A Brooklyn man has been convicted of 13 firearms charges after being arrested for building his own firearms. This violation of the Second Amendment took place in the state of New York. Of course it did, right? Now I will mention that this This is something the Supreme Court just took up, the Vanderstock case. It's the ATF ghost gun rule. And what they say will influence this case, but what's happening to him will be in the immediate while we wait for the Supreme Court to hear the case and then rule on it. So stay with me on this. Just know that the Supreme Court did take up the ATF's rule, but this is New York's law that's also saying ghost guns are illegal. The jury, on Monday... found 52-year-old Dexter Taylor, a software engineer, guilty of second-degree criminal possession of a loaded weapon, four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, five counts of criminal possession of a firearm, second-degree criminal possession of five or more firearms, unlawful possession of pistol ammunition, violation of certificate of registration, prohibition on unfinished frames and receivers, Two lesser charges, including third degree criminal possession of three or more firearms and third degree possession of a weapon, were not voted on because they think they have enough to just jam them up anyway. Now, Taylor, like I said, is a software engineer. And he discovered the world of gunsmithing during COVID, like many people. And he decided to take it up as a hobby and possibly turn it into a business later. But when the Joint ATF NYPD Task Force discovered what he was doing, in their minds that he was doing this illegally, what he was actually doing was legally buying parts from various companies. Well, when they figured that out, they opened up an investigation that led to SWAT breaking down his door and arresting him. Just listen to his indictment. Bushwick Mann indicted for illegal possession of ghost guns, numerous weapons, both completed and unfinished, recovered from defendant's apartment, including four assault weapons, five handguns, and four rifles. Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez today announced the indictment of a Brooklyn man who allegedly purchased over $10,000 worth of gun parts online to build illegal, untraceable firearms known as ghost guns. Numerous completed guns and gun parts were allegedly recovered from his apartment. District Attorney Gonzalez said, The defendant allegedly acquired a massive arsenal of homemade ghost guns that are as real and dangerous as traditional firearms. By assembling guns from kits, unfinished parts, or 3D printed components, those who possess ghost guns evade critically important background checks and registration requirements, and because they have no serial number, they are untraceable. The surge in ghost guns in our neighborhoods is a major contributor to the violence plaguing our communities, and my office is working tirelessly to stop the proliferation in Brooklyn. Well, how about putting criminals behind bars and keeping them there, you wuss? The district attorney identified the defendant as Dexter Taylor, 51 of Bushwick. He was arraigned today before Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Phyllis two on a 37 count indictment in which he is charged with multiple counts of second, third, and fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, prohibition on unfinished frames and receivers, and one count of unlawful possession of pistol ammunition. His bail was continued at $50,000 and ordered to return to court on May 5th of 2022. The district attorney said that Following an investigation, members of the New York City Police Department identified Taylor as having ordered numerous ghost gun kits and component parts from various online retailers that were allegedly shipped to the defendant's address on Eldert Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. A search warrant was executed at the defendant's apartment on April 6, 2022, and numerous items were recovered, including four completed assault weapons, five completed handguns, four completed rifles, eight lower receivers for rifles, five lower receivers for handguns, four rifle magazines, seven pistol magazines, four upper receivers, casings, bullet primers, and gunpowder to build ammunition and various tools commonly used to build firearms. Yeah. all constitutionally frickin' protected, imagine that. The investigation was conducted by the New York City Police Department's major case field intelligence team and detective investigators for the District Attorney's Investigations Bureau, all of which are oathbreakers. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Michael O'Rourke, the District Attorney's violent criminal enterprise bureau under the supervision of the Assistant District Attorney Catherine Sposa, VCE Deputy Bureau Chief and Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Selah, VCE First Deputy Bureau Chief under the overall supervision of Assistant District Attorney Alfred Delgenese, VCE Bureau Chief. And of course at the bottom, an indictment is an accusatory instrument and not proof of defendant's guilt. Now, Toylick Taylor's lawyer said, Quote he ended up building I believe it was eight pistols and five rifles or six rifles AR style wife AR styled rifles and then eight or nine Glock pistols that he built end quote Are you ready for what this judge said? well here she is judge Abina darka and What Abina darka did was? She disrupted Taylor's attorney several times during opening statements in the trial which is usually a sign And then she had the balls to admonish the defense to refrain from mentioning the Second Amendment during the trial. Yup. Pause. Think of that. This is what the judge said. According to Taylor's attorney, attorney Vargasie, he said that Judge Darca said, quote, Do not bring the Second Amendment into this courtroom. It does not exist here. You can't argue Second Amendment. This is New York. What the fuck? Sorry for the language, y'all, but seriously, what the fuck? Is this Hawaii where the moon bats believe that the Aloha spirit somehow supersedes the Second Amendment? Now, Vargasie said, and I might be butchering the attorney's name, I apologize dude if I am sorry, but he said that he filed the appropriate paperwork to preserve these arguments for the appeal, but the judge rejected those arguments. And then she went out of her way to limit him further. Now, the attorney also went the jury nullification route, but Judge Insano poo-pooed that as well. It's like America doesn't exist in New York. It's like... We need to start hanging around in taverns again, people. We need to start conversing. As for Taylor, he sits in Rikers on Rikers Island awaiting sentencing. He's looking at 18 years for having the balls to exercise his constitutionally guaranteed rights given to him by the creator within the confines of New York. The balls of this man. Now my hope is, all the groups who watch my stuff that I communicate with regularly, g o a second in the family or for those who don't know those are workers second in the foundation parts policy coalition uh... national rifle association national association uh... for gun rights you insert anybody they all need to be chipping in and helping this cat right now because this is a travesty this cannot be allowed to stand it violates everything about being american and for judge docket Take care. And what I've told you about, he just described it. I have explained many times, how many times have I explained on the air that these parasite, Admiralty court pieces of excrement will tell you that they will not hear the Constitution in their courtroom. Well, if you cannot hear the Constitution in that courtroom, where then does the Constitution apply? If the Constitution does not apply in the very edifice where it is supposed to exist in the fullest extreme, which is in the courts of the land, then where does it apply? And in what way does it exist? For what purpose would it exist? Well, of course, in the eyes of the Communists, it should not. And especially for the Admiralty Court horrors, which I have warned you about many, many, many, many, many, many, many times. What you just heard that piece of excrement, that piece of filth, that piece of trash, that cross dressing faggot, male or female doesn't make any difference. time and again, they will act in this way because it is not an American court that you are in, which they can't express. But they do by the very statement that was made by the judge, which is illegitimate. Of course, if we understand that you have to, of course, express if you're going to save yourself in the supposed courts of the land, which are Admiralty Court commerce actions. There are commerce courts, they're not an American court to begin with. They're the hated Admiralty Court, where arbitrary and capricious activity on the part of individuals is the norm, not the exception. And the purpose of the captain of the commerce court, of course, the head of the bridge, telling you all about how any of the laws of the land cease to function here because of the arbitrary action of property and commerce that they're involved in. Now they can't say that publicly, but that's the reason that behind the scenes they would point out, well, I don't need to hear the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and this courtroom. Now the problem with this, and this is always fascinating to me too, Each state in order for it to come into the union must acknowledge and accept the Constitution, well, first of all, correct Peking Order. The Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, the recreation of the Republic through the Constitution of these United States. And the affixed Bill of Rights, which was demanded by the people or the Constitution would not have existed. And that all of the states, each of the contract entities, by coming into the state or by coming into the union must accept the body of the law of the nation and the foundational structure of that is the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights. We have these hoards, these hoards repeatedly will perform exactly as described by Jared, what you just saw here. which you can't argue the second amendment, Article II of the Bill of Rights, it should actually be constantly the Article II of the Bill of Rights. Well, here's the thing, it doesn't make any difference. And again, I don't know what the purity, the focus of this lawyer is, but you file every element of your argument and you don't care if the judge throws it down. Which if the prostitute and the judge are of the ilk that we expect them to be, they are going to. They're not going to accept the argument to proceed. That doesn't make any difference. What's the first rule of fighting in a courtroom? Your enemy, well, Erwin Rommel's School of Court Warfare. The court is the battlefield, the judge, an enemy general. The prostitute, an enemy officer, and your lawyer, an enemy spy. Does everybody understand that? I'll repeat it again. The court is the battlefield. The judge, an enemy general. The prostitute, an enemy officer, and your lawyer, an enemy spy. If you're smart, when you are in any court, you file every and any argument that you perceive needs to be brought forward. And this is the advantage of being pro-per doing pro-per pro se work as opposed to hiring someone to step into the fight. Now, maybe if you're lucky, the person is a pro-patriot author. and will do the right thing. But let's just assume the worst and we won't be disappointed that that probably isn't going to happen. Now because of this, in pro pro say or pro pro or if you demand that your lawyer do so, any argument you come up with, you have them enter into the record. You do not just enter it into the record once. When you file your next group of statements of fact, or whatever brief, whatever filing you're going to make. Whatever you wanna call it, it doesn't make any difference. Pile them on because you're preparing for the betrayal that is inevitable in the court as the horrors all ignore the body of evidence and the law. And follow through as ordered by the spit swapping ring knocking horse last prostitutes that make up the court system. And by doing so, you see remember there's something, let me remind you of something if you've ever been in a court of law. After they try you, everybody goes, well, don't worry, we'll get it in the appeal. How? If your lawyer did not introduce every stinking element of question with regard to activity, and if they do not present every argument in written form and put it into the body of the court action. It cannot be introduced later to try to save you from the injustice because somehow you think that there's some other horror farther up the line that might actually listen to something. The beauty of the scam that they set up is if it's not presented, it cannot be reintroduced later because only the information presented during the process of the case is to be evaluated and determined whether or not it is appropriate or just and or the argument was correct based of only upon what was allowed to be presented or your your a prostitute or of course well blocked from your information even if later on information is discovered well they didn't provide you with this all while well we're gonna get into two years worth of court argument on that subject. In the event you find down the road, do you think I'm crazy about that? We've seen this over and over again. That they'll take two years, three years while you're still being incarcerated, even though evidence was concealed from the defense. And in many cases, the judge, who doesn't wanna see a case overturned cuz he's made money on it, the prosecutor doesn't wanna get it overturned because it looks bad for the scam record, of course, they've created a lie. But on top of that, again, you can come back and you can demand to be made whole for failings on the part of the court process itself, which affects the retirement money for the judge, etc., etc. And very few of any judges either seated on the bench or after they retired will step back forward and correct an injustice. They will let innocent people die in prison rather than speak the truth. And I have seen this in mass, okay? So this particular turd, I should say the judge, the only way that you can defend yourself is to present all of the arguments, any argument. It doesn't make any difference, the process of making a statement of fact, of making a filing. It must be in the record, but here's the thing. The next day when we do the filing, you or it should say, let's say that there's, it's the end of a court week. You made your filings from the beginning of the day. They go through the process of the day. When you come back the next day, you have three new filings, no matter what. You come up with three other subjects, three other aspects of what you would like to argue in court. Knowing it won't be allowed, knowing that they will try in every way, shape, or form, or they won't try. They'll just simply overtly ignore it. But by introducing it into the body of the record, and you make sure that you don't just introduce it with one single filing. These horrors will, it will literally make documents disappear. People don't understand, the court's not like that. This is exactly how the horrors in the court work. They will burn paperwork. They will make things disappear. They will steal evidence from the property room. It is criminal, the only reason you call it a criminal court is because criminals are running it, the cops, the system. It's criminal, that's why it should be called appropriately the criminal justice system because it's a criminal justice system. They're criminals operating it. So I cannot emphasize enough that you file anything and everything. It makes no difference. We're not gonna wall all this in court. Well, some file, isn't it? Well, good, next week. By the way, there are seven filings here and the judge, you hand them to the bailiff. Bailiff looks at the filings to make sure that you're not subpoenaing or laying paper on the judge. That's why they do that. It's the purpose of the bailiff. to look at the paperwork that's being presented in the court so that they don't hand it off and the judge gets tagged with a liability case of some kind. You do understand that. If you ever watch how the actions are in the court, there's a reason because they can be levied, they can be charged, they can be sued just like anybody else. If you can do the tag, you're it. In other words, hit them with a piece of paper. Once it touches them, then the service has been made and they are in jeopardy. This can also create a beautiful situation where they should recuse themselves if you're going to do that. So it is kind of cool if you can actually tag them with a lawsuit. Because it means that the individual, no matter what they try to claim about how clean their perspective is, it is tainted by the fact that they are involved in and in fact are having to defend themselves in the Admiralty Court for another process and it is between you and the judge. That creates conflict of interest, it is irrefutable. And so the judge would have to step down. This is why they're constantly screening for filings. for you slapping paper on them. This is why that prostitute or and well, that's why the bailiff is doing what the bailiff does. That's what their job is. Now, otherwise, you file everything and then you refile it because paperwork is stolen or literally, I won't say, well, it is stolen, but it's taken out of the file. They will absolutely claim that they never received it. No, they can't do that. Yes, they can. I've watched it over and over again. have watched it time and time and time and time and time and time and time again and the whores have acted this way in arrogance because they have gotten away with it for many cases for years, decades. And so all of a sudden if you walk into the court and you actually look at them as the demons slash the rats slash the backstabbing pigs that they are, then you may survive at least to be able to fight in the upper court. the next tier. But remember, if you don't introduce the paperwork, it is not possible for you to reintroduce at a later stage or to not even reintroduce, introduce. If it has already been presented, it is in the body of the case. It is in the structure of the fiction that they have created. It makes no difference whether or not the B-Witch piece of trash is acknowledged it, The only thing that has to happen is for it to touch the battlefield, to be in the works. That's what you have to do. And remember, the horrors will lie. All of them. Worthless pieces of excrement, all. So you make sure that you serve, and by the way, this is something that by the time you're done with a case with you, if they're charging you with something, The first day, they need a main portfolio big enough to, well, let's just say a mobile ditty bag just to carry the initial filings. And you make sure that you give a copy to the judge, what's called a courtesy copy to the judge. You give a copy directly to the prostitute. You also file the copy with the court and you still have the court evidence copy. Yes, four different copies. Yes, why not? Paper doesn't cost you anything. Your life is being threatened. They're trying to attack you. You bury them in the same type of bureaucratic paperwork that they were planning on killing you with. Always remember this. You treat them as the gutter trash that they are because, and again, that, assume that they're going to be scurrilous lying turds. Why? Well, because they are scurrilous lying turds. It's the only way you should be treating them. The only way. Now, by creating multiple copies, of course, for service, you also generate another copy for personal retention. separate and beyond your personal control. In other words, usually as we recommend a good friend or a distant family member or somebody who you just say, Aunt Molly, I'm going to be filing court paperwork and envelopes are going to be showing up at your door. I need you to have you just take those envelopes and put them in a box every time that they show up at the house. Can you do that for me? Okay, Marco, you're such a cute little boy. Yes, we can do that. And the purpose behind this is to secure copies of the fight in an oblique location that cannot be raided easily and or attacked. You can even instruct the individual if they're kind of intelligent and motivated in advance that as this may develop in your being charged with something. that the instruments be moved to a location even separate from the homestead or the premise, the residents of the individual that's the secondary custodian of the documents. Well, that's really paranoid. No, no, it's not. It will save your ass when you find out just how serious your enemy is about trying to destroy you and in the process of trying to destroy records. And or violate the body of the law, they will do everything again by sending state pigs out, state police out, to try and find and destroy evidence, to try and find and destroy, actually it's not evidence, but filings, which are evidence of action. They don't come back and especially the bureaucracy will not have anything to do with you and they'll stone wall you and oh by golly I know you've got 12 copies of this. Oh, no, we just can't seem to find them. Again, this is why the what's interesting is again, all of these are certified all of them are produced for the purpose of creating documents of record that can be used in the court at your discretion. But any duplicate allows you to refabricate the case and to proceed with the action as needed and to present it also to the court to demonstrate date time place. Remember, you always want that horror behind the counter, again, the secretary of the court. You have one county clerk, they are as much a political whore as the rest. They may even be instructed to try and block you from being able to properly document the information even though all they're doing is creating certified instruments that cannot be contested because they are set by the same party. And the purpose of that is to benchmark daytime place of activity. Always remember that. But in this case, no, at first as soon as the B-Witch said something like that, like I said, you flood the environment. You want to make sure that every aspect of whatever it is that you are going to bring into the court for appeal, you have to assume all you're doing is going through the motions. That's the one thing that that lawyer should know, in fact, is sure of. So hopefully, if the person was actually being genuine, quote unquote, I put that in brackets. individual knows full well that you're not fighting the case before you in the room and that you're in because that's a kangaroo court, it's already been done. It's already finished before you even got through the door, they'd already made their decision about what was going to be said. They already were told by the fellow traveler ring knockers what was going to be engineered or what was going to be allowed. And so your best bet is to be looking at the battlefield with a long eye. And to do that, you have to have all of your, all the I's dotted, all the T's crossed, and you need to inundate the battlefields, kind of like air defense, you throw every piece of junk you can. And it's not junk because it's your story. You're doing to them what they try to do to you with multiple filings for charges. You just throw as much crap at them as you can and something is going to stick down the road because it will be necessary in the next tier of conflict that you're involved in in the court. Remember, the court is the battlefield, the judge and enemy general, the prostitute, an enemy officer and your lawyer and enemy spy. As long as you wrap your brain around that, you will at least survive to be able to make much pain for them down the road because first step is to make sure that you have all the, you know, everything in place for that those future battles. And then once you do engage, remember that you're going to put as much hurt on them as you possibly can. And that means that you're prepped to follow up with a vast number of charges against the individuals for their violations of the body of the law. Step one is to set up the, you know, set up for the long game and win, which you will. This is another thing that they know. Their logic is that most people aren't in it with a long eye. But of course now you start putting in hockey scores, then you go to basketball, baseball scores, then you go to football scores, then you go to basketball scores for sentencing. You've got nothing to lose in everything you gain by doing everything you can. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by understanding what kind of fight you're in and how you need to act on this battlefield. And armed with what I'm telling you right now, Then you may have your stuck with, again, being caught up in the lies of the fiction of the court that presently exists. But you've put a closure on the timeline of, again, number of months, years that it's going to be that they're going to be able to play with you while you are busy defeating them progressively in court. The only thing they can do then is buy time. trying to hurt you by taking your life's time. You need to take seriously the fact that you're going to take that back in terms of damages. That's one thing if you get into the actual court structure and understand what you're dealing with, it's a matter of hacking and chopping back and forth to the end of the last stroke and you already have planned out that you will bear the last blade. Go ahead, jump in there. I was going to say, for those who are interested, an understanding of contract law, the universal commercial code, that is how they operate. So if you have an understanding of contract and contract law, because contract is law and law is contract, that is the truth, that is a truthism. If people want to study that, you're going to need to go in and look up how contract law works. There are some people that That puts things like that out. I'm not gonna raise anything here now, and I'm time-wise and everything, but if you're interested, understanding contract law is understanding how they operate and how they bring you into latches. Over. Right. And again, remember, they will try to deny the Constitution. That's what this bitch just did. But there's a reason, because what they're telling you is the Constitution, not even the Constitution of the state. theoretically applies in the commerce quirk because this is apples and oranges. Now, the problem is this for them. They have tried to tell everybody, although the facade is intentionally falling because they are laughing their ass off that they've been getting away with murder for so long. And the team just taking a people's time is a murder and they know it. The interesting thing is that in this case, the very fact that the individual has stated that they will not hear the Constitution and the body of the law of both the nation and the state, which is beholden to the National Bill of Rights and to the Constitution of these United States. Well, if it doesn't apply in that court, where does it apply? I'll tell you what, this is a perfect example of what I've said before. I've had judges literally say, I will not hear the Constitution in this courtroom. And so then you bring up the state constitution and they will not hear the state constitution in this courtroom. And then you bring up as part of your arguments that you present into your filings, the Michigan Court rules, okay? And the judge will say on record, well, I will not abide by the Michigan Court rules. And then you come back- Well, what are you operating? What authority do you have? Well, the way you do it is, well, your honor, if Michigan Court rules do not apply in this court, then where do they apply? Now you've boxed them in. But- Yes, very good. Because they're going to tell you that Article III court, if they say it, they won't tell you that because they can't even talk about it, can they? If they acknowledge that, their lives are at risk. This sounds funny, but it's not. We've had judges that have been threatened by the rest of the court system that we've seen. and have overturned actions within a very short period of time of having acknowledged, I've said this a million times, this is why when people tell me, well, we're gonna get this done in the court system, it's like, let me explain to you about the court. And then the people after you explain to them about the processes of the illegitimate court and what you physically have seen. And by the way, how can I explain to you a life's experience, which is tied up weeks, months, and years? in a matter of minutes, or if I try to, you're then gonna tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about. See, my argument is we should just shoot their ass. Okay, that's why, because if you're having to bathe in a toilet, there are three appliances when you go into the bathroom. There is a sink, there is a toilet, there is a shower or a bathtub and usually a combination. The last choice of things that you bathe in are the toilet, especially if the toilet has been used and unflushed. And yet that is the appliance in the room that they have demanded that you bathe in. An unclean toilet that they have created. And yet you are told it is demanded that you in fact, you have to be beholden to the process. The only way you're gonna fix this is to wash your hands, break out the disinfectant, put on the good old armored gloves, grab that small rifle you got and go to town cleaning out that toilet. Doesn't mean I'm gonna bathe in it when I'm done, but it's obvious I need to clean that toilet out. I never had any intentions of coming in and playing with them in the first place. And the only thing that's gonna fix this, shoot their sorry ass to hell, just send to hell. That's all there is. But, I- There isn't gonna be paperwork. The only paperwork is me wiping my hind end when I'm done and throwing that on top of the pile I've created in the toilet and them were finished. And then you finish the flush, as they say. Wipe your ass with their paperwork. Well, that's the problem. That's what should be. With some of the things that are going on right now, I mean, again, there's so many things we're gonna talk about this particular hour that I wanted to, but it all intertwines. The stuff that's all happening, the level of corruption right now, the level of betrayal that's happening right now. How do you fix this? How can you possibly fix this? This cannot be born and the injustice is now so great that it cannot be mended. There is nothing you can do to fix the damage that they wanted to do, but it's okay because the ones responsible for it are easily in the crosshairs and their sorry ass needs to be sent to hell. That's just all there is to it. They just need to be gone. Now, you see me, because this gets off into so many different branches. Number one, let me point something out. In all my life, experiencing helping people, I haven't filed everything myself. A lot of times I've helped other people with court work. When I was In all the years, the idea is that it'd be a mutual, like a group effort, and it's purely because you're using the mechanism that exists. You're forced to be in it, as we've said. So, okay, let's take and master it if we can, or at least take charge of it, using their rules and abiding by their rules, we are going to beat them. I have seen patriots who are far superior in virtually every aspect of understanding Being able to operate, in other words, knowing all the bureaucracy, all of the administrative requirements that are far superior to the best of the lawyers that the enemy has in their ring-knock and spit-swapping camp. These individuals became literal independent masters of that trade, okay? Now- I read into one of them the other night on a YouTube short, Carl Miller. I was like, they're letting Carl Miller stuff on YouTube? Sure enough they did. I went, look, there's a whole bunch of stuff on there. Over. Oh, yeah. Right. But here's the thing. You see, we see there. The problem, and I see this with jailhouse lawyers. Jailhouse lawyers, there are people who know literally the law by memory. Carl Miller could do a writ of habeas corpus from memory. He literally would do it and could do it on any scrap piece of paper with a pencil and serve it right there by handing it to any of the court officers. An individual who works to jail as a court officer. The bailiff is an officer of the court. We could not be serving as bailiff, okay? And they know this. That's how that's the nature of the mechanism. Because the court is operating a warehouse. The warehouse is called a jail. The state is running a warehouse. It's called a prison. That's why you have a warden. What is a warden? A warden is an officer of the warehouse. So whenever there's somebody who's a turnkey walking along, they are actually a direct agent, a direct officer of the court. That individual can be handed any document that is in accordance with direct activity to the judge and to the sheriff who is responsible and beholden to follow the body of law of the state and the federal government, per the Constitution Bill of Rights. And so- By servicing that individual, the clock is ticking. And they must respond by law to the Great Rit. They're supposed to. But here again, they're now violating the body of the law there every chance that they possibly can. Now, I'm spending more time than I should on this, but here's the thing. On our side, our people become so adept and become so immersed in the enemy's law. that they have a tendency to forget why we're here. It is not an end to all things. The purpose behind working in this dirty water is to see if we can actually force them to acknowledge that we have better or least comparable working knowledge, utilize their law against them and force them to act according to the fiction, fiction, fiction. that they have created because it is an illegitimate fiction. And unfortunately, I see you've seen this with people who have done this for decades that they become enamored to the enemy's machine. Study not too closely the ways of your enemy lest they become yours. Is our purpose to inggrandize and continue to operate an illegitimate court inside these United States? But if people have become so enamored because they have become so competent, they have also invested a great amount of time. They have a tendency not to release themselves from the mechanism, but rather In some cases, through whatever intent, even argue to lead the system alone or lead the system in place. And the system is not the court that we're talking about, is not our court. Now, the other half of this are the constitutionalists, and this is where again, you Depending upon the battlefield you're forced to fight on, you use the tools that are appropriate for that particular condition. Some weapons are not appropriate, others are. Always remember that in the process of working on a rolling deck, because that's really what the Admiralty Accord is in, again, it's at C, supposed to be anyway. that fighting on this rolling deck, you are forced to apply the tools that are pertinent to the existing conflict of the moment. But you do not embrace them in any permanence. And this is one of the problems I've seen with jailhouse lawyers who become so enamored spending decades fighting in the corporate court that they can't hear. They refuse to hear anything else. Now, part of it is because it's the nature of how people who are savants in this respect cannot break their mind, cannot break their mind away from the idea that what you're doing is, again, extemperate, but it's wrong. In other words, there are better solutions. Whenever the argument and using the use of the common law in these courts, when it can be applied, it is ultimately superior And it is devastating to the enemy if it can be pushed through the cracks. This is why, as I said earlier, what happens is you step forward, you bring forward the peace flag. There's a whole trapping process to this and people have used it in court and repeatedly learned how to use it in court about every 10 years. So they bring the peace flag in and they create an environment in which they are acknowledging the common law court. which is under the Civil Authority, which is under the flag of peace. And when they bring this forward, judges, in many cases, even having said on the bench, it's amazing to watch how they will start to open up and literally start to side with you. In fact, even, and I've seen this three times, have even retired the Admiralty Court from the courtroom, the Admiralty flag. They've taken the Admiralty Fridge gold flag, out of the courtroom, actually had the bailiff do it in front of everybody in the courtroom. But seven days later, in seven court days later, the judge sits there, and it's obvious as you come into the court, all rise. The judge sits there introvert, and he won't look up at anybody. And then you look over in the corner there, and the Admiralty Court flag is back. But wait, the judge agreed, was listening to the arguments and all of a sudden anything and everything you present will not be allowed in the court. But the Admiralty Court flag was retired and the court was captured by the common law. What happened? Well, the other knuckle dragging, spit swapping, ring knocking goons that are farther up the feeding chain at the state capital. And between that and the Amical wearing turds, the ones who were pissed who were running the prostituteers office and also the Schill fake opposition defense. Well, you can't have the proper court in that room. And they being officers of the British accredited Regency able to operate against the population either as the fake defense or as the obvious takers of property in life. which is what the prostitute is. Now some would just start out right from the get go. I will not hear this in my courtroom. No matter what it is, either the Constitution, the Constitution of the United States, Constitution and Bill of Rights in the United States, Constitution of the state, nor, that's right, the Michigan court rules or Ohio court rules, which were specifically built to create consistency from one courtroom and from one action to the next. But because they are waging war against you, they are teaching you something. There are no rules, which is why their sorry ass needs to be shot out of this country. Why we need to have a war for independence, we need to have a war for prevention that needs to happen sooner rather than later. So he's not as much of a peon. In fact, if he were truly a peon, they would not have come to his aid and defense. Sounds like incitement to me. But the interesting thing is, again, even in the conversation that they've allowed to be released as if it was supposed to be a damage control piece, Let me ask you all something. I've listened to it. Thank you. You sent it to me. But let's think about this. You don't want the people to lift the veil and look at your environment in a true thinking man's way. Because it's not that you can't proceed to fight and to join and be ready to physically fight, which they're terrified you'll be able to do effectively. Anybody can fight, but to fight effectively, you need to have the proper glasses on, the proper training, you need to have the proper perspective on the whole of the battlefield. And who's to say that they didn't take and make this tape? and put it into the arena to try and back, you know, this was how they're gonna show that, oh look, Paul missed the Epps, he just went over there and did this, and he just went over there and did that. But here's the problem, is the description and conversation between the skank and the FBI, and Mr. Epps, the skank, is a totally alien picture to everything that's on video. including as Darjeus pointed out, I mean you've all seen it. Yeah, we're gonna, we don't just need to go over there. We need to go into the account, into the account, into the, wait a minute, what do you mean in? We're just gonna dance around outside and hold signs and you know, sing kumbaya, etc, etc. Somebody else seemed to have been pushing for something else that really was never gonna be accomplished. Couldn't be accomplished if everybody did their jobs. I mean, after all, once again, How did the doors get open to the Capitol building? If you know anything about physical and operational security for the government buildings that are in the area, which by the way has been historically in place because of the big riots by the Communists back in the 60s and 70s. It's why most of these actions took place to improve physical security because of the actual real attacks, real, R-E-A-L attacks that took place over and over again, which included bombings, burnings, and riots all through Washington, DC during the 60s and 70s. Who was doing that? The same ring knock and spit swapping communists that we have today. that are now so old that they have to have a hospital bed in their senatorial office or their congressional office. What's the matter with me when I feel in the grave? With regard to those doors that were opened, I was a hotel engineer for years. And those magnetic doors, I guarantee the ones at the Capitol are probably stronger than the ones we had at the hotel or at the hotels because I worked at more than one. You don't get through those magnetic doors. You don't get through them. You cannot push them open. You cannot drive it. Well, you probably could drive a vehicle through them. But then you're, you know, you're taking everything out. Other than that, no, they had to push the button and go buzz, buzz, and buzz that door open. And they obviously nobody did that over. They did. They did just that. So this is as far as when you see. OK, let me remind everybody about something I've said many times. This has to do with intelligence. The farther you are away from an event, if you are focused on a single window of activity, a battlefield, a political event, or whatever, The farther you are away from it, the less reliable the intelligence that can be offered or can be collected because there has been sufficient time to corrupt it. And it should be assumed that if you have an action that has taken place, your enemy is smart enough to, again, as we see with this case, and that's possibly what's going on here, I mean, the conversation itself would still fit. But to me, this is all construction that was part of the process of concealing the depth of activity with regard to the scurrilous activity of the secret police agencies. They are trying to CYA cover their ass or would be cover your ass but in this case is covered P. Let's see CTA cover their ass. That's the purpose behind it. So again, the actions before this speak volumes and speak for themselves with regard to Mr. Epps and what he was actually about. Too much other information was readily available. So this creates what is called a mish-mish. In other words, it's word salad soup, but it doesn't fit any component of what is the narrative demonstrated by collected evidence. There's the problem. So in a way, shape or form is this a reality? Is it reality? But it demonstrates how far they're willing to go to create, make a fiction and create a reality out of it. To create a completely alien timeline to what it is that transpired. We already saw, I mean, how many different variations do we have here? Now, again, it's a waste of, it's not a waste, but it is, it's useful to do this. But remember, this battlefield we're coming upon now is going to change yet again and be much more physically dynamic than anything that most people have been used to. What I mean by physically dynamic is this, we're going into the conflict we've been preparing for. It is not maybe kind of sort of, we're at the end of the line here. The only thing that they're scared of, concerned with, is that we're just as well prepared to deal with the threat that they thought they would be commanding. They thought they would have total control of the battlefield and they do not. Most significant aspect of this and it's why, okay, let's point something out here real quick about speed of action here. And I said this months ago that you'd be able to identify the window of activity when they try and let a later point desperation to disarm the population. Maine just passed an insane number of anti-gun bills arbitrarily and in the face of what has already been successful and already demonstrated court action against the legislation that they passed. They did it anyway, to do what? To create the fiction of authority when they make their move against the population. They are preparing to wage war against you. All of the spit swapping, ring knocking buddies out there that are the horrors to this mechanism have been told to move things into high gear to get the job done. So all of a sudden we have, well, let's start out with the beginning of the high water point is Illinois. But we now have Colorado moving the same way. Anything California does is just more piled upon the horse shit that's already there. So that's inevitable. In other words, once they've gotten around the corner as far as they have with California, sky's the limit. Will it make any difference? It won't change in any way, shape or form the order of battle in California. People start shooting their ass there. It will be a comfortable situation to do so. Nobody is gonna have any problems with continuing the process because they have ample justification to already get rid of the ring knockers. But now we have any Illinois just sitting there. Illinois has gone farther than Colorado. Illinois has gone farther than New York. Illinois has gone farther than Maine. All of them just as bad because before they didn't have this city, these states didn't have the issue to deal with. But they have created now a fiction that they are going to play upon. Now, it's not gonna do them any good because nobody's gonna go along with it. And we're right back to where we were, as I've said, in 1993, 1994. And people are gonna have to decide to shit or get off the pot. And the enemy is in the same boat. They're gonna have to decide to shit or get off the pot. Or I could say defecate, but I don't think I'm going to right now because this is a dirty stinking mess. And it is something that does need to happen. But you'd have to understand the ramifications. This is going to be a horrible mess. Yeah, it's like a puncturing a pus pocket on your arm and yeah I got rid of that white pus but the thing that caused it is still down underneath so we can't just let them always squeeze that pimple and it's gone. No, it's a horrible massive infection underneath your arm and it needs to be carved out. Unfortunately, it's very violent to carve things out. This is where we are and again, we have to be prepared. And now, before, as I said, what does Michigan do if Illinois goes after the guns? What does Ohio do if Illinois goes after the guns? Would it just stay in Illinois if people decided, my brother Bob is over there and they just said they're gonna try and kill him, I'm gonna pitch in. Very quickly, this would bleed out. This is like the discussion about the European war, we know, slash Ukraine conflict, or what's going on with the Middle East, with the Israeli stirring the pot intentionally because their argument is that they've got the big gorilla, the dumb brain gorilla America, willing to expend life and limb for a worthless pile of extramarital called Israel that has been spitting and pissing on us every chance they can, every way they can. Because of their hate their hatred of Christianity and their hatred of this country Doing everything akin to backstab us. Well, of course, you know propagandizing everybody that do Israel can do no wrong. Yeah my ass So, the same situation is here. Does this stay contained? Well, we've now got an orchestration for further actions against the population in Colorado. We already have it passed in Maine. Hell, in Maine, they intentionally made this thing so expansive and so vast that a lever action Henry rifle is presently under the description a machine gun. a Henry lever action rifle, a 120 or a 30, no correction, 100. 140 year old rifle design, little less but not much, is now perceived though never before in the history of firearms ownership is now being declared a machine gun. Now, what does that tell you? That this arbitrary and capricious action with an obvious knowledge that this is an arbitrary and capricious action. is proceeding forward. It cannot be born, it will not be lived with, and conflict is inevitable. So my argument or my discussion about the court earlier is almost moot in that you're at the point where you can't afford to go with the enemy because there isn't going to be any honor in the court system. There never was and hasn't been for quite some time. But the order is to be as overt as possible. You already have a bunch of these Jewish pieces of filth in Washington bragging up about this. And their idea is to quote unquote for them to terrorize all of you to the point where you'll just defecate your pants and the oil boys can rape kill pillage and burn and pedophile their way across the country. But guess what? When push came to shove, what did he do? Why did he do that? People are going, well, they got to him in some way. Well, if he's a lodge buddy, and I've said this a million times, The grand poo-baw just walked out and said, you know, you're making a lot of noise. Or again, he may have been told. See, here's the part that really is bad for everybody's brain. He was just told, play out, play this out, do this, do it this way. And while they're in the middle of this fight thinking that they're going to put up some kind of fight, you just Walk away. He kind of got three choices with that guy. And in the situation that we're in right now, I think we would say the the later it's always well been allowed some lateral motion. They've now been told that all of the idea of the facade is gone. It's here So for this point, at this point in time, we focus on conflict with an eye towards the future, which means we have to be balanced. We are prepared to fight so that we can preserve, for the best of our ability, the important foundational components that will allow us to step from the battlefield and move back into a just society. But the only way that we can get that just society is we are going to have to earn it. And it will be through the stripes of battle, through conflict. And that is the only way that we will preserve this, because we cannot bear, we cannot be with, we cannot be a part of the sadistic, wicked, pedo, queer, yarmulke wearing nature of these pieces of trash on the other side. the Kabbalah, the Cthulhuists, the Satan worshippers, take a pic. Instead, it's going to mean that all of you are going to have to build up the mechanism and infrastructure to be prepared so that when they try to isolate or shut you off, no such thing takes place. All of you have to take seriously communications. I've heard all this, we got isolated. Well, who gives a shit? To be quite honest, 99.9% of the trivial stuff that we're doing now with communications is totally irrelevant. Our society lived exceptionally well with far less instantaneous personal communications people. We built a country and became a free people without it as a matter of fact. We had freedom of speech, but we also had the intelligence to use interaction And we communicated and physically made contact with each other and we're not terrified of that. The physical conditioning, not physical conditioning, but the conditioning processes of the anal retentive control freak. The latest variance on this is what they did with the face brow wearers with the Corona beer virus scam. All of that is going to have to be thrown out. We're going to have to remember that this latest generation is a shallow hell, example of our society. And that traditionally with far, far, far, far less, we accomplished more. Does everybody remember that? Well, there are no great. This is something else just as a sidebar. There's no great accomplishment in our lifetime here right now in this in the 24th century or the 21st century the 24th year this were one or one quarter into this century point to me some significant landmark physical object that demonstrates command of the entire environment and greatness point to something We're a full quarter of this century into this century. If we'd stepped up and put a bullet in her ass right from the get go, this problem would have taken place and those people wouldn't have been hurt. But then I would also say that we are guilty of that with regard to letting the abortion scam go the way it did. Didn't kill 6 million, killed first 20 years 6 million for each person that was killed. In 20 years, that's another two, three, four people that were killed. So in reality, the casualties that were expressed upon the American population was the equivalent to a couple of generations, three going on four. That again created a hole which they're now using as the excuse to claim that that's why they need to bring the illegal aliens in who have no allegiance and swear no allegiance to the United States. Wow, all these are overlapping not isolated programs. You know, they've actually bitched me about that over the years ago was well employees that everything is inter connected that's just crazy talk. But there again, and look at who we were working for. What did we get out of that deal? Anyway, couple other things here real quick. I don't know if I should mention this. First of all, over at Atlantic Firearms, I will. Not a problem, it's Atlantic Firearms. They have a bunch of deals going on right now on a number of weapons, but there is a max rifle, MAXXAR-15. I gotta bring this up. You know, I've talked about where can we find a rifle that weighs about five pounds, maybe a little more but not much, that would be a great utility rifle for a lot of you who have limits or need something as a lightweight weapon that can be out of the way but convenient to carry, doesn't have a whole lot of bullshit attached to it, a whole lot of BS. Instead, it's a straightforward AR-15 rifle, but it's unique. Well, these max rifles appear to be Polymer, Lower, Polymer, Upper. Remember what I said? Back in the 90s, a guy came up with these weapons for the CIA. He produced them for spook and kook operations. They disappeared. Then the Polymer, Lower, showed up, which you all know about now. Well interestingly enough, there is a company making polymer lower and upper AR-15 rifles, but here's the thing. These things have been offered as low as $299 apiece. They come with one mag, they're absolutely plain Jane as far as what you get. There isn't even styrofoam in the box when they ship the thing. It's just basically sandwich wrapped together so it doesn't jiggle around. The weapon itself, there's a number of different reviews. I'm gonna talk a little bit about this in the evening. Larry will be here too, I think. But these rifles, the one thing I have not noticed is them discussing the combat weight. Now, this is a standard barrel polymer upper with a polymer lower with plastic for everything that can be plastic. What does that make? That makes for a very light weapon. And all the critical points are reinforced with metal. Do I think that this would be a hundred thousand round rifle? Nope, probably not. But as far as firearms go in our needs right now, this particular Gladius fits a niche that none of the other rifle companies have come near in quite some time. I'd love to see a pencil barreled 16 inch AR-15 rifle with a regular Kar-15 Kar-Bean M4 type forward grip, no rails, no extra weight. With the rear end cleaned off as an A3, putting a simple pop-up sight in the rear which shaves off a few more ounces. By the time you're done, you end up with a very, very fine hidey hole rifle that can go anywhere. It can be broken down, put into a cache, and for the price you won't cry about having it stashed away. And it's backups to backups or it's an aircraft gun. It can also be a vehicle gun for lightening the combat load on the vehicle because you'd rather carry more ammo, but you need additional weapons or backup weapons. Remember, you always need about 10% overage because of battlefield loss. Individuals drop weapons, individuals break weapons, battlefield breaks weapons. Because of this, having spares is something, it's not just the idea that, oh, go to extra guns. You don't have extra weapons. You may not have enough nearly as opposed to what you need for what's coming. And again, things get broken, stuff gets dropped. You can't go back to get it. So we need more in the inventory. Just a heads up on that. Well, this is one of the solutions. I think it's kind of cool. And these MAX AR-15s, MAXX, MAX AR-15s look to be an interesting solution. Now, there are people that have already been working with the guns, shooting them, whatever. They see nothing wrong with them so far. Well, we like to do that ourselves on occasion, so I'd recommend that our side of the coin are part of the interest, actually do an R&D on these rifles. I expect them to be average. There's nothing special about them, but they do work. Okay, that's the most important thing. Next, okay, now we have about 12 minutes before the top of the hour. It is Communications Tuesday. Copper wire, copper wire, copper wire. If you are looking at tactically controlling a county, an area of operation, let me recommend something now. were past the winter, so it'll be a little easier to get out there and not be noticed. When you're out in the winter, you make tracks in the snow. We do most of our seasonal preparation for the winter in the early fall and preferably late summer for grow overs, so by the time the leaves are gone, there's no way to identify activity that's taking place on the ground. Right now, you should be stringing auxiliary communications line wires in your area of operation. And you should distribute them to key points that allow for easy evacuation, both infiltration and evacuation into the area. I recommend if you're going to be putting up these wires for shortwave or for any of the other VHF, UHF heavy transmitters. that you deploy and do them now. Now here's a recommendation. I know that Aladia and myself included, I have hundreds of white insulators for running line. If you're going to tactically disperse and set up right now a copper line for an array antennas for wire antennas in the field. Go see if you can find either black or obviously green, but a dark color is a better choice than a white deer tail. It's not that big mark. The insulator is only the size of a D cell battery. Yes, I know. Actually, most of them are like the size of a C cell battery. But even that piece of white there is enough to tell somebody. It'll collect somebody's attention. So what you want to do is subdue. Now, yes, I know you could paint it, but plastic of that type usually, the polymer that's used, doesn't bond paint well. and you don't want to spend a whole lot of money on this as far as we'll all buy a special paint. How about instead we go find insulators and if you look around, shop around, you can find them that are in darker colors. Gray would be a great color. Gray is a perfect color actually for all hours of the day because remember you're putting this up above your head. If people do look up, and sometimes they do, certain colors attract attention, but what you want is subdued and to match the environment. The skyline above or the trees themselves to blend in that way. Gray green would be good. I know some guys mold their own insulators. If you're doing that, I would go with a gray-green mix, and those insulators are the ones you want to use for your pre-deploy. Now, the white insulators, I'm not going to chuck any of those away. I'm going to use those in all the public places, or I'm going to use them with my deployable pieces of equipment that are going to be on the run, because I'll probably recover them, probably. If I don't, I don't care. Remember, all of your antenna materials should be collected from secondary sites and scrapping. Because there's tons of places. You go to most scrap sites, you can buy back copper. You can even find somebody who's collecting stuff like that who is a scrapper. But he has his own little scrapyard. We got dozens of them in the area here. I buy stuff from these guys all the time. mostly structural steel and stuff like that. We let them do the metal moth collecting and then we acquire from them so we don't have to go through that politically correct steel yard that's going to do everything it can to record everything that's going on because the government has told them to. And that's true. That's why they want to make paperwork on Bubba. They'll charge a spot price for it, which is more than they get. And everybody's happy. Bob's your uncle. Exactly. Exactly. The idea is everybody, you know, makes a good trade. It's like Dances with Wolves. The big thing here again is your everything should be perishable slash expendable in these types of items. That's how you should be looking at it. So you collect your material accordingly, build your kits for your antennas. And again, for the deployable units, not deplorable, deployable, the deployable units. I should have done that to myself. If you can, again, you can also at the very least just simply leave them in station where you're going to use them. But if you do this, you have to camouflage and conceal. If you're going to leave it on the ground, a lot of people do this also, by the way, and have it on standby. If you're gonna do caches, you're gonna bury anything. Let me point something out. I grab every shovel that anybody is giving away for free. I don't care what it looks like. It's not gonna be pretty. In many cases, weather warm. You know what? Those are perfect as lead behinds for shallow caches. Why? Well, it looks like something somebody abandoned out in the field left there a hundred years ago or 20 years ago, whatever in the mind of the person they want to believe. But what's really great about it is that you can leave tools out there that are readily available for the purpose and you don't have to be necessarily carrying something into the area. Now the tools could also be deceptively antique. to a degree, but also still concealed. But if they're found, they don't draw the mind's attention because people leave stuff laying around. It's just how it works. People leave a lot of garbage. I should have said a lot of things out in the middle of nowhere. Go ahead, jump in there. So my wife got this thing on her computer. It's called Rapid Radio. Are you familiar with these? Well, okay, you know what? Go ahead. Tell me what it is. They say you can use it from Flint to Florida You buy you know two or three radios for a bundled price. There's no monthly fee and You can communicate across the continent. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I know I yes. I've seen those but here's the problem You've got a middleman Okay, they're offering us. It's under a service. Yes. It's just it's what it is is like your cell phone But it's not think about it if you're having to go through a service to make that jump across the country Then all it takes is somebody hit it flitters flick a switch and you're not talking to anyone Renting renting space on The transmitters in the in the radio network did tell so network. They're probably renting some some quantity of Here's how much data we want to process and then they can increase it as they need to. I thought there wasn't a service. No, no. These radios are still relaying through a system. You're not paying, you're paying by the outlay, the way they're establishing these things is that they're a repeater system. It's just that your, whatever package deal that they've made to set these things up, I would not be counting on them because they're most likely to be directly interfered with when the time comes. Now, they can be used as it is right now with reckless abandon. If you wanted a radio, or if you want to say jump outside of the cell phone system and use a closed radio system, that would be an option. But I would again assume that if it's been approved that somebody else knows about it too, if you know what I mean. And for that reason they might have a vested interest in making sure they hear everything that's said. And also making sure there's a dead hand switch on it so that when the time comes they can just shut it down. Okay. See what I mean? It's an idea. I know what you're talking about now. It's a service. They're advertising on the Internet in all kinds of locations. So it's coming up on phones, it's coming up on the Internet, it's coming up on YouTube. You're seeing that pop up. It was popping up real heavy. Advertisements for that were popping up real heavy about two or three months ago on the Internet. And again, it still randomly shows up. But it is still a service run system so it could be hit a switch and it's done that's the only problem with that and again the But it would be but it would be another thing if somebody I'm not saying you couldn't use it now That's a matter of for what purpose, you know, there's for personal communications It might be more reliable than a cell phone In this day and age, there's so many holes in the system. I mean, right here in Michigan, you can go across this state and there are total vacuum points where you can't make contact with anything. For the number of cell phones stinking towers and the amount of money that supposedly they've spent in this state, there is a tremendous number of areas. But I think areas, as I've said, we've been across the country. Every state's in the same boat. Southern part of Indiana and Ohio are the same way as the bottom of Michigan. And the bottom of Michigan, if you look on the map, is right in the middle, well it's not in the middle, top middle of the Midwest. Coverage should be phenomenal, but it's not. Yeah, my neighbor is right about the street from me. He's got, you know, one service, we used to have AT&T, and every time we talked, you know, what, a thousand feet or a thousand yards, from each other and his phone, his call would drop every single time. And again Planet Krapu. Yeah, right. And I got a contract with AT&T. You know, they made me an offer I accepted and AT&T kept changing it and it's like, no way. They want me to pay them $1,900 and I was like, you gotta be kidding me. I never agreed to any of that. So I let him shut it off. But I need something. And we were looking at that. My neighbor thought it might be something that we could all use, you know. Well, like I said, it could still be used, but it's not... When we're talking about all of these other radios, it's point-to-point communication. As long as you have the ability, the wattage, you can reach. Or if you have friendly retransmitters, you can reach. But this system is basically the same issue as you would have with a cell phone. There is an in between, a go between. Even two meter you're in the same boat if you're using repeaters. Government's not going to let our repeaters run for very long if they get into a conflict. So all of those that we built would be eventually sacrificed. They're going to be burned down by the other side. If they can't shut them down, they'll burn them down. The same is true with Johnson who turned out to, well, he looked like he probably was not really what he claimed to be. And in reality, either A, by being threatened, which I know everybody keeps saying he was threatened. He doesn't have to be threatened if he's with the lodge. They don't have to threaten him. All they have to do is have somebody higher up in the pecking order walk up and what's that term? They tap his shoulder. What do they do after they tap his shoulder? They remind you about who he has sworn allegiance to. And then they tell him what, and isn't that what just happened? Because he is so robotic. Now granted, the idea is now here's why you want to push the, you know, they terrorized him because the logic there is that it helps to do two things. A, they get what they want, and then they claim that, well, it's the police state, they're so powerful. Well, how about it's a little ring knocking spit swap on the amical wearing clique that are all running together, getting bare ass naked behind closed doors in the smoke filled room, and they just operate it as they always have. It's just the idea that If you think about a lot of gross to over complicate the situation from our side, we know who the enemy are, we know who's who in the zoo. And most important now is that we focus resources where it will make a difference where we can actually have a, you know, they got a finger in the pie. I think one of the interesting things is the Herrera race down the runoff that's going on with Gonzalez and Herrera. down in Texas, that's a fun one. That's sport. What we should be doing is focusing all the resources we have for the sport of sticking a stick, putting a stick in the spokes of the enemy. You know what I mean? And rather than echoing off of one program after another after another, everybody was working on one task. to accomplish a specific mission, pitching for a short time, all fires on target, repeat, repeat, repeat. And the same is true with regard to the information conflict the same way or this in this case, the short political battlefield. The district of criminals is headed towards another intentional way and it's not just from the district of criminals. But there's gonna be an intentional violation of the body of the law with regard to the election. There's no doubt about it. Does anybody have any doubt? Voter fraud and voter theft is the norm now. It's not the exception. And these characters have demonstrated in the last three presidential elections that they were doing this in the open. The only thing is with Hillary, go ahead. Now, with that being the case, remember that if we do have this election coming up, we do have theoretically an election coming up, theoretically. Fact of the matter is, well, guess what? Those 100 or so, most of them will still be in for the next part of this fiasco. And they've already flipped their cards and shown that they're only playing Republerat as a title. Not because they're committed to the actions of their supposed party. They're not part of the party, partay, okay, whatever you wanna call it, partay. And in this case, they are obviously going to continue to act in the same way against you. So it makes a little difference with even the process of the election if somehow it were to move forward. Everybody pretty well agrees it is very unlikely that it's going to happen. They either, A, they're gonna decide as they get too close to the situation that they have to either create an internal conflict or an external conflict, take your pick. The external is to pull resources away. And then the internal could happen one right behind the other because of the 10 million man illegal alien army that they brought in. Most of which would be happy to be used against the population of the United States in a heartbeat. They'd be more than happy to murder you right where you're standing right now. And you can see it in their eyes, you can see it in their actions. And I'm talking about if you go around your community, you pay attention what's happening in your community right now. You can pick out the illegals, although they're moving about you, you can pick them out quite easily. And there is a demeanor that is very obvious. In fact, well, of course they realize they're looking at, I'm a space white guy anyway, so I'm automatically the enemy slash a threat, you know that, simply because of how they're conditioned what they've been told. And rightly so, I guess, because after all, they're automatically gonna be waging war against me. I better have the attitude that I'm going to effectively be waging war against them. Only an idiot, an incompetent, or a fool would think otherwise. And we have no place to go, but into this conflict head first. So time isn't gonna wait, linear time continues as it normally has. Sometimes seems to go faster, some days another, but guess what? It still ticks on one after the other, and we are marching towards collision. We have a couple things coming up, the collision with regard to the money market. also with the National Treasury, with the foreign banks that operate America right now and have since 1913, the Federal Reserve. They have already betrayed us. You've got that Chaba the Hutt, POS, Chaba the Hutt's fourth younger sister, Hillary's the third. But, you know, Yelton, Belton, Kelton, the other Jewish mafia, Todi that's sitting there in the Federal Reserve. that just acts like he, she, it doesn't know what's going on. And that answers like, like, like, constantly. Anybody notice when you listen to the conversation with that, what it's like? That's all folks. Okay. It's like you got a fud, Elmer Fudd or somebody with a wig on. Whoa, I just don't know what they're talking about. So anyway, the next issue with regard to the money problems is, well, there it is. Guys, you've all seen what's been going on with the hard currency, okay? With that being the case, let me point out. that gold I think is pretty much unobtainable for most of you at this point in time. Now it doesn't mean that people aren't gonna be continuing to buy gold, they probably are. Because if everything levels out to its natural standard, then gold isn't going down any time. If it goes down by an insignificant amount, ask yourself, look at the scale over the last 12 months. What has happened to gold? If it backs down, if you buy gold, and it backs down by $100 or $200, you don't sell it. That has happened with the cycle of the manipulative valuation of the coin of silver, gold, and even copper, for as long as the roller coaster scam of the Federal Reserve has been in place. Interestingly enough, before that, what was the consistent price of gold set by the American Treasury? What was the standard for gold for 100 years? Why did it last that long? Because it was not dictated by the market, it was dictated as part of the treasury process of the handling of real REAL money in America. Now what's happening is because of the fiction of the Federal Reserve and the dribble that they created with the fractional scam, now all of a sudden the currency, the hard currency is adjusting in terms of its exchange value with a failed system. So now you're seeing what is the beginning of Weimar Republic type devaluation. because only a short time ago we could buy gold for how much? Under $1,000 an ounce. How long has it been since we've been able to do that? How long has it been since we were able to buy gold for $1,500 an ounce? How long since it's been, you know, say since it's broke 2000 because it has, it's broke 2000. Now here's the thing. Silver was absolutely retarded. What's silver at tonight, guys? Larry, any idea? Yeah, just under 28 for spot. Guys, that's kind of a nice number if you're a person who invested in silver only a few short years ago. Even bags, scrap as they call it, junk silver, which really it's not junk. I'll be quite honest, if you bought junk silver, you're gonna be wealthier in the long run than a person who bought say, five ounce bullion bars, which I don't have a problem with. Whatever you buy, you buy because it's all part of what's gonna be the foundation for our American currency again, okay? But consider this, which is spendable, the five ounce bar of silver or a bag full of identifiable currency. Because it is identifiable if you don't what quote unquote junk silver is, it's circulated quarters, dimes, half dollars, in some cases dollars. Now if you have those dollars, here's the thing, the numismatic side. This is something I got into with a conversation on Sunday with one of our other our money changers, so to speak, one of our people who does currency. And as I pointed out, I asked him, I said, well, okay, what he used to call junk silver, since nobody, everybody's taken an interest in coinage, right? He goes, yes. And anything in a collection, to complete a collection, if that, let's say you want to have a representation of all of the coins for the last 120 years, let's say American quarters, for the last, well, 120 years or so, same coin. You'd have to dip into what reservoir to be able to complete that collection. You'd have to go into what they call the junk silver, because you're not going to be able to acquire examples that are affordable. So what happens is that the quote unquote junk silver, even though it was originally rated as fair to pour in what we call face, in other words, the condition of the coin. Guess what, guys, the numismatic value of your junk silver has gone up. It didn't stay the same. When the cost of an ounce of silver changes, the numismatic collection scale changes simply because the upper end of the scale for uncirculated or fine or like good, very good, take a pic, whichever in the scale you wanna go. anything below that increases in value because the others become less obtainable for the average person. Pulling the coin into the numismatic market once again, that it kind of fell out of because there were better examples for a reasonable price because Silver's price was kept depressed. Okay, just something to think about here. So right now, If you were to go through that bag of junk silver you might have bought 20 years ago or let's say 30 years ago, Larry, you've been listening to the program for quite a while, right? What was silver going for when everybody was... Yeah, in the 90s, what was the bag of junk silver going for, guys? Spot plus 5%. Spot, what is spot? What is that term? Larry, you know what spot means, right? That's the asking price out on the market. Basically, you should be able to go to any coin dealer and get his spot, but a lot of them won't pay you spot, so you're gonna hunt around. That's right. The paper price on the stock market, on the COMEX. Well, it's the fake price that they kept it depressed at. So think about this. In 1993, you could buy a bag of what basically were fair to good, quote unquote, junk silver bags, right? If you have any of those and you're listening to me right now, if you carefully open and notice I didn't say just rip that bag open and throw her off the table, don't you dare do that. You open up that bag, you take out, first of all, wash your hands, wash your hands, clean them up completely. Yep, you can put some white handwares gloves on too if you want. And then you go through each one of those coins and you start stacking them by year, number one. Number two is then you start rating them yourself. Which one has a clear image or at least a viable image of the the artifice, the president or, again, whoever, in this case it will all be presidents. That's not the point. You frankly have- Right, well, depending on what it is, that's what I'm saying. Whatever coin, in this case, if it's a quarter, it's Washington, right? But it's the idea that you look at the quality of the coin, and here's the point. Back 30 years ago, you were buying a better quality of junk silver. And progressively, as more and more of that was cycled out and pushed out of the system from its accumulated nooks and crannies all over the planet, including our coin, which still was all over the planet, guys. Now, what you have is a whole pile of transferable currency where you can slide it back out onto the market. Not all of it, you still retain most of it for reserve silver. But you could take a percentage of that right now, put that out on the numismatic side under a little coin sleeve, and make a hell of a lot more money per coin than even if you throw it out as bullion. This is how I paid for my college. I never took a, I had a scholarship and I had the coins that I had saved when I was a kid. Because I used to go to the bank with all my pop bottle money, go to the bank on the corner down the street. I'd sit in the lobby with two rolls, two dollars worth of pennies. And I'd do exactly what I just told you to do. Only I pulled all the weedy pennies out first. I even had, back then I could still get Indian head pennies in the rolls. And every once in a while there was a silver dive that was a little tarnished, it was a mercury, but it was stuck in with the pennies. And every one of those got nested and put away. And later on, not that much longer, only a decade more, more than a decade down the road, when I was going to college. Before I did that, I got into my little coin bolts and I went right through each one that I wanted to move, went down the road and got 20, 30 times the value of, well, more than that. What am I talking about? I had, again, a lot of unique, earlier, very good condition, Lincoln pennies, but also all the wheat pennies, which were in excellent condition by a comparison, what was basically available over the counter. Today, any of you that have bought that scrap silver in the larger quantities and you put it in your vault as a reserve, you could go through it, you could still market a percentage and pay for your AR-15s, pay for your gas mask, buy more food, do whatever you want, and still retain 90% of the silver that you bought. And the numismatic side is gonna be goofier than just walking out and laying it on a scale and getting digits for the weight. That's the difference between the numismatic coin collector side and the bulk numismatic element, which is what you're dealing with. That's what you wanted. That's what everybody, because if this thing goes to hell in a hand cart, a bag full of silver, each coin is a coin. Now, people will become entrepreneurs. They will figure this out, that you're going to have to even rate what you take as currency. And what will probably happen in most cases, like I said before, if you go to Taiwan right now, Taiwan's a fairly well-to-do and sophisticated nation state. But if you walked into a store and you said, and they go, yeah, we have these very fine watches available. I want that fake Rolex right there. You have no little third one over on the side there, the fake Rolex. I know it's a fake, a nice fake though. How much? Oh, $59 American. Well, I'll tell you what, I don't have cash, but I guess I do. I have this, and you put that little pile of chain links out there in gold. You put one out, put in front of her, not all of them. Just one little links of gold off of your currency chain on your neck. And she immediately looks at you and she doesn't balk and go, I need a paper currency. No, in a country where people truly know money, she immediately reaches under the counter and sits right out in front of you on electronic scale. And she sits it on the scale, she gets on the computer or the phone right there. And she looks at the spot and she turns the phone at you and says, do you accept that? And you look at it and you look at her and you nod your head. And then she looks at the weight of that piece of gold and it's either gonna be enough or if you bought something a lot pricier, she's gonna say to Americans have to relearn money cuz we've gone stupid. This country is stupid. This country mostly has been dumbed down by the public fool system and propaganda on television. But the school of hard knocks and bad environment, everybody's gonna learn real quick that, A, you're not gonna be able to steal from everybody like they're trying to promote everybody to do. People are gonna start getting shot dead when people just disappear and walk away. Or people will club somebody like a baby seal when they try to do some of the crap you're seeing in all these videos. It's gonna start hard and fast. So the idea where you could just ride up on somebody and take what you want down the road when you're negotiating, that ain't gonna happen because under the table that mama's son is gonna have that pistol pointed right at you. While she's busy smiling and trading with you for that watch. And she's got a henchman off to the side, I'm sorry, an employee. And he's watching you the whole time just in case you get frisky. He's got a knife, he's got a bludgeon, and he's really wealthy, he's got a gun. And that's over there. Over here, you'll learn real quick how the real world's gonna have to work again. And currency, coin, of all type is gonna be used in service. Now, whether or not it's gonna be interpreted as bullion or for the sake of speed, convenience, and civility, you accept the face value of the coins in the exchange process. That's gonna be determined by the local area of activity where you are and how quickly people do try to become civilized again. But that scrap silver, the junk silver you got? Now scrap silver is a different story, forgive me, I keep trying to do that because scrap silver is like, if you were smart, you're looking for all the silverware that's real silverware and you collected it and put it on the shelf, you don't alter it because it's a manufactured item. You never know, that piece of silver, silverware is the same way. Well, I got it because it was an add four or five pieces from yard sale. Right, okay. So down the road you start looking around and somebody is searching for three pieces for that, you know, 100,000 or 50,000 or $20,000 silver set they've got. And they need a few more pieces to complete or they want some spares. So all of a sudden, rather than just the weight of those silver spoons, the intrinsic value of that silver spoon is much, much, much higher. So, well, yeah, you could melt it down or yeah, you can throw it in the pile as weight. If it's already manufactured and it's already a finished product, that value in time in the processing may greatly increase the actual value of what you have. because it always has the silver value. That's why silver sets or platinum sets or gold sets of whatever always retain their value because it's that core interest in bullion. But then you have the artisan which adds value to the product. And depending upon how kuth slash knowledgeable the population is, That determines what kind of acceptable value that product has. At certain points, as we've joked, well, what will paper be? Paper currency, the country's dead. Exactly. So then it comes down to still people wanting to create whatever semblance of society or civilization. Manufactured items become even that much more valuable because do you have the artistic capability? Do you have the wherewithal to produce a product of that type and quality? And if there becomes a refinement, slash, an appreciation of it, guess what? It goes through the moon. That goes the echo stellar. That's why certain objects even now, like my very fine Swiss combat clock, forgive me, I have to rewind this again while you're doing the program. For those of you who don't know, I have a clock that I've saved from destruction. It's here in the studio and it keeps better time than the computers do now because half of them don't have the right time. No matter what the effect, these three right now don't match. But this is a clock lary from a French World War I bomber. The only one bomber it was used in, they were built about 1916, 1917, and it was a night bomber. And the clock was only used, they're Swiss, it was made by the French, this thing is about four inches in diameter, it was bolted to the face of the, I think, the navigator bombardier's position. And then after World War I, it was captured by the Germans, or forgive me, at the beginning of World War II, when the Germans took France, these were captured and then mounted in U-boats. That's the only two military applications that this clock could have been used in. So it was either A, taking off a French bomber in World War I that may have been shot down or maybe wreckage at the end of the war. Or this came off a German U-boat with some American being sticky fingered during they were taking France or one of the other port facilities. But either way, it's quite a collector's item. It still holds time quite nicely. After all, we are going to accounts of time and seconds he takes for to get to the merchant marine ship we are torpedoing. Yeah. Either that or with the fresh pilot is going over the location and you're dropping the bombs. It's about 11 o'clock at night. Everyone is asleep. So anyway, my clock says we got about 15 minutes. So both of them do now. Another thing here about the reason I want to bring currency up guys, Craig from forbidden knowledge still has copper rounds, one ounce rounds. Now, he has to adjust his price because, again, he can't replace them for what he was offering them for, but he still has a good price on a couple of really great products. He produced a, I think it's the million dollar coin, forgive me, I could be off on that one. And he also produced the Minuteman coin. He has the dies for these. Now, when Craig is up, again, I recommend if you can, buy a cylinder of these copper rounds. Why? Well, help us with the effort to build, prepare to build for tomorrow. Gold is going to be in circulation and mass because everybody, there's a lot more of it out there than anybody wants to talk about. viable hard currency that's going to be in play. But it's for larger objects. You don't wanna take a gold coin and try to pay for a loaf of bread. A gold coin and buy you a suit if you think you need one. Or body armor or parts for a car, maybe an engine for a car. Depends on what the settled valuation is and drop all the idea about it's $2,500. The American dollar will mean nothing. One of the toughest things that all of you are gonna have to wrap your brain around is throw all of the numbers that you're expressing right now out the window. We're going to have to go back to a commodity minded monetary exchange system. Remember it used to be, bread was a nickel a loaf. Okay, a nickel a loaf. My dad used to say he used to be able to buy a family size baby Ruth candy bar. It wasn't the toy candy bars you have now. It was like a half a loaf of bread in terms of size. That's what a baby Ruth used to be. If you talk about shrinkflation, if you can see what an actual baby Ruth candy bar really looked like, a physical real candy bar from the period when my dad was a boy. A nickel would get you a baby with candy bar that you'd be nibbling on for days cuz nobody had a nickel to rub together to begin with. But if you didn't spend it on that, it was a super mega treat. But again, all of these numbers that you're relating, you have to throw them out the window cuz we're not gonna let the federal government that destroyed our economy and is intentionally trying to enslave us. And the only way to really do that is to look at the historical aspects of how did the founding fathers establish and develop an American money system that stood free from the stinking Jewish international bankers who did not have latches on our currency and therefore were not the middlemen to our wealth. And when the guy comes back to, you know, come back to their life out of the environmental storage unit they were in. Do we really want third party asshats manipulating our lives and our children's lives and our country's life? No, look what's happened because of that. So, the problem is, is that we're gonna have to scour all of this out, like all the other aspects of this, currency being the key. And if we tactically have it dispersed, and that's the thing, Larry, guys, everybody, we do have the ability to stabilize the country with what we privately possess. And the regime knows this too, so here's the other problem. They want the guns so that this time around, remember, they went after, they declared a national emergency. They declared a banking emergency. They wanted to get, they moved to get the guns and they demanded to confiscate the gold. Now this time around, we're even better armed than we ever were, say in 1933, when the Federal Reserve demanded that FDR declare a banking emergency so they could steal the physical wealth of America from America.
