Mark Koernke discussed Texas's declaration of invasion at the southern border and criticized state leaders for not enforcing constitutional provisions to repel illegal immigration, arguing they were merely performing theater by shipping migrants inland rather than turning them back. He extensively critiqued UAW demands for a 32-hour workweek and 40% pay increases, connecting these to historical labor corruption and the decline of American manufacturing productivity. The show featured a Guns and Gadgets segment on a Second Amendment case (Rahimi v. United States) challenging federal domestic violence firearm restrictions, and Koernke expressed support for constitutional challenges to gun control laws. He also discussed Michigan militia activities, armored vehicle projects, and promoted affordable firearms and ammunition for preparedness.
Through the mist with a flintlock in it, his clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three cornered hat and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hope you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number and you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children and people, your leaders send artillery. and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great republic and each god given right. And pray to god, keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each god given right, we only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave the land of the free? Northwest, East, and Southwest. Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com, LibertyTreeRadio.org, and we are on satellite. Want to see hide who all of our merchant marine operators especially the guys on the Great Lakes were kicking down the meter for Great Lakes activity by the way. So the big boats that are going to be beach like whales docked for the season will start to pull in not for a little bit we still got they're gonna run every last dollar they can in shipping. But also again the St. Lawrence Seaway has changes in activity that are very specific because of the rise and you know the rise of the tide not from the outside but flooding and winter cold. So again we'll see when the season wall hits but for you guys out there on the Great Lakes be careful pay attention always head for well fire for sure we don't need to see another Great Lakes freighter on the bottom. If something goes bad, aim for the shore. People over boats. Anyway, we're also in a myriad of other communications technology, both inside and outside these United States. It is. Well, it's Monday, and it's kind of a, it's such a gray day today. Medium temperatures in their 60s here in the bottom of Michigan. But if I were to look out the window and say, oh, if I just buy what it looks like, I would have quit working this morning right from the get-go when I first got up. But, nope, instead I've learned, especially with our delightful rolling Michigan weather, because of all my life's experience, that, nope, just keep the tarps handy and we have a plan. Went through the whole day, got a little bit of a spritz, not even a spooch, kind of like from a sprayer or a little spot, and then done so far. Now it doesn't mean it won't rain while I'm in here during the program, but it has been a gray day, but a bright day. Good enough to get everything accomplished, temperature right in between, so even though you could work it up to sweat, it's not that bad. Still not comfortable, but comfortable enough. Anyway, it is the 25th of September. It is the 15th year of open obvious and pissing in your face. Fabian the socialist and the Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K2023 old earth calendar 2023 battle for the Republic of the dance of swords and first off As you know, you're probably starting to see all these videos bleed out with Tucker Carlson speaking up in Detroit. A bunch of people got over there to say hi, all of the official people. that are working towards moving the regime out were of course over there in congregation. There was more than just a Tucker Carlson speaking event itself. There was a lot more involved with what was going on there. And everybody got a chance to say hi to Tucker Carlson and in the process also pass information on to make sure certain people know where the state is going. So the direct face-to-face quiet contact, you know, Ear whispering that way it's not an elect, you know, it's not in the electronics So everybody got the message everything everything was carried back appropriately and there's a bunch of other things that are happening because of that with the interstate connections to All the way down to Texas by the way, so and a crossover to Montana and also Utah I understand so good good work over the over the two weekends ago Well, we can a quarter now whatever it was But in addition to that, with the border. Now, as you've already heard, or if you haven't heard, in theory, I would say this in theory, the state of Texas is of course declaring a condition of invasion. Gee, they just happened to look at the Constitution of the United States and realize that the states have specific rights. Now, I'm going to tell you why it took so long for this to come about. It has nothing to do with them not knowing about it they did. But the fellow traveler ring knockers that are the fake right, mostly just milder communists, and I don't care which lodge buddy it is, they're pretty much all everybody. All of them have their flavor part of communism they like. They're the taste of taste of death, okay? But they were hoping that somehow there was maybe this was a joke. Maybe they weren't so serious Maybe they were just gonna back off at a certain point. Let's sit on our dead ass and do nothing Let's not really step up to the plate. Oh We finally discovered. Well, look there's a thingy here in the Constitution anything that nobody ever uses that nobody acknowledges in the states to be kicking the ass on the Fed a lot more and a lot of other subjects that are Legitimate for the states tax, but this is one of them This should have been done a year ago, five years ago, ten years ago, twenty years ago, thirty years ago. Which year of invasion do you think would be a good idea to explain that this is an invasion, these state borders have been violated, and the state should step up? Well, here's the problem. They're all ring-knocking, spit-swapping butt buddies. So yeah, we're finally getting around, but, you know, they're kind of thinking sort of maybe, well, they might do something. You know, stop, or I'll shout stop again. And, uh, arguing that you're putting the National Guard down on the border means nothing to me, or for that matter, even any other volunteers they've got, because until you explain to me, what are you doing when you get any illegal alien in your hands? Well, we're really showing them. We're showing whose boss we're putting them in bosses and shipping them to the deepest parts of the United States. Like our lodge buddies wanted us to do without interfering, but our constituents are all pissed because we weren't doing anything. So we send the Walmart door greeters down and then they picked them up. And then we run them over to a processing site and get them out of plane as quick as we can. We show those Californians and those New Yorkers and Chicagoans, we ship the enemy right to where the enemy wanted to go. Boy, we showed them at the border That's exactly what they've been doing. In other words, you're bullshitters. They're all bullshitters. That's it I don't care what up until I see Somebody grab them by the belt by the scruff of the neck and throwing their ass right back over It's all me and it's gonna continue to be me So but it sounds good. Um, it sounds good on the tabloids so to speak even in the in the internet component Because, well, yeah, they just pointed out and cited the Constitution. Did they just discover the Constitution? Is that what happened? Oh, look, I was over here, guys. I never saw this thing before. Nobody read it either, especially the states. Nobody ever read it. They're all lawyers, but nobody had a clue. You don't believe that? They're buying time. While they're still proceeding with the invasion, and literally doing whatever they can. Oh, they get through, they're gonna ask, but we're gonna show them who's boss. We're gonna ship them fast into some other part of the country. So the invasion is complete per the communist Chinese, you know, demand for, you know, de-Americanization of the country. And since the lodge buddies and the Jewish mob all want this, well, they're proceeding. Oh, yay. Oh, yay. Oh, yay. So let's see, I'd love to see some images of the illegals. They run across the fence, they throw them in the bus, they take them down to the port of entry, they back the bus up to the port of entry, they open up the gates that are locked, and they shovel their ass right back over to New Mexico. Now you show me that, and I'll believe it. I'll believe that maybe somebody's a little bit serious. Right now they're just trying to baffle everybody to bullshit while they proceed with the with the plan to again overrun and repopulate with followers rather than people who are Americans. So let's just think that through anyway, that's where that's my attitude with the border Let me know if you've seen something highly dramatic with images that we can see all my god they grabbed him and threw him over the border and and said don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out and Even kicked him in the butt just to make sure hey by the way, don't come back. Well, there'll be zombies There could be sir and you know in they're very short So you have to aim lower if you're going to shoot them in the head because they are much shorter zombies shouldn't we have zombie knives? Yes, I've been hoping for, you know, at least somebody to get make a set up a program here and start yapping about it's interesting that the fool slash the panty ways of England would actually come up with that term zombie knives, but I'm sure that the illegal aliens coming into the country will be using much more than zombie knights. I'm sure the government will be providing them with a lot more. After all, they're giving them your cash, your tax dollars. They're getting free medical while they're putting a gun to your head and telling you, you get to visit, you get to go see a nurse. A nurse's aide while on their side, only the best for the illegal aliens. Oh, there's a bus. So, yeah, like I said, I ain't holding my breath. Now, another thing, real quick here also, yes, I've seen all the discussion about the UAW. By the way, yes, it does affect Michigan, as you know, and many, many other states too. But the one interesting thing, now that it was brought to speed this weekend in conversations that we had sitting around the table, That they're demanding. Okay, the UAW is demanding a 32-hour workweek. Am I right on this? Is that what they said? If that is the case, a 32-hour workweek... I had to wipe the onion off my hand. Yes, they did. They wanted the 40% increase in salaries. They wanted the 32-hour workweek. They wanted extra vacation, I think, five weeks. And there was something about not being permitted to hire part-time workers anymore, which means that that eight hours that each person wasn't working that week, it has to be filled with another full-time person, which seems to me to look like it's going to cause less people to work at the company rather than more, but, well, that's just me. Over. Well, the interesting thing about this is the more vacation time thing. You know, that's the roller coaster as we've talked about. There's a lot of these things that they've done. The 32-hour workweek, well, I guess that is part-time. I think we should remind everybody that 40 hours is full-time. Anything less than 40 hours is part-time. And if you're demanding, you're only going to be working 32 hours a week, but you're going to be considered full time with that. It's contradictory to what is considered to be the basic work ethic of not pretty much everybody across the board in terms of industry. And actually, I think it's under 32 hours a week is considered part time because otherwise, how could you say we want 32 hours a week, but we don't want any part time workers? Well, I think they I think they know exactly what they're doing. I think the man I think that whoever thought this up that's that's my problem is This is contrary to Pretty much all of the standards of the system and the laws of physics and common sense It's just okay, but again, I mean after all everything they're saying everybody would love to work a lot less and get a lot more I'm sure no doubt But what are they bringing to the table in terms of well, wait a minute. What are you doing? What do you do? There's so much of a convolution to factory work that most people don't even have a clue because a lot of people have never worked factory. You have piece work where if a lot of them never did what used to be called the labor surveys to create job efficiency. It wasn't allowed. Chrysler, Ford, and GM guys, you had what was basically a part piece production quota. that was established and they anchored that in by contract years ago. So if you got done with everything in six hours, you got to go outside and play frisbee, sit on the lawn, or do whatever you wanted rather than make more parts. In other words, once you got that quota, they couldn't tell you unless they could ask you, which of course, then they had some convoluted formula for overtime. And it was so insane, it's like, oh, you made money hand over fist. I'm telling you, you really did. And this is stuff that they don't talk about. I remember this one yesterday, the Chrysler plant on Zeeb Road being there and actually I had another job there that was had nothing to do with with production but with you know again knowing the people in engineering there and that wasn't a very big engineering shop. I just knew some of the people there. And I showed up at, you know, later end of the first shift and half the plant, if not three quarters of the plant are outside, sitting on her ass over at the picnic tables. They had some nice picnic tables. The factory was a World War II machine gun plant that had been switched over to automotive parts, et cetera. And what was fascinating about this is when I asked, I said, well, they're done. They're done. They don't really have to do anymore. I said, well, wait a minute. Can't they make more parts? Oh no, once they get to quota, as long as they get that, nobody's fighting it. Management doesn't argue over it. They just let it run the way it does. So they were working six hours a day, but getting paid for eight hours a day. Typically every day. And this was typical for a lot of the Detroit area and most of the Michigan, well probably most production facilities, I don't know about Ohio, I don't know about over across the water with a Canadian counterpart, you know, UAW. Or the equivalent, because I'm pretty sure there's UAW over there too, but you just let me, the microphone, somebody from Canada could jump in and say, no market was another institution. If this was an indicator being the core of the production facilities, which is what Michigan wants for the automotive industry, productivity was in the toilet. But we fostered that so the next generation coming up expects to do even less. And then the next generation coming up expects to do even less. And again, there's no work ethic. And this was, I will say this, that part of this is what created the argument that, well, the NAFTA and GAP thing had to happen. There was no significant fixing or improving of anything here. In fact, just the reverse, though. What few people still have the UAW type jobs and there's some guys that are listening that are we're working at one of the Ford or GM or Chrysler plants right here in Michigan that are no more they sold them out from one off from under the company changed who could work where Shifted the regular people out of those plants and condensed and condensed and condensed the production as NAFTA and get proceeded so this is one of the things where You're talking about, I expect to get paid a lot for doing very little. That's the only way to describe it. And again, was there any insurance that productivity was improved? Now, let me point something out about little factories where we have people who have been working in the little subcontractor factories that are doing, which by the way were sold out company extensions of GM, Ford or Chrysler. It's a big deal if they get 50 or 60 parts done in an evening in a plant that would be expected to do thousands of parts of the shift. The average output for some of these lines for what is a very unfortunate because of robotics. We've talked about this over the last couple of years. But these plants are producing 27 completed parts an evening in like the afternoon shift, maybe a little bit more during the first shift, but they're in just as bad a shape with regard to maintenance and failures on the line. What is interesting is while they may produce the product, it's as bad or worse than communist China in that one whole production run that was done, which by the way was the saving grace is they only did like 60, 70 parts assemblies, is that all were rejects. When they got to final assembly, virtually all of the lot that came out of production for a day, which wasn't very much, was rejected because it wasn't to spec and would not fit on the automobile or was below standard once it was checked and had to be pulled from the line. Which virtually stopped the final assembly line from being able to continue to function because there are only so many subcontractors that were supplying and this one is a critical one for suspension Completely failing to produce the product so with the demand well, I want more well, what are you bringing to the table? What are you producing? Are you doing some phenomenal special work in 32 hours that's so dynamic and so energetic and so impressive and so productive that, well, we don't need to work 40 hours. Or we shouldn't be expected to work a regular 40 hours. Really? It's the Byzantine corruption. It's the very thing that many people have argued is going to continue to drag us down because there are no standards. And the standards that exist when you let the incompetent, the wicked, the fool, the stupid establish standards, this is where you go. So, I don't know. We're gonna have to step away from these people. It's one of the problems that we have is, you know, nobody is, everybody is expecting Well, it's like the average idiot stick that you see out there that they're claiming that they're gonna be a communist. So you can just see they've ever worked a moment in their lives and sure as hell, not anything that might require any extreme labor. And these characters, the only thought in their mind is how they can suck off my life's time or your life's time or all of us so that they can sit on their dead ass and do little or nothing. And the little would be fiddle-fart around another crap that has nothing to do with reality whatsoever. Mark go ahead callers jump in there. So who's asking for this? 40% increase in this 32 hour workweek the workers or the uaw Leadership well see that's my question is if that's what that's one of the problems as you know the leadership typically goes outside the expected parameters of the membership. I mean in other words they step out of bounds and screw it for all of us but there's a purpose, there's method to the mandatory. You're right about where you're going with this. There's an agenda here of this thing. Also, Mark, Michigan is a right to work state now. where you don't have to join the UAW to work at these plants anymore. And we got 500 million new residents in America. And although they're not going to work no 40 hour week, they might work a 32 hour week. But these guys are going to, if these members or workers at these plants, Don't realize that the UAW is trying to get them fired and replaced They're gonna lose their jobs to all these aliens that are here You know with their hands out I yield Well exactly one of the questions is okay, if it's the leadership that's pushing this okay first before they ever came to the membership They all were at the sidebar Country Club meeting with four Jim and Chrysler people and mapping out how they were going to undermine or destroy these people's shops. Let me remind you, I have the crime wine. Remember the, guys, you remember the wine that I picked up here a few years ago? I still have two cases of it. It's called crime wine. You know why it's called crime wine? I call it crime wine. Why do I call it crime wine? Well, dude, here's Well, you see I was going over the recycle bins and I was gonna drop off some stuff and I always scavenge there for containers and boxes and shipping boxes because we have really nice, you know drop-off big bin You know recycle bin things that are no over got good overhead cover of the whole nine yards So I was over there looking in while I'm gonna stuff in a bunch of but actually last leg cardboard That's falling apart. This is from China And I see a wine bottle. And I see it's in a box. It's got a... Wait a minute. It's got the seal on it. So I look and I move a box and there's a whole case of wine. No, no, wait a minute. There's another case of wine. And then there's another one. Oh, look. There's a whole bunch of wine in here. Oh, wining. So anyway, I pull it out. I look at it and I pull it out one out of the box. And it's dated, which means, well, it's actually collectible to a degree, of course, quality of wine varies. And whether or not it's turned to vinegar would be another question, depending on how it's handled. But I grabbed all three cases, and I looked at it. It had the Chrysler symbol on it. It had the UAW symbol on it. And it had another symbol on it. It has, not had. I have these. These are actually, the reason I picked them up is because they had the Chrysler logo on them. What's fascinating about these is that remember guys who have cars, you know, to be able to have a car when you know, stay dated a certain year and you have a bottle of wine that's from the Chrysler and you know, the UAW and the other company was a robotics company. And forgive me, I don't have them right in front of me here right now. You have them. And what's fascinating about these is we looked it up and well, it turns out this was custom ordered wine. And it was given out, hold on, it was given out for a particular meeting. At this meeting, it turned out that all the parties involved were charged with crime because, well, turns out that the robotics company and the automotive industry, Chrysler, were bribing the UAW leadership to acquiesce to particular concessions. Oh, does this sound familiar? And the wine was only handed out to the top individuals at a particular meeting. And lo and behold, that's this one. This is the wine that actually came from those meetings. They got them soused, they got them drunk up, they gave them fire water, they gave them all kinds of other goodies, tires, clothing, toys, big adult toys, things to play with and drive in. and they got caught. Somebody in my area, somebody, is one of those individuals because that's the only way they could have had this wine that they took from the meetings that they were at. Mark, you broke up when you saw where you found this wine. Oh, that's rather interesting. Could you all still hear me? Well, anyway, I found a recycle bin. It disappeared again. Huh? You keep disappearing. Well, that's rather fascinating. Okay, hold on here a second. Yeah, I was gonna say maybe something on urine's going on. Don't move. Don't move. You're going to have to sit. Yeah, you're going to have to. That's not me. I was sitting down when you were... Oh, now you're breaking up. A lot. Weird. Alright, I'm mute. Okay, not a problem. Well anyway, I found it. We found this in a recycle bin. I did. And we looked it up. And it turns out, like I said, that this wine was actually, it was one of the many under the table gifts. But here was what was really bizarre. It was so, it was absolutely benchmarking the event because it had the mark, what they did is they had all of the components the symbols for each of the institutions on the bottle. It was dated and it was checking on the wine itself. It was a complete custom order. So there is no other item like it in existence. And the only people that could have had a case of this stuff or cases, somebody got greedy, is that they were actually one of the backstabbing SOBs that helped to undermine the membership's jobs. Which was the whole purpose behind bringing the robotics in See everybody was against the robotics now in the long haul and I've said this many times it ain't the razor It's the blades. Here's the problem with what's going on with these companies that I've mentioned today They're robotic and it's the machines aren't able to they can't maintain them because they're getting you know longer in in years and usage and Now, they're not worn out, but robotics, okay, there's no difference between human and mechanicals. Oh, they're more durable, they're faster, somewhat more durable, but here's the problem. Any place where a machine articulates, it increases the amount of maintenance required per machine. This is, whoa, mute up if you could. Mute up, for some reason you're not. There we go. Maybe, we'll find out. Okay, are we muted? So one of the things to remember is like when we talk about helicopters versus jet aircraft and then more expensive jet aircraft and then like the F-35 because if you look at what these aircraft can do, once you start integrating what is articulated thrust technology with a jet, dudes you just jacked and doubled, tripled or quadrupled the number of hours for every hour you fly in terms of man hour maintenance. Because constantly things have to be checked. With robotics, every place where something turns, any servo, any gear, whatever, well guys, that's a wear point just like you bending your arm. There is no difference between you bending your arm and turning your wrist at the same time and that mimic, which is a robotic system. Now the software, of course, is not an issue, but the hardware for the electronics is another problem because heat kills electronics. And what happens is you have circuit board glitches, you have that happening, first of all. Not as often, but then mechanical adjustment failures constantly. And nobody wants to stop the plant and do a general rebuild or a refit, which in theory is what was argued when all this equipment was originally designed. So this is the part they didn't want to talk about. Well, we're going to do robotics. Robotics, what happens with a company that owns robotics is the original owners buy into the IT. You got to do maintenance, have to do preventive maintenance on a regular basis, PM. And in addition to that, general replacement in a cyclic form. You know what happens first? Maintenance gets cut back. Preventing maintenance, more importantly. Then general maintenance and meanwhile, well then we can run it without doing that overhaul that they said had to be done after 3500 hours. Well, we'll run it longer than that. It's still running okay. Does it look like it's running Bob? Yep, the arms turning, the wrist is turning, the welders arcing. Yeah, it's still doing, oh my God, what did you just do? What? Well, that doesn't look anything like the part that was supposed to come out of the machine. Well, the elbow was bending, the ankle was turning, the arm welder was welding. Wait a minute, you said ankle. Oh shoot, it was supposed to be the wrist, wasn't it? Oh my God! You see how this works? And by the way, this is true of the nuclear industry. Any problems we had with the nuclear industry fall under the same, same, skate failure that I just described with robotics. It's not that the robotics don't work. It's that the penny pinchers, but more importantly the thieves that come into your company that are trying to figure out how to take the money that was allocated for maintenance and then steal it by sliding it over into another account and making it disappear that way. So the criminality is at all tiers. Another thing about most of these plants, they're not run by Americans anymore. The two little plants that are doing most of this front suspension for American cars right now in Michigan are Italian owned, not American owned. In fact, the Italians came in and if you might recall, came in and took over a big chunk of Chrysler like the two Chrysler motor plants down by Dundee, Michigan. Those were bought by Fiat and they were making what was called the fire engine. Okay, not a fire engine, but the fire engine. Fire re-engine, maybe look at that way, which means maybe it burns up after a while, I don't know. But anyway, the fact is that what did they do? Well, they knew exactly how to, they know how to run a company into the ground, so here's what they did. The US government knows this by the way. They shut one factory line completely down. Why? Because they were going to they then turned around and rather than buy new parts rather than build the machinery back up because their job is not to build up but to destroy American industry. What they did is they used the second production line to cannibalize parts for the first so that they wouldn't have to maintain the other production line and would minimize cost on the second, which would look good on paper but progressively is running the operation into the ground just like the other ones. Instead of doing it right, the characters that always come in end up doing it half-assed. But then again, they don't care about America because they're not from America. And if they run us down, that's good. They consider us an enemy as far as they're concerned, they consider us an enemy and that's a good thing. They can run our butts into the ground and destroy our industrial base. And the government gave them a free ticket to do it. Well, since they're all global as spit swappers and ring knockers, they're more than happy to participate in the destruction of the United States industrial base. Then you work on it from the other end, which is the first subject we're talking about which is the well I don't want to work 40 hours a week. You really don't when you're there. Do you Bob? Well Well, I want to work 32 hours and here's the thing if they work 32 hours a week whatever shaving stuttering or Backtracking that they will do so they don't have to work means that in reality They're probably gonna be looking at 26 to 28 hours at most at most Then expecting full time pay. I don't, like I said, what are you going to go with this? The ship has to slip below the waves and we have to step off this wreck and not let the rats that are doing this anywhere near any position of authority, they need to be gone. That's what's going to have to happen. And so if they do try to climb on your boat, you grab your ore and just smack them in the head or you push them under because you don't want them, they will expect the same free ride and to be the same kind of parasite they are now when they slide over to the, you know, off the wreck to your, in your direction, off to your life raft. So no, that's not gonna happen. That's one of the many things we need to remember about the situation that we're in right now. But anyway, wanted to touch on that with the UAW thing. It was interesting, and again, sounds like maybe negotiating. Well, 32 will be at 38 hours. Come back, we're saying, oh, how about we only let you work 38 hours? Well, only at full time, 38. You know, it could be possible they may be playing that scam. I've been in negotiations where I knew behind the scenes that they just flat out told everybody there, even if you were a negotiating group. that guess what, it's gonna be this way, we're gonna do this, they're gonna say that, we're gonna do this, they're gonna do that. The character who's telling you this has been bought and paid for, already got new tires on his car that they paid for, already dumped money in a slide account in the back, and they're telling you how they're gonna fake out and stretch out the conflict for however long the company or interest demands. on the other side and then eventually just settle for what they already knew they were going to do. That's just where we are. Okay, so I don't see it coming the same way again. Of course, now, not likely everybody will necessarily go along with it. So we'll see what trauma unfolds from the process. Anyway, next. And let's see what we have time-wise here before we're going to be farther. Oh, we got a few minutes. I'll tell you what we're going to do. We're gonna shift here real quick because there is an interesting guns and gadget. It was up about I think it came up about three hours ago, maybe four. When I watched it, it was about an hour old. So Ed, if you could, let's pull up the latest guns and gadgets. And we're going to run that real quick before we get to the top here. And it's interesting because it opens up a whole can of worms. Really isn't a can of worms for me. I understand exactly what they're arguing for. I agree with the idea of fighting this particular fight in the court. But let's hear from Jared and the crew because he said a lot of people pitching in here this last weekend with a bunch of things that they either tried to slide into the table or move sideways and they got blocked. Bad guys got stopped in several different directions. Everybody's doing their part. And that's Guns and Gadgets on YouTube, by the way. Also, I need your help. 6.160 regular shortwave. We were supposed to have been up. We were up on the transmitter on Friday. So we need everybody to break out their shortwave receivers. Your little AMFM shortwave receivers, whatever type you got. Because we are going to be up tonight, this eight o'clock hour, on 6.160 regular shortwave WBCQ, the planet. So if you can take the time break dust off the machine Break it out get it out there and warm it up beforehand And let's see what our survey plot shows with everybody listening in we were On as far as the guy running the transmitter said we were up and running on Friday We'll see if Ed has the guns and gadgets episode up. Make sure I have my volume where it needs to be. There we go Okay. Well Maybe having a problem with that it happens and so I'm sorry dad. What were you asking for? I've got company here, and there's a lot of noise in the background Guns and gadgets the latest episode from there. We could they just come say that it's okay. Sorry, sir We may or may not have enough top hold on here. Let's see we got left here Yeah, we should be all fit it in so for everybody out there and again 6.160 regular shortwave. Guys, we need to have you tune in and give us some feedback. How do we sound? It'll be tonight. Well, for the guys in the gilded, I have posted some links to some interesting things. Information on how to turn your computer into a shortwave radio receiver. Also, a couple of sites that have shortwave radio receivers open to the public to be able to tune in and use. Multiple people can use them. Just go to the website, find one of the frequencies in the area that it's supposed to affect, which we know is South America, North America, that stretch on the East Coast. So you can, if you have the patience, you can go through it all. I haven't gone through it all yet. I just posted the links to it. But that is there in the Guild that you guys can check that out also the technology in order to be able to turn your computer into a shortwave receiver as well as also posted there how to get it couple of YouTube videos on it So just some fun technology that you may not have considered. So Thanks Ed. I appreciate it. Everybody sit down see if you want to take the time and advance your technology a little bit Won't take but a minute Also, on that note, and again, if you're looking for a shortwave receiver, these are just like what they are typically AM-FM shortwave. Look for a free play system. Also, Grundick has quite a few products out there, and there are a lot of used but serviceable. We're not talking ham radio. We're talking shortwave commercial. So for anybody if you don't understand what that means it's just the before there was am as you know it and before there was FM Which of course is the latest? There was shortwave and they overlap none of them have ever left us But you might want to experiment a little bit see what you can do with the what's laying out there right before we'll begin its next term Every hour we got your second at the time of the recording. You get it as long as it's multiples of three, you'll get one of them free. When you use the code five years. Time is running out. BlackoutCoffee.com slash G&G. Thank you for your support. And let's talk about the case that the Supreme Court will hear in this next term. They're going to hear arguments on a major Second Amendment case challenging the constitutionality of a federal ban on the possession of firearms by individuals who are subject to domestic violence restraining orders. Yeah, text, history, and tradition. The dispute now before the justices involves the criminal case of Zachary Rahimi, who is contesting the federal law after Texas placed him under a restraining order after he assaulted his girlfriend and threatened to shoot her. I've done a couple videos on this case as the process has evolved, and I have said for those who are chirping in, I hear you. Not the best... candidate, right? But it's a case that challenges the constitutionality of this law and it's a good challenge. Now, months after he was placed under this restraining order, police searched Rahimi's home in connection with an unrelated investigation and found a rifle and a pistol. So then a federal grand jury indicted Rahimi for possessing a firearm while being under a domestic violence restraining order. and Rahimi began fighting the charge as a violation to his Second Amendment rights. After his argument was rejected, Rahimi proceeded to plead guilty and was sentenced to 73 months in prison. Shortly thereafter, the Supreme Court handed down the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, Inc. vs. Bruin decision. And as we know, Justice Clarence Thomas' majority opinion Change the tests that lower courts had used for decades to decide whether gun regulations complied with the Second Amendment or not. The court ruled 6-3 that firearm regulations must be consistent with our nation's historical tradition on firearm regulation. Then the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals withdrew its ruling on the Rahimi case and went on to strike down the crime he was charged under as unconstitutional, invalidating the same law in the entire circuit, which is Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi, again, based on the Bruin decision. Now the Department of Justice, who said, oh, Lordy, something bad is about to happen. All of our game is up. Our gig is up. Well, they then appealed to the Supreme Court and said, hey guys, gals, we'd like you to take this case up and hopefully rule in the tyrannical government's favor. In its request to the Supreme Court, the Department of Justice stated this, quote, governments have long disarmed individuals who pose a threat to the safety of others, and Section 922 G8 falls comfortably within that tradition. The Fifth Circuit's contrary decision misapplies the court's precedents conflicting with the decisions of other courts of appeals and threatens grave harms for victims of domestic violence. Now when I've done these other two videos saying that this law is unconstitutional and should be struck down, I got some pushback on people about, hey Jared, you're just like I just said, you know, victims of domestic violence, you're okay with them. being hurt and like I you know I did this for I've done this for a long time and I was in that field where you know people do bad things and I'll say this a piece of paper doesn't save anybody so if you're so focused on the fact that people under domestic violence restraining orders if this if the court rules correctly told the Constitution that they'll no longer be scripted or second amendment rights just because they have a piece of paper attached to them. I say that you're focusing on the wrong thing. A piece of paper has never saved anybody's life. But guns do. Defend yourself. Take classes. Train yourself up. Become a surgeon with your tool. That's what helps. Now Rahimi had asked the Supreme Court to stay out of the case. His attorney argued that it was too early for the justices to get involved, and he noted that his case was one of the first federal appeals court rulings to apply the Bruin decision. And in their statement, Rahini's attorney wrote this, quote, As the court surely anticipated, lower courts are now hard at work applying the new historical framework and reevaluating firearm restrictions that were previously upheld under the intermediate scrutiny and deference to legislation judgment. Many important cases have been argued and await decisions. So, what Rahimi's attorney is saying, it's too early for the Supreme Court because everybody's still figuring out how to apply a Bruin and strip gun control. So we'll see. So one thing I've noticed is now all of the gun control groups are eagerly anticipating the Supreme Court curtailing the Bruin decision here in this Rahini case and give a more narrowly tailored guidance on how gun control legislation is judged going forward. Now, the gun grabbers are so scared that their entire reason for living is going to be wiped away and shoved down the drain via the Bruin decision. And it's honestly, it's been really fun watching. But there are those on the side of the Constitution, like myself, who hope the High Court will again carve out a large chunk of unconstitutional anti-Second Amendment legislation. Now, what will the Supreme Court do? I will let you know, subscribe to the channel, turn the bell notification on, I did all notifications so you are notified when I go live or put out new content. And I will see you on the next one guys and gals. It's truly a pleasure bringing you this news and I hope that you take this news and you share it as well. Like the video, share the video, stop talking to folks and let them know what's really going on. Because the Bruin decision, the Heller decision, the McDonald decision were fantastic decisions. And we're seeing a cosmic shift. It's not going as fast as everybody wants it to, because that's not how the courts work. But we're seeing a seismic shift back to the Constitution and all of the gun controllers at every level of government, at every level of the private sector, at every level of the money sector. They're all scared and that's a good thing. Let me know what you think down below and like I said earlier I'll see you on the next one be safe stay vigilant carry a gun to keep you your friends your family your community safe That's what it's for Doesn't matter what anybody's feelings Say that's what it's for. See you the next one. Take care the top of the hour here I agree with what he's saying. I understand completely the premise is to remember that If there was any kind of equity to the process and you had any kind of thinking people in the process, then people would deal with a lot of the poor fools that are doing the, oh, well, what about the fill in the blank? Here's how it works, the rats that make up the system. will always abuse any element of anything that you allow and therefore the government that governs best governs least by giving them no authority at all. Wherever possible stripping them of any perceived authority that in their small brains they thought they had. and this needs to be the priority. Now again, is it really gonna work for us? Well, I don't think they're really paying attention. They're gonna do everything they can to just continue to violate anyway, but whenever these characters have been given any kind of access to any kind of authority slash power, the perversions have been so great that it is demonstrated that they simply cannot be trusted, period. That always, given the opportunity, the ring knockers, the powers that be, the policing agencies will do wrong, and at the very least will lie constantly. Lie inevitably. It is not a maybe kind of sort of, it's to what degree will they lie? And therein is the other problem. So what we need to do is be prepared to deal with and you know again put down whatever it is that develops out of this where they try to kick their way out of The cage that they're putting the regime they're putting the mechanism in it doesn't like this the monsters have had free wheel to do whatever they want, kick in doors, murder people in their homes, stomp kittens, take your pick. And while we say that, I'm not joking about that. We've watched a long train of wicked, evil abuses by bottom-feeding parasites who have no business being near any level of authority whatsoever. But they're the kind of people they like to hire. Just remember that also. You didn't get them by, they didn't get there by accident. Okay, that should be the most important thing to remember Anyway, we are us. Forgive me here. I still cannot get this one piece of technology. Yep We're past the hour. We need to be going to break. I knew we were close very close as a matter of fact, so Everybody out there guys next are coming up got republic on the march post a bit of down hard, but a rumor of their destruction returned to where they came from. Fight starts One thing that everybody needs to remember is that one diversity did a nice beat. So I had to go to work on the radio. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper, so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm, so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. And keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children? to live in fear and be a slave. O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right we only watching tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Dill the land of the afternoon ladies and gentlemen this is the an hour of the afternoon intelligence report I'm our car key a closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories west, south, southeast, and north. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on www.libertystreeradio.4mg.com. Liberty Tree Radio dot o-r-g. and we're unsettling. Let's see, hide all our merchant marine operators out there, no matter what body of water you're on. We're also in a myriad of other communications technologies. A plethora, a cornucopia of communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States. It's Monday. I've been Monday all day. It's the 25th of... September, it is the 15th year of open and in your face Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist occupation of America with a K2023 old earth calendar 2023 battle for the Republic the dance of swords for everybody out there Oh, you know, amazing enough. Somebody just passed something on to me just as we had this short little break. Oh, interesting. Anyway, oh, well, we've got to do this too. Good work. This last weekend, I saw some of the mechanicals that were finished. We're working on a number of armored truck patterns. They're standard. One is using the F-150 Fords. The older ones from the middle and late 80s. There's a pile of them around here for some reason. It's an odd window. And I donated. I've got the purple flirp, the purple truck. It's going to the inventory, although I don't know that they're going to be able to use anything other than mechanical parts, because it's got a Michigan body. Ooh, that means it looks like somebody, the aliens spit on it with their blood from aliens, acid for blood, man. If you ever see a Michigan truck after 20, 30 years on these roads, unless you wash it every day and keep it in the garage every day and every night and don't run it through the winter. But in this case it's sad because this particular truck that I've got is beautiful. If somebody has a Ford truck that has a good body but the interior is just garbage, this is just reverse. It's a beautiful custom ordered interior. I'm the third owner on the truck. I bought it from a friend in town here in Dexter and it came from his dad. And so it was really well taken care of. Still, again, the problem is time, you know, entropy, but it was salt. But the mechanicals are fantastic engines, low mileage. So we're probably going to shift that over to this particular project and use what we can use because it's seen its day. And again, I've already got my use out of it. I got my money's worth out of it with what I paid for it, which was very little. And it wasn't, it's just, it's continued to rust. You can't stop it. But anyway, the White Rabbits, the Dark Angels, and the Black Crows, these are three of the mech units that are out there right now that are building up what is a light mechanical slash armored truck fleet. And the other thing that we're doing is a special set of system trailers to go along. So everything's coming together. I got a chance to see some of what it is that was done and even where some of the Kevlar I sent out by the trunk. I have trunks of Kevlar, as you know, stored at different sites around the state here. So for hanger plates or door panels for reinforcing it, I donated about 15 or 20 of the trunks of Kevlar, its panels. many, many, many shapes and sizes of panels and I puzzled every footlocker solid with Kevlar. In fact, if you had to hide behind anything, you'd flip the thing upside, you know, on its side and nothing would get through. I don't think half inch, I don't think 50 cal would get through because it's a solid layer upon layer upon layer upon layer upon layer of modern Kevlar. Just kind of cool. Of course, I wouldn't want to stand too long behind it because nothing is bulletproof. It's just bullet resistant. Okay, so anyway for our guys there for the white rabbits the dark angels and the black crows and I want to say thank you I appreciate you guys sending me your unit patches too. I did not have these before and each one is unique artwork done by one of the girls here. I mentioned her earlier Jenny She has she's got a fantastic eye And she, of course, we have two embroiders. One is in the middle of the state that are doing unit patches. We're making sure we're using non-reflective, non-IR materials for the patches. And also, with some, we don't need to worry about that because we also have the unit crests, which is basically what I have here. So thank you and we appreciate it. Guys, keep up the good work there. I'll say that from this last weekend. Also, one more time, they still have as far as I know, and if you're looking for a 9mm pistol, we bought out the Walthers until you couldn't, the Walther Creed's, until they just weren't available anymore because they used to be under $200. The Terra TP9 pistol is $185 over at CenterFireSystems.com. Now, it's funny, if you go over to the other companies and look, as we pointed out last week, They're $300 a piece, but they sold out. 320, 340, right around there. And after the ones for a 320, the ones for a 340 obviously sold out too or whatever. But for $185 for a nine millimeter 17 shot pistol, it's a Glock SIG knockoff. It's got features that make it look kind of like it's from both families. These particular pistols, again, are brand new in the box. You get two mags. I will repeat again every time I mention these, buy the magazines now. The spare mags at CenterFireSystems.com, you go to CenterFireSystems.com, CenterFireSystems.com, you search for the TARA, T-A-R-A, space, T-P-9, and when you go to that, it'll also, if you scroll down a little bit, it'll show you that the magazines are available. and they're $22 a piece, I went up, buy a penny, a few pennies. So buy more mags first, even if you don't have any ammo for the gun, 9 millimeters everywhere. So buy the mags. And I can't emphasize if you have any spare dollars left over, buy more mags for that gun. If you're gonna pick it up, you want at least six mags for each pistol that you have, or six to eight speed loaders for every revolver that you have, at least. preferably more. I have piles of Tokarev mags, hundreds and hundreds of Tokarev mags for the Tokarev's I've got tucked away in places all over the map that are, you know, stacked in groups of ten. We bought them back when they were incredibly cheap and the magazines were 25 cents apiece and then they went to 31 cents and some goofy price like that. They were so stupid cheap couldn't pass them up. In fact I bought 500-count Macarove cases. Why? Because back in the day the Macarove mags were 25 cents a piece. 50 cents if you only bought a few. But 25 cents if you bought a whole case of 500. So guess what? Even if I didn't have any Macaroves, I would have... Why? Well, go price a Macarove mag right now. I can get back the price on the whole case by selling a handful of mags. But then could I get any more for 25 cents? No. So I'm not coming off the magazines. We'll need them for what's coming. And we need them for the pistols we have. So buy more mags, buy more mags, and then buy more mags. If you're going to buy the gun, it is a great personal firearm, first of all, as far as I'm concerned, but also it's a great cash weapon because it's under a couple hundred dollars, so you won't cry about burying it or putting it in a cash, in a separate location somewhere else where it's secure, clean, dry, and lubricated so it's not going to get messed up. And don't forget, throw in some death a can. For one of our friends listening, he's now on the east coast. We just used the last of the 50 or 60 pounds. I didn't weigh it, but I know it had to be over 50 pounds of disacant packs that he dropped off here before he went east. And all of them are now used. The ones that were sealed that have been dried or redried, those are all used up. We reprocessed everything. And I want to say thank you, because they've been priceless for the amount of material that we have been putting away and storing. Having that as an additional or supplemental safety feature is a very good thing. So I'm going to say thank you. Next, oh, do we have a caller? Ooh, did I hear a voice? Want to leave anybody out? I know how that happens. People are on the move and on the run. Okay, very good. Thank you, everybody. Enough time. It is 6 18. And another thing here real quick, as was pointed out last week, over at Coleman's dot com they have the check uh... satchel slash pack radios that are again uh... these have been available on and off for the last well probably what ten years and this particular batches over at Coleman's dot com they want eighty nine dollars a radio go take a look at these They work, they are virtually self-packaged, you know, again, and self-contained with everything that you basically need to operate the unit. There are people rebuilding the batteries. They do come with a number of different antenna combinations. And by the way, there are different eras when these were packed, so there are different combinations in the box. But they are a kit per the standard for the time when they were put together. Always remember that. So every once in a while you're going to open one up or you get it from other stores. It's going, this is different from my other one. It's got, you know, fill in the blank or it's missing this, but it has this. It's not that anybody necessarily excluded anything It's that if you pay attention look at how the boxes are configured you can see that they are Different in the way that they allow for the you know whip antenna how to store the cables how to store the connectors and the batteries etc in the carrying case It's just things change. It's that simple. It's not that one's right mine's right yours is wrong Yours is yours is wrong mine is right. No don't doesn't work that way It's military. Militaries change stuff. They change up not necessarily because the troops want it, but because somebody chinses out or somebody paid somebody off to get something else put in a kit. So when that happens, there are differences. Expect them. Do not be surprised by that. In fact, be ready to roll with the punch, especially when it comes to, I expected that to be there. This is why we also remind everybody, make up supplement kits. that you can use with COMMO or your medical support or whatever because there are things that you would assume that should come with a particular product or a particular item. And while it's very, very common and you could collect it, which we always do anyway, in some cases it's not included because of a change in policy. I know it's a dull item, but it's like, no, this is very important because that one critical component you need makes or breaks the reliability or the usefulness of the piece of equipment. So, prior proper planning prevents piss-poor performance. Always remember, spare cables, spare cordage, spare power plugs, spare power lines. I just finished doing a kitty litter bucket with nothing but repair spares. for radio cam for radio systems actually for CB radio and then include a handful of microphones, etc. Go ahead. For one of the nails, the shoe was lost. The one of the shoe, the horse was lost. The one of the horse, the rider was lost. The one of the rider, the battle was lost. Yep. Because of the battle, now the whole war was lost. So get your nails on your shoes, man. Take a hammer to your feet. And that is an old but accurate, again, poem that is, you know, it's apropos. It's a correct no matter what era you stand in. Everybody thinks that they're not important, but one little pebble moves around. It's just like victory over your enemy, guys. It's not what you think. It's not gonna be this nice, neat, tight little two-hour episode or, you know, package. And at a given point, especially when fighting on the ground is the same way, where you're not sure, you're not sure, and then all of a sudden there's a tipping point. And there's no way that anybody can truly predict this. The argument is that one man moves incorrectly or falls back, or somebody observes that, and it becomes, as the old saying goes, contagious. Either A, to act and move forward, or perhaps to not act and fall back. And so it's all the rest of each of us having you know to gird ourselves accordingly to be able to prevent a failure from taking place by first and foremost taking care of what it is that keeps you in the field maintaining your own ability to wage conflict, a way to be able to fight. If this man should fall, who will carry on in his place? I will. This is something too again, this last week I don't know, it's rather bizarre. I get pissed at certain, there's not that much I get pissed over, but there are things. And one of them is people who go down the shopping list of how terrible, bad, bad, terrible, horrible the bad guys are. But without a solution, rather just simply demonstrating the laundry list and doing nothing else other than supporting the enemy. by again undermining the viewpoints of the people who have to step up to the line. And again, we have to do this together. I mean, it doesn't mean, I've already decided, I don't care if I'm on my own. Oh well, that's just the way the world's gonna work, because there are certain things we're just not ever gonna go along with again. And because of that, we know we're gonna have to fight. It's not an if, it's just a win. and how well we fight is determined by how focused we become, but also if we have done our part, and ever since everybody should understand their mutual liberty interests in what it is we're fighting for, then everyone will step up accordingly. Not even everyone, when I say that, when I say everyone, I mean the people who have the intestinal fortitude to understand the need and the purpose for what we're doing. In other words, we will fight. Don't think that everybody will there's a lot I've already warned you about this. I think Tolkien that's why I always say read I Know this is horrible more if you're giving us reading assignments, but then it's like let's fantasy. No, actually it's fiction But go read the Lord of the Rings don't watch the movies if you've watched the movies you go well, I know I said then applied anything no ignore that first of all Understand, Hollywood only wants a production so that they can undermine the intent of the author when it's especially a classic work. They do everything to flip it upside down. That's what the Jewish mob does that runs Hollywood, okay? So I want you to go read The Lord of the Rings. It's a good, entertaining read to begin with, but by the way, there's also an appendices and there's glossaries and there's, oh, there's a whole epic side history that is tied into everything. You need to read it. The author, J.R.R. Tolkien, did a very fine job of painting a picture and expressing what everybody thinks is a fiction, but in reality was his life's experience. The author took his life's experience and applied it to the storyline. And I know that many times people have tried to reinterpret what it is that he meant or why he did what he did. Of course his kids tried to also, but looking at what he wrote, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that he was trying to explain his feelings about what it is that he'd experienced in his life cycle. And especially, he did, I think, a great job of expressing the battlefield, you know, again, the perspective of what is literally the medieval or the ancient, packing and shopping rules of what is very bloody and barbaric warfare. Well, I guess just warfare. Barbaric's not really appropriate. It's just the nature of the beast and what it is. Everybody goes, well he was at World War I. Yeah, if you say that and say, oh he was just in World War I, you better do a little research. How many people died the first day of the Psalm? Just one battle, guys. Go read. Here's not. Give me another history assignment. How many men died in the first day of the Battle of the Psalm? And understand that was the first Psalm. Oh God. Oh yeah, it was worse. It got really bad. So the author lived modern warfare with medieval close quarter combat, so to speak, combined, you know, put together. That's how I see it. Looking at World War I, you know, again, it was national hacking and chopping brawl rules and everything, everything's fair. Everything. Go ahead, color, jump in there. Uh oh. I think we had Tom. Go in there, Tom. Yeah, hold on I had it on you. I forgot I didn't get on me. There we go. We got you. All right. Yeah, that's cool. So um, I got an article. It says, uh, this isn't from MI live Jackson trooper hung off-sided moving vehicle at the traffic stop Confidentation police say updated September 25, 2023, 11.02 a.m. published September 24, 2020, 8.30 p.m. Summit Township, Michigan. State police are asking to help collecting visual evidence relating to a traffic stop that led to a state trooper hospitalization Sunday September 24th a trooper at around 9 a.m. Pulled over a maroon Chrysler 300 for a traffic stop and summit down to about five miles southwest of Jackson State Police reported on the social media site ex-firmary known as Twitter an altercation occurred and the suspect was able to And he get back in his vehicle while the trooper was attempting to take the man in the custody pole opposed stated The driver then took off at a high rate of speed, but the trooper hanging out the driver side window for nearly one mile before the law enforcer broke loose from the moving crisis state police reporter. The trooper was hospitalized for minor injuries. The search for the driver remains ongoing. One hitch in the search, the trooper's body camera fell off during the confrontation removing potentially key evidence from the investigation state police reporter. State police and the ex-post asked residents to bring. Oh, I got I got moving down Pretty I got a picture you go ahead. Good. All right guys do it is I don't know either extended a little bit more but yeah, it's come on Yeah, it was a I'm good I got The dress let's see state police and the expo residents in the neighbo rain camera before you' to the instance of poste your property and the a equipment such as body war have been thrown out of th suspect the explosive. The in the area of Cooper pop to push through Cooper High and Elm Street and then it gives the number. It is with information and can contact the state police. Jackson posted and gives the number. But anyways, it's in my life, Jackson, to put hung outside of moving vehicle at the traffic stop. Confrontation police say updated September 25th, 2023, 1102 a.m. Publish September 24th 2023 8th 8 p.m. Again, that's in my life Jackson Cooper hung off sight of moving vehicle at the traffic stop can't be documentation Please say update September 25th 2023 11 or 2 a.m. Publish September 24th 2023 a.m Well, somehow I can picture his poor little legs might have been able to keep up for a minute And then he had to make a decision to either be dragged And of course, you know, that would have been pretty. So I assume he probably with whatever paw he had stuck in the window or in the door, probably the window, it sounds like he was reaching into the window and was able to lift himself up for, oh, about a mile. But at some point, at some point, something gave. Either that or the guy in the car finally hit the down on the rider's window and, ah! There we go. Could have been a driver's though too. Didn't say he did it. But he lost his camera too. Well yeah, but that's because he's flailing around and bouncing on the side of the vehicle. Yeah, so he thought he was going to be cool and he reached his arm in because he was going to continue fiddling with the person. I think it's rather strange that they don't already have somebody picked up because A, I would assume that they probably were running the plate on the car. Mean I would assume but you know crazy me it could be you know totally goofy there There's a camera in the car that should have caught the plate certainly caught the model Now the only question is going vehicle to dad or right? They don't know who it is. Hey He obviously had time to do the traffic stop to get up there Person either didn't give them ID or whatever but body camera not There should, every time their lights are flashing, they're hooked up to dispatch and dispatch is supposed to be recording, so there should at least be an audio record. Well, the other part about this is that apparently he was deciding he was going to arrest the guy or girl or whatever. So he was going to make, you know, he was going to make an arrest and apparently the person decided that they didn't want the state police to play with them to have fun with their person. And so whatever conflict ensued, which is probably kind of embarrassing to begin with, he got stuck sticking his hand into the car, and I would assume it was that the window was down, probably because of the traffic stop. You know, hi, but is there a problem, officer? Yeah, I got an attitude this day. I haven't had my donuts and coffee, and I needed to harass someone. So you look like you'd be... I do not wish to contract with you today. Oh, that doesn't make any difference. I'm donut starved and my caffeine level is down. So I need an adrenaline rush by messing with you right now. Because it's part of my narcissistic ways. But it's interesting that they can't give, okay at the very least they know who the car should have been if the plate is legitimate, if the plate isn't stolen. It would have direct information on the original owner. So the probability is that it either was borrowed wrong or stolen. and they don't really know who the person was that was in the car. And even the ID may not have been real. On the other hand, once you do this, you might as well unask the AO and head the hell out of town because somebody's looking for you. It's just that simple. You all know that, right? So. But I would it would be fascinating anything if you catch the camera the conversation and probably kind of embarrassing there too because I'm sure stop the car stop the car You know you're under a stop the car stop the car stop the car stop the car stop the car stop the car Oh God Oh God stop the car and then the camera falls away Or he threw the camera away because he realized maybe or maybe he made it disappear. This is too embarrassing I don't really want people to see what I said Oh God screeching and screaming off the state police officers or he was kind of had one foot stuck in the side of the Chrysler and his arm was stuck in the window and and he was using the other foot like a pogo stick and every once in a while he pushed himself back up because he started to lose his grip and so that's why he had minor injuries the leg that was down to the ground side is the one that kept kind of pushing him back up and probably wearing down the shoes and maybe even scuffed him off who knows. I've seen so many variations on this in real life, so it's just fascinating. And 9 o'clock in the morning, not the most common time to run into a crisis situation, 9 a.m. It's why everybody would be, especially on the casual, and like, hi, how you doing? Yeah, you got a traffic thingy or yeah, I got flagged that came up. Well, you're just gonna come with me. Where are you going? Hey get it? Wait, why get back in the car? No, well, well, well, hold on here. Hold on. First the logic is the assertion mode where the cop is still thinking I'm in charge and what can't be related to is that the other person is in flight mode thinking oh my god. Oh my god. Oh, I gotta get out of here. Oh my god. Oh my god. They're gonna kill me. He's gonna kill me And so once the cop is attached to the side of the car, the only thought on the part of the driver is to continue because there's no saving this situation. Nothing you're going to do to save yourself now. You might have to wait until he falls off and then keep right on going and don't look back, which it sounds like is exactly what happened. And so step by step it escalated until somebody was clinging to the side of the car and the other person had full control of the accelerator pedal. And then the adventure continued. Oh my goodness. Anything else, Tom? You may have found a follow up while we were talking there. Okay, very good. No, nothing else. I was just checking. There you go. I didn't find anything yet. Well, again, what's fascinating is the state police have, well, a couple of things I did want to touch on that we are, maybe I have to, I have to wait because somebody is working on a particular mission right now. But there are some interesting things that we wanted to put it on the table, but I might even wait we'll see if Dave stone Who is the head of the Republican Party of Hillsdale County? Might be able to sit down give us a few updates. It's Monday. We might have to wait till Tuesday But there are some interesting things afoot as we've already said here in Michigan the Michigan State Police has a Bit of a problem right now with a division inside that is as significant as it was back in the 90s. And so it's interesting, on the one hand you got the globalist ring knockers, they're pro-UN, there's a pile of them, and they're all conditioned, they drank the Kool-Aid from the State Police Academy, and then there's a bunch that are still using their brains and actually are thinking human beings. And this is the conflict within that brought us the investigation or the forced investigation, no matter what management tried to do to conceal it, with regard to the Muskegon voter fraud situation and the assassin squad that was there because they had silenced or quieted rifles and silenced slash quieted pistols. I don't know why paper pushing voter fraud people would need silenced firearms. Because after all, they're peace, love, dope leftists that were doing that. Oh, they're not so peaceful and there's not a whole lot of love in them. And they're actually pretty wicked. SOBs need to be put down, you know, extreme prejudice. So anyway, the state police are in a quandary too and the division is quite a patchwork. Now another thing, this last weekend while we were having all kinds of other things going on in the state, we had another state sheriffs association meeting with regard to dealing with the governor's office. But this has to do also with the second amendment violations that the Governor's office and the Democrats have been pushing and some of the stuff that they did already push through, which by the way, as you'll recall, the sheriffs have already stated they will not enforce. And this is the majority of the sheriffs now that are on the same page. There's a few cesspool points where you have the usual commies, you know, they're bought and paid for horrors. That's expected. The leftist cesspool metropolitan areas. But it's interesting that even in those counties, as we've said, where they have particular choke points under control, the rest of the townships in those counties are ours. Pro Second Amendment, pro, you know, saying, quote unquote, everybody we're calling, remember they're calling it Sanctuary Second Amendment now, they're calling them resolutions and resolves, which is cool. So those have been reinforced since Livingston County did what it did. And making all of the verbiage that much more aggressive. We have a caller. Who do we have to up in there, please? Yeah, Mark. David and the thumb here. So you said we are you in those meetings? Oh sure. Well, I've been to a couple of the meetings, the political meetings, only one here recently, which was during the week, which had people that were the County or township representatives that are working with the sheriff's department I've been tempted but I learned a long time ago like I said When we finally see them shooting them, I'll believe them. You know what I mean? Yeah, if I see them I see them shooting the other bad guys in uniform then I'll believe them and again, this doesn't mean they aren't thinking about it, but Up until that point, separate operational security were all on the same page. The meetings that we've been to, for instance, one that was up in Midland here just a couple weeks ago, had to lay down basically the people from the county that were working at representing the sheriff's office and also one of the townships. But the other townships are represented by... regular township board members or whatever from the What do they call it? There's there's another coalition up there, but it's basically we have several coalitions around the state You know how it is the thumb is the same thing going on It's kind of like back when pill check was in charge of the Wolverines the thumb area Was a freestanding mechanism and it really is right now So you guys have you know different operational groups Midland the Saginaw Bay City Midland area is actually pretty much ours with the exception again of key points, choke points that they've always focused money on. But all the rest of the outlying areas are tired of what they, you know, and pissed because of all things that the centrists have done. So we have a pretty good latch even on the major metropolitan areas as far as keeping them contained when the time comes. And that's the biggest issue. Go ahead. Well, since we're on the, The topic of sheriff did you see I sent you and add Some James traffic ant stuff Yesterday, did you have to see that? No, I haven't if it was sent by email. I haven't gone through the emails today I just outside non-stop from when we first got up Well, well probably tonight It might be in your spam because it comes from my phone number email. So there won't be a subject line, but it's a group text to email. And they're making a movie about traffic chant, and this is a trailer for that movie. And it is pretty awesome. And then there's actually two links on that. The first one it's YouTube and it's the the movie trailer But then if you scroll down and you're you know on the the YouTube the next one that comes up on my feet and a lot of others it's been a Compilation of like a best of hits and misses of traffic ant on the congressional floor And that's nearly a couple minutes long. They're really good. You know one or two from Jim Well, what's interesting about Jim trafficant is guys let's jog everybody's memory He was talking about the child trafficking on the house floor When everybody else was was told turn a blind eye or else He actually brought up in, you know, when you have the, Ron Paul, same thing that Ron Paul used to do. He would make a point of entering into the record. At the end of an open session, you have a period which goes really all through the night almost for some individuals. But you can enter, and it goes into the official record where it is part of the register, part of the congressional record and part of the federal register. And years ago, Mr. Travkant pointed out some of the other wicked stuff. Now, of course, he was tied in with and knew quite well Ted Gunderson, Jack McLamb, many of the other people who were tied into the group that McLamb had put together for criminal investigations and they were doing, they did a phenomenal job. At the time, no one was doing the work that they were doing. And in the 90s, when we were going after the child traffickers that you're now hearing so much about, and it was all of us, everybody in the Patriot Movement provided resources, manpower, research, you know, local research, depending on what needed to be done about, you know, areas of operation. And Mr. Trafficant was right in the middle of all of that. So he was, that's one of the many reasons that they attacked him the way that they did. It's just in fact it let's put it this way. He's he he's we might even you know what oh we could quite a phrase He was baby, baby Trump like you know, babe, you know, baby Doc baby Doc Papa Doc down in member in Haiti He was like mini Trump. He was pre Trump Everything you see him doing with him attacking Trump is what they did with traffic can guys In fact, I think we probably should emphasize that. Thank you for bringing him up. I don't know if you remember, but on March 17, 1993, He read into the Congressional record the fact that there were trustees on the largest bankruptcy in world history, the U.S. government, and he broke down the entire bankruptcy, all the codes and statutes, and that we used to own a radio title to our land with no taxes. And I mean, he broke it down. It's an 11-minute speech. I don't know what a gal in Ohio, she was on a call I shared that with. It wasn't actually, it was his speech, but somebody else read it, you know, a guy with a YouTube channel. That's in that link. But she said you might be able to find his original speech on C-SPAN still. So I don't know if anybody's looked for that yet in the groups that I'm in. But, you know, that second link is his speech. But the YouTuber, he read it because he said they keep scrubbing it and you can't find it on, you know, on the net. But I guess he never looked on C-SPAN. So anyway, yeah, it's pretty powerful stuff. Everybody needs to revisit that because and share it with as many people as you can because it's it's coming to fruition right now. Everything he talked about, as you said, the trafficking and yeah, he was he was a badass and he was a Democrat. Well, you know, I met him a few I met him a few times before. They sent him off to incarceration. Totally illegitimate. And I met him several times afterwards too. And we set up to the wee hours of the morning having a lot of discussions that basically, just like you said, it's a future history past. In other words, here's what's coming, this is what they're gonna do, and this is why they attack, the reason that they attack him, it's the same thing you see going on with Trump. Doesn't mean you're not you like Trump. Doesn't mean you're not you like trafficant. The fact is that what he spoke about and where he documented and put on record information that the peasant was not supposed to see. You're not supposed to, the idea is to deflect you from any common sense acquisition of knowledge And you know, looking at the real work, how things function, how things turn. And that's the part that they want everybody to stay dumb. You know, that way it says, oh, it's a pendulum thing. Oh, it's a very shallow market, so to speak, a very shallow solution. Or looking at the problem with a very shallow perspective. One-dimensional not even two or three dimensional the idea is whatever they whatever they engineer to you know move your mind towards You have to be corralled within the parameters that they have created so that you stay socialist no matter what you're stuck in the socialist channel and That's not where we're headed that well. It's where we that's what we're leaving and so we have to get out of So when we got him up on Wikipedia And they actually have an incredible write-up on him. They said that he's the only person in history to represent himself in a Rico case and win. Yeah, but they had a really good right up on him. I was blown away when the guy said he got it out of Wikipedia. But you guys need to look him up. You know, he's gone, but hopefully not forgotten. We need 535 of him. And maybe we can turn that ship around, but unfortunately we don't and we can't comply or hold our way out of tyranny. I yield. You know real quick remember he had he had bad he had the I won't say that Trump has bad hair But he had he was notorious for the hair for anybody who does maybe I'm joking memory Comes up in the in the video. You know he says he does he did his hair with a weed whacker and Any anywhere skinny ties And, you know, right in the clip scene, I don't know who he was talking to, but he said, I'll personally kick your ass! It's great. Mr. Speaker, beam me up! He was quite a character, boy. I miss that guy. Hey, Mark. Now, go ahead, caller. Jump in there, please. Mark, you can't compare a traffic on to Trump. Yeah, I know. I know. I understand what you're saying there. No, traffic can't, the fact is that the way they went after him and for what it is that he offered in the way of solid information and he was a regular guy. Traffic can't, in fact, guys, if you sat down with him, you'd stay, you'd be, you'd be, you'd be, you'd be kept interested for the whole night. We sat up till five, six o'clock in the morning. just going over the things that we knew and, again, getting a cross reference. I don't know everything. There's always something new to learn. And when you have somebody who's their first person on a battlefield that typically none of us ever really get, we get to see from an outside window. But just you know be able to get the information from the inside about how the corruption you know to what level what degree Who to look for it? You know it verifies what you have evaluated You know to come up with but you've got a person who's sitting there battle axes and broadswords in the cesspool of Washington and will tell you oh Trust me. It's it's even worse So yeah, and again, that's why they when he was done if you guys recall he kind of got back to farming, you know, it's like well, I'm taking care of my own property and He was a work and he he worked all of his life to one degree or another you know many many different subjects and of course became a politician like he said a politician for a bit and There's something to think about there. So he wasn't the politician Mark. He was a congressman and he worked for the people. Yeah, the term would be statesman. He was a statesman. Yeah. He was a sheriff and he beat the corruption in Youngstown, Ohio. And then the people encouraged him to run for Congress. So he didn't do it on his own accord. He did it for the people. And he had the balls to do what he did in Congress. You know, he stood up to them some bitches every day. Excuse my language, but... Oh, no, I would never... I understand using sarcastic humor, you know that. My problem with dealing with that today is if I were in any of these hearings, I'd just call you out a bare-faced liar. You know we have to be you don't take a courtroom with it. No, I'm looking right at you right now. You don't answer my questions You're a bare-faced liar You're a participant in an action to destroy the this country and by God you should be charged with treason And you should be carried out and you should be dealt with and that's why he would Yeah, if I could I have your ass arrested here right now if I was if I was sitting the chairman's chair You wouldn't be leaving this room right? That's how everybody needs to treat these SOBs. It's the only way because they're, and in reality, it's the, they have the power. Let me point it, let's integrate something here. The Constitution has been around for how many hundreds of years, guys, right? The state's been invaded for how many years now? How many decades have we been dealing with illegal aliens coming across the border in massive numbers? It's not a few years, it's decades now, right? Two hundred and forty years. But it took, well, no, but I'm just saying, we'll just go the latest cycle. Remember Eisenhower rounded a whole pile of people up and unasked their AO, unasked them from our AO and moved them back over the border in one big sweep. Well, in fact now, of course, Trump is talking about it'll be the biggest deportation in history, maybe, because it was pretty big back in the 50s. But in between, progressively year by year, the invasion continued and just now the governor of Texas finally figured out that there's a clause in there in which now they're arguing that the supremacy of the states with regard to the ability to declare an invasion existed. You're telling me that they didn't know this up until now? Yeah, right. You see that that's my problem that deal with with these creatures is You know, they're they're everybody it's everybody knows. Oh these go slowly. No, that's the problem first of all as is being discussed again, but I don't be in my buddies as as disgusting and disgusting as the system has been I don't count on them to fix for instance the idea that they just bring a big lump of bills in Nobody reads them and then just automatically put a rubber stamp on them How did this happen? It happened because of laziness, sloven individuals or bought and paid for individuals who were in politics who should be dragged out and shot. Because they are, they're absolutely criminal in nature. Well, every aspect of this is not like they don't know. It's that now they're trying to do everything tend to CYA or lie their ass off about exactly what is going on. And so finally, because they couldn't cover it anymore and they thought the gentleman's agreement is you're only going to screw the state or the country so much and well, the lodge buddies will turn a blind eye. Well, all of a sudden everybody's discovered that there's this paperwork on the books. In other words, the body of the law that we're all supposed to go by. Well, everybody's been ignoring it, including the states for all this time as they were told to do so. The only good thing is maybe, though I don't think this is true, it's a chink in the armor with the enemy in that people are realizing that there are no deals, that they were lied to, that there isn't going to be any relief. Go ahead, I think it's Tech Max. Jump in there, please. Yeah, it's me. Do you, going back to Eisenhower's deportation, Do you remember the name of the operation? I do, but I just wondered did you say the name of the operation that he called it? Operation? Was it Operation Wetback? Yes, Operation Wetback. Yeah, I know there was no coot that was involved, but you know what is funny about that is, and this is something, who the hell else brought this up? You know, Cesar Chavez, everybody knows Cesar Chavez from the grape workers, you know, the food, you know, produce pickers alliance, which of course, I started out with grape pickers, that he actually was against open borders and illegal alien operations because his argument was that they had a system in place and that everybody came across with a green card. They weren't going to stay. They didn't want to stay. They were earning money in America so they could take it back to Mexico. I know people didn't like that, but nobody wanted to pick the food anyway. So there wasn't really a contest about whether or not they were going to be picking the food. It was, well, you're going to do it with people that are documented that actually have a green card and pay taxes and are transient workers, or are you going to let the companies get away with illegal aliens coming across the border and treating them however they choose, and on top of that, no accountability. So, you know, this is the challenge is like it's we've always had people coming across the border people. This is America as far as I mean for with that bill would be thing that they really want that's why they want the illegals up here. They're not right. The Democrats will never say it, but that's their new slave labor force, right? Not with the prisons to a degree, but the prisoners have to operate in a certain area. Whereas the illegals, you can bring them in and there's no oversight at all and if something happens to them, there's no relative that's going to go, oh, you know this because they don't want to be deported. So literally, the migrant workers or the illegal workers are the new slaves, literally the new slaves in America. That's what they are. That's all they are. Well, real quick, right here in our area we had this happen and it's how they found out about a bunch of under the table factories is they were going down to from and this is right in Washtenaw County. They were going down to Monroe County and guys it wasn't just Mexicans. Oh, they were grabbing white people, black people, but they had a round up point, a location where people could come. and they grab you, they'd get you, put you in a van, no windows, completely silenced out on the inside. It was like the size of a little school bus, but in a van configuration. But they had it set up like troop seats around the left and right and they'd slide you in. You'd drive for so long, they'd take you to the location, back you up to an inside loading dock area. They'd drop you off through the ass end of the van. And they worked there. If you got hurt, they'd slide you into the same van, drive your ass back down to Monroe, and put you in an alley somewhere. Busted up, bent up, hurt, whatever. And you know what? Nobody knew where they were. Nobody knew where they came from. Hey, that's what they'd like to see more of. And it was everybody. It was like, what? I give it to the poor illegal Mexican. No, no guys, they were doing this whoever was on the street. You want to make some bucks? Sure. All you got to do is keep running the machine. You get busted in the equipment. You get, you know, you get hurt. They just wait, you know, they just pack your arse up, take you back to where they pick you up, slide you right out the rear end. They didn't call an ambulance. They didn't try to find anybody to help you. and they just left your ass there on the street. Now, if you get your hang-dead together or somebody finds you, you might live. Then again, you might not. I would just point out that this is why, again, everybody, we need to secure the border. It just has to happen because we're diluting the process. People that come in, legally, we have many different people that have done it. They made the effort. I personally believe that literally every person, male, female, and the children, especially the children, which I don't think we're going to be, you know what, you know what, I don't want to bring up the children. I want you all to understand what we're going to hear about here. The children disappeared, guys. You watch and see what happens if somebody, if anybody actually makes the effort to deport. The children are not going to be found. But here's the problem. We're not going to be found. They can't find a living soul. And I think you all know why just as well as I do. I think this is just one of the other ways the wicked are able to find another child to abuse or to feed off from or whatever they're doing and murdered by the perverts who are creating this open child trafficking chain. If you'd like to join the conversation, you can dial. 1-2-4-3-2-0-9-0-0. 712-432-0900 and once you're there dial 957-464 and the pound sign that's 957-464 and the pound sign and you'll be up here live and hammering the new world order with me and poker face and all those other folks out there a hammering away with us. because I just love them so much for your Patriot music collection. It was about eight minutes past the top of the hour here and about 80-something degrees outside actually it's probably closer to 90 today. It's hot and sticky outside so if you're in northern Indiana it's a sweaty day out there today. I was sweating riding down the street on my mopec. That's how hot it is. What's it like out your way Joe? The monsoons are starting to roll in. Oh yep. We'll have a aid stop I think for a few days. Here we go. A little bit of moisture in the... No, I doubt that. We got clouds, that's good enough. Oh, okay, you call that a monsoon, huh? I remember being in Phoenix when monsoon season came in. I got there right as it was starting. And that was pretty cool because El Nino was coming in off the coast. and where I lived on McDowell Road, you could go out to the road and look down towards California and it was so, it's so flat out there, except for where the mountains are. You look down the road, you pretty much see all the way to California straight down the road. And we'd go out there and watch the sunset and you could see them big old clouds are coming and then you go, well, yeah, it's gone here in a couple days. You could see them way off in the distance. Next thing you know, like I said, the rain would be falling, but it wouldn't be hitting you. You could see it coming at you, but it just wasn't getting no farther than the top of the houses, and it would evaporate. So let's jump right into this. We're going to lead off with this one here. Anti-gun senator shoots intruder, defends himself with Second Amendment. I wonder how he feels about that now. Well, I can tell you, he don't give a shit, because if they're not going to take his guns, they're going to take ours. So he don't care. He's going to keep being anti-gun. You watch. This was posted July 29, 2015 by a snafu. It was in Whiz Bang by Michael Becker. This falls into our general category of if the Democrats didn't have double standards, they wouldn't have any. This post focuses on a dramatic Democrat who's made his career opposing Second Amendment rights for you and I and taking advantage of those same rights to defend himself. Longtime anti-gun advocate, State Senator R.C. Soules, 74, shot one of two intruders at his home just outside Taper City, North Carolina, about 5 o'clock Sunday, 5 p.m. The prosecutor for the politician's home, county said, The intruder, Kyle Blackburn, was taken to the South Carolina Hospital but the injuries were not reported to be life threatening, according to Rex Gore, District Attorney for Columbus, Bladen and Brunswick counties. He's not a very good shot. I have mixed emotions with hypocrites like Soles. On the one hand, I'm glad he was able to defend himself against a bad guy. I'm not. If he's anti-gun, he's already committed treason by even talking about getting rid of the second article of the Bill of Rights. So I wouldn't have had any problem with him if they'd shot him. That's, you know, it's either that or he's going to get hung when this is all over with because how long? What'd that say? For how many decades has he been going against guns? It's okay for him to have him, but not for you. But you're gonna sit here and go, I'm glad he could defend himself. Get shit. He has mixed emotions. He's just trying to make sure he keeps his going funding. Yeah, wait. On the other hand, he's not really a good guy with a gun. He's a hypocrite with a gun. Michael Bloomberg, where are you? Oi, I'm telling ya! And, well, Bloomberg's probably packing too. He ain't stupid. And the cynical nasty part of me will get the... Always got an open mic. Open mic there, sir. Yeah, we're listening to the traffic. Oh, that's all right. I'll turn the mute on. Callers are muted and they can unmute themselves. There we go. Yeah. The little tick that you have to click on the thing in the call-in line. And the caller didn't know he was unmuted. I thought your window was open. Where did we leave off? And the cynical, nasty part of me would be happy seeing him have to face Blackburn with nothing more than... Please don't hurt me. Me too. The cynical, nasty part of me would also like to see D.A. Gore arrest souls and make his miserable existence even more miserable. But then he'd likely free-feel the need to do the same to the common folk that souls wants to leave unarmed. Probably the best we can do with this hypocrite is to hope that Blackburn sues in. No. Like I said, when the saw breaks loose and we grab ahold of these bastards that have been doing this to us, We're going to have trials and we're supposed to. We know they're already guilty. We've got the evidence right there. So it won't be a long trial, but we'll make it a long trial. Objection. I need more time to mull this over. Next case. Objection. I need more time to mull this over. How many times do you think we can do that? I need an extension. See what I'm talking about? Yeah, we're just not sure we know he's guilty. We're just not sure how guilty we got to find out more yeah Yeah, that's it. This is a great one here. This is really gonna if you're not already pissed off this will piss you off Don't miss said the cops just before shooting man in the face in front of his child for no reason What the hell is this all about? This was sent in by Andrew Mikkiff July 29, 2015. He was in the Free Thought Project by William N. Gregg. Seattle, Washington. Seattle resident Nathaniel Kaler wears a large conspicuous metal appliance on the right side of his face. A souvenir of May 2009 incident in which Seattle Police Officer Eugene Shubek tried to kill him in front of his 20-month-old son Wyatt. After 17 surgeries, which included bone grafts and insertion of metal screws and plates to hold together his shattered face, the temporary loss of his son and an exported plea on a purely retaliatory criminal charge, Taylor was offered $1.975 million by the City of Seattle to settle his federal lawsuit. This is believed to be the largest taxpayer-supported settlement arising from police misconduct in the history of the city, and it prompted the predictable, petulant reaction from the local police union. The settlement by the city, and this is a quote by the way, the settlement by the city of Seattle in this case sends a disturbing message to the rank and file of Seattle Police Department, as well as should. I read that and I went, how can he be a 19 year old veteran officer? No, it's a 19 year veteran officer. My eyes are playing tricks on me today. Remains on the Seattle Police Department payroll. His impregnable cloak of qualified immunity protects him from personal liability. And the unqualified support of the police union provides him with unassailable job security. As punishment for being on the receiving end of Shubek's unwarranted homicide attempt, Kaler was charged with felony harassment at the same time Kaler was dealing with the seizure of his son by Child Protective Services on the basis of a perjured report by Detective Jeffrey Mudd, who falsely claimed that Kaler had used his son as a human shield and had threatened to kill the child. With his son being held as a hostage and facing the monolithic dishonesty of a police force willing to protect its privileges through perjury, Kaylor took an Alfred plea. This meant that he acknowledged that there was sufficient evidence in the form of police testimony to convict him, but he did not admit guilt. I never heard of that one before. Kaylor regained custody of his son in 2011. During oral arguments before a panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in April, Kaler's attorney Tim Ford described how Shubek had created a death trap by ordering him to leave his house, then preparing to shoot him if he went back in without warning him that this would happen. If he comes back on the porch, I'm going to shoot him, Shubek told Leslie, according to his subsequent sworn testimony. Don't miss Leslie replied replied even though he would later insist that he was shocked by shoebacks decision decision and that he would not have done likewise Evan of your rights or a bureaus or a burial Yeah read that right there's she backs attorney argued in effect that everything that happened during the encounter was Taylor's fault because he attracted the attention of people who had official permission to use lethal force What? That's a bunch of bullshit. I don't know where that lawyer pulled that shit out of his ass, but they do not have permission or What was that? What was the word you said there? Attracted the attention of people have yeah permission to use lethal force that they do not have permission to use lethal force We never gave him that permission. They ain't even supposed to be I was never asked. Yeah, he was harassed. He cared for his life So he shot him in the face. No, I said I was never asked. Oh, yeah neither It was never asked. The entire time this was taking place, that child was in harm's way because the officers did not know, one, whether Mr. Kaler was going to harm his child or, number two, whether Mr. Kaler was going to engage in a confrontation, a firefight with officers that could also potentially harm that child. Barry Elts' suggestion that a firefight was possible reflects the fact that an unloaded shotgun was found in a closet after Shubek's attempt to kill Kaler. and several officers claimed to have heard him rack the weapon at some point. He held though he was never seen holding the weapon. Wait a minute. Suggestion that a firefight was possible reflects the fact that an unloaded shotgun was found in a closet. An unloaded shotgun in a closet had to do with the firefight. What kind of dope were they on if they were hearing guns? You know, racking all of a sudden. You hear that? Did too much meth, man. Oh shit. They're coming after us, man. There is a wall. Yeah, I fear for my life. How about you? Oh shit, you can't write stuff this good, people. I mean, only the government can come up with this kind of weapon at some point. At some point, don't know when. I know I heard him racking. Even though it's empty when we found it later after we shot him in the face. We never seen him holding the weapon. We just need to shoot him in the face. God, we got to shoot somebody in the face. Undisputed testimony confirms that the young child was never in distress and that Kaler never expressed an intent to harm his son. At one point, according once again to undisputed testimony, Kaler told the police, don't kick the door in. If you hurt my child, you're going to be in trouble. The only way they could protect that child was by removing Nathaniel Kaler from that apartment. to go from Barry Alt. Once we knew he had a gun, we had to kick him in the door to protect him from the kid from the guy's gun. And remember now, Barry Alt is the cops' attorney. The only way they could protect the child was by removing the pain you're getting at an apartment. Please don't protect me. Unquote. Barry maintained in the apparent belief that the child was safer in the hands of the people who had just tried to kill his father without justification. Sure, give the baby to the psycho cops. That's great. Yeah, right on, man. The typically self-contradictory police account treated that expression of concern as evidence of both Taylor's neglect and his supposedly aggressive disposition towards the uninvited armed strangers who eventually tried to kill him. Where potentially where potential tragedy lies on both sides of an officer's decision that officer is entitled to qualified immunity very alt Pontificated I love the way these lawyers just pull this shit out of their ass That was so freaking out insane. Let's read it again where potential tragedy lies on both sides when officers decision that officer is entitled to qualified immunity No, he is not. That's a bunch of BS. It's enforced immunity. That's what it is. Barry L. pontificated during the oral argument. Quote, the lawfulness of Officer Shubek's decision was beyond debate, unquote. Yeah, but as we read in the paragraph before, there was no threat to the child. It was all a bunch of bullshit from Jump Street. Not 21 Jump Street either. Just Jump Street. So, how can this guy sit there with a smile? Why were they at the house again? Because a detective said that that guy was holding this... Taylor was holding his son as a human shield and saying he was going to kill the kid. He made up some shit. As a human shield. So therefore he saw the guy holding a gun using the kid as a human shield. That's basically what it said up here in the top. See here. Out in the middle of the street? You just drive down the street? It doesn't say. It says here, we'll go back here, at St. Caylor was dealing with the seizure of his son by Child Protective Services on the basis of a perjured report by Detective Jeffrey Mudd, who falsely claimed that Caylor had used his son as a human shield and had threatened to kill the child. So that way when they rushed down and kicked down the door and the kid and he knows so it doesn't matter so as long as you have again he gives makeup whole story and now they got what they want in the first place which was the kid. Yep. For graph right above the one we're on it says undisputed testimony confirms that the young child was never in distress and that Kayler never expressed an intent to harm his son. All made up. And then this freaking lawyer gets up there and starts running his mouth that the only way they could protect the child was to get him out of the apartment. Why? It was never going to happen. It's impossible to imagine could maybe be at some point for no reason. This is just insane. The lawfulness of the officers' actions are based on the calculus of self-justification called the reasonable officer standard. Right before that he said the lawlessness of, or lawfulness of Officer Shubek's decision was beyond debate. This is because lawfulness of an officer's actions are based on the calculus, calculus of self-justification. Well he's got all his lines down. He'll just regurgitate this when he gets in court. See, you gotta use calculus, people. It's math, it's complicated. How does calculus even fit into the goddamn sentence here, folks? That's math. It has shit to do with justifying yourself shooting a guy for no reason. I was confused. He got fancy to me. And then that's when they get called the reasonable officer standard and the officers assessment of the totality of Circumstances as a phrase that casually asserts a cop's situational Omni science. It's Omni science, yo. Yo man, it'd be awesome Omni science and shit for suds. This is become complicated, yo. The calculus of the situation where they're perpetrating the pro, you know. That reminds me of Damon Wayans or no. I can't remember his name, but he used to play the drunk hobo guy on In Living Teller. And he would see shit like that all the time. Being a farmer before. Yeah. Basically what that is, you're wearing a farm cap, you got your cell phone and pliers on the side, but you're actually a gardener. But that's like, ball cap has got a brim. So that kind of sucks. Where do we leave off in this article? I'll find out here. Let's go back over here. Hi, there I am. You can see me. Alrighty. We left off right here. In the case of Nathaniel Kaler, as in so many others involving what can reasonably be described as a murder or attempted murder by a police officer, the assailant, because of his position was immune to scrutiny and above criticism. No, we're criticizing him right now. And we're scrutinizing him. He should have been put in jail. That's the whole problem with all of this. They don't they never do anything to them and they just smack them on the hand and let them go. They you know, they killed Kelly Thomas. Look at all the other people they've shot. The guy there in New Mexico and the young lady running her car into the barricade. She was freaking out there in DC and all the other people that they've gunned down. Then they started going, look they're gunning down black people. Oh my god, you gotta have a race war. So. On the other hand, every syllable, gesture, or facial expression on the part of the victim was examined in search of evidence of negligence, culpability, or malice. So, what did they do? Did they take a video of this guy at the time and go frame by frame and look at his face? Look, right there, isn't that framey? That's an affirmative motion. It's like, what was that movie called? Where the Buffalo Roam? with Bill Murray as Hunter S. Thompson and his lawyer, the big Samoan guy for the lawyer. I can't remember his name, but he was a popular actor back at the time. And he was in court, and this kid got busted for possession of marijuana, and they had the cop on the stand, and he said, what gave you probable cause to search my client? He goes, well, he made an affirmative movement. And he goes, an affirmative movement. And what would that affirmative movement be or something like that? And he goes like this. He was like reaching into his pocket for a cigarette. That's an affirmative movement. So I had to search him, man. That's, you know, they were looking for an affirmative movement. So, you know, when you talk to a cop, make sure you keep your face really still so you don't make affirmative movements. For instance, the fact that the child was playing with a screwdriver and otherwise untroubled was presented as evidence of Kaylor's supposedly neglectful parenting by people who tried to redirect attention away from the fact that the grieving father was distracted at the time by two armed strangers who were prepared to kill him and very nearly did so. Taylor believes that the scandal plagued Seattle PD, which is operating under federal consent decree, is really making positive strides in reforming itself. Even though it's a little late in my case, he told the Seattle Times that Wyatt, who was no memory of the day his father was nearly killed by Officer Shubek, wants to be a police officer himself. Astonishingly, if not inexplicably, he approves of his son's career aspirations. Insane. They're both crazy. That's all I can say. I sure as hell wouldn't want my kid to be a cop. Ever. For any reason. For any reason whatsoever. No. Once he gets older he'll realize that was... But he'd go, I don't know why I wanted to be a cop. And moving right along here, parents of Colorado shooting victims to ammo dealers face $200,000 in corvees. I'm sorry, they, you know, somebody in their family got shot. Their young one. That's terrible for anybody. But then to turn around and go after the ammo dealer, the ammo dealer didn't do nothing wrong. Some, uh, some high-eight. a Mossad agent did and they blamed that Batman character guy. What was his name? Emmett, not Jared, what was the other kid's name? Where are you going? Colorado, the Aurora shooter. Yeah, James Holmes. That's what this was all about here. It was July 29th, 2015 was when it was sent in to From The Tensions World Report dot com for discussion by number one New World Order hater. It was in RT. It says a federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed against online ammunition companies in connection with the 2012 Aurora, Colorado theater shooting. The judge also ordered the plaintiffs, the parents of the shooting victim, to cover the defendant's court costs. Sandy and Lonnie Phillips told MSNBC that the justice system leaves them facing possible bankruptcy. They said National Rifle Association lawyers defended the online gun retailer Lucky Gunner, and they should. Yeah, I get ammo there man, leave them alone. That's a good place to get ammo too by the way. If you haven't ever been there to get ammo, go to luckygunner.com and get some ammo. Just to help them out. Just to piss them off. It is their money that is behind this lawsuit. They're making an example of Sandy and I. They don't want anybody to file a lawsuit against them against firearm dealers of any kind. Now they're saying that the judge is being bribed by the ammo dealer. These people clearly are in the dark have no idea what the hell is going on. And they're probably clearly taking advantage of the legal color I don't want to do. Dude, man. Money, dude. They got the judge, dude. No. Judges and prosecutors, they're all pretty much anti-gun. So... They were loving it. The judge obviously said, no, this is BS. I don't think it had anything to do with the money from Lucky Gunner. It's not like they're, it's owned by millionaires or something like that. They don't want anybody to file a lawsuit against firearm dealers of any kind, said Lonnie Phillips, parent of Jessica Gawi, who was Wait a minute, Phillips? Okay, maybe a previous father. Who was killed by James Holmes in the Colorado theater shooting? Supposedly. There's no proof of that. The federal law made it possible for them to do this. Colorado made it possible for them to change us or charge us $203,000 for a lawsuit that never really even got to Discovery. Lonnie Phillips said we didn't have a chance to lose our lawsuit because it was dismissed. That's right. It was, it was frivolous for you to do that. Prevalous and unintelligible. Right. That's one time when the judge was actually right when he said that. I'll be damned. You know, and he probably slipped because it's such a, uh, you know... So he used to say it all day long. Yeah. It just came out of his mouth and he went, what the hell did I just say? Oh man, it's on the record. Son of a bitch. Alright, next. Start that from the record. From the record. Yeah, but judge. years ago, homes opened fire, turning the screening of Batman film The Dark Knight, killing twelve people and injuring seventy others. Read that the Mossad agents and the CIA agents opened up fire and killed twelve people. And it injured seventy others because the trail of blood they left was going the other way because somebody shot back. He deployed tear gas, wore body armor, and used several weapons to shoot the audience. The little time took a nap in his car. And then he had like four rifles strapped on his back and he just jumped up with two and one in each arm. And a clip, then threw the weapons, grabbed the next one. I was in the computer now, watch this. Yeah. A jury found Holmes, now 27, guilty on all murder charges against him. The verdict means he could receive the death penalty. I like how they could receive... They're gonna give him a chance because he didn't do it. Right. Twelve people in a theater for no apparent reason just because you're psycho supposedly and on drugs and they're just... You might get the death penalty. You might. You might not. You never know. If he really did it, they would have to barbecue his ass. That's just all there is to it. The Phillips... Go ahead. He's either gonna be put to sleep or down mentally. He's already there. He's picking the wallpaper. Yeah, when he was in court that first time he was going... Well, look at all the Englands. Yeah! Look at the guy over there and there ain't no guy there. He's guilty as hell. Look at him. No, the slips filed lawsuits against four online ammunition companies like Lucky Gunner as well as several other shooting and law enforcement supply companies which had sold Holmes ammunition. They bought a bunch of crap and cheaper and dirt too. The credit card went crazy and then... The cheap real material just rolled over when the feds... Oh yeah, I can imagine. Here, look at my ass. You can have it. Go ahead. They argued that the way Lucky Gunner sold ammunition was unreasonably dangerous and creates a public nuisance by golly. What way? The filler says... Yeah, go ahead. You seem like an electronics wizard myself. I have a question. I don't know about wizards. If you discharge your phone, right, like this morning, maybe something in the cell phone sitting there, this Canadian thing just loses. the juice. Is somebody like turning my phone on and listening the whole time and that's why it's getting drained out? Smartphone? Okay, I can tell you exactly what it is. There's an app run in the background and that's what's running your battery down. It's off hand and it's the same. You buy the minutes and they have one like that too. I get one bar where I'm at if I'm lucky and when I'm out and about I get like six and the other one I'm charging I got two phones, well three phones, but two or so. I'm charged the other one just went out of juice and it was fully charged to smoke. I didn't even use it. It was just sitting there. My old path and the church come to think of it. Oh man, maybe they're around and people up. But find out. It's not... I know where you live. I'm in the company. You know somebody put him up to it. It's weeks and we can hear it on radio So fantastic for everybody else if you can give us a thumbs up go ahead call John, up here and me. I listened in last week on shortwave with just a standard radio on a little Grundig yacht boy and could understand the show, his brother's stairs obviously, but I know if I put the outside antenna on it, it would come in clean, fairly clean, so report on that and also receive my little gift package today from the raffle. Thank you very much. Very happy with it. I can find another... Thing to put that red dot on and there we go and remember it has color a multi-colored Oh, I bought one of those when you first were talking about him I got one from you way back when about a year and a half ago two years ago. Yeah. Yep This is the last of the inventory in that I had some in reserve just in case, you know something happened to anybody's and You know, I always hold a few back And so we're using those out of the gift box to, you know, finish things up, start the year, start this year, and then work through to the end. So they're not a bad little site. The ones that have been put on weapons here have been carried extensively, and a lot of the training exercises we talk about up at Naga-Hitcham. And it works as well as any other piece of equipment everybody's using, so. And they don't, they don't baby anything. We intentionally, you know how we do, we abuse. And that's a genuine term. We abuse the equipment. We don't try to drop it, but we probably only get bumped and bent. You use it as it's intended, correct? Yep, and they've held up pretty good, but they're a simple system. That's why. I think that's the big plus there. The neat thing is it'll go on anything from a 9mm on a 22 just easily. So if you got a little AR-22 or whatever model of light 22 and the latest tactical configuration, works just fine. Otherwise, we're trying to get rain tonight. It's been kind of sputtering. But in fact, I just went out during the break and like I said, it looks like you should expect to go cover everything up, which I did. But we have not really gotten any but we're on the edge of it. So what's it like in Maine tonight? Oh, it's beautiful. It's nice crisp and cold about 60 clear skies. We finally we've had more rain this spring and summer and All the way up until this week really In fact that we got some clouds from Ophelia coming up here. But oh great. We just had what's its face last week? dropping rain on us. Now we're going to get a failure, but we've got a blocking high over us that just kept everything out of here. So I can't complain about that. And they say, going to be dry all week. Well, you know, it's interesting about that, you know, for our area here, I've been going through and looking at all of the trees. There's one that I wanted to, uh, I actually got to do some work on, but it's, it is a, it is a heritage. It's I would, it's one of the old style pickling apples. And this year, even though it's a type It's what I want to save it. I want to keep, you know, at least get, I want to get it to be able to splice off some branches before we have any more problems. But the apples this year on that tree came in like grapes. And I've never seen this on these, these, I mean, I've seen what a good year, but this was a great year for our apples. One of the best probably I've seen in my life. I mean, I've, there's three or four years that this is, this is up at the top. And the neat thing is, is that when I say grapes, it's like, you know, normally you get with the older breeds, you get like a separate couple of, you know, fruit per. But these are in like long line clusters of 10, 12, and 14 that I counted, and up higher in the tree too. So I'm gonna get them all, because we save all the seeds, and I'm trying to plant and get some, I would be happy if any of them went. But I think what I'll have to do is graft. I mean, just as a precaution. And save the tree that way. Because the ancient breeds, the thing is, when we say pickling, guys, whenever I mention that, you know, we don't breed the, everything's bred to be soft, or to be pretty, or to be neutral flavored. Number one, these are not neutral flavored. Okay. Number two, they're designed when you say pickling. The idea is that when you do pickle them, The pickling process they're going to stay relatively firm and so these are really great What would be considered a holiday fruit can fruit item? That's what they were good. That's what they were for back in the day and of course you typically cinnamon spice and nutmeg and whatever else and I'm surprised like I said, we're gonna get enough that I think we can get a more than a few pints of Apples out of this why would say several which look Just again, something different. But all the other apple trees, the thing that we were talking about in the spring, we're now experiencing here because the guys didn't go out and cut the blooms. There are now more apples on the trees than there are leaves by volume. Everywhere. It's interesting that nobody's talking about this, but that's because maybe the only thing they talk about is we're all going to die doom and gloom. Right. But the cyclic process with pit fruit, for instance, is about six years. And we're into the upswing on the pit fruit. We're into the upswing on the apples. We had, like you said, good moisture through the whole season. Only in this last week did the grass finally get a little dry. You know like like we normally see where you're afraid to step on it cuz you'll tell you don't set it on fire It's so dry in the front yard. You know, it's all my god You know, you don't want to kill all the grass by walking it don't walk on the grass. You'll kill it. Okay But instead we've had lush green You know front yards for the whole of the season through all of August and August is when it usually goes so it's finally catching up and in fact I'm gonna say this What's happening now is perfect for our wheat, crop, and beans because it's getting just dry enough that everything is turning at the right time. All the soybean fields and regular bean fields here that are all north, southeast, and west of me that are hundreds of acres are turning right now, and it's perfect timing. So finished all the silage, still got corn to bring in, obviously. And the beans and the wheat are right on schedule for the season. We had a weird season for gardening. We had so much rain, the cucumbers went wild, the tomatoes didn't do much good, the beans and peas didn't do much good. Beets and carrots didn't even make it for some reason. But yeah, squash, I've got to go look at it tomorrow. We've got baby squash plants, but with all that moisture they haven't gotten any bigger. But we've got some humongous cucumbers. They look like mini watermelons. Yeah. Well, now that's interesting because we've had a couple of late squash come up, and Nancy has taken pictures. She's put them up on her Facebook page. There's a couple of plants that they came in late. They were stuff that we planted But you know we planted early on but it just like you said kind of straggled well in the last two three weeks it went nuclear and The only interesting thing is it actually was a good thing because it's in the corner of the we do the raised bed gardening the stuff We're doing real over this this particular patch And what it did is it intermingled with the, what they call the 100s, the tomato plants are called the 100s. You know, they're great for reproducing and reproducing, but they're also very aggressive. And because this massive leaf, whatever type of squash it is, we won't know yet. I mean, you got all kinds of fruit, we can't tell what fruit it is. Because of the way it grew into the corner of the fenced in lot, What's interesting is that the hundreds had to compete and I'm thinking next year I'm going to plant them like this because the hundred plants doubled and doubled and now have doubled again even late in the season and I just picked off a half bushel of fruit, you know of tomatoes off of what I already picked the day before yesterday Went out and picked another half bushel of tomatoes this afternoon And the hundreds are not very big. They're really like a cherry tomato. There's also the grape tomatoes, whatever. But the hundreds are neat because if you get them out there first thing in the season, they'll produce in our larger plant, usually standing as high as four feet. They double production if you pick them. They'll reproduce and the plant grows. And then if you pick again, that's middle of the season, you'll get two or three and mostly as long as you get a longer heat spell. almost four cycles of regrowth and additional production. So it's nothing to see a couple of bushels off one plant because the plant starts out the size of a regular tomato plant ends up the size of a telephone booth. That's crazy. Which is, yeah, I had to get fence and had fence, you know, to stand it, to keep it from standing, keep it up off the ground. And it's a good climber too. More, better than most. So they're called the 100s now. Here's what's weird. Something you mentioned. Tomatoes didn't do so well. The tomatoes that we, all these we grew ourselves, we put in, they did okay. The ones we bought from the production stores, Menards in this case, were cheap. Now the first batch are the plants I'm talking about that have produced what I normally expect. The second wave, which basically came from the same source, but they were selling out what they had left, were studded. But for whatever reason coming in through the season here, so yeah, there is some weird stuff that was going on I don't know if it's radiation background in other words You know we have had solar activity that they're not talking about I mean barely talk about but they do a little and I think that has a great deal to do with it because again Otherwise, there's no explanation for this as far as the way the plants acted same breed same soil from the same source And yet we saw a significant change in the productivity and growth of the two plants, two different groups of plants. And I intentionally isolate them so we don't get a whole lot of crossbreeding because I've got German, we've got grape tomatoes, we have better boys, et cetera. I do others also. And I block them so they'll pretty much be cross pollinating whatever the bees and the bumblebees and whatever else, you know, work it, it would have been consistent. But little to no production off those not going to kill them I take everything off them that we can get But the others made up for it the first generation first wave made up for it So this is why you want to overlap and do waves because of what we're seeing the weather is not crazy It's just that the weather is as unique as it always has been throughout all of man's history That's the only way to describe it. I mean, climate change, no such thing as climate change. This is a living planet. It goes through cycles. I mean, did we ever forget about ice ages and hot ages that occurred throughout history? I mean, what did the dinosaurs think of climate change? You're right. This is just mother nature being mother nature. So living the earth in the atmosphere is like a living organism and it goes through stages and sometimes they're good sometimes they're not. The difference is we have the ability to roll with a punch. But we've conditioned a whole bunch of people who think as victims rather than roll your sleeves up and you know get some work done. And I think that's true across the board. And of course always wait for somebody else to fix it. If we throw more money at other people, well who are the other people doing it? Well other people. What work are they doing? I don't know. It's Maine. What are you going to do in the winter when it's snowing? Your windshield's icing over and you need heat. How far do you think your electric car is going to get you? Oh, by the way, I don't have to pay for gasoline. No, but how about electricity? You think that's not going to be? You're right. They're not going to give it to you for free, right? Yes. People are so stupid today. They believe anything. But uh... Well, what is it? One of the things about what you just mentioned, and this is why I don't have a problem with electric vehicles. My argument is we should have steam out there. I agree. That's just the sidebar. But the thing is that diversification is good, but these are these fruit loops always have to demand that they get you channeled into one thing. And it's a bad thing, simply for everything that you would add. Okay, let's think about it this way. It's in a space, what they're trying to do is make your car, the vehicle you travel in, like a spaceship. Now, you're present automobile with a combustion engine to a degree is the same way, but it's more like a clunky millennium Falcon with all the right tweaks so that no matter what conditions you're in, you know, hot, cold, or indifferent, it works, okay? And it's interesting, think about this one. While we love diesel, diesel requires more technical support in the winter than gasoline does, right? Yep. If you have... Jells and everything else. Yeah, you want to plug, you have to plug the thing. Usually if you're an extreme cold, you have to plug it in at night, you have to have electrical lowers. Yep. And so internal combustion with the additives that enhance the conventional waste fuel, which is called gasoline, because gasoline is a waste product, is one of the most efficient for consistent performance in all environments, which needless to say is why they want to get rid of it. See, another thing that you point out, like, okay, you remain. We've already had people complaining that, well, they jump in their new Ford electric truck and all the meters are up and everything's glowing and it says they're 100 percent. They can go however many miles. And then they step on the accelerator and they start to get down the road and they get a little faster and all of a sudden the meter, all the numbers change. And all the confidence that was created with the that was printed out in the original reading was based on zero consumption. But the moment you consume and then start to add other things. You ever notice another thing about electric vehicles is they put every stinking electrical widget on the vehicle that they can? Which tax? Well, the thing is that, think about it, the idea that again every item that you have, which is what everybody's complaining about now, everything when you turn it on changes the formula and reduces your performance range, which should be expected. You're in a spaceship, you bought a spaceship, you didn't buy a car, as you have known it. So the problem is, is that you have a vehicle that every component is running off and fighting over the same amount of stored energy, period. There's no alternate or subalternate system that provides you with, you know, whatever entertainment or heat or cooling or whatever. 100% of whatever is there is being fought over by everything you turn a switch on. And then that's the other part. Well, okay, use some common sense. Well, I can't use common sense because there's none being provided in the schools. I understand that. But it's just one of those things where every, well, okay, think about this. Like every time you jump into your car, it's like being in the Apollo 13 after the blowout. Remember watching the movie? Oh, we just need so many more milliamps. Just a few more milliamps. Well, we're going to have to shut this down. We're going to have to shut that down. You guys are going to be cold. What? You guys are going to be cold quick. Shut the heaters down. Think about it. That's the problem with Some people are now, what it is, okay, we'll go to the extreme until you can only have an electric car. So some of the leftists are now being told to calibrate their conversation to go, oh, the hybrids, the hybrids, because, well, what the hybrid is is basically, again, you take a little generator pack, put it on the vehicle, The generator pack identifies the onboard electronics to identify when the battery pack is reduced in energy and it kicks in and it allows for you to continue down the road uninterrupted. You're still using a petroleum product, you know, POL, but you're using less of it to get everything done. Okay, I can accept that. I don't think it's a good choice for long range. But it still makes just fine for a local commute car and there's a big fight over that They don't want anybody to think that way. No. No, you need it for everything No, no, I we used to have a local beater car for going to work and works within so many miles and then we had a touring car or a family toy car and not a toy necessarily but a Car that was for long-range use And so that's how you should be thinking but they want everybody down to one item. They also don't want you to travel. They also want to keep you with a very narrow peasant configuration with regard to your living arrangements and the electric car is perfect for that. Plus at their discretion they can just tell you you don't travel at all. Yeah, that's what I mean. It just you're going anywhere. What do you mean? I got the key. Yeah, it doesn't make any difference. They just told you today. You can't go anywhere Let's just let's just change the formula on this. Okay, because you've already seen this. Let's think about this one Okay, let's say that Newsom and all the California caters get their way Here's the difference between what you see and how it would be It's a hot day in California And it's really bad today and the governor has already hit the switch. 57% of all of your vehicles, A, are not charging and B, will not be able to get onto the road today because they are shunted from the system. News at 11. Yep. You see how they see how that works? It won't be. Hey guys, can you... Yeah, guys, can you hold off and not, you know, like, not charge your vehicles? They wouldn't be doing that. Commies don't work that way. They're just gonna flat out say, your vehicle's not charging today. Well, wait a minute. Oh, what? But I'm gonna get to work. Well, you got feet. What's wrong with that? Okay, and by the way, it's not me. I'm government. Government's gonna get anything it wants. But, you know, hey, rest ya, screw ya. That's it. You can't see that coming. You gotta be an idiot not to see that coming. They brag it, as a matter of fact. Go ahead. You got another caller on the line. I'm gonna let them know. I'll listen in off the air, Mark. Take care. Thank you, sir. Appreciate it. Go ahead, caller. Jump in there, please. Hey, this is Tom. They just want to let you know you are on shortwave tonight. A friend of mine just told me to call and let you know. Very good. So again, we got red nets from northern Michigan. Yeah, very good. So thank you, Tom. So again, we got feedback from the middle of the country. right in WBCQ's backyard with Maine and Northern Michigan. So anybody else like to call in and want to say thank you to the crew at WBCQ. We know a certain man has been trying very hard to get us up on the air and he did a good job. That's why I wasn't getting upset because guys, we know how it works with all the different systems. It's the 21st century planet Krapu. Nothing's gonna work right until you break out the wrenches and maybe a hammer. and go to town. Oh, still, Swiss tuning is going to work just fine. Bang. There you go. Oh, one more hit. There, it makes me feel good. Do you think it works? Maybe not, but it makes me feel good. I just told you. Let's just tell the world. We're back to where we were way before the modern age of the 60s. It's more like we're in the 20s or the 30s now with the technology. It's like, you just want to go, huh, and then I don't get upset. A couple of things here real quick on that note is, you know, we were talking about steam. Guys, I'm going to jog your memory. About seven years ago, one of our engineers in the Patriot Movement came up with a steam engine that was the size of basically a mid-sized V8 without all the pollution crap on it. Wanted to do all of the prototyping, but was hoping for assistance. He knew some people with MIT. And the first year they dragged their feet, year, notice I said year, he had everything mapped out, he had the basic concept, everything is in place, I think his brain gears were all connected properly. The little prototype he did worked flawlessly. He then gave the idea to the people at MIT that were these engineers who were supposed to be the, you know, cats meow on the latest, latest best thing next to the sliced white bread. first year they didn't respond and then they finally sent him back his prints for the next level of prototyping and when he tried to use what they produced, no two parts would connect. Everything was intentionally askewed. It frustrated him, it shouldn't have. I understand, again, having seen some of the stuff that was done with regard to the prototyping work, the first generation, which is crude rude works. The next step, should take it somewhere else. You don't want to take to a place where you've got enemy combatants operating and that's what MIT is all about. There's boot coopville. However, steam is realistically something that we could go to fairly quickly. And one of the arguments back in the 80s with a gentleman who was working out of Wisconsin, state has been talked about a lot with what's going on with the election process. They actually argued using a conventional V6 or V8 and converting a conventional engine which enhanced the ease with which the piece of equipment could be adapted to any automotive vehicle that the motor would normally be used in or with proper motor mounts could be introduced to a lot of other different vehicles. Now, the steam system that we're talking about would work in all seasons, but you'd have to have many more precautions taken for a winter environment. We've talked about this for years. But still, again, wood is everywhere. You've got to remember, you don't have a big but cold injection system. You're using a particulate or a crushed material, almost like a pellet burner for a pellet stove. only a little more refined but not much. And the idea behind this is that the entire system would take up no greater space than the height, width, and length of the standard V8 engine. So again, it's not that it hasn't worked out. It's just the problem has been people committing time and resource. And unfortunately, if they get the wrong people committed, lots of time wasted and no resource at the end. So this is why you keep the ring knockers out of the loop. And it's another reason that we should seriously still be planting the seed constantly about these other alternate transportation technologies. We need diversification, not single-minded bug-like insect specialization. That's where the problem is right now. And we do have varieties. Electric never really left us. There have been electric vehicles for as long as I've been alive. Now have they caught on? Never. Did a company finally commit to building them, you know, so that they could bring down the cost? Yes, but the cost is still unique. In fact, extreme. And again, don't forget, nobody's going to just go out and buy it. They're going out and getting a loan. You know that. You're just like doing an auto loan for anything else. And the, it ain't the razor, it's the blades. If there is a problem, depending upon the package for replacement or, you know, again, preventing maintenance slash general maintenance. All it takes is one boo-boo and you're talking about a significant portion of the car, the battery pack, having to possibly be replaced and people are baffled when they look at the cost, which they should be looking at before they get the car. And that usually that's what turns people off or derelicts the vehicle. This has happened with other electric vehicles in the past that have been produced and that the unique or even just the special battery packs were required are what negated the interest in the thing because unlike swapping an engine on a car, it still is not cheap, swapping that engine out was a lot easier to do and it was pretty well, it was, the replacement was readily accessible and within the means of the owner of the transport, not so much with the electric. That's where it becomes prohibitive. It ain't the razor, it's the blades. You know, it's when it comes time to change them. So that's another thing that's fascinating to me is how much or how many of these pieces of equipment are going to become automatically obsolete. Not obsolescent, just simply obsolete. Most certainly the earlier electrical cars in this wave would probably have honest and much upgrades, but there would be adaptability to other resources you would hope. Otherwise, it's a tremendous waste of finished product. And on a tremendous outlay, you know, there's a learning curve, so to speak, or a use curve with regard to the conventional vehicles of this day. That is not the case with electronic cars. It's a very high price, and then there's a big drop off and a progressive extreme drop off. It's like going over a cliff at 90 degrees. And it doesn't, you don't pull up from it. It just keeps right on diving. So therein lies the rub. Anyway, sidebars, stuff that everybody's talking about. We also need to remind everybody, again, we got a bunch of good stuff going on here in Michigan. For those of you who aren't up to speed, they are looking at charging Greg Shittmer, oh, I mean Gretchen Snittmer, Whitmer, that's it, Whitmer, along with the lieutenant governor and the attorney general. There are a series of meetings that have taken place right now the sheriff's offices in the state of Michigan have had a series of meetings with those who are pro-firearm and are against the voter fraud that took place back in 2020. We have had a case that didn't get that much national coverage, but it should in which up in Muskegon the secretary for the county identified what were discrepancies and then progressively greater discrepancies and then just flat out right fraud slash counterfeiting. The state police were forced to act based upon the information available. What is most interesting about this arrest is that this was supposed to be a paper bill by somebody who they will not name, okay? It's a paper mill, maybe run by foreign agents of a foreign power, a mill, small hat, yamical word, so I just read that in the side. And the reason I say this is because, okay, I can understand ballot hacks having photocopy machines, lots of extra buckets of pens, but why did the voter fraud crew have silenced rifles and silenced... What would voter fraud ballot scuffers need silenced pistols and rifles with silencers on them for. That's rather fascinating. So apparently this operational group that had the, and by the way these were leftists, well we really don't know for sure. Well you know we know there were leftists because of what they did, but from what country were they? Were they from Israel? Oh, I don't know, Davey. I think you might have it. Well, they might be Israelis from Canada. Yeah. So as it is, they can't pay attention if you haven't followed through on that or heard like a sidebar. This is probably one of the most important cases in terms of material. Now, understand they've redacted everything that they could, so you don't know who did this. They're trying not to let anybody know. They know who. They arrested people. They confiscated stuff and the list of what was confiscated is the most interesting thing. I would expect, like I said, they would grab copy machines or printers because they were making up fake ballots. They would have, you know, buckets of pens so they could change pens. Although they were so sloppy, they didn't even care about that. Wrong addresses, improper signatures on a massive scale were the norm, etc, etc. But that's paper pushing. Why would you need a silenced handgun, a bunch of silenced handguns, and a bunch of silenced rifles if you are simply paper pushing? Because you didn't want to wake the neighbors up. Yeah, while they were shooting the people who caught them doing the dirty deeds they were doing. Oops, did I say that? Oh, hey, that could be the case. So again, pay attention, also again on the, well, let's put it this, okay, we can give this much information out. Now, maybe I should, I need to wait, because I'd like to have somebody format something for us here and then bring it up on the air. We just have to make a date time place, but don't worry, plenty to cover still anyway. Also, before I go any farther, I do want to remind everybody, if you go over to CenterfireSystems.com, CenterfireSystems.com, CenterfireSystems.com. This gun is the go-to gun for the moment purely because of cost and the fact that it's actually a pretty good factory produced pistol. Cara, T-A-R-A. TP9 for $185. I went up a few pennies because you know it was $184.95. Okay let's throw the nickel in and be done with it. $185 comes with two mags 17 shot brand new in the box unissued read the story that goes along with it on the page but for under $200 way under $200 really $185 is you know good mark below. This is a good choice if you're looking to keep your budget, you know, under control. You only have so much money to prepare for the war that's coming. And you need a personal handgun. Now, I recommend this. I repeat this every time I bring this up until they sell out of these. If you're gonna buy this, and you are limited money, which I could understand why you would buy this for that reason, buy magazines, don't worry about ammo. If you have $300 and it costs $185, by the pistol and that you can buy mags for $22 apiece at Centerfire and buy extra mags with the extra $100 you have available. 9mm ammo is everywhere and you can get good deals on it at many different points of the compass. But the pistol itself is unique. I do not know about parts availability so this is one of those weapons where you use it until it stops being functional, park it until we can find out what to do with it. If it was in wartime, but it's enough to get you on the table and you don't use your personal handgun that much, but it does, it will step in and save your life. If you are away from your primary weapon or if your primary weapon is disabled, you're still able to switch to the pistol and contribute to the exchange. Keep that in mind. So, go ahead and put it up in there, please. Shotgun for $149 over at Atlantic Firearms. It's still there, still listed, and apparently still in stock. It is a 4 plus 1 autoloader. $149, usually $229. It's from Turkey. It's called a Fed Arm something. Check it out. If you guys want an autoloader for $150, it's a swing in price. Over. Again, it's actually the cheapest semi-automatic shotgun. It's a tubular magazine tube fed, so easy to understand. It's a forever tube. You fire, and when you stop, you can shove a few more rounds in to replace what you've used. So as long as you keep thinking, you're gonna keep shooting. Okay, and uninterrupted. So there are advantages to the tubular feed mag. You just have to be able to process that, you know, and remember that, oh, I need to add a few more shells. Not hard to do. The advantage with this particular gun is again the price. So if you're looking for a primary shotgun about 140. Again, Atlantic firearms. They do have a number of other weapons that are in the deals category. And if you're looking for ammunition, yes, they also carry ammo, including they do have a good selection of 7.62x39. and 7.62x51 NATO. So I want to check them out, Atlantic Firearms. Anyway, now, next, before I go any farther, I think, you know what, Edward should be right there, and we're on WBCQ, the planet. Give me a chance and I'll do my job. And again for everybody out there you need to do yours. Organize armed equipment. and train as militia. Establish a 5-10 program in your area of operations. Logistics, you need a victory if you understand logistics and how to get it where it needs to be, when the time comes, so that your people can continue to fight. That means tactically dispersed at the lowest level forward, so that there's no travel time, no matter what disposition your personnel are in. We are not having to project overseas. We're fighting on American soil and we're fighting for our freedom. So we need to think accordingly local and again supporting the troops as they appear. We may have to support other units, other personnel, logistics that can't, that almost I want to expect can't expand. That's too expensive but if you can Whatever you can give the troops as they're passing by Makes all the difference in the world might just need need to be a clean pair of socks Nice pair of boots would be good even used is better than the tired ones They might have later on in the conflict So we need all of you to step up to the plate and you know Tell the police to piss off go ahead jump in there The autoloader is magically sold out now they do still have the The pump version, which it's a tactical pump version, it's got a handle on top and a pistol grip and like an AR style adjustable buttstock. But it is a pump and that's $1.50 instead of $1.49. So $10 more for the load loaders they say. Give us your email if you want us to let you know when to get back in stock. But I'm sure when they come back in stock, they're not going to be $149. I'll bet you they're at the very minimum the same $222 that they were charging for. Over. Right. Where they bend. Yeah. Which is if they're able to. Again, this is one of the things about the shift in the politic going on. with regard to Turkey because Turkey was given all these special emoluments and privileges to sell weapons. We won't let Korea sell their weapons here, people. How long have we been in Korea with our gun to their back? How many decades? We started the Korean War in 1950, okay? This is the year 2023. Yeah, 70 years and Korea can't bring their Daewoo rifles into the US. They did, they started to, but on the other hand, if you look at what Turkey is, look at what Turkey has brought in, pistols, volcanic family of firearms. I'm not complaining, they're bringing guns in that we're gonna use for the war, but whatever it is that works, floats your boat, whatever you're happy with, remember the neat thing is this is America. You can pick and choose at your discretion. And whatever your gun guru recommends, congratulations, ride with that puppy. I don't care, right now, the biggest, big thing is just get squared away. But Turkey has received very special privileges that our best allies that we've, you know, actually we've kept them at gunpoint for all that, all of 73 years, Korea can't bring their weapons into the U.S. Korea makes a number of different 9mm Daewoo pistols. And they're not here. There's used versions here, but the newer pistol itself, it's not brought in any good numbers at all. yet, SIG, Steyr, take a pic, go through all the other foreign countries. But Turkey, it was like meteoric, it rose up all at once. And there's a reason because of the geopolitics, etc. Okay, so we're taking advantage of that right now. But one of the things I pointed out, spare parts. If you're going to buy any weapon, I don't care what it is. One of the first things you want to do as soon as you acquire the weapon needless to say as I said earlier magazines if it's a certain gun that might be Unique okay like the Terra the TP 9 you want to buy mags immediately, but then you also then Want to see if you can find firing pin extractor and ejector for that pistol Preferably a couple why well the Terra if you read the story about it that Terra TP 9 wasn't supposed to be here now the Turkish guns are But at a given point with politics and with the, you know, the, uh, the dark sea area and, you know, the places where they're shooting at each other right now, there's a whole bunch of stuff going on. Turkey has been playing some different cards. And so now they may get thrown a different hand and be told, well, remember all those cool things you were doing? We might not let you do that anymore. So for the moment, Take advantage of the prices, take advantage of it if it looks like it makes sense for your purpose, but immediately firing pin extractor and ejector, at least one, preferably three extractors, at least a couple of firing pins, and a couple of ejectors where ejectors apply. Some weapons have built-in machined ejectors, part of the receiver, that's a little different bird. And they're pretty beefy, so it's not likely they're going to wear out in your lifetime, but they could. If they did, somebody's going to have to be doing some special machine work there. But firing pin extractor, ejector, and minor springs. For the shotguns, it's the same way. And by the way, if you think I'm excluding the ones you buy in the US, I'm not. The one thing, you want to really mess with or mess up the formula that the spit swappers and ring knockers have used for years. It ain't the razor, it's the blades. Guys, if you don't have the spare parts, the weapon is only going to stay constantly operational for so long and you'll wear something out. The enemy counts on this that you do not think deep. So I'm trying to, and I've been for 30 years trying to change that because it messes with the enemy's formula. Firing pin, extractor, and ejector for each weapon, no matter what it is, Remington 870. High-point carbine AR 15 hell with the air 15 you have no excuse. They're so stupid cheap for everything By comparison what they were even years ago that you should have multiple parts laying on the shelf Enough to if you need be you can build a new gun if you felt like it which shouldn't be a problem either but the fact is firing pin extractor ejector major springs and The next thing is obviously maybe even a barrel. I mean with certain guns like the Glock There's so many spare parts laying around out there, you can build a whole new gun with an 80% or at the very least have enough parts laying around so that if you do finally wear something down, you could simply change the part out. But this means that instead of your weapon being good for only a set number of years, couple of years, about two months, two years, 24 months, is the general estimate of consumption for a battlefield firearm. by acquiring the parts, which again, their logic is that if they keep you in the dark about this, the system, if they had to fight the American people, would only have to fight for so long and then there's no parts inventory, there's no spares, there's no food, there's no right on the shopping list. Well instead, we're ahead of the curve. Hopefully I'm helping you to think ahead so that you don't get caught flat-footed. And we can continue to fight and win. Because that is the plan. Okay, so another thing here real quick Also, we mentioned ammunition for a lot of you that have odd handguns out a lot of you have grandpa guns and dad guns you've inherited You should at least a 30 caliber ammo can full of something for each of those weapons now first rule make it ball ammo Why well because ball is the baseline for every pistol or every rifle that's out there? If you go to AIMsurplus.com, AIM, AIMsurplus.com, they have a lot of PPU, preview partisan, ammunition, brand new factory, heated needle, boxer prime, brass case, and they've got a lot of the unique calibers and sporting calibers cheaper than anyone else. Most important is it's boxer prime reloadable. 38 Smith and Wesson, not 38 special, 38 Smith and Wesson for all those victory models your dads and grandpas brought back from anything from Vietnam to Korea to World War II. There were still some of those shorts hanging around that went to the Vietnamese in the early 60s. So a lot of early war Vietnam vets carried them back because there wasn't any restrictions on them or they sent them home because nobody checked the mail. So if you've got one of those, you need to buy more ammo. They're good guns. They're American-made. They work just fine. They'll get the job done. Aim, hit. That's the big thing. Aim and hit. So again, aim surplus. AIM, aim surplus dot com. We're almost to the top. You've been listening to us on 6.160 regular shortwave WBCQ the planet. And www.libertytreeradio.org mg.com at libertytreeradio.org. It's the problems, the sun, liberty.
