a revolution, both to constitute a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land is a free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm and keep our country, put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear? Most sons of the Republic arise. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republican, eat God given right. Pray to God as I O O K he vanished in the mist for once he came. His words were true, not free. But we have ourselves to be, for even now as tyrants trampled, each God given right. We only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer? he called out from the grave. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the first hour of the Intelligence Report. I'm Mark Kornke. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines in occupied territories West, Northeast, Southeast, and Southwest. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. LibertyTreeRadio.org. And we're on satellite. We want to say hi to all of our operators, no matter who you are receiving, and then also rebroadcasting virtually around the planet. We're in a myriad of other communications technologies inside and outside these United States, and it is It's that other key day. It's the TH day, the second of the two T days when the Israeli Mossad and elements of the US government usually murder people on American soil with a large crisis and then fake a story through the controlled media and through their hacks about whatever it is that's been done and the rest is history as they say. Because Tuesdays and Thursdays everybody shows up for work. So the ring knockers maximize casualties this way. So again, we need to be ready for the next one, whatever it is they plan on doing. Anyway, 17th year of Open Obvious and In Your Face Fabian Socialist and the Soviet Socialist, Occupation of America with a K. 2025 Old Earth Calendar 2025 Battle for the Republic Book 2 The Winter War, Roller Coaster Time, Water everywhere. Got a chance to travel today again as we have been. We have been very, very busy and gatorvading all over the bottom of the state. It is the 3rd of April, just in case I didn't touch on that. I don't think I did actually. 3rd of April and that's Thursday. But we have water standing everywhere. We had a couple of torrential rain days and The runoff still hasn't been complete and it is impressive. The geese are very happy. We have little lakes everywhere and little flocks, little sets of two here, there, here, there, and they're all just rolling in the good stuff. So they're happy. The farmers are doing okay too. We're actually early in the season. A lot of stuff was planted last year. Winter wheat's looking phenomenal as a matter of fact. I think it's one of the best years we've seen quite some time. We'll see how this rolls out. But so far, it's rolling in pretty cool and pretty decent across the board. So I'd say, well done. And again, last year, the end of the season fall into winter. Everybody got out there in the fields and went to town. And it did a very, very, very good thing. Everything caught up. where it needed to be. And so we have a really good looking first crop coming in. We may get hay early. I think we're going to get a strip, we're going to get a cutting much earlier than would normally be expected, maybe by two weeks or so. We'll see how that is, but most of the areas that are prepped for hay are shaggy and jumping fast. We've got up to 60 degree weather this afternoon. I don't think you've quite reached that, but the wind makes up the difference. We've got a wind show issue. We don't have any snow farther than Earth you go. Yes, we do, but we're down here in the bottom of the state. Nope, not at all. Everything's pretty well now into fluid in very fluid mode. After all our snow melted. So, in the upper part of the state, the snow has gone too then. Yeah, we still got brown grass, but yeah, it's gone. I mean, some places, it still traces the snow, but basically it's just gone. Like overnight. Right. Well, again, this wave coming in will probably be the death knell. For whatever was left of winter desperately holding on, it's going to be out the door. So that's a good thing, because we got work to do, like I said. Nobody really needs to get out of the field. So the snow has pretty much gone in Michigan? Oh yes, we're at it. Okay, well can we send it back? Because we're supposed to be getting snow down here in the next couple of days. Well that's good, we want to keep it there. We're sending it to Texas. Texas just needs more snow. Yeah, that works out for us. We don't have a problem with that. I think that actually comes off the Rockies. Yeah, that's next time you get remyced. I guess they had to close the bridge down. They finally opened it up today, but you got to be happy someone could take you across. Oh, for the wind hazard on the Mackinac. Yes. And falling ice. Oh, okay. Falling ice off the bridge. Well, we do have a good steady wind out of the north, northwest. No, actually correction, correction. Northwest West. I would think for the winds too because a lot of people don't realize that's a graded bridge and a lot of the vehicles that they've been making, especially electric ones, are lighter than normal cars. I can see that becoming a problem up there, especially with the high winds. It's a five mile bridge and most of it's not concrete. It's graded metal. Well, and again, we have had not that many. It's not like we've had people flying off the bridge every day. We have had cars taken off the bridge and again we've got a wind cycle right now that's pretty high. It's that time of year. I remember several years ago one of the cars that was taken out, it's been 20 years now, more than 20, was a Yugo. And it just picked it up, took her right over the side. The woman flew the Yugo to her doom. She was out her way from the Upper Peninsula to the Lower Peninsula and For that reason and again that Hugo is actually a heavier car by comparison to most of what you see today So yeah, it's one of those things you do need to be paying attention if you're going to be traveling on the Great Mackinaw understand the conditions they will offer to drive the vehicle over for you or transport it over They've got a couple different systems. I don't know what they're doing right now But used to be they would actually if need be even car haul They had some single-tier, not double-tier, anything like that. They just load you up on a handful of cars you can put on a trailer, they take you across. Of course, the whole vehicle combination is much heavier. And then you're on the other side, you're safe now. Get on down the road. So that is something that they have done in the past. I don't know how they're doing it now. Of course, they have drivers. Seems to me it wouldn't make any difference who the driver is. If the car is light, it would be a risk to whoever would be in the car. So having somebody else drive and be the suicide, you know, make the suicide pact, you know, going over the edge, I don't think it'd be good for anybody. But again, it's one of those things that you have to take into consideration if you're coming here to Michigan. It's one of those things that's quite famous. We are very notorious for. Before that, everything was ferries to get across. These individuals were typically from Ann Arbor, Michigan. They were homosexuals. And they had, oh god, no, that's not it. No, they were not those ferries. No, they were other, you know, car ferries, boats. Sorry about that. Yeah, but again, that solution, the bridge, has been there for quite some time all my life. And for the most part, you can get across safe. However, I would drive something bigger and heavier anyway, suburban, 2500 pickup truck with a load, something like that. That would be my attitude, how to get across and what to do to get across. Also, on that note with the weather, needless to say, we are up on all the rivers, the Raisin River, The Huron River, all of the major Michigan rivers are at Highwater Point. Nothing new. You might see something in the news about the Raisin River. Guys, the Raisin River got its name for a reason. Drives up during the summer, blows up during the rainy seasons, fall and spring. Right now, it's at the top of its water line. Many points headed towards Lake Erie, the Raisin River, crosses the Monroe Basin and it's flattered a pancake in that area. And during most of the season, you look down at the Raisin River about 20 feet below. Right now, the water level is right at your feet. Just passed over part of it. And also some of the other creeks here, same thing. Really beautiful, dynamic little waterfalls everywhere. However, something that we haven't had, just to give you the idea of the volume. We did have a couple of excavators that had to be pulled out to free up log jams around some of the car bridges down here. And they've kept them there on standby because you've got all this dead wood, especially with the ash bore. We haven't seen the rivers with this kind of blockage since the 1974-75. And in the 70s we had, as we pointed out, the middle and early 70s, we had a series of high tornado events that came all the way up to the middle of Michigan. The bottom of Ohio, the ridge, Kentucky and Tennessee got hit, Ohio got hit, and it came right up through the center of Michigan. Well, it knocked out a lot of trees, and if you tried to go down or up the Uron River, half the time you'd be portaging over logs as big as your car. as big around in some of the old tree growth areas. And I don't know if they ever really cleaned that up. They just let it break down and roll down range and eventually got to a point where they could clear it. But it's probably similar to that right now. I looked at the debris pile they were pulling out on the one bridge and probably equivalent to about a semi-trailer's worth of deadwood. So plenty of water, plenty of, you know, members, plenty of foot pounds of energy applied, all builds up around the bridge, then it starts to roll up over the bridge because it works like a beaver dam. And they don't want that. Oh, really? The bridge is gay, Mark. Yeah. Well, again, yeah. Again, the big thing here is that they are making the effort to actually do things right. We had power outages in the bottom of the state for about three going on four days. Most of those are gone. Just a heads up, another reason you want to have a generator or alternate power of some kind. The neat thing is, is that when we're power outage, we get, as I said while it was going on, we get to kind of select between a wide range of what do we want to light everything with. Do we want to do candles? Do we want to do oil lamps? Do we want to use our electric emergency lighting? Do we want to use our solar lighting? And so we used a little bit of everything. And the neat thing is, as I pointed out, using the solar perimeter lighting, the way we've got it set up, It looks just like daylight outside even when all the power was down. So we had no problem, especially the farther out you go. I spread out the ground stake type LED lights with night vision. You can see just as well as if the whole area is lit with mercury vapor lights. All you need is just enough illumination, enough white light to enhance. And then I do have also infrared LED out there. So, another thing taking into consideration is not a surprise. We did get a long crescent arc of storm that came from the bottom east side of Missouri and came up across Indiana. I think it went right over you. It passed, of course, Indianapolis, about Indianapolis proper in Little North, and then it came right up out of the bay. Yeah, about 15 miles south of us we had a tornado that wiped out a bunch of stuff in Noblesville and Carmel. Interestingly enough, that particular pattern is what we were, I was just talking about it, back in 1974-75. It was a similar storm wave. And guys, it was not a wave perpendicular to where you're standing. It was a line. And it was continuous, and it went a little farther to the west in this last one. This last one went up through Indiana, tagged the upper west side of Ohio, and then went up through the middle of the state, and then back on an angle here in Michigan up to Traverse City. If you take a look at the map, that's quite a big crescent. The interesting thing is that we did have tornadoes touching down in a number of locations. And the big tornadoes that we're talking about, as I've said many times, actually, this was the top end of that big storm front in the 70s. But the same kind of arc, narrow and long, hit Ohio more so than Indiana. And it devastated the middle and northern part of Ohio right through the center of it and destroyed farms that had been there for 100 plus 200 years in some cases, Ohio's got old construction. Well, the farm itself, buildings weren't that old. But they were old. And that's why if you go through this part of the state of Michigan, bottom of the state, down through Ohio, you see a lot of berm underground house construction. It all came from that rebuild. And everybody goes, well, I'm like the little piggy. Some people had straw houses, they're gone. I had a wood house, it's gone. Yeah, but our neighbors who had the brick berm houses, they're still sitting right there where they were. So I'm going to build one of those. And it was the perfect storm, pardon the pun, in that at that time, berm houses were becoming popular for energy conservation. And so there are three of them. We were looking at one. We were trying to buy one. It was foreclosed down by a bank. They made some deal under the table because the thing went for only about $27,000. And that's with four, almost five acres of land and an outbuilding. But that particular building, like another one down the street here, went for, well, $225,000. Now, it had 40 acres. It had a barn. Has. It's still there. But it was part of the same construction company project that they came through here at the gangbusters and they built all up and down through this corridor after that storm. That series of storms actually. Again, they work. You don't hear anybody talking much about them, but if you know where to look, I could do almost like a Frank Lloyd Wright tour of underground house construction here. And it's really fascinating. Got a chance to look at one of the bigger ones, the end of last year, that was up for sale. And it's impressive. Dry, well-constructed, incredibly heavy walls. close to three feet and revetted. So the reinforced, the way they lay the foundation and the walls before they burn everything up the rest of the way, most of them are worked into a shelf. So the back end is excavated, the front end is buried. The south face is open and they are a good idea. They really work. The interesting thing too, in one case, it was actually a two story. And that was the smaller one that I was telling you about. We were looking at actually a two-story construction. So you had a lot more floor space than you suspected. Looking at it initially, you're thinking, man, about the size of a small ranch-sized house. But then you realized. Like the one with the patio in back and that barn? Yeah. Yeah, I remember that. Yeah, I like that. It was a nice little hut. Somebody did everything we were talking about doing. We were ready so that if we moved in to take it. then they did everything that we were talking about doing. So it looks nice right now. So again, there's solutions. The big thing here again is, I don't know, the economy is tough for a lot of people. I understand that, but you might seriously look at the construction methods and designs for that period because I think they're superior to most of the after effect ideas that you see today. I've looked at some of the newer construction. I'm a firm believer in grossly over engineering. And when it comes to berm walls and something like that, just take a lesson from the military. A four or five foot foundational base wall would be a real good idea. You can paper them a little bit so that they're not as thick at the cap of where the roof would sit if you're going to do a single floor underground or if you're going to do a second tier, a second floor, which is how some of these are built. They do have a concrete cap though and then they still have a conventional roof because you want to be able to drop the water away from the building. You don't let the water pile up, you don't want a flat roof, you want a pitch. Well, what you do is you simply add on a conventional crust roof over top of whatever you've established as your foundation building. And works just fine. So, again, solutions not just whining about the problems, complaining, oh my god, things are bad. Well, people have come up with pretty good ideas at work. Couple things here real quick. Yes, number one. Yeah, I think everybody here knows to stay away from the stock market, right? All it is is a gambling casino. The gambling casino is trying to manipulate America's condition. they're taking advantage of or they're trying to be antagonistic to Trump coming in and doing whatever Trump's doing. So that's not a surprise, that is expected. What I am surprised people aren't thinking of, but then again everybody's in angst mode in part of the Patriot effort. And instead of looking at this as an opportunity to do damage through the stock market, to our enemies. And I've brought this up many times, CBS. You know what, right now with the bouncing around with the stock market, if people were smart and they focused people in a very positive way, certain enemy operations could literally be taken over or could be significantly hamstrung by taking over their stocks. I mean, oh, they're doing this because they're trying to, you know, most were doing this for political correctness reason. That's okay. We don't care why they're stupid enough to do it. But if we're smart enough to utilize the situation, we could literally take whole elements of the enemy's real estate, so to speak, in terms of money for a very bargain basement reasonable price. So, just something to think about. We're going to talk more about that probably tomorrow. But if somebody were really pumped up and supposedly in the Patriot effort in the Trump sphere, they would be talking about this. Well, you know what? Why don't we just take over this company and that company and everybody focus and let's just buy that one out. We don't care if they even, you know, here's the thing. If everybody invests a minimal amount, it's like what we did with CBS. We took CBS. At a given point, when we reached 51 plus percent of the common stock of CBS, they folded. Now, they didn't collapse the business. And their logic behind doing what they did with their stocks, when they decided to cut all of their VHF regular TV stations around the country, here in Detroit it was Channel 2. All of a sudden, CBS is off VHF Channel 2. Well, that's like foundational. It's like, well, where did they go? Well, they went over to UHF, bought an offset transmitter that was sitting in Detroit with a VHF station. I think it was 23 or 27. So it was like, at first you had to figure out where they went. But why did that happen? Well, they tried to collapse the tent enough that it would hurt what they thought were permanent portfolio investors. But we weren't. We were doing this specifically with the purpose of taking over CBS with the majority stock share control. We could be on the floor and tell them what to do through our consortium. Well, they finally realized that, and that's why they buckled the program. They buckled the network to try and shake off the fleas. In other words, typically, somebody sees something like that happen, they'll start divesting of the stocks, and then the company can recover the stocks for pennies on the dollar. But we didn't do that. And CBS has never recovered from that. So do you want to hurt CNN? Well, how about we just take over CNN? But Mark, you might just do away with it. Yeah, isn't that funny? That would be kind of cool, wouldn't it? Would we cry? Would I be shedding any alligator tears if we... You can write off the losses on your stock and rejoice that they're gone and same time. Exactly. In other words, it would be a win-win. In fact, look at it this way. It's like we said. We knew no matter what that it was the cost of doing business to wage war against the enemy, just like they do to us all the time. So what we did is, for instance, I would go in and buy a single stock or three stocks. Most I think I ever bought were three stocks. But here's the thing that nobody does. This is what they're counting on. How many people that trade in stock before it was novel to operate under computer stock operations? I mean, back in that time, guys, that was like few electronics trade. was very, you know, few and far between, very thin. It wasn't even head caught on, but it was there. So normally, you know, I mean, the logic was that the people that were trading were day trader, early computer traders, so if they hurt the numbers, that you would dump the numbers very quickly. Probably, let's say you bought it in the morning, you'd be selling it by the afternoon. Well, nobody did that. So the only thing they hurt was their effectiveness in operations against us because they damaged their ability to reach their customer base. That's cool. That's what we wanted. We didn't care if they went out of business. That was the cost of this thing. But what's different, and here's the trick, this is what we did. If you're trading in stocks, guys, you can ask for the actual stock. Now, a typical term I used earlier, day trader, they never see the paper. When they first started computer trading, I had a friend of mine, in fact, this was not long before the Oklahoma City bombing, as a matter of fact. No, no, correction. This was before the end of the Waco siege, actually, the last time that I was watching him do business. And he goes, you know what, I made $4 million today. And I lost $3,800,000 today. How much did you actually invest? Well, actually nothing. Really nothing. And it's all digits. In other words, I'm not touching anything. The paperwork is, even as we were speaking, the computer was trading out so many tens of thousands of shares while we were talking. We were in his office. It was in the basement along with his arcade room. And what's interesting about this is that instead we asked for the stocks. What we did is we would buy two or three shares, and the guy would go, you want two or three shares? You sure you don't want more? No, no, I want two or three shares. And I want the physical stock. And that's when the guy that you'd be dealing with would stop and look at you and blink. You know, it's what? Yeah, however long it takes. What do you think it'll take for you know, so it could be three days It could be five days because nobody was doing this not the way they used to Usually stocks were traded at a much slower level like everything else the speed demon, you know rape kill pillage and burn routine is more is you know, it's like what you see with digital currency now and So you know really as well. There could be a fee. I said really how much is it? Well, it's like two dollars and seventy eight cents. It's like yeah, okay. I think I can handle that And so when we accumulated the stocks, we transferred them physically to a holding company. And we accumulated them in a block form as an alliance, as a consortium. Basically, the equivalent to an LLC nowadays, the way they were set up. And again, typically also with a double trust, and all that was set up with a double trust, We had a board of individuals we didn't care of the idea was at any time you can buy a couple of shares of stock you threw in the pile and Like I said, we got to 51% we do to the day When we hit in between the eyes and they had apparently been finally watching and what probably was the flag is that we were asking for the actual physical stocks Which means that we were slowing down the trade process to remember there got this magical dishwasher or a little bit like a clothes watcher Everything spinning around and around and around and faster and faster around and that's like all of a sudden You took a whole chunk right out of the machine. He took another chunk out of the machine Well, everybody took a bunch of chunks out of the machine That's what needs to happen now And I'm dead cold serious about this. I don't care who would take credit for it. It doesn't make any difference. What's the purpose behind this? You're waging effective economic war against your enemy. See how that works? And this is one of those things that we know, we've done it, it works. It's just that people don't get motivated. Now, the other thing is that it's an alliance, you know, no single person benefits. I mean, eventually, you might even make the consortium might even make, you know, something back. The stock might come back up. I mean, CBS did recover a small percentage of its loss, not much, but it never resuscitated from the crush that we created. Never pulled back from that. Never came back into full form. So that's pretty cool. That's what we wanted to see happen. And that's why you hear about ABC, NBC, and CBS is always an afterthought. In fact, what basically replaced CBS was CNN, which is the one we would target, I would say, today. I think CNN would be a good choice. It already has all kinds of problems. I think the public traded stock is not as dominant because there's still a large block of private influence and ownership that's part of the incorporation there. So heads up on that one. But who would care? It's not our purpose is to do, well, to turn the lights off. And we aren't going to be the ones to turn the lights off. The other side is going to figure that they got to shut the lights off because you're acquiring something that they, that well, you can't take this from us. We built it. Well, in reality, we don't want to take it from you. We're hoping you'll burn it down yourself. Go ahead. Let's watch. You know what? This is one of those few times where I break out marshmallows. And I don't normally say I do that, but I would with this one. So that would be another solution. That would be something else that can be done. I'll tell you what, but enough on that. Again, the stock market issue, stay out of the stock market otherwise. It's just a casino. When they choose to shut off the electronic trading, they will. They do. We've watched this every time they've created a black whatever. Take your pick whatever black day it is. It's done intentionally by the spit swampers and the ring knockers to try and punish you for whatever it is that they need to punish you for in this particular window of opportunity. Right now there's a tiffy pissing match going on between Trumpet and the other Jewish Mafia that well one won both of them want to be in the on the catbird seat with the golden ring in hand and there can only be one. So that's where the pissing match is going on right now. Anyway let's do this bottom of the hour. First of all you're listening to Liberty Tree Radio dot 4mg dot com Liberty Tree Radio dot org and let's see music well What should we do today? Because forgive me, I have a whole long list as you know. And oh, I want to say hi also to our rebroadcasters in Savannah, South Carolina. Savannah, I'm waving to you guys. And I've got to wait. There's something I had a question about I've got to do off the air first. Fascinating work that these guys are doing with ham and you know with shortwave and also with other conventional Radio right now. So for some banner South Carolina waving at you now Yeah, you know what let's do that poker face if we could rather die than be your slave How's that sound it if you could rather die than be your slave poker face? Poker face and rather than my favorite things mark I'm just those who are new or who haven't done it and I'm sorry I got the hammer the bashmills going off in the background mommy's home that's right there is a video on YouTube and I hate to say YouTube I haven't checked somewhere else to see but I know it's there which combines scenes from the Mel Gibson's the Patriot is this long And it just kicks and rocks. And anybody that wants to take a look at it, you'll find it. Rather die than be your slave. Look up Gibson or Patriot or something and you'll find it. Over. As a matter of fact, that was one of the projects that was done right here in our Liberty Tree radio in Peach Mountain Productions, guys. So back it was with pre-release. video when the reason the video is so interesting if you've ever seen it and I haven't seen it I know poker face still had it on their page posted we sent it to them as soon as Ethan was done with it and What's interesting about it is the fact that everybody asked well I go how did you do that? Where'd you get the footage from it was all just the pre releases and And now it wouldn't be a big deal if everybody goes, well, yeah, you can get that. When that was originally done, no one had any footage from the Patriot. There was nothing available. So it was like, well, wait a minute. This is like all major chunks of the movie. Yeah, well, basically what we did was scanned the horizon, went out as far as we could, found as much stuff, and put it together and got it out there. One of the interesting things about the song is that Originally, Gibson was approaching and talking with the gang, with the crew, with the band. The problem is, as we know, Sony wanted Poker Face to sign all their music over to Sony. Well, they knew that, first of all, this was a very antagonistic era. Guys have been trying to put all of our people out of business and if you signed off your music then guess what? That means they didn't have to play it. They could just shut you down. They could just cut it off. You're all done. It's what they did with Pink Floyd. That's why there's a David Gilmour albums. Nobody even knows him. I'll jog your memory. Pink Floyd, the whole album, Wish You Were Here, is about the subject, just in case you don't know, listen to the words of the song. of the songs, not just songs. Welcome to the machine, have a cigar, okay, you're going to go far, you're going to fly high, you're never going to die, you're going to make it if you try. They're going to love you. Always had deep respect and I mean that most sincere. The band was just fantastic, that is really what I think. Oh by the way, which ones? Which ones? And if you know, well there is no Pink and David Gilmour. But the whole idea was that that's how the situation ran. But coming out of that, if you recall, the albums are collectible. If you have the vinyl, it's David Gilmour. We play a few songs. We'll play one in a minute. Here's a matter of fact from that album. Ed, if you could, queue up. There's no way out of here. It's a fantastic piece as a matter of fact. There's no way out of here poker face was faced with the same problem is like well You might get some notoriety but on the other hand they could go fickle and block What was a pro patriot band that have been working all over the country and this was a would-be a way for them to get revenge so The band didn't sign off or rather died than be your slave would have been the official video song for you know, I really whenever they were putting movies out there as an official video and And that was what they were proposing. However, the problem is Gibson wouldn't be the one controlling the release. Sony would have. And we already knew that Sony was enemy territory, enemy occupied, and they would have probably just killed the project. All this time, I never knew that Ethan did that. As many years ago I've been watching that on the video. I never knew that Ethan did that. That's off to him. Yeah, it was one of those we were everybody was doing their part and part of the production operation and they plugged in perfectly Tell you what Ed if you could let's do that. We're gonna just throw in everybody in another direction. This is David Gilbourn Elman Floyd sounding but it's technically not Pink Floyd Just a heads up just an example of while things work in the business If you get a chance, go listen to the rest of the album. Pay attention to the words in the different songs because it was making a statement about how, yeah, it's my show. And even if they sink, which by the way, there's some interesting things said by David Gilmour later on, years later, about fighting the man, okay, but also how he was a little crazy in the head and he just kinda caved in and went along with the program. Because there was a lot of money to be had. And he knew it. So yeah, he would just fight the man, but not for too long. So, an interesting little situation. This is why, like I said, Poker Face built some phenomenal music. It is out there. You need to take the time, listen to it, and take advantage of it and share it wherever you can. That's the big thing. I do that constantly. Some of you have probably seen me pop in at different social media sites, and you basically throw a bunch of stuff out there. Most important is, again, song. Carl Clang rocked them in their ivory towers. Song, poker face, rather die than be your slave. Song, hmm, Steve Voss, renegades. Guys, you can drop stuff all over the place. We don't care if everybody picks it up. There's always a bunch of deuce usually in any little conversation area and ignore the idiots. Stay focused on getting whatever message out you want. Listen to what you are, you know, get in a conversation if you feel like it. Most of the time I don't. But you know you do pass information on and then get on with other things There's more enough to keep you busy out there trust me on that one So again, these are tools you can use music is an excellent tool the interesting thing is I pointed out We've been playing a lot of stuff that we have played for years, and it's interesting. We've gone full circle where the content is Absolutely applicable to right now however the music is years old. I want you to think about that. It's like Jeff Rotol, Hard Times. 20th century man. I was born in a welfare state, ruled by bureaucracy, controlled by civil servants and people dressed in gray. Got no privacy, got no liberty, because the 20th century people took it all away from me. What's the intro to the piece? What's the beginning of it? This is the 20th century, mechanical nightmare. The wonderful age of technology napalm hydrogen bombs biological warfare. And wow, what's been in your face for the last how many years now? After we were told what back in what, 1990, 1989, 1990, this is the end of history. It's the end of war. And you know what I said when that was going on? I said, well, I better grab your ass and duck. And everybody go, what? Yeah, because every time they usually shout, it's the end of war, then something's coming your way. And you know what? That's exactly what happened, remember? All of a sudden, we gotta go kill those Aracustanians. Gotta go kill them Aracustanians! Just gotta, all of a sudden we got a war. Saddam Hussein has invaded Kuwait. Kuwait? Where the hell is Kuwait? No, not Quar. Not Queer. No, Kuwait, man. Kuwait. And we need to defend them because they're such high standard moral people. Remember what the Kuwaitis did when they were invaded? All the royalty, which by the way Kuwait's an offshoot of, remember, an offshoot of Saudi Arabia, they all jumped in there, Lexus and Mercedes and BMWs, and they headed for the border and they didn't stop driving until they got to where? They didn't stop driving until they got to Egypt. And then you and all the rest of your buddies got to go bleed because you've got to go save Kuwait from Saddam. And the rest is history. I don't want to Kuwait. I want to go now. Yeah, why not? Anyway, I heard another voice. Callers, jump in there. Who do we have? Yeah, Paul and Tennessee. I'm going to ask a question about Colorado, politically. Are they a toilet turd flush just like California now? Oh, absolutely. They've been completely invaded. It's just like Austin, Texas, or Houston, Texas. Houston, Texas. They're joined at the hip with Californication land. That's the problem. that's something that we've been covering for quite some time. I always, I'm gonna tell you when I travel there's two places that from a distance have a miasma of evil around them. You feel it, you sense it. You know one of them is San Fag Cisco. When I was in Concord, you could turn, close your eyes and turn and there is this wicked feel. That's the only way I can explain it, just a wicked confidence and you can sense it. And the other places like that, even though Washington, D.C. is horrible, Denver, Colorado, I believe, is one of the darkest places. It's right in the middle of the country, symbolically. It is a wicked, evil place. I can't emphasize that enough. I've said this many times over the years, but I will repeat it again. Denver, Colorado. Aurora, where they had the takeover of the apartment complexes. I will jog everybody's memory that during the two years of them burning down the country with Jewish-run Antifa and Jewish-run BLM, that it was in the Aurora area there right on the expressway where everybody lined up like it was a stadium. All these communists and they were blocking the road. Some pickup truck came up on the big block with thousands. There weren't hundreds. There were a couple thousand people along the road. It was like a football stadium. You had a cut on the left and it was a lower slope near the camera that was taking the imagery. There were many other people using their phones. But these were all communists. And the truck came up to that roadblock and said, oh, you know, I ain't getting pulled out of my car. And so the guy moved through the crowd and in the process, remember, one of the commies pulled out a gun and started shooting at the pickup truck. Well, the good thing is you didn't hit the truck. And the better thing is, he was shooting commies, fellow commies, because he didn't know how to shoot, and nobody ever thinks about backstops. We've always warned you about this on this program. Pay attention to your backstops. So the idiot who fired six rounds from a revolver apparently hit at least five different people with that event, all of them commies. In fact, what was really cute is one of the people who got shot was right in front of the camera release that was the most common one everybody saw from that event. So, no, there's nothing there that's a surprise with what they're doing in Colorado Stan. You've got Colorado Stan, Chicago, and Californication Land. And a big chunk of the invasion from all directions went to Colorado Stan. I know we have listeners there right now and they would tell you the same thing like our Canadian listener said. You don't want Canada, it's full of people who hate America and it's full of people who are downright communist. There are great Canadians that we would love to have as Americans and that's what we have a naturalization process for. But as far as dropping the border with Canada, big words, hell no. As far as thinking that Colorado was safe, hell no. The whole place has been taken over by the same kind of fruit loops and they cause the same problem in Colorado and have been for quite some time that they've been having in California. It's just everybody looks at California and then returns an eye a sharp eye and looks at what's actually been transpiring in Colorado. Now it's getting some notoriety because of the battlefield at this moment. But it's not new. It's something we've talked about for as long as we've been on the air. Colorado is a battleground because of the Ring Knackers, all the underground operations there. We've never said they weren't underground operations there. There always have been. The big thing, you know, with like the Denver Airport, okay, that's something that everybody eventually has discovered and then they're talked about so then they try and joke about it, you know, the enemy does. Doesn't do them any good. People pretty much, everybody goes to Denver Airport gets a bad feel from the place. And it's like I said, there's this miasma. You get this sense of wicked, sense of evil. Now if you pay attention to your short hairs, you aren't going to get caught flat-footed. If you pay attention, when your subconscious is registering something, amazingly enough, more and more people are doing that. And what's cool is that it's not difficult to talk to people about the subject. Just how it should be. If people are using their brains, most everybody is told they need to shut their brain off, though. And that's where bad things happen. So our purpose is to kind of jog everybody's brain juices and get them motivated so that we deal with the problem accordingly when the time comes. And it's almost there. So, uh oh, somebody else asked me. No, the Denver airport, yeah, we aren't going to get into that right now, for Timmy. We're at the top of the hour anyway, hold on. For our friends on the UltraNet side, yes, we've talked about the rails and the images, they're all around the site and it's just plain bad. Avoid at all costs. You can drive if you've got to go to Colorado. You can drive, you don't have to. I actually take a plane there. It's 21 hours Mark, I've done it several times. Yeah, I was going to say, it's safer to drive, I think, personally. And the airport just doesn't give you a good feel, so why ruin a trip with bad vibes? Remember that old term? Bad vibes, man. I've got bad vibes about this dude. Well good, pay attention, listen to them. Those vibes are, you know, hey, they're telling you something. Anyway, we're at the top. We're going to tell you right now, we're going to take a break. For everybody, don't go anywhere. Stay right where you are. We're going to hear the outbound music here in a moment. It's what happens. We're in the springtime. And so a couple things here. Real quick, grab your pen and paper. Attention, attention, attention. First of all, thank you to Mary for passing this one on. If you're building ARs or if you're smart, you're going to be taking what digits you have. Putting them in the stock market is a very stupid or foolish move unless you want to help us with the battle to burn down some of the foreign companies. American perhaps too with the you know, stock controlling the stock. We talked about that in the last hour. However, investment AR15discount.com AR15discount.com AR15discount.com 16 inch 556 NATO 1 in 9 twist phosphate finish carbene lightweight barrel now more on that in a minute number 26858 $49.95 that's with text license and dealer preparation. Don't there's still some on that. I'm sure 49.95 that is a 16 inch 556 NATO 1 in 9 twist phosphate carbene lightweight barrel 26858 and 4995 now When they're saying lightweight, this is not the pencil weight that we've been talking about. This is the stepped barrel configuration, a little different even from the M4. If you take a look at it, this is a good buy. This is a very good buy. I like the pencil weight barrel because what we've been trying to do is build what are basically kid rifles. The rifles where people are coming up into them, they can As long as they live, they can keep that rifle to their shoulder because of the adjustable shoulder stock, you know, five point control, and the fact that it starts out really light, five pounds, and you could alter and change it as you choose to. Now, I'm going to give you a little solution to that, actually part of that formula here in a second, but this barrel is a, it looks to me to be a two step. It's got the primary heavier trunk from the base of the barrel, you know, chamber end. out before the gas system connect and then it goes to a lightweight straight barrel from that point forward. Now most of the pencil barrels are built in the traditional kind of like vase type configuration. Past the chamber they've got a gradual short taper and then they're almost the same length or same girth to the end of the barrel. Both of these at work this particular barrel is an investment. This is one of those things where we haven't seen barrels quite this cheap In a little while. It's only one and by the way, it's I believe only good for seven more hours Not even that six because I've checked this out when Mary sent the email So this is only good for probably another one to midnight. Maybe that's what it is. You think probably maybe near midnight But it's today only it's ar-15 discount comm 16 inch 556 NATO 1 in 9 twist phosphate carbine lightweight carbine system lightweight barrel 26858 and it's 4995 and that's it AR-15 discount. Now there's a bunch of other stuff in there. There's a whole bunch of other stuff there right now and if you cherry pick you can take that barrel with a I think a $27 upper You can get a complete build kit from two or three different companies for the upper receiver. That'll include the dust cover, pins, springs, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Everything that goes on the upper end, forward assist, for as little as $13. And again, you'll have to put it together. But everything's out there and is very reasonably priced right now to take that barrel and make it a foundation for another AR-15. I would also recommend just putting them on the shelf. They're money. That's just like money. It's like banking gold. Barrels are the key. Barrels are the key. Guys, I just got a chance to see a quick image that was sent over from the guys in research and development. We're going to probably post an oak, wood, lower, receiver, AR-15 made from scratch. OK, the lower is made from scratch. It can be built in any hardwood, but we're going to do a... well actually they're doing it right now. I just watched the video from the shoot. They just fired the weapon for demonstration, what they're going to use in the video. One of the things that I recommended they did, they actually put brass and or steel inserts, shoulder inserts into the pin channels and In addition to that, they also put metal panels, sheet metal panels, and just pressed them into the magazine well, only to give it more time, more life, longer to work longer. But we're talking a totally non-strategic AR-15 lower receiver in wood. How do you stop that? Well, you can burn down all the trees. You can pass whatever you want. It won't make any difference. I don't need plastic. We don't need a polymer casting system. We will do that. Right now, air 15s, one of the things that makes the air 15 unique is that buffer system, which totally changes the thrust dynamic against the operating parts. So, right now the barrel is the key. The barrels are the key. The barrels are the key. This is why the Fed demanded that all of these guys that are selling you kits, like a G3 kit, you know, set me kits, that they cut the barrels up. Why? Because that's the tough part. Receivers? Yeah, we can build them out of any number of metals. You can do as punky or as high a quality as you want and people have. But guess what, the barrels, very, very specific drop off right there. Yes, we can make barrels, but the more sophisticated the barrel, the more work involved in making it happen, slowing down the process. So barrels are an investment. Barrels are key to understanding the long haul in the conflict that's coming. Well, it's already here. I just tried to figure out when to drop the next foot now. It's pretty stinking obvious. So that's AR-15 discount. Now, here's the thing. Those pencil barrel AR-15 uppers are still available, not just from CDNN Sports, but other companies, but CDNN Sports dot com has the best price for those AR-15 carbine gas system pencil barrel, bush master barrel, flat top AR-15 uppers. They're complete. They're put together. They're mostly bush master parts. I suspect that about 80 to 85 percent. The barrel for sure is, I think all the small pins are. I think even the dust cover is on those. The only question is who made the upper receiver itself? Which I don't care because they all work, okay? But we want to try and keep this rifle at about five pounds. Now, what's really neat is you could go, well, for instance, if you buy that upper, you're going to use a standard bolt. Don't go any lighter than a standard bolt. Charging handle is regular. Don't go anything fancy. Just go with the standard regulation, gov pattern, slash AR-15M16 pattern charging handle. That's as light as you're going to get there is one lighter And I guess you could shave off a tenth of an ounce because there is a narrow silhouette charging handle that's available that makes the Rear end even that much smaller. It's about half the width of a regular charging handle for the grip But still accessible still usable, but it's more money so for The least expensive the government pattern is the way to go the charging handle so here's the thing you can go with a polymer lower You can go with a plum crazy blower, pay the money and sign off on the FFL and I guarantee we can keep it not only at 5 pounds but maybe a little below. Now that's not with optics and that's where the shift is. It's not a great weight increase but here's a solution. Over at CDNN Sports, same people that have that pencil weight AR-15 upper. They have a red green reflex sight with four reticles. It's, let's see, RDO11RG5R. OK. One magnification, four reticles, objective 24 by 34. Again, it uses the CR2032 battery. Let's see, the five Picatinny rail option settings. In fact, this is what's really neat about this. This is why I picked this one out. It runs, I think right now, $29. What's neat about this is how stinking small this thing is. This is a tiny pop-up red blue green. Well, it says red green. I don't think this one may have blue, may not. I could be wrong. It doesn't make any difference. I know it's red and green because I wrote it down. But the fact is that this thing is an incredibly small site. So to minimize, in other words, I don't want to add any more weight to this thing. I want this thing to be a grab and go gun that I'm willing to carry if I'm going out to work on fences. I can grab that. It's not out of the way. You put a shoulder bag full of mags over your shoulder. You grab the rifle, and you're out the door. You can put it in the truck, you can lay it, you can ride with it on a bicycle, you can carry it easily or comfortably on a four-wheeler. It's out of the way, it's lightweight, but if you need it, it's got sufficient firepower to get you out of trouble. It's not going to get you into unless you decide to do so, but most important, it's a defensive weapon. These are perfect for artillerymen. vehicle operators, medical support personnel. The idea was to build something that is just as effective fire power wise as what everybody else is carrying, including the fact that you can shout, I'm out of mags, throw me a mag, and their mag's gonna work in your gun. Now there's a lot of other weapons that you can do this with, like the high point carbine is still an excellent choice and I don't care how anybody bad mounts it, we've used it too much and they work, they work really well. But the AR-15 lightweight pencil barrel, basically what you're doing is building what was the CAR-15 knockoff that Colt did after Vietnam. Anderson built one too, so did several other companies. They couldn't do a short, short barrel. Which by the way you can buy and mimic a complete car 15, but it wouldn't be because the original car XM177s did not have a thick barrel. They came with a pencil barrel shortened to what they called submachine gun length. And originally the car 15, the XM177, was rated by the Army as a submachine gun, not as an assault rifle as everybody would claim. It was originally in the sub weapon category, submachine gun slash small compact defense weapon category, but lighter than anything, anybody else had come up with and very manageable, which is why it became so popular. Now, these rifles here, if you use, like I said, a pump crazy lower, if you go with a standard AR-15 lower even and you minimize the stock with the absolute minimalist stock you can find, you can still shave the weight down to five pounds. I know I keep harping about it, that five pound weight, guys, anybody, like one person said to put one together goes, Mark, I could carry this all day. And it's like, yeah, everybody said that's, it's kind of like when you have the TARDIS and Doctor Who, it's bigger on the inside than the outside. Everybody that has picked one of these up and put it together goes, I could carry this thing all day. And the reason they say this is because each one of these people has got a built, you know, common tactical AR-15 in service. These typical 16-inch, all the bells and whistles, you've got to have a laser on it, got to have an infrared light, got to have an optic to die for, maybe thermal on top of that. Well, by the time you're done, the rifle weighs more than the M14 did and it's prime. In fact, by the time you're done, the AR-15 is 4 pounds heavier than the M14. So all of a sudden you pick this rifle up and wow, this is why they built the AR-15 to be like this. Now, the M16E1, eventually A1, was about as lightweight as you could ask for, but that was in the 20 inch barrel. So, this is even better. This is actually, and still with the 16 inch, I wouldn't go shorter. I've already told you about that. These weapons function well. Several people, the only thing I would, myself, what I wouldn't do, I wouldn't bother to change the gas block. I know several people have done this. They've shown me what they did. They pulled the cut down A-frame gas block off. and they put in one of the more standard by today's standards, block gas block in place. There's no need to do that. It's already done. The guy made it work. You got a bayonet lug, not critical, but at least you got a bayonet lug, that's cool. And the idea is that it's ready to roll out of the box, minimize to maximize. Now, you could choose to do whatever you want to, and like I said, I don't care, as long as you make it work. And all these other people that have changed parts out, they're already doing what I've been talking about here. If they thought there was something different they wanted on the weapon, they've been able to do it. Now, I would also say this, that if you're talking about changing out the gas block, now would probably be the better time to do it, or at least buy it if you think you're going to do that for the gas system. Why? Because right now there's this renaissance of the pencil barrel uppers. Because of that, the parts will be available. But the dominant parts and the dominant components are based upon the M4 type barrel with a girthier, meatier front end. And then there's several variations on that. And those are the more common gas diverters slash gas blocks that are out there and around. So if you're thinking about adding parts to your inventory, then yes, I would buy that part. You don't have to do it. The gun's already complete. The upper's already complete the way it is. But I would invest in that part because I guarantee if you look, you can find them for as little as, I've seen them for $4.98 apiece, $5, because they're not common, but they are out there because people, there was a flurry of this stuff that was built. About the time Bushmaster was making those barrels before they went under. So, and a part of the classic design, so we're going to take advantage of that, okay? Anyway, a lot of words. CDNN Sports, by the way, got a bunch of deals on mags, got a whole bunch of deals on trade in police pistols, and this particular red-green reflex sight with four reticles, again, it is over there for $29. When you see it, you'll see what I'm talking about. It has Picatinny rails all over. But it's a small in other words if you did want to add a laser I'd mount it there I wouldn't mount it up front I'd mount it to the optic Or any other device small devices you wanted to attach you can take your pick where you want to put it But it makes sense. It's one of those things where it gives you a few more rails Keep it lightweight kiss keep it simple stupid. You're not trying to add a ton of weight You're trying to make this as compact and lightweight as possible. It's the smallest of the Swiss Army knives There's all kinds of Swiss Army names. They get all kinds of widgets on them. But the basic one will do you just fine. And even then, there's things you can do to make it better. You can add on. So the CDNN Sports, also over at Delta Team Tactical, they have a bunch. And in fact, just to give you an idea, they've got a couple of different combos. And this one, it's adjustable carbine stock. Air 15 forged lower blank with black anodized and safe fire engravings, complete mill, Air 15 lower parts kit, Air 15 standard carbine recoil buffer, 3 ounce. Standard Air 15 carbine recoil spring, made in USA, made in USSA. AR-15 car being castle-net and mil-spec heavy-duty AR-15 6-position buffer tube only. Nope, no other parts. AR-15 M16 mil-spec receiver end plate. That whole package over at Delta Teen Tactical, $109. That's everything including an 80% lower receiver for $109. That's everything to put the lower together. You bought the upper for anywhere from $119 to $134 up to $160. You do the math. For under $300, you can build an AR-15 right now, easily. And this is the time to do it because the Fisi storm is on the way. That's why they're making all the rumble about the gambling casino slash the stock market, the place you don't want to put your money. But a lot of people foolishly have. Next, real quick, I had a question about finding. And I pulled these out. So I've got to open up a bag here. Give me a second. There we go. I have one brand new in the wrapper because I've got several hundred of these. If you're wanting to rebuild a Kevlar helmet, yes. I've noticed that there are two things. Number one, there are some used ones popping up with some of the surplus companies. They're okay, but some of the webbing might be tired. If you look around, it's not hard to find the sweat bands to replace the leather brand new and the wrapper sweat bands. Don't throw out any of the old stuff you take off the helmets. But over at Sportsman's Guide, they have chin strap, attachment, full assembly, one each. Two to a pack, I'm holding them right here. They're in the sage green, which matches up with the coloration of the base ACU green. The price on these was $1.98 for two complete in the wrapper unissued. And the title for this is US Mill ACH Helmet Chin Strap New Two Pack. These may have gone up in price a few pennies, but they're still for about $1.50 a piece. You can't beat these. I needed 200 of them for Kevlar helmets, smalls, medium larges, and extra larges, that we needed to refit. Only because I didn't like the straps that were on them. These were a package deal, and they've all been upgraded to what I'm holding in my hand right now. They work. They work very well. And again, it's a cage 5M888 chin strap ACH. And again, it's about, I'll say, $2 a set. They may be up a little higher right now. Sportsman's Guide does that. Some of the stuff that gets down cheap, all of a sudden they feel they got an interest. Somebody got an itch. Maybe it was the purchase I made because I did buy a couple hundred of these things in one wave and I bought another 150 to 200 in the second wave. So all of a sudden they're moving and if they're moving, well, they want to make pennies. Every penny counts. But again, these are the leftovers from that project which was just finished here last week. And these are going into the repair kit for helmets. If also, yes, somebody's asking, do these work on other helmets? Well, I'm going to find out. I've got a bunch of the Russian, or no, forgive me, the Hungarian heavy gauge, which are actually small arms deflectors, Russian Cold War era helmets. These are a little better quality, more like the German copy of the M1, which were actually ballistic. I'm going to find out if these suspension straps work, the chin straps work, or it can make them work, on the Russian helmets to give them a little more control. So I'll report on that. Maybe I might even have that done tomorrow. If I do, I'll talk about it Friday. If not, it'll be next week. But that's over at sportsmansguide.com. sportsmansguide.com. sportsmansguide.com. One more time. Yeah, you probably heard me making noise in the background here. Again, USMIL, M-I-L-A-C-H helmet chinstrap. New two to a pack. That's what you want to look for. And they are over in the clearance section right now. That's why I got as many of them as I did because we're going to do it, do it once, get it over with. Now I've got everything upgraded for that particular militia unit. And now they're smiling and happy and look so much cooler. They look like they all got brand new equipment on because they do have brand new equipment on. I don't think we did any of them. We ran out of helmet covers. I'm looking for another batch of those and I will find them. So, we have to match what we've already got. At 180, so it was short, nice short, 30, 35 or so I think. So anyway, other solutions. Now, next, we're at the bottom of the hour. Didn't take long. Oh God, Uncle Mark's talking about things that aren't exciting to everybody, but hopefully some of you are taking notes and taking advantage of what we're trying to do to help you. Ed, if you could, the High Kings dash red is the rose. The High Kings. Red is the rose. Let's do that first. And then, riding a raid, if you would please. First, red is the rose. The High Kings. That's the name of the group. The High Kings. Red is the rose. And then, writing a rate. That will be our second piece for the bottom of the hour break, a little past. And you are listening to Liberty Tree Radio dot 4mg dot com and Liberty Tree Radio dot o r g. If you'd like to write us, you can write us at pbnpo box 194 Dexter, Michigan 48130. Here we go. My Bonnie Irish lass Come over the hills to your door You choose the road, love And I'll make the vow And I'll be your true love for a Fairie But my twist down my clard When the moon and the stars, they were shining on her locks of golden hair. And she swore she'd be mine. It's not for the parting that my sister paints. It's not for the grief of my mother. It's all for the lust of my body I wish that my heart is breaking forever. That's love, but my love, but mine. I appreciate that for everybody out there riding a raid. Or the second raider, my guys. I want to say thank you for all the people that have been pitching in with all of the personal issues that we've been having to take care of this last couple of weeks and the fact that everybody has stepped up to the plate the way that they have is fantastic. So again, thank you and God bless you all. It is Thursday. We're not quite the end of the work weekend. We've got tomorrow and then it's the beginning of the work weekend. I want to say hi to Camp Emmerich. Also, Camp Whalen North and to our friends up at Fort Benning, Michigan. I'm waving because you guys have done really great work up there. Camp Whalen North is ahead of schedule. We are not changing anything. We're just going to jump that much farther ahead. It's like the farmers last season. So any of the scheduling for manpower, nothing has changed for Camp Whalen North. Everybody that can attend, if you will, please show up because we're going to get a lot more done, even more than we've already accomplished. All because of our Allied Combat Engineer crews, our construction crew that showed up. We again also greatly appreciate that God send, that blessing that took place. Now let's see, next thing on the list, again I'm going to emphasize it's funny how people are like, Vincent, what's that? Okay, I'm going to remind everybody, if you get a chance, go watch America in Peril. It is on Rumble. It is also out there in a number of different venues. Certainly it's on YouTube still. And if you go watch America in Peril, Oh, go all the way through it. Pay attention what Uncle Mark's talking about. We explained to everybody about FinCEN. Now, here's what's interesting. FinCEN, they're trying to do as much, even though they bragged, they burst out some conversation back last November and mentioned FinCEN. Now they're trying to claim that it doesn't exist. Patriot mythology. Now I've told you before, it's one of those things you're not to know about and if we tell you about it or as we have on the air, understand that it's not in line with the political correctness of the day, so to speak. FinCEN fully exists. It is Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. FinCEN, F-I-N-F, small case, okay, I-N, Or you can just put it full uppercase Finzen, F-I-N-C-E-N. However, the way Gov enters it, typically, is capital F, lowercase i-N, capital C-E-N. That's the present configuration, the way that you will find it logged in with whatever database. The reason is to your money what DEA is to drugs. That's maybe the best way to explain it to somebody to jog them, jog their brain. Because everybody's yapping about, we got to arrest these people. We got to arrest these people that are stealing our money. Yep, you're right. I fully agree. And you know what? Government, and especially Donald Trump, should know that there is a full-fledged mechanism in place. It spies on every transaction you make as an American peasant, okay? For all of us peons, things send spies on us and peeks through the curtain at us, nonstop. But all of a sudden, they've all gone into a catatonic brain fart, with regard to utilizing FinCEN. And FinCEN is a hammer, people. Now, here is the problem with bringing up FinCEN is FinCEN should have stopped all this because this is what they're supposed to be there for. Thirty plus years ago, thirty two years ago, FinCEN, Chicago, Illinois, Big meetup. They bragged it. They talked about it amongst the agencies. Then they realized, uh-oh, no, we weren't supposed to talk about it. And they tried to do damage control. They tried to deny what they had already publicly announced. Okay? The big deal here is that FinCEN, well, if it isn't being used, fire all the people that are in management, replace them immediately, and utilize FinCEN to crucify all of these NGOs by taking their assets, utilizing the forfeiture clause that is in place with FinCEN. That's why I brought it up several times. Guys, like I said, FinCEN is to money what the DEA is to drugs. Now, I want you to share this anywhere and everywhere you can. I'm dead cold serious. You know, I was talking before about, well, you know, we could all get together and buy stocks and fill in the blank. Well, this doesn't require that much in the way of specialized activity. FinCEN, just repeat it and talk about it everywhere that you can. What I will be fascinated to see is how they desperately try to deflect people from actually talking about it or knowing about it for that matter in general. Because it is the hammer. You want to stomp on all of these globalists that have been doing all these dirty deeds. Of course, what will happen is that if it turns out that the Jewish mob is in the middle of this, the hammer hits them on the head. Oh, they don't want that, do they? See, if you're actually after the criminals, thin-sen is the tool to use. And it's already built. You don't have to make something new. You don't have to because doge, okay, all doge is the survey mechanism. In other words, let's find out where the dark pools of estranged money is. Okay, they did that. So what do they do now? Well, FinCEN, Financial Crimes Enforcement Networks Job, is to finish what Doge started. Does everybody understand why I keep harping on this? And you don't have to wait. Let me point something out. If right now FinCEN wanted to get their panties in a bunch about any American, they can lock down your accounts, they can sequester the money and reserve it. and hold it for accountability. They have all kinds of bullshit. Just like you heard Chuckie the Possum Schumer say, you know, they got three, seven ways they can come at you. Well, this is one of them. Tencent. This is one of them. Right here. Only thing is, it's supposed to be to, you know, keep the the criminally insane money bag from ripping off America and taking away with bags of digits or shekels or whatever the hell you want to call them at this moment. And it prevents individuals from, for instance, stacking or configuring, which by the way, they just hit somebody with. We've got this whole operation right now that they're saying that they had a whole stackable criminal fraud mechanism in place to move this money. Guys, that's what FinCEN was built to go after. Seriously, period. Nothing else. That was, that is, has been FinCEN's supposed mission. Now the only thing is, they go after peons like you or me. But fellow traveler ring knockers, oh, we can't do that. Well, yes, as a matter of fact, you can. And by the way, if supposedly Trump is serious, and I say is the key word there supposedly, but if Trump were serious and his people were actually on the job, problem is who they'd sweep up. I know what the problem is here. When you operate this, then this means that now you have to start showing total accountability from account to account to account. And there's a whole bunch of criminal fraud tied in with every element of what transpired with USAID on such a level that it literally rocks them in their ivory towers. Just like Carl Clang's song. Okay? So, again, Thinsend is the tool. If you go, okay, somebody's asking, hold on here. I gotta, sorry guys, give me a second. And again, www.rumble, go to rumble, everybody knows where rumble is now, they're out doing, there we go. Okay, rumble, if you go over to rumble, you look up, go over to the search there, you'll find if you search America in peril, we can probably put dash mark corny. You will show up at rumble. It is posted over in YouTube multiple times, even though the search engine is iffy as far as how many pop up. And I believe it's on Bitchute, and I think a couple of you posted American Peril over on X. Well, old Twitter, but on X right now. I don't care which model you watch, but number one, watch it again. It'll help to jog your memory so you can talk about what we're discussing here, because now we have an application where the lie about FinCEN It actually, this is where it's supposed to apply and was supposed to have been operating this whole time to prevent trillions of dollars of American digits from leaving the country illegitimately through a constructive fraud. Oh my God, this is what FinCyn was built for. And I will also say, as I've said for 30 years, it's also 30 plus years. It's actually the last thing their sorry asses will ever get up off their hind end and do. But we can force the issue, talk about it, bring it up as a subject, FinCEN, FinCEN, FinCEN. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network started out with 52, although the argument is it could have been up to 54 or 55 specific government and oh, what's that term? Non-governmental organizations, NGOs, well, what kind? You might recall, and I brought this up in American peril, that with the original FinCEN meeting, They actually had representatives of the Crips and the Bloods sitting right there where they had ATF, FBI, CIA, all the different Treasury, you name it. Go right down the whole inventory. Every alphabet soup agency, it was the precursor to, it still exists, so it's not like they replaced it. But it's the precursor to what they finally got their absolute wet dream satisfied with when they created Homeland Security, which originally was not Homeland Security, it was Heartland Security. Remember that, Heartland. Why did they drop that? Well, because we used the reference to the miniseries America, which had only been shown once. And if you remember, the name of the betraying operation that was helping to undermine and destroy the sovereign United States, which was occupied, was the region of heartland under the ten regional government mechanisms. And they realized that they got caught with something that was really part of the agenda. So they changed the name from Heartland Security. I mean, why would they change it otherwise? It's Heartland. What big difference does it make? Well, the fact is, at the time, we were able to point out the rest of the map out for the story if you just simply went and watched America with a K, the miniseries, and Heartland. Now, FinCEN was the precursor, just like you have FEMA, and then progressively you have, again, all of these other multi-task agencies, which by the way FEMA is still attached to. Civil Defense was the original. FEMA becomes the police state replacement. All of the mechanisms that we warned everybody about them have pretty well come true, including their malfeasance. FEMA's malfeasance in helping the American people. FEMA's first mission is to perceive the American people as an enemy of the state. This is why you saw the operation with FEMA in the Carolinas and Tennessee work the way that it did. Finzen was the next step up. The fact that so many NGO elements were participant right from the get-go in 1991-92, but specifically in 93, 93 was the kickoff year and all the other things that they wanted to get done, remember Oklahoma, the, forgive me, before that, the Waco attack. was within that 93 window. They wanted to press forward the get the guns and finish what George Herbert Walker Bush had started with his attack on gun owners, manufacturers, and FFL dealers to disarm the population for the globalist agenda that they were promoting. Bill Clinton continued to carry that water bucket. and went right on through all the rest of the steps. It was obvious with a company like him what was going on, whereas people were in denial if they were raw tailgate picnic party types with the Republican party. Those people all had a rude awakening as progressively everything that George Herbert Walker Bush had been promoting, including FinCEN. was picked up and carried on and force multiplied under the Communists, Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton. Both the other side of the coin anyway. We know that they're all in bed together. So, FinCEN is something that, well, what are you doing? Why are you waiting? Here's the thing, let me point something out. The policy with DEA is confiscate and then demand that you tell everybody, explain to everybody why you have something. By the way, FinCEN works the same way. So we don't have to worry about, oh, you've got to dot the I and cross the T. We've got to be really careful with this. No, you don't. FinCEN has the exact same capabilities to confiscate the money, to arrest the individuals, to detain all of the active components, freeze up the operations, and lock them down, accumulate them, and then demand that a demonstration of legitimacy take place. So we don't have to make something new. This is the crap they've been using on all of you for pretty much, in some cases, as long as you think of how old the listener is here, some of this has been around longer than you've been alive. A good portion of it was pushed, you know, at least half of our lifetime, this whole idea of being able to steal property from the American people. It's all part of the admiralty law crap that we've been warning everybody about. It just became, it vomited out onto the sidewalk more publicly than in the past where they usually kept it behind the scenes. So, FinCEN. FinCEN. FinCEN. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. In fact, call the White House if you want to or call one of your politicians, hey, why aren't you guys just going, you know, like Republicans? Why aren't you guys just going at it with FinCEN? FinCEN is under the executive construction, just like any of the other alphabet soup agencies. Is it being controlled by somebody else? Now, we already know that it is. In reality, FinCEN is a foreign agent of a foreign power, like Homeland Security. same scam. These over bloated, oversized bureaucratic constructions are not American. We know that. But here's the thing. Their public, their public and their feigned supposed fake ass reason for existing is specifically mentioned in all of their constructive documents and whenever they do have any public address issues. So all we have to do is look at the blah blah blah that they put down the paper and go away with it. It says here, this is your job. Anyway, FinCEN. Let's get the word out. Use it wherever you can. Hey, Donald Trump should use FinCEN. F-I-N-C-E-N. F-capital lowercase i-n, uppercase C-E-N. That's if you want to use the official format for today, for this year. Anyway, worth a top. God bless our Republic. Jeff, John, and the New World Order. that night for a Christmas truce had been declared by both sides of the fight as we lay there in our trenches silence broken to my German soldier singing oh I did not know the length to a silent night then I heard my body whisper all is calm And the fear it helps around me Is I'd die if I was the But I stood up in my trench And I can't see the Lord was joined in Until one moment Then I thought he was right there in my sight And so he walked in and smiled and he said But for just one feeling, no The answer seems so clear Heaven's not beyond the clouds It's just beyond the clouds Your freedom's gone, your courage lost You're no more than a slave! Both sons of the Republic arise. Take a stand. defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republican, Kevin Wright, as Iowaki vanished in the midst of whence he came. His words were true, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now, as tyrants trampled each god-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer? He called out from the grave. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. We're also on WBCQ, the planet, 6.160 regular shortwave. WBCQ, the planet, 6.160 regular shortwave, Monday through Friday, or forgive me, I'll do that. 8 to 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. I almost locked into a program 20 years old. Oh my goodness, that's dangerous. No, 18 years ago. Oh, that's rather interesting. We're the brain connected there. Anyway, we're also on satellite. I want to say hi to all of our merchant marine operators, but many, many, many other people who are listening via satellite and rebroadcasting via satellite, analog and digital. We're on a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States, and it is. It's the other T-Day when the Israeli Mossad and other elements of the occupied government of these United States, the Elphabets' soup agencies, commit acts of terrorism against the American people, and then in the process, try through the controlled media system to blame somebody else for what the government did. And it's called government sponsored terrorism. And they're very active in the process. So we all understand that. We know who the threat is and what the threat is and who's who in the zoo. Big thing here, again, is to make sure that we square ourselves away and act accordingly to deal with the problem. And we will. So it is 3rd of April. 17th year of open obvious and in your face Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2025 old earth calendar 2025 battle for the Republic. Book two we're at the end of it. Book two the winter war and heading into book three a dark anniversary. So, we shall see what we shall see. And it's been a busy week already and we're headed towards the end, but not quite the end. Almost, but not quite the end of the work week heading into the work weekend. As a heads up again, all schedules for Camp Wayland North are still in place. Yes, we're ahead of schedule. We're going to get beyond even the point. of satisfaction that we created this last weekend. Everybody, we're ahead of schedule. We had a bunch of additional help. Well, we're not going to slow down on that. So for everybody, Camp Wayland North's regular schedule and the construction schedule, even though we will be doing something very different this weekend, is going to continue as planned. So again, bring your tools. Make sure you've got your extra personnel that you can drag along for this because Now we're going to get into another part of the schedule we didn't expect to see until the middle of summer. And we're going to get a lot done, especially with all the things going on in the country, especially with the ring knockers, the bad boys from outside, the foreign influence on Washington, D.C. And this administration is going to continue to get worse. They're trying to get us into a conflict overseas. You know they are. Everybody knows. Everybody knows the ship is sinking. Everybody knows the captain lied. So, let's get what we can done and out of the way. That means we'll be that much better prepared when the event horizon appears. We're on the mark. A couple things also, as I mentioned in the 2-hour block, and these are definitely worthwhile. I actually went back and double-checked this again. Yep, that's what I expected. First of all, for Mary, I want to say thank you. Appreciate the email with the update on this. AR15discount.com 16 inch 556 NATO 1 in 9 twist phosphate carbine lightweight barrel This is a straight barrel bulk base is thicker thinner at the front But it's not an m4 configured barrel wall the goofy cuts which if you know the history of that it's kind of twilight zone why they did what they did but it's the 26 858 that's the number and AR 15 discount comm and it's 49 95 this is just a barrel However, if you cherry-pick from CBM and the sports air 15 discount and Delta team tactical you can put an upper together for a very very minimal cost and CDM ends combo kits I think of the best deal right now, but Delta team tactical has some dailies and This particular barrel deal is only good for about another four hours or so, maybe not even that. It is 8.11. I think it's only good until midnight or one o'clock. The clock is ticking down on this. So $49.95, 16 inch 5.56 NATO, one in nine twist. It's an investment. Barrels are an investment. They're no different from any other commodity. barrels are the key to all the firearms, not the receivers. Receivers we can build from 100 different products, but the barrels are the key. So this is a good investment. It's also a good purchase if you have a bunch of AR-15s in your unit as part of your inventory of replacement parts. Check it out, see if it makes sense. Mary, thank you for the email. Number two, CDNN Sports, which I just mentioned a moment ago. Red, green, reflex sight with four rectacles. Again, this is single magnification, four rectacle options, objective 24 by 34. It takes a CR2032 battery, a 2032 battery. And it has picatinny rails all over it. This is a very small. simple optical track system, okay, targeting system. The cool thing is it has all the picatinny rails on it and we've been talking about building an ultralight rifle. This is something you could slap on a piece of equipment like that and for just point shoot to give you something to eyeball through. But if you wanted to add other things, the tiny little picatinny rails that are on this particular device, which is already very small, minimizes any added weight. You want to put a laser on it? That's where you mount the laser. What would really be cool is putting this on the top of the pencil barrel, bush master barrel, AR-15 upper for $149. The pencil barrel uppers that are at CDN and Sports, a place where we're talking about right now. You can absolutely keep that rifle down around 5 pounds if you're paying attention to all the little doodads and knickknacks available in your cherry pit from different locations. So check it out. They have a couple of optic steels right now including scopes. Well more than a couple, quite a few. And if you call for quantity you get an even better price. If you need 10, 15, 20 or more of these things Then yeah, you can get a much better deal going we did something like that with CDNN with 3 to 9 power scopes and brought the cost way down In fact half of what it was even listed as for the sale item so you have to talk to them You know it's the old story you need to negotiate and find out what it is it makes sense for you So that's over at CDNN For all the guys out there, CBNN is the company that used to have anywhere from 6 to 9 to 10 pages of advertisements in the Shotgun News with magazines. Remember that? They also have weapons, but mostly their niche was magazines, and still is. They have a fantastic collection. So if you're looking for certain mags, you might want to give them a call. Don't expect it necessarily to be lifted. because there are just too many magazines over the last, what, four decades that could be sitting on the shelf and probably are. So if you're looking for it, CD&N Sports is a good place to start. Also, again, with what they're discussing with the stock market, stay away. Well, I shouldn't have to. I don't think I have to say that much with our people here. Number one, we don't have that much floating currency we're going to waste. But stay away from the stock market. It is a gambling casino and the house can shut the machine off at its discretion. If it looks like it's starting to lose business, they are literally able to, and they did, during a couple of these different black fill in the day, you know, Friday, Black Tuesday, Purple Monday, Chartreuse, Wednesday, whatever, whatever event they've had, if need be, they just did a switch and all of a sudden you're not doing any trading. Well, that's because the casino doesn't want to lose what it's collected from you. So guess what? It's a rigged system. Don't be part of that. You can use it for other applications. If you reference what I said during the two-hour block, if you want to go back into the archives, check it out. You'll understand what I'm talking about. We have used the stock market to hurt the enemy. It can be done. First person witness. But again, if you're thinking about, well, this is a place to put your money, no it isn't. In fact, hard metals like brass, lead, gold, silver, of course, but copper, copper jacket, FMJ projectiles, that's really where your investment should be. And if people aren't smart enough to figure that out right now, don't lament over it. Get ahead of the curve. Right now, this is the cheapest time for instance for purchasing AR-15 rifle components and putting a gun together for less than ever in the past. And you should take advantage of this while you can. You can't beat the prices. Now it doesn't mean everything is cheap. There are things that are going up progressively and step by step. That's probably going to get worse with the whole situation with the tariff issue I'm not worried about the tariffs tariffs are something we have as it pointed out traditionally used in the US so a bunch of pissed willies Who are terrified of the idea that you know they're doing what well we used to do in America is on a regular basis That's not my concern We know that they're going to try to fiddle part with the prices to punish us all because we're not still marching to the drum of the globalists, okay? Again, it's another set of globalists, that's all that Trump is. Don't think, I believe you all, think of totally changed. No, they haven't, it's just the other clique fighting with one clique, fighting with the other clique about who's gonna be sitting in the cat bird seat, and who's gonna be able to defecate on you from above as royalty. Right now, the Trumpites are pushing for that. Most of the people that have come in are leftists. With Trump and they are showing their colors progressively as each day passes again. No surprise if you're a thinking human being The big thing here is to remember that we not get caught in the whirlwind and the feces storm when they do set it off so we need to have all of our ducks in a row square all of our technology away and Be prepared to deal with the problem and get rid of them When the time comes right right that's the plan So, we have to make sure we can execute it appropriately. Anyway, next, and again, on the stock market, the casino, throw it out the window. Don't even think about it. And what other people are lamenting asking, well, how does that affect you? Well, what about my retirement? Your retirement is screwed one way or another. I haven't found a retirement program that hasn't been screwed. All the while this Biden thing was going on, so why are you worried about it now that Trump's there since Biden is the one who took the big bite? Now I have TIAA-CREF and it took a series of hits that never happened in the past. In the last four years, they pried open every cookie jar, stole everything they possibly could, handed it over to the illegal aliens, and nobody was stepping up and barking then. So why are you barking now? In other words, oh, this is terrible. It's been terrible. I don't know in the last 20 years where they haven't screwed us, one from one week to the next. So nothing new there. The big thing again is that we need to be prepared to deal with whatever it is they try to do to gut the system. The big reset is going to be us shooting their ass and getting rid of them. That's a good reset. I like that one. I think that's becoming more and more the obvious chart. The direction everybody needs to be prepared to go. When they pull what they think they're going to pull, it'll be time to get rid of them completely. Everybody knows it. So let's again, just as I said before, act accordingly. Organize, arm, equipment, train as militia. Establish a 5.10 program in your area of operations. Logistics, the key to victory. When the bad guys make their move, it's going to be so stinking obvious it's ridiculous. Now the big thing is when others defecate their spine out there rearing like a meat xylophone and you know they will, you know they will, they're going to come and butter and everything, rick and cot and you know they will, that line from Braveheart. Anyway, when they try, we just need to be able to stomp the guts out of them and give them nothing. Send them to their maker. That's the plan, okay? One of the things that I definitely would agree with is that Cinco di Amo Day. That's tomorrow, but over at Montana AR-15.com before I forget that was the other one 12 gauge buckshot. They've got a couple of deals 9 pellet go take a look at what they have over at Montana AR-15.com I believe also AR-15 I could be wrong, but I don't think so. AR-15 also had... Hold on here, I want to make sure. Yeah, AR-15 discount. I think they also have some buckshot. Apparently, these people are probably tapping the same well. We've talked about this before. You may want to check it out. Pretty good prices on the... It's double at buck 9 pellet. It used to be... Actually, it pared it down as low as 7. So this actually has a full 9 pellets in it, amazingly enough. Definitely worth checking out. And in addition to that, also the 38 special I mentioned before, seems like they're out about half of what they had, but there is still some available. So if you're still looking for that 38 special standard load factory, yes, they do have them in stock, but it's reduced in inventory. Should be expected. People are grabbing this stuff up and running away with it, as we anticipated. Anyway, let's do this. Now we've got a few of the basics out of the way. And again, stay away from the stock market. Ed, if you could, first of all, before the bottom of the hour, let's do the next guns and gadgets for today, if you would please. And for everybody, it is Thursday. It is the 3rd of April. And you know, I tried to give away a day yesterday, and I cannot afford to do that, to be quite honest. It is really? Yeah, it's the third. I was right. Man, did I really mess that up. So, guns and gadgets on YouTube. Jared's there. If you could take the time, go over, give him a thumbs up on all of his videos, subscribe, and then share wherever you can. I took care of a couple of those today simply because there are some people that need catching up. So, we did that without, it was flawlessly executed, let's put it that way. Easily done. So, Guns and Gadgets on YouTube. I always have this right about the time we start to do a video or an audio. I have a whole flurry of questions that pop in and I can't answer them until we're done with the audio. a lawsuit and they're asking the Supreme Court to finally get off their asses and act. The Second Amendment has been under assault in the nation's capital. We all know that. And now these 26 attorneys general are demanding that the Supreme Court do something about it. This case could take down gun bans in Washington, D.C., California, Illinois, New York, and more. And the clock is ticking. Hey everybody, welcome back to Guns N' Gadgets, the channel that brings you the truth about your gun rights, without the spin. I'm Jared and if you care about the Constitution, the Second Amendment, and the future of gun ownership in America, this is the place to be. Hit that subscribe button, click the bell, and don't miss a single update. YouTube doesn't always show these stories, but I do, loud and clear. Before I tell you the 26 states that are standing up for the Second Amendment, gun con tickets are now on sale. This year it's in Cleveland, Ohio on June 28th at the Twist Drill Building and we're going to have an awesome time. It's going to be wicked cool. Now they have a ton of great panelists as well, like they always do. I'll be there as will several of our friends. All the brands and creators that are going are excited to meet you guys and tickets this year are the same price as last year. Just 50 bucks and that includes lunch and a limited edition GunCon t-shirt. There'll be giveaways, new product releases, and overall it's some of the most fun you can have at any gun event. It's going to be fantastic to get to see all of you guys there. Maybe some new faces as well since it's in Ohio this year. Oh! I should also mention that tickets for the past three years have sold out, so go get your tickets right now over at GunCon.net. I'll see you all in June. Now everybody's saying, all right Jared, what are the states? Well, here they are. In addition to West Virginia, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming. Now these states are, it's an amicus brief, and they're jumping on in support of the original case itself. Alright, right now the Supreme Court is sitting on multiple cases involving bans on so-called assault weapons and large capacity magazines. That's the Snope case for the assault weapons and magazines as well as the Rhode Island case, Ocean State Tactical versus Rhode Island for magazines as well. But another major challenge is knocking on their door and it might just blow the whole thing wide open. This case is called Hanson v. DC and at the heart of it, a total ban on commonly owned semi-automatic rifles and magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals actually admitted that these magazines are in common use for self-defense today. That is a direct quote from the circuit court. But... Somehow, they still upheld the ban. How? By pulling out a 19th century law banning Bowie knives. Yeah, you heard that right. Bowie knives and that kind of logic is what 26 Republican attorneys general led by West Virginia's JB McCuskey are now calling out in front of the highest court in the land in their amicus brief They argue that the common use test established in Heller should be enough if millions of Americans lawfully own these items then banning them violates the Second Amendment period point blank But here's where things get really twisted. The lower courts are ignoring the Supreme Court's decisions. Instead of sticking to the text history and tradition framework from the Bruin decision, they're doing something else. They're reviving the interest balancing through the back door. Now, they claim that the so-called unprecedented societal concerns like mass shootings combined with technological changes in firearms justify these bans. But Bruin and Heller both made one thing clear. If a firearm or magazine is in common use, it is protected. Period. The DC Circuit admitted there's no real historical precedent for banning these magazines, but they still tried to find some analogies. That's backwards. Guys, and Bruin... The analogical reasoning is just a tool, not the end goal. You don't get to say, yeah, these magazines are in common use and then ban them anyway. That's not how the Second Amendment works. If SCOTUS takes this case and follows its own precedent from Heller, Keitano, McDonald, and Bruin, then DC's ban is going to fail big. And when that happens, the bans in California, New York, Illinois, Maryland, they're all next. As of 2025, the following states have restrictions on firearm magazine capacity. Typically, they limit them to 10 or 15, but this is what I either remember or was able to dig up real quick. California has a 10-round limit. Colorado, a 15-round limit. Connecticut, 10 rounds. Delaware, 17-round limit with some exceptions. Hawaii is a 10-round limit for handguns only. Illinois, it varies by local jurisdiction like Cook County and Highland Park. They're both different. Maryland is a 10-round limit. Massachusetts is 10. New Jersey is 10. New York is 10. Rhode Island is 10. Vermont is 10 on handguns and 15 for rifles. Washington is 10, Oregon is 10 as well, and many of these laws have exceptions for law enforcement, military, or pre-existing magazines, and some states like Massachusetts are trying to ban those pre-existing magazines. Now some states also have grandfather clauses, while others do not. Court challenges are ongoing in several states, so restrictions may change. And, you know, always check your local and state laws if you're living there or driving through there. But here's the catch. SCOTUS is already holding cases out of Maryland and Rhode Island, like I told you earlier. They've been sitting on them for freaking months with no explanation. They're re-listed again for conference this Friday, which is the ninth or the tenth time that they've re-listed them. I'm starting to lose count. But as they keep kicking them down the line you have issues like California's case just came up where the Ninth Circuit upheld the ban So is that what the Supreme Court is waiting for they see these cases are about to pop up and reach You know their their final judgment So are they gonna take them and lump them all together and then really destroy gun control? I hope that's what's gonna happen But you never really know unless you're in that chamber with those judges And anybody else who says they know what's going on is blowing smoke up your, you know what. Now these 26 attorneys general in this case aren't asking for anything new. They're not asking for a radical shift. They're just saying follow the law, follow the Constitution, follow the court's decisions. So here's the big question. Will the Supreme Court finally step in or will they just keep letting the lower courts play constitutional games? I'm tracking every single update so make sure you're subscribed to the channel. Hit the bell so you don't miss anything new that comes out and share this video to help spread the word. The fight for our gun rights is not slowing down and neither are we. God bless America. Take care y'all. Also, www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com and libertytreeradio.org, along with many other sub-links. You may be listening to something totally different from what I just mentioned, and I expect that to be the case. And we want to say thank you for all of our rebroadcasters that are making that possible. There are many, many, many, many, many. So anyway, let's see next we're at the bottom and Ed if you could calling all the clans together calling all the clans together and If you would we'll pull that up. That'll be a first of our music requests Liberty Tree radio dot 4 mg comm Liberty Tree radio dot org Also, if you'd like to write us PB n p o together Again, a classic piece. Also, Rise Up and Shine by Carl Klang. Ed, if you could please, another classic, a blast from the past from one of our minstrels in the gallery of the Patriot effort, Carl Klang. Many, many songs, some of them you've probably never heard before. We're going to try to keep him alive, even though Carl's gone. His memory is still here with us, on his music. Rise up and shine His people by His power Rise up and shine His people by His might Rise up and shine To make the whole world now awaken By His own grace We walk into His light Across the sign of our redemption He died for Friends gone a lot of friends gone Ladies and gentlemen, go ahead call her jump in there, please You ever hear of a Hank? Well, I think I know a tank William jr. But I think it's called country boys cancer by I think it's been a while since we played that but we will play it As a matter of fact, I'm going to play one more piece tonight and I promised I'd do it for one of our other friends. Actually, there are so many versions of that song, even from the original artist. Do you know that there are three versions of that song that were studio cut where they changed up the words? No, no, it's okay. They changed up the words. And, I guess in reverse it was to be less and less politically correct. Not more politically correct. Every time that they reconstructed the song in the studio, they added more weapons. Seriously, if you don't know this. For everybody, I'm not just talking about this particular issue, it's for everybody listening, if you're old enough and you think back, you probably believe that you know the words, but if you listen to the right version, you're going to go, wait a minute, they changed that. When did they change that? Actually, almost as quickly as when they came out with the song. And remember, when did that song come out? Anybody recall? How many years has that been? It got to the 70s. Early, early 70s. The first one actually was a country piece that he wrote a piece like many that he came up with in the late 60s, middle late 60s. And then it caught on, obviously, like a lot of songs that ended up in the later albums. This happens with every artist. It became one of those songs that once somebody heard it on the road, it started being heard about. So it gained popularity and then they engineered it accordingly. There's also probably God knows how many covers done by how many artists of the same song. It's innumerable. If you do a search on YouTube, you'll end up with A lot of independent singers, but if you pay attention you'll also see that a lot of other country western and or even rock bands have played that song and produced that song under license at one time or another. However, now I've explained that, we won't forget it, A Country Boy Can Survive. We actually have a version that I sent down with Ed that's from the 90s, which as a matter of fact was benchmarked I think in 94, that particular version, but we're going to do this. I had another request since I've had three of them. Terror rich, Ed, if you could T-E-R-R-O-R-I-C-H by three chu pase. Terror rich by three chu pase. And for our friend out there, the latest request, I caught it tonight, so I figured what the heck. We've got several times on the list this will kill more than a few lines with one play. And then we will play country boy will survive. Maybe we'll still do it tonight. We'll see. Ed's looking for the other one right now. Terror rich. T-E-R-R-O-R-I-C-H by 3-Shu Pausse. A posse, man. They're after you. I'd chat to Sheriff, but I did not shoot the deputy or de posse. Pausse, depending on where you are, if you got the right kind of slang, you'd be posse. If you're down south, Caribbean, passe, man. Anyway, I thought I heard the music. I hate to talk over it. I know that's like being in the 1960s and 70s, being a DJ. I had a tendency to roll over the music. I'd try not to do that if I can help it. And you are listening to LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com and LibertyTreeRadio.org. and WBCQ, The Planet. We're seeing if Ed's finding the music. I'm sure he's working on it. We'll be patient because we know it takes time. Sometimes you've got to dig the work out. And in addition, if you'd like to make a music request, you can send me an email, liberty at provide.net. When you do, title, music request, all caps. And after you do that, Then the body information, what I need is artist or band, album, and of course the song title. That's really the most important. Amazingly enough with searches, even if you only know one of the major lines that's part of the chorus, that'll help us to probably find the song even if you didn't know the name. It's amazing how well that works. And if you can, though, also send us a link. to whatever version you might want to hear. I just mentioned there are three versions of A Country Boy Can Survive that are just from the original artist. I think the last from the original artist is the most... it has all the components in it that you would recognize, which I think is rather interesting. As I understand it, I think it was one of his late 1968 road trip live performances where that song was first played. It's not as popular an album because it's kind of rough, typical road crew recordings from that era. The technology floating around with a lot of the bands is kind of light. But if it was the artist and everybody liked him, they didn't care. It's like they were being in the bar with him when he played the last time they heard him. So in addition, here we go. Ed got it. Uh oh, to all the high officials. We lost it. No, actually I did not. They are one of the groups that are signed with this album that I have does not have that. The only version of it I've been able to find is on Sound Quick and I'm going to get 30 seconds of it and there's going to be an ad and got a first. That happens. And TeraRich by... It's not on an album that I have. In fact, TeraRich doesn't seem to be... The version of it that I found that you were hearing there doesn't seem like it was done by 3Shoop Posse at all. It's off another Ray Gay album, because if you haven't heard 3Shoop Posse before, they do Ray Gay music. They do Ray Gay Badminton, you know what I mean. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They do Ray Day music, Dad. No, not that they're not, that they do. I believe we've played this piece before though, that's the thing. It seems to me in the week ago or so, somebody who had another request for it. No, we did not play Terrorist recently. Okay. So we were just promising... I have the album that has, which is what I thought you might have had at the stake and which is what I was calling it, and then I found it. I have the one that was called Curney off of the Three Street Hot Posse's one album with the Three Streeters on the cover. Well, I think our listener will be patient. Let's do this. Since we are going to have to find the version that we need, which is any, let's do this. Go ahead and play A Country Boy Can Survive. We were just talking about it. We said it. OK, I moved away from that. But give me a second. I'm just saying. There we go. It looks like it doesn't go up, Dad. If I can get it, I'll get it up if I can. I'll try and get the other one up, but it's going to take me a while because everything's shifted right now. Oh, it's okay. And so again, for everybody out there, we are 15 minutes to the top. And for all of you out there, if you'd like to do a music request, you can send me an email at liberty at provide.net, which you can also use for any other questions you might have. Or if you want to pass information on, like a lot of our friends do, that we actually put out there on the air because if you see something that's timely, especially like that barrel issue, that's only got a couple hours, three, four hours left and it's gone. So getting it out on the air is a good idea. We get it before anybody else does, hopefully. And before they run out or before it runs out. However, liberty at provide.net put music requests as the title for the email all in caps. I want to say thank you guys for doing a great job. It makes it a lot easier for me to go through about a thousand emails and ID the music requests so I can push them sideways. I put them over into the proper file and I can go through them. But I can do bookkeeping slash housekeeping on the web page, or I should say on the email page, and then get on to other things. But we want artist or band. I have a title of the album if you can and the title for the song itself. And if you can, a link. Half of them were for Vevo and the majority were for YouTube, but also I've had some with BitShoot. Which, by the way, thank you, because all these versions I've seen some stuff I did not know existed and it's in my personal collection. You've got to remember, I collect these kinds of things. It's one of the things I have fun with. And if I see something really unique or it's got a different bit of a style to it, it goes over into my personal mix for productions that we do, stuff that we share. For instance, when we do classroom work, I might do a little quick video just to make it interesting, throw some music in the background that fits. And for instance, I'm doing a light rifle weapons class where we're going to be explaining the different systems here this weekend coming up. We also have a couple of other NBC nuclear biological chemical defense classes. I've been kind of rounding up some of the new masks that we didn't have examples of. We also have ordered a number of the Teemu masks. I wanted to see what each of them looks like from China Sport. A lot of people have already done evaluations, but we wanted to have them personally in hand, so somebody asks. Hey, what about this? We're going to be able to say, OK, well, here's one right here. This is what it does. Here's what it looks like. Go ahead and take a look at it. Compare it to the other surplus or military masks. Now remember that Granger or China Sport, Kimu, or anything like that, those are all new masks. Now you'll be paying a little more, depending on what it is, or perhaps a little less, if it's not as heavily built, but more than sufficient for the kind of work you might need to do with the mask depending on what you're you know how you're applying it I would point out that the 40 millimeter military filters are the first best choice, but there are other filter systems out there Quite a few actually more than you would think Even though most have gravitated to military filters not everybody has But most of them if they don't use a standard military filter amazingly enough somebody has built an adapter for them separate from the company that makes the original system, whatever it is. That's kind of cool. So again, you've got the option to use a vast inventory of one type or a vast inventory of the other. And again, Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense do research. Grainger, as I mentioned, is an industrial supply company. We don't own them, and they don't advertise with us. But Grainger has the most extensive PPE inventory all in one place so you can kind of get a feel for what's out there. Somebody asked us tonight, earlier off the air, about radiological protection, radiological survey. Craig from Forbidden Knowledge has the Civil Defense Technology, some, I think, still available. But for brand new out of the box, again, you can pay any kind of money you want. Quality is up and down accordingly. But if you go to Granger, that's part of the PPE, Personal Protective Equipment Technology, that's mandatory for your state equivalent to OSHA and then actual federal OSHA. And both will work, okay, as far as standards go. The big thing here again is with radiological, especially with survey technology, If you can get it where you can actually deploy it without you having to expose yourself using it for survey meter work, say during a post-attack event where you're in defense, you're actually in your fallout shelter, whatever you're doing, to be able to survey what the background situation is without exposing anybody or compromising the seal on your area of operation would be a good thing. As far as survey meter technology that you can position around your property, yep, that's available too because they use it in industrial application all over the place. In fact, some of the most affordable and most robust is for steel processing. Most people, you guys don't realize probably that if you have a foundry, you have radio, you have dose meters and radiation sensors all over the place. What? Yeah, you're kind of bringing that steel up to the temperature of the sun, aren't you? Yeah, you are. That's right. And that means that what do you think is being thrown off in the way of radio energy up and down the spectrum there, including, yeah, hole. That's right. Interestingly enough, one of the dirtiest jobs you can do in steel is scaling of the crucibles where you go in and ship. They just shipping like you do on a ship. Guys, you wear a dosimeter and typically whoever the new employees are, you can only be in there so long and you can't go back in. Yeah, the crucibles, the cans and all the other devices, they're steel. They retain radiation. You do understand that, right? Remember the issue of steel in a close nuclear threat situation? It's irradiated. It's actually throwing off radiation itself, throwing off all kinds of deadly, which is an x-ray type technology. So the important thing is to be able to identify that threat and stay clear of it, and identify whether or not you've got something that's hot, which will probably stay hot longer than the rest of the fallout and the rest of the radiological threat in that environment. It's something to keep track, you know, pay attention to and keep track of. Well the same survey fixed survey meters can be applied around a property and can be used for future threat defense when the time comes Just something to think about there. Anyway, let's see Edward. I'll tell you what if we were able to shift sideways and If we could country boy can survive if we just pull it up. We'll throw it out. Well, wait a minute We're really close now to the top Uncle Mark spoke too soon. I don't think it's gonna fit That's okay. We'll play tomorrow. Tomorrow is another day. Don't forget, gone with the wind. Although I ain't the girl outside of Terra. Anyway, again also with regard to events coming up this weekend, I will remind everybody at Camp Wayland North, schedule is as expected. I know we're ahead in all of the other projects. This means we're going to get farther ahead. Everybody's already cut the time. Last weekend went exceptionally well, way beyond what we anticipated, far beyond. So let's continue with the course, and let's see how much more we can get done. Also, I want to say thank you, everybody. We requested that everybody kick in and get their patch and ID orders out of the way. They did. So guys, good work. Matter of fact. As we're speaking, it turns out, hold on here, because I already confirmed it, already talked to somebody on the phone today. Mrs. Dobson said that the first batch of the first several crates of patches have come back. And guys, remember these are in sheet form. We recommend that you get together with the team that does the cutting. They've got a machine specifically for that. We saved ourselves a lot of money this way. But if you're going to pick up your name tapes or if you're going to pick up your unit patches, you might as well just plan on spending about a good half hour or more on site, up to an hour, and use the cutter machines and let the girl show you how to make them work. That way you can do them by hand, but the machine does a much better job of sealing the thread, the weave of the cloth with heat. And you get a really, really clean cut with everything. And besides, we need more people to learn how to use the equipment. And I should point that out. We're trying to make more apprentices in every category. I don't care what it is. And our little sweatshop is doing exactly what it's supposed to do. We're fortunate to pick up that piece of equipment. I recommend that you take the time and use it, please. That's one of those things that needs to be done. And let's see, last but not least. Also, last but not least, again, they're trying desperately to pull our eyes overseas. The tariffs are not a bad thing as far as I'm concerned. We knew that that was coming. I do think it's rather interesting that yesterday gasoline jumped across the bottom of the state here to a uniform. $2.39. Now it dropped down to $3.39. Over the weekend, we were down to $2.84 a gallon in this area, depending on the store and the gas station. But all at once, everybody across the whole of the state, in the city, in the country, discount sites, upper end, doesn't make any difference what it was. $3.39 a gallon consistent. Now there's already a crack in this today. I think they did that and they watched business disappear. Everybody just stopped buying gas. Gas stations were ghost towns. So just today, this afternoon, one or two of them had a crack in the price down, back down to $329. That's not a big savings, but it's just the idea that there's games being played to try and put pressure on you across the board. They're pressing the envelope to see what the population will put up with. That's something I don't think we will. And I know why part of that's taking place. Remember, they told you Michigan is influenced by Jewish-run Canada. Jewish-run Canada, Toronto specifically, is the problem for the border states, specifically because of how the kosher mafia monopoly in Canada has been focusing its claws and little beady red eyes on Michigan. And this is reflected in a lot of activities and a lot of different issues, some of which came out of the end of last year's House session when the Democrats did the hog calling legislation passing, you know, five to 15 minutes per bill. A lot of what happened there, people are just now only realizing here we are looking at April. People are now realizing because they're being affected by this. One of the things that was just announced is they're going to triple the price of hunting permits and fishing license and hunting license for seniors along with many other of the different specialized licenses for fur-bearing animals, et cetera. So a bunch of stuff happening in Michigan again, as we expected. I hear the music. We're at the top. God bless our republic. Death to the new world order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen, the Empire is on the run. And we are on the mark of day and life. Well, let's get out of here for now. Ed, taking over. Morel here, coming up. Thank you to WBCQ for having us. And we will be back tomorrow, same time, on WBCQ 6.160, the final. Liberty Tree Radio, bye bye.
