If they can get you to another tier, they can double your cost, which means you have less of everything and that's part of that, you know, clandestine warfare mechanism we've talked about many times. Your spendable income is limited. This is why I always try to sculpt things to find a minimal cost for a serviceable item because then you have the rest of those digits to spend on something else. Let me give an example real quick. Years ago, they had K98 Mausers, I've told you this many times, for $5 apiece through Paragon out of Chicago. What were they? They were the Chinese boat anchor rifles that they had stored literally from the World War II Civil War and Revolution. Okay? During World War II, the Chinese, and before World War II, the Chinese made tons of copies of the K-98. There are so many variances, variants of that rifle made in China. But the other thing that the Communist Chinese had were all the weapons that the Russians captured. 8mm Mauser rifles, Czech, Polish, and German. Well, they sent them as gift rifles to the Communist Chinese to fight the nationalist Chinese. And what happened is when they were done, they boxed them up and just put them in the sides of mud hills. Literally just dug holes in the ground, caves and put wood inside. And you just stacked the stuff like cordwood in crates or just piled them up. No real maintenance done on them at all. Well, one of the guys went over there to China and was talking with him. He said, well, what else you got laying around here? And he saw that they were laying guns down. and they were going to steamroll roller. They're going to steamroll with them. Now Midwest got over there and had the same thing happen. They had millions of broom handle mousers and because they were tired, they thought no, Americans going to want these. So they had been destroying them themselves because they couldn't market them in the revolution, run a revolution industry. They couldn't say, you know, give them to other countries. They didn't want them. Um, so anyway, they saved those a bunch of them, but you never see him come back and resale. You ever notice that everybody bought him, but nobody's coming off him. Well, the Mauser's for $5 apiece. And what was interesting is that one of our guys who was an FFL said, oh cool, I'll buy them for $5 apiece. I got to pay about $4 shipping. Of course you buy 20 at a time and they were $5 apiece. You get a big bubble of 20, you go through them and about three quarters were European World War II pickups. and the rest were really odd Chinese variants, which by the way are now worth the stupid price, really stupid price, because they are collector's items, okay? So anyway, when the Batpagots came in to check out his FFL, they told him, you know, what are these $27.50 rifles that you're selling? Well, they're right here, you know, he had two or three of them that were in his rack, and he'd go, well, you're supposed to sell those for $300. And he's like, no, I'm not. I'm gonna sell for $2,750. No, you have to sell them for $300 to $350 apiece. And it's like, no, I'm selling them for $2,750. And what was fascinating is their logic was that the wholesale price in theory should have been $100 and that they should at least double or, you know, again, almost triple the price. And now guys, think about this. You're making a profit handover fist if you bought the rifle for $5 and you pay $3 or $4 in shipping. And then you sell it for $27.50. Guys, isn't that a kind of a big profit right there? And also, here's the problem. It's a fast turnaround. And so he had bought many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many five dollar bowsers. But he sold them to everybody for $27.50 so he wasn't gouging any of you gun owners. And he was still gouging you kind of but nobody cared for 2750 you got a check Mauser pre-war a 8 millimeter that actually was serviceable At the time I helped to clean up and open up a lot of them They had the both for rust and everybody was how do you get these out? I explained him how to do the soaking and how we used a little heat or we bathed them and we gradually with a wooden mallet, tap open the bolt very carefully, just a few ticks at a time and then it'd be opened up and the bores were decent, the rifles were, you know, not pretty on the outside, but don't worry. We had another guy who was doing nothing but refinishing so you could blow them or you could paint them. But for $2750, that was reasonable. No, for $300, they would not have been, but they flat out said, no, you should, you were supposed to sell these for $300. No, I can sell them for whatever I want to sell them for you don't tell me what I sell my weapons for you deal with the paperwork I deal with the finances So there's an idea guys of why they're doing this is the bat faggots I'm sure and CIA Oh, I'm sorry century arms international CAI or is it CIA? But we'll jog everybody's memory. So anyway, there are some interesting things coming in, but it's the last, maybe the last, again, problem. Too many wars eating up the inventory, which happens in an industrial world. So we need to be prepared for it, if you can. Keep an eye on it. They've got 8mm, 760 by 39, and 30-06 coming in through century. And the 762 by 39 is Romanian. And they intentionally, supposedly, destroyed every F-14 in the inventory that they could identify. Not because they were totally obsolete, they're older, but they're not obsolete and they were function unviable. They destroyed them because this was vindictiveness against Iran, cuz that way Iran couldn't get any of those parts in the long, long, long, long haul. So, there's an example of the kind of stupidity and where the Jewish mob manipulates our country. The Jewish mob is the problem. Because our inventory, the next thing that they're doing in disarming America, anything that's on the continent is being moved out. All of the intermediate and heavy systems that they were initially were sending out. liquidate our ability to defend the United States because the continental United States always had overlapping tiers of different generations of weapons systems to support the United States. And the military in general never disposes completely of the system until they traditionally had a proper series of replacements, which we do not. So right now, what they're doing is they're pulling the reserve inventory out and they're sliding it sideways. If their Bradley's are going overseas, I would point something out. And to be quite honest, the stuff they're stealing next is the stuff they can give to other people who aren't really friendly to us. And then New Jersey followed suit, and Delaware followed suit. California did so as well. Also, Illinois is the most recent, and Maryland we've even heard from them. And each time a state comes out, each one tries to one-up the previous, and they try to get a little more bold and a little more brash when it comes to restricting the Second Amendment. Trying to make it impossible for us Americans to be able to utilize and exercise our right, not theirs, to protect ourselves by, like the Supreme Court said, carrying a concealed handgun in public to protect ourselves. And yesterday, I got an email from someone here in Massachusetts. And then I dug a little deeper and I was made aware of one bill that was filed here in Massachusetts, but I dug and found 10 bills in Massachusetts. And oh my, wait until you hear what Massachusetts' response to Bruin is. People ask me, Jared, why did you buy a house in Tennessee? Especially my family. I know some of you will watch this. This is why, because I knew this trash was coming, especially with Maura Healy, the then anti-gun attorney general, now as governor with an attorney general that took her place that's even worse than she was. I'm gonna give you the 10 bills real quick, and I'm gonna give you a quick synopsis, because I can't get the actual links yet, because they're not out. But these... These are something crazy. These were all filed by Representative Blinsky out of Natick and Blinsky is a heap of clown trash He is an ass clown has been for many many years He hates he hates the Second Amendment because he's you know a snowflake woke soft mushy Communist and this is what he said before I get to the ten bills while the Massachusetts legislature has been a national leader in passing effective legislation that addresses gun violence prevention We're the most violent gun violence state in all of New England because they have made people victims. They've made them felons in wait. But we'll just keep going with the bullshit. There are more measures that can be taken, said Representative Lynskey. I'm proud to file bills that would make important and crucial steps in reducing gun violence and preventing further tragedies from occurring. Not one law ever passed on the books has made a criminal say, I can't do that because it's illegal. In fact, why don't we just make murder illegal, then we wouldn't have to worry about these things. Oh wait, yeah, about that. So, here are some bills that they filed, he profiled, to empower criminals and make citizens just subjects waiting to get slaughtered. Here we go. The first one is HD 352. It's an act relative to 3D printed weapons and ghost guns. And his stuff says, 3D printed guns and ghost guns are untraceable firearms without serial numbers that constitute a significant public safety and public health threat to our Commonwealth and our nation. Well, it's still legal in Massachusetts to make your own firearm. They're trying to stop that. And that's what this bill is here. I'm not even going to read the rest of this bullshit because it's just that. It's bullshit. The next one is HD An Act 2 require liability insurance for gun ownership. So, San Jose can do it, then why can't the Commonwealth of Marx, Massachusetts? They're going to try to force people to buy liability insurance for gun ownership. HD 363, an Act requiring live fire practice, for firearms licenses. Now, I've mentioned this to people over the years, these types of bills that have been filed in multiple states, and some people are like, well, yeah, that's a good idea. Well, yeah, it is a good idea, except it's not on the government to tell us that we need to train. It should be on a responsible gun owner to realize that, like, look, if I need to actually employ this tool, I should probably be really proficient at this tool, and the only way to do it is to actually practice with it. So we don't need the government to tell us what we need to do and how, but he wants at least five hours of live fire range time. with discharge of firearms, rifles, and shotguns. All of those are firearms. See how stupid he is? At a licensed gun club, including a discharge of at least 50 rounds of ammo, so that's a qualification round. The next one is HD357, and it's an act to close the large capacity magazine loophole. What is the large capacity magazine loophole people who don't live in a communist state might be saying what is that? Well the Clinton assault weapon ban of 1994 Everything in this in the country was put on hold for a decade. Well in Massachusetts. They never sunsetted that we just adopted it and carried it on because yeah gun gun safety So you have items like that that have been around for a long time pre-ban And those are what they're considering to be the magazine loophole items So like a Glock Gen 2 Gen 117 round magazine they can fetch like a hundred and twenty dollars in this state for something that is like oh thirty-three The US ECA is the premier self-defense education and training company for anyone 30-year-old plastic? It's insane? But this is what he says in this blurb. Under Carte, Massachusetts law, the sale, offering for sale, transfer or possession of large capacity feeding devices is prohibited unless such a device was lawfully possessed on or before September 13th of 1994, which is when the Clinton ban went into effect. This law, however, is not enforceable, as there's no way to distinguish between pre-94 large capacity feeding devices and post-94 magazines. Because you're stupid. uh... the legislation would require anyone in the possession of a large-capacity feeding device to register register your magazines with eos which is the executive office of public safety security this is this is coming to a state near you HD 368 is another one. An act relative to universal background checks. This is going to criminalize the private person-to-person sale. Massachusetts, we have what's called a license to carry. We call them LTCs. You go through a rigorous background check. Your chief of police and your municipality has to okay you because they can deny you if they don't like you. I don't know, you look like you're a Yankee fan, so we're not going to give you that. So, and that's called suitability. And yeah, it's kind of like good good character and good cause and yeah, they took that away, but they codified it So they kind of tried to go around brewing but this would This would criminalize any person-to-person transfers because you've already gone through all of those background checks and if you have that card in Massachusetts you're as pure as the undriven snow but they want to criminalize that and force everything to go to an FFL. Why? Because Massachusetts registers firearms. So we have to just beef up that registry. They don't know what you have. HD 355, the next one, is an act establishing an institute within the Department of Public Health and he says that gun violence is a major public health crisis. No, it's not. And there is a lack of research into the causes of firearm violence. Friggin' criminals. That was easy. But he wants to do like the feds are trying to do with the CDC, to have a health agency say it's a public health crisis and we must take away these guns because the people just don't know how to act with them. Well... Stop empowering the criminals who do the violent crime and that will take care of it pretty much on its own But what do I know? I just did that for a couple decades HD370 is an act to prevent illegal trafficking and gun violence among youth in the Commonwealth Hmm. Well, if you aren't old enough for an LTC and you have a gun that's already legal, if you're selling guns and you don't have either A, an LTC to possess that gun, or B, if you're not an FFL, that's already illegal, state level and federal level. But let's see what else he wants to do, because there's always hidden stuff. This legislation would require all guns sold to be designated or equipped with the ability to microstamp ammunition. And there you have it, folks. A microstamping law. that's already been challenged and is waiting on further stuff in California because that technology doesn't even frigging exist. Well, we want to do that here because we want to do what California does and one of it. So yeah, they want to, this technology is easy, accurate, and inexpensive. It's actually extremely expensive because animal manufacturers and or gun manufacturers will have to team up and make sure there's enough space on a casing and create the tooling to do this and make it different for every single firearm. It's not cheap, nor is it easy, and it's not even a thing. So that's a backdoor gun ban. If we pass this, well, you can't buy any gun that doesn't have micro-stamping. Sorry, I'm getting fired up. An act, HD 365, an act to clarify the prosecution of illegal guns. Well, that's pretty easy. The Attorney General says to all the prosecutors, the state prosecutors, hey, if somebody is illegally possessing a gun, they're a criminal and they hurt somebody because they're breaking laws and stuff, they're, you know, murderers and all that stuff, well, maybe actually do your job and prosecute them. But this is Massachusetts. Can't do that. Can't prosecute the criminals. The intent of this legislation is to make it clear that both firearms which are explicitly banned by their make and model name, as well as a copycat version of the same firearms which are essentially the same, are banned under mass law. So my wife got me this weird new kitchen knife as a gift. God, I love her. Yeah, HD 356, an act increasing penalties for the illegal sale and possession of firearms. Well, you wouldn't need to increase the penalties if you just did your damn job and prosecuted those people, but this would make it harsher probably for the law-abiding people if they could jam them up somehow. HD 353 is an act banning semi-automatic firearms. Let me say that again. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Representative Linsky out of Natick has just filed a bill To ban every semi-automatic firearm. To ban the Second Amendment. Yes, that's how stupid this doughboy is. This legislation would ban all privately owned semi-automatic firearms. This legislation would also introduce a gun buyback program. Well, you didn't buy my damn gun, you didn't sell it to me, so you're sure as shit not buying it back. By enforcing a penalty of 18 months in prison and a fine of $5,000 for each weapon, the Commonwealth would drastically reduce the amount of semi-automatic weapons in the hands of the public. Linsky, come and get them if you're man enough. Come and get them. And everybody else in the mass legislature or any other anti-gun legislature... Stack up and try. American people are sick and tired of your bullshit. And we will rectify this country. Keep pushing. America and Americans have a Second Amendment right for people like you. It's an outright ban on all semi-automatic center fire rifles. It's an outright ban on a lot of semi-automatic shotguns and even some handguns. The magazine ban, like I said, even the old former contract lobbyists for the NRA. He spent eight hours just trying to figure get his hands wrapped around it This is just the magazine part of the band this thing was so convoluted even if you had a say a receiver for a semi-automatic center fire rifle And you had it legally possessed and owned you cannot legally buy parts to finish that right now in, Illinois The like I said the law so convoluted. I really can't tell you everything in it because quite frankly nobody knows Now, there's going to be different court challenges, but the funny part of it is 90 county sheriffs and many states attorneys have already signed on saying that we are not going to follow this bill. I think they're just covering their ass because the 2.5 million gun owners in this state, a minimum 2 million of them are felons under this bill. I mean, it's literally a felony to even own a magazine once this becomes law. After 90 days, it was signed to, what, 86 days from now? You can't even take that gun off of your property if you wanted to call it off a state. But there's other consequences. Let's say you live in a state and you drive through Illinois and in your state, it's perfectly legal. to, say, have an 80% that you've built, and that's your personal carry weapon for concealed carry. In Illinois, that's a crime. Let's say you've got one that you own that was purchased, but it does have a serial number in it. If you're in the state more than 24 hours, in other words, if you're driving through and your car breaks down and you're in the state more than 24 hours, That's being the felony. And you know already in Northern Illinois state troopers and cops like pulling out of staters over just to see what they got in the car. So I mean, it's so convoluted. It even has interstate commerce problems. As far as the everybody is banking on the Brennan decision, which is a recent Supreme Court decision. The problem is, is what these states are doing is they're passing the most draconian gun control laws that they can possibly pass. And if they can get enough states to do it, it's going to be the same stunt that was pulled back in the 60s on the 68 gun act on the Affirmative action, the gay rights. In Illinois, governors have always used their power in the General Assembly and lame duck sessions to push legislation through and at the end had national implications. And what you've got is all of these Democrat governors are pushing through massive gun control packages to basically challenge and then nullify the Supreme Court decision that says the second article of amendment means what it says. So this is bad and the state of people, unfortunately, in states like Illinois and some of these other states that's passing this draconian BS. We're going to suffer. And the only like I said, the only reason that in Illinois, I think the sheriffs and some people are going are speaking out against this is because they don't want to be caught in the middle. Because even if you've got an old shotgun, it's semi-auto, there are so many laws in Illinois that's been passed in the last three to four years. It's not even clear what is legal and not legal in many cases right now. It's our, it's our bad news. Arbitrary and capricious activity, which we've warned everybody out for ever, but here's the thing. Somebody's just going to have to shoot their ass. I mean, here's the problem. Yeah, go ahead. Well, here's the thing about this, okay? You're at the Malthusian limit of stupidity. You do not want to go with them. Guys, any of you ever been behind in a prison system? Then it's going to be the Illinois State Rifle Association and the Second Amendment Foundation as the second group. And this group is going to be a group of smaller organizations, including the state FFL license holders. And they're the ones working with Todd Vandermey, but the man that they've got for the lawsuit that is challenging this, that they're going to be challenging this, is the guy that was running for governor. Now, in Illinois, they literally redistrict Darren Bailey right out of the office. He's no longer even his last day was the 10th. They even they redistrict him so he can't even you know, his district was gone So he just decided to run for governor and he got almost 2 million votes but the funny part of it is He's still out there fighting and swinging and the governor come out and made the comment said that well everybody You know in Illinois, you just can't pick and choose what law you want to support So now we have a 90, Illinois sheriff's allegedly claiming, well, you know, we're not going to follow your law. And at the same time, Darren Bailey said, well, is that why you're picking and choosing when it comes to Chicago being a sanctuary city and you're not following federal immigration laws? And that has really put the bur in them. But I guess in Ellen, but in Chicago, those people are so nutso up there. Um, they don't really need to be a part of it. I don't put this way. They probably need to be in the mental institution with the rubber toy. because they like playing with themselves anyhow because they're all faggots. However, right now, con congressional men and women have actually stepped up and said, well, I think this is a hill worth dying on. So we're gonna put up a fight on this. Now, how serious or how much they understand the wickedness of the other side? Because this ain't figurative. This can be very literal. There are several states where they're in motion and they thought they were going to slide it under the table and nobody's catching on. Michigan was one of them. I told everybody about this weeks ago. Well, more of it's coming out, but the people are on the floor. The townships, the counties are all in motion. There's a whole bunch of serious meetings going on and this is what Illinois needs to be doing right now. This is what see Massachusetts is a small state and where Jared's talking about it. It's still the exact same map out. So this is the plan and the motion. Now tie this in Biden was locked in. He could be he's been a walking corpse and they didn't care. They did this flim flam with the Republicans and got the ring knocker in there as the speaker. They're going to try and hit you with a side swipe, you know, a side bite where you're going to get hit and blindsided and you're supposed to be so stunned that when they make the big move because the bat faggots and homeland security are going to be cooperating in all of these gun grab states. However, we outnumber them no matter what they do. Well, whichever it is. And again, there's speculation. How are we looking at it? That is correct. The math. But still, it's important. This is the kind of conversation we need to have. The milk toe stuff that we're seeing with regard to the control media tells you the story. They're trying to set us up so that we supposedly get caught flat-footed. Now, all of these other battlefields right now at the state level are especially critical for us. But Illinois, guys, all roads lead to Chicago, so to speak. There is, you know, the road network is in the grid for transportation. There are key points. Some of them don't make any sense. It's just Indianapolis. All highways go to Indianapolis, but it isn't anything in particular significant, except it started out as a dot on the map and the roads go there. The same is true with the older hub of Chicago with regard to the lakes, the Mississippi River, and the road and rail heads. So that's the only thing that's given them this overlapping foundational manipulative power for, well, not just Illinois, but also for the Midwest. I'm going to tell you something right now. You guys, anybody who knows me, I have, because of what you said earlier, and I knew this, I completely avoid and will never go to Chicago. Oh yeah, you don't want to. You don't want to. Not even, not even writing, you know, using I-94, because it's exactly what you can expect. The area is electronically flagged. It's just giving the enemy an opportunity. And the best thing you can do is deny money to the enemy assets that are there. So again, avoid Chicago to begin with, but the state of Illinois needs to extract Chicago from its sphere and isolate it. In other words, literally take it from the state. And with all these things going on right now, this is the most critical. Everybody knows if they disarm that they will kill you. That's not a kind of maybe sort of and anybody who argues otherwise is an idiot and incompetent or a fool. And I'm talking with the amount of constitutional sheriffs that are telling Governor J.B. Pritster in Illinois, we're not enforcing your unconstitutional assault weapon ban. The last one I did was when they passed the bill or actually passed during the video when it was being edited. But there are 102 counties in Illinois and as of the latest count I can see 67 of those sheriffs have of those counties have had sheriffs come out and say we're not enforcing this unconstitutional crap. 35 counties still have not been heard from. Not all of them are going to stand for your rights in Illinois and that should be something you should be taking note of. But the pressure is definitely getting on Governor Pritzker. He was aggravated enough to where the night before last he went on TV and said, oh yeah, I'm sure there's going to be some people who are going to grandstand and say they won't comply basically for political expediency. But he did say that the state police are responsible for enforcing this, as are all other police. If they don't do their job, then they won't have a job. So he's threatening to fire law enforcement for standing up for your rights. Law enforcement, if you're watching, when you put your hand in the air and you take that oath to support and defend the United States Constitution, and in your case, the Constitution of the state of Illinois. You shall honor your oath. Do not enforce this unconstitutional BS by this communist who has presidential dreams. Don't enforce this law. You're part of the problem if you do. Not only should you be fired if you're doing this, but you should be charged and thrown in prison for acting that way. Now, the sheriffs who are all coming out against this, they're elected. They're constitutionally elected. the governor can't fire them. Could you imagine if he tried to remove a constitutional sheriff who said, I am enforcing the Second Amendment, I'm standing for the Second Amendment, I'm not allowing you to inhibit the rights or to infringe upon the rights of the citizens in my county. Could you imagine how bad that would be for someone who has presidential dreams? It'd be terrible this this assault weapon ban guys. It took effect took effect immediately Manufacture in sale is destroyed. You can't do it if you have one of these items You can keep it they'll grandfather you in but you have to register them with the state by the start of this 2024 so you have like the rest of this year to do it But it does everything. In the magazine band, they gave you a buffer instead of limiting everything to 10. And they didn't limit the 12 because they're really nice. They're really worried about you and they're trying to take care of you. Now there are several lawsuits that will be filed. I already know of Definite Two, potentially a third. I won't say who they are until they actually file them and they should be coming in the next couple days, possibly next week. But they're coming. The fight is coming to you, Governor Pritzker. The fight is coming to you, you communist legislators in Illinois. And you're going to lose, just like New York, Delaware, New Jersey, and California. And you name them. One thing I want to say is that each, after the Bruin decision, when the Supreme Court slapped the handful of anti-gun states, down a notch or 10. Each state has, all the states were kind of like, hey man, how do we do this? How do we fix our, you know, tyrannical ways? And New York was the first step to the plate, right? We've chronicled New York, they're getting their teeth knocked in, but they were like, everything is sensitive. You can, we're gonna have to give you a permit, but you just can't carry anywhere. And then New Jersey followed suit, and Delaware followed suit. California did so as well. Also, Illinois, the most recent, and Maryland, we've even heard from them. And each time a state comes out, each one tries to one-up the previous, and they try to get a little more bold and a little more brash when it comes to restricting the Second Amendment. Trying to make it impossible for us Americans... to be able to utilize and exercise our right, not theirs, to protect ourselves by, like the Supreme Court said, carrying a concealed handgun in public to protect ourselves. And yesterday, I got an email from someone here in Massachusetts And then I dug a little deeper and I was made aware of one bill that was filed here in Massachusetts, but I dug and found 10 bills in Massachusetts. And oh my, wait until you hear what Massachusetts' response to Bruin is. People ask me, Jared, why did you buy a house in Tennessee? Especially my family. I know some of you will watch this. This is why, because I knew this trash was coming, especially with Maura Healy, the then anti-gun attorney general, now as governor with an attorney general that took her place, it's even worse than she was. I'm gonna give you the 10 bills real quick, and I'm going to give you a quick synopsis, because I can't get the actual links yet, because they're not out. But these... These are something crazy. These were all filed by Representative Blinsky out of Natick and Blinsky is a heap of clown trash He is an ass clown has been for many many years He hates he hates the Second Amendment because he's you know a snowflake woke soft mushy Communist and this is what he said before I get to the ten bills while the Massachusetts legislature has been a national leader in passing effective legislation that addresses gun violence prevention We're the most violent gun violence state in all of New England because they have made people victims. They've made them felons in wait. But we'll just keep going with the bullshit. There are more measures that can be taken, said Representative Linsky. I'm proud to file bills that would make important and crucial steps in reducing gun violence and preventing further tragedies from occurring. Not one law ever passed on the books has made a criminal say, I can't do that because it's illegal. In fact, why don't we just make murder illegal, then we wouldn't have to worry about these things. Oh wait, yeah, about that. So, here are some bills that they filed, he profiled, to empower criminals and make citizens just subjects waiting to get slaughtered. Here we go. The first one is HD 352. It's an act relative to 3D printed weapons and ghost guns. And his stuff says, 3D printed guns and ghost guns are untraceable firearms without serial numbers that constitute a significant public safety and public health threat to our commonwealth and our nation. Well, it's still legal in Massachusetts to make your own firearm. They're trying to stop that. And that's what this bill is here. I'm not even going to read the rest of this bullshit because it's just that. It's bullshit. The next one is HD. An Act 2 require liability insurance for gun ownership. So, St. Jose can do it, then why can't the Commonwealth of Massachusetts? They're going to try to force people to buy liability insurance for gun ownership. HD 363, an Act requiring live fire practice, for firearms licenses. Now I've mentioned this to people over the years, these types of bills that have been filed in multiple states, and some people are like, well yeah, that's a good idea. Well yeah, it is a good idea except it's not on the government to tell us that we need to train. It should be on a responsible gun owner to realize that like, look, if I need to actually employ this tool, I should probably be really proficient at this tool, and the only way to do it is to actually practice with it. So we don't need the government to tell us what we need to do and how, but he wants at least five hours of live fire range time. with discharge of firearms, rifles, and shotguns. All of those are firearms. See how stupid he is? At a licensed gun club, including a discharge of at least 50 rounds of ammo, so that's a qualification round. The next one is HD 357. And it's an act to close the Large Capacity Magazine loophole. What is the Large Capacity Magazine loophole? People who don't live in a communist state might be saying, huh, what is that? Well, the Clinton Assault Weapon Band of 1994, everything in the country was put on hold for a decade. Well, in Massachusetts they never sunsetted that. We just adopted it and carried it on because, yeah, gun safety, woo! So you have items like that that have been around for a long time pre-ban And those are what they're considering to be the magazine loophole items So like a Glock Gen 2 Gen 1 17 round magazine They can fetch like a hundred and twenty dollars in this state for something that is like a 30 30 year old plastic It's insane, but this is what he says in this blurb under cart, Massachusetts law of the sale offering for sale transfer or possession of large capacity feeding devices is prohibited unless such a device was lawfully possessed on or before september thirteenth of nineteen ninety four which is when the clinton ban went into effect this law however is not enforceable as there's no way to distinguish between pre ninety four large capacity devices and post ninety four magazines because you're stupid uh... the legislation would require anyone in the possession of a large-capacity feeding device to register register your magazines with EOS, which is the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security. This is coming to a state near you, believe me. HD 368 is another one. An act relative to universal background checks. This is going to criminalize the private person-to-person sale. Massachusetts, we have what's called a license to carry. We call them LTCs. You go through a rigorous background check. Your chief of police in your municipality has to OK you because they can deny you if they don't like you. I don't know, you look like you're a Yankee fan, so we're not going to give you that. And that's called suitability. And yeah, it's kind of like good character and good cause. And yeah, they took that away, but they codified it. So they kind of tried to go around brewing. But this would... This would criminalize any person-to-person transfers because you've already gone through all of those background checks and if you have that card, in Massachusetts you're as pure as the undriven snow, but they want to criminalize that and force everything to go to an FFL. Why? Because Massachusetts registers firearms. So we have to just beef up that registry. They don't know what you have. HD 355, the next one, is an act establishing an institute within the Department of Public Health. And he says that gun violence is a major public health crisis. No, it's not. And there is a lack of research into the causes of firearm violence. Friggin' criminals. That was easy. But he wants to do like the Fed to try to do with the CDC to have a health agency say it's a public health crisis and we must take away these guns because the people just don't know how to act with them. Well... Stop empowering the criminals who do the violent crime and that will take care of it pretty much on its own But what do I know just did that for a couple decades? HD 370 is an act to prevent illegal trafficking and gun violence among youth in the Commonwealth Hmm. Well if you aren't old enough for an LTC and you have a gun that's already illegal, if you're selling guns and you don't have either A, an LTC to possess that gun, or B, if you're not an FFL, that's already illegal, state level and federal level. But let's see what else he wants to do, because there's always hidden stuff. This legislation would require all guns sold to be designated or equipped with the ability to micro stamp ammunition. And there you have it folks. a microstamping law that's already been challenged and is waiting on further stuff in California because that technology doesn't even frigging exist. Well, we want to do that here because we want to do what California does and one of it. So yeah, they want to, this technology is easy, accurate, and inexpensive. It's actually extremely expensive because animal manufacturers and or gun manufacturers will have to team up and make sure there's enough space on a casing and create the tooling to do this and make it different for every single firearm. It's not cheap, nor is it easy, and it's not even a thing. So that's a backdoor gun ban. If we pass this, you can't buy any gun that doesn't have micro stamping. Sorry, I'm getting fired up. An Act HD 365, an Act to Clarify the Prosecution of Illegal Guns. Well that's pretty easy. The Attorney General says to all the prosecutors, the state prosecutors, hey, if somebody is illegally possessing a gun, they're a criminal and they hurt somebody because they're breaking laws and stuff, you know, murders and all that stuff, well maybe actually do your job and prosecute them. But this is Massachusetts. Can't do that. Can't prosecute the criminals. The intent of this legislation is to make it clear that both firearms which are explicitly banned by their make and model name, as well as a copycat version of the same firearms which are essentially the same, are banned under mass law. Yeah, HD 356 an act increasing penalties for the illegal sale and possession of firearms Well, you wouldn't need to increase the penalties if you just did your damn job and prosecuted those people, but this would make it Harsh or probably for the law abiding people if they could jam them up somehow HD 353 is an act banning semi-automatic firearms. Let me say that again the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Representative Linsky out of Natick has just filed a bill To ban every semi-automatic firearm. To ban the Second Amendment. Yes, that's how stupid this doughboy is. This legislation would ban all privately owned semi-automatic firearms. This legislation would also introduce a gun buyback program. Well, you didn't buy my damn gun, you didn't sell it to me, so you're sure as shit not buying it back. By enforcing a penalty of 18 months in prison and a fine of $5,000 for each weapon, the Commonwealth would drastically reduce the amount of semi-automatic weapons in the hands of the public. Linsky, come and get them if you're man enough. Come and get them. And everybody else in the mass legislature or any other anti-gun legislature... Stack up and try. American people are sick and tired of your bullshit. And we will rectify this country. Keep pushing. America and Americans have a Second Amendment right for people like you. The Founders knew you were there. There were more Tories than there were Patriots. And they knew that you guys wouldn't go away. And you'd try your bullshit again. Taking aim at paramilitary training camps, a new bill in the Vermont legislature would make it illegal to operate facilities like the controversial Slate Ridge gunfighting facility in West Paulins. Channel 3 political reporter Calvin Cutler joins us live now from Montpelier. Calvin Slate Ridge has been in the news and in the courts for several years now, so why was this bill introduced? Well, good evening, Kat and Ike. The bill was on the wall last session, but it never got picked up. Now, sponsors of the bill here in the Senate say that the bill is a way to give the state more tools to deal with situations like in West Pollock. slate rich back in the sp under Montpelier's golden that someone sets up a tr goal is to train people A bill in Vermont's legisl training camps. It targets fire range in West Pollo of the courts for violatio and zoning regulations. F raised alarm bells about t threats from its owner, who claimed to be stockpi his training services to at the time top Vermont co We've briefed legislators on our overall threat mitigation posture, how investigations work, what kinds of things we can investigate. Now Senate President Pro Tem Phil Baruth says he wants to give the state more tools to crack down on Slate Ridge and places like it. In Vermont. We don't want people starting a camp where they advertise out of state or in state for people to come and learn how to attack others. Supporters of the Second Amendment bristle at the bill. Derby representative Brian Smith calls it a slippery slope. You can be on the offense, you can be on the defense. If you're not breaking any laws, then have the training. Anyone that who wants to learn this type of training should certainly be allowed to do it. I think it's probably likely to be found to be constitutional. if it is carefully drawn. Vermont Law School Professor Peter Teachout says the state and federal constitutions make a distinction between the individual right to bear arms and engaging in military style activity without state support. Both the federal and the state constitution make sure that or has specific provisions for a well-regulated militia. and that meant regulated by government authorities. He adds the bill needs to be aimed at the conduct of Slate Ridge, not the rhetoric and speech of its supporters, which would be protected under the First Amendment. Baniyye is currently in state court, contesting civil contempt charges, following a failure to remove unpermitted structures from his property. Now, as we mentioned, this bill was not taken up last session, and it's unclear how it will play out in the next few weeks in the Senate Judiciary Committee. But Senator Baruth says that he wants lawmakers here in the Senate to be prepared for the conversation, if and when it happens. Reporting live in Montpelier, Calvin Cutler, Channel 3 News. I got from that is in other words, they're losing their case against the building thing, which they were going to try to use to steal the property and shut down the training operation that way because they can't. Now, the second thing I got from that is, well, if you don't want people training to hurt each hurt other people, you better be shutting down every law enforcement training facility. You better be shutting down every military base in your state because what what do those do? The police and Hell, it shouldn't. That paramilitary training, if you really want to thread the eye of the needle, the camel through the eye of the needle, as they say, what is paramilitary training? Any martial arts studio could fall under that and be shut down. It all depends on what they got to hear up their arse about at the time. But again, I see this is from 10, this is from three days ago. They're losing in court, and they know they don't have a leg to stand on, so they're trying to change the law so they can attack the training facility another way. I don't know this person, I don't know the area, but he's already in court over temporary structures, is what they're complaining about. And obviously the temporary structures is not the reason they're attacking him. And it's clear when this is what they're doing because they're losing. Again, this is Vermont. Yeah, we got it. Again, I don't know the zoning or anything there, but He's still in court. They are obviously not winning the fight. If, again, like I said, if they were winning the fight and they were going to get him to take the stuff down, this would be, this wouldn't be an issue for him because it'd technically be, you know, I'm sure the structures that they're complaining about have to do with the training facility that he has set up for people to come in and train at. So he didn't get their permission and he didn't get their permission to put up a structure. Private property. I know it's. Yeah, right. Well, definitely something interesting to keep an eye on again. Michigan State Police seek civilian volunteers for training exercise. That's the name of the article. It's posted in the Discord. And under town hall meeting, you scroll up and see it. We like to bring attention to these things because usually when they have a training exercise, that's when we have a mass shooting or some other BS that happens. Just happens to coincide with this stuff. That's when the drills go live, just like 911, just like that that IRS plane that hit that building in Austin. That was a drill gone live. Well, it's like down here, the one that we had on the border with the kid who drove the truck. Yes. They were having a training exercise on that day in that area. So that interesting, you know, it's just, it's always interesting that the training that they're training ops always seem to coincide with stuff that's going on. And this is going to be apparently held at Fort Custer. So, uh, Yeah, it's something to keep an eye on. That's why we brought it up. Also, if somebody wants to make some money, go in and report on what's going on there in Michigan, if you can get the job. You know, we've had people do that before to tell us what they were training. After all, we've seen how the bureaucracy works. So we leave him right where he is. He can't go anywhere. Nobody can replace him that is the true monster of the bunch. And as we've said, if they get rid of Biden, Kamala Harris slash the back alley bar horror, would be sliding forward into that job with no practical experience and with no power base. Literally, while Biden is a long term political hack with a lot of integrated and infiltrated mechanisms that give him strength because they're blackmail power or it's just that he has throw weight. Kamala Harris has nothing like that. Literally, the only thing that's holding that piece of trash up is the Obama tentacle that's up her bung hole and the tip of that tentacle that's moving her mouth, which is kind of funny because when they get her to cackle, well, it kind of tells you much there. No matter how we look at it, we want neither of them truly to leave. The best place for both of those individuals because of the failing of the Republicans to do their job two years ago because they all lost their spine. They all licked bong hole, okay? When the leftist bent forward and spread their cheeks. They told the Republicans to lick their hind end. They asked them how many licks do you want and how deep you want them to go. So, and here again, there's other black men out there, if you wanna count them for if racist, what we have to or sex, what we have to be filtering with, okay? Then there's a whole bunch of far better loyal Americans that were black men that should have been president over that turn. and is biting in the ass right now with what's going on in the government right now because of that turd. That's one of the several problems that make up the issue here in the United States right now. And they can beat around the bush and they can try to keep this like mono dimensional, single one dimensional or two dimensional if they can. But no depth to anything that they're talking about out of Washington, it's all shallow hell. And, Nia, again, we need to be thinking the long term. Ideally, it would be keep both Harris and Biden in constant administrative pain for the next 24 months, right where they are. But if it was a choice between taking one or the other and having them administratively moved through impeachment or whatever other tools, it would be Kamala Harris. That's who they should be focusing on. That's the dangerous link. They could kill Biden. We don't have to do anything. It's obvious that this whole thing with the documents was set up by the ring knockers and the fellow travelers to move the dead meat out of the way, which is Biden. So we don't want him moved. They really are in one of these flummox situations where everybody knows it's like, well, don't listen to him. If he does tell everybody to do something, don't do it. And we have justification to question the why. But we don't need too much of a reason to move him out. And remember that they did that because they had to suffer with it. The plan wasn't for it to be a one step hit. In other words, Agnew was supposed to be gone. Rockefeller would have been in place. Nixon is attacked and then Rockefeller becomes Emperor. That's a minimal dance and still maybe one more than they wanted, okay? But that's comparable to what you're seeing right now, where if Biden has moved out of the way, which is very easy, it can be done at any time everybody asserted themselves. In fact, with the proper challenge at the very beginning, and if everybody had dug their heels in, that piece of trash would not have been in the Oval Office to begin with. But everybody bent over and everybody didn't do the everybody basically said on their hands waiting for Bob to do it. Well, nobody did it. So now again, the scenario is such that just let it roll through, let it ride to the end. Now whether or not the next state collection is going to be a different from this last one or the one before which were both hack operations, we'll see. But at the very least, It kicks the can down the road in such a way that the enemy has to act. It forces the enemy to play out the rest of the way, but with key components easily identifiable when the time comes, because they're right there in front of you. It's over the counter. Another thing here real quick, we were talking about vehicles and I talked about batteries, but I always, I left out tires. I will remind you again, if you're changing out tires, don't get rid of the old ones. They're holding air. A tire that holds air is better than a tire with a chunk the size of your fist out of it. So again, since none of your made of money, I can't see it if you having two or three brand new sets of extra tires there unless you own a tire store. What you need are those other tires to be able to replace as needed in a combat environment or in a, let's just say a bad economic drop environment so you at least go down the road. You will still be better off even if the tires are not great and you change them because it was necessary to change them for safety. because you can still turn the wheel down the road as long as you've got something that can hold air. During the 20s and 30s, my dad told me it used to take to go from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Benton Harbor. It used to take 29 tire changes to go cross country on the roads that were in Michigan from Ann Arbor to Benton Harbor. 29 tire changes. What do you mean by that? Well, the tires weren't all that great. And what they would do is a tire would run so far, go flat. They take that one off and be patching that up in the back of the vehicle because it was a big old touring car. And meanwhile, they're running off the other tire that was already fixed and they'd have another one on the back too, with they'd scrounge. And what they would be doing is patching them and pumping them up while they're going down the road. and replacing the tires one after another until they got to the destination. My dad was the oldest of eight, so he was one of the tire mechanics simply by the fact that he was, you know, the oldest. So I don't think we have to go through that yet. Even our worst tires would probably make it at least across the state before they die, right? Probably farther. So, with that being the case, you want to reserve a certain number of whatever tires you've changed out or accumulate them by going to Facebook Marketplace, you go to Craigslist, or even go to the tire stores. A lot of times people change out four tires, and three of them are pretty decent. It's that fourth one, or maybe a set front or rear that have caused the problem, so you still have a couple of decent Serviceable tires, they just get so many of them that they typically just throw them out in the pile and eventually they haven't picked up by a tire guy for recycling Before that happens see if you can grab yourself some spares. Now, if they have the FedNow system in place and they say, okay, we have the central bank digital currency, they're not going to do the central bank digital currency and the universal basic income at the same time unless something happens to be the impetus of saying, okay, we're going to do universal basic income and central bank digital currency. So, my point on that is as far as the gun situation goes, they just did the pistol, I just put up a video in the Discord. They just did the pistol brace. I hear there's some kind of ruling today on the pistol brace. And they're saying that you have to, if you want to keep them, you have to register them. So nobody knows what kind of pistol brace they need to register. So my point is, is that if they do central bank digital currency and they don't have a dollar because the dollar collapses, if you still buy guns, it's de facto registration. Isn't that correct? Because they know what you're buying with the central bank digital currency, right? Hello. That's the problem with that. That's the problem with what we've been talking about here about accepting the idea of the digital currency. The other issue is, again, there are so many overlapping layers of paperwork, like Illinois has the FOIA card to begin with, which basically registers every firearms owner and registers their weapons, and of course also puts restrictions on storage and everything else, and that's already been in place before we got the ban that they just did. We've been in the gray foggy area where your best bet is to find a street person, who still has a driver's license or an ID, find out if they have any background. There's a lot of people that are street people that don't have any background. Virtually, if it weren't for the state ID card or the driver's license they have, they simply are ghosts. And that's a good person to give money to. You tell them, hey, we'll feed you, we'll take care of you. Your job is to go in and buy things. Now the other consideration like I said is for grandpa or grandma or your you know Whoever it is. It's really old great grandpa would really be great say great grandpa. You don't like government. Nope I told you I don't like this government Tell you what we had a lot of people need weapons. I'll just give you the money We just take care of that you take care of this particular aspect of it that way it goes to the grave with you And a lot of people have been doing that. In order to have an impetus for people to use this, there will have to be a dollar collapse. And then people will say, hey, wait a minute, what are we going to use if we don't have the dollar? Okay, you're going to use this and we're going to give you this. It's only worth half as much, but we're going to give you twice what you had. And the part that they're not going to tell them is that in order for you to get it, there's a whole lot of things that you have to do. And we've already gone over that as far as gun registration, as far as taking a vaccine, and who knows what else they want you to do to get the free money. The big thing here is again with the currency issue is even that it's, you know, how big is Michigan? You know, how big is Florida? How big? None of these states are big enough for the enemy to hide in effectively. They may have a few people that will back them up. But the fact is that there has been this understanding that like I said, well, this is a hill I'm willing to die on, fight on and need be die. The people that are saying that, I understand it's mostly figurative, but very quickly they can be pushed over into the literal. Most all of us are already there are the ones who will be pushing the route. You got to lead by example. You have to lead by example. All of you listening, you have to lead by example. That's what gets it. That's what's going to get it done. Every aspect, think about it like corridors. Basically what this is about is the guy who's running the training grounds on his property. The state of the county has come after him on buildings and they're losing the court case on the buildings they want him to take down. And they're getting ready for losing that case. They're trying to pass legislation to do away with training. But the way they word it, if they don't want people training to kill anybody, boy, you better get rid of your military bases and your police training centers in the state. Taking aim at paramilitary training camps, a new bill in the Vermont legislature would make it illegal to operate facilities like the controversial Slate Ridge gunfighting facility in West Pollock. Channel 3 political reporter Calvin Cutler joins us live now from Montpelier. Calvin Slate Ridge has been in the news and in the courts for several years now, so why was this bill introduced? Well, good evening, Kat and Ike. The bill was on the wall last session, but it never got picked up. Now, sponsors of the bill here in the Senate say that it'll, uh, the bill is a way to give the state more tools to deal with situations like in West Paulet. Slate Ridge, back in the spotlight, this time under Montpelier's Golden Dome. In the event that someone sets up a training camp whose sole goal is to train people. to attack other people with real weapons. That's something that we need to take a hard look at. A bill in Vermont's legisl training camps. It target fire range in West Pollo of the courts for violatio and zoning regulations. F raised alarm bells about t alleged threats from its who claimed to be stockpil his training services to at the time top Vermont co We've briefed legislators on our overall threat mitigation posture, how investigations work, what kinds of things we can investigate. Now Senate President Pro Tem Phil Baruth says he wants to give the state more tools to crack down on Slate Ridge and places like it. In Vermont. We don't want people starting a camp where they advertise out of state or in state for people to come and learn how to attack others. Supporters of the Second Amendment bristle at the bill. Derby representative Brian Smith calls it a slippery slope. You can be on the offense, you can be on the defense. If you're not breaking any laws, then have the training. Anyone that who wants to learn this type of training should certainly be allowed to do it. I think it's probably likely to be found to be constitutional. if it is carefully drawn. From law school, Professor Peter Teachout says the state and federal constitutions make a distinction between the individual right to bear arms and engaging in military style activity without state support. Both the federal and the state constitution make sure that or have specific provisions for a well regulated militia. and that meant regulated by government authorities. He adds the bill needs to be aimed at the conduct of Slate Ridge, not the rhetoric and speech of its supporters, which would be protected under the First Amendment. Bonnier is currently in state court, contesting civil contempt charges, following a failure to remove unpermitted structures from his property. Now, as we mentioned, this bill was not taken up last session, and it's unclear how it will play out in the next few weeks in the Senate Judiciary Committee.
