Under the traditional mechanism under the common law America up until 1933, There was the that the part of the checks and balances was the significant separation between the roll call ballot or forgive me roll call roster of the militia and the active military force of the federal government Okay, actually that goes back to 19 16 1914 right around there and even there with their supposed change of course This was in preparation to try and get us into a global war World War one even though we weren't at war at the time Basically, the way it traditionally was set up is the entire roster for all states' militias, which are all able-bodied men, no matter who you are, no matter what your walk of life is, you are all on the list, okay? You're 100% on the list. But that's a state list. And then, there's supposed to be a mechanism that the state was supposed to maintain to mobilize the general militia. Now, since the War Powers Act of 1933, the population was denuded and technically on paperwork, you're only allowed to have what arms they choose to let you bear, and all of it, of course, under a surrendered slash a wartime occupation condition where the corporation of the United States declared the American people the property of the state as war booty in a conflict that you didn't know took place. And so under the under the Admiralty Court and the Admiralty scam, they also jiggled up everything else having to do with quote unquote the militia. And the drafting process is federal, not although the state's selective service process cooperated, not cooperated, it's run by the Fed, no matter what they say. It's a federal mechanism, not a state mechanism. It has the fiction of the state under the admiralty law, not legitimately under the constitutional law of these United States. Now I will, this is Thursday, not communications Tuesday, but every day is weapons Wednesday. And every day is communications Tuesday here. I have probably 50 radios on standby. That is the ability to put a short net in place just with CBs. I probably have close to 300 FRS radios, maybe closer to 400, because I don't really stop counting after a while. I've got probably close to 1,000. other radios including VHF, I would say maybe 250 of those and that's rounding it out. It's plus or minus, who knows, who cares. The purpose purely is to make sure that we have the ability to reestablish a communications grid instantly, as quickly as we need to. All of you can be an integrated part of that, but you need to accomplish certain tasks right now. Get a CB radio tonight, tomorrow, take your pick, but get it right now. You can go to resale shops, there are CB shops nearby. A lot of CB shops, guys, a lot of places that fix radio equipment because it doesn't necessarily be, it won't be CB, it can also be FRS or it can be VHF, UHF commercial radios that guys have. A lot of times somebody drops off a machine, decides to upgrade. The guy buys it for a good price, gives him credit towards the radio the other guy's buying to replace the radio he brought in. Guy fixes it up, puts it on the rack, and you can buy it for a very good price. Already checked, already to go. The tourism's not going to want to screw you if they can help it because they want to be in business. And there's only a certain number of radio geeks out there that are really doing any of this work anymore in most areas. There's a lot of other people like myself that do it ad hoc many many many other people doing it ad hoc which is good That's what we need. Okay, but right now we need to be ready with Communications because that's the first thing that the government will shut off and try to claim that the enemy did This will be participant by Homeland Security the Department of Defense and the traders who are going to make their move in cooperation With whatever it is. The other side has planned so Now, are these the ultimate solutions? First rule is minimize. SOP, standard operating procedure. You don't need a squawk. Your radios are not cell phones. They're barely the equivalent to or should be operating the equivalent to old house phones. Only as needed. You don't constantly need to be regratified. It's like a child holding their wiener when they're little. You know, they smile because, ooh, I found my wiener. It's a pleasurable thing. I'm smiling. I feel good. I don't know why, but I feel good. Oh, okay, stop that. Okay, you have to cut each of them. No, don't do that. Well, it's the same with communications. Communications need to be monitored. You need to have cyclic general communications taking place. And there again, it has to be varied when the time comes. But the smaller FRS radios are very close local or like for instance, we've got acreage and we've got people that have properties that are fairly large. The FRS radio is a perfect solution for most of what's done, not the cell phone. And one of the reasons is because, again, the ability to set the system up, you know, it takes a very short period of time. They can be carried anywhere. You're going to get used to using them in more of what is a sensible tactical carry rather than a belt carry. I recommend that you get used to the idea of using a utility vest. I just picked up a replacement. I have a couple of older ones that are pretty tired. But I just picked up another one that's a utility pocket vest and what's really cool is a lot of the equipment now is they are building a, what probably I would assume they're thinking is going to be a cell phone pocket on the left upper shoulder, you know, breast. And for the FR-S radios or any of the little radios it's perfect. Needless to say, to a degree people would be using those as it is for that type of purpose. But the FRS radio is your close-in telephone, if you want to look at it as anything, based for operational conversation, communication, and security, to be able to know where somebody is. Now, do we leave everything on all the time? If I can see you line of sight and I understand what's going on, I want to shut down my electronics almost completely. Even in-house, everything you have that's mobile, portable, it needs to all be a minimal footprint. Too many things have microchips. Part of the process of many of the microchips is to actually send out a signal or a beacon or at least a noise, which is part of the aerial and ground surveillance system that they want to use on us. So always we minimize everything. Minimize. And again, when do you need to talk? Well, if there's something going on, you're going to obviously light the system up very quickly, especially if there's a point of contact, a security issue may be down by the gate or over in the back field. And small arms fire is heard. Radio equipment better be lit up, obviously. The thing here, again, is personal choice. You've got all kinds of other solutions. I would recommend that if you really want to jump to a major plus, Marine radios are perfect for most longer range but not extreme long range communications. We have Michigan wired up with the Marine radio across the whole of the state for our purposes. We can talk anywhere from the thumb to the edge of Lake Michigan, all the way up to Traverse City, all from there or anywhere northern part of the state, can talk to almost all of the rest of the state, including the UP. Remember Michigan, when you're going uphill, communication range is superior because you're on the top of the hill up towards the 2 thirds of the way up the mitten. Okay? Lansing is in low ground. You go beyond Lansing, two counties, you're in the high ground. So just a heads up there for anybody in Michigan. You need CB you want to Obviously try to deal with ham, but see ham radio is gonna take a little more time Right now what we need is for anybody if you've been listening and you've been hesitating I'll tell you this get the radio equipment dealt with now You probably thought I was gonna say buy more ammo. Well, of course I will buy more ammo but If you have a breather because you have a good stockpile and I had a good stockpile is not a couple hundred rounds A good stockpile is enough that you can sustain a firefight for quite some time. But you got 200 rounds because that's what your budget allowed you. Then it's a balance, but you've got to have some radio equipment. Get a CB radio, get a set of FRS radios, and that gets you started. They get you on the table, guys. Take your pick of whatever else. We do still use the FM's also, the FM headset and handheld radios. I think I have probably close to 800 of those. And they're to disperse, they're in pods, I've separated them by manufacturer, they're in barrels, or they're in buckets, five gallon buckets, you all know how I do it. And the idea is to be able to provide instantly what is needed to mobilize a large contingent. A lot of the people have, I'm small by comparison. I've seen places, and I will repeat again, all over this country where An army can be fielded from one location that could be effective to deal with the state's problems. And it's all ours. We're at the point where open treason is now going to be celebrated. Watch and see. They're celebrating it right now. You watch it, see what happens. They're gonna do the pickles, smoke and mirrors, bullshit down on the border. They're gonna play patty cake. What did they do? Donald Trump mentioned the border, and he did actually. But did they dwell on the border? Did they? Because he did say, well, I was a moment armed president. This is, today's date is the 11th of May, 2023. What would the first day be that Donald Trump could finally maybe become president again of the United States? What date would that be, guys? That's more than a year out. The country is being attacked now. You know what talking about Donald Trump doing something as the president on the 11th of May of 2023 is like? It's like being on, might as well be on the dark side of the moon. It's like irrelevant now. Trump would take charge and end it a year and how many months away? And this is going to be this these attacks right now this invasion attack right now exceeds those columns that you saw in Europe that were escorted across every border of Europe where the foreign illegal alien hateful invaders who were brought in to rape, kill, pillage, and burn, steal everything they could, escorted by the ring-knocking, spit-swapping cops of the EU to frag Europe. As far as the men of Texas and what they're doing on the border, there are a lot of them that are successfully patrolling the border, which is why you have got the federal government trying to pass a bill to make it illegal for American citizens to be on the border down here. Be on the border, right. the border. Yeah, as far as the areas that you hear about in Texas where the order situation is. Look, you know what's the name? What's the city name that keeps coming up? Austin. They'll pass. Oh, no, often in the middle of the state. The border is no Yeah, I know. But he said Austin. Austin though has the same problem El Paso does. It is a democratic enclave. It is a, it gets alien to the rest of the state on how it's run. It's off on its own little branch over there. And any of the big cities like Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, that's the Democrats. Focus on the big cities because they can play the race cart there and try to make people look at it. They oh, it's so terrible there. Look at the overpopulation everything is because they cram everybody into a tight spot. You're going to drive across the country and take a look at how many houses are for sale, how much open land there is. There's no way our world is overpopulated. We are a gnat on the surface of the planet. Even with this far spread out as we are and most of the buildings and everything they see there. unoccupied anyway because they're built and people can't afford them. This is the Democrats. It's not the rest of Texas, just like Austin doesn't talk to the rest of Texas, other than that's where the legislation means. That's why you have corrupt politicians in Austin. It's because they're greasing the wheels there, just like they do in Lansing, Michigan. Anybody in Michigan will tell you Lansing is, it's like walking into another country altogether because of the way the Democrats run Lansing. The same goes for Austin. I hate going to Austin. my wife's son was there and we have to go down there to see him, unfortunately. You know, I wish we didn't have to go to that area, but we do. And it's like walking into a southern wall as far as the laws and how things are run. It's the same thing with El Paso. You've got different enclaves of Democrats in these control points. And that is, that's an alien part of Texas, too. Look where it is. It's out on that port all the way over to the left, where you've got New Mexico right above it. And New Mexico is a whole other problem. They don't like to talk about it, but New Mexico pretty much has a noble border anyway. I guess this is where I'm getting at. This is where I'm getting at. There are actually a few good sheriffs down here who will not, who will stop you and recommend that you be armed if you're down on the border. When you get to these enclaves, though, like the ones that they talk about in the news, like El Paso, the reason why El Paso is such a great spot for the illegal chacras is that they let them. They let them, they support them, they give them money, treats, and all other kind of fun stuff when they come into that area because it is the hand-me-out. It's the hand-me-out city on the border down here in Texas. The point is, again, what he's saying, and everybody I know is thinking the same thing. is Texas is where it should be stopped. The government, for the most part, has demonstrated its culpability and its collusion with foreign actors and foreign operatives to destroy the sovereignty of the United States. You go to most of these other border states, unfortunately I think you've all these one of the ones that's becoming another hard point to take care of. We're going to have to do something about these locations and whether it be like a medieval siege, except we won't have to do anything. We just cut the supplies off to them. With the communications system, the way it is right now, and with the vast number of Americans who already know that there is a threat and that it needs to be dealt with, the word could go out tonight and within a matter of minutes would literally spread across the country. If a call were put out right now, it would still take us time and distance. My travel probably to there would be 23 hours. Nonstop. I've done, we've done this. I've driven like this forever. From where I'm sitting right now, it'd take 23 hours to get to that location. For many others and this is why it would be a cascading affair The first group that would have to respond would be the people that were of New Mexico, Texas Oklahoma Arkansas Louisiana You know those states are the closest those would be ours those would be ours in transit But it's still the distance big states, okay Then getting to the other end, here's what would, I'll tell you what would happen and why it is that taking our resources, I know this is what's tough, this is the balance between us responding in a state like with Hautari and us responding nationally to what is literally a national crisis on a massive scale facing a massive army. You are facing two armies. And the greater threat isn't the illegals coming across the border. It's the traitors in uniform who would fully cooperate to block the American people from doing anything. No. And here's the problem with that distance, time and distance. You're taking valuable fighters who are capable and have vast resources in their respective areas. and displacing them in a situation where they would be of less value and less effective. Unless the people in Texas or the areas that are definitely going to stand their ground would be willing to, you know, have to be able to communicate first of all, would provide resources to ensure that when they got into the area of operation, they would have a measure of safety. The most common tactic that they would use, for instance, would be as you approach the border area by maybe a county back, they would reverse what they used to do to save the border. They would never do anymore. They'd be doing it to save the communists that are coming across. They would have a series of checkpoints at hourglass locations where you can't move left, you can't go right, a side of a ridge. It's like we saw when we tried to help Randy Weaver decades ago. The guys that jumped in their vehicles and swung into action didn't understand column motion or whatever and they were ambushed and there's pictures of it. I've shared them, you can see them. Go dig them up from back when the weaver siege was taking place. They ambushed them on an arc. on a country road where there was no access up or down because it was, you know, drop off from above, drop over the side, and the checkpoint was right around halfway around the arc in the road on the side of a hill. And they jump out, put guns on everybody, get everybody to lay down on the ground, and they'd steal everybody's weapons. Take everybody's everything. Why? Because they knew what people were doing. So what would happen, you see those skank feds that are your enemy? They would cooperate completely to disarm people as they were in a remote location Now would could that start a war it would start a war with the people that we really do need to probably shoot but it would be Unless the other people got their act together realize that the ones in uniform are the enemy Then a lot of people go. You can't be more disconnected from reality than to think that you're just going to ban 400 million guns overnight. You can't be further disconnected from reality than to think that it makes sense. For you to be the only person to not have a firearm, you can't be more disconnected from reality than to say in front of the camera, I have guns. Yes, I am a contradiction, but I'm going to now give up my guns so that I am no longer a contradiction and leave myself defenseless in a world where we have 400 million guns and I only am trying to ban guns in Colorado. Anyone who still has a Black Lives Matter sign in their yard after it's been proven ten times over that Black Lives Matter was not only founded by a group of Marxists, but also was a complete scam that made their founders beyond rich is completely psychotic. Never trust anyone who is willing to completely depend on the government for their safety because they will be willing to make you as powerless as possible in order to make themselves feel safe. And don't think for seconds something like this can't happen. Keep in mind, this is the same Colorado governor who did this. Today, Colorado Governor Jared Polis signed four new gun bills into law aimed at curbing gun violence across the state. The four bills designed to strengthen the state's red flag law, raise the minimum age to buy a firearm up to 21, and act a three-day waiting period for all gun purchases, and remove immunity protections for gun makers so it's not like you won't be open to the idea that's why they're pushing it because they know they could possibly make this happen with this particular governor if this was a governor who was staunchly in defense of the second amendment you think they would be trying this these people aren't stupid if anything if anything psychotic yes Stupid, that's arguable from the standpoint of them willing to give up their guns to depend on the government for their safety. But when it comes to communication, when it comes to strategy, when it comes to getting their way in politics, these people aren't stupid. They understand people. They understand the irrational aspects of people. They understand the illogical components of the brain and how to tap into it, manipulate it, and get what they want. And that's what they're doing because they see an end. and they see an end with this governor. So to think that this can't happen, you're fooling yourself. And sure, it may go through the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court may overrule it. But at the end of the day, you still have to go through the process. And like I said before... The overall goal is to ask for something so extreme that you say no, so that when they come back with something else, you say, well, it wasn't as bad as the other thing you said, and then you keep doing that over and over and over and over again to the point where banning guns no longer seems extreme. I can respect the fact that these mothers are at least being honest about their position on gun control and saying outright that they want to ban all guns. Unlike the rest of the lying gun control lobby who hide behind the phrase common sense gun measures, when they really want the exact same thing except the way they go about it is a lot different. Instead, they want to chip away at the Second Amendment ever so slowly so that we don't notice that we're losing rights every other year. To respond within a state to an action takes a great deal of coordinating. Most of it you count on, hopefully imbuing Standard operating procedure process upon your people. This is the one thing I've told you all you need to constantly drill. Standard operating procedure, you will, you know, certain actions you don't give orders for. The first rule about having a command force, if you are the one in charge at any tier, if you are the sergeant, if you are the officer of the platoon, If you are the officer of the company, if you are the officer in charge of or the executive officer right up the ranks going through battalion regiment brigades, it doesn't make any difference. Minimal orders. Why? Once you give an order to micromanage, then you create in the mind of those who are taking the orders the idea that they need to wait for that order to be given. Now while you would think that's a small thing, the most important aspect of SOP, Standard Operating Procedure, with regard to the individual, the fire team, the squad, the platoon, the company, is that each man should already know not only his job, but the job of all the other men that are in his element. So that as needed, literally, they can be integrated from one job to the next within a moment. First rule within a fireteam of the squad, heaviest weapon is always manned first. If in an action, a squad automatic rifleman who is behind a belt-fed gun falls, somebody jumps behind it, probably the assistant gunner, and then somebody else moves forward to assist the gunner to provide security or to provide ammunition. If it's a recoilless weapon or an anti-tank weapon or RPG-7, RPG-2, Carl Gustaf, whatever we have that either we already have or we take from the enemy, that weapon is manned whenever possible, provided ammunition is available. If the ammunition is not available, the weapon is preserved, but priority is to go to the next heaviest weapon in line, rifle, whatever you have. But you proceed you proceed to man these weapons first it becomes SOP No, nothing even has to be said other than the possibility because of attrition in a 10 or 12 man squad or a or an eight man squad if you chose to under gun yourself When you do an eight man squad again, you guys have already done it. We're just talking about which is attrition Five five man fire team in the 10-man squad may very quickly become an eight-man squad Don't under man. If the whole of the country were to say, I think I'm tired of this crap, let's just go down and deal with it. There are some people who have private planes, but most people would still have to travel across whole states. The people in the area of activity are the first to respond and have to hold the line as a cascading support element is received. And in the process, you are going to have to, and I will point out again, if you were to try to move elements, The feds and the whores in state police forces who would just follow orders or local cop wannabes who want to be feds or other suck-ups would provide choke points and locations where they would try to hourglass the elements. You have to travel across an area. You have to remember, you may have to exfiltrate out of your area just to be able to move quickly to try to get to whatever the relief problem is. Now it's on a much larger scale with regard to the nation. On the other hand, if you're looking at a million infiltrators, actually quite publicly a percentage of them, then it's not really hard to find the area of activity. We all know that's a very simple line that runs only a thousand-some odd miles across the southern border. Kind of easy to find. But the government would do exactly what it did when we used to enforce the border and that they would have already established because they would take advantage of their SOP. They would use choke points for forces or elements coming south and they would try to bushwhack, ambush, disarm, etc. They would do everything they could to make it very public, which means that it's most likely you'd be fighting that army deeper into the country before you ever got to the area of operation, especially at this time. Would people fight them? Yeah, I think that's where the problem is, is we'd be fighting a war that would start in the field far from most of these people's homes or base of operation. Because a lot of people aren't going to allow themselves to be disarmed because we're talking open treason with the border. So the aggressor signal communication system is already overloaded. That's expected. Now let's deal with this deal with reality. FRS radios quick. Although remember I've told you before organized crime is using the FRS radios. Expect that. The closer you are to a metropolitan area like the borders, border cities, The FRS radios are cluttered with Chico and Juan talking about whatever encryption subject, whatever phonetic code they're using for the next 40 tons of fentanyl, it's going to come across the border with the illegals. However, the farther you get away from those urban areas, the more likely the FRS radios will be active. So don't cut. The FRS radios, you should buy them. And there is another reason you can hear what's going on. The FRS radios allow you to collect a lot of intelligence with enemy traffic such as the cartels, any of the other organized crime that's in the area. Now, CB radios are fast, cheap, and easy. Like I said, I have many, many, many, many, many, many, many of them. Tonight, I'm just going to double check everything I've got that's in the vehicles. I know that one problem is going to be changed out because the radio, I have a more powerful radio for, I got for nothing. But every piece of equipment that you have, check it. Again, why sit there and chew on your toenails? Everybody, let's top off the gas tanks, check your communications to make sure it's up and online and squared away. Lift the hood, check to make sure that everything's correct there. I mean, right now, brake fluid, all the fluids, why not? What are you doing? It's giving you something to do. Burn some energy right now, because a lot of people are pissed. Don't just sit there chewing on your toenails. The other thing is then check your weapon systems, check your tactical gear, your mobilization gear. Probably also be a good idea to test your radio net if you haven't done it. A lot of people are using 2 meter or they're using again marine radio. Marine radio is an excellent choice. Now again, the closer you get to the Gulf of Mexico or to any major river, the more you're going to find regular marine traffic active. Pay attention to the conversations. You don't have to have a license. Just don't tell. Just be smart. First of all, your radios are not telephones. There are signal communication devices for specific advanced detailing where your SOP runs out. You may have to adjust your ability to fight or to maneuver or to again evacuate by using the radio communications. Minimize that. It is not a stinkin' cellphone. If you're closer to the area of activity, and you're at the very least stuck inside, I know some of you are listening that are in Texas, or you're in New Mexico, that's a trash heap. That's a gutter. If you're in Mexico, you're in the toilet. But if you're in Arizona, if you're listening and you're in California, water is life. I cannot emphasize enough that every water container that you can fill should be filled right now. If you have the benefit of processed city water, I know we don't like the processed city water, but processed city water is designed to last for six months to a year without moving through the pipes and not becoming a significant issue. That's a rule they don't like to talk about much, and they'll try to claim that it's less than that, but it's not. Realistically, whole areas, especially if you have a bunch of snow birds in certain communities, your water consumption dropped dramatically during the winter, and winter cycling in some neighborhoods goes down to almost zero. So the volume of transferred water is minimum. And that means that through the winter months, now remember, through the winter, guys, the buildings and houses are heated, maybe at maintenance heat, but the underground temperature never changes. It's always consistent. So there isn't any significant issue with regard to water temperature variant That's a real problem other than maybe farther south into like Florida, which is scuttle its own problems But again water tap water is already treated fill stuff with tap water Why it's already been processed to a some degree. Yes I know there could be four right in there there probably is so at the very least you have a good long storable water supply that you already put in containers that were free, that you emptied out but couldn't turn in for cash. If you can turn a container in for cash, get rid of it. Use it for cash. Go to the recycle bins, watch for stuff at restaurants that people are getting rid of where you can go, hey, what are you doing with all those containers? Grab those and the ones you can't return for money, because money is ammunition, you use for water. But water right now is especially critical. And you all need to have water purification. Don't forget that. Most important is conservation of fuel. Fuel is the lifeblood of your mechanized force. And if you're going to use it for an exfiltration vehicle to get out of an area of activity where something's going to hell in a hand cart, you're going to get every drop you got. It won't be any gas stations. What happened after Katrina? Everybody ran. And when everybody ran as they went down the road, they went as far as the first tank of gas, and as they went down the road, they realized everybody else had gone down the road and all the gas stations were empty.
