You are one of the most assiduous bureaucrats I have witnessed at evading and filibustering in response when members have five minutes to ask you questions instead of coming forward directly. Here's what you could have said to Congressman Roy. No Congressman Roy, we do not have operational control. But no administration has achieved the standard of operational control set forth in law. That took about two, three seconds. And then he could have followed up with this, and I'd like to. Secretary Mayorkas? Given that illegal immigration has been setting records for your entire tenure, the fact is that under your leadership, the Department of Homeland Security is farther away from the legally mandated standard of operational control than ever. Much farther away, correct? Congressman, our apprehension rates are consistent with the apprehension rates of prior administrations over the years. And the fact by the numbers by the numbers if the standard of operational controls no illegal immigration can recover our border Then you're farther away from that than ever The fact of the matter is the migration that we are experiencing in a southern border is not exclusive to our southern border It is gripping the entire hemisphere and the entire world your policies are causing it. Harley-Davidson got into the BS. So anyway, the money stopped. What happened in Selena, I've told you this story many times, all of a sudden they had to start finding ways to steal money from the people. So all of a sudden, most important here is that they had zero tolerance on speed. What's that mean? Well, it says 25. You can only go 25. Now, of course, your speedometer could be off by two miles. You can have different tires, all kinds of things. But for a mile over the speed limit, a technical mile over the speed limit, 45, then 65, then $125, well, you know what everybody learned to do? This last year we made a few trips straight through Celine, but you know we learned that we didn't need to go there. Why? Because anybody hitting the border of the town, the cops were swarming all over the place trying to get you to, you know, to get nervous, like right behind you, didn't bother me, but again, how often do I ride through there? I don't. In fact, it's very easy to go around Celine and avoid all their businesses, don't buy at their stores, don't go to their gas station, none of it. You know what happened? Progressively, that's what everybody else did. And the downtown area started to close down because they'd run everybody. And it's on Michigan Ave. It's on the main Michigan Ave drag from Detroit, Michigan to Chicago. And you know what? They did such a fine job. They even ran most of the traffic off Michigan Ave. The truckers had to go through there, and they were even tagging truckers whenever they could, including the fact that that's an extra wide travel route for heavy trucks for every extra wide large manufacturing boats because it is a wide wide state highway. So anyway after a while everything died out when I say died out I don't mean activity I mean business for the businesses and so 54 personnel plus lots of auxiliaries didn't last very long but it was that pulse to help create that massive Low key end area police state mechanism that they wanted to use in conjunction with the FEMA camps for the big push to attack America and all of these departments would have been beholden all wanted to become junior G men all wanted to lick, you know Obama bung hole and Clinton bung hole and Bushite bung hole they just So deep their ears were brown But then all of a sudden the old money sinker tightened right up and got their head stuck between those buck cheeks. Nowhere to go. So they made enemies of the population. Three of the departments just beyond that are completely gone. To the east of Celine and also to the south are now completely gone. Why? because they did the same thing in the same order and what happened is the locals finally voted to get rid of the police departments completely. One of them had been there since the founding of the town, but it had always been three or four men, a police chief technically, and a whole bunch of people to help out when they had their little football parades and stuff. Well, they went from that to the same stupid, well, they needed almost 100 people. And they needed to get this and they needed to get that, but the area could not support it. The basic size of each of those departments before the big money was a realistic level without becoming too obtrusive, too obnoxious. And of course, to knock down business in the area. They were smart enough at one time to know not to do that. But once that government fed money for the Federal Police Force, B-Witch was created. Oh dude, sky's the limit. And each case where these were voted out, it was a fight because they were all pissed. They were like, well you'll need us. And it's like, well, they went out and they got a short contract with the Sheriff's Department to have the Sheriff's Department waddle through once in a while and go through town. Nothing changed, no crime wave, except that the big crime wave with the tax collector with the uniform of the gun was out of business. markets like any drug addiction. The pushers give you that first bunch to give it to you for free to get you hooked. And then you just go ahead and steal from the population to support your habit afterwards just exactly the same way. Same thing happened with the state police here. Each branch, the courts are obvious, they are the court, they are the administrative court for most actions. The executive branch has the ability and the real purpose behind executive orders was to be able to create as needed an action in the event a malfeasance, an action against the Constitution were taking place, the executive branch can order subcomponents to do their part. Example of that with the Congress, it's congressional court, you have the Sergeant at Arms, which is supposed to have an entire infrastructure, which are basically the Congressional Police, who do have the authority beyond the boundary of the Capitol building, but they're lazy. They've led all these other alien departments like the FBI, a foreign agent of a foreign power, registered in the Caribbean. Now Homeland Succuretti, a foreign agent of a foreign power operating on American soil, first of all registered in New Jersey, but not in Washington, D.C. You have all these mechanisms, okay? Well, with the executive, they have the ability to create a tribunal construction or to call upon subcomponents and for the commander in chief to take control of a lesser component rather than the command itself because he can circumvent them. They're in the executive infrastructure. Trump could have done this. Remember, you've had all this bullshit about January 6th, and the one part that gets me is Trump is an executive who supposedly knows how to do whatever, right? Anything, he just get it done. Well guys, the president does not have to ask anybody to mobilize the military formation. You do understand that, right? And just to make a point, how many of you people have been in the military? What is the chain of command of the military, son? Who is the president of the United States? Why does he ask him who the president of the United States is? Why do you ask the sentry who is the President of the United States? Because the President is the Commander in Chief of the US Military, the active military component. He does not have full control over the militias under the true premise of the Constitution, how it was built. He may request mobilization of the militia, but he does not have control over the respective states, and as needed, the governors may deny access to mobilization based upon state needs and defenses. However, he is the commander in chief. So here's my problem. Donald Trump is a guy that did television programs. He shows you how he's sitting there and he tells the guy, go do this. And the appeals court kicked it back to the circuit court and said, nope, their decision stands. Right. It's going through the higher courts to the Supreme Court. It's eventually going to, it might as well say it's going to the Supreme Court because you know what's going to happen. Every step they're going to drag it out, waste taxpayers' money, waste our lifetime, and then it's going to get to the Supreme Court, and then they're going to have to bang the gavel on it one way or another, and it's in favor of the 18-year-olds. But it's the people, the hypocrites who are now these sacks of bone that have hospital beds in their Senate and Congressional offices because they've hung on like this, Skeksis from The Dark Crystal, the beginning of the movie. Real quick, batteries, batteries and more batteries. We have not tested out the middle of the inexpensive night vision devices, which are again, digital camera systems with IR capability. Batteries, taking a lot of batteries. I want to try and experiment with both a conventional middle grade of alkali. I can use Dollar Tree right away and we'll do that too. But I want to try and get an estimate on durability. These are 9-volt systems. It takes six AA batteries for all of the binocular formatted units that we've seen. The cheapest are running below $40 apiece. But they offer good visibility within short range so far. And we're going to start experimenting. Of course, we might get rain tonight. Today it is looked before we go any farther like we are just on the edge of rain all day. If you look off to the horizon, it looks gray bland like there probably is rain out in every direction. But there's no rain. It is not rain. It is not raining. So we've got this gray miasmic slash miasma of air, coloration, but none of the substance. So that is, it actually just makes you feel too like, yeah, we're probably gonna get rain. Fortunately, I ignored that, did as much stuff outside as I could today and accomplished all the missions. In fact, right before we came to the program in the first hour, I was power washing some equipment so they can get its tactical colors. doing a final wash on it and wow that little old cheapy power sprayer pays for itself. It was the second year in a row. I can't complain at all about that. So anyway, the big thing here with the night vision technology, going back to that, is estimation on battery usage and I want to see if the batteries will survive through the whole of the evening. Needless to say we need to do a longevity test. And also to see if they'll continue to operate, as I've said many times, I wouldn't use the digital camera during the day or should say the digital observation system during the day, but it could be used as a binocular. You can zoom in with these pieces of equipment. So they do have magnification capability and they are digital. So the quality of the image is reasonable. The biggest thing is with the camera is unless you support it on something, you're gonna get jiggle wiggle. No matter how hard you try. This is a fixed camera, the greater the range, the greater the eccentric with a minimal amount of motion. So you want to have something like I said the other day, a tripod or something to mount the unit on if you're going to use it for a camera, which you could. You could press them into service, all these night vision devices into service as monitoring cameras or intelligence collection cameras. But at the very least I would get some of these mobile tripods you watch them I've gotten dozens of resale shops and dozens of estate sales There they were built for the small camera systems that are out there the little digital cameras The neat thing is is they were 20 30 40 50 dollars And I've been getting them for a dollar apiece or 50 cents apiece because they look like toys, but they're not And they're very, very useful. Most of them are actually quite innovative because they're designed to collapse on themselves into a very small package. But it only takes a moment to open up the tripod leg in one motion, click, screw in your camera, in this case your night vision, and you've got a stable base. Don't touch it, plant it on the surface you're going to plant it on. And you should have clarity without variance out to whatever the maximum range of the piece of equipment is. Now, if you get a bigger tripod, use these for fixed defense observation equipment, they would work for that. They are light duties. So I'm not expecting to beat these up a lot without them probably dying on you, not right away, but you know, again, there's limits. So the first thing you have to do is if it's the lesser piece of equipment is prioritize what you're going to use it for. I'd recommend that if we're going to be doing more training, which we are, I've had conversations about how do we expand our training cycle with the number of people coming into the militia. One of the solutions, again, is not to put time on our tube or upper end night vision equipment. The lower, cheaper equipment, lower end cheaper equipment will work perfectly with the airsoft or with the BB gun, 177, fully automatic or semi-auto rifles that are out there in a BB format, regular BB. Combine the two and you've got selective fire training and night vision capability. Now remember, we know that we're in a training situation. So we understand the quote unquote tactical limitations of that night vision device, but they're not so limited, they don't represent an accurate portrayal of other night vision equipment as you would use it. So it's especially critical, and as we discussed this back when Don was alive, about conserving our more expensive and useful night vision by beating up the lesser technology, and the digital was a great solution for that. Now, is digital, am I pissing on digital constantly? No. Guys, we're going to press everything into service because we're going to make sure that we have 100% night vision capability for everything that goes into the field. A percentage is cutting edge state of the art. A percentage is older technology that we've had for quite some time. And a percentage will be the digital present wave coming in, varying quality types available. All of them would be used. One of the things to remember is we've talked about utilizing night vision, secondary unit night vision for support personnel like medical, something that needs to be taken into consideration. There's a number of ways that this can be employed. Most important is for training and familiarization. I'm working on a program right now. Like I said, once I test these night vision devices, we're going to get into implementing them into a five rifle training program. Five AKs, five ARs, new recruit coming in, you have five dummies, five airsoft guns, five of the BB guns if you want or jump right up to 22s, and then you introduce them in the next phase to the standard rifle. But what you do is ensure, since the AR is the most common, but we do have AKs, we can go AR, AK 100% and create full, proper simulation of either system, correct and proportional in terms of size of the weapon, weight of the weapon, etc. And remember the initial you start out with a defunct piece of equipment, it doesn't function at all. You want five training aid ARs or five training aid AKs. in the airsoft so that you can let the people handle them. You don't have to worry about mistakes being made. It is the purpose of the instructor to correct mistakes being made when they're handling the training aid and then you're going to advance them into firing with the airsoft weapons in a genuine cycle. Not just blazing away at something. the actual controlled training cycle. So we're working on it and we probably are going to be up on rumble pretty soon. And I think we're also going to be doing some, any of the other social media, we're just going to throw a bunch of stuff out there. I've been, in fact, I've been going through all of the recorded technology that we have and classes and pieces that we've done. And last night I went through about 35 different tapes, confirmed what I've got. And what we're gonna do is we're gonna engineer some short-bite training pieces, just for, again, better than just basic familiarization in many cases. But I'm sure that these will work out very well because they're especially pertinent to what's going on right now. So that's one of the things I can do. I've got the resources in my fingertips. It's only gonna take so long to edit the stuff up and then share it accordingly. So we get it upon the on any of these social media it can run on its own and we're all done I don't have to do a whole lot of explaining I don't think and again, you know how I am I'll try to dot all the I's and cross all the T's now I don't have a problem with anybody asking any questions though as you know And I always want to remind you when we're talking on the air here. Congresswoman Lauren Boebert has introduced HR 3212, the Shall Not Be Infringed Act. And this is an aggressive bill that looks to get rid of all of the gun control that was passed in the last Congress. There's a lot to it, and I'm going to show you all of it. It's a pretty good bill. Before I jump into that, I want to thank the sponsor of the video, and that's CMMG. Guys and gals, CMMG make a ton of tools that we love in our industry, some that go boom and bang, some that are long and short, some that have rear surface areas suitable for shouldering. For all you ATF agents watching out there, some of them don't have that as well. Guys and gals, I can't link to it because it's something that's protected by the Constitution. Let's talk about this bill. I literally just got off the phone with Congresswoman Bober's office and I have all the information. I got the bill. I read the bill. There's a lot. It's kind of wordy. So I'm going to give you the highlights of it and then I'll be back. I want you to tell me what you think of it. And I love this bill. I really do. Let's check it out. So like I said, this is H.R. 3212, the Shall Not Be Infringed Act of 2023. and Congresswoman Bobert introduced it to repeal the gun control provisions of every Second Amendment infringement passed by the 117th Congress, including the provisions contained in... the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, the 2023 Appropriations Omnibus, the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2023, and the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act. Now there's a lot to the bill. I've taken a bunch of notes, so I'm going to refer to my screen here, and I'm going to show you some bullet points that I have put on the screen for you as well. Let's jump into it. First, you want to repeal the following provisions of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act. Number one, repeal the program bribing states to pass red flag laws. And we've talked about that ad nauseam here on this channel. Two, repealing the decision to criminalize private transfers by reclassifying private sellers as gun dealers. Three, repealing the federal waiting period for some adults to purchase rifles. That's your 18 to 21, folks. And GOA is fighting that in court right now. They just launched a lawsuit Friday. And four repealing laws that disarm adults for mere misdemeanors. And we've covered, they're adding a ton of misdemeanors to try to just jam people up and get more people to be prohibited persons. So in and of itself, if this bill is able to do just that, it's a huge win. But she's going after more. Next, she wants to repeal the following provisions of the 2023 Appropriations Omnibus Bill. She wants to cut the ATF's 14.1% budget increase. And according to her bill, that's $140,929,000. Number two, she wants to cut $14.4 million for the ATF to maintain its illegal gun registry. And as we know, that's nearly 1 billion records that they had to Admit to having thanks to GOA's Freedom of Information Act. Number three, she wants to cut $700 million in bribes for states to pass red flag laws. Number four, she wants to reverse the decision to weaponize the VA to attack veterans with gun confiscation. Number five, defunding the Department of Education's efforts to mandate so-called safe storage. That was a program they want to push on parents. Next, defunding the VA and Health and Human Services programs that track where veterans are storing their guns. That's the gun storage maps that we talked about when we talked about the appropriations bill. Next, defunding programs that discourage women from exercising their Second Amendment rights. And then defunding research that labels conservative gun owners as dangerous right-wing radicals. And we've heard a lot about that lately with the violent anti-government ideology, which is completely made up and they're trying to just divide us as much as they can. Divide, divide, divide, and conquer, you know, the rest. Again, if her bill was only able to do those things, big win! But there's more. The Shabbat B. In Fringe Act would also look to repeal the following provisions of the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2023. It would look to repeal the law that directs law enforcement to criminally investigate people who fail firearm background checks, even though 90% of the time the system falsely denies a law-abiding citizen their right to bear arms. And defund the program that enables the ATF to deputize local police to enforce federal gun laws. We've talked about that ad nauseam. It's a way for ATF to get local cops to do their bidding because there's not enough ATF agents to carry out Biden's anti-gun rhetoric. So they want to just put it on the local guys and gals, which is why a lot of states are saying, nope, can't have it. SAPA, the Second Amendment Preservation Act, and I love it. And finally, in the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act, there was a segment in there that required safe storage. This will repeal that requirement. If you want to lock yourself up, go after it. Do the right thing. But the government shouldn't force you to do something with your items. Although the InstaCheck still does the same thing, my biggest problem is no way in hell would I do a digital FFL, but people are just lazy bastards. A digital FFL means that 100% of whatever you're doing is accessible by the police state. And if you don't think that the police state isn't rat-screwing you in every way they can on any kind of social media, or any access through the internet, then you got to, you know, maybe someone should slap you. I'm not there, so maybe somebody else should. But the fact is that if you're doing a digital FFL, they have access to 100% of whatever you're doing. They provide, you know, the software packages and all the crap that's generated is from their end and they can also arbitrarily, if need be, make it disappear or gobble it up. One nice thing about a 4-4-7-3, in fact, the whole original argument in 1967 is, well, they couldn't make a list of the gun owners. Remember this one, guys? How many of you are old enough to remember this one? Well, they couldn't make a list of the gun owners because the FFLs have first authority over the 4-4-7-3 form, and they're going to make sure just as long as the sun shines and the rivers flow, a yatta hoe, a yatta hay. Sounds like an Indian treaty, doesn't it? That the government cannot access without the FFL knowing, and they could tell the H.F. agent to leave. and not to look at the records if they felt that they were making lists. Yeah, you know how many people are going to step up to the plate and police state America and, oh stop ATF agent, you can't do that. Yeah, and I'm a change up pilot named Lousie. The only advantage and the big advantage is you can have a fire if you're an FFL dealer. But like, you know, using magnesium storage boxes, fabricated magnesium storage boxes for all your 4-4-7-3s and for your log books, making sure that the cabinet or the shelves are magnesium, aluminum magnesium, et cetera, et cetera. That's a little specialized construction. Yeah, it's a government vapor box. In other words, Once you throw the thermite on top, you know, the little thermite canister you got going, your welding canister, and you walk away, once that thermite hits the magnesium and the magnesium starts, everything that's paper or combustible has got a fantastic enhanced catalyst to just toast everything. And to make sure you're, after all, make sure your FFL is in a building that is separate from your building, but certainly on your property, because there's a lot of personal FFLs. But make sure that it's all wood, wood and wood and wood and more wood and maybe some more magnesium. And that way when the time comes, it just all burns well, burns hot. 5,000 degree enhancement. Yeah. And don't forget, oxygen enhancement too is another thing. After all, I just felt like increasing the oxygen content in the building slightly to make it more comfortable for breathing. Traditionally we would use a silver nitrate or a silver dine. I harp on this for a reason because eyes, we only got two of them. And even with one, you're not stereoscopic, but you can live with it. However, there's no reason for your animals to be suffering if you know what to do. Now, we can have a silver dine or a silver nitrate ophthalmolic type paste made by someone who is a compound pharmacist. That can be done. But the closest thing to that is the pteromyosin. It's in the yellow and white box. It's very small. It is ridiculously priced at almost $30, $28.95 or whatever. And it's what you need to deal with eye infections. We use silver. We already use silver, ionic silver or colloidal silver on the eyes. But again, for repeated multiple backup and treatment. This is something that would be useful and it might be useful for other things that I can't say anymore. Well, you guys can figure it out. You do a little research. But the big thing is, is that penicillin G, ivermectin, all the spinoffs of that, everything is gone. Now, at some tractor supplies and some feed mills, you'll find a dominant, popular solution on the shelf but not the other. It's really weird. Most I've seen so far, we see either one family or the other family in terms of types of biotics. You may have to go to more one location to get a full spectrum if you want to go and pay cash and make it disappear, okay, which I do recommend. The ivermectin, the fact that they're attacking that so heavily tells me that needless to say when they plan their next lie, like the coronavirus. Well, if the people who are affected, the ivermectin is a solution.
