You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Michigan. All will have whatever holiday activities are going on either right now as I speak tonight. I know that at Camp Wayland North, way up above us, that they are, of course, having their big holiday get together tomorrow. The base facility has been closed for other activity because of the special training and testing that's going on right now. But As we've said many times, the traditional holiday banquet that they have there is all ready to go. It will be tomorrow. So you guys know what you're going to do. And again, Merry Christmas to all of you out there, especially to the guys and gals who make up the dietitians and cooks. with the militia that especially since they're all volunteer everybody comes in does their part the girls are phenomenal cooks the guy had the guys and gals that do the work there have done a great job they're especially notorious through the year for the lows up lasagna oh god of course then you eat it midday you're done for the day well no he's still gonna go train So anyway, congratulations and again thank you to all our friends there. We made it through almost, almost made it through another year. Needless to say, also there's a bunch of other activity going on in Lansing. Everybody needs to be paying attention to that. We should have another update by Tuesday, but again, there's a whole bunch of anti-gun stuff that they're trying to ramrod through. They do it, we're so close to conflict now that it's not really gonna make much difference. The big thing here again is make sure that you buy as many mags, ammunition, technology as you can and ensure that you have spare parts, firing pin extractor and ejector for each firearm, each weapon you possess. This includes rifles, handguns, and shotguns. Why? Well, we want to change out the spook and kook, CIA and NSA slash Mossad scam formula that, you know, two years you'd be out of everything. You're finished, you're out of business. Well, we're gonna make sure that doesn't happen. Logistics, the key to victory. If you understand logistics, you can win a war, but you've got to have a deep larder and you need to have it tactically dispersed, not centralized. What are we gonna be a pile of stuff? Yeah, you had a big pile of stuff. So for that reason, we need to make sure that we have it tactically dispersed for the rubber meets the road. This means all of you, if you're gonna give gifts this Christmas coming up in a few days, give everybody ammunition. If they piss a fit and decide that somehow maybe somebody's wife, my God, you can't handle the devil's evil, except for the animal they already had maybe. If they haven't got, if the guy hasn't been whipped, whipped into submission and surrendered his liberty teeth. But don't worry, if you make a noise, take the ammo back and say, well, I tried. What's really cool is you might get some ammunition back. That's cool, isn't it? Yeah, you did your due diligence. Everybody got their gifts. If they don't appreciate it, fine. I'd say the same thing, FRS radios. All of you need an FRS radio. If you don't have FRS radios right now, shame on you. They're so stupid cheap. They give you immediate tactical communications. Yeah, everything's monitored or will be monitored down the road, but diversification and especially for close range communications. FRS radios are a quick, simple solution. You can go over to Wally World. You can go over to pretty much, you know, even the regular hardware box stores like Home Despot. Home Depot or lousy, I mean, lousy. Menards, they all have, if you go back and look on the shelf, at least one model of FRS radio, some have usually about three. And Wally World has a multiple number of different FRS radios, depending on what part of the country you're in as far as what their inventory is. So that's another solution. If they don't like the radios, ask them later on after Christmas, hey, did you do anything with those radios? I don't really know what to do with them. Oh, well, can I, well, we want me to take them back. I'll take them if you don't want them. Yeah, I don't think I'm going to use them. Cool. So then you end up with another set of radios. Oh, that's not, you know, Christmas spirit, Christmas giving, all that fun stuff. You did it. Now, if they don't appreciate the gift, get it back. Well, wait a little bit. Wait, will you? I don't think I'll ever use them. Oh, okay, cool. I will. Can I have them back? Yeah. Okay. Goodbye. Don't hesitate. Don't wait. Don't try to drag it out. Don't try to change somebody's mind in something like that because the moment you walk away, somebody else will be rat backstabbing you in the other person's ear and it'll turn right around and you'll get lost in the shuffle. We don't need that. Again, make sure you have the technology on hand. Also, remember, organize, arm, equip, and train as militia. Establish a 5-10 program in your area of operations. Logistics. Logistics, logistics, logistics. The key to victory. Make sure you've got a deep resource bench. Parishables, especially boots, I don't care what they look like, but muck boots, combat boots, you're going to need a number of different pieces of footwear anyway. It would be a good idea. But you're also not going to get any more. Once they kick things in with an attack on America through the Washington DC traders cooperating with their communist Chinese and Israeli manipulators, They're going to cut off supply. What's here is here. What little is around? All of a sudden will drastically increase in price simply because, well, we can't get anymore. So a lot of the little doodad sales and stuff because the Chinese are flooding the system to drive out the American industry. Take advantage of the stuff the Chinese bring in. Pile it up. and make sure that you know how well something works. I've told you this before, there's a lot of different pieces of equipment and boats over 30 years worth of radio that we've done, the way that I've done. If we mention something on the air, we've used it. And if I recommend it, it's because I've used it to what we call abuse and destruction. In some cases, I can't destroy it. And if I can't, I'll let you know about that. Probably the best example are these Belleville $10 boots, tried to get everybody to buy. $10, there must be something wrong, yeah, it's old inventory, they want to get new. You know, it's funny, I literally tried to destroy a pair of those. I have been wearing them constantly. I have done all kinds of roof work, been out in the field, worked in the yard, worked with the animals, just walking up and down the road. Very comfortable boots, by the way. Well, for $10 a pair because they were the closeouts from military uniform supply. Once I got a pair and I found out that they actually fit me, I got a bit of a wide foot like my dad had. I bought every one in that size that they had that fit and I bought them out before you guys got to them. Well, some of you got them and one of you got a pair because you stopped by and your footwear wasn't right. So yeah, I come off one pair, maybe two. But the fact is that just now, just this last week, as I mentioned, a pair of those boots finally had some of the material coming off the sole. Now I can still wear them, but it's a gripper pad that I can go back on and I'm sure it'll run for another year. Very durable for what they wear. Don't know what the nog, the... Leather is, could be human leather even. You know, remember this is communist China. They're wicked people. They do all kinds of evil stuff. But whatever it's made out of, they work. And so again, watch for the discounts. But these are the Belleville Flyweight. These are called Garrison boots. They're not designed. They weren't supposed to be taking the kind of abuse I put them through. So I'm more than happy with them. For $10, I can't buy a pair of decent tennis shoes of any kind for that. And if I do buy what supposedly are decent, they don't last on me. So again, stack it and rack it. Make sure that you've got it squared away. Socks, underpants, t-shirts. Another thing everybody's grossly underestimating and down the road, well, you'll find out. If you don't do it, you'll find out. Don't worry about it. Again, don't just tell you about it. Can't do anything to make you act. Other things going on, by the way, needless to say, everybody is, of course, in the massive conversation about Colorado, which we've talked a little bit about and or more than a little. But what I cannot emphasize enough is that this is a criminal action that is typical for the courts. discuss this again. Oh, this just happened. This is like nothing we've ever, well, the people who have decided not to look around and were comfortable as long as somebody else was being beat down or being ripped off or was being abused by the courts, they could stand there and chuckle, ha, ha, ha, because don't affect me. Well, for every year that you put up with tyranny, the tyrants continue to expand on their tyranny. And now it has vomited out onto the street. with what you saw in Colorado, the other communist California type state. That didn't happen in a vacuum. Four out of seven judges got the idea that you don't have to have a trial, that you don't have to have evidence, that you don't have to go through the motions. There's not gonna be any witnesses. They're just gonna declare you a, then the meal just This is what they do in communist China, the B-Witches over there. And even most of the time they do kind of go through the motions, but they don't have to. So the four pieces of trash that you see that were in Colorado there are simply expressing what their communist Chinese handlers want to see developed in America. That's all there is to it. The Jewish mob, the kosher mafia, they're pitching down this to help make it happen. They thought it was really wonderful. Listen to all the characters that were just choracling and coracling and preening all about it, licking their claws and going, oh, look how he backstabbed him. And it doesn't make any difference if you like Trump or not. I don't have any confidence. If Trump gets in, it's not going to be any different the last time. They've already made this so bad with the border that, okay, Trump comes in. Yeah, I guess it will create a new cottage industry for a while if they actually deported the illegal aliens. I am not holding my breath on that. But oh, I'm sure there probably will be some. But this is kind of like that two steps forward, one step back. You're looking at millions of illegal parasites that are sucking off of your social security accounts that you paid for that were a private contract between you and the government. And they've let a third group come in and they gave them social security numbers and they've given them an operating number of some kind. And right now they're sucking the money that was taken from you at gunpoint because if you didn't pay it, they were going to come out and threaten to kill you in your home with guys with guns. They were threatening to take your lifetime away, in fact, put you in prison if they couldn't steal, if they wanted to steal. So they did, so you went along with it. Everybody did. I've paid income tax and all the other crap. You know what? It's all gone. Why? Because you see the seven million parasites hit the beach? How much are they getting paid with the three, four, or five different emoluments, the different mechanisms that they are paying out to? Not just in Social Security. And I still suspect that because this is a military operation, that part of the trillions of dollars missing is a combination of just flat-out theft by the kosher mafia that's infiltrated the American system on a massive scale with a small number of people so they're gaining great wealth. But in addition, this is where they're stealing the funds sideways because you're under a military occupation and have been since 1933 with the War Powers Act. Franklin Delano Rosenfeld, I mean Franklin Roosevelt with his modified name. Remember, first he had the banking emergency, then he declared the War Powers Act, but at the same time, then he also went after the guns. That's where the NFA comes from. And in addition to that, don't forget he banned gold. You could not privately possess gold. Now, grandma with $300 in gold could pay her taxes, whatever in the coin of the realm. But once the kosher mafia international bankers got hold of our money system after 1913, progressively they moved to the point where FDR was given the orders by the kosher bankers to ban the possession of gold. How many people? You've got to keep repeating this because a lot of people assume, well, everybody else knows that that happened. No, no, many people do not know that this happened. The public fool system isn't going to teach it. Every commie that's in the system loves what happened. Confiscation of property, confiscation, and of course, manipulation of the children. The public fool system isn't there to educate. It's there to alienate, to make the children feel that mom and dad are stupid while they're busy not teaching them anything. And well, mom and dad are probably two steps above you, kid. And will always be because unfortunately, the public fool system intentionally did not educate as it should. It had every intention of not educating any of us. Don't worry, they were doing to our generation just like they're doing it to this generation now. They just have an increments. So the banking interests when they banned the gold, well, of course, they realized people were gonna weigh you and probably fight for that. So gee, they also brought in that NFA, National Firearms Act. Wow, what a surprise. In the process of declaring us, declare the War Powers Act, the executive of the corporation, presidente, declared that the American people were the enemy of the corporation. And then in the process, three steps, basically what they declared is that you were all chatteled property, which is how the banking emergency played in, you were all chatteled property slash now property of the state as war prisoners, could be bartered, sold, traded, or exchanged at the discretion of the state. And this included both the federal corporation and then with the several state governors who many, prostituted out, signed off on a contract so that they became de facto extensions of the corporation managing the individual captured states and assets. And you are the asset to be bartered, sold, traded or exchanged at the discretion of the state. This is why you have the straw man bomb. This is why it's in the bank, why it's in the system. Your name is in the stock market right now. Nobody's probably ever told you about it, but your names, every one of you, you have a birth certificate, your name's in the stock exchange. Well, no way, I can't, I've never done that yet. Well, don't worry, you weren't told about that contract. And unfortunately, since many of you, of course, in more recent years, the communists got you to take the Social Security number. You told your mom and dad, you're gonna have a Social Security number when you're born. Now, let's back up and think about that one. When I was born, of course, they still had the corporate birth certificate. But wait a minute, you don't need a Social Security number until you're going to be in the labor pool. But the communists had to cook the books and they were completing the task when they created the socialist security system. And now all of you younger people, because mom and dad submitted to that, we didn't. We had four children, we didn't. Even though they said that we don't, no, we don't, we're not. But many people just okay went along with it and guess what? Immediately, the individual, every party that has that Social Security number is part of yet the greater extension of the straw man bond and have become chattel property. Now, none of us have this contract explained to us. What is this all about? Well, you don't need to think about it. Of course, it is publicly available. And if you actually do the research, you'll find out everything I'm talking about. Well, it's even worse, but I'm giving you the introduction to the process. So now we're in this point in the game where they're cooking the books, and I will say this again because we'll tie this in. Colorado is receiving a lot of illegal aliens, but they're smiling and waving. Why? Well, as I pointed out, and as we have been noticing with a lot of good people doing great survey work of the illegal aliens coming across the border, there are blocks of them that are coming across and being kept separate. They are transported to other locations and then from there transported deeper into the interior of the United States to stock the stockpile manpower for the attack that they plan on the American people. Interestingly enough, Colorado is one of those locations and has been receiving extensive manpower route age from the border. That's now beyond the shadow of doubt now with what these kids have been doing following the vehicles from the collection areas They're doing a fantastic job. They've been doing a great job of documenting license plates ID numbers faces of drivers Locations where the vehicles are collected but also where they're doing maintenance Etc etc. So we already know and have a pretty good printout of who's doing the zoo and where they be going Now the only thing is getting to the other end and again not being too obvious obviously remember not too obvious obviously What you need to do is make sure that again guys spider eyes, you don't need to stand there holding a stinking cell phone Cameras, I've got a pile of sugarcubed cameras right behind me. I paid what dollar 98 for them for each one They're completely modular, they're all ready to go. You can set them, point them in four different directions with four different cameras, don't have to hold anything. You're able to record everything digitally. They have phenomenal collection capability, or at least equal to what you have presently in your cell phone. That's why they were Sugarcube. And Sugarcube is actually not the smallest right now. But that's as far down as I think I would go in scale simply because, again, level of performance with regard to durability. Okay, we can do micro dot, we got a bunch of the small small cameras, but there are limits and of course not the least which is bounce factor. So that's another thing you should be taking into consideration. How much abuse can they take if they're positioned on vehicles that you drop their, you know, say on your enemy's vehicle. Are you using it to be able to ID their final destination and maybe even get inside the compounds? See how that works? So... Again, just ideas, not just complaining about the problems. Everybody has got their task that they're performing, the job that they're doing, and they're doing a fine, fine job of mapping out where the aggressor forces in the enemy is and who the enemy is, or basically who, what, where, when, and on steroids. We're now into the last year, the 12 months of the grand slam for the ring knockers to try and finish off America. I don't think they're gonna let go. Do you think they're gonna let go? Where they've come as far as they have? It's obvious that's not the case. They're not gonna let go. They are in the process right now of flooding this country. There's a reason for that. There is method to the madness. And most people already understand it. With that being the case, we need to again follow through on all of the other requirements to prepare to defend ourselves. All of you are Minutemen. Every last one of you. And the idea is to build up the next generation, not be, you know, that's one of the biggest things that the enemy is counted on is trying to isolate by generation and that has to stop. It's something that unfortunately people embrace both old and young and it's something that needs to change ASAP because Guys, we're gonna be trading off the baton here after a while. Nobody lasts forever. That's gonna catch up with us. Congratulations may not be as quickly as you think or it may be sudden and you did not suspect but you should be ready and expect It too happens. Somebody has got something they wanna steal, so they use the knuckle dragging United States to come in and be the thug. Meanwhile, we don't benefit and in fact just the reverse happens. We end up costing us more. We have this supposed proxy scam going on with Yuck rain right now. And the fact of the matter is, it's cost us such wealth that it cannot be recovered ever. It has not been a benefit to us in any way, shape, or form. I'm sure there's part, you know, the ring knockers, a little click that's out there that, by the way, also hates you. Oh yeah, they're making money hand over fist. But most of those creatures are not in the United States. Most of the characters that are manipulating this country right now, pretty much, almost all of them actually, are not inside these United States. They're aliens to the nation. They hate us. They're trying to do everything they can to do damage as quickly as possible. We need to act accordingly. And this is why, again, all of you are Minutemen. And you need to be squared away. But it's part of your obligation slash responsibility as a patriot. Everyone. This is what the founders envisioned. Just because the public fool system has dumped so many people down to the level of a box of soft rocks doesn't mean that this can't be fixed. But to do it, well, the very reason we had the American War for Independence is why we have to have this American War for Independence. It's not going to be a civil war. This is a war of prevention. That's what we're dealing with here, a war of prevention. The American War for Independence was not just a revolution. In fact, they didn't necessarily call it that during the period of time when they were fighting it. Everybody knew that if they submitted to the crown and to the policies of the globalists slash the monarchists of the day that they would lose everything. And so everybody stepped up to the plate to get the job done. Everybody did their pump. Everybody goes, well, not everybody. I sold only 3%. That number isn't really true. And that number came out as a fiction from the 1970s with the bicentennial. There's a whole bunch of revisionist nonsense that was generated. And that's the part you got to sift through. You have to go farther back into the text. Now, remember, the new people that write the books will tell you all about how whatever they've put out is totally alien to whatever the other because, well, they're telling you the truth. What is interesting is history books always get more detailed the farther back you go, not less detailed. The closer you are to the event, the more actual details bleed out. And literally if it's a conflict, if it's a war, bleeding out is quite appropriate by the way. But the fact is that information is more readily filling the books rather than fiction simply because In most cases, it's a historical close date journal. It's present history. There isn't that much to clutter the books up. One of the reasons that are what little, if you want to call them, joke, ha, ha, ha, history books you see in the public fool system offer little or no real detailed information about events. And so if you go back farther into the depths of time, so to speak, and closer to the event you're interested in, not only can you find the editorial version, but you can find the day-to-day reporting from the actual participants themselves. This is more critical to understand the situation, especially understand how you got, you know, how do we get to where we are now? In the American War for Independence, 10 years before the war officially kicked off, April 19th, 1775. This is why I believe in the spirit of 75. Well, no, 76, 76. That's when we got around to finally having the Declaration of Independence. We went to war on April 19th, Patriots Day, the original and only Patriots Day, April 19th, 1775, in which we fought ATF and FBI agents who had finally come out for the eighth time to confiscate guns. Guns powder, and personal firearms. When you hear the word guns, remember, we had all kinds of artillery. And that's what they were actually after a Concord, not so much Lexington. Lexington was on the way, Concord was the objective. Go find an accurate minute by minute, hour by hour account of the expeditionary force from Boston going out to fight, going out to Concord. In fact, Lexington was not mentioned as the first choice. It was one of the places to stop by because it was suspected through intelligence. They could snag a couple of patriots in the process. Of course, since everybody knew the British were coming, that didn't happen because they unasked the AO. In other words, they left the location. But the objective of April 19th, where the British left on April 18th, three hours in the morning, to get to Concord, they were going there to confiscate arms of all types and powder and food. And when you read about the fact that the British got into Concord, they didn't just pass over there by that bridgey thingy. That's where the wall was hit by the expansion of the British forces and their intention to search beyond Concord and the militia, mostly out of area, not Concord militia, but it was other militias coming in that actually pressed the attack, pushed the British regulars back. And then everybody had joined in because they were all converging, all of the other well organized militias came into play and constantly engaged the expeditionary force all the way back to Boston. But 10 years earlier is when everybody expected that to happen. Does everybody understand that? 1765, if you read again, historical documents. The discussion at the time, when people say, it was just a new idea when they went over there for the Declaration of Independence. No, no, no, no, no, conversation about breaking away from the mother country because of all the problems that they'd already had and been constantly experiencing. It come to a head by 1765. For 10 years, people were still procrastinating. And finally, because it couldn't kick the can down the road anymore, the feces hit the oscillating device. And it was a pretty straightforward event. It was a good thing. It had to happen. It needed to happen. Well, this is the year 2023. They're going to make a move. The feces is going to hit the oscillating device. And it's going to happen. And it needs to happen. There is no coming together with the situation we're in. There's no peaceful surviving, you know, peacefully surviving with both the people who are in, have infiltrated and have corrupted our government, our form of government. They're not practicing our form of government. They're trying to implement communism or they're Fabian socialists and they don't really care what ism is there because Fabians believe that no matter what they can manipulate any faction or any element and the Fabians are behind in some cases the agitation on both sides whenever they can. Remember, you set up dump battle ears in addition to your regular combat load. The donut of destruction, the DOT slash the military has been making the magazine battle ears for quite some time. There's a gang of them all over the place. Cheapest will be an ACU or Coyote Brown. That's fine. Dump pouches are designed for exactly as is described. You will load them up with magazines that are one-way, one-time mags. You're gonna fire and drop. If you're in a breakout situation, you're not gonna stuff mags anywhere. You're gonna fire it, empty out the magazine, drop it, reinsert another, slap the side of the weaponer, operating the charging system, and bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. You drop that mag when it's empty. and reintroduce another. If you win, you can go back and collect everything. If you lose or if you have to keep right on going, you don't care. And this is why the dump pouches are used in that mission because the rest of your combat load, your core load, are the best mags you have. The dump or support or auxiliaries, in fact, you know, right now you might have, like we've recommended, training magazines. Ties, everything is going to be put into service. You will never have enough magazines. everything you got you're going to use. Just all there is to it. I don't care if it's, oh, it's only a five round mag. Good, load it up. Go find out real quick how quickly you need it. When you go pew, pew, pew and pull the trigger, it doesn't take long for that 30 rounds. Hell, 30 rounds don't take long. 20 rounds, not very long at all. Five rounds, sure, bang, bang, bang, bang. But five rounds and slow down rather than bang, bang, bang. And say it's like make every round count. Probably if you're down to that five round mag, you better be aiming for something that is critical as a threat to you and harvest what you can off the dead you've created as quickly as possible. If they have anything left, remember you've been shooting at each other. Both sides may be consuming all their ammunition. That's the problem, the feel of any firefight in the field and again, a mobility situation. What you got, maybe all you got, and that will be it. It's very, very comfortable around to shoot. Still does a good job of putting leaking holes in people. And again, you should be buying 380 every paycheck if you've got it, if you have that caliber. Why? The last time that the big sweep hit, 380 Auto is one of the first rounds that just was unobtainium. And prices were outrageous for what was out there. Then there just wasn't anything to buy. Another one is 5.7, FN. The body guys have the five seven pistols or the five seven, you know ar-57 Uppers you may have also the ps-90 Good gun. There's all kinds of handguns in this particular You know chambering and it's it's fantastic. It's like a mini light rifle in your hands What mark is soon, but as soon as everybody gets interested is gone good color jump in there Yeah, you just were talking about dump pouches. Dump pouches is one of the easiest things in the world to make. You can make it with just like a 200 denier weight nylon material. You don't need any cordura or anything. You can make those standard household sewing machines like a T-46 thread, just a medium weight thread. We'll make those. If people want an ideal of what it would take for those that might be interested. A lot of people, you can go to YouTube, how to make a dump pouch by Thrifty Operator. That's the guy that, oh, a couple months ago I shared some links that that guy had on how to make chest rigs and things. But he also makes a very simple dump pouch. And you can also make dump pouches if you don't have any money. Just save the pant legs off old pants, blue jeans, or work clothes or anything. And you can make a dump pouch out of a pair of pants, like. But yeah, dump pouch is one of the easiest things to make. And for people that aren't really into sewing, if you've got access to an old household sewing machine, you can make a dump pouch. They're pretty inexpensive. To be honest with you, a lot of people are carrying those. They can even make them where they kind of fold in on themselves. Where if you need them, you can reach back behind on your kit or your belt and pull them down. That way they're not dangling all the time on you. Dump pouches, that's one of the easiest things to make. Like I said, you don't need a really heavy material. You can go on eBay. nick of time fabric, any of those places. But if you can find a 200 denier weight material, you can make that. And that's all I have, Mark. I'm looking while we're talking, probably made a little noise in the background there. That's fine, that's fine. I haven't, that's why I muted up. One of the things to remember is You can cannibalize other equipment and clothing and such, which we're just talking about here, especially when you've got stuff that's tired or worn out. Because the knees go, the crotch goes, pocket areas wear out. This is why the military reinforced a lot of areas on the clothing, especially when you get into the first generation B2U after Vietnam. They had learned lessons and they were taking advantage of them. They were paying attention. For everybody out there, again, if you can find any of the companies that might have blims or seconds as far as stuff that's older equipment, you can go to eBay and find a lot of this stuff. Not pretty, but guess what? It's all camouflaged. Typically it can be ACU, it can be woodland, it can be whatever. The big challenge here is like with some of this is like, well, man, I actually need spare parts or I need cloth for fixing the other stuff I've got, you know, because you can patch things back together, you can put them back the way they were. But yeah, like I said, you know old pants, especially old blue jeans, you know, if the crotch is out and the pockets are shot and the knees are gone. So you're still looking at over a foot, about 16 inches of material there. Well, you can make dump pouches out of that. In fact, I've got, my wife gets pissed at me all the time. I've got two or three pant legs sitting in here right now to make dump pouches out of. Just sort the bottom in, flip them in for end. However you want to seal them up, you can, but you know you can make dump pouches. You can even make like a sling pouch on it, just like a little cheap sling bag, like a cheap sling purse if you wanted to. But any of the rip stop type nylons, I'm on eBay here. This is just a suggestion like Fabric Whosel Direct. You can buy those nylon 70 dinner your weight 1.9 ounce Waterproof is basically similar to tint tint material Feels like $9 a yard, you know, how many stinking little dump pouches can you make out of a single yard? I'll tell you what does it have to be heavy? Great. Go ahead sir. And I don't have it right here at my fingertips because I have all that cloth in case right here right now because Nancy's going to be making helmet covers, but they have all of the heavier gauge materials and they had several of them there, including some of the ATACs. for half price, quarter price. So you're gonna have, including for instance, like cuff material, they don't hit a little bit of that left and we bought most of it. Looks like they went up to 10 yards to get on that. So they worked out to two. Don't know how that worked out. Maybe somebody didn't pick up what they were going to, but they do actually express, they tell you how many yards they have yet left of certain things in the clearance section. In the heavier grade cloth, $4 to $6 a yard. That's a good price. Yeah, in fact, there's still that. I believe that they had in fact in the sales section, they have tiger stripe in there right now too. A little more. Okay. But not but not much. And again, considering what the regular prices are for the same weight material, because we're talking 400. These are you can't beat it. I just I didn't order as much of that because I was looking for Lighter weight cloth like I said more most important now is we're building helmet covers to match up with all the real tree and Also a snow camouflage cover which the snow can't the snow camo isn't a kind of a t-shirt grade material But that works just fine. Okay, and again, take a look at what they've got. It's over at camel Fabric Depot, D-E-P-O-T. Depot, sorry, I was gonna say Depot, or Despot, that way we could spell it. Camel Fabric Depot, and then go over into their clearance section. They have a whole bunch of different materials in there, and of course, they do have all the regular inventory, too. Go look at what they have there. But right now, for building Web Gear, they've got one of the two of, no, two Two of the newer ATACS patterns are in there. And what is basically... I'm on their website now. They've got some 1000 denier weight Cordura. Of course that's the headliner stuff with the 1mm foam. Actually believe it or not, because it's a 1mm foam, you know that's a cheap ass way to make a chest rig. To get the foam into the rig to give it some body so it don't fold up on you. Yeah, that's only eight dollars and forty five cents for an olive gray That's basically foliage greens what that is. I'm sorry mark. I'm talking over you go answer No, that's okay. One of the things about that that headliner material could be used for making radio by radio bags Absolutely. It's going to be a little more rigid. You can still put more of the high-impact rubber foam inside that, the dense foam, but that's got a good grip, so it's not going to slide. If it's back like that, you put the other material in that, and that's what it's going to be a brazing against. You don't have to really glue the stuff in. It would probably rest well and stay right where you put it. inside a pouch made of that material. But there's a lot of other stuff there if you go through what they have. I've got some of the heavier stuff and considering the real quick here guys on the helmet covers, I'm tempted to try and use it with the US pattern for the PazGat helmets is using the US pattern cutout as the pattern because the heavier gauge material because it's in panels, you're not going to get any weird Now, the only thing about the pouch material is it's because it's a little denser and heavier, it also tends to be a little shinier. And typically helmet covers are made of the same material your uniform cloth is, 50-50 cotton polyester or 60-40 if it's Asian. But either way the idea is that this would still be a solution and there are some in the sales section especially There's some really useful camouflage patterns there So well they got quite a few real trees even like the cotton jersey stuff that they've got here for 475 a yard I know a lot of people might found on that but you know if you're making like a simple pouch or a dump bag Something that isn't going to be drug and you know, you know just it's temporary, you know like temporary use I said there's only one yard left though, apparently, but still, that's, you know, my guy, what can you do with that? Well, like you said, remember traditionally, bandoliers, when we had the regular M16 bandolier, you know, bandolier pocket pouch system, that's a very lightweight throwaway item. It was designed to be minimalist. It did what it was supposed to do. It held up for the time it would be in service. and then it got chucked. Now, do you remember years ago, there was a company, a guy started making it, and then I think it was somebody working for Oathkeeper started making it. They made themselves an infrared concealment suit. And they had some YouTube videos on it, where it was basically where they made a concealment, but what they had to do, They use concealment mesh to hide, you know, to be able to lay some camouflage into the suit. This concealment mesh is almost impossible to find anymore, or at least it is for the low, because I always try to buy the cheapest I can find. But you can find concealment mesh. You know, Coyote Brown concealment mesh, Ranger Green concealment mesh. That's the two my blacks really too much, but yeah, they've got two filament matches here I think if you look over in the clearance section, I think they had one camo pattern in that too It was now again. I it's so much. It's Yeah, they actually had as well. I just didn't see a use for it at the moment because if I was doing veils You know for instance, Nancy wants to build some field jackets. Okay, she's gonna do some gear And what we were going to do is copy the Swiss Alpine Flage original battle blouses, the battlecoats. Remember they have a built-in sniper veil that comes down, a face veil, comes right down over the, you know, you wear the, put the hood up, and then the face veil is in the same camouflage pattern as the hood. And it's a micro, micro-knitting. So that's why I was thinking, ah, maybe we should have bought some of that. But it may or may not be in stock. It was in one of the, I think it was in one of the ATAC camos, as a matter of fact, that one that has kind of the thumb size, you know, won't say bubble, but like oval, overlapping ovals. There's an example of it in the clearance section right now. And it's definitely, all the stuff that I picked up, it was best quality. And whatever they're selling guys, camo, fabric, depot, everything that we got, it was exactly as you would expect to see in the industry. It's very good quality. So they got this product. Well, this little company sells very compliant stuff, don't they? So that means it's not just like painted on, it's actually all that gets a different dyeing process. I don't have to see what you're talking about on that. It may be sold out. I wouldn't be surprised. Again, they price them out really good. Yeah. Well, yeah, because you can't hardly buy anything for less than $10 a yard right now. Yeah. And again, one of the things about this is I actually, like I said, I looked at it and I thought afterwards, you know, I probably should have thrown that in the order. Yeah, a couple yards of it. Yeah, now the stretch material, there's still some of it there. Maybe there's some yardage left. It was going pretty quick. Now that's the only thing about it. You better be buying bobbins, you better be buying needles, you better be looking at thread. Right now you can still go to some surplus points. Now the tactical colors go first. But even at Sportsman's Guide, there are miles and mile roll spools of industrial spools of what is the heavier gauge quality thread. for actually feeding these machines. Now it'll vary. Sometimes it's going to be, you know, coyote browns, sometimes it can be white. There's orange galore because nobody really wants the orange. But if you were looking at husbanding your material, you can use the other threads or the off threads in places where the equipment, you know, the item won't be seen. It can be out of sight, out of mind. Absolutely. Absolutely. Yeah, and again, ThreadDirect and some other specialty company that sells threads, they're not selling product right now. I don't know what happened. See, you're talking about standard Neil Grandma house. You can actually go online and buy a stand that allows you to set like an 8-ounce or a 16-ounce spool of that type of thread. and then feed that to a standard household sewing machine. And like household sewing machines, most of them use class 15 bobbins. That's just a standard over-the-counter bobbin you can pick up at Walmart or someplace. What I have found, if you take and buy like a number 18 needle, that's what like a Singer class 15 sewing machine used is the standard home household sewing machine, but if you can buy like a Gort's Titanium needle when you're sewing into like the heavier Cordura Nylons or you're sewing into a foam that needle lasts a lot longer you want the sharp point needles, but it lasts a lot longer and a standard household sewing machine will run a number 18 needle And you can also, it will also run a T90 bonded nylon thread. Well a bonded nylon thread, that's like an 11 pound test weight thread. That's a pretty stout thread. So you can basically use a standard household sewing machine to sew some of these things that you need. Now, like on an ammo dump pouch like you were talking about earlier. Okay, if you want to attach, say like put like a piece of webbing down or like double foam or even take a piece of that foam back to Cordura like they have on chemo fabric just to give body and size to it. Now if you make like a molly attach, you could take that, attach that to your bag so you got some thickness and then you can put your loops on it or you can put like a molly attach system on it. But you can do that now you can so that with like a T90 thread or they've got the thread below that I think it's like a T46 bonded nylon thread It's just a little bit thinner and lighter thread because sometimes when if you're sewing If you're sewing say the seven deer denier weight Nylons rip stop nylons is like 1.9 ounce material. That's kind of lightweight Sometimes the T90 thread kind of stands proud because the thread is actually thicker and bigger and heavier than the material. One way for people to do it if they just want to try and experiment, go to wherever you buy threads or you can get threads. Coats tells an upholstery thread for like sewing upholstery for like outdoor chairs and things. That's actually very similar to a T90 bonded nylon thread. Now it's in them little spools and you'll go through it pretty quick. But you know for somebody just wanting to practice and experiment, maybe show up a couple old blue jink bottoms or something to make some dump pouches or just some simple sling bag. You know this is a way to get things, to try things out and see if you have an aptitude for it. I mean just to face it, you know not everybody is going to be a seamstress. Not everybody is going to look for sewing things. I'm just an oddball person. I do what little bit I do. But no, we can do this now. So when we have a shrewd level of preparedness, well, we're taking what we know, we're sharing that information with people, and then we're able to build upon that. So I'm thinking for a full-size pistol, I don't think it weighs 28 ounces. That's possible. Well, I can for what? It doesn't count, but somewhere it said five. Oh, it might be the shipping weight. It says weight 5.0 pounds. So that might be what that means for shipping weight. Yeah. So anyway, there it is over at Bowtash with the rebate, pay $149, you get one mag and there are some other mags available for 35ers, between 35 and 40 I would say. I mean you might find them cheaper, I just didn't look that hard. Over. Well interestingly enough, Marva brought this up in a call-in that for that pistol some of the Kynick, or Canick, not Kynick, Kynick, whatever. had it right anyway some of the mags for their weapons will fit in that pistol and they're actually a little little cheaper so amazingly enough now again what you mentioned is as I recall I have my notes right here, but I believe she said that the lock back doesn't work. In other words, it will feed, it's taking up rounds, it does what it's supposed to do, but it doesn't have last round lock back that engages. So I wouldn't care. Well, you'll operate and check accordingly, but you're paying attention, you typically will have a good idea when you're close. And it's just the idea that if you needed additional mags or if down the road mags are cut off and you have an inventory of stuff laying around that if you know you have canic mags then you could use them in that firearm. Your buddy could actually pass you a mag. The other considerations, maybe those are the only mags you'll be able to buy after a while. So I'm hoping, in fact I already recommended this with her because she's got a pretty good sized group that she's working with. both Danny and Barbara. And I would recommend that they make a documentary that would actually be a cross with included cross reference sheet so that we can identify what mags work with which weapons because you know there are a lot of Glock knockoffs guys but there's a lot of other firearms out there and they're made quietly and this has been going on for decades it didn't just happen last few years they are very they're made very quietly by other companies and they just stamp their name on them Years ago, everybody loved when the Beretta came out with a...or forgive me, the one that came out publicly first was Browning. And Browning came out with this neat little cheetah, which was, you know, it's a staggered magazine 380 Auto. Little baby, like a little Browning package. Well, it turns out that when Beretta threw their gun out there, The only thing was cosmetic metal sculpturing on the outside, but every part interchanged between the two guns. Turns out that, well, Beretta was making the gun for Browning and they didn't say anything about it. So, the neat thing, all the internal parts trade off between one gun and the other, including the magazines. So, this is still going on today. Every once in a while it gets a little bigger because there are more guns out there. And Canik, of course, has been around for more than a few years now. So there's lots of Canik stuff laying around. And there's also aftermarket stuff, to a degree, with certain weapons. CZ-75s, there's a lot of guns that take a CZ-75 magazine, more than you might imagine. So again, what I would hope that they are going to do is they're going to sit down and literally make up an indexing sheet or even a little booklet. So, well, I can't find mags for it here, but wait a minute, what did they say? Oh, let's look for this. Oh, they've got these. I can use those. And again, you may have a different issue. I would remind everybody that, you know, the AK-47 doesn't come with a lock-back. In fact, only if you buy certain magazines, remember, with the regular, the standard AK-47, which, by the way, just had a ledge on the back of the follower so that when you got to the last round, you had a lock back for the bolt. But otherwise, it was just pew, pew, pew, pew, or I'm sorry, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, pew, So everybody seemed to function and operate with the AK without a lock back forever. You're going to get to a top off point where you get to drop it to confirm the system, drop the mag, introduce a new mag and bang, bang, bang, bang. Well, of course, operate the slide. But So this is a goodbye. These Stoker pistols, everybody's gotten them so far. It's just like the dagger pistols from Palmetto. They're a new firearm. They have been around for a little bit now. Everybody's had a chance to shoot them, they function, they've had no difficulties with them. It's just that there is a lot of other firearms out there. And as far as the barrel length, I don't care. If you're looking for an inexpensive personal defense gun to carry in your combat rig, this is a solution. I'm not worried about, I love the 1911. I love 1911 longslides. But if I ended up grabbing something like this, I wouldn't hesitate to slap it in the holster and drag it on down the road. Hell, even if I had the .45, I'd probably take that and stuff it in a pocket somewhere. Put it someplace, it's coming down the road to me. Oh, by the way, here's Bob. Bob doesn't have a gun. They also have helmet covers in the three-colored desert for $1, and they have the tan. Now these are mish-type but they're larger. So I've already tried them on pretty much everything. They'll work on the regular Kevlar helmets without any problem. They'll work on the Sep 2's. They'll work on the Pazcat. They'll work on the German. So these are again another solution. One of the advantage of the tan ones, as I've told you many times, you can camouflage them. You can color them however you want to so that you can make them match the terrain. So, it just adds up. I use them for a shoot, no shoots. In other words, again, I've got a whole parcel of these in the tans that are being experimented with, including doing the walnut dye, by the way, the walnut hull dye. Let's not dye them, I'm using the sponge on these because they already have a base color. But a dollar apiece for the helmet covers, three dollars for the British helmet covers which by the way will fit like I just mentioned the mish they'll fit over a lot of the other tactical bean peel like bump helmets that are out there and These are in the Dutch slash British DPM Also, don't forget to scroll through but right now I don't see any supervised but they do have a couple of Combat boots for about $20 a pair of different models and guys there isn't any significant difference between women's boots and men's boots except for size range. So the women's boots are cut to women's cut when they were by numerical value as far as what the size range size is. There are some really good buys on Corcoran boots there right now, also the Kiowas. And then they do have a black standard issue combat boot that is I think $19, $19.99 right now. So go through and look to see what they have. Now remember some of these are all clearance. So what sizes are left are identified in the inventory. But one thing that's good about military uniform supply is that they do a good job of keeping track with their database, you know, as far as how their accounting system works with their web page so that if it's out, it's out. If it's there, they actually have it. When they get down to a certain point, they use the Tic-O-Meter and they show you they've got three left, nine left, 12 left, whatever. He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public records for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures. He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, reposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people. And unfortunately for us, we would love for things to end immediately, especially once we have major rulings like the Bruin decision, right? Where everything must now be ruled and judged upon the text of the Second Amendment and the history and tradition of this nation's firearm regulation at the time of the adoption of the Second Amendment, 1791. Now that's going to come into play here and I'm talking about this case here on the screen. This is known as Capin v. Campbell. It's the National Association for Gun Rights Case versus Massachusetts Assault Weapon Ban. And some of the things that this judge said in this request for a preliminary injunction had my head spinning. Let's read some of this real quick in the opening. This case involves a Second Amendment challenge to a Massachusetts statute prohibiting the possession, sale, and transfer of certain semi-automatic weapons, as well as magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition. plaintiff Joseph R. Capon alleges that, but for the ban, he would acquire the prescribed firearms and magazines for self-defense and other purposes. The National Association for Gun Rights is a nonprofit association that alleges that its members are similarly situated to Capon. Planets have moved for preliminary relief in joining enforcement of the statute. For the reasons set forth below, the statute comports with the requirements of the Second Amendment, and therefore plaintiffs cannot demonstrate a likelihood of success on the merits of their claims. The motion will accordingly be denied. So right off there, or I mean right there, what does this mean? If you're in Massachusetts, I know you're like, what does this mean? Believe me, I'm there with you guys and gals. So this case is still going to be going on. It just means that their request to stop enforcement of the law in the immediate while the case continues through the fruition of the case. The judge is like, nah, bro, we're not going to do that because here in Massachusetts, we have supreme power over our pleads. That's basically what the judge said. And some of the stuff that I'm about to show you should make you disgusted. Disgusted. Here we go. Let's go to the analytic framework. says the present case involves a challenge to restrictions on particular types of weapons and magazines. Again, the basic analytical framework is set forth in Bruin. First, when the Second Amendment's plain text covers an individual's conduct, the Constitution presumptively protects that conduct. And second, if the presumption applies, the government must demonstrate that the regulation is consistent with this nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation. While there are many aspects of that framework that are unresolved, It is useful to begin by identifying several guideposts that have been clearly established by the Supreme Court. Now, what this judge is about to do is... So, back up a bit. When anti-gunners take a loss, like the Bruin decision, what they do is they have their highly paid, highly educated, anti-American servants, attorneys for them, who get off on trying to destroy the country, They go through and try to find, like, they try to find some, a little bit of daylight where there was like a hole in the mortar of the wall of the Bruin decision, right? So they're like, oh wait, sensitive places. We can just make the whole state a sensitive place. Yeah, that's cool. Let's try that. And here they do that with the Heller case, the McDonald case, the Katano case in which Massachusetts got eviscerated by the Supreme Court, and the Bruin case. And I want you to pay attention to this because this, what this judge says, some of the things that this judge says... hasn't been said before and will be said in all of these anti-gun states with assault weapon bans as they're currently being challenged. Here we go. The basic principles. First, individual self-defense is the central component of the Second Amendment. Second, the regulation of certain types of weapons is permissible. Miller stands for the proposition that the Second Amendment right, whatever its nature, extends only to certain types of weapons. Some firearms may be regulated either, one, because they are not in common use, that is, not typically possessed by law-abiding citizens for lawful purposes like self-defense, and therefore fall outside of the scope of the Second Amendment, or two, because they are historically subject to regulation, such as dangerous and unusual weapons. And that's Heller. Heller made clear, and nothing in McDonnell and Kaitano or Bruin altered or even cast doubt on that basic proposition. Third, the protection of the Second Amendment is not limited to arms that existed at the time of the founding. Fourth, the protection of the Second Amendment is not limited to arms that are useful for military purposes. Fifth, handguns are the quintessential self-defense weapon. That was in Heller, and you're going to see that a lot. It seems likely, therefore, that legislatures have some greater degree of latitude when regulating firearms that are not handguns. Six, it appears to be clear, although the Supreme Court has not directly addressed the issue in its recent cases, that the Second Amendment does not protect either short-barrel shotguns or machine guns. Those firearms are therefore examples of the types of weapons that can be prohibited without violating the Second Amendment. With those principles as a starting point, the court will turn to two unresolved issues concerning the analytical framework. So what this judge does is they go through and they say, hey, Heller said that handguns are the quintessential self-defense weapon because of size and concealability, portability, etc. And that just because something is in common use, Doesn't mean the Second Amendment protects it. The judge used a little example saying, like, if a novel firearm was created, meaning something new that hasn't been seen before, and went into such circulation immediately, doesn't mean it's necessarily protected by the Second Amendment, because it could be dangerous and unusual. That's another caveat that this judge hammers, dangerous and unusual. Wait till you see the end, his conclusion. This is a bad ruling and hopefully it gets fixed. So in discussing the nature of the restriction, which is the assault weapon ban and the magazine ban, the judge goes over some of these things here. Step one, whether the conduct is within the scope of the Second Amendment, as discussed, the court will assume without deciding that the weapons prescribed by the act, which is the assault weapon ban, are bearable arms that fall somewhere within the compass of the Second Amendment. And that was the Wurman case, which was eviscerated by Massachusetts as well. Step two, whether the regulation is consistent with the historical tradition. So the next step is to determine whether the act is consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearms regulation. A, check this out, dramatic technological changes in unprecedented societal concerns. So I'm not going to read this whole thing to you, but what the Attorney General of Massachusetts is saying and the judge is reiterating, that because of these technological advances, The AR-15 is both unusual and dangerous, or dangerous and unusual, however you want to say it. Because... it's much more accurate than smooth bore muzzle loaded muskets and you can engage at further distances and the muzzle velocity is so high that it is more dangerous than hunting rifles and handguns. It goes through a whole diatribe of complete and utter bullshit saying that, you know, AR-15s, because of these advances in technology, they are dangerous and unusual. And then it also goes through these societal concerns, what was the exact way you said it, unprecedented societal concerns. Because of the AR-15, that technological advance has led to more mass shootings. And because of that, we have to, it shouldn't be protected by the Second Amendment, not the criminals. not the laws that have gone easy on them, not the catch and release, not the no bail, not the let's not put them in prison because they'll hurt their feelings, none of that stuff. It's the inanimate object. Then the judge moves into the regulatory tradition, the text history tradition part. So here we go with the regulatory tradition. I'm going to read you three paragraphs because you've got to laugh. That's windproof. Do you know what I mean? This is the bearskin tactical hoodie. As discussed, the Supreme Court has already determined that there is a history and tradition of regulating dangerous and unusual weapons. That finding somewhat simplifies the task of considering appropriate historical analogues because the existence of the categorical principle, if not its specific outline, has already been made clear. The defendant points to an established tradition throughout American history of targeting specific, unusually dangerous weapons and accessories when they have contributed to rising homicide and other crime without a corresponding utility for self-defense. Her experts, and they're talking about the Attorney General of Massachusetts, Andrea Campbell, her experts have submitted evidence that from the founding era states have regulated fighting knives, concealable pistols, buoy knives, and multi-shot revolvers, all of which were widely used in unlawful behavior and contributed to rising crime rates. Bowie knives in particular were extensive and ubiquitous and were subject to regulation by 49 states because of the dangers they posed to ordinary citizens. Regulation of automatic and semi-automatic weapons began to occur in the early 20th century. Well, that's not text history and tradition there. That's not 1791. When their uniquely destructive capabilities became apparent as they found their way into civilian life. So yeah. because people got stabbed with buoy knives a lot and states went after buoy knives that establishes a historical tradition of firearm regulation at the time of the adoption of the second amendment in 1791 buoy knives from the twentieth century The final question is whether their prescribed arms qualify as dangerous and unusual within the context of that historical tradition. That is, whether they are unreasonably dangerous and unusual for ordinary citizens to use for lawful purposes, particularly self-defense. To begin, there could be little serious question that assault weapons such as the AR-15 have characteristics that give them capabilities far beyond those of a typical handgun. And they say, see the werman case where they said, considering that question under the act and noting that wielding the prescribed weapon for self-defense within the home is tantamount to using a sledgehammer to crack open the shell of a peanut. For example, the AR-15 has substantially greater range and muzzle velocity than a 9mm handgun. Assault rifles were developed for modern military combat, not self-defense. Indeed, the AR-15 is functionally identical to its military counterparts. The M16 and its carbine version, the M4, in short, the AR-15 is a weapon with the same basic characteristics, functionality, capabilities, and potential for injury. as the standard issue rifle for infantry troops. It can be fired in the same way that military forces recommend that it be used for maximum effectiveness. Without question, it is a weapon most useful in military service rather than in self-defense. And that's from Heller and Colby determining that because the banned assault weapons were like M16 rifles, they are among those arms that the Second Amendment does not shield. So they're leaning on other assault weapons bans to help... prove their case. Of course, the fact that the AR-15 was developed as a military weapon does not alone render it dangerous and unusual. Rather, it is the fact that the design and features of an AR-15, compared to a typical handgun, makes it an unreasonably dangerous and unusual weapon for ordinary self-defense purposes. Don't look at my car when I'm rolling dirty. First, the intrinsic characteristics of assault weapons make them poor self-defense weapons. AR-15s are physically unsuited to typical self-defense scenarios. That's a lie. They are significantly heavier and longer than typical handguns, making them less concealable, more difficult to use, and less readily accessible, particularly for an inexperienced user. They are not generally useful or appropriate weapons for ordinary citizens to keep at their bedsides or to carry on city streets as they go about their daily business. The fire power of an AR-15 also contributes to making it generally unsuitable for self-defense. The muzzle velocity of rounds fired by an AR-15 is 3,200 to 3,300 feet per second, nearly double that of an ordinary 9mm handgun. That muzzle velocity means that its fired rounds can cause more damage due to the higher speed. They pose serious risk of over penetration that is passing through their intended target and impacting a point beyond it. Rounds for an AR-15 can pass through most construction materials, even at ranges of 350 yards. The dangers of over penetration increases the risk, even if weapons are employed properly to bystanders, family members and other innocent persons, as well as outside the intended target area. Here is the JAMMY. Although most center-fire rifles have muzzle velocities that are at least comparable to the AR-15, although typically lower, AR-15s pair that high muzzle velocity with a comparatively low level of kinetic energy put around due to its relatively small bullet. Indeed, a round fired from an AR-15 distributes less than half of the kinetic energy of one fired from a hunting rifle. In other weapons, the higher kinetic energy is distributed in part to the shooter as recoil which necessarily disrupts follow-on shots. In an AR-15, however, the lower kinetic energy means that fired rounds with a high muzzle velocity can also be fired in rapid succession on a precise target, even while standing or moving because a shooter's position is relatively unaffected by the recoil of each shot. Conclusion. For the foregoing reasons, this court finds that the prohibitions on certain assault weapons in the act comports with the nation's historical tradition of weapons regulation. The banned weapons are dangerous because they are unreasonably dangerous for ordinary purposes of self-defense due to their extreme lethality and high potential for collateral harm. And they are unusual because it would be unusual for an ordinary citizen to carry such a weapon on his person on the street for self-defense. or to use it in the home to confront invaders or to protect against personal violence. Planets have therefore failed to establish a likelihood of success on the merits of their Second Amendment claim as to prescribe firearms. Well, the judge didn't stop there. Magazines, large capacity magazines, were on the docket next. And the judge said, well, you know, the Second Amendment covers firearms and certain accessories similar, you know, for functioning, like ammunition is covered. And, well, magazines are necessary for the function of many firearms. Large capacity magazines are never suitable for use in a firearm. They're never necessary, rather. the judge said they're never necessary for use in a firearm. Therefore, they are not protected by the Second Amendment and the ban on them can continue. So, NAGR, this is a good lump. Like, they've got a shiner on this one, but I hope they continue to fight forward in taking out Massachusetts. I wish... I know it won't happen because there are a bunch of different groups, especially the national groups, and each one does something different than the other. They don't all do the same thing. But my wish one day would be for all of them to team up and hit these six or seven states with lawsuits that are so damn airtight, so damn pointed, that even the most liberal of anti-gun judges. realizes, hey, they got us here. On this channel, Guns and Gadgets, I bring you Second Amendment news every single day, and today we're talking about gun grabbers suing the radical, tyrannical gun grabbing ATF. This is a good one. Before I jump, before we get into that, I need to tell you about the T-Heart Amendment. The T. Hart Amendment, it's a provision that the Department of Justice was added in the Department of Justice's 2003 appropriations bill. It prohibits the National Tracing Center of the ATF from releasing that information on firearm tracing and that entire database that they have, can't release that to anyone other than a law enforcement agency or a prosecutor in connection with a criminal investigation. You have to be intimately involved in that firearm that's being traced in order to get information on it. We'll get into why. Now some groups, now with Every Talent for Gun Safety, as well as in the past mayors against illegal guns, they believe that having further access to this ATF database would help municipal police departments track down sellers of illegal guns and curb crime. That it stopped the proliferation of gun violence. When a gun is found on scene of a crime, law enforcement and the ATF, they team up and they attempt to trace... That's how they get the word trace. They try to trace the original owner of that firearm By using the serial number, and they'll figure out, thanks to 4473's, that searchable database, who the original owner was and where that gun was sold, what FFL sold at or transferred that gun to them. Many guns... As we know that are used in crimes, they're stolen from honest, ordinary, hard-working, everyday Americans, right? And by releasing this data, these anti-gun groups would have access to all of the identifying information on those original owners. Address, name, what they have, where they have it. And many believe, and myself included, that they would use this information in devious ways. The T. Hart Amendment was first added by Todd T. Hart out of, I believe, Kansas, correct me if I'm wrong, I believe it was from Kansas, in the 2003 Federal Appropriations Bill. It was signed into law. and later was broadened with the addition of two provisions that one banned ATF from requiring gun dealers to inspect their inventories, they wanted them to do that like every single day, and also it required FBI to destroy background checked data within 24 hours. In 2004 they made a change to that law, to the T. Hart Amendment, and they limited access to gun trace data by government officials. And they also ban the use of such data in firearm license revocations or civil lawsuits, which is what every town wants that for, civil lawsuits. If you bought a gun that somewhere down the line, whether you sold it or it was stolen or you traded it or whatever, gifted it to a family member and was using a crime, they want to sue you because of that. So, it was changed again in 2008 to explicitly allow ATF to publish information about statistical trends in the manufacturer, import, export, sale, and criminal use of firearms. And ATF can now share some gun trace data individually or in bulk with some law enforcement agencies outside of ATF. Texas might be known for its tough nature, but what most people don't... Baltimore's mayor claims he wants to know the average time it took from guns being sold to guns being used in crimes in Baltimore. He said this. Right now, we're not able to know if there's one gun store responsible for a disproportionate number of the guns flowing into our city, or if there's one area where trafficking guns is more common than others. But we should know. Yeah, that's not why they want the information, trust me. Now, every town has... they're trying to outsmart the ATF. Now, they've probably teamed up with ATF to do this, to be honest. Every town in Baltimore attempted to get this information using the Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA. Why? Because they say that the T-Heart Amendment does not address FOIA requests, meaning, in their words, please give us this information so that we can destroy this protection on gun crime data and get lawful gun owners personal information in the process. Now we'll see where this lawsuit goes, but I wanted you to be aware that the anti-American communists are trying everything they can to get our personal identifying information. You saw them remove a presidential candidate from primary in Colorado this week. Now regardless of your political views, it's wrong. And I really believe that in a few days to a week or so, we're going to find out that it is also unconstitutional. They're trying to destroy America as fast as they can. Any time that happened, removing a candidate from a ballot, any time it happened in any other country, the government, our government, was quick to call them out for not allowing democracy to happen. Defense of the States assault weapon ban said that AR-15s are not covered by the Second Amendment because of technological advances and that they're dangerous and unusual, but not as dangerous as some other things. There's a lot to unpack here. And unfortunately, we would love for things to end immediately, especially once we have major rulings like the Bruin decision, right? Where everything must now be ruled and judged upon the text of the Second Amendment and the history and tradition of this nation's firearm regulation at the time of the adoption of the Second Amendment, 1791. Now that's going to come into play here and I'm talking about this case here on the screen. This is known as Capin v. Campbell. It's the National Association for Gun Rights Case v. Massachusetts Assault Weapon Ban. And some of the things that this judge said in this request for a preliminary injunction had my head spinning. Let's read some of this real quick in the opening. This case involves a Second Amendment challenge to a Massachusetts statute prohibiting the possession, sale, and transfer of certain semi-automatic weapons, as well as magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition. plaintiff Joseph R. Capon alleges that, but for the ban, he would acquire the prescribed firearms and magazines for self-defense and other purposes. The National Association for Gun Rights is a nonprofit association that alleges that its members are similarly situated to Capon. Planets have moved for preliminary relief in joining enforcement of the statute. For the reasons set forth below, the statute comports with the requirements of the Second Amendment, and therefore, plaintiffs cannot demonstrate a likelihood of success on the merits of their claims. The motion will accordingly be denied. So right off there, I mean right there, what does this mean? If you're in Massachusetts, I know you're like, what does this mean? Believe me, I'm there with you guys and gals. So this case is still going to be going on. This just means that their request to stop enforcement of the law in the immediate while the case continues through the fruition of the case. Judges like, nah bro, we're not going to do that because here in Massachusetts we have supreme power over our pleads. That's basically what the judge said and some of the stuff that I'm about to show you should make you disgusted. Disgusted. Here we go. Let's go to the analytic framework. says the present case involves a challenge to restrictions on particular types of weapons and magazines. Again, the basic analytical framework is set forth in Bruin. First, when the Second Amendment's plain text covers an individual's conduct, the Constitution presumptively protects that conduct. And second, if the presumption applies, the government must demonstrate that the regulation is consistent with this nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation. While there are many aspects of that framework that are unresolved, It is useful to begin by identifying several guideposts that have been clearly established by the Supreme Court. Now, what this judge is about to do is... So, back up a bit. When anti-gunners take a loss, like the Bruin decision, what they do is they have their highly paid, highly educated, anti-American servants, attorneys for them, who get off on trying to destroy the country. They go through and try to find, like, they try to find some, a little bit of daylight where there was like a hole in the mortar of the wall of the Bruin decision, right? So they're like, oh wait, sensitive places. We can just make the whole state a sensitive place. Yeah, that's cool, let's try that. And here they do that with the Heller case, the McDonald case, the Katano case in which Massachusetts got eviscerated by the Supreme Court, and in the Bruin case. And I want you to pay attention to this because this, what this judge says, some of the things that this judge says hasn't been said before and will be said in all of these anti-gun states with assault weapon bans as they're currently being challenged. Here we go. The basic principles first. Individual self-defense is the central component of the Second Amendment. Second, the regulation of certain types of weapons is permissible. Miller stands for the proposition that the Second Amendment right whatever its nature extends only to certain types of weapons. Some firearms may be regulated either one because they are not in common use, that is, not typically possessed by law-abiding citizens for lawful purposes like self-defense, and therefore fall outside of the scope of the Second Amendment, or two, because they are historically subject to regulation, such as dangerous and unusual weapons. And that's Heller. Heller made clear, and nothing in McDonnell and Keitano or Bruin altered or even cast doubt on that basic proposition. Third, the protection of the Second Amendment is not limited to arms that existed at the time of the founding. Fourth, the protection of the Second Amendment is not limited to arms that are useful for military purposes. Fifth, handguns are the quintessential self-defense weapon. That was in Heller, and you're going to see that a lot. It seems likely, therefore, that legislatures have some greater degree of latitude when regulating firearms that are not handguns. Six, it appears to be clear, although the Supreme Court has not directly addressed the issue in its recent cases, that the Second Amendment does not protect either short-barrel shotguns or machine guns. Those firearms are therefore examples of the types of weapons that can be prohibited without violating the Second Amendment. With those principles as a starting point, the court will turn to two unresolved issues concerning the analytical framework. So what this judge does is they go through and they say, hey, Heller said that handguns are the quintessential self-defense weapon because of size and concealability, portability, etc. And that just because something is in common use doesn't mean the Second Amendment protects it. The judge used a little example saying, like, if a novel firearm was created, meaning something new that hasn't been seen before, and went into such circulation immediately, doesn't mean it's necessarily protected by the Second Amendment, because it could be dangerous and unusual. That's another caveat that this judge hammers, dangerous and unusual. Wait till you see the end of his conclusion. This is a bad ruling. And hopefully it gets fixed. So in discussing the nature of the restriction, which is the assault weapon ban and the magazine ban, the judge goes over some of these things here. Step one, whether the conduct is within the scope of the Second Amendment, as discussed, the court will assume without deciding that the weapons prescribed by the act, which is the assault weapon ban, are bearable arms that fall somewhere within the compass of the Second Amendment. And that was the Wurman case, which was eviscerated by Massachusetts as well. Step two, whether the regulation is consistent with the historical tradition. So the next step is to determine whether the act is consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearms regulation. A. Check this out. Dramatic technological changes and unprecedented societal concerns. So, I'm not going to read this whole thing to you, but what the Attorney General of Massachusetts is saying and the judge is reiterating, that because of these technological advances, the AR-15 is both unusual and dangerous, or dangerous and unusual, however you want to say it, because it's much more accurate than smooth bore muzzle loaded muskets. And you can engage at further distances. And the muzzle velocity is so high that it is more dangerous than hunting rifles and handguns. It goes through a whole diatribe of complete and utter bullshit saying that, you know, AR-15s, because of these advances in technology, they are dangerous and unusual. And then it also goes through these societal concerns, what it was the exact way he said it, unprecedented societal concerns. Because of the AR-15, That technological advance has led to more mass shootings and because of that, it shouldn't be protected by the Second Amendment. Not the criminals. Not the laws that have gone easy on them. Not the catch and release. Not the no bail. Not the let's not put them in prison because they'll hurt their feelings. None of that stuff. It's the inanimate object. then the judge moves into the regulatory tradition right that text history tradition parts of here we go with the regulatory tradition originally three paragraphs because you got a laugh as discussed the supreme court has already determined that there is a history and tradition of regulating dangerous and unusual weapons That finding somewhat simplifies the task of considering appropriate historical analogues because the existence of the categorical principle, if not its specific outline, has already been made clear. Defendant points to an established tradition throughout American history of targeting specific, unusually dangerous weapons and accessories when they have contributed to rising homicide and other crime without a corresponding utility for self-defense. Her experts, and they're talking about the Attorney General of Massachusetts, Andrea Campbell, her experts have submitted evidence that from the founding era states have regulated fighting knives, concealable pistols, buoy knives, and multi-shot revolvers, all of which were widely used in unlawful behavior and contributed to rising crime rates. Bowie knives in particular were extensive and ubiquitous and were subject to regulation by 49 states because of the dangers they posed to ordinary citizens. Regulation of automatic and semi-automatic weapons began to occur in the early 20th century. Well, that's not text history and tradition there. That's not 1791. when their uniquely destructive capabilities became apparent as they found their way into civilian life. So yeah, because people got stabbed with buoy knives a lot and states went after buoy knives, that establishes a historical tradition of firearm regulation at the time of the adoption of the Second Amendment in 1791. Buoy knives from the 20th century. The final question is whether the prescribed arms qualify as dangerous and unusual within the context of that historical tradition. That is, whether they are unreasonably dangerous and unusual for ordinary citizens to use for lawful purposes, particularly self-defense. To begin, there could be little serious question that assault weapons such as the AR-15 have characteristics that give them capabilities far beyond those of a typical handgun. And they say, see the werman case where they said, considering that question under the act and noting that wielding the prescribed weapon for self-defense within the home is tantamount to using a sledgehammer to crack open the shell of a peanut. For example, the AR-15 has substantially greater range and muzzle velocity than a 9mm handgun. Assault rifles were developed for modern military combat, not self-defense. Indeed, the AR-15 is functionally identical to its military counterparts. The M16 and its carbine version, the M4, in short, the AR-15 is a weapon with the same basic characteristics, functionality, capabilities, and potential for injury. as the standard issue rifle for infantry troops. It can be fired in the same way that military forces recommend that it be used for maximum effectiveness. Without question, it is a weapon most useful in military service rather than in self-defense. and that's from Heller and Colby, determining that because the banned assault weapons were like M16 rifles, they are among those arms that the Second Amendment does not shield. So, they're leaning on other assault weapons bans to help prove their case. Of course, the fact that the AR-15 was developed as a military weapon does not alone render it dangerous and unusual. Rather, it is the fact that the design and features of an AR-15, compared to a typical handgun, makes it an unreasonably dangerous and unusual weapon for ordinary self-defense purposes. Don't look at my car when I'm rolling dirty. First, the intrinsic characteristics of assault weapons make them poor self-defense weapons. AR-15s are physically unsuited to typical self-defense scenarios. That's a lie. They are significantly heavier and longer than typical handguns, making them less concealable, more difficult to use, and less readily accessible, particularly for an inexperienced user. They are not generally useful or appropriate weapons for ordinary citizens to keep at their bedsides, or to carry on city streets as they go about their daily business. The firepower of an AR-15 also contributes to making it generally unsuitable for self-defense. The muzzle velocity of rounds fired by an AR-15 is 3,200 to 3,300 feet per second, nearly double that of an ordinary 9mm handgun. That muzzle velocity means that its fired rounds can cause more damage due to the higher speed. They pose serious risk of over penetration that is passing through their intended target and impacting a point beyond it. Rounds for an AR-15 can pass through most construction materials, even at ranges of 350 yards. The dangers of over penetration increases the risk, even if weapons are employed properly to bystanders, family members, and other innocent persons, as well as outside the intended target area. Here is the jammy. Although most center fire rifles have muzzle velocities that are at least comparable to the AR-15, although typically lower, AR-15s pair that high muzzle velocity with a comparatively low level of kinetic energy put around due to its relatively small bullet. Indeed, a round fired from an AR-15 distributes less than half of the kinetic energy of one fired from a hunting rifle. In other weapons, the higher kinetic energy is distributed in part to the shooter as recoil which necessarily disrupts follow-on shots. In an AR-15, however, the lower kinetic energy means that fired rounds with a high muzzle velocity can also be fired in rapid succession on a precise target, even while standing or moving because a shooter's position is relatively unaffected by the recoil of each shot. Conclusion for the foregoing reasons of this court. finds that the prohibitions on certain assault weapons in the act comports with the nation's historical tradition of weapons regulation. The banned weapons are dangerous because they are unreasonably dangerous for ordinary purposes of self-defense due to their extreme lethality and high potential for collateral harm. And they are unusual because it would be unusual for an ordinary citizen to carry such a weapon on his person on the street for self-defense or to use it in a home to confront invaders or to protect against personal violence. Cleaners have therefore failed to establish a likelihood of success on the merits of their Second Amendment claim as to prescribe firearms. Well, the judge didn't stop there. Magazines, large capacity magazines were on the docket next and the judge said, well, You know, the Second Amendment covers firearms and certain accessories similar, you know, for functioning like ammunition is covered. And while magazines are necessary for the function of many firearms, large capacity magazines are never suitable for use in a firearm. They're never necessary, rather, the judge said, they're never necessary for use in a firearm. Therefore, they are not protected by the Second Amendment. and the ban on them can continue. So, uh, NAGR, this is a lump. This is a good lump. Like, they got a shiner on this one, but I hope they continue to fight forward in taking out Massachusetts. I wish, I know it won't happen because there are a bunch of different groups, especially the national groups, and each one does something different than the other. They don't all do the same thing. Let me give you an example. And this is something that most of the gun aficionados should know as far as lawyers and I don't know that they make the effort. What's referenced here is the Miller case. Is anybody familiar with the Miller versus US government blah, blah, blah case? Okay. Let me review it real quick. I'll give it to you. It's real simple. Pre, well, about the time that they are passing the Gun Control Act of 1933-34. Now it started in 33 even though most people listen to 34. It came in increments. Immediately, of course, short barrel, you know, sawed-off shotguns or short shotguns and short rifles were evil, bad, terrible, horrible. Okay? Even though Bonnie Clyde loved the BAR and pretty much all the way he carried a short special cut model. The BARs they carried were typically full size BARs. Have you ever seen a BAR? You have big there. There were no cut down BARs as in concealable or easily concealable BARs. What's interesting here is that this band focused on the conventional short barrel shotguns. Many, many companies made them as personal defense. Mostly they were single and double barrel shotguns. I should say shot pistols, if you want to call them that. Basically the equivalent to either a Dragoon pistol or a, which goes back way before the Revolutionary War, or the equivalent to a, what used to be called a gain getter, a short gain getter. That would be like a double barrel shotgun. But they're also dual barreled, cap and ball dual barreled, short barreled, hand cannons like this for the purpose of certainly personal defense, etc. They were very popular. They've always been popular because one shot is okay, but two shots is better than one, okay? Sawed-off shotgun, my God, he had a sawed-off shotgun. Well, he had a short barrel shotgun. So Mr. Miller was charged, but what was he charged under? What was the premise? Did anybody, if you can, chime in there. What was the premise? for why they could charge Mr. Miller with a quote unquote short barrel shotgun. He didn't have a machine gun. He didn't have a Thompson. He didn't have a BAR. He didn't have a browning belt fed machine gun. He didn't have anything like that. Didn't have a Winchester semi auto rifle. Now he had a sawed off shotgun. And everybody preaches in Flapster Yap that this justified the authority of the NFA. But what was the premise behind them claiming that they could charge Mr. Miller, first of all? Anybody? In other words, you gotta have a rule, basically a litmus. What was the litmus? What was the use of, I'm giving you a big hint here. What was the use or lack of use of Mr. Miller's sawed-off shotgun? It was not a militia arm. It was not a martial arm. You mean to say the Fed, the skanks, the whores, the prostitutes, the sluts in government. We're arguing that the sawed-off shotgun was not an in common use, you know, marshal slash militia weapon. And so short barrel shotguns were exempt from being possessed by the population. You do know that, right? Now, here's what's interesting is the defense either made no attempt or did not point out that, well, wait a minute. The US military went into World War I with several, not one, several models of sawed-off shotguns that they used for trench sweeping throughout the war as long as we were involved, which wasn't until the end of the war anyway. But a short barrel shotgun and a number of different models were actually in service. Most people recognized the 1897 Flinchchester Thumb Buster. a great strong, sturdy shotgun that actually took the dirt pretty well. But there were other weapons that were also issued because, well, hell, if you're an American manufacturer during World War I, they were buying your stuff. So there were several different models of shotgun that were in service. So when Miller went into court, And they did this. They argued that, well, the sawed-off shotgun, the short-barreled shotgun, is not a martial arm. It's not a militia arm. It's something you wouldn't see the militia carrying, which is also wrong because there isn't a gun that wasn't used by the framers and the founders with the forming of the militias and even the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War, slash the American War for Independence. However, when they yap about the ruling for Miller, and this is something that everybody needs to know, which ruling are you talking about with the Miller case? Everybody goes, what? Well, here's a little part of that history of the Miller case that they also don't wanna talk about. The jury, well, should say, forgive me, the court, found the defendant innocent, not guilty. What? Yeah, and you know what that ruling you talk about scurrilous stinking Admiralty court crap that Miller case Initially the judge the the court found the defendant in those sent well, mr. Rosenfeld I mean Roosevelt down the street there. He didn't like that ruling And so they pitched a fit down the street at the executive office there in the White House. And about one week later, after the judges had already ruled that the individual was not guilty, the court decided to change its ruling and decided to declare Mr. Miller guilty. Can you do that? Well, I don't know, can you be in Colorado and have four horror judges who know that they're attacking a person that has no, there's been no trial, there have been no witnesses, nobody was charged, nobody even attempted to charge Mr. Trump. And yet these four whores arbitrarily pulled out of their bungholds. All of the drivel that you've heard and of course then stated that they were going to manipulate the election of the United States by preventing Mr. Trump from being on the ballot. Now I told you this several times that guys, the courts are these courts have been prostitutes for a long time. A, there's no effort or there certainly isn't gonna be made an effort by the public fool system or for that matter the prostitutes that are in the legal mechanism. to maintain any kind of justice or any kind of honesty. The Miller case actually is a classic of example. In fact, if you listen to what this judge has said, and again, I'm always fascinated in that in the Patriot circles, in the pro-firearm circles, what I just told you has been known for decades. And yet right now, they don't know to it with a very argument that the judge gave and or the prostitutes have tried to use the lawyers for the gooberman have provided all of the ample ammunition to maintain the standard established with regard to the AR-15 or any of these weapons being martial arms for militia use. Their own argument that they just presented is sufficient. And in fact, even when they did re-sculpt the Miller case, what they argued is that the sawed-off shotgun was not that, in other words, the court stated by its ruling, as long as it's a martial arm of any kind, or it should say a weapon that can be used by the militia or would be readily used by the militia. In other words, a shoulder-fired weapon that could be brought into service to defend the country. that it was covered under the militia clause. And if you listen to what Jared is just talking about, he's been reading and I'm sure it's much more intricate, they virtually have justified or demonstrated or reinforced exactly what was argued with the Miller case with regard to the justices. Of course now they found the man innocent to begin with and in fact it was even argued afterwards, well wait a minute, you know, a bunch of guys, mostly World War I veterans at that time because World War II wasn't quite kicking in. And it was like, well wait when I was at World War I and I used a trench gun, trench sweeper, no I've almost used a trench sweeper, trench sweeper to fight my way through the German trenches. You see how that works? You got a whole bunch of people going, wait a minute, that's bullshit. We had shotguns all through our unit while we were in combat. What are they talking about? Those black robe ass hat cross dressers don't know anything. Now by the way, that came out in public conversation during the period. So there's ample examples of all of the discussions which of course you'd have to go into archives, mostly the National Archives because libraries, all the librarian is a book burner. So trying to find any of the original information, yeah, there's probably some sources, but of course there are lengthy discussions on this subject from anywhere from the last 10, the last 20, the last 30, the last 40, the last 50 years. where the Miller case has been brought up in the past repetitively. And in fact, it's been demonstrated exactly how obscene the actions of the court were and how inconsistent. So if you think it's new like you saw with these Colorado whores, you just saw a massive postulating pimple version. But there's been all kinds of little monkey poke stabs like this, ice pick stabs like this all over the political map. for decades and decades with these horror courts. And I will remind everybody again that we are somebody's packages this time. I have to wait to pack because I have to go through and look to see whether or not you left me any sizes if you did. You always start to standardize on that particular camouflage pattern. So when are you going to get that? Probably in that box right there. Now, I will remind you with certain radios, you want to make sure that you have the American frequencies accessible. Some radios, I don't know if any very many are doing this anymore, but we've had this up until not too long ago where some radios are built for European or for foreign reception only. So, you want to check that when you're, you know, if I ask, you know, ask or look to see if there are any restrictions with regard to reception. Typically, there aren't any more, hadn't been for most companies for a while, but this was a specification that used to be part of the industry. So, got to pay attention to that. Another place to find some really great radios is resale shops. There was an auction here down the road. I didn't get it. Oh, it was a classic AM FM tube shortwave receiver, AM FM shortwave. And it was a sister company to the Pacific or oceanic companies that did the classic Beach Boy boom boxes. Most of those old 50s and 60s movies, boom boxes, were AM, FM, and shortwave. Every once in a while, I'll see a close up. If you pay attention, well, at that time they didn't have FM. Forgive me. Though that era, it was AM and shortwave. And typically, if you look close at the radio, you'll see it had all the readout controls. Obviously, just with a line that ran back and forth across a fascia dial, which had all the information on it. But pretty cool, they all work. Those radios still work today. I have a Pacific that is to die for. Heavier and sinned, you could kill somebody with it if you dropped it from the third or fourth floor window. And it's a handheld portable unit, so like a lunchbox, bigger than a lunchbox, but it's the lunchbox carry. You disconnect the handle and the handle for the carrier, which is what about 26 inches. You angle that up and the rabbit ear comes out through the handle. It's really neat. It was a very well thought out piece of machinery. So if you're running anything like that, test it out if you can right there and grab it. It's a good piece of equipment. Solid state, large format, sometimes with transistors, typically for that era. And it is, it was state of the art then, not anymore, but still very, very good equipment. I wouldn't hesitate to use it. I wouldn't buy it. Wait, if I could get it right, it was in front of me, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. So anyway, we are getting pretty close to the top. I know that. Yep, we're almost there. And also a reminder that Camp Wayland North, you've got the holiday banquet tomorrow. That's gonna be a big one. And of course, the facility after this next week will be opened back up for regular scheduled use and the original six month training site schedule for Camp Whittle and North will be back in place. It's the train the trainers program is pretty well finished except for next week There are a couple of days in the middle of the week there where they're going to be meeting and then all of those people will be regularly scheduling supplemental training for our detection technology course and this allows you to monitor radio equipment, lasers, opticals such as night vision, the frequency scanner system that's been set up. And by the way, Don Gutsky was one of the engineers. He just passed away here. He did a great job of helping to detail the rest of the work that was necessary to complete the project and just in time. Unfortunately, he went to bed, passed away and didn't wake back up. But it's almost like he finished he black dotted the last eyes cross the last teas had a couple of more meetings that he went to Got it, you know, it's been you know with a family Thank goodness. I met all the family and all the vaults vast family great great bunch of people He was a great guy Everybody liked him who is known nationally by the Patriot effort, especially in the electronic engineering areas He's gone. The other thing that we're working on right now, the last week here, we were testing against drones, and this thing is a drone strike. There isn't any drone that can get within two miles of this piece of equipment, and it's easily produced. We're already doing a map out for production. We actually have a number in production. And this will allow us to be able to scan out to the horizon constantly, intercept or identify, you know, drone threat, and then we have other technologies for dealing with the drone problem.
