And today we're going to talk about what happened on New Year's Eve in California. After their new law-abanding concealed carry was ruled unconstitutional, the California governor, Gavin Newsom, and the California Attorney General, Rob Bonta, appealed the decision of the district, the federal district court, to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, often called the Silly Circus, the Ninth Circus. It's crazy. That circuit hates your rights. They hate America, everything about it. They wanted the court to stay the injunction that was placed upon the enforcement of SB 2 so that the state of California could begin further violating the constitutional rights of American citizens by banning the concealed carry of firearms in almost every public place in the state. California is a very large state. This would make a lot of places across that state where you legally couldn't carry a gun to protect yourself or others. Now that law went into effect at the strike of midnight on January 1st, 2024. So, the 9th Circuit being what it is, the Silly Circus, they said, you know what, we're going to issue a stay. We're going to say that that judge in the district who said that the Second Amendment and the Constitution supersede Californians' crazy feelings We think he was wrong. So in the process, Attorney General Rob Bonta sought the administrative stay of that district court ruling, arguing that it would allow dangerous weapons in places where children and families congregate. By granting the motion, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals put the district court's injunction on pause while a free judge panel prepares to weigh in. Now, Governor Newsom... said this after the stay. Californians overwhelmingly support efforts to ensure that places like hospitals, libraries, and children's playgrounds remain safe and free from guns. As a reminder, this would only stop law-abiding citizens from carrying concealed weapons for self-defense in almost all public places in California. Nothing in this law will make any criminal who's been doing that all along change what they do. Criminals don't follow laws, no matter how many you try to pass in the name of safety. A government is trying, at every single turn, to make you and I felons for trying to protect ourselves or our loved ones. and our communities from violent criminals that they empower. I should also note that neither California Governor Newsom or Attorney General Bonta will be there in dark alleys when any thug in that state is looking to rob, rape, injure, or murder you. You have that unalienable right to keep and bear arms and no government official is able to tell you that you need to accept death or serious bodily harm to make them feel safer. Plan accordingly America. Plan accordingly. That's why I'm going to say again, be safe, stay vigilant and carry a gun to keep you, your friends, your family, your community safe. But the other is similar to the situation, similar to what we're seeing with Illinois. in that a series of recruitment drives are now in motion in the state of Colorado for MJTF and JTFO specific early funded task groups that are going to be expanded upon through all of Colorado. This is the same thing that's going on in Illinois. So again, all we have to do is I... Well, it's rather weird, okay, wait a minute, on the one hand, since they were demanding that ammunition be, you know, registered too, what's fascinating about this is you got 3,000, 4,000, hell, maybe you do have 30,000 guns that were registered, but you only got 228 items of ammunition. So would that be selective compliance? Well, yeah, and even there it's like, guys, okay, let's do the Borg math. I've said this a million times. And let's just do this real quick, okay? Let's say there's 3,000 guns that they got paperwork on. Then there should be 3,000 registered items of ammunition because they already went to the bother to register specific guns. Well, did they buy the guns for looking at them? Did they buy them because, oh, you know, I just had to put that on the wall. You know, it's right next to the potted plant. I had to buy that AR with the, you know, the vertical foregrip and it's like artwork and I didn't really buy ammunition for it. You know, I didn't buy any ammo. You know? And it's like... Well, I was thinking there's two things. Mark, it's either they selectively complied. They said, I'm not going to register my ammo. Or they literally are somebody that doesn't have any. Well, it doesn't have that, that they even consider it worthwhile. Yeah, I got one box, but I used half of it when I went to the range the first time I shot the gun, and now I don't have any more, but, well, I can't register the whole box. So I'll just forego that. It doesn't make any sense, and you know what's really funny? Considering that, considering the math doesn't make any sense with most of what they've shown us. There aren't very many people who are going to buy a rifle and not buy ammunition. Okay, that's just how it works. If you go to the gun shop, let's say, like we've said, we don't know how many guns. I noticed that there was no discussion of how many firearms were bought in the Christmas present quarter. Did you notice that? Yeah, they're probably gonna make some claim that they don't know that yet. We'll have to wait. You gotta wait 10 years to find out what the last census was. Yeah, but they always know right away. I mean, usually they inform us immediately, okay? I could cite at least four or five times when I bought ammo for weapons I didn't even own. And in fact, if our friend on the East Coast is listening, I remember when we went to a gun show out in PA and I found that Taiwan East 308. I didn't even have a 308. I didn't have my M14. And I was like, oh, I've got to get a case of that. We took it out the car and I'm dropping it off in the trunk. And I'm like, you know what? I'm going back to get another case because you don't even have a case for it yet. So I don't care. I plan on one. Right. That first one looks good. I think I need another. Well, see, here's the thing. OK, you go to the gun shop or the gun show and you pick up that that Glock 19. Well, you buy the Glock 19, it's got a staggered magazine. Even had a limited 10-round magazine, right? If it's got a limiter because you're in the wrong state, poor bastards. Okay, are you gonna buy one round of ammo? No. You're gonna buy maybe a box of ammo? Probably. In fact, usually anybody getting a gun the first time around is probably just randomly gonna pick up a couple boxes of ammo. Well, it's 50 rounds per box. It's usually gonna be ball or whatever. So there's a hundred rounds of ammunition for one gun. So if that day 10,000 guns were purchased and let's say we know that we're talking maybe a guy bought a bolt-action rifle, he's gonna buy a couple boxes in 20 rounds. If it's going to be an AR, he's going to buy maybe a couple hundred rounds, maybe buy a whole case. It depends on what's left in his budget. It's a month. You're breaking up, brother. I'm going to use easier to round up numbers, okay? The easier to round up numbers. I want to let you know, you're breaking up a little more. Check your antenna. Yeah, there we go. But let's just say on an average everybody bought 100 rounds. What's 100 rounds times a million? Why, that would be 100 million. But it's you to resist, first of all, but okay, that's the kind of numbers that are out all around the countryside. So how can you have, or I mean what it tells you I should say, and we're talking about, okay, they went along with the gun thing, but 228 items. Now that 228 items isn't really well specified. Was it 228 boxes of ammo? Was it combinations of boxes and cases and, you know, loose bags? You know, there's no way to tell. And it's really kind of stupid when they come up with these off-the-wall idiot stick operations to begin with and they're gonna try desperately to try and puff numbers up and look as big as possible. So it reverse-shorter that too. I'm gonna say it's pretty rest assured that that's not pallets of ammo because it's pallets of ammo is not gonna be registered yet. In fact, it's like he goes to bag. Guess an item. It's a bag ammo. Okay, he got he had a bag of ammo. Leave me a bag. I have plastic bags for the gun show. And then the other guy's got three boxes. So maybe there's, well, there's a case in there. There could be a case mixed in there. But to puff their numbers up, there's no delineation here. Where normally if you were talking about ammo, you would actually give a ticket counter. In other words, and 228,000 rounds of ammunition were surrendered by the peasants to the police state. I forget how many votes it's been, but they've all made many counties there are like we want out and you see the proposed free area. Basically, they get San Francisco and L.A. and the rest of the states wants to be have nothing to do with those two cities. Amazing. Right. So again, what you're looking at, with numbers, yeah, they don't have that many numbers, and the bottom line is, a war effort or a war action against both of those locations is pretty straightforward. And it's obvious, the only thing that would save both of them is they're backed up to the water, so the communists would bring them food. See, that's the thing about our coastline. This is why we can't have a divorce and surrender our most precious pieces of real estate for commerce and that's what the Sacramento Sacramento's going out in the middle of nowhere I mean they do have an Air Force base nearby but no they're out in the middle of flatland they have a river access but I mean they wouldn't be a big you know they would be near the water we lost them yeah exactly yeah but the but the idea is that Los Angeles and San Diego has become very San Diego used to be a very different piece of real estate, but in the last couple of decades, they've done everything they could to putrefy that. So you can always, if you're a part of eBay or you know you want to get him through ABN contact the guy and say hey I'd like to do a you know transaction with you on X number of boots for this price will you take it because he had him out for a best offer. It was $220 for five pairs or best offer. And I sent in the best offer. I was already, there was already one bid on it and I sent another one in and I was waiting about three hours and I'm like, you know what, for another $20, I put in a bid for $200. And I said, for another $20, I'm going to kick myself in the ass for the next two years if this is the last group of five. And just for $20, I chanced myself out of it. So I went ahead and bought them. And then a guy got back to me and said, oh, I can get you more groups of five if you want them. I said, now, these will last me the rest of my life. But, you know, so you guys are aware that they're nothing but good reviews on them. You know, four point nine out of five star reviews and they're sewn to the soul, you know, and stitched to the soul. I think they're new buck leather and waterproof corduroy. They don't have the vents. That's the desert style. It's the hot weather one. So it doesn't have those two little instep vents that leak water and get wet. Hi there, merchant marine operators. No matter what body of water you're on, analog or digital, for the tools of your trade. It is... It's the first evening broadcast, first for 2024. It is Tuesday, Communications Tuesday. It is the second of January. It is the 16th year of open, obvious and in-your-face Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K. 2024 old earth calendar, 2024 battle for the republic, the dance of sorts. And communications is especially going to be critical. We're going to war in 24. Here it comes. Going to war in 24. So we've got a lot of work to do. Well, some of us not much. In fact, all I'm doing is piling up more material and equipment so I can hand it out. So I'm already caught up. I'm already squared away. I already have what I need to do whatever I need at whatever range. But that doesn't mean that I can't find more. And that's one of the things we need to remember is sharing. In the big scheme of things with resale shops, one of the things that I have been blessed with here in this area is radio equipment. And two of the things that we have been able to stack rack and pile up are A, CB radios of a number of different generations and types. Now I also, as I've told you many times, in my little finds here and there, FM handhelds, CB handhelds, in fact right next to me here I have a 40 channel GE that is NiCAD powered, NiCADs. They don't last long but when they are running they do push the power, they have a great, they've got a great amount of energy. Unfortunately, the big thing about NIKADs as they were developed is they drop off very quickly. You got like this nice plateau and then there's a little bit of bleed and then boom, she goes down to the basement and you've lost your power, you're done. Now, you don't wanna continue to run NIKADs, rechargeables like that. You wanna, when you know you've lost power, don't try to push them, pull them out or again, take the unit, put it back in the charger, whatever you're gonna do. Now when I say CB radio, I'm talking about something about the size of one of the older military walkie-talkies in terms of early 1980s production. But it has all the bells and whistles for a radio of the day and it works flawlessly. It's actually one of the best handhelds in the CB class that I have. I've got all kinds of digital. I've got a bunch of modern digital CBs that we picked up that are handheld from different sales and such, different industrial sales, brand new in the wrapper. All of them are good and CB radio is one of the several solutions because we need as much radio without middlemen. We are not going to, the other side's not gonna shut the 800 meg off and we're gonna be doomed because we can't talk to each other. We've got a million other ways to talk to each other. And by the way, who says we really need to instantaneously flap and yap all the time? It's been wasting a lot of our life's time. So guess what? Wouldn't be a bad thing. In fact, the bad guys realize this, I think right now, that America could get along without the cell phone system real quick. Of course, the younger people would be in catatonic brain fart, but who cares? Oh well, get over it. Breathe, my pretty friends. Breathe! But interestingly enough, in the pecking order, for instance, I have run into a lot of the GE-CB type, but also the older GE VHF-UHF radios. Those are great little radios. They're nothing fancy about it. In fact, the one good thing about the The older plain Jane box is very much looking like a security radio. The old security radios used to have banks and racks up that only do two frequencies. It could go up and down. That's it. They pick two frequencies, they're locked into it. That's what it does. VHF-UHF radios will do more, but they were designed to be minimalist pieces of equipment. For the day, they would be the equivalent to the FRS radio in terms of why they were being marketed. Now, usually you're in a dark charcoal or black box. They'll have aluminium trim. They'll usually only have anywhere from three to five control knobs or slides depending upon the model and what year or you know again What was the radio doing? What was its purpose? They're good little units They usually take double-a batteries Which is a nice feature because you don't have to use the rechargeables if you don't have enough of the charge rechargeables are tired They could be put off to the side and you can run the radio just like the little FRS radios off of either double A or triple A depending on what they're made for Now these units were again lockable one of the nice things about these things. They were typically the controls are all on the top They are very simple. You have a squelch you have a volume control You have a channel changer and on the side you may have another roll variable rheostat. And again, this is another volume control in some cases, if you have the headphones. They did this so that it would, when you plugged it in, it would alternate over to that little roller side bar, the roller side control, the rheostat, variable rheostat there. And what's really neat about these is, again, they're small. Actually, most of them will fit in the military package radio pockets. on all of your tactical web gear, even the pouches that were made for the MOLLE gear that you have the small radio pocket that goes on the shoulder. Price is right. I've run these typically for anywhere from free to $3 to $5 a piece in sets, usually in sets of two, but because these were also used as a home communications or company security phone, business phone, business walkie talkie, you may find them, as I have with the one right next to me here, that's got four gaming stations all connected to each other. So kind of like a little cop shop or a little security company radio rack, they're hooked together and they're out to the wall or they'll sit up at the table. And and pens are available. The microphones are available if you want to go with mics. Everything from these videos is out there still. And it's very... So this is another thing you want to want that eyeballs, you know, a field for at estate sales, yard sales, go to the research local. However, other things that we need to take into consideration, batteries, batteries, and more batteries, and I will remind you that if we see an escalation in conflict, one of the things that many of your support people can do We're going to buy out dollar trees of certain things. Example, we have designated individuals in our area whose job it is to go to the dollar tree and buy every last battery that's on the shelf with plastic. Don't use your cash. Use the credit card. If things are kicking off, if a shooting war starts, you know, let's say that, well, they're acting fast. It's not likely. I don't think at this moment, but you get, Mark's not the one in charge over there in Illinois, but if they were to kick off and there's an exchange of fires and a series of different actions, certain individuals in each of the larger groups have, you know, ladies, grandmas, whose job it is with a shopping list to go in and clear out, for instance, all the matches, all the batteries. There are certain other technical items in each aisle, some things that are going to be very valuable that are just one of a kind useful. Any of the shops and any of the Dollar Trees that have needles, as in sewing needles, not many do, but some do. We actually have two here in the state in our area that do, the others don't. Those will be cleared off en masse period gone. Not only the best quality. Nope, but we need every piece we can get our hands on and again the batteries Well, which ones would you get mark all of them? We're going to buy you probably won't beat us to this because the girls are gonna go in They're simply gonna take all those little strings all those little boxes put them in the carts and one girl is gonna be going to the register and having him tally it up and and the other girl's gonna be filling up another cart, and there'll probably be some of the kids with them. And the idea behind this is every stinking battery that they have will be ours. Period. But it'll be on credit card, and we don't plan on paying the credit card. The enemies, those are the enemy's digits. It's not gonna make any difference. We're going into a shooting conflict. It's all said and done. Finished roll, it's all over. Now you're into the other, another world, okay? So you need to have people with prioritized tasks. Another thing is oil, all oils. In this case, again, using the funny money plastic card, the idea is to go into particular shops and we're not going to buy every quart of oil, but we're going to do is pick up all of the least expensive flag brand like for a Napa store. You go out and buy everything they've got and it doesn't make any difference what it is. But the cheapest of their one quart synthetic and or regular oil transmission fluids all those will be off the shelf. Another thing that we've already discussed here and I've actually been talking back and forth with people is windshield wiper blades. Well that doesn't keep the car running. Oh yes it does. Oh yes it does. especially here in Michigan it does. So the market, you know, the inventory, there are select items that are on the list there, not by size, we're just gonna take the entire brand and that'll be gone. And certain allies that we have that have stores would actually pull the stuff off to the side even for us, even as we make a telephone call. And those stores would already be putting the stuff back towards their loading dock area or to a dock area where they could be, you know, on a cart, an L cart. And we'll come in, pick it up, carry it away. Now that's how you need to be thinking about your radio equipment the same way. I'm gonna make a little noise here I think in a second. Hold on, there we go. Got that fixed. And I have to say that another thing you should be watching for is switches and wiring. Now... That's another category from something other than Dollar Tree, but there are some interesting places to go and that are in the know that have been already given the word and prep their allies and you need to start developing allies in your area. You need to talk to people. If somebody owns a small business, maybe you need to be talking to your small businesses, which is whatever I'm out and about. And I have a laundry list and I go right through one little town and any of the companies or businesses that are there, I find out what they do, what do they produce, do they have an inventory, and how about taking into consideration that they should be aligned in a particular way. There are certain questions to ask first and then that gets into the door, so to speak. You can see what flow of meetings is needed, depending on how elaborate the company is. What is their task? What's their mission? What do they do? What do they produce? So there's a lot of work to be done out there. Communications, especially, again, remember, FRS is your personal walkabout communications. If you're going to be on the property, it's cheap and simple and easy to understand, keep everything on a particular frequency. Everybody knows what it is. There are base station FRS radios. In fact, there's one that once again, I got one at the same resale shop here about two weeks ago before Christmas actually. And there is a small box radio. Now most of you see it and you're going to think it's, oh, it's a weather radio or something. It is. It actually is. It's a weather radio. But I wasn't paying attention to this particular idea and somebody came up with a combination and if you look most of them are like this. Yes, it is a wonder radio. It's about the size of half of a cigar box. It's about the same height as a cigar box. Usually they're in a gray brown or a gray green color and the variation of the fake company name on the outside as far as who made it. It's a China Sport thing. It's an FRS radio though. It has the typical FRS radio options on board. It has an intercom and of course it has weather channel. And the weather channel is what everybody notices because it says weather radio. But it has the other features and it's a desktop system. Typically I pay a dollar or two for it. Nobody wants them because they don't know what they are and they don't know a weather radio. What do I need that for nowadays? Well, you know, you're right. You don't. I do though. And so this gives us radios that we've handed out to give little farms or if you've got a piece of property out in the country, that piece should radio, you keep running all the time and that integrates immediately and held FRS radio. So you want to kind of keep an eye out for these things. You never know what's going to show up. You never know what's going to be available. Another one real quick remember guys the latest technique that they've been testing is to run up to a person's house go to every window as close as they can and break out the window and shoot you in your home no matter where you are in the home. Everybody understand that? Now, there's not a bad technique for us to have them using because if you're already understanding that this type of attack will take place instead of staring at the door which is already secured, what you can do is, you know, shoot Mr. Pumpkin the moment that they, you know, access a window. And this is where again, you know, relatively close range, Mr. Pumpkin will be in several wheel, he'll turn it into a canoe. However, it means that you're going to have to be mobile and pay attention to all windows in the house. Remember what they did? There's been three of these now. But if you might recall, they went to the front door and of course they had, there was no justification for this at all. But they were standing on chairs by the garage window They kicked, they beat the window in so they could shoot into the building, but they also had gone in all points of the house around the perimeter. This is another technique we need to watch for. Now, if you're coming in to help, the good thing is, is whoever's at that window, you put a bullet right up their ass from behind real quick. Destroy the snipers, destroy the support personnel on the roll in whatever flank, and then you immediately engage and put a bullet in the ass of everybody standing out in the open that you can see. The defender on the other hand will be able to follow up with fire against the aggressor that there that are still possible threats that he can easily access without exposing oneself to Unfriendly fire and all fires are unfriendly Remember that so there's a couple of things that they're doing right now for the purpose of in preparation for the big the big wave Most important is have stripper units ready to go. Combat units, in a four-man squad platoon, one of the squads is designated in an attack against a unit like this, say attacking a house or whatever. In a mobilization in the future, there's a stripping unit. Their job is to strip the corpses for supplies, material, and equipment and intelligence. Mark here there. They're already pregnant. You're in some mark do so My new ring is going to be what you just said And the stripper patrol ready Bring forth the strippers. No, not those kind right exactly and again people you need to be practicing this If you knock down an aggressor, the idea is to move all the material off of the corpse as quickly as possible. You take your knife, run right up the front of the laces and just cut them all. It's the quickest easy way. And this way, what you do is lay down a poncho or a 55-gallon garbage bag. Everything comes off of the body. Remember, someone's going to be messed up. One of the reasons you want to keep everything in one container is because personal papers, cell phones, personal documents, small type pads, electric or paper will have information. You want to keep them together with identifying the rank of the secret police operative. Remember, look at your enemy as nothing but a mobile resupply pod. That's all they are. There are corpse waiting to happen. They're a wicked evil creature that needs to pass this mortal coil. It's time to get rid of them. We outnumber them 20, 40, 60 to 1 depending on what state. Well, basically most of your bootlaces are paracord. So that's another solution. But the emergency strap cutter is kind of like a gutting tool. So, you know, I mean, it works really well. So a good point. And again, it's one of those utility items that should be in your combat rig, not in your backpack. You should have a pocket for multi-tool solutions on your combat rig that always stays with you. And again, one of the other things, you know, I mentioned bags. You can carry 55, I carry two 55-gallon bags in my combat rig. They're tools. 55-gallon industrial gauge bags are tools. They're not just bags. But the idea behind this is I can collect material. Now somebody just asking, here, hold on. Yeah, if you try if you can you try to keep the items separate you take the boots you take the clothing you take you know what the contents the tactical gear the weapon is kept is kept outside the containment device and secured and if at all possible prep for combat Another thing I recommend as I've said many times is if you got a magazine's worth of ammunition if you've taken out an enemy aggressor and you come upon the body and Pick the weapon up, point it towards the enemy, dump the magazine into whatever target is most likely to be something you'll hit. Use their firepower to suppress. Now, don't just keep carrying it, but burn it out and set the weapon back down. Then, continue with your firearm. Why? Remember, when you're in a combat situation, your combat load is progressively, the tickle meter is going down. So anytime where you can take advantage of other materials, maybe the aggressor has grenades that are directly available there right now. I mean, you just made a corpse. You just killed the goose-stepping jackbooted thug with the funny black uniform and the really cool balaclava. He was Billy Badass. Now he's dead. Well, Billy Badass brought some grenades with him, and Billy Badass brought some other equipment that you can use. And you make sure you throw it towards the other ones that are left until you put their ass down too.
