They had the Ferrets, Saracens, Let's see, the Saracens are also the M113s, one M114s, two totally different vehicles. And of course, BTR. BTR 60s, not the 152s. We only have a few of the 152s. They're working fine, but we don't run them as much. Anyway, an example of each route there. We get a chance to get behind the steering wheel, make a little circle, and get a chance to figure out where the controls were. And through as many people on the ass end of each one, because they're all people trans... Well, a ferret is not. A ferret is cramped and minimal quarters. So not everybody fits in a ferret. That's just a... It's an armored reconnaissance vehicle. But the Saracen is actually one of the best thought out, as far as I'm concerned, of all of the... APCs for the era when it was built and it really still would be pertinent today, is pertinent today because we're using them. We're collecting every last one that's still sitting out there and those are being refurbished. We have one that's completely stripped down off the blocks. Everything's off. I mean, it's almost like it's back to the factory. But one thing we know, having had experience with Saracens, we know what to look for in the way of problems that could develop because we've seen enough of them that had problems develop so we know what they are. Personally I think it's industrial sabotage because it's the same issue and it's not accidental. We've looked at some of the mechanicals and the greasy spoon crew that make up governments do this kind of crap. Number one, they buy cellular stuff, governmental cellular stuff. if you're another country and the cellular something you've already gimmicked up or they've already had, you know, they've changed a part on and the idea is that either A, they're going to knock all that equipment down from lack of maintenance or the equipment will fail for sure and they don't provide any spare parts. So if you're not industrial based, if you don't have an industrial base, you don't have the ability to probably make the critical replacement part. And you have to shop around to try and figure out how to get it fixed. And this is true with a lot of scurrilous things that regimes, especially England. England is especially notorious for doing this. Their War Department is a It's just the only way to describe it. It ain't the razor, it's the blades that'll get you. But if you know what it is that's going on, well we can even build or we pull off the inventory ourselves, but we know where you get the parts. So anything that we know is questionable, not because of long mileage. Literally, I personally believe I've looked at dozens of these parts and everybody agrees to spend an end machining tech that, oh, this is intentional, this is not external. This is something that just appeared in the system. Anyway, it has to do with drive gears also with transmission, something that you got to pay attention to. But we have a working knowledge of. Plus, our mech heads give a chance to actually work on the stuff that they are going to be driving and so they also gain the experience that's going to roll over into other vehicles that we acquire in combat. These things are going to be as bad as the Tesla's on the road that are running into semi-trucks because they don't register the trailer as being a vehicle because they fit too low. you know, taking off people's heads and whatnot. These will be GPS controlled vehicles that you will not have any control over other than saying you want to go from point A to point B. And I guarantee you there's going to be some ridiculous tax on them. Right. The two things that I thought of right away is A, the level of taxation for not just having them, but the idea that just think all the bullshit you go through right now with a driver's license. And what they've done with tickets, with ticketing, in Michigan here, they had a couple of special tickets they came up with that if you drove with your driver's license expired, okay, well it wasn't that, it was there, yeah, it included that. But there were all these different tickets they could give you and you weren't gonna pay a fine one year. You were gonna pay a fine for two years, okay? And it came to almost $1,200 to $1,600 worth of bullshit. I'm sorry I'm using French here, but there's a reason. They did this to try and milk the taxpayer of even more money. And the commies came up with it, and they thought it was oh, so wonderful. OK, here's the thing. People stopped getting their driver's license. And what was really optimal about it is it overlapped this nonsense went on. for what? Two, three, four years, but it overlapped with the Corona Beer Virus scam. So what happened is the amount of revenue from just the scamming you for your driver's license fee went into the basement. People were not renewing it. So then when the corona beer virus can hit on top everything else, well government, they were all just as terrified and peeing their pants as everybody else. In fact, they liked it because then they didn't have to do anything. So you couldn't get into the Secretary of State's office. Well, this kind of killed this whole program. I don't know if they've got anything left of what they initiated. But what happened is literally it took people just stopped getting driver's license. They just couldn't afford it. The combinations of all this garbage hitting at the wrong time, it's like, wow, like that much money? Well, I don't think I would have paid that. In fact, you know what? I'm not even going to go near the Secretary of State's office. So hold on. The thing is, I could picture what BS The moment that, you know, it would say that the Trumpite lives for four years, okay, and everybody were to plug everything in and start to start it out. The moment that the hyper-leftists get back into play The cost and the taxes and the fines and the fees and the punishments would just go through the roof because the bureaucratic parasite would have to catch up instantly with what it couldn't do for the very short period of time that there might be some freedom of motion in this direction. It wouldn't last like spit out like spit on a griddle. That's exactly how it would be number one and number two Like you said, here's my other problem with this. Are they gonna actually let you figure out how to fly? Well the idea behind this quote-unquote is that you won't have to worry about you know insurance for collision or anything because the company will take care of that. Well Kenneth, so that's going on the company thing. So there's going to be safety inspections. There's going to be software mandatory software updates that you have to do. And then you have to trust that GPS is accurate, which if you've ever followed GPS anywhere, especially in a developing city where you have new suburbs and stuff going in, they're never right. So sometimes there'll be a whole kilometer off. I do mean, like almost a full mile off from where you're supposed to be. Well, and the other thing about this, and by the way, it just went into the next part of this is new cities. Okay, guys, what's the difference between the speech Trump just gave and the one that Obama gave, including the one that you didn't hear that we brought up on the air years ago, talking about, and we explained to you also about the destruction and tearing down of 10 American cities. And what's interesting about this is as they pointed out, well, you may be in power now, but somebody else is going to be coming up behind you, and you better be planning ahead so that they don't usurp power. so that they don't manipulate the situation out off into La La Land, so to speak. And that is not, right off the bat here, they're setting everything up so that the very same ad bastards that supposedly we got rid of will be able to walk right in, literally rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic a little bit because they don't have to change it much because they're already setting up to be as bad as it could possibly be. Now, even with the government change out, he was talking about the bureaucracy and there were some logical things that sound good, except you have to ask yourself, okay, how far around the corner are we with all of the other Twilight Zone things that the leftists wanted to do that are now where they need to be so that if you get rid of the American system, and this is really what they're talking about, is by the time they're done, They're not going to the Constitution. They are talking about, we're going to do this significant change and it's going to be different. So you guys all need to accept that and just don't worry about where we're going with it. And I would say right now that again, all this is, and it's becoming more and more obvious, is the exact same play with the exact same agenda with the exact same players even. pushing the global crap down America's throat. Now I'm no problem with the idea of cleaning out the, first of all, there were a few things that sound good, but I'm not holding my breath over. The Republicans rats have had power before, but for instance doing away with the Department of Education. Well it's great if they're doing away with the Department of Education provided that the people who are in the Department of Education are kept away from the job. Now there was a discussion about that. But here's the other problem is taking government agencies completely out of Washington DC. We don't want that You don't want that You there was a reason that federal agencies were contained in Washington I will remind you people of a thing called the buck act And the Buck Act is how they took and completely converted our form of government with regard to the judiciary. And the hated Admiralty Court was taken, well listen to this, with the Buck Act of 1938, the most significant destructive action against the American people was the taking of the Admiralty Court and stretching it out of the district of criminals and dragging it all over the United States like a piece of saran wrap to actually block legitimate constitutional court from existing. Does everybody understand this? So we don't need to take these, first of all, we do need to get rid of departments that had no business existing in a communist state they would. However, the discussion about taking these departments out of Washington, if you eradicate 80 to 90% of their people, because that's the actual discussion that's going on that, well, they need to make it smaller, great idea. That's absolutely true. They do need to make it smaller. But in the process of while taking and converting or changing completely the policies, we take a foreign entity that was designed for the purpose of protecting our international interests by Washington, D.C. being the doorway through which any foreign influence would have to pass. The foreign influence invaded Washington, most of the Jewish mob in that field. And what the characters did is then went out like a bunch of flying monkeys to the rest of the country and screwed everybody. So now what we're going to do is supposedly we're going to take all of these departments, this is the idea behind these people are all leftists, and this doesn't sound any different from any other leftist agenda I've heard so far. All the bad ending by the way. in that they're going to take these federal agencies and plop their ass down all over the country and spread them out like big-ass, lunking, flying monkeys. And instead of them having been contained, because this is what's happening, the hourglass is filled, they're going to vomit all these operations out across the country so that they can overlord us and destroy the sovereignty of the states. Now granted, so these states... Maybe they'll put them into those new ten cities that they're making. Yeah, exactly. Well, see, and here's the thing is that 10 city every time I hear it, I'm pointing out, guys, Obama brought this, Obama started it. Why is, why are all of these cities like Flint, Michigan, Pontiac, Michigan, in fact, people are lamenting, well, Cleveland, Ohio is already in bad shape, but what happened is Obama, in his eight years with the globalists and the ring knockers, had a plan to destroy American cities. And so they were systematically eradicating the housing they shut down and isolated or separated the public services, which is why we all know about Flint where you never knew where the hell Flint was for decades because Flint had the water problem. They did not have. The water problem is because they were part of the process of shutting down the city of Flint. was to eradicate their own water treatment system, which was a fantastic local operation that was as modern as any other in the country. But they shut all those services down, and most people don't realize, I want you to go look where Flint, Michigan is on the map, and go look at where Detroit is. Flint, Michigan was pumping its water and piping its water through massive pipe pumping systems from the city of Detroit area to Flint, Michigan. Does that make any sense? But the idea was to run people off their property, shut down the entire city, flatten it, and make one of these new cyber cities everybody's back. Now, while the Democrats have been in power, the 15-minute cities everybody was warned about, oh look, there's these 15, a whole bunch of people were talking about it. But now Donald Trump starts flapping his yap, and there's, and they're gonna have 10. They were going to start out with 10 of these 15-minute cities all over the country. Hawaii, where they're saying the plan was for where they had the fire. The Maui Fire was what? Because they want to put a 15-minute city in there. Well, that's one region, part of Region 10. So then you go right around the country, you find all these other locations, and they basically break down to, yep, they had a little dart thrown at each one of the regions. and they were going to frag so many American cities. Well, that project kind of fell through, mostly because with the grafting corruption that's been going on in Washington and with the Jewish mob and the foreigners that get involved, have gotten involved, have been involved, guys are milking all these accounts a moment. They make a $10 billion account, $9,988,000, $988,000 goes immediately into the pockets of the shysters overseas in their foreign HIFA accounts. And the rest, what chump change is spent, is for window dressing and the project's never done. It's on paper, but it's never done. This is typical of the graft and corruption that we have been seeing for a very long time. And this is true of every project that either the Republicans or the Democrats have put in. For anybody who's restricted, go the 16 inch because that's a good price. It's a great price, not a good price. If you have the money, buy both. What? Yeah, because it's like golf clubs, okay? You can buy uppers and put them on any lower you have. But in this case, for $230, that's the best price I've seen for an A2 upper complete. carry handle configuration, it has the A-frame type front sight, it's built in fact, including in fact that it's a full heavy barrel, this is a good tack driving rifle. Now I prefer that, I'm going to tell you, I prefer a 20 inch barrel. I told you this a million times, longer barrel weapons. Problem, for the longest time here, the longer barrel option means a lot more money spent. And to be quite honest, let's point something out here. Now, granted, the other one doesn't have the bolt carrier and doesn't have the charging handle, so you've got to figure that into the formula. But it costs a full hundred dollars more for the 20-inch A2 over the 16-inch Moon Stomper. Okay, there's the Moon Stomper versus the AR15A2 system. Which would I choose? I'd carry the heavier of the two. Now, here's the thing. I'm getting older. Guess what? The 16-incher might be a lot more convenient for me. So, for all of you out there, there's a balancing act on this. Again, the math is take $60 off of the bolt carrier, take $7 off of the charging handle, and there's your difference between the two, between a 20 inch and a 16 inch. Just to give you some basic math. But definitely, both of these are good solutions. That's why I brought them up tonight, because the one is if you're going to get it, you've got to get it tonight. Now they've offered a lot of cheaper AR-15 uppers out there. Everybody has, but they're pistol length. And you know what I've already said, if you get a pistol length upper, you can't keep it near any of your guns. You've got to get it out of your house. You should get it completely away from you. Now, if you're looking for, to put more riflemen into service, and you actually need a Marksman's rifle, the longer barrel guns that I was mentioning from Bear Creek, the Uppers, are a very good choice, but you could do the same with this A2. It's a BC-15 is what they call it there in their neck of the woods for Bear Creek Arsenal. And again, it has all the bells and whistles on it. It's the way it's supposed to be. If you were around in service when the M1682, by the way, is still out there in service. They never went through it completely. We're heading into a tough weekend with all the schedules the way that they are, also the 61st regimental combat team, colonial marines, out of Nebraska, 61st RCT, has a command management meeting and again they are going to be probably in session, well until they settle certain issues because of mobilization of On standby is one of the mobilization units in the event we go into conflict like many of our units here in Michigan, so and all over the Midwest, and all over the country. But the 61st is a hard charger, high priority unit, so with its force strength expansion, they're going to be in session. Check your PIN number with the CMM system on UltraNet. If you're listening and you're out there in the great, great plains states and headed into the mountains, this is going to be a very busy weekend for all of us. Camp Emory, Camp Emerson, New Camp Stasa, Camp Whalen North, the Ogham Ranges, Niagara-Hitcham, Fox-Wolf. Fox has some construction. We did not expect the weather to hold out as long as it did, but we do have the materials on hand because they can still run heavy truck on the roads here. We don't have any freeze restrictions in any way, shape, or form. So, here's the thing, Fox and Wolf both have had culverts and construction block that was donated. Again, we know how this works. We have a couple of really friendly individuals with their ears to the rail and when the cement companies here in the state have seconds or discards and they want to clear a yard because they've built up so much stuff, we get it for free wherever we can find it. This weekend, the heavy machinery, the 4th combat engineer detachment is going to be up in that neck of the woods. They will take any assistance they can get, by the way. So they're already putting feelers out because this was not so much a last minute thing, but it was known that this could be happening. What it also means is that Fox and Wolf, you're going to be dodging heavy equipment. So remember, I've got to remind you of this, the militia MPs are God on the road. If they are stopping or altering traffic in a direction or people or infantry or whatever, there is a reason for it because we've got some major construction. We've got a minimal window here. We still don't have any big snow or any freeze. This means we can get this stuff all settled into place. This includes bunkers, fortifications. We use the cement conduit for creating tumble points from one location to the next. All of this is going to be buried and properly re-sculped, so it doesn't leave a high obvious, you know, earth-type signature. It can be, we do the right thing top to bottom. Top soil is removed carefully. In fact, in modules, we then do the dig. We then put the stuff in with the bed. Make sure you've got your gravel in limestone bed. Everything gets put into place, everything gets sealed, everything gets buried back up, and the top shell goes back almost identically to where it was, along with shrubs, brush, or anything else that we can, though it's never perfect, but it's a hell of a lot better than being stupid. So this is going to be a lot of work, and in addition to that, we still have all the other training going on. So, for everybody, don't forget cold weather equipment. We're into the season of you can die easily if you're not paying attention. And it happens a lot because it's not too bad during the day, but you know, travel light freeze at night. Let's make sure that doesn't happen. We're going to make sure you don't freeze at night. We still travel light, but we're going to make sure you don't freeze. Just got a Colonial Marine Militia Pod actually. Picked it up today, guys. I got enough equipment for about 40-some CMM personnel. It's all marine equipment. It's not going to anybody else. So I'm going to roll the dice and figure out where this is going to go. But it was a surprise. I didn't expect this thing. So it meant we had to spend time to get it done. It always happens. That's not why we were off the first hour. We had other issues we had to be taken care of. Just had to be taken care of. So this is happening. And heading into the weekends, it's always where everything piles up on Friday. But I will say this that's going to go to one of the Michigan, probably western side of the state, CMM over on the west side. We've got some people that are in need. We want to try and beef them up a bit with cold weather gear, but also all the standard marine equipment that they know and are familiar with. Also, we do have a supply handling system, and I do have nine medical chests complete. These are the advanced medical chests. These are also going to the CMM, Colonial Marine Militia. They can dole them out as needed, but these are the actual regular issue compartmentalized medical chest systems. They're packed and stacked exactly the way they would be in the military for the corpsmen slash medics out there. They're going to be completely familiar with these. They've worked still this past week on the 13th and 14th. The FBI was down there training. Uh, on the 13th they had two blocks, uh, scheduled for same timeframe for both training sites. Can you hear me? You broke up just for a minute. Go ahead and repeat that again. Okay, the FBI was training down at Fort Sill, which is down in Southwest Oklahoma, where the US Army has basic training also, does artillery training down there for the artillery and other, I think, anti-aircraft, possibly, and the, I forget, the multiple launch rocket system. Anyways, they were down there training. They had a two block scheduled out, so I'm guessing both for the same time frame, I'm assuming it's maybe the same area, maybe two different classes for land navigation. And then the next day they had two blocks scheduled in the evening from 7 p.m. till midnight for three blocks. Just said law enforcement training. Didn't specify, you know, Pyro or anything like that because it does specify if they're you know, weapon systems or something like that and then one of the other blocks said weapons it said m4 slash m16 and then m18 slash m17 module or pistol and Then one of the other blocks and these are all in the same time frame Said Simunitions check this was on the 13th and 14th of this It's like Cinnabon. As far as I think I recall, the simunition is live. It's actually live pellet fire, similar to the stuff that, well, it is, no, actually it's the same. It's the same system that the air marshals use for onboard aircraft training. For simulated live fire onboard an aircraft. The idea is for containment of fire, keeping everything tight. So that's rather interesting. But not a surprise. I would assume that they've got whatever contract budget arrangements to be able to use that technology. So again, they're applying it accordingly in preparation for waging war on the US population because they're not training to fight anybody else but the American people. I thought the land that was pretty interesting. Since they do investigations, why would they need land naps? Obviously, I understand that maybe their SWAT team, whatever, going across country, but you know, it just seemed kind of interesting that they were doing land navigation. So this was on the port still. This was public information on the range, weekly range report. I think it's what it, I can't remember exactly. I posted screenshots of the two spots. From this PDF that showed the FBI and train so you can see across the the block and what was above them and below them For the training blocks, you know, it even has you know for other units that are out training at for sale all over You know what location the time blocks right the training exercise is use of weapons You know if there's pyro involved I guess ammunition, you know or explosives anytime stuff like that but this was found on the weekly range report. Now, Judge has halted. the sale of InfoWars and is ordered to review the onions purchase of the website for possible, I would assume, shenanigans. This is, I mean, corruption at the highest level, right? Everything from, look, you know, whatever you want to say about Alex, you know, and what happened here, I think we can all agree that even if he was wrong, and even if he lost a fair trial, which many of us believe was not fair, even if that happened, the judgment for $1.5 billion was pure insanity that was meant to shut down the company, not to compensate the families. The families knew they would never get that money. This amount was to shut down and silence the company. Not to actually get any retribution or fair payout for whatever potential inconveniences those parents had. And again, I don't blame the parents. I assume they were just acting on advice from some lawyer who ends up basically acting on behalf of the government or the establishment in my opinion and they used this to try and silence Alex. On Thursday morning it was announced that the Onion had bought Infowars at the bankruptcy auction but later that day the judge overseeing the bankruptcy case held an emergency hearing during which lawyers representing Jones and company affiliated him with him expressed concerns about the process. The judge has ordered an evidentiary for next week to determine if the auction was even conducted fairly, which could delay the process. From what I'm told, or from what Alex said, this auction was supposed to be, you know, public and everyone was going to be allowed bid, and then they changed things at the last second, and then it was like a sealed bid, and then the person got to pick the winner of the auction, even if they weren't the highest bidder. Some people online said that the onion paid just 200 grand for it, which makes sense because again, all you're getting is equipment and a domain name that's worthless going forward. So I don't really, you know, understand why they would have picked them. Outside of some bidder who probably wanted to buy it and keep it running, you would think that bids would be in the many millions just to keep it running. because the brand is nothing without Alex. I suppose maybe they couldn't get a guarantee that he was going to stay at the company. I don't know. We're going through the evidence. The only other bidder, allegedly, was First United American Companies, a company that is affiliated with one of Jones's product-selling websites. So allegedly, there was only two bidders, which is wild. I would bid on it. I mean, I guess, do you assume that dad, I don't know how all that works. But I mean, I feel like we could get together, go fund me and have the community purchase it. At the emergency hearing Thursday, a lawyer for First United American companies took the issues with the auction process, knowing that no bidding round was held on Wednesday for rival parties. And that only sealed bids submitted the previous week were considered. I mean, to me it seems like the fix is in, right? The exact amount offered by the Onion for InfoWars remains unknown, but it is reported that it was lower than first United Americans bid of 3.5 million. The Onion's offer was seen as a better deal because some of the related, some people related to the families agreed to forego a portion of the sale proceeds to help pay off Jones' creditors. It was reported on Thursday that the Onion's purchase for InfoWars received support from the families. So this judge or whoever is in charge of it picked less money in order to pick a company that would shut Infowars down. The families, those noble families picked less money in exchange for shutting down Infowars. Here's what Alex had to say. There was a auction order by the judge, but he wanted to have more hearings about it for the details to make sure it was all legal. The US trustee, a sign of the Justice Department that was in charge of it, went ahead and had what he said was an auction. But then it came out that he didn't make the auction public, didn't let people have bids to go above the supposed to hide the bid, which means it's not a real auction. And then it turns out he ignored the highest bid and gave it to a lower bid because they were the Democrats. And so it was a private sale, masquerading as an auction that did not happen. That's what the judge said today. He said it did not go through. He's having a full evidentiary hearing next week. In the meantime, the US trustee, overstepping his power, came in and closed in full wars and cut the broadcast off. So it is off the air. We're over at the Alex Jones network at AJN Live on X and real on Jones. And the satellite links to the radio stations, the TV stations. They're having to switch over to our new satellite. There was some problems there because it was just sneak attack. Boom. They have the auction, keep it secret Wednesday. This morning they show up at 8 a.m. and say, shut the building. I go on and talk about it. And they go order people to shut things off. I'm just saying, I'm a federal trustee. Do what I say. Like the last federal trustee did in June or late May, saying shut the building with no court order. I didn't leave. I threatened to call the police. And then they had an emergency hearing thinking I would be kicked out and the judge fired them. So this is the second time, second federal trustee doing this wild vigilante crap. She's the guy we heard were announcing they bought it, the media saying they got it, but Bloomberg and AP are going, well now the judge said, no, no, no, he's questioning it. No, he said it didn't go through and he says, that's not what you do. And my lawyers are like, well, they've taken this thing off the air, these employees are on the street. The judge said, well, as soon as we can have it early next week, I'll give you a date. But yeah, this is crazy. So bring your evidence in. So at minimum, it would seem like Alex has the opportunity at least another week to broadcast from InfoWars and move his audience over, which is great. I always talk about, I've been trying to move, I'm doing everything I can to move my audience over to watch stuff on my private member server, but it's going to take months to get everyone moved over. They told the court that the money used was Alex Jones' future earnings. The money over $1 billion he owes is basically credit. So they didn't even put real money down on the auction. The people who ran the auction did not even tell the bidders that quote, credit could be used. The auction was pretty much fake. They gave special treatment to Democrats who wanted to buy out the assets, buy out with non-existent money. and without other bidders even knowing what's going on. I mean, this is, again, corruption at the highest order that is specifically set to just, they just want Alex silenced, they want him gone. I'm incredibly happy that he's continuing to fight this and he's putting it all out in the open. And hopefully some of these corrupt loser judges and trustees get some sort of punishment for what is clearly corruption, at least if all of this is true. This is wild. I'm going to look at my list. Memphis, Memphis, Tennessee. They did this ballot initiative where they were looking to, so first off you need to know Tennessee is a permitless carry state. And we also have one of the strongest preemption laws in the country. Preemption law means no city, no town, no county, no locality can make any gun law more stringent than the state law is. Okay? We don't have an assault weapon ban in Tennessee where perma-lists carry and we have a law that says no red flag laws unless it's done on the state level. We don't have one. So Memphis, which we've tried to give to Arkansas, it's a crime-ridden place that is Democrat controlled. Shocker. Well, the city council said, you know what, we're better than the state. We know more and we think we have more power. So they had this ballot initiative that came through on election day where they were trying to institute a ban on constitutional carry, perma-less carry, a ban on assault rifles, which is machine guns, but they considered an assault weapon ban, but they didn't read their own stuff. And they also want to institute red flag laws ordinance within the city. That's what they're called, the city level. So, I did a couple videos, some state legislators said if you do that we're going to take funding away from you. They went through with it anyway. And the ballot referendum passed in the city of Memphis by 82%. Huge victory, they think. However, you can't violate state law. And this is going to take effect January 1st, 2025, in clear violation of state law. And then the city council, one of the city councilors had the balls to say this. We get to the point where we're outside the purview of state law. And the words of our attorney, wait, tell them to bring it on. We'll fight about it in court. Well, he said that and now they're asking for a retreat with some state legislators to rub elbows with them and to gain support on the state level. But GOA said, okay, you want us to just bring it? We're going to just bring it. And I want to thank you, the viewership here. Because of you, remember a couple days ago I asked for somebody who lived in the area to be a plaintiff. Someone stepped up and it's now the Timmerman versus Memphis case brought to us by Gun Owners of America, Gun Owners Foundation, and the Tennessee Firearms Association looking to punch Memphis Square in the face, kind of like I hope Mike Tyson does to Jake Paul tonight, and we'll see what happens with this case. Here's a quick quote from my friend Eric Pratt who is the Vice President of Gun Owners of America. He said, Tennessee is one of the strongest preemption laws in the nation and the very reason it exists is to prevent radical anti-gun cities from enacting the very sort of draconian policies Memphis just adopted. We are hopeful that Tennessee courts will quickly block this insubordinate violation of state law. Then my other buddy Chris Stone, who's the Director of State and Local Affairs for GOA, said, Memphis voters overwhelmingly chose to strip their fellow citizens of their fundamental rights, and now city officials, knowing full well these ordinances will patently violate Tennessee law, are planning to implement them. This is unacceptable, and we are eager to fight back. And that's, I mean, you cannot vote away your rights. They're there. You can choose not to participate in your rights or exercise but you can't vote to take them away. It's not how it works. Okay, that's number one. Number two, Senate Democrats and the Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday saw this. So we're in a lame duck session. Not really anything is going to happen or pass right now because you have a Senate that's Democrat controlled and you have a House that's Republican controlled and they're not going to do anything Republicans until Donald Trump takes over officially on January 20th. But Democrats tried to save face and pander to their voting base. We tried to do something. They held a hearing and debate on bump stocks because they were trying to pass a bump stock ban through Congress. Now remember ATF did that administratively. We know with the story behind it, correct? That was the Donald Trump administration that did it. And we won the case. It was in Texas, which is the Fifth Circuit. And it went all the way to the United States Supreme Court. The Cargill decision. And we won. He said bump stocks. Nope. Nobody know. That's illegal. It was an overreach of ATF's power. Something like that has to be done legislatively. So the Senate Democrats were like, please, please, everybody let us do this. and going nowhere, just wanted to get that on your radar because you're going to see a lot of posts on it. It's dead on arrival, just pandering. Okay, that's number two. Number three, during said hearing, we got some phenomenal quotes and I'm going to show you some dire stupidity from Senator Maisie Hirono from Hawaii who showed how little she knows, yet she's willing to push a ban on a fundamental right, a right that pre-exists, it's already there. We had this right, our forefathers recognize this right, put it in the Constitution just to enshrine and say, hey, this is a limitation on you, central government, you cannot infringe on this. It was made applicable to the states, the 14th Amendment, and we all know the rest. You should know the rest. Well, Maisie Gerono doesn't know her ass from her elbow, And she said that the Supreme Court created this right in the Heller decision in 2008. Yeah, here she is in her own words, moron. As I sit here, I remember one of our earlier hearings on firearms legislation. Both the minority witnesses, in fact the entire panel consisting of majority-minority witnesses, said they agreed that this nation is awash in guns. Mr. Zodvik, you mentioned that we have over 400 million guns and 330 million Americans. So we are awash in guns. I mean, is there anybody on this panel who does not think that we are awash in guns in this country? Raise your hand if you think otherwise. Okay, so we are a Washington guys and meanwhile the Supreme Court and various decisions. Heller was pretty much an astounding decision to me when suddenly individuals could, the Second Amendment individuals could own firearms but Scalia did say that we could legislate various kinds of limitations, I suppose, if you could call it that. And then you can fast forward to the Bruin decision where suddenly we're supposed to look to what the founding fathers thought about in what 1791 or some astounding time frame such as that. Bruin has led to some unintended consequences, by the way. Why are doctors using this weird lamp to eliminate mold from their clinics? And in 15 minutes, you... She's such an idiot. But... That's not it. And here's number four for you on my list. More great clips came out of that hearing, including attorney Ryan Kleckner, who is a former Army Ranger and a sniper. Now he's a constitutional attorney. He... crushed it as he was one of the witnesses who was testifying at this hearing. Absolutely crushed it. Here's just one of his many, many great comments during the back and forth with these clowns. Dick Durbin's a clown too. We think of the purpose of the Second Amendment for self-defense, sport, and hunting. Is there a circumstance that you think in the ordinary course of life where you need to have that capacity of a firearm? Senator Durbin, respectfully, I think you're missing a category of why the Second Amendment exists. We wrote it shortly after overthrowing a tyrannical government. And I think that a bump stock, although has no application for hunting, and maybe not very much for self-defense, I don't believe that banning this item would stop a criminal that's already willing to ignore so many other laws. You just mixed two things up we talked about pending tyranny against the United States and you talked about a criminal in the same breath Fair, I don't understand what I'm saying, sir is a senator is that banning an item or making it illegal is Not going to prevent a criminal from using it. It's already illegal for that shooter to be a mass murderer It's already illegal for them to do many other things that the laws did not prevent them from doing. So let's stick with your logic. What's the point of banning machine guns? Well, machine guns, Senator, are actually legal. They are legal for some people to possess. They're just extremely regulated. Is that a violation of constitutional right to regulate that firearm? I think most gun laws are infringements of the Second Amendment, yes Senator. Well I think that's where we're going to part company. Awesome. And he did that throughout the entire hearing. Well I have some more stupidity for you. This is what the Giffords group, you know Gabby Giffords, the anti-gun ass clown, this is her legislative director who also was testifying at that same hearing. I want to start off by being clear. When we talk about stabilizing braces, we're talking about short barreled rifles. And short barreled rifles are more dangerous because they allow a pistol to be shot from the shoulder, which gives it more power and more velocity and therefore more lethality, but still being concealable in the way that a pistol is because it's smaller. Stabilizing braces were initially designed to allow a shooter to stabilize a handgun on the wrist or forearm. But what started happening was that the gun industry saw a loophole where they began designing stabilizing braces that allowed a shooter to shoot from the shoulder, thereby making, converting that weapon into a short-barreled rifle, which is regulated under the National Firearms Act, subject to taxation and registration. Mr. Clickner, what do you think about that? I don't think pistol braces are a problem. I don't think they're being used in crimes. I don't think they're making crimes worse. I think she brings up a great point about the concealability. I think it makes it much harder to conceal a pistol when there's a pistol brace on it. It makes it much larger. And if we're going to talk about increased lethality and velocity, a pistol brace does neither of those. In fact, a regular rifle has increased velocity and lethality and that has a regular butt stuck on it, which is arguably worse than a pistol brace. Alright, that's number four. Number five is the assault weapon ban case. Right now, it's now called Snope v. Brown. That is the Maryland assault weapon ban case. It is sitting before the United States Supreme Court. just about ready to be passed out for conference where they're going to decide, will we take up this assault weapon ban finally? And then if you want to stay up to date, I suggest you do. Subscribe to this channel. I'll keep you in the loop. But Maryland is saying, they're begging, the Supreme Court, please do not take this case. Please allow us to infringe on the rights of our subjects. Why? Because there are other courts that are going to hear these cases and their quote is, in the coming years. So let's continue to infringe on everybody's rights. for years because more cases might pop up around the country. Well, I hope that the United States Supreme Court sees through it with the current makeup. I think they will. And they should end this now. They should take up the case now. It'll be heard in their next session, which would be next spring. If they take it up, they have to issue a redistributory or ari first. But if they do take it up, they'll be heard in the spring. And then we'll get our decision. the end of their session in June of next year. So that's the case. That's Snope v. Brown, assault weapon bans. Okay, so so far we talked about the attempt on the bump stock, the attempt here for to crush assault weapon bans. Let's move to pistol braces. Yes, the Texas, there was a district court, federally Texas, they vacated the rule, means, ah, shred it. It's so unconstitutional, ATF. overstep their bounds, they're violating the rules for making these types of rule changes, but they don't have the power to do it. And don't forget, Chevron was destroyed and that was what ATF was using. So, where do we stand now? The ATF and the DOJ appealed and they appealed to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. The case is Mock v. Garland, FPC's case. And last week, FPC filed their brief the week before the DOJ and ATF did their brief. So now next would be DOJ and ATF's response to FPC's brief and then we would have our oral arguments. I don't think it's going to go well for the ATF in the Fifth Circuit period, but they're going to try. They're going to fight it until the Supreme Court destroys it or, or Attorney General maybe an Attorney General nominee Matt Gates takes over under the Trump administration and says, this is dumb, we're not going after this. So that would be, that could happen sooner than the Supreme Court getting the case, but that's where we're at. It is up for appeal. Remember, it's been vacated by the district court, which means the rule does not exist, and there still are those injunctions for all of the two-way groups in effect as well. So that's a good thing. The National Association for Gun Rights, they took up the FRT, the force reset trigger for rare breed triggers case. They just had 26 states file an amicus brief against the ATF and their trigger ban. Here are the 26 states. Montana, West Virginia, South Carolina, Missouri, Florida, Iowa, Wyoming, Georgia, Ohio, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Virginia, New Hampshire, Tennessee. Texas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Dakota, Nebraska, Idaho, Kentucky, Utah, Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Alaska, and Arizona. Now in this amicus brief, this is what they told the Fifth Circuit judges. They said, Renegade agencies threaten our constitutional structure and can impose substantial harms on regulated parties and others. Having veered off course into the regulatory wilderness and severed any ties to the statutes that gave it life, ATF has again ignored its obligations under the APA, Administrative Procedures Act, and acted beyond the limits of its statutory authority. Again, that's in the Fifth Circuit. I don't expect it to go well for the ATF. The ATF has been beaten about the face, neck, chest, breast, and head on anything Second Amendment related or a challenge to ATF's overreach and violating the APA. They've been destroyed on that in the Fifth, and it's going to continue that way here for their appeal. FRTs, if you watch this channel, FRTs, I've proved it over and over again. They are not machine guns. The trigger has to be pulled every single time. The trigger has to reset every time a round goes off. If you've ever shot with an FRT, I have at different range events throughout the years. You pull it to the back, you get one round, and that's it. It's not a machine gun. So this is not going to go well for them. Good on NEGR, good on those 26 states. If your state isn't one of them, You should be asking your state attorney general why he didn't jump in the fray. That's 26 states. That means there's 24 that said, nah, we don't want to do this. You should probably inquire why. Now again, this is an ATF rule and should we get an ATF director like my friend Brandon Herrera, the AK guy, that he can stop this immediately by changing the way they enforce it and in combination with hopeful Attorney General Matt Gaetz. Again, this goes away almost immediately. Don't forget Matt Gaetz. He wrote the bill to disband the ATF, to delete the ATF. So if we can get Herrera... appointed by the president and make it his way through his appointment process as well as Matt Gaetz and have the Senate confirm both of those guys. The Freemasons, Illuminati, Satanists, whatever you want to call them, practice the black arts of the Kabbalah and consult the Zohar. Kabbalah teaches, amongst other things, that eventually can become so godlike, so close to Yahweh, that you no longer require the Torah. If you're a Muslim, you won't meet the Quran.
