Well, one of our friends overseas sent me a bunch of articles and I was reading them, I got lost track of time. Okay, let me read you some of these article headlines. It was mostly a peaceful stabbing, am I right? Another largely peaceful stabbing in London. The stabbing victim describes the stabber as a mostly peaceful man.
He was just so calm and focused when he came up and he stabbed me and stabbed me and stabbed me. But people don't understand that that's how people act if they are focused on trying to kill you. They get really focused. They become predator mode. It's everybody does. It's what you do. Oh, he was so peaceful. I just wanted to hug him. I did. I hugged him and he stabbed me and stabbed me and stabbed me and then he stabbed me again.
But I loved it, I loved it. And by the way, I also said, I am not worthy, I am not worthy. Let me apologize for existing, I'm stupid, I'm an idiot, I'm a total fool for doing it because I am not worthy. I'm some mealy mouthed, spineless, prozac stuffed cur with too much fluoride in their ass. That's what it is, God. Mostly. Well, tell you what, hold on, go ahead.
No, no, I'm just laughing. I mean, it brought to mind the mutual combat thing in Chicago. They were shooting each other. Well, they were, but they weren't. But they were shooting each other because they agreed to shoot each other. We're not charging anyone because both sides showed up with weapons.
And it was like a duel. Well cool, then when we show up with weapons and they show up with weapons to attack us for just being around, we shouldn't have any problem mowing them down because it's a mutually associated agreement on the use of coercive force.
It's like, whoa, wait a minute, hold on. Would a bit of it go? London's pretty much become their version of Chicago. And you know, Chicago won't report on the shootings or charge them the way they normally would because they are anti-gun. They have those anti-gun laws in the city. They've got to show that it's working. London is in the same boat. They've got all the anti-night laws. You have to knock your sword. You have to
Your silverware, you know, for cutting meat and everything has to be weakened and that we can't stand somebody with it over there. But, you know, this is how they're reporting knife crime in London when everywhere else is like, it's tragic, it's bad, but so in London it's peaceful, stabbing. Just another day with a peaceful stabbing going on. I'd have to do leather work. And everything I have would be a mall, a sharp, pointy mall.
And the term is appropriate too, because I plan on mauling them. Oops, did I say that? No, I was planning on doing leather work, and it just happened that the fresh leather I was stabbing was the bastard who was trying to stab me mostly peacefully. So I kind of mostly peacefuled him to death. He's not going to be a problem anymore. He's not mostly peaceful. He's completely peaceful.
In fact, I don't think he's moving at all. Let me kick him in the head again. Oh, I think it. Oh, I think that cracked his skull. Well, if he isn't dead before he is now, it's okay. He just wasn't quite leather yet. Yeah, he's yeah. Now I gotta tan him. You know, how do you get rid of them? Well, chew up all the entrails, feed them to the vicious mean dogs that the other neighbor has and then tan the hide and turn it into your combat drum heads for the battles that are to come.
Boom mark, boom, boom. Go ahead, color. Yeah, in places like the Caribbean, Jamaica, and Australia, and all these other places, England shootings are going on there every day. And it doesn't solve any things, they lie. Right, the people who wanted the guns got the guns, the government has the guns, the peasants are the optional targets for everybody who's got guns. Because after all, they're supposed to be disarmed peasants.
This is all the old royalty scam. This is why we shot their ass out of here before. It's why we need to shoot their ass out of here again. It's just that simple, guys. You disarm peasants become the punching bags for everybody. And it's exactly what you see. The pigs come out, the cops come out, knuckle dragging, worthless turds that they are. And they'll muscle up on you because they know it's perfectly safe. They don't go muscling up after the criminals because they're of the same gang mentality as the cops.
They're so like- They all work. No, they do. They work together. They're hand in glove. It's a business. Whenever we've had protests, the cops are always, are, are, feel much more comfortable rather than with us thinking Americans. They're much more comfortable with the criminals that show up that start to harass everybody. Always.
They'll stand there and be yapping at each other and then they'll just watch the characters start to try to cause a problem, which we put down. And then when we put the problem down, it's like, oh, how can you do that? Oh, there are a lot of it. Why don't you get your sire aspect over there, little blue line? How's that sound? Don't send any more of these punks over here and there won't be any problem. Send more punks over here, or if you decide to bring your punks over here, there will be more of a problem and we don't riot.

But also thermal casualties also with burn casualties you want to keep them isolated You're gonna have a big problem with high or high low Also moisture inside with regard to the casualty don't forget you're gonna have to add fluids right away Try to give a drink whatever you can if they're able to do so As quickly as possible because what's gonna happen when the body starts to try and deal with the injury It's gonna push all the fluid into those burn areas
You're going to have other issues with circulation and very quickly blood pressure issues too. So to prevent that, we want to treat the patient as quickly as we can. So these are an excellent choice. They're brand new, unissued. They also have a really good price on a backboard for a regular spinal injury backboard unit. That is flat. Basically, it's just very fine plywood.
I assume they probably make them at a marine plywood, but I've never seen one in bad shape. I mean, unless you just left it outside or rot. That's the only way it can really break down. So they're good, inevitably, and definitely once you got them. And again, you should have a couple of those per unit, per mandulence or per med unit, whatever you're setting up. So I figure everybody else can do the same. And it won't be hard for you to do it at all. Next, also ammunition. We're looking for .40 caliber cheap. I should say cheaper. A lot of people have been asking me about this. I've been searching around. Some places are actually almost out of any affordable
40 caliber Smith and Wesson. There's plenty of specialized rounds out there. Hollow Point, etc. They're much more expensive. We're looking for regular ball, best quantity price, look around, shop around. And the important thing is, like I said, best price. We want to be able to, you know, mostest for the leastest.

where they're dropping them and going back down to 9 millimeter after they made all the noise about going to 40 caliber and how important it was and how we were all stupid because we were using other calibers and the only caliber that's going to work for everything is 40 caliber and then they start dumping it. Okay, well that's expected. That's how they make money. Okay, they spend your tax dollars. However, again, whatever you commit to, the biggest problem is how many other people are looking for it. Well, right now,
40 caliber is on the rise in interest and it's being eaten up because of the Surplus weapon systems that went out into the market now. That's okay. I promise all means got people bought guns I don't care what they bought long as they keep buying square themselves away but 40 caliber again cheapest for the most is the specialized rounds are nice and
But this is the old story, how many bang bangs do you get for each dollar? And in the future here, you're going to have to stretch it out, guys, a lot farther than most people realize. So we need to square that technology away. Also, again, it's obvious, reloading, but as has been pointed out many times, ink eraser is the blades. Powder is the biggest issue right now. We all know that.
However, it is out there and about and again dial down your reloading if you're looking at you know, this is an issue now which it is in terms of consumption we've got to start readjusting our powder trickler so that we can put more bang out there for the buck for especially for terrain training and then after that again, we can upgrade or change out accordingly to a hotter load for specific mission needs
But in the meantime, we're trying to get more people, you know, behind the weapon, lining up sites, pulling the trigger and gaining experience. And it means you don't just blaze away at the impact area. It means you're trying to hit something too. You know, hits count, misses, don't. Just that simple. So remember that. Another thing is there are, as we know, a number of other really cool
new calibers out there and I don't have a problem with them but I'm going to remind everybody and I keep harping on this also because you're now starting to see it. Certain chamberings which are phenomenal in performance are disappearing the same way because people are coming in like in this area here. People are coming in and just cleaning the shelf off of a certain caliber. That's one of the limitations but oh well whoever gets their first wins
And what's interesting about this is that again, it's in the new chamberings, the new cartridges out there, like 300 Blackout, the other one, the 6.8, a number of 6.5s, like the Creedmores, all of these have gone out the door fast. And one of the places down the road here, a guy came in.
Bought everything in one caliber and it didn't make an difference what the price was he just bought all of it said goodbye Which makes sense again? He had if he has a particular interest and he's planning on fighting the conflict with that particular weapon It's understood. The fact of the matter is, you're competing with a lot of other people that are highly motivated right now. So if we find it and it's reasonably priced and best price of the bunch, then motivate towards it. Now there's some things to remember. Some rounds are going to have not issues as far as shooting, but for recycling purposes, you got to remember limitations. There's lawman CCI, 40 caliber out there, probably the best price I think across the board at about 30,
29 to 31 cents and most of the 29 cents around stuff is gone in the last couple of days, maybe the last week. Not a problem, but the thing is that it is CCI. Didn't say it was CCI gold or whatever. Said that it was CCI lawman, which means it's the
Polymetal that they came up with back in the 70s that they've been using for quite some time now the stuff works And it can be reloaded as a matter of fact no markets. We're damn prime. Yeah, and it's a soft alloy case so in an emergency And I'm not telling you you need to do it, but if you do a little research You'd be amazed at how well in that poly case it punches a hole right through the base pops out the standard Dymak dimension primer and cuts out the anvil
for the Bourdain primer that was in it. Leading you with a, if you take a, if you then take a primer pocket reamer and go, amazingly enough, you have a reloadable case. Now, what would I do with that? I'd prioritize, if I was, if I had to use that.
And I would have a problem using it in combat, but if I do like the military used to do, they came up with alternative rounds that initially they just wanted to see if they could build them, number one. Number two, then they prioritized them and gave them to training units because training units had no ammo.
And so when it came to BCT for the Marines and the Army, all of a sudden instead of 22, they were shooting 30 caliber rifles again. A few, and only for qualification, and not many more rounds otherwise. Only 40 rounds. But that was better than harsh language in a 22. So again, you would prioritize this ammunition as auxiliary or for training purposes. And what I would also do if I was reloading it is I would dial it down on the scale.
Only because for training purposes it's a familiarization load. I don't need it to be standard or hot. I need it to cut paper consistently. I need to have the same point of impact round after round so your quality of quality control with regard to reloading is going to determine the quality of that reload in those specialized solutions that you've come up with like using lawman brass. Well, lawman alloy casings.
One of the other things, I want to jog everybody's memory on this, the, you know, the Downton of Destruction, the DOD, Goofs being what they are, have, remember, started to push towards that new 6.8 by 51 round.
Now, several independent people have already started building barrels for the AR-10 that will allow us to operate the AR-10 with the standard 6.8 round. Now, there's a difference in the two rounds that they built or the cases, including the casing, how the casing's built. And I think what's funny is while we have the specialized and grossly overcomplicated constructed round available, in a wartime situation in crisis, you know what's going to happen?
The training or alternate round is gonna end up being the primary round because they won't have enough ammunition to go around for the troops. They don't have enough materials, they don't have enough skill labor. They aren't up to snuff on operation and production. Either A, they try to torque up production and they kill a bunch of people because of lack of quality control. After all, the person has to be a cross-dressing faggot. Who is a Satanist? That's the qualification, not having mechanical skills.
So the people are going to be building the ammo. In many cases, they either won't care about what quality control there is or they'll sabotage it. So you'll find out very quickly there'll be a lot of discussion. This happened, by the way, in the beginning of World War II with American quad guns that the, or forgive me, British quad guns that were on American ships. How many of you know this story?
The British pom-pom gun as it used to be called which was a quad It was a fairly compact weapon shorter barrel way was configured then say the 40 millimeter You're familiar with it. Maybe your your grandpa or your dad depending how old you are listening operated by dad operated a 40 Quad 40 as a matter of fact and he was you know one of the crewmen on the quad on a destroyer escort well before those quad 40s were
in there. In the early part of the war, the US had committed to taking a bunch of the British pom-pom guns. Problem, they had very shitty equality control, sound familiar? Back in England, lack of proper components and lack of skilled trade. So what happened is, and possibly sabotaged because these quad guns would have a gun erupt
and detonate every so often. The problem became significant enough that crews were leery of using the weapon. The US Navy solution was to pull all of those British standard guns off our ships. Now they gave them to Merchant Marine because when you don't have anything and you just can shake your fist at the Japanese or the Germans or the Italians, it's really good to have something that goes boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
So they either handed them back over to the British or they slid them sideways to the merchant marine, whatever Dutch, American, etc, etc, or British and French. There were still free French out there, the new French government, not the third one, not the second one, the third one. And so the guns were completely taken out of service and the inventory of ammunition was handed back to the Brits.
We refused to use it just to give you an idea if you don't think this can happen sorry happens several times there are several weapons that we procured put in service and immediately dumped at the beginning of World War two Had to use them because it's what you had on the ship or what you had in the field But as quickly as they could it was slid sideways to an ally or went back to the ally where it came from Because they were still using it, but our people didn't want to
So, again, heads up. That's why this new ammunition idea will happen is it will get a bunch of people killed like the M16E1 did because of malfeasance in manufacturing. And what will happen is eventually to create a solution, they know that the training round is just the same old standard brass case.
They will come up perhaps with a third load or a third solution to increase velocity or change out to another bullet. And they will claim that they've come up with a Wunderbar solution that they always planned on doing in the first place. Now, one of the interesting things about that, you know, all the other bullets they already made, they'll stuff them into the cases. Anything that they have in the way of components, because traditionally that is what happens in a war crisis.
So there'll be other problems. But that's okay. The people who'll be carrying the weapons will be dead. So they can't complain to anybody or tell anybody about the malfeasance of the government in setting them up for a mechanical sacrifice. Most of the guys who died in the early days of the M16 in general issue when it was the M16A1, they couldn't talk to anybody. They were dead in the field. Some of them bottled up like cordwood. Just a heads up. Oh, I heard voices. Who do we have?

So it makes sense to cherry pick or go through and find something to get to the freebie limit and then because ammunition is a stupid price. Number one, wait. Number two, you got the special Tommy tax for, oh my God, it's dangerous.
Now we've shipped it for 100 years and nobody gave a shit, but the propagandists of course pulled this garbage off and now it's just that much more money they milk off you for the sake of trying to keep you from getting the ammunition or getting more of it. So it's out there and again that's ammo man, ammo man dot com, ammo man dot com. I know I think it's about 30, I want to say 336 for a thousand rounds, for a thousand round case.
So, the individual box should be proportionally, you know, scale price-wise. But you have to take a look at that. I have really... $20, $40 a box, Bobby, I'm guessing. Right. And again, it's... It works. Okay, lawman's been around a long time. Okay, that's the one thing he gets me. So, every once in a while I hear people pissing money about lawman. But, you know, guys, lawman ammo in the configuration you're seeing, maybe they went to a slightly different metal as they developed the process.
But not by much, but they've cranked that stuff out for decades since the since the 70s I was telling that stuff in the 70s by the case Why do why does it leave? Why do queers hate guns? Why? You want a room at the top of the stairwell. And looks like they were at the top. I don't think there was, there might have been another story above, but you notice he got one character, the one with the radio, the phone, kept looking out the window and looking down.
You know that's the worst damn place to be if you're gonna do what they did because there's no escape If you want to nail somebody either on their way when they're trying to get down from below or if you're doing it from the top They can't get out fast enough and there's no place to run. It's like I said about the shooter in on the roof in Pennsylvania When that cop ran it was so stupid because ball the guy that you ran from has the high ground All he has to do is stand there
and figure out who to shoot. It's not even an effort. It's not even hard to do. It's really easy. So in this case, if you're defending and you're in those top rooms or those upper floors, oh, you can nail their ass. In fact, there'd be no place for them to go fast enough. And when they try to leave, you've got the high ground, so shoot down on aggressors. Go ahead.
So what's interesting about this is I read the article and I'm like, this looks, this sounds really familiar. And then I remembered there's a movie made back in the early 90s called New Jack City. And it started Wesley Snipes and Icy. And this is exactly what they did. The apartments in this fictional city is called the Carter apartment. And the gang took it over. They kicked everybody out. Anybody who stayed was working for them.
and they used it as a drug processing and distribution facility and the cops did absolutely nothing about it and nor did anyone else. And so this is the same exact playbook. They had the character of Nino Brown. He was the villain in that. They got the Nino Brown business model. It's exactly that. But what's interesting is because the cops are refusing to do their job there,
All right, so what that means is any violence that takes place there is not going to be investigated. And if any investigation at all, they're just going to shrug it off as gang violence, which means if some enterprising individual were to go in there and exterminate the gang, there would be no real repercussions and there's no investigation.
Right, well again normally there wouldn't be but I guarantee that the same leftist that would be whining about well Lee they shouldn't be doing this, can't you do something? You know those other guys they let in, dude? Those guys are whoa, man. They're terrible, man. They're gonna gut you, dude. I heard about them. I read about them in Time magazine, man. Wow. But in order to do some door kicking, you'd have to have a team. But if you're just one man by himself, well, you could just go by there and maybe be 100, 200 yards out and take a shot with a weapon or rifle. And whatever happens, happens. If you miss, oh well. If you hit the guy, wound him, that's cool. If you kill him, that's cool. And then just drive off, don't let anybody see you.
And then come back at a random day, random time, and do the same thing again from a different shooting position. And just, if you do that, they're constantly going to be on the defensive. They're not going to have any idea who's doing it. The psychological effect of that is going to be incredible.
Because they're not going to know who is doing it. And, ooh, extra points if you do it while another gang happens to be driving by in the area. Because they're just going to assume it was those guys. Right. You're the third team, well, fourth team, because there's the cops who like watching the entertainment. And until they all of a sudden, everybody demands that the cops get more power.
Which is why the FBI let all these creatures in. It's why the ATF and why the feds let all these creatures in. They want more power. But what happens if they start being decimated without anybody waiting for approval? Old, they'll be pissing a fit because that's not part of the plan.
That's not part of the original schedule of how things are supposed to work out. A, they're supposed to let them rape, kill, pillage, and burn, murder a bunch of people in their homes, attack people in the apartments. All the people who, of course, are spineless scream about how they need bigger police forces and why we need more money for cops who weren't doing anything before when they got lots of money.
But they want even more money now. And if they get more money, they might actually do their job, but only to a certain degree, because they want to keep getting that money so the crisis has to be maintained. That crisis has to keep going on and on and on.

They wouldn't go in with anything less than 18 to 20 27 men Depending on which one it was and when they went in they went in for a very narrow and specific reason They would go right to the spot. They would kind of declare kind of like well after this asshat and If somebody took a pot shot, they'd be in a firefight, but they'd just be in a firefight to get out
And you know what? That went on for years. Years and years and years. That's why Detroit's the way it is, people. Everybody got the, you know, black power thing the way they want it. Now, and then of course everybody started lamenting because, well, why aren't you doing anything? Because if I do anything, you will try to sue me or whatever. Now, the cops are just as crooked. And the cops, just as many of the criminals working with them, with the bad guys.
We're right there hand in hand with the other group. But step by step by step, I watched that shipwreck and like I said, after a while knew it. That's really not worth going downtown for anymore.
They said on the radio here in Denver that it was the Aurora we call McGinnys and they let this go on. They're the same ones who let Mr. Lewis's name on the Joker. He kicked in the theater door, you know the ones that open out. He kicked it in by himself and shot into that movie theater near their headquarters in Aurora.
And the same one, and then they said he was bad, he had tear gas to throw it. Where did he get tear gas? But he throwed tear gas down the aisles, shot into the crowd back in 2012. Same bunch of jerks to become the guinea-eose government intruder, no intelligence.
Me and Bubba know all about this and it's all full of crap and they said on the radio in Denver here, they're going to look into this. Is Venezuela and gangs are in America. But they're allowed to buy these.

You know what? There's a beautiful, what is it? The Michigan Theater downtown. Have you ever seen that, guys? There's pictures of it. It was in a shambles in the 80s from the crack wars because everybody ran out of Detroit. Most of the high rises are holes. There's nothing in them. Well, there is. Most of Detroit is a shell from a distance. It looks great. It's like a caricature. You get closer, you realize there's fire marks and windows up at the 18th floor and they've never been fixed. It's because those buildings are shells. So anyway, that theater got rebuilt. They spent millions, tens of millions, all made it look so beautiful again, restored it to its original grandeur. Now let me point something out about that because this is 2024.
Now, all the white people are gone, or at least, well, other than the hyper leftists who get on their bellies and beg before they exist, they beg forgiveness for being human and white and existing. They're not Christian, and they're mostly pedophiles and queers, so they don't have to apologize for that. Go look at what that theater looks like now. All those, that $100 million they spent in that area right there and the money they spent on that theater.
It looks worse than when it did before they rebuilt it when it was abandoned the first time. See, this is all good money after bad, constantly. And there's a natural cycle to it. You send the money to Detroit, there's a whole graft and corruption click of Jewish mafia and black front men. The money goes over to Oakland County, over to Southfield and the other sham operations like that. That's why they're some of the richest counties, that's one of the richest counties in the United States.
It's the richest county in Michigan. Now, you might be competing with the Grand Rapids area now cuz the Jewish mob out of Chicago has moved in and pushed out a lot of the traditional Michigan elements there. But Southfield and all those skanks there, yeah, they're the parasites that are causing most of the problems under orders from Toronto here in Michigan for Detroit, probably the best example.
It's a total wreck. I mean, it's a nice way from a distance. Hopefully everybody that's there stays there. Don't want them to come out here. And they won't. They're terrified. And nobody's gonna, nobody will bother. Nobody cares. Contrary to all this dribble about, oh, you go out there, this, or you go there, or you go, nobody cares. It's like, what's your point? Now, you come out and try to rape, kill, pillage, and burn. Somebody will hammer your hind end, you'll be dead, and that'll be it.
Not granted. There's still plenty of panty waste out, you know away from these metropolitan areas. Don't worry. You'll find some panty waste you can abuse. Just you probably you're gonna have to roll the dice when you do that because most of the people that are out away from the towns and cities aren't panty wastes. That's the problem they got. So if there's no solution on the horizon, they don't want to fix it because they like the way it's broken because they can milk that tit until hell freezes over or they burn the country down and that's what they've been doing.
It's a cycle of theft. Kind of like the old Detroit train station. Beautiful building, phenomenal engineering, fantastic. They never built out to it, which doesn't make any sense. But then again, when they built the new train station, they were already on the decline. And from that point forward, well, Black Power got its way. And everybody said, well, yeah, you can have that neighborhood. Have that neighborhood too. You can have all those neighborhoods. Tell you what, you can have the city.

And it's obvious that that was on steroids during the Black Lives Matter and now the invasion over the last three years. It was planned.

Anyway, that's okay. Just learn to cannot count on them and if stuff doesn't show up or you know, oh well, but if it does show up, it's gravy. That's just how it works. If it finally gets to where it's supposed to be, fantastic. We'll use it. But otherwise, you're on your own. Anyway, it is the 30th of August. It is the 16th year of open, obvious, and in your face, Fabian socialist

And a bunch of things on the manuals. We just finished a whole massive printing. Let me go through the checklist on that because we just shipped a bunch of manuals to different militia units around the country here.

There's a lot of other stuff there. Some of it may make sense for you because you need it. I don't. I got enough of certain things, but maybe you don't. So look to see what they have. Look at the bundle and look at the sale and clearance prices. There's a whole section of just that. One of the things they do have are field pant suspenders. I should have brought that up. They're a dollar a piece. They're one size fits everybody.
They're fully adjustable, they're OD green, they have two hooks. They're like wearing a bra. It's like a man's bra, okay? You slide into it like you do a jackass shoulder holster rig. The important thing is there are two fish hooks on either side, two hangers. What you need to do is you do just exactly like they did on the M 1950 field pants and the 51 and 52 models. You take a piece of paracord.
On each side, literally at the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock, if 12 o'clock's your belly button, you want, what you do is put the pants on and identify where the 12 o'clock, or where the, forgive me, the 9 o'clock and the 3 o'clock station is, mark it, have your wife or you, what you do is you stitch in a piece of paracord about 3 inches long and you make sure it's taut. Don't make it loose, make it taut. What do I mean by that? Make sure it's tight.
You can buzz machine that in overstitch it. What we do is we roll the paracord back about 3-8 of an inch and singer showing machine that puppy in. Don't worry about doing your, let the machine do the work. Then take the other end, fold it over, do the same thing. Back and forth however many times, more is better. Do the other side the same way. What does that do? That creates two hook points for these field pant suspenders and they're fantastic.
If you got the old OD Greenfield pants, they've already got the cord hangers in them, okay? But you can put them in any pair of pants. And since a lot of you guys have like the ACU type eight pocket pants and everybody puts stuff in them, well guess what? Those suspenders make all the difference in the world. By the way, you don't always have to use them.
The neat thing is, if you go over to Coleman's, they're a dollar a piece in the clearance closeout section. However, with 20% off, they're 80 cents a piece. I figure you can afford to buy some, okay? 80 cents a piece, can't pass them up, seriously. Every time I order from there, I buy some when they have this kind of sale. Why? Because I got a lot of pants in caches all over the place and clothing issue. And what they're good for is if you put a field pant liner in those pants,
Here's another little trick. You can take any of your combat fatigue pants that you have. Go out and either look for the freeze pant liners or look for the hull-a-fill field pant liners, which aren't as good, but they work. They're both good. What you do is put on the field pant liner. Take your field pants, whatever pants you have, open them up. You got those expansion straps on either side. Open them up.
so that you can fit that stuff comfortably. You don't want it scrunching up around your crotch or your knees, okay? You want it so it hangs normally. What you do is you mark where all the button points are in the field pant liner, including just a couple down below, although with the freeze they hang. They don't get buttoned in.
And what you do is you mark the button points and then you go get yourself some nice US military buttons. I scavenge them off the other clothing I get that's fragged. This is why when I went to that surplus store, I went into their dumpster and grabbed everything they were throwing away.
Did I fix some of that stuff? Oh, some of it didn't need fixing, but you know what I did get? There were clothes that were ripped, there were clothes that were burned because they've been part of the stuff they bought years ago and they just put them in an odd junk box. All the buttons on that are the buttons I put in my field pants or the buttons you use for your cuffs or the buttons used for the front of your shirt, or pants, depending on which one you're wearing. The regular military round knob button.
And the neat thing is, I got the buttons for free. Now those you got to hand stitch in. So what you do is you sharpie mark it on the inside where the button should be and you stitch in a button for every one of the field button points. And you know what you got? You got a complete cold weather liner, one of the outer layers or tiers for your winter clothing system. Now you still can wear a pair of long johns or whatever else you want.
Obviously, there's all kinds of thermal browns, there's thermal grays, there's thermal greens, there's first layer fire protection, take your pick, whatever you're gonna use. But what's cool about this is you didn't have to buy a special pair of pants, you just take the ones you got and you would improve them. Now, if you think you need a bigger pair of pants to match that stuff up, buy them. Your winter operations are going to be an issue.
Nobody is used to spending every day, 24 hours a day outside. So now you're going to become a winter spaceman. That's what you're doing. You're making a spacesuit so you can be a winter spaceman. Go ahead, caller. Jump in there. Okay. In the last hour, toward the end of the last hour, what did you say they did something in Tennessee you were mentioning? Louisiana just became a constitutional carry state. And we know gun-free zones don't do anything for people who follow the law, but make it a target-rich environment because gang-bangers and criminals don't follow the law, although the Democrats want you to think they can. And so, GOA, through one of their attorneys working with them, sent a letter, and it's majestic.
I want to read it to you and we'll tell you what happened right after it. Here's the letter from attorney Josh Barnhill and it was sent to the Lafayette Mayor President as well as the Interim Chief of the Lafayette Police Department, the Chief of Police at the College, University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and the Provost Vice President of the college itself.
He said, I represent Gun Owners of America, GOA, a nationwide gun rights organization with more than 2 million members and supporters across the country, including throughout Louisiana and within the city and parish of Lafayette. Parrish for those who don't understand Louisiana, that's county. The purpose of this letter is to request that you withdraw your erroneous designation of the University of Louisiana Lafayette Science Museum and a surrounding 1,000 foot radius as a firearm-free zone
and that certain signage and online maps reflecting the same be removed and corrected immediately. On August 12, 2024, the UL Lafayette Police Department filed into the Lafayette Parish Public Records a notice designating the Science Museum as a gun and drug-free zone. As part of this alleged designation, signage was placed on the Science Museum building located at 433 Jefferson Street in Lafayette.
and the Lafayette Parish Firearm Free Zone map was updated to include the newly designated firearm free zone which extends a thousand feet from the building in all directions covering a large portion of downtown Lafayette. As jurisdiction for this purported designation, the ULPD states in its notice that the University of Louisiana at Lafayette properties are designed as a gun and drug free zone and in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute 1495.2
The properties must be posted designating the area as such a zone. Thus, the college PD appears to be relying on the mistaken premise that the Science Museum is part of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette's school campus and is therefore a firearm-free zone. That is not the case. Louisiana Revised Statute 1495.6A defines a firearm-free zone as an area inclusive of any school campus
and within 1,000 feet of any such school campus. Wherein the possession of firearms is prohibited. Additionally, law states that carrying a firearm by a student or non-student on school property at a school-sponsored function or in a firearm-free zone is unlawful and shall be defined as possession of any firearm or dangerous weapon on one's person at any time while on school campus. Or
at any school sponsored function in a specified designated area or within 1,000 feet of any school campus. Both statutes go on to define a school as any college or university in this state and the school campus as all facilities and property within the boundary of the school property. In both cases, neither statute defines a term school property. However, pursuant to LACC Article 11 and Article 12,
The words of the law must be given their generally prevailing meaning, and when the words of the law are ambiguous, their meaning must be sought by examining the context in which they occur and the text of the law as a whole. Kind of like a text history tradition. In this instance, the school property that makes up a school campus is best defined as the grounds and buildings of a university college or school.
This creates a problem for the college PD in designating the science museum as a firearm-free zone. First, the university does not own the property at issue. Rather, the Lafayette Consolidated Government owns the science museum.
and the ownership is reflected not only in the Lafayette Parish Assessor's Records, but also the cooperative endeavor agreement entered into by the government and the university on February 11th of 2022, wherein the government, as the owner of the science museum, agreed to allow the university to operate the property as a museum. Second, though the university operates the property issue, is required and restricted under the agreement to operate said property as a museum.
Specifically, the agreement states that the university will operate the museum as a natural history and science museum with exhibits and artifacts appropriate for similar museums located in the United States in metropolitan centers with populations of 100,000 or more. Third, the university does not identify the science museum as being part of the university's campus on its campus map. Fourth, Louisiana Attorney General Liz Morrill has clarified that the science museum does not fall under the definition of a firearm-free zone.
The law on the gun-free school zones is narrow.
The Lafayette Science Museum downtown does not fall under it. I want to thank the Lafayette Parish Mayor President Monique Boulet for directing the Lafayette Police Department to refrain from taking actions against law-abiding individuals on the basis of violating this improperly posted gun-free school zone. For these reasons, the Science Museum does not meet the definition of a school campus under the law, and it is not a fire-free zone under the law. Moreover, even if the Science Museum were part of the university's campus, it is not.
The express exception contained in the law protects open and concealed carry in public within 1,000 feet of the science museum as a constitutionally protected activity. This is because in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruin, the Supreme Court held that the 2nd and 14th Amendments together guarantee individual Americans not only the right to keep, i.e. possess, firearms in their homes,
but also the right to bear, i.e. wear or carry firearms in public for self-defense. Based on the Second Amendment's unqualified text, the Court describes this right as a general right to public carry, one that applies broadly and with narrow, rare, indeed, if any, exceptions.
Finally, Louisiana's fire-up-redemption statute, which was revised this past legislative session through the efforts of Senator Blake Miguez, says,
transportation license, or registration of firearms. Any existing ordinance, order, regulation, policy, procedure, rule, or any other form of executive or legislative action and violation of this subsection shall be null and void and of no effect. The government is the governing authority of the city of Lafayette.
The enforcement of the designation of the Science Museum as a firearm-free zone constitutes any form of an executive or legislative action more restrictive than the state law, because Louisiana law does not impose a thousand-foot firearm-free zone around museums. Thus, any action by the government or the local PD to enforce the firearm-free zone around the Science Museum is more restrictive than the state law concerning firearm possession in this location and is null and void and of no effect.
Since the original designation of the Fire and Free Zone by the college PD on August 12th of 24, the government has flip-flopped on whether the local PD will enforce this improperly proposed Fire and Free Zone. First, it was reported that Lafayette Mayor President Monique Boulet directed the local PD to hold off on enforcing the newly designated Fire and Free Zone. Today, however, it's being reported that the Mayor President is going to enforce the 1,000-foot Gun Free Zone stating...
the college pd is not going to enforce the law on the street
they don't have jurisdiction over Jefferson Street around the Science Museum. The reality is, if it's a school, that's the law. The local PD is supposed to enforce the law. However, for the reason stated above, any attempt by the local PD to enforce the newly designated firearm-free zone around the Science Museum would be both unlawful and unconstitutional. Should the college PD and Lafayette fail to withdraw the ceroneous designation of a made-up firearm-free zone in and around the Science Museum,
And should you fail to remove your erroneous signage and online designation, gun owners of America has authorized my office to file a suit and seek all appropriate remedies. Indeed, GOA previously prepared such filings against the city of New Orleans prior to that city's rescinding its unlawful designation of a police precinct station as a firearm-free zone.
And if you live in New Orleans, like I used to, that's in the French Quarter, that's the 8th District, which is right in the heart of the Quarter. We request your response by the close of business on Tuesday, August 27th, notifying us, one, that you have withdrawn your erroneous designation, two, that you have removed the offending signs and online maps, and three, clarifying that there will be no enforcement of any firearm-free zone in or around the science museum. Do not hesitate to contact me.
If it would be helpful to discuss the issue further, or if I can provide any additional information, please consider this letter carefully. Your actions between today and Tuesday will determine who the defendants are in GOAs impending lawsuit currently in preparation. Solid letter. The college police department chief, Tim Hanks, sent this to the clerk of court in reference to the attached documents, more specifically, the letter dated July 24, 2024, and the subsequent filing of the supporting documents designating the Lafayette Science Museum, 433 Jefferson Street, Lafayette, as a gun-free, drug-free zone. We are rescinding the recent filing.

We have new information tonight about a proposed referendum on gun control in Memphis. Last night the Memphis City Council approved measures to let voters decide in November if they support tougher firearms regulations. Well tonight W.R.E.G.'s Alex Coleman talks with the ordinance sponsor and also a state lawmaker about a possible pushback from the General Assembly.
In a decision that's expected to draw the attention of the state of Tennessee and even potentially face a legal challenge, the Memphis City cancel in a bold move Tuesday night, giving final approval to a referendum letting Memphis voters decide in November on a set of tough gun control options.
Well, we're going to allow the voters in Memphis to be able to vote on four referendums in this coming election in November. Your news leader asked City Councilman Dr. Jeff Warren, the sponsor of The Ordinance, why he and others on the council feel it's needed. We had too many of our young people killing each other.

Memphis voters will be asked whether they approve amending the city's charter to require a handgun permit, restrict storage of guns and vehicles in many cases, ban assault weapons sales after January 1st of next year, and enact extreme risk protection orders, sometimes called red flag laws. We're hoping that by letting the voters speak, our legislators can see what we want.
And then we can get them to pass the laws that allow this to become legal. But will the measures face potential pushback from the state and the GOP-controlled Tennessee General Assembly as it has in the past? Republican State Representative Mark White represents Memphis. I have number one, I would be in favor of the requirements of parliament. Item number two, I am in favor of locking up your gun when you get out of your car. And item number three, I want to look at exactly the details of what
Tennessee laws bar local governments from enacting any ordinances or local laws that control firearms in the state, but some are hoping for an exception to the rule. I told not only the governor's office and my own party that, you know, we have unique issues in Memphis with crime. One size doesn't fit all. Yeah, but in this case the idea is that, well, you know, wait a minute, they're attacking the kids and it's like, oh well, oh well, what's your point?
Why are you upset? And it's like, well, maybe there's a good reason for being upset. And again, what it is is the, if they get a busload of kids, you know that so far I would wonder how they didn't get it. Maybe the bus driver was highly aggressive. I mean, if you're a bus driver in California, you got to admit.
First, you've got to ignore all the goofy crap the kids do because you can't do anything to correct them. So, you know, that's a tough part of the job. But that also means you're probably pretty tough to begin with and probably when they tried to roll on the bus, the bus driver just ran over their hind end. I'd like to see the video because, you know, if you think about it, if they tried to take the bus and didn't succeed, it means something pretty interesting happened, right? Which they're not talking about.
So again, yeah, somebody did something, you know, somebody didn't hold to the schedule because that bus was supposed to be taken over. The commies were supposed to have their way with the kids. Well, I should say the criminals. Well, same difference, commies, criminals, same batch. But the fact is that it didn't roll through. Well, that tells me that somebody obviously got folded, spindled, and mutilated that they're not talking about.
Which I think is most likely so That's what I mean, well I mean by drivers you're gonna have to meet aggressive while you try to get on the bus
Remember, that's the big thing. They tried, they didn't get the bus, they were trying to get the bus. And that means that that person wasn't too much of a California caterer, or it just rolled out. It had been done. They'd be talking about the kids that were either slaughtered or sold, or they'd try to shut up about it. You'd hear about it as a secondary story because they wouldn't want anybody to hear about what happened to the kids. On the farther north you get in California, the less commie it is, the closer you get to the Bay Area, it's terrible.
Well, the sad part is, okay, San Francisco has always been a problem for 100 years and more. Okay, it's the center of the toilet that should be flushed. San Diego though was actually pretty decent through the 90s, but like everything else, that toilet flush out of San Francisco and also growing up and down the coast, the ship birds went north and the ship birds went south.
And San Diego is as bad right now as San Francisco. In fact, I spoke many times in San Diego. I actually was one of the first larger events that I spoke at in San Diego proper at the, oh God, what's the name of the beautiful museum park? It was part of, I believe, the world's, it was one of the world's fairs. If not, it was one of the state fairs, whatever kind. It's a beautiful complex.
I mean seriously, it's old, but it's a bit of a complex. Probably I'll probably shit down because the, uh, the league goes all the way from Poland right in there. In Congress, July 4th, 1776, the unanimous declaration of the 13 United States of America, when in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another.
and to assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle them. A decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. I'm gonna listen to it with you guys and see if they have more information on the individual who was attacked in that way by Kami Formia. So, we'll start off with that.

So today I've got probably one of the scariest topics that I've talked about on this channel in a long time. It looks like California is now red flagging people or serving extreme risk protection orders against people and confiscating their firearms who don't even live in California. You might think that this is fake, this is real, and we're going to talk about it today. So let's get to it.
Now speaking of California, post-ruin, there are a lot of new people getting their carry permits for the very first time. And let me tell you, you do not want to go it alone. okay so let's go talk about what's going on here and i want to give full credit to the armed attorneys here on youtube for breaking this story i'm not sure if uh... this person is actually a client of theirs but it was so shocking that i decided to do my own research and see if there's any safeguards in california somebody was to file one of these things if there's any safeguards that protect people in other states and what i found out is there's not there's no safeguards matter of fact the only thing you really have to rely on
is the fact that they may not have jurisdiction in the state where you reside. However, that doesn't stop the initial process which could absolutely screw you over still. Okay, so here's what's going on. So you got a guy in Texas who was red flagged by California. Okay, this guy has not been to California in some time, but he has a family member there. A family member who is apparently schizophrenic. This family member decides that they're going to file one of these extremist protection orders.
Against the man in Texas they go and they fill out the form and the form is very easy. I went to check it out online It's basically just a bunch of check boxes and you could put you know your information there and there the the person the respondents information there you put you know, whatever you think it is that they already own you put why you want them to be disarmed and all that stuff and
but it's fairly easy and just about anybody can do it. I mean if you go look at the list of people who can file one of these against you, the list is extremely long from teachers that you know you might have had. Somebody who lived with you over the anytime during the last six months. I mean it's a very long list of people who can file these against you. It doesn't just have to be somebody who is a family member but nonetheless this family member goes in, fills out all that information very easily
turns it in, there's no fee, no lawyer involved, nothing like that, you don't need any of that in California, they don't charge you anything, and then guess what? The ERPO actually goes through. They filed an ERPO and approved it against somebody who didn't live in the state of California. Again, the guy who lives in Texas hasn't been to California in forever. Well, you might be thinking to yourself, how is that actually possible because they don't have jurisdiction in Texas, right? This is a California state law. Well, the problem here is that
even if they don't have jurisdiction the guy was still served in texas with this red flag so that is now on his record in the state of california that gets fed into the next system and now guess who can't go and get anything from the shop because they read flag pops up in next
Yeah, the guy in Texas. Now the main issue here, and why this could apply to anybody who is not currently a resident of the state of California, is that when a person goes to file for one of these orders in California and they pull up that document, there is nothing on that document that actually says that the person that you're filing against must be a resident of the state of California. There is a spot for the person who is filing the order to put their information. There is a spot
for the responded information so the person that is getting filed against uh... you have to put their name and their address obviously that would show that they are a resident of a different state if they're out of state but it doesn't say that they must be a resident of the state of california and while again they may not have jurisdiction in the rest of the country because of this state law that doesn't mean that they can cause absolute havoc with your rights if this gets filed again it goes to the next system
The next time you go into a shop, you're going to be surprised. Now, they're going to serve you with it. You're still going to get the letter and all of that stuff. And you're still supposed to respond to it. And it's going to cost money. You're probably going to have to get a lawyer. You're going to have to fight back against it and say, hey, look, you guys don't have jurisdiction. I have not visited California. I have not been to California. You know, you guys don't have jurisdiction to do this. But the problem with the red flag is that everything happens before you know about it, right? You are the last person to find out.
that you've had one of these protective orders filed against you. So it basically goes from the person who is filing it, then it goes to the judge, and then if the judge approves it, then you get served afterwards, and all of this stuff has already happened to you. So again, you as the person being accused are the last person to find out about this, and again, at that point, it's already been reported. And because, like I said before, so many people can file these,
it doesn't just need to be a relative it means that that can even apply to more people outside of the state of california but it just so happened to be a relative in this case and i i find this to be one of the most terrifying things that i have looked up you're telling me now that california is created a law that is clearly unconstitutional to begin with right that take somebody's second amendment rights away before they even had uh... chance for due process uh... and have not been convicted of absolutely anything we were talking about
this person hasn't even had their time in court, right? So they haven't been convicted of anything, but they're willing to take their rights away from their citizens. And now what we're saying is, is that it's happening to people outside of California, even if they don't have jurisdiction, because California knows how to play that game, they know that this is going to cause a ton of problems for somebody, and somebody might not even have the resources to fight back against it. And so it ends up in NICS. It's going to cost you thousands upon thousands upon thousands of dollars.
If you want to try and get all this stuff removed from the system, or you know, you try and fight back against it, or maybe you have to go to California or something like that, it costs more money than most people have. People don't have that kind of disposable income, especially these days, and so the ability to fight it is nearly zero.
And so this is a massive issue. Again, I believe this is the first case that I've seen. I don't have many details other than what was in the armed attorneys video, but it was so big that I decided to take a look at the actual document and really read through it to see if it applied only to Californians and it does not. It applies to, well, it can apply to anybody. Even if you don't have jurisdiction, again, they can still file the order. The judge can still approve the order.
even if you're not a resident, which to me is absolutely mind-blowing and something that people need to pay attention to because, to be honest with you, this is one of the big things that people have been talking about, is that once you start setting these things up, once you start allowing red flags to stand, you're going to start seeing that system be abused because that's what they really want. They want to disarm as many people as possible. They want to confiscate as much as possible.
because that's their ultimate end goal and if they can work around the law in order to do that and that's what they're going to do and that's what we have here so again i just thought this was a huge story guys should definitely go over there and and check out their video as well because i thought it was extremely informative and you know they know what they're talking about but

So that, in and of itself, my hat is off to you, my friend. You've done great for yourself, and I can't wait to see just how far your star rises. Man, I appreciate you, brother. I really appreciate you. Like I said, I don't want to be a politician.
I want to be the Attorney General because I'm invested. I have four small children and I want them to grow up with the same freedom, safety and prosperity and I'm willing to fight for those things and hopefully I think people are seeing that and they're supportive of it. Awesome. Well, let's give you a victory lap if we could. For those who are watching, you might have heard of some of these cases, but I'm telling you that A.G. You saw Mark Zuckerberg write a letter to Jim Jordan saying, you know what, Congressman, yes, I was forced into censoring Americans' First Amendment
because the White House and the FBI made me do it. And that came out because of your lawsuit. Tell everybody what you can about that case so that most people will understand it. Yeah, Mark Zuckerberg, I went to Nuremberg Defense there. Yeah, I mean, look, we had the case Missouri v. Biden, the most important First Amendment suit in this nation's history, where we did preliminary discovery to get a preliminary injunction, 20,000 pages of documents, numerous depositions that revealed
coercive relationship between the federal government and the big tech social media oligarchy to silence, guess what, conservative voices, only conservative voices, but they wanted to silence our voices and drive us from public discourse. They were effective at doing that. The case has been on hold for the past year because we've been sitting at the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court found that the censorship did occur, that the government coerced big tech into silencing our voices in violation of the First Amendment.
But the court found that our evidence only extended to the years 2020-2021. Well, that's because the case has been sitting on hold working through the appellate and Supreme Court process. So now we're back down at the trial court level. And just this week, I'm excited to announce the United States District Court Judge ordered Discovery to commence. And we're going to use that Discovery process to root out this vast censorship enterprise and put an end to it. It is bad enough that you've got these oligarchs that want to silence our voices. But it violates the First Amendment when the government
demands that they do it and forces them to do it. It's not just your and my right to speak that's been violated. It's your audience's right to hear. And that's what we're fighting for and that's why we're fighting so hard for it. And I'm so glad you're still fighting that because it's obvious what has happened. I'm a victim of it too. I've been shadow banned. I've stuffed deleted just because I'm a conservative voice.

Nothing's changed. Now he's just willfully defying a co-equal third branch of government at the United States Supreme Court. This is a constitutional crisis. At what point do we call it what it is? You know, if President Trump or any Republican just defied and willfully blew off the ignored, an order of the United States Supreme Court, they would be pilloried. And yet here,
the media just covers up what Biden's doing when it Biden and Harris are really trying to buy votes in an election cycle and a key demographic so we've we filed suit again and just this week the United States Supreme Court reiterated what they said the first time which we knew they were going to do and put a stop to it I'm not going to let Joe Biden and Kamala Harris saddle working families with Ivy League debt
It's awesome. America's Attorney General is a title that you should just have your own entrance theme to it. Like you are doing more than the other 49 and my hat is off to you. On that path of you're doing more than everybody else, you actually sued the administration to finish the border wall because they were doing other stuff with that money. Maybe give everybody the nitty gritty on that case too.
Yeah, you know, one of the, we live in a constitutional democratic republic where the founding fathers understood it was a timeless principle of freedom that we would have a federal government of limited authority defuse over three co-equal branches of government. And one of the limited lines of authority the federal government has is protecting our borders, immigration law, national security. And what the executive branch, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, as borders are supposed to be doing, is enforcing the laws that Congress passes.
There is an immigration code on the books, Congress appropriated money to finish building President Trump's border wall and President Biden and Borders R. Kamala Harris said, we don't care, we're not doing it. So we sued him, took him to task, and we have won that judgment is now final. They've got to stop wasting your and my tax dollars on infinitely aggressive environmental studies and instead put the shovel in the ground and start finishing building President Trump's border wall. This is a huge win to
force the federal government to do their job force Kamala Harris and Joe Biden to own their absolute failures to abide by the mandates of Congress. It's good to see that they're losing so much. It's awesome. The next one that folks will probably get fired up about is the amnesty deal where they were going to give a free path to a bunch of over a million illegal immigrants to just make them a citizen just because, well, we know they wanted them to vote for them, but you fought that as well.
Yeah, it's bad enough that Joe Biden comes into office and abandons the Trump era policies of the border that worked. Like arrest people, detain people, remain in Mexico, build a wall, like stop them from getting here in the first place, and then we won't have as many problems with human trafficking in fentanyl. Instead, they abandoned all those policies, but they went one step further and hung an open sign at the southern border by perverting the law. It's called the parole process. So there is in the immigration code,
uh... federal officials are allowed to parole individuals for a limited time limited purpose and really the idea here is that if you've got a cartel leader that standing trial in america and you need to bring a witness across the border you can do that for the limited purposes of testifying at trial what biden and harris said was that they were to turn the parole process into amnesty for x number of patients y number of guatemalan z number of venezuelans or nikaraguans
And again, the problem here is that what Biden and Harris tried to do was create a visa program that's never been authorized by Congress. And when I say that's a perversion of the law, they took a limited textual basis to allow individuals in for limited purpose and turn it into allowing large swaths of foreign illegal aliens into this country. We filed suit on that. And again, that's a huge win. That's an enormous win to put a stop to that kind of catch and release policy. We're fighting them.

Actually, prior to that, I was champion for it to get through the legislature there. And it's been a long journey. Biden decided he was going to sue the state of Missouri because, God forbid you stand up for your citizens' Second Amendment rights and stop the encroachment and infringement by the federal government. It's made its way to the three-judge panel this past week in the Eighth Circuit. I think they made a mistake. I read the case, and the grounds that they said no on is just ridiculous.
I'm going to put it in your court. Say what you will, give people a quick rundown, and then personally what you thought about this decision and where we go from here. Yeah, man, look, I mean, we all know and love the Second Amendment. We know that the rights that come to us from God, not man, that are protected by our Constitution, shall not be infringed. The people of the state of Missouri know that. And so they codified the Second Amendment Preservation Act a robust protection of those rights. But the SAPM statute is really as much about the Tenth Amendment as it is the Second Amendment.
As your audience will remember, the 10th Amendment says that any authority not given to the federal government or denied to the states is enjoyed by the states and the people of the states. Federal government, government of limited, enumerated powers.
States have residual power and authority because government is most responsive at the local level. And this is a bulwark against a centralized, tyrannical federal government. And so what Missouri did, our General Assembly enacted a statute, our governor signed it into law, that said, we're not going to let federal officials coerce local and state law enforcement into carrying out unconstitutional gun registrations, gun mandates, gun rules, gun regulations, gun confiscations.
Again, this is merely a codification of the anti-commandeering doctrine that exists in Supreme Court jurisprudence interpreting the 10th Amendment. And the DOJ was incensed. Biden's DOJ couldn't live with that. They were apoplectic, so they filed suit. And we have taken it all the way to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. And a three-judge panel said, well, look, the federal government's supreme. You can't thumb your nose at them.
Well, I got news the 10th Amendment still matters and if states are to retain any sovereignty then this case Must and will be appealed to the United States Supreme Court I'm proud to announce that we will be filing a petition for writ of certiorari and asking the United States Supreme Court to review this and again the question before the court is twofold number one do states retain any sovereignty under the 10th Amendment as the plain text would suggest but also
Does standing matter? When you have a state statute that only limits state and local officials, how can the Department of Justice show that federal officials are harmed? It doesn't limit them at all. And so the court, the three-judge panel at the Court of Appeals really ignored that issue and brushed over it. You can notice how terse they are in the lack of standing analysis. And so those two questions are going to be important for the highest court in the land to answer. Now, where the Supreme Court lately has made it pretty obvious,
that they don't want any Second Amendment cases on an interlocutory basis where they want that final judgment on the merits. Assuming they just display the devil's advocate, they don't take it up right away. Are you just prepared to go the en banc route and go the long way?
You know, I think it's time to forgo on Bonk and go straight to the United States Supreme Court. And again, you're right when it comes to interlocutory appeal, it's the Second Amendment issues. But here, we've got, you know, a merits decision because the trial court judge at least had to determine as one of the elements, you know, whether or not we were likely to succeed, whether DOJ was likely to succeed on the merits. And, you know, standing is always a threshold issue. And again, the Second Amendment, but equally that
10th Amendment. And I can't think of a state sovereignty 10th Amendment case that has come before this court with the current justices sitting on this court that has the magnitude of this case. Yeah, I agree. I just wanted to see what your thoughts were with the way that they've been trending just because it does say Second Amendment in the actual law. So I'm hoping they take it up on the 10th because that's a home run. Yeah, yeah, I think standing and state sovereignty are the major two issues here. And I think those could be dispositive.
Yeah, and especially with the current makeup of the court, it would be a good one for them. I know you're in a ton of cases right now for America. Are there any others you want to hit on?
where they are throughout the system and the updates you might have? You know, we've fought hard to protect women's equality. We won the Title IX suit to stop Biden and Harris from destroying women's equality by allowing men into women's locker rooms and restrooms and athletics and women's sports teams. That kind of stuff is just silly and nonsense. It's a fashion statement that's underpinned by a lot of mental health problems. And, you know, the Biden and Harris administration has no authority to rewrite a law
that has stood for women's equality for 50 years, proud to have delivered a win on that one. But let me say all of this. You know, we've got more than 50 lawsuits pending against the Biden-Harris administration today. And it's because the Biden-Harris administration continuously exceeds the scope of their authority, violates the separation of powers, and infringes upon states' rights and our individual liberties. But the lawsuits are a game of whack-a-boo, right? I mean, they do something wrong. We take them to court. They get told to stop. And then they go to do something else wrong. And we file another lawsuit.
The way to fix this long term is to vote in a new president and vote in President Trump in November. And again, we've got to make this thing too big to rig. And that's going to take all of us registering to vote, partnering with our friends and community members, folks we go to church with, shooting buddies, folks you see at the range, folks you may hunt with. Like, we can, if every gun owner registers to vote and registers a shooting friend to vote, and then takes them to the polling place in November, we will be too big to rig. And I'm encouraging

The franchisee owner wants to close a business in a crime ridden area and move to another area, not go out of business if they just wanna move. They have to find a comparable business
to take over the building that they're in before they can move it. Now, if the business is run into the ground or burned or goes bankrupt because of the theft and the thievery and the damage to property, that's okay. California doesn't mind if you lose your business that way. But if you move your business out of that area without setting up another victim for the criminal to go after, well,
then you can't move your business without paying a substantial fee to transfer that business out of that trouble area. So they basically want you to set up another victim before you can't move that. If you have a large footprint financially in California, you want to move your holdings,
out of California completely. There is a tariff on what they consider to be wealthy leaving the state of California. You got to pay a percentage of your, oh, you got to pay a percentage of your revenue to California before you can move. We mainly see that happen with corporations, but it has happened to a few individuals. We've talked about it on air.
Yeah, there is not an official exit tax, but there's several ways that if you're trying to leave California, they will attack you. They are extorting the tenants who live there.
Let's say you're just a regular person working hard trying to scrape together money to find somewhere to live to find a roof over your head. You got a place, you live in there, you're working, minding your business, you're a regular person. Now the federal government says, okay, let the border be wide open. Your government locally says, hey, let's be a sanctuary city. Let's be soft on the illegal aliens, asylum seekers, riot grants, or whatever you want to call them.
Let's be soft on that and just let them come to Denver is kind of a whole place Now some are going to think that they're going to be fruit pickers in Making the beds like Barack Obama said famously back in the day about the so-called migrants But you got a lot of criminal aliens who are already criminals and their country of origin You see is one thing to come to the country illegally and breaking law makes you a criminal right there
But I'm talking about your behavior before you did that action that's also illegal. Okay? What were you doing in Venezuela? Were you just hanging out, working at the fish farm? What were you doing? illegally, they don't set up shop and do an extortion at its finest. Now, I've been saying that from the very beginning. I've been saying that from the jump. When they bring these so-called migrants over, where do you think they're going to go? They're going to go to the low income areas first.
which a lot of times is the black community. So, Chicago, you're having a problem. In Colorado, you're having a problem. New York City, you're having a problem.
I remember in New York, they were talking about this big dinner or like a food giveaway that happens. They have this big meal and they invite everybody in the community. This is in the Queens Bridge housing projects, right? Really big project, one of the biggest on planet earth, if not the biggest. Now, the migrants come in and they were usher into this place. I think they might have sent two to eight thousand of them to this one thousand project. That's how big it is.
Now when it came time for this feast when it came time for this meal everybody know the resources the people that live there Would get to the place about a half hour or right on time half hour before right on time
The migrants are there overnight like it's a Black Friday giveaway. Now we got clashing, now we got competition. Plus, a lot of them are criminal aliens. They're already gang members. They're already veteran criminals. So they're going to come bring problems to your place, including exporting tenants in an apartment complex for rent. Now, some in the comments before I continue.
Some say it's a good thing potentially because they could pay less than what the actual landlord is charging them, which is ridiculous. Which is totally ridiculous because obviously these migrants don't have any kind of accountability when things go wrong. But I digress, let's continue. That's what they wanted. They wanted a fight within the country to transform the vote.
You don't believe me go look it up. I'm just informing you. It's crazy. It's crazy It's there's nothing they can do to a point where the landowner is having a evict his own tenants because it's getting extorted You don't believe me go look this up. It is happening in Aurora, Colorado More people need to be finding out about this Because this is only working because they got us so divided if we all unite and go against them Then change what happened, but they got us all divided and conquer
We just watching it like the domino effect. Boom this city, boom this city, boom this city. Go look it up. It's getting crazy out here. Stay safe. Stay safe. And it's me, your boy. Now I saw another video, speaking about the migrants and what they're doing and how much they are taking up from American citizens. This one was from Chicago.
Can you tell me what's going on with the migrant crisis here in Chicago? So I will tell you right now, I'm a person that lives on the south side of Chicago and the migrants that have come in, at one point they were coming in and we were feeling very sorry for them because they came in at a time where the weather was cold. So we're like, we're seeing all these people in tents and all this and that. But then we find out they're getting $15,000 in food stamps, $5,000 in cash.
I work for a company, which I will not say, that they're able to come in and they're able to get internet and Wi-Fi and all of this free because guess what? The government are paying their rent for two years. Why is the government paying people that came from another country rent for two years? Can we explain that?
Because it's a housing crisis right now with multiple homeless people on the streets right now that I could follow and show you homeless people that's been living on the streets. So what makes the migrants better from coming to another country that they get all of this? You know what's going on. You are being replaced. Didn't we say it from the beginning? We said it. You're being replaced. Want to open up border?
They're gonna come to your neighborhood and then they'll be the new people that live there. It won't be you. And they'll get a bunch of money. See, it's what I'm talking about, reparations.
It's a foolish topic to even discuss because we have squandered the opportunity. How are you going to get reparations for slavery when you allowing migrants to come in? When you vote 90% for the party, that wants to bring in migrants to replace you. Your cause will no longer be relevant when you're replacing this country. Don't you understand? It's easier to just not have you here anymore and not hear your voice complain about anything anymore.
Then it is to fix or address your problems. So, congratulations, migrants, getting a bunch of money, a lot of funding. I said it as I close. Trump offered the black community the platinum plane. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died?
Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright.

Sweltering heat, but boy, I made out like a bandit.
We went out looking for a duck pond that we saw on an advertisement and ended up clearing another place out, well not clearing out, but collecting, picking and choosing some mighty fine technology that we need for operations. So the 30th of August, it's Friday. It is also obviously, again, obviously, the 16th year of open and in your face Fabian socialist and Soviet.

So anyway, we are on the edge of what maybe a thunderstorm and unfortunately I have a bunch of stuff I still didn't get out of the truck one of things I'm like I said, I'm out like a bandit today I have all the tripods and fixtures and you know reflective umbrellas for doing a complete Studio and it kind of tops off if I'm paying off your patient the matrix delivers
It's all older stuff. It's really cool. Some would even counter weights for heavier lighting if you add it. They're all kinds of neat stuff. It's enough to fill up two of the mobile transports that I bought for this purpose and didn't have enough to fill the two carriers up. Well, guess what? Now I do.
So again, we're going to be setting up a complete lighting broadcast studio the rest of the way. We've got the cameras, we've got props and everything. So I don't know, maybe we'll do some podcast stuff. We'll see what happens.
But the great thing is this is all capable of being mobile. I'm separating by manufacturer. It wasn't separated by manufacturer, but I want all of the same model would together and I'm going to sort out the other stuff that already have. But this includes also lighting fixtures themselves, old earth and the new LED, which is not not great for everything. It's too bright to end. Yeah, I know you can adjust lighting. You can shield it and do all kinds of stuff. Done all of that.
I still like the old studio, slash, theatrical light buckets. They're fantastic. I've got one here on the table that I actually use for a number of purposes. Oh, yeah, and it's a light. But I picked up about five or six of these over the last few years because everybody's getting rid of them. These are the smaller ones.
I have a number of the larger cans and they'll fit right on these tripods along with the LED lighting, along with my other colored lighting, multiplex lighting that I've got. And I even have cases of regular incandescent bulbs in all the shades and colorations I want. So we're going to have some fun with this. And again, old earth technology. I have a perfect place for a studio here with this.
for a full, you know, soundstage studio and we're going to try and work on it as quickly as we can because if we make it before we start shooting, they're ass fantastic. And even if we don't, maybe we'll be working on stuff like this because we're going to need our own broadcasting technology up. We do have everything we need. It's all old earth, most of the mechanical, which is what I want.
That way, there's nothing that can go wrong and it can be repaired quickly or fixed quickly. Also, a lot of the 1,000-inch tripod mount systems are great for other optics. Hint, hint, hint. So I ended up with a whole bunch of Kodak and Crimson, old earth, way old earth, tripods that are transportable but they can be used for field operations just as easily as anything else.
Pay attention guys, there's a lot of stuff out there. As people are passing away or deciding they just want to move in another direction, they're leaving, there's a lot of stuff that's popping up. I, in fact, probably should go back and there's a little short list of things I saw that should be ours. And for pennies they will be. Still looking for the bigger duck pond though. That's what we're going to have to get today. Yeah, I know. As a matter of fact.
So, other things, Quartermaster, first of all, this is why state sales, estate sales, this weekend yard sales, stop at every one of them. Everything and anything can be found out there if you look around, seriously. Anything and everything can be found out there. You just got to stay focused, pay attention. And again, minimize to maximize. Try to minimize the cost. You know, look for the stuff people are getting rid of because they don't know what to do with it.
And we go one direction, I see this constantly. You don't know what it's for. Not my job, tell them. I've got other things, I've got big plans right now that need to be followed through on. This technology helped to make that happen. And it's ours now. It's in our camp where it should be. So, let's see. Also, one more time.

And each one of these backpacks for the cargo frames is going to have two attached to it. I have one or none with some of them, so you just lash the stuff down. Guess what? And the neat thing is you can adapt these to the Alice if you need to, but you can also adapt these easily to the MOLLE frames.
But they're a hell of a lot better built than anything made today. So something to think about there. They're US and by the way, they're date production stamped. So manufacturer and the date of production is on these shelves. Not that that's critical if you're just gonna use them for utility, but as collectors items, yes, they are. So another thing to take into consideration there. Yep, they are worth the effort.
If you're putting stuff in your World War II collection, this is a way to put more stuff that's useful in your World War II collection that you can make money on later if we survive. Well, one way or another we're going to survive. But if we come out pretty stable afterwards, that'd be nice, then there's still things that will be collectible. World War II stuff will be just that much more valuable. Of course, World War II.
Well, American Civil War stuff will be worth a bunch of money too. Nostalgia, memorabilia, don't forget that. And again, another thing here real quick. Oh, no one I didn't cover this during the tour block. We got into a lot of our conversations, which is good. Up at Camp Emmerich.

Don't forget that your family are going to have to be off site, as we always do, but you can use all the rest of the facilities as needed. If you've got to park vehicles, etc., go how that works. And again, operational security is maintained. And that, of course, is at Camp Emmerich this weekend.
I believe there's also going to be people that will be there working because this is the only weekend they do have off other than for work. So they're going to be operating there at Camp Emmerich, installing a bunch of equipment. I don't know how extensive that's going to be, but again, be careful, pay attention, and work as a team. We all know how that is.
Make sure that nobody gets hurt. This is a good weekend for Relaxing and enjoying or doing the stuff you like to do these guys like to do this kind of work And they're gonna do it while people aren't around So we got a couple more culverts going in I think we got another building going up It'll be a supply building often the boonies way in the back end In some of the repetitive positions and so again want to say thank you also the people showing up there In addition, we'll see what else did we have

Remember, I think it's an 80 or 85 percent, and the critical parts all interchange.

In your state? Oh, no. They're in motion. They're in motion here, just like everywhere else. Right now, they think that they're going to tell everybody they can't sell their guns. You have to have approval from the police state. And most everybody is ignoring it because what they just were paying attention because not many people are selling guns.
Because they're keeping up for the conflict That's the most the difficult thing everybody is now realizing including I think the bad guys is well nobody's coming off any weapons because family and you know allies are gonna need the guns that we've got and People are pretty well either either you're a raven flaming communist and everybody because of the face bra crap knows who those people are
Or you got an attitude, everybody's an American, understand we're not going to give anything up, and there's no place for the other side to go. They can beat their head against the wall and pass whatever they want, but it won't do them any good. And again, if they try, I personally want them to. I'm done with this. As far as this goes, everybody that I talk to is pretty much of the same attitude. It's like, how much longer are we going to put up with this?

as collateral base against the money that you handed out with strings. And they go really quiet because you see none of you are supposed to know this. Well a whole bunch of townships and a whole bunch of counties did this. And right now, now that they've read what was generated, they know the writing is on the wall. Well, think about it. Who's going to be pissed? The Fed's going to claim that you will own nothing and be happy and they're going to take the property.
But they don't have the guns. Now, if they'd had the guns, and I think one of the things to think about here, guys, let's just go back to what several times a lot of smart people have asked. What do you think would have happened if Donald Trump had been killed when they tried to assassinate him? What do you think would they would be trying to do right now? They should want gun registry.
All of you worse than that. They would have, they were figuring they could frost at the mouth and that all of these panty waste Trumpite types, the ones that are the, you know, the shallow hells, they would be demanding gun control in their mind. That's what they thought would happen. Because remember, what did Pelosi say? Pelosi said, I ain't they rioting? I ain't they rioting? I don't understand. I ain't they rioting? Well, because we don't riot.
But as I've said a million times, why did she say that? Because in her little sick world, in the sick world of the district of criminals, all they have are yes men around them. And they were told that this is what they were gonna get in the way of result, even if Trump was hurt but not killed. And well, we got the thinkers, they got the stinkers. And so the whole thing went to a shit pie.
Now they're standing there like deer in the headlights and they don't know what to do. Well, I do. They know what to do. They have flies all over. There are so many options they have. I'm sorry, repeat. I said they stink all right. They're so bad they got flies all over them. Well, they're assessed too.
Here again, the problem that we're moving forward is that they have to be even more blatant and there have been some really stinking obvious actions that they've taken recently, the assassination attempt being one. It doesn't make any difference, you know, how it came about because in the argument is that, well, it was a setup. Yeah, it was. I do believe it was a setup. I believe that everybody thought they had a deal. There was a gentleman's agreement on how things would go with this whole, you know, dog and pony show election.
But here's the thing, best laid plans for rats and rodents. You thought you had a deal, but the deal you thought you had isn't the one that they made. And these individuals truly did, I believe, try to kill Trump. I think that he thought he was outside the circle of that problem, and it didn't go the way everybody planned.
It also didn't go the way they'd hoped it would go with regard to his death because you would have a whole bunch of leftists coming out and the first thing they'd be doing is they'd be prattling in the controlled press like Fox News. See, I'm old enough to remember what happened in the late 60s. I watched it on television when they were propagandizing the death of Martin Luther King and don't forget before that they kept referencing Robert Kennedy, okay?
Etc, etc, etc. Guys, remember in 1967 all the propaganda and all the drivel, the anti-gun stuff, do you know who was leading it? Who do you think the three big voices were in Hollywood that were promoting the Gun Control Act of 1968? On the Johnny Carson show, 1967,
All these actors that were supposedly conservative, but they were concerned, guys. They were concerned. Well, Johnny Carson had these actors up on the air, and they were telling the American people how they needed reasonable gun control. Gotta have that big communist, Jewish communist registration system. Well, the three people on the stage there were Kirk Douglas, Gregor Reped.
And who was the third one? Do you remember who the third actor was that was sitting there? Yeah, we're going to have our local series. We got to have Johnny Carson. Johnny Carson was the guy who was the host, but there were three actors, one after another he brought up on stage.
And each one of them told you how we needed the Gun Control Act of 1968, even though it's a direct right of the National Socialist Gun Control Act of 1938, virtually word for word. Who was the third actor that came up on the stage? Do you remember guys? I do. He was a, I'll give you a big hint, he became like an NRA president.
He held a flintlock rifle over his hand and said, from my Colton Heston. Charlton Heston was up there on the stage preaching and telling you, by the way he had also a very big machine gun collection. And of course he would keep his guns no matter what they did about taking your guns.
Now understand the Gun Control Act 1968 included originally, and it's the one that he was promoting, a whole bunch of stuff about taking your guns straight from you. Kirk Douglas.
Gregory Peck, all these solid actors who, by the way, are actors, and Charlton Heston were telling you all about how because of all how terrible things were, we just gotta have the Gun Control Act of 1968. Why don't he turn his in?

supplemental components. In other words, a lot of that, well, those weapons are pretty much copacetic to being able to run if you wanted a mixed stable in your inventory, right? You'd be able to pretty well slide some of that from one to the other without any complication. Yes and no. In the TP9 series, most of the crossovers stay TP9. The Mettays,
And the rivals are a little bit different. Some things are not interchangeable. But if you stay usually within the series, then you're going to be good. And some things are a little bit different, like the rival steel. Its barrel is not interchangeable with a polymer rival and vice versa. It cuts the gun slightly out of battery.
But a lot of the parts are interchangeable. Canik is really good on their packaging about specifically stating, and even on the website specifically stating which models it will fit. Parts for the Meccas also usually are interchangeable with the Elite models. So like the Elite Combat and the SF Elite.
But most people just need to read the package really careful to be sure that the model that they're trying to swap it into is compatible. Now before going farther, you've got a web page. Anybody out there listening? If you're looking to actually put a holster or you want a theme holster? You can pretty much do anything within reason, right?
I guess more recently we mostly focused on outside the waistband. Right. Like competition gear or I guess kind of like outside the waistband carry. But we can also build inside the waistband options. We build for, gosh, 50, 60 plus different gun models.
We've got, we specialize in canics and we have canics with and without light. We have pretty much, we have every model available for, to build holsters for canics. Light bearing options. But then we've also got Glock, M&P, HK, Walther, Fig, Farr.
We've got posters for lots.
So the specialized because we have something changes technology-wise it's a little hard on switching out. Those we do not really cover. But we have for CanX we probably have over 15 different weapon like options for holsters and our level three options for CanX.

We're not a consistent, you know, the forestry in the private sector has been very eclectic at best. That's the only way to describe it. So having the green range as the option or the direction to go is makes more sense.

One color doesn't do everything, but it seems still that the base OD green line is probably the best choice for a lot of what we're doing out here.
