For 15 years you lived on the straight and narrow, yet you just lost your Second Amendment rights. Huh. Many of you would be upset. Let's talk about the case of Jeremy Wilburn. Jeremy Wilburn is a dude who lives in Allen Park, Michigan. And while I've been searching for the entire filing of this federal lawsuit, it's not available on pastry yet. That's where you can get lawsuits and stuff. What happened is, and I have some dates that I want to be very, very accurate, okay? In April of 2008, Jeremy Wilburn, who he makes made gun videos on YouTube and I don't know the name of his channel. If you do, put it down below if it still exists. So in April of 2008, Mr. Wilburn was convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence. It was, I don't know, the the conditions of the case, I don't know the facts, so I don't want anybody typing, you're saying that it's okay to beat women? No, I'm not saying that, but what I'm saying is, if it was really really bad, it wouldn't have been a misdemeanor conviction that he was only ordered to take a class, no jail time, nothing. You get probation, and go take this class, and you'll be good to go. Some people might say if you have a domestic violence conviction, you shouldn't own a gun. Well, I mean, I could see if I was an ongoing violent offender or somebody who broke the law constantly, then maybe that may be true. But for somebody who messed up as a kid and got their life straight and is going straight and narrow, I wouldn't see why not. Now, again, I don't know the specifics of the case, but it's a misdemeanor and you don't lose your rights, your constitutionally guaranteed rights over a misdemeanor. You just don't. So... Fast forward to February of last year, February of 2022, a court agreed with Mr. Wilbur that they will expunge that from his record. Why? Because you don't get an expungement very easily. Let's say that too for the anti-gunners watching. You don't get them easily. So a judge said, you know what, you've made no mistakes since then. You've proven to the court that you're good to go. You've made changes. We're going to agree with you. We're going to expunge that from your record. Well, the ATF didn't like the fact that he is making gun videos on YouTube, apparently. And in, I want to get the dates right again, and in November, The ATF of 2023, just a month ago, ATF went and seized this firearms because they said you're a federally prohibited person. But he's not. Or is he? We're about to find out because his attorney, Mr. Wilburn's attorney, they have filed a federal lawsuit to try to find out exactly what a judge is going to say because if you have no record, it's expunged. It doesn't exist anymore. Yet the ATF, this is what they said, He might he could potentially be convicted again of domestic violence So they seized his guns Spungement is the process by which that we file something with the court to remove that conviction from their record It's unfair for them to say that he should be forever barred or forever forever prohibited from carrying a firearm Just because he potentially could get a second offense This is taking someone's Lawfully owned items, he obviously purchased them lawfully because he wasn't charged with anything else. So if he can pass the next background checks, he hasn't made any mistakes in 15 years, yet the ATF said, nah, bro, sorry. So there you have it. I want you, first off, if you know Jeremy, Jeremy, I'd like to talk to you. I know you have a lawsuit file, so maybe you can't say certain things, but I would love to talk to you and learn more about this case. Or I can talk to your attorney to learn more about this case. Whereas the arbitrary and capricious incursion by bad government is inevitable with the Admiralty Court because the Admiralty Court is a profiteering court. It is a court of piracy. Interestingly enough, and again, if you're curious, when did this happen? 1938, it was the Buck Act. That was the benchmark, well, step one was, forgive me, the War Powers Act of 1933, and of course the War Powers Act extensions to the gold confiscation. and the 1933-1934 NFA as it's called, National Firearms Act, which was an attack upon private ownership of martial arms because we were declared property of the state as war booty. And so that was the excuse or the method that they could use for then disarming as surrendered weapons, military type arms, even though it was upheld that, wait a minute, militia arms were legitimate. Remember the Miller case I've told you about many times? Contrary to what they claim, oh Miller lost, no he didn't. Miller won the first time around and then a week later they literally pulled the court out of the file out of the court documents packet, went back into the court reopened it and then completely flipped on their decision. That's the part nobody is told about and it was known at the time which is why many people knew full well that the whole thing was a crock of crap and it was orchestrated by the communist slash the Jewish mobsters running with FDR. The Miller case was ruled in favor of Miller. Understand that. And then, good old FDR, some of his old boys went down the street and tugged down the black robes of the judges and told them, well, you've got to change that. And they literally changed the decision all more than a week later. after it had already been made. But of course because it can be arbitrarily made under, oh, that's right, they switched courts on us, or we're starting to. The completion of that court change was 1938, and it's called the Buck Act, if you don't know it. So anyway, the idea behind going into a court is you have scales, you have justice, you have the sword, you have blind, because at the liberty, justice is liberty. Justice is blind. so that it is not arbitrary. It does not make arbitrary and capricious decisions. So what's fascinating about this is the whole idea of a misdemeanor being considered an extendable, unfixable, unmade, whole crime. If you have a crime, you have a cost and payment. The only time that any restriction is legitimate in any way, shape, or form by government, is during the process of punishment. Once the punishment has been meted, it is supposed to be a free and clear situation where the party is made whole. Now, especially here in Michigan, the prostitutes have been dirty whores starting back in the 90s when this crap began with the Supposeful Abuse Oriental, the domestic abuse scam. The domestic abuse scam was bragged to be simply an anti-gun action. And I will point out again that, as I can see, we don't know about this case. Well, let me explain to you about how this works. In Michigan, as with most of the horror states that are demi-leftist or leftist, well, if the spouse decides she really doesn't want to destroy her husband's life, or in theory very seldom, the wife is charging the, or forgive me, the husband is charging the wife, it's always the other way around. And it's because a bunch of little henpeck, you know, females get together, hennepeck, you just get together and they're yapping back and forth. Well, you can do this. You can put him in line. You can fix that. You'd be able to get him. Oh, yeah, you'd be able to do him. Yeah, you show him who's boss. You're going to cut his weenie off. You're going to cut his balls off. And so idiot sticks are actually stupid. Well, well, if I can't win the art argument, I'll just call the cops and you're abusing me. Now, it is down to a scam sham science here in Michigan. So, any time I hear the the uh, special abuse or abuse of especially the nebulous where it's, oh, it's a misdemeanor one. It means that typically the wife or the girlfriend, and that's what really gets you is the girlfriend, uh, can get in a glade claim to draw you, I want to drop it. They won't let the person drop it. They will continue with the action. The court, independently and separate from the wife, will continue the action anyway. So, there is Right off the bat, there has to be a suspicion or a suspect about any conversation like this with a case like this. You should look at it always with an askew eye. Now, you can find out the information later, but let's understand something, that arbitrary and capricious activity in the court of Michigan is the norm, not the exception. The good thing is that he was made whole because, oh, they decided to scour the file, so to speak. Now, that is legitimate, period. Okay, there are a number of roadmaps to be made whole again. And for any element of the fake ass, admulticore, shh, and turds in the bureaucracy that need to be put over against a wall and done away with. They need to be gone. They need to be gone from our lives, our society, because they are pirates. They are privateers. They are operating arbitrary and capriciously against the whole of the population. And because of that, they need to be gone. But this is an example right here, okay? This is not a federal court case. This was a state court case. The state court case was adjusted. And the Fed has no option to arbitrarily reinterpret any bullshit they want to try and pull out of their ass. Each of the courts have their respective authority with regard to the process of making whole or not making whole. Now not making the person whole, and what I mean by that is this is where the skills of justice come in. If you are prosecuted and the prostitute is able to get 12 idiot stick jurors who typically are chosen not because of the brightest but because they're done as a stinkin' box of rocks. And the prostitute pushes that way. They coach them in the jury pool to be dumb as a box of rocks. They get into the jury pool and they play box of rocks. They are dumb as a box of rocks. They're picked for that reason. People who are smart, people who actually have even law experience are constantly kicked off of juries because it's the last thing they want because those people can tell the others, hey, what this asshat prosecutor is trying to do, it's illegal. He's totally wrong. They don't want that person on the jury. The only time they want a fellow traveler, ring knocker, in the jury is if they're trying to hang somebody. And that's the two or three people that are put in by the Fed or by the state to do just exactly that, to influence and pressure or even threaten the fellow jurists. But let's get past that. Now we're going to be there, you know, you're going to serve time for, you know, in county jail for whatever. Maybe, maybe not. 99% of the time you're not because it's a misdemeanor and not only that but you probably don't have any file you don't have any record and I'm not gonna get into all the process of that it's federally standardized decades ago so they can't bullshit you with that with that either there's very narrow and specific guidelines that were established as standards now even there somebody can be arbitrary and capricious okay but they charge you and then they they put you in jail this is a misdemeanor the fact that the Fed the corporate bureaucracy has manipulated so many of these types of charges for the sole purpose of disarming anybody that they can. It has nothing to do with safety, it has nothing to do with security, it has nothing to do with any consistency. Damn, used to be. They actually tried to keep records, well tried, I don't think they really tried that hard, but they actually had consistent records based upon the same codification system that I was just talking about for punishment. You also have a codification system that was standardized across the country for crimes and description of crimes and activities, and how you keep records of it. Well, the FBI has totally politicized that and altered it, but I think they always did. It was just percentages. Now they're so far around the two corners they passed that they can't see the other corner They just passed and these ass hats are you know, Twilight Zone? But the judge, back when they were in court, and you're in front of the idiot jury, of course, that would find guilty of ham sandwich, and have no clue about law except by watching television, which is absolutely worthless. It's been great for propaganda for the commercial slash corporate law mechanism. These characters, of course, they'd have to let you go. Well, once you've served whatever time that's accepted by the system, then the scale is set. It's balanced again. There can't be any finger on the scale with, oh by the way, there's some ass hat over here who just decided to sneak up from behind and they got their finger on your side of the scale and they're pushing down a little. No, that's not how it works. It's very simple. The symbols of the court are very easy to understand and help you to understand kiss, keep it simple, stupid, when you're looking at any of these situations. So the Fed is imposing itself into this court's environment, trying to claim that it's illegitimate. When in reality, the court is each, each care of the court as it presently exists is as legitimate as is accepted by the bureaucracy and elements of the court for this day. It would in the past be unacceptable and the founding fathers would have shot everybody's ass that's in the Admiralty Court for participating in the Admiralty Court. It was called the hated Admiralty Court. in the during the war for independence before during and after the war for independence the hated Admiral D court It's why we started it's well, it's one of the several reasons we started the American war for independence So the the ring knockers and spit swappers and all those other parasitic satanic pedal queer slobs Got it back in and what happens what you're seeing right now in this case Common sense for Dictape and yes common sense really did apply at one time with regard to the court. And they did it. And everybody said, damn, we're not gonna let that happen again. You're gonna change this. And for that reason, everybody had a good understanding. One of the priorities with regard to regulation was not regulating the people, not manipulating or trying to hurt or damage the people and their liberty, but to put chains upon every aspect of government with checks and balances to ensure that rains were drawn in constantly and that they were kept in their little cages where they belong. If you have a shotgun that can hold back to the amount of rounds, it's illegal. So it's not just the air in 15s they're going after it. It's your shotgun too. And let's remember something that the thumb hole shotguns, the thumb hole shotgun stocks and the thumb hole stocks in general or the the hollowed stocks were a requirement in the 90s because you couldn't build the weapon without having that stock. So what they've done is they've taken the stock that they themselves required and now made it illegal. In other words, it is a broad base. It's a broad net. It's the same thing California did when they did their original weapons bans back in the 90s. But this one is on steroids and it's a no brainer. There's no place for anybody to go. Here we are. But if you have this immediately, it's not. But then if you have these little things too, well, there's a list of them here. And if you have any of these, it's illegal too. Right. And so the idea behind it was that they've tweaked it so that, you know, people are in theory not going to be able to get around by changing a part on the weapon, which traditionally has been the case because they don't like pistol grips. Basically what they're saying is if it's some automatic firearm, depending on the category, or even a pump shotgun, or for that matter, you know, take your pick, there's a number of... Hell, there's... you know, here's what's fascinating. Because of the feature list, Everybody has been tactifying single-shot shotguns and selling them that way. And pretty much at least two of the, all you need are two of the features and the gun disqualifies. And so... Oh yeah, Pikatini, if you have a Pikatini rail on the front of the weapon, they consider that it's readily accessible for a hand grip, which automatically declassifies the weapon. So anybody with a Pikatini rail on their pistol, their rifle, their shotgun, you fall under this. Right. Anything else, caller? No. The big thing here again is the, I don't know what they're going to do. Like I said yesterday, the day before, we've been talking about this obviously all these last couple of weeks, not everybody is. But you've got 2.4 million people that just said no. So what's the state going to do? Now I guarantee when the state comes out, and they will, they are going to come out. This is what I was talking about yesterday. they are going to come out. The question is to be able to identify when and where they're going to try it by watching the activities in the state. And there's more of us than there are of them. So whatever they're going to do, they could do it the first, but it's kind of, again, it's weird. They have done stuff on holidays or in holiday windows. Hell, they attack people here, legal people here with the Patriot Movement on Halloween, on Halloween day. And in fact, well, most got their ass shot just because of that. But interestingly enough, that backfired on them. Here we are with New Year's. Are they going to jump the year off and maybe start something real like in the second, third, or fourth because those will be business days? I don't know. If they're in a rush to implement the, you know, wag their dinkus in your face routine, you know, Barking Dog, which is what they're all coached to do, that they're going to do the Barking Dog and that everybody's a slave, yeah, they might do it in the next week. And if they do, well here's what I've said before, what they're gonna do is they're 2.4 million gun owners, but there are people who are good at the fight, they've done a good job, they're protesting like everybody else by not participating. There's no way to prove that they do have, unless the fed and the gun shops cooperate to give information on who owns or who bought what guns, which I guarantee they all will. They'll cooperate, the gunshots will cooperate. They're studious to the feds now and have been for quite some time. They can't help it just the way they would even allow the FFL to be interpreted. So they go out, get the information, they decide to go through the names of the people who are filing lawsuits or litigation and they will specifically attack them. Why do we know this? Well, it's what the feds been doing all over the country. So it's what they're planning on doing obviously in Illinois. Now are they going to do it sooner or later? That's really it's not an if it's just a what is the window activity. Now there will be some precursors because when they do this they're going to be riding up as tactical units which means they're going to bring along special vehicles. They're going to try and do all kinds of dog and pony show acting because they're trying to puff up for the propaganda machine using the news. Also, watching for equipment and manpower motion is something that needs to be especially, everybody needs to be vigilant on. Watch the state police posts, watch the county sheriff's departments, pay attention for buildup of traffic, watch for state police cars in large quantities at the county sheriff's office or at a, say, a county roads or state road site where you have a big parking lot and they can rally the vehicles. Are there state police cars and vans and maybe a couple of APCs or armored cars? Are they usually parked there? No. So if you have a salt lot with a bunch of trucks and, wait a minute, over to the right there in the smaller vehicle lot, there's a whole pile of other vehicles, you better be asking questions and paying attention. Because something's gonna happen locally. Okay, so I think they'll do it if they do this if they're when they're gonna attack the select people for the Wag their Dinkus in your face, you know the parking dog It will be all over of be peppered all over the state Now there'll be one or two that they'll make bigger because they want those to be covered all over the state period but they want the rumor of of the attack and to spread all over the population. And all of a sudden they start telling him, whispering is here, those peasants, those peasants in the drive, the flyover areas, back where you come from in Michigan, they're not important, we're important. You gotta listen to us, don't you listen to your constituents. Well, he did exactly what he was told by the whisperers and well, when it came up for election, He turns to them and they're well, who are you? Why did they do that? Well, they had to suffer with him for the one term But once he was enough to spit on his allies the people who put him there They knew they had him separated and they didn't want him there in the first place They didn't want to have anything to do with it They didn't select him as the ring knocking spit swapping yamical where that they wanted there. We usually cover this in extents on this network, but haven't done it so much in the last couple of years. So there's a lot I could say about it, but there's, if you want to rebroadcast us, if you want to be able to do this type of thing yourself where you're out there streaming, I've always said there should be a Liberty through radio in every state of the union, you know. There should be somebody running a micro FM station or a micro internet station to broadcast what's going on in your neck of the woods. We're not going to know about everything. When I was in Michigan, I didn't know about everything that was going on out of the state and sometimes we would hear about stuff that was going on in other states that people didn't know about and vice versa. So that's one of the reasons why we tell you. If you hear about something going on that you're not hearing about anybody else talking about, call in, come up on the air and bring it up. Well, there are a lot of different options for streaming right now that are out there. YouTube used to be a viable option, but that is so thoroughly censored. stream over there still we know several people that do but you are extremely regulated censored and they limit you on what you can and cannot say over there it's almost not worth the effort you'll either have your video pulled flagged or demonetized or forced into private mode where only people will be able to see it by being able to by being invited over to it. Yeah, it is not a platform I would recommend but YouTube is YouTube you can you can stream over there If you want that that's one place where you can rebroadcast. I know we've got a lot of people who listen to Jared and Others over on YouTube that have programs over there a lot of people have switched over to rumble and We get there are a few others But there are some universal programs that you can use to stream if you're looking at doing like a video streaming broadcast. And you can pull this up. Okay, OBS is one of them. Now this is, you can pretty much, if you wanna walk, I've used this myself to walk other people through what I'm doing on my desktop, show them how to do stuff. OBS is a great video. streaming software. I'm posting it in the general chat right now so you guys can go check that out. You can stream audio, you can stream video, you can stream what you're doing on your desktop, you can use YouTube or many of the other video platforms and once you have the key from their system, you still need an account on a service that is hosting your bandwidth for your streaming. and there are tutorials and videos on how to use OBS all over YouTube, all over Rumble. I think they even have them on BitShoot. BitShoot is another good place to go. I don't know if BitShoot has live video though. I haven't really played around with BitShoot enough to know if that can do live video over there. So that's one avenue if you're looking at doing streaming. Just to jump into it real quick, OBS, a lot of people know that you can find a lot of help on YouTube. It is one of the most commonly used for video streamers and it's 100% free open source software. There are people that make mods for it and other things that you can get involved with in the community through their website. Get a lot of help just in being able to operate and run the software. Now again of course check the minimum requirements. That's going to be like the big thing on a lot of what you can and can't do. There's going to be minimum requirements on the machines that you're running on when you're streaming. So always look for that when you're looking at different software. Another more common one, because it's like the granddaddy of them all, is Shoutcast. Know they're back up and running, but it's not the same company it was before as shoutcast was actually forced to close down, but there is a new Shoutcast out there pretty much running the same way Shoutcast servers are so popular You can pretty much find free shoutcast services out there our MRS feed which people seem to prefer That's where we have more people tuning in through is the MRS feed than the Sam cloud servers service and server straightforward easy easy to Put up and run and there are a lot of different programs that you can run Pulling up shopcast and I'm over on the wrong thing And here yeah, there we go. I'm gonna put a link to the current shopcast Website that's up and available again. You can find a lot of hope over there from the community a lot of people will help you walk through it, but there are a lot of other tutorials and the older, some of the older software still works. Used to joke that we could run this program on a 286 computer back in the day. That's when a lot of our screaming computers were what we were pulling stuff down and using on micro FM stations and what we were using to feed our servers. We're just really it's a really simple basic program. It shouldn't be that big. I have not played with the new shout cast I know people have been telling me that you have to Submit your station to shout cast to get it listed over there now. I haven't bothered to do that Don't know what there if there's any user agreements or anything with that stuff you guys can check out Here gonna get back to gilded site to post this in there. So the DNS hosting and the player. The player in the server software is like almost, we're one and the same for a very long time. So if you had the player, you just needed the plugin to run the server off your own computer. Of course, you had the opportunity, you had the option to run the server off your own computer, but you needed a lot of bandwidth. Back in the day, it was Really hard to get a lot of bandwidth off of 56K line. You know, you might get maybe you wouldn't get that many listeners and when you did it was like really low audio quality. But a lot of people have got broadband now and a lot of people push the CD audio quality which is like the 64 kilohertz level which really for most talk radio or just communicating with people. I find 32K VPS is pretty good and if you still have, believe it or not, we do, set up some people that are hooked up through dial-up modems, you can still get a fairly good signal over a 56K line or a little less running at that. Also, if you're running a lower audio stream, your stream is going to be a little shorter than if you're doing a big buffer packing. a big file transfer. You know, basically the smaller the file, the less behind your hearing and lag. Especially if you have a faster internet connection. So yeah, we got into, we're just getting into Winamp. Okay, and there are a lot of, there are a lot of software packages. If you're running the Winamp server software, the computer running your own server, there are a lot of, or Renting or running a free service and there are a lot of free services out there that my radio stream Service is free the one that we're using over there There are paid services too that can give you more information about your stream stuff that the program collects anyway, if you know how to access the If you don't have access the server page for the server software. You can see a lot of the data that it collects. Anyway, one thing I've always told people is like, if you're going to stream something, know it punches holes in your firewall. Only things can go both ways. That's if you're hosting it on your end because it needs that port for people to be able to come in through. Let's see. Real quick, I'm just going to I will post an example of a free web hosting. I haven't used this one yet. This is one that I'm looking at. We may be starting a stream up with, listen to my live radio, but this is one of them. If you do a search for free shoutcast servers, you'll find a bunch of them that are out there. Now, the bandwidth is limited basically based on the package which pay for Although a lot of them have increased the number of listeners that you can have even on a free service. Like over here, 5,000 listeners without quality reduction, but some of these services, like if you're doing the free, they pay for the free services by plugging ads in. Like when you first log in, you'll hear an ad from the service. Now I don't know. If these guys just do the ad when you first come in or if there's going to be like an ad every now and again, you got to research that. I really haven't looked too much into these. Again, this is just an example. I'm posting it into the Gilded in the general chat. So that right there, if you wanted to do a relay broadcast of Liberty Tree Radio or if you just wanted to try and do this yourself, that's one example of a way to get started. One way you can do it. But again, there are multiple options that are out there. Look for what's best for you. You don't have to use the Shoutcast software to run or even use the Shoutcast server. There are a lot of different software options that are out there. Let's see, looking for the next one. Icecast is probably the second oldest one that I know of. from back in the day when internet radio was first starting out. We were getting involved with all this stuff. Icecast came out shortly after Winamp. They added basically some features to Shoutcast that Shoutcast didn't have that people wanted to see. Really involved pretty quick. I've not used the newest version of Icecast in broadcasting. But again, it's another free software that you can access, use. I can point you to a lot of stuff that is free for getting started. And these are all good places to get started on doing the broadcast. So I'm going to post that over here. It's iccast.org. You can go there, check out their software. Again, check the system requirements for what they have to see if your computer can deal with it. If you want to host your own from your own location, you can do that. But if not, there are plenty options like that. Oh, listen to my radio.com site or my radio stream. I think I just butchered that. Is it my stream or my MRS? My radio. Yeah, my radio stream. That's the one that we're using, the free access one that everybody seems to like. But there are software that lets you do a little bit more as well. But I'm going through the free stuff first because all this stuff is free. It can get you going, get you into an idea of what you need and get things rolling. Let's see, there's some free DJ software I've been recommended also that can be useful. Nix, M-I-X-X dot org. I think you can stream with this software too, but again, it's one I have not played with much. I've played with it a little bit with the decks for and out of music. It looks like they've changed some things since the last time I was over here on the page too. So it looks like they've added some features. So I'll post that as well. Everything that I'm mentioning, I'm posting the general chat into the gilded right now. So if you guys want to go check that out, see what this stuff is. Let's see just one more it could have sworn one more out here Okay, guessing I did not We covered OBS Shoutcast I scared any of these software programs and stuff that I'm talking about right now You can find out a lot of tutorials on how to use and run them on YouTube I would recommend watching the tutorials on YouTube some of them are But some are better than others summer are more simple and basic just to get you going Fact I'll probably go through and find some of the ones I think are better post them into the gilded This week as we go through As we go through this as we start the new year how about that? Yeah, we'll try and help and get other people up and running in this area before and that that gives you an idea on what we're doing for streaming. There are paid programs, though. One of the ones that we are using right now is Sam Broadcaster. That's also our other stream, the Sam Cloud stream. And that is through Spatial, which is a company that makes that program. and they do have hosting services through there as well. For me it's been pretty reliable. Most of the time, although I will admit we've had problems with this, when we go down it is supposed to jump over to the server has an automatic programming thing that will run a replacement. stream, like go to music or something. And it has happened where that's clicked over and we haven't noticed that in college and called in and told us, you know, that, hey, we're on music. That it's actually the program doing its job and we've had a hiccup too long and it flips over to music. There are other times though where I've had this program seize up on me completely like what happened the other day. project from the system completely reinstall everything and it takes a little bit of time to do that. So even though this is a paid quote-unquote commercial professional program, it does give us a lot of features that we wouldn't have with the others. We are renting server space over there from them as well for running Liberty Tree Radio. I'll post that over there. Sam Broadcaster has been a pretty good tool. Spike and I both used it. He used FreeD and a Freedom Talk. I use it for here. He had another program that he was using to record his archives on that I can't remember the name of it. Or I would post that up there too. So that's a paid solution. There's a free trial version of Sam Broadcaster, but when you get to the end of the free trial, it will... locked up and freeze. It's annoying to use the free version of SAM Broadcaster, which is why I would recommend if you're looking for a free solution. Shoutcast, Icecast, OBS. I don't know enough about Mix, but other people have recommended Mix to me. So that's another software solution that's out there. Again, tutorials are all online through YouTube, some on Rumble. I don't know about bit shoot. There's probably tutorials over there too though if you don't want to use YouTube I can totally understand people not wanting to go over there and use that stuff But we do have a lot of YouTube users in the guildage who post videos and stuff for us So should be able to find the information there if you're looking for it now doing a live call-in program like what we're doing here with which is Third leg of our streaming really for our internet broadcast with Liberty Tree Radio is a conference line. We're not paying for that conference line. That is another free feature that we're utilizing to keep Liberty Tree Radio on a low budget. streaming service, not streaming service, but yeah, it is kind of streaming because our archives are also being recorded and kept over there as well at free conferencing call hd.com. It's free conferencing call hd.com. That is just the one that I'm using right now. This is actually the second conferencing line that we have used this way. The original one that we were using went out of business. They closed down. So this is There are others out there that you can use as well. There's one called, yeah, to get really confusing, FreeConferenceCalling.com, but the one we're using is FreeConferenceCallingHD.com, and they are different companies altogether. There are others with similar names. You can Google, GoDaddy, whatever search you want to use, you can find these. I like using the Free Conference Call HD.com because it got us off of Skype. When Microsoft took over Skype, Skype went downhill so bad that we were having such bad audio through Skype trying to our conference line and streaming everything. Free Conference Calling HD.com has a web-based Voice over IP dialing system to get you into the conference line so if you want to listen on your computer But you don't want to deal with any of the streaming or anything you can click on the conference link on our website And it'll take you to a login page. Yes have to create a quick BS name Password and shit just have to excuse my my which just has to be linked to any an actual email address and then hit dial and enter in the code like you would on your phone and you can listen to us on the conference line, which we have a lot of people who listen on the conference line. I can see you all right now because I got a little heads up display. I'll wave hi to you guys there. Yeah, it gives us a little bit of control because it is a free system. And if somebody wanted to do that, play around with it, see what they can do with it. Yeah, there's... There's options there that you can use. You know, of course I mentioned one That you can use is Skype Skype was a bit of a nightmare for us though Which is why we moved away from using that I know I have not logged back into Skype since I left it I know I got a lot of people on my friends list over there that are pissed that I am NOT using Skype or I'm sorry It just was not a viable solution for me Discord was another solution that we tried to use. It did not work well. And of course, Discord got invaded by the trolls from other places. And for the content on our Discord, not for anything that we posted, but for what you guys are posting. That makes any sense, you know. So rather than dealing with the individuals that they were having a problem with, they just dealt with us without giving us any warning. Which is why we're now over on Gilded. Gilded has some more interesting features. I should say that they're a little easier to access the voice on Gilded yet to see how well that works. Although as dead We'll tell you we never abandoned the technology. Technically I'm still on Discord with a different name and some other people's Discord. Those of you who know who I am over there, wave hi to you, say hi. So yeah, we are still using Discord, but we're not using it for Liberty Tree Radio. It's become hostile territory. Let's see. Gilded is a good place to go. Spike was using... Google groups, I think it's what that that's called the Google system and He had the column system and everything hooked up over there. That was working pretty good for him Before he passed away. So there are options. I mean just because I'm talking about ways to do things These are just to push you in the right direction To see what you can do with it and there are a lot of free options that are out there to get the ball rolling to get it on the table to get out there to put a place out there and a way to stream audio. Whether it be you want to rebroadcast us, you want to do your own thing, or hey, maybe you want to just play around, be a DJ for a bit. Friends, family, whatever other communities that you're involved with, it's a way to do it. Let's see. Okay. for like recording little bits and blips or like putting stuff to MT3 or WAV file format, whatever format you want your files to be in or whatever format your system or broadcast tools that you pick requires them to be in. There are tools like Audacity, in fact, I will copy that and put that in there. I've used this program for a long time. It's a good little It's a good little tool, you can change speed on the files. You can even run things backwards if you want to with that and then save it as a separate mp3 file or whatever. You can pick the formats. Again, it's open source. It's something that you can download, play with. Again, always with any software, look at the minimum operating standards for the thing. If you're running a slower machine and you're using the best version of, don't expect it to run the best unless you meet those minimum operating requirements, of course. When you have more than the minimum operating requirements, that's always good. But a lot of times I find that you can get away with the minimum operating, you know. level. The GPS had put us, like I said, almost... We were at a farmhouse in the middle of a cotton field. And that's the second time, okay, I don't like using GPS or traveling, because that's the second time out here in the boondocks of Texas. where we tried to use GPS to get someplace where we hadn't been before and we've ended up in the middle of a cotton field. It turned out that, well, it wouldn't have been the middle of a cotton field, but a lot of South Lubbock, South Lubbock has been being, the cotton fields sadly are being torn up and turning into subdivisions. I'd like to know who the hell was moving into these new houses? Right. Who's moving to Lubbock? The people that live here are older and they love living here. You've got Texas Tech, which is a college town. It's kind of like Ann Arbor. But most people go to college here and then they want to get the hell out of Dodge because they got to go find a job. There is the Ag School here, which teaches agricultural veterinarians for large animals. school here for doing work on large tractors, stuff like that. Texas Tech though, it's a tech school. Most of the people that work here, they want most of the people to go to school here. Once you're done going to school here, they're going out to places where they can find jobs in the tech industry. Whether that be up to Utah or out to California. Not very likely though. Yeah overseas and a lot of the kids I've talked to that are going to the tech school They're actually looking they're getting their degree and they're going overseas. They're not staying here just sad But yeah, they've got they're getting their degree and then they're going where the work is Yeah, well, I know that most Mostly college is a is a futile experience. It's a waste of money and it's You know, look at the professors, they're mostly libtards and yeah, and then the fields that they're advertising for, they're lying to these children, young men and women about, you know, the opportunities that are available and then they finish with this huge debt and then there's no job in their field. You know, I do know industry in this area does really well but again that's because you have a lot of retirees in this area. Yeah. They're always begging for more police officers and you can tell me they all are because they parked their cars in their driveways. Yeah, right. And they leave them running. No, no, no they don't. No? Nope. He was right next door to his car, sat in that driveway running. never one time do you have to jump in that car and go on some emergency run, you know, but that's just what they all do. They leave their cars running with the air blasting or the heat blasting and they're not even in them. They're sitting in the house or in the donut shop or the restaurant or wherever. The firebenders down here are pretty cool and they have to jump out more often than not. You have to go around to the truck entrance. and hope that the truck doors open. But of course, this is an actual weather emergency where there's a tornado and whatnot. Those doors are closed. So making it a public shot. That's just a little climb I've got with like, with what's going on there with the local fire department guys. So. I believe it's part of the FEMA camp operation. Look at what they did when the hurricane hit New Orleans, right? And everybody was in the Superdome and they were locked in there. They couldn't get out? Well, the lover can't open that idea. Even down here in Texas we get hail chipboard roof are you freaking kidding me but no yeah that's what they've done down here a lot of the new homes all have chipboard roofs. Unbelievable. But I found a source for them. You can't order them directly from Ramsey anymore. because of the import BS. If you go to Ramsey's website you're going to find a lot of stuff for building and testing circuitry. You'll find like sterile boxes for sticking your hands in with the gloves and working on stuff but you're not going to find any of the old educational material because it won't let it, they quote-unquote won't let it into the US. But apparently somebody has found a way around it because they're selling the kits through Amazon and they can ship to the US. I haven't tried it yet, which is why I haven't put anything out there, but we'll see. If that's a viable source, I will give out that information. I'll give that information out on there. And so we will be off for the night of January 1 that'll give everybody a little more time to rest and relax and Then get wound up because we're in the fight now people this is 2024 coming up Which will be the battle for the Republic We have been just simply in the sparring and dancing phase for quite some time. Light fight and then they got really intense and now, well they just flat out told you they got to go for the gusto and they got 12 months. In the 12 month window, earlier rather than later will probably be the case. Let me explain something about that with warfare. If you're planning on a long campaign and you have a large objective, you attack in the springtime or the early spring because you have the whole of the early season through the summer, through the fall to fight. They're planning on attacking America. They are attacking America already. That's actually in motion. But remember, for instance, the reason that the British came out on April 19th. Why didn't they come out earlier? Why didn't they wait till later? Well, their campaign was geared around the idea that they were going to be in a series of strikes against the population that the first purpose was to go out, sort of pay out, to Concord, ransack the village and sack it, which they did by the way. I'm always fascinated by this. And again, this is something you need to go read. The British made it to Concord. The British occupied Concord. The British searched Concord, room by room, building by building, farm by farm. Did you know that? We ever taught that? You always see the, they started shooting him at the bridge. The reason that the bridge incident took place is because the Concord militia hoping to draw the regulars away from Concord formed on a pasture green area that was away from Concord on the other side of the creek. And in doing so, they deployed themselves out of blocking position with the British military. It didn't draw them over. Interestingly enough, they took the bridge and something that's hardly ever covered is that they actually sortaed beyond the Minutemen that Concord, the Concord militia, and had sent people out to go for a and you know, ransack or savage search. other farms. Now that was an overextension because these particular groups are only 10 man what they called companies. That's a squad under the British military at the time they were claims a company of men. That's the 10 man squad with a sergeant and or a corporal in charge given the assignment to go over there and search that house or fight, take your pick, whatever the situation was. So again, had they proceeded as planned, remember that the discussion was that they would cow us into submission. After the attack on Concord, we'd be so terrified and cowed that they could then proceed with their progressive ransacking slash confiscation of properties in the rest of Massachusetts and preferably the colonies because the big plan was to do all the colonies the same way. What's interesting is because of the successful action, I'll bet it could have been better, but hey, you got the ball rolling. When the Illinois Highway Patrol, a gun confiscation unit came to Concord, did I say that? What happened is they were all puffed up. They had as good an equipment and better training than the average military force. The son never said of the British Empire, they had lots of bravura, they had lots of bravado. They had lots of resources and they came out and got their ass shot off. And then they got their ass shot off all the way back to the state capitol. Oh no, I'm sorry, Boston. Yeah, when they went out to attack whoever. See, this is the thing about what's happening right now. The only option they have in Illinois is to for the ring knockers and the amical wearers to send their their worst crew of skullduggery the crew of murderers whoever they're sending out These are people who have murdered either fellow officers They've murdered people in their homes lied about what they did If they're told to go out and get rid of somebody they do that's the group that they're gonna be sending out to go after the guns Understand that. In every state, there's a little clique that's part of the state police that is the dirtiest of the dirty. They are wicked, they are evil. But when you get rid of them, there aren't any more. You have to recruit from within. They have to recruit and there have to be some survivors. If a force like that comes out and it's exterminated, it can't regrow. They can make another formation, but it won't be grown from the type of wicked, evil, vile. backstabbing creatures that they were counting on. See the group they have now has been tested. They've murdered men or women in their homes. They've lied about every aspect. They've snuck in through backyards and back fields and murdered people in their home and left. They've killed people in many different exotic ways and lied their ass off about it. And the whole group is coached, given cue, give it a task and go out and do it. That's what that's the group is coming after the guns. Let me, now, again, are they the majority of the force that you're facing? Well, first of all, there's 2.4 million gun owners in Illinois, in theory. We're using Illinois as a base, but Michigan's no different, Ohio is no different. You're all in the same boat. They either have an SRT, a SWAT team, or a special tactical unit, or state hurt. Hostage rescue, but they never rescue hostages. They're always used for gunning down people in their homes, dragging them out on the sidewalk, and letting them bleed to death out on the sidewalk. Just had that happen a couple times here in the last what? What happened to all that string of incidents where the feds came out one after another as part of that British Concord thing? Remember they attacked individual locations with individuals that really didn't make any sense? So if you think I'm not guessing about what's coming, They've already given you the precursor or the training or practice towards whatever actions are going to incur. We're going to take place. Have we seen this before? Guys, they did this all through the 90s. In unspoken battlefields, shots were exchanged for hours, casualties were produced on both sides, no sirens came down the road. And the one thing that Alexander Solzhenitsyn said, and again, if I'm off by a word or two, oh, how we burned in the camps, realizing that we had had nothing to lose. That's why the Interstate Defense Highway, they're planning on using that the way the Bolsheviks used the railroads. There are no highways in Europe. I mean, the Autobahn was a big deal, guys, but the kind of highway network you see here. What this is is a land-based narrative, a small vehicle narrative of a railroad net. The railroad net is still out there, but it's wholesale. It's a big job. It used to be doing everything. And there were smaller railroad nets. This allowed for greater versatility by creating the Interstate Defense Highway Network and its pure purpose to operate inside the U.S. against the American people. Now, again, Well, Solzhenitsyn wrote several books. Another thing that if you get a chance, you can look up Alexandra Solzhenitsyn. And when you do, there is a final statement that he made leaving the United States. By the time he left the United States, the wall came down and international communism had advanced all the way to the English Channel and had advanced to the United States. Communists had gotten what they wanted. The Jewish Communists. Solzhenitsyn, with me old, wanted to die at home. Pretty much everybody feels that way when they get towards the Upper End of the years. So he died outside the country, but Solzhenitsyn wasn't that kind of person. He had a, his personality was famous through his progressive writings about the history of what was going on. But the letter that he wrote And I probably, I'll tell you what, if I can this next week, it's long. First of all, Russians do not write a short letter, or they don't write a short book. It's all Bible size. It's Bible size. And so he states and walks through exactly what he feels is going to happen to the US. And you know why nobody wants you to read what he said? He was 100% absolutely right. In fact, when you look at what is happening with all the queer, pedo, Satanist stuff, well, guess who was talking about it specifically because having talked to so many people and having enough contacts and discussions with people and, you know, the strata that he was in, had a very good idea of what the plan was. And that's why he said, I'm not going to live here and die here in this place. This is just communist Russia all over again. So I should go home. And so he went home and then he didn't stop. He wrote a book about Russia and the Jews. And when it first came out, again, it's an epic, it's heavily documented. Step by step by step part of it is that he did what other authors did in the early stages of the fall of the wall, so to speak. He went into the as much of the archives of the KGB as possible before they sealed them back up. One of the reasons they sealed them back up is because the actual history is far worse than anything that the Jewish mob and the communist liars in the American press, oh, I already talked about them, the Jewish mob lie about. The numbers and the atrocities and the document, they love photographing their torturing and murdering of people in the field. The amount of photography of them impaling people in the old traditional medieval way by sticking the pike up your rear end and letting it slowly go through your body until it comes off the top of your head or, and in fact there's one where they've got a guy, this is the Red Terror Forces, the Czechoslovak and the Red Army. They've got a guy and they've stripped all the branches off the tree and they've bent the branch over and they're putting the guy, they're steering the guy from his bottom towards the top and they're holding him by every arm and leg and they're jamming him down on that and then what they're going to do is the next thing, they've let the thing go and he's bobbing back and forth which is of course helping to sink him down onto the stake as he slowly is impaled just the tip of the iceberg. So Solzhenitsyn wrote about as much as he could about what actually had transpired step by step, which is what brought about the Jewish mob attacking Russia and the Christian people there, because step by step by step they had a plan and they were forked over and over again. They'd have done it sooner, much sooner. The Bolshevik Revolution that you see that everybody talks about was the, you could count it as either the second or the third. The first one was put down very quickly. The second one was put down so-so with the with London and the others getting away. Of course, London wasn't a significant actor in the second one, but he was there. And all the characters that were the movers and shakers, all Jewish, ran to the United States or Canada. And they were over here during World War I until big money, the kosher mafia money in Washington and New York. Grabbed him all up, brought Trotsky out of a prison. Now it's interesting something else we should talk about because you're going to see something like this later on. But they shifted the strategic positions and the tactical positions of the White Army to such a degree that they were then in a position that was exposed, giving the Red Army an opportunity.
