So this is another way to map out, you know, if you're trying to figure out in the macro element of communications who's manipulating what, you use particular phrases. The phrases by the fellow traveler ring knockers have been agreed upon to be taboo slash no-no. I'm not talking swear words. Fabian Socialists, although they are bastards and I would consider them the equivalent to a swear word, who would be worried about posting Fabian Socialists? Well, I'm obviously the Fabian Socialist, but think about it. If you go out on the street right now and you talk to any a number of people. You know what? Those Fabian socialists are the problem. They'd look at you like, first of all, they might try to be coy and, oh, oh yeah, I know what you're talking about. But they got that look in their eyes like, what the hell is, what? What? You get to a point, how, what is the actual job of the most senior members at the top of the pyramid? What do you have to do for a living in the lodge? What would you have to do? They are, that's part of the unseen hand. But the important thing is you get to the point where, again, for each, at each tier, you discover there's more than you anticipated with regard to your indoctrination. By the time you get to the upper tier of indoctrination, you now realize that you're in the lower, like a pyramidal brick, and that there is another pyramid, another power base. But even that, to achieve that level, All the rest of this filtering has to be strict. Better to have fewer people, but very quality people, than to have mass and lose or dilute the top, to in other words, lose the control, lose the effort to achieve power. And that's representative in the way that the Fabians work. It doesn't mean that they don't have minions. They recruit minions. In fact, they're allowed to recruit minion elements in whole blocks of populations if it serves the mission. That does not mean they're brought into the machine. They're not brought into the party. They're not brought into the game. They're allowed to be the, well, what's a minion? You ever watch those? Those are cute cool little creatures, you know, the minions, you know, the whatever the name I can't believe the name of the movie. It's there's several, you know, there's several episodes. But it's the idea that that's quite represented. The minions, fully functional, given a task, know what they're doing, but they're isolated from really knowing what's going on. Example, Fabian's running the Antifa. Or the Fabian setting up and running but then allowing to free float, for instance, BLM. What happened with that free floated mechanism? So you got a mansion. They had a lot of money. Trump changed by comparison to, say, a lot of the other big projects, like when you're sending billions or trillions to the Jewish mob in Ukraine so they can buy mansions in the Palisades that get burned down. Everybody heard about that, right? You got minions, the Jewish minions, minion generals in Ukraine. One of the places they bought mansions was in the Palisades. Eight of them had over, between eight of them, they had $90 million worth of mansions in Palisades that all got burned up. And needless to say, part of the money that's gonna now go to helping everybody there, so they can, you know, the government couldn't find money for North Carolina. They can find money for those generals. They're gonna help them, because they have just those poorer, cheaper mansions. California, $10 million mansion or $15 million mansion isn't really all that much. And that's really like jump change. Those are jump change mansions. But that went full circle from money stolen to help Americans going to the Ukraine, stolen by the Jews that are running the Ukraine, who turned around and came back to the US, go to the left coast where the high commies are, and they bought properties, and that's just some of the properties you know better than me. You know as well as I do how much money they've stolen. Those are minions. They're not wealthy. They got money, but they're not wealthy. They're not the real rich. In fact, they'll go through or bleed through that in a relatively short period of time. Now, if they're the Jewish generals, well, they'll be taken care of by their fellow travelers, so at least they will never be out on the street. Even after they lost those mansions, think about it, those are probably just some that they thought would be a good aside insurance while they've got others in other locations. They just lost that 10 or 15 million that they stole from you, from all of you out there. And back to the power pattern here. We have the same thing going on with the two regimes, the one going out, the one coming in. All these shills or characters that are not conservative, not by any stretch of the imagination, and no, they're not really Republicans by any stretch of the imagination, are coming in with whatever half-truths to promote or continue to promote, not even with a hat, not one step to the rear. Everybody goes two step forward, one to the rear. We're not even going to make one step back. Why? Well, one of the most important things I heard today was, and again, remember I brought this up yesterday, but we want to do away with these agencies. And so my question is really, and they have a whole bunch of agencies I want to get rid of. Guys, have you heard them once talk about getting rid of the laws that those agencies enforce? Anybody? Example, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. We're going to get rid of the ATF. Okay, you're going to get rid of the ATF? Now, if you, here's the thing here. We still have alcohol out there. Who manages commercial alcohol sales in the United States? And what agency is responsible for that regulation? I already told you. A, alcohol. Now let's go to T, tobacco. Guys, do we still grow tobacco in the United States? Well, yes, yes we do. And since we grow tobacco in the United States, and it's heavily, what's that word? Regulated. Regulated and taxed. Yeah. Do you think that they're going to throw out that T word? Do you think that, oh, wow, we've got to get rid of that because we don't like the one that you're all going to know about, and that's firearms. No, they're not talking about stopping enforcement in any of these. What they're talking about doing is giving all of this authority to another police state agency, making them much more overbearing because the consolidation of communist wealth from a series of smaller communist agencies to a central communist agency is the agenda. And every one of them is talking about doing this as a former Democrat. Donald Trump Democrat, Tulsi Gevard Democrat, who by the way was trying to do everything in her power to vote for every anti-gun bill that came up. So the plan is not to get rid of. The plan is to expand a direct copy of the interior police of the communist Jewish run KGB. And that is Homeland Security. The FBI, an old American institution, not an old, old one, but a relatively old, since it's over 100 years old. I mean, this is the year 2025. What is it, 100 FBI, 1911, I think? I have to double check. Now remember, when I say FBI 1911, we're talking about before anybody knew what the hell the FBI was, because it wasn't in the United States. Where was it? In other words, if you pass something on the first, and we're going to go just make it simple math, if you pass something on the first of December, they didn't, it was later. But if you pass it on the first, then there is a 30-day reconciliation window where they play it safe to make sure that they aren't crisscrossing any other laws that need to be equalized. The next 30-day window, it's like everything with government. They do this all in 90 days. The next is to get the GPO, Government Printing Office, in motion to ensure that there is a proper mechanism in place, an instrument that matches what was intended, and they have to do spell checks, cross reads. That's all done at once. That's not a big deal. The last 30 days is public announcement for final enforcement. So in other words, from the day that it passes, and it can be longer, they actually, they can put an arbitrary date that can be, you know, six months out. But typically it's a 90-day cycle. It can be as low, as low as 60 days, because you can negate the interaction and interlocutory review to determine if there's any cross-dressing on the law. They could do that. However, that's not what they did here. They passed this in the middle of December, end of December, And then, and they went through, it threw the Senate through the House and signed, and they made it mandatory to implement this on January 1st of 2025. Now, there's about a couple dozen different, there's about 24, 25 different organizations from different parts of the country who have been tracking this because they were watching what was going on with Biden, you know, with Obama and the leftist mechanism at the end of the year. They tagged this. So, what they did is by the time it hit on January 1st, there was an injunction filed that went from the 5th to the Supreme Court. And because it was an immediate injunction request, and because all these lawyers have standing at the federal court level, they introduced the activity to the court with an injunction because it's the fifth, Alito is the one that was over seeded. They would have ram rotted it through. They would have thrown it out because the Fed wanted an immediate thin set. Typically it would be the executive office that would be doing that. You can't transfer these per se the way that they've claimed that they have. And even then, where are they listed in the order of battle of what is considered to be the checks and balances mechanism of government? Where would you find the FBI? Where do you find the ATF? They're not under the congressional. They're not under the judicial. They are under the executive. So, do you think the founders were stupid and said, oh, you know, we're going to give the executive all these battle-hardened troops and secret police, but Congress, you can go to hell. Congress has the entire infrastructure for arrest and detainment procedure and does not need to go outside of its sphere of control to do so. And I've said this for years, for decades. If you look at the history of our country, this is why, again, the Founders, although in the same breath, let's remind everybody, if you go to the anti-Federalist Papers, All of the crap that's presently being done to violate our rights and to violate the constructs of our limited constitutional republic are going exactly as the anti-federalists said it would if you gave them the power and authority and set up the structure of government the way that they wanted to do. which is why they made the anti-federalist papers disappear before the Civil War and they weren't really printed in the country until 1952-53. They weren't rediscovered. It's kind of like the formula for cement. So again, what we have here is a situation where, you know, gentlemen, we have, well, we're in the process of being to trade. They have one rescue vehicle, not critical, but typically also a firefighting apparatus of some kind, a ladder truck of some kind, a hook and ladder, well, more than a hook and ladder, probably, again, an elevator truck of one type or another, slash a ladder, a major ladder unit, and usually one or two reserved pieces. There's also usually a reserved piece of equipment randomly through the community. And yet we have to have idiot sticks from Houston, Texas. You know why they're coming from Houston, Texas? What did they say? Where did Houston get all of its fire equipment from? From California and specifically they were buying it from LA. What does that tell you? There's a conduit, as we've always argued there is, but point that one, point this out. Faggotville, LA is selling their equipment to Faggotville, Houston. And we knew this. And we had a massive forestry service in California that their whole purpose was to take care of the underbrush and to put out fires. And they even have a system over there where their convicts are forced into being firefighters. Well, if you're in California prison, there's a good chance you're going to be dropped off and behind some burn line and be expected to fight the fire while you're there. Yeah, well, as a matter of fact. Yeah, unfortunately, it's like Michigan where, yes, we know this. Just like we knew we had snow. We know we had, we had, uh, issues with the road and Grand Home went and fired all of our snow plow drivers because of global warming we were never going to need them again. And then we had that really bad snow and we just can't clear the road, we're going to have to let some of the roads go. That happened before I came down to Texas with Michigan, but it's the same thing with the forestry service down there in California. They let go and got rid of a bunch of their equipment. I have talked about this before on and off over the last 30 years, but one thing that's true is fire equipment is readily available all over the place. And it's something that we need to be taking into consideration in advance. Most older fire equipment, the only issue is that it really is spare are spare parts available. Most older pumpers are actually quite easily maintained and fire rigs are easily maintained. But what's interesting, when I say older, I mean you've got to remember, you're looking at stuff over the last 20 and 30 years now that's very much modern, there are modern pieces of equipment. The biggest issue is that most apparatus, because if they're made by whatever fire safety company, In many cases, yes, they do intentionally just like vacuum cleaners and copiers. They do make part-specific or proprietary components that you can't get anywhere else and then after a while they claim they can't get. It's not that they couldn't get them. In this day and age with CNC, they can just plug in a program, crank the part out, you'd have it. But they don't want that because they don't sell more fire trucks that way. However, what I said yesterday, I'll remind everybody again. They're admitting that, yeah, oh, they got a whole, you know what, you know what they were bitching about today. Did anybody catch what they were bitching about with fire truck maintenance today? Anybody? They started yapping this morning. What was it about fire trucks, the fire trucks in LA? What was it that came up? And it's, Uncle Mark told you so. They raped their repair budget so all these big-allers truck sitting in their yard is un-serviceable. Remember what I said about... They didn't have mechanics. They didn't have mechanics. So what happened is the heterosexual mechanics were passed by a hundred times. That's what happened. So, all of a sudden, 15% of the vehicles were down and a percentage of even the operating vehicles that are in the stalls all have all kinds of problems. Now, I will say this, that you fight with what you got, so whatever it is that they had problems with, and I'm going to tell you right now what it comes down to, proprietary parts that they would have had to spend significant amounts of money on. And they refused to do so because they did want to steal that money. Now the other half is that they have to have the people who can turn the wrench to take the part off to put the other proprietary part on. And because these are proprietary in a specialized industry, the price cost is ungodly. I do know that. Fire trucks are a special tech. They, because of federal regulations and state regulations, especially in California, the cost for the parts is outrageous. And the purpose behind doing that is so that only those queer or ring-knocker buddy, who typically are queer anyway, companies, are the ones who get priority for purchase. In other words, you can only buy from the queer. You can only buy from the pedo. You can only buy from this particular group. So they systematically knocked out 15% of their equipment 100% and probably another 20% are at 80 or 90% capacity because they work but they don't work completely but better at 80% truck than no truck. See how that works? I've seen this all before. Like I said, we went from a $5 million red season, red year, to well over $115,120. Hell, I think it was almost $200,000 in the red by the third going on fourth year at the University of Michigan because the same scenario was done in a compression form. Now, if they lost millions that way, can you imagine what the pigs in LA pilfered and lost or made disappear? Do you know how much graft and corruption was tied into this shit? And it hasn't stopped. Here's what I wanted to add, Mark. The original reports were that 15% of their equipment was down. Well, that's 15% of everything across the board. Ambulances, support vehicles, just office vehicles when driving around and inspecting tanks. Here's the fact that really brings all this home. Los Angeles or LA County had between those that were operational and those that were broken down or not functional, they only had 185 fire engines. And now, that's after I think they gave Ukraine a bunch of stuff, hoses and even some fire trucks. But they had 185 actual fire trucks. Now, we know that a fairly good percentage of those were down. They have not received, they only received very light service, no maintenance, no heavy service. But the last I heard was just a few days ago, When you're fighting fires and you've got vehicles that haven't been properly maintained, they break down. The last number I heard was that out of the 185 actual fire trucks that could have been available, both broke down and operational, 100 of those fire trucks are now officially broke down and out of service. They're not able to be used. So that means they literally are trying to cover LA County with less than half of what they had less than half of total inventory. So it's actually way worse. Not only do they not have water, they don't have anything to fight fire with other than spit and piss. And I'm not trying to be vulgar here, but them guys don't have much luck. Because that's it. Now, you talked about this. What this comes down to is what I said before. Number one, the first thing that they do is they steal preventive maintenance. But then on top of that, you also have replacement maintenance. In other words, a certain point where the equipment reaches a level of, it's not dysfunctional completely, but it's, you know that there are so many systems crashing that you would have to repair if you proceed, that it's easier to have an overlapping replacement cycle. Now you don't get rid of the piece of equipment that's getting worn out. You put that into your reserve so that you have additional trucks for what? for just exactly what you see happening here. And none of that, from what I can tell, is being done. Normally, a fire truck, if a battery's got to say a four-year warranty, it pulls at four years, even if it seems good. A lot of tire companies, especially if they're running some type of special tire, they don't run them for 20 years. If they pull them at four or six years, even though they look like they're new, they pull them because of the age of the carcass. Now one of the reasons they do that is, there's a lot of recapthers anymore. They don't want to recap a tire that's over four years of age. So if you pull a tire at four years of age, even though it looks new, you pull it, you replace it. To see a lot of these companies, like the fire companies, they actually buy on what's called net state and national accounts. So when they buy a tire, a tire that might cost you your i500 dollars, they might pay $254. A battery that might cost you an i300 dollars, they pay $150 for because of the net state and national account purchasing prices that they're able to acquire. So you know that something is happening here horribly. And I mean, there's no way this is in that, there's no way that this is just in the epimas. There's no way that, well, it's just stupid. No, I'm with you 100%. This is by design. And they just literally are now in the process of getting ready to steal some of the most prized real estate in the country. We need to classify that as an emergency. You need to come get chipped because that's what they want to do. Anyways, I thought I'd read this story here real quick and there was one other story I want to cover. I'm pretty sure we're going to step on a few toes because It's kind of hard to decide which side of the story you want to go on, but I'm going to bring up a good point on it at the end of it all. But anyways, the United Nations is calling on governments around the world to fight climate change. You know, that thing that caused all the fires off LA, and you know, it's causing all the freezing weather and everything else, that terrible climate change. And other emergencies by mandating biometric digital ID systems, giving governments worldwide the ability to tag and track the masses in their every move. Digital ID systems that have already been implemented in other countries are typically tied to the financial system allowing the government to track one's spending habits as well as their movement. You know, that's the whole goal here. I mean, they want to make sure you don't spend money anywhere. They don't want you to spend money and they want to know everywhere you're going and well, they want to know everything about your life at all the time and they want to see what your blood pressure is and your respirations. I mean, NiroLink, NiroLink, Mr. Musk and NiroLink. We ain't that far away, people. Anyways, biometric digital ID requires the recipient to upload a face scan, eye scan, palm scan, and other unique identifier, which is probably a butt scan or whatever they decide, which is then integrated into a central system and tracked by an app on a person's phone. Eventually, the plan is to replace the surveillance device under the skin. So that's the goals to get a computer chip under the skin. I mean, we can read on here. Basically, what they're saying here in this, there's 190 countries that have joined this rhetoric following the UN Charter. And of course, United States is one of those that they mention. You know, this was a Orwellian idea, and they want to push it forward, no matter who's in the White House. Again, Mr. Musk, narrow link, in the White House, with Donald Trump. Do you think we're going to have a computer chip? I'm pretty sure we're going to get that in the next four years. I'm pretty sure they're going to push for that. Because remember, we've got the China 25, which is the Chinese basically becoming the economic global leader. And that's right, we are in the year of 25. And China's already talking to, well, even if Trump gets in, you'll see this before the election, even if Trump gets in, it's OK. We're going to go to South America and Europe and we really don't need the United States. We can sell our products elsewhere and we don't care. So you better look at the stores, everything you buy, is it made in China? Or hey, let's even go farther. How about Vietnam? All your tires just about are made in Vietnam that go on your cars. Thailand? Well, now we're starting to talk about electronics. And, I mean, we can continue to go on with Asiatic states that we are dependent on. They don't have to say made in China. There's all these other little countries that, well, you can't separate them from China. So, as we move forward, we need to be paying a little bit more closer attention to their systems that they want to push. We've got the The American Rescue Fund's 26 where they're saying they're coming after their money. Now I haven't heard Mr. Trump or any, any conservative Republican say, oh no, we're not going to worry about that. That is still on the books and that's still on the contract. And I heard anybody say, nah, that's not important. We don't care. You guys can keep that money and spend it on bonuses and then races and whatever you want to spend it on. It's okay. No, that's not what they said. They said they're coming for the money in 26 and I really believe they are and I think they're positioning themselves to, well, they're going to get it. Because everything leads up to the United Nations Agenda 2030, which right here in this article, it says the Agenda 2030 document adopted by some 190 nations, including the US, in September of 2015. So that means we are going to go to agenda 2030. We've already signed it. Now, for everything that this new administration is saying, they're not saying anything about, well, we're pulling out of the UN. We're going to stop this whole rhetoric of 2030. Instead, oh, you need to concentrate on Greenland. Well, you need to concentrate on Panama Canal. For what? We already got a great big missile base in Greenland. And, you know, it's like many people have pointed out. I'm pretty sure if they lost vessels from, you know, Russia, they don't have to go over Greenland. It's a much shorter distance to not go over Greenland. So, again, a lot of rhetoric. The Panama Canal, we ain't going back into there. We're too busy trying to import drugs from Central and South America. We're not going to upset that globe drugs coming in. That's very simple. It goes on here that basically their whole goal is to tie your credit score that if you don't have an implantable chip, well your credit score is going to suffer. And that's right, you just won't be able to get credit. yet, banning from getting loans or jobs or educational opportunities. I mean, they have this plan and they are going to move forward with it. And I don't care what anybody says about the new administration coming in. They're going to take part in it. Now, if that wasn't bad enough, now we're going to go to another story that I really, really, and listen closely to this one, okay, because I understand. Far left Washington Post cartoonist arrested for possession of child pornography. And I mean, that sounds, it's horrible. You know, how dare you have child porn. But it's okay, because, you know, he's a liberal. Now mind you, I can't stand a guy, and I really don't care at the end of the day, except for one very crucial part in the whole mess of this. It isn't that he had child porn. He hit AI child porn. So the computer created child porn. Now granted, I mean, this derelict had, I don't know, 134 videos of child porn on his computer. This makes him a real slimeball. But it's computer-generated AI. Now, I'm pretty sure that this AI advances We're going to find out that there's going to be a lot more AI-generated things and nothing AI is good for us. The more computers take over, the less individuality we have and AI could impose anybody doing anything. And as of January 1st, 2025, you can be arrested for AI generated material as a criminal offense. So think about that for a second. I could, if I have a computer, genius, I can get AI to generate any image and send it to anybody and well, all of a sudden I become a unanimous tip and well they come into your house and oh my god, you've got all this different stuff on your computer that, well, this is a criminal offense. bit of was AI generated. Do you understand that? Though this might be as horrendous as it sounds, child porn, it's AI generated porn. There's no victim, there's no kids, there's nobody in the videos except for cartoon characters, I guess you might call it. This gets into, huh, Disney princess? Well, you know, they've got some pretty provocative outfits that she's got on and some Facebook posts and well, Now, that's getting borderline child porn. Am I correct? Go ahead, Mark. You are correct. Arbitrary and capricious, remember. And again, there's nothing that we need from AI. I still have, there is no argument anybody can make to demonstrate the need. In fact, I've had this conversation a couple times, really seriously, like three, four times today. One of the things that's most fascinating about this is if you look at how crappy AI is, AI offers nothing in the way of a positive solution or a positive product. It is literally dump garbage. It is more like what was mentioned in the tour block, the idiocracy, the movie Idiocracy. Or I'd liken it to when you look at the garbage it's generating, It's like watching Futurama when the main character is talking to everybody else and he sees the history that they've created and how twisted the history is, but again, it's how farther away you are from the event, the more distorted it becomes. But everything is a caricature. Everything is goofy. Nothing makes any sense. It's like all, no, that's not what Santa Claus is about, but it doesn't make any difference because they've all been conditioned and the idiocracy self-supports. And that's one of the things that, again, with AI, we have better artists. We have better human beings that can produce a better product, period. This is where it really, really, really is starting to give justification for, remember, if you've ever read Dune, I always use books and movies for reference. The movies aren't that great with Dune. There are a few high points that are close. But if you read the book, the Butlerian Jihad is because, yep, AI got a chance to kick off. And this was written way before people knew what computers could do. Because remember, Frank Herbert was writing all of his works mostly in the 60s. He then worked into the 70s and passed away. But the whole idea that you're going to let machines take and replace you or do the work, now notoriously, people are lazy. So there's the first problem. Well, but let the machine do the work. Well, it may be not doing work, but it may be doing something to you. Not doing something for you, it can do something to you. And that's exactly what you're facing off against here right now with this progressive chain of events. It's not a better product. Again, you're putting people out of work. If you're putting people out of work and you got something decent or a good product for it, that would be understandable. But everything that's generated is caricature, cartoonish, and it's half-assed. Let me give you the best example of one that popped up. in the scroll on YouTube. Yesterday we were eating lunch and so we're just flipping stuff while we're eating and not really paying attention to all of it. But I flipped into this one and it's about the Civil War! It's 1863! 1863 in the Pennsylvania, you know, Pennsylvania 613th, you know, Army Regiment. And there's this picture that flashes. What is it? It's a picture of about 678 soldiers. But they're wearing Keystone Cop outfits. They've got the old Keystone Cop type helmets on, you know, the bulbous type, you know, Monty Python helmets, or Keystone Cops, because that's where they got the hot, those outfits were correct for the day. And it's got a star or some number in the middle of the forehead, and they're carrying M16s. And they're jumping down. Now, the uniforms are kind of a blue shade. Blue, okay, real medium light blue, okay. And then it goes, and the Confederates, and it switches to this image of the Confederates, and the Confederates are wearing, well they do have a gray uniform on, which looks like a Chairman Mao outfit, and they're wearing pith helmets with a white star in the middle of the forehead, and they're carrying these nondescript magazine-fed rifles. And so here we have the Union troops jumping over the side of this ridge with M16s in the 1863 Civil War. And the Confederates look like the Viet Cong coming out of the jungle. Now, you're feeding this bullshit to everybody out there, and apparently there are a lot of people gobbling this bullshit up. But that's the only way I can describe it. Here's the biggest problem I have with this. We have been in the age of photography for nigh on almost two, in fact almost 200 years. This is 2025 right now. Do you guys realize how many billions of images have been taken by man, not just in America, I mean all over the world. Now you still have paintings, drawings, statues, don't forget those, and most of them unlike the crappy modern art which is useless. The artwork of the ages is usually phenomenally correct and descriptive and offers an excellent back glance into a period of time. So if you wonder, did people look like me during the Greco-Roman era? You need only look at the statues and take a look at the quality of the product. Now, granted I will say this, none of this crap that's in the computers is going to ever be around, I mean, in the long, long, long run. In fact, this whole period of time is going to disappear from history. You do know that, right? This will be the most ill-documented era in human history by the time it's done. And I think it happens cyclically with whatever it is that rises and falls. But as far as an accurate portrayal of the things around you, computers, lights, all of this, it has now become the most ill-represented by any physical static art form or any kind of recording technology that will be saved. Talk about George Orwell in 1984. However, the thing is, it's the lack of quality of product when we, I can, if I need a picture of the Civil War, do you know how many millions of images from the Civil War era that were taken? It's not measured in the thousands. There were photographers running all over the battlefields and trying to get more gruesome picture, you know, the latest gruesome picture. They did images, group pictures, battlefield images. How much of that have you actually seen? Why do I need a cheesy half-ass crappy handful of pictures that look like they were done with toilet paper? When I could actually throw up for just a minute's worth of work, I can pull up a picture of Union troops, probably even have a picture of the actual Union troops in the battle that was being described. And if I made a little more effort, I could actually show the Confederate troops as they actually looked so you could visualize the humanity of the moment. On the other hand, it's like the kiddy porn crap. First of all, you've got kiddy porn, well it's too bad he died the way he did. It was horrible. He was beat to death. It took me hours, days. I mean, one 2x4 at a time. When the 2x4 were out, I found another one. You know what I mean? Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. But the idea that this kind of tripe, okay, that AI, is going to be the tool guys, AI, anybody can hit a switch and fabricate a lie. So Dave we got that This is a report I wanted to be brought up to speed on and again call or jump in there. Go right ahead. It's your air Okay as we talked about at the end of the second hour in the state of Illinois They recently just passed on January 7th a gun Confiscation bill that has absolutely no due process protections in it at all. The name of the bill is HB 4144. This bill was passed on January 7th and the last hours of a lame duck session. The Illinois House finally passed this. The House Bill 4144 was originally a bill regulating fire hydrants. They gutted the language in the original bill and stuck this horrible gun confiscation language into it. What is in this bill is this. Any order of protection mandates the court to issue a warrant, a search warrant, Within 48 hours and within, I think it's 24 hours after that, the search warrant must be served. This is an ex parte hearing. You have no idea that this is happening and it's based on any order of protection. It's not a red flag bill. It can be for family courts. It can be anything. Divorce proceedings, child custody, anything. If you go to gunssavelife.com, that's gunssavelife.com. That is an Illinois based gun group. And right now, I just looked before I got up here, Mark, it's on the front page at the very bottom. Now if it rolls off and you can't find it, go to the second page. But the title of the story is this. It's official. Illinois General Assembly passes gun confiscation without due process protections. There is absolutely no due process protections in this bill. Now, they claim that within 14 days if you get one of these protection orders against you, you will have to go to the judge and then hopefully get your property returned. Here's the problem. There is no mandate in this law that demands or orders the Illinois state police or anyone to actually return your property to you. In Illinois, you have to have a valid FOID card to have guns, ammunition, or even parts. And what they're doing Because even though they claim that in the law you've got 14, within 14 days you can return, your property can be returned, as was pointed out in some of the hearings in the Illinois General Assembly, it takes between 6 months and 18 months. And the average is 18 months to get the Illinois State Police to reissue a FOID card. So what you're going to have in the state of Illinois with this bill, any order of protection. And that's anything. It's not just red flag laws, it's anything. The Illinois State Police notifies a judge. A judge must issue a warrant and it must be served and it's within, I think it's 72 hours is when it has to be served. You have no idea that this is coming, it just has to be done. According to the governor, They routinely send for these types of warrants for officers to your door. So basically you'll have four or more police officers that will be coming to your door. They will have a warrant to come into your home. They will have the right to search for your guns, your ammunition, and any parts. Now, this is where it really gets bad, is if this isn't bad enough. If they discover You have any parts that are currently in violation of the so-called Protect Illinois Communities Act. That is the app that required everybody to register your guns, your ammunition, and your parts. If you're found to have anything in violation of that law during the service of this warranty, each individual item that they find, so let's say you've got a magazine, you've got an extra flash hider, any what's considered PICA regulated parts. Each part is considered a felony. So you can literally have somebody kick your door in because of one of these emergency orders. And they can go through your house and they can find something you didn't even know you had or forgot that you had. And you can end up being a felon out of this. to fight this. And if you're a felon, believe me, until you're adjudicated, you're not going to ever get your gun rights back. So it doesn't matter what kind of guns you have, doesn't matter the value of them, any restraining order, any order, any emergency order, mandates the Illinois State Police to issue a warrant to a judge, I mean, issue to the judge, a warrant must be issued and those police must serve that warrant. Within 48 hours, the warrant must be issued. Within, I think it's 24 hours after that, the warrant must be served. Now, all of this information is at a gun site in Illinois. Supposedly in Chicago or in the Chicagoland area, a young woman and her family had a restraining order on a family member. And the family member apparently got mad because he had a restraining order against him. And he took a gun and shot and killed him. This woman and I think her child. So I mean that's a bad deal. But still they passed the bill. And it's the Latinos up in the General Assembly that actually started this and pushed this. And then the Democrats jumped all over it. And any type of reasoning, any type of showing the law, even talk about our historical protections of due process were all ignored in the General Assembly. Keep this in mind with that being said of what they've done. January 14th. A bill was introduced in the Indiana legislation by its Republican House Speaker would create a commission to embrace 33 Illinois counties that have voted for a symbolic measure to leave Illinois and create a new state. Indiana is the end. Yes, that is true. You can join us. So the Governor has addressed that too today and they're not going to let that happen because they want to steal our wealth. But I understand what you're saying, Dave. I mean, there's been a movement in Illinois to get away from, break away from these nuts in Chicago for years. But the bad part of this bill, and this is the final part I was wanting to talk about, there's more than, the way the numbers are in the Illinois General Assembly, downstate, other than Chicago, Champaign, and I think one other city, Downstate and 90% or 95% of the volume of the state, these people we don't have a say in Springfield. It's all controlled out of Chicago. And what's really bad is we had Illinois state Republican senators vote for this bill. Hey, there's nothing in there that there's no punishment. If you make a false claim or a false charge, there's no punishment for it. There's no way to redress that. So if someone doesn't like you and you're served with one of these emergency orders of protection, any order of protection, including red flag laws, you have no You know anybody can claim it. Your neighbors can do it. Your wives can do it. Your girlfriends can do it. Somebody in your family can do it. Somebody that don't like you can do it. Somebody at work can do it. Just anytime you get any order of protection or one of these clear and present danger reports, you're screwed in Illinois. You're screwed. That's a wide open bill and it's made for abuse. And if they can find something, because see, they've already talked about in this bill in the General Assembly. Well, this thing is going to get a lot of lawsuits. Well, you know how they're going to do it. They're going to find something to justify their claim even if that falls out of their pocket. Do you know what I mean? It will fall out of their pocket. And so anything they can find, I mean, if they have to go through your wife's panty drawers to claim they got marijuana somewhere, that's what they're going to do, even though if it's not there. I mean, anything that they can do to justify their claim, their warrant, to give them additional protection of that warrant, they're going to do that. And that was sexually addressed and talked about in the arguments in the General Assembly. But literally, the Latinos that were pushing this, that was arguing for this, I mean, their stance is, well, oh, so you don't care about people's lives, all you care about your guns. And that's how it was finally addressed. And this thing passed, even if the governor was to veto it, which he will not, oh, it's more than veto proof. And right now, the only chance we have is to get this information out. and to push this information. So if they can dump a blade on you, put a few pad prints on the blade, your ass is grass. Well, you're dead anyway, so they cover their ass. Go ahead, jump in there. Yeah. This is what I want to put out. You just made a comment. Well, they know they're breaking the law and they don't care. Well, guns save lives. Just one, a lawsuit that they've worked on for nine years. against the Chicago gun and ammo tax. And the Supreme Court of Illinois told them, sent it back to a lower court back in 2021 and said, you correct this. Well, they dicked around now for four years. So in 2025, a Chicago judge came out and said, well, based on the order of the Illinois Supreme Court, You know, we hereby have to rule that the Chicago gun and ammo tax is illegal and violates, you know, the clauses in even just the Illinois State law. Do you know what the city of Chicago has said? Screw you. We're going to do it anyhow. There ain't nothing that you can do to stop us. They know it's illegal. They know they're breaking the law. They don't care. That's how bad it is. And this is bad. This is bad. I know everybody, there's always a few old fuds trying to rationalize this. But any order of protection gets a warrant issued for them to come to your home and confiscate your private property. You don't even know what's going on. And if somebody makes a false claim, it doesn't matter. There's no protection against that. There's no protection against really anything. This is if they were issuing an order of protection, even if it's a red flag law, even if it's from family courts. Hey, you're screwed. I'm all in on. That's what I have, Mark. The problem is that they'll be coached to do this. They will be coached to step by step, promote this. That's the mistake of everything. Oh, because they just have this heartfelt, no they don't. I don't care about you. This is a way for them to profiteer the amount of material that they figure they can pocket. First rule is remember the cops are allowed to five finger everything. arbitrarily steal at their discretion and it's hideous the amount. I can't stress enough even in court cases, you know like this we're talking about, oh you're going to go to court. Guys, I have done thousands of court case appeals. Do you want to know what the first thing is? It disappears from a property room in any part of Michigan. And I'm talking I did cases are in the Upper Peninsula. I did cases that were down in Detroit. I did cases in Grand Rapids, come on Holland, Lansing, anywhere you can imagine, right? You know what the first thing is that disappears from a property room? The guns. And I don't care if it's not a gun that works like a cap and ball piece that's an antique. That was a notorious case. They actually put the guy in prison with a non-functional Civil War antique. That did not work, but you know what during the appeal guess what they had because of the appeal They had to pull the property out for inspection Guess what was missing the antique Civil War Remington, you know cap and ball a real one Not a not a reproduction a real one worth quite a bit of money. It was just gone now. Where was it? It was in the police lockup Well, I'll bet you Dave doesn't go there I can't go there. None of you listeners can go there. So who is it that stole the gun out of the file? The cops stole the gun out of the file. But it's not just one case. Every case where a firearm was involved, the weapon disappeared from custodial ship under the department. State police, county police, city police, take a break. I don't care. Dozens, dozens and dozens. So again, oh well, you're going to appeal. And by the way, let's say that, well, and the other problem, the other thing is this. All these dirty whores in uniform are also, what they do is, your weapon will be abused. You might have had a pristine Sweet 16 museum grade shotgun that you got from your grandpa. By the time you get it back, it's going to be basically a rusty fence post. Because they intentionally do that and then here's the other thing that nobody realizes Did they take several thousand rounds of ammunition maybe from you or even hundreds? Guys, you know what happens to that it just Disappears. Well see that's guns ammunition and parts So, you know and in Illinois you cannot yeah, you cannot legally have a detent spring for like an AR-15 or an AK-47 I don't know what the hell they think they're going to do, but the way this is written... I've had this discussion with a lot of people recently that they don't trust what's going on with Trump, they don't trust what's going on with the situation, especially where he went off into this La La Land crap with overseas, you know, grabbing properties overseas. And instead, all the things that are our greatest concern, well, like you said earlier, one of the things is, well, you know, if you have to, if you do something to the cops, oh, you're going to get punished. It's like, well, that's nothing new. The cops can do no wrong, so the cops know they can get away with murder, and so they will try to get away with murder. This runs cyclically and every once in a while what happens is the cops get shot, people end up going into court cases, the cops find out that people really don't like what they see anymore, the cops lose and everybody realizes they don't have that golden protection. And I usually again, I've seen three cycles of this. Where people are to the point where they're finished and right now again if it does escalate and I've said this you know We've been pointing at Illinois for this whole time guys They already had a rule to technically go after everybody's guns you had to bring all that stuff in How many people participated in that caller? None, and here's the point Yeah, the truth is actually none. There's 28,000 total police in the state of Illinois and the police also had to comply with the registration requirements and it was like what 30,000 people total complied. So that means almost none of the civilian population complied period. Just the police and the police had to comply because that was their job. People don't know that little part of the law. So this is bad Mark. I mean, thanks to high heaven. Go ahead sir, I'm sorry. Well, most important, no, no, it's okay because I probably have this little delay. The big thing here again is that this happened at the very end of the session. You had a bunch of fools who were bought and paid for a horse. Chico and Juan got bought. That's how that happened.
