were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat and speaking low to me he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations this legacy we gave. In this the land home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep.
Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave to the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state.
You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame you've traded in your name You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize family farm and keep our country
but men of God in jail harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died?
Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. And pray to God, keep the torch of freedom burning bright.
Oh, forgive me, I'd love to.
It'd be nice, but I really don't want to throw these hours away. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the first hour of the Afternoon Intelligence Report. I'm Mark Kornke. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories. West, southeast, north,
And north, ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on libertytreeradio.4mg.com. libertytreeradio.org. And of course we are on satellite. We want to say hi to all of our merchant marine operators out there on every and any body of water you can imagine, literally everywhere.
analog and digital, we're on a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States. And it is? It's Friday already! No way! Yes, señor, señorita, señor, it is Cinco de Avo de! It is also Quartermaster Friday. It is the 16th of February, definitely past the half bookmark.
for February now. It is the 16th year of open obvious and in your face, Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2024 old earth calendar 2024 battle for the Republic. The dance of swords, let the dance continue. We're going to make sure that that happens.
And for everybody, it has been a very, very, very busy week. On the dead run here today. Stopped by to the printers, did a bunch of other pickup work, got a bunch of other things stuffed into envelopes.
I did get the response from some of our friends who sent emails because no, you did not put an address on the PayPal request, which by the way, we caught up on that and I didn't just blindly send in the mail. I can't do that. I've got to have an address. So thank you for following up on that for the guys that did. There were a few. And I will remind you again that
The weekend is here and I want to say hi to Camp Emmerich, Camp Emerson, New Camp Stasa, Camp Wayland North, the Ogama Ranges, Naga-Hitcham, Fox, Wolf, and the Rustics, which by the way, one of those technically is now Fort Benning, Michigan, which is kind of cool. So we got what we wanted out of that one. The idiots are stupid enough to dump a fine, let's just say historical name.
We're talking about Fort Hood since they screwed Fort Hood and made it camp Taco Bell, which is cool by me. I don't care what the idiots on the other side do, they're a bunch of fools anyway. But big thing is we'll resurrect all of that. We can make that work for us quite easily. So the stupid is taking hold in the stupid system made up of incompetence, idiot sticks and fools.
And we are stepping up and making sure that we square the technology and resources away and making it ours as a matter of fact, which is how it should be, piss on the other side. Anyway, it is Friday, Cinco de Amo Day and Quartermaster Friday. Cinco de Amo Day, guys, I cannot emphasize again, I went through a little bit. I can only spend so many minutes on a website and I gotta keep going.
But Atlantic Firearms has a tremendous collection of, but apparently they're saying their police trade in. I don't know where they came from and I would be curious. I did not call them. I was actually going to do that today and I just ran out of time. I don't know what departments these came from if it was an American police department. That's something somebody asked me when I was traveling today, when they saw me that I was about. It's like, hey,
you were talking about, what department did they come from? It's nice to know because you never know what kind of goofy paperwork you're going into. And I'm serious about that too. Guys, we're not stupid. I've seen all kinds of bizarre stuff where they release weapons and they might fiddle part with you later on. Now, most commonly, although they really have no justification for it, is if the department stamp is on the gun, which by the way, many departments sell over the counter.
all of their old inventory, they do not deface the stampings because it's irrelevant. It doesn't really mean anything, it just identifies that it has been in the inventory of the department. In this case, I don't know with any of these. I didn't see anything and I didn't see any comments about stampings, but that doesn't mean they aren't there. So if they are, now let me point something else about collecting things.
What do you think a 41 Smith and what 41 Magnum Smith and Wesson and frame revolver stamp for San Francisco PD with a two or three digits serial number. What do you think that might be worth? That's worth a chunk of change nowadays. In fact, a lot more than even I suspected they might be going for. And interestingly enough, what it used to be when you were buying department guns,
JG sales was fantastic for having some really fine examples of Smith and Wesson's out there and the prices were more than reasonable. In fact, they were almost a giveaway, but they're about as good as you were going to possibly ever get. And I purchased many weapons from JG back when they were getting the police trade-ins that were weapons typically from the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and even into the 70s.
And so remember that the course you're looking at some of these guns and going well they've That's but that gun goes back to the 80s and to the 70s Well, just a math on that if that is the case and it's something that's you know collectible Number one, it's a serviceable firearm work just fine. In fact, some of the guns that pointed out There's some Smith model 39s in there
There are some Smith Model 59s, which I love. That's a beautiful gun. I have no problem running the Model 59 all day. Prices are more than they were. In fact, I think theoretically, although the face value price is more than what they were sold for when the guns came out, I will remind you that the devaluation of our currency is such that the prices are actually still decent for some of the weapons. Not all of them. It's a mix. You always have to cherry pick.
But go take the time and take a look at some of the weapons there. You'll have some of them jump out and go, I remember that gun. Yeah, I had one of those fill in the blank. So, but you might have an interest, especially for some of you who have a lot of older firearms in your standard inventory. This is a good choice, a good direction to go to supplement your inventory and put everybody on the same page with magazines and ammunition.
So again, it's Atlantic Firearms. They just got a bunch more stuff in. I just got another notice. And they look good. They really do look like they'd be interesting. So you need to talk to them. If you're looking at maybe buying more than a few, might want to look at making a deal. Remember, you can make deals with people who sell firearms. And that's not a bad idea, as a matter of fact. So talk to them. See what they say. You never know what you might end up with out of a package deal.
Anyway, that's Atlantic Firearms. Now also, as was pointed out by Dar, one of our callers, as a matter of fact, over at Classic Firearms. There's more than a few deals over there, but right now they do have a complete AR, $350, at least this morning. Now, they might be, these things, if they sell out, they sell out. Remember, it's a deal thing or it's, you know, special of the weekend thing. However, if they do have them, not a bad price for what it is.
And again, remember this is a light rifle. They didn't quote the weight. I didn't see the weight posted. I would like to see them do that because one of the things I've been pointing out is I would like to see a five pound or six pound rifle. And it's easy with polymer and using a lighter barrel to drop the AR down as a car 15, but with the 16 inch barrel. In other words, use a carbine short gas system with a 16 inch barrel, polymer four grip.
And with a plumb crazy Gen 2 lower, you're talking a very, very, very lightweight weapon. And that's a good thing, as a matter of fact, because a lot of times you're gonna be wanting to cash or stash things. And you need to reduce the weight if you're looking at aircraft support guns, something for a guy to carry as a down gun if they have to hit the ground running. Guess what? This is a good choice.
So anyway, take a look at that also. There's classicfirearms.com, classic firearms, and they did also have some deals on some 6.2 by 39. I don't know how much of that they have left. It's been scarfed up as quick as people have been seeing it. And that's happening a lot, not a surprise. So if you see it and you can catch it, fantastic. If not, don't cry, just wait for the next deal. And then swoop in like a hawk and pick up what you need.
Don't hesitate, don't wait with certain calibers right now, certain chamberings and 762x39, start stacking and racking as much as you can. By the way, AK prices went up a little bit too, although there have been some deals. AK prices, I've noticed in general, have kind of ratcheted up the other way. There's a big demand. Also, you may pay attention to magazines if you see a good deal on mags.
As I've told you before, if you're committed to those weapons, you have to pick up the magazines and ammunition now. And then again, the next thing is spare parts, spare parts, spare parts. We're not in this for the short haul. We're planning on winning the war. And to do that, we have to have all of the resources in hand now in preparation for what we're gonna have to do later, okay? So again, over there at Classic Firearms.
Now, another thing that I did talking about the Flecktarn German Web Gear sets. There are a few companies, but as was pointed out by a couple of the callers, a lot of the pouches that came out here just this last week are already sold out. Everybody hawked them, and they came in and cleaned out the shelf. But there are a few places, Royal Tiger Imports does have, if you need to round out with a few more mag pouches just to finish things.
They do have the standard Flecktarn German web gear type. This is the German, and forgive me, I don't have the nomenclature for that particular set off the top of my head. But it's a German centric system that's been in place through the Cold War, middle Cold War, through to the end. And the Germans have still been using it up until not too long ago. In fact, they do still have it in the inventory because we see it all the time.
some of the propaganda photos they're doing for the yuck rain we need to fight, go to war crap, garbage, debris, that's just. And so again, might want to check out Royal Tiger imports. There are a few other things that are interesting that are over there right now, including they do have a few deals on some of the really, really, really tired.
rifles that are coming in from Ethiopia. You've got every grade of weapon you can imagine that they've been bringing in from there. And right now they have a British number 1 mark 3 Enfield for about $199. It's grade C. Now, I wouldn't normally mention that gun. Right now, there is a plethora of brand new unissued old inventory parts available
for the number 1 mark 3 and for the number 4 mark 1 or the jungle carbine. Up to and including spare barrels right now, which I was kind of surprised to find those today, but many other components, critical parts are available and they are cheap. Now again, some of you have a lot of these and if you do,
have a lot of the British Enfields. You might want to go take a look at the parts inventory that Centerfiresystems.com has and ApexGunParts.com. Now they have two different inventories and they're quite a lot, quite extensive by the way, quite elaborate in terms of the what they do have on the shelf right now. Making them a very, you know, useful solution for anybody out there who's wanting to
square away or fix up a number of rifles. Why do I say that? Well, let's go back to that grade C rifle. The wood is a probably horrible. It's not dry rotted, it's just dry. You're looking at one of the driest parts of the planet and it was good that the stuff was stored there. So even though it was poorly maintained, there wasn't anything that could really happen to the stuff. It just sat there and got dry. That's the only way to think about it.
But now these grade C's are you read what it says? But could it could you do something with that? Well, as a matter of fact, yes, you can barrels are available for about $39 from one source. You could torque the barrel off reinstall the barrel. I would go with a polymer stock or a choke if you look around you find chokes for about $39.95. And I do a be like I've said many times put a B square scope on it curse you could stick with the iron sights. Now if you do the polymer stock, it's a supporter I stock.
So you're not going to have the full-length wood. But the British number one mark three Enfield, and British number four mark one, number one mark three, number one mark three is known as the smelly. Both of these are very heavy barrels. So once you eliminate all the trappings,
It is a heavy free floated barrel that is very stable. The only gun that's maybe more durable in terms of rebuild like that is the M1917 Enfield. Once you eliminate all the different push-pull interference from sling bands and all of that, the weapon is a tack driver. So one of the considerations here is A, to experiment with the rifle for the price.
I know it's not a $10, $20, or $15, or $50 rifle anymore. Looking at $199. However, there are some deals, and I'm talking Royal Tiger import. There are some other deals that they make where they have like an odd special going on. And some of these weapons get popped out of there for as little as $60 apiece. Meaning that you have a receiver, you've got a lot of other viable parts.
And you can cherry pick from parts inventory and figure out what you wanna do to address the gun up however you want to. And yes, there's all original wood sets, there's new rebuilt sets in birch for the wood, etc, etc. I'm not that concerned about making it a military line weapon. I'm looking at making it a functional weapon and can I do it for minimal cost? Now, yes, I'll be saying, well, isn't that in 303? Yes, they are, that's in 303 British.
The two directions you go is either what little surplus is left, it's expensive. Or you can go with preview partisan, PPU or PMC. Now PMC, I look still does make 303 British. So if you're looking for a placement gun or something you can build as a cash gun that you're not gonna cry about, you can put it together, it's a good weapon. Somebody's asking, what would you put on for optics? A nine power scope, hold on.
No, I would still put an I wouldn't put a red dot or I wouldn't spend any big money You can find some really nice 9 power flat 9 power scopes for about $20 if you look at the gun shows and they're good scopes We're talking, you know every name brand
They're just not in vogue. The nine power is not in vogue. It's either A, for some people, argued too big, for other people too small, but it's actually in that perfect niche for the battlefield environment we're in here in Michigan. Or let's say, Wisconsin or Pennsylvania or upstate New York. Rolling terrain, the weapon is viable to intermediate range by our standards. And again, beyond that, you gotta remember the weapon's not great for the barrel that you're working with.
unless you change it out. But to build up and use some of these military toss out weapons, you can actually have some fun with them. The other part about this is actually doing things and learning things about the firearms. How can you make them work? And there's a whole bunch of other stuff laying around out there. But again, the British end feels for the moment.
because they're absolute orphan guns. Now, I don't know if anybody's using 303 British weapons in their inventory, not even in the reserve right now, which is why this stuff is coming out. However, what it means is if you do have a pile of them as a small formation or unit to have auxiliary weapons, you can maintain the weapons for an indefinite period of time because all critical parts, firing pens, extractors, ejectors,
replacement bolt heads because the head of the bolt is what you do, what you change to tighten up the chambering. The head space on the weapon, you don't have to change the whole bolt out guys. This is a big advantage of the Enfield sadly enough it's in 303 British. There are some 7.62x51 NATO Enfields. They are commanding higher prices for obvious reasons and are basically what we would consider unobtainium range because I'm not collecting and looking for combat weapons.
And they're pricing these in the collector range right now because of uniqueness but also usefulness because of commonality of ammunition with other weapons. So there are a bunch of those out there. We bought a ton of the Indian number four mark, well, they weren't number four mark ones. No, correction, they'd be like what number mark nines or whatever they were. They're British, they're British in field pattern.
Indian made and they were in some 62 by 51 NATO and they were rebuilt in India, built in India actually. Not rebuilt, but probably refabricated a few times. So anyway, again, Royal Tiger import. Also remember apexgunparts.com. And in addition to that, yes, Sarco has some deals. In fact, if you wanted to buy a bunch, I mean a bunch of barreled Enfield receivers.
They have a sidebar deal. Go look in the barreled receivers and barreled receivers section of Sarco Inc. They have barrel receivers that are in basically fence post grade. I haven't looked at them that closely, but again, they're just what's left. And what you get is a receiver for about $4 to $7.
Yeah, you heard me, depending on money you buy. Now at this point in time virtually every park to rebuild those guns or to take and cherry pick from the parts inventory you could build whole guns with what's out there right now. Somebody's been seriously looking at for a couple of weeks now saying, well, how do we want to commit to something like that? Well, we could do it. We have a source for barrels. That's the big thing, a bunch of nice serviceable barrels.
And so the issue is, do you want to, because you're going to have to paper the, you have to go through an FFL for the receivers because they are a functional receiver and they're a modern post 98 receiver. So just, just heads up there on that one. And by the way, the grade C Enfield, that's going to be, yeah, that's going to be an FFL item too. Let's see, oh, we're, well, we're not past the bottom yet. Let's see, hold on here. I had a list of other
Okay, well, I'll tell you what we're gonna do. And we were a little scratchy, c'mon. Here we go, it's got it covered.
For their building concentration camps from the great hike off our postage stands to protect and defend their great democracy Though my vote in the last election didn't quite match the same projection Maybe those beautiful talking heads on my TV And when I called them to complain and I asked them to explain They just said that it proves that you're not in the groove of the new majority
Yeah, sure.
They got chips that fit inside your head that'll make you think they're thoughts instead, drugs that'll make you do just as they be. And to make things even more serious, they got strains of new bacterias that are surely to cause some unknown new disease. And that's why we got fear and high anxiety and paranoid perplexity and the gradual loss of all our liberty.
And as they try to bring us all down They might leave us with a frown They might even be the source of all the rumors in this town Well just between you feel the conspiracy Can't you sense a hypocrisy As they call it demotiventio sin And not to mention your libby And as we saw in the needle We write in conspiracy
We direct our mail and all our incoming phone calls to the Central Intelligence Agency. We'll just hope and pray someday they'll see that you and me are not the enemy, nor do we believe in koltheology. And as their police try to bust us and find some justice, though it's hidden behind a wall of mason.
If we're working out our salvation With the feeling of fear and trembling Hoping and praying someday the truth might set us all free That's just cause the media won't respond Don't mean there's nothing going on And brother what'll you do if there's something to all the words inside this song Well you can say that I'm wild eyed That all my fears are unjustified
Or that I'm totally mystified By a man who's crucified But just between you and me What hung him up on that tree It was all an evil, filthy, rotten conspiracy Yeah, it's all an evil, filthy, rotten conspiracy Believe me
Next piece in line, I am the Unknown Soldier by Carl Klein. Last one we just heard, evil filthy rotten conspiracy. And yes it is, Ed may have closed that out already, that's okay. And so we are, of course, here on Friday, you're listening to us, it's just past the bottom of the hour. This is LibertyTreeRadio.4m-g.com, Liberty. We got you.
I cannot fix it on the fly. But what I'm going to do is for the town hall meeting tonight, I'm going to work on it. But I'm going to end up playing all of Rand Paul going over what was in the, the B.S. border bill, where instead of we got a border bill, we got the funding Ukraine and funding Israel package.
Right, giveaway back in... Yes. Yeah, the whole thing's about an hour long anyway and that'll be time to tweak it while I'm doing that. Very good. And for everybody out there, you are listening to us on LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com. Here we go.
Some say I chose to refuse to know A brother and a friend of yours so long ago Some call me P.O.W. The one they left behind I am the unknown soldier Never tried to find I'm the one they never tried to find
I'm a farmer from Missouri, the soldier from St. Paul. I was the hero of my family, and still my pictures upon their wall. I'm a poet and a scholar and the boy who lived next door. The unknown, so on a foreign, on a foreign, over his momma's little boy.
And if you should just forget me here Then should I forget you too? But you try to bring who belongs to I'm still someone who belongs to you The unknown soul, tears to share I'm just the fading My country has betrayed me And I have forgiven you Every night I pray I'll never give you To fill your face That's you can't face Your country
I'm a die-old yer with dreams you'll rescue me And I am a man who understands Death might ever set me, might ever set me And I die slowly, and I'm tired, and I'm hungry, and I'm lonely, and I'm cold I am so bodin', so I'm the one who bodins So lay down close beside me now
And the unknown soldier.
And of course it is Friday here on Liberty Tree Radio and of course across the country. I want to say hi to all our micro rebroadcasters, but especially our DJs at all of our training sites this weekend. I know everybody's in place and we are not at capacity, we're full. In other words, we can take more people. There's a couple of training exercises taking place up at New Camp Stasa this weekend that are going to be kind of unique.
Oh, by the way, we are getting a bit of snow for those, not much. In fact, it looked like a haze initially because it's that light, but it goes on forever. And so, yeah, we got a little bit of frizzle out there to remind you that winter is not over yet. Don't compare things to that. We've got about six inches here, Mark. Interestingly enough, this is absolutely high altitude.
So probably you'll be winging down after a while. You got to figure eventually it drops. And whether it's going to be right here with us or down the road, I don't know. So we've got fluffy wet and even the four wheel drive was balking at it saying, I don't want to drive in this. And I said, you're going to drive in this. So I got the fact I got the boy outside now dropping the drop in the pressure on the tires because we got somewhere to go. And interestingly enough,
This front is coming from the south, not from the north down. This is cutting across the, I guess, from the Mississippi around the bottom of, well, middle of Indiana and Illinois, and is moving our way and then coming up, fish hooking up towards Lake Erie. So that's part of that hurricane effect I talk about every year that we have with the Great Lakes. If you were to look at it from satellite perspective, that's what it looks like. It looks like there's a hurricane.
taking place, a Coriolis effect. It's really neat, but it's nothing, it's not like we're being torn to shreds or anything like that. It's just the effect of the cyclic weather system on the Great Lakes. And something you should always look at, ignore the panic-stricken fools that make up the idiot sticks that now generate whatever they call weather, whether or not it's near or close or right, they don't care.
But if you get a chance, take a look at some of the satellite feeds from the independents out there. There's a lot of sources. And you'll see what I'm talking about because it literally goes from lake to lake across the bottom of the state, goes back up to the top of Lake Huron, hits the upper end of Lake Huron and goes to the west again because of the Ontario Peninsula there and Lake St. Clair.
And it drives it across the Lake Superior front and then down Lake Michigan it goes and so round and round and round. And what feeds it is the front where like we're seeing now that Darr is getting hit with. So again, fascinating and nothing to panic about. Instead it's like cool, this is Michigan, this is Michigan winter. And we still got a little gas, not much, a little bit of gas, but then it'll be gone.
and everybody be complaining about the heat and how we're gonna die from global warming instead of global cooling and you know, we're gonna die from weather. We're gonna die from weather, oh my god, I can't imagine that, yeah. So a couple of the things here real quick.
Needless to say, we've got a series of other charges that are being filed against the crooks that are prostitutes in the system right now going against Trump or attacking Trump. What's interesting about this are the pieces that are coming out that kind of demonstrate, as we've said many times, why? I don't have much respect anymore for the fake legal system has been arbitrary for years. You're just getting a chance to see what we've told you all about over.
and over and over ad nauseam and over. And it's just now it's just vomiting out onto the public pavement where everybody can see it. And it's been a progressive chain of abuses that have brought us to the point where we are right now. Where they just won one of these characters let so much go by.
to cover their ass, which then leads to the next incident, which leads to the next incident, which brings you to where we are now. Of course, this is over a period of years, in fact, decades. So there's nothing we're seeing that in the Patriot Movement we have not told you about multiple times.
The only difference is everybody always found some way to brush it off, you know, claim, well, that's not really what's happening. That's not really what's happening. Yes, it is really what's happening. And interestingly enough, it's now not just in one state, by the way, but as we've seen with the attack on Trump.
This was a multi-state, multi-faceted, prostitute operation coordinated by a handful of horrors that are in the government that are ring knockers. And they colluded. In fact, what's interesting about the latest is the multi-state collusion with the district of criminals.
Which is the paper trail is undeniable now and so now we're waiting to see well Of course are they really gonna do anything do I believe that they're gonna do anything? No Well anything actually fact they're gonna do everything they can after they get caught with their hand in the cookie jar all the way up to their armpit They're gonna stand there and stare at you and they would the kitchen light on while they're standing on the chair looking like you know
Oh, come on, one of the kids from Little Rascals, okay? And the cookie jar is, like you said, literally laying horizontally with the arm all the way in it. Four or five cookies grasp in their hands, read that falsified documents, communications to promote and generate a fiction, repeat ad nauseam, etc. So-
Where do you go with this? Well, they should be in jail. In fact, this is something that, the only good thing that can come from this is something that we've discussed many times and it's corrections that we're going to have to make to our system. And one of them is that traditionally, prostitutes, if they were malfeasant, were actually incarcerated.
Since the War Powers Act of 1955, the Shysters have altered the system and nobody has any working knowledge of how the American form of, quote unquote, jurisprudence was supposed to work. We're gonna remind everybody that yes, these characters need to go to prison. They need to go to be gone for a very, very, very long time if they're ever let out because they're undermining
the foundational mechanisms of the United States. Now, the present court is not. The present court isn't our court. Remember, you're dealing with the arbitrary and capricious Admiral D Court. Okay, let's remember that. So it was the alien court, we're up in here. Go ahead, yeah, go jump in there, please. I was gonna say, the difference between the two minutes you extra talked, it's gone again. I've got two thoughts, they collide against each other, and then both of them are gone.
No! Yeah, I know. Just keep talking. It'll come back to me in 10 seconds. It always does. Hit yourself. Hit yourself right now. Oh, the pain! Now I think I've never stuck a celery like Dr. Smith. It's gone. Never mind, it's gone. So I was going to say, the biblical paradigm for falsely accusing someone else and taking them to court
In fact, you get the punishment that they would if they had been convicted. That's a great idea. And in addition to that, the compensation in a false accusation or in a fraud
is seven times the cost, seven times the value in punishment or activity. That's for theft and things of that nature where you've taken somebody's dog or you've taken their food or something. I'm talking about falsely accusing you of X, Y, and Z, falsely accusing you of robbing a bank.
Right. But you see him. And taking you to court and saying, ah, look, we're going to railroad this guy. We're going to say he did the bank job. And in a court of justice, the witnesses would clarify the situation. And guess what? The person that said he's the one who robbed the bank, what's the penalty for robbing a bank? Well, under God's paradigm, there wouldn't be any banks number one. But it would be a financial, like you said. It would be three times or four times the amount.
And if it, you know, is a private person, there's only three punishments in the Old Testament that God gave, you know, for his nation when he was ruling the country. And there was one, was expulsion from the country. You get booted out, you don't get to combat.
The other one was death death penalty rape a child Take that somebody you have a woman you know murder somebody This is ridiculous, okay, I'm gonna phone that dog side to it's turned the talk It's going to inform us that there's something important going on good. Well, it's something important is if you get with kibble
It's important to him. So the idea that what prison was never an idea in the Bible. There is no incarceration in the Bible. If you wrongfully killed someone and the the canly thing was going to be used against you, there got created refuge cities where you could go as someone who, oops, I killed that guy's brother by accident. Now that guy's coming to kill me. You can go to the city of refuge and basically
You'll either be there until it's adjudicated by somebody or you'll be there the rest of your life Because if you leave the city the guy can kill you so I mean that's about the closest thing to imprisonment there ever was this whole imprisonment thing is a Monarchy thing where you know, you're a lesser person. So we're gonna put you in a cage like an animal Oh Talmud over Well part of this too now remember this is where the formula in America is
The interpretation of fraud is an unjust taking. And so again, it's a theft, which is why what we need to do, and this is what we really, really, really need to embrace, is if we are going to incarcerate, not flat out execute, which for many people is, that's a good idea, I understand, okay? But if we're going to do it, what we need to do to halt
These illegitimate activities on the part of these officers of the court is to render a common law type punishment and that would be a severe compensation in time and or monetary resource or wealth and the wealth could be physical that does not have to be a currency of some kind.
And that is something that we, it's obvious this is needed. I mean, we're right now to the level of corruption. And again, it's acceptable because the argument is, well, they have immunity. No, we've never had, this immunity did not exist in the past, ever.
And this is where you're taking the officers of the court and giving them monarchical courtesies over the population that never existed in this country. Never, and need to be squashed like a bug, or like he said, like a worm. And that's something that does need to happen, and it's something we're looking forward to with regard to solutions after the conflict.
We need to have solutions before we get there to the victory. And this is one of them. Actually, it's a very critical component because how are you going to straighten out the road that has become so crooked? There's no fixing the people involved. Look at what you've seen just in the last, what, two or three weeks.
Now, interestingly enough, that it did come out, it's because there is contest in power. There is not contest in terms of justice, because no justice, here's a partner who's gonna like, certainly won't wanna hear, there is no justice in this system. What is fascinating is, once there's demonstrated malfeasance,
The entire activity should die, but the business of the court, which is the only concern of these pricks that we have in the system, the ring knockers, is to protect the business. Well, the business has been undermined because in their malfeasance, they have allowed individuals into their midst that are, at best, very scurrilous.
outrageously scurrilous, okay, criminal across the board, which to a degree they liked. In fact, they were using, they promoted the attacks on Trump and it was a specific agenda that ensnared their interest and their acceptance to the idea of proceeding as they have. Now, because of what they did,
And because of the action, the entire operation should be null and void. But as you have noticed, they proceed. That is a demonstration of how far around the corner the illegitimate activity has gone, where it's going. And it is one of the many aspects of what do we need to fix that will have to be, first of all, we're gonna have to bust out the damaged part.
carved it out of our existence and anybody who supports the idea of proceeding with it. Well, just like with the hated Admiralty Court, the hated Admiralty Court operated under the crown all across each of the colonies up until when we put the kibosh to it, we being the people of these United States. Now once we did that,
And they didn't like it for obvious reasons. It destroyed their ability to, again, usurp the common law and the common good of the population. The present racket is just the opposite. Its purpose is to inggrandize and to create a
dysfunctional process that simply cannot proceed. Eventually it will break and turn sideways again. Like you have four wheels and one tire is bad, the same tire keeps going bad, and it drags you deeper and deeper into the ditch. That's what's going on right now with our country. And you can't fix it from within. It won't allow itself to be fixed. The very nature of the motto protect the business, protect the racketeers, protect the scammers first, protect the scam.
is why the system will not be fixed in this present situation. It cannot be. It will not be allowed. But they're corrupt, yes, and they like that corruption. It is the worst of corruptions. It is the worst of disgusting, malfeasant action on the part of a small clique of individuals
who have taken upon themselves an illegitimate mantle mental of aristocracy. And that aristocracy, that mechanism is what we shot out of this country. We had to shoot it out of this country. There was no discussion or negotiation about that. No, no, no, no, no, no, we had to fight a war for independence.
to scrub the table clean. And we're in the same situation now where the same requirement is before us, the same necessity, the need is before us. The enemy in its corrupt nature will not release, take its death grip away from our society, from our people. It is going to have to be put away.
And that's the part that nobody wants to have to pay. We should be able to come up with something. Well, really, we should. Well, of course, honorable individuals. Does anybody out there think there's any honor involved with the creatures that are presently in our system? With what you've seen just in the last how many months? And how many years? And for some of you, you've been around long enough, it's decades.
Has anybody seen any correction? No, they might back off for a bit while never changing the base instruments because the first rule is protect the business and maintain the operation of the business. And what I mean by that is continue with the skullduggery, but try to figure out how to get everybody to chug along and do the work and make the thing work.
and ran warned about with socialism and that's what you're dealing with are socialists. They break the machine, they back off enough to let you step forward and do all the work to fix because you look at it, you go, we need to fix this. It needs to be fixed, which is true, it does need to be fixed. But they will not release control, they just back off enough to let you do all the stinking work
All the back-breaking work to rebuild the mechanism, but always with the claw on the key components by the turds who caused the problem in the first place. See how that works? And it's repeat ad nauseam, repeat ad nauseam, repeat ad nauseam. There's a certain, I'm sorry, repeat caller, please. The bump in the curtain. Yes, the bump in the curtain. And you know what you do?
Oh look, why'd he hit the wall? He didn't hit the wall. It didn't sound like it was bump. It sounded more like squished thunk. Why is that? Because not only did he know to hit the bump, but he hit the bump right on the head and it fractured like a really spoiled egg. That's why you heard that sickening crack sound. It was a very effective diamond cutter kind of thump. And that's what- Bunk on the head, you nasty grump. Bunk, bunk, bunk. Bunk, bunk.
You can't do the, I guess he can. And again, that's where we are people. We should not panic. I'm not fretting about this. You shouldn't, and none of you should. Instead, just reverse. We need to embrace the fact that this fix
needs to be made and if it isn't then we're going to continue to plod along as we are in a very dysfunctional way as the front of the boat slips beneath the waves as it will probably anyway I mean really I can't see any way that that will not happen. They're just trying to figure out how to set it up so that because of the fact that we do have the hammer in hand that you know either A they kill off as many of as they can before the ship starts to slip beneath the waves
Because as people realize they're being betrayed or have been betrayed, a lot of people will reach out and bump that wall many times with a hammer, sounding like a whole dozen sickening, cracking eggs. The rest will be history, as it is that will have to happen. But people all have their component, don't believe in any way, shape, or form, or alone. Everybody has their peace.
of the epiphany that's necessary. They have their part that they're looking at with their perspective. The only good thing you have to do if you're listening right now is help to develop the rest of their knowledge to understand
Where we came from what it is that we've had that was has been so successful and Understand that it hasn't always been with us these perverts have slid in within a very short period of time And I ain't just talking the Biden administration they're around with Trump. They're on with with Obama Why do you think I say 16th year of occupation? Open occupation, which I'm going to do in a minute here because we're at the top of the hour
Because before at least they couched it with some kind of lie and they use some kind of deflection and they had a different vocabulary so that you could be lied to. But now, as everybody keeps going, repeat, do that. Because they're not couching any of their actions anymore, are they? It's obvious, be honest, shout it out, it's an all we told you so. God bless our republic.
And we're on the march, both day and night.
We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave.
You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS.
Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken snumber and you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seed and reform and keep our country
deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died?
Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. And pray to God, keep the torch of freedom burning bright.
As I awoke he'd vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each god-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave?
to application. Is this still the land of the free and home of the brave? Well, the words are uttered, but it's action that is necessary. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report I mark currently. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines in occupied territories.
North, south, north, west. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com, libertytreeradio.org. We're also on satellite, virtually everywhere on the planet, at one point or another on water, and that's both in analog and digital with people who listen and also repeat the broadcast.
We're in a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States to include micro AM and micro FM stations. I want to say hi to all our friends in Texas, also in Oklahoma, Louisiana, and many, many other states and also overseas. We appreciate all of you. It is Friday. See at this Friday, signore signorita today. It is single day. Today is the day when all of you out there listening signorita, signora and signore.
You will buy the ammunition for your piece Dola, for your rifle, or for your shotgun. It is also Quartermaster Friday. It is the 16th of February, more than halfway through the month of February. 16th year of open, obvious, and pissing in your face. Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K2024 old earth calendar. I'm giving all she's good, Captain.
and 2024 battle for the Republic, the dance of swords. And this is where again, what I was talking about in the last hour, we have to plant seeds now. What do we need to fix? When they talked about tweaking the Republic, they didn't talk about trying to figure out how to restrict the people's lives.
so much about making sure that they could keep applying the checks and balances to scurrilous wicked minds who might gravitate to positions of power. In other words, remember, oh you sad you seas and Pharisees who will thread a camel through the eye of a needle. That's what they were talking about. And you saw this, I mean, guys, in its grossest form,
And this is why they're not dwelling on it. Well, we're going to have a border bill. What is a border bill? Oh yeah, we're going to have a big border bill.
We're gonna send $100 billion to the Jewish-run, yuck, Iranian government so they can money-launder it. And we're gonna send it directly to the money-launderers in Israel, so another 20, 30, 40, 50 million, who knows, really. And then we're gonna, oh yeah, we're gonna fix the border by giving the illegal aliens buckets of money and the Israeli-run NGOs more billions of money so that they can backstab America and
front stab America at the same time. And that's your border bill. It's got border on it, doesn't it? You said you seize and Pharisees. Who would thread a camel? Is this not what we just saw? Is that not what you were looking at, a camel? Trying to thread it through the eye of a needle since we put the word border. It's a border bill.
Oh, I'm brain dead. I'm totally brain dead. You hear that, guys? They're gonna offer us a border bill. This is gonna fix stuff. But all it does is send money to our enemies. Well, no, it's gonna fix stuff, cuz it says border on it. Can't you take the nose of that camel and thread it through the eye of that needle? Because it says border. Wow.
We should do it! Yeah, I hear that! They're gonna do something about the border! No, sir, they're not gonna do anything about the border. They're just gonna screw you more on the border, and over the border, and this side of the border, they're gonna screw you all! Oh, you sadducees and Pharisees, who would thread a camel through the eye of a needle. Oi, Gavolt! Just send us the money! Oi, I'm telling ya!
So, again, corrections, and one of them is being unjustly charged, an equal or greater punishment to the officers of the court at every tier must take place. And monetary compensation is not the answer, not the only answer.
extreme incarceration for failure to follow what is the honorable and truthful and righteous path. Failing to do that as an officer of the court with grave responsibility. That's why the post is so important because the first key part of why we fought the American War for Independence is that the state does not have a right to our lives.
That's what the argument was about, that what I earned is mine, not yours. We all have the same, and I've said this a million times, the best way to explain it, we all have the same 24 hours in the day. What do you do with your 24 hours? Well, I didn't get enough, so I think I should have some of your goodies. Did we not have the same 24 hours? Now, here's some of the problems. When you create, again, parasitic government institutions,
Even with regard to education, it is inevitable that the sloth, that the malfeasant, that the obscene, that the wretched, that the sick minded who are all power freaks.
should gravitate to each of those posts and education is no difference from the malfeasance that you have seen in the medical industry now and you've seen it virtually roll over into every aspect of the society because you've let an alien and foreign culture invade quietly behind the scenes. Even though you all saw it, you all knew it was going on, you allowed it to happen.
And the public fool system was one of the most significant aspects of this undermining of common sense and the intelligence of the American people. It did not educate and improve, but it has undermined and destroyed useless institutions.
And like everything else, passing the buck up, so to speak. Well, the next chair is going to catch that problem. We didn't teach anything, but the next chair will catch it. Well, it's like the courts. Well, okay, well, we're not really going to do this down at the lowest denominator and minimize contact with the government. Oh, no, we're going to promote it so we go from the...
from the district to the circuit, from the circuit right up through all of the different appellate and appeals and, yeah, supreme stuff in there, superior court, we can go right up the whole ladder. But instead of stopping it the next tier up, maybe, which is what it used to do when they went from dealing with it at the district court, instead they passed it up to the circuit courts. So the same thing happened, everybody could sit on their dead ass, pass the buck up, waste more of your life's time.
in a mechanism that usurps your time and unjust taking that is illegitimate. Because of that, how much more of your life's time over and over and over and over again is taken by an illegitimate act, by a group of individuals who are not you, not part of you. Especially since they have titles of nobility.
There shall be no emoluments or titles of nobility. And yet through the Admiralty court, progressively the same monster that we shot out of here is now right in your face across the whole of this nation. It's why it will have to be shot out of here again. Stab, shot, every weapon that can be imagined will be used and what is a conflict.
But it will be pushed back out and beat down hard. That's what has to happen. So anyway, addressing that, finishing from the last hour. I wanna get into a few of the things. It is 15 minutes after the hour, 16. A reminder, Ed's gonna be putting on the Rand Paul. Actually, I think it was a filibuster, to be quite honest, guys. They're just pieces up. It's not all out there, but he actually made the effort to block the
of America with, in fact the second time around it's not even a border bill, it's just how much money can they rate from America bill? And remember, that's why it took them until five o'clock the next day, 5 AM to get around to passing the rape, kill, pillage and burn bill that the kosher mafia, the Israelis demanded to pick the pocket of America.
So anyway, so at the from 7 o'clock to 8, militia town hall will not be on. It's gonna be working on retweeting the system because when the system went down, a bunch of stuff is offset and it takes time to reset everything and you gotta pick through all the problems that are involved. So he's gonna take care of that. But in the meantime, another thing here real quick, wanna mention before I forget.
coffee. I mentioned it yesterday, coffee. Somebody asked, well, what would you buy? You know what, that's a, coffee is a personal flavor thing just like anything else that we're fortunate enough or blessed enough to be able to make a choice over. Myself, I buy lots of cheap coffee. Ideally, the stuff like even at Dollar Tree is, although Dollar Tree is going to be going up, I understand, but what Nancy said, they're going to go to $1.58.
instead of $1.25 pretty soon. I don't know when that's gonna happen, which means that whatever packages you can find before shrinkflation combined with increase in cost takes place. The bags of coffee that are there have been there for quite some time. I noticed they've changed to another brand or another fake name on the cover of the package. But any coffee in smaller increments that is foil packed or vacuum brick stored,
I've already done experiments with this for years, some of the stuff I've had on the shelf for 17, 18, 19 years. Opened it up if it's vacuum brick sealed and it's just like it came out of the grinder. Now it's interesting that, again, in a mild environment, stored out of the sunlight, in the bricks, inside another container to protect it from rodents and bugs and critters from getting into it, needless to say, chewing into anything.
basically has an indefinite shelf life if it is properly stored. The one thing I like about the packages that are smaller real quick is barter and trade or issue. If I've got 100 men here in front of me, this is why whenever I grab multiples of stuff, I always try to again allow for the idea that I'm gonna be issuing out to a company of individuals 120 or 130 men. So you try to give everybody the same thing.
If at all possible, why? Jealousy and envy, fatigue, combine that with fatigue and just anxiety and all the other problems. It doesn't take much for people to go into twilight zone or lala mode, okay? If you've dealt with a lot of people under a stress condition, this is something you always have to take into consideration.
With also barter and trade, if you can get something that has already been consistently stored and is bulk pack,
or I should say pack, but in bulk numbers, quantity. It is a good trade item because it creates reliability and consistency that is preferred with all parties. It eradicates a lot of the, he got more than I did. Now in some cases that could happen that somebody got more than the other guy did. If I have a five or six ounce pouch here and I run out of those and I start trading seven or eight ounce pouches, guess what? Yeah, somebody's gonna get more, but I'm not gonna give it away for the same price.
In trade and exchange as opposed to issue. Now issue, you're gonna get a cup of something. You're going to get a pouch of something and it's gonna be consistent.
And I'm not saying like with coffee, well guess what? We're gonna cook it, we're gonna boil it, we're gonna use the grounds more than once. But the first time around, everybody's gonna get a cup of coffee or everybody's gonna get a cup of Kool-Aid or everybody's gonna get a bottle of something that we've already packaged or was already packaged. And what I mean by we already packaged for us is we actually produce products. We can produce soda pop, it's a treat, it's not an everyday thing. We are gluttied right now because we're blessed with the resources that are available.
When all of that gets cut off, we're going to be indexing back to the way things used to be where you bought something like that as a unique treat, not as something to bathe yourself in by virtually swilling gallons of it. Instead, it was, well, you know what? You get a cup of coffee. When do you get a cup of coffee? Well, at the end of a meal, as part of savoring the meal and to relax while you're letting the food digest because you're not just going to jump up and run.
At the end of a meal you were offered or what's called profured a cup of coffee or a cup of tea at your choice. So again, some people don't drink coffee. So are you going to offer them tea? I'm going to offer them some form of warm, fuzzy item like that that is designed to complement the end of a meal process.
And that's how you do it. Now, of course, in a mess kit situation or a military situation is stand in line. Here's your coffee. Here's your here's your tray. Here's your here's your drink. Here's what might be coffee. If you choose to, you have coffee. If you want it, there's coffee. Bigger and the coffee. Yeah, steaming yellow libations. No, no, that's later on. Remember, once you are done with the coffee and done with the pop, you will offer steaming yellow libations to the white porcelain goddess. But that will be later.
Everybody figure out what I just said? He might be able to figure it out. But it's true that this is something we all guys instant coffee is going to be a treasure. I'm talking fresh coffee or ground coffee that's not going to last. I mean it's only going to be good for so long but also you get everybody consuming what's left in the way of an inventory. Two things are going to happen. The value of the coffee is going to go up in barter trade and exchange.
And any other product that's of comparable type but may not be as high a quality will also go up in value. Instant coffee will immediately be worth more. Nobody is going to send anything to the United States if the economy goes into the toilet. Does everybody understand that? Not right now we're blessed. And so right now certain things I just know other things I can produce. I can get carrots, I can make onions. We do this every year, we do hundreds of pounds of everything.
What is it I can't make? That's what I need to put on the shelf. Or what is it that is much more convenient to have? Example, we talk about matches, we talk about lighters and all the other items like that. Those are convenient. Do I know how to use a steel and flint? Oh, hell yeah, all day.
I can do a striker, I can do a fire with a striker, but you know what, it's kind of nice rather than, you know, sparking and making little bundles of, you know, whatever, you know, in other words, using the lint and, you know, a combination of cedar shavings and, you know, there we go. To do that all so I can light a candle or light something just will, let me get something going. It doesn't work that way. It doesn't work that well. So a match is awfully convenient.
It also would behoove you to figure out how matches are made. What's the formula for making a match? For making a match head. I've said this many times on the air. Do you know you can make an entire business down the road by being able to and knowing how to do just a little chemistry? Do you know what matches would be? What would they be worth down the road? What do you think? Go ahead, repeat caller.
and dip it in molten sulfur. And then they would touch that to their charcoal with the cherry on it. Yes. Remember? In fact, interestingly enough, just think about that. What does it take to make a toothpick? Okay. Or a matchstick. Okay, but I want everybody to think about that. There's an item that we take for granted, but what does it take to make just one toothpick? Would? Look at the...
Look at the wood, but look at the miracle of it. I mean, no, I'm talking about the Taylor and fancy go-to meat and toothpicks we got. Hell, I can buy toothpicks that not only have a pointy end, but they got a couple little knocks on the other end and a little like, almost like a chain handle. Oh yeah, like a little sortie thingy. I got a Sharpie bucket like it's a, like I've got a fencing foil. But here's the thing, what does it take when you think about how much technology
actually put that together and how about the blades? A lathe? And not only that, yeah, not just any, yeah, but not just any blades. The lathe is pretty straightforward. We can make a micro lathe, but you have to have the edge to be able to work the wood. And is it really worth your while in a, in a, now think about this. This is one of those many items that is so unthought out. How, you know, what would it take to make a box of toothpicks?
How much time would it take for you to make a box of toothpicks? How much energy does it take to make a box of toothpicks? Now we don't think about it because, well, usually the cheapest slaves on the planet make them for us, right? But if those slaves are gone and in the market potential, forgive me, your ability to spend, the ability to actually have the economy to make something like that, where is it on the pecking order?
You know, I wouldn't be using a toothpick because the toothpick cost me a lot. Match sticks are usually made of, you know, and again, you sleeve them, you cut them in a square form. I mean, the more modern ones. But traditionally, like you said, a lesser piece of material is used. It also has to be a, preferably a kind of a fatty wood, or at least again, a soft wood so that it combusts nicely, will burn with the complement of the chemical that's added to the end of the match, remember.
There's all kinds. I can make it out of oak, but it really won't burn very well, will it? Won't hold the light. The filament on the end would light. So there's even a math formula, so to speak, to making the matchstick itself. Think about that. And this would all be gone. I mean, how many people? It's agreed you have to have a lathe, but well, think about you could make one.
And you would. I mean, to be quite honest, it's like I've said, if you're going to make a niche industry, you're going to figure out how to make the tools, you're going to figure out what you need in the way of tools, figure out how to make them work, and then you're going to produce a product. And some products that we take for granted because we think we'll always be there.
would in a flash be completely gone from your environment, would be no longer available. Even paper, now, yeah, well, I can make paper, I did that in school years ago. I did, did any of you ever make papyrus? That was a big deal, we're gonna teach you all how to make papyrus cuz we're studying Egypt.
But how about making a lot of it? How about like where I'm sitting here right now, I've got a notepad has 50 pages on it, they're clean paper. How long is that gonna last? If I don't have, for instance, and this is the thing, would I really be operating computers? Computers do eliminate a lot of the push with regard to resources needed. But if the electrical grid is gone and I have to sip power, am I gonna prioritize wasting a lot of power on excessive computer time?
Or am I going to go back to mechanical? I can revert to mechanical for a bit, but you know what happens? I'm going to run out of paper. Pens are going to go dry. Pencils are going to burn out. I'm going to run them out. Pencils are the most storable item. Paper is easy enough, but even there, it's a finite resource. And all of this was part of an expansive American production industrial base that we have lost. Not all of it completely. We could still recover some of it.
some of it, and it would take time. And in doing so, we could reestablish our economy. But the betrayal of NAFTA and GATT.
was so in depth and significant in its purpose of destroying the physical wealth of the United States. And the physical wealth isn't just a stack of gold, isn't just a stack of copper. It is the mechanical ability to control the environment and produce and change what the environment does for me.
Then what the what the conditions of my country in other words resources copper gold coal sulfur as it was mentioned a minute ago all of these Naphtha and Gats job was to destroy 200 years worth of industrial development in America And that was its sole purpose All the other little cheap short-term benefits, you know think about this today. I just pulled out a pair of pliers and
that I had in a toolkit, have in a toolkit, and the pair of players was 19 cents. Were they Kmart players from 1964? No, no, they were Chinese made players that we bought. They got a big lot label on them. From what year? Oh, from 1994, 1995.
When the first China Sport cheap stuff came in and the Chinese didn't know what the value of their labor was and they made whatever deal they made and They didn't have them in blister packs and cost, you know 395 they came in in buckets over to big lot or to some of the resale stores and you could pick them out for you know Initially 10 12 cents and then they went to 19 cents and then they went to 35 cents and and they went in you know how it works step by step
But in the process of doing that, they also progressively moved out or destroyed how many American tool companies. Now, that little pair of pliers wasn't gonna kill everything. It's the allowed competition without regulation to protect the industries inside the country which are critical to the national defense. So you see, they knew what they were doing. They knew exactly what they were doing. And they were betraying us. And all the people that supported that knew that they were betraying us.
And now those same spit swappers and ring knockers are flapping their yap. But every time they have to go into brain fart and shut up, when they look at the real reason the economy is in the situation it's in. And it's when they finally flip the switch with NAFTA and GAP that they screwed the whole country. Even the border, the problem we have with the border,
is a direct extension of the dropping of the sovereign border of the United States to the use of NAFTA and GATT and the treaties attached to it. That's why the border is in the situation it's in now. We stopped it twice, three, four, five times. But in this last three years, they realized that they got to go for the gusto because they're trying desperately to destroy your freedom. And to destroy your freedom, they have to destroy the economy.
And that's exactly what the traders are working at. So we have to have solutions. And just like our caller jump in and say, well, you could use a toothpick and sulfur like the traditionally, okay, that's something that we need to be looking at now. Can we do it better? And can we do it cheaper so we can make more of them so we could get them out to where people can use, you know, you can market them.
Local economy in production is what's going to make the difference. We're already doing this with weapons, we're doing this with automotive parts, rebuilding or refabricating. One of the things that we started a project this week is rebuilding brake shoes, not just simply buying brake shoes.
What they're so cheap. Yes, they are and the moment that the communist Chinese parts can't come in What is the value of a set of brake shoes then guys? What is it? What does it become? unobtainium price So we better have solutions by the way, where do we get the materials to do that? It's like shock absorbers I'll tell you another one that's I've joked about this for years here. You watch like Mad Max
Yeah, the precious juice they were fighting over that. And they're going down the road and it's rainy and how long does the set of windshield wipers last in your car? You're thinking about that one? How long does a pair of windshield wipers, how long do they last in your automobile today? Even though we have all kinds of super synthetic materials that are out there that should last indefinitely? Go ahead, Carl. How long do your windshield wipers last?
barely a year. So in Mad Max, what were they doing for windshield wipers since they're all driving Mopar and Chevys and you know, Australian of course. How do they keep those windshields from being gouged and streaked and having these eye-like sweeps from the horrible horrific remains of the windshield wipers? You have to come up with a solution. Do you see any plastic plants?
Just like they were talking about in Mad Max, you know where they're trying to get the oil from that oil processing You know that that little micro refinery that they that the white people built You know for the precious juice. Well, what about all the other stuff? How about tires? Think through all of the the moment that the switch gets hit Everything around you is on the tickle meter now and they were doing a lot of rub burning rubber But in them cars weren't they?
Right. Where's the next set of tires come from? Just think about that. Where does the next set of tires come from? How would you hear something? And here's Ford's. Ford's. Yeah. Yeah. Mr. Ford's long dead and the Ford factory is long burned down. By the way, so is Firestone. So is Goodyear. So is Takamika. So is Toyo. Take your pick. Wouldn't make any difference. And all he figured out, he couldn't grow. He couldn't grow them rubber trees. Could he?
Well, here's the thing. Go ahead, go ahead, Ricky. Would leather work for the windshield wipers? Wouldn't that be the next thing that I'd go to? Yeah, that's what I've always thought. And I have not oil impregnated leather. Yep, that would have to be. It'd have to go to something like that because it has to still be malleable because if it isn't, it's going to damage the surface of the window. You think about that.
So it's got to be soft and malleable enough and also be able to stay supple enough. It can't go hard. If it goes hard, you're going to, again, it damages the surface of the windshield, defeating the purpose behind having the windshield. See, something as simple as that. Nobody thinks it's like, well, what did I do? Well, of course, you first would be scavenging. Absolutely.
But even a wreck would look like a car hit in Detroit in 1988 in one of the back alleys, downtown Detroit. I've told you this story before. There's an alley right a block and a half from the Renaissance Center. I used to work in downtown Detroit, guys, right on the waterfront. And Friday night, a Volkswagen, this is what we call the Volkswagen strip alley, cuz whatever the group was doing this, and the cops knew where it was, and you never saw the cops go near it, and it's like three blocks from the main precinct.
But it's this back alley that's perpendicular to waterfront right off the Detroit River. A Volkswagen would hit there in the evening, say 11 o'clock at night, a Friday night. And by Saturday morning, every soft part was off the vehicle. By Saturday night, all the doors, the bumpers, and everything else would be gone and off the vehicle.
By the time Sunday night would roll around, and you're there on Sunday night, and I was, then literally the only thing left on that Volkswagen would be the unibody itself, sitting on the ground. Every small part, you never saw the people who stripped down, telling you this is what's bizarre. It's like it was talk about rats in the attic, so to speak. You would never see the people do it.
It was a science. It was coming in. But I didn't, he never heard that. He never heard of a zip gun, like an air gun or an electric. No, but it was like vultures, silent rats or vultures picking the bones of an automobile. And by the way, there wasn't just one. Every once in a while, it'd be two or three that would show up. And they'd be parked.
And it wasn't a dealership, it was a parking lot next to a warehouse, a hotel, if you wanna call it, it was a hotel, it was supposed to be. But you never saw anybody alive around it, same thing. Never saw anything, I mean this Twilight Zone Detroit, guys. But it would be the same thing in like say the Road Warrior, instead of you seeing those wrecks where a whole lot of stuff would be laying around, there isn't anything on that wreck that wouldn't be of value to you.
There's anything on that wreck you wouldn't try to rebuild, reuse, or at the very least because it's a refined material. I'm putting this way, even the plastic would get picked up. Why? Because somebody would be down on the road with a cauldron and a low charcoal broil going underneath it, and they'd be trying to re-melt or recast that plastic into something else simply because it's available, it's consistent, and you have a lot of it laying around.
So, it's inevitable that if something is cheap or free when you are in a survival environment, let's say a minimalist economy, if it's cheap or free, someone's going to figure out how to make it work. This is how the butcher industry works. How many people do you see bitch about? And again, this is totally related to everything we're talking about.
Remember they used to say, you know, the butcher shop used to know how to use everything off that pig except the squeak. And if they could have marketed that, they would have, and it's true. Let me give you an example. You know what gummy bears are made of? Have you ever seen this picture that people would put out there to make you go, and it's a picture of all of the cartilage and the end bones of carcasses, and they're all piled up and that's what they make gummy bears out of. Yeah, they make gelatin out of it too. What do you think?
Wow, what a surprise, what's your point? Yeah, they make gelatin out of it, why? Because the product is available, it's organic, it is readily available as a consistent, constant source material. And the science and the processes to figure out how to render it and develop it and make it useful, means that it then becomes part of the economy
And the person who invested in the cow or the pig or the chicken has figured out how to use all of the components of all of the above. And it's quite healthy. It's not easy for college. Well, but here's the thing. It's like talking to somebody yapping about climate change.
And they don't even have, you know, they have no clue anymore. We have dumbed down the population to the point where stupid will believe pretty much anything. Whereas on the other hand, people say, well, you're a great grandpa, only had a sixth grade education. And you know, we've talked about this a million times. Yeah, but by say 1970 standards, it would be the equivalent to a college education.
In fact, I'm going to point this out again. My dad did a little bit of everything. He taught me one thing. Don't worry about, you know, always have a job, always work at something. Be willing to go in and do, well, you know, learn something new because you'll never forget it and it's always on the standby when something goes wrong. My dad came out of the Depression. My grandpa came out of the Great Grandpa. Both came out of what we call the crowbar industry, so to speak, crowbar management system.
What was that? Armstrong, you make a mistake, somebody used to smack you upside the head, not go, Bob, you need to fix that. It was a very physical, corrective world. Most everybody that's living right now couldn't handle it. It was a tougher world. Run by the robber barons. Well, huh?
I'm talking about the robber barons. I'm talking about just you. You know what? If you were in charge, if you were the guy in charge, you either listen or kick rocks and get down the road. In other words, there's a couple of reasons for this. I don't need you getting one of my people killed. Now, if you make a mistake, I'm gonna walk up and use physical or corporal numbers. Smack your side of the head. My dad, the old fire chief at Ann Arbor, he was an old German fire chief.
And he'd, William, you're screwed up and he'd smack the guy, he'd take his fist and ball it up, not real hard, and he'd pop you side to ear. You're screwed up, William, you almost got, you're stuck your head in that, you would've taken, you would've been coming up with a stump. Just how he corrected people, but it was that physical correction, mechanical correction.
People today would piss their pants, oh god, especially the bunch we got now, these piss willies we've got now, they couldn't handle this, that life. But this is why people have a hard time, because people A had, were more focused. There was correction where correction was needed because it had to be immediate because the environment was lethal. It's still lethal today. Most people today have not worked in a factory, never worked in production, don't know anything about how things are made, don't have any clue about science now.
Real science basic applied science mathematics throw that out the window. You've got everybody stupefied on math. It's horrible You know, we got new math. Well, you know remember alternate math where we know whatever number you feel like feels good That's the number you try that in the mechanical world of say 1900 going into manufacturing Your ass will be grabbed by the belt the scruffy or not can they will show it throw your ass out the out the back door Congratulations, you don't have a job
Why? Because we build things here and you've got a job, you have a task, you need to be able to do math. That's why like I'm saying the average person that was working, all my grandparents were in tool and die. We're actually not just machinists, they were in tool and die. Precision machining, precision manufacturer, they had to do all the math work to create that planetary gear
I've got a little book sitting right next to me here. It's from 1885. You know what it is? It's micro-fine print. Page after page after page. It's a simple pocketbook. It is worth a fortune. Because in it are all the cuts, bevels, pitches, and angles for virtually designing a gear yourself. You. But here's the thing. The men that were working in that era
supposedly only had that sixth grade education. But they're doing trigonometry, they're doing geometry, they're mapping out higher math problems, and it was an everyday thing. It's what we've lost. I had to fight uphill. I was part of the group that got screwed with the new math crap, because if you think this whole, you know, garbage math thing is new, I've told you a million times it wasn't.
When I was in school, I was in one of the idiot stick leftist schools, and to try and dumb down everybody, they had new math. I had to fight that because of what I had in the way of a goal, so I had to relearn math. Actually, I had to learn, because I never really, I mean, we had math, and I mean calculus, analytic geometry, trigonometry, all of that. Oh, it was garbage, the garbage version. Grossly overcomplicated with no actual application.
But again, your grandparents, your great grandparents in the world of the mechanical arts. Guys, this is all part of what they intentionally screwed America. They realized what the threat was. America literally was a population of industrial giants.
Hey Mark.
My dad was a tool and I heard your voice call or give me just a second. My dad got into tool and die. He's very competent, very capable. He walked away from it because as he pointed out to me years later, he said, no, if you like to do it, it's a great job for the person who likes to do it. But you have high blood pressure, you have anxiety and stress issues. You never leave the job and it's the most expensive trade to get into with regard to the tools that you need for the trade. And so he went on to do other things.
Because and even even again having a discussion with the other members of the family my dad my grandpa his dad and others It's like well dad. I'm gonna try and do other things and he committed to the trade I've got part of what he had in his you know his tool and dive Kid his his boxes okay, I don't have his boxes my other family members got that which is okay because I already have my own But that's an example of what I'm talking about people you know
This is what we're gonna have to re-learn and a lot of it's gonna be uphill every step of the way. Not do we have to fight a war, but we have to do this, fight a war, win our freedom again, and get on with life and piss off the rest of them. That's what has to happen. Go ahead, call her, jump in. You've been so patient, please. Yeah. I just wanted to keep it a little light. You mentioned the fact about that new math. Now, remember that. But remember that-
Guys our age, I just missed Vietnam. I was just two years younger. So I missed Vietnam, but then two years after I turned 18, they lowered, or I turned 18 and they lowered, I know you're not a big drinker, but I was back then. And they lowered the age to drink to 18. So I missed NAM, but I could,
So the guy, it was just kind of funny then, but I kind of lucked out if you know what I'm talking about. We didn't get everything out of the deal, but we got some really cool end results. Right now, you've got all these pricks that are all these stale potato chip turds like Palauci and Schumer and all of these are the leftist scum.
that before we're telling you don't trust anybody over 30, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. They're all old enough that they were in the process when we, when all the guys that came before us actually, they had 10 years worth of Vietnam. The very thing you're talking about became a subject, it's like, wait a minute. So you're telling me you can draft me, uh-huh.
You can put me in uniform. Uh-huh. You can take me over to a foreign country. Uh-huh. Tell me to kill people and try to get me killed. Yeah, but you're telling me I can't drink. Nope, can't drink. And you're telling me I can't smoke. Nope, nope, can't smoke. But every time I get meals, every, now think about this one. Couldn't smoke either, guys. But every time you got a C ration, what came in your C ration? Anybody remember? Paul Moss. A pack of cigarettes and batches. Yeah.
Oh, and here's another thing you don't know about, and my dad can tell you all about it. You also had a beer ration for the enlisted, and you had a liquor ration for the officers. A hard liquor ration. Everybody understand that? Oh, they cut that right out of the history books. You're not supposed to know anything about that.
If you're in uniform and you just came back from getting your ass shut off for a year and you just came out, you maybe went in at 17. You know how many guys went in at 17 because mom and dad signed for you or your birthday hit that weird mark with the, you know, the way the birthdays hit?
So maybe, you know, you didn't get drafted, but you could slide in there, and a lot of guys did. Well, if you came back, you're, you know, 19 years old, you go to a bar in Battle Creek, or right off Fort Benning, or right off Fort Ord, guess what? You couldn't go into the bar. Now, you just came back from a year's worth of someone trying to kill you, and in some cases tried very hard, and you got a whole bunch of fruit salad on your chest.
It pissed off so many people guys. After Vietnam, we all got together and we all agreed, you know what? We're gonna throw this out. So it took a concerted effort, but all over the country, we changed the age of consent to 21 to match the obligation, which could include death.
for all of those young people. Because that's what was being offered. If you got your ass drafted, you can go to Vietnam and there's a whole big wall of names. And most of those names didn't go over there because they volunteered. They went over there because they were picked up and told either come in or we'll, we got press gangs, we'll go out and find your ass and drag in and put you in uniform, because you were called.
And everybody said, okay, we're not going to have this anymore. So now we've got the same Kurds who were around back then. Now, because in their brain sloth way, in their twilight zone way, we're going to take rights from you now. Now, you tell me how that's right.
And again, there's reason for this. And all of these pricks and all of these assets, especially the leftover stale potato chips that are a bunch of just raving communist turds doing this arbitrary capricious fluctuation of the law. Okay, flummoxing of the law. Here's another thing that is a problem. Where did it come from? Let's go back and peel the onion back, guys. When did it happen that we were told we couldn't drink if we were
Until we were 21. Where'd that come from? If you were around in in Let's say I'm sorry repeat go ahead color was that prohibition Yeah Which ain't that old? Yeah, think about it. If you were if you were if you were okay Everybody usually likes this little bit of history. How many of you have read the history of the USS Constitution? You know the the frigate anybody
Have you ever seen the Bill of Lading? Somebody posted it several times, so you can probably find it if you're looking on the Internet. Every time the Constitution made a dock somewhere, when it made a port of call, the first purpose of the Quartermaster was to do what? We stopped the movie. Yeah, every port, they either bought grog, beer,
Madeira, they love that. They got Madeira in the Caribbean, and that was a commodity here in the United States. In fact, as a president, that's one of George Washington's favorite drinks was Madeira's, Madeira wine, okay? They bought tens of thousands of gallons with each stop. Why? Because you had a gallon. Yeah, you had a gallon.
Guaranteed that if you signed up with the ship, every day you would get so many, so many quarts of liquor. As an enlisted man, right down to the Powder Monkeys. I thought it was a ghillie. That's amazing. Basically what it comes down to is you had an issue cup. In fact, there was a whole industry that made the issue grog-mog, so to speak.
And the purpose behind that was that every, remember what I said earlier, the beginning of all this? People get pissed when you get more than I do, right? So the system made a form of measurement in a whole, it had a whole industry built around it. And for the servicemen of that time, going all the way down to what I mentioned earlier, guys, look up the term powder monkey.
Powder magazines on ships were relatively small. So short people were actually served a purpose, but here's the thing. They didn't hire short people. They hired kids, brought kids into the service, and their job was to do one thing. Get down into that narrow hole, bring that barrel of powder out or bring that shot out. Get it to where the gangmen
could access it and then they'd take it to the guns accordingly if the Powder Monkey didn't do it directly. And it was Powder Monkeys because you wouldn't have one. And they were all, those were kids that were 11, 12, 13 years old at best, some of them younger. And they went to war. See, when you can rewrite and re-erase and burn enough history, you can make people not imagine what the world was really like.
It's like my dad said, he starts smoking at what? I think nine or ten? And my grandpa, yeah, he couldn't remember. I always smoked. Of course, O'M stops, they did it all on their own because they chose to break away from it. But I was in fifth grade, so 10, 11 years old and I wasn't even in the service. You're right, you didn't need to be in the service, no. And again,
I know that there are the issues, the medical issues and everything else. However, we just had this one guy that what, just died in 101 and they asked him, what was your, what did he say? He had asked him, he says, what do you credit to your long life? What do you credit to you living so long? He said, smoking and drinking every day. And he used large sandwiches. Large sandwiches, lots of meat and fat and gruel-y-brough thingy stuff, right?
So, again, I'm trying to bring perspective to this because this world is going to change hard. And if we're not ready for it, well, a lot of people are going to perish anyway. We're not going to be able to help them. But the one thing that's going to be learned is the hard lesson of, again, direct management and, you know, work ethic.
That's coming, either A, here's how it's gonna work. Either A, you're gonna have to learn that we don't say please all the time when you have a straw boss and we're working on something. It's like dropping military courtesies don't exist in a real work environment. That's another thing. Contrary to what you see in the movie, yes sir, no sir, no. That gets thrown out the window. Military operations.
Unless the the EXO or in the end the officer in charge while yes, they have a standing because they're the one making the decision Everybody's on the same page and everybody's at the same level with regard to the task of having to fight in a conflict and being part of a killing machine
There is no difference between the captain or the major and the corporal or the private when you're in the field and the task at hand is before you. And a special forces unit is very different from the whole idea of the aloofness of the officer. Now, the officer always has to maintain control, but it is by demonstrated performance that the officer maintains control because he can do everything that all the other men can do, not simply because of a title or an office.
And the same is true with regard to all the other aspects when you're operating, all the other decorum goes out the window. When you're operating in a, what is a threat environment when you're working with steel, when you're working with materials, when you're working to move things, there is an order given and the order is taken and it is followed through on because it's for the benefit of the crew, not for the personalization of the individual. This is something that everybody needs to learn fast.
You want to win? You take you you re-embrace the American management system the way it's supposed to be. And men are best working with men. Ladies, sorry, you don't have a place in some of the horrible tasks that we are going to be set to do. And with men, it's short, concise, precise, and to the point. Execute the action, complete the task, and get on to the next one. Everybody needs to be prepared for this.
If you embrace this, if you embrace the true American form of management, we will beat the living shit out of everything in front of us. But you have to relearn some things, and that's the part that's gonna be tough for a lot. Some people won't even be able to handle it, I mean, they should. But look at some of the nonsense and drivel that you see the population, they can't handle life.
We are a wash in every kind of pleasure or comfort you could imagine. And you've got half, part of that, I won't say half, but part of the population, a big chunk of it, having to take pros at cuz they can't handle life. There ain't no hardship around us right now, people. There is no hardship around us right now.
And the best thing you could have done to that person you gave the drugs to were not for the corporate dope pusher whose job it is to try and blow people's brains out. Would it be walk up and be slapped the person and smack them into some sense and tell them get your hairy ass up off the ground and get to work. That's where that like I said, you do that.
You understand and it's a mutual understanding in other words you the whoever is the person in charge is the person in charge But the person who is in charge is qualified and if they're not qualified they should not be in charge You that's part of again how we originally operated and why we kicked this snot out of everybody else on the planet in terms of capacity production capability The quality of product etc
If we want to be on top, you have to be the best. We are not the best, which is why truly we are not on top. And now we're doing it by force of arms with a lack of quality. That will not last. And the quality has to be both of the individual and the product that we produce with it in the end result, no matter what it is. And even if we in the form of military science, it has to be a better quality person.
We have to step up to the plate and demonstrate by example that we are somebody that should be leading Have to be that you have to demonstrate by example every last one of you out there Prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance and half the task there is first embracing the science brace embracing whatever you're gonna do Perfecting your skills and getting on with the task worth the top and a little pass Ed's got to get to work on the programming on this conversation here
We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen the Empire is on the run. We are on the March part of the end of the night. Kick ass, take names and get on with life. Remember that's how it's going to have to be. We're going into a war in 24. Fight however long it takes. Win our job. That's what we do. We've got to get the parasites off our backs. And when we build it will be ours.
God bless you all. I'm going to get out of the way. I'm taking over and we'll be back at 8 o'clock, leaving Intel report. And again, militia town hall is going to be a, actually a broadcast of the Rand Hall filibuster. God bless, bye bye. What we have here is a Ukraine first bill. This bill was never really about securing our border, but about securing another's country border.
What we have here is a failure of the elites of Washington on both sides of the aisle. The leadership of the Democrat party, the leadership of the Republican party. What we have here is a failure of these elites to understand that the American people want to put America first. 61% of Americans live from paycheck to paycheck and they want to put Ukraine first.
I want you to talk to your constituents at home, the ones who live paycheck to paycheck, and tell them why you're shipping $60 billion to Ukraine. This will be $170 billion. We have never before in the history of the United States flooded so much money into another country.
61% of our country lives paycheck to paycheck. Eight out of ten families that make $50,000 or less don't have enough money to pay for their bills in two weeks if their check doesn't come. If they have one interruption in their family, one thing that sets them back, one unexpected expense, they don't have enough money to pay their bills and you want to put Ukraine first.
This is why the Democrat Party is losing the working man. This is why the Republicans have become the party of the working class. This is why many, if not most, members of the unions are now looking at Republicans because we support the working man. We support the working women of America and we recognize that they do not want to send their hard-earned money and taxes halfway across the world.
What does their money go for? Do we know what they're doing with their money in Ukraine? Well, we do know that the money went to fund six fashion brands to go to the Paris Fashion Show. We do know that it's funding small businesses to sell ladies' handbags. We do know that it's paying for the salaries of 57,000 first responders. What about the first responders in our country?
What about the people who get in an ambulance and have a $35,000 bill in our country? What about tackling the problems of America first? Instead, this bill is a Ukraine first bill. It's a Ukraine first policy. According to the Ukraine first party, which includes elites of both parties, war is good. War is useful. War profits make us stronger.
Sounds a bit Orwellian. They say that war profits will build the defense industrial base. This is the part they used to say quietly. They used to whisper this. They used to never say it out loud that war profits fund the defense industrial base. And by golly, we're going to be stronger the more war profits there are.
According to the Ukraine First Party, war's not so bad. War profits make us stronger. Lost in this reprehensible argument is any sense of grief over the 500,000 dead. For the mothers and fathers weeping graveside, little sense of grief, little sense of understanding that supporting and lauding grief
is supporting and lauding the death of war. Missing from the war profits, our good argument, is any sense of compassion for the thousands of lives that will yet be lost by the prolongation of this war. If military contracts for a hundred thousand rifles are good, what about a million rifles? If military contracts for a thousand tanks are good, what about a million tanks?
If military contracts for 500 bombs are good, what about military contracts for 5,000 bombs? Missing from the argument that war profit is good, that the more armaments we sell, the better, is compassion for the deaths that we're talking about, the prolongation of war. You know, war doesn't end typically in victory. Almost all wars end in negotiated settlement.
The longer there are unlimited war profits, the longer there are unlimited weapons being sent in Ukraine, the longer the war goes on, the more people who die. This is a grinder. It's a meat grinder over there. There are whole towns without young men. Do I think Russia's in the wrong? Of course they are. Are they aggressor? Of course they are. Do I have sympathy for Ukraine? Absolutely. But we also are now funneling money
to a country that has no elections. They've cancelled their presidential elections. They've suppressed speech. They've banned certain opposition parties. They've banned certain opposition press. They've banned officials of opposition religion. Now this should bother people because it is said that American might and foreign aid is to express our power and our values. Are our values no elections? Are our values suppressing speech?
Which become confusing even in our country as the Democrat Party has become the party of censorship
They are the party that agrees that the Biden administration is okay to meet with the FBI, to meet with Homeland Security, and to meet in the offices of Twitter, meet in the offices of Facebook. They suppressed for over a year anybody who was willing to say that it looks like the virus came from a lab in Wuhan. That was suppressed for over a year, not just by private business, but by the government, by the Biden administration
meeting the FBI, Homeland Security meeting with the tech companies. So it doesn't surprise me that they don't care too much. Just get the money out the door even though in Ukraine they're living under a regime where speech has been suppressed. What the American firsters, what the Ukraine firsters are really arguing for is an America last policy.
They're really arguing for a longer, bigger, more deadly war because it expands the profits of the defense industrial base. How despicable. How absolutely disgusting. They're saying the quiet part out loud. They're okay with war. The longer the war, the more profits. The stronger the American defense base. It's this circular argument. We're not sending the money to Ukraine. It's coming right back.
It's coming back in the form of profits to the American arms merchants. It's okay. We're really not going to lose $170 billion because it's coming back in profits. We'll make more bombs. Whatever happened to the progressive left? But wasn't it great when there were people on the left who actually were progressive on things such as war? How absolutely disgusting. To argue that war profits are a benefit.
A benefit that somehow overshadows the awful spectre of war's death and carnage. The amount of money going to Ukraine in this bill is more than we spend on the entire Marine Corps. Think about it. We're going to send to Ukraine more money than we spend on our own Marine Corps. This is a bill about Ukraine first. This is a bill that makes us weaker.
There is no money to give to Ukraine. It's not like we've got a pot of money. There is no surplus. There is no rainy day fund. This money will be printed up or borrowed from China to send to Ukraine. It makes us weaker. Once the border bill failed and they decided that this wasn't really about the border, that this was about Ukraine's border, the American Firsters plowed out, plowed on, but with a more intellectually honest proposal.
Nothing for America, everything for Ukraine. That's what this bill is. Nothing for America, nothing to stop the invasion of nearly a million people across our southern border. They offered a border bill that would have said, well, if we have an emergency, the emergency's already happened. Nearly a million people came in in the last two months. That is the emergency.
This is a bill that is Ukraine first and America last and ought to be defeated. And I notice my colleague from Alabama is here and I'll reserve the remainder of time. Can you tell me how much time I have left? Senator has eight minutes remaining. Thank you. Senator from Alabama. Madam President reclaiming my time, I come to the floor to sound the alarm, as a lot of my colleagues are, about the crisis at our southern border. You know, I've been there over three years.
And I've never seen this group try to do more for people out of our country than within our country. It's amazing. But this is the worst border crisis in our history. Since Joe Biden took office, there have been at least eight million illegal crossings at our southern border that we know of. This is in addition to the two million gotaways. These are the illegals that we know of. The real number
is probably much, much higher. Border crossings are at a record high. Deportations are at a record low. Why is this happening? You know, it didn't come out of the blue. This is a policy choice by President Biden and his allies here in Congress. We've been talking about this now for three years, asking why. And we've not got one good answer yet. Why is our borders open?
Joe Biden campaigned on opening up our borders. He campaigned on giving free health care to illegal aliens. So it's no surprise that he's keeping his promise. Since taking office, President Biden has taken 94 executive actions related to immigration. 94. We've got the same laws on the books as we did when President Trump was in office. But President Trump secured the border. Joe Biden has opened our border.
More than it ever has been in the history of this country. Let's take a look at just a few of these executive actions first President Biden stopped building the wall in fact He's been selling all parts of the wall for pennies on the dollar I know people in Alabama that have bought stacks of steel that the American taxpayers paid in Lots three hundred thousand dollars for these certain lights
$300,000 American taxpayer money. These people now can go online and an option and buy these lots for 10 cents on a dollar. So I know people that have bought $300,000 for $30,000 just throwing taxpayer money down the drain. Same thing with the razor wire. Same thing for other parts of the wall that are being sold. They're just basically being given away. So
We've been selling parts, but President Biden, nobody told me to do it. He did it on his own. He chose to do it. President Biden got rid of President Trump's remain in Mexico policy. That was the most effective policy we've seen in discouraging the abuse of our silent system in years. I've been down the border several times, and Border Patrol has told me time and time again, finish the wall.
That's the best thing we can do here. It won't stop it, but it will give us an opportunity to police the wall, make them come in through certain sections of the wall, and allow us to have some kind of border security. President Biden is currently suing the state of Texas to get them to stop securing the border. Let's think about that for a second. The President of the United States is suing a border state for stopping
illegal immigrants from coming into our country. That doesn't sound quite right. You know, I'm proud that my state of Alabama has sent Texas hundreds of National Guardsmen to help them police Texas' borders. Unfortunately, President Biden is trying to stop them from doing that. And as I mentioned, Joe Biden has essentially stopped all deportations right now. Completely stopped.
He's not letting ICE do their job. Immigration, police, all these policies have led to this unprecedented crisis. They've also sent a message to the world, if you can get here, you can get in and you'll never, never have to leave. That message has been heard around the world loud and clear. There's 193 countries.
around the world and we know of 190 countries have been accounted for coming across our southern borders. Illegal aliens have literally crossed our border wearing Joe Biden t-shirts. I would imagine the American taxpayers somehow paid for those. TV reporters have asked people coming across our border why they came across time and time again. They say because President Biden invited them.
That's on television. Fox News recorded one illegal in Tucson saying, I love you, Joe Biden. Thank you for everything. That migrant was not from Mexico. He was from Africa. People are coming here from every corner of the globe. People are flying to Mexico and then walking across our border. The whole world knows that our border is open. These illegal aliens
Our criminals, drug traffickers, just last year nearly 500 people on the terror watch list were caught trying to cross our southern border. 500. Now you'd think that would open somebody's eyes. You'd think it would go all the way up Pennsylvania Avenue. Nobody seems to care. Just a few weeks ago, Christopher Ray, the FBI director, says something bad is going to happen.
This is Christopher Ray, the guy that runs our FBI, Federal Bureau of Investigation, said something's going to happen. He seemed like in his voice he was begging somebody to do something, but nobody has. But just imagine how many, if 500 have been caught, how many more terrorists have come across the border unchecked. It doesn't take many. It only takes a few. 9-11 was committed by 19 foreigners here on visas, 19th. It only takes a small group.
to do terrible, terrible damage. But Americans are already dying because of the border crisis. We all know that. We're here to protect American citizens, but we're losing. We're losing that battle more than 300,000 Americans. 300,000 Americans have died from drug overdoses since Joe Biden took office. 300,000. I met with a police chief at Montgomery, Alabama not too long ago. He said, Coach, I'd never heard the word fentanyl.
until two years ago. And now it's 95% of what we have on our streets here in Montgomery, Alabama, killing young people. That's roughly half of the Americans killed in the Civil War, 300,000, and that was the most deadliest war in American history. The Governor of Oregon recently declared a state of emergency over fentanyl. The Governor of Oregon, and the Governor is a Democrat.
But she declared a state of emergency. Where does she think the fentanyl is coming from? She should demand that the people that represent the constituents in her state do something about what's happening. Law enforcement has said for years that almost all of these drugs are coming over the southern border. You don't have to take my word for it. That's what the DEA has said for years under Obama, under Trump, and under Biden.
They said most of the drugs that come into our country come across the southern border. Every day we fail to secure our border, another 150 Americans die from overdoses. A hundred and fifty a day. A plain load of people. This is in addition to Americans who are victims of crime committed by illegals. A few weeks ago we saw the video of illegal aliens attacking New York City police officers.
New York City is a sanctuary city. In fact, New York City is giving out free money on debit cards to illegal aliens as we speak. American citizens don't qualify for this money that the New York City government is giving out. If you're a citizen, you don't qualify for it. American citizens just have to pay for it.
Yet New Yorkers wonder why there is a magnet pulling illegal aliens from all over the world into their city. Wonder why that is. New York State is also a sanctuary city. That was a policy choice by the current governor. That means they do not cooperate with ICE. That's what a sanctuary city does. When an illegal commits a crime in New York or Philadelphia or Boston, they do not get sent to ICE when their jail time is up.
It doesn't matter what crime they commit. My Democratic colleagues want these criminals to stay in our country because they don't want them to have to be sent home because that's exactly what ICE would do. In the New York case, these illegals would attack the NYPD officers were jailed and then released without bail. They were let back on the street where they can continue to commit crimes against Americans. This case shows you how much Democrats care about our police officers.
defund the police. That's all I've heard since I've been here. Really? They want police to go out and arrest the same people and over and over and over again. Police are risking their lives every day. Every time they arrest someone, every time they kick in a door, they are risking their lives. Yet liberal judges and left-wing prosecutors will just let criminals go back on the street again, again, and again. Democrats.
Like President Biden, talk about a lot of compassion in our immigration system. We've got to be compassionate. They don't have any compassion for Americans. They don't have compassion for Americans like Kate Steinle, who was murdered in San Francisco. They don't have compassion for the woman who was raped by an illegal on a train recently in Philadelphia. They don't have compassion for the mother and daughter killed by a drunk driver who had allegedly been deported
Four times. When Americans get attacked or even killed by illegals, Democrats just see that as collateral damage. It's just the price of open borders. It's clearly more important for them to keep the border open than to bring justice to the victims. Protect American citizens, what an idea. Just weeks ago, the House passed legislation to deport illegals who have been caught driving drunk. Deport them.
150 House Democrats voted against deporting anybody that was illegal caught driving drunk. 150. The House also passed legislation to deport illegals who committed social security fraud. 150 House Democrats voted against it. Democrats want even the most basic things to secure our borders. Won't do anything. Now that is an election year, obviously.
Now that we've gotten to this point and people have to have votes, we're supposed to believe that her Democratic colleagues have had a total change of heart. Because I've not seen anybody down there in three years and two months, and I've been going once or twice a year. I've not seen any of my Democratic colleagues down there. I would be shocked if I didn't see somebody down there in the near future because it is an election year. They're paying lip service to the crisis at the border.
They don't listen to their rhetoric. Look at their actions. Democrats are not doing anything of substance that would actually help. President Biden could start by undoing all 94 executive actions on immigration. We didn't need to do that. But he did it because he wants to open borders. Earlier today, I spoke at length about why the Schumer-Murphy border bill is not good enough. I won't belabor the point.
But as Senator Murphy said, under their bill, the border never closes down. That gets pretty much to the point. Even at 5,000 crossings a day, we would still process 1,400 illegals per day. 1,400. This is like putting a band-aid on a bullet hole. Why am I worried about it? The acceptable number of illegal crossings is not 5,000. It's not 4,000. It's zero.
In a TV interview a few days ago, Chris Murphy said, failed to deliver for the American people we care about most. No, they care more about the undocumented Americans. What is an undocumented America? Undocumented is just a left-wing code for illegal. They don't like using the word illegal. The term used in federal law is illegal alien. That's who we were talking about.
These are not Americans who lost their paperwork and just can't find their documents or lost their passport. These are illegal aliens who have no right, no right to be here. First we stop them from coming in and then we deport the ones who are here. For decades we've been told that there are about 11 or 12 million illegals here right now. I would say that's very, very short on numbers. But this is a huge problem.
Alabama's population is 6 million, my home state. So there are two states of Alabama's worth of illegals already here before Joe Biden let in the other 8 million. This takes away power from American citizens. They're overrunning their hospitals, their schools. They're even affecting the balance of power in Congress and the Electoral College. Seats in the House of Representatives are divided up based on census.
Votes in an electoral college are based on votes in Congress. Right now, illegals are counted as part of the census. A Democratic member of Congress went on TV recently and said that, I need more people in my district just for redistricting purposes. The presence of tens of millions of illegals in this country is tipping power to blue cities like New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. It is watering down.
the power of the American voter. I joined with Senator Haggerty to introduce legislation to fix this. Only American citizens should have representation in Congress. We ought to count citizens only. Otherwise, our voting system is not equal for all Americans. They shouldn't be a partisan issue. This isn't an American issue. But it looks like partisan, it looks like a partisan issue when Democrats in Congress go on television and say they need
more illegals in their state for redistricting. Democrats have shown no willingness to stop this crisis, none. They've put out some press releases and a few vague statements in the press. But they have taken no meaningful action in three years. Actions speak louder than words. Remember, President Trump had the same laws on the books as President Biden. President Trump secured the border. He went by the law. He went by the Constitution. Joe Biden opened it up. And so...
New laws are not absolutely necessary, but certain new laws would be very helpful. And so, right now I would like to propose an amendment to the Ukraine bill that would actually secure the border. My amendment is still a bill, is a bill I've introduced called the Border Safety and Security Act. The bill would simply suspend all legal entries completely until the Department of Homeland Security has operational control over the border.
My amendment also prohibits mass parole programs. The Schumer border bill would have allowed parole programs to continue at an unlimited pace. My amendment prohibits catch and release and requires detention. The Schumer bill would require the release of illegal aliens. The Schumer bill would have allowed up to 4,999 border crossings a day.
My amendment would mean zero crossings as soon as it is signed into law. It also allows states to sue the administration if it doesn't do its job and enforce the laws. We should not pass a Ukraine bill until we first pass a border bill worthy of the name. That was my position in December and it's my position now. Either we will end this border crisis or this border crisis will end us.
I yield the floor. Madam President. Senator from Kentucky. Often the titles of bills before the legislature don't really represent what the bill stands for. The title of this bill should say Ukraine First, America Last. Because that's what this is really about.
Now, bills in the legislature, bills that come before the Senate, don't have pictures or covers on them like a book would have or a magazine. But if this bill had an image or a cover on the front of the bill, the image would be the migrant in New York who assaulted a police officer, was freed from jail on no bail, and gave the middle finger of both hands to America.
That's what this bill is. It's the middle finger to America. This bill is the middle finger to every working man and woman in America, every struggling American family. This bill gives them the middle finger and says, we don't care about you, we care more about Ukraine than we care about our southern border.
We don't seem to care, or these Ukraine firsters don't seem to care about the crime that's happening. They don't seem to care about the assault of a police officer in New York. They're intent on more coming in. Just that one image, just that one image of that man, that migrant, that illegal
immigrant who came across the border and decided to assault with a whole group of other thugs to assault a police officer in New York. Just that image alone ought to be enough for us to say enough's enough. Enough's enough. We really have to control our border. Guess what? From now on the only people who come to America are legal immigrants. But this bill, this bill ignores the southern border.
Almost a million people came over the border in the last three months. Almost a million people. And the Ukraine-firsters are saying we don't care about the southern border. We care about Ukraine first.
And so the picture, the image that every American should have when they see all of these billions of dollars, 60 billion dollars, being shoveled out the door, being loaded on the plane, as you see these smiling politicians gleefully dropping off the pallets of cash over there, every American should remember the image of the young man giving America the bird after he assaulted a police officer.
That's the image of this bill, that's the image of the Ukraine firsters, and nobody should forget about it. When we look at the problems that we face, we need to be fully aware that there is no pot of money. There is no surplus funds. There is no money to give to Ukraine. We don't have enough money to pay our bills.
We do not have enough money to pay for we budget every year. In fact, the entire budget that Congress votes on is borrowed. Let me make that very clear. The entire budget, not a little bit of it, not half of it, the entire budget is borrowed. This would be like someone saying, well, yeah, I don't have any money for rent and I don't have a job. I'm going to borrow the money for my rent. That's essentially where we are.
Two-thirds of spending up here is entitlements. All of the tax revenue from every source that comes into the federal government is only enough to pay for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and food stamps. Everything else is borrowed. And we don't vote on the entitlements. The entitlements are on autopilot. What do we vote on? We vote on what is military discretionary and non-military discretionary. One point five trillion dollars.
So people talk about, you know, what is a trillion dollars? Well, we're running a 1.5 trillion dollar deficit in one year. So in two years, three trillion dollars has accumulated. How much is a trillion? How much is three trillion? If you take trillion in one dollar bills and you stack them up, three trillion dollars would reach to the moon.
240,000 miles high would be the stack of $1 bills. That's what we borrow in a two-year period. But it's accelerating. Just in the last week, the Federal Reserve Chairman said, the debt problem is urgent.
Jamie Dimon, head of one of the big banks, Chase Morgan says, the problem is urgent. Some of the economists and authors who wrote about the collapse in 2008 that predicted it coming and said, the debt is an urgent problem. So how does the Senate respond to some of the keenest minds in the country saying that we have a debt crisis? They respond by sending $100 billion of your money overseas.
And it's not money we've got on hand. It's not cash on hand. We don't have any money. We are flat broke. People say it's for our national defense. We have these cold warriors who still believe in the dominoes there. They say, we are going to somehow be overrun by Communists if we don't do this. But we have no money. There is no money to be sent over there. It all has to be borrowed.
The title of this bill should be Ukraine First, America Last, if they were being honest. 61% of Americans work paycheck to paycheck. 8 out of 10 Americans who make $50,000 don't have enough money on hand to pay their bills. If something goes wrong for them, you think they're excited about having their tax dollars shipped off to Ukraine?
Ukraine first, America last. That's what this bill is about. It's about giving the middle finger to America. It's about giving the middle finger to every working class man and woman in America. It is an insult. It should be rejected. It should be soundly rejected. And we should get back to the business of this country which is protecting our borders.
We've got a real problem Democrats didn't even seem to think there was a border problem till a few hundred of them were shipped in New York and all of a sudden they think there's a problem now. So they put them up in a fancy hotel and they spend millions of dollars coddling them. But mark my words, the American people are smarter than the elitist up here. The title of this bill is, and ought to be if they were honest, America first, or Ukraine first.
America laughs. That's what the author should have called this bill. I reserve the balance of my time. How much time do I remain? Senator, one minute remain. Senator from Utah. Madam President, there are a number of things that make the United States Senate unique as an institution. We've got every single state in the Union that's represented equally. If you're a big state or a small state, huge population, or a tiny one, you've got two senators.
That makes our work all the more important and all the more unique. We need to represent our states, looking out for the people of our states and our states, sometimes as states. I can make a case that voting to pass this bill under these circumstances, without amendments or any language whatsoever,
forcing the issue of border security, forcing the border to be made secure by a reluctant, recalcitrant, willfully disobedient administration hell-bent on not enforcing the border. This is a decision that empowers drug cartels, dissolves our borders, and spends insane amounts of money that we don't have on priorities of foreign countries, all at the same time. Now look, senators here today, as always, have an obligation to vote no.
on bills that do bad things. We have an obligation to vote no today on bills, including and especially this bill. But all bills, certainly that prioritize gangs above governors, cartels above courts, encourage breaking the law, over enforcing the law, voting yes on this bill is a capitulation. It's a surrender. It's a vote for flooded classrooms and crowded hospitals. It's a vote for increased homelessness.
Death by overdose. It's a vote that undermines law enforcement, puts citizenship itself at risk and in doubt, adds burdens to teachers, food banks, undercuts safety in our community parks, and threatens the first jobs that lead to the second jobs that ultimately culminate in the best jobs for our younger people. Those who vote yes undermine what senators are elected to do, first and foremost.
which is to represent our states, not sides. Every senator has the chance, the chance today, the chance tonight, this very evening, to vote no on this bill and by so doing, vote in support of governors, schools, hospitals, churches, playgrounds, clean streets, and safe neighborhoods. By voting against more funding for Ukraine tonight in this bill, without any language finally compelling President Biden to enforce the border, senators have a chance
to vote against war border chaos, no to sanctioned corruption, and no to shifting our burden of representation onto the shoulders of families, police officers, charitable organizations, school principals, judges, doctors, and parents. Look at the end of the day, everyone wants peace. World peace, however, isn't always within our grasp. World peace
Isn't our principal business all we can do is world funding and that's all government can ever do. Tax, spend, print and force. Our economy is our business. Our debt reduction is our business. Our leadership due to our multilateral strength is essential. But this, alas, undermines what makes us strong in an attempt to prove our strength and in trying to do that.
We will become less strong. We're not helping any group of people whenever we prolong a war in which they're involved. It doesn't help the Ukrainian people to prolong their suffering in this war. And it doesn't help our people to refuse defiantly after the Senate Republican Conference has come to a conclusion, after Senate Republicans have made a commitment to each other, to our counterparts in the House, to voters in our respective states and across America.
We've used this as an opportunity to force a bargain, a real bargain, a bargain that harnesses appetite more prevalent on the left to fund Ukraine. And an appetite, sadly, existing almost exclusively among Republicans, to force the issue of border security. We committed to that some three months ago. We got a bill Sunday night, a week ago Sunday night at 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
It unfortunately didn't do that. It did other things. It contained some provisions that might prove helpful here or there, but it contained a lot of other provisions that made clear it wouldn't force this administration to do what this administration could already do. That was the essence of the bargain that we struck, the agreement, the commitment that we made to each other and to our voters months ago. Republicans
stand for border security and the rule of law, regardless of where they come down on Ukraine aid. They should realize that we're forfeiting that leverage, that bargaining power tonight, if we vote for this. I encourage my colleagues emphatically to oppose cloture tonight, and by opposing cloture, to vote for America's communities and for the rule of law. Thank you, Madam President. I yield the floor and reserve the balance of my time. Madam President,
Senator from Utah. The vote we will soon take to provide military weapons for Ukraine is the most important vote we will ever take as United States senators. We're not being asked to send American troops into war. We are asked to help the Ukrainians defend themselves. If we fail to help Ukraine, Putin will invade an NATO nation.
He may delay his next invasion until he rebuilds his decimated military. But we must be clear-eyed. Ukraine is not the end. It is a step. If we fail to help Ukraine, China will eventually absorb Taiwan. If we fail to help Ukraine, we will abandon our word and our commitment, providing to our friends a view that America cannot be trusted.
The Chinese Communist Party is already spreading propaganda using our delay as a warning to Taiwan that the United States will not be there to help in the face of China's threat. If we fail to help Ukraine, NATO, the alliance that's prevented great power conflict for over 75 years, will falter and eventually disintegrate. If we fail to help Ukraine,
America will cease to be the arsenal of democracy. It will cease to be the leader of the free world. We will be replaced by the authoritarians. China, Russia, Iran, North Korea. If we fail to help the Ukraine, we'll be known not as our fathers and mothers were, the greatest generation, but as the worst generation. Now for months I've listened to the arguments for denying help to the Ukrainian people.
I've observed that the reasons have evolved over time. First, it was claimed that Europe was not paying their fair share. That was proven incorrect. Our allies have already contributed more than $96 billion in aid, and the EU earlier this month agreed to provide $54 billion more over the next four years. Next, it was argued that we should instead focus on the Pacific and Taiwan. But Taiwan and Japan and South Korea tell us that the single best thing we can do to dissuade China's aggression
is to support Ukraine. Next, we were told that we couldn't afford 60 billion dollars for Ukraine related funding. But somehow we could afford an 850 billion dollar annual defense budget and annual trillion dollar deficits, which has happened under both former President Trump and President Biden. Next, it was claimed that we would have insufficient weapons to defend America and Israel if we send more weapons to Ukraine.
But the Department of Defense has explained that helping Ukraine will actually strengthen our national security by helping to rebuild our depleted military industrial base. The latest excuse for denying aid to Ukraine is that this bill is a clever disguise to set up an impeachment of Donald Trump at some point in the future. Under this so-called logic, Trump has to be elected, Democrats have to win the House, and those Democrats have to be unable to find any other discretion of Donald Trump's
upon which to base an impeachment. Now I know that the shock jocks and online instigators have effectively riled up many in the far reaches of my party. But if your position is being cheered by Vladimir Putin, it's time to reconsider your position. Now I can't see into the future, but there are no guarantees that Ukraine will defeat Russia. But that does not mean that we should stand back and let Putin have his way with Europe.
What sending weapons to Ukraine does do is help discourage further Russian and Chinese invasions, which could draw us in. It helps preserve NATO. It allows America to remain the leader of the free world. And it shows that we honor our word to our friends and allies. Lekwelessa, the first democratically elected president of Poland since 1926, and someone I've been fortunate enough to meet with,
recently wrote to all the United States senators, he said this, quote, you're obliged to assure a peaceful future for your children. Our grandchildren will never forgive us if we fail to stop Russia now. If the US does not lead, nobody will. End of quote. Couldn't agree more. Helping a free people
defend their freedom is simply the right thing to do. Thank you, Madam President. Madam President, Senator from Maine. Thank you, Madam President. Madam President, last week, General Carilla, the commander of U.S. Central Command,
gave me a briefing that was directly relevant to the national security supplemental that we are now considering. During the course of that briefing, the general told me that this is the most dangerous security situation in 50 years.
The threats that the United States faces from an aggressive Iran and its proxies and imperialistic Russia, a hegemonic China, are interconnected and they require our immediate attention and a strong response. That is why
This bill focuses on fortifying our military, rebuilding our own defense industrial base, and strengthening and defending our partners and allies.
This legislation would send a strong message to Putin that his goal of capturing free democratic nations will not be allowed to succeed. It would reassure our closest ally in the Middle East, Israel, that terrorists will not achieve their goal of wiping that nation off the map.
and it would counter ever-growing Chinese aggression. Madam President, I urge our colleagues to recognize the perilous times in which we are living and vote for this absolutely essential national security bill.
The world is watching to see if the United States is still the leader of the free world. Thank you, Madam President. Madam President. Thank you, Madam President. We all understand we cannot leave our job here unfinished. The clock is ticking right now and there is so much at stake.
We have a strong bipartisan package to support our allies in Ukraine, Israel and the Indo-Pacific and provide humanitarian aid to civilians who are caught in conflict. By passing this bill we will show our allies we stand by our word and we will help them in the time of need. We will show dictators that their flagrant attacks will not go unchecked and they cannot steamroll our allies.
And we will show the world that American leadership is still alive and well and that we are still a strong protector of democracy and provider of humanitarian aid. Given all the stakes of this moment, now, right now, is a critical time to send that message, which is why I'm glad we're here on the cusp of passing this bill in the Senate. And to my colleagues who've been holding this up and dragging the process out,
We can disagree. You can vote against this. That's how it works. But one way or another, this aid will get to our allies. We spent months going back and forth to try and get a bill to the floor. And now we are here. We are not going to let a few more hours or a few more days wear us down. However, what is an inconvenient delay for the United States Senate is a dangerous one for our allies in Ukraine.
Putin's forces are on the march as we speak. Ukrainians are fighting bravely to defend their homeland, but they are running lower and lower on bullets, air defense missiles, and more every day. We measure time and hours. They are measuring at how many bullets they have left, how many more missiles fall on their cities, and how much closer Putin's tanks are getting. The question for us is how long is this going to take?
The question for them is how much longer can they hold out? We cannot leave them waiting. So I urge my colleagues to support moving forward on these votes, vote to waive the budget point of order, and let's keep this bill moving. And once we get it through the Senate, we're going to push every way we can to get this to the President's desk and sign into law. Thank you, Madam President. Senator from Kentucky. What we have here is a Ukraine First bill.
This bill was never really about securing our border, but about securing another's country border. What we have here is a failure of the elites of Washington on both sides of the aisle, the leadership of the Democrat Party, the leadership of the Republican Party. What we have here is a failure of these elites to understand that the American people want to put America first.
61% of Americans live from paycheck to paycheck and they want to put Ukraine first. I want you to talk to your constituents at home, the ones who live paycheck to paycheck, and tell them why you're shipping 60 billion dollars to Ukraine.
This will be $170 billion. We have never before in the history of the United States flooded so much money into another country. 61% of our country lives paycheck to paycheck. Eight out of ten families that make $50,000 or less
Don't have enough money to pay for their bills in two weeks if their check doesn't come. If they have one interruption in their family, one thing that sets them back, one unexpected expense, they don't have enough money to pay their bills and you want to put Ukraine first.
This is why the Democrat Party is losing the working man. This is why the Republicans have become the party of the working class. This is why the Republicans are...
Brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep.
Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled.
You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number and you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize family farms and keep our country deep in debt.
Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave?
O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. And pray to God, keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame.
For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watching tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Dill the land of the free Ladies and gentlemen, this is the intelligence report. I'm our current key. I'm Dave stone
Sunday closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories West, Northwest, South, and Southwest. Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on...
www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com, libertytreeradio.org. We are also on WBCQ, the planet on 6.160 regular shortwave, Monday through Friday, 8 to 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. And we're also on a myriad of other communications technologies to include satellite, mostly hydro and merchant rate operators,
Not everybody a water at one point or another across all of the planet repeating via satellite in analog and digital. It is Friday, Cinco diembele and Quartermaster Friday. It is the 16th of February. It is the 16th year of open obvious and in your face Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K. 2024, old earth calendar, I'm giving it all. She's good, Captain.
And 2024, battle for the Republic, the dance of swords. We got Dave Stone with us, Dave. We've got a visitor in state here as of tomorrow morning, don't we? Yes, we do. And first off here, Mark, there's a really, there's an echo going on here. So please, all you federal agents, knock it off really seriously. Nobody gives a crap about you. And we don't, we're not hiding anything. We hate you and it's pure and simple. Can't wait to go to war with you. Anyways.
So we have Sheriff Richard Beck and Chris Ann Hall coming to all that's right Hillsdale, Michigan That's gonna be tomorrow at 10 a.m. At Suzal Church That's suzial Church in Hillsdale, Michigan and it is our seven Manning Street ma and then ing Street Hillsdale, Michigan for 9 to 4 to
So, after that, they are going to head to Trine University, yeah, that's at 10 a.m., by the way, and then they're going to go from there, they're going down to Angola, Indiana, at Trine University, 720 Thunder Drive, Angola, Indiana, 46703 at 3 p.m. Let's kind of, let's see if we can't pack the houses here.
show some support because let's put it this way. Our local law enforcement really is having a fit and I don't want to say little, they are really having a fit. The sheriff blew, has already blew a hissy fit.
And they were going to have them down to Camden, Michigan at a church down there. And because the sheriff threw such a fit, well, they had to move it from there down to Angola, Indiana. So to say the least, they really got their little girl panties on and they're just frothing at the mouth because there's a peep. They're mad. Because a real sheriff's going to come in town and explain how a real sheriff was supposed to operate.
We can't have the police here and this kind of thing and the people here and this kind of thing, because my God, the sheriff is constitutional.
Then where's that third where's their police state gonna be? Well, that's right He's supposed to be here in the first place. So again Sheriff Richard Mack and Chris Ann Hall is gonna be at Susal Church at 10 a.m. In the morning 7, Manning Street Hillsdale, Michigan 49242 and trying University at 3 p.m 720 Thunder Drive Angola, Indiana, that's 4 6 7 0 3
Back to you, Mark.
Guys, if you can attend, it's not that far for a lot of you that are listening in Michigan. And this gives you a chance to hear of Sheriff Mack. A lot of you appreciate him, have a seat him in a while. Get a chance to be up close, personal for a change. Go ahead. Okay, that's 10 a.m. Suse Old Church. S-U-Z-O Church. 7 Manning Street. M-A-N-N-I-N-G Street. Hillsdale, Michigan. 49242.
And then at 3 p.m. Trine University in Angola, Indiana, just make sure you all understand it, that's 720 Thunder Drive, Angola, Indiana, 46703. Excellent. Appreciate that. And again, for everybody out there, if you can, you're within earshot and reasonable driving distance, take the time. Plan to spend a little time in Hillsdale tomorrow. That's literally, that's really right downtown, isn't it?
Yes, that is. So for everybody, if you haven't been down to Hillsdale in a while, it's right there in almost the middle of town. Things are growing, by the way. They're adding all around the peripheral. You know how that works with urban areas. There's some urban spread taking place with new construction, mostly in stores and such.
Some change there and just... Go ahead. And you can come as you're coming into Hillsdale, you're gonna be driving by our wonderful, wonderful, and make sure you stop and take pictures. 15 million. That's what the NEM, that's right. 15 million dollar courthouse that looks like the old courthouse because well, it is. Because the rhinos and the Democrats can't spend enough of your money.
So they have spent 15 million on a piece of crap building that we could have destroyed and rebuilt for 2 million. But that's your wonderful government at work. Somebody's cousin's brother's sister-in-law's construction company did need a contract. Do you know that just as well as I do? They're just retard county commissioners that they don't understand the value of a dollar and they spend money like it's water.
And until the people wake up and decide they need to kick him out of office, they're going to stay there. And interestingly enough, we do have all kinds of exciting things coming up with the election next cycle here. What are the different positions in Hillsdale that are up this election? Everything. Everything. Oh, call it for grabs. Sheriff, so there's only one judge that's coming up for reelection, but
Well, let's see the sheriff, the county commissioners, the prosecuting attorney, the, I mean, every township office, you name it, everything's up for grabs this time around here in Hillsdale. So by all means.
We're trying to get people that really understand the Constitution and that, you know, want to run for office. And trust me, people, this is the easiest job you could possibly have in the freakin' world. And you get paid good money for it. So don't be afraid to run for office, get into office, and guess what? You start controlling it from the inside.
And you can see the dirty dealings and you hear all the good things coming down the pike coming at you that the federal and the state want to come your way because that's what they have to come communicate with you. And you get to catch them right at the door. So trust me, you really, really want to run for office. Kind of like with COVID-19, whenever they were, oh my God, we're going to shut things down with COVID-19.
We had a two week window. We had two weeks notice before they even announced it to the public. So now everybody else is all panicking and running around. We can't find toilet paper. We can't find this. We can't find that. We had already bought. We already knew. We knew two weeks ahead of time. So we told our little small circle, this is what's coming. Oh, are you sure about that? And I said, I guarantee it. Because they've already told us. You want to see the memo?
And we were out buying and we stayed two weeks ahead of the whole thing and as everybody's panicking, we were already set. But we were set anyways. But, you know, we were like, ha! We've taken panties in this two week window. And that's what we're waiting for again. Because remember, Disease X is on the horizon. Disease X is the next shutdown. Just give you a heads up here, people.
Yes, yes, yes.
propaganda outlets and they're all lamenting, gnashing of teeth, running of hair in that, well, one way or another, everybody is pissed and it looks like basically the same situation we've seen in the past. Now, the Republicans don't want you to do this because remember any position that nobody runs for, the party gets to fill in the hole. Basically, that's what happens. Let's not let the party do that. Instead,
Get in, get your petitions in, run for office, for nothing else just to be dead wood sitting in their way where they have to, like Dave said, go through you. Because the problem they've got is they don't want somebody who might actually talk about it to talk about it. And that's one of the things that you can do by participating.
The positions pretty much as long as Rick and Mortis hasn't set in. In fact, if you had somebody dead, you can put them on a two wheeled dolly and get them on the ballot, they'd win as a Republicans this year. It's just the way it is. Now, there's even been some of the same skullduggery that we've seen in the past where they will literally run a Democrat as a Republican because they go hand in glove.
If you're there before that happens, it messes with the math. Keep that in mind, it messes with the math and this is a good thing. So yes, this is an opportunity to step up, participate in the process. You learn a lot about, you know, even stuff you may not have realized. You'll learn very quickly about how the system functions. Well, or doesn't, as we've said many times, because we know what's really going on.
But this is a chance for you to at the very least put a stick in the spokes of the machine. That is a double plus good thing and all of you can help to make that happen. So take the time and plug in and participate. Now, doesn't mean you in any way shape or form have to cooperate with whatever the other side's doing. Remember, you vote your conscience. And if your conscience basically says no to everything, well, that's a good thing, isn't it? That's where you need to be. So take the time and get in there.
Another thing real quick. And well, on that note, because Dave, you're one of the few township board members in the state, if not one of the few in the country that basically pointed out what was going on with the whole recouping of the monies. And let's walk through that again, because there's a lot of people that have been asking questions about when my township, guys, this contract, the COVID money contract,
Dave, everybody got the same contract, didn't they? Yes, they did. It was a basic contract. It all reads the same. And it that class says right in their federal contract, COVID loss. Now, well, you can use it to build a fire department. You can use it to build roads. You can build a bridge. You can take bonuses and you can pay raises. It does not say that. It says one use, one use only. COVID loss.
And those are big words in there. Then none of them read because nobody read it. All these things was a dollar amount and they were like, oh my God, we get free money. Free money. And so they decided to sign this federal contract. Remember it's federal, not state contract, not county contract, federal. So whenever the Fed decides they want their money back,
I don't care what you spin it for and you could say, well, the state allowed us. The state said we could take this money and we could build a brand new park and we could, we could whatever. The feds are going to say the state did not give you that money. That's a federal contract and it says it right in it. COVID loss. Show us your COVID loss. Well, almost everybody's going to point at, well, our ambulance.
Did you spend $8 million on ambulance rooms? No? Huh? Can you owe us money? And you can't give the money back. The contract flat says you can only repay with assets. Your money in your bank is not your asset. Your assets is the tax roll. That's right. The people in your area, your constituents, property.
That's it. That's the only asset you have is the tax roll. So whenever they come at your local community and they say we want our COVID money back and we're going to take assets in return, they're going to take the tax roll. They're going to seize the tax roll, which means they seize all the property in that area.
That's a very simple move and we already noticed what they're packed getting ready to do because we were already asked early on before this If we were yeah before any of the covers thing even took place. We were asked. There is your township Prepared and set up to take over properties and on my reply was we take anybody's property for any reason
If you're behind on your taxes, that's one thing but then you get time to catch up on your taxes and we try to work with you but There's a whole lot of communities. They're gonna say all what? But remember big chief is gonna run big chief gonna try and get on choo-choo train and go east because the safe spot will be worst in DC and They're all gonna try and get there. But remember to commies Commies always kill the commissars first
They're gonna kill the little commies first. So again, if it ain't for COVID loss, they can't spend the money. And they're gonna sit there and spew all kinds of poison. They're gonna say the state said, and the state said, and the state said. And the simple words are, it's not a state contract, it's a federal contract. So that means you can just witness it up here in Lansing.
I guarantee you she's already got her plane tickets and before 2026 she'll be on a plane headed for a foreign country, partly Costa Rica because that's where they all seem to have real estate now. They ain't no stay in good old Terra Forma, USA. That's what they got all the little Chinese and all the the Guatemalans coming across the Sierra border. That's their army to fight you with too. If you don't give up your property, that's who's coming for it.
Because the local sheriff, the local SWAT teams, they're going to eat them first. They're the first traders they want to eat because they're not loyal to America. What makes them think they're going to be loyal to China? Here and simple. So anybody with a badge, get out of there. Go ahead, Mark.
The interesting thing about this too now for everybody what's happened is is that the contract is written up and most like not only did most people not read it but They didn't want you to read it when you started asking questions, correct? Oh, truly. I mean, that's one of the first things they said is well I need to see the contract. Well, no, you just need to sign the contract No, I need to read contract. They want to give us a contract to read. They just wanted us to sign
Just saying just you just sign on this paper here. It's electronic form too if you want you can just sign on that no no no no I Want to see the contract well they want to give us contract to read so I went to one of our local communities that did take the money and I said hey I want to see your contract. I want to see your application because the application was contract so he had to sneak in and
Because he's on Township Board. He had to sneak in to Township Paul and sneak into the file and get a copy. He made a copy and sent it to me and said, here you go, here you go. Then I said, oh, and I pointed out to him and I said, you see the word right there? It says COVID lost. Did you read this? No. And the first thing he said is, uh oh, I'm in trouble.
Yeah, yeah, and I said you're right because nobody come with Pittsburgh's and torches they're coming to your house first Because you were the first line of defense and you sold them out. I didn't know I didn't read anything It wasn't my fault. Well, you should have read it. You took the job
And you did, obviously you know something, because you seem to be trying to slide towards the door while you're making excuses. So I got a kind of figure, you knew a lot more after the fact maybe, but you knew it, and you didn't help or tell anyone. So whenever I start, whenever I started asking some tough questions, and I started asking county and I asked state, and I said, now hold it, now what?
What is this crap? And they're like, oh, don't worry about it if you sign it You know, you probably won't be in office come 26 anyways, because I'm sure you'll be at you're you're not gonna be rerunning and and in 26 Even if you're in office, you can just kind of just leave your position You can resign, you know, I'll come early 26 and you will never have to worry about it That's their philosophy
Because you're all too dumb to figure this out and you're all too dumb to hunt down your local politicians And you're too dumb to bring them to an account That's what they're betting on desperately hoping Yeah Well in here again now. Now. This is the other thing that we're looking at a probability that because they do realize that there's a a Awakening taking place. They're talking about moving the schedule up now, correct?
Yep, they're talking about it could happen this year in 24, they could start. And I expect it before the election in November, I really expect them to start. Well, and part of this is that again, because some people don't understand, most of these contracts have a sliding option for, you know, succession of contact or activity. And this is all corporate. What it is is you've got these private
Or again, government corporations that have been created as holding companies for whatever action or activity. And what they're doing is they're using them, just like Homeland Security members, a foreign agent of a foreign power registered in New Jersey, not in Washington, DC. Why? Because it's not part of the American government. It is part of a private corporation, a registered agent of a foreign power.
The other people that we're talking about here that are doing this to the population are a closed door corporation that are going to, well, here's the fun part. They're a communist corporation and they're doing to America with a K what they did to Eastern Europe after World War II. As I've asked many times, how long did it take for communism to shift out
I should say, move into high gear in Eastern Europe. Well, it took two years. No, they took over right away. Yes, they occupied, but it took two years of administrative manipulation to contract everybody out, off from under the property that they owned. And that's what this is all about with regard to private properties in the United States.
So, organize arm equipment, train as militia, establish a 5-10 program in your area of operations, logistics, the key to victory, understand the bad guys are hoping you won't figure it out, and the writing is on the wall. So it isn't difficult to figure out, it's just now you're gonna have to plan of action to deal with getting rid of the problem. And that's what's coming, that's the comeuppance that they're especially worried about, if instead of people just flopping over and acquiescing,
Everybody gets an attitude, cops the extreme attitude, an appropriate attitude by the way, and decides to get rid of the problem. There isn't a whole lot they can do about it. I mean, certainly they'll bring the mercenaries forward and all the other parts of the mechanism they've created. But guys, we outnumber them. No matter how hard they try, we outnumber them. That's the fascinating part about this situation.
Anything else? Dave, go ahead, please. Nope, that's what I wanted to cover tonight. All right, and again, I want to make sure we reinforce what we have talked about on here before and for new listeners. By the way, Dave, you're going to be over there tomorrow, right? Yeah, I plan on being there. Okay, so go ahead. Go ahead. Yeah, can I ask some hard-hitting questions? You may get a word. Go ahead, please. Okay.
has Chris Ann Hall been vetted? Because I've got some, kind of some dirt on her that you guys may not know. I have it on very good authority that Chris Ann Hall arranged for the meeting with LaVoy Finicam and that sheriff in the other county in Oregon.
And she planned the travel route and she did not attend the travel. You hear what I'm saying? Right, okay, this goes back to when it all happened. We discussed some of these points before, yes. I understand what you're saying. I disagree, well, first of all, no, go ahead, go ahead.
Anyway, I personally, you know, I'm legally blind, okay? And I have eyes to hear and ears to see. And, you know, I'm not tooting my own horn here, but something ain't right about her. And I had a pretty weird feeling about Richard Mack after his heart attack.
I think that they gave him that heart attack and you know, I have never met him, but I know people that have and He doesn't really believe in we the people, you know, he believes in we the sheriff And you know, I'm not sure where his head's at, you know now But I know I was following him pretty good. You know when he had that heart attack and
shortly after that and I wasn't impressed. So I just got to, you know, clear the air here and let you know where my head's at. And, you know, I trust you, Dave, and I trust you, Mark. And I know you got all of our best interests at heart, but I don't know if those two folks do as well. I'll yield there. Thank you.
I'm not going to understand that. I mean, looking at somebody like Sheriff Mack in a position he's held, I can tell you because I have friends or semi friends, they're in law enforcement. And those individuals see things in a different way than what we do. I see a lot, probably the vast majority of law enforcement as
Yes, sir. I'll do whatever order you give me, you know followers and it's very few that see things in the way that we see things because first off we're not blinded by the thin blue line and that is a serious serious problem and You know a lot of cops they all go there that thin blue line And ever you're talking about somebody like sheriff Mac. I'm sure he has been diluted by the thin blue line and
to a point because I can sit and talk with, you know, the deputy sheriff that I'm good friends with and he will still talk, you know, of that. Well, you know, the brotherhood and I said the brotherhood, the largest gang in the world, this protective of a badge and a gun. And we disagree severely on that issue. And we, we, we have an understanding we agree to disagree and we do have some very deep talks about it.
And the two state police officers I know very well are even more indoctrinated. So to hold that position, there is an indoctrination. So I will have to agree with you a little bit on Sheriff Mack. I do believe he is deluded a little bit by the Thin Blue Line in some indoctrination. He believes in the Sheriff's Association. He believes in that law enforcement should be our line of defense, that they should be standing up for us and protecting us.
But it's the sheriff's and it's the it's the law enforcement So about the Christian Hall I cannot give you any any information on her I can't say yes or no on anything about Christian Hall cuz I really don't know a whole lot about her But I asked I you know, I appreciate your your Take on it. Thank you. I wonder can I have one more question?
Go ahead. What about Sheriff Darlief? Do you know him? No, I do not. Do you know of him? Barry County? I know of him. Yes, I do. Okay. Okay. I, you know, told Mark I heard I get on these calls and he's friends with this, you know, bar card attorney and they're doing some militia.
training right now on a website, kind of a Zoom call or something like that, and they're charging $200. And I just heard the preacher slash attorney, Brent Winters, he calls himself thecommonlawyer.com, and he's teamed up with Darlaif.
And they're doing these, he said there's hundreds of people have signed up for this militia class online and they're charging 200 bucks ahead. And you know, it's like, wow. Anyway, I heard some, some stuff. I know I'm part of the Michigan Assembly. I don't know if you're familiar with that, Dave. Yeah.
But, you know, Darlaif visited our assembly before my time. I've only been there for about four years, but he was there maybe five or six years ago visiting the assembly, a state meeting that they were having. And he wasn't impressed with the people's movement. And he left, and, you know, but I do know a guy who,
who's been with the Assembly since the beginning in 2010 and he says he's been schooling Sheriff Dar for about five years on common law and he's really come around to the people's side. So I didn't know that when I talked to Mark about, you know, this militia class. That's really a red flag for me. But according to John,
You know Sheriff Darr has really you know made 180 degree change, so I don't know if that's I can't vet that but I know John is been with our assembly a long time and he he believes in Darr so check him out and You know he might be an ally or he might not be so thank you for what you guys are doing and I'll yield there appreciate it
Thanks for the questions. Number one, real quick, let me address something. We got enough time? Yeah, we got plenty of time. First of all, remember what I said about the second Bundy deployment that took place? And again, if it wasn't thought out properly, it would end up going the way that it did. Choices that were made when they were at the occupation point,
museum park site. Everybody that was making those decisions doesn't mean that they set anybody up. Let's remember that. It's that they had no working experience and or took fully took seriously to the to the best, the degree that they should have the situation that they were in. And LaVoy Finicombe, actually the whole group should have known better.
Okay, I've said this many times. The counting on what have I told everybody? Let me repeat some of the things I've talked about for as long as I've been on the air. Do you think that cell phones, for instance, you know what I said, are a good solution for communications in a battlefield situation of that type? Number one, remember, no, a very bad, bad choice, but nobody listened. Do you know how many times I communicated that to those people?
And you know what happened? Well, these are so convenient. See, here's the problem with cell phones. Cell phones are a fantastic pablum because they are so stinking convenient. They're simple to a degree. But as you know, and you're seeing this more as we move into 21st century planet crapoo on an even greater to an even greater extent.
Look at how unreliable even under the best of circumstances they are. Well, and the question is, is it unreliable or is it jamming? You know, personally, I think a lot of the crap that we have a problem with right now is clutter and jamming. And jamming doesn't have to be necessary. Right. Well, my point is that when these people made all the decisions that they made, they wanted to listen to themselves and they listened to no one else.
And the logic, yes, I do agree God's gonna protect you, but you know God doesn't tie your tennis shoes in the morning. Okay, let's understand something that you have to take you have to take you know accountability for your personal protection and God gives you all the tools to do that including the gray matter between your ears and people still will absolutely override common sense. It's a personal you can be at any number of different reasons. Okay, so they with the situation it was a
There's no good route to get from point A to point B in that situation when they were traveling, number one. Number two, there are ways that you travel when you are in a combat rich environment and under no circumstances were those protections established. You don't go with one or two vehicles, you go with a ticket vehicle, you'd have even escorts that are off to the side if you have parallel roads problem, it was a remote location that did not have the ability to do that.
In other words, the route you take is gonna be out of the way of the others which are based on terrain and out west especially in rugged conditions like that, terrain is hideous. Bad, it's a bad situation. Then on top of that, the technology, even where we are right here, right? I mean, I'm not talking about where I'm sitting right now, but all of the state of Michigan, there are black holes where you simply cannot communicate with a cell phone. And that's in the middle of a very populous area.
Using cell phones and counting on cell phones as your primary and or only signal communications is a failure waiting to happen. Hey, dad. Let's remember this. So everybody and this is where people have to step up and speak up about these issues.
Before we have a disaster like we saw with the Lavoie Finnegan Association. Because that's what it was. Go ahead. Before we get too far away from this, I actually have a question for our caller up there in the phone. So, they're charging $200 per student in our money. What material are you getting? Do you get classroom material for this? $200? Are you...
I mean, I'm having a hard time figuring out where this $200 is going. I have no idea. How do you think he's going to sign up? But if you go to common lawyer.com. Okay, hold on Ed, hold on. You're talking over each other. Slow down. I know. I'm saying, obviously he's a sheriff. He's got a lawyer in Wallach. He has all this other stuff going on and they're charging $200. He has to pop what?
I have a hard time, I mean Dave, we're going to do a training video online. We can sit down and do a class. I was actually just talking with Craig about this because Craig's talking about doing a video with a PowerPoint presentation, like what they do with the animation thing, except it can save a lot of money by not doing the animation thing and actually using a whiteboard and a marker and just recording the whiteboard, you know.
$200 a pop for an online, basically conference call. We're on a conference call right now, guys. It's a free conference call. We don't pay for the number that we're using for Liberty Tree Radio. Now you can if you want to, but I can tell you that $200 a pop for people getting into a conference call like this, that's ridiculous. Well, no, okay, well, let me address that real quick. There's an argument.
It's been around for quite some time that if you give something to somebody for free, they don't appreciate it. But if you charge for the process that it creates value, that is one of the arguments because it is true for the longest time that there's a tremendous amount of information and data we've shared and offered out and we don't really
We don't gain anything from it. Most of what you see that we do, and I know actually had this conversation with Nancy and we've had this conversation before, we have to cover expenses and whatever. But the purpose behind charging in a classroom environment like this is to force the person to actually perceive the value of the instruction. If it's-
You're not going to a classroom. You're sitting at the same desk you're sitting at now. I understand that. My problem I have is I don't know what it is that I need a class on. Other than the idea, and we've talked about here in this program, the attitude that you have to change about who is the servant and who is the master.
And America has been conditioned to believe that we're all supposed to be servants. Now, that's the plebe, servant, peasant attitude that Americans have embraced through the public fool system as opposed to the authority and the sovereignty that we're supposed to have literally that is a birthright. It is ours. If we're here, if we've gone through the process of establishing ourselves in this society, in this community, we have a birthright, okay? And
It's tough to get people out of the mindset almost immediately resort right back to the plebe, peasant, beg permission attitude. That's perhaps what they're teaching. I don't know what they're trying to teach everybody to understand. But as far as the idea of the militia, I do not have to have a
A special patent has a squeeze on the ass to become a member of the militia. I should be fully qualified to express why it is that I should be part of the militia. In other words, what I just mentioned, in other words, where do we come from? What are we doing here? Why are we here? Why is this something that isn't a novelty but should be part of our everyday life? The militia is something that has been conditioned out through the popcorn society situation that we're in.
So that rather than thinking as adult men in the long eye, for the long haul, in other words, not just for my generation, but for multi-generations for the sake of our society, instead people mostly respond to the idea of the militia in a knee-jerk response based upon the short-term, you know, concept of, you know, perception of threat, the perception of a threat. I agree with everything that you're talking about, Dad.
My problem is is this feels like I'm making two million dollars a month And if you just pay me two hundred dollars to come see my conference I'll tell you how to make you know ten million a month and well I can tell you Hold up, hold up dad dad listen We have learned through the years that if people have to pay
But even a small amount for training, they are more attentive. They listen and they learn so much better than if you do it for free. Because if you're doing it for free, there's a spell, whatever. They don't care. There's not a whole lot of interest. But once they have to put, you know, the dollar bills down and they have to, oh crap, I'm paying for this, I better listen. Because this way, I'm spending money.
So I can total $200 a head, I think is a little bit much. I think it's a lot too much. But anyways, if somebody pays for training, now I'm sorry, but videos, I, what is it? 10 bucks and okay, give me 10 bucks, 15 bucks, we can do videos all day long.
And if you can watch and learn from those, but you're never going to replace the hands on first off. But second of all, if they're paying, they're going to pay attention. If they're not paying, they're not going to pay attention. Okay. Here's my question, Dave. Dave, here's my question. I've asked other people who have talked to me about this. What are you learning?
What is the curriculum like I said, what is the documentation that you're gonna need to take no time? I mean most places will at least tell you hey, you're gonna learn about this subject this subject and this subject This is just a wish class to interdumbers. That's always everybody I've talked to told me about this Ed I could throw a $10 book in front of somebody and say here you need to read this on maneuvers and hand signals Listen listen
But if I do it in a video form and I'm showing them the same thing on video Mm-hmm. They're gonna retain the video because our society now is a visual society We're not a we're not gonna learn from books. We're gonna learn from watching David that's what they could be training. I can't tell you what they're doing. I ain't seen it
That is my problem with this. Is that everybody, it's the make a million dollar scam. They're telling everybody about it and everybody else is telling everybody about it but nobody can say what specifically the class is about. Well I tell you what, I think we will reach out.
I think we'll reach out and we're going to ask them. How does that sound, Dad? We will ask them, we will reach out and say, what are you training? Well, for 200 bucks, what do we get? And let's see if we get an answer. Yeah, exactly. That's what I've asked people. And nobody's been able to tell me. For 200 bucks, what are you getting? Well, I tell you what. I will see about reaching out and finding out for you, Ed.
I would love that. I'm pretty sure they will talk to me. I'm down in Texas. It's really hard for me to do that with the people in the state. Hold on, guys. For everybody who's listening, well, guys, you're all so close. Everybody's talking, and they're right here on the phone together. Well, each of us is in a different part of the state. The caller is from one part of the state. I'm not even in Michigan. Right, and you're not even in Michigan. Well, no, but I'm saying, this is the problem with each state, is that all of our
medium-sized states are actually pretty big. And for the millions, literally, millions of people that are in each state, we aren't in constant contact with a lot of the people. This is for our listeners. This is where the most common mistake is made. Well, you're in Michigan, you should know Bob. Well, yes, in theory I should know Bob, but I first of all had to know Bob existed before I would know about Bob.
And it's like the township rights issues, the county rights issues, the Second Amendment sanctuary work. Guys, there are overlapping elements that are totally working separate and independent of us, of other people, of anybody. And it takes time to connect everyone. In fact, what's happening is because people are finally hearing through the cracks in the public control media,
that there are a lot of people active. And so what's happening is they'll hear about what happened up near, come on, Mark, Haslett, Michigan. And then, well, what about Monroe? And then, wait a minute, what about Monroe? Well, they're doing the same thing. Or as we were talking about one part of the county, one county talks about what they're going to do or they're actually get up into the media.
And now they're notable. And another group has already been doing the exact same work on the other half of the state, finds out, wow, I guess I'm not alone. Or a bunch of people already know they're not alone, but they're not in the same connective tissue, the veins and the motion of communication. And this is the most common problem that we have, that we have to overcome. It's not a bad thing in some ways because, as I've said many times, this creates an unpredictable situation for the enemy.
Now in this case, this is something that needs to be clarified because of Yeah, real quick. This is what people are interested in down here that I've talked to okay If it is a class on militia, is it legal stuff? Is it stuff on how to form a recruit a militia? Is it ideas on that what people want to know is it worth me and down here in Texas?
paying for the class up there. And of course, you know, I'm from Michigan, so who are they going to to talk to? I'm the person from Michigan they know. Right. Well, if I may, guys, so the teachers, the commonlawyer.com is Brent Winters, who's an attorney slash preacher who lives in somewhere near St. Louis, Missouri, and you know, Sheriff Dar Leith
in Berry County, Michigan, and this class, I think it's Monday through Friday from 11 to something, because some of these guys, I haven't heard them on the call that I usually get on, that guy comes on. So I'm not sure how many days it is, or any of the information. I don't know anything yet. These guys haven't reported back yet that are actually
taking the class but if you go to commonlawyer.com you'll find out how to you know sign up or you know I don't know if they show you the curriculum or any of that stuff but I think Darla you might be able to find a way to get a hold of him through that or Brent Winters through that website. Commonlawyer.com I yield. Well I will see if I can contact them and find out how does that sound for everybody. That sounds great and if
Dave, if they come back and tell you you gotta take the class to find out what's in the class, let me know. I'm gonna tell them no, I want to know what I'm gonna be paying for. I wanna see a curriculum. Okay, I got it. I got it. There we go. If they don't wanna talk to me, then I can tell everybody who's listening. If they don't wanna talk to the Hautari commander, then don't take their course and walk away. Very simple. Do you understand that?
Because if you don't want to talk to one of the commanders, then you probably aren't on the up and up. But we'll reach out and see what they do. So again, this is one of those situations, we'll eventually, and by the way, we're doing this right out in the open. My God, you shouldn't be talking about, yeah, well, this is how we do things. Actually, this is how things should be settled. You actually have conversations and whether or not everybody agrees is not relevant. It's the idea that we're hopefully moving the brain juices a little more.
And everybody is going to work, will work out the details accordingly because of that. So be patient and we should have answers within a reasonable period of time. Again, we're almost to the top. The, with the amount of time that is left, and we need to emphasize this with everybody is that exercise
Prudence were necessary, but speed is important with regard to accomplishing the task at hand. We need to finish dotting all the I, crossing all the Ts, and doing what we can to get as many people organized in whatever way we can right now. I don't believe the enemy is really going to wait. I know some people are going to say, well, no, it'll be 2025.
And you know what one of the arguments for that was, guys, you remember they mentioned that the Alaska National Guard is coming down to Texas? Everybody caught that, right? But it turns out that what they're talking about with that particular instance is somewhere in the beginning of 2025. So the argument was, well, we don't have to worry about a thing. We can sit on our hands because nothing's gonna happen now until 2025. Does it appear to any of you out there that they're going to wait till 2025?
Is there, where is there any indication that that is the case? That they're gonna just hang on and twiddle their thumbs? The bad guys really, really, really don't like the way things are going. We know they're not gonna accept the election. Does anybody believe that the enemy will accept the election results? Now granted, of course, they can monkey screw with that to the point where we won't, nobody will accept anything. Because voter fraud is the norm, not the exception now.
And the amount of skullduggery taking place, the only thing that's gonna happen is it will build up and build up and build up. But how will we get past say November of 2024 at the latest? How will we get past that? I'd love to hear the argument. See because your comeuppance for whatever shipwreck they're going to try to generate is at the very least the nexus is in 2024.
It is the election day of 2024, that is the end. They've either got to defecate or get off the toilet, people. So the other problem we've got, there's a bunch of other occult crap going on in the process that's waiting in the wings. Don't forget, April on the 8th, we have a big Cthulhu mythos holiday. You have a full eclipse crossing the United States, you only have up to three of them a century.
And guess what, that this one hits on the 8th of April. Your enemy doesn't make any difference what you believe, it's irrelevant to them, it's what they believe. And they believe in these high holidays and high occultic events that they exploit them, that they develop them, okay? So you've got, here it is the middle of February and April.
April 8th, somewhere around that window is when they decide maybe to kick it off there. And for that matter, we don't know the minds of all of the Fruit Loops behind the scenes. There could be any period in between here in November. Any window, throw a dart. We're pretty well at the end of options with regard to, can we kick the can down the road? The can can't be kicked down the road any farther than this.
We're where we expected to be and we've warned everybody that if you just keep letting them do what they're gonna do Well, we're where we expected to be so we had a lot of work to do one more time again Sheriff Mack if you'd like to find out more about the person we're talking about and everybody's question, you know having conversation about Yeah, he is going to be in Hillsdale at the Fuzo Church 10 a.m.
7 Manning Street. It's actually 7 South Manning Street, isn't it Dave? Yes, it is. Right? Yeah, very good. Okay. I want to make sure I thought I wrote that down yesterday. 7th South, 7 South Manning Street. And of course that will be at 10am. That's in Hillsdale, Michigan. And the other location is, uh, Trinh University in Angola. And, Trinh, Trinh. Trinh University. Trinh.
Well, I just wrote it down so try and nice a trend here why you okay? Trying University Angola and what time is that again? Forgive me 3 p.m. So again, he's gonna be here in Michigan. Well, the church there by the church in Hillsdale, please tell the church Oh, yeah, oh yeah, oh church Thank you. All right
