You're looking at a brand new vest for $360 and in whatever size you choose and in whatever color you choose. But it's more money. Now again, again, everybody's asking, well, would you take steel or ceramic? I carry whichever it is you threw at me. There are advantages to steel and disadvantages. With both of these, once you start moving upscale, let me give you an example. The battle weight on this vest is, I think, 25 pounds.
So, as I've said before, when you're looking at this kind of armor, and again you're talking higher protection, which is cool, you're looking at basically carrying a bag of dog food around. Now, in fact, for some reason, I don't know, here we go, yeah, I was right. Hungarian military issue, made in Hungary, polyester nylon construction, Kevlar polyarimide fiber inserts in body, shoulders, and collar, ceramic front and back plates, 10 by 12,
Adjustable hook and loop side straps for good fit. You do want a snug fit. You don't want it flopping around. And total weight, 25 pounds. You're carrying a bag of dog food. Just that simple. And by the way, with steel plates, you're doing basically the same. Except that most of the steel plate carriers do not have the supplemental armor, which is why this, again, with the ceramic plates and the supplemental armor are integrated. This is a true integrated system.
Also, remember, then you're going to put your assault vest over top of everything. So it's a separate freestanding system, or whatever system you're going to choose. Suspenders with a TA-50 or a 56 or TA-90 gear, whatever.
But it's a lot more expensive. And again, the steel plate solution where you buy the plate carriers and the plate separately right now for between $140 new to $140, $150, and $160 for used but little higher grade of protection. And then go with the outer vest or go with the other vest with the tactical rig. You're only looking at $200, less than $200 actually, and you end up with comparable protection.
Now, steel plate armor is available. In fact, like I said, sportsman's guides did get a bunch of other odd armor in. You've got to go through the page and peruse it every once in a while. Some of the other things that they got in include the Hungarian armor that I mentioned and also pretty surplus police ballistic vests, which actually are not a bad little rig because they're relatively casual.
They're comparable, I believe, really by the sound of it, to the Flakstab vest that the NATO model that we're talking about. But these are more of a police over vest. You've seen British police all over the movies and newsreels, CNN, et cetera, wearing this rig, wearing this equipment. Now what they're saying is there's no guarantee of what model you're going to get because there's a variety, quite a variety.
So apparently somebody has released into the market. We've got Hungarian. There are several models of British. And there are several other models of German NATO that just came into the country that were not here a couple weeks ago. Actually a week ago. So there are some additional options. Each one, let's put it this way. If you can't afford a lot, $63 gets your butt covered. It gets something on your hind end.
Then you can either upgrade or look at it this way. This is your casual utility armor for bumming around. That's one of the things you can do with it. You just wear it, put it on, put your combat rig on, and you've got some protection. You want to go more sophisticated, you're carrying a heavier bag of dog food if you do. It's that simple. So remember, that's the disadvantage. I've said for years, you know you start throwing the armor and the extra light this and the extra light that on and all your other extra light gear, and real quick, you're not very extra light.
Okay, so remember how fast can you run?

What happens at the end of the movie with all of the characters on the other side? They get hunted down and shot. Remember there was some really strange music was played for that though, wasn't it?
It was kind of operatic, right? Did you watch what Trump and what the Republicans played? Which is off the wall, number one. Although the piece is interesting, the opera that was played, the song, is not
Outstandingly popular. Okay, it's in the repertoire if you were to have a Grand Opera in like Detroit and they were doing you know operas through the season They might randomly pick that particular opera because there's only somebody out there you can really perform
And they do have to change things up. Sometimes they don't. Certain operas are just traditionally popular for a certain season. So they play them. They play one, maybe out of three or four, and then they'll rotate that even a little bit. But the end of the movie, all of the people who tried to, who were part of the plot to kill America, well, in this case, they were just going to start a war and get a lot of people killed.
They all get hunted down and this music is playing and go back and look at the, take a listen to the opera piece that is played at the end of this Trump thing and it's that song that was played after the attack and then somebody's following up with their revenge.
Well kind of a mess. I mean there's a lot of music. I've argued all along It's like there's a lot of music that should be played out there, but guys
Now I want to point something out. The whole thing with clear and present danger was to try and suck up and lick the ass of the Israelis because well, you know, the Israelis, they stole all kinds of stuff from America. They made their own nukes and then they lost a nuke and then somebody found a nuke and in reality it was the Israelis fault we got nuked. Oh, we're not supposed to think that way. Oh look, you know, because towards the end of the movie, where did you get the bomb from?
and the response back from the information base from the anonymous person is from you. Okay? So it's the Jewish mob, one of the facts of the Jewish mob, you know, basically fighting over who's going to piss on us, Goyem. This, in reality, what it's all about.
Well, at the end of that, the song that was played that was that vendetta scene, it's not famous for anything else. It is kind of a closure. It's a, what is that? It's a fourth act? God, I'd have to look at that again. I actually, I've, you know, I played, remember I played percussion. This is some of the stuff that we actually played in orchestra. The kind of things we'd play in orchestra.
But I think it's the closing slash the fourth, I want to say the fourth act, but I could be wrong, of that particular opera. And so it's not inappropriate for it to be a closing piece, but the fact that it was used as a revenge piece and played when it was, that's, guys, remember, they love it when they can send a message
and everybody who should be in the know understands what it means but everybody else is just going like, oh it's opera music, it's okay but well not really into opera, oh well blah blah blah, yeah it was kind of a weird pick. Why did they do that? And by the way it was a live performer. This wasn't a small task.

And like he said, I'm sure there are other people doing the same work right now with better equipment. But even with basic technology, it is easy to identify and plot the signature of the different weapons.
The most obvious is the fact that they're downplaying the guy who got shot high in the bleachers. And it's not likely, although it's possible, but the problem is that there was enough energy that the person that was shot at the high end of the bleacher, even after the bullet passed him,
It struck and appeared to shatter or again create a Fragment spray when it hit the rail after it passed through him on the far right side of the grandstands behind Trump and In fact at the highest point just about not quite but almost the highest point on the bleacher Now that the trajectory of that bullet if it was there's no way it would be a ricochet
A ricochet, once you get your first pan on a bullet, let me help you understand here, you can get a bend in a bullet and because the grandstands may be more modern, they may have been made out of aluminum, I don't know, I would assume they probably were because they look like they're mobile, but they're not armor, not in any way, shape or form. The only thing that would deflect the bullet is the angle of approach after, let's say, it passed through a person at a lower height.
A lower position, maybe more to the base of the grandstand.
that the bullet might pass through that person and then could scud into the panel and there's just enough of an angle. It's just deep enough that it could deflect the bullet up. That's not very likely. And if it did, there isn't any good energy left in that bullet. It's gonna tear up somebody else. But it's not gonna tear up somebody else, pass through that person and visibly can be seen as it shatters and it expands and disintegrates on the rail.
In other words, in theory, it hit somebody else. When it hit on a steep angle, went up into the high end of the bleacher, hit the guy in the side, and then still pass through him and then hit the rail. That's a whole lot of billiard balls, and you're losing a lot of energy with each impact.
First one not so much, but after that, oh hell yeah, if you hit a hard object, it's more likely your biggest concern is that you've got a spinner or a pancake after it hits flat surface and then it tears the living snot out of you. That's the thing. It'd be more devastating if you got shot directly by the bullet. You'd prefer that because even with the possibility of pitching yaw with the bullet, if it hit you,
If it's traveling at, say, 1800 or close to 2,000 feet per second and it flattens or it divots, in other words, it bends, the bullet bends, when that hits, it's gonna, it can go in your shoulder and come out your bung hole. It can go anywhere. If it's scimitars, it's just gonna come in and because it is just a big flat pancake, or at least a small flat pancake, what's gonna happen is it's gonna chew the hell out of you when it comes in, probably stay with you.
It's not going to have enough energy to continually move through target, but it already hit a target. So the second one is a double plus in terms of shooting situation. Unless it's an ally you hit with the second one. I've told you about Watch Your Backstop. In this case, everybody was fair game out there within reason for the bad guy that was shooting or in this case bad guys.
I want to get back to something I started talking about and then we got into something else here. Limited medical. If you go to an event, it's not a big deal to carry a compress and a tourniquet, which is more important. Well, if it's a choice and you only could carry, you only figure you carry one thing, which I don't see why you just carry one thing, I would for sure carry a compress.
The Israeli ones are a little bulkier. They do make them in a four and a five inch. So take your pick and you go one way or the other. There's Chinese port copies, so they're cheap.
I would also recommend still that if you don't do a regular, you know, tourniquet, say one of the commercial with the windlass, at the very least carry a rubber band tourniquet, you know, in your pockets. Now it takes up no space. You can roll it up so it's nothing. But a cinch wraparound type will get the job done in a hurry.
I would go so far as to also say if you can carry a clamp. Now like I've told you before, a lot of times, not all the time, but traditionally for the longest time if you've known me for decades, you'll see me wearing a multi pocket vest. They call them hunting vests, but these aren't. They're more of a tactical vest in that they have lots and lots of pockets, usually come in any number of flat colors.
Black is good because it's you know blends in with everything else you can wear but other t-shirt or a dress shirt underneath put the vest over and it looks kind of normal, but you can carry a lot more junk and Always I carry a compress front left if you're ever looking and I was wearing that and I'm down Front left top there will be a compress lower left. There's another compress. There's also a clamp There's also and when I say clamp I'm talking a medical clamp and I would suggest that
Although, again, if all you want to do is grab some dollar stuff because it's what you can afford, do it. But invest in a good, aggressive surgical clamp. You want it serrated, you want it to be able to bite because if you're trying to clamp off an artery, it's like slippery, it's slipperier than an eel. Let's put it that way. It's like combinat- it's really resilient and stretchy lasagna.
Think about it that way. And again, remember, your circulatory system is trying to get away from you, so to speak, not you, but if you say you're the medic, because if you have a traumatic injury like that, your circulatory system contracts and compresses to try and stop the bleeding. It's part of a natural defense system. You're all the way down to your capillaries and all the way up to your arteries and veins, but your arteries and veins typically can't do enough. And even when they do,
It's like most everything in our physiology. It can emergency respond, but it is a trauma response issue and it will only last so long because there's only so much limited energy with that organ or muscle or whatever in terms of its ability to perform that little short task. That task into whatever degree. It's going to be a very short time and it's going to release. This is always especially important to remember when you have traumatic amputations.
example, people wonder, I've always when I was a lot younger I had wondered how the hell do people get their legs cut off by a train and they live? Or you know their arm cut off by a train. Well then somebody kind of explained to me that well, God was a doctor, as a matter of fact, he goes well, number one you have the clamping effect because it's like a big pair of scissors only the aren't scissors and it's not sharp and it crushes that area while it's cutting it.
Number two is your body's physical response is that the circulatory system will perform this contraction process at every level to try and keep you from bleeding to death, part of the fight-flight scenario with regard to how the body responds. But neither your fight-flight adrenaline nor these physical responses will last for very long. So it does buy you time if you're the caregiver and somebody is hurt like this. Not much. When we say buying time,
We're not talking minutes or hours, although in this case, as was pointed out, when somebody typically has had been run over by trains, they can lay there for 20 minutes to handle, sometimes 40, and the leg, even though it's been severed, the person won't bleed to death because it's been so well clamp cut, and it takes time for the musculature and the circulatory to release, then you bleed to death.
It's just a little hint there. So again, immediate treatment is always critical with these types of injuries and it doesn't have to be an amputation. In a situation like this, they were pretty much overwhelmed almost immediately, even with limited casualties. One of the things that you have to admit, and I mentioned this about the nature of patriots as opposed to the peasants that usually are out there, there was no panic stampeding.
In fact, most important, and it's true because I've seen it myself, I've watched people's stampede run right over their own children. Now, mostly they can't help that. And I mean, I've looked right at it, watched it as a human wave. Literally, it's like a dry, gulch flood in that people just get crushed under other people's feet. And it's like a mulching machine, or it's like watching a harvester.
And kids, women, first to go because they don't have as much mass and it's all happened so fast you don't have time to think about it. And besides that, if it's hundreds and hundreds of people, the ones in the back push by mass, the ones in the front, they have no choice but to move.
Even if you try to stop or not move doesn't make any difference the mass of hundreds of heifers pushing all at the same time and Not being thoughtful for what's happening. They will in fact, they'll even crush and suffocate themselves
They'll people have done that many people in fires have run to fire doors the doors have been chained 30 40 50 60 people pile up if they'd step back they could have probably you know unsecured the doors and they should have been secured in the first place, but By the nature of the panic and you know again the you know mindless panic rather than thinking The individuals end up not being killed by the fire But either crushed or suffocated by the dead weight of the other people around them

They weren't really trying to create casualties. They've thrown all the cookies in there to try and bend your brain away. Oh, he was trying for a massive it. No, he wasn't, because if he had, if he got more than five rounds off, even with that sniper, he'd have been spraying and praying. You'd 30 rounds, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. He was specific, at least in whoever it was that was the first shooter, and there's the problem.
was very specific in their mission and it wasn't all the rest of the peasants at the palace, it was the king. That's who they were after, period. Anything else is bullshit.
It's just like the lying sacks of BS talking right now about, oh the Iranians, all of a sudden the spin doctor shysters, the liars, the kosher mafia filth that's all through our system, were immediately trying to perp out and play out some way to misdirect everyone. Piss out in this crap with the Iranians. And piss out he asks any fool that opens their mouth on that, what do you think? You just shut up.
Everybody, what gets me about this is everybody accepts this idea, oh they're trying to, you know, they lied about Trump, okay, and they tried to, you know, they tried to charge Trump, just like, yep, they did, and they went into a canker report, yes they did, and he's still standing, and well, and they tried to kill him, oh I don't know if they did that, what?
Everybody has seen progressively step by step. The monster works in a very particular way. It's got a shoe size IQ. It's mostly unthinking. It's a power grabbing, you know, creature. It knows no bounds and you've seen that in what's happened in the last couple of weeks and more.
Now granted this is against you know fighters at a tier that really is you know, like you're looking up from the from the boxing ring there they're up there over there in another strata and Mostly as they will say again not to my circus. Those aren't my monkeys Why well because in reality they don't really work too much about as they understand what power is and right now one group of the kosher mafia is trying to Snuggle in and rest power so they can start sugar daddy pocketing things

The big thing here again is to be able to treat yourself first, but remember if you're not injured, absolutely we utilize the material on any other patient. Obviously first as closest as they say. In other words, everybody just take care of the person that's near them, buddy system. The problem eliminates itself pretty quick with minor injuries. Major injuries, that's where then whatever medical support is available is gonna flood to and can continue to flood to first.
The big thing here again is also to extract yourself from the environment so as not to be a burden even if you were injured. Although they may want to know about your injury, I'm sure they do. They want to find out if you saw something that they may have to kill you for because you might be a witness. Oh, did I say that? I'm sorry. First rule, extract yourself. Unask the AO.
Don't panic, step back, pay attention as you're moving everybody eyes all around. Cover and concealment. Cover and concealment. What will put blockage if you can immediately identify any shooting situation? Very quickly it's pretty obvious where the bullets are coming from unless it's a shooting gallery and... Well, maybe too late. You're in the wrong place at the right time. But in this case, the idea is extract yourself perpendicular to the fire. If you're seeing bullets pass in front of you in a stage like that, you saw them coming from the left and a person drops and another person drops first to the left, then to the right. And it's obvious that you can identify the incoming trajectory of the rounds.
You extract yourself perpendicular 90 degrees while trying to put material between you and the direction of the shooter because they may turn and look for other targets.
If you can line up, if you can identify a threat like that, first is to line up the densest, heaviest object between you, and that can be a building by the way, and the shooter, and then move away from, first move perpendicular, but then move directly away from the shooter. Don't try to continue to move across the path of observation. Your perpendicular motion should try to take you to a position where you have cover.
preferably cover and concealment. Upon doing that, you then move away from, you put distance between, not moving left or right, parallel, or I should say perpendicular, but you move parallel with the bullet path for the purpose of putting distance between you and whoever is doing the shooting. And preferably again, while blind-siting, you have to do some math on this. Logic is, get low.
stay low. Don't ever stand back up. Stay low, observe, move, stop, observe, stop, move, move, move, stop, move. Each time you stop and even while you're moving, you should be observing constantly. The other thing here again, and again, I can't, it's amazing that more people weren't hurt. It is very, no, well, okay, let me do something here. The people that are addressing the small arms fire.
are addressing it based upon physical reports that could be identified. In reverse order, remember, as I pointed out, and I noticed that they're trying to rewrite or re-explain what you're watching, and I saw this, I've watched it a couple dozen times to be safe, those characters up on the roof responded. They abandoned their gun after they took fire.
They never recovered from that. They never properly recovered to engage anything. Now there's all kinds of discussion. They're trying to point everybody towards this individual who's a former sniper and oh well, they were, they didn't have never been in a firefight. Okay, hold on here. They took fire. How could they have taken? Let me, let's back this up and listen to what's going on.
How could they possibly be taking fire when all of the supposed shots fired could be heard? Go watch that roof. That roof video is the most critical. Yes, I know, I keep harping at it for a couple days. There's all kinds of other things to watch. The one thing that defines the fact that there was a multi-exchange is the fact that the characters on the roof were, you know, doing the duck and jive.
All of the shots that could be identified that show that the shooter was engaging a target came from the in the first few seconds and even though it may be from three different firearms to at least, okay? It all happens before the individuals abandon their gun. They don't abandon the gun, come back and shoot. That's not what happened at all.
And again, since all the fires had taken place, count the time between all the fires taking place. The individual who is the shooter, the sniper, is flat on target. Count. And then he immediately moves away from the weapon. The spotter ducks and takes cover. There is no audible excuse. There is no signature
that demonstrates a reason for him to take cover. Does everybody understand that? And the bullets all got there before the sound. It's not like, oh look, the bullets are, you know, and then the sound kind of, we're only talking 130 yards. So time on target, now sound on target is right there, that's just all there is to it. Crack, you know, boom crack, boom crack, boom crack, boom crack. Proper order.
So the other shooters, the other professional government or foreign Israeli government shooters were in whatever location. We'll never really probably find that out. And the other question would be, like I said, is there damage to the roof? If there were bullets that hit the roof, possibly, I mean, even trying to take cover behind a steel roof like that, unless there's a girder or something underneath, yeah, there's panels of either plywood, sheet metal,
It could be heavier gauge steel, it could be paneling, some proof paneling, and then on top of that you have whatever your weather panel is. In this case it was a steel roof. But the fact of the matter is there's not that much under there to stop a high powered rifle, not to the point where it wouldn't at least come through the other side and visit something or carry on down range to dead space. So they were fired upon.
Who or what? Probably never know now. Plenty of time. They've had all kinds of time to burn, erase, shred, bury. How many times have you seen the feds go out and bury stuff? Or alter the evidence of the scene so that nobody else could do an evaluation of it for obvious reasons because they're formulating a lie.
And if these lies are not new, this is stuff we've seen for decades and everybody goes, oh, this is FBI of the Biden. No, this is the FBI and the way they've been for all my life. Same with the rest of these turds. So anyway, another thing about medical is, yeah, somebody's asking, well, what about smaller bandages? I should mention again, as I said, two by twos, four by fours, whatever you want to, spares of anything like that.
A couple of small roll gauze, basically you can carry an iFAC in a vest without anybody even knowing you got it. I carry everything in that vest, plus I still carry, again, clamp, I carry a multi-tool, I got matches, I've got do-it tools and items for doing MacGyver repairs. You know, a little junk that I know I always use and will always be handy.
So it's not a big deal, but at the very least you can put this on a pouch on your belt. But the big thing is to put it in your pockets or put it in your jacket or use your popcorn pockets or your pants. It's out of the way. It's not always, you know, critical. But when you need it, you got it. That's more important than anything else. It's there. Another thing again,
In your vehicle, you should have some form of medical and it should be serious medical support. Build up a couple of basic IFAX, throw in a few other tourniquets, additional thermal blankets, throw away types. You can leave them on somebody and walk away or let the hospital ambulance carry them away. They may not, they may throw your stuff off and put theirs on, that's fine.
But it's the idea that's why you buy cheap because if it's going to go somewhere else, you'll never see it again. If you're going to use it, it'll work well enough for you. Just doesn't work well enough for somebody you're helping out. You don't know. It's good enough for what it's for. I just picked up a few more of those. I've got a source from one of the wholesalers. I can buy them by the hundreds of thousands. And it's a lot cheaper than the over-the-counter.
And I just did. Just picked up some more and as a matter of fact I just stuffed three of those medical pouches I told you about and the grenade hanger pockets with compresses, surgical seers, you know, the EMT shears, one in each pocket, forgive me, one in each three pocket pouch and in addition to that, the usual fare, including one of those thermal blankets.
So basically it's a supporting IFAK for the regular kit the dock would carry. Although it carries three, it can stuff four of the smaller Israeli type dressings, the Chinese ones. You can put two of the roll gauze sets in there. In addition to that, a blood clot and also what I do is a sucking chest patch.
I got two of those in there. Each one of those has two patches, one front, one rear. Remember, it goes in, goes out. Just things to think about don't cost much, but once you got them in the kit, they're priceless. So that's one thing that should be a priority. Okay, we're almost to the top. It is 547 right now by my French night bomber and matter of fact, I better add some wines to this because this is not a self-winding device nor is it electric. This is an actual military clock from World War I made by the Swiss for the French and then captured from the French by the Germans. I got this funny feeling it was first used at a French night bomber in the middle of World War I.
Then I captured after the war when the French were overrun, these were used in U-boats. You even see them in certain news reels where they're actually winding this particular type of clock up. Used for plotting and also used by the torpedo crew for launch and again, listening for or watching the clock and guesstimating time to point of impact.
Kind of interesting so clock has a lot of history seeing a lot of things but God knows how deep in the ocean it's been And how high in the sky but one way or another it was part of both Two different wars and now it survived me and things don't survive me very well So it's doing pretty good considering I haven't killed it yet anyway On that note timepieces
Somebody was asking where can we get self-winding or wind up clocks slash wristwatches. There are a bunch of sources out there guys. You do not have to have a top-end watch for it to work. Most people don't. But there are a lot of nice Russian, British, Spanish or some nice... every country to a degree except for America.
We're all worthless. Our country barely knows how to do anything anymore. We got to buy it from a third party or we're dead. And even then we're dead. But the fact is that there are some really nice foreign well-built watches that are still being made. The Russian ones was what I would have recommended, but the war cut them off. There are some equivalents to most of the top name brands. I understand that the one Russian model is basically the action itself.

One of the things to remember, at given points you're going to send teams out or groups out, they're going to divide and converge. When they do, some groups may be able to move faster than others. The idea is that if one is ahead of schedule, they don't jump the schedule. And this is why time is important, why time pieces are useful with regard to military operations and no electric, even though I have them.
It's not my first choice. I don't want any more buzz box material out there. I don't want anything running any more batteries than possible. The sensory technology, if everybody yaps about the 21st century and sky-dead, well then you should know that all of your electronics put you at risk. Everything you have, if it runs an LED, it makes a buzz.
Just remember that in fact even fluorescent lights in fact fluorescent lights are worse in some ways because they're even more easily detectable because of the transformer but LEDs light emitting diodes are a significant buzz buzz makers in with regard to Frequency and it's a very specific frequency that's easily tracked and

A rifle marksmanship manual that we've been offering here for quite a few years. It's one of the official marine and regular militia, colonial marine and regular militia manuals for rifle marksmanship. It's the basic course. Guys, you need to know that first. Yes, there are lasers out there. Yes, there's every kind of stinking optic you can imagine. And the personal flavor choice is fantastic.
But you need to know how to use the iron sights first. All of your young riflemen or all of your inexperienced riflemen who have no time with a weapon system need to be taught the basics that are in that manual first. Then you move on to adding to the technology.
The good thing is if you do this and they have to take off or lose it because there's no batteries, the unit's broken, it's run its hours, there's no more oomph in the technology, it finally gave up the ghost, and there's no more being made. Too many mushroom clouds, too many nuclear devices drop back and forth. There's no spares coming up from the rear, quote unquote.
And besides, even if not all the A-bombs got them, and all the H-bombs got them, and all the neutron bombs got them, you know what? Just regular old torpedoes and bombs destroyed a whole lot of planes, a whole lot of trains, and a whole lot of ships in World War II, didn't they? You start talking a world conflict, and everything becomes a target.
Those merchant ships are just slow buggers today. Just like in fact, they're a little faster now than they used to be but they're still slow by comparison to that aircraft up above so dropping on dropping a and even a dumb bomb so to speak on a target like that You don't think that isn't gonna happen. Why? Well, two things. Number one, I don't want to have to go upstairs from downstairs to get what I need if I'm working on something. So all the basic tools that I have are mimicked on each floor.

Prior, proper planning prevents piss poor performance. By the way, these are all pioneer tools. Pick up a grab a pick Matok. Pick up a conventional axe. Hammerhead one side, axe blade on the other. Can be of course a mall, but you need an axe too. Malls are good. That's a splitter. You need an axe because it is a pioneer tool.
A couple of decent conventional point shovels and a couple of spades. At least, go to yard sales. I always go to a resale shop. I got down on the road here. Every time I show up, he's usually got somebody where he's got shovels that are in the dollar pile. The handle's been broken at some point. Well, you chop it down, put a stirrup handle on the end of it, and it's a great infantry shovel.
Guess what didn't cost me what a dollar where to get that strip handle from oh I watch the dollar or the junk bucket boxes and Every time I see the ones that haven't been installed by somebody else in the state sale I grab those put them in my repair kit and every time I get another shovel Oh Look at that got a shovel back. Got the detailing and other colors on some of the tactical equipment that's being retrofitted and also or being brought into the fold. That's another thing we're doing right now. Bringing new pieces of equipment into the fold.
And because of that, again, remember, paint's cool because you can put a coat on, walk away, you got plenty of other things to do, step back a little bit. Shazam! She's ready to go and back to work. So again, multitask wherever possible. It's not difficult to do, especially in these beautiful summer days that we're having. On Cinco di Avlo day, I mentioned 50 caliber and immediately I had a couple of where's the best prices or what's available.
Ammo seek, there's a whole bunch of other stuff out there as your best bet. There's no really great buy anywhere. Prices are obviously up on half inch rounds, mostly because again, 7.62x51 NATO and .50 caliber have been poured into the conflict overseas. People don't need to sell it to us at Surplus when they can sell a top dollar at a battlefield. You know, somebody's dealing with a battlefield situation, they'll eat everything, and they do.
So that's where your competitors are. That's why your prices have changed as much as anything. And you need to keep that in mind when you're shopping around that a lot of what you're getting right now, available in 50 caliber is virtually brand new ammo. You're paying a little more. You're not paying for surplus. Not the surplus is bad. We've got tons and tons and tons and tons and tons of it. But again,
As is typically the case, right now for instance, PMC, .50 Cal is out there in good force. There's still Lake City .50 out there, but that's been being eaten up or gobbled up by those who are in the know who are doing a lot of half inch shooting, you know, blazing away with their guns.
Not many people I think are blazing away with their half-inch guns are saving it for the war now That's why you don't see it or hear as much boom-boom Going on in that respect because they know what their weapons are capable of they're not gonna waste the ammunition They're gonna need for what's what's coming The big thing here again is tracking down like you said, you know, what's available now?
GameSurplus.com because a preview partisan. Yes, they do have PPU 50 cal in there once in a while. They might even have some right now. It is, I think, 10 rounds to a box. I think the PMC is also 10 to a box. I'm pretty sure it is. That is the norm for the half inch rounds. And again, you're looking anywhere from a low end of 395. If you can find it for that still, it's a miracle. Grab it.
Well, shop around. If it's that, you might find something for a little less, lay them somewhere. But the big thing is, take advantage of any deals or discounts you can get. Every penny counts because you're still looking at about hovering at $450 to $475 a round. There is less. There's cheaper.
It depends on who it is. Again, grab the cheapest first, especially if you are wanting to familiarize somebody with your Barrett's or the other weapons that you're using that are .50 cal, Maddy Griffin's, take a pick, whatever it is. You've got to put somebody, put their shoulder to it. They're going to have to put some money forward because, as you know, the cost is what it is.
The big thing here is continue to collect, but I also would recommend investing in reloading in 50 cal. The presses, there's a couple of different less expensive presses that work that will do the job that will handle 50 caliber BMG cases. Single stage, single station press. You run all your brass through in one for one step, and then you run all the rest of your brass through with the other.
and through each step and congratulations when you're done, you end up with a pile of loaded ammunition. The big thing is, again, you gotta find something and it'll be an old press. There are a couple different old presses out there that have been rated very high and have performed very well here in the last several years. So there's good stuff out there. There are good tools out there in the toolbox to grab. I would invest in that. Even if it takes the group of you to do it, I would invest in that.
Half inch rounds pretty much are all, you know, everything you're going to run through here is going to be boxer prime. The only issue is whether or not the cases are going to be heavily stretched. And again, we've talked about that over the years. It's not really hard to understand. But if it's going to run through a machine gun, if the guy is, you know, hot on the trigger, if he does not know how to lift his finger off that trigger once in a while, what's going to happen is the chamber heats up pretty quick. It's just natural. It's what happens.
but it heats up and then the rounds are of course collecting calories as they pass through the chamber. They stretch because the brass is heated. It's ever so slightly, but what it means is depending on how long the burst determines how much energy is retained by the barrel and that energy is transferred over to the brass every time a piece of chamber, forgive me, a piece of brass enters the chamber. I'll get it right eventually.
Anyway, fact is that that's why a lot of the surplus brass, if it's .308 or .50 cal, you got to figure you're going to lose a little bit, which is why it's always cool to make an alternate or a special case up, be able to load something unique by cutting down the other brass and using the brass that's, you know, whatever's left over, resizing it for something else.
Be creative right now. I'm not going to touch on that except that there are a number of different rounds that can be built from scratch using a 50 caliber BMG brass case and they're devastating So it's a matter of you know, we're building up little working knowledge. We'll talk about that another time But again aim surplus for sure Interestingly enough Everybody has some 50 Cal
I heard her certainly does. Atlantic Firearms has had .50 cal because they do carry .50 caliber weapons. Classic Firearms is another one, so you're going to have to shop the gambit, go through and see who has what left in stock. One of the things that I'm being told right now is, well, .545 has been short for a little while. .308, apparently everybody is grabbing .308 right now.
And those who are in the know want the main battle rifle cartridge and the 7.6.251 NATO fits the bill. And so there is a really significant interest in terms of people cleaning the shelves off in certain locations. And we know that was going to happen. That's expected.
It is a battlefield superiority round despite what everybody says. Oh, there's other stuff out there. Yes, there is. But the very common 762x51 NATO makes it affordable. There are all kinds of other unique rounds out there. How affordable are they? What's the cost per round? That's the issue. You know, more bang for the buck, especially if you know you're going into a conflict, and it's obvious we are.
However the bad guys are going to make the move they're going to make, we don't have any control over that. Nor do I care to worry about having any control over it. It's just not going to be, it's not in my sphere. My concern is making sure that I have all the tools in the toolbox that I need and that all my allies are armed to the best of their ability. Right now, first step is getting them armed. And then we can alter or change up that inventory and still benefit by having the additional arms in stock when the time comes.
so that we can fight our battles effectively and everybody can participate because everybody will have a boom toy, something that goes boom. And that is the plan. Anyway, if we're going any farther, we're at 15, no, we're 60 minutes after there. Any questions or any comments real quick? You know, I need to do that more often. I really do. I know the most common, well, I, most common question is do you think this whole thing was real? Yes, I do. I think it was real. I don't believe that anybody has any deal going on right now. I believe that the bad guys are serious about keeping what they've got, power-wise, and it's a power conflict issue, guys. More than willing. Both sides are more than willing to kill each other over this.
We're not in that in that circle. Right now they're looking down at us like, you know, again, this is why they've been so arrogant, why they're so disrespectful, is they feel that we're we can't wrap our brains around this. And there's enough tools that they have to distract everybody to create confusion that they'll be happy with whatever result they get out of that. As long as nobody puts a finger on the real problem right away. And that typically is the case. Everybody is, you know, there's a number of ways you can set up, you know,
progressive distractions that run everybody down, you know, a nain rabbit hole, which of course gives everybody time to scramble from the scene, alter the evidence, and carry on with whatever else they have planned for the next phase. And again, typically with these assassination attempts, if they're serious, then there's going to be three. Now, is the system ready for that? First of all, I don't know that, I'd be quite honest, okay? I've already talked about this several times.
With Mr. Trump, if I were him seven years ago, I'd have never come off my own security. And you know what? It proves out in the long haul that I was right because every step of the way, federal agencies did everything they could to stumble up the Trump administration while it was in. The only consideration with regard to what sounds like a multi-burst, a little later multi-burst, and it's interesting because when they went to a second collection device, another microphone, there is a change in the, there's a more significantly identifiable difference in the five shots. And it is very obvious in the graph
watching the again how the sound is registered that there are two weapons going off and in the same window of time that are the audible now there's one consideration for this now understand the guy who did this he did a really great job I commend him

So you'll hear that, but you get this, it will be that second echo that you can audibly hear because it's close enough and it creates enough of a deflective sound, or I should say that sound wave as it's moving back, that reflective sound wave actually makes contact with the origin sound. And so there you get some variance.
We've had this discussion years ago with other shooting incidents where we've had things recorded. And again, not as much in the way of recording technology as we have now, where there are more cell phones. But we had a similar issue with a similar incident, and there are other things that are tells that you can watch for that you have to peel out of the formula. In this case, that's not what's happening because there are so few
reflective surfaces. Again, this was a semi rural setting. You are not in a metropolitan area. One thing is that if a shooter is in a fixed point, he's on that roof, he's using that weapon, then the report is going to be consistently printed the same in the graph.
And if you watch this, you'll see what he's talking about, and this includes his taking into consideration. Again, they did not alter any of the other background interference that distracts. But since his logic is you're all adults, it's like he said, number one, I don't want to change it. So somebody's going to say we altered the effect of the rounds.

If you had multi-track filter and most people can buy it so cheap it's ridiculous and there's still a lot of the old analog left out there, guys you can break down every one of these things. Every sound, individual sounds could be peeled off. That woman screaming is at a particular decibel level and a particular frequency. It could be peeled right off.
Now, it would not change the graph and signature for a projectile. You know, first the report and then of course the crack of the round passing by the microphone which can be easily is picked up and which it gives you the sound of the report, you know, in a timely fashion passing a collection device or being near a collection device. So this is definitely worth taking the time and watching and listening to.

Granted, they might be from two different weapons, but the perception is that that one object, that one shooter, is the threat. And that shooter is neutralized. And I'm harping on this for a reason because they're desperately, they're gonna burn everything they can. Eventually, we're gonna have witnesses dying.
Because that's what the pigs do. Right now, if anybody's listening, we do have an opportunity. If we protect the witnesses that are most critical, or that would be considered the most critical, and everybody starts to observe, we could capture the operatives coming in to try and murder the individual. We've done that before. Look at them as bait. There's millions of us. There's tens of thousands that are quite serious.
and would have the time and the opportunity, and especially since this is the 21st century, between camera service and support security technology, audio collection to monitor the area, thermal, we've got all of that. We've got everything we need to protect the witnesses. But progressively, depending upon who it is that they go after, if they're smart, they better be connecting with friendlies, and everybody better be watching everybody else's back.

Somebody came in and cleared out a bunch of the different categories at Coleman's and It was pretty obvious. There was a pattern to that because it unfortunately they were trying to get all the same things I needed I'm still trying to doubt all the I's and cross all the T's with our medical Molly gear and by using certain pouches There are a couple of the Marine Corps Coyote Brown
They're not sustainment pouches. Actually, they say they're hydration pouches, but they appear to be hydration like water reserve units. They're not the usual camelback.
What's really neat is they make really good sustainment pouches because they're larger than the sustainment pouch. They're longer. They're the same width. They're the same depth. But they're longer. So since it's Quartermaster Friday, you might want to go take a look at what they have over at Sportsman's Guide. The Coyote Brown, I think they're listed as Marine Corps. You want the used, they're cheaper. Go the used. I already got a bunch of the used ones.
They were a couple dollars, three dollars a piece, plus with the extra discounts, they were less. And for what they are, what we're going to use them for, as is the case with the MOLLE gear, I'm looking for bulk medical packaging for the larger bandages and stuff. The doc's going to have this thing hooked up on his back. These are for the backpack kits.
And this pouch is slightly larger so you get that much more room. I could use a sustainment pouch, but these pouches are probably, I would say, about five, six inches longer, which makes them much more useful for stacking the same size item as, you know, from the bottom to the top.
or doing the long elephant tampon, they just barely fit. They fit. They're a little tight, but they fit. Doing a couple of the military field dressing large. Those are long and rectangular. And these pouches actually fit those.
So, I had two cases left. One case is going to be left cased and still in the barrel. The other one was pulled out and we're making medical backpacks for doc kits. And I committed one case, I think there's only 16 to a case. And so I used all those and packed all of those.
So, just a heads up. Now again, somebody's probably asking, hold on here, well, how do you keep track with the different kits you're making? Well, they're standard. Okay, first of all, but that's a good point. One of the things that I've done is all packaging has a label. If you open up the lid, there is a label note inside.
That's a policy. I do that with any barrels or anything else that we pack. Before you undo a plastic bag or open up something that's sealed, there is a lading, there's a bill of lading on the top and it tells you whether or not you're in the right barrel. Is this mediums? Are these smalls, extra smalls, larges, and uniforms? If it's medical, which medical items are in this particular barrel or case?
Again, we use specific barrels that have specific coloration, so no one can make a mistake. If it's a red cap barrel, it's medical. And we have many, many, many medical barrels. Now, some have different purposes. One of the other things we were talking about here before, we've talked about before, for instance, we do have one or two burn casualty support units.
that are designed to deal with just that problem, not just with the initial burn, but with follow-up. So a much larger quantity of everything in the way of dressings, but specifically roll gauze are in there. In addition to that, additional relief with regard to silver dressings for preventing infection. We don't have as many as I'd like, but I prioritize those together. And then also on the light medical kits,
As I pointed out, we have a particular ID marker that we've established. I came up with it, in fact, we talked about it at the last meeting when we were going to be doing a load up. And the idea behind this, it's a raised surface marker. It's so that you can touch, or if you see it, you know that you don't bother opening it. It is a burn kit.
The idea is to reserve it for obviously prioritizing burn casualties. Part of what's in there though, a lot of what's in the burn kit is also the same basic materials, but not everything. There are very, very specific items that are in the burn response kits that need to be prioritized and only used for burn casualty because the material is tough to access. Not in any good quantities. So again, go ahead, color, jump in there.

One of the things where they start to reduce weight, where they shouldn't be reducing weight, is their water processing system. And that's what I want to talk about. So the water processing, there's some things out there that they sell that make the water processing and the water containers a lot lighter and a lot easier to carry. One of them
Which I have is something called It's a brand name called a vault can be a LTCA This is This is a regular cup Okay, and it's got a lid. It's got folding handles on the side. It's got a ladle handle that you can flip up on the top. This is $49 49.99 on Amazon 900 milliliters, which is 30 ounces the thing I like about this
Aside from being titanium, which is much lighter than stainless, is that the inside diameter will accompany either a 40-ounce clean canteen stainless canteen or a null gene 32-ounce plastic water bottle. The interesting thing about both the clean canteen
And the malgene is that the wide mouth are the exact same size as each other and they're also the exact same size as hydroflask. And there are flip up hydroflask lids all over the internet, Amazon and Ebay for about 8 bucks a piece. And they are much lighter than the clean canteen plastic and stainless hybrid lip that they sell with it.
So, as far as my water processing goes, and I've said this before, people, a lot of people don't understand the process of water processing. You're going to need to take with you, whether it's a long-range patrol pack or an urban combat pack, you're going to have to have some kind of grate that you can burn small amounts of firewood or
small amounts of some kind of tender that you find. The Vulcan holds 30 ounces of water. If you have some kind of pack, like for example, you have the Alice pack. It's got pockets on the side and so does the Molly pack, the US issued Molly pack, which is large enough inside diameter to fit the Vulcan and inside of it the Nalgene
and or clean canteen. If you take a water filter, for example, the Sawyer mini or the Sawyer squeeze, these will last forever as long as you don't get them frozen. You filter the water and it goes into your vault can cups. You're going to boil the water. It's going to take about eight minutes for 30 ounces. You're going to pour the hot water
into a stainless canteen. I like the clean canteen because it fits right inside the vault can. You're going to let the water cool. If you have two of them, that's 80 ounces. While you're letting it cool, you can boil some more water. I personally have a 3 liter bladder, two halgines, and two clean canteens. So that's a total. If I'm not using the clean canteens, which I usually don't, I usually keep them empty.
That's a total of 164 ounces. I'm probably not going to drink 164 ounces. That's more than a gallon. But I'm going to need spare water if I need for washing or something like that. So you've got these two bulb cans, which is not very heavy. You've got the Nalgene bottles that are going to hold your water. After you cool it down, you don't want to pour hot water into the plastic Nalgene bottles or your water bladder. And you also have the clean campaign
40 ounce stainless to pour the hot water into let it cool down. Within 45 minutes you will be able to process 164 ounces of dirty water into clean water. Filter, boil, let it cool down, drop it into your sustaining pouches and be on your way again. So once again, personally, the vault can, those are
900 milliliters, which is about 30 ounces. Those are 50 bucks a piece, but they're very light. They're much better than stainless, much more durable. They double as cooking pots. You know, here's the thing. People want to take a whole bunch of cooking stuff with them. They're not going to. They won't take fuel with them. You're probably not going to. They want to take gas canisters and protein canisters and little
many campfire setups you're probably not going to. So in fact you're probably only going to have as far as a cook setup, a grill, your bulk cans, a long spoon and a fork and you better have a good knowledge of the flora and fauna around you and a small fishing kit. You're not carrying a big tackle box. You're not carrying a fishing rod with you. You might have something very small.
But you want to keep everything light because the lighter you keep your sustainment the more other supplies that are going to be important. And I'm talking, Mark, about after the balloon has gone off. And people need to realize that not everybody is going to be directly in this war. But one thing is going to be for sure. Once this goes and it happens, even if at some point far in the future we are able to
rebuild the United States, it's never going to be like it was in our lives, like it was in 2019. You go to Walmart at 3 o'clock in the morning to buy a coffee maker that you want, and you've got how many different models of coffee makers and other stuff as well. We're not going back there. So people need to realize that whatever you need right now and part of your pack, part of your backpack, part of your long-range patrol,
Probably the most important thing other than whatever weapons you have is water processing because without water you're done and you've got to have backups to backups especially when it comes to water filters because if your water filter doesn't work because you got it frozen you went to sleep decided not to insulate you keep it warm you're gonna have a problem and get a cup dented or You know say it gets shot you get ambushed in your
titanium water pot gets shot. You want to have spares somewhere. But this is the system, as far as I'm concerned, it is the lightest. It's not the cheapest, but being that it's light is the most effective. So, once again, volt can 900 milliliters on eBay, $49.95. Your clean can can 40 ounce.
You can get those for about 30 bucks and then your Nalgene bottles of 32 ounce, wide mouth, those are up to 15, 16 bucks please. Excellent. Real quick, number one, anything that you can get in titanium, if you can find it, buy it, if it's available. The titanium option, there's a couple things here. Number one, there is no such thing as oxidation with titanium.
Once titanium is forged and processed, it sits there and stares at you. Whatever the oxidation process is and the time and duration or the time to degradation is so great that it will never be in a dozen lifetimes. In fact, you bury whatever you have in titanium, a couple thousand years, it might look just like it did when we dropped it in the ground. It's durable, just like you said, lightweight. The biggest problem is nobody's been able to work with it until really this last century.
That's when the tooling technology and the ability to forge this stuff even the Russians that a problem with it But and the Russians sit on most of it as far as titanium goes the other thing real quick I know your response every going to admit Thank you for jogging my memory one of the other things that I took advantage of this year and I've noticed they're coming out a Couple years ago. They really stepped up on the quality of ice fishing tech
And they've kind of slid a lot of the small real technology sideways. So if you're looking for an ultra thin, lightweight, but very strong fishing pole that can be easily stowed, because they're designed to be tiny to begin with, go look at or watch the estate sales and resale shops, but also you can even go to Cabela's. And there's some really nice light tech over in that category. And by the way,
run with a little box of both types of lures, run with the seasonal summer lures, and also make up a little kit with the ice fishing bob hooks. Because the game were in two different conditions. When winter comes around under the ice, they're not developing, they're not in hibernation, but they're in a reduced performance mode.
So the type of lure that works best, if you pay attention to the industry, they've already developed it. And you want a certain number of the wind... You mean like Biden? I'm not sure. Yeah, right. Actually, you're going after a larger fish. Not that crappies and bluegill aren't there. They are. And that's what you're grabbing a lot of. But a lot of the stuff comes out of ice fishing holes. There are people making electric motors for high-end machines by hand overseas. We don't do it here because we act, we have been taught by the public full system to treat it like it's impossible to do without a computer or CNC machinery. But there are people doing it by hand.
Just copying what we've made using simple processes that we used to know and it would be a good idea for people to learn these things because as soon as we get our manufacturing, as soon as we get things back, we can start manufacturing whatever we want. Right, well we can quantify. It's still, it's not going to be as, well we aren't in that respect that, look, well, I'm older. I remember when the 24-hour idea came into play.
I'm that old. I worked for, well, when I was growing up going to school is when the shift took place and all of a sudden people were going into stores, you know, any hour of the night whereas traditionally growing up, if you didn't get to the store by 9 o'clock, you didn't get the product. Plan around 9 o'clock and then it was a big deal when one store, Kmart, went to 10 o'clock. Kmart's open till 10.
Then the 24-hour world visited the rest of the country for a very long time and it escalated quite extensively. I'm not talking about that. No, I know that. Okay, first he's with them, but he's talking about the idea of access and availability isn't going to be there right away, but by God we can get back pretty fast. And one of the reasons is, remember, we're not starting with having to wonder if we can do something.
We already know we can do it. We just have to get the naysayers out of the way.
And the naysayers will fall to the wayside in a competition environment where performing better will determine your viability in the market. And especially this is true even if it is, you know, wired mongery or electronics or whatever. And again, we're going to step away from microcircuitry. That's going to be gone. We're going to be microtech for 99% of what's being used for is purely to profiteer with the people who are pocketing our money.

Chrome that we were using nor for the computer that agent would load and wouldn't like stop everything So we did get that To the point where we were able to use it for the week while I worked on this other machine trying to find out you know What was going wrong with it now that we know it? It's functional, but it shouldn't have any problems after this weekend when I Swap out the fans with whatever we got in the garage
So anyway, I think that's it. That was my drama while I wasn't up last Friday. It's really hard to maintain and run the program when I have the one computer functional one screen in front of me. I can't run the audio or anything like the brakes as easy as I can with having the fully operational machine over here. Let's see.

According to the New York Post, foreign company ownership of US radio stations is not allowed to exceed 25%. Filing acquired by the Post details Soros is asking the Commission to make an exception. Joining us now is FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr. Brendan, I spent 17 years.
a great, great run in radio. And loved every minute of it. But if George Soros gets his way, will they have the ability to basically silence conservative voices? Well, if Soros back group is looking to buy the second largest radio station group in the country, we're talking over 200 radio stations across more than 40 markets. Some of them are in Pennsylvania, in Virginia, in Florida.
The vast majority are probably music or sports, but there is a handful in those days that carry conservative talk radio, including Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Dana Lash. And so I think there is a concern. But Congressman Chip Roy was first to this to sound the alarm that the FCC has been asked not just to approve this, but to approve it on a special Soros shortcut where we're not even going to run the normal agency process of looking at this foreign ownership rule.
And I agree with Congressmanship Roy, the SEC should not be creating this special Soros shortcut. Look, some of these things, voices you just had on, they were silent when Democrats and Congress went to cable companies asking them to drop Fox Island when the Congress had the SEC to reject a conservative purchase of a Spanish-language radio station in South Florida. the local constables of the police went along with this, confiscated his firearms, and he's fighting it right now. But we don't know his name. We don't know where he's at in Texas, just that it's a rural community. Like I said, I was asked to play the stuff from 2A attorneys on YouTube because it's about his case.

But they're trying to make it arbitrarily to where any ad revenue that is produced by social media companies like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google, whatever they are, has to pay
I think it's an 11% which that seems to be like their, ooh, we want this number. 11% tax on their ad revenue. Even if they're not in the state, if their website is viewed by people in the state, they have to pay a tax on their ads, even if they're outside the state. It's a freaking headache.
But again, they're trying to reach out and do this because they know people are leaving the state. They know people are fleeing their action economy that they have out there in California. We do it. There are some good people out in California that are trying to fight for California and try to, you know, stay in town.
I tried to turn things around out there, but it is a sinking ship. California doesn't look like it's going to be saved anytime soon. Might have to let it burn before anything can be done with it, you know? Call the Texas governor. Call the Texas governor. I thought about doing that, but again, I need the infra- I don't know who to tell them to look at. All you can tell them is to go talk to these attorneys because, hey, one of your constituents is being attacked by California.

The other thing here real quick is also Quartermaster Friday. I mentioned this earlier. There's a couple of really good Molly pouches. They're odd man out. I don't know how long the last is Surplus. There's a two-fer pack. I believe the one is over at Sportsman's Guide. There's another company. I do not have the name here. They have the best price on these in the country, actually. Again, cherry pick, not everything they've got is the best price, but they do have some good prices on certain items.
and they're decent to deal with so far. Look around and this is a MOLLE, it's not a sustainment pouch but it's the size of the sustainment pouch in width and depth, front to back I should say, you know, front to back dimension. But it's longer by about four or five inches so it's even more useful than the regular sustainment pouch.
I recommend it, I've already seen it, their Coyote Brown, their Marine Corps, Coyote Brown Marine Corps load bearing kit that they've already been dumping a bunch of. These bags are bigger, they fit left right on the backpack perfectly. What I wanted to do, actually I'm doing this like I said with the medical,
I'm going to hang them lower on the large molly pack, the tack pack that we've already got that's going on the frames with all of the rest of the, you know, the rest of the pouches. And these are perfect for, if you're looking at medical solutions, trying to find something to carry more stuff and not carry a lot more weight in terms of the baggage.
These are bigger so they don't weigh a whole lot more than the sustainment pouch, but they hold, I would say, another half again as much as the sustainment pouch at least. Now, they're listed as a hydration pouch, but they are a good unit. And again, I've already got several of them. I've already packed a couple up. As I mentioned, I'll reinforce this again. What I'm doing right now is we're taking the
200 molly frames. We picked up 200 molly frames as some of the last stuff that came from goblet coordination before iron planet appeared. I'm going to commit all of those to medical battle kits. One of the things I'm going to experiment with is taking the butt packs that were made in the molly. In this case, we're using ACU because there's a lot of the ACU and it's all cheaper.
But what I'm going to do is kind of stack, instead of one big pack on some of these, we're going to stack the fanny packs right up the center, one after another, after another, after another, see how many fit, number one. And we're going to go high on that because I'm going to put a strap system down below. And then I'm going to take two of these pouches, and they're going to be stationed left and right on the frame. Now, we may have to reconfigure this a little bit, but I'm pretty sure it's going to work out.
And the idea behind this is this is a grab and go for Doc with each of the pouches containing a particular element of what he needs. I know there's all kinds of satchel packs that are basically like a pharmacy or like an ambulance on your back. They're pricey. They cost a chunk. The other half of the kits that we're already building are the regular MOLLE backpacks, the regular, the medium or the large.
Adding the pouches, the sustainment pouches to the side of that and then loading that whole kit up accordingly. The only thing about that is that those backpacks typically are a bucket and because of that you got to fish down into things. So one of the things to remember about dock is housekeeping. The medic's got to be able to get to stuff faster. If we're going to have a big chamber in the center, your best, what I've been doing with those is the biggest, bulkiest, nastiest
quantity stuff that can be left in a containment system inside the backpack, means that Doc, you keep reaching into the barrel, so to speak, until it's empty, chuck that box, we put another one in with more of the dressings or, you know, take your pick whatever item it is, along with the larger dressings that will be in there like the abdominals. And these kits are very economical to build this way.
The backpacks are pricier than they were. We were getting them for, you know, song in a dance, chump change. They were cheap, cheap, cheap. They aren't anymore. So now we're looking for seconds. Don't have to be pretty. They just have to work because we're going to war. And they'll serve long enough. They'll serve because usually your medical stuff, although I'm not going to throw anything away, are going to have to be retired to the rear a little bit because they're going to be a mess.
But we can't throw the equipment away. We're going to have to reprocess it. So we've already got some work going on an entire system to help out with the medical reinforcement, slash recycling to get the equipment in and out and back in the troops hands, back in the medics hands as quickly as possible.
