We appreciate the fact you guys can be stepping and helping out. Thank you. 26th Regimental Combat Team, Colonial Marine Militia. You're not in Michigan, I know that. But we do have a meetup there that's taking place for a discussion about division and expansion. Everybody agrees. They have built up enough manpower. They don't really need an auxiliary force as large as they have, which Ready Preserve is nice to have in hand. However, the 26th is now one of their brigades. is now way over the mark to build up another element. So what's going to happen here is there's going to be a meeting sometime this week. Go to your CMM Ultra Net site and look for the posting. I know there's a lot of people involved in this. They're asking under the Colonial Marine Constitutional Convention policy for a complete membership meetup and vote. Now, this could happen in two steps, but in other words, two locations because the 26 is not spread out too badly. But this is an urgent issue. Everybody agrees the bad guys are going to make their move. 26 has a lot of people who have good contacts in the district of criminals. They're all saying that, yeah, the bad guys are going to make their jump. So, instead of waiting until the usual end of the year, because that's usually how we plan out, or it's just that we, because I've only helped out with the beginning of this, but the way the CMM works, usually new unit formations are determined at the end of the year as part of the next cycle. They can't wait for that. So, plus they've got so many people, it's not intelligent to move the way that they are right now. So, with an additional 400 and some plus bodies, That's more than enough to flesh out another unit, another battalion. So that's what they're gonna do, but we've gotta go through the, guys, we're the people who actually abide by the laws. We establish laws, it happens, some of the CMM people are kinda gnashing at the teeth because they think this should be done. Technically it will take time, but guys, you can have everything ready to go. In fact, I argued this in a conversation on Saturday. with our friends, they're quite a ways away. The 26th has been around for a very, very long time. In fact, they were the one of the units everybody was waiting for when we had the Colonial Marine Constitutional Convention way back in what, 1993? 1993, 1994, the end of 93. And that took several meetings. It wasn't just one sit down and we're gonna get all done. It took a lot of different ironing outs. because everybody had arguments about certain things that were, they didn't think should or shouldn't be in the body of the Constitution. But as it is, this is the form, the technicality, they're gonna do that faster, we're not waiting till the end of the year. I don't think there's anybody in the CMM nationally that's gonna argue with this. and everybody so far has given a thumbs up that this needs to be done. What this will do though is double their management strength because there's too many people in too small a management formation. It's just that simple. So guys, be patient. I think that the information will be out. This is Monday. If it's not already posted tonight, it'll probably be posted by Wednesday. However, let me point this out for the people who are listening and are with the 26R's, you know, regimental combat team. You guys need to already have everything ready to just, when everybody gives the handshake, it's already done. Now there's a couple things that are going to have to happen here. Number one, you still have to have a flag ceremony. You're still going to need the blades. Everybody, in fact, there's one of the things everybody needs to work on. I guarantee for some of the new members coming in, because there's quite a few new members, uh... your knife presentation knives need to get those out of the way that's one of the most important parts of the esprit de corps as a personal element of the colonial marines is not like pretty much anybody else out there that bladed yours sure that not yet it's numbered for life it's yours forever never will anyone have what you hold in your possession now you can pass it down to the next of kin It can be retired, but even then, it has to be renumbered. It may carry a second number. Let me point something out. The Colonial Marine Militia presentation knife, which is a fighting knife, a combat, a real fighting knife, okay, it can be renumbered so it can have a lineage. Now that's something we haven't talked much about, but if you go to the CMM guidelines for Heraldry and the concept of developing as pre-decor, Yes, I could pass my blade to my son, but if I were to do so, the blade number is not stricken. The blade number is retained and another number is added, and this way it shows lineage. It shows generational performance. So that's something to take into consideration because obviously, I mean, come on guys, you're over 30 years. CMM is more than 30 years old, but since the Constitution, this year, Nobody realizes this is the year 2023 guys. We started this 23 and 93 94 that's 30 years we have Almost we have easily two if not three generations of CMM participating in the colonial colonial marine militia, okay There are already people who have passed away or have retired from the first, you know first official You know like the kickoff wave. It's 30 years. Some of those men were senior to me by 30 years in 1994. And some of my friends are gone. Many of our friends are gone in that bracket. So again, it's a fantastic thing if we can pass the blade on. And that is something that I don't think everybody's addressed is some people don't have another family member that's in the CMM. The blades can be retired to the family, but typically, if they are, they're not appreciated. And also, one of the things that needs to be taken into consideration is How are you going to deal with that with passing out of the blade? Each unit has a custom, we have custom knife builders that have been building either the M1918 trench knife or the 191718 knuckle duster. That's one that's the original issue with carbon steel or stainless steel blade, not with a carbon blade with chrome. You see a lot of those, they have a chrome blade that's not really correct. The carbon blades are high grade, very high performance steel. They're also slightly longer than the original, though that much, just slightly. And then the stainless steel blades, of course, well, same thing, basic same pattern. And those in turn are etch engraved, well, they're more just etch, they're engraved with the ID number for the Colonial Marine that the blade has been issued to. So just as a sidebar, I don't know if anybody has thought about this, because right now everybody's been kind of, well, we need to get kicked out, and I agree you do. It's not a fight over, you know, pissing over power or anything like that, thank God. But instead it's about, you know, focusing on getting the job done because we know we're going to war. And that's a good thing. I love to see that. So everybody just keep doing what you're doing, but be patient. I just get all the other trappings done out of the way. The flag presentation ceremony should be as soon as possible. The ladies need to be informed that are going to be involved. Everybody that's an appropriate family member. And also this means you're going to have to kick it in the ass to have the battalion colors ready, the battalion flag ready, the new battalion flag. This is not a changing of the command flag ceremony. This is a presentment of a new unit. That's a big thing for the CMM. So you guys keep that up and I've just put my two cents in. But you all find out, like I said, just keep an eye on the alternate page there. Use your PIN numbers. Those are restricted. You all know how that works. And when you get in there, it'll have date time placed. It'll have a schedule because they know they're going to do this. Be patient. They know they're going to do this. I don't need any more conversations or calls on this or... people being a little urgent on it. Trust me, they really are serious. You probably have seen if you've been going to guns and gadgets at least go there once every couple days. We had a really fantastic Second Amendment series of Second Amendment meetings over the weekend in, I'd say about six locations. I only made two of them. I was not able to get too far around to the All the activities, but I will say that for everybody that met up, they did a really good job. There's a bunch of things that are coming up in September. So I'll give them a minute and then otherwise not much of a minute because we don't have to touch on his is let's see a Couple of the things that we want to hit now before we go any farther This week I think the priority should be to pop as much ammunition off the shelf as we can. Just a political statement too. But we're looking for best, I mean absolute best deals in 5.56. Guys, we want to scour the market. I need your help with this. Because you might find something I didn't. Search engines are crapoo from one operation to the next. The regime, the government constantly is sticking a finger in the spokes or a stick in the spokes. People with a finger, they lose it. A stick in the spokes to mess up your activities. So one of the good things about having a lot of people hearing what I'm talking about is between multiple angles. It is more likely we're gonna find the best deal. We're looking for standard 556. I don't care if it's 50, 5 grain or 62 grain, whatever. It doesn't have to be green tip. I'm looking for volume. Okay, we're looking for 556 ball Best priced most for leastest mostest for the leastest is how we're looking at it The other is the 762 by 39. I believe that what happened, you know, they got the under by Johnny ammunition over at Atlantic I've had two people check this weekend. I didn't get a chance myself But they were looking at it said no, it's it's gone. There's none there. It's gone So, apparently, whatever they did get in, however few thousands of rounds or maybe a pallet or two, everybody grabbed it to pick it up and take out to the range and, you know, pew pew so they can, or, well, boom boom, because it doesn't pew pew, that's 7.62x39, it goes boom boom. But the boom boom rounds, see how they perform. I'm sure there's already some videos on YouTube I haven't even looked at yet. If I search, I can probably find them. because everybody's going to want to be having an out-you-by-johnny new item because it is a new item. Nobody has had this stuff. And everybody is going to want to know how it prints. I wouldn't shoot too much of it. First of all, nothing hard to figure out without bullets going where it's supposed to. Beyond that, park it. In other words, okay, you know it works. If you were questioning it, a box or two maybe, and that's it. Beyond that, park it. Put the rest of it into the ammo cans to get ready for the war. unless you've got SKS stripper clips that are good quality or any quality and you want to strip them up, strip them up into that. That way you can use it with an AK mag speed loader and truck 10 rounds at a time or you can use it with the SKS for those who have the standard 10 round. And we have a lot of SKS handout 10 rounds, 10 round rifles that are virtually new unissued so more SKS stripper clips are always good. This ammo came in boxes or little paper bundles I don't know which, it looked like it was boxes to me. But again, not in stripper clips. Now, again, Atlantic is one of the companies you want to watch for the stripper clip demo because they do carry SKS stripper clip demo on a regular basis. Making them a useful option so you just might want to keep that in mind. that it's most likely you're going to find what you think you need right there and the price is right. Okay? So that's one of the things I have been watching for a while is, okay, how outrageous is this stuff? What's it looking like? It's looking pretty good actually. So let's see if we can square the rest of that away. If they don't have the Ujibar shot, someone showed me, I guess they still have what pops up first over Atlantic. is the copper wash. Copper wash, ball copper wash with the Demi-lacrid patima. It's still actually a lacquered case. It's just in that copper, Demi-copper plate will brush a pattern you've seen over and over again. You see both types coming out of the Warsaw Pact nations, the old Warsaw Pact nations. Another thing as a quick reminder. They did get some 762x54R over at Atlantic Firearms too. So you might want to go look to see what the prices are on them on your nagat and or for your Tokarev rifle or your SBD knockoff or your Sega. Other guys, you know, don't forget that. That was the most affordable rifle for the longest time were the Sega rifles. And as I said, I wouldn't change them out. I just leave the gun the way it is. If you get the rifle, remember the Sega's were going for $165 apiece. making them the most reliable, cheapest, some automatic rifle on the market. I do not need a pistol grip for an AK. They'd already worked out a really nice C stock. Now if you did change it, fine, don't worry about it. I'm not ridiculing it. But, remember my argument was, you only got $165 tied up. You don't want to spend as much on the wood as you did on the gun. So piss on any other furniture to make it look like an AK. Does it take an AK mag? Yes. Well then you focus on magazines and ammo because those were still relatively cheap too. So a bunch of guys bought those $165 Sega's and just stacked them and racked them. The cheapest was the four tens. They were down to as little as $124 a piece for a little bit making the cheapest AK on the planet. And with the C stock, in other words, a regular stock, no pistol grip for a standard four grip. a nice commercial foregrip and they work. Don't change anything on that. Leave it just the way it is. We're looking for function and we're looking for cheap and getting military function and cheap like the SAGAs. Whoa, you got the best of both worlds. And minimal cost, absolute minimal cost. Now when everybody realized, oh my God, they're real AKs, and then everybody turned their eyes towards them and the price just went into stupid range. So today they're outrageous, but before nobody wanted them. So pay attention, there's a bunch of other weapons out there like that right now. They're kind of coming into their, you know, glut mode. One of those are the Turkish shotguns. Relatively a little more expensive. They were cheap when they first came in, then they jacked the price up. Now they've rolled the prices back down because they've pushed so much into the market. You can find a couple different companies this weekend that have five shot, well, you know, four in the tube, one in the chamber, pump shotguns. There's a dozen different goofy names. The Tanzanian Hoppywater, you know, Mark 6, 1211, Exterminator, 12-cage. Then right next to it is the Hypy Hitterwatcher, you know, Gabunga 4-12-02. If you look and compare, especially, several guys have done little videos on this, so it'll help you out. Wow, all these different configurations and different names, but wait, the receiver's the same, all the parts interchange back and forth, it's the same shotgun. There is also a TOCA review SA model, a couple models that are out there, which is a name we would recognize. Yeah, well again, now there's another one Tokarev. It's funny because I don't think that Tokarev ever disappeared from the Russian palate. In other words, it's kind of like Mikoyan versus Sukhoi, okay? With Russian rifle manufacturers, certain engineers names are attached to a factory family. So that's kind of interesting because if there's a Tokarev out there, I would look seriously at that. That would be kind of fun. And you never know what you're going to get out of the deal. Of course, now they are making American manufactured things too now, which is rather interesting. The one I was looking at earlier today was $199. It looked like a four plus one pump, obviously, wooden furniture. $199 bucks. which we could call 200, I guess. Yeah, we'll eliminate, we'll throw that dollar in. There we go. That rounds it out real quick. Well, again, this is where, depending on what you're looking for right now, a lot of people are building up their 510, every week somebody's doing this. Doing a 510 package, as I've recommended, what you're doing is building five weapons, preferably the same model up. as handout weapons to produce a fire team. Everything a fire team needs top to bottom. The weapon, the web gear, some basic equipment, battle armor if you can. And there you go. Now follow me. And this is something that everybody needs to pitch in with. And I'm serious about this, even if it takes a little time. But with weapons, for what you buy a handful of, for what you buy one or two rifles for, You can buy typically a whole brace of five, maybe even six 12-gauge shotguns. And that's enough to get you on the table. In fact, I've noticed something floating around again. You know, it's that Matrix thing. This last two weekends, what's really been popping up over and over again everywhere is quantities of slugs. Now we're in Michigan, so we need to, if you're south of, you can't hunt with a rifle south of the Lansing line. in Michigan. But you can use a 12 gauge with slugs and so what you're looking at here is a, you know, this part of the state, you know, people have bought them, you know, I don't know, take a pic for whatever reason, they've ended up in the rummage sale resale market but right now the resale people that we know have been acquiring a lot of slug. I've sent people to different locations to get the telephone call. It's like, hey, get over there right now. He's got a whole big, like, grocery box full of 12-gauge slugs. And we grab all those that we can. Any of you see anything like that? But because of that, it's like, hmm, you can afford to put a couple of 30-caliber ammo cans solid together with 12-gauge. And, you know, one can under each gun at least, or ideally two would be great if you can afford it. It's purely a matter of what can your wallet handle. And so you've got some ammunition to hand out, a reasonable quantity. You've got a decent firearm. And again, why a 12 gauge pump gun? There are several people that always ask me that question. It's because everybody, even if they've never handled the gun, Have watched a million times in a in thousands and tens of thousands of movies how to operate it Tell me you if you saw a 12 gauge other than maybe you wouldn't know how to release the slide because the slide might have a lock back Might have a retainer a switch Beyond that Everything else is I've seen it a million times In fact one cool thing is because they've gloat grossly over represented you ever watch Was it? Oh, come on. The first of the two Vietnam television series that came out back in the 90s. And the one sergeant was carrying what? The 12 gauge. And every time he made a comment, he would rack his shotgun. The problem if you count it, in one, like in one episode, in just one scene, he talks to the sergeant, to the lieutenant, they're standing there and he goes, I'll take care of it, lieutenant. And he racks the gun. Okay, so he walks outside. He's talking to the team and he goes, okay guys, we're gonna take care of it. What does he do next? He racks the shotgun again. I guess I'll get it. But no shell ejected. Yeah, and the thing is, it's like, why were you doing that? Okay, well, because it's for emphasis and it looks impressive and dynamic. So he turns around and walks so many paces. And then this other sergeant walks up and he has some other comment for him and immediately after while he's talking about it he goes, well you and I, we're just going to have to take care of that problem. So, you know, about 25 paces, so many distance, you know, so only a few yards apart in each incident because once he's in a tent, then he's out in front of the tent, then he walks away from the tent, he's racked the weapon four times. So there's only five shells. Okay, so maybe there are no shells bark which is why that's That's the problem I was thinking it's like okay, so you well again it's inevitable There would be no shells okay, so we wouldn't be doing this were it not for a theater however my point is this How many times did everybody see how to operate the weapon and watched it repeatedly? right So even if you're just watching this for entertainment, you're watching and he goes, chuck, chuck, and you go, oh. You hold the pistol, you hold the grip of the weapon, you grab that thingy in the front, you pull it to the rear, and the thing goes, shunk, shunk. It must be loaded. Of course, apparently, it's just a never-ending magazine because Sarge just kept working it and working it. The only problem is you might be conditioned to think that every time you do talk to somebody, you gotta work the action. Okay, Bob. Okay, Frank. No, no, no, no, hold on, hold on. Why don't you get that idea? Oh, I'm watching movies, man. I'm watching TV. So instead, I know it doesn't work. It's just funny and how we think about it. Okay, so the 12 Gage is a given because everybody can basically understand it. All you have to do is quickly explain the nuances of the particular weapon you choose. And each one has a different synapse, not once each one, but many have different locations for their control features. So that's the part you have to focus on with your instruction for the new recruits. Most cases you want to construct them in much because they've already owned weapons. They probably have, the only reason they're maybe there with you, like I've said before, they got caught flat-footed, bare-ass, naked head, run from the house, they're in a bath towel, they show up at your place. Bob! Bob, they're here! Okay, so you get Fred there, you know, some clothes, where his dangly parts are hanging out. And then, okay, what do you want? Well, whatever you got. Okay, well here, we reach over the rack real quick, there's 12 gates, there's the bandoliers, there's some web gear, there's plate, plate and web gear if you want it, plate armor. And let's go kill Ching Li. Let's go kill, you know, alphabet soup police tape type. Okay, just that simple. Okay Mark, one more. Go ahead. I just wanted to let people know like like ammo seek comm where you can go and look for the prices that are available for ammo and make comparisons to what you're looking at other places. Gun dot deals. G U N dot D E A L S. Gun dot deals. I just poked in there and looked for, I was looking for a specific bullpup, an SDS bullpup that I was looking at about a year ago. And I looked under 12 gauge shotguns. and looked under SDS and all of these other ones came up by comparison. There's a little scrollie that you can swipe to the left there and they go through and show you the bullpocks and they show you the AK styles with the detachable magazines and they show you the pumps and everything. I think this was one that popped up, the 199 Tokarev USA one. I did go and look, it is a five shot, so it's four plus one. But gun.deals, I'm sure there's other, you know, Other weaponry on there of different calibers and styles and such but just that's a resource if anybody wants to go and do some comparison shopping. Over. Very good. And again, if it's a Tokarev, again, I can't see him building bad. In fact, I didn't know that there was a Tokarev model coming in. So I've just learned something today. Now I got to find out more about it. It's just again, it's the name I know. We're not talking the Tokarev World War II rifle. Some animatic were talking a pump action shotgun made by a company using the Tokarev name as the moniker for their company. Right, it's Tokarev USA is what they're calling it, Tokarev USA. That means that particular plant which became a private concern after the Cold War is probably still in business then. Obviously, or they wouldn't be calling it Tokarev USA also. Tell me something. At the Monday, June 12 meeting held by the Michigan Capitol Commission, Executive Director Rob Blackshaw provided an update on the security plan approved by the commission earlier this year, which includes a total firearm ban on the Capitol grounds that was on MLive. So again, what they're going to do is, this is similar to the protests that happened before when they tried to block everybody from having protests back in the 90s. on the City Hall grounds and then also one time they actually were planning on blocking everybody from having any kind of meetings or protests on Capitol grounds. And this is Second Amendment group, Michigan's, the second A group. Michigan State Capitol Annual Rally is still on September 13th, 2023, 1 p.m. Open carry, march around, but not on the capital grounds. You know the routine number one you don't go with your own vehicle You shouldn't carry a cell phone Corona beer virus to the doom of the planet is on the horizon So I would say wearing a mullet clava would be a priority because we need to protect yourself from the horrible big massive Corona beer virus threat that's out there Again, as far as what to carry, well, you know, I'm going to point out if you want to carry an AR-15 that you may or may not be, some people may or may not be full combat loaded, but you can be combat loaded and you need to practice at this anyway. a decent mid-length windbreaker cut field coat, like a field jacket, but you can use a number of other coats to do the same thing. You can do a pistol with full combat load, say six mag brace on the left side, gun holster on the right, and then carry some other odds and ends mags. But six mags, I mean if you go to a couple different companies, six mag pouches are not a problem for the pistol. Then for the AR-15, since a lot of people are going to be carrying that, I'd be carrying 20 and 30 round mags all over me. In fact, ideally what you want to do is make a flat rig that goes under the coat so that there's no image opportunity. This is the other thing that really messes with their head, is you have an AR-15 but there's nothing else to look at. Your windbreaker type coat. covers everything. And even in the windbreaker pockets, you have two, one 20 round magazine in each pocket. You know, in other words, a couple of mags. If you have a breast pocket on the inside, there should be a 20 round magazine in the breast pocket of the coat. If you're wearing pants with four pockets, I wouldn't carry a wallet. Why? I can really need it. I wouldn't carry anything other than, you know, again, put a couple of decent, at least two decent pocket knives in your pockets. figure out on carrying a little bit of medical gear make that a flat flush med med pouch goes in the left rear on the belt on your whatever belt you're wearing and Beyond that everything else is close to the body and it's gonna be September I guarantee it's not gonna be warm if it is oh well I would still wear that either either the mid length or a longer jacket slash coat Because it offers more coverage and then the only thing that you've got that is an intro, being able to, again, is going to be visible as the rifle itself, which is symbolic, as far as you're carrying it where it can be seen, so that you can emphasize, yeah, you may be restricted there, but the rest of the places around it aren't. So, again, that's the attitude, and needless to say, no cell phone, no cell phone, no cell phone, not your cell phone. Go get a throwaway cell phone. This is the cost of doing business if you're going to do a protest. Now the radios, again, buy new, don't buy anything attached to you. If you're going to buy radios, if you're not going to order them through the China Sport Mail, I would go out to one of the stores, pay cash, that way there's no track on those. Just constant, constant. And by the way, you already have some radios. Well, pick up a few more. Buy the cheapest one you can, plug the batteries in before you get there, make sure it works, foil everything up for the transport when you get to the other end, unpack everything, and do your business. They shouldn't see ya, they shouldn't be able to scan and track ya, and if you do that, you already know better. Let me put it this way. I do know that some of the newer atomic clocks have a problem where when the batteries hit low, they speed up for some stupid reason. In this case, something else happened this weekend, by the way, on Saturday night. Power went out everywhere in the area. Guys, we had clear sky, three-quarter moon, everything went out. Of course, that doesn't mean we went into darkness, because as you know, I've told you, we have solar everywhere. Well, everybody else was dark, and we were this pool of light where everything stayed on. All the security lighting was on, all the ground sensors were on. That's the first thing that Nancy was asking, are the ground sensors on? I was like, oh yeah, they're working fine. They're all solar battery and battery powered. And so anyway, the power has stayed off all night till 6, 10 in the morning in the area. No announcement, no explanation, and planet crapoo. So basically we were just kind of paying attention to things and there was stuff to keep me busy all night. I had more than a paperwork, trust me guys. If I have to stay up, I'd like you, it's nice to rest, but if I have to stay up, all trust me, with everything you guys send me and all the stuff that we have here that we have in the way of projects, I had more than enough to keep me awake. So, but the thing is, it was more than six hours. Well, no, a little, about six hours and 10 minutes, forgive me, it was before midnight. And when the power went down across the board, The interesting thing is, it was so quiet on Saturday night, which used to be it'd never be like this, that I could pick out every generator that kicked in. Everybody's automatic generator system that they've had built into their house. And so, again, most of everybody's air conditioner in those places continued to run. All the refrigerators were fine in the freezers. But it's interesting that little power hiccup and I've got an offage in two different computers doing the same thing It's off. The only thing that's different I've got the other machine off to my right here and that one is on time I just read the time off to you. So Whatever's going oh, well, can I still put bullets down range? Oh, yes, I can So, oh well, we'll live with it. Roll the punches, people. We'll roll with the punches. That's all you can do. Actually, we determine it by our time anyway. So, when the clock is operating, the clock is operating, you know, by your feel. Another thing on that note, because of this, let me remind everybody of one other thing here real quick. You know what, we might have enough time. I have mentioned this many times and I have been investing in every, at every yard sale I've gotten a travel clock. The ones you used to get, like if you're, you know, moving around the country and you were working different districts, different times, you were on the plane, get off the plane. Needle to say your phone is doing all that now, but I love that I'm getting all of these wind up self-foldable into themselves. Let's talk about something good that happened in Alaska on Saturday. The Republican governor, Mike Dunleavy, signed House Bill 61 into law. And what House Bill 61 does is it will block state and local officials from closing gun stores during declared disasters, those declared by the governor, unless, that is, such closures apply to all other businesses. Think back to the two years of the coup. I know the state I lived in at the time, Massachusetts, closed down gun shops, and then the Trump administration, thanks to gun owners of America, the Trump administration said that Second Amendment-related businesses are essential, and Massachusetts opened them up, and then, well, the governor said they were going to be opened up, and the very next day, the now-governor, Maura Healy, who was the Attorney General, squashed that. We had people like GOA and Second Amendment Foundation and FPC come in and threaten to sue them off the planet and they relented. However, some states were not as lucky. Now this bill, like I said, came in response to Alaska closing Second Amendment-related businesses and gun shops, just like other states did during the coronavirus pandemic. Now... Unfortunately, it just happened, right? But going forward, the bill would also restrict state and local government entities from restricting an individual's access to firearms, ammunition, and components and parts during declared states of emergency. That's another thing some states did, is that you couldn't have access to all of the items. Which brings me back to a question of a friend of mine who is an attorney. He asked during the Massachusetts shutdown, and that's Andrew Kutcher, the second of them an attorney. He said, how can you bear arms without buying arms? And a lot of the state governments were asked that question, and none of them could really answer that. Now, prior to Governor Dunleavy signing this measure into law, the bill passed the state senate 17-3 back in May. It was returned to the House for concurrence votes, and the House agreed on the very next day to pass it 28 to 12. So it was a bill that the entire legislature, a vast majority of the legislature agreed had to happen because although governors have a lot of power, especially during emergencies within their state, you cannot shut down the Constitution. And people unfortunately learned just how easy that was done. and just how many people rolled over and didn't push back. And that was a very dangerous lesson for us because now government knows they're not going to get much pushback in certain times of panic. Well, that's why we all need to make sure we know what we're talking about when we talk to these individuals and make sure that there is no next time. But I thought this was good and other state has stepped up and passed a law to stop Tyranny brought on by a governor declared emergency because we know governors, I mean look at Whitmore in Michigan. She didn't want to relent. Has she even relented? Has the pandemic crisis been reneged in Michigan? I honestly don't know. I know some of you all are in Michigan. You're going to tell me. I don't know. I don't remember reading that it was. That'd be interesting to find out. But hey, good on Alaska. Guys and girls, let me know what you think down below on this one. And also, don't forget, other state federally sponsored emergency management mechanisms stepped in and absolutely pissed on the population, mostly concerned that they weren't able to pilfer, steal, or control the very successful private relief programs that were set up, many of which had already been in place for many years. and just automatically responded and outperformed the crap being executed by the worthless turds that were in the federal government under FEMA, the trash heap. So remember that before we go any farther, just like the outlying counties and townships did, right after they realized the feds were up to no good, is local sheriffs were organizing militias and ever since and has now had standing it in place waiting for what happens next. a militia infrastructure for their counties. So don't forget that. Again, they, well, how would they run things? We've already seen that, sir. Just go take a look at what happened with Katrina. That's all you gotta do. And it's somewhere near Sacramento, California, and they found a hose not sticking from a faucet but was sticking out of the wall from the wall out into you know in outside the the building if somebody had purposely took in a hose and and Luckily some some nosy ordinance guys saw it I mean, for once he's doing his job, right? He saw the hose that shouldn't be there, and so he kind of looked into it, told his supervisors. They all went over and looked at it and lowered the hose. They found out that the building was owned by the Chinese, and they had a secret lab with all kinds of dead mice, COVID samples, other samples of other diseases. So they're right in the middle of California. doing a lab like they just did, they had in, what is it, Vatican, Ukraine. It's 11 minutes, 25 seconds, I really recommend everybody seeing it. It's kind of a scary thing to think about the Chinese nationals. doing their own uh... uh... biolabs secret bio labs here right here and if this is one like you thought when you talk about the cockroaches this is one exactly uh... as a matter of fact go ahead and give the title for that one again too uh... something scary just found in california uh... it's by economic ninja eleven minutes twenty five seconds now again this is usually This is usually how things actually happen when you have a gross bureaucracy and not everybody's on the same page. She came on the job site and said, I'm going to do random inspections. She did it the way she was told she was supposed to do it. So she pointed at a container and they, oh, wait a minute. She's doing something different. Well, she pointed at another container and the characters on the ground were like, oh, no, you don't need to look at that. Why do you want to do that? Well, that's going to take us a lot of work to get out there. And she, of course, then all of a sudden saw, who were you to tell me to do my job? So basically she got all pissy, thank you Lord, and because she got all pissy they had to move everything and do what they were supposed to which by the way the indications are that they knew what was in there. And so they opened up the rat nest and found the rats. And everybody was called in and they had more ground troops there. They had the usual team of inspectors so they were armed. The basic inspectors typically aren't. They can be holding the clipboard and be anybody. Well, not anybody, you have to be within the command group. But the idea is that that was the only reason that was discovered. So I personally believe that whoever was on the job was already bought and paid for. Communist Chinese, if you catch one, you've got them all over the place. And with the border wide open and resources available from the Chinese government in terms of handing money over to whoever hits the ground, Guys, all they have to do is get the cash here. So anyway, we're here we are The regime is in motion, aren't they, at the township and county level? Oh, definitely. Definitely. You want me to take off and go with this? Mark? Mark? No, I mean, remember, in 26th, this ARPA money comes due. They're gonna come after your land. You know, you pay taxes on it. So in turn, you pay rent on this property for a year or so. When they come after their free money, Just be handed out to the townships and the counties you know everybody They ain't got no money to pay back this money. So they're gonna come after the land and they're coming after your land and Like I said, you know, I don't know if you heard me earlier or not But if you think your land is worth what you're you're paying taxes on think again, it's only worth according to them It's worth maybe 10% of 20% at best And they're gonna have to come up with a whole lot of money so many cities are half a million dollars in I mean just a little bit of rural townships around here in Hillsdale County took $300,000. You know how much land that's going to take? That's going to take the whole, that's going to take the whole township. If these guys, these politicians took that money, you need to remember their names because that's right. They're no, they're no different than the boys in DC. They waived a little dollar bill underneath their nose and they jumped at it and they took it. So in 2026 they're starting to come for because remember by 2030 we got to have the great reset in place and ready to go Where you own nothing you will live in an urban area and you will be happy is what they say We're all gonna be just so excited to look you know live like a rat and and don't own a thing um On top of that the here in Michigan They keep handing, they keep mentioning all these little bitty bills and they keep piling on top of these little bills that they keep talking about and passing around because they haven't quite voted them in place, but they're trying to get, make sure to have enough votes to get them into place. Well, right now you go to the county courthouse to go to Clark to do a lot of your things with court and you know, there's a lot of little stuff that you do and you don't even realize that you do it, but it goes through the county. They want to give that power to the township. and namely the supervisors in the townships. So they're setting up for the little commissar in all these little townships. We're talking marriages and now they're even talking about possibly doing divorces at the township level. That means your little commissar that sits in that little seat in your township hall is the grand poo bob that little area. Now he's going to only answer the one person and that's Whoever the commissar is at the county and all these little counties these county commissioners They are now backbiting and fighting to see who's gonna be the county commissar They're not exactly calling on that, but they're calling it the county head He's gonna be the guy that's gonna be in charge here She's gonna be in charge of the entire county to watch over all the little Commissars in that that little district and then that Commissar is only gonna answer to the state Whoever the grand puba there is at the state Their communist agenda is in full swing. It's at your door. It's in your township and they're coming fast There are no slowing these guys down. I mean you're standing their way and you buck at you buck them and They threaten you and wait, you know, whatever. It's like don't bite me. It's like our township has said What are we gonna do if they come to our township? One person our township said do you realize who our supervisor is? He's the leader of the Hautari militia. I don't think we're gonna have to worry about it here. If they come we're gonna shoot him. And this is from a guy that I thought basically was a liberal that probably voted Democrat. And I mean, this is the guy I looked at and I thought, boy, I'm gonna have to do something about this guy someday. And he really surprised me. And a lot of the people in this little area feel the same way. We didn't take that money and we ain't giving no land. In this area, your land is your land. And screw the state, screw the county, screw the Fed. I don't have no- Go ahead. I'm going to say one more thing. Let's back up a little bit because qualify this for me because the people, because you didn't take the money. And the actually, several other town, or we have other townships nearby who also did not take the money, right? There's three townships in Yellowstone County. Now, somebody- But we all seen in the news. The news media approached you on this didn't they? Yes, we have actually we've done an interview with the worst composed about why we did not take the money and Of course, have you have you seen that published because we all said the same thing Did you read the contract and like I said, this is nothing more than the old Indian land grab situation Well, we're going to promise you money, big chief, you leave. Oh, we got land. Then all the little Indians go, what's White Man doing on our land? Oh, we owned us now. Your big chief sold that to us for pennies on, pennies an acre. So the same thing here. This is nothing more than a new land grab. But the Worship House, it wasn't a story. So in other words, they were probing because what's the first question, one of the first questions asked, why didn't you take the money, right? What else you take the luker? Yeah, why do you not take it you you could give yourself bonuses and raises and No, you can't the contract specifically says COVID loss if you ain't cannot show your COVID losses to total dismount that we gave you You got to give us the money, but here's the cuts 22 you can't give the money back Once you take it you can't give it back You're screwed Because you signed a contract. Well here we got the money. We'll get back to you want the money back right now, right? No, no, no, no, no because I'm sure the whole dollar amount if they give you $300,000 I'm sure it's probably gonna be about no you got to pay back about three million dollars because inflation and you know, and the cost of everything is gone up and They're gonna make sure you can't afford to pay it. Very simple Now, real quick on this note, now let's remember something. All of these other idiot sticks all chuckled, saw a big bucket of money in front of them, and they grabbed it and they took it, and then they did exactly what you said. A big chunk of them gave themselves raises, took money and slid it sideways into illegitimate activities, which absolutely had nothing to do with, quote unquote, coronavirus relief. Instead, they literally stuffed it in their pocket. That's the lever towards these idiots betraying your community, isn't it? Because what are they going to tell them? Like you said, where's the money? Right? If the money's not there, then they're accountable for that. So they've got them in their, literally in their hip pocket, don't they? They're going to get their, they are going to get land or their money. And you can't give them back the money. So they're going to get, they're going to get their land. The only places you're gonna have are a few townships that stood up and said no There's a few small cities that have said no as well. Those are the only refugees left Those are only places where the people that are still in political position are gonna have any grounds to stand up against them. And trust me, when they come, they're probably gonna come with all their gun squads and, oh, here I am shaking. Here comes the Michigan SRT, aha, I'm scared. Really, I've seen them in action, I told them they suck. They're nothing to be scared of, boys and girls. The biggest and the baddest of the FBI show up, and they gotta have 100 to 1 odds. And if they ain't got 100 to 1 odds, they're not gonna come for you. They're not scary. They're cowards. Go ahead. They are going to try that are they going to try that in a small town? Do you I guarantee you because your small town took the money? There's a few small towns to dinner, but you can count probably I know all your fingers and toes the areas that didn't take the money Well, you didn't get us beauty and get a voice you didn't get a voice in this did you did you get a vote? You didn't get the vote on it, but you didn't get anything out of it. The supervisor of the township and his buddies on the committee, the council, they got the money and they bought swimming pools. There's one case that somebody's already talked about where they took the money and slid it sideways and put a swimming pool in their backyard. So what does that tell you? Yeah, yeah, what I was trying to say is well, he's talking about the the the townships and everything What about the counties and the county commissioners? Did they also drink the Kool-Aid? Every county did. Do you hear me? Every county. Not not well, you know There might be one here one there to my read to my understanding Every county in the country took the money now Hillsdale County alone and remember Hillsdale County here in Michigan is a rural community They got eight million eight million dollars Blown it off eight million now calculate that up on acres of What they're gonna pay a couple hundred bucks an acre what they're gonna how many acres doesn't take yeah? Yeah, the only remember those names Remember the names of all your politicians local, at your township, at your county, at the state, because they've all betrayed you. They've all sold you out for the mighty buck. Those are the people that when it happens and they come running out and say, well, oh, we're sorry, we didn't know and we need your protection and we were just doing our job. Remember, that's the day to say, yeah, and today I'm doing, do my job. It's at least, at least turn feather. Now I can think of a whole lot worse things to do to them. Go ahead, Mark. Well, the thing about this too is, again, when we talk about the lucrative, really they got bought for chump change. But this is the part we've talked about for years, that when you look at the numbers, what everybody perceives as the public numbers with regard to your taxes, I don't care what your income tax, your property tax, take your pick, what you pay and how they scale you by comparison to how they value or devalue you behind the scenes. are two totally different worlds. And this is one of the things about taking the property is remember in Michigan, most of you may not know this, but the survey that you get is a devaluation system. So right off the bat, just like Dave's saying here, what they're gonna do is they're gonna scale this based upon what they consider true value structure. In other words, at their discretion, they're going to steal it for whatever way. You know, they aren't going to give you anything because you're not getting anything for this. The only thing they're doing with this is stealing the land off from underneath you officially, which they started doing decades and decades ago. And they everybody who was in the know told everybody that this is what was happening. And you know what happened? They were attacked. I remember this, like, man, it was just like right now. It's like, dudes, this is what they're up to. Here's what they're going to do with it. Well, they created the mechanism with the Corona Beer Virus scam, and it was planned. This thing was deeply planned so that they could put latches upon all these people. Now, here's the other part when people go, well, no, my property's worth more than that. All of what they're doing here is based on the War Powers Act of 1933 and the 1938 Buck Act. When they did this, they declared a state of war against the American people. But what happened is all of the traditional mechanisms were frozen. So here's something as I pointed out a million times to help you to wrap your brain around this. What's the price to, what is the tax to own a machine gun in the United States? Anybody, Tex-Mex. What's the price, what's the cost of a tax debt for one gun? $200. Okay, it's never changed. other taxes you've ever paid that you can think of I want you to look at government operations when have you ever seen a tax where they could not or would not accelerate it how did it freeze the way that it did well it froze because the war powers act locked all of the original commission months in place and so for all these years there was even a comment here just a little bit ago some not-in-the-know peasant Lackie of a meat puppet for one of the kosher mafia Rings is a black guy was yapping about increasing the taxes on the NFA weapons And all of a sudden nobody chimed in everybody. Nobody wanted to point any light towards that okay Now what I'm trying to point out is that okay today if you were translate what $200 was in 1933 and what $200 represented then today You're talking thousands of dollars in comparative value, okay? So you reverse it with what Dave's talking about is all of a sudden you're gonna be in this weird money scale that nobody, how could they do this? It's because this is based on the War Powers Act, the Admiralty Law, and the Acts of Commissionment of Booty, and it's all based on a 1933 scale. Watch how they do it and base it on the digital currency that they want to bring in, Mark. Watch how they definitely do the shift. The revaluation and devaluation will be monstrous. Don't mind, you've been in the cross. I think it's, well that's pretty well the only, well okay hold on. Well let's understand something what Dave is pointing out. The demarcation point is the coronavirus police state. They plugged that in and then the enticement was a jump change carrot, which they already passed out and because this is edict, okay, in other words, and it doesn't conform to any American decorum at all. No form of law makes this legitimate. This is an illegitimate act across the board. The only solution is shooting their ass. That's why everybody needs to be prepared to do so. They're in motion to do this. Go ahead. And keep in mind, you know, I have been a supervisor for several years and just the last two years, now we have to fill out the supervisor. I have to fill out a form for the Michigan State Police, advising them of what properties we have seized. Now why would the property seize any land? Your mortgage is with the bank. It's not with the township. But for the last two years, I've had to fill out this form of saying none. Pretty Michigan State Police on properties that have been seized. Now, I don't know about other states because I'm not a politician in any other state. I'm only a politician here in Michigan. And whenever you talk to other individuals in in in townships, everybody's doing the same thing. You're scratching your head. You're like, what does that mean? Well, some of them that took the money, some of the supervisors took the money are now all of a sudden, oh, God, what have I done? Oh, my God, now how do I get out of this? And I just, well, you're not. You're probably gonna get tarred and feathered at the best or at the least and they might hunt you down and drag you out on the street Drag you behind the stuff they pick up truck. I mean, let's just face it. You took the money You're an idiot. You took the money. You can't give it back But why are they given these forms of what property have you ceased? Because you can't property at the fellowship level Not not at this point But they've set up that what what they're doing is setting up the forms the mechanism that they will be using and the township officer will be the fifth columnist from the bureaucracy that's going to enforce what they're going to be demanding. And that's why it's going through the active War Powers Act militia, which is the active militia element of the police state and of the corporation, which is the Michigan State Police. All your state police are federalized slash corporate already. Go ahead, caller, jump in there. This is Pam's, Dave's wife. And so what I talked to my township about is to buy bricks. So when you do your taxes and you buy a brick, you are stating that you have ownership in this county, in our township. Because your name is on that brick. You can dedicate that for every generation. You buy a brick and your name is in it. It's in a brick in your county. That's one solution. I yield. Okay. Yeah, the yeah the big well at the very least I've got a brick to use on the township supervisor when we catch up with him, right? Well, my attitude is like Dave said, what's going to happen is what's going to happen when a whole bunch of people who moved out into the country, for instance, just thought they were safe because this really is what's happening. And all of a sudden you're going to have a bunch of these people, most of them are not up to speed yet. And the county's gonna come and the township's gonna come and explain that, well, your property is collateral against, you know, fill in the blank. And so we're gonna be foreclosing on your property now. It's not gonna be very wealthy that they do first. They have to keep them placated for as long as possible. I believe that that's exactly how they'll do this. But the people that they're gonna mess with are the people where the rubber meets the road and they'll just walk out and start murdering the bastards. I mean, it's not murder, it's executing because it's appropriate execution for betrayal. And so, Pete, the thing is, it's kind of like, why, that wasn't the one John Wayne movie. If you hear a sharp barking noise, that'll be Mr. Schmidlap here dying. You know, in other words, yeah, it's not an if, it's just a when. And the problem is, is a lot of them know it, and they're what it is, they're actually going to be, like Dave said, like rats trapped. They've got to find a way out. What they will do, well, let's think about it this way. We have an American version of this. Two years before the American War for Independence started, the sheriffs, the justice of the peace, and members of the township or the council committees of the villages and dots on the map, We're told by the crown to foreclose or collect on the population using the peasant the farthest point out the farthest point of the spear out in the political realm to go after anybody who was resisting the taxation which is again was the purpose was to make bigger control of the crown over the American people guys. This is nothing new And what happened is everybody basically said, well, I'll tell you what, we don't need a sheriff and we don't need the township and we don't need the magistrates. And so people started hunting them. And as I've told you many times for the two years leading up to April 19th, 1775, almost all of the government, the extended lower end of what you would call government in the colonies, mostly again in Massachusetts, did not exist. It was hiding under the skirts of the British military in Boston and Salem. And when Salem shut down and the Brits ran from there, which they did, they fell back, they all ended up in Boston, hiding because of the very thing that we're talking about right now. And Dave, you're seeing all of this firsthand. And you've been telling everybody about it. In fact, you tried to warn people as it was happening, right? Yep. Whenever you see the protocol contracts and you see all these forms that be sent through and you look at all these things because see I'm one of the politicians I like reading everything that comes before me. I don't just do all okay and just pass it along I like reading all of it because at the end of the day my signature goes on about everything and if I don't like it I don't sign it and If it don't get signed in We don't apply it and in our township You know, we don't agree with the county. And we've done the same thing to the federal program. We've said, no, screw it, we don't want it. And we don't need you. So we're already making waves. Our little township is just, I mean, we didn't get a little town in our township. We're that rule. We're already making waves and... whenever you pop up on radar to even the big newspapers and the you know the big television stations are like well We need to interview these people and that means you're doing something and somebody don't like you well guess what we're sitting here and We're gonna continue to do it now does that mean they don't come along and just decide they're gonna use an A10 on me someday More likely they're gonna use the drone with a predator drone with rockets on it. Okay, because I peeped them off more in one way But the point is I'm gonna stay here as long as I can and I'm gonna do my job. And that's defending the people in this area. We have rumsed up, we've told them, and we've told people, get out of the areas where you're at. If you're in an urban area, you need to put your place on market today, and you need to move. But you need to find a patriot community to go to. Not just, well, there's a militia over there. Because the problem is that, The government, the local government is already in those areas and they're already eyeballing some of these places. And they're targeting certain areas. You gotta find a friendly area to go to, so you can set up and defend. Because we're only as strong as our weakest link. And right now, I mean, they could pick us apart one at a time if we don't get united and decide, okay, here's the line in the sand and this is it. I mean, sooner or later, it's gotta be our concord. And I have a feeling that 26 is going to be our concord. One way or the other, we're going to get drug into this. Not that I'm scared or not that I'm afraid of it. Go ahead, Mark. Well, the thing about it is, too, that again, remember, we've tried to, even if you try anything peaceably, which we have, I think, first of all, you have to be of clean conscience. We are. Everybody has done their honorable best to accomplish a peaceable solution. However, That doesn't mean, even as you attempt, that we aren't preparing to deal with the problem, and that is what must be in place now. You have to do everything in your power to help to build the militia in every way that you possibly can. And I will remind you that we fighting units we have. But support, medical units, all the other things that are necessary. And by the way, the founding fathers understood this too. Just because you see and hear about the guys who piled the guns up, which they did, guns, artillery pieces, powder, whatever, it incorporated everything else necessary. That's why when they went to Concord, they don't tell you what they did. One of the things they were going there to destroy was powder and shot, captured or destroy it. But guys, they were told that there was any food, anything of any value, destroy it or steal it. They were given a letter of mark from the crown to do anything to do damage to the community. And they did. When they left Concord, they always show in these movies how, you know, we fought at Concord Bridge. Guys, they sacked Concord. They went house to house, door to door. And the Concord militia did it to buy time under the logic, okay, we'll go over here in the field and if they want to fight us, they'll fight us. Well, guess what? They completely ignored the militia who were standing off over on the other side of the bridge because they felt that, okay, we're the threat, they'll come after us. Instead, they went right into town and they ransacked the place. So if you think some kind of stupid, you know, peaceable solution is going to work, it just means you're going to be a stupid target. On the other hand, if everybody stands together and we dig our heels in and we fight and fight well, the most important thing is to learn how to fight. And the first step in that is, again, the basics applied, but beyond that, you still then need to perfect your science, perfect the techniques. In addition, we know what good governance is. And I think that's the thing. Dave has actually fulfilled his obligation under the policy of good governance, but then again, that's because it's typically from the Patriot side. If you look at the hacks, parasites, and idiot sticks that have a tendency to gravitate, and usually for whatever reason, purely it's just you got another income coming in, they have no interest in actual management, you get what we now have, which is we're on the edge of what is a real shitstorm. Now it's now it's defecate or get off the pot. They don't they know they don't rightfully own it No, they don't even have a technical right to the property and the parties involved who got involved in a neologitimate Contract are the ones which is why Dave you're saying remember who everybody is they need to be gone But we need to remember them in the long haul because they're sorry ass needs to be punished because they brought us to this And this is purely an act of greed that brought us to this situation. There wasn't a need. There was no need. It's like we've always yapped about, you know, the kosher mafia operating inside the U.S. Well, they needed another bunch of gold and solid gold toilet fixtures for the third bathroom on the other wing of the mansion. So again, now the state police, you know, you're filling out forms and the state police are where the information is supposed to go. But what is the, what's the, what have they argued is the purpose for this anyway? I mean, obviously, well, it's pretty straightforward, but what have they come back with? They haven't. They get no explanation for it. Other than all it's a new form that you have to fill out by state law, but they don't really call any state law They don't it's letting you just got to fill it up. Yeah, and again Mark Go ahead jump in there caller, please So where do we get this list of to see if our township took this money? Ask your township just go to your town local township meeting and say did you take any of the American Rescue Funds. American Rescue Funds, they called it. Okay. If I may. Go ahead, go ahead, put their call in. And so if you notice what they've been doing, they've been knocking down all of these statues, right? They're knocking down statues. So what are those? Those are markers of people that have done things. So like, If you ever own property and you sold it to a company, a nice building company, and they say, okay, we're going to make this deal with you, but when I sell this to you, I want the street named after me. Okay? You put it in your family's name. That is part of your heritage. That's stated there, okay? Whether they can take it or not, I don't know, but I think to have a marker, a keystone, or whatever with your name on it, a family name, is better than having no name at all in private and secret and nobody knows my name. You have to have your name out there. You have to say who you are and say, this is my property and I have this keystone on my, you know, head of my house. Right? Because somebody I know that bought property from my mom and dad's property, you know, it's a 19 home they're on it now. But one of the guys that my, that know, they put their name on the right above their door. So does that mean anything? Maybe to some, well, there's no, but I think it's important to have your name on something. So when children are born and some families, they just bury them in the backyard if they're dead, okay? You know what I'm saying? It's very, very vulgar, what I'm saying. But some families, if you have a child and they actually, they make a marker. I think before we're done an over with I know this whole thing What I can see is remember the UN Charter is what they're gonna push the US Constitution is what they're gonna suspend Under the War Powers Act that can suspend that so whenever you're talking about property rights remember that's all guaranteed You know by the original documents the Constitution and Bill of Rights and all these things If they suspend all that and put us under the UN Charter, which we all know if you paid any attention to the Hootari trial, at our trial, one of the things they complained about is we burnt a UN flag. And they count bragging on and bragging on about burning a UN flag. And one of our defense lawyers said, what's the problem? Is it against the law to burn a UN flag? Well, no, but it's our flag. Not the American flag, do you have a flag? Now this is the Michigan State Police and the FBI. At the end of it all, these people don't follow the Constitution to start with. So by the time the War Powers Act, they declared to bring up the War Powers Act again and suspend the Constitution, they're already going to have you in charter in place. And so when they come to steal your land, well, you're not going to have any rights to that land anyways, because under the UN Charter, you ain't got no rights. Here's simple. I hate to put it that way, but I could see that coming down the pipe. Well, it's a real party. The Rural Powers Act is an act of Congress, is it not? Congress is formed under the Constitution, therefore Congress is inferior to the Constitution. Also, they have a law that supersedes the Constitution. I cry foul. Well, it becomes a simple line of, it is the final demarcation line. Let's not forget, let me add to this, where people will go, well, if Dave doesn't know what he's talking about, guys. This has now been over seven years, but Captain Monahan had property in Ypsilanti, Michigan, one of his original homesteads. He had more than one or two houses. But this particular house, the neighbor next door, had a roof that was damaged with one of the storms, like the one we just had come through here about three, four days ago. Well, he didn't fix the roof right away, and he went over to the store and he bought a blue tarp. And I've warned you all about using any blue of any kind. But he put a blue tarp on his roof. Now you couldn't see it from the road. It was on the back of the house. He stretched it out, nailed it down, but he hadn't been able to get the money together. You know, he had to wait a week for his paycheck to come in. And so he, or no, two weeks. And so he's waiting and then all of a sudden he gets a notice in the mail and a notice hung on his door. about cease and desist, you know, and repair on the house. It's like, what the hell's this? Well, guess what? It's dated and we've brought this up on the air. We have a copy of this, but you go to the town, the town of, or forgive me, the city of Ypsilanti. The city of Ypsilanti did not cite building codes for the city of Ypsilanti. The city of Ypsilanti did not cite building codes for Washtenaw County. It did not cite building codes for the state of Michigan. It cited building codes under United Nations Charter. Yeah. And when asked, well, how did you guys decide you needed to send anything to me anyway? Oh, we looked at your house by satellite and saw the TARP. And that was their justification. They didn't even come out to get up off their damn chair to go look at the property or ask him a question. They were using, they were watching and that big ass blue tarp scraped over the roof was the flag that they used to, you know, oh, we gotta go, we can go after that. They didn't know what was wrong with this house even. They didn't even know what was wrong with this house. But it was all under UN Charter, UN Code. And I'll jog your memory because this is still available at Lowe's, Menards, Home Depot, etc. Remember they had all the software introduced into their system for the rationing of building supplies. And that came out at the same time that we had this thing happen where I just In Ypsilanti, Michigan. Now Ypsilanti can't be the only one doing it. We get this big opportunity to pay all this money back out of our bank accounts that oh, that's right. Most communities don't have a bank account with that kind of money. I mean, we're talking hundreds of thousands of dollars, some places millions of dollars. And so in exchange, they're gonna take assets. And they've already said that the fellowship holds assets and it's your land. So... I guess whenever it comes down to it, I guess to pay back this big debt that most all of these communities took, they're going to take your land and kick you out and do a big Indian land grab. And you get to walk away with nothing. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I don't care if you've been here for 50 years. I don't care if it's been handed down from 30 generations back. If your local politicians took the money, they have sold your land and sold it out from underneath you. You didn't get a vote. You didn't even know what was even happening. Most people don't even realize this is called the American Rescue Funds. ARPA money. A-R-P-A. And whenever your local politicians took the money, they put your properties up for collateral. Well, let's just put it that way. Because they're not going to pay it. They took bonuses, they took, you know, big raises. And to make long story short, one of our county officials mentioned to us, well, you know, don't worry about it. In 2026, you won't even be in office. You can leave in 2024, you ain't gonna run again. And if you do, you just step out before 2026. That's the mindset. To put it bluntly, that's the mindset most politicians are looking at. Now before we go any farther on that one let's point something out he understood what you were talking about He was trying to join get you to join in the criminal activity, right? There's no benefit to this There was a short-term doggy treat for the fools who have signed up to this But again, there there is an agenda and of course the next question is how are they going to do this? Well at the end 2026 Progressively, what happens and what's the solution Dave? What are they what are they thinking the solution is going to be? Yeah, you're gonna live in an urban area own nothing and you'll be happy remember that's in a great reset and that's quote so They don't plan they don't figure you're gonna do anything about it You're just gonna go like cheap to the slaughter go live like a rat and that way they can head there you in biospheres Now, tying into this is the fact that, again, constantly they're adding new paperwork. What's the latest piece of paperwork that they've added that you, that doesn't make any sense because it really doesn't serve any purpose? You have to fill it out, you have to send it to a certain state agency, right? Yep, the Michigan State Police send a form down every year and you gotta fill it out and send it back to them. And the form is, land seizures. I mean Michigan law says, well I'm not merely Michigan law, but let's face it, the government doesn't hold your property. The bank holds your mortgage, am I correct? I mean, the last time I checked, I paid money to the bank for my property. I didn't pay the money to my township. But yet the township has to fill out a form now Every year send it back to the Michigan State Police telling them, you know, how many properties have you seized? Of course you put a big goose egg on that baby and send it back to them. But why would they send it to you in the first place? Does it make any sense? No, because like I said, the township doesn't seize your land. The township doesn't foreclose on your mortgage. The township I mean, let's face it, the only thing the township does is if you don't pay your taxes, then they say, oh, well, your property goes up for tax sale. But the township don't hold it. That tax sale gets sold, but you go to somebody else, then they hold the property. Well, the interesting thing about this is that this is the state police being inserted into an activity that before did not exist, but now apparently they've lined it up with the Supposedly something has to do basically with criminal issues. And in this case, what we're talking about isn't a quote unquote criminal issue that the Michigan State Police in any way, shape, or form would have any business interfering with or interacting with. Let's think about that one. On the other hand, once they start property foreclosure on America because they are going to declare the open property of the state clause of the War Powers Act, remember you're all pauperized and now you're under the indentured servants slash, oh, oh, that's right. You're now a property slave. You've been, you know, transferred over because you have this exposed debt that is attached to the royalty, the crown. Oh, is that what's coming back? Yes, that's what's coming back. Now here's the thing. You've been monetized. Yeah, they're officially out of the table. They figure they can go that far. We can do that and a lot more. Okay? So now here's the thing. Well, where would they get the resources from? Where would they get the assets from? Edward, I gave you a video. In the past year, the IRS has hired 87,000 agents, has acquired 5 million rounds of ammunition, thousands of pistols, thousands of shotguns, thousands of automatic rifles, as well as a variety of military weapons. Now this came out last summer, but it has actually happened now. In the meantime, But the White House has declared that this was only to hire administrative people and really go after the richest of the rich, the wealthiest in this country who are somehow evading taxes. Well, let's kind of start with, they're now hiring ads in quotes had must be willing to use deadly force. $80 billion were declared to fund this all part of what's referred to as the Inflation Reduction Act. 100% of Democrats voted for it and 100% of Republicans voted against it. But let's just see really, is this an effort to help just go after the wealthy? Well, let's say 14 times the amount of money is going towards enforcement than taxpayer services. So what is enforcement? It's audit enforcement. Well, if they're going after the wealthy and they hire 87,000 people and they need 5 million rounds of ammo and all the guns that could support that amount of ammunition, there's only 700 billionaires in this country. So I'm not a mathematician, but if you're going after 700 billionaires, You probably need 700 auditors and I'm sure before the 87,000 there was way more than 700. Now this is a militarization. Now if they're hiring people that must be willing to use deadly force, maybe it's a policing effort for the auditors to be safe and secure, but here's why it's a militarization and not a policing effort. Let's start with... The Inspector General did 229 interviews of citizens that received this in quotes, audit enforcement. Zero of them had any sort of rights read or statement of rights. Zero of them got prior notification. And only 18% of them had any prior notification of seizures of assets and property. More so, tax investigations of 252 legal source cases showed that out of 252 cases of audit enforcement, only 21 of them had any sort of actual tax law violations found at all. That's only 9%. So, why? Why are they doing this? Because it's definitely not to go after the 700 billionaires. We're talking 87,000 people who answered some sort of a job that gave a description of must be willing to use deadly force. So why? The militarization of the IRS is for illegal seizure of property. That's what it's for because anybody that gets in their way. They're just gonna seize their property Now what can you do about it? Nothing. There's nothing you could do about you could fight it in court and Chances are you're gonna be of the 92% that had just their property seized illegally this particular group of Democrats that are running this country Definitely have their eyes set on some seizure of assets and property and it's not from 700 billionaires. Maybe some of it will be, I doubt it, because many of them are obviously contributors to their campaigns. It's going to go towards people like me and you is what that is. They know you cannot trust or have any confidence in what's coming out of their pie hole there with regard to Trumpet. That means you should be like him, don't like him. But their assumption is that somehow they're gonna create some kind of confusion with regard to authority and responsibility. Well, they won't have any responsibility because they won't have any authority, but they will be held accountable for their actions against us. And what we're talking about here right now, none of you are supposed to even have a clue about. If you aren't sharing the information and share the program for the two-hour block, you know, the six to seven is what you want. and share this hour too and get everybody to think for a bit because this is going to affect everyone. Some people might even be stupid and think, well, I'm a renter. Well, the guy who owns the property you're renting from, you won't be in his house anymore. You won't be in his building anymore. Here's the one thing to remember is that to a degree if they had their way, they want to, the communist big theme here for all of the climate changers is to drive you off the land and for them to have their pick of the resort, so to speak, the pick of the dakas. See, in communist Russia, all people had private property. They were all the upper communist party members. And they had a little DACA. What's a DACA? It's like a country estate, a country property, a cabin here, a house on the lake there, a mansion from one of the other people who had the property. But they have it now. And that's exactly how these Fruit Loop nutcases are thinking right now. So the idea is that they drive you off or drive everybody off and they're going to get the pick of whatever and they can even let the government have that other shabby place they had, even though it wasn't shabby. But the idea behind this is that they'll be able to steal from all of you and then somehow they're going to steal being the mix. As Dar pointed out, the proper term of the communist state during the takeovers is the useful idiot. These are all people who are betraying everyone for not even a bowl of beans and can't wrap their brain around the idea that they've already been told they're hated by the people who are taking over. That's what the other thing is. How do you get it in your head that you think you're a keeper? That's amazing to me, but it's always repeated over and over again by these fools. So the big thing here again is discussion about, for instance, one of our callers, our lady who called in earlier. Let me point something out. I understand what you're trying to express. Well, you have to have... These are called markers or monuments for your property. When originally you homesteaded, you were supposed to put monument markers at all four corners of what became your vested or private claimed land, number one. Number two is you had to lay physical claim by living or residing in control of the land. This is why when the frontiersmen went out there, people wouldn't come off their claims, you know, like when they were miners, but they also wouldn't come off their property. They might send somebody, another family member out to do business, or they had to make sure that somebody was occupying the property. If you were alone, that was a very bad thing. because somebody literally could come in and jump your claim on the property. So one of the things that also help people understand what is basically the entrance into the domain. Okay, now that's really critical here because in the past, and I'll show you where you can see this, it's represented over and over again because it's historically correct, but people don't talk about why. You see it, you don't know why. When you watch an old country western, guys, how many times you see, oh, like, let's see, Giant, the movie Giant, or any of the old movies with the rancher, and he goes, well, we're leaving town, we're going out to the ranch. We've lost a lot of this and I understand why. Number one is usually, you know, supposedly with better paperwork, paper keeping, nobody would be stupid or foolish enough to try and arbitrarily steal my property. Except as Dave is pointing out, you now have a bunch of parasites from completely outside your community who are now believing they are going to come in and take your property off from underneath you. Dave, is this going to be the township stealing this land? Well, naturally, yeah. Whenever they're going to pay a tax bill or they got to pay a bill back that they've borrowed, you know, the government's give them hundreds of thousands of dollars and they got to come up with that kind of money and well, the only assets the township holds in reality is well, the tax roll. The tax roll is your property. Period. They're making this machine. This is the thing. This they understand full well. Let's just make sure we're ready for it before they try it. Possession is nine-tenths of the law. One of the comments made by the guy here at the end of that video, which I would obviously disagree with, it's just the important thing is everybody's come to the same conclusion about where this is going. But, well, you can't do anything. No, you can't. People are going to end up having to get rid of them. Where will you go? What will you do? Now, two years before the American War for Independence, a little under, but about two years, it depended on which part of the, which county you were talking about in Massachusetts, but it was progressively all. In two years time, in less than two years time, all of the magistrates, sheriffs, and political officers had evacuated their posts in the outlying areas and were hiding in both Boston and Salem. Now the British originally landed in three locations and Boston and Salem were the two primary. And they had such a time, two years before Lexington and Concord, that they abandoned, they fell back from Salem. They had control, nobody talks about this. They had a military boot on the ground absolutely controlling Salem, and they were forced to leave. That's not the story I hear that British came to Boston and they took control and it's good will resist and and and the Patriots were totally disorganized and they didn't have a clue and they didn't know if they were doing and they Well, they want you to think like you organized everything at the last minute and that is not what happened at all and so the British eventually packed everything up packed up the Loyalist that the that with the Tories that were with them and they moved over to Boston to logger up with the ones that were already in Boston. But for two years, approximately, there was no government, no government under the crown anywhere across the colony. So FDR, Franklin Delano Rosenfeld, was brought in specifically to attack, first of all, the Clara Banking Emergency, and then progressively the War Powers Act, the Gun Confiscation Act, and the Gold Confiscation Act, all one after the other by the international communists against the American people.
