receiver, including one in a parts kit, is readily convertible to a firearm. They are subject to the same regulations as a firearm made by a federal firearms license manufacturer. Therefore,
Those who are engaged in selling these items and kits must be licensed to sell firearms pursuant to the Gun Control Act and comply with all the GCAs requirements, including serialization and running background checks. In determining whether a partially complete frame or receiver, whether it's sold individually or in a kit, is a firearm, ATF will consider all items made available by the seller, including marketing materials.
Applying the factors described in the final rules regulatory text. Some suppliers of partially complete frames or receivers appear to be attempting to willfully circumvent the rule by 1. Selling parts from the type of firearm parts kits covered by the final rule in separate transactions or 2. Coordinating with other distributors to sell, market, or make available individual parts that when put together create a frame or receiver.
When considering whether an individual or entity selling partially complete frames or receivers is engaged in activities that would require a federal firearms license, ETF will consider the seller's marketing conduct and materials. This may include the seller provide information on how a partially complete frame or receiver may readily be converted to a firearm, serving essentially as an instruction or guide.
It may also include internet links to templates, jigs, molds, equipment tools, or other materials that enable ready completion or assembly of the unfinished frame or receiver into a firearm. This is because such materials may affect how readily the part may be converted. When a supplier in such a circumstance fails to comply with the GCA's requirements, that may constitute a willful violation of the GCA. ATF considers such conduct
and all willful violations of the GCA, an investigative priority. ATF recognizes that most suppliers and the public follow the GCA and its implementing regulations, including the frame or receiver final rule.
This advisory is intended to assist the firearms industry and public by providing additional information regarding ATF's investigative priorities related to violations of the GCA as implemented by the final rule. And then they ask you to rat on each other. On screen is the public safety advisory that was referenced in that announcement. And it's a seven page document that I'll link down below, but it goes into a little more detail than what was just said.
For instance, the items that we'll look at to determine what readily is, and they factor in things like time, ease, expertise, equipment, parts, availability, expense, and scope, followed by feasibility. And again, there's a section on there on how to wrap on each other.
ATF is big time mad that another company, this time Polymer 80, has been covered by a judge with their preliminary injunction. Meaning that Polymer 80 can conduct business as usual and their customers are covered as well.
This will be appealed. So I told you if you go to polymer 80s website You might be able to purchase things right now, but for how long that will be one may never know Because there this case is not over. It's ongoing. This is a preliminary injunction. It's not a permanent injunction So we'll see what happens but ATF there's no doubt in my mind now this might not be directed directly at polymer 80 because of the ruling that came down Sunday night
However, all the stars are aligning. This to me is ATF telling polymer 80, we don't care what the judge said. We think you're violating the GCA with these kits and we're going to investigate you. Now, I could be wrong, but to me, that's exactly what this knee-jerk reaction by the ATF is. Because there is absolutely no need for this public safety advisory on a rule that's already been implemented, however, be it illegally and unconstitutionally,
until we get the final decision in the courts. The ATF is under the guise that this is it because this is what Papa Biden wanted. And you can't go making those kits because, you know, freedom and stuff.
Guys and gals, it's apparent to me that they are very concerned that they are losing the battle on gun control and now they're scurrying them being the ATF and the gun controllers. I am really liking the last 72 hours because they continue to lose and they're worried about it.
I think more are coming. I know more decisions are coming. I just can't tell you when they're coming because when the judge drops the ruling is when they drop the ruling. But there are more wins coming. And if you want to stay in the know, then subscribe to Guns N' Gadget down below. I'll bring it to you every single day here on this channel. And all you gotta do to help out is like the video and share it and subscribe to the channel so that we continue to get the word out. I appreciate each and every single one of you more than you know. Until we see each other again, be safe, stay vigilant, and carry a gun to give you, your friends, your family, your community safe.
And it doesn't matter what ATF thinks, our rights are our rights, they're unelected bureaucrats who can just beat it and piss off. I'll see you in the next one. Take care.
We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave.
You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press.
and you pay attacks you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken a safe number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm.
and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died?
Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright.
As I awoke he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each god-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, build the land of the free?
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the first hour of the afternoon intelligence report time, our kirky. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, west, northeast, and north. Ladies and gentlemen, you're listening to us on
www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com, libertytreeradio.org. And we're on satellite, not by our doing, but by you listeners out there, virtually every ocean of the planet. We have Merchant Marine and many others listening as more people share and help to understand how to hook up to Liberty Tree Radio via the satellite phone networks and other technologies out there. So we appreciate that.
We're also in a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States. And it is a beautiful, eh, kind of clear, then it got a little hazy, but still relatively clear. Well, it's Tuesday. Communication is Tuesday. 21st of March. It is the 14th year. Oh, forgive me. No, no, no. It's the 15th year.
of open, obvious, and pissing in your face, Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K2023 Old Earth Calendar, 2023 Battle for the Republic, the Dance of Swords. One thing that's been moving around a lot today are blue herons.
in breeding pairs obviously, but also I've seen more blue herons today in general and it's different birds every time because I can see the other pair and I see another pair in the other field and even had some, you know, back behind the house and a couple that were flew over randomly. So it's a largest number of blue herons even though we do have them in the area. We're just getting a big collection of them. I don't know if there was
convention. I don't know what it is, but they all seem to really like the AO, the Area of Operation we're in, and even had a couple of duckins. We don't usually have ducks, but we had a couple of ducks, which is kind of fun. So anyway, a couple things here real quick. First of all, again, guys, keep an eye on the empty Walmarts that are popping up, 250, 260 of them.
that they've now announced are going to shut down 260 Walmarts plus or minus. Every Walmart that has been shut down has not been shut down. Now, maybe you know of one in your area, and I do know of one or two that were smaller. You know, the word seed Walmarts. There's one over northeast, well, it was northeast of Hillsdale and Hillsdale, Michigan. And it was a
It was like a garage type Walmart. In fact, I don't know if they would make them this size anymore, but it was the size of a small grocery store from back in the day. Nothing like what you'd expect when you hear the word Walmart. But in the meantime, they've built another store bigger and now they're going and building yet a bigger one in the area around Hillsdale. So that's something that's going to change.
But of the others, I mean where we're talking they've established their full-scale Walmart's All the bells and whistles and they're shutting them down. We have several here in the area Where they did this in the first wave? Or at least list. I won't say that the most recent wave before this one of shutdowns by Walmart Here's what's interesting. They don't sell them and they don't remarket them
They're scrubbed out, dusted off, cleaned up. They roll everything out the back door into the trucks and the building is lights on 24-7. Just like it was open. Heat 24-7. Air conditioning 24-7. Now I hope that they're probably running a medium temperature. I would assume there it's an empty building. But when I say empty, I mean dust bunnies. Well, they're actually dust bunnies. It's very clean on the inside, which is rather fascinating.
But I guess what you do is zip everything out, dust it a few times, clean everything top to bottom, it should stay relatively clean, right? The mysterious thing is the light's on and it's 100% lighting. It's not like they went to conservation lighting 50%. It's 100% lighting overhead.
Somebody's paying for that. I don't believe it's Walmart. I think it's not. It's like we've already talked about this. We talked about it years ago and all that was crazy until, well, it turned out that the government were using Walmarts for temporary concentration camps. Exactly like what the Patriot Room had told everybody about. So the fact that we have 200 and some Walmarts being cleared and that's another way to think of it. Oh, they're closing down. I know some were closing down.
And more than probably a few are closing down because they're just getting ripped off left, right up and down because everybody's been told you can steal as much as you want. So with that being the case, it's like, well, but you won't steal from there anymore. So they're rolling some of the doors shut, but not all of this. If you look at the map out, that doesn't make sense for some of these. So pay attention. There's a lot of other stuff going on right now there, but we want to watch the empty Walmarts. Okay. Even in the bad areas.
Did something else replace the Walmart? Is there something else in there where the Walmart was? Typically, no. Unless it's a government concentration camp down in the border, but even there all it was was a Walmart door greeter operation to expedite bringing more illegal aliens into the US to piss on America.
If it is used, at least with the leftist, it's only going to be a reception center for a pat on the head, a squeeze on the ass, and $35,000 worth of cash checks and debit cards, along with Social Security immediately for any of these swine illegal aliens coming across the border. So we'll see. Next, attentions. Mark Serbu, Serbu Arms.
Has had two 50 cals one after another Not that close but close enough everybody's noticed it and he has to he's very open about this That just had one of his 50s bolt guns Blew up in the hands of another shooter now the guy is a YouTube channel. You can probably look up Servo arms 50 caliber explodes now, there's two different videos two different events that have taken place and
The system here today and it's interesting because again, this is the third time that's happened. You probably didn't notice the first two hiccups because I caught them as they were taking place. So we'll see how we can hold on here. First of all, let me do this. Now, no sense in repeating what I was talking about if I can identify where I was lost in time. So Ed, where did I get cut off?
I know I'm taking a second for Ed to jump up on the microphone there and he's probably working with the system, but I've had... see what happens here too. This is going to be interesting. The area is... Planet Krapu is having a lot of communications issues today, Michigan especially. Not marked with... There we go. We got you, Dad? Yep. We lost you. You were talking about the super firearms that exploded. You were just about to get out the YouTube video.
Excellent, thank you. That's what I needed to benchmark so good. Everybody heard everything else? You know, again, fade and fade and shade with this, you know, again garbage we're seeing with communications. Anyway, Serbu, Mark Serbu has a couple of videos up on his page right now. The short one is where he just received the rifle back from the second incident.
And so if you go to Serbo Arms, Serbo, Mark Serbo or Serbo Arms, I think if you do a search, you'll be able to find it. Forgive me, I had it in my fingertips and I can't find my notes here from that particular. It was a quickie, I wrote it down because I caught it while I was going out to the shop working on tools today. What's interesting about this is I think it's going to turn out to be exactly what I suspected before, ammunition. Now, here's why.
The weapon which by the way go look at the videos that mark has done on these damaged rifles the latest one is uniquely catastrophic and unusual and It's strange that oh well this operator was using a well it won't sing you any ammunition yet first of all using the 50 Actually videotaped the weapon failing
One of the things about this is we had a slew of, well not slew, we had a little pocket, a fifth caliber ammunition that was a problem back in the 90s. Some of you might remember this. It was not Serbu who did this. It was somebody who had taken slap round components
and built slap rounds but didn't know how to put them together. And in the process of building these slap rounds created a number of failures but it wasn't just with the, in fact, Serbo's rifles weren't, I don't think they were ever affected by that. But we had a couple of Motti Griffins, a Stoner .50 cal, which is a damn expensive rifle even back then.
And also at least one Barrett and a number of other 50s, it all had the same problem. They had bought this ammunition from a particular vending group and they had gotten it probably assuming that it was Milserp slap rounds, which everything was correct. The brass was the right brass for the year production. The ammunition itself, the bullet was kind of correct.
And, but it was not properly seated. Apparently it was also distorted, something which nobody could figure out. And in the process, when these particular rounds were loaded, they created chamber malfunctions. Most of these guns did not expand, blow up or whatever, but they did distort. In fact, it was kind of a testimony to the Mottie Griffin, which is a home built. Remember, they didn't,
A certain number were factory, so to speak, production, Maori rifles, but 99% of the Maori's out there are homemade. If you have a Maori Griffin that was built by somebody privately, again, there's variations on how it was built because you could use a number of different barrels, either private or commercial, I should say military or commercial, to get the job done.
Some people built short 50s. I don't really like that But I guess if you want to pull the trigger in a hallway and burn the people with unbrino Okay, kill a person with unburned powder from half of what doesn't burn and going down the barrel. That's kind of cool. But otherwise In each case we had a similar malfunction and we tracked it down to this these Orphan's kind of question mark slap rounds. Well, lo and behold with the service situation
uh, recherber's rifle, the one that came back to him, the guy said that he was using slap rounds, which he was doing a video and he put the slap rounds in there, I think, hopefully to get better penetration. Could have done M two AP or it could have done, what is it? The 33 M 33 cartridge and you know, the M 33 ball, uh, which is cheaper, first of all, and not wasting slap rounds. But in this case, well, I guess better to know that the slap round wasn't and that there was something going on with it.
So he's doing the autopsy on it right now. You can go check this out. The short video that he did is the initial survey of the receiver. Something he was trying to figure out is how certain cuts or divots or scrapes took place on the receiver. And I can't talk directly at him, but the first thing I'm thinking is, okay, when the failure of the cap, of the retainer cap took place, and by the way, it's in pretty damn good shape.
What it did is it coin flipped. We don't think about that always, but when you have a failure, the pressure failure comes in a particular oblique. Let's say the circumference of that threaded on cap, a certain point fails. Really, that's not what failed. It looks like the threads failed on the barrel, which looks to be a mil-spec barrel.
What happens is, you know, wherever the failure is, it creates an ejection process, kind of like what you have when you use an ejector on a cartridge. And so I think what it did is as it blew out,
It actually, yeah, it had a lot of energy so it took and divvied in certain parts, but it also created a couple of marks that don't, you know, you normally wouldn't think would make sense, but that's because it didn't just come straight back. It actually flipped. It was flipping faster than it takes for me to say flip, you know, somebody RPM and in the process also with a horrific amount of energy. And by the way, he stated that the end cap is the probably the toughest part on the gun.
period is most heavily engineered and best quality metal of any part of the firearm, which is why it could do a better job of cutting everything else.
But anyway, just a heads up. If you have 50s, unless you know the pedigree of the slap rounds that are out there, I'm thinking this might be some of that ammo that in passing and passing and passing and passing and passing and passing may have cropped up again. Because one thing he mentioned in the video is that the taper on the slap round doesn't look right. So for somebody to have
put together a counterfeit slap round in the process creating malfunctioning pressure issues. Oh, hell yeah. This is why I like ball ammunition in general. Again, it was the beautiful thing about M2AP is it works every time. It's built for the 50 calibers for either the rifles or the machine guns.
It works well with both and offers very, very effective armor penetration and anti-vehicular penetration when the time comes. Armor is in whatever somebody on the other side is wearing. Okay. So anyway, Serbu, go check it out. Serbuarm.com slash Mark Serbu, S-E-R-B-U.
And you can watch the epic as it develops. Now as each day passes, you'll have more time to evaluate and figure out what happened to the weapon. The distortion was significant. The base of the case separated. This is something that yes, we do see with extreme pressure exhaust, but something else happened here. And it's one of those things where it's from the projectile end.
And that's something that I'm really interested in because as I've said before, reload your own with 50 cal. We've talked about this for decades. We used to have Mark Serbo up a lot. Don had him as a guest quite a few times as one of the 50 caliber shooter association members and founders. And if you can, take the time and go check that out and help you understand more about 50 cals anyway.
Back if we can, I'll see if we can have Mark Serbo up to tell us what's going on with the situation. And hopefully I reminded them. I actually made a point of getting in touch with them. Hopefully they saw what I was talking about and reminded them that we had this happen in the middle, late 90s. And similar kind of problem. And it looks like it's the same dark, different decade, different century.
So again, enough on that. Also, I'll tell you what, Edward, we're at the bottom of the hour. Now, I love it when people finally catch up on what you've been talking about forever. Okay. Over at Guns and Gadgets, more breaking news. Another judge destroys long-standing gun control handgun rooster.
And what's interesting about this, I want you to pay attention. You might notice something. My favorite filing was used. Finally, somebody, I don't know, maybe if they, as an echo chamber, somebody finally figured out, but I want you to listen. In fact, I'll tell you what, Ed, it's more breaking news. Another judge destroys long-standing gun control. And this was 23 hours ago.
It's got 118,000 views. Go give it a thumbs up, guys. I'm doing that right now. First this morning I told you about a huge decision destroying the ATF and their frame and receiver rule. Well, now I'm going to tell you about another huge victory that came in just about an hour ago out of California. And it's one of those ones I've been hinting at for weeks now that we had some bombs about to drop. This is one of many.
This is actually huge. This is the restrictions on California. It's the unsafe handgun act where you had to have things like a loaded chamber indicator, magazine disconnect, and then ultimately the micro stamping requirement that we've covered on all years ago when it was put into effect.
I'm going to read you right from this case because it is hot off the press and I want to just explain to you that we are living in great times right now where the gun control pillars are just being destroyed by the Bruin decision and that pesky thing called the United States Constitution. Guys and gals, if you think the Second Amendment and the US Constitution are more important than basically anything else out there, then like the video and share the video and don't forget to subscribe. That will help us out greatly.
let's jump into this lawsuit. As always, we'll start out on page one. This is called Bolin v. Bonta, but you can see this is Lance Bolin, Mario Santelen, our friend, fellow gun-tuber Reno May, Jerome Shamel, and the California Rifle and Pistol Association, Inc. Let's start with the introduction here by the judge, because this ruling is phenomenal. It says, the Second Amendment guarantees the right to keep and bear arms for self-defense. That right is so fundamental
that to regulate conduct covered by the Second Amendment's plain text, the government must show more than that the regulation promotes an important interest in reducing accidental discharges or solving crime. Rather, to be constitutional, regulations of Second Amendment rights must be consistent with this nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation. California's Unsafe Handgun Act seeks to prevent accidental discharges
by requiring handguns to have particular safety features. First, the UHA requires certain handguns to have a chamber load indicator, which is a device that indicates whether a handgun is loaded. Second, the UHA requires certain handguns to have a magazine disconnect mechanism, which prevents a handgun from being fired if the magazine is not fully inserted.
Third, the UHA requires certain handguns to have the ability to transfer microscopic characters representing the handgun's make, model, and serial number onto shell casings when the handgun is fired, commonly referred to as microstamping capability.
No handgun available in the world has all three of these features. These regulations are having a devastating impact on Californians ability to acquire and use new state-of-the-art handguns. Since 2007, when the chamber loaded indicator and the magazine disconnect requirements were introduced, very few handguns have been introduced for sale in California with those features. Since 2013, when the micro stamping requirement was introduced,
not a single new semi-automatic handgun has been approved for sale in California. That is because the technology effectuating microstamping on a broad scale is simply not technologically feasible and commercially practical.
The result of this is that when Californians today buy a handgun at a store, they are largely restricted to models from over 16 years ago. In this case, plaintiffs Lance Bolin, Mario Stantalon, Reno May, Jerome Shamel, and California Rifle and Pistol Association, Inc. alleged that the UHA's CLI, MDM, and micro-stamp requirements are unconstitutional, contending that they violate the Second Amendment under Bruin.
Before the court is the play is motion for a preliminary injunction and joining California from enforcing those requirements.
Because the plain text of the Second Amendment covers the plaintiff's proposed course of conduct of purchasing state-of-the-art handguns and the UHAs, CLI, MDM, and microstampment requirements are not consistent with this nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation, plaintiff's motion is granted. So the Unsafe Handgun Act was enacted in 1999. It was tweaked in 2007 to add the loaded chamber indicator and the magazine disconnect, and then again in 2013,
for the still didn't exist yet micro stamping technology required today. Now the first two features were pitched to stop accidental discharges and the third one was pitched to help solve crimes. All of which was BS because it's just looking to stop the sale of handguns in California. As a result, none of the 832 roster listings meet the current definition of a handgun that is not unsafe. Not one of the handguns currently being sold in California
has a CLI, MDM, and microstamping ability. Every single handgun on the roster is a grandfather handgun, one the California legislature now deems unsafe. As a reminder, none of these rules apply to law enforcement, so they can have safe
safe guns, but the people who the Second Amendment covers can't. There are two steps in the Bruin framework. First, courts determine whether the Second Amendment's plain text covers the individual's conduct. Second, the government bears the burden to show that the regulation is consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation. Bruin's first step asks whether the plain text of the Second Amendment protects the plaintiff's proposed course of conduct.
The first step in assessing whether a regulation violates the Second Amendment is to determine whether the plain text of the Second Amendment covers the conduct regulated by the challenged law. The Second Amendment reads, a well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. The first step under Bruin, therefore, is to determine whether the law at issue infringes on the right of the people to keep and bear arms. The challenged UHA provisions unquestionably infringe on the right to keep and bear arms.
plaintiffs seek to purchase state-of-the-art handguns for self-defense. The UHA prevents this. To acquire the latest model of a semi-automatic handgun, plaintiffs must buy one secondhand if they can find one at a high markup. Put differently, under the UHA, Californians must rely for self-defense on handguns brought to market more than a decade ago.
Since 2007, when the CLI and MDM requirements were added to the UHA, only 32 new semi-automatic firearms have been added to the roster of over 800 handguns. Not a single new semi-automatic handgun has been added to the roster since May of 2013, when the microstamping requirement was implemented, requiring Californians to purchase only out-of-date handguns for self-defense without question and fringes on their right to keep and bear arms.
So the reason I'm bringing this to you is this is huge, obviously, for Californians, but there are other states that have rosters. Massachusetts has won. And as this crumbles, Massachusetts will crumble. And that's why I bring these to you. But there's more. Wait till you listen to what the government said. Nevertheless, the government contends that the plain text of the Second Amendment does not protect the plaintiff's proposed course of conduct because plaintiffs are still able to purchase so much money.
firearms and therefore keep and bear them. The CLI, MDM or micro stamping requirements do not prevent plaintiffs from either keeping handguns in the home or carrying them in public for self-defense. But a law does not have to be a complete ban on possession to meet Bruin's first step. The Constitution presumptively protects plaintiff's proposed conduct. The burden now shifts to the government. Since the UHA provisions implicate conduct protected by the Second Amendment, they are presumptively unconstitutional
unless the government can meet its burden to demonstrate that the relevant UHA provisions are consistent with the nation's historical tradition of firearm regulation. And what they used to try to prove it was old laws from the 17 and 1800s of Massachusetts and Maine, where people had to prove that their barrels were okay, and then a powder storage law. Absolute horse BS. Horse BS? Or BS or horse shit? Either one. You know what I mean. Because plaintiff's proposed course of conduct is covered by the plain text of the Second Amendment,
and the government has failed to proffer any historical regulation analogous to the UHA's CLI, MDM, and microstaping requirements, plaintiffs have shown that they are likely to succeed on the merits of their claim that those requirements are unconstitutional. Conclusion. The Second Amendment enshrines a fundamental constitutional right for law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms for self-defense. Increasingly, in modern times, with the ubiquity of guns and our country's high level of gun violence, ordinary law-abiding people feel a need
to possess handguns to protect themselves against violence. This may be because they live in high crime neighborhoods, or because they must traverse dark and dangerous streets in order to reach their homes after work or other evening activities, or because they reasonably believe that unless they can brandish or, if necessary, use a handgun in the case of an attack, they may be murdered, raped, or suffer some other serious injury. Californians have the constitutional right to acquire and use state-of-the-art handguns
to protect themselves. They should not be forced to settle for decade-old models of handguns to ensure that they remain safe inside or outside the home. But unfortunately, the UHA, CLI, MDM, and microstamping requirements do exactly that. Because enforcing those requirements implicates the plain text of the Second Amendment and the government fails to point to any well-established historical analogues that are consistent with them, those requirements are unconstitutional and their enforcement must be preliminarily enjoined. Accordingly,
plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction is granted. Cormack J. Carney is the judge, U.S. District Court, Central District of California, Southern Division.
Boom another huge decision Where a judge says you know what the gun the government's overstepping their bounds They're violating people's rights and we're gonna put this injunction in place to stop them now. This isn't the end of it There's still time in this In this case, it's still going forward and of course, California will probably appeal To the night to try to stop this because California never never takes a loss until it's rammed down their throat
with no other steps for them to take. And we know Gavin Newsom has his eyes on the corner office in Washington, D.C. So he wants to be that guy that says, look what I did, y'all. I stopped guns from being sold in California. You can't get new guns here. Not since 2013. Can't get a lot of them since 2007.
Look what I did and that's exactly what this is. It's a violation of our rights. It's grandstanding for political expediency and all of it is coming crashing down. Thanks to Clarence Thomas's so eloquently written decision in the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association versus Bruin. I want to personally thank all the plaintiffs. I want to thank all the attorneys who have been working so hard on this case and the other cases in California that are just about to drop as well.
And if you want to stay up to date, guys and y'all, there's a ton of cases we're about to hear wins on. If you want to stay in the loop, then subscribe to this channel. Let your friends know about guns and gadgets. They love guns, they love Second Amendment rights, they love to carry a gun, they need to know what's really going on. And this is the place to do it. Until we see each other again, be safe, stay vigilant, carry a gun to keep you and your friends, your family, your community safe, and do it without micro stamping and magazine disconnect or loaded chamber indicator. I'll see you all in the next one. Take care.
One, two, three. One, two, three. That's interesting. Very good. Well, surprise. Arbitrary and capricious. Remember, I've told you one of my favorite filing statements when dealing with illegitimate or, again, actions of caprice.
on the part of the prostitute or the whore and the judge, the other whore. And again, it's interesting that somebody finally brought this up with the appropriate wording, arbitrary and capricious. So I told you so. Now, this is one of the basic rules. You always institute a filing. If you're doing pro se work, let me give you a hint. Never listen to anybody say, so we don't wanna overburden the court.
Most, you want to burden the court. The court's burdening you by taking your time. They, in fact, are all enjoying it. Remember that. And you, why do you file everything you can possibly think of when you're in a trial? Why would you do that? You know why? Take a guess. Why would I recommend that you file every, anything you can think of? Go ahead. Because on appeal, you have, you can only address the issues that were brought up in the trial.
Exactly. And you see that's one of the problems with the way they sculpt your hanging and your surrendering to the scam courts because the first mission is to protect the business. If you file, especially when you do pro se, they can't argue that you don't know what you're doing because you supposedly don't know what you're doing, but you're doing it right.
Not only would I file, but I would make a point because you see, prostitutes and judges, it's amazing how much stuff disappears from the court record.
And I mean literally just disappears from the court records. So you don't assume that while I know those hollings I made last week are they're just perfectly safe. I'm sure they'll be right where we need to find them down the road. No, they won't not at their discretion guys. They will try to shred and burn and as as even an assistant prostitute er Let us know more than one by the way literally if appeals are filed the
asshat that's in the, that may be there in the prosecutor's office will just wad the paper up and throw it right into the wastebasket. Which is what they did with paperwork that I filed. We lost you again, Mark. It's been the worst since yesterday. Put a door. You're right there. What was the last thing that you heard? This is not accidental. This is happening for a reason, Ralph.
There's absolutely no reason to accept their hit the switch like I said, but it crappoo Drill the right to know as it is again. What do you do? You file first time every time and then repeat? To ensure that whatever it is you're doing in the court is reinforced with regard to record One of the things to remember is that when you're filing in the court You give a courtesy copy to the judge you make sure you have a physical courtesy copy copy for the
Prostitutor and also needless to say you're filing with the county clerk's last the clerk's office now when you do this very quickly I will remind you also that you still send them a mail copy of Absolutely every filing and you make it signature required personal signature required. I had the judge complain twice I had to go down to the mail room and sign for this myself and yes, here's what he
up after that because he made the mistake of putting on record the fact that no matter what he couldn't burn that copy and you really couldn't burn any others but he put into court record that statement
I said, thank you, Honors. So we have yet another acknowledgement that cannot be destroyed or misplayed or misplaced having to do with your acknowledgement of reception of the filings. Am I correct? And you also have the notary who you notarize all of these filings. You also have them retain a copy so that it can be proven that the Custodian of Records is the notary.
And what's cute about this is they he looked at me look down to it down below the desk there He looks back up and he's just got a real flat expression on his face He never made a comment again after that thing I would do is ask your honor I would hope that I hope that you would acknowledge that you have received the mail copies of the filings that I'm presently giving to you in person and You give them to the bailiff and the bailiff have you ever noticed guys how the bailiff looks at all the paperwork you give him?
Why does the bailiff go through every page of whatever you give him because you can't give it directly to the judge You have to give it to the bailiff Well, because number one you you don't exist in the same world as them and the other reason is he wants to make sure you're not handing him a summons And there's supposed to be a courtesy pecking order no it has nothing to do with that
when the way if the and here's how it works they have high signs you've heard this term high signs guys so what happens is it when the bailiff is going through that paperwork if you tried to slide in a writ you know or is slapping him with paper well for it for instance a lawsuit you can be handing him a lawsuit you have to tag him right you know you have to because he I've seen judges in in my experience I have watched judges jump from the bench run
feet right behind the behind typically with the with the older better courtrooms guys you don't know this they have Heidi doors and what they'll do is they slide in there and they're totally isolated from everybody the judges don't have separate stairways that the rest of you can't access they have access ways to usually a tunnel or walkway to the parking structure area the whole nine yards you're not supposed to know about this I just gave that away well I've seen judges spring up
When they've received or they realize that they got kind of lazy and you're usually it's if you're talking to the court a lot and you know what happens is in the process of going back between the prostitute or Talking to the judge going back to the prostitute or looking through all your paper or pillage picking more paperwork up throwing more stuff information out there and then Presenting well, but your honor I've got this and of course what it is is there's a sheaf of papers Well in it are several other tag your it filings for the judge
It can be even a lawsuit. It can be all kinds of things, which is why the bailiff is supposed to make sure they ain't nothing. It looks like it's got the judge's name on it in a strange way. If it does, the bailiff literally, if you pay attention, he'll turn and he'll give a high sign. Always watch what the bailiff is doing. And he may also use a code phrase, a term, even simply a word.
combined with other things he's saying, only it will be one sentence. So just a heads up on that, that's why they do that. But fact is that again, multiple copies, because what you're doing is you're anchoring the case so that you have avenues of approach for the appeals process right from the first appeal.
So that the stuff that they denied can be segued in because it was presented. It was it was identified. You can even give a mode listing of all of the instruments items photographs or physical evidence to create an evidentiary list which you can incorporate. It would be it will be incorporated into the court records. Now what I've done before with that is actually filed that three separate times
amongst another statement of truth or another filing or you know, depending on which case it is. Anyway, my favorite, if you'll notice, if you listen to that Guns and Gadgets arbitrary, capricious, yay! I told you somebody finally get around to that. This is totally arbitrary. People will just pull this out of your arse. Well, of course they are, sir. They're doing it all the time. As a matter of fact, this is not new. Not new by any stretch of the imagination.
So anyway guns and gadgets again that particular one that we played was more breaking news Another judge destroys long-standing gun control in this case handgun Roster for California, but there's a lot more in there So it's worth listening to and you heard it here. So it's in our archives, too Hopefully we're gonna stay connected here But of course it's acting like it's gonna act up before we get to the top of the hour We'll see what happens here. But anyway as it is
Let's see what got the server thing on we go through my little quick checklist because somebody's things were last minute here to also Again, there's a bunch of other activity. Well, of course, let's go back to the thing with the trumpet possibly being arrested which he wasn't arrested today So the stale potato chip situation we'll see how this develops
But they've set everything up. For instance, in New York they were putting up barriers for the possible protesters in New York and Jew York. And of course, Florida has made specific comments to Sanders. To Sanders, I don't trust any farther than you throw him, okay? And it's interesting the wording of some of the things that DeSantis has said. And if, as a friendly, he would have said them differently, okay?
So just a heads up on this, there's a lot of politics going on and the idea is that they think they're going to play everybody. Most everybody that already sees what's going on also already understands the courts are so corrupt they can't be fixed. Okay, just that simple. I mean, yeah, we're seeing some stuff here like in this case with the, some of the gun issues, but not all. And of course, different states are having different affairs of concern or of
indigestion because they are proceeding with the process with or without the approval of the courts and even though they really don't have any standing. Okay, so we'll see how that develops. But in the meantime, the next thing of course is they're talking about the idea of there being a civil war again.
Now, you know, my attitude about this in general is, sure, we're going to have to fight. I don't really care how it starts. I mean, in reality, can't let this go much farther. I'm not excited about Trump, but the idea that they're doing it the way that they're doing it, they know full well that they're doing wrong across the board. Okay. They know they're doing wrong. They know everybody knows. Everybody knows. Now, they either everybody knows and they like it.
Or everybody knows that this is BS and they're against it, but everybody knows this is BS. Now the ones that like it are demonstrating why other people are saying that a war for independence is needed. They call this a war, but that's not what it's going to be. It's finally time to have another American war for independence. Going to have to clean the house out. It is not going to be pretty. It is going to be a total mess, but guess what? That's how it goes.
and how much farther we're gonna let this continue because as is pointed out, it is true. The arbitrary and capricious activity on the part of these courts allowed by the Fed and allowed by the states respectively demonstrates that there is, it's time for a clean out. It's time for this to be gone and done away with. And it has nothing to do with me. Oh my goodness, look at they're just doing to Trump. They've been doing this to everybody else for decades.
What they're doing here right now, we have seen before. We've seen it for 30, 40 years. It's just that, oh, now it's somebody notable. They've worked their way up the feeding chain where before, if they just picked off a regular person, oh, that's okay. That's okay. You know, arbitrary capricious activity on the part of the courts and the prosecutors is not new. Violating the body of the law, oh, that's not new. Not for those horrors in the courts. Give me a break.
Anyway, I don't have to give you break just get a organized armed equipment train is militia God bless the Republic We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen the Empire's on the rock Liberty Tree on the march both day and night Sorry, so we may have some computer glitches here or some We'll see what happens keep working on it. Well, if you lose me, don't worry, I'll be back. We're gonna take a break
On Liberty Tree Radio.
The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent.
Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled.
You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and sh- You've taken a number, you've traded in your name, you've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn and your daughters visit doctors.
So their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to war and shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars.
As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame.
For even now as pirates trample each God given right we only watch in tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? dot org. God, I did that twice. Slap me in the microphone if I did that in the last hour. I don't know, too many things on my mind here. LibertyTreeRadio.org. That's the second address that's presently available. That's part of our feeds. We're also on the satellite. We'll see Hydrol or Merchant Marine and we're on a myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States. It is Communications Tuesday and really touched on communications completely yet, but we will a few minutes.
It is the 21st of March, the end of the third full week of March. The third week is coming to an end today. So guys, get stuff done because the time isn't going to wait for us at all. It is the 15th year of open obvious and any interface, maybe in the socialist and Soviet socialist occupation of America with a K 2023, older calendar. Damn it, Jim. I'm a doctor, not a brick.
and 2023 battle for the Republic, the dance of swords. And it has been a very busy week. Now I gotta qualify something here because thank you. It was a question after I mentioned the Serbu gun malfunction and talking about ammunition. Mark in the video points out that the guy that had the malfunction said he had a loose slap round. What I mean loose is the bullet was loose. Okay.
Now, if that is the case, then yes, that would be a problem with the slat because unlike the traditional polymer discarding Sabo rounds that we are very familiar with, if you guys know we've covered these on the air for many, many years because we build them in Michigan here too, we have tens and tens of thousands of the Sabos.
The flap round is a different construction and especially if this was a couple of different issues going on. But if he used that one round because he figured he wanted to get rid of it.
The problem with that and the first time I wait as soon as he mentioned this and he also showed four of the rounds that were part of the Ammunition that were the bullet came from that he fired where the the loaded cartridge came from and he showed the head stamps He showed the brass he showed the projectiles, but there's a question about the projectile construction, which you'll see in the video
But the other thing is, and again, why would it be critical if the bullet was weeb-a-wobbly? Well, if it was a regular bullet, not so much, because it would accommodate, once it makes contact with her, once it's struck, although you don't want a weeb-a-wobbly projectile in a
Loaded case you want to make sure it's probably secure and that's what the cantalourer is supposed to do But if it wasn't loose and rounded he thought he was just gonna use it up to you know for some goofy You know video the guy was doing that blew up the gun wasn't mark surboo who blew up the guns somebody else If it was a slap round, let me point something out. It's a very different bird If you take a look at the construction of the slap round understand that if that thing was loose
What could happen is excessive adhesion with the detonation of the charge and the first push of the energy pulse on the base of the bullet because it would be a skew.
So, what this means is that you would have literally the equivalent to a wider, larger breaking service on two points of the clock. If you look at the bullet from, you know, the circular, looking at down the cylinder of the bullet.
Think about what would happen is the right side, for instance, would be working as a drag, but what could also take place if you look at how the bullet is built, when you look at the pictures that he has there, what could happen is if the, when the amount of energy applied behind the projectile, that front can't to the bullet cup because there's different components to a slap round.
Would actually have greater bearing surface while the rest is not and what it would do is create a it would create a lock See, I don't know what happened. The bullet probably got pushed down the tube I'd assume it did. I mean I can't even I don't know if anybody's actually I would assume they actually check the barrel, but The bullet may have finally subdued or you know, we've our shield mission say submitted to the energy available But before that happened the back pressure blew out the rear end of the weapon
and blew out the receiver group itself. So this is why when he mentioned that loose round, that's what I said before, and I'll say it again, the ammunition is suspect in general, and would be a question mark on my part. But if not properly seated, this is the only problem with using a slap.
as opposed to using a privately produced, independent in the market, SABO, nylon SABO. The SABO itself can't overbind or can't have some. And there you went again. I will find them and I will personally do bad things. But that's a sidebar. We'll do that later.
Anyway, for everybody out there, uh, again, real quick, it is communications Tuesday. And it's like we're on the edge of wanting to fail again. So let's do this anyway. And I don't want to do what I'm going to do, but I'm going to do it anyway.
Whether never please.
Donald Trump because we understand what the overall agenda is and we got to get rid of the characters out of the bump behind the curtain. We're not after the peons. We're going for the bumps. Anyway, it is Communications Tuesday and as I pointed out, micro-AM and FM stations are one of the priorities you should put one up to. Put one together. There are China Sport micro-FM transmitters, not transceivers, transmitters. These are one-sided.
However, what's cool in a vehicle, everybody's got an AM and FM radio. You've got hundreds of them laying around, or at least a few, in one form or another. Plus, by the way, your cell phone will do AM and FM too. You just didn't know that for years. They wouldn't tell anybody. And it really wasn't a feature that required any money. It's by civil defense law, civil defense regulation. How do you like that?
So anyway, that's another option. But for one way, broadcasting on a large area of activity, especially for an early warning system slash mutual prepared defense operations in your area of activity, this is especially critical. Otherwise, there are three areas that we have to look at with regard to our radio operations. One is personal, the other is obviously tactical group.
And then there's also strategic monitoring, not necessarily strategic communications, you know, there's two-way, but rather the ability to collect distant signal communication resources as needed using shortwave. So, well, locally, what would we be talking about? CV mobile and base stations, always.
Marine radio, which can overlap or do what CB does if you choose to go with with marine instead of and I don't recommend just doing one. The other is two meter, which by the way can be used for point to point communications or it can be used with repeaters to virtually talk across the planet if you want to.
And then FRS mobile written tabletop now before everybody's say just mobile rate mobile FRS, but I'm finding a lot I Just picked up four more of these brand new in the box in the last four or five days from one source Tabletop FRS radio and weather radios most people didn't notice they see the weather radio, but they didn't notice it's a two-way transceiver that it actually is a tabletop unit
relatively small and it will be described as about five inches from top to bottom, six, seven inches width, a couple of different readout controls, typically a little LCD display and built-in mic and built-in speaker and it's a neat little unit. I've been picking them up for a dollar to two dollars apiece.
They work just as well as the handhelds. What's nice is they are just a tabletop unit. They can be plugged in and used in the car. So they can be used as a car mount if you wanted to, but they are just as easily used in the house, for instance, or in the barn, or at the retreat, whatever you're going to do. And they will fully integrate with the regular handheld FRS radios because they're all the same frequencies. So they're an excellent solution.
So anyway, you've got CB Mobile and Base Stations, Marine Radio, which basically are also in Mobile and Base. Two meter, same thing, but typically when you hear Marine or two meter, you're looking at Mobile or vehicular. FRS Mobile and Tabletop, and I qualified the Tabletop. And then shortwave receiver and or transceiver. If you're going to go with a ham radio, you do not need a license to own and set up a ham radio.
When you plug it in and you hit the microphone then they claim that you need a license But in reality not many people are going to be all that concerned about that issue So it's one of those things where again Depending upon what you are looking for in the way of resources what you need And I've pointed out that again this varies also depending upon
Well what you can access in your local area because you can't obviously use the internet but a lot of what I've been doing has been purchasing directly for instance the only thing on the list that I've been purchasing through the the internet slash whatever source there have been the Micro a mon Fm stations that we've been putting up most recently in this area They're off the shelf. They're Chinese made
You have variable output, they're plug and play, and they're plug, play, and dial. There's no micro twitching under the dashboard. Okay, by picking up the lid and having to use a screwdriver, it's all front control dial up to the frequency you want to use, and your micro FM radio station is up. Then it's just plugging in the sound, noise, etc., that you want to come out of the radio at the other end.
Beyond that, my CBs, I don't think there's maybe a couple of that I bought on sale from Walmart that were handhelds, but that's been what, three, four years ago. Everything else I've picked up in CB, I've gotten at resale shops and estate sales, and I've got better equipment that probably would have spent money on normally. Here's the big thing. I've not paid any more than about $5 to $10 for a CB radio.
And when I say five or ten dollars, I'm talking antenna, power supply. One time I got a linear amplifier with it, not a big deal, a 25 watt linear. Goes right here in between the seats, the vehicles, and works just fine. In marine radios, I've already told you before scavenge, but marine radios, you want to go the older CB looking kind of radios. The newer marine are too gimmicky.
They're, again, headed towards the Bao Feng size of radio for being a marine radio. Convenient in size, but not really all that great for long-term use. One nice thing about the older style CB format marine radios is that they are easily repaired because they're a large, solid state. Large format or conventional format, solid state.
That means that if something goes wrong, I can replace it. The problem with the little micro versions, with all the little bells and whistles, and little touch pad discs, and all kinds of extra gimmicks, you don't need that for what we're doing. So it's actually a burdensome tool. The older marine or the present off-the-shelf standard, traditional marine designs are your first best choice. And two meters, same thing.
You want something that is easily understood, minimizes control and adjustment, and stays focused on target. Again, this is going to be a big problem in the long haul because 2 meter you can't use, you're not using the repeaters in the future until we secure ours. And we do have quite a few 2 meter repeaters that we built.
or that we're from other services that have gone under, we have complete repeater modules ready to go. But that'll take time to hook up. If we do, they're comparable to your cell phone service. So we literally could hook up a separate phone web that could reach across the state of Michigan, progressively with other two-meter grid attachments. We can be talking back across the country within a very short period of time.
So, two meter, that's one of the regions you want to have your toe in the pool on two meter radio. On FRS, well, you know how that is. FRS is everywhere. It's like the CB of the 70s, only Hand Hill. FRS radios, they can come anything from quarters, you know, radios the size of a silver dollar in, you know, circular format with about two inches thick in terms of circuit board, two inches worth of radio. Those are kind of cool. I have ten of them upstairs.
They're basically using the squad radios for talking back and forth in a team But FRS comes in many different chubby stubby circular gimmick kitty style all of them work When I see kitty radios, I look at them real quick and no matter what I buy them anyway, like even little squawk box
Pre-FRS which are usually FM Broadcasting units. They might have fake little, you know, gimmicky camouflage on them. They might have a clown on them. I don't care. They work. Okay, it might be painting Yeah, but the thing is that again the big advantage of these are it's more play more ways to be able to communicate or and this is the other thing when creating a target for
and try to create high confidence, you're going to need discardable equipment. It's why I pick up, like I've said many times, all of these radios, no matter what they look like, I've got a handful I've got to go through. I've got a box full right now. In fact, I've got a box full of cameras, security cameras the same way, including some turret cameras. I'm going to have to go through them. And I don't care if they work or not.
Remember again, I get it working just well enough that I can attach a cassette walkman to that with a small ear set, create a real crappy signal on a constant feed with a VOX setting on the radio and when it makes noise, it's going to squawk out and send a signal. This creates a weak facsimile of somebody that's trying to conceal a signal but not doing a good job.
Well, that creates high confidence when you provide other target information, physical, and the bad guys were willing to commit something. Meanwhile, you've wasted their time and effort. This is what deception processes and countermeasures are all about. So nothing is junk. Don't forget that. You run into something for free, grab it. Make a box. I have a box for headsets. I got a box that's for radios. I have a box for antennas.
Also, I usually have power supplies with that or power cords or connectors. And I usually, if I get something that's not complete, I can walk over to any one of those foot lockers, so to speak, and pull out what I need, plug it in, and complete whatever it is that's in front of me. Provided it works, if it requires other effort, maybe it just gets bagged and put on the shelf for the moment, because then we got too much, so much time in the day.
Most important again also is first considerations power packs and batteries when you're selecting radios I've mentioned this a million times, but I got a set of radios. I got some Ken Tom Inside right now and opened up the box and their proprietary proprietary Batteries, well guess what? It looks like they have some problems Now I'm not even sure that we can get batteries for this particular radio. It's one of the first
of the Chinese radios to come into the country as a handheld, VHF, UHF, nice radios. In fact, everything's there because, well, I made sure, like I said, I can pull stuff off the shelf and complete the units. But if the batteries are shot, now here's another thing to remember. Oh, I'm just gonna chuck the old batteries. No, you don't. You're gonna need those connectors, those battery face connectors.
to adapt another power supply. You see, rather than trying to figure out how to solder or plug or hook up to the internal female plug, which is just a face connector, in other words, just by pressure, the two little tabs meet each other, and there's four or five or six little tabs on those stupid batteries, guys. Instead, you keep the shot battery
You've got the shot battery, it can't be repaired, and now you have contact points that you can easily plug in for very quick service. And you secure and solder to the battery fixture on the inside of the battery side and make sure that it's taped up and extra goop so it's hard to disconnect.
And at the very least you bring the radios back online. They either maybe lighten a little bulkier but portable or you turn them into base location radios. Go ahead Ed. I don't know if you've done them up there where you're at down here. Battery goes. You take them any battery as long as you have the original. They'll crack it open and they'll build a new battery for you. They'll even figure out the voltage of the batteries they got to put in there.
That way you don't have to worry about that. But one thing when you're putting a battery back together, you want to make sure that, you know, obviously that the voltage adds up to what you need for the device. Or millivolts as it is with some of those handhelds. Right. Well, again, the idea is that if you do not have the ability because...
down the road in a conflict or an economic downturn, nobody's going to be able to obviously go into a store typically and rebuild the stuff. Everybody's shooting at each other. But, just to spend time, yes, I agree, taking into any of the battery rebuild sites, they're going to know the values of everything. It's what they do.
So they're going to be able to read very quickly. If they're not familiar with it, they'll find the schematic to figure out what to do. And yeah, it will be worth rebuilding now, which first I'm looking to see, and I haven't done it yet this last few days, is to go see if we can actually buy the battery. It may or may not be possible, but if it is, I'd probably just buy a factory battery if we can get them.
And again, this is the thing about the radios floating around is they're from halfway across the planet. Guys, that's why this is the time when you want to go through all this stuff and see if maybe you can come up with a better solution. Well, a lot of people who come up with solutions like that online. YouTube is a great resource. Again, while we have access to it, YouTube, Bitchute, all the video streaming services that do
put up the videos how to do it yourself or how to restore things. I'd like to sit down and just watch them because they show processes, simple processes that you wouldn't think would work. I know I have a circuit test now with just a probe. Didn't know you could do it with just a probe, but yeah. I've watched a few videos that show how to test
even the microchips to see which ends not working properly just by getting a read on it if you know what you're looking for. There's a lot of little tricks like that that are out there that you can find on YouTube, people doing restorations. There will be some fake restorations that are out there, but you know what, even the fake ones usually cover real processes on how to restore something. So they're worth watching to pick up the skill and then practice on some piece of junk.
Yeah, that's a nice thing about the refurbished stuff you if you have some piece of junk that needs to be repaired or you found something that needs to be repaired you can practice You don't have to use new to fix the stuff Anyway, I'll digress and let you continue dad if we sit at you do we lose again? There we go. Well again Yeah, almost in fact it was it's acting like it wants to again. Well, we'll see what happens. Hopefully it'll hold on
by its fingernails until the top of the hour, which is rather fascinating. We have excellent weather here right now. There is absolutely no excuse for this. This is just simply the system being crappy and intentionally so, probably hitting the switch. But don't forget again, if you're looking at radio units that you can buy, if you have to be picky in particular because of limited resources and you're having to buy
over-the-counter new or you know, maybe last year's model. The first thing you want to find out is does it take conventional commercial batteries that are available over-the-counter? AA, AAA, CD, 9 volt, 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3 was not considered like really in the normal category, but with all the military application, camera technology, etc., night vision, all of that,
One, two, three batteries have become very dominant and so they are on the list of considered to be norm, normal to a degree, but they're like the red-headed stepchild off to the side still.
So, if you have a radio that you're looking at, check to see if, like we said many times, if you can't get it where it's built to take the standard batteries, even though it may be rechargeable, most of the cobras we have, I've got one for us sitting right here, don't, three of them sitting right here.
These are all rechargeables, but they are a conventional battery pack system where they use a regular AAA battery You can either leave them and then use the the docking port to you know Charge the thing up or I can pull those rechargeable batteries once they're charged up. We looks like we lost Mark again, so
You're listening to Liberty Tree Radio. This is a second out of the Intellivport. We are alive and it seems like the problems are shifting from one end to the other. And somebody commented to me in the gilded. Yeah, it is an ongoing issue. So let's see. Well, I'm going to play some music and try to get ahold of Mark in and let him know he's off the air and see if we can get him back up here before stopping ever.
the
Um, I think the solution. Well, I sent a link to a solution, uh, before. And that might be something that I want to look into for that location. It would give you some control over it and it does come with the egg antenna. A little direct. Well, this is rather interesting in that you just disappeared. And I still can't hear me. Maybe not. Well, you're
location yet again here in Fiddlefarg with us actually the system indicates that I have everything I need to get the job done signal wise. You've been sounding solid dad while you've been on air and you just cut right off like drop off flat. Right it's arbitrary so I think this is a dial thing this is they're doing this this is not one of those oopsie things this is a yes potential a part of it is because of what's going on nationally think the the knit rods because of course
Guys, you know, we aren't exactly relying on Trump for anything. You do know that. But of course, the whole idea they're going to arrest Trump and diverting everybody. We're all supposed to be screaming and gnashing of teeth, wracking of hair. All we're ready to do is shoot their ass. So whatever happens in New York or Washington, D.C., most of us should care a little of anything about. OK. And yet.
They're hoping, oh my God, they're gonna, listen, we're gonna be at some point exchanging rounds and getting into an escalated conflict. It's not an if, it's just a when. Which is why, again, priority on being as well prepared as possible and be ready to step into the shoes of the militia as needed. From going from being a guy that has to go to work to the person that's gonna be facing a war in the United States, we're gonna have to deal with it.
And I think everybody's pretty well done with the police state. Now, people that are local are going to have to make a decision without their Americans or if they're global as pigs. And if the state police are going to have to make a decision, if they're going to be global as pigs, they're going to be Americans. And right now they're not Americans if they continue to side with the mechanism that's betraying this country. The southern border is wide open. The southern border is wide open. The southern border is wide open. All the rest of the dribble they create
is pretty much irrelevant by comparison except for the farce of the courts, which is why I was talking about the courts earlier. In that, I've got all this bullshit, all this BS you're seeing right now. Oh, the rule of law. They don't give a squat about the rule of law. That's the biggest lie of the bunch, people. One faction is they're work, they've worked up the feeding chain. They've, they've beat out Americans for years by violating the rules of the court every way you can imagine. I have personally seen it. I am a
I'm a one of a kind in court system because again the charges that were filed against me before simply could not exist. I've also pointed out, but I know beyond a shadow of a doubt, I was a category 11 political prisoner and yes, there are political prisoners in the United States, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, okay? But now all of a sudden, well, they're doing it to each other at the feeding end with the operations way up the feeding chain, okay? Oh my God.
The rule of law and Trump. Well, this is where all these fools who thought they had some kind of deal with the communists are finding out that, as I told you years ago and this last several months, these are the do nothing, sit on their ass, make a deal kind of demi-leftist slash moderates. And you know what happens to them?
Well, when the communist Bolsheviks finally took over in the second part of the second part of the revolution or the second revolution, the first people they executed were all those middle-of-the-road types who were making deals within the, you know, the new Soviet system. Well, it wasn't quite Soviet yet, but they made it Soviet. So you're seeing the same thing happen right now in that no matter what, they keep pulling stuff out of their arse, all of it illegitimate.
And it's not a shock or amazement to me in any way, shape, or form. I think I've seen it pretty much every time to buffoonery, savory, lying, and arbitrary and capricious activity you can imagine in court. Are there any court rules? Well, as far as the Admiralty Court, Kishyster, the Black Robe Demons? No, there's not. I think part of it is that they're coats that, you know, we've got to appease the peasants to try and get them on track. What you're seeing right now is there are different elements. There's always different facts.
But for the most part where it counts, and right now where they feel it counts is that if they can grab power and eliminate everybody else, it's the competition, which is what they're doing. And silence everybody because of fear that they'll be able to proceed with the next step in the red terror and finish what they've started years ago. So it's inevitable that we're going into a shooting match. We're going into a conflict. It's not an if, it's simply a when.
as far as being fearful of the, oh my God, what are they doing to Donald Trump? Well, let's watch and see what happens with that because most everybody is like, yeah, just go ahead. But he's pretty well finished. I would point out that if you didn't know this, some federal agent or Mossad agent called up the court and put a bomb threat into the court. Who do you think did that? You think that was our side? No. You know who it was?
the BLM agent or the Antifa agent who are communists who are working for the Mossad and for elements of the US government and This is part of the step up now Let me point something out again the Israeli Mossad and elements of the ATF and other government agencies including Homeland Security have a bomb factory somewhere
We've been hunting for it. We've been really aggressively everybody's been doing different work in different states hunting aggressively at the usual locations that are suspect but remember guys the enemy has learned also so we've got a situation where
They've already done the bomb threat thing in New York. First of all, there ain't that many people in New York that are actually conservative in any way, shape, or form, and a lot of them already left anywhere, the demi-conservant, or hell, even for that matter, the leftists who built all of the comic crap they did in New York and are running from it, just like California. So, beware, because if anything happens, it's not us.
It's going to be the Israeli Mossad combined with the satanic slash ring knocking spit swapping yamaka wearing turds that are on this side of the water all on this continent creating a progressive crisis. And we're all supposed to get caught flat-footed. That's the whole thing about this is the idea is you're all supposed to get caught stalking. This is why every day I've told you get something done. Do something to finish up. Today is Communications Tuesday.
It's traditionally been communications day on Tuesday, although every day we talk about weapons and any day we talk about communications or whatever subject we want to. We can do that. We own the network. But the fact of the matter is that right now we're talking about communications. Do one thing today. Do something today on this subject. I don't care if it's just testing your equipment. One of the things you should try to do is round up everything you've got.
Because if you're like me, I just keep collecting more intentionally. And I, well, you don't have all of this together. Nope, I don't, because you don't really understand how much I've got. And in fact, every time I've been able to put a new pod together, I just pile up a bunch of equipment there. Percentage works that I know of. A percentage should work, because it's brand new in the box, but old inventory stuff I found, it's even antique. But the idea is that it's there and it's, I can fire and forget. I can pile it up, put it there, and then go on to another location and do it again.
Because they didn't spend $7,000 or $8,000 or $1,000,000, okay? Like $40 for a banana, US Army, feeding a soldier in Iraq, $40 for a banana. Do you have any bananas I can buy in Iraq? Even with the black market or food crisis problems with $40 in Iraq? Think I can buy more than one banana? Hell yes. So that's the difference in our enemies.
or even people that have worked in the system that are so used to the idea of a grab corruption and incremental failure plan into the system that we're not a part of. So again, pick a subject. Maybe it's not communications for you tonight, but go through your inventory of equipment. Make sure that your personal tactical loads are squared away. Build up a second one. If you don't have equipment to put another one together, do it. If you have the ability to purchase more ammunition tonight, do it. If you need more magazines, buy them.
by voting with your wallet. Because right now, they're not listening otherwise. It's obvious they're not listening. So they're going to keep stirring the pot. They're going to keep poking at the bear. But the bear is not going to jump up and growl. The bear is going to be very quiet and sweet. Don't try to do their garbage with their catch-your-flat-footed routine. We're going to catch them out and about. And at some point, that'll just continue to escalate. And I will remind you again, catch them on the ground in your property. Don't let any of them leave.
one thing that we've had a lot of discussions about. We should have finished in the 90s. We wouldn't be bothering with it in this decade. We'd have been done. Now, we might have actually had a little bit of a retirement, but as it is, there is no such thing. So we're going to have to deal with the problem personally. Tell you what I'm going to do. We are almost to the top. You're listening to LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com and LibertyTreeRadio.org. It is Communications Tuesday. Now, this is the 21st.
And everything is ready for spring. Get ready to plant those potatoes so you can watch them grow. Get ready to plant those flowers so you can watch them grow. Flowers? Mark, we're getting ready for work. Guys, I still keep living. I don't know where everybody got the impression that, you know, that's all that I do. I do a little bit of everything. I've told you about it on the air. But every day, I do something to support and to build on the Patriot militia effort.
You don't have to do every minute of the day, but you take a piece of the day and you do something. I'm looking at the fleet of vehicles. I'm right now going through those. I'm looking for a couple more tactical trucks. Actually thinking about doing a tactical truck video where we go out, we're going to pick up a $600 truck. We're going to drag it in, break out the welder, break out the paint gun and the pop rivets of sheet metal, because in Michigan, if it's a $600 truck, it's a rust bucket.
And we're going to show you how to tactify something real quick so that it's fleet standard because that's something that needs to be done. We're going to do everything on the inside to radio it up, square everything away, armor it where we can for minimal cost. And I'm looking at a Ford right now. I think I could, I'm not sacrificed, but I think I'd switch out. I've got one Ford that was a freebie, F-150. It'd be a great tactical truck.
The whole thing is, it's a little round body. I like them squarish, but yeah, I can make it work. In fact, in this day and age, I'm going to have to probably be looking at that 20, 25-year-old vehicle as the most common tactical truck that you can pick up because you won't be crying about losing it. That's the most important aspect with stuff like this. Remember, it's a combat piece of equipment. It's an expendable. The idea is not to be expended with it if you can help it when the time comes.
Anyway, we're gonna hear the music right now. We are at the top. And we're on the march both day and night. Heaten workshops. And looking back in a little bit on the Liberty Tree radio. It is Tuesday. Airborne. Spurred like Hercules. Hot!
Brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land is free. Brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent.
Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to this. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled.
You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken us, you've traded in your name, you've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and see family farms and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit so their children will be...
leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedom for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave?
Both sons of the Republic arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic in each God-given right, and pray to God to torture freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now, as tyrants trampled, each God-given right
We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? This last, Ladies and Gentlemen, this is Gents Report. I'm Mark Kornke. I'm Larry Lawson. Closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters. And behind the lines in occupied territories.
Southwest, North, Northeast. Gentlemen, you're listening to us on www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com LibertyTreeRadio.org and we're on satellite. We'll say hi to all our merchant marine out there no matter where you are on the planet. In fact, virtually every ocean on the planet and war.
at Renner Myriad of other communications technologies, both inside and outside these United States. Larry, it's been a nice day today. The bugs have been out. Temperatures kind of rollercoaster rain a little bit, but we kind of hit it towards 50. A little bit of a breeze. Cloud cover a little later, but maybe enough keeps some heat in, not much. But what's it like in your neck of the woods? What's the date today? We'll jump off the wall down there in the old west, which we now call the Midwest.
Tuesday, the 21st, March 2023 A.D. Well, here in Indiana, we had a real chem-trailed sky here this morning. It was sunny for a while, chem-trailed, and then of course the rain came in after that. Usual misty drizzle when you get all that chem-trailed stuff in the sky, so we'll see what's happening.
seeds coming out of tomatoes and peppers. I've got to transplant those into larger containers ASAP and try and get my garden going here. Where I'm at I had some loggers come in and yank out most of the large trees that are all around so I moved here in 1995 and these trees have grown and grown and grown. I've gotten less and less light every year and
So it's going to be interesting. Now they've been yanked out. It's pretty much like when I moved in here in 1995. So I should get quite a bit of light this year, might even get radishes. Let's see, I've usually got some little light things wouldn't do like they're normally supposed to. Well, gosh golly gee Mark, I've been mentioning nuclear war on and off your channel for a long time. I mentioned this prophecy club
prophecy, you know by this guy that was named Demetri Dudeman and somehow magically changed to Demetri Dudeman, one of the things that he said was that the Communists would start things in the middle of the country, they'd start fighting and then from the oceans Russia, Cuba, Nicaragua, China and others would hit us with nukes and that'd be that. Interestingly enough the pieces of garbage that are in charge have been trying to start by mouthing off about arresting Trump.
who really needs to be putting a firing squad lineup for the treason that he's committed freeing Israeli spies and everything else. But, no, they want to go over this garbage about him and the porn star Stormy Daniels. Obvious hypocrisy when you compare it to all the money that Bill Clinton paid to Paula Whatsername. So, you know, this is a farce. Trump is an actor, okay? He's not
He's not going to take on the Deep State. He didn't do it the last time. He's not going to arrest Hillary again if he gets in there. He's garbage. He's the same crap as the Clintons. How do you know this? Well, look who he put in when he was in charge. Almost every single one of them is a swamp creature. Mikey Pompas, Bolton, Gay Wod Richard Grinnell, who was given a position because he set up Julian Assange.
Do you think Trump's anti-deep state? Asajj is anti-deep state. He put out a video showing how the US Army murdered innocents in Iraq. And they don't like that. So Trump's playing right along. His little daughter, Princess Incest Ivanka is slurping Schwab's knob. You know? The World Economic Forum, Schwab. Same guy that pushed the coronavirus garbage on you.
Yeah, Trump doesn't seem to mind that she's working for him. He's taking money from Soros. He's a total and complete fraud. He's a liar. You know, he said he'd get the JFK info out. He lied about that. Said he was going to stop the money to the Y-35 fighter. He lied about that. Said he was going to get our troops out of Syria. And then they were right back in there a week later stealing their oil and food, just like Biden's doing.
And he said he was going to fight ISIS, which is Israeli secret service. Israeli secret intelligence service, they call them. I don't think they're that intelligent. But now he's found an armed and rescued him, just like home Obama, just like Biden. So this guy, they want to pretend he's some kind of Christian conservative when he took orders from Jared 666 Kushner and Princess Incest Ivanka. He's out there pushing red flag laws with her.
He's not conservative at all. He's certainly not a Christian. He's a Zionist. I'll show you his Wall of Tree of Life awards. But he'll tell you he doesn't have anything to be forgiven for. That's not a Christian thought. So, yeah, this guy cheats on his wife while she's pregnant in the hospital. What a guy. He rapes little girls with Epstein. Hey, what a guy. You know, but these people want to start a fight over him. He's not worth losing one life over.
He scum. Biden, everybody knows he scum. I mean, even the Democrats are figuring out that he scum. But Trump, he's, you know, they're trying to hold him as in some kind of reserve and put him back in so that the Israelis still have somebody at the helm. You know, this is our enemy. And they're the ones running the show. They run Biden. They ran home. Obama claimed to be the first Jewish president. You know, and now, uh, Peto Joe wants to come after the guns.
Because the economy is collapsing quickly. This is what they've done. This first bank that went down was a big woke piece of garbage out there in California that was spending millions of dollars on all this woke ideology. These people just need to be hanged. They are communists. That's what communists do. So yeah, if they actually...
arrest him and, you know, purplock him and all this stuff and deliberately try and tick off, you know, a certain segment and get the shooting going. Folks, that was the last thing that the Prophecy Club said was, you know, when you see the people start fighting with the government, that's the timeline when the Russians, the Cuban, the Nicaraguans and others hit us with missiles. And it sure looks like they're trying to provoke exactly that.
So I can't help not pointing it out here because when we see these things we're supposed to be Watchmen on the wall and yelling it from the rooftop. So it's the only rooftop that I've got So I don't have any a guy out there listening, but we could be really really close to this folks
So Putin just took one of his subs out on the Pacific coast and did a practice run launching nukes on us. They've been testing their hypersonic missiles. These things go like lightning. Was it Mach 7 or something like that? I mean, it's their incredible speed. We can't stop them. So if you've got a bunch of nukes on these things and they launch them within minutes, we're done. And that's exactly what's predicted.
Go ahead.
a lot of heat to deal with. You're talking about an orbital reentry system where you go up, you go out, you come down and you got to hit the target or at least come close because it's horseshoes, you know, with a nuclear device. You can be kind of close. Usually, it can be a lot closer though because the whole world has changed with guidance as far as precision, okay? But they still had to come up with a way to survive the velocities we're talking about because in order to do this with any kind of aircraft, there's a lot
additional shielding that needs to take place. So basically what they did is they slid the ballistic missile shielding technology over to what was a bite the... because when I say bite the bullet it's you realize what the cost of these are. Okay it's not it's not a cheap proposition to scale it down.
and make it launchable from an air platform or from, with a submarine it's not as difficult, but still you have limitations because of capacity, sizes, everything has to meet the requirements of the launching system. That's another problem that they face. So the Russians overcame all of that. Now supposedly, you know, Larry, we're right behind them, guys. Boy, we're right behind them. Now first of all, we probably have had it. I'll point this out again. We've probably had it.
But everybody, I have told you a million times over the decades here, you can build it, but is it affordable or do you consider it affordable? And if you've committed to other systems, do you feel it's necessary? So the Russians have done something that everybody kind of really, I don't think they expected them to go the way they did. The reason they were willing to negotiate on weapons systems because they had a progenitor.
They changed their modus operandi with regard to what weapons to commit to to still get the same job done. And the best example, if they start exchanging, although I can't see that the Russians wouldn't nuke any of our shipyards that are holding in reserve capital ships that are scheduled to be cut up.
because no matter what, it's kind of like Battlestar Galactica. Well, we're going to kill the old Battlestars too because, you know, aircraft carriers, because you don't want them brought back into service. They probably can still pester you a bit. But with this situation, the way it is, the idea that this technology may or may not work, bugs have all been worked out of this. Let's understand. They simply slid a technology sideways. So these systems work. The biggest thing was
Are you willing to spend the money to take that technology and do what they did with it and then commit everything else and join it together? And by the way, most of this in reality, guys, is 60, oh, I could have said it a million times, this is 60s technology. They just re-pasted it, reconfigured it intelligently and with modern, taking advantage of modern technology with regard to microprocessors, et cetera.
because that's where the big change has been is scaling down and also improving precision and avionics. So that's where the benefits been. Otherwise mechanically you can't change much. There's not much you can really do except figure out are you willing to make it smaller and fit the size of the package you want to build considering the cost that it might be. Well they did that. Everything else plug and play.
So these weapons will work. Oh, that's kind of like being Georgie Scott, remember, in Dr. Strangelove? Well, General, do you think they can get through? Oh, yeah, our voice. Well, you think the Russians have something that works? I'm going, yeah, well, it's not that we're excited about it. It's just understand the threat. So the other thing is, if we get into a World War III scenario, guys, look at the numbers.
Has anybody noticed something across the board that you're not you know, they show you really dynamic pictures you notice that Larry? Oh my god. Here's that b-52 flying over there in the Baltic and You know it's flying along and you know the the Sukhoi 27 is coming along and they're there they're pacing the b-52 Oh, this is exciting. Hey, Eddie. How many of those p52s do we actually have?
I brought this up several times. We had a fleet of thousands. Most of the reason we're flying the B-52s we're flying now is because they're actually the same aircraft we... the last of the aircraft, but they were the aircraft that were on the runway forever, but they never took off.
Only about 10% at any given time was actually in the air, then they had mobilizations. And beyond that, most of the aircraft were parked, so they have very, very low hours on them because none of them had really been beat up. That's why we're still flying that plane. Here's the thing. Well, I have so many B-52s, well, I have so many B-2s, and they're not even talking about the B-1 bomber. We didn't have very many of those to begin with. Now, do you think it's thousands, guys? Or is it...
hundreds, okay? When you start lobbing big stuff back and forth, how quickly are you all going to run out of what you have? Yeah, it's going to be a short list. I mean, each vehicle does its job based upon improvements or modifications of weapon systems. B-52 can do a job just fine for what it is. But here again,
Now you're talking about actually using them. Well, when you destroy it, you don't get it doesn't sprout, you know, I know sprout mini little planes that grow up to be big ones. So all of the equipment we're looking at. Well, let me let me put it this way. You have a comparative study right now. Okay, what's happening in the Ukraine right now, guys?
How many aircraft have gone into the Ukrainian field of operation? How many Russian? How many Ukrainian? And I remember the Ukrainians have lost the number they just officially pretty well have said, this is it. This is where they really are. They've lost 475 combat aircraft. Is this in a World War 3 scenario or is this simply a single theater operation? Well, guess what? This is a single theater operation.
We measure our air strength in only hundreds, if at most a few thousand aircraft. In 12 months with conventional air defense, in only one little theater of operation by comparison, but World War III would be, we've lost probably the equivalent to a third of the aircraft or a quarter of the aircraft that we have available to fight with. We aren't even in a serious war yet. And I'll be dug in.
I heard silence and called back in just in case so Mark was talking all of a sudden it was quiet. Are you there? Anybody there? Yes, I'm here. We have had a problem this evening with Mark's connection, but you're there Larry. You're supposed to pick up. Well, you mentioned a couple of my favorite video flicks, Battlestar Galactica, which of course the Kitty version with Lauren Green and Dirk Benedict and
Richard Hatch that morphed into something completely different when Ron Moore took it over and redid the series and The psilons which used to look like chrome-plated, you know, they call them toasters Became human-looking they had 12 different models that were human-looking male and female and they infiltrated the human society and spied on them and you know, the character ball tar was a little different there was a
sexual compromise and all kind of things. I highly recommend it. It's definitely a space soap opera. The Cylons initiated a virus program which took down most of the newer, you know, battle stars which were essentially space aircraft carriers. I mean, it was a really good series and then, of course, Dr. Strangelove.
You know, he had George C. Scott, he had Peter Sellers playing three different roles. He played the President, he played Dr. Strangelove, and he played Mandrake, who was a British officer. And, you know, he had a General Jack Ripper who sent his group of B-52s to go attack the Russians, not knowing that the Russians had a doomsday device. And you had actor James Earl Jones in there playing a bombardier.
I forget who the cowboy guy is that rode the nuke down. I mean, it was a fascinating movie. It was directed by Stanley Kubrick. And I saw it several times. Interesting, interesting thing here for me. Stanley Kubrick was very particular about what he put into the frame. He did 2001 Space Odyssey, A Clockwork Orange. And his last work was Eyes Wide Shut, which was about Hollywood and snuff films and, you know, the elite, etc.
Supposedly he had to deal with the government to make their little moon landing shots and stuff and he could make whatever movies he wanted and they wouldn't touch him. Well, there was too much truth in Eyes Wide Shut and they supposedly killed him and took out 20 minutes of it. Back to Dr. Strangelove. Interestingly enough, in the movie they showed a scene down underneath the Pentagon. You know, they had a war room.
This war room table, or I'm sorry, this war room had a large round table and they had video screens up on the wall. But the large round table, there was a controversy because he put a map on that table and the map was the same as the UN map. It was a flat earth map. Interestingly enough, one day I picked up my VHS copy. That map is now gone throughout the entire movie. If you watched it and you remember it, take a look at it.
the entire movie from beginning to end when they show that War Room, there's nothing there on that table. It's blank. So I found that very interesting. But yeah, Kubrick did a hell of a job on that movie. And it looks like we're going to get a sneak attack while we're distracted. And this could happen any day if they seriously piss off the Trump tard. So I mean, look, they support Trump. How bright can they be?
The guy is an Israeli spy. He's a stooge. His mentor was Roy Cohn. Look that name up. Roy Cohn was a flaming, gay, wad, you know, real piece of crap that was in the Nixon administration. And Trump liked to talk to him every day. I find it very interesting that Jeff Epstein proudly said that he introduced Trump to his wife at Jizzy Maxwell's
uh, Mossad Honey Trap, uh, brothel. It was called the Kit Kat Club. Yes, Melania Trump was a working gal. But I tell you what, I'd put her in charge before I put him back in there. She at least seemed to have a conscience. Um, she's bright enough she didn't even want to hold his hand.
But yeah, I think she's actually got a conscious and he does not. He is a total tool for the Israelis. The Israelis are our enemy. They were written about in the Bible, Revelations 2, verse 9. blasphemy of those Jews that do lie, synagogue of Satan. And it'll be the synagogue of Satan. Would you expect to rape little girls to death so they could blackmail both parties to serve them? That's what they do. And Trump was okay with that. You know, they entrap Clinton.
There's a story about a painting inside Jeffrey Epstein's apartment and it's Bill Clinton wearing a blue dress. And the reason that Epstein bought that and hung that up was because he's basically mockingly bragging about having co-opted and controlled the president. Trump's a little different. He liked it. He just did it voluntarily. He went and hung out with Epstein and Maxwell all the time.
But you hear these garbage stories about oh, well he threw Jeffy out at Mar-a-Lago because of ball of ball of law Really? I mean that's that's supposed to undo all these photos and all the parties he went with Epstein with and the Clintons with and Yeah, and then what do you do when he was president? He installed all swamp creatures including Jeffy sashins for Attorney General and then when he had a chance to correct that what the 3d testing is do he put in bill Epstein connected by
And neither one of those guys did anything against Clinton's or home Obama or anybody in the deep state But Trump's gonna fix it for us if you just just give him another chance Yeah, they they could they could show him Starving and rotting. It's all an act and I wouldn't care if it wasn't an act I mean if they took it down. He's a piece of garbage period So I think we got Mark back Larry. Yes, we do, but I'll tell you what we're gonna do Let's take a bottom of the hour break Edward
Rock them in their ivory towers because after all if they stir the pot which like Trump decide they're gonna do something to deal with this problem Are you all gonna sit on your hands or are we gonna deal with what it is? It's gonna be before us. So let's let's go to break And I'm gonna switch out systems here because I can just see some of these fiddle fart with us because I've got two systems side by side the other ones functioning normally and this one just keeps going hmm, twilight zone
I'm using the better piece of equipment, which is why we have backups. Because none of it's better pieces of equipment in Planet Crapoo 21st century. So, Carl Clang rocked them in their ivory towers, as we'll probably go to. And as soon as that does that, we're going to go to, well, I'll sign off and I'll quick back up from another direction. I'm having a problem connecting that. It doesn't remind you here real quick, again, with the weapon systems. Oh, go ahead, Ed. Mark, I'm having a problem connecting that right now.
Okay, okay. Well same thing. Okay. Let's do this Edward or Larry I can pull something out of the I can pull something out of the request in the old egg Throw a dart let's go that way and then we'll be able to like I said, I'll be able to sign off and I'll come back in from another direction Liberty tree radio Liberty tree radio dot 4 mg calm and Liberty tree radio dot org
And Edward's going to pull up a little ear candy for us here in a moment. And once I hear that, then we're going to, like I said, we're going to switch the system out. All right. That was a little echo there. That was a request from the Guilded. I think it was more about the animation that was there, but I got to remind you guys, this is radio.video. So yeah, you can post it there in the Guilded for people to see. I probably would have been better under the YouTube video link.
interesting animation there having to do with the stock market everything we got Mark back yep yeah I can I got a little bit of an echo interesting I'm on head where to the other system if I have to I'll pull this headset check and make sure you're not on speakerphone too because they're a little weak and there is an echo I will see looks like he's reconnecting your echo went away but yeah mark your
Larry I'm looking at it. It was coming off of that Okay, I tracked down where it was coming from While he gets another headset and tries to fix that he's still with us. You can probably hear us, too Again, that was a request from the gilded If you guys want to make a music request you can dump dump them in over there
You can hear me right now, right? Yeah, they're in here. You allowed clear. Okay, this is not making a whole lot of sense. 123123 better.
You're there? Yeah, volume's still low, but you're there. We can hear you. 1, 2, 3. 1, 2, 3. Over. There we go. Now you're loud and clear. Ablemaker Charlie, Doc. Apooga Gold. Ablemaker Charlie, Doc. Apooga Gold. Dude, there's someone on the radio, man. Good. Okay. It's Vietnam. Remember, Cheech and John, stuff you will never hear on the radio again, but you used to be playing on the radio every day. What does that tell you?
So, well anyway, we are back. And again, if you'd like to make a request, first of all, Ed's mentioning something that we need to remind you, it's not that hard to get into. If you're listening, you can get into gilded quite easily. There's simply some entrance questions. They're no big deal, but you need to answer them as to, you know, confirm you're not, you know, trollite robot, whatever. And it's pretty straightforward, okay?
So if you can take the time get over there get hooked up and if you'd like to make a music request You can do that through the gilded site. It's go to Liberty tree radio dot 4 mg calm look over on the side You'll see where it says gilded discord is gone for the time being And hook up with gilded and then you can make a request that way So that's one option the other is you can send me an email though. I have not
Oh, go ahead. We have had some requests for additional pages over there, guys. I will get to that. We've been having audio problems, though, as you guys know, if you've been listening on both dance and online, we've fixed. I think they picked most of the problems from my end of that audio to the conference line. At least for me, it seems like it's better than it has been. Other than that, we've got the connection problem that we've been having with Mark.
trying to work out solutions for that, you know, so it's just keeping us a little busy. That's all. Well, it's interesting from our end here in Michigan, the technology is becoming everybody's, everybody's having problems. There isn't anybody I haven't talked to.
that isn't having problems with ground lines or with wireless doesn't make any difference. That's because ground lines are no longer 100% ground lines anymore. They go to a repeater station and then get shot out over a cell phone tower. I tried to explain that to somebody else and I'm like, no, I've got a ground line. But no, you have a ground line as far as you know.
Almost all of them in Michigan now, you've got a ground line for a set area, it goes to a junction box and it goes up because all the long-range transmission lines that they used to have, they've gone out of the way to destroy and tear up. Well, they don't force everybody on fiber optics, so they digitally spy on everybody. If we're even allowed to do, if you think about it, by the time they're done, the currency... Here's the thing, fiber optics doesn't even work as good as the old
copper wire line system. It's supposed to be who's standing and everything. But how many times have we had connection problems or when you're online you get buffering because so many people supposedly are using it even though it's supposed to be able to handle massive amounts of data. When our primitive
copy wire system never had an issue like this. You wouldn't have buffering, you wouldn't cut out. Your conversation, amazingly enough, could be from Michigan to California, be talking like real time with no delay. And now everything's digitized and processed through the computer, undigitized and sent to you, so there's a lag time.
that's what's happening right now because we're using a voice over it thing and we've got the phones on top of it. So there's like there's literally almost a three, four seconds away right now. And you don't notice it because because of spacing, but it starts to build up on you and all this new technology. It's not faster. It's slower. It really is.
Planet Crapoo, it's like I said, there was so much better. No, what it is is they can chins out and charge you more. This is what it comes down to. They can chins it out and charge more. In fact, that was one of the things talking to one of the guys down the road here, who's working on the fiber optic trunks that are going in everywhere as quickly as they can. They've been told that they are too expedite.
They're like one of them saying goes well, you know we could stack it's really unlimited what they don't even know what the capacity of fiber optic is as far as crunching the Signal you know into just one fiber optic hair Because you have when you see one of those trunks guys you have a ganglia as I've said many times that even with the original stacking process One of those orange or blue trunks could handle all of southeastern, Michigan
The Detroit Tri-County area which would be five, six million service customers. You count Detroit plus the outlying areas. And then there's still the rest of the state, a few more trunks, could handle everything else going on there with the exception of probably having backup in major metropolitan areas like Lansing or Grand Rapids. The rest are all punk size.
So, again, the fact that what they're doing is saying they're crunching it. Well, what they're trying to do is get away with minimal so that they can still charge the same amount, but do little of nothing in the way of decent service.
and they figure it's kind of like something I saw today. It's communications Tuesday. There's a picture of this like, of all the things we can carry in our pockets. It's like, and one of them was the guy's got a boom box to his head. He's got a video camera that's much bigger off on his, you know, on his other shoulder. And he's got a, an AM and FM radio separate from the boom box and all this other stuff laying around trying to show you, oh, look how much more convenient it is.
Really? Well, I'll tell you what, that boombox he had at his shoulder, in many cases, he even had a woofer on board and had, you know, a full deck sound system. You're not... No matter how hard you try, you can't tell me that this stinking little rat phone or any of these other systems has got the same quality of sound. It does not. It's what people are willing to put up with because you've conditioned them to trash.
because otherwise the quality of the target, even with the spy technology that's out there for wiretapping and listening in, and we know we've got people that are doing that right now, even their technology that they think is so all great and powerful, like Larry said, they want us on fiber optic so they can track everything.
That technology is a lot harder to use and less reliable than the copper phone system was if you did want to spy on anybody What did you used to do you go up you hook up two wires somewhere in the junction box and you can record and listen to everything that's going on Now, what do you got to do? Well on top of that again, this was going to be interesting as we're saying they're trying to get everybody on Onto the fiber. Well, let's put it this way. What are they planning on doing creating an actual crisis? They create a national crisis
Yeah, thank you guys for putting up the 800 meg cell phone systems. But we're going to integrate them to the ground line fiber optic because, well, we need to clear those, you know, with the transmitters. They've got a better or have been reality. The transmitter repeaters will be used for what originally you're now seeing them used for, like in Washington was to track your phone. Why provide that service when they can compress it down to something else less expensive?
still maintain the other system, but with no access on your part. In fact, they're gonna go full circle to where they originally, what they want to do this with two meter radio. We blocked it decades ago. We won in the courts and won to keep two meter radio in private circles. But guys, everything you see with cell phones, and we knew where it was going because it was two meter. Everybody had plans for the future about how it was gonna be set up.
And that kind of fizzled out only because of the ultimate fingertip convenience of the cell phones as they developed. Otherwise, it would have been a private sector, really private sectors and individual users developing most everything you see now in cell phone, but without all the spy grid attached to it.
Now everything goes through the spy grid. Why do you think they have to have to have so many billions of gallons of cooling water out there in Utah for the spook and cooke NSA? What are they listening to? Not listening to the foreign operatives. They can give a shit less about those people. They let them run right across the border. The southern border is wide open. The southern border is wide open. They're spending all that money and all that water to try and rat screw and rat spy on Americans.
That's their sole concern and whether they try to claim that they're worried about outside piss on that crap They didn't make you care less. They need that to try and create the excuse for a bigger police state Against the American people which is exactly what they're doing But two meter they try to take two meter to make it your cell phone. You wouldn't have known a 800 Meg you would have been on your phone your cell phones would have been on two meter guys
It was already in the works. We watched it as it was mapped out. The FCC was already in bed with the security agencies to take over what was a network that we set up first and we paid for out of our own pockets. I personally built several repeaters as a novice, helping to build telephone booth sized repeaters
so that we could expand the grid. And I have one of those back. We own one of those again. We actually have it in our custody. I've won full circle. It's been 50 years because I did that back when I was like 15 years old, 14 years old with a solder gun. Okay. It was just the the punk work, you know, the bulk work that needs to be done. So now here we are, 800 meg and all the other fun things that go along with it. But if you'll notice,
Even that system is failing because the same corruption we see in government the same corrupting you see running the military Is running also the secret police and the computer mechanism or the communications mechanisms that they're trying to use Well, they don't everybody wants their their not only did they not
Not yet. Not only do they not maintain it, but they're trying to figure out how much of the stuff that they're providing you they can tear out of the ground or they're like the metal moths, the Mexican metal moths that show up when there's a tornado, you know, even in Michigan. They're trying to take everything they can and sell it off and pocket the money and leave you with the bare minimum and hope you don't notice what's happened. By the way, that's right out of Atlas Shrug.
Go ahead, Larry. I'm sorry. Well, I point out that they have continually debased our money for a long time now. I mean, we used to have silver dimes. We used to have silver quarters. We used to have silver half dollars and silver dollars. All that's gone. Now we've got dimes. I'm not sure what the hell dimes and quarters are even made out of now, but I know they've taken a copper penny, the copper penny, and they made it a zinc copper plated zinc disc.
And if you were to drill a hole in that, they'd charge you 15 cents for it. But yeah, they continually debased our currency, even our change. And now, now they're crashing the banks, they don't even want you to have a piece of paper. They, they, it's nothing, you know, it's, it's literally zeros and ones in the ether that they say if you have or you don't have is what they're trying to move you to. Central, you know, bank digital currencies, CBDCs, they call them.
But they're deliberately chain reaction crashing these banks. So, you know, this is not a surprise. I mean, when you spend millions of dollars on woke things, you know, like this Silicon bank did in California, I mean, you're pissing the money away. You're pissing customers' money away. But yeah, this has been coming for a long time and...
That's why Mark has mentioned, get your money into silver or something. I had a big controversy with my father a long time ago because he was in the stocks, bonds, and papers. I knew that there was value in the metals and I knew that that would be going up. So, their IRA account, I had a $15,000 IRA account and at that time I was able to take it out in physical gold at $300 an ounce, which I did.
So my dad is all mad and huffy and actually gave my family trust to my brother who's a thieving piece of garbage My dad passed in 1998 gold went to $1,500 an ounce and then I sold the gold that I had You know $300 to $1,500. I knew it was gonna go up. Told you so dad so yeah, my mom passed here last year and you know the money's come out of the family and
Fortunately, my mom helped me out. Anyway, that's a different story. But anyway, I've converted the money to silver. Everything in this world, I believe, is zeros and ones, just like in some kind of digital construction. But, you know, just like playing a video game, some things have more value than others. Silver, gold, platinum, precious metals, lead and brass. Get it? But yeah, silver is $25, $30 an ounce if you were to buy it now, and that's going to go way, way up as these...
bank crashes happen. I mean, Bitcoin might be working, but they're trying to go against everybody that has an other digital system other than what the government wants to put out. People are dying that have had different digital systems. I mean, several cryptocurrency kings have died, which leaves their system in limbo.
So, the government doesn't want competition. That's why they go after other type drug dealers, because they want to do their cocaine and whatever they have. So, their CIA is funded. CIA printing $100 bills from a printing press in Iran years and years ago. I mean, yeah, these so-called intelligence agencies are corrupt. They need to be disbanded and defunded. Home Obama had mitts around the NSA. And I remember Trump up there with Mikey Pompas.
Remember during the COVID farce, they're standing up there, him and Mikey Pompas. Pompas says, this is a live exercise, to which Trump mumbles, they should have told us. Who's they, Donny? Who is they, Donny? So, yeah, he gave Bill Gates lots of money and praise to bring that kill shot to us at warp speed. It was a DOD program, folks.
The whole COVID shot was a DOD program and Trump was buddies with him and pushed that. Said he was going to bring you the shot to your door with the military in a powerful way. Those are his words, folks. You want to put that piece of trash back in there? You know, now that they're setting up for the next pandemic? He didn't stop Fauci. He didn't stop anybody. He didn't stop the election first. He's part of the problem. So, yeah, they want to try. Oh, by the way, well, real quick, on that note, before we forget,
Guys, if you haven't noticed the last couple of days and Larry, if you, you know, I don't know what you've seen in your, in the algorithm where you are, but that's one of the other stories that's come up is, well, you know, we could be putting Hillary in jail again. We could be, you know, that's, you know, we're going to put Hillary in jail. We're going to put Hillary if she's.
She probably laughed her ass off because she probably died before that ever happens anyway. Well that's why I pointed out that he's the one that put the attorney generals in. Jeff Sessions was a swamp creature and then when he had a chance to fix it, the 3D chess genius puts Bill Epstein's connected bar in there. It was a bigger swamp creature. You know that was Bush's gun grab guy.
So yeah, he ain't gonna fight the deep state, he is deep state. Again, he put that flag in Richard Grinnell in his security chief, you know, as a reward for him sending up Julian Assange for arrest. Julian Assange who actually did fight the deep state. So screw Trump, you know, let him put on the show. But, you know, he's not worth losing one life over people.
Now something else happened in the last day here guys How many of you noticed that an incident took place in the Pentagon parking lot? What I did not hear how many how many of you okay? Well, what's the likelihood that the guy who's in charge of public liaison communications and Coordination for you know public relations with Space Command the brigadier in charge. It's supposed to be
You know giving you out information to make you feel good about Sparta Spies come I am Was found dead in the parking lot at the Pentagon here the last about 24 hours ago Anybody catch that? Go look it up now forgive me. I can't rattle his name off I wrote it down, but I can't rattle it off. I can picture him I looked at the photograph of him There is an extensive story if you want to dig it up, but nobody is nobody's reporting it. Okay. It got like a little blurb
and then shut up, which means two ways to look at this. Number one is, I've told you before, you have an internal civil war inside the military, okay, if you want to call it that. The other way is, it's gonna be a house cleaning, they're gonna fight, we're gonna fight, we're gonna be getting rid of them, they're getting rid of us. They're gonna try, you know, inside the system. This guy either A, saw something he wasn't supposed to,
Or, and again, in the process, that can happen in a couple different ways, like, well, you know, Bob, we're going to lie our ass off about this. And General Bob said, well, we can't do that. I mean, that's really going to kind of undermine our cooperation, you know, program with the population, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And so when Bob, General Bob leaves, it's like, Bob's not really in the program, is he? Don't worry, I got my cousin out in the parking lot. I already gave him a call. I don't think the General's leaving the place breathing. Don't worry, he'll be down. The General will not be a problem. He's gonna have an attack of heart. Okay? Now that's one direction, but here's the other consideration.
The Air Force has not completely taken over neither any of the other services. The general may have seen something or heard something already and is not on the inside. He's with the with our side, so to speak, the other side. So they just just did away with the general because
Well, it's part of the, you know, preparatory for the other actions taking place. And remember, you just saw it happen with them taking the B-52s to do the practice nuke run on Russia up in the Baltic, and, you know, the Sukhoi's going after him, etc., blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Reminds me reminds me the heady days of the Cold War go ahead if they have also replaced several new commanders at One particular base I saw that story just a couple weeks back so one yet one complete command that you hold command top to bottom Yes, yeah, so it looks like they're doing a purge Trying to get ready for what's coming and you know what's coming is gonna be a surprise to them They're not gonna be fast enough to do it. I mean they may climb in their little hidey holes, but
They'll get it when they come out. But I mean, yeah. Or they just won't let it well. Or we just don't let them come out. I don't mind if they go where they go. I just don't want them to get back out of where they go. Think about it. It's a wonderful place. You got lots of food. Maybe air, maybe not. But you got lots of food. Enjoy it while it lasts. So anyway, forgive me. Somebody may be able to rattle it off real quick. Do a quick search. Brigadier General, space command. Never than a doornail in the parking lot.
For everybody out there, again, think of all the other stuff whirling around you right now. And as I pointed out, back when we had the first, you know, within my lifetime, three different periods of on the edge of an internal direct conflict. The Nixon era, when the whole Nixon fiasco, the fake ass Watergate crap was going on. The period during Rex 84 and then the 90s.
And really from the 80s to the 90s, it was a roller coaster constant on the edge of, but still low key as it worked up, worked up from behind the scenes and then worked up, worked up into the public face and eventually culminates in the Waco attacks and then all the other things that happened during that period, the Waco attack and all the other things that happened that were right out in your face. Mark, if the Russians, Chinese and these other people are getting ready to attack,
Who's to say that maybe this space command guy wasn't off by them in preparation for that? Preparation for the Cylon attack, you know? Who knows? But it is a big event. Well, the thing is, with the cooperation... That's not to say anything about. Right. Well, the cooperation of the traders, I mean, if it happens from outside...
It's with the traders in Washington fully cooperating in interlock. And remember, General Miley said he would tell the Chinese everything. Do you think that if he said that about one incident that he wouldn't be planning on sliding sideways on everything? Yep. And remember that a whole chunk, all the demicons stood up in clap-like seals and all were so inspired by his direct statement of treason.
I don't think every general staff officer was standing up there clapping people. In fact, most of them are stepping back and looking around and going, I guess those guys that were telling told us what was going on were right. In other words, the Patriot and the militia effort have been right and are 100% right. Look at what you see going on around you. So again, the question is which side I get an idea, but
As far as the whole, you know, variations and scenarios, there's only so many options here. Well, maybe he just died of natural causes. Yeah, yeah, right. Just like John F. Kennedy. He died of natural causes. There was a natural element introduced into his body. This very natural element, which is on the periodic table. In fact, even if there were two or three, including a copper jacket, anomone tin and lead, they're all on the, they're on the periodical table, the periodic table. They're all right there. Well, like Admiral.
Admiral Florida, same way, same thing. We walked into his office and capped him. Well, it's interesting the timing on this one too. And the fact that, wow, it's like, well, he is a significant officer, he's a brigadier, but still a significant officer in a critical post in a fairly small and new institution. Space command. He's part of the Air Force.
But space committee. Go ahead. What is the state forces first casualty being a brigadier general? Yeah, yeah, yeah, but not really in an open war. In fact, he'll get a star on the wall with a big anonymous thing, kind of like the spook and cooke scam, you know, for the, you know, the CIA routine, you know, well, it is. It's a mystery death. So I just, it's the timing with that. Now that he's, he's a casualty of something.
And again, in light of all the escalation and the fact that out of the blue, now all of a sudden they're going to play the whole riot card and whatever. Also, let's not forget. And give me just a second. As we were doing the program to our block, supposedly somebody called in a, quote unquote, bomb threat to the court in New York threatening them.
apparently for whatever reason, but obviously because of Trump they So my attitude on that is remember the Israeli Mossad the elements of the CIA elements of Homeland Security and the Batfaggots have a bomb factory or two or three Somewhere in the United States right now and the fact that out of the blue we now have a bomb scare What is it? What does that tell you? Okay
And again, do we have any people in New York? No, not in New York. Well, we do have people in New York listening. I can't say that. But...
