Summary
Mark Koernke discussed a proposed federal bill to prohibit private militia activity, dismissing it as ineffective given the current state of conflict. He covered weapons and preparedness topics including lightweight AR-15 configurations, FN FAL rifles, M14s, ammunition reloading, and body armor systems. Callers contributed information about an alleged incident involving a Pennsylvania man named Justin Mohn who claimed to have killed his father, which Koernke treated skeptically as potential government propaganda. The show emphasized organizing militia units, establishing logistics networks, and acquiring defensive equipment ahead of anticipated conflict in 2024.

He took off his three cornered hat, speaking low to me. He said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave.
In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state.
regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe please the IRS your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled you pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame you've taken you traded in your name you've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize family farm
and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died?
Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torture freedom burning bright.
As I awoke he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each god given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave the land of the free?
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the first hour of the Intelligence Report. I'm our currently one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, east, south, northwest, and west. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on
www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com LibertyTreeRadio.org. We're also on satellite. We'll say hi to all our merchant marine operators out there, no matter what body of water you're on, and no matter where you are on the planet, and we cover every whole body of water on the planet with you guys, and you're the ones making the effort using both digital and analog satellite around the world.
We're in a myriad of other communications technologies both inside and outside these United States to include AM&FM micro stations, AM&FM conventional stations, CB base stations, and ultra-net hallmark and golden spike technologies east and west of the Mississippi along with Alaska. I want to say hi to our boys, we up north as they say. It is Weapons Wednesday.
It is the end of the month. Yes, it is. It is the 31st of January. It is, well, as of today, 1-12th of 2024 has been ticked off. That is, of course, the 16th year of open, obvious, and in your face, Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation.
of America with a K. 2024, Old Earth Calendar, I'm giving all she's got, Captain. And 2024, Battle for the Republic, the Dance of Swords. And if you can break out the Winter War, and share it with somebody this week if you can. It's cold. This is a good time to read a cold book and the Winter War
Book 2 of the Battle for the Republic series is a cold, cold experience. In fact, what I like is that feedback I got is that people even reading it during the summer could feel the cold, which is how it should be. That's if you've done it right, if you've written it right, it works. Anyway, a couple things here real quick. Some interesting other items coming out of Palmetto State Armory.
But I would first of all remind everybody, Palmetto does have some reloading supplies. I don't know what they have in stock right now, you're gonna have to check them out. But if you're into any kind of firearm right now, and since we're on the edge of conflict on American soil, going to war in 24. Well, because of that, you all better be squared away with not only your ability to put pew pew pellets, freedom pellets in the gun.
But once you have those empty Coke bottles, those empty pop bottles, we can refill them. We don't have to take them back to the factory. We have our own factory. Everybody does. I especially like revolvers because you keep all your brass where you can find it. For certain projects where you don't want to leave anything behind, they're the optimal solution. Pop, pop, boom, boom.
And again, when you get back to the other end, revolver is incredibly simple to reload. My God, you really, it is Crayola level reloading. It's easily done. The most common sense that you have to deal with is obviously powder charge. But almost any kind of projectile can be used in 38, 357.
45 long cold, 44 Magnum, 44 Smith & Wesson Special. Take your pick. There's all kinds of bullets and bullet molds available. You can use zinc, you can use lead, you can use lead, tin and anemone. You can go with jacketed bullets. You got all kinds of solutions. So again, revolvers are awfully handy to have around because you do keep the brass, right, where you can control it completely. And we don't spray and pray. The idea is hit them.
It's count misses don't okay Right now dies are the big thing deals to save primers powder bullet Cases are a matter of what you're already shooting most of what you're shooting is boxer prime not everything but most everything that you're shooting and if it isn't save the steel case the aluminum or the brass anyway
Actually, it's not really aluminum. It's kind of a bi-metal, the law man-animal, but all of them are being reloaded. We've reloaded it for years, so it can be reloaded. We've got to call her. Who do we have? We've got time. I want to, okay, this is our news nation. Democrats proposed bill to prohibit militia activity. Legislation would place federal prohibition on private militia activity.
Congressman says groups use political violence during capital riots. Criminal penalties will increase based on severity of activity. Tyler, by Tyler Warnell updated January 11, 2024, 11.38 PM Central Standard Time. Two Democrats- Go ahead.
Two Democrat congressmen are backing our proposal to prohibit private paramilitary activity of bill intended to prevent future attacks like the one on the US Capitol in 2021. The Preventing Private Para Military Activity Act.
would create criminal penalties for people who engage in certain conduct including intimidating elected officials, interfering with government proceedings, and pretending to be in law enforcement. Three years ago, white supremacist affiliated with a paramilitary organization stormed the US Capitol, shattering windows walls and the families of five US Capitol police officers. Bill sponsor Ed Markey D Massachusetts.
7 News release. Private military actors such as Proud Boys and old people pose a serious threat to democracy and the rule of law. And we must create new prohibitions on unauthorized activities that interfere with the exercise of people's constitutional rights. The forces of bigotry, hatred and violence, extremism must be stopped for the sake of our democracy.
While all 50 states prohibit private paramilitary activity, according to a Georgetown Law Analyst, there are no federal laws covering it. The Proud Boys and Old Keepers had a presence at the January 6th riots, which have resulted in almost 1,000 criminal convictions. Former Proud Boy leader, Anikri Kereel,
I see the longest sentence of 22 years behind bars for his role and this sedition conspiracy to stop the transfer of power from former President Donald Trump who lost the 2020 election to President Joe Biden. Stewart Rhodes, a founder of Oathkeepers, was sentenced to 18 years in prison.
Representative Jamie Raskin, D. Maryland, a bill of code sponsor said the groups used political violence to intimidate people and threaten democracy. Our legislator makes the abuse the essential clarification. Our legislators makes the obvious but essential clarification that these domestic extremists
paramilitary operations are in no way protected by a constitution. He said in the release, I'm grateful to Senator Markey for his partnership and a critical effort to protect the rule of law, deter insurrection, and defend the democracy. As a legislation established here as a criminal, that is based on the severity of the activity.
has hardship penalties for repeat offenders and allows for probation for first-timer offenders. It also enables private citizens to file civil lawsuits to seek injunctive relief of damages. The legislation will prohibit publicly patrolling, drilling, or engaging in harmful but deadly paramilitary techniques interfering with or interrupting government proceedings interfering with the
exercise of someone's else's constitutional rights, falsely assuming the functions of law enforcement and asserting a 30-year-old relative, training to engage such behavior. It has the endorsement of Protect Democracy Center for American Progress and the Institute for Constitutional Agri-C and Protection at the Georgetown University Law Center, according to news release politics. Again, that's News Nation
Democrats proposed bill to prohibit militia activity. Done by Tyler Wornell updated January 11, 2024, 1130, 8 p.m. Central. Again, that's News Nation. Democrats proposed bill to prohibit militia activity. Hey, all right. You know what? Hold on. Let me see if I'm
going to be following any of their criteria. Well, first of all, it's got to get passed. It hasn't passed yet. We're on the cusp of whatever else is going to happen. I think it's, let's just say a little late in the game for whatever desperate attempt they might make. The crown being what the crown is. This is the British Empire slash the same skanks, the same trash from outside the United States, trying to manipulate what's going on inside the United States.
And the same old gutter trash, the same pieces of filth over and over and over again keep appearing in these venues. So as far as I'm concerned, well, whatever you think you wanna try, you go right ahead. I think we're at the end. I think everybody pretty well is on the same page on that too right now.
They don't like what you're doing. Well, don't worry. First of all, let me point something out that if everybody had been serious to the degree that they claim, then we wouldn't be having the conversations we're having right now because we wouldn't be here right now. We would be in the field, we would be at war, and the globalists would be in trouble and are in trouble right now. So think about that one. It's like, well, yeah, they're bad. No, they're not.
We get to that point, it's like everything else, you've reached the Malthusian limit of stupidity. The ignorance on the part of your enemy is so great, they really don't understand or could not wrap their brain around where they are in the world and in history right now. And pretty much where everybody is on the same page with dealing with the problem. And dealing with this problem is now inevitable. So- Well, I can't wrap everyone, there's too many of us.
Well, it's like we've said how many thousand times here? You know, do the numbers just with a silly place like Illinois, okay? And right now they're feeling their oats and they think they're gonna grab the guns, this or do whatever. Whenever they try, they're going to get shot. It's just all there is to it. We'll be going to war. And there isn't anything that really can slow that down once it gets started. Once that horse is off the chocks,
Hitting down the track. It's done. There isn't gonna be coming back from it So our biggest concern should be obvious that just like the British crown that declared everything and anything illegal before April 19th 1775 and they did guys everything no matter what you did was illegal everything. Oh My goodness, I should really worried. No, not not really at all Because it's irrelevant
The Patriots realized that, well, this is it, it's the end. We're going on to the new project now. We're gonna end up in a 50-cuff match. I'll bet with bad nets, clubs, tomahawks, fighting knives, pistols, dragoon pistols, muskets, blunderbuss, you name it, pick a chute, we were carrying it and we used it. And we're finished, we're at the end.
I have no concern whatever they think that they're gonna somehow move through the machine that's gonna panic. Only the wussies are gonna panic over something like that. I mean, we're not panicking. I know, thank you for bringing it up, Tom. Again, we wanna make sure we know who our enemies are for when things do kick off. Who's who in the zoo? Gotta know them.
So the fact that they're, they've been told because for however they were Epstein blackmailed, let's understand something, the little prick that thought this up, didn't think it up. He didn't come from that ass hat with his name on it. Came from the ADL, came from Southern Perversion Louse, the pedo queer, man blood crew over there at Southern Perversion Louse, Southern Poverty Law, the pedo queer operation. And proudly so they are.
Those are the people that wrote this up or the foreigners that are manipulating these toadies slash these parasites that have betrayed America. They're the ones who wrote this up. That idiot stick didn't come up with any of what's in front of you there. All came from your enemy, keyword, your enemy. Now we need to treat them that way, top to bottom, front to back and every step of the way while they boot their ass out of this nation.
Because that's what needs that's where we are. That's what has to happen. We're gonna have to kick their ass out of this country So everybody again organize arm equip and train as militia establish a 510 program in your area of operations Look at the key to victory and we got again other color jump in their color. Go ahead
I know Tom just read the whole thing off. Apparently, I guess, some time today, earlier this morning, or late last night, a gentleman by the name of Justin Mowen, M-O-H-N, out of Pennsylvania,
Posted a video of he is he supposedly killed his FBI or federal employee dad His father by after killing him or whatever he beheaded him and then he went on a rant for about 14 minutes He posted on YouTube and I posted it at least YouTube and of course YouTube took it down Wanting He holds up his father's head in the video of course it's in a plastic bag
Of course, there's people that have found a movie prop, the headed thing that looks eerily similar because the eyes are closed, the mouth is closed and stuff, and it's a plastic bag. Now, he does hold it up again, like he dumps it out of the plastic bag in a off camera, in a pot or something, and then kind of just briefly holds it up for a second, and then continues on his rant. He talks for about 14 minutes, then calls for
For the militias to rally, to then calls for a revolution against the Biden regime and against the army of illegal immigrants. He's calling himself a militia commander. He's not dressed, he's just dressed normally, he's not dressed in any uniform and stuff.
But he goes, like I said, it's a pretty long, I tried to find a video, I found it on Telegram, but I didn't download it, but I could later. But he goes, I watched the whole thing, Mark, but he goes on just talking about the militias need to, he needs some militias to rally around him to protect him and stuff. He needed to go after federal agents only, not the state governments, federal judges, basically calling attack against all federal agents, National Guard and police need to
join us and step away and stuff and Like I said mark II if I don't know if there's a transcript of his rant out there I mean obviously it's just like I said bit some of us repetitive, but uh You know, I said this just got posted either earlier early this morning or late late last night and supposedly was arrested Also, apparently this gentleman was going around give me just like a bar call
pull up and I'll read to you. I can, I'll pull it up Mark, because I posted it. This guy, like I said, he's in Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania militia man who beheaded his father and boy was reported to the FBI six months ago. A tale as old as time. So someone posted I guess on 4chan or something like that I guess. And it said, so what is Justin up to now? This was posted
July 13, 2023. What's just enough to now? Recruiting people in Mons militia. By that I mean making post on Reddit, firearm and military subs for people to join his one person militia. He has also tried joining multiple firearm community discords to recruit for his militia, getting upset that
when told that these communities are for people just trying to larp and grill. So in summary, one man's bad case of main character syndrome mixed with a Messiah complex results in what you see here. And then at the bottom, it says reported to the FBI just in case. And that was over almost a year ago, Mark, that this gentleman before this incident happened. And there's several news reports on this incident. Mark, I'm sure somebody could.
read off something or post it or whatever. I posted a couple things like the picture of the in the gilded page. I posted what I just read and then the picture of the movie prop severed head. If somebody watches the video and stuff, I mean it's not, I mean it's a severed head in a bag. I mean it's not, does it look black and blue?
It looks like, you know, it's fresh. I don't know, Mark. You know, to me it screams. Okay. Well, hold on. Let's not forget. What was it? Kathy, Kathy Griffin. Was it Griffin? Has the very real, I mean, obviously this could be happening because Kathy Griffin got into the White House.
chopped the head off the President of the United States and held it up in the international Internet. And I saw it, it must be real, so I have full confidence that this happened. Wait a minute, this is the same people when we talk about the media. Let's remember something. On January 6th, three years ago,
We had a supposed bomb that was planted by somebody, turns out, well, wait a minute. The story that they let just float randomly out in the blue was that there were two bombs planted and nobody knew anything about it. Nobody knew who it was, but it had to be, of course, part of the attack on the government.
As we all know in the last 24 hours, it turns out virtually everybody, the person who planted the bomb was government. In other words, it wasn't a bomb. Now the excuse after three years is guys, where have we heard this before? Like when they've had scheduled mass shootings, but before they have the mass shootings, so to speak, they have the mass shooting training exercise. And lo and behold, it turns out that now they're saying, well, those bombs were planted, those were part of it.
training exercise because it's very obvious that their government ordinance and it's been pegged as to where they, you know, actually there are pictures of the exact same devices that were used by the government for their at Quantico and I believe also at, what was it? There's two locations and they actually have two different sets of photographs and the same training aids are used. And lo and behold, since the devices were just standing up and out in the air and on their own, nobody got excited.
See, this is the problem with once you have a whole pack of liars in government, there isn't a whole lot you can present to me since there are no rules and there is no integrity and hasn't been for a very long time with any of these shysters, these regimeists that are out there.
So I would have zero to no confidence in this story. I mean, no, I appreciate everybody bringing forward Donald. Let me not say, oh, Bart, I should never mention it. No, we want to mention it because I'm going to remind everybody there's little of anything that we're going to see that's going to be truthful in the next 11 months. That everything is geared towards buffoonery and propaganda by the limp dink communist asshats that are trying to destroy the country.
And so as far as, you know, the whole like you said, we will Kathy Gifford, she got me. She obviously killed killed Trump. She had Trump's bloody head. She held it out in front of the camera, looked pretty realistic. So I don't have a whole lot of confidence in what is literally an Internet created story with the buffoons behind the scenes pumping this kind of stuff up. And it's not that it's our fault. It's just the idea that.
very little of anything is going to deflect me from the idea that we need to arm to the teeth and great and fight the bastards. Some people would see the string, oh my god, the militia, a militia of one.
Well, there's 330 million people out there that doubt or cutting heads off if we believe the bullshit story they generated. So that doesn't match up with very much of anybody out there. Granted, some people probably will use weapons that will do that when the time comes, cleaning heads off, splitting watermelons in two, all kinds of fun stuff. But right now,
This is the baffle you with bullshit crap that these ring knockers come up with. This is Quantico, this is the NSA. The CIA chief is over licking the bung hole of the Israelis. He's back now. Maybe this is part of the propaganda wave that they've decided they gotta push or put out there. See, that's the problem with all of what they're doing now. All of us should have the attitude of little or no confidence.
public release data streams like this and especially the more absurd that they become. That's for all of us, for everybody listening, I'm serious. Stay focused, I mean, I want you to report this, I want this to continue. But now, what do I think about it? Guys, January 6th was lied about top to bottom, left to right, front to back. Millions of hours of video are probably available, I see that jokingly but not.
There's an uncounted amount of video documentation on what actually happened and everything that you've seen with the keyhole view has already shown you that they lied their ass off. And if in such an action where they have such a public event with so much record keeping of the event that they still felt confident they could lie their ass off, hurt people, burn people's time, put people in jail, all of this crap.
Don't you think that a boxy kind of event like this would be created by the Israeli Mossad, the FBI, the CIA, and then thrown out there? What this reminds me of, guys, is whatever happened to all the videos of all the supposed IS-IS beheadings. And remember when they had the guy in the cage? And the footage was so cropped.
Okay, I pointed this out. All of that stuff has been made to disappear. Have you noticed that? What happened to all the footage of the mass executions with the guys in the orange jumpsuits? Or were they, you know, they did all these different things and, you know, like it was horrible. I mean, really, if it was real, it was horrible. But you know what? It was all cropped and blocked.
Hey dad, you're very reminiscent of like remember it and I'll go to another one remember when those reporters were telling all about the gas attack and bag dad you know Forgive me in Israel and they were putting their masks on remember it turned out they were all in down in Atlanta at CNN headquarters
And it was a complete lie, you remember that? But the boy for the publications out there for their satellite feeds for CNN, they told you the truth. Wait, no they didn't. They've lied their head though. On the subject of lies, I'm gonna point something out. Tom read that on the air and there is a lie built into that. Name me the five police officers that died at January 6th.
And you can't count Sicknick because he died of a heart attack elsewhere. Nowhere, they've made that line of claim repeatedly and nowhere can they produce any names because none of them did. Right. Other than Sicknick and Sicknick had a heart attack after the fact. And this should be jumping out at everyone.
So again, I would point out that, well, again, what I feel like I described yesterday, Sergeant Oglethorpe, remember what Winston's job was, to burn history and fabricate new. And really, guys, the control press and even a good chunk of the Internet right now because it's being routed through either the Chinese or the Israelis, or it's out of Utah. It's going through the Ops Center out there.
And the NSA is fabricating absolute lies, pulling it out of their ass because they've been told to do so. And because they're fully cooperating with it and are part of the problem in America because they are the globalists. And all of these parasitic pieces of trash that are betraying us left, right, up and down, that have brought the border wide open, all these pieces of filth. Should you in any way, shape or form believe them? That's how we should get the first question. Looking at this, okay, what purpose does it serve?
Well, for propaganda, it's pretty obvious. Needless to say. Hold on here. Go ahead, jump in there, Shelby. Also, I forgot to bring up. Supposedly, he also wrote like four or five books. I think they were on Amazon, but I just searched his name. They may have already pulled them. I've been at work today, so I haven't had a time to dig into it too much. But he wrote four or five books in the last four years. I know one of the books was covering the
election being stolen in January 6 or something along those lines shortly after that he wrote books, but I'm guessing there might be only like less than a hundred pages 200 page books, you know super small personal writing, you know books Oh Also, I saw I was doing some searching while you were talking He mentioned in his rant that he used to work at Microsoft as a tech engineer or something like that So he threw that out there. I said he said he lived in Pennsylvania. So
close enough to Spook and Kookville. But I'll bring up the guy's name again. His name was Justin Mullen, M-O-H-N. And this guy, like I said, was going on a rant about we need to start attacking the federal government, but not the state government. Go after all federal agencies and stuff like that. And we need to start going after them and illegal immigrants and stuff. And basically, it needs to start now.
After he killed his father and then holds up a supposedly his father's severed head in a plastic bag and then dumps it out of the off-camera in a pot or whatever and kind of lifts it up again for a couple seconds and then puts it back down and stuff. But people have, like I said, I posted, if you can find the video of the actual of that, and then I posted in the Guild at the prop movie head that people have found that looked very similar to what he was using in his video.
Yeah, definitely something to be interested in. That was all I had Mark for now. You have questions? Appreciate it. Appreciate it, thank you. Again, the whole idea of the prop, well, you never know. I mean, he could have done it. Well, maybe. Yeah, and I'm a Chinese jet pilot named Laozi. So again, the big thing here is, guys, whenever something like this does pop up,
We're most interested in it, but mostly again, it's to see who the cast of characters are that are pushing it or pumping it from whatever angle. And in the process of being provided with that information, that's another tick on the map. That's another spot where you go, okay, there we are. Well, we see where they're coming from there, and it helps us to evaluate the battlefield and come up with better solutions to deal with the problem.
Again, I don't know many people who are gonna be excited about the idea of the beheading somebody and offering it up as the solution this week, down the road maybe, but not right now. I know I'm being facetious across the board, but maybe not. So again, for everybody, pay attention, watch to see what you have locally. Don't assume that we've all seen everything. I have to keep repeating this. I've watched this happen for decades.
There's a lot of information that is regionally released to manipulate the population or tailor it for whatever real propaganda line they have going in a particular theater. It's especially important that we keep track of these because it helps to map out the overall enemy campaign as it develops. And you guys are all the ones, you're the eyes and ears out there. So again, thank you to Tom and thank you to Shelby. The other thing I would remind everybody too is,
The bad guys are not perfect. And in fact, they actually do let a lot of their peons participate in activities. This is something that most commonly everybody assumes the best of the play us are the ones that are doing this stuff to you. And that is not the case. They really do use what we would call the B team in many cases because they can't be everywhere and they need to spread themselves out over a pretty big stinking country called the United States.
So, the cast of characters aren't as sharp as you might think. Go ahead, jump in there, Tom. Does Michigan really prohibit militias? I never heard of it. I always thought that every state is allowed to have an unorganized militia. I mean, this is the first time there's a military.
Right, well the thing is that they got a character, whoever it is that wrote the article, as we've said, they're fabricating, as Ed pointed out. It's just like the issue with the, I caught the one he was talking about, we just didn't really get into it, but the whole idea that, oh, five police officers died, no they didn't, no police officers died that day. Patriots did, maybe a hundred pounds soaking wet, Ashley Babbitt did.
at the hands of some prick who never you're gonna, the only way he's gonna see justice is as the war develops and eventually he's caught up with down the road. But there's not gonna be any justice with regard to her situation. And of course, right now there's a court battle for suing the cop, etc. Well, you know how that works. And especially since it's in the district of criminals, although I assume they're suing him outside, which is gonna create a problem for him.
But in all of these cases, they just flat out lie. And they know they're lying. And it's just second nature to these creatures now and has been for so long. Well, they're so far around the corner, they can't see the other two corners they passed. That's the best way to describe it. So I don't see anything, that's a surprise. The big thing here again is understand that they just they figure they're just gonna keep repeating the line that some people might drink the dog vomit.
On the other hand, now, that ain't happening from this end. So again, another thing that I would point out is, remember, they want this federally, but it won't stand up. However, it is a life waster. It is a time waster. And that's one of the problems. That's one of the reasons that, again, the founders frivolous activities of this type were supposed to be hammered down by
the system doing its job and it's not. So now we have all of these activities just like the activities to sue the gun manufacturers, etc. Purely for the sake of harassment and that's all that it is. This stuff, we're gonna have to put the kibosh to it and we will. I mean, it's inevitable that this thing is going into conflict.
Most important is Weapons Wednesday. Again, organized armed equipment train is militia, but make sure that you also continue to build whatever it is. If you're organizing, finish what you started, not all the I's cross all the T's, and continue to build for the future because we're going into a fight. It's not gonna be pretty in any way, shape, or form. But we can be well ahead of the curve, and we already are.
So it's more important than anything else that we get everybody's properly squared away. Again, one of the things you can do to help the Patriot effort this day, recruit one person, go out and find one person. I don't just mean randomly do it like, well, I hope this guy's good. Common sense, that you're somebody you know in your community, there's somebody that can be brought forward or brought up to speed. They already have an interest, you'd be amazed. Again, this last weekend, the biggest conversation that I had with most of the people I was talking to,
had to do with dealing with the influx of individuals that are being brought into the militia. It is a significant number. The problem is, and I've seen this over and over again, is people lamenting because they got caught flat-footed. Well, that shouldn't have happened. I will say that, that should not have happened. But it does because many people underestimate the interest because they're too busy listening to the enemy's propaganda. Fact of the matter.
The matter is that we grossly outnumber the enemy. There are more and more people that are interested, but they need direction. I don't want you to find 100 people tomorrow. I want all of you listening to find one person tomorrow. You've doubled your numbers. If you don't understand the double, the penny doubling formula that everybody's always talked about, how long does it take to get to a million dollars by doubling a penny? You double it, you double it, and you double it again.
The most important thing is we get quality out of the deal. Not just quantity, because that will come, numbers will come, but we get quality. Go ahead, jump in there, caller. People also need to do due diligence to research these characters when they show up. And I say characters because everybody is suspect to me. I don't believe anybody is squeaky clean as far as being a patriot until I find out who they are, where they've been.
Maybe we even give them a blanket party to make sure that we know they're real. Over. Well, again, this is where somebody that is known to you, and what I mean by that, and this is something that we have talked about for a very long time, individuals that you've grown up with in many cases. I'm fascinated because I just had a whole bunch of questions about communications here just this last week, this last three days.
And everybody that I've run into, well, everybody's certain people are having their epiphanies, which we've always talked about. Everybody has their different moment where they have that, that, you know, EF Hutton, you know, everybody freezes and you realize, oh, man, we're in trouble. Okay, well, it may not be just we're in trouble, but I'm in trouble because oh my God, I realize what's going on.
When that happens, that person is going to, you know, again be asking the right questions. You of course need to like, as Dar said, make sure you know who's who in the zoo. Where did they come from? Now, this is where you approaching them is the key factor. We don't really do much somebody approaching us. I think that's the big thing is again, when I make an effort to communicate to someone,
It's from our direction out, so to speak, not somebody else coming in. And that is where you have to be select at different points, depending on how long it takes. You've cultivated an individual's mind, hopefully. You already, again, may know them. People that I've grown up with, I've known most of my life. I wouldn't even bother with. But there are others that have just in the last three, four years
They already had an idea of what was going on. They already understood the situation. They could see how things have developed. And at a given point, it's, oh, okay, well, maybe it's time to flip another card with this person. So in each case, it's different. I have to emphasize that. It is a tedious process. The Colonial Marines are even more
Well, they're more able-retentive than Moe than the average bear because they approach individuals only after having gone through what is a very long selection process. And because of this, they've grown in a very, very precise way. They've developed in a very specific way. I've said many times that I'll pass information on to people if somebody's interested in the CMM.
You don't go to them, they come and talk to you. And again, it's because are you known? And this means are you known in the community? Are you known within the population? Where these people reside? And they pick and choose accordingly. And they've been very successful because of this.
And they continue to do so for a very, very, very long time. I am very satisfied with the seeds we planted. I spoke at the first conference back in the early 90s where the official construction of the Colonial Marine Militia started. In fact, some of you have the video where I was speaking at the event. I don't think anybody's ever reposted it.
But in other words, I don't think it's upon you. It might be, there's videos showing up from all the different speaking engagements randomly on a regular basis. So I don't know, it might even be in the mix somewhere out there right now in La La Land Internet Heaven. But the fact is that in what, 30 plus years, this is the year 2024, so I can say 32, 33 years.
CMM, Colonial Marine Militia, was something that started in the 80s in smaller formations with individuals who were all former Marines. One of the reasons is that I had a constant influx of former Marines. And logic, as I've argued before, dictates that people of like mind, mental processes, also education, kind of take advantage of that, move them together.
Well, the groups that the element overlapped between Korean War, many of those men are dead now, Vietnam, and of course needless to say, in some cases, long tours in terms of service to retirement. And this gave us a wide selection and a deep base to work with to start out creating the CMM. Now the CMM recruits its own.
So, it's an example of a very, very rigid construct in terms of a militia formation, and it is unique to most of the militias that are out there in terms of how it's built. Where, you know, as far as, again, it's stuck to the constitution that was constructed now 30 plus years ago. The official, the latest, there were other constructs, but the latest is the
benchmark is the anchor that all of them stand by and it's worked for us. So there are other mechanisms or other types of organizations out there, each one with their own uniqueness and each one being quite successful at accomplishing the task which was to build.
And to continue to build to the point where, well, again, we're on the edge of conflict. These forces are the forces that we will be the first up. Go ahead, jump in there. Hey, I'm gonna be out of pocket for a while, but I wanna get this in before the end of the hour. Did you know that Biden appointed somebody to replace Lurch John Kerry as climate czar? Do you know- No, I have not heard- You wouldn't guess it in 500? Well, you would guess in 500 years, cuz eventually you'll run to the end.
John slice deeply into the mineral finger and eat the pain Podesta the Satanist oh Really? Not sitting there a bit so the pedo queer So the benefits of being a pizza hot dog boy Has come full circle and we've got yes, it's worse perverts in our
one of the worst perverts in our country right there. And needless to say, right there at the forefront with the Obama-Biden administration, because this is not Biden, this is Obama. Bringing that chart. Bring the other end of the play. Go ahead. Go ahead. Finish up. Go ahead. No, that's okay. Go ahead. The article is over at thegatewaypundit.com. Thegatewaypundit.com. You'll find it. It's right up at the top. It's one of the newer articles.
The other thing, that article is full of expos- expos-sings, if you will, expos-e, not expos-e, as it's written out for a long time, but expos-ings of things that you just really haven't heard a lot of. Do you recall me asking what happened to the Green New Deal and saying, boy, it sure looks like we got all the things from the Green New Deal, but I don't remember it ever passing. Podesta admitted that the
Inflation Reduction Act was the Green New Deal over. Well, I'm fascinated that the whole Marxist takeover, the whole Green New Deal thing, which the AOC crowd was pushing forever while Trump was in office over. Well, again, it tells you how close we are to conflict right now.
They're putting players out there that in absolutely no way shape or form are they qualified for any of the any post But the fact that the perverts have brought these characters to play the way that they have and again Everything has been so blatant If anybody well, I'm all of you were paying attention, but it's to me. It's where this this is done It can't go any farther
So again, organize arm equipment trains, square yourself away, make sure that you have all your material support where it needs to be. We're going to war in 24. And the Sodom and Gomorrah crew that they keep pushing over and over and over again like this, especially this pedo queer. That Podesta is out there in your face again. Okay, this is all the Obama satanic pedo queer crew.
That's that's what this all this if you recall go back go just measure back go back through when This creature was in everybody's face when it it when everybody was you know Focusing on the proper subjects things that were wicked and evil and go bump not only in the night but all through the day and the fact that this POS is back out there in the middle of you know this situation No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no
Well, again, the open border issue is presenting itself the idea that somehow they think that they're going to convince everybody to go along with their PS when they declare that they're going to attack America, which they are planning right now. They're in motion to do right now, I can't say it's not planning. We're past planning, they're in motion to act.
And for that reason, all of you need to square your technology away and make sure that you're ready to jump off because they're jumping off very soon. Whatever BS they pull out of their estimate, we really don't care. It's a macro situation. It's a good enough reason to take care of the problem and get out with the rest of the business and the hand that needs to be done.
Let's do this hold on before going farther make sure oh we are almost to the top We went way past the bottom so I'm not gonna worry about that you are listening to us on Liberty Tree radio dot 4 mg com Liberty Tree radio dot org And I will remind you also that at 8 o'clock. Which is still a ways out We are up on 6.1 6 0 regular shortwave WBCQ the planet, please take the time break out your am FM shortwave receiver
and test your technology. Remember, don't just leave it in the box and assume it's going to work. That is a bad decision. Get your equipment out, plug in the power. Before you do, always remember, if it's some piece of equipment that requires an antenna,
Before you plug any power into any of your technology, make sure that the antenna is connected. It may not be a great connection, but make sure you have a place for the power to go if you light something up. Because otherwise, you could do damage to your equipment and defeat the purchase that you made, especially for something that might be brand new in the box. You can fry them right there at fry it right there on the spot.
So let's make sure we don't make that mistake. Again, when you're putting equipment together and you're going to test it, if it does require an antenna for transmitting purposes, you first attach the antenna and then follow through on all other attachments to include power. That way you're protected, you're safe from the possibility of making a significant error that will be financially expensive.
You will defeat the purpose behind why you bought the stuff that you picked up in the first place. Okay, we just want to make sure you don't get screwed on that particular situation. Also again, Weapons Wednesday, before I forget, AIMSurplus.com, AIMSurplus.com. AIMSurplus does have a whole bunch of stuff, lots of AR-15. They do some really great bolt carriers, AIMSurplus.com.
But don't forget they do have SKS parts also. And if you are looking for SKS parts to maybe put a not complete or a weapon that requires little tender loving care. If you're looking for the parts pieces and assembly, you might find them over there at aimsurplus.com. They have a complete section that is nothing but SKS parts.
Not much, but they do have some significant parts that would be useful depending on what it is you're working on. So take advantage and then go over there to AIMSurplus.com. We're at the top. And for everybody out there, bless our republic. Yeah, true world order. We are on the march, both day and night. Hurrah, kick him to slats, beat him down hard, don't let him get back up.
If they try, fold everything backwards. Ah, don't behead anything, it's messy, by the way. Just leave that attached. We're gonna take a break. Just grab a cup of coffee, run, use the bathroom, whatever it is you need to do. The second hour of the intel report is coming up here on Liberty Tree Radio and all of our other affiliates.
His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat and speaking low to me he said, We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations this legacy we gave. In this the land home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep.
And your Christian values can't be taught.
According to the state, you read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number and you've traded in your name.
You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seasonally farm and keep our country deep and dead. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery.
and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land.
Preserve our great republic and each god given right and pray to god to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As Iowoki vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each god given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight.
If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave the land of the police? Please and gentlemen, this is the second hour of the Intelligence Report. And this is year 32 for the Intel Report. 32 years. How do you like that? As of this month coming up, which is February.
Anyway, for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, west, southwest, and southeast, gentlemen, you are listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com, libertytreeradio.org.
And we're on the satellite, once you hide all our merchant marine operators out there, no matter what body of water you're resting on right now, again, we're virtually in every body of water on the planet. I would like to say again, thank you, because you guys are doing it all on your own. We don't pay you, it's, you know, well, do it without pay and you do it every day. And that's both on digital and analog. Thank you.
We're also in a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States. It is Wednesday, Wednesday. It is the 31st of January. That's 3-1 January, which means it's the end of the month. 1-12th of 2024 is behind us as of this evening.
It is the 16th year of open obvious and pissing in your face, Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K. 2024, old earth calendar, I'm a doctor, not a brick mason. And 2024, battle for the republic,
the dance of swords and let the dance continue. We're going to make sure that happens. We will be the ones determining the meter and playing the music. So congratulations. Got a lot of work to do. It is Weapons Wednesday. The SHOT Show, of course, was this last week. I believe it proceeds on as far as sales, etc. You're going to see if you go to any of the gun or ammunition sites that the
The shop show specials are still posted. It's a mix of items, needless to say, too numerous to mention just in one sitting like this. But there are a few interesting things that have come out. I've been talking about conventional lighter weight AR-15s being the better choice for most of the work that needs to be done out there. And there are a number of weapons that are considered classical slash retro.
that have come out that they're demonstrating in the shot show this week. I will say that they're not sheep, so that kind of defeats the purpose, but they are out there. One of the arguments that we were when I was a young soldier, everybody was told we gotta have the M16, cuz it's only a seven pound rifle.
And we can't carry the M14, which is a 9-pound rifle. Oh, it's so tough to carry a 5-pound rifle or, wait a minute, forgive me, a 9-pound rifle. I need a 7-pound rifle. I need it. I really do. Can you measure? I want you to do this. If you take all a standard package AR right now, in the belief system of the present standard AR-15.
And what I mean by that is, you know, the religiosity of all the bells, whistles, and doodads that it's argued need to be on the AR-15, the M16 rifle. What does it weigh in at right now? Now, they're, you know, on the one hand, you're using aluminum for a lot of the cool stuff that's been done to add neat trinkets to the AR, but it isn't anywhere near seven pounds.
It's way past tip-and-the-scale and now on that one guys. Okay, that's a given so what I was hoping for is that for instance Bear Creek Arsenal or ideally Palmetto State Armoure although Delton still does produce an Anderson. Oh my god, not Anderson not Delta at all. Those are not the best and greatest Most of our people do not need a thousand or two thousand dollar rifle
What they need is something that will fit their budget, allow them to be more effectively armed in a very short period of time, which is the whole idea here, getting people up and online, up to snuff, up to speed, and able to fight within the shortest period of time possible. And again, depending upon what their task is, making sure that the weapon matches the mission.
And most people don't need a quote unquote operator gun. What they need is a basic weapon system that they can put into the field that will allow them to participate if need be in the defense and that's it. And so I cannot emphasize enough that a seven pound or six and a half pound AR is really a very, very useful tool. It's out of the way for the cook.
The maintenance worker, the driver, the in fact, lightweight also for pilots. There's many weapons that have been proposed as pilot defense weapons and have been used as pilot defense weapons in the last 50 years. But the AR is still one of the best simple single solutions because they can be built up. And in this case, built down.
to be very user friendly and stowable. And that's really what you need if you're looking at being an air crewman. If you're looking at being in an aircraft, you're stuck in a very tight space. You have a weight restriction because remember you only lift so much, more junk you put on board means the less performance you have with the aircraft, just that simple. So again, that's what we're looking for. I'm looking for us. I'd like to see a pencil barrel.
AR-15, it could be a flat top because, and why would I say a flat top as opposed to a carry handle? Because the carry handle is the big, classical, you know, image that you're demonstrating at the shot show. Well, because it's the norm. It's the cheapest solution. Right now with CNC, everybody's programmed in to go, you know, chop the top, trim it up, put a picatinny rail across the top of the upper receiver, and you're done.
And that works just fine by me. In other words, if I can shave more weight off, fantastic. Because I'm looking to make an ultra light AR-15. That can be stashed, it can be cashed, it can be carried. I give it a carry a second one. If I got the weapon down light enough, with a plumb crazy lower on an AR-15, then we take the absolute lightest barrel, straight barrel we can find. Straight 16 inch barrel. I'm not talking about doing any pistol length barrels, forget that.
I want at least a 16 inch barrel, I deal with that even love a 20 but that's just adding more weight again. We're going back up in the other direction. But if I take an absolute minimalist M4 type but with a completely straight temp trimmed barrel instead of a stepped barrel like you've seen, I can bring the weapons weight down to about 6 pounds, maybe 6 and a quarter. The Plum Crazy lowers are all polymer.
And are they serviceable? Well, they've held up pretty well with everybody that's got them here. We're not going to be shooting them as regularly as many of the other line infantry weapons, but that's not its purpose. And again, we're trying to get as many weapons in the hands of as many people as possible in the shortest period of time, but also tailor the weapons to the physical limitations or the, again, the job requirement.
with regard to that party, that individual. What is your task? What are you doing here? Why are you here? And that's something that we always need to remember. A lot of guys just or engals are not gonna be constantly in contact as infantry, but with an effective and the appropriate weapon chosen, in this case, again, an ARF, so it matches the rest of the parts and ammunition inventory.
lightweight AR-15 we get the job done. A lightweight, simple, cut and dry. No extra bells and whistles, no lights, no lasers, nothing like that. Just a utility firearm. And we need more of those. So again, one of the places you can go, Delcon makes a lot of basic AR-15s. Center Fire System has carried Delcon on a regular basis, that's D-E-L dash T-O-N, Delcon.
There's also, as I mentioned, Anderson. Oh my God, not Anderson! I will remind everybody again, it's Weapons Wednesday so I could do this, that while the avant-garde may not like the Anderson, the Anderson rifle is one of the three original brands that goes back to the 70s. When nobody could get an AR-15 over through Colt and they were outrageously expensive and not necessarily reliable.
had a lot of problems because the Italians took them over years ago, remember? When that happened, quality control went into the basement because it got rid of most of their experienced people, hired, you know, minimalist, hired people that had no experience in the industry, so to speak, and it caused a lot of problems. We have errors that I told you about that
Try every stinking way that we could to bring that weapon functional and it just wouldn't and it was a full fledged top end cold H bar Beautiful firearm looked really pretty Had all the right dots, you know and all the T's crossed everything looked the way it should
But getting it out of the range and getting it to shoot reliably out of two guns, that particular one, we went through every spare part in our inventory armorers kit to try and get it to work right. And it was a Colt. On the other hand, here's what's sad. There was an Anderson sitting right next to it, ran like a singer sewing machine all day. Which would I rather have the very expensive Colt that just kept malfunctioning?
Or that less expensive and not so snobbish Anderson rifle that every time we pulled the trigger it functioned and did what it was supposed to do. But it wasn't as pretty and it doesn't have that special name flash attached to it. So anyway, again, it's Ken, Ken's Ken, personal flavor, you know what's really great about this country? You don't even have to listen to anything I just said, go out and buy whatever you want, whatever it is that you think floats your boat, congratulations. Just make sure you show up when the time comes to the fight. That's all I ask.
And so if you have what you think is the best nesting, the sliced white bread and cottage cheese, congratulations, run with it. There are some beautiful firearms and you can spend any amount you want on a rifle, especially an AR-15, just like you can on a car, okay? And they still all have four wheels, they still go down the road. Some go down different, you want to on the road differently from others, but they still all go down the road. That's what counts.
So again, solutions, I think there's a lot of neat stuff, most of this stuff that's not oriented towards our area of interest. The gladeus of the day is the AR-15. I know a lot of you have car beans, I've had a lot of comments and before I forget, keepshooting.com, keepshooting.com, keepshooting.com. Over at Keep Shooting, they did get a bunch of odds and ends items in, but they did restock on their Korean carbine magazines.
They have a little bit of price on the 15 round Korean manufactured M1 carbine magazines and they have an average price for the 30 rounder. Personally, if you make a deal with somebody on 15 round carbine mags, buy the hell out of them because the 15 rounders pretty much work first time every time. I've had many, many thousands of 30 caliber carbine 30 round mags.
And we've had some unhappy experiences with some of the aftermarket. Now the Korean ones are made by a country that has used the carbine extensively as it was gifted to them through the US military. And because of that, they're actually pretty good at building the right product. So when somebody asks, would you use those Korean carbine mags? Yeah, heartbeat. The Koreans actually know what they're doing with those magazines. And so yes, it is worthwhile to pick them up.
I would also point out again too that there are many car beans. If that's what you've got, and if you're committed to the carbine, buy all the ammunition and get your hands on. It's not an obsolete round, that term is not appropriate for any weapon where we have millions of these firearms in the inventory, and that literally is the case. But it is an orphan round, other than the fact that yes, there are a lot of car beans in service.
in Mexico. You do know that, right? There's a lot of car beans in service in Mexico. They still are popping up in all kinds of images with border operations, etc. And that's because there's a ton of them that went south decades and decades ago and they still have them.
If there's a mix, sometimes it's weird how many different weapons you'll see in the hands of the Mexican supposed military. Probably you're looking at the cartels, but car beans, G3s, FNFALs are all still in service down there. When this war kicks off, those weapons are gonna be on the battlefield, especially the closer you are to the border. If you're in California, Arizona, New Mexico,
or in Texas, you're gonna see all of those weapons in service and they're not gonna be American semi-auto. They're gonna be military issue that have one way or another filtered through the Mexican black market and are in service. They're there plus the military itself. For anybody who wonders about this, go watch any of the Mexican national parades
that are available on YouTube and start paying attention. Go through some of the videos, your training videos for the Mexican military. Guys, pay attention to those weapons that are being carried. Yes, you will see RPG-7s on the shoulders of the Mexican military. Yep, that's right. You'll also see hundreds of berets.
Well, when they say they want to sue Barrett, okay, wait a minute, back up here. Mexico has bought and or been gifted by the US to Mexico, thousands if not tens of thousands of Barrett 50 calibers.
You will find if you watch one of the videos, there's a painted up special supposed commando group of Mexican military and every man in the company is carrying a Barrett model 82. The whole stinking unit from front to back, left to right, all marching together, all camel painted up the same way, all in the same uniform.
and it's part of the Mexican national parade in Mexico City and count how many barrets are in those formations. And yet the lying sacks of BS, of course after they've received all these benefits from America, are now wanting to sue the American firearms companies and Barrett is one of the companies that they're suing.
Hmm, if I were Barrett, I would never sell to Mexico again, because obviously they cannot be trusted. It's just me. Well, what do I know? So anyway, pay attention there. There's all kinds of good stuff on YouTube you can use to help teach people about stuff. And with regard to the Mexican military and its capabilities, get down there and check it out. Now, they've pulled stuff, for instance. As I pointed out years ago, the communist Chinese are quite heavy into Mexico.
And they're the ones who of course have the enclaves of Chinese that are being given total support by HIAS and are coached about what to say to come across the border. They're all military age. Well, guess what? That's because they're military personnel being brought in to be used by the US government against the American people.
And it is very obvious what the agenda is. Well, interestingly enough, several years ago, but now gone from the archives, the Mexican military has been buying the Rinko artillery. And Mexican military was on the ground and they were the trainers training the cadres that would be operating the equipment. And they stuck around.
So for everybody out there, there is still, you can find it other sources, but YouTube has been doing everything it can to cover the tracks for the enemy operating against America, both inside the US and in Mexico and Canada.
And the Chinese are principals with regard to their preparation to cooperate with Homeland Security to betray the American people by utilizing communist Chinese forces inside the United States in American uniforms and secret police uniforms to bring them in as cadre to be used against the population to destroy the border, the sovereignty, the constitution, and the Bill of Rights of these United States.
the traders are in motion. We're going to war in 24. Cough and find your oysters, make sure the wiener's attached there too. And in the process, man up. That's just all there is to it. You can do it as cash, check her money order. If you do it as check her money order, make it out to Nancy, last name, K-O-E-R-N-K-E. That's Nancy, K-O-E-R-N-K-E.
And put a slip of paper in there and print the mailing address you want the manual to go to. Now, the $15, we're not making anything on this, this just covers the cost of the shipping and the cost of copying the product. And again, I ask that if you receive the manual, copy it and in fact, do it this way. This week sometime, make one copy.
Give it to somebody that you believe may actually follow through. They got a machine shop or a production facility. They got a welding shop. They'll easily understand the manual. The Mahdi Griffin is a bolt-action single-shot, 50-caliber rifle that can be built anywhere.
anywhere. It's the extend gun of the 50 caliber world and is about as simple as could possibly be imagined. Right now there are 50 caliber M2 barrels out there all over the, all over, dotted all over the country right now at different places. So you've got barrels, you can also go to Douglas. What determines the cost of your kit is the barrel.
The raw stock for the metal is so ridiculously cheap and simple that you're gonna go, huh, there's gotta be more to this. No, there's not. It's actually an incredibly simple design. And we can crank them out. So this gives you a 50 caliber placement weapon. If it's behind the door when they think they're gonna hut, hut, hut, do the gun confiscation, you pull the trigger and, man, it just knocks down five at a time or more.
I prefer to recommend that you go down to crotch level. That way you just go through all those. If you hit a leg, you hit a leg, goes through like a matchstick. You hit them in the crotch or the groin, sucks all their gonads out. Puts them on the other guy's lap while you suck his gonads out and it goes through the next one. But that half inch gun is priceless for breaking the spirit of the enemy. Okay? Just something to think about.
So again, the Muddy Griffin, PBN, PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130, that's PBN, PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130. And you can also of course do that through our PayPal donation. Go over to www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com when you get there. Donate $15, find the donate key. The donate key is only one.
And when you hit the donate key, donate $15, but before you leave, go to the notation section there and leave a mailing address. We need a mailing address to be able to ship the manual to you. And pay attention because there typically is other stuff that's going to be in the envelope. Now the envelope is tight. Again, everything just worked the way it's supposed to, but be careful. Pay attention when you open up the envelope.
and make copies, make copies, make copies, make copies. That's all I can say, make copies. I just said it again. We're at the bottom of the hour and it's Weapon Wednesday. And at the bottom of the hour on Weapons Wednesday, we do something very particular. And so I know that Ed is right there and hey, here we go.
Mind your madness fills in our valleys There's danger, and there's danger in our hills Oh, hear ye not the singing of the view Though wildly free, soon you'll know The ringing of the rifle from the tree Oh, the rifle, oh, the rifle In our hands could prove no frightful
You may ride a goodly speed, you may know it's turn to master You forward march with speed, but you'll learn the back's much faster When you meet our mountain boys and the leader judge starts Glad you make what little noise and always hit the mark Hold the rifle, hold the rifle In our hands, we'll prove no it's rifle
I can for everybody out there remember
Organize arm equipment train as militia Logistics the key to victory if you understand that it needs to be where the troops are the lowest level of tactically dispersed logistics formation Is the first best choice of how to prepare be prepared for this fight?
So, this means more food, more clothing, more material, medical support, everything that's needed to keep you alive and functional and or to support the militia and the field needs to be out there in the general populations and now rather than waiting till the last minute later. Doesn't mean we don't have a last minute list. We do. We've talked about that. Okay, what we're going to do. Ed's right there.
Keep your rifle by your side. Guys, right now, especially with what's going on, it's obvious that the football game pickup truck tailgate picnic thing going on down on the border is gonna proceed or in theory is proceeding. We'll see what happens there. And we've got the threat in Illinois, but either way, keeping your rifle by your side, be prepared to fight with your brothers and sisters in arms against the globalist threat.
But here we go.
For this I won't need pay when we take a stand. No, we must protect our land. Keep your rifle by your side. Come day and then, come night, they'll have our children in their sight. So stand guard in every pass from north to south. Oh, they can scream, they can shout, they will never push us out. Keep your rifle by your side. Singing, no love.
They just won't stay away singing Oh Lord for this I won't need pay when we take a stand No, we must protect our lands Keep your rifle by your side. These males have tanks cause they've got funding from the banks But we won't fall as long as we can fight So they'll go on and-
They say we hate, but they won't get past the gate. Keep your rifle by your side. Singing, or they just won't stay away. Singing, for this I won't need pay when we take a stand. No, we must protect our lands. Keep your rifle by your side. Eyes in the east from the Great Plains to Tennessee. They help us hold with all that we do need.
From the west comes another way From Red Sand Fran or Burned LA Keep your eye full by your side Singing, oh lord they just won't stay awake Singing, for this I won't need pay When I see their face No I must protect my place Keep my eye full by my side Singing, oh lord
They just won't stay away Singing, oh lord, for this I won't be paid When I see their face No, I must protect my place Keep my rifle by my side Keep my rifle by my side More. This sounds fine by me. Goin' in.
going to see no other soldier knows her not half as much as me she cried so when I left her he liked to brook my heart and if I ever find her we never more shall part she's the sweetest rose of color that the soldier ever knew her eyes the brightest diamond this sparkle like the dew you may talk about your winsome namesome thing of rosary for the evil rose of Texas
the bells of Tennessee. Well, I joined up with the Texas Guard, the army of my state. We marched down to the border, and there we made it safe. Against that storm from Mexico, we all stood firm and true. And each night as the stars emerged, my thoughts returned to you. Rose of color that the soldier ever knew. For I set brightest diamonds in these sparkle lighten dunes.
You may talk about your wins and nays and think of Rosalie For the yellow road to Texas leads the bells in Tennessee Houston we met the federal mind With grit and sexy courage sweetly echoes of our struggle Under the city's glow Get in the style between the shots I'm Mr. Soptel Hello, your ever new lighted diamonds
and they sparkle like the dew. You may talk about your Winston-Naysons, throwing off rosary. For the yellow rose, a Texas beat the bells in Tennessee. And yeah, with the Rangers I was sent, wearing those cold dark trenches, many a night was spent. Amidst the chill and danger, her memory was my ball. I'd walk close to her image, a soothing
Father, that's the soldier ever knew. Her eyes are bright as diamonds and they sparkle like they do. You may talk about your winter maids and sing of rosary. But the yellow rose text speaks both bells and tenors. To trudge through this new war-torn land, I'd love it is my guide. And if each burning sunset glows through the end-me tie, through stroke and blood and battle cries, when truth remains to be, that the yellow rose in Texas is the only girl for me.
And we are back and for all our friends that are headed down Texas way or those who are the Texas militia you guys all know what you got what work you got cut out for you. Again it's one of the biggest states in the Union but especially one of the more patriotic states so I got this feeling that the people of Texas can handle the problem that's before them.
First of all, securing the border, getting rid of the globalists that are trying to betray both Texas and the rest of the nation. We will assist in whatever way that we can, but it's a big state. People of Texas need to step up. Like I said, we'll pitch in wherever we can, but it's a big state. One of the few that can actually stand on its own because it has all the resources that it needs to accomplish the task.
Provided we actually have a genuine governor who is not licking the hind end of foreign countries. While of course, just playing the rubes, we wanna make sure that that isn't the case. And again, let's assume that maybe you are being betrayed by the hack governors, because it's fakery, the fake left, the fake right. We can throw them out, there's only 50 of them. And it won't be hard, we got 300 million Americans in the United States that are supposed to be here.
Some of them are gonna be deported cuz they're communist. But what we got otherwise, I think we got everybody we need to operate a sound and sovereign American system. But we got to first of all embrace our form of government and the trash and the turds and the extra that they're out there going overseas and bowing and licking the hind end of foreign countries. Those aren't Americans, they're not gonna be sticking around, they're not gonna be staying where they are.
Just remember that we all understand exactly what kind of game they're trying to play as far as playing us So we're just not gonna let it we're just gonna not gonna let us be their fiddles. How's that sound?
So Organizer Equipment Train is militia, establish a 5.10 program in your area of operations, logistics, the key to victory. Couple things here real quick. I had a bunch of questions, and of course, moment you mentioned a rifle and a program, somebody asked a few questions, more than a few people do. FNFAL, I don't know where the best prices are on FNFAL mags, but there are a few companies, I think Atlantic Firearms is carrying a collection of FNFAL mags. They do have a good selection of the rifles.
It is still obviously gonna be a very common firearm to see in militia hands. There are literally millions of them in inventory. We have built many when the STG, I'll tell you what's really funny. I was thinking about this before I got these questions. The STG 58.
Guys, remember those kits were only about $95 apiece. They came with a German barrel or an Austrian barrel. They were virtually immaculate. We built all of those. They're all completed firearms. I don't know how many we've lost count of how many FNFALs we've made. But that particular weapon alone here in Michigan.
God, there are thousands of them. We cleaned the shelves off every time those kits became available when the, and especially since remember, the kits you get now, the barrel's missing. That was the first thing they figured out. Oh, we got to get rid of it. They got to cut the barrel up. So guess what? Before that, you were getting a complete firearm with everything except it was cut where the receiver needed to be cut because that's a controlled item.
There are a number of the squad gunner or squad weight barreled FNFLs out there too. These have the Ameri-Cal or the American patterned foregrip, but they're again bipod mounted. Basically again, when the FNFL, when it looked like the FNFL was going to be the standard arm, there was a heavy weapons kit or a squad gunner's kit.
the FN FAL so that you had the heavy barrel bipod mounted little different stock configuration version that was select fire. Just like with the M14, you have the M15 weapon. Not the AR15, the M15. When the M14 was adopted, a squad gun version was developed with a heavier barrel bipod mounted like basically the BAR.
Well, actually like the E model of M14s that you do see examples of. And the interesting thing is that they got lost in the shuffle as the M14 was slid sideways because of the dominant weapon in the Vietnam War, being the M16. The M15 project just kind of got shuffled off to the side. The M60, the hog taking over the squad gunner's position across the board.
And what happened, and I actually carried several of the M15s, we actually built them back up. When we had the M14 in service, we went through the entire racks of M14s that we had, which is probably close to 500 rifles. And of that, we found 16 M15 receivers. Now, what does that mean? Well, it's a standard M14 receiver, slightly beefed up on one side. It has a permanently-affixed selector.
Although they took them off because the M14 you could disconnect the selector and the squad operator could control whether or not you had select fire. Everybody forgets that. But with the M15, you were always select fire. They had a heavier barrel, chubbier stock system, and they had the bipod. Well, the only thing that really made it noticeable that the M15 was a different weapon was the bipod. So of the weapons that were in the inventory that we had,
We selected all the parts out, rounded up some bipods from surplus companies like Sarco, and we put a couple of the M-15s back into service, and we used them as squad guns with the units that had M-14s. I'm talking regular army, okay? We had so many of these weapons in service.
and they worked. We actually used them the way they were intended as a BAR type firearm. Now there wasn't anything significantly different about them, but again like I said, a little chubbier stock. Those stocks ended up all through the system and a lot of guys, what we did is to make marksman's rifles. Gee, because government wasn't providing everything, we just sort through all the weapons, take the M15s, the others.
put a recover a sniper rail from somewhere or a night vision rail from somewhere and mount some optics on the roof. Congratulations. Now we have a Marksman's rifle instead of just the regular M14. We didn't use a select option. We just used it in a semi-automatic because a semi-automatic firearm but with a heavier barrel, it was a little more of a tack driver. None of them had ever had burned out barrels. None of them had ever had that much of that many rounds through them.
So again, there are a number of FNFALs and there are a number of M1As that actually are configured in the traditional heavy weapon position or squad gunner's task is squad automatic rifleman weapons. They're all semi though. So you still gotta just have a quick trigger finger. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom
I think I heard some noise. You ever call or who do we have? Yes Bruce from Shboygan. Hey, um talking about that FNFL now, you know, you got that the adjustment to the gas up front, right? Right. Yes. Okay. So you got a hole there. Now, you know what? If you unscrew that front sight, which I do all the time now that
Hole goes all the way to the barrel So I was testing that the other day and there's actual gas that comes out of that hole, too Yes, do you know did you know about that? Yes. Yeah, it's a it's the part you're talking about port adjuster Right not only that mark no we know that that one does but the front sight if you unscrew that
all the way. That hole goes all the way into the barrel. And when you shoot that, when you shoot the gun, gas goes, you put your front sight screw it back into the proper depth. Gas comes out of that hole too. Follow? I have to see what model you have because there's variations on the purpose.
Well, is it a Belgian? Is it a British L-181 knockoff? Or is it a Belgian? No, it's made in America here. DS Arms. Yeah, but it would still be, okay, remember, they patterned it after one gun or the other. I mean, the different, so it's, yeah, so it's just a matter of, you know, it's metric or English, first of all. Metric. Okay, so probably Belgian, it's modeled after, is it a DSA? Yep.
Beautiful. Yeah, it's probably metric. So why are they having that extra gas coming out of the front site? So every time I clean it, I take that front side off to clean it. It's bullshit, but whatever. Well, no, part of it was, again, depending upon
Because they had to use that most of those companies were at the time when they when these first were brought into service And in the private sector were using an obviously off-the-shelf existing kits and then as they used up the existing parts inventory including every last barrel and every last gas port and gas plug and whatever They simply continue to produce in the original format. I think part of that was to again
reduce the step in energy in the cycle of the weapon, number one. Number two is also, I'm trying to think if there was a write up on that for the rifle grenade variant, being able to use the rifle grenade with the standard rifle. Because again, you have to de-port, you have to de-restrict the action you should, if you can, for rifle grenade blanks.
And one of the things about the FN FAL is like the M14, remember they adopted like the Belgian design. The reason the Belgians did what they did is that they adopted the medicine ball, which is the booster for the rifle grenade launching option with any of the 308 rifles.
Now, when they did that, it puts a lot more abuse on the weapon and you definitely want to try and port off a certain amount of the energy when it launches, when it fires.
Well, I was just going to say, if that's the case, from what you're saying, I have not called DS Arms about that, but they would probably have the answer. But if that's sure what it needs to be, then that's fine. I just thought it was very strange. Because, again, I mean, I can open that port, the front port up big time, you know that. Right. So why even have that damn thing?
One of the reasons that that was probably done, and because again the the Energa was a was the standard within NATO for quite a long period of time, they went from a fairly light charge conventional spigot launch grenade to a much more aggressive
heavier charge, double shaped charge anti-tank weapon, anti-tank device. The problem is that because it's heavier, it's retarded in its release from the spigot. So there's two things they did. Number one, they put, I think, a double standoff in springs on the spigot launcher to push it away from the launcher. It will make it more flexible, more sloppier. Okay, the best way to describe it, looser.
still has to be retained. You can't have the thing. You can't be walking along with it and have the grenade slide off the end of the spigot. And I'd have to double check, but as I recall, again, this is part of that staging release of energy that helped to reduce recoil.
Again, with the grenade launcher, it would divert a certain amount of energy so that it would reduce aggressive wear on the action itself. Because remember, that was the only thing about rifle grenades. Typically what you did is you usually picked one weapon in the rack and you designated that as the Grenadier's weapon. Now the reason for that is because you're abusing, every time you fire, I mean I do understand the issues with the rifle grenade.
You're abusing the weapon to a degree and in one of the things that was an issue was point of impact site consistency over a period of time. You'd have to be readjusting the sites compensating for you know the fact that you shocked the weapon and sometimes in things re-index and move. So what they did both like I said with the FN FAL and with the M14 they specifically designated Grenadiers.
This is before we had the 40mm grenade launcher and the Europeans didn't really embrace the grenade launcher in the way that we did with the MBM79, the M203 until quite a few years later. Their solution was still the rifle grenade. And the FNFAL was still in service for a very long period of time. Not everybody got rid of it right away.
So I'd have to double check. Oh you got it. That's a good question now I'm good because I'm visualized the blueprint for the design and I know right around the corner here on the bookshelf I have Several different decent text on the FNF al so I'm gonna have to do a little read up on that now, too Well, you get a good pretty thing bring up because this is one of the things that also means an additional maintenance point and
You know, we've talked about this before, oxidation, guys, the 308 is one of the few cartridges where you may run into corrosive ammunition. And if you have any threaded stock, or components that are threaded that are regulating the gas system, you have to religiously clean those.
So, you brought up a good point. If you can articulate that component and you've got micro or fine-threaded stock, if you have oxidation build up with, again, corrosive residue off of, say, some of the leftover 7.62x51 NATO-like from, you know, there's both corrosive and non-corrosive that came from Portugal. There's a bunch of stuff that was corrosive that came in from Pakistan.
Oh, in the middle 80s and there's still a ton of it floating around because I see brass at the ranges. And I know the dates. I mean, if you see anything from the, remember if it's from the 50s or early, if it's early 60s or even middle 60s, suspect it and be precautionary with regard to maintenance on your weapon and this means clean the firearm.
And when you clean the firearm and you're competent, you've actually brought forward a point, you're gonna wanna take all of those components that are gas diversion points or gas port locations, open everything up, scrub everything out, clean everything and neutralize it. A lot of people use open water, guys, because corrosive is, it won't stop until you stop it.
And what it is, is the oxidant is attached to the carbon and the carbon locks in quite efficiently to the metal and it will stay there and it will keep the oxidant right where it needs to be to do the damage. So thank you for bringing that up. It's another component that does need to be disassembled with extensive fire.
And again, everybody goes, well, I'm not gonna use corrosive ammo, guys. I'm telling you, there are billions of rounds of ammunition that are tucked away from this war. It's billions and billions of rounds. And I've seen storage points in the Midwest or like on the ridge, where far as you can see down old coal tunnels.
Just like you've seen in some of the shots of what they discovered over there in the Ukraine where both sides had the guns and the equipment at one time or another. For as far as you can see, and it's not the government, it's ours. Now in all that inventory, there's stuff from every era of ammunition that's been purchased.
And the same is true with stuff that's over the table here in Michigan. There's still 7.62x39 corrosive out there. Just as I know that I'm on the subject. Let's not forget that there's a lot of that Yugo stuff that came in. Can I remind you that it might not say corrosive on the crate, but it was corrosive and they told you when they sold the stuff that, oh, this is the last of the corrosive that the Yugos were using. It's on stripper clips sometimes. It's in tins or it's in the zinc tin boxes.
So again, don't assume that everything, because we're going to have a wide family of munitions that are going to be introduced to your firearm. You need to be ready to do maintenance. And right there is a point that needs to be dealt with. Another thing about that, and with your rifle I do the same thing, you know, I've talked about using, you know, like the fluid film or any of the other higher end lubricants.
I would make a point of taking a, first of all, backing off the thread, taking the part out, clean it obviously, and I would actually put a more aggressive lubricant there on the thread stock itself, number one. And the fluid film or PLS, there's a bunch of different companies that have stuff out there. And I would also take a pipe cleaner, saturate that with the lubricant.
and get it right down into that channel and work it back and forth several times to make sure that it's in where it needs to be to coat and bond into the crystal structure of the metal.
Thank you for bringing that up. Now I'm going to be, you gave me a homework assignment too. I've got to go back through that. Now again, there are quite a few variants, not micro variants, but there are still variants on the FNFL just like there are on the different contract G3s or HK91 slash PTR. And PTR 91 is the latest version. And each of them have small nuance elements, but it's based upon the philosophy of the country that embraced the weapon. And when we're building all these kits,
Again, we've built L1A1s, we've built Belgian colonial rifles, we've put together the Austrian or German defense rifles that were embraced and adopted. And each one, they're basically the same weapons, just like with the AR-15. So how many cosmetic versions of the AR-15 you have? And some of the parts are not interchangeable, because they're committed to a different idea, example, or fore grips.
You know, that one will work, you can change it out so you can go back to the older system for, you know, to be able to adapt the weapon if need be, or I should say adapt parts availability.
But there are quite a few little variants. The critical parts, all interchangeable, all work. But there are different ideas, and that's especially true because of the overlapping support weapons ideas that were brought forward in the post World War II 1950s to the 1960s. It's not the same world. Different things came about that made it possible for them to abandon particular ideas or design concepts, and they did.
Anyway, I'll tell you what, before we go any farther. I think we're almost running out of time here again. We are, over at the top. Oh my goodness. And by the way, Craig from Forbidden Knowledge is coming up. Craig has got ammo cans at the gun shows. He will tell you about them coming up. So if you go to the gun shows or to whatever meetup Craig's going to be at, suggestion, you're going to have to talk to him about the cost on the cans.
But if you need a certain quantity and you are actually going to be there, you need to let Craig know so he can bring them to the show so you can pick them up. God bless our Republic.

For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right, we only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight.

Wednesday, it's Weapons Wednesday. It is the 31st of January. It is the 16th year of open, obvious, and in-your-face Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K2024 old earth calendar. 2024, battle for the Republic, the dance of swords, and it is Weapons Wednesday. I tell you what, before we go any farther, Edward, if you could.
Let's pull up the latest guns and gadgets. We didn't do one today and we should. It's Weapons Wednesday. And for everybody out there, Guns and Gadgets is over on YouTube. And Jared, of course, just got a number of awards from the Pro Firearms community. So you might want to check out some of the other videos that he's done. But he's done a fantastic job of keeping everybody up to speed.
I hear in the background, I don't want to talk, there we go. Start this out with another victory. Back on December 18th, I told you that the Second Amendment Foundation had assisted some individuals with suing the, uh, the Cortland Housing Authority in New York because what they did with your lease is if you chose to live in their, uh, their housing, then you had to give up your Second Amendment. That's right. They banned the Second Amendment on their property.
I don't remember seeing that anywhere in the Constitution. Nope. And he did the Second Amendment Foundation so they brought a suit. And it's...
has turned out thus far to produce something good. Before I jump into it, I want to thank the sponsor of the video, and that is Tristar Trading. I love this shirt, the Raglan T, the old baseball-style shirts. And of course, the theme of 2024, in addition to solidarity, is Disobey. Links down below. I love this shirt. Tons of new items. Look at their website. I think you'll find some stuff you'll like.
Thank you for supporting the channel. All right, so back to this lawsuit. Well yesterday we got a temporary restraining order and Judge Sudeby, you may have heard his name before up in the Second Circuit, he had some cool things to say. Here's the beginning of his decision so you can just see the heading and let's get to the relevant background. It says, generally,
liberally construed, plaintiffs' original complaint alleged that Portland Housing Authority, a New York state public housing authority that receives federal funding and houses tenants, categorically bans the housing authority tenants, including the three individual plaintiffs who live in the Galactia Apartments, from possessing firearms and other weapons on a CHA premises by requiring them as a condition of receiving the benefit of CHA public housing.
to enter into a standing residential lease agreement which provides that the tenant shall be obligated not to display, use, or possess, or allow members of the tenant's household or guests to display, use, or possess any firearms, operable or inoperable, or other weapons as defined by the laws and the courts of the state of New York anywhere on the property of CHA.
Generally, based on these factual allegations, plaintiffs' complaint asserted two claims against the defendants. One, a claim by all plaintiffs against all defendants that the defendant's firearm ban, facially and as applied to the plaintiffs, violates their right to keep and bear arms in their homes under the Second Amendment as incorporated against the states through the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. And two, a claim by the individual plaintiffs against all defendants
that the defendant's firearm ban, facially and as applied to plaintiffs, violates their right not to be impermissibly discriminated against based on their status as elderly, disabled, and financially disadvantaged individuals who make their homes in public housing facilities under the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. Generally, as relief for these claims, the original complaint sought injunctive relief, declatory relief, damages, and attorney's fees. The amended complaint
Generally, liberally construe the plaintiff's amended complaint alleges facts similar to those alleged in their original complaint.
In addition, the plaintiff's amended complaint elaborates on the two public benefits received by CHA tenants from the defendants and the reservation by those tenants of their constitutional rights upon receiving those benefits. And two, elaborates on the approval by two other federal courts of stipulated settlement of similar firearms bans. And three, asserts new factual allegations regarding defendant's censorship of plaintiff hunters
First Amendment speech on the CHA Facebook page. Generally based on these factual allegations, the plaintiff's amended complaint asserts four claims against the defendants.
One, a claim by all plaintiffs against all defendants that the defendant's firearm banned facially and as applied to the plaintiffs violates their right to keep and bear arms in their homes under the Second Amendment as incorporated against the states through the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Two, the claim by a plaintiff hunter against all defendants and that defendant's censorship of his protected speech on the CHA Facebook page violates his right of free speech under the First Amendment as incorporated through the Fourteenth Amendment. Three,
a claim by plaintiff hunter against all defendants that the defendant's deletion of his disagreement with the firearms ban on their uh... c h a face book page violates his right to petition the government for redress of grievances under the first amendment as incorporated through the fourteenth amendment and finally four a claim by the individual plaintiffs against all defendants that the defendant's firearm ban facially and as applied to the plaintiffs violates their right not to be impermissibly discriminated against based on their status as elderly disabled and financially disadvantaged individuals
who make their homes in public housing facilities under the equal protection clause of the fourteenth amendment so and reading this decision that he was twenty nine pages long if i remember right last night fell asleep reading it and had to wake up again reread it uh... the judge judge to be he's been a friend of the second amendment uh... in all the challenges in in the seconds thus far
He said this, which was pretty cool. After carefully considering the matter, the court finds that the plaintiffs have demonstrated a substantial likelihood on the merits of their first claim for the reasons stated by them in their memorandum of law. To those reasons, the court adds four points which are intended to supplement and not supplant the plaintiffs' reasons. First, as a threshold manner, the court has trouble accepting the defense counsel's argument that public housing was necessarily not something that the founding fathers could have contemplated
at the time of the drafting of the Constitution or the time of the drafting of the Second Amendment because it just did not exist. Second, in any event, the court is dutifully mindful of the Second Circuit's directive that courts must be particularly attuned to the reality that the issues we face today are different than those faced in the founding era, the antebellum era, and Reconstruction. Thus, the lack of a distinctly similar historical regulation, though again, no doubt relevant,
may not be reliably dispositive in Second Amendment challenges to laws addressing modern concerns. That's the Antoniek's case. We're waiting to hear on that as well in the second. The court is also mindful of the Supreme Court's similar directive that the Constitution must apply, and that's the Bruin decision. As a result, the court will faithfully trace the analytical inquiry proposed by defendants. Third,
Defendants justification also teeters precariously on their assertion that the firearms ban is not categorical in nature, given that tenants may supposedly possess rifles, shotguns and crossbows on CHA property without breaching the lease.
Even if the court were persuaded by this assertion, the Supreme Court in Heller specifically rejected it as a ground for finding such firearm regulation constitutional. Fourth and finally, the court does not understand plaintiffs to be arguing that they may, under the Second Amendment, bear a firearm in self-defense in the common areas of CHA property. Rather, the court understands plaintiffs to be arguing that merely that they may, under the Second Amendment, securely transport their firearms to and from their home
throughout the common areas of CHA property and compliance with New York State law. So let's jump right into the judge's decision. It says, order the plaintiff's consolidated motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction is granted and is further ordered that the defendants, their officers, agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, and those acting in concert with them are temporarily enjoined from taking any action to enforce or otherwise requiring any person or entity to comply with
The firearms ban has set forth in ten obligations in Article 9, Section P. Papa of defendant's standard residential lease agreement pending final resolution of this action, except to the extent that it prohibits the display, use, or possession of firearms in common areas, grounds, or parking areas of the property of CHA in violation of New York State law, and it is further ordered that the plaintiffs are excused from giving security.
So Jared, what does that mean in plain English? The judge said the Housing Authority cannot enforce any sanctions against anybody who keeps a firearm in their apartment for their own personal safety. A-la, heller. The rest of the area where he said except for these common areas, that's being challenged in the second.
Those are all one of the one, two, three, four, I think it's five cases against Kathy Hochul that the Second Circuit is we're waiting for them to come back with a decision. I'm thinking in the springtime, March, April, we'll get that and Kathy Hochul is going to get her teeth kicked in for violating the Second Amendment.
another win against the unconstitutional tyrant Emperor Wannabe, Kathy Hochul in New York, and her housing authority that runs under the government's purview. So congratulations to those who are part of the case. Congratulations to Second Amendment Foundation. Y'all, I always say support those who support you. In the description of every one of my videos is a link where you can support and join the Second Amendment Foundation.
Do it. They do phenomenal things. And they are deserving of our support. They have a ton of cases now. Last I talked to Adam and Lauren, I think it was 50, I could be wrong, 54, 57, something like that. There's a lot of cases going at the same time, and of course, the membership, we are the ones who are funding that. So give them a little extra when you can.
Subscribe to this channel if you want to stay in the know with victories like this one. To wish each other again, you know what to do. Carry a gun. It's your right. Because when you need it, cops ain't gonna be around. Enough said. See you on the next one. Take care.
Success, needless to say, the bad guys will appeal and appeal and appeal and appeal. It takes about anywhere from as short, though this is very seldom, within a couple of years, two and a half to three years. Typically, it's about six going on, seven years that you have to fight up to the court where it should have been settled in the lower court. Each of the courts passed the buck up to the Supreme Court, where they then rule in your favor. Meanwhile, you waited six years.
That of course means that additional costs expenditures and also fines against the parties should be incorporated into the request for compensation. It's not that you won't get it, it's just that, remember, they're gonna do everything they can to stretch out the rubber band and they're spending tax dollars to do it, which means they're spending money they stole from us at gunpoint to buy time for the turds that make up the excrement and filth in the government.
that are constantly, of course, lying to you, you know, just unceasingly. Let's see, a couple things from the last two-hour block. I will remind everybody again that Motash has got those 556 AR-15 mags. They are $4.98 a piece. They may still have them up there on the dock.
A lot of people have been buying blocks of them, so I don't know how much longer they're gonna last if they're still there. They should be, I saw them last night. But that doesn't mean they can't be gone. So Botash, Botash, P-O-T-A-C-H.com. Always check them out and especially check out the clearance. If you're a big guy, or again size 3x or 4x or 5x,
And guys 5x doesn't mean you're really big around per se, but you've got to remember some of the guys I have around here are like built like refrigerators are like 6 or 11. But they're proportionally built the way I am. So they're just good sized men, but they're normally proportioned. These are the individuals that need those 3x, 4x, and mostly 4x and 5x.
And if you go over to Botash and then go through their discounts, you'll find some amazing items there. In fact, interestingly enough, usually when they start to clean out to the last, there's a bunch of stuff left on the high end and a bunch of stuff left on the low end and the middle has been eaten out from like say size large to extra large and then going down to whatever.
Almost always the extra smalls is the last to go. We know that. But there are some goodbyes over there right now. And if you're looking for additional tactical wear or just utility clothing wear, that is a good choice. Botash.com also. I will point out something that I was talking about here the other day, which had to do with plate, not just plate carriers, but body armor, sleeves, and shells that are out there for holding armor. Now there's French.
There's some check out there right now. There's even some of the Italian vests. These can be reloaded and rebuilt from off the shelf existing armor that is available and for sale. And you can actually make a lighter but yet higher grade protection by buying inserts or pieces that are the correct size and sliding them into the pockets and spacers.
The most difficult thing is to try and find throat armor inserts because they're usually only a few inches tall, three, four inches tall, and they're long. Now, Osprey, I think, are two pieces, but they're still like two big sausage chunks. There are a number of companies that will sell used armor and or used vests, and my recommendation is that files fails if you're really in a hurry.
You can use a heating wire, a heat wire, and cut the Kevlar panels that you need from another panel, another unit, that maybe you want to dissect. Example is the threat level two or threat level three soft body armor. Here's what's neat, you can double it up.
So rather than it being threat level two, in reality wherever you have these armor inserts that are the odd sizes, you can cut two pieces of threat level two and dramatically upgrade as you insert them into the pocket space area and slide them in. They're gonna be a little tight but not much because the newer armor is a little more compressed.
So you can actually upgrade like the Osprey carriers or the Italian tactical carriers that are in Woodland camouflage. There's a bunch of them out there. There's also the French. Those of course are a little less all covering, but they are a solution for creating and building your own vest from scratch using other components. Sportsman's guide.com, sportsman's guide.com. Major Surplus has a few items, Major Surplus.
Also, keepshooting.com. Keepshooting.com. Keepshooting.com. And a number of the companies have the Osprey carriers. It's just the shells. It's not with any armor in it. But it's the basis for building up your own vest. We got a caller. Jump in there, caller. Who do we have? Shelly from Oklahoma. Since you're talking about keep shooting, I was...
I'm going to call in and I bought what I bought up on the air last week. The ESS ballistic goggles that KeepShooting.com has for about $8. They have it in Coyote and tan. I got the Coyote. It comes with the cloth cover to protect the goggles if they're up on your helmet or on your head. When you're not in use,
The pair I've got, they look pretty much brand new mark. I see no wear whatsoever stains. Anything so more likely either they were, if they were used even at all, I think these are brand new mark for that price. I believe the Coyote had, for that price you could get clear or the tinted lenses and then the tan one would just have to clear for that price. Now they did have green, sage green and black.
But those were like close to $20. But these two were the cheapest ones. These are ESS NVG ballistic goggles. That's ESS Echo Sam Sam NVG ballistic goggles on KeepShooting.com. Brand new, I said they look brand new Mark for $8.
And they have it in clear and smoke on the, I believe it's Coyote one, or maybe the tan, I can't remember. And then only the opposite one has just the clear for $8. Also, I brought up, also got Mark, I got the Hungarian, I believe it's PBN, anti-personnel mine trainer.
It's a Hungarian, if you just type in research in this type in landmine, it'll be labeled Hungarian, I forget, G-Y-A-T-A, P-V-N, anti-personnel, or landmine. It has a little bit of use to it, Mark. Obviously, it looks like it had some dirt on it, like it was used for training. Obviously, not super dirty, but easily a wet paper towel and clean it off.
Of course, obviously it's got the armory storage smell for the dust of ages on it. Not super bad, but I mean, after you let it air out, it's not too bad. The one I've got is, it says 2-74, so this was made in 1974 for the training. It's got the two plugs that you can remove. It doesn't come with the pull pin, like some of the trainers do. I don't think these were imported with those. It does have the hole.
And then the opposite plug where you install the fuse, and you can see in there the activator pin, where if you stepped on it and it would set it off. I'm thinking if you could stick a screwdriver there, you might be able to push it back out and then put a cotter key pin back in to reset it. So you could use it as a trainer to practice using it. This is also, I keep shooting, these work only dollars a piece.
These are anti-personnel trainer mines. They're in a black rubber top with a bakelite like a dark brown color for the base of it. And of course the pressure plate does push down and the rubber flexes or whatever with it. So these are good way to get a training land mine to train people how to
A probe for landmines, how to place this vine also. This vine is still in use today by a whole bunch of countries from Middle East to Russia. Russia was the first one to produce it. Even China produced one, so there's a slight difference between this one and China's. But for the most part, all the different countries, they all just copied the same thing. Also, SecurityGuy42, SecurityGuy42 on YouTube.
That's SecurityGuy42 on YouTube. Just did a video here about a week ago on this particular mine, discussing the emplacement, the differences, and how to arm it, and whatnot, talking about the storage of the mine and everything else. So like I said, it's a very good condition, no cracks. Just like I said, a little bit of dust, maybe a little bit of dirt that obviously was used in the past, but I mean, nothing that I...
warm washcloths or damp paper towels can wipe off in cleanup. And that's over at ExcellentShooting.com. KeepShooting.com. Just do a search for landmine and you'll see it. They just got these in here in the last month. I guess ATF approved them. Hungarian GYATA landmine, anti-personnel mine. Any questions, Mark? Again, Steve?
You said there was a little bit of a smell. Remember, they do use formaldehyde to eliminate oxygen when it's stored. That might be part of the smell that you're getting off of the... It's almost kind of a rubber smel... rubber smel... mark on smelok right now. Oh, that might be the material then. Yeah, it might be the material off-gassing possibly. Like I said, if not, you can't... I mean, if it's like a foot or two away from you, you can't smell it. I mean, maybe when you first get it because they ship it in a plastic bag.
Probably because of the smell but after it, you know after you let it set out if you put it close to your face You can kind of smell it but other than that that's about it. It's not Anything that's gonna speak up your house or anything like that. So right gonna work out there Yeah, I wouldn't worry about a big thing here again is usually there's different ways that they do store for long term Formaldehyde is used by China and used by Russia by most of the old Warsaw Pact Even though they've got a new name
So, again, the other thing is that the type of material that they use, you said, looks like Bakelite, remember, which is an organic. So, it could be just, again, venting off of that material because they use stuff on the other side of the iron curtain that we don't use anymore that is more durable, will last longer.
But the materials were more difficult to make or more, let's just say, unique for production purposes. And so we don't use the materials that traditionally we had, but on the other side of the iron curtain, they didn't care. So nothing that's harmful. This land mine was designed as a low metallic mine with a license that's made out of Bakelite and rubber. There's very little moving parts except for
Maybe the fuse when you install it and the firing pin and maybe a little bit of spring or whatever for the pressure plate. It also comes with the fake explosives inside mark. They rattle around so it weighs about a pound, maybe two pounds. So it even has a weight. So it's not just super light, it's the actual, like I said, this is a legit training device that you can use to train people. Excellent.
Again, it's a useful training aid. A lot of times, needless to say, you can declare that you're simulating something, but having an actual representation, proper physical size, again, we talk about muscle memory with weapons, but guns. But it's also true with all the other weapons that are out there, being able to physically handle a device that simulates the threat.
is a major leg up when it comes to operations in the field. The big thing here again is that KeepShooting.com, I don't know, I think that's the only one that they actually have right now. KeepShooting.com. A reproduction German stick grenade, that's the other ordinance. I don't know if it's a training aid, but it's just a reproduction. I don't know how much detail it goes into. I think it's 20 or $30 roughly, Mark.
One more thing, I brought up this training landmine, anybody looking at this, this is a good price, so I would jump on this now, at least get one, because any other training device is gonna be upwards, I mean, you may be able to find something 30, 40 dollars, you know, another training landmine like this, I've seen with this, but a different one, usually these are 60 dollars, all the way up to like 300 dollars for training organs that the military, other militaries use.
that get imported. Some websites jack up the prices really high. So this is a good entry-level training aid to have on the shelf. And again, if you go over to gunpartscorp.com, if you want to compare prices on things, you'll note the difference in the scale in cost. They don't have the exact same, well they might, but they might now because of, obviously, if Keep Shooting found it, somebody else might have provided it.
I don't believe the same model is over at Gun Parts Corp. But there are other representations of other mines and pricing is nowhere near what you're looking at here for this particular one. So it is a useful tool and it's affordable to put it in the toolbox.
The other thing everybody asked we talked about this the other day is well, do you think that that'll be around? I will remind you again that we have Mexico to the south and some of the people will be fighting. Mexico doesn't throw anything away. Most countries don't throw everything away the way America is wasteful. That's the first thing you gotta get out of your head that the people that were fighting
If it's been in service, it's probably still in service. 50 years ago, only put you back into the 1980s. Okay, well, forgive me, 1970s, because this is the year 2024. So 50 years ago, it put you right in the middle of the 70s. Well, guess what? That's the era for this particular piece of equipment and a lot of the stuff has been stored. They don't bounce it around. You don't do anything with this stuff typically until you need to.
The biggest thing they're looking at is reliability. With mines, they don't really care. That sounds weird, but guess what? If you have one that doesn't work, it's not a big deal because the idea is the minefield is designed to keep you guessing, make you worry, slow you down or stop you in your tracks. And if you do that, you got a better shot at somebody. So always remember, that's why a minefield is deployed in the first place. Go ahead.
I just checked gun parts. They do, you just type in mine, if you type in landmine you won't find it. They have a Russian anti-tank mine. It's about $70 plus $50.00. There you go. Extra heavy, heavy weight to it. And then they have the fuse that screws into it separate as $32.00 that screws into the top. So those are available.
over there at gun parts court, that's all they have for as in you just type in mine into the search engine. And they have also I believe security guy also did a video on those in the last year on that specific anti-tank Russian mine that's still in use. If you anybody that's watching the videos from Ukraine at the beginning of war, where they're
dump truck bed and they're dumping out all these anti-tank mines out on into the storage depot just doesn't fall out the back. It's that same similar mine is what I'm talking about that same type of mine. So they do have that for $70 at Gun Parts Corp. That's Gun Parts Corp along with the fuse, which is separate for $32 to screw into the top and it has a little pin. And like I said, Security Guy 42 did a video on those also.
how to implant and arm those and discusses the differences and variants of fuse types or whatnot and specifics on these types of minds and stuff like that. His videos are very good. If anybody hasn't checked them out, he said go over to security guy 42 on YouTube. That's security guy 40, the number 42 on YouTube. He's also over on bit shoot under security guy 42. So if his channel ever disappears,
He's still up over on BitShoot. He set up a backup channel. So anything he posts on YouTube is over on BitShoot. Also, there's a backup in case YouTube takes his videos down. I said his videos, he covers a lot of engineering, ordinance and four or five positions and some equipment stuff and stuff. Very good training channel for ordinance and engineering malicious stuff. That's all I got Mark. Very good. Thank you.
But again, one of the things to remember about fortifications, there are a few things. It doesn't take that much to stop what's coming, what's inbound. The big thing is to remember nothing gets thrown away on the battlefield. If you're in a position, anything that's man-made is going to be put to use. So there's nothing that's trash. It all becomes part of your construction.
because it costs time and resources to get whatever it was, that ammo can, that crate, that box, that sea ration box, the MRE crates, take your pick, whatever it is, it's all resource. And because it's usually grossly over engineered, it's really useful for construction purposes in the field. And on that note, before I forget too, on fortifications,
Let me remind you that when you build things, think about water transfer, guys. You gotta think about eradicating standing water and diverting water. This is the most common mistake made. You can't go down into a ditch or a depression.
And just automatically start digging and putting overhead cover into play. It will be a small, shall we say, very cold swimming pool depending upon the season. And this is a very common mistake made with regard to planning ahead and making sure that you have drainage.
There's a whole section in the old combat engineer manuals on fortifications. Now it's got another title, but basically it covers the different techniques and different useful items that can be scavenged, that can be used to create troughs or to create washovers, you know, even over a fortified position where you have a
you have overhead cover and you have a trench. Well, you can actually create a sluice way that will offer the water to pass over rather than fall and saturate the area where that it's passing over or the area that's dug in. Remember, drainage is a high priority consideration with the fortifications in the field and we're going into battle in 2024.
You're gonna be digging in, you're gonna see, for all of the talk about the 21st century, everybody is right back to Dark Side of the Moon warfare, trench warfare. Putting more junk between you and whatever it is that's out there that's trying to kill you is still the first best solution in the field. So you can talk about how these are modern times, nothing's changed.
Nothing at all, I mean, their technology is a little different. I've had that conversation many times about dealing with the drone technology would be very simple. I don't know why everybody has gone into brain fart on this. In reality, if everybody got serious, the drone technology dies so fast that it would be a waste of time to keep deploying it. It certainly would still be a weapon you would use because you've already invested in it. But as a dominant threat,
properly applied existing off the shelf 20th century technology can completely eradicate the drone as a threat issue in the field. And I don't know what's going on with the countermeasures people and why they're hockey pucking that up so badly, why they've failed. They haven't really, they're just trying to be arbitrary to try to make you feel good about thinking you want to go to war. And in reality, it's a balancing act.
I believe that, as I've said, they're lying their ass off about most anything they present. It's always trying to put a smiley face on it. If they're desperately trying to get you out there on the battlefield with the assumption that, well, nothing's gonna happen to me. And so, black seducical conditioning creates a, you know, target of opportunity in the field. This is why everybody has to be squared away and understanding the threat, but also understanding how to use countermeasures before you get into the field.
So we're working on that. That's one of the things that we've had extensive discussions about. Frequency counters should be a very high priority for acquisition right now. And frequency counters that are full spectrum especially, combine that with a directional antenna and you can hunt things in the air or on the ground quite comfortably. In fact, with nauseous repetition, you can identify the threat and therefore eradicate the threat.
So we need to be thinking ahead prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance now We're way past the bottom of the hour But that doesn't mean we do not have enough time for the bottom of the hour break And so it is here we go
What mind you manage to build in our valleys? There is danger, and there's danger in our hills. Oh, here you're not just singing of the view, though wild and free. But soon you'll know the ringing of the rifle from the tree. Oh, the rifle, oh, the rifle, in our hands, there's no choice, oh.

Unfortunately, that batch that we picked up was a one of a kind deal. I've run into a lot of these over the years where I've bought out everything they had. You guys picked it up. And after we got that really great deal, well, that was the deal. That's all she wrote, and there weren't no more. But if I run into it again, I'll let you know. The big thing here again is watch the
resale shops guys for utility baggage. I grab all the stuff that they throw away, which by the way is many cases brand new equipment. Everything from briefcases to satchel shoulder bags. The big thing is the air terminal bags. A lot of people aren't flying like they were, so they're getting rid of their air luggage. It's fantastic for making up bags for, for doc for medical use.
The drag-along bags even have a, you know, they've got a, you know, wheel set, they've got an extendable handle. You can pack those up with a monstrous amount of equipment. They come in different sizes. I also have gotten the clamshell type, the ones with the hard outer shell. Although I've even been using a lot of these Samsonite luggage simply because it's so well built.
And as people get more disgusted with the air travel scam, and it's intentional, they're trying to drive everybody to not move, not travel, not move around. What happens is all this very expensive and well-built technology falls right into our hands. So, you know, we got the stuff that we need and we didn't pay anything for it.
On that note too, with medical, try to come up with a system package that is consistent so that even in darkness, it's easy to find. One of the things there is to have a marker device on the carrying handle or on the bag itself that can be felt or identified even in pitch black conditions or blackout conditions.
This should be consistent across the board. It's like I've said, from everything from our storage systems, I use a particular barrel with a particular color cap. All the medical gear goes into that or any support items that can be scrubs, it can be tennis shoes for the nurses, bandages, syringes, IV sets, catheters, you name it. It all goes into one type of barrel and one only.
And all I have to do is point at it, and those are all yours. Those go with DOC. And when the time comes and we're establishing or setting up medical support, everything gets easily routed to the people who will then have to do their operational sorting and construction of their operating areas, maintenance and support, triage, etc., etc., etc.
Again, prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance with the baggage. I like to use a mid-size, a little bigger than a briefcase, a little smaller than a regular duffel shoulder bag. And I've got a couple here, I'd say about two feet long, 24 inches, about 8 inches tall.
And typically, again, about 12 or 14 inches high or wide, depending on what you want to figure out for dimension there. Basically, a big rectangular bag. A lot of times, he's come with outer pockets and pouches. Again, if you're gonna stuff them, try to stuff them consistently so that when Doc is out there trying to save your life or save somebody's life, he doesn't have to guess real hard.
Everything is consistently in the same location as far as the basic items go and that way he can save every nanosecond he can so that he can try to keep you alive. Doc will do his part, you got to do yours. Also over at ShopMedVet.com, before I forget ShopMedVet.com, that is where I mentioned the auto, the throwaway surgical staples.
They're pre-packed. They're about $5 a unit. They're an excellent buy. I picked up a bunch of them. Some of you now have them because of the gifts that went out from the drawings. Several of you now have that particular unit. And if you wonder, there's a little, there's another little tool. I made sure I got this. There is a staple puller. Now, most people say, well, I don't really need that. It's true you don't. I mean, you can, you can use some pair of needle nose pliers.
But it's kind of nice to have the right tool in the toolbox. And since it was a, you know, a gimme item, I grabbed as many as I could because I have other staplers that I didn't get the pullers with. So for all of you out there, you got, if you wonder what that other little looks like, like some kind of plier or something, that's the staple puller for the, you know, the staple gun. And it's for people stapling.
Why would that be useful? Well, it's fast and I will remind you that if you can irrigate a wound properly, if you've got everything available out there and you're working in the field, you can seal that. You can irrigate that wound, cleanse it, sterilize it, and seal it up right there on the spot, and it makes the patient a lot more movable, friendly. Okay, but remember, as quickly as you can do that,
It's less likely that you're going to cause discomfort to the patient because in the initial phase shock and again trauma to the tissue usually desensitizes part of the flight flight thing Doesn't happen all the time, but most of the time it does and if it doesn't it's still a quick speedy solution bite the bullet get used to it Well, try not to get used to it. First of all, don't get shot right or don't get cut right Well wishing one hand defecate in the other and see which one gets full first
So the idea here is that you're going to have to bite the bullet and live with it. And that way we can keep you functional, get you out of the area of where you're at threat, you're at risk, and get on to better maintenance down the road. So this is an excellent item. It's over at ShopMedVet.com. But there's a ton of other stuff there. We just got another order in. And it's everything and more than we expected. Plus we got some extra goodies. They always give you a gift.
depending on how much you order and what day it is. So over at ShopMedVet.com. Now also, weapons Wednesday, still got a few minutes here. One of the things that I talked about, and I'm gonna bring this up again, is distribution of additional magazines. Years ago, the Type 54 and Type 58 British Web Gear is really cool.
But when the F and FAL was adopted, okay, during that period of time in the 50s when NATO was pushing the FAL and we bought the M14. Either way, the web gear actually is, if you haven't seen it, you need to go search it out. You might even find videos, I haven't really bothered to see if somebody's done, say a historical essay on the different British web gear. But both the Brits, the Belgians, and I believe the Dutch and the Austrians.
had variations on this. Typically it was in the cotton duck slash canvas type material. But the instead of a single fanny pack slash butt pack in the rear, they had two larger utility food kit pouches. Now on either side of those and on the lids, they actually well, on those on the lids, they actually stitched in two magazine pouches for single mags.
And if you go over all of the gear, including the day pack that they had, that they built for it, there are a number of individual 20 round magazine pouches, or 20 round single mag, FNFAL pouches.
to distribute the combat weight. Now again, we're not talking about just the pouch pockets up front that were traditional, that you know, anytime we've had ammo bearing, you want it up where you can reach it quickly. But the idea behind this was to carry a lot more in the way of magazines, and it really is a good idea. I've copied this in the past, but I can't get the one I want anymore. There used to be a Marine Corps
single mag M14 pocket. You used to run into it all the time. They were dropped everywhere. People got bundles and crates of them. And they used to be in the penny or 10 cent item at the gun shows, you know, or a gimme kind of thing. Again, they were done in a lighter duck. So they were easy to stitch to stuff. And what I did is I actually stitch one to the top of my butt pack. I had one on the top, but I also
put a different set of keepers on the back of the pouches and put a side by side set back where the fanny pack was. Now why do that? Well, if you're carrying a lot of extra mags up front, that's a lot of weight. I mean, and you also say I'm the first to tell you to admit, well, whenever I usually tell people what it is or they see what I'm carrying, it's like, well, that's a lot of weight up front.
Well, and again, it will normally drag forward on your gear. But if you distribute the additional magazines over the rest of your suspension system or suspender system, depending on what you're using, it pulls to the, you know, it counterweights. Okay, what you need, you need counterweight activity. So the interesting thing about this, and oh, by the way, yes, I know the butt packs back there, it's full of junk too, but it's still lighter items.
A 20 round magazine or a 30, a 20 round magazine is some 60 by 51 NATO, where a 30 round magazine of 5.56 is heavy. So distribution of these additional mags is really cool because it's where it needs to be with you. Now I've talked about this before that when we issue out equipment or when I recommend you going in as a heavy infantry mirror or a dragoon, you're going to be carrying extra bandolier pouches. You know, the latest thing with the AR-15 are actual bandolier magazine bandoliers.
They're three or six round six mag pockets. They're ACU or dirt cheap. You can buy tons of them. And if you're going to carry full combat load of about 27 to 28 mags, a percentage of your mags are going to those bandoliers. When you get into an area, you'll drop them.
You can pre-deploy them. If you're gonna be fighting in an area, if you're in a defensive position or if you're moving into support, you may be carrying them in to help relieve or resupply troops that have already dropped before you that have been in contact. Let's say the enemy is doing a house-to-house or doing an attack on a particular location for gun confiscation.
You first encircle the enemy. You make contact and you start to suppress the enemy. Why? You don't care if they return fire. They can only carry so much ammunition. On the other hand, you're the outer donut that's circling them now. The people that are being attacked are on their power base. They may have a million rounds under their butt.
The bad guys are only carrying so much ammunition. Now, as long as you think ahead, prior to proper planning prevents piss poor performance, your relief units coming in are providing additional ammunition so that the initial contact force can be brought back up to full potential while the enemy is still depleting off original inventory. And the idea is to progressively a trip to the point where they have no ammunition.
See how that works? Because they don't use it all. Now that doesn't take very long. When you keep going pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, eventually you go click, click, click, click, click. On our side, we go in heavy. We will not, this is again, either as heavy infantry if you want to perceive it that way or as dragoons. And either way, it's a heavy consignment with regard to the perishables that you're going to need.
And again, always bring water to the fray. You can always, you drop the water right away, but you have it and it's in the operational area. It means you have the option to be able to utilize or recover it at your discretion. So anyway, there are some really interesting Belgian and French web gear items. I was just handling some today that I pulled out of storage.
And they were actually similar to what I was just talking about with the Brit. They only, they were for 30 round magazines for the AR. They're attached to other backpacks, pouches, side pouches, sustainment pouches, etc. But it distributed the weight. And they are still out there on the market. You look at major surplus.com, etc. We're at the top. God bless the Republic. The gentlemen, the Empire is on the...
We're going to get out of the way for now. Thank you to WBCQ for having us. 6.160, regular shortwave. And taking over, LPR continues. I'm going to get out of the way. We'll be back tomorrow, same time. The week marches on, but a new month is now before us. January of 2024 is gone, people. 1-12 of 2024. The enemy doesn't like that. They're getting squeezed.
They're going to go crazy. They're already insane fruit loop nutcases. They're going to need your account, people. It's what they do. Anyway, out of here. God bless. We'll be back tomorrow.
