Summary
Mark Koernke discussed Hurricane Helene's impact on the Southeast, particularly FEMA's inadequate response and the superior work of independent organizations like Grindstone Ministries. He highlighted a Guns and Gadgets video exposing FEMA employees sitting idle while claiming credit for relief work done by volunteers, and covered a Florida city's Second Amendment violation during the hurricane emergency that may result in personal fines for officials. The show emphasized practical preparedness solutions including water purification methods, food storage strategies, electrolyte supplements, and mobile housing options using affordable RVs for disaster relief operations.

What's your generation's disappeared for you? Your parents were a sin. Your freedom's gone. Your courage lost. You're no more than a slave when permits to own a gun. To start a business or to build a place for war on land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no vote of money spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press.
and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and she, giving government control, to build you harm so they could burn down churches and seemingly farm and keep our country deep.
Put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn holds they've sworn. And your daughters, your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save?
Or do you wish your children to live in fear? O sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land. Preserve our great Republic and eat God given right. And pray to God as I awoke he'd vanished in the mist for which words were true, not free. But we have ourselves to blame, for even now as pirates trample each God given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he's
I stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep. What would be your answer? He called out from the grave. And good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the first hour of the intelligence report. And before I go any farther, I'm going to smell this coffee that Nancy just made for me. Oh, I can't help it.
Oh, this is fantastic. So anyway, many feet. All of a sudden my arms, I felt like lifting my arms up and surrendering and speaking French. Anyway, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the first hour of the Intelligence Report. I am our quirky, one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories. I wonder how the plan is pure.
I never did. Wonder how the pioneers purified water or pemmican or perhaps electricity. They didn't have electricity. Well, they could have. We could rewrite history. After all, the woke people are doing it all the time. Anyway, you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com, libertytreeradio.org. And this is for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories east
Northwest, Southwest, and North. Ladies and gentlemen, we're also on satellite. And I want to say hi to all our merchant marine operators out there and many, many more. There are a lot of people who are not in shipping that are actually working the satellite net we have now. And that's both analog and digital. We're in a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States.
and a handshake to all of our friends overseas that are listening and rebroadcasting, especially to our friends in England. Thank you. It is Thursday. It has been a busy day, in fact. This day was planned to be loaded no matter what. We only have so many good days like this left before the thermometer drops into the basement and late fall, early winter is upon us.
Get everything done you can I didn't use up all my tactic cool paint, but I'm trying I'm trying I actually had to go out and buy another 40 cans of stuff Fortunately our distressed merchandise store had a whole bunch of what we needed anyway, it is the of October 1010 it is the 16th year of open obvious and in your face Fabian socialist and Soviet
socialist occupation of America with a K 2024 old earth calendar Give it or all she's got captain and 2024 battle for the Republic book to the winter war the cold first winter We got there. What do we got going on? We got two guns and gadgets to play One Jared posted late last night Yeah, I was 21 hours ago
FEMA caught lying and then another one on Florida officials could be personally fined for suspending the Second Amendment. Both of those are good. Together they're about 20 minutes on though. Right. We're going to separate them by a few minutes. What we'll do is we'll play the first one.
And I would point out, guys, I shared that to everybody and anybody we could with all the different social media platforms we're on. And I mean individually shared, the one that's played first. And I ask you to do the same thing, because he explains that when he posted this, immediately, step by step by step by step, they tried to not let this be heard.
So, the liars are being covered by the other liars. This is really, it's actually perfect, but it needs to be spread around. The only way it's going to happen is you're all going to have to pitch in and help. On another note, Florida got hit by the hurricane and tornadoes last night. I'm sure you heard about that. We were talking about, huh? Hold on, I know what happened.
when the tornado hit the edge of the shore, the world separated, lightning from above, earthquakes from below, and the middle of Florida has disappeared from the face of the earth. And I think it's like that Enterprise episode for the beginning of what was it, the second season, where you had that like laser beam of destruction just cut across because we've never seen hurricanes before. Well, kind of, yeah.
kind of what happened. Remember, FEMA wanted to put everybody in the stadium and they wanted all the supplies put in the stadium and the stadium's roof got ripped off and all the supplies that were stored there are gone. They're just not salvageable. I don't believe it. Nothing is salvageable there in the first place, but still that's what happens when you put everything in a central location. It got ripped off. I didn't take it.
Well, yeah. Well, real quick on that note too, how are they saying that all those supplies are destroyed? Here's a little hint. It's FEMA, the Jewish mob. It's the Jewish mob in Florida. Who says that there was a single thing in that stadium to begin with? It's called, and you know what they call it in the insurance industry? It's called Hebrew Lightning. Oh, I'm telling you.
We know that there were people in the stadium because the stadium was the designated safe place to go by female. So how many people made it, did they say? I don't know, they're not talking about that. They're just talking about the roof got ripped off and the supplies are gone. If the roof gets ripped off, that usually means you've got a significant, you know, amount of energy and you've got a certain potential for extreme vortex activity there.
And that means, you know, sucking people out of things and dragging them off to Oz. That kind of thing. But, you know, there's plenty of things to hang on to. I mean, after all, it is a stadium. So there's, you know, your seats, they're anchored down, hopefully, etc., etc. Maybe people ran for, oh no, they were, they ran for cover. That's what the stadium was. Well, the thing about this is, is that yes, it's a hurricane.
As far as the end of the world, well, only an idiot or fool would actually get caught flat-footed considering we've had how many days to prepare for and they were told it's coming. Oh, and by the way, it's coming and we know it's coming. And did you know it's coming? Did you know the hurricane coming? Did you know the hurricane coming? And we heard that repeat, repeat, repeat with greater and greater gnashing of teeth and running of hair. So again, you know, I'm sorry, the term beat feet.
It's something I learned a long time ago on Ask the AO. And in this case, I don't care how poor you claim to be. You know, you got a thumb or you, I'll tell you what, I'll guarantee someone would have been nice. And if you just said, hey, can you strap me to the roof of your Winnebago? Sure, no problem. I got duct tape. They'd have taken you down the road. So, but as it is, okay, I didn't, I didn't know that the, uh,
Well, one of the stadiums, after all there were several locations that were supposed to be designated safe by Homeland Succia Ritei. The last place I would have picked for it during the storm would be the stadium. Everybody understand that? That would be the last place I would go if I were planning on getting out of the way of the hurricane. A giant hollow smallcher.
Yeah, that could be scooped out like a gourd, right? You know, thorn. And by the way, have you ever seen, oh, no, no, did they show any images of what the stadium looks like? Anybody see any of the images, Ed? It looks like, the roof looks like it's still partially on it, Dad, but it looks like it's torn and clogged. Right, okay, here's the thing. I'll tell you what, you want to get an idea if they're not showing anybody?
If you're in that building, remember I've talked about doing cable mines where you stress the cable and you let it go at one end and if there's anything in the way, nothing will stop that cable if you put it under proper tension. It'll take you off at the knees, it'll cut you off at the waist, it'll chop you in half and it won't even think about you. You weren't even resistance, okay? I want you to look at the silver dome failure in Michigan here.
And you know what it looks like? It's like a sci-fi image where somebody took a blaster and literally the overhead tensor cables broke. Exactly like this place here. And they may not want to show any of what really happened because when it whipped down from above, on top of that how many tons of cable, everything in its path, it was like you threw the cable out and pulled it back.
There is a band of destruction, the whole length, up and down and back and forth across the silver dome below. All the fixtures cement the seats. I always thought it would be fantastic for a movie. Something like that happens. I'd be using a place for a set for something.
I take stock footage and then throw CG people in there afterwards for whatever, after World War III or after the failure of the society, blah blah blah. But if you take a look at the failure of the Silver Dome, same design probably as the one down there because most of them are pretty much either tensor cable, air expansion system, the air system itself is part of what keeps the roof up.
Again, when it does fail, it's catastrophic. Like really catastrophic. Hey Mark? Go ahead, jump in there, Tom. Don't forget the Louisiana Superdome after Hurricane Katrina. Yeah, well, again, you don't want to be there. If it did survive, you don't want to be there anyway, right guys? We all know what happened, you know, in New Orleans.
rape, kill, pillage and burn. And it was all under one dome like one big circus tent for the ring knockers to probably watch on closed circuit TV. You want to bet they didn't sell that to their sycophants? Well, guarantee they did. It's just like the shooting out there in front of the big pyramid in Las Vegas. Entertainment, all a murder sport. So anyway, tell you what we're gonna do. Ed, you've got that first video queued up.
Guys, this is the first, this was done last night and it's Guns N' Gadgets follow up, but you have to go help us with this. He's going to ask you to do something at the end of the video. I would say please, pitch in. I did. It only took me a few minutes and I had every media coverage, every system that I'm in with a copy of that video in place. So it doesn't cost you anything. It's just fun to stick it in the ear of the other side because they don't want anybody to hear it.
Okay, I just want to play this video and I guarantee you there is nothing on here that should have this done this way. But the video is now age restricted. Yes, log in and log in on YouTube to watch this. There is no violence in this, okay? It's just spirits sitting there on a porch. It's... Talking about. It's lit in the dark. Yeah, this is BS.
Yep, but it's it's what it should tell you something. Yes. Why you need to share it is doing all of them Okay, I'm gonna back it up. Here we go. Hey everybody Y'all want proof that theme is doing all of the things we've been saying as boots on the ground people in the know Not believing what Joe Biden tells you well, we have proof irrefutable proof now to show you I do wish that some people were recording more as they go in the field and run into these people where they're turning around
people try to bring supplies into areas but get this and I'm putting this out with the blessing of my friend TJ Bear over at Grindstone Ministries he just put a video out where he said I could copy this this section I'm giving you here he has somebody off camera for obvious reasons to protect our identity who went to Jonesboro it's the next town over
to Jonesboro proper to the middle school where there are FEMA employees for sitting around doing absolutely nothing claiming that the three locations that are doing the Lord's work and helping Americans is FEMA and one of them is the Grindstone Ministries location at 104 Cherry Grove Road in Jonesboro, Tennessee. I watched the video I couldn't even believe it I had to listen to it a second time to make sure I wasn't just
connecting dots and then I just texted TJ and said man you mind if I use that footage so I'm gonna play it for you I'm asking you to share it everywhere and I want you to know before I play this the only people making a difference on the ground are Americans helping Americans it's not the federal government none of that
The federal government has turned their backs on us and as Hurricane Milton now is this bearing in on Florida and Blackout Coffee pray for us at Blackout Coffee we are right in the war pad. FEMA is going around claiming the work and efforts and successes and failures of everybody involved but they're not doing it. Here's the footage. Stand by. Start from the beginning. You want word?
In the middle school, we found a vest with four female employees.
They're not doing anything but sitting there. The place is completely empty. There's other organizations there too. Small Business Association, the VA was there. They're all pushing programs that exist currently. Nothing new, nothing helpful. Were there any resources for distribution there? There was a Red Cross out front that had like three cases of water and like a few, literally like three cans of food. Okay. Okay.
So talking to the FEMA people, I asked them a question which was, can you give me a list of your distribution centers in the area? They handed me a list. Two other people who were with me confirmed that they said that this is their list. So on this list there's some familiar places. One of them is Spender Farm. So they're saying this is their distribution center. There's Embryville United Methodist Church, which...
Is not there distribution there would you like to know what the first address on their list is 104 Cherry Grove Road, Jonesboro, Tennessee And they asked me to distribute run I will drop your leaflets hearts and minds dad hearts and minds, please continue unnamed voice in the background
We try to get information about like, so depending on where you are in North Carolina, it's quicker to come here than it is to get to Asheville. And we ask the simple question, can someone come here and talk to Tennessee FEMA? The FEMA Ops Center. In Jonesboro. Yup. They couldn't give me an answer because it's all automated and they don't know what's going to happen.
If they put it in the system, it's all automated for the people that have no combo and no electricity Okay, and these people that they they're literally just sitting there for 12 hours a day getting overtime and per diem and they're they're literally doing nothing Nothing, I literally think they might we might have been the first people they like that like there's four people at the table Two of them didn't even make eye contact with me while I was talking. They were like playing on their phone Thank you. All right, guys, let me know what you think about that. I am furious
I'm furious because I've been to more places than FEMA has. Don't fall for it. There are people who will blindly believe what the government tells you. Give to the groups that are doing the work. You can donate right to Grindstone Ministries directly. Link's down below, grindstoneministries.com. You want to volunteer, I'll have a link where you can reach out to them and tell them you want to help. Let them know what your skill set is and when you're available.
more people. They need a lot of people. We're going to be recovering here in East Tennessee and Appalachia and Northwest North Carolina for months. There are people, I can't see it, it's dark, but right there on that mountain that I look at every morning when I have my coffee off my porch, every morning there are people on that mountain that won't have power for four to five months. And it was in the 30s last night.
Donate to those who are doing the work you can donate to me directly if you'd rather do that my paypal's down below all the funds are being pushed to either me bringing product and goods to those who are distributing it or me trying to help out monetarily in other ways because of you and your support in the G&G Mafia the G&G militia however you want to call it let me know down below what we should nickname ourselves
But because of your support, we as a team, as a family here, we were able to donate $30,000 to Grindstone Ministries because I love Bear and TJ and the crew, Kyle, I trust them. I know they're going to do the right thing. They have been doing the right thing. This is their 46th deployment. It's folks like that. Americans helping Americans. It's not FEMA. Fuck FEMA. Okay.
There was one expletive deleted at the end, guys, but let me ask you something. You've watched YouTube. Do they put age checks on things from 1S-bomb? The future of your business is here. It wicks. You get it? No. There we go. As a matter of fact, they don't really care. Guys, you go to any hundred YouTube postings right now, and it's just one nonstop.
special verbiage, you know, extravaganza. And again, they weren't worried about the language. That's not even relevant. Their issue is the information. And again, it's not a surprise. That's all it is because there is no, there's nothing in there. There's no violence that's being shown. They're not even talking about violence. They're talking about, you know,
FEMA doesn't have any command and control there. They don't. When they have an office and they're claiming they're controlling things and they're pointing you towards independent processors, people who are volunteering and putting this stuff forward, it's great that they're giving that list out, but there's nothing FEMA can list up to their own thing that they're doing. It's all... It's a house of cards.
It's a Ponzi scam, it's a shell game, any of the money that's going to FEMA is not going to the people. I was watching earlier today, they're bragging about giving $700 to the people and that's just the start of it. But if you watch, there's a good video with one of the sheriffs up there in one of the small communities.
sitting there talking about, you know, it's stupid. You need a cell phone and internet to apply for that money and it's a limited amount of time. And the people who have been able to apply for it, they can't get it because there's no active address for that. They need a physical address that is not damaged that it can be mailed to.
that it can be mailed, you're not going to do direct deposit. They have it set up to where you can do direct deposit to the federal government. But the federal government can't do direct deposit to you. How about BS on that? Well, as much as anything, they've shut off mail service to most of those areas. See, it's interesting that they would even do that because
They are trying desperately not to stand by any of the traditional American methods for communication. Guys, it used to be you could have a general post office delivery made anywhere in the country. But the communists and the intel retentive control freaks that are out there, they won't allow that anymore.
Any of the post offices still by regulation have the ability as long as they were to look at an emergency situation whereby you could have it delivered General Post for Schmidlappville, North Carolina and it would be held in the post office and you can recover mail. But because of the Soviet style control freak program they've got going for Americans, illegal aliens, they have none of that.
Think about it. They're smacking 3,000 to 5,000 from the American taxpayer a month because of the other benefits that they're stealing from us right now, including through the money that they stole from FEMA, Homeland Security, Social Security. I think that every account has been built by the Shyster
to strip the money out of the American system and get it away from the American people and put it into the Jewish bankers hands through the use of the useful idiots, the 10-20 million that they brought in within the last three, four years. They have a complete cookbooking, massive operation in play right now. That's what this is all about. There's another video out there, I'm not going to play it because the sheriff's got a little bit of a sailor mouth, but it's called
We could not communicate without Elon Musk. Elon Musk is taking credit for the communication solutions in the area, but if it wasn't for Elon Musk and Starlink, none of the emergency response people that are in the area, that are from the area, would be able to communicate. Elon has done nothing for them. Well, you know what, there again, that's another problem that they created the problem themselves.
Guys, most all of the emergency services ran off VHF, UHF, locally operated radio nets. Okay? Now their equipment was built by a handful of companies, but the reliability of the technology, it was always, in fact it was such military grade of such quality, forgive me, that the DOD always considered
that VHF Radionet for Civilian for Fire and Police to be a backup military communications grid. That was part of the Emergency Services or again CONUS Emergency Communications Program that if all of our regular military tech in whatever form were down
But it was very likely that odd pockets of military grade VHF and UHF very high quality radio tech would be at everybody's fingertips so they wouldn't lose total communication. But guess what? The idiot sticks, well, again, the shysters who are busy scabbing off every account they possibly can,
They convinced everybody foolishly in a very stupid fashion to put all of their eggs in one basket with 800 meg and then when they had a problem because they didn't get to bump all of you off 800 meg the way they had planned, that's cell phone frequencies, they ended up having to slide over to 900 meg to a degree and what's interesting about this is that never caught on and it wasn't as good.
But at least they weren't interrupted by civilian communications until more recently here where I guarantee they'll just hit a switch. You won't be talking. You'll have your phone. Your phone will sit there and stare at you. And they'll promise that sometime it will come back online. Yuck, yuck, yuck. But in the meantime, they'd be operating the equipment that they need to or want to on the 800 Meg and shunt all of you.
That's built into the systems part of the micro software or for the micro of the micro tech software that's on board. That was something that you really don't see in that video. The only way is the emergency communication. The emergency vehicles that communicate with the Starling. That should be DS because there's a question about channel minus DB.
That's still a thing, that's still the emergency, they should have at least a few CVs around to communicate with, right? Is there a person on that channel? I think one of the problems, if you were to go in and look at even the area where these guys are operating, I would question whether or not they've been willing to actually motivate everybody to hook up whatever communications they do have.
It may be locals have already figured out about CB, but CB is still the most efficient for cost. You can get more out there faster and it has good range, tight means distance, we know that. Valleys are always a problem, but the survivors are mostly on high ground. So, in fact, the most critical areas where there are people in pockets are up on the ridge, not down in the valleys, typically.
There's, I'm sure, a mix, but the critical thing would be to focus on getting relays and repeater systems across all of these that do not require a middleman. See, Starlink gets you into the same old bullshit scam that you have to have a middleman. Guys, radio traditionally, you didn't need a middleman, but all of the, uh, the gotta have your hand held by Big Brother, they want to make sure that, oh, you look like you're doing something independent.
But all Elon Musk is doing is making sure that one way or another if you hook up to another system you're dependent on a third party to be able to talk from point A to point B and that doesn't need to be the case with radio. In fact, let's understand that radio the big deal with AM radio was out there and AM communications way way way way back with Marconi back way back.
When radio came into play, the big deal was reaching as far as you possibly could. That was part of showing your muscle.
And it's interesting that we have completely lost that. Now, everybody wants to talk as far as they possibly can. And I will remind you again that if I would need to talk to Bob Schmidlapp and he's over, you know, the next town over maybe, what, 10 miles away or in another county, I don't need to talk to Panama. I don't need the power to talk to Panama. I need to be able to talk to Bob.
And instead it's like, oh yeah, we got to make sure that the communications goes up. It's going through somebody else's service, which means that government and everybody else can monitor it, and then it comes back down. And so just as easily with Starlink, if they needed to, they could hit a switch and they could isolate you completely in a heartbeat. It's a control point.
Yes, it's a control point, and that's what this is. This is all bullshit with a check valve with a diverter back to the left. They realize they have to create fake A and fake B. Fake A is in your face now with the wokeism, the communism, the Fabian socialism, etc. But they know that there's going to be an opposition, so they want to be controlling the opposition.
Instead, we need a free element out there and that's where a general conventional radio is superior, especially since it is diversified. Yes, it's good that you can talk to each other, but I don't need somebody holding my hand every moment of the day or thinking I have some Pablum pacifier sitting in my pocket called a cell phone. And if I don't have it, I won't survive.
Because that's exactly how people are acting. And you know what? Part of that is mental media conditioning, mental conditioning through media. But also, you got to wonder about the addictive process of the cell phone. In fact, it is almost a child's life subconscious hand to crotch gratification thing.
That's what I'm seeing because it's like oh my god. I had to come down off the mountain We didn't have a lot of water, but I didn't have cell phone service, but you went up to the mountain. Yeah Yeah, why were you up there? Why were you up there? Well you have a what and what was like I said yesterday the story where they? Thema you know the guard came in and rescued these two people where they really needed to be rescued were they being rescued Well, they were on high ground the house looks great beautiful house a frame can't it's a quote-unquote cabin
So what are you doing out there in the cabin going out to get away from everything? Well if you were going out and getting away from everything, how were you in trouble? Oh, because I didn't have my cell phone. But that's not relevant and in fact you're perfectly safe up there, aren't you? And everything else down below is going to hell in a hand cart, isn't it? So wouldn't it be better to stay where you are and kind of maybe round up, you know, the water or figure out what you need to do to get power for water or get water or have purification systems for water?
Think about it. Oh my God. I didn't have much water. I didn't have cell phone. And you know what got me about that too. These people are both old. At least my age if not older. I think they're a little older. But it's the idea that, didn't you live most of your life without a cell phone?
Like I said, that two year old instant gratification, your tactile, you know, surface here, the hands, reaching down and diddling yourself. That's what this is like to me. If I can't diddle myself, I can't diddle myself. Well, are you okay? Yeah. Did you have food? Ah, we got food on the shelf. And you know, if you probably checked, they probably had water too.
I question a lot of these things like that. Again, it doesn't mean that people aren't stupid. My God, most of the people are stupid when it comes to the idea that having some kind of common sense, a certain amount of food, certain amount of water, and having it on hand and just leave it. Well, it's not fancy. All I got are pork and beans and dried beans and dried rice and I got some canned Spam or something here. Oh my God, I'm not eating Philly magnet.
Well, would you be eating Philly Magnet if the crisis didn't take place? Well, no. I wouldn't be... I would have been eating the stuff on the shelf, but I just... Oh, that's right. So there wasn't really much of any crisis there. But they made it part of the crisis. On the other hand, there's people who lost everything, and the whole building's and everything's down in the channel there, and small little tiny pieces the size of your thumb.
Now those people have a problem, but not the person up on top of the ridge that you know they you get water to them stay put you're safe We know where you are. We're coming to check on you. We'll even have people patrolling the area You're cool, and we got we got you covered now and by the way, we'll even give you an FRS radio We'll give you another radio here got some power you squared away. It's cool So but that's not the case
Now I'll tell you what let's do this because we I'm going to we didn't want to run those back-to-back the other ones about another 10 minutes Guns and gadgets latest one up what happened with the town in Florida well for a change It sounds like the politicos who wanted to play well. We are honest It's gonna come out of their wallet here. We go well. We have an update on What happened in Oka Shoah be, Florida?
from Hurricane Helene when the Chief of Police decided he was going to banish the Second Amendment and he caught some flack for it. I'm going to give you an update because it looks like the five sitting members of the City Council and that Chief of Police are possibly going to have to pay $5,000 each a piece out of their own pocket, not taxpayer monies, because they violated the preemption laws in Florida.
I want to jump into that and tell you about it because it's been a little bit of back and forth here between their city attorney and Florida carry.
And I think it's good to hold people responsible when they violate our civil rights. First, I want to thank the sponsor of the video. It's an Oran Desert Institute. by adding the sponsorship to the pot. So check them out, link's down below. Also, I'm wearing this because it's cold here in East Tennessee, right? This morning it was brisk, it was like 43, which means in the mountains, it's in the 30s. And it's a good item to buy for yourself, it's thin, it's packable, very, very warm. Tri-star trading, they have them, when they're gone, they're gone. You can buy some and donate them, you can keep them for your family, your friends, in case you have.
an incident where you lose heat or power for months, check them out, TriStar Trading. They don't have any wubby blankets left because I bought them all and we brought them to people in the mountain, but they have some wubby zip-up wubbies and also the wubby robes, so check them out. All right, so let's get caught up on what happened here.
with the incident in Okeechobee, Florida. And then I'm going to ask you for a favor. So stick by to the end, please, because I need your help in something other than caring for our fellow Americans because the federal government won't. So, Okeechobee, Chief Ban the Second Amendment, people complained to...
All of the gun groups, I know FPC reached out to the governor's office, I know Florida Carry directly responded, I know GOA got in the mix too, and they went to the next meeting for the selectmen and put them on notice. And what happened was the governor's office reached out to the chief and said, resend that crap because you're violating state law, as well as the Second Amendment, and that was rescinded.
And then I told you about the letter that Florida Carry said. If you haven't seen that, don't know what I'm talking about. I'll pin the first video above about Florida Carry and their response. It was great. And they said, we're going to give you a certain amount of time to pay $30 in damages. $30,000 in damages. Obviously to cover their attorney's time and stuff. In lieu of a lawsuit. And we might have a lawsuit soon. So the Okeechobee, Florida City Attorney responded yesterday to Florida Carry.
and check this letter out.
By way of background, as you are no doubt aware of by now, Hurricane Helene landed ashore in Florida's west coast as a Category 4 hurricane on Thursday, September 26 of 24 with winds of 140 miles an hour. That doesn't matter. You violated the Second Amendment. Due to the onslaught of this hurricane, on September 26, approximately 8.30 a.m., the city of Okeechobee, through its city council, enacted Emergency Ordinance No. 1297, which followed Okeechobee County's emergency declaration issue the day before.
The city's emergency ordinance found that, with the onslaught of Hurricane Helene, a situation existed that potentially constituted an imminent threat to public safety, peace or order, and a threat to public and private property or persons. In these situations, local governments must act expeditiously. Those who have lived in the aftermath of major hurricanes are aware of this potential. And importantly,
In addition, issuance of an emergency ordinance is a prerequisite to qualify for reimbursement for any damages sustained to public infrastructure or facilities. So he's saying, yeah, you know, wind and rain could cause people to do things. So we don't want them to protect themselves because we're the government and we can keep everybody safe. See all the crime that's going on in all the major cities run by Democrats. Oh yeah, plus if we don't do this emergency declaration, we don't give FEMA money.
dollar bills.
Upon recognizing the error, the emergency ordinance was terminated by the police chief on or about 9.51 p.m. on the same day it was issued because the governor's office called them. Specifically, the emergency ordinance was terminated for two primary reasons. One is that fortunately Hurricane Helene did not have a substantial impact on the city and its residents. Secondly, a provision prohibiting the sale of firearms and ammunition was inadvertently included in the emergency ordinance. Oh, we just...
accidentally threw in there that we were going to ban the Second Amendment and hope nobody noticed that. Upon discovering this, the city and the police chief acted expeditiously to terminate the emergency organs. Those are the facts. At no time did the city or the police chief contemplate nor take any action to prohibit, confiscate, or otherwise regulate firearms or ammunition in any fashion or manner. This was never the intention of the city.
This was never implemented by the city. Moreover, to ensure this never happens again, the city has developed and implemented a new emergency ordinance form and process. The city has and always will act in strict conformance with applicable law. This includes ensuring that Chapter 870 is not utilized as a basis for an emergency ordinance or declarations in response to hurricanes or other natural disasters. Unless...
The legal and factual elements of Section 870 Florida statutes are met. As to your demand for payment of $30,000 in damages and attorney fees to resolve this matter prior to initiation of litigation, the city respectfully declines. We see no legal, factual, or public policy basis for your organization demanding payment of taxpayer dollars to satisfy your assertion of damages and attorney fees.
The city is a rural, small town and fundamentally believes in gun rights and the Second Amendment, which is why we banned it and hope nobody would notice from any standpoint for Florida Carry Inc. to take legal action against the city under the circumstances described herein as patently inappropriate and unjustified. And thanks to my buddy Lee Williams who runs the, he's the investigative journalist over there at Second Amendment Foundation. He is the one who had that letter, got it to us this morning and there was a follow-up again.
by Florida Carry because remember they said it was inadvertent and nobody actually got jammed up with this. Nobody was booked for this. No one was arrested. So it's okay. Well, that's not how it works. First, the Florida Carry attorney, Friday, Mr. Friday, told the city attorney, maybe you guys should actually reread that law.
and then said, "...inadvertence and ignorance of the law by government is no more of an excuse for violating civil rights than when a citizen inadvertently violates the law and is arrested and prosecuted. I will begin drafting my complaint seeking relief, including personal fines against the city officials under whose jurisdiction this knowing and willful enactment occurred."
You may want to inform the relevant officials that they are not allowed to use tax dollars to defend themselves for such liability, and that any fine assessed will be personally payable by them to alleviate your concern about tax dollars. So, awesome. Flora Carey, sue their ass. Sue their asses. I think it's great.
They should be hit in the purse. They made a mistake. They violated people's rights. And they think that, oh, just because nobody gets arrested doesn't mean it's not, it's not, no harm, no foul, dude. It's okay. We're just kidding. Nope. Pay for it. Pay dearly. Hopefully they lose their jobs over it.
And I will give credit again to Governor Ron DeSantis, who ahead of this current storm that they just hit yesterday, Milton, he came out right away and said, yeah, we're not banning the Second Amendment. In fact, if you are a looter, I wouldn't recommend you do it because you never know what's behind that door in a Second Amendment state. So good on the governor for doing that. So let me know what you think about that. And here's what I need help with from you.
Last night, I received information from my friend TJ, Bear Independent, Grindstone Ministries, that FEMA was saying that what Grindstone is doing was actually FEMA doing it. So I did a little quick video about it last night. And immediately, YouTube put the blue banner on it saying that this was misinformation, that it was actual truth, first-hand account. And then they...
age restricted it and then they demonetized it and there hasn't been a view on that video since late last night. So I'm asking you to please share the video. Make sure people see this because it is proof what FEMA is doing and I'm going to go one step further to prove that today. So stay tuned, subscribe to the channel down below. If you love the Second Amendment, want to stay up to date on that? If you love Americans and you want to stay up to date on Americans helping Americans?
There's ways to donate down below if you still want to help. I'm giving, I'm trying to bring supplies to people behind enemy lines. And I'm also, because of you and your great generosity, the G&G militia, we have been able to raise some money and I was able to donate that money to Grindstone Ministries in the amount of $30,000. So thank you so much.
This was a drop in the bucket, they need a lot more. I'll also have their Amazon wish list down below in the links. You can click that. If you want to just help that way, buy some stuff and send it to them. That would come in very handy as well. Appreciate y'all. Thank you so much. Love your neighbors as thyself. Tell your family you love them and let's heal America with the hands of Americans and then stop depending on government. Take care.
We get it. Yeah, and I'm gonna say something Real quick here dad They blocked that they blocked the counter on that video Because I know personally I sent probably 200 people over to watch it after I did and that was after he did the second video but I haven't seen it until later in the day today
But I know maybe not every 200 people that I simply watched it, but I know I watched it. I know several other people watched it before he posted that video. So they've watched it counter. They've watched it counter. They've blue-barted. They've marked it as misinformation. They've demonetized it.
And the whole reason for locking the counter is one of the ways that people can break the algorithm is by viewing the video and it getting views and it breaks the algorithm. By turning the camera off, they're hoping it's going to get to as simple as possible. So guys, you can get ahold of that video about what FEMA is doing and spread it to everybody. Spread the link to everybody. Doesn't matter if it's getting counted or not.
Everybody needs to see that video because of what they are feeling and what they are not feeling. Right, again, VC talking last night, his area, it's not a surprise. He has a better idea because he lives there. The system isn't doing anything. They're not going to buff their dead ass for anything.
Now that's not a surprise because they're waging war on the population and half of it is that you do have the satanic pedo queers as the employees that have been hired. These creatures, they get paid the same if they do nothing or if they do something. So why do something?
And that's one of the most common problems you have across the board with all of these situations. But who gravitates to the jobs? Worthless turds gravitate to the jobs. We've discussed this for decades. And it's especially bad because you have an entrenched bureaucracy with political correctness. There's no surprise there. And so incompetence or wicked and evil activity is rewarded.
People who are conscientious are considered an enemy. And that's exactly what's going on here. So for everybody out there, again, share, take the time, pitch in. Most important is help out the groups that Jared's talking about because you can easily connect with them. Grindstone Ministries have been around for a while.
But there's other people that are also affiliated down there as he said if you don't want to do them Work with his church because Jared's been you know, they've been making a regular trip up there Whoever does it whoever whatever floats about makes feel good. I don't have a problem with Everybody that's the cool thing about this situation. Everybody can have their opinion Everybody can you know, well this is my my choice is a better one and we'll you know, we'll accomplish the task Well good. Let's try it out. Let's see what happens
Hey Mark. But do something. As soon as we could, as soon as we had a point that made sense, you know, we've started to provide resources. I still haven't heard about whether or not the engineers will be down there. I know that they sent a team down there to take a look at the situation. I do have another proposal. I actually started this with a couple of different people already. But, um...
I don't know what their housing situation is, but it typically is not good. One of the expenses is buying housing, buying hotel rooms or whatever. It's not great business, forever has hotels. I will tell you that. I understand completely, I want to bite into their business. But yeah, we do because one of the things we need to remember is the purpose behind donating any funds is so they get to the people that need them.
Infrastructure should be minimized and bureaucracy should be minimized so that your end result is maximized. Okay? So one of the things that I'm noticing up here because we're into that part of the season, two things. Boats people don't want to store. The other thing, land yachts. What do I mean by land yachts? Massive mobile homes. I've got a bunch of 1990 era
large format land yacht like bus type mobile homes that are not, they're purpose built. They're not an afterthought. I don't have a problem with that either though because there's some pretty good private builds that are out there. But we're talking on an average of about $1,500 for a fully functional, usually gas driven, 454, I would say for every four that are using the 454 Chevy.
There's one that's using a big block forward. And of course, there are some diesels sprinkled in there too. However, these are large, virtually houses going down the road. Now, would I plan on driving them all over creation? No, but you know what? It'd be a great way to supply a lot of housing down there for a minimal cost. And once it's theirs, it's theirs. The cost would be A, buying the vehicle.
B, going over it for its one-way trip down to the ridge and then taking them down there so that instead of the guys having to travel out to an outpost, work on the road, spend an hour traveling back to a center of control, you could actually develop forward area support points
in which you use the mobile campers, use these land yachts in areas that are already secured but that are much closer. One neat thing about these things, they have anywhere from one to two generators on board, typically their own in.
They are self-contained for toiletries, they have very nice shower and bath accommodations, and they can house multiple numbers of people, but it also offers a very comfortable environment. Now, I can live in a tent myself, but if we're going to continue to work into the season, consider this, that with the onboard generators and all the other support items, you're paying $1,500 for a generator with some wheels on it and sleeping accommodations.
Hey Mark. You can pay a little more, and you can pay a little, you can pay less, and some of the less are really debris. But the, what there are about, I've got six or seven tagged here locally right now that are within 40 minutes of where I'm sitting. All basically the same model. All of them, they're supposed to start, they stop, they turn, they break, and everything on board runs.
I think the most important thing would be to have a tech go over the generator. But typically the generators are hardly ever used. Of the ones that we have, we have several command posts that are from the same window of time, the middle 90s, to the, well, middle to the end of the 90s. That's basically the age for most of these. Up here, it costs a chunk of change to rent a space to plop these things down.
But if it were picked up and moved to a location and used constantly, remember it's not going to drive up and down the expressway. It's only going to move as a mobile encampment. So a group of these would be on hand, a cluster of four, five, six, seven, and you're talking about spending no more than $8,000, $10,000 for the vehicles.
And with nothing needing to be done, one has to have carpet replaced. Now, I'll bet you I could find somebody who would put some cheap ass carpet in there for a pretty good price like free, and the vehicle could go down the road. And once it's down the road and where it belongs, the biggest issue would be making sure it gets from here or anywhere in the, because Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio are kind of the centers for RV, mobile homes, campers,
5th wheels for builds in the United States, if you didn't know that. So there's usually a glut of these types of vehicles in this part of the country. In fact, most of the places where they've been bitching about these showing up, this is where they come from. They're either made here originally and then they were sold out west and they're dumping them around like Portland or use them up around Seattle until they fall apart.
Really, the conditions there aren't that bad, which is bizarre. It's purely abuse. But if with conscientious individuals involved, the average mileage on these vehicles is 40,000 to 60,000 miles. Most of the ones I just found have about 40,000, 42,000 on them. So you're looking with a bathroom, a complete bathroom assembly with a tub and a shower.
You're talking about sleeping accommodations for four, six or more people depending on how you want to arrange it. You have again living accommodations so they can actually relax or it can be used for operations. And you have power supplies that are mobile that travel with the unit because they're attached to the vehicle. Now these are not all terrain vehicle units.
But the way that they're building these roads, they're going to a certain point. They have an area of control, usually a dot on the map they've been talking about. Well, all you have to do is have one area, a little lot, or a parking area to park these things side by side by side by side. And you've got a command center and a maintenance mobile barracks that could be used wherever you need it. And for that matter, it wouldn't be a big deal to even give these to the locals.
If somebody has lost their house, of course here's the thing, you don't get anything for free. You lost your house, okay we understand that. You need to keep yourself busy, how about that for an idea, and since we're going to keep you busy, come on along for the ride and you can be part of the crew. This will be your house. Hey Mark.
Now, again, we're talking minimal cost, but these could be used for all kinds of other purposes. I have two mobile dentist offices that are built on the same and they were built for the purpose of being dental offices. I bought them from the University of Michigan. Each one is completely outfitted top to bottom with everything to operate as a field dental office. They have two complete dental chair systems.
an x-ray room at the back of the unit and a complete supply system on board to maintain all of the equipment, including on board generators to whole nine yards. So that's purpose built. So guys, don't tell me that the stuff isn't out there. Go to Craigslist, go to Facebook Marketplace, search your area, see what I'm talking about.
And this time of year, this is where people have to defecate or get off the pot. A lot of people didn't want it, they probably inherited it or they may have bought it a few years ago. That's what you see. 50-50, half of it they bought them. Then they didn't think about where do I put it. Well, now they don't want to spend the money because the economy is tight. And you end up with a 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, $100,000 vehicle for a few thousand dollars.
Now these are gas, but that's where again, am I going to run up and down the expressway? Nope. Now here's the other amazing thing about these things. I was surprised at how fuel efficient, and how could you say that with a vehicle like this? Guys, I drove one of these vehicles down to Texas to move furniture from Michigan here. Why? It was cheaper to buy one of these things and use it for moving the furniture than for me to rent a truck.
And you know what? The fuel consumption was no greater with that 454 with a big ass rectangle for a vehicle than driving a custom 2500 Chevy pickup truck with a V8. Straight there and back. So again, heads up. Ideas, not just complaining about the problems. Everybody, we've got solutions. We just need to apply them. We're at the top, by the way. We should be hearing the music. Uh oh. Let's see if I can hear the music.
Or if I'm still connected.
You just need to make a decision about which direction to go in. Meanwhile, while not taxing or overburdening our existing supply and support mechanisms for the militia to consider ready to fight. Let's take a break. Rod, use the bathroom. Grab a set of coffee. We'll be back here in a few minutes with the second hour of intro reported Thursday on Liberty 3 Radio.
We took off his three-cornered hat, speaking low to me. We said we'd fought a revolution to cure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, the slightest we gave. In this, the freedoms we secured for you, we hope you could always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free.
and hold up the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a garden. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press.
and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seemingly farm and keep our country deep.
Put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters, this extend artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride?
And are there no more values for what you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic, and eat God given right. And pray to God as I awoke he vanished in the midst of whence he came. His words were true, they're not free, but we have ourselves to blame.
For even now his parents trampled each god-given right. We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? And good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the second hour of the Intelligence Report. I'm Mark Cornke.
One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories Northwest South North and Northeast Ladies and gentlemen you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com LibertyTreeRadio.org
Then we're on satellite. I want to say hi to all our merchant ring operators out there, no matter what body of water it is that you're resting on right now, and many other people who are cooperating too and rebroadcasting the signal via satellite, analog, or digital. We're in a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States. And it is...oh, it's Thursday. It's been Thursday all day. It's getting a little darker. Sunset's coming earlier. Right now it's getting a little...
grayer outside as we speak. It is the 10th of October. It is the 16th year of open, obvious, and in-your-face Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K. 2024, old earth calendar, 2024, battle for the republic, the dance of swords. And it has been a busy, busy day. Up and down the ladders.
Yeah, a little creakier than I used to be, but nah, we've just be patient. Go slow, get it done, and get on to the next task. And again, while we can put paint on, whatever you got, it's still got to be tactically covered. That's one of the things I've been emphasizing for all of our people locally. This is our last gasp for the season of them doing work indoors, but when you can do it outside, it saves you a lot of nonsense.
So again, stay focused and up until the point where you run out of light, keep plugging away. Anyway, we're discussing, of course, what's been happening down south and also again, hopefully coming up with solutions. It's not just complaining about the problems. You got to have an answer, guys. And right now, especially, you can see that water is, of course, on the one hand, people say, well, Mark, really water and water was coming down everywhere. Yep, it did. And it left too. And in its wake of damage and destruction,
A whole lot of people now had to have alternate solutions. So water storage, water storage and water purification, water purification, water purification are two critical components. There are some really great systems out there. The Berkeys are still out there. That used to be a... If you were a missionary going to Africa or any part of the Pacific and or South America,
Fresh water is always an issue, or at least, what's more importantly is clean, fresh water. And the Berkey's were the first solution. It used to be that when somebody was being given a goodbye part because they were going as a missionary somewhere,
They kind of coordinate it so that either A, someone would buy it as one of the many gifts that would be given, you know, like a shortwave radio would be one thing, you know, AM-FM shortwave for listening to what's going on in the world. It used to be called an African ghetto blaster.
The other one is again the Berkey filter and usually dental and medical supplies that were designed for remote where there is no doctor, where there is no dentist. But water purification, the Berkey's, the other thing is everybody might get together and everybody pitching and bottling because we're not cheap back in the day and there was nothing really to match up against the Berkey's. Now there's a whole bunch of duplicates and copies.
And so you can pick what you want from the system and see if it works for you. If it doesn't, keep the one that you buy and get another one. Don't ever get rid of what you already picked up. Why? Because now you have two, and two is better than one, and three is better than two. I've gotten a couple of burkeys for pennies, I mean for a few dollars at yard sales because people just water filled her. And again, they're not fast.
They're just gravity sucks, you know, gravity through the pass, gravity flow passing through the filter. But they work. And they're something that all of you should have a variant on. I don't care whatever your favorite flavor of manufacture is, double plus good. There is no arguing or, you know, getting into a fight or a pissing match over product. In fact, we want diversification to a degree because, well, maybe your system does work, but then again, maybe it doesn't.
But then again, maybe I don't know that something just happened with the manufacturer with what I've got. And they didn't tell everybody what they were having problems with. So guys, this way we have insurance policies and overlapping technologies. If everything goes well, they all work. Right? Yep, that one works. That one works. And that one works OK, but not real great. But they all work. Now, the other thing here is, how many different ways can you purify water?
You ever think about this? Okay, this is something I'm going to go the short list on you just off the top. Don't even have to write it down. It's just given. We talked about water purification filters. They're actually a standard now. You have water straws. Now these are all things that you don't do anything other than put the water in it or just pull the water through by sucking the water literally through the straw.
Now we go from there you then have well, let's see old military water purification tablets. What are those? Well, they're iodine Okay, most are iodine depending on what year what what period of you know, which war were you in? There are some variations on the theme. They actually went with a peroxide Solution that was another one and I'll bring up that that's another one of the several that you can use iodine bleach
peroxide, all three of those are perfect for water purification. You don't need gobs and gobs of it per gallon, you only need a drop or two. And or if you have the tablets, it's remember if you have the actual military tabs, you're supposed to drop one into canteen, let it sit and do its job no matter what water is that you put in there.
Personally, I like the idea of keeping a piece of cheesecloth or nowadays a paper, well for decades now, paper coffee filter, still the best, cheapest solution, more 99% of getting the big chunky stuff out of your water. And they're cheap and easy to use. They're easily understood. It's a throwaway item and they're all over the place for the moment. They won't be once the economy hits the toilet, but for now they are.
Again, coarse filtering to initially reduce the work that your filters have to do, your final filters. So, coffee filters, cheese cloth, T-shirts, even if it's just a T-shirt, it will take a lot of the larger, chunky stuff out and this prevents your filter from loading up faster, whatever type of loading system you have.
Now, there are a bunch of commercial pump slash inline filter systems, too numerous to mention. So you've got that as an option also, or better still, overlap with all of the above. You can use iodine drops. You can use iodine tabs. You can use peroxide tabs. Actually, make those. I think you're in Europe more than they are here. You have peroxide in liquid form. You have bleach in three different forms.
For water purification, a very small amount is all that's needed. Is it going to taste good? Probably not. So here's a little trick we learned a long time ago. Kool-Aid is your friend. Kool-Aid's here having a ball. Kool-Aid's here to get that yucky taste out of your mouth. Well, it won't really still be kind of yucky, but it won't be as yucky. You've got an overlapping flavor, so it's kind of like you're taking medicine. You know what I mean?
Well, at least it's green flavored. Don't you mean lime? No, not the way the sergeant makes it. It's green. It's not really limes. So again, just something to think about. Kool-Aid packs are another thing. Or you can get all kinds of different packages for adding something to the water just to give it some flavor if you are processing it with whatever in the way of a neutralizer, a sterilizing system.
And you've got all kinds of stuff at Dollar Tree. You've got all kinds of stuff at regular grocery stores. You can go to wherever you want to. They're little pre-measured packs. They're good for basically about a quart of water. So they're perfect for the average military canteen, or the average flask, or container that you're using for water storage. Now, if you're doing greater volume, the only thing that changes is the amount of material you use, or the size of the filtering system. That's it.
So it's not hard to actually maintain an inexpensive and very efficient water purification system so that you have potable water available. The important thing is that you have it there in advance. What does it cost to put the iodine on the shelf? Not much. In fact, you still get it at feedlots. Provodone iodine is out there all over the place still.
Bleach, take your pick, what source do you want to use? Now again, remember, we're not talking about pouring a cap full into a cork, that really won't do you a lot. Well, it will kill what's in the water. Won't do you a whole lot of good, won't make you feel very good.
So again, do a little research. You have to work. In fact, I would even make up a written. Don't count on the computers to work. Don't count on the cell phones to work. Don't count on electricity. They already see what's happening with these crises that you're observing. So you learn from the model that's available, right? And I would have a written, a small written text. Type it up. You can print it up on your printer like the one sitting here by my elbow here.
And congratulations, make up a laminated little book and put a kit together with whatever it is that you're going to have on standby for water purification at the cabin or at the house or out in the barn, wherever it is you're going to have for maybe you or other people showing up. The other thing is water storage systems. Again, you've got to have something to put water in, especially if you're going to start putting reserves together.
So this means also reminding everybody that you use the same processes used for any kind of kitchen maintenance operations. Wash and two rinses, make sure that everything is cleaned out thoroughly, inspect it, make sure that there's no nooks or crannies that are holding chunks of matter that could be bacteria forming. And then still remember that your water treatment, especially if you use some of the base chemicals we're talking about,
It's probably going to kill anything that tries to breed in there, but here again, prior to proper planning prevents piss poor performance. You want to do proper maintenance. Now, water, you can do all the research you want. Pick your guru, you know, whatever guru, don't go to the window. My guru is my shi-ma-ma-ma-shishi. Well, fantastic. Well, follow my shi-shi to the end of the world with regard to water purification.
Whoever it is you got, study, study, study, memorize. It's nice to have the notes, but just in case those aren't available and everything else gets washed away down the road and you have to improvise, adapt, and overcome in the field, you need to have the working knowledge between your ears. That's best. That doesn't mean you shouldn't have it written down. Like he said in Indiana Jones, Dad, what was in the book? What was it? What did it say on the tablet?
I had the book so I wouldn't have to memorize what was on the shield. That's why I had the book so I wouldn't have to memorize it. So you need to be thinking that way too. Yes, memorize what you can, but you need to have it written for them. By the way, you may have to teach somebody else, or you might just try to help somebody else, or maybe you're incapacitated and somebody else has to figure out how to do it.
Well, rather than them throwing darts and guessing, wouldn't it be nice to have somebody that actually can accomplish the task without you overwatching? Maybe you're incapacitated and they're going to fix you up. Nice to have somebody that's a mechanic there to do that right. That means you need the right tools. You need to provide the right tools.
Now, with regard to food, well, let's point something out. If you have a lot of food that requires water to activate it, but you're having a problem getting water, you've got a bit of a problem, don't you? Oh, that's right. So this is why, as I've pointed out, a million times diversified food reserves. I have freeze dried on the shelf.
I have dried foods, dried vegetables. We do our own drying. Right now we're doing peppers. We're at the end of the season. Peppers are coming in all over the place. But we do everything. We do kiwi. We do peaches. We do apple. Going to be doing apple tonight. As many dryers as we have will be stuffed full of either peppers or apples. But we also do conventional dry goods, as in legumes, rice, all of that kind of stuff, lentils.
All of that is on the shelf too. It requires water. So you've got to also make sure that you husband your resources. You don't just slop a whole bunch of water anywhere. You better start paying attention and being frugal and intelligent in the handling of your resources.
However, because water may be a problem, already hydrated foods is a combination. Canned goods, wet pack, retort pouches, there's all kinds of other stuff out there that's ready to go. You're still going to need some water because otherwise the system is going to get backed up a little bit, especially with MREs. It has tendency to slow the metabolism down, the digestive process. It's meant to do that.
So, keep your full, or at least the appearance of being full, you're full of something, sir, it's coming out the other end. Oh, that's right. So anyway, fact is that you want to ensure that you have a ready supply of water, even if you have to ration it, so that everybody continues to function properly. Now, another thing is slim foods or munchy foods or, again, travel foods. Don't forget that they're
You can tailor your storage so that in the event you are going to be in the field, you minimize to maximize. Now one of the things I haven't mentioned in a little while again, and I know that MajorSurplus has them, majorsurplus.com, majorsurplus.com, majorsurplus.com.
Also, BudK.com. BudK.com. Bud, B-U-D-K. All in caps. B-U-D-K. B-U-D-K.com. They have food tabs. Food tabs go back to the Vietnam War. I think they actually had them for Korea, but they were more of a special warfare item. They were really a special warfare item in Vietnam too.
But food tabs came in a container the size of a standard one quart military canteen. They fit perfectly into a standard canteen carrier. There are so many food tabs, they do come in flavors. The latest one that I never saw until more recently here, you have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and then butterscotch.
Now, what's a food tab? What do you do? Well, you eat so many of them depending upon what you have left or how long you might think you need to use them. And they basically are a food substitute or food supplement to round out the calories, the minerals, and the vitamins that you need to continue to function in the field. You can operate them on just them.
They provide all of the amino acids, they provide all of the carbs and the proteins. They are a multi-food tab, they are about the size of your thumbnail and the end of your thumb, they are about as thick as the end of your thumb is. And again, they do come in flavors, I don't think that's relevant because yeah, they are kind of tasting like that, but it's kind of like, again, like vitamins or medicine.
Well, we gave it a flavor. What flavor is it supposed to be? Well, they said it's kind of cherry. I say it's kind of something, but maybe cherry. Oh, okay. So they're not bad tasting. They're just, to me, it's just bland. It's got a little bit of flavoring to it to give it some, you know, give you some enticement to motivate to eat. But I carry one of those with each one of my kits. In fact,
Right now I'm looking across the room because I'm packing up a bunch of these old anaconda kits Backpacks, there's I'm sure a couple so I agree to bring this up as action I'm going to be ordering some more pretty soon And I don't care what flavor they are if they got a sale and they have like butterscotch for half price I'll buy that Well, you don't care much about the flavor. Nope. Nope. I'm more current worried about not starving So if I can get the same product that does the same thing in a flavor that's not popular
because or whatever it just didn't sell as fast. That's the one I'm gonna buy. So again, I think they had they had olive flavored. Right, olive flavored? No, I'm joking. But most people go, ah, olive flavored? Yeah, well, it's better than dirt flavored. You know, there's there's there's a scale here, right? Just have a think about good color chip in there, please.
This is Mike from Ohio. I just got a product here that people might be interested in. I was looking on Amazon for electrolyte supplements. And you can buy, like, liquid IV, which is a drink mix. But you're going to pay probably upwards of $2 per serving for the little powder packs. But I found here, it's a Globe brand electrolyte replenisher, 500 tablets. And I got it for $19.99 shipped for free.
And it comes in 250 little individual packets with two pills in each packet. Excellent. Give out the information again and go slow so everybody can write this down. Go ahead, please. It's called Globe Brand Electrolyte Replenisher. And it's a box of 250 packets with two pills in each packet. I think they consider two pills, one serving.
It was on Amazon and I think maybe I don't know whether you'll get free shipping or not if you don't have prime like I do but regardless It's still a good deal The one thing it doesn't have is sodium because it assumes you're getting that in your diet It's just calcium potassium and magnesium. So if you think you need more sodium just you know carry salt with you. No big deal Yeah, and again, this is one of those things. Well
Between different concentrated foodstuffs, remember if you're looking at travel light, freeze at night, you're also looking at minimizing your bulk and weight. And this is one of the ways to do that because you are going to be exerting yourself more. In fact, the low sodium thing, unfortunately it looks like it hit this too.
Well, we're not going to put salt in it because you probably will get more, which is true. At your discretion, you can add salt very easily to everything. So, in fact, if at all possible either iodized salt or the sea salt, which has iodine and all the other minerals in it, go ahead. I can vouch for the necessity of this because I was very sick once. I was in the hospital for over a week and I was physically unable to eat or drink anything. I went over a week without any water. It wouldn't give me an IV.
and it turned out I did have a neurological condition that made it so I couldn't swallow. So they sent me home after not having any water for a week. I collapsed and had an hour-long seizure from low electrolytes and dehydration. The ambulance sent me right back to the same hospital and they finally gave me an IV. I should have sued their asses off, but I was too sick to worry about it at the time. But yeah, you don't go without your water and your electrolytes because they can cost you your life. It almost cost me mine.
Well, here again, as part of the water treatment and also in the field maintenance because this is one of the problems you're going cross country. Let's talk about just some of the things that could have happened here. Let's say that this was a bigger event rather than just Appalachia. If you've got to travel, guys, what you got is all you got. And you want to minimize the amount of calories that you're burning to be able to travel.
It could be nothing but on foot. Now I can't see that because there are too many bicycles around. Mr. Bicycle is your friend. But it still requires physical exertion no matter what you do. It's nice that half of where you're traveling will be downhill. Unfortunately the other half is always uphill. Right? I went downhill. It was real easy. Yeah, look at the one. Oh, the next one's pretty big, isn't it? Oh, God.
So anyway, exerting yourself and consuming all the basics that your body is reserved, it's not going to take long for you to deplete some of the especially trace minerals. Go ahead and begin with the caller. Jump in there please. Seriously, I'm going to say something for when they're... I think they still make it, I'm not sure, but Pedialyte, you know, that's good for, you know, people, little kids, but I mean, it's also got a lot of electrolytes and all that in there.
I wouldn't hurt to have a few bottles of that have on hand. I didn't know that so... As a matter of fact, they also give it out to older people for the exact same reason. They still do issue it out. And again, it's one of those things where not always the tastiest, take Mr. Coolie along. Or like I said, take one of those little starlight packs, whatever, because it's like...
Well, it's got a flavor at least. It'll help you make it that much easier to bear. Good idea though. And again, this is... No, thank you. I appreciate that. Well, actually I got a case of the No Name Brand version of Pedialyte here for free a little bit ago. And somebody asked, what are you gonna do with that? I said, well, if need be drink it. But in reality, some of these, especially for certain casualties,
I'm not going to drink that until I absolutely have to and I would but it's just the idea that it's part of our medical reserve because again we're going to run into people just like callers, just like what happened to you. Well, they didn't treat me. You know, you ended up you've lost all your electrolytes, your body minerals are down, moisture content non-existent, you weren't taking any moisture in, they did do an IV.
This is why certain items, what you're going to do is beef up the system and do it in such a way without being harmful. If I try to maximize the introduction of what it is that's missing from the system to try and turn the patient around as quickly as possible. And we're going to need to do this because we really can't afford to have a person down for any longer than absolutely necessary. They're going to have to be taking care of themselves.
It doesn't mean we won't take care of somebody. Don't ever think that. But it's the idea that each person has the same 24 hours in the day and the sooner we can get you back up on your feet, the sooner you can be productively supporting the overall team. And that's how everybody needs to be thinking. On the other hand, we're going to have a certain number of people who will be debilitated, that are going to be injured, and will be either A,
incapacitated for an extended period of time or they may be permanently incapacitated to a degree. So you need to be ready to be able to support that situation. That's something else you need to take into consideration now. Prior prepper planning prevents piss poor performance. Another thing, and again, go ahead, go ahead Jeff in there. Hey, I don't know if you got the message or not, but that apple, we got proof for that applesauce.
I just need to know whose name to put it in and when to plan on picking it up. Oh, okay. Very good. Let me talk to somebody because so we've got a quantity already on hand or a quantity to be delivered. A half-pallet that they can pick up. Oh, very good. Yes, yes. Then that'll be as soon as we possibly can. Let me, I gotta make a call. Nancy may have gotten the message, but she hadn't been able to transfer it to me. That's the thing. I'll appreciate that, Tom. Did you get my new address?
Yes, got that and there's a box here. Like I said B. We'll probably ship it out. My deal will get out tomorrow. Matter of fact. I just want to know if you got it. If you got everything. Yeah, well I'll double check to make sure. She said yes, she confirmed that she got it. So I'll double check. If not, I'll pester you again. If you need us to pick it up, we can pick it up. We just can't have it in our yard for a long period of time.
Right, no, no, well, yeah, well, we'll coordinate that. Let me see because, again, it would be a strict trip there and load it and be done. So don't worry, minimal handling is the idea. So let me make a call tonight and we'll know probably before the evening program, but we'll talk off the air. So we'll follow up on that. Appreciate that. Thank you.
Another thing here real quick and subject is consumables. Vitamins and minerals, vitamin packs of any kind. Guys, I know, big argument for as long as I've been listening to preppers is, well you need the best of whatever it's like. Guys, whatever you run into, you snag. Whatever you find, you grab if it's free or if it's cheap. Example, multiple vitamins.
One a day multiple vitamins is an average low end vitamin that has been around for as long as I've been alive. One a day multiple vitamins. And again, usually the ad varied but you know and there have been one a day multiple vitamin plus. But there you can go to a health food store and you will find aisles of everybody's best product that they think is better than the other guys. This is like weapons and it's like pop and it's like liquor and it's like everything else.
Everybody has their preference. But I would point out that in the situation that we're facing, any and all supplements need to be recovered. And if you find something that's cheap, here's the most important thing to remember. You may barter that to somebody else who has nothing. And you may make a pretty good deal in the process.
The other thing is you're progressively going to run out of that top of the line no matter what. And so whatever you can run into to create again a healthier situation for your body providing the tools that it needs, the materials that it needs for your little nuclear furnace, all supplements are preserved or saved and put into the reserves. All of them.
If all you can afford is the no name brand, multiple vitamins to put in your kit or put in your 510 program for whatever you're doing or your storage program, that's good. In fact, most of those types of vitamins, the hard cap type, the hard tablet type, like the old one a day multiple vitamins, was designed for long term shelf stable storage. That's why it was built the way it was. I'm not talking about the container, I'm talking about the pill itself.
So that's another consideration. Tell you what we're going to do though, we are at a little past the bottom of the hour and we didn't do any music breaks for today. Ah, what the heck? I just like the song anyway. Keep your rifle by your side. Why? Well, you're going to be having all these other things going on, but one of the reasons you have to stay healthy is you're going to have to truck through the woods with a whole lot of weight. One of the things you better not lose is that seven to nine pound battle rifle.
is you're going to have to trek through the woods with a whole lot of weight. One of the things you better not lose is that 7-9 pound battle rifle.
