Mark Koernke discussed Second Amendment litigation victories, particularly a Fifth Circuit ruling striking down federal marijuana-user gun restrictions as unconstitutional under the Bruin standard. He covered Michigan voter fraud investigations expanding to Traverse City and other counties, emphasizing that election fraud invalidates all subsequent legislation and requires firing illegitimate officials rather than impeachment. Koernke provided extensive preparedness guidance on gas masks, filters, NBC equipment, ammunition storage, and tactical gear sourcing from yard sales and surplus retailers. He highlighted upcoming night land navigation competitions at Camp Nagi Hicham and promoted Guns and Gadgets' coverage of Tennessee's red flag law developments.
He took off his three cornered hat, bought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free.
and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state.
You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame You've taken you traded in your name You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm
and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be blamed. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died?
Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. And pray to God to torture freedom burning bright.
As I awoke he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each god-given rite, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave?
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the first hour of the afternoon Intelligence Report time, our kirky. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, west and north. Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on...
www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com, libertytreeradio.org, and we are on satellite, let's say, Heidel or Merchant Marine, whatever puddle of water you're on or a tributary. Also a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States. It is? Oh, it's been a beautiful Thursday. I have been
trying to get into spaces that when I was younger, moving around, trying to bend in and turn a wrench on one piece of armored machinery or another and helping the guys out. And yeah, the squeaky's are kicking in. So it's been a long day. Got a lot accomplished, very much a lot accomplished. So it's fantastic. But it is the other day when the Israeli Mossad and elements of the government usually commit to
That's right. Government-sponsored terror against the population for obvious reasons. As we recall, remember Tuesdays and Thursdays are when most people show up to work. That improves the casualty count. That's why the parasites do what they do. But it is Thursday, this is the 10th of August. It is the 15th year of open obvious and in your face Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K.
2023 old earth calendar. I'll give it all she's got captain and 2023 battle for the republic the dance of swords let the dance continue it's going to hey I want to say thank you for the donation of all of the crates of CDs and DVDs in fact the biggest batch are these Sony CD RW
units. They come with their jewel case. These are going to be put to good use for motivating other people. We're going to be using them and reproducing a large quantity of basic information packs and dropping them into communities. So I want to say thank you to our friends. There's two cases of the Sony CD-RWs and there are well one and a half cases of the
DVD blanks which are a mix but a really nice mix. I appreciate that. Thank you for the assistance. Every little bit helps. And if you see things like that, yard sales, grab them. Guys, CDs and DVDs are going the other way price-wise. If you have not been in an office supply store, so anything you can grab in the... Oh, give me that. Give me a dollar for that. Oh, grab it.
Now you can point it grabbing it. It is all useful material especially since the idea is minimize the cost, maximize the information that can get out there. A lot of people have usually asked for more. You give them a basic primer. They want more. The problem is keeping up, which is why we need more blanks. So appreciate that. Thank you. By the way, I also scavenge all the jewel cases I can from people who have
You know, at yard sales I got a bunch of those for the CDs that don't have any covers or anything. And, you know, many times people took all of their music out of their CD boxes and the jewel boxes and put them in the carriers. I get the carriers too all the time like that. So, I've got a bunch of blemmed where something's messed up with the cover that didn't take care of them usually. But, you pull the paper out.
You clean everything up actually clean up just pull the paper out just pull the cover out and congratulations You have a really pristine jewel cover to put out there with that information and it protects it So I know paper sleeves I grab every kind of plastic paper Jewel DVD boxes anything somebody's getting rid of they all get turned around as you know people have gotten the instruction videos or tutorials We made copies of the machine shopping information
You've seen how we pack them. The idea is it doesn't have to be pretty. They just need to be safe. And these work just fine. In fact, the price is right. Tell you what, before we go any farther, do we have a caller? I don't want to leave anybody out to get any announcements or anything. Okay, very good. Before we go any farther, it is Thursday. We are headed to the weekend. I want to say hi camp. Nagi Hicham specifically, the advance party has been there all day.
We're getting ready for a big night land navigation competition, not just a training exercise, but also a night land navigation competition. So there's going to be prizes. There's going to be, again, a special award that the unit will take back or the representatives for whichever particular unit wins in the different legs. There are different elements.
short range, intermediate, and long range. So I'll say hi to the guys and gals there and especially our DJs running our micro AM and FM station. You're listening to Liberty Tree Radio on the NAGHITCHAM FM and AM if you're close in. So we appreciate that. And also, let's see, who else? Yeah, of course Camp Emerson, New Camp style. So Camp Wayland North, the Oghammer Ranges.
Fox wolf and all the rest are going to be busy this weekend, but Nagi Hicham is going to get the brunt of the bodies. Everybody is showing up. Quite a few people from out of state more than I actually originally was informed about. So might be stopping in because I need to meet with some people. And otherwise I don't want to interrupt what's going on because it's going to be a lot of fun and
It's going to go late into the night. That's the only thing. It'll be, don't worry, it'll be there all Friday night and Saturday night. They are going to be running constantly. And of course, you have to consider safety and security. We have recovery units just in case somebody gets lost. As a matter of fact, on this particular exercise, they're going to be issuing out specific radios that are for the purpose of recovery.
or emergency, and otherwise they're not to be used. Obviously, we have a policy there. But the big thing is that this gives the communications people a chance to practice what they preach too. So everybody's getting a little tune up here in preparation for the conflict that's coming. And that good time and talent all in the same place.
That would be a great experience. Anyway, now guns and gadgets. Edward, if you could, let's play the latest guns and gadgets. Let's get that up here on the air. And for everybody, Guns and Gadgets is located over on YouTube. Take the time to get over there, please, and give them a thumbs up. Also, again, watch the videos. Wouldn't hurt. Would be a good idea. But share them also. And it's possible if you haven't subscribed to
Guns and gadgets yet, take the time and do so, only takes a moment. And then get on with other business. It takes a little bit, do all things we're talking about, but changes the numbers and gets more information out there. So guns and gadgets. And if we could, the latest, I think I heard noise, I don't want to interrupt. Oh, okay, well.
space on this end either.
And this ruling is a result of the United States Supreme Court ruling last year, the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruin, which was decided while this case was pending. And we're going to want to talk about this one, because this has major implications. Guys, our country is in trouble. Conservatives are being canceled, and major brands are going woke just to stay relevant. From Hollywood to beer, it's getting ridiculous.
I don't know about you, but I'm doing the best I can to stop giving my hard-earned money to Woke brands. I recently found out that the razor company I had been using for a long time had recently gone Woke as well.
That's why I made the change to Jeremy's razors. Jeremy's was created because Harry's pulled their ads from the Daily Wire's podcast for value misalignment. So the Daily Wire created Jeremy's razors as an alternative for people who want to shop at a brand that supports their values. Check out the Jeremy's razors Precision 5 starter set. The razor features a solid tungsten handle and comes with four razor cartridges made from welded steel blades
each of which features a flip-back trimmer for a more precise shave.
With the Jeremy Razor subscription, you'll get fresh cartridges sent directly to your door so you're always shaving with razors that are wicked sharp. Their shaving cream and post-shave balms are made to fight irritation and redness while repairing and hydrating your skin. And if you're not looking for a new razor, Jeremy's makes a ton of great hair and body products as well, like Jeremy's shampoo and charcoal body wash, which smell awesome by the way.
So stop giving your money to Woke Razor companies and switch to Jeremy's razors like I did. Check out the link down below and save 15% on your order. I want to thank Jeremy's razors for being a sponsor of this channel and this video. Thanks to Jeremy's. There's no wokeness on the Freedom Dome.
Alright guys, my name is Jared, this is Guns and Gadgets, and on this channel I bring you Second Amendment news every single day, no matter where it happens in this great land, from litigation to legislation and everything in between, and if you want to stay in the know, all you have to do is subscribe to this channel down below. Let's talk about this huge, huge decision.
A three-judge panel in the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals concluded that a federal law violated a Mississippi man's right to keep and bear arms under the United States Constitution's Second Amendment. The man, whose name is Patrick Daniels, had been convicted under that law after law enforcement found a pistol and a semi-automatic rifle in his vehicle during a traffic stop along with some marijuana roaches or marijuana cigarette butts.
Now, during this whole process, nobody administered a drug test, even the United States Drug Enforcement Administration. Even though Daniels admitted that he sometimes smoked marijuana, which federally is prohibited, right? So, as a result, he was sentenced to nearly four years in prison. Now, on the screen is the case that came out yesterday, and this is the United States of America versus Patrick Darnell Daniels Jr.
And the judges said, Title 18, USC 922G3 bars an individual from possessing a firearm if he is an unlawful user of a controlled substance. Patrick Daniels is one such unlawful user. He admitted to smoking marijuana multiple days per month.
But the federal government presented no evidence that he was intoxicated at the time of arrest, nor did it identify when he last used marijuana. Still, based on his confession to regular usage, a jury convicted Daniels of violating Section 922 G3. The question is whether Daniel's conviction violates his right to bear arms.
The answer depends on whether Section 922 G3 is consistent with our nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation. It is a close and deeply challenging question.
Throughout American history, laws have regulated the combination of guns and intoxicating substances. But at no point in the 18th or the 19th century did the government disarm individuals who used drugs or alcohol at one time from possessing guns at another. A few states banned carrying a weapon while actively under the influence, but those statutes did not emerge until well after the Civil War.
Section 922 G3, the first federal law of its kind, was not enacted until 1968, nearly two centuries after the Second Amendment was adopted. In short,
Our history and tradition may support some limits on an intoxicated person's right to carry a weapon, but it does not justify disarming a sober citizen based exclusively on his past drug usage. Nor do more generalized traditions of disarming dangerous persons support this restriction on nonviolent drug users. As applied to Daniels, then,
Section 922 G3 violates the Second Amendment. We reverse the judgment of conviction and render a dismissal of the indictment. That is huge. That is absolutely huge. We have seen many of these federal prohibitions be struck down post-brewin. And I'm assuming this will be appealed. However, it is unconstitutional.
You might remember in the Bruin decision that the justices, the majority of the Supreme Court said that the only test for whether a government restriction on our right to keep and bear arms could be held... okay, could be held constitutional as if it was consistent with the text, the Second Amendment, and the history and tradition of firearm regulation at the time of the adoption of the Second Amendment, 1791.
None of these federal restrictions were on the books back then. So guess what that means? And you're going to continue to see them fall one by one. And when I tell you guys and gals that the gun controllers are petrified, that some politicians are petrified, that Americans will be able to exercise their rights again, I'm not downplaying that. Seriously, the pillars of gun control have been fractured to the core and there is no repairing them.
as long as the Bruin decision stands and the Heller decision stands. Also of interest in this when I read this case was US Circuit Judge Stephen Higginson, who is an Obama appointee, in his concurring opinion agreed while noting that many other gun safety laws, his words online, had likewise been struck down since the Supreme Court's ruling. And he also urged the Supreme Court to provide more guidance in a case that it has agreed to hear in its next term here coming up, saying
Last year's ruling, the Bruin decision, could otherwise result in the dismantling of the laws that have served to protect our country for generations.
Even though he's an Obama-appointed judge, he concurred with this decision saying that this violated the Second Amendment. That's huge for a Democrat-appointed justice. Now, that case that he's mentioning will decide whether in 1994 federal law that bars people under domestic violence restraining orders from possessing firearms violates the Constitution's Second Amendment or not. We've chronicled that path thus far.
And it is another section under 922G that is poised to be no more. There is a lot happening in our legal world, guys and gals, as it pertains to our Second Amendment, right to keep and bear arms. And if you want to stay in the know, subscribe to this channel down below. Join this growing freedom family. And like I said, text history and tradition. And if you want this shirt, which says just that, I'll have a link down below. It's a phenomenal shirt and I love wearing it, especially around Democrat controlled areas. It makes people...
It makes people angry. Alright guys, thank you for your time. I appreciate each and every single one of you. Until we see each other again, have a great day. Take care.
to support the channel whenever you can. It's a timely system available for most people to be able to tag any hour of the day with updates that are crucial to understanding what's happening both at your federal level and many state levels and even local level. So if anybody has information, if you get it to Jared,
Don't assume everybody knows I think this is the most common mistake Everybody's going to somebody else because somebody else will report guys people can't be everywhere and not everybody is why you know watching the same database sometimes if you're in a local area I mean even in a bigger city. There's a lot of stories that either are made to disappear or You know just they're told they're not going to report on them at all so you may see a blurb
but it'll be a very tight local blurb and they will not allow the networks to pick up the information. So give Jared a call, or I should say send him an email or drop in a message to him with a complete who, what, where, when. If you have something going on in your area, he'll follow up because he does have a lot of different interlocking connections through the whole of the system and there are also allies that can help to pick up the weight
have an entire infrastructure in place, well, use it. Okay, take advantage of it. This is especially critical right now. It doesn't mean we're gonna change everything. No, but let people know what the order of battle is before we start shooting the bastards, okay? That way you know who's who in the zoo. Don't you wanna know exactly who it is you have to go after and deal with when the time comes? I know, I do. And the more information we have, the more of a database.
The easier it's going to be to settle the problem faster with regard to getting rid of the problems. So, prior to our planning, prevent piss poor performance, as we know. Let's make sure we make the effort to plug everything in accordingly. Next, as a matter of fact, Michigan. Now we're going to touch on that.
It appears that the next area that may be affected is Traverse City and also one of the burbs of Grand Rapids as part of this whole connection with regard to the voter fraud investigation. In fact, I want to understand with the report that we got last night, and I've seen a little bit more of it this morning.
The redacted is obvious now there although again the critters that are doing this here either a exported from the country and already gone or be Making a deal because they're part of a bigger spider web so it appears there's five to seven other areas that already posted the same complaints the Secretary of State's office and other elements at the county level Come coordinating with them have actually
everything in motion to file paperwork and of course complaints, criminal complaints against the individuals that have been identified. It's going to be interesting to see how much stuff they try to shred and burn if they drag their feet, which is the other thing about this. Everybody knows who's who in the zoo with regard to who actually did
the dirty deed. And they're just, what they're doing as far as I'm concerned is there are certain characters that are giving the evil ones a chance to slide out of the country and get back over to Haifa, Tel Aviv, or Toronto. Take your pick. Or just run back to Chicago, which is like a foreign alien part of the planet to begin with, inside the US. So if this continues, remember that the Trevor City
Muskegon area was part of well, I'm not so much Muskegon, but there was some compass made about the other other areas and connections that you were in Michigan with the 2000 mules of Movie that was done now all they did was just basic police work 101 and if they could do it of course anybody else could but and they didn't have that much money so they had to be select but remember that they had
connective tissue that they mentioned it but they were not incorporating it into the movie about what they had surveyed with Michigan itself. Now, the interesting thing is that we have the same problem with what are significant, they're not just minor discrepancies, they're literally, the boats that were counted were the people who literally do not exist.
And it is not on a small scale. It is a very large number. This is not a surprise to anybody. All of us that have been talking here, we already explained, guys, this is what was happening. Anybody's got a brain nose. We've seen it before. The differences usually stayed in Chicago, New Orleans, and maybe a few other twit places like Washington, D.C., Jew York, that kind of thing.
But that isn't the case. They took this out at a commercial level across the country. Obama is tied directly into it with the money that was being run about. They're of course pointing to Biden, but it's not just Biden. The organizations and institutions have interlocking tendrils to all of the usual cast of characters.
And this is I think the other reason to try dragging their feet and Hillary Clinton busting up the hard drives, remember? Go ahead, jump in there, caller.
Well, or in people now in this case if you look at the report one of the things that they pointed out with the Muskegon case which is another thing that's the next step in criminal activity here is they just absolutely lied. The person did not even exist.
This is where the signatures are wrong, the phone numbers don't exist, the name of the person was not on the roll, then they're the ones that were on the roll, but you know again, like you said, most likely the people are dead. That's the other thing to remember is the other side is making a point of scouring the machine to find every corpse they can to incorporate into the voting record.
But in many cases, there's people that simply did not vote were having the intention of voting. And somebody squiggled their name down, falsified the signature, but also falsified phone information, which is rather interesting because, for instance, I do not have a cell phone. Most companies now, they use this as that social media score thing, which they expect, oh, you got to have a cell phone.
And I don't. And it's rather interesting. No, I don't need a cell phone. I don't have a cell phone. I don't need a cell phone. But it's like, no, you have an address. We have a ground line. We give you our ground phone number. Well, that should be enough. That's everything you need right there. I mean, why? What are you trying to pass on other information I don't know about by collecting it for them?
Because that's the only reason you really need the phone. The mobile phone is that for tracking to pass on to the government so they can harass you and hunt you down later and stop you on the road arbitrarily at their discretion. What? So again, they put great credence into the phone mechanism. But in this case, there was no credibility with regard to the phone information that was given. It was all fake.
And that, but that was a flag, that was a final indicator when somebody actually made the effort to go back through and find out what was going wrong. The other problem we have with this, and this is something too, I think we need to step back and remember why the ring knockers are not gonna allow this really to move forward. Everybody says, what do you think they'll do anything? Well, let me ask you something. If we can show,
And we can easily. I believe that the preponderance of evidence is so vast. And the prostitutes, the lodge buddy ring knockers, and the amical wearing kosher mafia understand that this was so flagrant and that they cooperated in this criminal action on a massive level. That it would be easy for any even semi-genuine person
To accumulate all the data needed to completely overturn this election, the 2020 election and throw it out the door, throw it right out the window. However, now I'm gonna ask you some questions here. First of all, let's remember something. We voted in, we didn't vote, God, I can't say that. We didn't vote in, but the individual Joe Biden, the Petosnefer Meat puppet,
And Kamala, the braying mule Harris both came in on the same election. Ergo, they have to leave if it was overturned. Now, that's not a problem because that's what should happen. But here's the big issue for the spit swappers, the ring knockers and all the thieves that have stolen so much money from you. Uh-oh, yeah, there's money involved, isn't there?
Yes, there is. There's a lot of money and a lot of legislation that was signed off and passed. Do you see what causes the problem here?
Not so much the money. I mean, they just print more. They just lie their ass off. They cover the lodge buddies, the Republicans, the Democrats, the Democrats cover the Republicans. They'd all lie their ass off and somehow they pull magical digits out of their bong hole if they had to return it to you. Okay? But here's where the problem is. How many laws have been passed between the election of 2020 and today?
Do we have any count? Anybody out there, you know, think they could even guess? How many laws, how many arbitrary decisions, how many directives that have affected your budget? They've affected the economy. They have lost you vast amounts of money. They have affected vast numbers of small and medium-sized businesses and in many cases put them out of business.
Now, because everybody has been told that everything was legit, they proceeded with this action and proceeded day after day, week after week, month after month, right? But guys, everybody's agreeing that this was an illegitimate election. So, what happens to all the things that this administration and all of its bureaucracy signed off and did to America? What happens?
to the paper. They are defunct. Just like if they could go back and prove that Bathhouse Barry was not a US citizen by legal birth, then everything he did goes bye-bye. And everything connected to it. You see, what's the first rule of the Ringknocker? Protect the business. So this is why the pricks, why those parasites in DC,
are going to do everything they can to try to wiggle sideways through this, preferably as I've told you before, at the very least. They're going to try to drag this through to the next election. And then you're supposed to all be excited because maybe they become more fair about counting the election right. And maybe Trumpet gets in, maybe somebody else does.
But then they go, wow, you know, that stuff is water over the dam. You don't need to worry about it. Wait a minute. We have not one, not two, not three, but four years of illegitimate, bureaucratic, administrative, and most importantly, legislative action that in no way, shape or form should have affected us.
was completely scurrilous and is completely scurrilous. See, this is the problem. I take this very seriously. This is life and death. Elections are life and death. Elections are not a funny ha ha, oh well, they cheated, it was a game, ha ha ha, no it's not. So life and death action, because what they pass and what they do will, especially when they use government to attack people, will get people killed.
Does everybody understand that? And how many people, how many people, let's just think about what happens if you realize that all of the January 6 people, which by the way pretty much all of them were illegitimately acted upon, okay, and the bureaucracy and the judicial and, but most importantly, the presidential element,
Which we now find is illegitimate and has to step down which it should but it won't Guys you have to make all of the victims whole How can you do that? Oh you can and you know what the cost would be? You realize just how many people are in jail? Because things that were signed by Biden were made into effect
But in reality the signature the authority that created the fiction of that law was 100% illegitimate dictating that everything for the three-year period if right now it were to happen and it could not just be Biden Oh, but we're gonna get rid of bite this way. No the whole bureaucracy of this administration has to go for the fraud
is not neutralized or I should say settled at discovery, but it goes back to the inception of the fraud, which means the very first moment that they brought that character in, everything from that point forward is askew. Go ahead, jump in there, Carter. Yes, Tom. Hey, no spiders in Hawaii. I've been reading about where a lot of them have a lot of rich people and elites.
homes are there and they're doing they have them fires to Burn them down down. So all the evidence of everything being burned. What do you think about that? I think what's going on Hawaii? What do you mean evidence of other activities that they may have been involved in? Yes Well, you think it's possible because again, where's Barry Satoro where was very Satoros power base?
before Chicago. Hawaii, yeah. And with the petals, the queers, and all of the other, and by the way, I will point out again, there are three states have very unique and odd governmental constructions coming into the Union. Nevada, I mentioned yesterday, but I also pointed out that Hawaii and Alaska are alien to the rest of the nation.
in terms of the construction of the state and how the state came into the union. So what has happened with Hawaii is Hawaii in reality is almost like a mimic of Washington, D.C. This is something nobody ever talks about, but in reality, all of the same activities and affairs of state and business happen in the same construction and method
as happened in the district of criminals. So one of the things that they've got is especially if criminal, if you have a criminal thunderhead on the horizon, the likes of which the nation has not seen in maybe 160 years, because there were incidents way, way back that, in fact Andrew Jackson helped with some of these,
where individuals who were tied into foreign parties who were trying to undermine the legitimacy of the United States, who tried to do everything in their power to destroy the country or hand the country over to the international bankers, ended up being targeted by legitimate elements of our republic.
And they in turn, of course, were chasing the buggers down and they did everything they could to destroy as much material information as possible. They were still caught up. And as Jackson said at the very end, you might recall, what did he say? You know, I killed the bank. It was one of the last things he said before he died. It's argued it's the last thing he said. You know, the one thing I did in my life, the one thing I did, I killed the bank.
And it's on his tombstone, so he's still saying it to this very day. That's what's on his tombstone. I killed the bank. Yeah, so think about it. Why would you, why would he, why was that so important? Because that was the threat and the very problem that he described now in this age, the same Shysters, the same spit swappers, the same yamikawearing ring knockers have tried the same game on a massive scale against the American people.
and part of that group, part of the other power faction. Let's make the mistake about what we're talking about here. As I've told you a million times, there are many power factions in this system. And each has taken their turn. It's kind of like Europe, I've told you before. Every country in Europe has had their turn at being the god smack of the continent.
Even tiny Sweden at one time was known as the giant with feet of clay. They were a phenomenal military force. They went out, they beat the Russians, they beat everybody in Northern Europe one time or another, and took great holdings, but they didn't have the manpower to keep it. In other words, they were great at going, you know, just cut through the forces before them, but they didn't have anybody to occupy.
And so it changed and changed and changed again. Well, we're in that situation now in this era of the United States where we have a number of different factions all vying for the key control points of the country. Now, I'm going to point something out about thinking that we've forgotten about big oil and what it is, okay?
But obviously the globalists, big oil, thought it had some kind of a deal, and by the way, still does. See, we've got like here in Michigan, all our oil wells were capped off way before the spit swappers did what they did here. Everybody remember I've been talking about this? We've got a bunch of activity at several of the sites with military right now. And in fact, they're checking into it while I'm talking. That's one of the things we've been dealing with today.
We're inspecting specific locations. These sites were camouflaged to appear to be deescalated. Now, let me point something out. What are your gas prices today? Are they more expensive than they were when Trump was in there? Almost twice the price. Okay, now, here's the thing that I'm looking at next.
Let's say that they decide to flip the coin here on this or they would call it swinging the pendulum. Way before we had this hit, the oil companies already started capping off and putting in reserve by not pumping a lot of oil. Oil prices are high. Now, when you reintroduce oil, it will progressively come back down.
But let's understand that one of the things that could happen, a real interesting scenario, which we're all talking about here right now, the Bidenite regime is finally acknowledged to be illegitimate. The election was a fraud, everybody was a criminal, was involved in partaking in deceiving the country. So retribution starts, okay?
And because of this, now we have to figure out who's going to be next in line in government. Now here's a problem. You can't say that everybody in the Congress is legitimate either, people. If you just acknowledge that somebody gimmicked all of the election and we're in fact we're doctoring it for the demicons.
Doesn't that mean that pretty likely anybody within the construct is in question right now? So you can't just have the normal ascension of power through the command structure the way it was established, you know, from one office to the next office to the next office. That has to be thrown out the window. Now, I'm not saying there's going to be a takeover because that can't be allowed. We'd have to shoot there, sorry, S.
But what there could be is, again, a temporary stay of activity, an emergency election to reinstate, at least for a temporary or short cycle to finish the cycle of this presidency.
And someone would have to be in there as president and then of course the VP rides in with them but then the rest of the cabinet and all the other fun stuff have to be chosen. Don't forget all these secretarial offices that people need to be fired from. My orcas is asked and he needs to be run out against the wall in the shot for being the traitor that he is because he's just a lying sack of of of cart bait.
Several characters have been directly involved in committing espionage treason, blatant acts of terrorism against the population to include allowing foreign nationals to enter the country as combatants against the population. So that's going to be popped up. But most importantly is that the economy would have to shift.
All of the communists, all of the bullshit, we gotta go electric stuff was all signed here in a very short, compressed period of time. Also the restrictions on oil. Now if all of a sudden we change the regime here in a matter of moments, somebody's gonna make a whole lot of money in the oil business. And anybody who's pre-invested in the oil business,
after say unscrewifying the American system, someone's gonna be making money hand over fist dumping the oil product, American oil product back on the market. It would be the American oil industry. So let's just keep in mind that there's some funny stuff here that just seems to be in the wings that to me it doesn't, hey, I'd rather have all of the conditions we had three, four years ago, except
Well, Trumpette, if you were to get in for a short stock moment, and I don't think that's how it would work. I think what would happen is they go down through the pecking order, find whatever corpse fit the command transfer, and they would put that corpse in there and then be viciously trying to scour out the election process to try and create confidence. Then in the process of doing that, we get stuck with whoever we get stuck with.
Now it's not likely it would be a Democrat because right now the Democrats are being proven to be an absolute absolute traitors and those that followed them are paid they hate the American system they hate America itself and they've proven themselves to be enemies of you and me and anybody else who wishes to live free in this country. So this is where an escalation step by step change in economy is going to be significant. We were already we were all fuel independent
There is damage that's been done to even the storage systems if you haven't caught up on the story on that with regard to how they were storing the oil which means that additional extreme costs are going to have to be made in order for us to reestablish what we had in the way of a structure before the Communists came in before the Soviets did what they did to the country if we can take
If this can cycle back through peacefully, I don't think it can. By the very description of every element of what we're talking about, the other side has to jump and the communists have to make the move like they did with the moderates as they took power in Russia. This is not Russia, this is the United States. We do not have a history of retarded ownership of arms and equipment.
We have a vast reserve of materials at our disposal. It's sufficient to deal with part of the police state problem. It would also deal with foreign issues. And then again, people would have to pick sides in the bureaucracy and the government from the guard to the reserve to the regular military itself, elements of the government which we're already seeing fractures, significant fractures in.
Now the biggest issue that all we're going to look at is their money. This is the thing about the paper pusher. That they're going to be looking at, well I've accumulated all this cash because they profiteered, because a lot of them profiteered off all the communist programs that they plugged in. All of them have money under the table tied into these things. So the biggest thing is that a lot of them are not going to jump the way you might think, because a lot of what's been going on, you don't know about.
And for that reason, like I said, they either have to defecate or get off the pot. But if they get off, this is a major setback they can't afford. They simply won't allow. So while on the one hand, what I just said is how things should be here historically in the past, there are several times where it should have happened before. And all the ring knockers and spit swappers and all the parasites and all of the
Carpet baggers and all the scallywags are going to do everything they can to try and not acknowledge what we all see before us. While the Emperor has no clothes, everybody sees the Emperor in full regalia right now. Or they'll try to help make that happen, which means that, again, it's inevitable that force of arms is the only thing that's going to fix this. We still keep coming back to, we're going to have to shoot the bastards.
Everybody would like some exit strategy. There is an exit strategy. I just walked through part of it and it's actually much more complicated because there's a whole bunch of other pieces of this pie that they've created that to a degree they've broken so badly that they can't fix. They can't even fix the line that would be attached to them.
So again, we're in a very unique situation that isn't going to get better. It's going to get worse. And it's also not going to be over a long period of time. We weren't a very compressed short window with this. Yeah, one of the reasons, Mark, is because of the globalist situation. It's not just here that they're trying to pull it off. They're trying to pull it off everywhere. And while we are the key interlocking ingredient to get things to happen their way if we fall,
There's other places that are going to be stunted if they don't get us completely enslaved in the next year or two. Right. And in fact, it has to be within this window within the year. I don't think they even have two years. I think that in fact, even there, they don't have, they don't even have a year. They either have to act. Well, if this proceeds as we will proceed, I've already told you guys where this is going with just this state.
But understand this, Michigan isn't the only one that has these issues. And if everybody finally acknowledges that, you know, and you already are, and now some people are saying, well, why are they allowing this? Well, if the argument is that you're going to, that somehow they're going to claim that, well, this is why we need to impeach Biden. No, you don't. You fire them. They don't get impeached. People, they're not legitimate. Yeah, I don't give a, I don't scare, yeah.
care, Mark will get it out there, I don't care what paper they put a hand to. Well they had their hand on the Bible, that means nothing to the Satanist, number one, and it doesn't make any difference. It was fraud, it is a fraud. This isn't just a little, oh they did a criminal action while they were president, no.
This action is the criminal action that concocted the idea that they could be president when in reality in no way shape or form was legitimate. So you were not talking about, well we could impeach Joe Biden over the... Shut up! That's not what we're talking about. You have to fire them. You have to fire them. They can't... Well that would be the other one. I didn't mean to pull the trigger yet. Wait a minute.
You know because that is true. That's the other problem is the dead men tell no tale and one of the things we have not seen yet But we're at the point of maybe what you would call the garrison emperors with the fall of Rome is Somebody just taking them out and then you know just declaring randomly that they have authority Which we don't want we really don't need we need that I want them alive long enough so that they can point fingers at the rest of what it is needs to be gone
Go ahead jump in there, but we also would they have to be they have to be fired. The impeachment is no longer needed. Go ahead So what do you think of that? What 70 year old guy in California that got killed by the FBI could they broke into without could be threatened to uh, assassinate Biden I'm sorry. I have not seen that yet. Was that today? No, it was the other day. It was the other day
I had to find the article, but yeah, Stockton, California, I think you're 70, I forget. I'll find the story when I find it. I'll be evidently in the FBI in a late night raid, broken into this guy's house. And he supposedly went for a gun until they killed him. I guess he did a...
Post on Facebook or something like that where he then you assassinate Biden Right. Well, of course, and I believe that I'm a Chinese jet pilot named lousy they in certain states that can get away with it because People are of a different mindset But in other places there are people looking for an opportunity to deal with that kind of problem with them coming out
They wouldn't get out, and they wouldn't escape. And in fact, they keep, you know, certain people keep them alive long enough to find out who are you really with. See, that's the thing. But as far as, as far as that goes, just figure assassination. It went for a good, they lied. He might have. But again, mostly, what's the first rule? It's feds, their mouth's moving, they're lying.
Look what they've done just with what you've seen in any of the Senate hearings in the last how many how many months now flat out lying over and over and over and over and over and over it's like it but by the way It's all a first because we've told you for 30 years guys. We've watched the bastards lie over and over again But as long as it was you know, everybody was getting their beer and could still get their bud
And their bud wasn't queer beer. Well, it was okay if they killed somebody else. It was okay if they burned down a church with a whole bunch of people. So if they had to kill the whole bunch of people. And people would parrot whatever lie was generated. But now, well, everything's getting, all of their comfy toys are getting messed with. And all of a sudden they're getting pissy. But it's all new. They weren't doing it before. Yeah, they were. They've been doing it for years in the Patriot movement.
The militia effort, everybody has told everybody about it. And those that enjoyed drinking the Kool-Aid don't like the taste of the new Kool-Aid now. Oh well. That's exactly what you can expect to see with the copy.
And speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the length and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave.
In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press.
and you pay attacks you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You trade it in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seemingly farm and keep our country
deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't leave.
O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God, keep the torch of freedom burning bright.
As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled, each God given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave?
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the hour of the afternoon intelligence report. I'm Mark Kornke. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, west, southeast, north, and... Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on...
www.limbertytreeradio.4mg.com. We are on satellite. We want to say hi to all our merchant marine operators out there, whatever body of water you're on. We're also in a myriad of other communications technologies inside and outside these United States. It is Thursday. It's still Thursday.
It is the 10th of August. It is the 15th year of open obvious and pissing in your face Fabian socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2023 old earth calendar 2023 battle for the Republic The dance of swords let the dance continue. We're gonna make sure that happens effect. Make sure we're the ones playing the music and
Picking the song. Anyway, it is the medium weather outside. We had a little bit of rain. It's a bit of rain during the program here and just a little beforehand enough to cover, like I said, keep everything ready to cover up. It looks like it wants to and then it doesn't. In this case, it did mild, perfect, not downpour. And the plants, they just smile.
with this kind of weather. I'll tell you what, we have had phenomenal production across the board and I'm not complaining at all, so let's hope it just keeps doing what it's doing for now. Anyway, other things on the list of things to do. We have a couple of other gas mask questions that came up about, for instance, one that's most common is how often do you change filters? I don't have a problem with the question. In fact, every once in a while, I need to reinforce it.
The determination of how long your filter is good for is overlapping between two issues. Number one, what is the type of agent that you're suspecting or affected by? You may not be able to identify that, but the most common issue with low-end threat is what's called loading, and that's on the surface intake area of the filter. Now, that's not that little hole
that you see on the end of your filter. That is the access point. But if you look at the diameter, you see how big the filter is itself? Your first layer, your pre-filter, takes up that whole space. But again, remember, it's a porous material. It's designed to, well, what does it say? It filters. So it holds and blocks material.
A lot of what you're going to be taking in is kicked up in the environment and is not just the agent, although that's bad enough, but you also have just natural materials. And every time taking a breath, dusty material, particulate that is attached to, for instance, the agent, whatever it might be.
is carried into the mask every time you breathe. Now all of that is blocked and this is one of the reasons we've talked about even adding a pre-filter piece of cheesecloth or you can use a number of different materials in an emergency. The Branch Davidians did. Somebody in the Branch Davidian group there was pretty smart about using gas masks.
And the reason I say that is because it is obvious that they had, what they had done is because of the level of concentration with regard to the agent that was dumped into the home and church of the Branch Davidians, they had extended the operation of their filters by using
either cheesecloth, you can't really identify what it was, but using pre-cloth to go over that open hole area to filter out large particulate. And especially when they're getting dumped in or you're getting dumped on at a very high level, would say also residual battlefield debris, you know, there was junk in the air.
you're going to end up with the filters loading a lot faster because there's only so much surface space to take in. And by the way, the center area where most of the venturi that you create by sucking air in through that filter is right where that little round hole is.
That gets blocked up first and does create resistance. It makes it more difficult progressively for you to breathe so you can identify that the loading is taking place because it's becoming restrictive for you to take in air. You got to work harder. It's like, what's going on here?
So, again, it's a matter of how long you can operate with the filter as is before the filter simply isn't useful because of loading. And that is something that to a degree, the team leaders are going to have to learn a lot more about so that you can study, keep an eye on your people. The buddy system, you're supposed to teach everybody down to the buddy system so you know what to watch for.
And then what happens is you halt, you do a change out for that person if they've been maybe in a, it may be just that they're in a bad situation with the filter they've had in the mask for a while, but it may be the whole unit may have issues simultaneously. One policy is that when you change out filters,
It's kind of like you're no faster than the slowest man in the unit. What you do is you change out based upon the loading problems with a particular individual. Everybody started out at .0. Everybody's equipment was at the same level.
But otherwise, you may change out that person's mask if you've got a hodgepodge of people that you've brought together and you don't know what the duration or durability of the service of that mask has been. How long has it been operational? What's the guy been doing with it? Kind of like what we talked about over and over again about the face bras. How long you're supposed to wear them as opposed to what they were telling everybody, oh, just keep them on your face. No, OSHA says every 20 minutes,
you should be replacing a standard face mask because of the very thing I'm talking about, loading. The mask is doing its job, but when the mask gets to a certain point, it isn't doing the job anymore. So this is why it needs to be changed out. The big thing here with filters, again, is at least a couple of spares per mask. If you can do more, you're better off.
think long haul because we don't know how many different situations we're going to get into. And I would remind you that gas masks are very effective especially in high effluvia and biological situations even if you don't have a biological filter. What do I mean by that?
If you have to deal with a bad freezer, that's about the equivalent to dealing with corpses that have been fermenting in the field for a period of time, which can be as short as three or four hours. You might recall when we had the drink, the Kool-Aid escapade down in South America, where we sent American troops to go sort out the pile of bodies that were all layered two, three, and four, and five deep.
Most people realize how many people are actually dead there the Jonestown quote-unquote massacre Guys that's tropical rainforest, you know, you weren't just going in and moving bodies they were going and they went in in full mop gear in tropical weather there was a hundred degrees and We're dealing with bodies that when you started to pull on them. They came apart like cooked chicken
Okay, so this is one of the things you remember, the gas mask, if nothing else, a gas mask might be really nice to have if you have to move through an area that's had critical mass destruction.
In other words, unless you want to have that smell in your sinuses for the next six, seven days, trust me, it can hang around a long time. That effluvia gets up into your respiratory system and it'll be there. It's in your clothes, it's gonna be on you. And that sounds, people don't realize. It sounds weird, but it is a reality. It's like I've said a million times. You know when they make movies, they never make smell-o-vision.
And there's a reason, okay, so and most of the polite images you see in movies are BS Okay, any crisis situation a place where bio where you were animals doesn't have to be people But an animal okay, just think about this you're driving down the road. How many deer balloons did you see this summer? How long did it take for that deer to become a deer balloon? Not very long was it?
So for that reason, this is why the investment in a gas mask is a really good thing with regard to upcoming future events. Now as far as the filter idea, here's what you do. You can cut cloth in advance. If you wanted to, you could cut T-shirt type or cheesecloth type material larger than, and it could be in kerchief squares, but larger than the face of your
standard gas mask filter, whatever you're using. The only thing that doesn't have this ability as quickly, what can be done, are the M17 and the M10 gas masks which have the chipmunk, cheek, and turtle filters, but this can be done with them also. It's just you have to have two little pieces of cloth instead of one larger one.
Now, why do you want the cloth to be long enough that it's longer than when you roll it over the side? It actually extends beyond the gas mask itself. What do I want to do that for? Well, because when you put this on and you use a rubber band to hold it in place, you want rubber bands, a Ziploc bag, and you want to make five, six, or seven of these things and fold them up, put them in the bag, and put them in a pocket inside your gas mask.
There are all kinds of slip points and pockets inside your gas mask bag. Okay? So, what am I going to do? I put it out and apply it. And then what's going to happen is we're going to use the buddy system since you're probably going to use white. You could use green if you're worried about tactical. You could use camouflage material. It doesn't make any difference. But white is easier to monitor. And here's why. Because at a given point using the buddy system or even with yourself, go look in a glass or a mirror.
If you see that that area is chalked up, it's black, what you're going to do is you're going to take it off, you're going to take the rubber band off, you're going to, you can even leave it partially attached and what you want to do is tuck it, you want to pull one end and slide that black o-ring, that dot, that bullseye off to the left, the right, north or south. It doesn't make any difference, but you move it out of the way and new material, new cloth replaces it.
What this does is it extends the life of your gas mask. Because, forgive me, of your filter. Your mask is good indefinitely. God, Mark, make sure you get that right. Your gas mask is good indefinitely. It's your filters that are obviously always going to be the issue. And in the long haul, it's the issues that are going to be a problem. Not the mask itself, unless it gets gacked or damaged. And there are certain things you need to understand and do with your mask to protect it.
to a limited degree from some of the things that can happen in the field when the time comes. Okay? But right now we're talking about that filter rag. Now, the nice thing about it being white, you can shift it and shift it, move it again, and because you cut it a little big, you got a lot of space on that rag to grab the large particulate.
This is the big stuff that normally is floating in the air. Example, you've seen all these images with ash and debris floating in the air, but you're also possibly worried about a chemical or a biological threat. Well, what's going to probably load your mask up isn't the biological threat. It's going to be all the crap floating in the air that the biological threat is probably floating around with.
So for this reason the system we're talking about is a good idea and this extends the existing inventory of filters that we have quite extensively. Now the nice thing is when you decide that it's you know you're at the limit with that particular rag you have either A take the existing Ziploc bag which probably I should have said to get bring spares you take the old rag that you're going to take off the filter put it into a Ziploc bag
seal the Ziploc bag and put the material either into a decon bag where you're able to that's local or carry it out or dispose of it in whatever way will take it away from your person but also not making a threat to everybody else in the environment. Ideally you want to carry this stuff out. If you're in an area of activity you don't want to leave it for your buddies, you know, for your family or people. So you do want to take, maintain control over the debris that you create like this.
because it will cross contaminate the environment very quickly if you're not paying attention. So we're not gonna let that happen because we got the thinkers, the enemy has the idiots' tinkers, okay? Another thing about using the color, you can still use OD green, I would say probably be able to still monitor that well enough. Typically everybody just uses white, like I said, because it is very apparent very quickly when you have loading on the cloth.
But this is going to extend the life of your regular filter dramatically, especially in a very bad environment. Okay? Another thing, another question, has to do with the other gas mask I was talking about, the M10 and the M17. Well, how do you change filters very slowly? I know. One thing about the M17 and the M10 though, they have twice the filtering capacity
of all of the other standard can masks. So that was the advantage of that design. Most people don't think that through. I mean, look at it. You've got two intake ports. You have two separate filtering systems that are doubling the amount of air that you can intake at the same time. One of the other considerations there is that it also affords more efficient collection of oxygen and air by the operator. So they actually have a little more endurance.
I will point out as I mentioned before when you're using a standard mask, trust me I have all these standard masks. So don't say, oh my god, Mark says the other one, my standard mask is bad. No, that's not what I'm saying. There are advantages and disadvantages to each system. The disadvantage is the question I had as an email yesterday, which had to do with the idea, well, how do we change filters on these M10s?
You you're better off in the example of that. We've already talked about this anyway. The M10s were very cheap M17s are not M17s are in demand So the biggest problem there is that they're not cheap. You might run two-a-yard sales You may run to them on eBay or whatever or you know Facebook Marketplace Maybe if somebody doesn't know what they have and you can get them for a good price fantastic but The big thing is you have more masks available
And what it is is that you actually withdraw, you know, the policy was you could endure, stay longer in the field with the mask that you had on, then you would rotate out because you're in a chemical or biological environment to a, what basically was a decontamination point, and your mask would typically be, would be processed out. You wouldn't probably keep that mask. Another mask is supposed to be available
already kitted out, the mask that you're going to take off is going to be secured and not put with the rest of the biohazard material. But it is still a hazardous item because the filtration system itself obviously is loaded with a contaminant.
So, you have greater durability in the field, longer, it's longer lasting, but when the time comes, you know, when time comes, time comes, you've got to step back, change masks, and then carry on with the task. Now, I've mentioned this many times myself. This is what I do. If I were to grab one of my backpacks of the dozens I have packed for me, I have many backpacks set up for me in many locations.
In each of my standard backpacks, I have a basically what is the MP5, MP6, 7. It's the possum mask. I have a Russian possum mask or Hungarian or whatever. The Russian pattern looks like a possum. Think about it that way. No, it does. In many cases, they don't even have voicemitters, depending on what year you bought them. I bought thousands of these. I carry one of those masks as a spare in my backpack.
Because they're so lightweight. They are so Easy to operate if you know, there's nothing to figure out That to have a spare there's no reason not to I've got a gun to carry spare filter anyway So I actually have a spare mask. So to be quite honest One of the ways you could engineer your m10 or m17 system is I would still carry spare filters by the way for the m10 Because a lot of you guys have them I do I have a I just moved 15 of them today
I got a barrel that's going into a 510 project and those masks are going into that 510 pod, okay? But in addition to that, I have filters. I bought the filters at another time when they were a dollar a set. Remember, many times I pointed out stuff on the air. Grab it when we talk about it, grab it because it ain't gonna be like that forever. This is all surplus. This is not, oh, it's pregnant from the store. It's surplus, okay?
But the reason I carry the spare mask is A, I might need it because I'm going to look forward to battlefield damage. I can also share where I can't give you my mask. I can give you that spare mask and so you're still breathing which means you can aim and if you can aim you can help me. And between the two of us we can kill Qing Li or the secret police pig in the rat in the black uniform and continue to fight effectively as a team.
But if you're all goopy-eyed and puking up green and your eyes are popping out of your head like ripe grapes and your brains are oozing out your ears because you sucked in too much of a material that you shouldn't have, well, you're not much used to me that way. So it benefits me to actually think ahead because I might need your assistance. You might even say me down the road.
You still have a mask that works and mine gets damaged. You might have to drag me off the battlefield. I hope you would. I kept you breathing. But anyway, the big thing here again is...
With the M10s and the M17s is you want to buy more, they're relatively cheap. They're still one of the, the M10 is right now probably one of the cheaper masks. It hasn't gone up in crazy price, it's gone up in price but not as much as others. And if you're already committed to using them, I would just pick up more and then add to the inventory the conventional canister masks also.
They're both serviceable. They both work. Don't panic if you have those and you go, oh my god, I should get the other man. Well, you can. But what you have will serve just as well. Just understand limitations. How does it work? This is the big thing. There were different philosophies for all of this equipment over the decades, guys.
You haven't even seen some of the stuff from years ago. Although it's interesting, for instance, the German masks from World War II really are not obsolete. They're just the materials they were using because of their limitations in a wartime production situation, they're not as durable for storage. But interestingly enough, the American mask, which, yeah, it's got a hose. I always laugh because they go, oh, it's a hose. It's useless. No, the hose mask worked just fine. It just understand.
Well, let me point something out. They usually worked better. What? Well, the hose masks were hooked up to basically much larger filter systems. So when that question comes up, well, how long will my mask, you know, my filter last? Well, if you've ever seen the Russian MP series or all the different MR and TR series of masks that they had,
A lot of them were hosed masks. Well, there's a special bag, and this is something you need to remember if you're going to commit to having hoses so you can actually use it with your modern masks. In order to carry and use the larger filter, the mask bag has a hole in it in the bottom.
And there's a pocket system inside the bag so that the big filter goes in there and there are two nodules. There can either be wood, there's sometimes just wood with vinyl over it or it's rubber. There are a couple of rubber look like big tootsie rolls. And what they do is create a standoff so that the filter can sit in the bag, the hole in the bottom of the bag allows for air to pass.
And then obviously the bag is carrying the can and is supporting the hose which goes to your mask. So if you do use, you've got to remember that if you're trying to suck air in a regular bag, you've got to come up with, if you want to use the cans and you're going to use the hose, you've got to have the right carry bag so that air can pass through to your gas mask.
You know through you through your you the filter through the hose to you. They're not obsolete They're not obsolete in anybody's rich in imagination Why well guess what take a look at the size of the filters for the tank type or the or the hose type systems? They're all they're twice the size of a standard filter
Most of you have probably never seen them. So you go, what's obsolete? Well, you're asking about how long can I last in these? Understand that with those, I have twice the duration, literally. So again, keep in mind, sometimes people say stuff they don't even know. They would say repeat and repeat, repeat something somebody else has said. Now again, would I use those first? Oh, I've got a ton of them. I bought truckloads of them.
Many of you listening bought many many many from us for the cost of the mass We went down and cleaned out a wholesaler bought every last thousand of them he had and then we made sure they got out to the people and We all it was was cover the cost plus split up on the shipping and we went down with trucks and picked it up So it was our costing gasoline and you know calculated any other expenses and we brought the cost down dramatically we're buying from wholesalers not retailers and
Basically, we had the mask down to as little as $1 a piece with a tank, with a hose, with a bag, or with the smaller, standard filter that you're all familiar with. You can pick whichever you wanted until they ran out. We did thousands. That's why it's one of the masks that I use. Now, you still get them. They're still out there. However, now here's another thing.
Don't leave these out in the light. They have very little IR protection. The Warsaw Pact slash the Russians built these things to, you know, minimal in cost in that way. So the basic rule is keep them in the dark, keep them in your backpack like I keep them in the pack. I put them inside a carry bag. They're inside the regular bag anyway, which is a very light duty cloth throwaway bag. It's all throwy because
Their logic was, you didn't change the filter, you just pull the mask off, chuck it in the decon bucket and it gets burned and we give you a new mask with a new filter because they were so cheap. But they work. They work really well. I've tested all this equipment in a real environment with regular CSCN and under constant exposure. I used to do that.
So I've had a chance to play with all of this equipment and I used all of it at one time or another. And again, for what that little mask is, it's a life saver. Because if you reach for your mask and all of a sudden, my mask is mask on. Although it might take me a moment to drop my backpack. I know right where I'm going to reach my arm into the top, pull out a bag, stuff it in your gut.
and you know put it on. Now before I did that, before I gave you that gas mask because the gas wall was running towards us, I put my mask on first. Then I got you the mask. Then I stuffed it in your gut and said put it on. Am I imagining that? No, I actually had that happen in a tactical exercise where it was middle of winter. Guy reached for his mask. My mask is gone.
And that was with the Army, by the way. That wasn't, you know, it was, it could happen. So again, prior to proper planning, in this case, we won't always have those spares. So run like hell if you can, but pay attention which way the wind's flowing and certainly move away from the agent no matter what, if at all possible. Most important is better if you have the equipment. So if you haven't done it yet, go out and buy a gas mask. This will get you on the table for the game.
And that's how you need to look at it. Get something serviceable. Most everything out there is. If you have any questions, send me an email at liberty at provide.net. Liberty at provide.net.
Again, most of this is we're gonna have all we have to say the basics and you're not you're not gonna be a spaceman You're not gonna get me you can I shouldn't say that I don't know what they're chucking out right now because these fools that got all this billions of dollars for the coronavirus lie Guys, they've already been throwing out Tyvek suits again
And they're already happy about another incident, so they got a big scam running where they're going to be spending some big money on all the garbage that they already bought and already had. And they're going to throw it out, and they're going to go get more, and they're going to be given more, and then you and I are going to pay for it.
So pay attention to all these idiot stick operations, colleges, universities, emergency services, a lot of the big places. Like you saw what happened in California where they had all that gear and they took it out of the event building and left it outside in the rain. Well, some places just simply took it out and put it in dumpsters. Well, how do we know this? Because we got the dumpsters. We got everything in them. For that reason, yeah, you could be a spaceman, I guess. You can get air packs.
You can pick up full NBC sealed suits, the whole nine yards. You can pick up and spend whatever money you want to on gauntlets, on protection for your hands. So, hey, sky's the limit. The issue is, to what degree or how long do you think you're going to be in a threat environment?
Some people live up towards Midland where we have Dow Chemical and guys Dow Chemical has had spews. I've told you about this for years. They've had spews. They don't get in the news. But they have had spews that have come out and killed everything in its track.
Everything on the ground a week later, every plant dies, the fish come to the surface in the water in the ponds, everything dies. They don't tell anybody. They didn't tell anybody what was happening. It would be a good idea to get out of the way. Kind of like what you saw with that, oh that's right, that thing that just happened with that trainee thingy. Yeah, don't worry. It happens on a regular basis in other places and it's in a fixed location. You know, Dow Chemical, Midland, several locations.
Another good reason to have at least some technology there. Now again, other things I mentioned gloves. A year ago, two years ago, rubber, nuclear, biological, chemical defense gloves, NBC gloves, black, military were cheap. They are progressively getting more expensive. People are buying up the inventory or have bought up the inventory. Hopefully you guys are listening to me. But who knows and who cares? As long as somebody got them.
But because of this, those less expensive items are disappearing. And I will repeat again, Granger, go to their PPE, take a look at, again, you're looking for chemical. They need to be, again, highly serviceable. They cannot leak. You can't have any pin holes.
You don't want, you can use anything you have to. Here's another thing when I say you don't want to use, well, it's true you don't want to use, but if all you had was China Sportcraft, you ran over to the Dollar Tree because you're out of everything, then that's what you use until you can find better. Always remember that. Well, it's not, it will offer some protection. How long will it last? How durable is it gonna be? I don't know. But get something.
as opposed to nothing. And in fact, if you go to places other than Dollar Tree, there's tons of this stuff laying around. Just a matter of being creative. Go to a distressed store. There's a place we rent to the end of last week. Oh my God, we carried cartloads of material out of there. And the prices were absolutely phenomenal.
But you know whenever the only thing I know is if buy what you want because when you come back all that will be gone somebody will have already bought it it's Surplus it's not New regular product that's going to be carried every day. It's surplus And that means when it's gone. It's gone That's the biggest problem I see people would not really think and through when they see some of the stuff we talk about well I will get it later. Oh, it's gone
Well, it's gone because it was surplus and it's not going to be there. It was there for the time that it was available. It's like food when we buy stuff that's in the same situation where it wasn't popular and it's like, wow, you had to find something we like. And it's like, man, I don't know, we had to test it first, but by the time you test it, so sometimes you just take a chance and we buy everything on the shelf.
Why? Because we'll never get it again. If we like it, in most cases that has been the case because it's something I got a good feel for. So if it's something, it's a food item, I just buy it all because I know I'll never see it again. It's already a discontinued item. I got some stuff that was a wishbone salad dressing for pennies the other day. Why? Well, it's lime and jalapeno. Apparently the jalapeno is dominant and the jalapeno peppers.
And what's interesting, the lime isn't dominant, but Wishbone always does conservative dressings, and this was a very aggressive food product. You know, in other words, it leaves a hot in your face. Now, guess what? It's not on the shelf now. It is there, a place that we checked out.
But I've grabbed everything that they had because I kind of figured you know what well, I won't see that anywhere anymore They made that mistake. They're gonna continue with it. And so I might as well get what I can while I can Same is true with other items Now another thing oh before I forget yes for our listener. Yes duct tape don't forget duct tape and by the way get duct tape
Duct tape is so good for everything and anything you're doing. It will hold a bike together. It will help to seal your nuclear or biological or chemical technology the way it's supposed to. It can be used to fix vehicles. It's called 100 mile an hour tape in the military. I don't know, maybe, at least we used to call it that. Who knows what they're calling it now. Who cares? We called it 100 mile an hour tape. So, you want to take advantage of it, buy more duct tape.
And that should be a policy across the board. Buy more duct tape. You won't lose. And try to buy a new one, American. By the way, yes, on that note, you can have duct tape. By the way, not duct, quack quack. Duct tape. And yeah, there's gorilla tape. The only thing is the heavier gorilla tape is tougher to work. Once it's there, it's there, but it's tougher to work. So you might want staggered grade and the heavy grade.
What are you using duct tape for otherwise in your NBC kit? What if you get a Kim suit torn or your make gas mask? It's a bullet hole in it Didn't hit didn't kill you just graze your mask Well, in fact, how about the lenses on your on your mask something gets a hit you fall either a crunch You look it's not falling apart, but it's got fracture. You know what you do You take that mr. Duct tape and you put it right there over that spot. Don't take your gear off
Have your buddy come over, take the duct tape, clear off the area. You can wipe it down with a decon pad, take a piece of duct tape, put it right over that area, it's sealed. Because that's what duct tape does. Okay?
Anyway, now, non to other things, but hopefully answers all five, six, seven different emails that we had. And I appreciate it. Again, if you want to send me an email, it's liberty at provide.net, liberty at provide.net and put in capital letters, whatever the subject is. That way I'll know it's coming in off the program and I'll try to prioritize it because we usually have thousands of emails. Okay.
I go through every one of them, or at least I peruse the titles. Some things, obviously, I'm not going to open because it's just not for me. But if you do that by putting whatever the title is in all caps, that is a good way for me to identify that it's something that is a priority, and I will do what I can to answer it on the air. There we go. So next, right to the bottom of the arrow.
Forgive me anyway any other questions before we're going farther any callers any questions because usually I throw a bunch of stuff out like that Anybody any ideas because also if you want to share Where we're going farther. I don't want to leave anybody out. Okay, very good Go ahead. We got you. It's mr. Duct tape
Hey, since you got your gloves and you're all kitted up, when you tear your duct tape off, fold back a little bit on the duct tape so you've got a starter tab. Yep.
Yeah, even on the little, if you're going to put a little roll of tape, and by the way you can even, you say a lower, smaller roll, or you can buy small rolls now. You can buy a few yards, so many yards per roll, and it's actually even made by duct, it is duct tape.
What you do is unsnap your hanger and put it right there on the hanger or stick it in the bag if you want to keep it covered. The idea is that if you have it, like you said, even the little rolls, start it up a little bit, fold it over and that way you don't have to fumble because you're not going to take your gloves off.
You're not taking anything off to work anything, so you need big. You've got to think accessible. Thank you for bringing that up because, again, it's not like in the winter. You've got something. You take your glove off because you're going to work on it. No, this is not a winter exercise. This is a chemical threat environment. So you aren't going to take the gloves off. So whatever you're working with, you have to work with it with those limitations.
And that's why that is a very good idea. It's a very good solution. Anything else, Jeff, in there, please? Yeah. When I get suited up, I usually tear off a 12-inch strip of air duct tape, fold it over, and put it on my left arm, one on my right arm. I put one on my legs, about a 12-inch strip on each leg and each arm, so that when I get my suit on, my gloves on, I've got that little pulls tab.
I can pull that piece off, wrap it around the arm, the legs, and I'm done. Now when I go to, after I'm deconned and I want to take that tape off, that little pull tab will allow you to pull the tape off easily. Over. Yep. You're supposed to be wearing a chem suit. But that pull tab will help in doffing and donning your suit.
Exactly. Well, one of the things too is remember that you have to act quickly. I know that while we are talking about the buddy system, in most of these situations, you're going to be the first responder with most, it's just like emergency first aid in a firefight. You're going to have to be paying attention. You constantly should be inspecting and you should also be paying attention to your teammate.
and other members of the team, of the fire team and the squad, and if you see something irregular, you do not hesitate to call it out. This is one of the things, remember, nobody's gonna be abusing you for making a comment or asking a question. And if something is wrong, you need to point it out and address it immediately. Depending on the threat, it might even require that medical attention be performed because the individual doesn't know that they're a casualty yet.
So that's something to think about and again if you have the material ready to roll and deployed Then it only takes a moment to respond Rather than having to react and with a little bit of a panic going on again common sense application Anything else please we're almost to the top. I think that's the best sufficient for today All right, and again for everybody out there Granger
I've mentioned it many times, we don't advertise. Grainger doesn't advertise with us. No, we don't own stocks in Grainger. But Grainger's a quick, easy access. Your hardwares are obviously going to carry a lot of stuff. Some hardwares are better than others. So I don't count on the hardwares like I used to because a lot of ours in our area, we've been invaded by an arborist so they become fufu. They're not doing what they used to do. In fact, a lot of stuff that used to be available just simply isn't there.
Then it's because the mechanical engineering and the other stuff isn't in the local environment like it was. But they're still useful technology. You might be able to apply. Remember, go into the cleaning age department. That's where you'll find the gloves. Another thing is also large industrial garbage bags. You want lots of those around. They are useful for so many things, not the least of which, first off, is decontamination disposal.
material that's contaminated in addition for collecting, remember, but also for improvising chem suits, creating or encapsulating an area because something might need to be protected. I use the heavy bags everywhere that I can, the heavy gauge cleanup bags, black typically, but they all come in green and brown, so you can get tactical colors.
But it's material that's readily available. It folds up nice. You can put it into your, let's say your kit, your NBC kit as part of your D-Com. Smaller garbage bags that are household bags are another thing you should add for the exact same reason. And again, they're tools. There's just too many things where they might be really handy when the time comes.
So, you got to remember what you got, what you're carrying is all you've got, especially if you're out in the middle of BFE. And, well, if you didn't think about it, you're trying to pull it out of your arse randomly just isn't going to work. There's a whole lot out there to work with. If you're lucky, oh, it could be locals or whatever, sure. We're hoping it will be, and we're hoping to be friendly, but not always the case. So, again, go down through the shopping list.
Square your basics away and get that done and that should be a high priority. Why? Because once you're done, you're done. And as I pointed out, you can put together for under $67, about $70, I'll go high. For $70, you can have all the basics that you need to be able to defend yourself to a degree and that gets you started. Now, as far as whatever changes or upgrades you feel you need to do, that's the next step.
And remember, what's nice, whatever you already bought, that's spares. You're not going to get rid of it. You're not going to sell it. Those are spares. And spares are always a nice thing, especially since they've already been, again, accounted for in the budget. You already spent the money, you already knew what you were doing, you're all done with that, and I'll do other things.
Next, also before I forget Sportsman's Guide, go over to their surplus sale. I think there's one deal they had going right now with I think 60 to 70% off on certain surplus items. I did not look at the whole thing. You can go through all the pages. But you might want to go over to sportsmansguide.com and some of the things we're even talking about right now that we've just been talking about might be in there.
Remember that they have to turn inventory and replace, and even if it's the same item that's coming in, all of these surplus companies are the same way. Or I should say even regular retail providers. Note, Botash, B-O-T-A-C-H, botash.com, B-O-T-A-C-H.com. They just dumped a bunch of boots into the sales clearance section.
And if you look at the police trade-in or military-slash-police surplus, there are some gas masks, but it's a quantity thing. It's a bulk item. It's a bundle item. And they also had a number of vests. Unfortunately, I think those are gone. They might be still there. I did a quick check, and I think I saw that they were already sold. But they had some bundles in soft body armor.
Threat level two threat level three. I believe there was a mix I Don't know what's on hand. That's why again Motash is a running scroll when you catch it You know if you see it, and it looks like it makes sense especially if the price is really good I just say go ahead and grab it now remember there's sizes on those boots is going to be a mix
That's the one thing to remember because it's the end of and they got more coming in now You're gonna see this what I'm talking about in that way at a given point They still leave it in the clearance section you go thinking Oh, there's more there you hit it and all of a sudden the price of the boots is $129 But wait, those are $26. Yep, and they were clearance
But their clearance is done and the way they do this with the SKU code is they just had the new container come in, they just restocked everything and all the other boots that were there are sold. They sold them out. They usually dropped the price a little more and a little more and then they're gone. And it's the same boot. So as I pointed out, you're getting a good deal because those boots that are 126 or $210 right now,
Eventually, next six months or in a year, they're going to be on the sale clearance section again. So it's not like you're getting a bad product. You're just getting a great price. However, they're limited. Initially, there are a good wide range of sizes, and then they limit down because they sell. That's simple. So if you see it and you like the price, as long as you think you got the right size there, I'd grab it, if it suits your purpose.
You have to think twice about that. And again, typically you're getting a good deal. I'm still beating to death. I am dragging them along that those Garrison weight Bellville boots, I beat the bejesus out of them. Now I know that they're on the edge, but guys for a pair of Garrison boots, these things have held together incredibly well.
And so if they hold up that well, the regular version of them, because they're a mimic of the standard Belleville. They look just the same, but they're ultra lightweight. Well, I like the ultra lightweight, and I wanted to see how long they last, because if they live as long as a pair of tennis shoes, I'm happy. And we got them for $10 a pair, okay? I'm still on my first pair. I have all the rest. I bought them out after I told you guys over and over again about those.
But at a given point, I'm just going to walk over to the closet, open up another box, put another pair on, and I'm not going to do to them what I did to the ones I'm telling you about. I have done everything I could. When I get a pair of test boots like that, I literally put them through the ringer. Wet them, dirty, real, there's not much you can do with them. They're a suede-type finish anyway, so you're not going to do any polishing.
But you need to brush them off, clean them up. And normal care and maintenance needs to be done. Anyway, well, we better take time. Before we go any further, we're getting close. I know we are. As a matter of fact, we are. I like that. I guessed and I was right.
My one clock is progressively adjusting to proper time. It is a clock I have no control over. It is a clock that is just casually running in its own world. I mean, they're a little matrix pod here. The government's microwaving this site and that particular unit is right in the way of the beam. I don't know. Whatever the hell it is, but it always agitates, it's agitating, but it's not something I can live without it. Okay, but it'd be nice if it worked right.
But there's nothing I can do about it. So just a heads up. That's why I have to keep checking with the other half of the system. Anyway, let's see next and last. Also, yeah, okay. That was the last question I had. Where can we get ivermectin now that it's been banned from the stores? Now it has been banned from the stores. They can't buy any more.
However, if you go to all the different farm and fleets, I will repeat again or tractor supplies, they may have some part of their inventory left. They can sell out what they have on the shelf and then they can't get anymore. Now in most cases, like the ones that are near me, they ain't got no more. Why? Because we took it all. Okay, we got what was left. We didn't get it all. Somebody else came in there and got a big chunk before us.
But we got the rest for animal care, of course, for animal care. But the ivermectin that was in the area here, two of the locations I know are cleaned out completely. However, there is another company, it's not Farm and Fleet, by the way. It is a parallel to Tractor Supply. Everything Tractor Supply has, this other company has.
And they too have some ivermectin at their odd stores. There is a store in Chelsea, Michigan. I do not know if they're sold out, but they might be. However, if you're listening and you're in the Chelsea area, I would go over there next to the Dollar Tree and look to see what they have left in inventory.
And if they do, buy what you think you could afford based upon the cost you see there. They haven't increased the price. They didn't check the price up. So that's good. But when it's gone, there won't be any more other than through, you know, traditional, you know, regular veterinary sources. And I guarantee they're going to be, they've been told to harass and ask questions and be belligerent and try to prevent people from getting the stuff.
Of course, it's what the communists do. It's another thing that if the Bidenite was fired, and if everybody keeps working on this thing with the elections, they would be fired. Kamala Harris would be fired. The different secretaries would all be fired. They would, they're illegitimate, which they are. But they could not hold post. And if they could not hold post, then that means, well, guess what?
All these other rules and decisions would be overturned because they're illegitimate. They are directives that came in from the bureaucracy. So we'll see how this works out. I'm not holding my breath, but again, remember if all the rest was made right, none of this would be an issue. And oh, the other one before I forget, thank you. The Tara Myerson.
For the eyes, the ophthalmolic cream, it's pteromyosin. It is maybe, again, I bought as much as I could because we have a lot of animals. It's traditionally what you're using now in place of the silvodyne. For treatment with the eyes, the silvodyne is better, but this is something that works to a degree.
Not as well as a silver, but if you can you might watch for the there are white and yellow Boxes the size of a blistex box. The product is made in Switzerland. It is the Terra myosin ophthalmolic cream I recommend you get at least one Put it in your medical kit at least for veterinary care with cats dogs and livestock because it is something that is very useful Mark and of course go ahead
The ivermectin liquid that was on Amazon previously is no longer there and they have the same manufacturers brands of pauro ivermectin which is obviously something to do with different kinds of parasites with those animals. The pteromycin they still have it. There are two or three offerings. They're all about 25 bucks a tube for three and a half grams. Yeah, it's good.
That's an average or even a little lower price than many parts of the country. The Terramiocin costs as much as $29 to as low as a little under $24. So that's a good price. And remember, there's no more. Whatever's out there, that's it. And if you've got a cat or a dog and you have any kind of infection down the road and you like your cat or dog, this prevents a lot of suffering.
One of the other things that we found the pteromyosin is good for if you have an animal that's getting those upper, especially cats, bunny rabbits have the same problem where they get this upper respiratory congestion crap that's been going around. You know how you get rid of it? Use the eye pteromyosin on the eyes. It absorbs into the sinuses through the sinus tract in both eyes and it gets in deep into the top of the sinuses where the animal can't typically expirate the material.
and it evacuates it and eliminates the upper sinus infection. This is another reason you want that pteromyosin. There's a lot of bugs that have been brought in that are attacking the animals and this is one of those techniques that work. Well, it's for the eyes, yeah. But you have the two sinus, you have sinus ducts and tear points and all of that, but all integrates to the top of the sinuses, which is really where you wanna get
Yeah, other than unless you're gonna be injecting animals or something and most of you won't do that So this is a good solution to deal with that problem Okay, and again the price is right. I know it's expensive that is expensive, but it's still better That's still a better price in most places So I mean 27 29 is the average right now. So $25 $24 that's Low me that's low low medium
It was cheaper, you don't have to tell me that. God, it used to be $13 a tube, that's bad enough. But it used to be $13, it's almost doubled in price across the board, just like everything else. Where's that at again? Where'd you get that? You can go to, well, tractor supplies may still have it. You can find it. Dar, are you doing a search on Amazon? Oh no, I don't know. Yeah, it was Amazon.
So you can do a search on it. It's pteromyosin. It's easy to spot. The picture, the box is a white and yellow box. The tube is fairly small. It's a size of 8. An average middle-sized bliss text tube and the old lead metal tube system. It is pteromyosin. But you need it, especially like I said, it should be in your kit, at least for animal care.
It used to be we'd use the silver nitrate, silver dine, and the silver dine costs the same money, but you only used it once and they would never have to use it again. So needless to say, they banned that because it's silver, it's heavy metals, oh my God, you were never going to use that much, but you don't make money if you can't sell drugs. So they made the silver nitrate go away.
And this was the solution to replace it. And of course it's not American made. It's made overseas. So, again, what we got, what we got, we got. All set? Thank you. You're welcome. Okay, we're gonna get out of the way because we are at the top, I am pretty sure. Yep, we're passed. Oh my god! Okay, for everybody out there, we need to hear the music and I got work waiting for me. I'm gonna be crawling back into some...
My soul deep, it makes me cry Just like the other men, it might be called man cub Those were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed He took off his three cornered hat, speaking low to me He said, we've fought a revolution for liberty We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny For future generations, this legacy we gave In this the land of grave The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep
The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land is a free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate.
And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. Number, you trade it in your name.
You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize family farms and keep our country deep. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be...
Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave?
Both sons of the Republic arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to torture freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are free, but we have ourselves to blame.
For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right we only watching tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside the dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? This is the legends report time our car t one day closer to victory for all
of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories west, north, east. Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com. LibertyTreeRadio.org.
and we're on satellite. We'll say hi to all our merchant marine operators out there, no matter what body of water you're on, and a myriad of other communications technologies inside and outside the United States. It is Thursday. It is the 10th of August. It is the 15th year of Open Obvious and In Your Face Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K. 2023, Old Earth Calendar. 2023, Battle for the Republic.
The dance of swords let the dance continue. We're gonna make sure the music is there when the time comes And it has been a very busy week. I want to say thank you for all the Different assistants also want to say hi before we're ready farther to camp Naga Hichum here in Michigan again Naga Hichum is host to a night orienteering Competition that is taking place
Tomorrow night people are coming in from a lot of different parts of the country I don't know all of the locations, but I do know that we have a good competitive group of individuals that are arriving so There's going to be a lot of fun. There are going to be prizes Again, I want to say hi to our DJ's and running our micro AM and FM station for the facility
Everybody gets to have fun and the advance party of course is already there. They were there last night. Full mess facilities, a reminder you don't have to eat on the road if you don't want to. You'd be able to come in and the mess facilities, mess halls are going to be the mess hall, the biggest one, is going to be operational through the whole of the weekend. They were already operating last night, did an evening meal.
And I guess everybody had a pretty good time. They do a really good lasagna. Oh god, it's to die for. I had to die for, I'm paddling, yeah, oi. But it's, again, gonna be a very busy weekend. Friday night, competition, Saturday night, late nights, Friday and late night, into the wee hours of the morning. And this will cover both short range,
mid-range and long-range night-orienteering. And again, I do recommend that you should already know. Bring it back up compass if you're gonna be in the event, even if you're just one of the, uh, pace, uh, pacemun, etc. Everybody's gotta have a compass, but make sure you have a spare, because it's one of those things you don't wanna have to share. And if you get separated, another thing, the signals units that are going to be there,
are issuing a complete FRS or actually I don't know for sure that might be VHF UHF. Baoqiangs could be Baoqiangs. In fact, I think it's the 880 or whatever. But they're issuing radios for the teams and everybody's gonna get a chance to again understand how to use certain technology. Also flares, that's the other thing we're using is the standard signal military parachute signal flare although we have the emergency service type.
That's another thing all the teams are required to carry and we also have medical on stand by the whole line yard So everybody's getting do their part and actually doing their job. So good luck and for everybody that's in this have fun and Enjoy the good cooking because the dietitian at nag. Hit you my should say dietitians They actually do that for a living and they know how to manage all that food that we pay when we go through the gate So it's a lot of fun anyway
Another thing I also remember on that note, pay attention to yard sales and estate sales. I've mentioned this several times this week. I've gotten a lot of really good compasses for a little of nothing. People aren't interested in them. That's great. I'm not going to correct them on that. I'm going to make sure I take advantage and get all the goodies I can.
But the last couple of really good finds were British military compasses. These were made by Finland for the British military and it was during the orienteering heyday. Very thing we're doing like right now this weekend coming up. The big thing was to try and reinstall mapping and orienteering.
development and by setting up competitions, individuals, in fact, Olympic grade competitions, they get some monster terrain. And there's all kinds of different criteria that were established with orienteering. But any compass is a good compass. Even the China Sport button compasses, I highly recommend, although you can't get them cheap like you used to.
We used to get those things for nothing. The communist Chinese know they can charge its marketal bear because they control the market. But you still can find them cheap and in bulk card quantity or container quantity. And I recommend you do that and put extra compasses in all of your weapons and ammunition and equipment caches. Simply because you don't know how you're going to end up having to go to that cache. And what condition you're in, what materials you have available. It may not have anything. So you're going to start from scratch.
compasses, spare compasses. Let me give you a critical compass really is in a, especially in a police state. A friend of mine, he's still with us, although he's getting up there in years like me, he's older than I am. He was a son of a village mayor outside of one of the, one of the hamlets outside of Saigon. When the fall of Vietnam took place, he was
scooped up in the end of the war. He was the son of. What was he? He was high school age. He was nobody, but he was the son of and with the Communists. They used the writs of attainder because just like the royalists, there's no difference between the two. So he was arrested, tried, and first he was put into
semi-solitary confinement, which is really how all the prison systems are. Basically, weighing about a hundred and what, two pounds soaking wet, being about five foot tall, five foot two. He was put into a space that was four foot tall, basically like a square ledge.
with another ledge across from him and a hole in the middle that was the sewage dump for turning around squatting and you know defecating, peeing there, etc. And that's what they locked in. No out time, he just got stuck in there. He was in there for two years. While he was there, three other prisoners died across from him literally just so far, you know, inches away.
He learned not to tell the guards right away, although it was very hot conditions, so it doesn't take long for you to smell the dead. But as long as he didn't tell the guards, he got the food that came up to the window every time that they dropped the food off. Eventually they'd realize they needed to pull a body out and throw somebody else in. After a couple of years in the two-man detention cells, he was then switched to what the basic, he said was a six-man detention cell. Oh boy.
Same conditions, about the same space per person, with three on either side of the trench, which dropped down into a pit. It wasn't something you could escape in per se. Nobody tried. Maybe somebody did, got tired of being in the hole. But eventually after he was in with the six, they sent him out to about a year, they sent him out to a work camp.
And there he was out in the sunlight and after that they eventually processed him out of the work camp and sent him to live near the place where he was picked up but with near other family members. However, he was not with family members. He was with the police. They put him in with the police because he was considered to be a risk.
Now he had uncles and aunts and a few of the relatives that were living nearby, but his job was to be a slave for the three police. This is what they'd like to have in this country. And a lot of cops would love this. The prisoner becomes a slave. They can do anything they want in a communist state, just like in communist China. And you have to take care of doing everything. All the cleaning, clean out slot buckets, any mess they make you have to fix. And he decided already he was leaving.
One way or another he was going to get out of Vietnam. And so with the day that he decided that, he started looking for compasses. Now guys, we're not talking a lens had a British compass. We're talking a lens had a American, basic old World War Two compass or as a new to we're talking China sport kind of works most of the time, but maybe not so well. Compass. Well, if he if if he had been caught with the compass, it was the death penalty.
compasses were illegal in Vietnam. Okay, so he knew that if he was going to do the old boat across to the Philippines thing that he figured he better have backups because he couldn't trust the, you know, the compass he figured he needed three. So he told me he hid one in the pig's thigh really deep in the mud in the pig feces. Nobody wanted to go there.
The second one he hid under the house where he had to move material where he stacked the firewood, he dug down and had it in a cubby hole eight or ten inches below the wood. But about the time he got the third one, for some reason they got the idea that something wasn't right, so they beat him for about two days. A full day of beatings first.
And they kept asking him, you know, what are you doing? Where's the contraband? Where's the contraband? Where's the contraband? And he shut up. If he'd said anything, he was dead. You don't tell him anything. He'd just let out execute you. So he took two days worth of, first a full day's worth of beatings and about half a day's worth of beatings and they realized, hey, they better not beat up their slave because they're going to have to do all the fetching, you know, jive stuff.
So they backed off and about a week and a half later his uncle showed up with the fishing boat. He went out to the canal where the fishing boat was, got in with the compasses, dug them out while the individuals were off to work in a way.
Wherever they were with the routine and he and the two uncles and a couple of the aunts and cousins all piled into this little 10-foot John boat and they peddled their ass out of downriver into the Into the Gulf and then kept going The island hopped for six months to get to the Philippines in that piss-willy little boat. No, please don't all kinds of pictures and stuff he took and in the process eventually he
Got back over here to the US and was able to work his ass off here He was a musician by the way, that was what he was that's what he was guilty of being as a musician Play guitar so if you think those little compasses aren't worth anything look at it this way Communist Vietnamese the communist Chinese back in the day to kill dress if you had them and These were of course probably Taiwanese compasses or made in Hong Kong or whatever
And was it enough to do the job? Yep. Now, by the way, the uncle did the same thing. They bought extra compasses, so they bought them on the black market, so they were a stupid price. He said they were outrageous. He goes, but that's because you couldn't get them. Then all of a sudden we were a commodity, because everybody was trying to leave Vietnam. They were trying to get out of Vietnam, and they didn't want to be in Vietnam anymore. So just a heads up, compasses.
It's a simple tool, doesn't cost much, get whatever you can afford, buy whatever or pick up whatever you see at yard sales, grab them and just spread them out. I have compasses in every kit, every 5-10 kit that I've ever made, always has a compass in it. Every one of them has a compass for each individual.
Years ago they were a lot cheaper, not so much now. But if I keep running into the ones that are really stupid priced when they were built but I'm getting them cheap, I'm not going to complain. I keep running into these deals. So watch the resale shops. Another thing that people really don't care about them now, that's a good thing. I don't care if anybody changes their attitude, piss on it. I want everyone of mine to get my hands on myself.
But it's interesting that compasses and I'll tell you another one I can make a hell of a deal on right now usually and get for nothing are telephoto lenses. I have been buying telephoto lenses that would cost $600, $700 back in the 70s. Now I've always joked about that. Man, I'm buying all this stuff back when I wanted it. It ain't no one hell I could afford it.
Now I've actually owned it. I actually bought several things here for that reason. As I've mentioned over the years, it's like I always wanted that and could never afford it. But I can now because nobody thinks it's the cat's meow. But you know what? It's just as well built as when it was originally made. So yeah, I'm going to get that. In this case, the telephoto lenses
You've got to remember we have an overlapping digital camera technology, which by the way is also old now because there's different generations of the digital cameras. So you can get a pretty reasonable digital camera that these scabbard type telephoto lenses will hook right up to. And as I've said, guys, that's a spotterscope. You're talking, you can bring something in and count how many zits around somebody's nose.
You know freckles will I meet polite? No, it could be anything whatever it is is so disgusting I could double I had to double blink is like oh god. Is that what I think it is? Yeah, I can see them. Yeah So the big thing here is again optics that are priceless Six dollars ten dollars apiece with carriers in many cases. I even got bundles of you know different side different sets
And again, if all fails, if you just took it up to a 35 millimeter camera, you've got direct review, you can use it as a monitoring scope. In fact, you couldn't afford its comparable cousin if you went out to buy a scope, not a rifle scope, I'm talking about a telescopic scope of some type, a regular telescope. It's outrageous, only in this case,
It's not. And again, tripods, everything else, take the technology that everybody's poo-pooing and repurpose, or let's put it this way, still being used basically for the same purpose, but repurposing it within the opportunity, the normal area where people would think about the technology. And most people aren't thinking the way we are. So the cool thing is you're ahead of the curve and you'll end up with a lot of decent technology material support.
for pennies on the dollar, literally pennies on the hundreds of dollars. Especially if you had to go out and buy it yourself, brand new out of the box. Another thing real quick, oh, by the way, before I forget, I want to say thank you again. The guy's dropped off one of the new frequency counters. It's a scanner. I have not had a chance to plug it in. I want to sit down tonight after this program and actually go over the instructions again real quick. I've already read them fast, but
This is a nice little unit. It's a little bigger than a ball shooting radio. It is large format solid state integrated with a couple of, well, one microprocessor that's programmed by our allies. And this will pick up everything that the other side's doing. And at least we'll put it this way. It'll take care of most of our problems as far as listening to things that we might need to listen to.
So, they're building these in force now. The units are the TR7. This is the TR7. Yeah. And the TR7 is the model that they've... that's what they gave it. Designated, we designated. It's our numbers. We can do what we want. We built it. I should say the guys built it.
I just provided a lot of hardware and the important thing here again is remember we don't need to hear. If we can identify that there's activity, that's all I need is verification. I don't need to hear them. I know how to hunt. I just need to make sure I know that they're where I think they are. And you know, I can get a heads up in advance. So the sooner we do that, happier we'll be and less likely that they're going to get away. So...
Appreciate it guys, thank you. And again, I'll review it. We'll pass it on once I've had the chance to test it. This takes standard AA batteries and it does have the ability to plug into a wall wart. They set up a little kit so it can use USB ports, but it can also use a wall fixture, all off the shelf dollar tree connectors. Any of the stuff sitting there at the dollar tree will plug into this.
And you can make it work in a dozen different ways, which is really cool. So that's another thumbs up to that situation. Next, let's see. Well, we're almost to the bottom. You know what? We have to go through. Yeah, we are almost to the bottom. Didn't take long. Also, before I forget, again, get over to Sportsman's Guide. If you're a member, if you're not a member, you should be because you do save quite a bit, especially if you're looking to buy a bunch of stuff.
Usually it's kind of an automatic thing as long as you want to accept it, you give them a thumbs up and you become a member. It's not critical that you do so. I'm not telling you that you're not a sponsor, okay? But saving the dollars you can there is kind of cool combined with the discounts. They've got a up to 60 and 70% discount on some of the surplus. Still haven't had a chance to look at everything. I suggest you do. A lot of stuff we've been talking about on the air tonight, especially in the two hour block.
may be in there and that means you're saving a chunk of change especially if you got multiple individuals to outfit and or even if it's just yourself and you wanted a spare or two which I recommend as I said before if you see something you like pick up spares you may not see it again at least pick up spares because whatever you have as a backup is exactly what you're using so there's no downtime to retrain.
to rethink how to make something work. That's especially good. More gooder, as they say. Now, we're at the bottom and all the, I know there's a big long list. The police, every breath you take. Edward, the police, every breath you take. If you could, Edward, the police, every breath you take. I don't think we've ever played this song on the air.
But this is for our friends up in the Traverse City area because it looks like the foot of prosecution is going to hit the Democrats and the individuals involved in the election fraud in the Traverse City area. So for Jerome and a couple of the other girls up that way, the guys and gals,
The police every breath you take so if we can put that up here That'll be our bottom of the hour music break and for everybody again If you'd like to send in a request send it to Liberty tree or forgive me Liberty at provide net Liberty at provide dot net and what we're looking for is the police every breath you take
Yeah, well in other words the bad guys are under a microscope. I told you that was the case. I think they already know that the foot's gonna hit. I don't know if anybody's tried to flee the state or not yet. It's gonna be kind of fun to watch that one. But it is inevitable that the next incident will develop. Remember, we told the girl watching them, watching you. And for our friends Jerome and the girls up there in Traverse City,
And the Traverse Bay area is now apparently under the next step of the microscope, but I think it's actually five or six different counties simultaneously, guys. I think this is going to... Well, they may conceal it for a little bit longer as far as some of the public element, but they can't really last long because they're going to be making particular... They're taking particular actions. Paperwork's already in motion, so...
Not enough. Just the next step. You heard it here months ago. We already told you that stuff was going on. It's going to be getting more interesting and because of this you need to buy more ammo and pick up more mags. Oh you thought, you think I'm implying that they're going to give up? Oh your enemy is a bunch of bastards. You know that. They're going to try to kill us. They're going to try to, they're trying to kill America. They're trying to destroy you.
They're ring knocker, butt buddies have multiple plans, but the basic rule is they're going to try and kill us. So buy more ammo, pick up more mags, take care of your medical supplies, organize our equipment, train as militia, and understand that just as some people said, well, you think they'll follow through? Oh, yeah, to a degree, but as I pointed out, guys, this is not an impeachment issue.
This has nothing to do with the idea of impeachment. If you have voter fraud that has stolen an election, fraud goes back to its inception. And since this was an election fraud, this would mean that they have to fire what's in Washington. Not only that, how many other characters came along on the shirt tails of the fraud?
Well, hell, a whole bunch because it was the Democrats that were doing the mass fraud. And so a whole bunch of them here in Michigan also were illegitimate and here's the other problem. All of the legislation that they participated in is also null and void and illegitimate. Now, here's the problem. I've told this a million times. The Ringknocker's first goal
is to protect the business. That means it doesn't make any difference in their mind, the way they're told, if you have had horrible injustice, if they have stolen, raped, murdered, it doesn't make any difference because the first rule is to protect the lodge buddy ring knockers and the business they're in. And the Yarmulke wearers. Okay, they're all one same click.
So because of that, this is where we run into the problem and where people have to wrap their brain around the idea that they're not going to let go. In fact, they're gonna keep, everybody keeps going, they're doubling down. Why are they there? They should be just giving up. No, that's you. That's America and the way it's been operating for a very long time. You know, throw your hands up in the air, piss your pants, defecate your chores and give up. Your enemy are raving lunatics slash wicked, crazy, evil Satanists.
And the sooner you realize that and that your life is actually at risk, and so you're going to take appropriate action and then help to fight them when the time comes, well, the sooner you get that squared away, the better off you'll be in general. So this is an interesting situation. Again, we're not talking impeachment. You don't impeach a person who never legitimately held the post. They get fired.
There to be fired. There is no Kamala Harris to step in. She was part of the whole fiasco. She gets fired. Anybody who was part of the regime, they get fired. Anybody else in the election process, by the way, this could work for both sides. Guess what? They're fired. The election is in question across the past, been from the beginning, but now, even with all the threats and everything that's been done, their arrogance is what did them in.
Now to what degree that will work, we shall see. Okay, that's where the... We'll see where the rubble meets the road, as they say. So in the meantime, buy more ammo. And then when you're done, buy more ammo. And then when you're done, buy more ammo. I like there's a few people out there finally catching on or like, well, you know, you're gonna have to look at different degrees of what you should be ready for. And up to and including war.
And it's like, yeah, well good, there we go. That's the way you should look at it. Remember, up to and including. So you need to make sure that you have everything you can possibly stash. By the way, you see the yard sale, a few rounds of something you don't recognize? It's cheap. Buy it. One of the guys here got a five-gallon pail loaded to the top with 12-gauge ammunition for $125 last weekend.
It was my favorite tons of number four buck, but it was 12 gauge slug. It was number six It was number seven half and eight Every kind of load you could imagine so he had to sit down for a few hours and sort Most of what he got was basically tactical or you know combat use happy initiative. Everything will be used when the time comes But especially even boost loads
Okay, let's not forget we got drone-a-toids out there, so those long barrel shotguns are gonna come in really handy. You need to remember that. Why would you need a bird gun and a battlefield? Pull! Drone! There we go. Eat! Yeah, that got it. Drone! And remember...
In America we get a lot of really cool stuff, you know, things hanging around. That's why I mentioned the goose guns. If you ever, if you don't know what a goose gun is, go look it up. Now every once in a while you'll see them sometimes and you go, wow, look how long the barrel is on that thing. It's really goofy. No, it's designed to deal, it's kind of like an air defense cannon, okay? What's really neat about it is, again, longer barrel, although in many cases only a single shot, but Ithaca made a bunch of goose guns over the years.
Unfortunately, Ithaca's are expensive because they're collectors items. But there are a number of different companies, H&R made single shot long barrel 10 gauge, 12 gauge. That's what you want. And guess what? You need to be collecting a steel bird shot for the mission. And it's cheaper, by the way, because nobody wants it. It's going to mess up the barrel. Well, guess what? It shouldn't. It's in a, by the way, remember it's in a plastic wad.
So don't worry about it unless it's a really old load and it's a paper wad then yes, it may make contact with the barrel otherwise I'm not worried about it. Do we have a caller? I heard a ping. Very long shotgun shells. I'm sorry, repeat? Very long shotgun shells too. Well you see again there's an ultra mag 12, there's the 3 inch Magnum, 3 inch standard 12, and then there's 2 and 3 quarter, grab it all.
Guys grab everything if you see ammunition, remember everybody's always asked well, what do we be spending if things go bad? I don't know. Ammunition is a good trading item for friendlies. So I'll use the last of my 10 gauge. You did Bob? Well guess what? I got a whole box of 10 gauge over here. I see something I like that you got though. Do you need some 10 gauge ammo? Let's talk.
See how that works? And by the way, our, our, uh, never spoken about, even though it used to be so common, there's tons of the guns around. 16 gauge. If you have any 16 gauge guns, you can still get 16 gauge ammunition. And 16 and 12 used to be side by side. And you can use 16 pretty much the same way you can use 12. And any shotgun will be good for small drone-a-toid issues. Bigger ones require better air defense.
But the goose gun especially in 10 gauge is like I said, big, big long shell, yeah, lots of pellets. And it's designed to take down, well, how much does a goose weigh? So, it's just something to think about and you need to be thinking ahead. You don't wait till the last minute, start thinking ahead. That way when the time comes, we'll be ready for the problem.
Now, another thing real quick on buying ammunition is even older ammo is not a problem unless it's green or something really is weird about it. If it's dry, if it looks like it's been stored well, age is pretty much not relevant. Okay? It's just, again, how much of it we're going to use for reserve or security purposes. In fact, you prioritize that way. That way, if you're concerned with some of the ammo you got,
It will work well enough for what it's expected to do, but forward combat ammunition is prioritized accordingly through the long sort. And again, the big thing here is just keep accumulating, also properly store. That's one of the most important things, is to get this stuff into cans, get it into airtight containers.
Make sure that it's not in damp environments. If it is, it's got to be a completely sealed system. I zip-lock bag all ammunition inside even regular ammo cans. I've been doing that for decades. In fact, as I pointed out, oh yeah, as a matter of fact, that was my big find this last few days. I got a pile of Chinese SKS chest poach, chest poaches.
Now, well we can do those. Well, we always do them. I'm going to pass those off and we've got a whole bunch of empty stripper clips and we got a bunch of this new ammunition in 7.62x39 that came in for one of our friends. And what we do is you load three stripper clips up, put them into a zip lock bag, take them and put the three stripper clips into the Chinese bandolier pocket. Proceed until the bandolier is full.
Now, what I do with these, and I've done hundreds of them, hundreds, okay? What I do is take that SKS pouch, pull the straps to the top, accordion the chest pouch into the 20 millimeter ammo can, and in the process, what I end up with is a secured, already preloaded, bandolier.
Now I proceed to load up another bandolier and worm it into the can with the straps up above the same way. Once I fill the first tier, I lay the straps down flat so they're all together, but they're all basically like doing a, loading a parachute, put a piece of cardboard down, card stock, and then I load up more bandoliers and we put them into the 20 millimeter can. And when the can is full, which is very easy,
It then has the lid snap down and it goes into whatever location. But if somebody says, hey, we need 762x39 ammo, what's cool is either A, these are going to somebody with an SKS, or B, they're going to someone with an AK, and in the second pockets, the small pockets, on either side of the chest pouch, we put Chinese AK speed loaders.
The speed loader guide forgive me and what happens is if I hand this out to an a K operator if they don't have the guides I have a guide there which by the way they better hang on to when the time comes because they ain't gonna get another one Well, they might if they get more of our ammo But the idea is that I can use each of those three Ten round stripper clips to knock load truck and one more time truck
load a 30-round mag with a speed guide and stripper clips from the SKS. Pre-packaged with the missions. So it was really cool because I got these things for a dollar apiece and they're virtually new. You know everybody bought them years ago. The guy down the road had a big pile of them and I got every last one of them.
And they're going to be put to good use. Also got some of the next model type, what is it, type 59 or 60, two of those, Web Gear. They do take the SKS stripper clips. You've seen them probably. It's the one that will hold a couple of the, or a handful of the Chinese stick grenades. What fits in those are the stripper clips and what we use where the grenade slots are, are the emergency signal flares. They fit perfectly.
The civilian the naval slash marine signal flares they sit right into those pouches strapped right in like the original item which was a grenade and this isn't a grenade and Away you go so again pay attention You don't know what you're gonna run into and all these estate sales yard sales or whatever There's a lot of people quietly thinking just like you are
They just don't say anything. They just kept doing what they were doing and a whole lot of fun stuff comes out of some unique places right now. It's all being used for what it was intended. So you need to make sure you take advantage of that. Anyway, let's see. We got to be close to it. I bet you were past the bottom now, aren't we? We're way past because we had the music at the bottom of the hour. But Edward, if you could.
Before I forget, and darn, I should have played this sooner, forgive me, Guns N' Gadgets, they just had a video that came out about an hour and a half ago. It should now be the latest video. And if you could, it's bad news for Jared because I think he moved to Tennessee. But anyway, if you can, let's pull that up. It's the latest Guns N' Gadgets.
And again, it's stuff that if you're somewhere people are listening or down there right now, they may or may not have heard about this yet. But it would be a good idea to make sure everybody knows. Everybody knows the ship is sinking. Everybody knows the captain died. In this case, they haven't lost yet, but definitely the bad guys are in motion. Oh, thought I heard it. I don't want to talk over Jared. The Republican governor is working with every town for gun safety.
And it might cost you your rights related to the Second Amendment. Pay attention to this one, guys and gals. If you're into Second Amendment news, you found your home. Hit that subscribe button down below. Stay in the know. Multiple times a day I put out information on the Second Amendment. The attack never stops. It's up to us to get that information out. And I'm asking everybody in the country to phone a friend on this one.
Alright, so we're talking about Tennessee. Tennessee, as you know, or should know, this is like my fourth or fifth video on this subject. The governor has decided after the shooting that happened in a school in Nashville that he wants red flag laws. And shockingly enough, this Republican is working with
Everytown for Gun Safety and Michael Bloomberg and they have launched Everytown has a six figure, I don't have the exact number, but I know it's six figures, a six figure movement where they're paying for all types of advertising in favor of Governor Lee's red flag law proposal. That just hit a bump in the road. And I want to tell everybody about it, especially my friends here in Tennessee. Have we beaten this?
Maybe. But stay tuned because there is a wrinkle that people are not talking about. So today, Governor Lee submitted his proposal on what the special session will be talking about on August 21st. This is what Governor Bill Lee's administrative package includes. This is what the legislators can talk about during this session.
codifying his executive order dealing with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Background Checks. The proposal requires reporting of accurate, complete and timely records from court clerks to the TBI within 72 hours and requires electronic submissions of dispositions and expungements to the TBI.
The second one is attend care mental health coverage waiver to allow federal matching funds for Medicaid to cover mental health and substance abuse services. Three is budget initiatives prioritizing hiring and retaining mental health professionals in the state. Next is eliminating certain practice requirements for psychiatric nurse training to expand access to mental health treatment.
Next is green lighting DNA collection at the time of arrest for felony crimes. I'm not a big fan of that. That might be a Fourth Amendment violation. Next is directing the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to report on the state of human trafficking in Tennessee. And finally, the governor's package includes eliminating taxes on firearm safes and other storage initiatives. Now, what the governor's package is missing
Two things actually that the anti-gunners floating around Nashville and Memphis want. They want a safe storage law? Well, he didn't include that. And missing is his proposal for a red flag law.
Stay to that hold on to that. I'm gonna show you one more thing and we're coming back to that because it's not dead folks in Tennessee It's not dead and my friends around the country. I'm asking you again phone a friend on this one. Stand by with me Now these are the 18 topics that lawmakers can consider mental health resources providers commitments or services
school safety plans or policies, health care providers duty to warn about potential violent offenses, offenses of committing acts of mass violence or threatening to commit acts of mass violence, reports to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation regarding human trafficking, identification of individuals arrested for felonies, law enforcement's access to criminal and juvenile records, law enforcement's access to information about individuals who are subject to mental health commitment,
Information about victims of violent offenses, stalking offenses, measures encouraging the safe storage of firearms, which do not include the creation of penalties for failure to safely store firearms, so the governor is killing any criminal penalty for that, temporary mental health orders of protection, which must be initiated by law enforcement and include a due process hearing
and cannot permit ex parte orders a proposal Lee previously pitched in April, but he didn't pitch it now. And that's the big one right there. Transfer of defendants 16 and older to courts with criminal jurisdiction, limiting the circumstances in which juvenile records can be expunged, blending sentencing juveniles, offenses related to inducing or coercing a minor to committed defense, the structure or operations of state or local courts,
appropriation authority to fund any special session legislation. The big one though is temporary mental health orders of protection which must be initiated by law enforcement and include a due process hearing and cannot permit ex parte orders which is why I told you to hold on as a wrinkle. So this is what they can talk about. Now in black and white, right, they can't talk about a red flag because red flags always have ex parte and they never have due process.
So these lawmakers are going to have to get really, really creative. And it's a big uphill battle here in Tennessee because it is Republican controlled. And a lot of the people I've spoken to in the state legislature are like, nah, dude, it's a non-starter for us. However, I told you that NRA was working with one of the state reps here to create a more palatable bill
that would take folks' rights away based off their mental health. I did a video on it above. I'll pin it here. So watch that. You need to understand this. And if this comes to fruition, shame on the NRA for working with legislators to try to take away somebody's rights. I will say that the efforts we've put forth has caused Bill Lee himself to pump the brakes and pull his proposal.
But he left it open so that the legislators can talk about it and maybe come up with something that doesn't have ex parte and includes due process. And why did he write that in there? Well, if you remember, the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act has a huge thing of bribery money for states that have, or that put into play red flag legislation that includes due process. It's a ploy for him to get the legislators to work to maybe get some federal money in here.
My hope is that the red flag is dead. I'm pretty sure we'll see it in the next session, which is only a couple weeks away anyway. But I want people to know that the governor has backed off of it, but he's left the door open for legislators to do it. It's on you. If you live in Tennessee, call your legislators. I'll have a number down below, linked to figure out who you, who they are and how you can contact them. And my phone a friend for folks not living in Tennessee. I'll have a number down below for the governor's office.
Please rattle his can and tell him what the Constitution says, what the Second Amendment is. We don't give away our rights because of crazy people who go in and shoot people. And by the way, we still haven't even seen the information that person left behind saying why she did it. There's got to be a reason for that. That would be my guess. So Tennessee, not out of the woods, but close.
Stay on your representatives numbers links down below. Don't live in Tennessee call that governor's office I'd love it if you could do that for us. I'll see you all on the next one. Have a fantastic day Say hi to your family. Give them all a hug. Give them all a kiss You never know when you're not gonna have that opportunity again. So get it done. Take care y'all This is Bob a system we got back and thank you Edward. I appreciate that guys for everybody that was guns and gadgets
Please take the time, go over, give the videos a thumbs up, and support the network, the channel on YouTube in the process to make sure that people have an idea of what's going on. There's no sense in somebody rehashing by rehashing by rehashing when we've already got an excellent mechanism covering the subjects which they should be covered and following through in a very efficient manner that is getting the job done.
and keeping our people up to speed, which is a high priority right now. Also again, Tennessee, like they said, well, it's not that it's a no brainer, they're not gonna get through it. Never look at the situation like that. I always disagree when you have somebody, well, you don't have to worry about a thing. And then I'll say, no, I'm sorry, Bob, I didn't think they'd do it. Remember, we've seen that so many times in 40 years, my God.
Well, we didn't think they'd do that! And then they did. Go ahead, call. We're jumping there. They're gonna pass. They're gonna just gonna call them. Yeah. Oh, you're exactly right. Well, again, they do this. It's word twisting. After all, remember, the lawyers are involved. You're absolutely right. They'll come up with another title.
They'll reconstruct and then they'll come back and we'll all wait. We missed that or well, it's not what you think it is Well, wait a minute. They're doing exactly what we warned everybody they do if you if you let them go this far It's gonna get worse. Oh, no. No, no, no. No, it's just like what happened with homeland. Suck you, righty And again, we warned everybody over and over about it. It's now obvious where it's gone It's not working for America homeland. Suck you, righty
It's job is to keep the border open so the invader can swamp the nation. And that's exactly what they're doing. And it's all homeland, suck you righty's fault. The people that are there, the ones in charge, and nobody underneath is really doing anything because they want to keep their retirement. Which of course is always the argument. So again, absolutely correct. You know, they just come up with it. It'll be chartreuse. It'll be, you know, pomegranate. But it won't be red.
Yeah, won't be read. It will still be read as in communist read. That's still one thing to think about. It will be read. It'll just be that other read. Oh, we have, oh, one more time. I got to do this and I want to say hi to, who's on the Kathy? To Kathy at Camp Naga-Hitch. I want to say hi to the DJ. Of course, hopefully she's practicing with her DJ voice. I got to do this. That's where I'm running out of time.
So, Kathy, if you could, remember you're going to be running through to midnight, I understand. I appreciate that. It's a lot of fun. Look at all that music I left there. Guys, look to your left. You didn't think I'm...it's almost like I'm right there. If you're sitting in the DJ chair, the control chair, to the left, you see all those cassettes and all those DVDs and CDs that are there? Well, I put them there. They're the same at every radio station we built at every militia facility.
I'm not the only one, but most of those are mine. You'll find my names in them. I do that intentionally. I always leave a little marker. So enjoy, pull something out, and have some fun. That's the whole purpose behind, you know, for the time being, until we go to war, we can have some fun. That is the plan. And act accordingly. Also, let's see, well, no, there's no also. We're at the top. Okay, for everybody out there, we're going to hear the music in a moment.
For everybody out there, stay focused. Again, there may or may not be announcements for Friday, but I wouldn't be surprised if sometime tomorrow morning you're going to hear some other information coming out of Michigan, and it will be an extension of the rest of the voter fraud situation that everybody knew about, everybody knew they were doing it, and everybody lied.
Everybody let them get this far. Now here we are, how far down in the course the country has had so much damage done to it and it's because of the rats that allowed that to go through and turn a blind eye. They thought things would just be business as usual. Well, no, it's not. And it's bad. So again, pay attention. Tomorrow morning I would say, probably about 10-ish. What do you think? Roll the dice on that one. We'll see what happens.
But in addition also One last time I frog somebody's asking JG JG that's you know Janet George JG Janet George JG sales comm they're out of Arizona They do have speed loaders for your revolvers. That was the question. Where can I get those speed loaders?
