I would say that there's probably people you're not going to hear about that are going to be or were already tagged and probably have been put out of business simply because their product was locked in transit or locked on the docks in the international inspection area. If that happens, you're talking a million, two million, 11 million. Some of these ammunition lots are massive.
And because of that, when they do put them on the rack like that, well remember, a lot of these guys, it's not all their money. They took out a loan from the bank, because the bank has already done this with them several times, and they've already got their money back. Well, this time around, because of what was done, there was a delay, a little schizophrenic hiccup here, but that ain't going to last. It's just not going to last. So...
With that being the case, the standard calibers that are still reasonably priced include 7.62x39, which you can find in some pretty decent little pockets here and there. AIM surplus has some pretty nice deals on boxer prime, preview partisan, of course, but they do also have the usual fare of wolf, etc., what little is left.
And there are others. The same is true with amoman.com. And so again, just think ahead, considering it's an investment. You're not going to lose a penny. The ammunition is always going to be there on the shelf for you that way. And when the time comes, you'll find out that you wish you had more.

Another thing here real quick is, when I mentioned 545 by 39, there was a bunch of other requests for, hey, where did you find any special deals? And it's like, yeah, I know probably everybody who's got a 545 is asking the same question. I have not seen any really super deals on 545. Again, if PPU is bringing any in, that's probably gonna be your freshest, bestest, you know, best.
solution for that particular chainring for 545x39. When the AK-74s finally started coming in, what really made those guns float is the fact that the Type 7 round was a glut on the market. And in reality, kind of like everything we've ever seen with this surplus, you know what really made that cheap?
There was a gentleman in Chicago who filled up all kinds of warehouses with an ammo. It was a giveaway. It was just a right window, right time. He hit it perfectly. He was the provider for all these other companies that were giving all those deals. He was giving them a much better deal because he had a lot of the stuff.
And in fact, that really kind of stagnated the other rounds that were available in 545. They sold, but not to the degree that a very inexpensive, you know, blast around available. Unfortunately, people did, they wasted the ammo. Not everybody, but there's a lot of people that did when they should have just been stacking and racking and stacking and racking more, just tactically dispersing it, which a lot of people did.
So, there isn't any special watering hole for 545 by 39 in one of the problems. Well, you have the war in Syria, that doesn't help. You have the wars in, you know, garbage in Iraq constantly going on, that doesn't help. While the 545 is out there in Afghanistan, the 762 by 39 is just as popular. And now the Afghanis have a whole bunch of our M16s and, you know, 556 NATO. Wow.
So they're not too worried about their AK stores. They can, you know, mince back and forth between different weapons if they want to and kind of reserve certain, uh, calibers. And if they're getting short on five, four, five, sit back, you know, rack the guns for a while, switch over to another weapon. There is a glut of them over there. Okay. But the big problem we got is the Ukraine conflict because both sides have five, four, five by 39.
It's not like all the Russians do and there's those other guys anyway Interestingly enough every caliber you can imagine is being used by the Ukrainians However, the Ukrainians in the eastern side were in the same boat So five four five by thirty nine seven six two by fifty four are some six two
by 25, 9mm macro, 7.62 by 39, all those have been eaten up extensively. And in addition to that, yep, they also threw into the phrase 7.62 by 51 NATO 5.56, 9mm Parabellum, and there's even some 45 over there. In fact, I will point this out again, that when the Yugoslavian
breakup took place and Serbia of course became the biggest power of the bunch with resources and keeping most of the manufacturing to build whatever they want. When they were being attacked, 45 ACP was actually quite common with them and people always ask me why. Well, it's because Yugoslavia was a rental revolution country.
You went to Yugoslavia, Finland, and Taiwan if you were doing covert operations and you wanted to keep stuff kind of unofficially off the books. And the Yugos were the go-to for reasonably priced, new factory ammunition, or at least old inventories because they kept piling it up and they didn't stop producing. And one of the calibers that they had in great demand because of all the different weapons out there is 45 ACP.
So strangely enough, in Ukraine right now, 45 ACP is actually out there because there are a number of submachine guns. When you're a country that's scraping the barrel for infantry and scraping the barrel for everything else, despite the money that we send because they're stealing the money and then they take jump change and buy other stuff, they lie their ass off and so do the pricks that are in the alphabet soup agencies that are stealing us blind too because both batches are just ripping us off to no end.

And again, these are guns that are all shown up in the back of those pickup trucks.

The first page of a decision that just dropped. And as you can see, there are four cases that were consolidated in which they were all suing Illinois for their assault weapon ban and magazine ban. Now this judge gets it. In reading this decision real quick, he said things that we all think.
And it's phenomenal. And this is the type of stuff that makes Jerry Nadler squirm. Check it out. The judge says, before the court, are consolidated cases with requests for the imposition of a preliminary injunction under federal rule of Civil Procedure 65-Alpha to prevent the enforcement of Illinois's Protect Illinois Communities Act, or PICA, until there can be a final determination of the merits as to the law's constitutionality.

Pro Gun, an indoor range, and National Shooting Sports Foundation Inc., along with the plaintiffs from companion cases, hearing collectively referred to as plaintiffs, filed motions for preliminary injunction. The Illinois Attorney General's office representing Attorney General Kwame Raul, Governor J. Robert Pritzker, and the Director of Illinois State Police, Brendan F. Kelly, hearing collectively referred to as defendants, filed an extensive response to the respective motions that included 14 exhibits.
On June 23 of 22, the United States Supreme Court issued its opinion in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruin.
Amongst other things, the Bruin Court reaffirmed that the right to bear arms refers to the right to wear, bear, or carry upon the person or in the clothing or in a pocket for the purpose of being armed and ready for offensive or defensive action in a case of conflict with another person. Less than two weeks later, family and friends gathered in Highland Park, Illinois to enjoy one of the mainstaying festivities of this nation's Independence Day celebration, a parade.
They gathered to salute our country, our liberty, and our freedoms. During the parade, a senseless tragedy occurred involving firearms and multiple parade goers were killed and wounded. Some months after that, the state of Illinois enacted PICA into law. The proponents of PICA cited the Highland Park tragedy as an impetus for passing the law.
That law placed sweeping restrictions and outright bans on the sale, purchase, manufacture, delivery, importation, and possession of many firearms, magazines, attachments, stocks, and grips. PICO was immediately challenged as unconstitutional. As Americans, we have every reason to celebrate our rights and freedoms, especially on Independence Day.
Can the senseless crimes of a relative few be so despicable to justify the infringement of the constitutional rights of law-abiding individuals in hopes that such crimes will then abate or at least not be as horrific? More specifically, can PICA be harmonized with the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution and with Pruitt? That is the issue before the court. The simple answer at this stage in the proceedings is likely no.
The Supreme Court in Bruin and Heller held that citizens have a constitutional right to own and possess firearms and may use them for self-defense. PICA seems to be written in spite of the clear directives in Bruin and Heller, not in conformity with them. Whether well-intentioned, brilliant, or arrogant, no state may enact a law that denies its citizens' rights that the Constitution guarantees them.
Even legislation that may enjoy the support of a majority of the citizens must fail if it violates the constitutional rights of fellow citizens. For the reasons fully set out below, the overly broad reach of PICA commands that the injunctive relief requested by plaintiffs be granted. The judge then discusses the legal thresholds to get a preliminary injunction, and I'm going to show you part of the last one, which is the likelihood of success on the merits.
This is good guys and gals. Listen to what this judge says because he says what we all say on our side of the aisle. And not many judges have the stones to put in writing what this judge just did. This court must now consider the third issue, likelihood of success on the merits. Planets rely on recent Supreme Court decisions that made it clear that the Second Amendment protects the possession and use of weapons that are in common use.
Planets contend there can be no question regarding the likelihood of success because the items banned under PICA are in common use today. The Second Amendment provides a well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state. The right of the people to keep in bear arms shall not be infringed. A plain reading of this text would seem to land itself to the notion that PICA is in fact violative of the Second Amendment.
However, before weighing the party's arguments and the validity of PICA, it is first necessary to review the pertinent aspects of the Bruin decision as well as the Heller and McDonald decisions. Alright, stick with me. We're going to go through the part right now that discusses arm braces and the ATF right now. I'm sure they're pissed off about this.
Let's go.
Defendants argued that PICA does burden arms as they are understood in the context of the Second Amendment. Defendants argued that accessories and weapons that are most useful in military service are not arms under the plain text of the Second Amendment. The defendants did not challenge that plaintiffs were all law-abiding citizens such that they hold the individual right guaranteed by the Second Amendment. Further, defendants did not challenge that possessing the restricted items falls within the ambit of keeping for the purpose of the Second Amendment.
This court will first address the defendant's connotation that non-essential accessories are not within the scope of the Second Amendment's plain text. PICA outlaws possession of a semi-automatic pistol with a detachable magazine if it is equipped with any of the following. A threaded barrel, a shroud attached to the barrel, or that partially or completely encircles the barrel. A flash suppressor or arm brace.
Sound familiar? Pika further outlaws possession of a magazine for a handgun capable of holding more than 15 rounds of ammunition and of a semi-automatic pistol that has a fixed magazine with a capacity to accept more than 15 rounds. Defendants contend that such items are not necessary to the functioning of a firearm and are thus not arms and therefore not protected by the Second Amendment. The defendant's argument is not persuasive.
The 7th Circuit has recognized the Second Amendment as extending to corollaries to the meaningful exercise of the core right to possess firearms for self-defense. It is hard to imagine something more closely correlated to the right to use a firearm in self-defense than the ability to effectively load ammunition into the firearm. The 3rd Circuit recognized the importance of this corollary and held that a magazine is an arm under the Second Amendment. Further,
Defendant's own expert defined high-capacity firearms as handheld arms with a capacity greater than 10 rounds, recognizing that Illinois statute allows up to 15 rounds for handguns. Defendant's expert is clearly referencing magazines and incorporating such into his definition of a firearm. This court agrees that magazines are arms as used in the plain text of the Second Amendment. Plaintiffs are correct that this is not even a close call.
If defendant's own expert incorporates magazine capacity and the definition of firearm given his level of expertise, it would be unreasonable to expect the original public meaning of the plain text not to reflect a similar understanding. Alright, let's talk about braces.
The 7th Circuit held in Ezel, that Chicago could not prohibit law-abiding citizens from target practice at a firing range because doing so interfered with the meaningful exercise of their Second Amendment right. Piker also interferes with the meaningful exercise of Second Amendment rights for one group of individuals, those with disabilities.
To provide one example, consider arm braces for semi-automatic pistols. As noted above, PICA prohibits the use of an arm brace on any semi-automatic pistol with a detachable magazine without any caveat or exceptions. The Department of Justice has also attempted to regulate possession and registration of arm braces. See factoring criteria for firearms with attached stabilizing braces. However, one notable distinction exists.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has recognized that such braces are necessary for those with disabilities to use a firearm by directing that this rule does not affect stabilizing braces that are objectively designed and intended as a stabilizing brace for use by individuals with disabilities. As Reason and the ATF Final Rule evidences, braces are needed by certain individuals with disabilities to operate a firearm.
Thus, our races are an integral part of the meaningful exercise of Second Amendment rights for such individuals and can also be considered an arm. Let's jump to the conclusion.
Planets have satisfied their burden for preliminary injunction. They have shown irreparable harm, with no adequate remedy at law, a reasonable likelihood of success on the merits, that the public interest is in favor of the relief, and the balance of harm weighs in their favor. Therefore, the plaintiff's motions for preliminary injunctions are granted. The defendants are enjoined from enforcing Illinois statutes, along with the PICA amended provision set forth in blah blah blah blah.
including sub-paragraphs 11, 14, 15, and 16 statewide during the dependency of this litigation until the court can address the merits. The court recognizes that the issues with which it is confronted are highly contentious and provoke strong emotions. Again, the court's ruling today is not a final resolution of the merits of the case. Nothing in this order prevents the state from confronting firearm-related violence.
There is a wide array of civil and criminal laws that permit the commitment and prosecution of those who use or may use firearms to commit crimes. Law enforcement and prosecutors should take their obligations to enforce these laws seriously. Families and the public at large should report concerning behavior.
Judges should examine their prudent judgment in committing individuals that pose a threat to the public and imposing sentences that punish, not just lightly inconvenience, those guilty of firearm-related crimes. It is so ordered. On today's date, April 20th of 2023, Judge Steven P. McGlynn, U.S. District Judge. And he is a judge in the southern district of Illinois. Guys and gals, this is a ginormous win.

because the militia existed before the country. It is a founding instrument. And one of the processes of the militia was to accumulate or to produce arms to arm themselves. Because of this, and this is where they try to, they've tried to take this where they've stupefied everybody, they don't even have legitimate authority under American common law, under American law, to block any of the activity between the states.
However, once they declared the War Powers Act of 1933 and made you all property of the state to be bartered, sold, traded, and exchanged, and when they immediately shifted everything over to the Admiralty Court of the Commerce Law,

And then by junior high, you should be introduced with some form of understanding the actual mechanics of government. And by high school,
achieving a way basically will be a graduate grade of experience and understanding the components because guys you're supposed to be able to do and manage your own affairs and actually interact with that mechanism but you are kept as less than children you are kept as chattel and property in ignorance while the actions of the mechanism

But that's just with regard to, again, there's another, we've already said, the Gun Control Act of 1968 needs to be gone, but you know what? Here's what nobody is thinking through. Remember, remember, remember, when you are moving, if you are traveling in a future world-class battle, a fight in America, the first rule is to observe not just the air at your front, any place where there's a checkpoint, your firepower should be focused left and right and to particular key points around the checkpoint that offer cover and concealment.
The checkpoint is an exposed bait pile. Its purpose is to draw your attention. In reality, lateral ambush points or fire control points with overwatching weapons platforms or systems or mobile weapons systems, Bradley's could be, BTR's could be anything.
Whatever the globalists decide to use against the American people at that moment, and they won't have a problem using the American military, the part that's properly wearing the red tutus and the red slippers and thinks it's, you know, the hei shei, it's the rest pretty well picked the right direction by then. But the situation with regard to deployment and employment of resources aren't going to change.
If you are moving down the road in response, you have to use an overwatch system with security pickets, in other words, flankers in transport and train travel, and also observing the areas of the road, especially choke points, curves with elevation, which are typical ambush or blockade points. Remember that while you have a blockade or a barrier or a checkpoint to your front, that's not where the threat is.
to the left, to the right, and even to your rear. This is why the entire element, if you're moving, has to have specific tasks, and you need to practice traveling this way.
So that observing to the rear is you focus upon rear observation while moving. You overlap so that one element becomes the forward picket, an advanced party that moves forward. And again, let's put it this way. I'm looking out into the back 40. I scan the area. Well, I don't think my cow has an 800 meg cell phone, right? And I get an 800 meg signal that looks to be three or four bars.
I would say that might be a few hundred yards out, but lo and behold, there ain't nothing out there that I can perceive. It's obvious if I then scan laterally, if I move up into the air, I can crack down and identify the specific point where the RC toy is located. Oh, I mean drone. Now, the next step is how do I deal with the threat? Now, if it's an ongoing battlefield situation, like you're seeing into Ukraine,
Everybody's layering on more and more junk to employ. The idea behind that is it's a constant game of catch as catch can, and you have to guess what weapons system I'm employing against you in any given moment. It can be heavy equipment dropping multiple rocket. It can be air ordnance. It can be short, medium, long range mortar, shoulder fired, anti-vehicular, anti-equipment technology. You know, go right down the shopping list. But drones are in that inventory.
So it needs to be out there, which you need to be looking at. And by the way, it's a legitimate, you know, the use of the technology. We expected this. What will make it useless is when everybody starts to realize how easy it is to hunt them down. You can launch 20, 30, 40 of them, but when you lose 20, 30, 40 of them every time, it's kind of a waste of resources. Now, you may still get one to go through. And again, since you paid for the technology, you'll use it.
Before we had the RC toys, most of you, I know I've mentioned this in 30 years, back in the 1960s, 1963, 64, that was a window and there was a phenomenal amount of R&D. All of it's the crap they're doing now is just the same stuff reinvented because they're just spending your money, okay?

You could actually direct it for the duration of its flight over an enemy. And you could watch the television as the rocket was zipping back and forth. The precursor to, well, let's do this with RC toys. So you think it's new, but it's not. The whole idea of using this type of technology in either one way, send it out and just see what's underneath the camera as she goes out.

Although that same laser technology was then applied to, how many of you guys are red legs? Laser range finding technology with artillery. And it's those lasers, the ones that they developed for use as infantry weapons.
They then turned around because they realized the effects of atmospheric resistance on laser projection, which is the biggest problem. You need to have more energy. For every mile that you try to eat through something, you've got to have more energy to eat through the atmosphere. And you're constantly burning more of it because the planet spins. And the air moves. And all these other things, oh, that means signal degradation. Yep, even for lasers.
But what they could do with the laser is they use it for laser range finding out to 20, 22, 23 miles. Now, we left a bunch of those behind with the Vietnamese. Yes, it did Because the lasers wherever anybody made contact with their eyes were these high high output lasers The laser light went down the optic nerve and struck into the brain the optic nerve worked as a conduit
Casualties did everything from freeze in place and drop dead, to memory loss, to blindness for all of them. They also, of course, were paralyzed, partially paralyzed, speech impediment. It was a matter of where the laser, what amount went down through the ocular collector, the eye, into the optic nerve, and then hit your brain. It was a Russian roulette pool.

You could be using lasers on pilots, you could be using them. Think about it, both sides could use lasers on pilots, on electronics, on everything. And it doesn't have to blow it out of the sky. I've noticed there's a warning on that thing that says not to have glasses or any type of lenses on when it's going because it's constantly going and turning into a circle. It can reach out to 100 feet or more. Now, one of the things I pointed out, you know, laser levels, I almost bought one yesterday. I should have because I got it for $20 and it was a heavy industrial unit.
I got another one, but I didn't get the one that I'd realized I wasn't, what I was looking at, I didn't realize what it was. I didn't realize what it was, it was in the box. Okay? But a laser level, you put it in the middle of a field. Let's say I have a couple of acres to cover. You put that on a stanchion and give it overhead cover so it has moisture protection. And then what you do is every once in a while you turn that on through the night. What would happen if there's somebody standing out in that field?
The laser is going to splash them. You're going to have a dead point. You're going to have literally, and even if they try to move, you're going to splash the target. You put it in an elevation of about two to three feet. There's no way to avoid it. I mean, granted, they can drop down into the ground. But what's neat about this is that if there's any situation where you randomly wanted to surprise somebody who thought that it was a safe avenue of approach,
Using the laser level as a kind of a laser mine, it's not going to hurt them. It's have your weapons ready. The laser at station number two is going to go on in five, four, three, two, one. It goes on. You get target where there shouldn't be. You fire on the shadow point at the base of it and you kill something or wounded.
And yes, if they were looking at it, we'll blind you. Those are much more powerful lasers than just your regular laser scanner that's in the cash register at the store. But even those are useful. You don't want to look at any laser light. We need to reinforce that. There is no safe laser. Even the one I've got sitting right here, I've got a lightsaber pen, you know. Okay, play with the kitties. Don't hit the kitties' eyes with those.
But even that, if you look into that, it is doing damage to your optical collection system in a number of ways. It also is burning or damaging the cornea. I mean, no matter what. That's why we need to remind everybody that if you can find laser protection goggles, they should be part of your repertoire. I got one pair today for, or no.
Yeah today, I got them today, for a dollar. I think I'm for less than a dollar. I think I got them for 50 cents. Everything was half off. And an estate sale. That was a smart of laser goggles. Go ahead.

What you see is the impact point, but if anything else steps into that, put your hand in the line with that machine, anywhere around the perimeter of that machine.

So using it in a much larger area, a target area, you won't care if it gets sloppy, a little sloppy out to maybe 100 yards, because it's still gonna be tight enough that when whatever it is that you're trying to see, you know, it splashes it, well you know that there's nothing standing in that area, guys. This is the first rule. Guns up, everybody ready?
Any object that you see, again, this is a kill zone and the machine is on and pop up, pop up, pop up. Now granted, people are going to try to dodge the bullets, of course, but it's a great way for you to cover a particular area with a very unique piece of technology. Real quick on those goggles, by the way, there's two reasons they're probably expensive. Number one, they're probably a mimic of the Air Force nuclear threat
headgear that they developed back again in the 50s and 60s. It's a smaller version of it, I guarantee it, because they were a set of, look like a set of bad eyes. No, bad bad eyes, owl eyes. But the other half is that the goggles provide protection for a wide range of frequencies of laser. Basically, most of your military goggles cover three frequencies, sometimes four.
And what they cover are the basic known deployed frequencies with given weapon systems. That's what they're doing. So again, most of your industrial laser protection that you, in fact, go to Grainger. Tex-Mex, have you tried that? I haven't really bothered to look at what they have right now. I know they sell it. Interesting things are going to affect shipping goods and stuff coming out of the California ports. California is doing it. I look at Seattle, New York and other ports that have the big ports that we have. Shipping coming through, of course, the biggest one on the
West Coast is the ports in California. These two things that they're doing are definitely going to affect shipping. One of them is a first emissions rule for trains, not allowing trains to idle or... There's some stuff in there. I think there's audio with the one I posted, so I'll play that real quick.
California has passed the first in-nation emission rules for trains. The rules will ban locomotive engines more than 23 years old by 2030 and increase the use of zero emissions technology to transport freight from ports and throughout rail yards. It would also ban locomotives in the state from idling longer than 30 minutes if they have an automatic shutoff. The standards would need approval from the Biden administration in order to move forward.

Scientists in California are doing this crap again. The goal is to abandon new diesel trucks. It is. A vote is expected today and trucking companies say that if it passes it'll cause basically chaos for California's economy. Crown Force Michael Thomas is at a truck stop now in Vacaville with the story. Good morning, Michael.
Yeah, good morning everyone. You know, the board is set to vote on this in Sacramento later on today. And really local government agencies and these big trucking companies say switching to electric is really just unrealistic with these timelines that they're given. But let's get into some video as I break down these timelines. So ultimately, if it does pass today, officials would want these big sales, excuse me, these big trucking companies to ultimately not have these fueled vehicles.
Now the ban on sales of new diesel big rigs by 2026 or excuse me 2036 would
start next year. So large trucking companies that already have trucks that need to switch their entire fleet to zero emissions by 2042 with some starting next year. So the ultimate goal is to clean up the air with diesel exhaust and greenhouse gases that are said to be coming from things like big rigs, trash trucks, delivery trucks and large vehicles that we see on the road.
Officials want bigger companies to convert to electric-powered models and ones that are running on hydrogen, but trucking companies and local government agencies say it's too soon. The state isn't equipped with charging stations statewide. Technology has not been perfected. Not only will there be delays, but as Darian James mentioned, there will also be an economic hit, adding that the cost of electric vehicles are higher. There's currently no price gap on them, and there's really not that many out there. This would lead to jobs being lost.
truck companies closing down and big companies would either have to start purchasing all zero emission vehicles by next year and retire old ones as they die out or phase in zero emission trucks starting with 10% of its fleet by 2025 then make 100% of its fleet by 2035 and 2042. Now local government agencies again are already having to do this switch by the end of next year and by 2032.
And the board does say that right now it's just for bigger companies, but at some point the small trucking companies with fleets under 50 will eventually have to fall under these guidelines as well.
What's going on with the trucking industry out in California? They mentioned, you know, banning the sale of diesel vehicles for trucking in California, and they also mentioned forcing the large shipping companies that are there to switch over to non-emission hydrogen fuel, which it's burning something, so there's some kind of admission there. I guarantee you they'll find a reason not to like the hydrogen fuel trucks here.
or electric, which is, as the companies have said, we've talked about here, it's not perfected, there's not enough charging stations. You won't get the distance that you will out of the diesel trucks. And if you have a company based in California that ships across the country,
What, are they going to make you stop your trucks at the border and switch to the electric ones when you get, I mean that's kind of stupid but that sounds like what they're planning on doing there. 2030 seems to be the date for all this crap that they're pushing to go into effect or at least around that window. And in that letter, it will basically say that you're going to have to make some improvements to your house. And you're going to pay for that out of your own pocket as well. By 2050, all homes must be zero emission homes. When it comes to the costs, I made a note here about the calculations that these people have made. We are talking about costs per house of, well, in most cases around 100,000 euros. And here's the thing.
many people will not be able to pay 100,000 euros. They will be forced to sell. Can you remember a while ago this slogan that also came out of the World Economic Forum? You will own nothing and you will be happy. Isn't it funny how this so-called green agenda
seems to make everything more difficult and more expensive. It seems like we will not be able to own a house because we can't afford it.
You will be forced to rent. You will be at mercy of the company probably that owns your flat. Another issue here is of course that if you're forced to sell, will you even be allowed to sell a house that is not up to this standard? Will there be a fine? Will they just take your house? Now this is obviously an attack on the middle class.
and we have seen quite a lot of those lately. I believe that home ownership is what defines the middle class. And if you take that away and if you make that standard of living that most people associate with the middle class, if you make that too expensive for most people, then effectively you have killed the middle class. Then you have the very rich and you have the poor.
and we will be very very close to a feudal system or feudalism 2.0 as I have nicknamed it. I believe that big international companies will seize these properties most likely and I believe that home ownership sadly very soon will be a thing of the past for most people and it doesn't matter if you believe that this will be good for the environment or not.

But let me get you up to date. I'm talking about Washington's assault weapon ban that was signed into law by the governor on Tuesday. And immediately, two lawsuits were filed. Like immediately, the first one was this lawsuit here, which was brought by Lawrence Hartford, Douglas Mitchell, Brett Bass, Sporting Systems of Vancouver, Inc., the Second Amendment Foundation, and Firearms Policy Coalition. The second case brought was this one. It's Amanda Banta.

Now I've already covered Washington's assault weapon ban in a couple videos, and I'll link the one above that kind of tells you all of the firearms being banned, that are banned now, because it took place immediately upon the governor's signature. It's unconstitutional, it's illegal, it bans commonly owned items,
single-shot semi-automatic rifles, the most popular rifle in the country, and reports even prove that it's more popular than the Ford F-150. So, I honestly thought this would have been an injunction quickly. We're only three days since the filing of the first lawsuit, and I'm thinking we might hear something today, which is why I wanted to put this video up.
I get a lot of people saying, hey Jared, what's going on in Washington? Well, there are two lawsuits looking for an injunction and I can't see, even if Bruin didn't happen, this ban violates Heller and this, I believe, is going to get shot down. It's the most dangerous piece of gun legislation we've seen in decades.
Not only does this ban things by title or like a name like AR-15, AK-47, AK-74, Bushmasters, but it also bans that whole category. So if there's a bunch of different variants, but it's still one of these banned. It also bans some shotguns and stuff like that. Again, see that video I did above. It's a dangerous, dangerous bill and the people in Washington are already suffering because of it.
I have faith that we're going to get an injunction, but I'm not betting my house on it. But I will let you know what happens. Like I said, two lawsuits are looking for relief. They are already being considered by a judge. And if we get something today, being Friday, sometimes that's when judges drop little bombs, then I'll bring it to you. And I'm also bringing this video to you today because there are a couple of lawsuits that are being held back waiting for
Judge Roger T. Benitez in California to drop his ruling in the Ninth Circuit on California's assault weapon ban. One of the states being held up for that is Hawaii.
So, perfect world, what I think happens, what I would like to see happen, it'd be today before the end of the day Judge Benitez drops his decision saying that the assault weapon ban is unconstitutional, and then all these dominoes start to fall. So that's what I'm waiting for. I figured I'd put this out early this morning just in case people want to get back on track of what's going on. And as you can see, there are four cases that were consolidated in which they were all suing Illinois for their assault weapon ban and magazine ban. Now this judge gets it. In reading this decision real quick, he said things that we all think.
And it's phenomenal. And this is the type of stuff that makes Jerry Nadler squirm. Check it out. The judge says, before the court, are consolidated cases with requests for the imposition of a preliminary injunction under federal rule of Civil Procedure 65-Alpha to prevent the enforcement of Illinois's Protect Illinois Communities Act, or PICA, until there can be a final determination of the merits as to the law's constitutionality.

Pro Gun, an indoor range, and National Shooting Sports Foundation Inc., along with the plaintiffs from companion cases, hearing collectively referred to as plaintiffs, filed motions for preliminary injunction. The Illinois Attorney General's office representing Attorney General Kwame Raul, Governor J. Robert Pritzker, and the Director of Illinois State Police, Brendan F. Kelly, hearing collectively referred to as defendants, filed an extensive response to the respective motions that included 14 exhibits.
On June 23 of 22, the United States Supreme Court issued its opinion in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruin.
Amongst other things the Bruin Court reaffirmed that the right to bear arms refers to the right to wear, bear, or carry upon the person or in the clothing or in a pocket for the purpose of being armed and ready for offensive or defensive action in a case of conflict with another person. Less than two weeks later family and friends gathered in Highland Park, Illinois to enjoy one of the mainstaying festivities of this nation's Independence Day celebration a parade.
They gathered to salute our country, our liberty, and our freedoms. During the parade, a senseless tragedy occurred involving firearms and multiple parade goers were killed and wounded. Some months after that, the state of Illinois enacted PICA into law. The proponents of PICA cited the Highland Park tragedy as an impetus for passing the law.
That law placed sweeping restrictions and outright bans on the sale, purchase, manufacture, delivery, importation, and possession of many firearms, magazines, attachments, stocks, and grips. PICO was immediately challenged as unconstitutional. As Americans, we have every reason to celebrate our rights and freedoms, especially on Independence Day.
Can the senseless crimes of a relative few be so despicable to justify the infringement of the constitutional rights of law-abiding individuals in hopes that such crimes will then abate or at least not be as horrific? More specifically, can PICA be harmonized with the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution and with Pruitt? That is the issue before the court. The simple answer at this stage in the proceedings is likely no.
The Supreme Court in Bruin and Heller held that citizens have a constitutional right to own and possess firearms and may use them for self-defense. PICA seems to be written in spite of the clear directives in Bruin and Heller, not in conformity with them. Whether well-intentioned, brilliant, or arrogant, no state may enact a law that denies its citizens rights that the Constitution guarantees them.
Even legislation that may enjoy the support of a majority of the citizens must fail if it violates the constitutional rights of fellow citizens. For the reasons fully set out below, the overly broad reach of PICA commands that the injunctive relief requested by plaintiffs be granted. The judge then discusses the legal thresholds to get a preliminary injunction, and I'm going to show you part of the last one, which is the likelihood of success on the merits.
This is good, guys and gals. Listen to what this judge says because he says what we all say on our side of the aisle. And not many judges have the stones to put in writing what this judge just did. This court must now consider the third issue, likelihood of success on the merits. Plaintiffs rely on recent Supreme Court decisions that made it clear that the Second Amendment protects the possession and use of weapons that are in common use.
plaintiffs contend there can be no question regarding the likelihood of success because the items banned under PICA are in common use today. The Second Amendment provides a well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state. The right of the people to keep in their arms shall not be infringed. A plain reading of this text would seem to land itself to the notion that PICA is in fact violative of the Second Amendment.
However, before weighing the party's arguments and the validity of PICA, it is first necessary to review the pertinent aspects of the Bruin decision as well as the Heller and McDonald decisions. Alright, stick with me. We're going to go through the part right now that discusses arm braces and the ATF right now. I'm sure they're pissed off about this.
Let's go.
The defendants did not challenge that plaintiffs were all law-abiding citizens such that they hold the individual right guaranteed by the Second Amendment. Further, defendants did not challenge that possessing the restricted items falls within the ambit of keeping for the purpose of the Second Amendment. This court will first address the defendant's connotation that non-essential accessories are not within the scope of the Second Amendment's plain text.
PICA outlaws possession of a semi-automatic pistol with a detachable magazine if it is equipped with any of the following. A threaded barrel, a shroud attached to the barrel, or that partially or completely encircles the barrel. A flash suppressor or arm brace.
Sound familiar? Pika further outlaws possession of a magazine for a handgun capable of holding more than 15 rounds of ammunition and of a semi-automatic pistol that has a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 15 rounds. Defendants contend that such items are not necessary to the functioning of a firearm and are thus not arms and therefore not protected by the Second Amendment. The defendant's argument is not persuasive.
The 7th Circuit has recognized the Second Amendment as extending to corollaries to the meaningful exercise of the core right to possess firearms for self-defense. It is hard to imagine something more closely correlated to the right to use a firearm in self-defense than the ability to effectively load ammunition into the firearm. The 3rd Circuit recognized the importance of this corollary and held that a magazine is an arm under the Second Amendment.
Further, defendants' own expert defined high-capacity firearms as handheld arms with a capacity greater than 10 rounds, recognizing that Illinois statute allows up to 15 rounds for handguns. Defendant's expert is clearly referencing magazines and incorporating such into his definition of a firearm. This court agrees that magazines are arms as used in the plain text of the Second Amendment. Plaintiffs are correct that this is not even a close call.
If defendant's own expert incorporates magazine capacity in the definition of a firearm given his level of expertise, it would be unreasonable to expect the original public meaning of the plain text not to reflect a similar understanding. Alright, let's talk about braces.
The 7th Circuit held in Ezel, that Chicago could not prohibit law-abiding citizens from target practice at a firing range because doing so interfered with the meaningful exercise of their Second Amendment right. Piker also interferes with the meaningful exercise of Second Amendment rights for one group of individuals, those with disabilities.
To provide one example, consider arm braces for semi-automatic pistols. As noted above, PICA prohibits the use of an arm brace on any semi-automatic pistol with a detachable magazine without any caveat or exceptions. The Department of Justice has also attempted to regulate possession and registration of arm braces. See factoring criteria for firearms with attached stabilizing braces. However, one notable distinction exists.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has recognized that such braces are necessary for those with disabilities to use a firearm by directing that this rule does not affect stabilizing braces that are objectively designed and intended as a stabilizing brace for use by individuals with disabilities. As Reason and the ATF Final Rule evidences, braces are needed by certain individuals with disabilities to operate a firearm.
Thus, our races are an integral part of the meaningful exercise of Second Amendment rights for such individuals and can also be considered an arm. Let's jump to the conclusion.
Planets have satisfied their burden for a preliminary injunction. They have shown irreparable harm with no adequate remedy at law, a reasonable likelihood of success on the merits, that the public interest is in favor of the relief, and the balance of harm weighs in their favor. Therefore, the plaintiff's motions for preliminary injunctions are granted. including sub-paragraphs 11, 14, 15, and 16 statewide during the dependency of this litigation until the court can address the merits. The court recognizes that the issues with which it is confronted are highly contentious and provoke strong emotions. Again, the court's ruling today is not a final resolution of the merits of the case. Nothing in this order prevents the state from confronting firearm-related violence.
There is a wide array of civil and criminal laws that permit the commitment and prosecution of those who use or may use firearms to commit crimes. Law enforcement and prosecutors should take their obligations to enforce these laws seriously. Families and the public at large should report concerning behavior.
Judges should examine their prudent judgment in committing individuals that pose a threat to the public and imposing sentences that punish, not just lightly inconvenience, those guilty of firearm-related crimes. It is so ordered. On today's date, April 20th of 2023, Judge Steven P. McGlynn, U.S. District Judge. And he is a judge in the Southern District of Illinois. Guys and gals, this is a ginormous win.

Get an old press if at all possible There are multiple options there, but get a Die a set of dyes for every caliber you're wanting to shoot Go get some PPU brass brand-new Virgin take it to the range Don't blaze away or waste your ammo focus on getting your weapon to hit
And repeatedly with not just repetition as a matter of fact, consistently hit the same point over and over and over and over again. That is proficiency. That's what the goal is. Okay. The big thing here is when you're done, collect all your brass, get back to your shop and reload it. Give it a spin. Now I would point this out also. Whatever gun you're using it in, mark the box.
For the brass or mark your loading trays. I got a bunch of loading trays for almost for free. I mean loading boxes and loading trays And an estate sale here just a little bit ago, and they're all virtually brand new I mean, it's just like they were just out of the box some from cabelas or whatever But reloading is the key here because what you shoot you then reload and then you shoot again
mark the brass and try to collect the brass for the gun, you shot it in. And mark the brass, mark the box, so that when you reload, you shouldn't actually have to do a full case resize. What you can do is actually a throat upper case resizing to save time and not restress the brass dramatically and then find out whether or not you've done a good job by experimenting with loading the round into the chamber.
The advantage of this is that you won't have as much flexing. You can get many, many, many more reloads out of the brass and you'll be happy, a very happy camper that way. But use the Boxer Prime non-corrosive PPU ammo for training and or for familiarization or whatever brass you've got that's reloadable. Because some of you are using 30-30s, you're using, you know, we've talked about that every caliber you can imagine.
If you save your brass, get the dies, you don't need a fancy multi-turreted head press to get the job done. Maybe you're by yourself and you're only shooting on occasion anyway. Well, then this is a good chance to bring your expertise up, improve the learning curve here, reload, get it back out there, do some more shooting, personally.

I prefer, I know everybody says double-op buck, but I prefer number four, although a combination of buck and number four is not a bad idea. Go from a double-op buck to a number four buck with the next shell. You know, when you're loading everything up. The nice thing about the number four is that, remember, there's about 40 pellets.
And it depends. I mean it's like with Double App Buck, it used to be 9 and he went to 8, somewhere down to 7. So what happened there? Okay, well cost. Just by taking one pellet out of the load, you end up with that much more money saved and material saved so they make some more of a profit or at least keep the price the same way. And if they're still companies loading the traditional Double App Buck configuration but others, they've changed.
So you need to pay attention to that. Read the description. Don't just assume. Number four, basically it's like dumping a whole mag off an air of 15 all at once on someone. Boom. And the shock trauma potential all over the body, you know, hitting the wrist while you're hitting them in the butt, while you're hitting them in the, you know, the thigh, while you're hitting them in the head, while you got them in the chest.

That's 32 automatic Colt pistol. However, it's in the check configuration for projectile and powder charge. With the 7.6 Q by 25
SMG ammunition that was built for the Chex. There is some hot stuff out there. It is actually even more efficient at penetrating armor than the standard Tokarev. So any time you run into any Chex surplus, you need to be cautious there. Do some reading before you put it in your weapon. Go ahead, jump in there, caller.

And the pistol actually is slightly more effective. The CZ-52 is slightly more effective because it takes all of that energy and applies it. So if you've got a CZ-52 and you do run into the check, also another thing, that particular ammunition also is a penetrator round. It has the barrel type penetrator.
Yeah, well it looks like, oh what does it look like? It doesn't have a point. It has a tapered shoulder with a flat front. But the penetrator isn't, you know, if you gotta remember, that's a 30-caliber round. So the penetrator is not that big, but it dramatically increases armor penetration. And so again, in fact, the 32 ACP and the Scorpion did the same thing.
It is a an armor penetrating round the it has a fascia a conical fascia For the projectiles that round knows that's the first thing. It's really obvious when you look at the check bullets If they're the specialized rounds they engineered the bullet jacket They didn't just end here the internal part of the ammo or anything on the bullet They engineered the jacket so that the geometry of the way it strikes Helps to apply almost a hundred percent of the energy to the surface you're trying to penetrate
So it's very likely that it would go ahead. How are the boxes that the 762x25 mark I have several of the kind of a brownish color I think they have 72 rounds per box is that well Well, that's a drum. That's a drum line, so it was meant for the SMG, but typically for the pistol loads, there are, what is it, there are 10, no, no, no, no, correction. There were 16 rounds. There's several different ways that the hot ammunition, the pistol load was presented. In the 7.62 by 25 and the short boxes, it's
It's a 16 rounds, two, two, yeah, 16 rounds. It typically was a white colored box, but that doesn't mean they didn't use cream colored, you know, brown boxes. But it also has a standard wraparound paper seal liner, you know, wrapper, the way it's set up, just to secure it.
But the bullet is the indicator, typically. But the thing is, I have to read, there are some people, I think if you do a search on, well, maybe even YouTube, there are some people that translated all of the Czech, or at least some of them, and have actually, years ago were playing with the ammunition because, wow, look what this does.
There are a number of different ways it could be packed depending upon the year. The reason it's 16 rounds, they all will see the checks did this, the checks did this also with 9 millimeter by the way. You know, thank you for bringing it up. There is a bunch and you got to watch this because it will beat the living hell out of it. It does not have a desensitized primer. It is a hot SMG load.
And what's really strange is it comes in the 16 round boxes. There's 16 round boxes. Yeah, well it depends. That's the square box. The 16 rounders were an extension of when they used to use the stripper clip broom handles. And those were of course, those were 10 shot stripper clips. Well basically they shortened the box and they put the equivalent to a magazine load plus a top off round.
so you can load two mags off one box. That's why they're six-eight. But the others are ten because they have two stripper clips. And again, remember, that's the other thing about this is that those rounds would go right into a broom handle, which you gotta watch. Because the hot round, it's gonna, it won't kill the gun, but it'll punish the gun. What'll happen is parts start to loosen up. So just a heads up button. And it would kill a Glock.
If it was a 9, the Check 9 mill, that hot stuff, that would kill the Glock. I'm not ratting on a Glock or anything, guys. I'm just saying, if you run into any of the Check 9, then do not, do not, do not, do not use it in a Glock if you run into any of the Check 9 millimeter.
and it can be identified as the as the hot route. Now where you can use all of these is in the carbines like needless to say it's not gonna be any problem you've got those peppy ish semi-automatic pistols and you have the you have the peppy ish 41s and they make peppy ish 43s now those will take the hot route because it was built for them. Okay. Okay, so that's right and your feet your CZ 52 it'll eat everything.
Great. That's one of the reasons when those came out. I tried to get everybody to buy them when they were really reasonably priced. Yeah, or less. Years ago they were even cheaper. They were the same price as a Tokarev and magazines were about $4 apiece. They were never super, super cheap, but they were reasonable.
There are still factory mags out there, but there are also aftermarket mags made for the CZ. So if you're listening and you got one of the guns, you want at least six or seven magazines. But again, any ammunition you produce, or I should say any ammunition you can access, or you reloaded, the 52 can handle it.
So, yeah, it's like you have a look, it's like you have a hand cannon. You have a hand, a hand at SMG is what it comes down to. And the Czechs grossly over engineered everything. I mean, they did that before World War II, but especially after World War II, well, during the occupation by the Communists. It's a heavy gun. You can beat somebody with it easily.
The other thing about the CZ-52 is for if you haven't looked at it guys, it has no hang points. It's a slick pistol. It's one of those guns that lends to actually being a concealed pocket pistol even though it's a big-ass gun. And it does fit nicely if you guys... Let me remind everybody, in most Warsaw Pact era, battle dress jackets, the coats, the field coats,
They were actually assault smocks typically. In the front of the coat, on the left side, you have the button, the scene with the button and the overlap is for the coat, guys. In the Czech uniforms, the East German uniforms, you'll see this in East German, almost all the East German boxcar camouflage. On the left side, in between, they made a slip. There's a slit.
And there is a slip point to drop a handgun right into it. It's the pocket is cut the shape of a handgun. An automatic. You can drop a Mackerel, a Tokarev, or even a CZ-52 in there and it is literally invisible.
I've had troops search. I actually remember when I was an Op-1, Op-4 commander, I rounded up all this equipment and I actually said, as I pointed out when I was teaching the guys, I said, what you're seeing, what you're going to be experiencing are exactly what you would be seeing in the field. So when the guys did this, we actually planted pistols in all the pistol pockets for the guys that were probably going to be captured.
It was part of a well with a tackling and what's interesting is MPs many of them were also police with a lot of experience when they were searching these POWs missed those guns I don't know why because but it's but they rest right in the front I mean literally it's right under your breast. Okay, so there's with the way your uniforms hang their baggy anyway
So, what's interesting is when you move the coat and brush it away, there's a double flap over top of these pistol pockets. So, they actually, it doesn't flop around or anything like that. And the bottom of the pocket is secured to the inside of the jacket.
So it's a pretty cool design. So if you guys can do nothing else, if you go by an East German tanker uniform, which has the suspension straps built into it, everybody asks me, what are those big heavy straps for? Well, there's buckles on the pants, the pants are reinforced with straps, and there's a hand hold right behind your neck.
And the idea behind this with most tanker uniforms is somebody's going to have to run up to a hatch, open the hatch, and you're still alive, but you're screaming, and you can't move, so you grab that handle, and you straddle the hole, and you pull the guy out of the hatch with all your might. That's what that's for. But it's also good if you're a casualty on the ground. You can drag the guy's ass anywhere you want.
Those uniforms have the pocket. So if you want to copy it, rather than try to figure out by what I said on the air, go track down an East German or a Czechoslovakian Cold War era uniform, the boxcar pattern, the East German, you know, the rain slot, the rain slit pattern. There's a couple different ways people describe it, but it's a boxcar. It's the brown with the rain lines through it or wood lines through it.
All of those shirts have that pocket. If you want to copy it, your best bet is to get a copy of the uniform and then look at it and mimic it.
And I recommend it could actually see in fact you can be more sophisticated than they were but I mean because some they just put the pocket in and Then later on of course the end before the wall fell the later models They didn't put the panel on the inside to cover it They just left the pocket and then had it snagged down below so it didn't flop and it worked just fine But you see the CZ 52 you see how that streamlined the way it is. Yeah, you grab that out of a pocket nothing snags Yeah, correct Yeah, so there's nothing to their madness with what they were doing They actually had a real good understanding of what they were doing With the with the deciding both directions and if you take a look most all of the east block pistols were all smooth side
There's not a whole lot of sharp points or, you know, you know, divots or anything like that that, you know, are going to hang up the gun. And that wasn't accidental. They were technically going to be in holsters, but they could also be used as a pocket pistol quite efficiently. Everything from the Macaroupe to all the Polish or the Czech smaller handguns, you know, they were issuing 32 colts. They had 9 millimeter Macaroubes, but they also had 32 ACP guns.
And if you look at those, they're still out there. There's a bunch of govertocenterfiresystems.com. They have examples of all of them in stock. I mean, granted, not all of them. We were out there because there's some that were kind of rare, and now they've come and gone in the surplus industry. The other thing real quick, I mentioned the 20-round boxes of ammunition in 9 millimeter or in 7.6 Q by 25.
That was built for the Broomhandle Mauser slash the C96 pistols, which obviously the Warsaw Pact, the Russians made them. Everybody made them. The Russians made most of them for everybody else. But they made millions. They made an uncounted number. They don't officially know how many of those pistols they made. Okay? But originally, those were loaded with a 10-round stripper clip, much like the SKS.
They are typically a silver body. Remember, it's 7.62 by 25, so interestingly enough, 5.56 ammo kind of sits in there real good, but you don't need that kind of stripper clip for your rifle. However, remember, if you're going to build ammunition for your broom handle, you can use 5.56 ammo. The big thing here is that, again, each box carried two strippers.
And so one of them went into your spare pouch on the, or your slide pouch on the leather, if you had the leather pouch, had the leather holster. And then the other one, truck, went into the gun. Now, every once in a while, you'll see these laying around at gun shows in grab boxes. I would buy them out of policy, just because if you can get them out of a grab box for 50 cents or whatever, because they don't look pretty, clean them up.
and just put them in your odds and ends inventory of stuff you need to know where it is. The reason I say this is because of something I just mentioned a minute ago. You know how many hundreds of thousands of broom handles we brought in from China? It's uncounted also because they let so many of them in. Those things went for little of nothing. And you know what gets me about that?
I know personally of thousands that were sold at the 8 Mile Armory, thousands, guys came in and loaded up a table half full of those things. Then they sold over the counter for about $69, $70 a piece. Although they started out price-wise at $24. Yeah, you heard me right, a Burmant Alouser for $24, okay? Where'd they all go? Seen one, I've never seen one come back to a gun show.
I've never seen them used in a gun shop. I know people who have them because they bought them way back when. But the quantity, it's like the SKS's. Guys, there are so many SKS's hanging around. All of this stuff that the Chinese let go of, we took seriously. And they're just not there. When I say not there, I mean, they're obviously out there because they were acquired.
But they didn't get confiscated. They didn't get you know sold They haven't been in you know, they haven't shown up at even estate sales people really hawking for that There were a couple of broom handles that showed up in a state sale here in this bottom end of the state, but they were actual bolo, you know and German C96s, but of all those pistols that came out. They're just not around
They're not out in the public side, but they're in our hands So you're gonna run into those and if you do have a little bit of those you you useful tools laying around There isn't a magazine for that gun the stripper clip is the magazine Okay, as far as for speed loading because otherwise you drop the mag insert the new loaded mag, etc Instead when the round lock and when the bolt locks to the rear you insert the stripper into the guide put your thumb on and cut
