Honestly, that's how courts work. Well, that has all changed today and the case that they took up is a case about fishing. And the case is Loper-Brite Enterprises v. Raymondo, Gina Raymondo, former communist governor for Rhode Island. And while it's about fishing and the government forcing the fishermen to hire somebody to monitor their catch, this is going to many people in the legal sector, not just me, think this is actually going to be the case where the Supreme Court destroys Chevron deference. Why is this big for us? Everything the ATF does in the Biden administration, even in the Trump administration with the bump stock ban, the Obama administration, everything they do is operating within that gray area called Chevron deference. What is Chevron deference? You've heard it here on the channel for years. But Chevron deference in layman's terms is a little leeway given to regulators, ATF, EPA, you name them, usually the three letter agencies, where they're given a little bit of stroke to interpret any ambiguities in laws passed by Congress that they are forced with enforcing, tasked with enforcing. So in our area, ATF likes to say this in ambiguities in things like the Second Amendment, which shall not be infringed. Pretty straightforward. But where they try to operate is within... it's called Chevron deference. You watch live with Steven Dettleback getting hammered by Congress. Everything he was saying is based off of Chevron deference. And this case, if everything goes the way all of the legal minds think right now... This will destroy the ATF's ability to do all these regulations. This will destroy the administration's ability to change things via administrative fiat, via regulation, because they don't have the ability to get things passed by Congress. For instance, frames and receivers can't get that passed because Congress has already set the definition and they don't want to change to your loopiness. Well, you wouldn't be able to go around it and change a rule with ATF. pistol braces. They wouldn't be able to do this if they didn't have Chevron deference and even though they're going to lose in court anyway and we already have one judge saying that pistol braces are arms protected by the Second Amendment. This would take away that ability of them to do that. So Joe Biden couldn't say to the DOJ, ban that just because and they would figure a way to do it administratively. This is absolutely ginormous. This case is If everything goes the way it looks like it's going to be planned, this will destroy Chevron. Now, they issued certiorari today. And what that means is they're going to take up the case. They're going to hear it. The way certiorari works, four judges, four justices have to say, yes, let's take the case up, but you still need five to win. And I'm going to show you two quotes that will have you looking at things the way I am, hopefully. Last fall, Justice Neil Gorsuch said this. At this late hour, the whole project deserves a tombstone no one can miss. We should acknowledge forthrightly that Chevron did not undo and could not have undone the judicial duty to provide an independent judgment of the law's meaning in the cases that come before this nation's courts. In 2020, Justice Clarence Thomas said, Chevron is in serious tension with the Constitution. And last fall, uh... During the time when we got the Bruin decision, we got the West Virginia versus EPA decision from the Supreme Court, and they said Chevron, you cannot use Chevron to do what you're trying to do. And specifically, it's come out in the Supreme Court saying that you cannot use Chevron deference, but especially when those regulations will now have criminal penalties. Sounds like everything the ATF does, correct? Everything they do threatens you with a 10-year felony and a quarter million dollars in fines because they're gonna force you, via administrative fiat, to jump in line. Hell no. This case is going to be big. I am predicting it falls. Now the Wacespring court works. They took it up today. It's gonna be put into their docket. And I'm thinking this fall is when the case will be heard, which means the decision will be within the first five days. six months of 2024. That's how the court works. They'll hear stuff at the end of this year. They'll re-give out the decisions before they go on break, typically in June, right? So... Chevron if if this goes the way Chevron's gonna die. I don't think there's any way around it now Chevron's gonna die ATF EPA You name it? They're all in trouble and this is phenomenal And for those who are wondering when did we get this Chevron thing because it's not in the Constitution Chevron deference came out of a 1984 decision in the Supreme Court in which a Reagan rule was Given the benefit of the doubt as a logical interpretation of an admissions law, that's when they first came up with a 1984. And the case was actually Chevron versus the National Resources Defense Council, if you want to read the case. But this is going to, guys, this has me, I'm stoked right now. It's going to take a little while to play out. But Chevron's done. The writing's on the wall. Justice has been saying, they've been talking about it, begging for it. This is the case because they don't really care about fishing. What they care about is how the government administrative rule is putting the squash to American citizens via rulemaking. Now the interesting thing is that we're at such a conflict in so many tiers that we're seeing a shifting, which still has to be backed with ass. You know, you can claim that the law stands this way, but you'll notice that example, we have the corrupt courts, and it doesn't make it interesting whether you like Trump or don't like Trump. Attacking Trump the way that they are shows you how far up the feeding chain, the corruption of the court has openly, how it's developed within the prostitute's offices. And again, by what they're targeting. What is interesting as an overlap on this though is again as I pointed out like back when Reagan was being attacked Regan was already out by 84. I think Regan was pretty well Pushed on down of course Watts was gone. There were several others one after another and Even minor officials were targeted by Bush because they were in key chokepoint positions to stop the abuses that were being planned by the Ringknockers for what would become Agenda 21 and all of the other things we've known for quite some time. The Wilding Act, for instance. That was the other thing, to try and get everybody off the land so that the Communists could bump you off the land. in one program, oh, then alter the program and decide you're not going to do it, and then walk in and buy back from the government your private property, but make it some other Schmuck's private property from Israel or China or wherever. That's exactly what the plan was, and places where the Natural Rivers Act were being implemented in Michigan during that period. Whole properties, people were told you're going to take this amount of money for your property or else if you had lakefront property. Well halfway through the supposed free rivers act, they all stopped and then all of a sudden a whole bunch of butt buddy ring knocking, spit swapping turds, the Leomical wearers came in and bought all that property that the townships and the counties bumped people off of. And you know today, there's no parks on those properties. They're all private properties that were resold after they were stolen for chump change from the people who were living on them. Then they turned around after they collected and got to a certain point. Oh, we changed our minds and for chump change and some bribes under the table to all of the township committees or the county supervisors. Why? Guess what? They sold the land for chump change to Izzy Blatsonstein and all the houses that were supposed to be torn down and destroyed. Oh, no, no, they just turned right around. Not only did they sell them, they sold all the other lots that were that were vacant. And now they've got condos and whatever. Go to Belleville and take a look along the lake. Belleville, Michigan is a classic example right there. All that buildup you saw, that all stems from what was done back in the late 70s and 80s with the, well, actually the 70s, and then with the regurgitation and throwing back out of the property to the select, okay? That's the whole purpose behind this sucking and blowing and fake ass loss, they do this. But right now we're on the edge of a war. In fact, America needs a war for independence. There is no doubt about that. Michigan, we've got the communists moving big time. There's a whole bunch of townships that met, actually townships and counties, that met in independence meetings this weekend, this last weekend, including the Upper Peninsula, but also towards, let's see, I think, I believe that they met west of Aranac County for the eastern half of the counties in the upper part of the lower peninsula. And then also down here in this neck of the woods over in the Kalamazoo Battle Creek area, there was another meeting there. Everybody pretty well is on the same page. They know that the horrors, you know, that cross-dressing male that we have, Greg Shittmer, Titmer, yeah, Whitmer, something like that, that cross-dressing man. Apparently, it's got a lot of pay all under the table and they've been very creative with the LLCs, Limited Liability Corporation, under the table payments that are moving all over the place. Not just the outbound from the state, but obviously to private accounts. There is a present independent group of counties that are now looking to have an investigation followed through on the rest of the way they've collected enough information on who was seeing who in the zoo in Lansing. And they know about at least two different meetings in which aides have now come forward with recordings and documentation of time when Whitmer, the communist Chinese, Other elements of the administration and probably it's when they also received their brown envelope notifications Who knows electronic data sideways, that's not really safe electronic isn't safe, but the digits have to be moved so apparently the investigation right now that's being promoted by the counties is going directly after the governor of Michigan and he it is probably going to be charged, they'll be living. There's a number of different actions that, like I said, are taking place and it looks like the Upper Peninsula Group are going to be tying into this. Everybody's connecting all the dots. So far, cross your fingers, so far the activity has all been down here in the Lower Peninsula, but the Upper Peninsula suspects that there's something else, you know, that's not right. It's impossible that the Communist Chinese wouldn't be going after the hard resources of the Upper Peninsula. So there's definitely something going on there. We had a lot of Rockefeller money up there. There's a little Rockefeller enclave in the middle of the Upper Peninsula we're not supposed to know about. A lot of ring knockers show up there. Oh, Ted Nugent's going up there to play for Mr. Rockefeller or at least a click up there too, by the way, for those who don't know that. We weren't supposed to know that, but the people up there are keeping an eye on the compound. It's a big massive piece of property. And by the way, it can be seen by satellite. So as it is, a lot of stuff happening in Michigan here right now. And needless to say, as I hopefully think I've mentioned this last Friday, but we now know that over $2.8 billion is going to the communist Chinese. No benefit to us whatsoever. The properties will be communist Chinese soil declared independent and will have by the time they're done I guarantee it they have their own enforcement mechanism so they'll be bringing in communist Chinese secret police if they have their way and Again, this is another thing that several of the counties are now Quietly meeting about and are preparing for what basically will be a cascading series of charges against the governor, the attorney general's office, lieutenant governor, other named parties including Shatmer's male lover. They're feeding more information in tight, daytime place because some of them are still in the Communist Administration in Lansing. And they're also looking for certain protections because apparently participation, what they were involved in, how close they were to the back door and under the table deals with regard to money laundering and money transfer. So we'll find out more about that. You should be seeing more on the public venue if not this week. Well, this week and ongoing, of course. Okay, so anyway, and again, the adventure continues there. Also, notice Palestine just disappeared, not Palestine overseas, the Middle East, Palestine here in America. It has disappeared off the map, but there are a couple of other organizations that have stepped in. And it's interesting that the surveying that's being done in one situation was being misdirected as far as the response to requests or actually where surveys were samples were taken. Apparently, somebody has tried to make the survey samples from the land and water in the Palestine area disappear. The good thing is that, kind of like I've warned over and over again, if you're doing something like this, backups to backups to backups. Well, what they did is they sent, one group sent a bunch of the survey material to the federal government, one of the agencies. In fact, the EPA was tied into this. Apparently the EPA just disappeared all of the samples and then came back with the, well, we don't know, and we've heard this before, this is something that's always comical. Whenever especially you have parasites, you know, figuring that we're all stupid, apparently the statement was made that, well, you know, they, we lost all of the samples. We don't know what happened. They must have been destroyed in transit or they've been misdirected. It's probably the only ones you have, but that's okay. Oh, well. And basically the response from the individuals who sent these samples, it was a test, it was a test breach is what it was, guys. You do this to, you know, catch the bad guys, know who's who in the zoo. Well, the response was, that's okay. We took additional sample batches of everything that we sent you and we have everything secured. We still have, you know, samples going to other locations for, you know, for evaluation. Then you get that Homer Simpson, dope, from the other end. Oh, we can handle it. And it turns out that everybody, of course, now is realized. Well, yeah, you did. You handled it exactly the way that we expected the government to handle it. So again, guys, remember, backups to backups. The interesting thing is that it's private sector, the rats in the regime, the parasites and poof to... The pedo-pufte's that are in the positions of power are doing everything they can to not serve the population, but we expected that. And these guys have had a little bit of experience with when something's dirty, usually, again, things disappear. Backups to backups, plans within plans, you have to have your own circles within circles, okay? So they didn't lose everything, but they found out exactly where not to send anything, or if they do, they'll just simply, you get it in addition to everybody else, which is how they've established their policy for surveying damaged sites like this. The casualties were from the handling by the EPA and the other environmental agency components that came in and did the chemical attack by dissipating the material through a vern. Not one aspect of what they did, I'll reinforce this again, in any way, shape or form was proper response to what they were creating in the way of a threat. But one of the other reasons they do not want to dwell on this, and this is because you'll notice there's all kinds of the damage control this last three, four days being done about all of the corruption and lies from the coronavirus lockdown period. There are a number of different models, but the ones that take the ratchet bolt, you know, they're not a screw-in bolt, but with theirs it's like a... a ratchet cam system, 3M filters are usually in double packs. They're kind of semi rectangular. You can find the filters everywhere so you can get, and you can get a number of different grades of filters even off the shelf. Are they as sophisticated as the US military models? Yeah, in a way, yes. In that if you're willing to go to Granger or an actual supplier, you can buy filters up to whatever biological range you want to. The quality of the mask is reasonable. These are full face masks. They're 30, 40 dollars. Actually as little as 22 dollars apiece. They will work. But especially, let me point something out. For what happened with Palestine, okay, guys, any mask would have been fine. Any mask would have worked. Any standard filter would have worked because the particulate, the type of agent that was being used on the population and that was deployed and employed, in this case, all of the masks, even the oldest you have, would have been able to protect against Fosgene. Keep that in mind. So here's the thing. Although, again, there's all kinds of excellent military masks out there. There are filters available over the counter for all of them. There are higher, more sophisticated filters available over the counter and at your fingertips. Let your finger do the walking through the internet pages. But you can go to Grainger and order it right there over the counter too. If you don't have it right there in stock, you order it from the main warehouse, there's Grainger offices all over the country. You've got a lot of background. Cover your mic. Go ahead. I'm gonna tell you something real quick as a footnote for all of you out there guys. Alright, we've driven millions of miles. Nancy and I have driven many many many miles. I've driven many many miles and I have seen some of the worst driving in all my life's time on the main highways in the last two years. I mean, I wish everybody had stayed hidden under the bed. Some of the best driving we ever did in the last 40 years or for a sense, you know, been almost 40 years was during the Corona Beer Virus Camp. But when everybody came out and a bunch of them were already kind of liquored up with the shots, oh my God, some of the stuff that we have seen. And with big rigs, I've never seen big rig drivers do some of the things that we're seeing now. So be very careful. In fact, policy should be when you're coming up on a truck and you don't know who is behind the wheel, that there's good people and bad people. There's a lot of people that have been fragged by these injections. And you want to policy should be to get up close but not too close to that you again know you can observe beyond the vehicle get past it as quickly as possible and make sure you keep an eye on it and you're in your rear view mirror until you get out of reasonable distance. Bizarre stuff you pass somebody especially even trucks and the person gets Agitated or whatever and actually starts creeping up me you do everything you're supposed to you don't you don't get right up on his rear end you pass you make sure your lights are dimmed you go on past you get past him is like oh my god you pass your past me so of course the accelerate now it's bad enough to have bunch of people in cars like that And I've had people were driving all night through. I've had people where for one or two hours, thank God they finally got off the expressway. And this was faster back during the coronavirus at the end of it when people started to peek out. Is that characters and be fiddling on their phone and dropped out of 40, 45 miles an hour on the expressway. And you pass them and all of a sudden they're off the phone and they're just speeding up and they get right up high and they have to pass you and then all of a sudden they slid out again. It's one thing to have that happen once but it haven't happened six seven eight times and it's just there's this Schizo thing going on with these people so beware Pay attention and you know drive safe, but drive defensively from one direction But offensively in the other that you want to get around the objective Don't let the objective become an obstacle and maybe take you out The the object you're observing that that particular obstacle at that moment Anyway, on the gas masks, and especially with the military ones, the existing filters, pretty much all that we have out there will work with phosgene, okay? In fact, they work with most chemicals. Now, here's the thing that I gotta remind you about. You still don't want to stay in the environment, and let me remind you again, you have to know wind direction. If you have to travel out and away, you want to move perpendicular and away from and then upwind around whatever the crisis is. Typically, again, with chemical dispersion and even chemically military deployed chemical agent, it moves with the wind. And the mistake is, oh, I got my gas mask on. I can just stay right where I'm right here. I'll just stay right here and bathe in the stuff. Guys, your whole body is made up of pores. Your whole body breathes. This is why we have chemical suits. And it's why there's two schools of chemical suits. Don't forget that. You have the slick side, which are solid sealed, and those are, of course, usually very commonly in chemical plants, and many different situations where you don't want the material getting through the protective surface and your skin absorbing it because it may be organ-specific chemical threat. which is really bad. So you blocked it from breathing it in, but you splashed it on your body. This was a problem with Agent Orange, by the way, too, that people don't talk about. But you splashed it on your body, and there was absorption that way, but you even technically were breathing it in if you had the gas mask on, but you had your shirt off because it was 107 degrees, and you were standing there stirring vats of chemical agent, in this case Agent Orange. This is true with all of the other chemicals out there. So you want, first of all, to have always a mental plan. Don the mask, collect whatever you can. You have to just save an example. Don't forget your animals. You should have a plan. Prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance, but you get your arse out of the AO. You move perpendicular to the wind drift and then go upstream, as we would say. Go up the up-up wind. and then move beyond and continue to move. There's a problem. There may be other events. Now I'm going to mention Granger again, G-R-A-I-N-G-E-R. They've been around for quite some time. They have the Bible dictionary of order books. If you ever have other catalogs, now I think it takes two books. But they're the size of dictionaries, old style dictionaries, okay? And everything is in there. And in PPE, you can even get survey meters of any grade or type you can imagine. You can get survey radiological meters. You can get booties, outfits of any type and every cost and expense. Now some really aren't necessary unless you really feel you want to spend that kind of money. because you may want multi-pulse, which is not a bad idea when it comes to chemical suit protection because if something does get contaminated, you're not going to save it. You're not going to probably decontaminate it. You're going to defrock and move it into the bio-threat bag, into the hazard bag and seal it up. Okay? And then put out a new one. Well, if the environment calls for it. The other thing about this is anything probably would help. I mean, World War I, they got caught off guard when the chemical agents were first being employed, but they didn't take on for them to catch up, because all sides were developing chemical weapons. They tried to go, oh, that's the Germans! Oh, BS. The Brits had it already in service almost as quick. It's just the Germans probably beat them, maybe. We don't even know that for sure. They could have been lying their ass off. It's just as easily the Brits that launched first and never in the confusion who cares because by the time you're done both sides were moving gas constantly across the battlefield. The French, the Belgians, the Germans, the Hungarians, the British, take your back, throw it, Eric. I'm sorry, the Austro-Hungarians, because since they're all about one, it was the Austro-Hungarian Empire, yeah. Don't forget the Turks, yeah. You can never forget the Turks. So anyway, another thing about this is pre-filtering. Now, this is another trick that we've talked about many, many, many times. You'd only have so many filters. They're only going to be good for so long. A little trick here is you take a rubber band, you take a coffee filter, or you can take cheesecloth. And what you do is you want to get the bigger coffee filters because if you take a look, you'll understand what I'm talking about. You can get them $104 or $200 for a dollar at the Dollar Tree, $1.25 now. But however many you get, it's a steal for what they are. But you put these into your gas mask bag in one of those little outer pouches with some rubber bands. And you in fact, that even goes so far as to just put a rubber band around the filter and have it ready to go. It's something that's a neat little trick. Make it tactical. Find black brown. We're green, not bright green. But what you do is affix to the front of the filter a coffee filter and what this does it works as a cheap, cheap, cheap pre-filter for bulk mass material in the air. Now what this does is it reduces the loading on the intake surface of your filter. It is a cheap and inexpensive way to extend the life of your gas mask filter. Now here's the thing. You can look at it. I can even look at you. When you see, you'll see that where the intake port is on the middle of the filter, it'll start to get dark. Make it brown, make it black, whatever. When that happens or as it loads up you'll also probably have a little more difficulty breathing in because the surface area of that coffee filter or that piece of cheesecloth or cotton is going to of course now be loaded up which is what would have happened with that material where it were making contact with the surface of your filter on the inside. You can move the thing just a little bit, only the width of the hole, re-affix it with the rubber band. In fact, you can even do it with the buddy system, which is better, where your buddy comes up, adjust the slides, the filter sideways, make sure the rubber band is around it. Now you have another white surface area that's easily indicated when it loads again. And it is such a cheap, simple solution, but it is priceless. with regard to extending the service life of the gas mask filter you're using. Now, little point, those filters are so cheap, those little coffee filters, that after use, especially if you had to use it multiple times anyway, that should be treated as contaminated and should go into your disposal bag. And you know what I would do is save up, for instance, grocery sacks. You got tons of them usually anyway, and they're so lightweight, they're ridiculous. use that as a sub-bag just to throw anything you're throwing away in, not that up, then put that into your bio bag and it's another way to contain that material. It's just another layer of protection, not a big deal. And those bags are pretty garbage. Again, typically are not in many cases even airtight anymore. They'll easily acquire a hole. Then this could possibly be built. But the perfect thing is that they're totally disposable. So you can keep the smaller items relatively contained that way after you've dumped everybody's pre-filter off of their masks, tie the knot in it, toss it in the bin, toss it into the garbage bag inside the biohazard container, and get on with business. Okay? There are points where you would stop. Everybody, we're going to refit everything, check everybody's mask. We're going to take off the coffee filters, toss them into the bag, put them in the deep gun bag. And we're going to change everything out that we can. Probably not changing the filter because we've protected the filter. Okay? Anyway, we're at the top. We're going to protect the top of the hour break here. How's that sound? Again, get a gas mask. The government doesn't want you to get a gas mask. Government doesn't want you to be armed. Government wants you to be a total victim. at their hands when government-sponsored terrorism is employed against the American people by the government, the Mossad, and other foreign international elements. So you need to be better prepared. And that means get a gas mask. And then chem suits and other stuff, that's a personal choice. And we are at the top. We should be hearing the music any moment now. And as you're trying to swim in it with the yellow water, you've got these little strange logs that have peanuts in them that look like baby Ruth bars. And the horrible, horrible smell in your pool. So the feces bird, well some of them, get up, shake themselves off, barely. And then go to another place, plop their sorry ass down and say, oh yeah, by the way, I'm a leftist still. I'm still a leftist. I've come to the place where there's still people working and have money. And I want you all to become kind of leftist like where I came from. Well, it shouldn't be changing color at all unless the people that moved are absolute jackasses, idiots, and competent fools. They're taking a hint from the Libertarians where they did the free state project in Vermont where all the Libertarians were going to move to Vermont and change the demographics there so that they could vote libertarian. I just read them today about how many people are fleeing all the, like you said, the feces pools and heading out to the red states and it's exactly what I thought was, yeah, they're going to bring it with them and do that they're actually planning on doing this, that they've ruined those places already, and now it's time to move on somewhere else to ruin them. And again, this is where yes, there were at the point where there does need to be some screening activities at the board is not little late for a lot of the areas anyway, and we're to the point where we're going to be in a war for independence. We need to be in American war for independence and get this thing done and out of the way. The attitude that you're going to get my stuff for free or tell me what to do in a discretionary policy that's arbitrary and capricious is done. That's going to have to be done away with. And the only way you're going to get rid of it is to shoot your way out of it. You cannot have a conversation with a parasite. It's like talking to a backed up toilet. It's not that the swimming pool, in fact what happened, the productive people built it, and then the non-productive and parasitic types, of course, demanded control of it. We've gone through what is a long cyclic drought, which anybody could have predicted, and we talked about this before with the country. You have short, mid-term and long-term cycles with regard to weather and environment. And you know who used to really manipulate this? The example is the witch doctors of the Aztecs the high priests of the Aztec and you know the Mayan both did the same game they were phenomenal masters of record-keeping and they were they had a mastery of higher math and So they literally with record and with progressive, you know conniving intelligence They kept track of the solar activity. They kept track of the rotations of the moon, the cycles of the moon, some of the earth rotation. Whether or not they knew exactly as we claim we do today, everything we know with regard to the interaction. They were excellent observers. They were not stupid in that respect. And so, there's an excellent example of that, which you see in Apokolipto, which was done by Mel Gibson, where the high priest has been slaughtering and cutting people, you know, open and even loping their heads off and throwing the carcasses down to be fiddled with. And all of a sudden, there's the sun starting to disappear. And everybody's color walling and screaming and they're, oh my God, oh! And the high priest looks over at the potentate emperor and they squint their eyes and there's a knowing look that's the term a knowing look between them and Then the high priest rich stretches his arms out looks at the Sun looks down at the people knowingly and he makes a comment about guess what you know the the blood has satiated you know quatsa sita with a little wama Okay, and the Sun comes back. Oh wow, what a surprise. And the same is true with regard to the turds that we now have who have gone full circle with their logic that this is like the Middle Ages. Have no doubt. that between all the different think tanks what you see with the pedoism, the queerism, the lack of education is not accidental but intentional and they've milked and built billions and trillions of dollars for an inferior or an intentionally lackluster product. In each case they had their buddies out there with the latest scam package system that they could you know They were told don't worry. You'll make you millions here All we have to do we'll tell them we have to do it through the you know through the union and we got to do it through the Government money and then you'll get your billions. Don't worry. It just shuffle them off over the hyphen telling ya It's exactly how it works So the quality of the product, you know, believing the BS, example again, California, oh, you know, people like this. And they were somehow, and I don't know who told them this, oh, there's never going to be snow on these mountains. They probably went to a bunch of idiot stick, leftist dog and pony show, climate change, global warming, global cooling. federally funded series of seminars about the end of the world and all you have to do is just let them take over and somehow they're going to change what is historically unchangeable or unmanageable by man, weather. You can manipulate the weather conditions to a degree, but there is an overpowering factor which is just a mass of the environment itself and the mass of all of the other aspects in the hand of God with regard to planetary interaction and solar activity. These assets that we have here, other than whatever, maybe space alien BS, if you believe under the table they got going, they ain't manipulating the sun people. The sun's doing its own thing. So again, just a heads up, this is, you know, this is Twilight Zone, but it's fascinating full circle tied back into the quote-unquote migration. We're going to have to have a war for independence to just put a stop to this. One of the things that we need to do is the children need to be taught. We need to get rid of the supposed educators who aren't. Because they're not. It's that simple. They need to be gone from the jobs that they're in. Where the hell they... Well, we know what happened. Once you get the key parasites and the supervision, then supervision and hiring go hand in hand. They bring the fellow traveler, Fruit Loop, shoe-sized IQ, Crazy Town, feminist, you know, hate man, hate America, blah, blah, blah, right down the shopping list. It's one of those many things. You need to know who's doing the zoo, by the way, anyway. Somebody starts flapping the app and defending their little communist ways. Texas has of course set up legislation this last few days that is in motion, already should have been, everybody's saying, well, I wasn't this done before, to block communist Chinese government from owning, or any company, which is the communist Chinese government, from owning American property. But, and certainly Texas is important. None of our states are unimportant. But guys, this is why the counties here are going after And by the way, they've also been in contact with other elements of the government. We already know that two feds were tied into, at least two so far, but they think there's more, were tied into the chicanery with this communist Chinese occupation in Michigan here, the movement's being made. And so there's an internal group inside the fed end that are now hunting for the connective tissue. There are different factions. But at the state end, right here in Michigan, there are specific elements who are looking at raising not just civil but criminal charges against the governor, the attorney general, and in fact through a county quorum, a county alliance quorum, they can do so because they are now in violation of the Constitution of the state of Michigan and they're also in violation of the body of the law of the United States. But here's the problem. This is the first thing everybody should think about. All the places in the United States, there are handful locations that are critical. The communists already have California, the communists already have Oregon, the communists already demonstrated that they're totally controlling with money from overseas. They just did a gun man in Washington State. No, it may not hold up, but in the window of time where they need it, they will use it. because if they make their move, which it's obvious the communists are making their move on American soil, and I'm not talking about the communist Chinese, they're pitching in, talking about all the dirt bags, rags, and trash that are here. You don't want them controlling the coast, but look at the east, look at the left coast, and then look at the other left coast, you know, in the east. Now in addition to that there's another thing you absolutely do not want anyone to control and you only share it with one country a little bit. Well, almost half but not quite because we got Lake Michigan. Okay, and that is 74 to 76 percent of the fresh water that's on the surface of the planet sits in one place. Do you know where that is? Where is that guys anybody chime in there listening? What is the largest single body of potable fresh water laying in one place on the planet? Great Lakes. Great Lakes. Thank you. Now you think why the communist Chinese have put what we now have found is a tremendous footprint on Michigan American soil. What do you think they're after? Do you think that they're after a battery plant? You think that they believe that they're going to? Go ahead. They've already said that the plant, the supposed battery plant, is going to be using twice as much water as the water companies are dragging out of the ground for free out of Michigan. Or for what, $12 a year or whatever, Nestle pays the whores up there to pursue the, we're going to pay you, make you pay huge amounts for this water. And the people at Nestle, their philosophy is water is not a human right. You don't have any right to order unless we sell it to you over. Yep. Now let's tie this in with, and this is where the factions are that have already been on the ground. The communist Chinese, the way this is set up, if you go to the different sites that are presently spreading the word about this, all of them have posted the actual contract slash charter slash agenda of these facilities. It is literally a communist Chinese enclave that makes the soil under the plant communist Chinese property slash an extension of communist China. Not kind of, not sort of. In fact, it states that there will be a communist youth movement that will be established in the area. It also states that they will have autonomy and that means that who is going to be enforcing operation there? It's communist Chinese secret police. Which means that which is why the county is now realized that they've got by what they already have with the contracts there is sufficient ability to charge the governor the Attorney General's office and many parties in the Attorney General's office lieutenant governor the the male lover of the cross-dressing male governor and several other Business parties who were tied into the governor's office through that person But, guys, this is the gemstone of the planet. I've argued this forever. I've learned this from the people that I grew up with and people that were in industry that, you know, he who controls the water controls the food and he who controls the food controls the people. But if you control the water and the food, you control everybody. And the fact that now let's point this out, guys. These are, Goshen is the LLC. It's a fake name. It's really irrelevant. It means nothing. Any of the, it's a, there are anywhere from three to five chill LLCs. Each one is isolated and separate. Each one is a different site in Michigan. There are now three sites, not one. The one in Big Rapids is the one that jumped out and fortunately somebody caught. But we have one in Belleville. Go look at where Belleville, Michigan is. Belleville. The third one apparently is up in the North of Lansing. In each case, the properties that are being acquired will not be local law enforcement and or state will be feeding under special dispensation through this contract authority over the property. Now, we have seen this before. Okay, I've mentioned this. We've talked about stuff nobody else talks about. We already have the Canadians being given special dispensation. on the railroads and along the railroads, not on the railroad tracks, but along the railroads to ticket and to harass individuals. And it's not Americans that are being hired as a security company, it's Canadians being brought across as an extension creating Canadian corridors of control on American soil where Canadian law or again, Canadian corporate business has been given authority to Officers of the Canadian Admiralty. Yes, have been brought across and they are giving tickets. Five hundred and seventy-five dollars per ticket for setting foot on the siding right away where the railroad is. So, how we found out is, of course, in Livonia, Michigan is where this jumped out. But we found out, if you look on the map, they were actually off the rails all the way out to Adrian. Now, go find a Michigan map and you'll find where Livonia is. Well, guess what? The other sidelines, the other lines going east-west, The corridor coming out of the same area down by Adrian, Michigan, they were on the railroad down there, actually hawking to try and ticket people for walking by or across or over the rails to go from one location to another. Purely a money grabber, but also, of course, throwing their weight, symbolically throwing their weight inside America on American soil. Mark, I've got to ask, how does that work? If it's Canadian law and it's Canadian people giving out Canadian tickets on behalf of Canadian companies, I'm not going to Canada for court. What are they going to do? Well, you don't. Because the judge himself, they had to go check on it when they came back. Well, they have special, and this is the term they used, special dispensation from Lansing. And some of them are just over the bridge, some of them are deeper into the upper peninsula. But I have to say, guys, in order to control all of the water in the long haul, to have the boots on the ground, the upper peninsula would have to have two or three sites also. I would be willing to bet. And the way I would see it is one on the eastern district, probably within the first counties distance. Well, counties are pretty big up in the UP. But the first counties, district within a couple of, well, no, half an hour driving time of the Mackinac, because it also puts them within the Regis of the Sioux and, of course, the Lake Superior. But then the key went off, and I would be willing to bet it's somewhere south of the divide for the Keweenaw Peninsula, go look at that, that's that horn in the top of the upper peninsula. And then also either southwest, close to the Wisconsin border, or closer to Lake Michigan directly on the southern horn, the other leg of the upper peninsula, which also will be in contact with Wisconsin. But there have to be at least three other sites. There's three, I'd say there's more than three in the bottom. There are in fact, they're dispersed very specifically to be able to take advantage of deployment of resources. And again, what, you know, the local areas, we found out some interesting things. For instance, the township or forgive me, the township board, when they met up in the Paris, Michigan area, The last time they had a public meeting, the guy who was the chair wore a bullet through, wore a, a wore body armor. They called it a bulletproof vest. He said, they wore a bulletproof vest. And he didn't just wear it, you know, like under his shirt. He wore it over top of everything. And now, since then, of course, there have been no public meetings. They have no conversations. You don't need to talk about that comrade worker. They've all been closed meetings, which is, of course, why people are coming after them now, big time. But the fact is that they know they're in the wrong and everybody knows they got bought off. So this is much hotter than all of you realize. Well, you guys realize. You all understand, but a lot of people don't realize exactly how hot this topic is right now because it's right in everybody's face. They're flat out telling like, what are you going to do? Lansing has been so incredibly arrogant, which is the best damn thing that could happen. Because of the way the turds are acting, it has created a consolidation and an incorporation of many different groups who all had the same basic feelings and are now intertwined. And this is why I said, most people are having a tough time keeping up with organizing militia at the pace we are. We are The National Guard is grossly outnumbered now in the state of Michigan, probably about tenfold. It was already, but the official organizational structures that are going up right now, including sponsorship by the townships and by some of the counties or by businesses. With the communist Chinese bringing their footprint, businesses are now providing resources. What I've tried to explain is try to, you know, I'll tell you what we're looking for. Car dealerships would be great. You could actually do the same thing with a dealership that the Army planned on doing if they mobilized. The Army has vouchers. If you're on American soil, mostly I've told you this for 30 years. If you're on American soil and you're a military unit, in the files at the HQ for whatever level you're at, there are a series of pre-cut vouchers for going out and confiscating the vehicles in the local parking lots. They already have that as an accommodation set up and ready to go. In some cases, they even have the vouchers established. They have to be rebuilt every year, usually every year, every 12 months, because they have to confirm that the business is still active. But they actually have what are pay vouchers whereby you would send, you know, Sergeant Schmidlap with a detail of 20, 30, 40 men, 20 men, whatever you had, and you're going to go over to Bob's Ford dealership. and you're going to requisition under this voucher every vehicle in Bob's parking lot. Now you might not want all of them, but I'm going to take the Ford Mustang. It's a good tactical vehicle, sir. Grab the Mustang. Yeah, we'll get all the 5.0s and bigger. But anyway, fact is that they could go out, obviously, of the trucks you would assume, well, you would assume. that it's going to be trucks, vans, you know, whatever might be available. But those vouchers are already pre-cut locally with every military element that is on American soil. They already plan on coming out and confiscating those car lots. So it would behoove the dealerships as they already have figured out that since somebody's planning on stealing their stuff, but we're going maybe into an American war for independence. that everybody might just say, well, they're either gonna get burned up here by the government or they're gonna be stolen by the government, but they're not the people I support. So the dealerships are ideally suited for providing a large tactical fleet. A lot of them have already figured that out. Not the only ones. Everybody's talking to everyone quietly. You know what they do when they see someone they don't know? They have no clue. They aren't gonna say anything. But everybody is now interconnecting and it's cascading. It's a domino effect that is moving very, very, very, very quickly with everybody on the same page. And everybody knows who isn't on the same page very quickly by how to screen. Find out, again, who's who in the zoo. So you have divisions from that in the business sector that realizes they're not going to be friends with the communist Chinese because the communist Chinese want to put them out of business. Now here's another thing about them being on American soil. We already have, we know that the Canadians under the communist dictator, you know that, you know, the tater is the potato with a circle, a hole cut out of the middle of it. Anyway, Trudeau already has given a special dispensation in Canada. for the communist Chinese to set up specific military asset resources in several parts of Canada proper. Again, what they're focusing on, let's go up the border a little farther here. When you get up to just above Washington State, what's the province just above Washington State? look and you recall we talked about this you have a series of garrison facilities for communist Chinese forces to be occupying an area because the supposed story is that the communist Chinese have industrial resources in Canada there so they deserved they were given special rights to have a military security force there to protect their interests. So this is how the camel gets that nose through the edge of the tent. We also know that they've been on the Canadian winter warfare training facilities. Again, where are they located? Well, they're just across the border from Sault Ste. Marie, only about the equivalent to two counties in distance wise as you would travel in Michigan. Okay. Now on top of that, let's not forget that at Grayling, which you were not supposed to know anything about, We already have a Canadian garristers site that has been established and in fact the base facility coordinator has argued that they need to take another 800 to 1000 acres from the local population because in order to support their international interests at Grayling and to provide more effective support for the international interests, they need to secure that property for operational security purposes because those people, the Americans, would be perceived as a threat. Now, well the Canadians, well they're not, we're not at war with that. The Canadian Garrison Forces means that, okay, let's do the logical process here. Canada has hoarded itself out to China. China doesn't have special dispensation. Oh, wait a minute. It is getting special dispensation from the Communists in Lansing right now. But the communist Chinese already have special dispensation and are joined at the hip with the Canadian Trudeau communist government. They in turn have the Chinese military cooperating with the Canadian government, the Canadian government and the the adjutant general of the Michigan National Guard. signed a special dispensation that allows for Canadian forces to be pushed onto American soil in a crisis and or national emergency. And the problem I have with that, as I said when it took place, because there's a picture of them, glad handing, is who the hell does that asshat to be signing for anybody? That's a military officer. That is an individual who, yes, holds a post within the administration, but it is a military post. And under no circumstances is that person to be signing a treaty with anybody. And yet that whore, that prostitute, has signed an agreement which allows for, and by the way this happened with all of the Northern state governments, New York, Pennsylvania, even Ohio because of the Lake Erie across from his Canada. It allows for special dispensation to bring Canadian military forces into the respective states. But Michigan is the gemstone. Michigan is the pivot. Michigan is the key. That's it. No, I will say this. Now, if I want to control movement on the Great Lakes, all you need to do is control New York or Pennsylvania or you can go all the way back up here to Ohio. Why? Because the St. Lawrence Seaway is the conduit for getting out of the Great Lakes with the booty. So if you actually can blockade the St. Lawrence Seaway, then they can't get out. Now, on the other hand, they're already here, they got a footprint, and it depends on what their intent is. If your intent is to have a precursor with intelligence collection potential on the ground, Let's remember, you know, everybody laughed about that balloon, but somebody finally acknowledged, yeah, that balloon, that Chinese balloon or Intel collection unit was circling and doing figure-8s at what is the equivalent to low altitude for satellites, in fact, impossible altitude for satellites. Traveling at much slower velocities, all of the quality of whatever, you know, collection technology was using in terms of imagery, for instance, would be phenomenal. all of its monitoring of lower grade radio signal. Okay, here's the thing. What do you do? Let me point something out about that balloon thing. It's also true with ground car surveillance. If they can put these footprint operations into Michigan the way they're planning, and it's obvious they're going to, guys, they have communist Chinese intelligence services operating at these facilities, right? Well, that means that instead of them having to fly anywhere, they can simply, which they should already be doing, I would assume anyway, but now they can do it from a standoff point where they can be fully supported with an industrial facility for radio signal monitoring, x-ray surveillance. Remember, I've told you this before about the, you know, the hard ray scanner systems. The federal government uses them on you all the time. The bat faggots have a wall scanner that is an old, it's the old rotoscope system, which is portable so they can look right through the wall. They're not supposed to know about that. I'm telling you about old earth technology. It's not new technology. It's old, by the way. But for the Chinese, rather than having to fly even in that balloon, you now have the ability to be able to drive through an area and survey whatever they want and observe and use all of whatever technologies they bring in to identify targets for their purposes. Okay, the balloon did the same thing. When you're in a military, in your military signals, all of you listening, what have I told you before about radios? A lot of people go, man, that radio system only reached like two miles and it's a military radio. Yes, it's restricted in power output because it is a tactical communications radio. I do not want everybody hearing what everybody says. I only need you, if you're in my platoon, you're one of my squad leaders, I only need radio that's going to reach to my four squad leaders. I don't need to talk to Bob or Fred in four counties over with the 16th mechanized. And I don't need to hear them with me and my local battle chatter. So you drop signal down to create a smaller footprint. It does two things, help to restrict interactive interference, but it also prevents a certain amount of intelligence collection. So, with regard to clandestine operations on American soil, when you're trying to monitor by satellite, yes, there are a certain amount of signals you can pick up, and yes, you can boost the gain, you can do all kinds of fun stuff to pull a signal in, hopefully. But if somebody is stupid enough to let you get to what is low altitude like they did with that spy balloon, there isn't anything they couldn't pick up so they could get a full footprint radio signature and radio signal identification and even identify the number of transceivers, you know, the types of, you know, what they would be based upon, what you could identify with regard to how they're inter-operating, what their frequencies are, etc. Well, if you get the communist Chinese on the ground, you have a vast over-the-counter intelligence collection mechanism. With the traders in Michigan and the traders in Washington, providing this communist base for activities against the American people. Since obviously they're not going to work against Lansing, Lansing has become some dirty horror for the communist Chinese openly now. Which is again an act of treason which is one of the things that I'm sure they're looking at right now from the counties is that you now have the executive branch involved in an act of treason against the people of the United States and specifically first people in Michigan, but overall an act of treason involving elements of the US government, but no a few a Small click I'm sure it goes all the way up to boy. Well, no we're in just a son of a hundred But anyway, the fact is that these actions are easily benchmarked and are demonstrated by the contract that is now openly, the charter that is openly available. And again, what we're trying to do, I've been trying to do is train the trainers, everybody else is in the same boat, because we need more people to actually pick up the task that are before us. I will remind you again when organizing militia is one person is not doing the whole dog and pony show routine, okay? If you're going to try to train, you need to do approximately five TAC lanes during a weekend, preferably all at the same time, say on a Saturday. When you do five TAC lanes, what are those? Well, those are five specific TAC tactical training areas or lanes. They can be literally side by side, but you don't want them interfering with each other, okay? But the idea behind this is if you have, say, a platoon or more than a platoon, four or five tack planes are good for this. In that you take 50 people, you divide them up into 10-man groups, preferably, that's their squad. And what you then do is have an individual trainer with maybe an assistant or other individuals for training purposes that are the actual targets of or participant with the training NCO or officer for each of the tasks. One can be a fire control slash artillery call. One can be a radio procedure. One can be first aid. Another one can be, again, for instance, tactical ground communications, doing ground line and ground wire hookup, how to set up, for instance, trench phones or other wired communications that we have on hand. And whatever task you choose, this can include even basic assembly and disassembly of web gear because you can choose each task, prefer it'll be a little different from the other in terms of a different category, which also by the way can include, oh, the very undesirable area of sanitation, which should be a class for every unit no matter what. Because if we don't know, did not piss upstream from where the water supply is, well, we're gonna have a lot of people dying simply because of stupidity, okay? But if you take for instance the regular SOP manual and use that you can do a tack lane on gas mask performance how to actually you know don a gas mask and then proceed in motion with or without a helmet okay with different pieces of equipment and include going through to the procedure with full mop gear okay the whole idea behind this is that every time you know every hour You have 10 people going through a class. You can make it an hour and a half just to be safe. So you've got leeway, you know, time to perform. But what you do is the each lane functions simultaneously. When the whistle is blown, everybody stops. You should be finished by then anyway or they're going to be given a pre-warning complete whatever task is at hand. And then they all shift by the time you're done. In a five hour period, everybody will have received each of those classes, each of those courses. It may be a refresher or it can be an initial training experience for some people, depending on who you have in the group. The big thing is everybody participates. The important thing is that you obviously need to have a trainer core because it's gonna require at least five instructors for five tech lanes. The individual needs to be proficient at the very least in that particular task. And this is where, again, training the trainers. You need a certain number of people that need to be up to speed faster. Those are, and again, walk about experiencing the military. It makes no difference. You still need to go through the courses of instruction necessary per militia standard and as prescribed by the SOP for our militia formations. That's more important than anything because each service has its own philosophy in different periods of time. have their own philosophy about how to operate. Even the Army, somebody says, well, you served 15 years later, or you served maybe four or five years earlier, which wartime versus end of wartime into peacetime, very different world. And again, constantly, it's like basic training. Well, I did a lot of this, guys. They cycled, well, BCT all the way down to seven weeks at one point when they were pressed. nine weeks being the average, 11 weeks being the better length of time and, you know, again, more the ability for greater absorption and more training material to be passed on to the student. Okay? The idea is that with the situation, we need to really focus hard on getting more people into the training cycles, number one, we've got to get everybody up to speed fast. At the very least, right off the bat, you can do medical courses no matter who you are. And medical is as critical as how to handle a rifle. It is the modern, everybody goes, the modern battlefield is very dangerous. Battle fields have always been ruthless, bloodthirsty, and dangerous forever. The only difference is how far away are we, hacks, last chop and a full spindle and mutilate. Let me ask you, what do you think it was like to have 180,000 men face 147,000 men with battle axes and broad swords and pikes and maces and take your pick and arbalisks. You know, the Roman army, Roman civil war, you better go do some reading. They like I said at the point where the Republicans versus the Imperials were facing off against each other in one battlefield the dead lay almost four and a half to five feet deep the trenches or Positions that both sides had dug in when they when they rose up to fight and one attacked the other They never touched the ground. They were walking across the bodies of all of the other fallen and those fallen and either died by dart, by arrow, by slingshot, or by axe, you know, slash swords, slash centurions, you know, spear, pike, or other implemented destruction. But there was still a solid floor of human beings for almost what, two, three hundred yards. It's between A and B, between one side and the other. Uh-huh, that sounds pretty wicked to me, and about as lethal and dirty and nasty as you can imagine. I wonder what that was like, say, three or four days later. Yeah, it was summertime. Oh, well, that would have only taken three or four hours. Can you imagine what that was like in hours? Yeah, I think I can. So, yeah, the modern battlefield is lethal still. And just, you know, again, we need to be prepared. We actually have a big advantage. We have a phenomenal amount of medical expertise at our fingertips. Literally, the ability to perform better than a doctor of say, even the Civil War. Maybe even, I would say World War I. It's amazing how many people they saved in World War I, considering, you know, they did have good tools to work with, but didn't have some of the tools that we have now that saved many, many lives since World War I. working knowledge too by the way. Now again with tack lanes and classrooms your training aids are critical and I will remind you again my recommendation any place where a weapon is required for especially novice formations and groups. Airsoft rifles are still your best choice if you don't have to shoot it make sure you get the if you have clunkers or you should make a point of finding who has any. They need to be donated into the training vault, you know, the training materials inventory, and that way they can be drawn on as needed. If a mistake is made, nobody can get hurt. For areas where live fire or where first a training squib fire is needed blank firing Then those weapons can appropriately be drawn but they must be completely under control and never in any cross Process with live fire during any training cycle If it's a blank firing weapon, it's in the blank firing inventory and it must have custodial control by people who are training officers or NCOs. It's live fire, same, but over there in category B. Go ahead, caller, jump in there. Hey, this is Carl in Virginia. Yeah, would you say it earlier about, well, back when I was in the military, we did it this way or whatever, we did it different. You're always going to have somebody who chimes in with that and, yeah. they did it a different way or they were in a different branch and they did it a different way or whatever. You can't, you got to be diplomatic because chances are that guy is in some sort of a leadership role in his unit. Maybe he's just fire team leader, it might be squad leader, it might be platoon leader or whatever. And so you don't want to discount what he's saying or like embarrass him or something, but you want to say just, or my recommendation is say, after we're done with this training event, you can teach your guys all about that. But right now I'm going to teach you a different way. Depending on the situation, you determine which you're going to use. OK, so you're adding another tool to their toolbox. You're not removing their old tool and replacing it with a new one. But you're adding another tool. And you've got to kind of put it in those terms. There's always that one guy who's just, I don't know, we're doing it wrong. We've got to do it this way. It's a different way. And it can be aggravating. you can sit there and debate the merits of different methods of doing the same thing for hours on end, or you can just train on this new way and then they can determine what they're going to do on their own. But don't go down that rabbit hole, I guess is what I'm going to do. Beat your head against the wall. One of the most important things to remember here is, as I've said many times, is once you get back, once you're organized, or if you're already organized, Most of the ideas that we're talking about here are going to have to be within the tack lanes, specific actions that are repetitious, everyday activities or almost everyday activities that you're going to experience in the field. Some things can't be different. Example is calling in indirect fire. There has to be a consistent SOP for the formations across the board. That's something that there can't be a variant on. control within the team of Squad Homadic Weapons, granted years, and how you operate within the squad, your formation may have trained in a completely different environment, not just because maybe you had former military experience, but because you organized independently. So you're absolutely right. You have to pay attention to the process of what is a war council rather than a corporate military. And each of the accommodations, the accommodations remainder so that you can make the machine work. Go ahead. And the other thing is you have very limited amount of time to train. And so you have to think about, all right, what is important? What are the most important things? We're talking about the operation of a semi-auto pistol, you know, marksmanship and loading it and unloading it. and the side and all that good stuff. That's great, but you don't need to go into the history of the 1911, some automatic pistol. You just, you don't need to talk about that because if you're relevant, no matter what the history it is, it works the same as all these other pistols. And so, you know, you have to think about what is important. I've been in NRA basic pistol classes where I sat in and there was a an instructor other than myself who went into talking about John Moses Browning for 30 minutes and I'm like tapping my watch saying you know saying you could be on the next slide definitely pay attention to the time. The thing here is sizing the class and remember our purpose is first of all to instruct but we're trying to create a standardized package that we can give as a literally a three-ring binder in plastic sleeves to another person and say here this is your subject study this, this is the class. Follow this format, follow these instructions. And the idea behind this is that we can force multiply. And that's why the time factor is critical too, absolutely. That's one of the things about tackling is, guys, we're not going to do 20, 30 in one group, five in another group, 10 in the next. The idea is to subdivide the classes uniformly. so that everybody has the same number of students that have to perform the task. One thing about a TACLane is each student that is in the class group is going to individually perform the task. Now, if you had fewer people show up, then you reshuffle so that you have eight individuals per team times five. Basically, the idea here is 10 or less, but everybody with a consistent number And again, the purpose is to get what is individual training. These are typically not team tasks. In other words, the team is observing, but it's an individual. These are individual tasks. that a person needs to carry out. Now, when you're training, as I said, there can be the instructor and can be additional training aids slash support personnel who may simulate part of the activity so that you have a realistic image of something that you're doing. Example, if you have a first aid and it's applying a compress. Well, applying a compress, and I would of course include applying a tourniquet now too, but focus on one task. And the idea here is that you may include, for instance, with the compress, then also the sucking, you know, how to deal with the sucking chest wound, a variant on applying the regular compress. And in a separate course, everybody focuses on the intricacies of using a tourniquet, a separate task unto itself. But each of these tasks, the individuals come forward, you have a individual who's the casualty, that's one of your aides. And the process is first to instruct everybody, show everybody how to do it, repeat it again, and then turn to the first student, okay, I'd like you to perform the task, please. Now you do give a complete and concise explanation of each task. This is why... Example, the rifle marksmanship militia training manuals that we've generated. We've basically integrated with other components like the rifle books, et cetera, the range logs. So that all the tools are in the toolbox that are necessary to get the job done. Not only would you be the instructor, of course, for the range, but you're also going to be the individual giving the instruction on how to use the range books. how to actually log in your performance while during the training cycle and during any refresher cycle so you can keep track of what you've done and where you're going. That's an example of an expansion of the basic course. With all of these, the big thing is lead follower, get the hell out of the way. Know something, you're the pilot. And in this case, it's step up. If you're going to work as a training officer, immediately look at the basics. If you need the SOP manual, which you can use as a tutorial, you literally can train a course with the SOP manual. Forgive me, that works. You can set up training, you can set up tack lanes in training with the SOP manual using one subject as the area of activity, as the area of nutrition activity. Go ahead. Another big stumbling block I see with the instructors is students will pull the instructor down other little rabbit holes that have nothing to do with anything. And what I mean is someone will ask a question that has nothing to do with the immediate subject that you're talking about. So you're teaching them something about an AR-15 and they ask a question about shotgun ammunition. or you're talking about how to treat a third degree burn and they ask a question about CPR. And to them, it's like they, as far as they're concerned, this is relevant because, well, this is a gun blast. So I'm gonna ask about shotgun imaging. Where this is a medical first aid, I'm gonna ask about CPR. And you don't wanna discount their, or look like you're blowing them off, but just say, good question that's not actually relevant for what we're talking about right now. Talk to me during the break or talk to me after the class. Now, wink, wink, they're probably going to forget to and you're not actually going to have to address it. But if they do, at least it's not taking up the entire class's time and you're not off subject. So that's a tactic that I use when I'm teaching, when someone asks a totally irrelevant question. But yes, another big time waster. You actually sit there and try to talk about all the differences. you're not going to talk about what you're actually supposed to be right there. Virtually every mask that's out there has been in that where you can buy has been in service for more than a few decades in some cases. But they're perfectly serviceable as I've said and we can work all the way up to the most recent. The critical part about it is if I were giving a class on the gas mask is it's a general course on the operation of the mask itself and there may be, if there's a need be, a variant. Now let me give an example. Most all of the masks fall into two categories and the one category is much smaller now. Internal and external filters. The M17 and all the M10 or M-type knockoffs that are out there like we're now getting some from Hungary and even some from Poland and from Romania. are all in the same category as copies of the M17. So that's a variant. The rest of the masks, the only subcategory there with the external filters is single or dual filter. And most systems that are dual filter can operate with simply one. And in fact, the only reason that two filters are attached is because somebody in many cases chose to screw one in where the mask is designed to be ambidextrous. So just something to think about there. Not all of them, some do require two external filters by their design if they're in the civilian sector especially. They were built that way to offer a greater amount of intake so that there would be less respiratory distress. But I'm only worried about the operation of the mask and donning the mask. So what you would do is pick the mask, of course the unit probably has a standard, And that mask is what you're going to cover, but you may also offer very quickly a subcategory because we find out that out of the five classes you have, like we just said, one group might be independent or two, that they've all standardized on the M10. If they've standardized on the M10, it would behoove you, the M10 or the M17 or a variant. then you may demonstrate both, but you will focus on one in particular. And this is probably going to be on the dominant mask, but you would still only cover procedure for donning the mask. This doesn't necessarily even include other than assembly. The assembly of the mask is actually a separate course where you, Hey, we got a box here. So here's the stuff. What does it do? How are we going to put it together? The next is use of the mask itself. And then there are lesser points, but still critical points about applying other technologies, gas, mask, hoods, things of that nature. So it's true. There's a lot of other subsections or subcategories. With firearms, you're very specifically there for rifle marksmanship or rifle maintenance and performance. Shotgun is separate and pistols are separate. And again, then there's the subcategory of revolvers and semi-automatic weapons. the same is true as we just with with medical. The big thing is again you're working on a particular task and remind everybody before you even start the class this is something you should point out. We're here for this purpose to reinforce this particular task only. The reason for this is so that through repetition and because not only will you perform this task but all the individuals in your team will be observed performing the task to reinforce this action so that it becomes second nature. That's one of the primary reasons for repetitious training and cooperative repetitious training is to reinforce, reinforce, reinforce, reinforce, and reinforce the action. And ideally, the old story, you can do it blindfolded in theory, those some things I wouldn't, obviously. The more intricate the task, the again, the more difficult it is sometimes to do anything other than use on the job, OGT, on-hands training or on-hands use. That depends upon the task at hand or how pressed you are for time to bring people up to speed. At this point in time, we have the ability to micro develop each task in a more strenuous wartime condition, not so much. And again, that's where off time, beyond say the tack lanes or individual classroom, this is why it's the job of the fire team leader, the squad leader, the platoon leader to take the work out of the classroom back to the building, quartering environment or whatever, or bivouac and to reinforce with supplemental training. The tack lanes are designed as classrooms. with on-hands training made available to each student. The step beyond that is reinforced training, which happens within the unit and is a matter of motivation and inspiration on the part of the people who are management. If the team fails, it will fail because the management, the people who have chosen to take positions of authority and responsibility, cannot take them seriously. And because of this, they slack off and this in turn will create casualties. Reinforce, reinforce, reinforce, reinforce, reinforce, reinforce, reinforce. In other words, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, and not half-assed. The discipline of the process is to accomplish the task in repetition to perfect form every time. I think the best example of this, and it's a simple stupid task, but it's not a simple stupid task. Back during the Falkland War, the British, of course, were on ships headed to fight an ally, well, at least a Western brother country, you know, Argentina. Shame on both sides. And they were doing propaganda pieces. And so they had the Royal Marines on one of the, I think it was one of the assault carriers. And they're, of course, lined up on the deck below decks. They're not up above on the flight deck. And there's 20 Marine Bren gun operators. Okay, they're still using the Bren. They're using it in 308. And what's fascinating is they're side by side and it's load. And everybody grabs, every one of them grabs a mag off of the deck. puts it in the magazine well, locks it into place, and brings her arms up as if they're ready to fire with a weapon properly charged. They do it, I'm clumsy. They were already done when I started telling you what they did. Okay, the action was like a chorus line of perfection. And so what did they do? Unloaded the weapon, same action, reverse. Do it again, and they did it again. Do it again. They unload it again. Do it again. Do it again. Do it again. They did probably while the guy is talking and in the background they're simply they're doing one task offloading loading the magazine and offloading the magazine from the weapon. Repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat. And it was like, it was like a, it was poetry. It was consistent poetry. It was a phenomenal thing to watch. But again, it's a simple task. That is the purpose behind repetition. Second nature, the weapon goes dry, the action required more than just hitting a switch and dropping the mag. And in each case, repeat, reload. That's the kind of work. That's what you're looking for, not because you just want to look good, but because it's second nature. Go ahead. Yeah, this is Carl again. Yeah, so with that, it's great if they can do that like that, but when you're teaching them, you got a brand spanking new student who's never touched a gun in their life, you're teaching them how to do it and essentially you're showing them how to train on their own or as their unit because you're not always going to be there. And so that takes a lot of time to actually, you know, you've got to put in the time with the training. And practice doesn't make perfect, but perfect practice makes perfect. and so as an instructor you gotta show them how to do it perfect and then it's up to them to put in the time to get to be like you said do be able to do it blindfolded but they're not going to be shooting like John Wick after an hour in your class unfortunately. You're giving them a basic tutorial this is either introduction or refresher that's one thing we have to remember across the board it's either instruction or reinforcing and even with You're not going to send an experienced individual that's in present conflict back into a Minuteman recycle process. The only thing that happens with individuals who have developed or perfected combat experience is, and the most common problem is, reciting their weapon. This was historically a fact. The Army acknowledged it that the performance of the soldiers is phenomenal, but there is a drift process, for instance, to utilizing the weapon. And it's where you have to literally pull the unit back. You have to re-zero everything. And this has to be accounted for in a battlefield environment. In a training environment, your first purpose is simply to develop the basic tasks and to the best of your ability within the time that you have to reinforce, reinforce, and reinforce. The most important thing is that you have to make sure that you, A, impress upon the student yourself that it is a serious task. And all of the instructors, when you train the trainers, have to have the same attitude. You're not wasting your time. This isn't some side bar, just piece of entertainment. There is a method to the madness. There is a purpose. Now, another thing, and you will always have an individual or individuals who may be problematic for any number of different reasons. Some may be intentionally disruptive. You need to observe that. When I was active, a couple people that I ran into, while we were at a US Army Intelligence refresher course, were totally disruptive and you'd be surprised who they were. Some of you would know who they are. I'm not going to say anymore, but then I'm not talking about within malicious circles. I'm talking as a public figure. And there was no excuse for it because the individuals had the working knowledge and would not have, in any way, shape, or form, put up with somebody else if they were the instructor of a course of instruction, if they were a teacher. No way, shape, or form would have put up with such nonsense. So from the get-go, you have to put on the errors and the mantle of being a man, of being an adult. And you're trying to impress that upon all of the other people that are there. And we're very serious about the process. You can be a skeptic, you know, I'm sure is a skeptical, but you know, sarcastic later on, the attitude is developed depending upon how you're isolated. But for the process of building the force up that we have and the time that we have, I would go so far as to say this that I've done it, where if you have individuals who are intentionally going to be disruptive or try to, you know, cop an attitude about the environment, you already know that they're trying to play that kind of game. Those individuals are isolated with other tasks separate from the new students. I am dead cold serious about this, because, and again, as I've said, in many cases right now, I'd rather have a group of young men who are hard chargers and motivated as opposed to a mixed bag, but with people who have an attitude about the realistic training or realism of training, which all training is useful, or and is realistic, it's just they're forgetting or they choose to forget, maybe while still trying to be a disruptive point, that these individuals do not have the experience and they have to develop it. And since we're not being shot at, we have to use the training environment that we have available, the materials we have available, and we have to accomplish a task. I'd rather have those individuals as hard chargers because given the opportunity, you can create a totally different type of successful warrior. And that's, that gets an old conversation about the whole idea, oh, well, we just have to force it. Well, if you really do know anything about what SF is, again, there are different types of people even in that environment, and they also have different jobs. And there's different eras, as we talked about earlier, which is another thing you have to remember. The quality of the product of man has changed, and it's something that we are really going to have to, we're going to have to regroup on that one. And again, it's an issue that's gotta be addressed to as far as part of the training in general for all that we're doing. The big thing here again is whatever you're doing, keep moving forward. Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way, right? Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way. That's one of the most important things to remember. And inaction is action. Stand there long enough and somebody will put a bullet on you, okay? So again, move. Make a decision. This is what's tough is that especially because it may not necessarily be the perfect decision But as a team leader and as a platoon commander or as a company commander you have to make a decision in Decision and keeping people in a kill zone or keeping people static makes them simply targets of opportunity extraordinaire because as soon as somebody figures out you're sitting there long enough, somebody will drop something on you. Somebody will fire at you. Somebody will put heat into your area of activity. Now, some cases might be the action might be digging in, okay, or finding, you know, moving to and developing cover and concealment. But lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way because we are in a win or die situation. It's where we are right now. I'm not joking about anything that I've said today. If you listen to the 2-hour block, communist Chinese are in motion now. And the traders in America, the absolute blatant traders in Michigan that are in the capital, the traders that are in our government, are in motion to bring onto the soil on a much larger scale than they already have foreign operatives, foreign aggressors, foreign secret police, foreign military. And it is for the purpose of destroying the sovereignty of the United States and destroying our freedoms. We are going to have to fight a war for independence. And to be successful, we have to be focused. Whatever you're going to do, you're going to take it seriously. Again, not a battle field, fickle finger of fate, nobody's safe. But we can do all we can to make those that have to appear on that, that, in that battlefield that much more capable so that hopefully they don't lock up, freeze up and become that pop-up target of opportunity. We'll do the best we can and the time that we have. And all of you can help to make that happen, make it take place. Last but not least, why we fight, a couple things. It's simply a formal element of instruction that everybody can use and everybody can read. Everybody can bring it to the table. It's easy to use. Okay, it's about as simple as it gets. No batteries, no electronics. You don't need that. Okay, but it fits right into your shirt pocket or battle blouse or whatever you got. So it's right there. Citizens rule book and also a pocket copy of the Bible. If there's a handful of items, if you're going to carry a librarian in the field, piss on this, I got it, why, my cell phone. Well, you stand with that cell phone 488 yards over there by yourself in the field all alone, but stay away from me. You can keep that bullet magnet over there. So that's not going to be around. Electronics are not going to be valuable or useful because they do require power. Power means logistics. Well, either to deliver it with some form of conduit. or in battery form. And either way, that's an expense we don't need. We have to minimize. We need that electricity for other things that are more critical whenever we do have it. And there's a very short list of why we need that. Again, and we're at the top right now, so we're going to end this with, I will cover more on that tomorrow as far as the militia SOP, and then the other manual right off the bat you should all take a look at. and have a copy of, or at least one between three or four of you. It's not very big, but it's the militia anti-armor manual, okay? And number two was all, you know, it's the old story, 50 million projects. Number two, the addendum to this, the other volume, is almost ready to go, but I am gonna be probably finishing up the artwork. Somebody else is doing some of the artwork for me. It's all line drawings, but it's all simple, straightforward how-to. Anyway, we're at the top, gun.
