Greg Abbott is ignoring the Supreme Court like the anti-gun Democrats across the country ignore the Supreme Court when they rule in our favor, see the Bruin decision. It says the federal government has broken the compact between the United States and the states. The executive branch of the United States has a constitutional duty to enforce federal laws protecting states, including immigration laws on the books right now. President Biden has refused to enforce those laws and has even violated them. The result is that he has smashed records for illegal immigration. Despite having been put on notice in a series of letters, one of which I delivered to him by hand, President Biden has ignored Texas' demand that he perform his constitutional duties. President Biden has violated his oath to faithfully execute immigration laws enacted by Congress. Instead of prosecuting immigrants for the federal crimes of illegal entry, President Biden has sent his lawyers into federal courts to sue Texas for taking action to secure the border. President Biden has instructed his agencies to ignore federal statutes that mandate the detention of illegal immigrants. The effect is to illegally allow their en masse parole into the United States. By wasting taxpayer dollars to tear open Texas' border security infrastructure, President Biden has enticed illegal immigrants away from the 28 legal entry points along the state's southern border, bridges where nobody drowns, and into the dangerous waters of the Rio Grande. Out of how many officers are in the Texas National Guard, how many are actually officers from Texas? Now, I'm talking about the guard, I'm not talking about, because here's the other thing. There are regular military posts in Texas, aren't there? The biggest has helped to burn down Texas churches. has helped to practice the murder of women and children on Texas soil, and that is Fort Hood, Texas. And this is probably going to be a very shiny example of why. Again, our solution is organize, arm, equip, and train as militia for mutual defense, because there is none through the regime. But here's the thing, every state has federal forces in it. So now the question is, do those federal forces divide at this point? Is there a period of catatonic brain fart that takes place because now all of a sudden, there are men from Texas and women from Texas and all the uniform services. You got 48 continental states, how many of them theoretically have now made declarations that they would side with each other? If I am doing what the state of Texas is doing, logic would dictate that I better have eyes and ears on all of these particular sites. Now, in most cases, even on active sites like Fort Hood, I'm pretty sure there are integrated National Guard Reserve and active components operating at Fort Hood, Texas. So where do Fort Hood, Texas' facilities lie? Where do their allegiance lie? America, of course. Well, yeah, but see, this is the problem with what's supposed to be a checks and balances subdivided military. National Guard assets located on Fort Hood is a very foolish and stupid idea. Because it means that the active component, the people who constantly drive around with guns, have the ability to restrict or control or manipulate the resources of the, for instance, mechanized National Guard assets that are probably in position there. It would be who? I don't mean to imply anything. But Fort Hood is no longer Fort Hood, it's now Fort Cavazos. So maybe that tells us where the Legion's lies, or at least where the big chiefs lie. Ooh, did they change the name and I wasn't paying attention? Okay, I think I brought it up once before, but yes they did. Yeah, well then, yep, well here's the problem. If the governor was serious, he would be pulling all mechanized assets and all material pods off of Fort Hood immediately. And if there isn't an activity like that going on, then they're not very serious about what's going to progressively develop here. Now- Mark, I think you moved Fort Hood to the hood. Right, well, no, the thing is that again, these resources, somebody's typing here, hold on. Okay, for instance, by the way, you have several, you have a handful of military stations that are Texas run all over the state. This includes air assets, rotary wing, fixed wing, transportation support, also logistics units that are located at several different crucial points around the state. And they are separately run under the state defense force mechanism. And that's the other tier that I wanted to point out that I would be curious about is because there was already a discussion about mobilizing the guard to take control of it from the federal end. First of all, let's remember something. There's no national emergency on the border. So the President cannot mobilize them because they've already claimed that there is no crisis. And otherwise, there is no legitimate way for the, well, I know that they'll do it anyway, because there aren't no rules anymore. But they're under the traditional tongue in cheek, hoot, hoot, we got separation of powers. The National Guard cannot be taken from the governor. So the idea of them pushing out through of course, federalized officers, remember what I said at the beginning of the other hour? My problem is that the National Guard, which was supposed to be the state's militia, Traditionally, through a Michigan Military Academy, Texas Military Academy, Illinois Military Academy, South Carolina Military Academy, the Corps of Officers were developed inside the state as militia. And the commissionments came from the state, from the governor's office, and from the Senate and the House, not as federal officers. sprinkled through the whole of the National Guard with no true allegiance to the state that they're supposed to serve. I've argued this for years, by the way, because I pointed out, guys, I had people who were in command of different posts. We never saw them. Why? Because even though we were in Michigan or we had like a command element in Texas, as a matter of fact, Fort Sam Houston. Guess what? The person would be on the books, they were from Missouri or they were from Washington DC or they were from California. And they were on the books for three months eating up paychecks, of course taking a position that could have been held by a person who actually would be doing the job. But this was all part of the ring knocker scam to run officers around and give them the brownie points that they needed to theoretically actually have the portfolio for promotion that they needed. Problem, they never did the job, they never showed up, they were never in the chair. And this is true with guard units that I inspected where I would ask, well, who is the OIC for operational security activities here in this facility? So here, let me read you the operational orders for the individual who's assigned. And of course, needless to say, the character was from somewhere in Missouri. Never held the post, never sat in the chair, never signed off on anything. And then in three months, oh. Sounds like a bunch of people who have the moral integrity of Ray Epps. Right. And out of the paranoid schizophrenia has been birthed this religion that was birthed thousands of years ago. That's how old these people are and that's how freaky they are. I'm gonna change gears for a second piece of technology that just recently came out to hit the market is something called the ATN it's the Thor Gen 5 thermal and up until recently the Gen 5 or excuse me the top of the line thermal had been 640 resolution So you had grainy resolution that you could get with a flitter handheld. That was 160. Then you get some units that they turned into scopes that moved up to 256. The top of the line European was 320. The Americans had the 384. And you doubled that to 640. And those scopes were about 5,000. And in order for it to actually work well, it had to be at least 60 hertz. Okay, not the 30 Hertz at 640 resolution. It was kind of glitchy. Well now, ATN has come out with the 1280 resolution and it is 60 Hertz and the resolution on, you know, say one power or three power is amazing. But when you have a 1280 resolution, it allows you to zoom in and stretch the screen. to where instead of having the same kind of resolution out to say 400 yards, it's now allowing you to look out to 700 and 800 yards with that kind of 640 resolution at 60 Hertz. And it is some amazing technology. It's about $7,000. But the good news is that with that technology coming out, it's putting the price of the 640 resolution to a lower bracket. Now you can get 640 resolution for about, with 60 Hz for about 3000 maybe 3500. AGM makes one called the Rattler TS35 and that one's about 3500 dollars. But if you have a group of people and you have one guy that can do, that is specifically trained in long distance shooting, and they have that particular rifle scope, you can see in detail the facial features of a person out to 600 yards, 700 yards, no problem at all. So if you have, if you can pool resources to get something like that for your group, if you've got everything else taken care of, you might want to consider it. And if you want to take a look at it, it's the ATN Thor. Type in 1280-1280 Gen 5. look at some of the YouTube videos up on this and just look at the resolution of pigs and coyotes out to five and six hundred yards. It's absolutely unbelievable. And again, one of the things to look at when somebody said, well $3,000. Guys, most of the groups that are organizing right now, some of them have bought these new AR-15 5.56 belt fed guns. I mentioned it about a month ago. The group bought the weapon. They typically buys the weapon for the squad gunner. Now the logic is each one is going to put your shoulder behind it to know how to operate it. The same should be, you should look at a device like this the same way. You may not be able to afford that 20, that 1280, but you can't afford that earlier model that's now readily available. It was cutting edge at 3500 between everybody pitching in that upgrades the unit's potential that much more and you put it on something that has minimal recoil so it doesn't punish the gun and AR-10 is a good choice. Certainly there are other weapons but the AR-10 would be an excellent choice to baby any of your more sophisticated optics and still get good performance out of the muzzle. Now again with something like that you don't go a 16 inch barrel you do a 20, 22, 24 You make sure that again you spend the money on that upper that needs to be spent properly and you build the gun up and then you drop that thermal device on the roof and that's your placement pivoting battlefield supremacy rifleman that all the rest of you are supporting. That squad gunner is suppressing fire with that belt fed 5.56 the unit bought. That Thor operator is over watching between all of your night vision or lesser thermal and plays hand to God. And whatever he needs assistance, remember again, team leader's job, coordinate the special tech, and that way you can focus like a diamond cutter. The governor's office and the governor's person and other members of the government of Texas, it would seem to me that they would increase security operations to protect against the Fed. Since this is a confrontational action or series of actions and as far as the common sense or courtesies of the bureaucracy. I'll throw that all out the window. You'd have to be an idiot or a fool to believe that the communists who have every intention of destroying the sovereignty of the United States and have been doing everything they can to do just that, that they're going to follow any rules, you should all know better. Like many of you, indeed most of you, have always been a Union man. It is not with joy, or with a light heart that many of us have welcomed secession. At our neighbors to the north practice, the less bellicose form of persuasion. Perhaps this day might not have come. But that day has been thrust upon us. We're headed into the weekend. I want to say hi to Camp American Camp Emerson, which are active every Thursday now. They are overbooked, which is good. We've had a lot of people that are showing up for supplemental night vision training that is taking place this weekend. This is going to be a demonstration. I sent a couple of the really big pieces over there. You know, I've got one that end of Vietnam War, it's actually, it could be vehicle mounted or it could be tripod mounted. And we've got the power source for it, I have everything that I need. But it's interesting that the quality of the product, considering it's built 1973, 74, it was the end of the Vietnam War. This particular device is a big board night vision piece of equipment. And again, it is phenomenal for, again, performance considering when it was built. Now it's a much bigger piece of equipment. In other words, the bore size on the optical collector is about, what, 14 inches? And it was, again, it's optics. My personal attitude is that the quality of this is mostly determined, again, by the space age glass that was used, that at that time was part of the technical norm for the industry. That's been lost to a degree. Yeah, it's still out there and the Chinese make knockoffs and Taiwan does too. But when we were at our Zenith in that area of interest, we beat everybody out. Okay, and so anyway, that equipment's all over there. You guys are gonna be able to see some of the stuff Uncle Mark has put together over a period of time, at least at Camp Emmerich, and you'll have to share accordingly. Another thing here also is the 2014th Brigade, Michigan, militia at large is going to be doing a recruiting. Okay, well, I didn't have this right. I mentioned it earlier in the week, forgive me on that. The 214th Brigade, you're gonna be in the Holland, Michigan area this weekend, and they're going to do a roster sign in. So for people who wanna join up, they're actually doing a public recruiting. several different locations and they've got a bunch of different groups. I think a bike club out there, also one of the sailing groups asked for them to show up. This is an extension of the township and county militia organizing. And a lot of different groups that are politically active, even though they may be in different venues or not political formations per se, are asking for us to come in and help them to organize. So, what they're going to do is a muster and sign in the whole nine yards recruiting and of course joining the roles and it's the 214th Brigade, Michigan militia at large. And they're going to be over there in the General Holland, Michigan area, I guess actually probably covering the county. Hold on here, let me read that right. My squiggle and the printout's not right. Four different locations at least, possibly more. I don't know what they have signed up there. Also, I want to say hi to our friends across Michigan. Tomorrow we have, of course, the meetup in, well, southwest of, God, I keep trying to say Battle Creek, southwest of Grand Rapids, not quite to the lake, but getting there. And on the 27th, we have the Ionia meetup, which is two days out and that is growing. I don't think they'll need to change facilities. They've got a really big complex to use. But more individuals are coming in for the same reason. I understand today there was quite a flurry because of what's happening in Texas. A lot of people all of a sudden have found religion. In other words, they got a fire under their ass. So the IONI meetup is going to be quite extensive and it will include representations for representatives from. Townships and counties obviously from the political end. We have some people from Ohio coming up with the local governments there. Michigan militia at large, Colonial Marine militia, Wolverine militia corps. and Goddard's Independent will be there all to help people to understand how they respectively have organized. What they're gonna do is give examples of the different malicious solutions so that everybody can tailor, depending upon their interests or needs, the particular structure. And yes, we can be more ham-handed, but why? Right now the important thing is macro motion. Get as many people squared away and as many people organized in whatever form you possibly can. You're gonna be OJT on a lot of the stuff, especially with the most difficult thing guys is having a command structure in place at straw boss, at the very least a straw boss mechanism. If we escalate into a fighting situation, think about some of the problems that happened on April 19, 1775. Well, the British would have surrendered, but there wasn't anybody to surrender to. In fact, one particular squad surrendered to a grandma. There was a British, they don't talk about this, there was a British unit that wanted to surrender, they got cut off from the main formation. They wanted to surrender to somebody, so some elderly woman in one of the little hamlets took them prisoner, accepted their surrender, and took them prisoner to protect them. So we need to be prepared not just for that, but to beat the bad guys better. That means having some form of straw boss structure, which is what we're gonna teach everybody about how you can organize quick command. And in doing so, be decisive, make decisions. Because also destruction of the entire formation that came out on April 19 could have happened with better coordination. Over almost 30,000 men responded on April 19. Now, I don't care how many people the British had in their expeditionary force, but remember it was around a thousand personnel. That included support, that included their logistics and quartermaster train, which was supposed to be there for marking and subdividing the booty that they were gonna steal from Concord, cuz they divide the booty up between the officers and the men, you do know that, and the crown gets their cut. Well, If 29,000 men have been better coordinated, not even a rumor of the destruction of that British formation would have taken, it would have been annihilated. That's our plan now. When they come out, they don't go back. And to do that, we need a macro structure in place immediately for all these people that are up to speed. I think everybody's telling me the same thing. Since this all of a sudden became such a public fair in the last 48 to 72 hours, even though this is all stuff that a lot of it we've already known about. But now that all of a sudden this is you know, escalated with regard to this pimple event with Eagle Pass, because again, it's a very small area and the rest of the border is not really being sealed. Well, it's got everybody motivated. Now, what do you do? Sit on your hands? Oh, hell no. We need every swing and dinkus that can geek. You get themselves organized or squared away to be organized or squared away. Because we need every infantryman as an infantryman at the very least. Now a lot of people like the guys down the road, the doctor, I don't know, what do you call it now, the doctor battalion? We've got a lot of medical people who are conservative slash pro-American medical doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists, we have everything. They're outfitted as a fighting unit and I can't do that. I'm joking about it but I'm not. I'll go find a couple of the enemy, like I don't care. Maybe some yamaka wearing pieces of trash that are secret police. Stake them down with a rope, bring the doctor out, give him his elephant rifle. See, they're over there, they're plotting over there, boss. Doc, just go ahead, you can shoot them. Now, you want to work as a team? Well, as a team, you need to do this, and then this, and then this, and this, and this, and this, and this. And by the way, for your family, you need food, you need medical supplies, you need to put water away. The deeper our logistics train and the lowest level at the tactical level spread out everywhere, it's impossible to stop us. It literally is impossible to stop us. If all else fails, if you can't get anybody to do anything else other than they go, my God, I'm terrified. What do I do? You should be putting some food on the shelf. You think that'll help? Yeah, sure, it'll help. Because if you're feeding your food, you're not eating my food. And everybody has the same 24 hours in the day. Now you don't have to say it that way. But that's how you need to be thinking. Organize, arm, equip, and train as militia. Establish a 5-10 program in your area of operations. Logistics, the key to victory. Remember that logistics, putting material where it needs to be, when it needs to be there, is what's going to gain you victory mark, tactical level, and the strategic level.
