Temperatures are in the 40s, the middle 40s, and are actually supposed to get warmer through the evening. We got a little bit of a heat bubble coming through, and then it's supposed to drop down progressively, step by step over the weekend. Nothing new. This is classic Michigan roller coaster weather. The good thing, no snow, shouldn't say a word. We could get some, even though it's 47 degrees out there with overlying fronts, we could get some pitter snow, but the ground is kind of cold, but not. In other words, the moment the sun comes out during the day still, you can put a shovel in the ground and actually move some dirt. I've actually been doing some other fill while I've been at it, just to give you an idea. spots that I wanted to level out and I didn't think I was really going to mess with it, but I got the resources, you know, optional and such from one end free and had the, you know, it's a catch, you know, catch this, catch Ken thing in the passing as I have time to stop in, I grab a partial truck load, drop it off and, you know, get out into other business. But if it sits at night, it's just enough to get the outer areas or if it's damp, if the dirt stamp, it'll freeze up for the night. Not heavy, not ice, but it blocks up. So why fight it? Dump the buckets upside down or the pile where it needs to be. Wait till it gets about midday. Everything is loosened up again. Finish it real quick. You're done. Again, prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance, but be creative. Think ahead so you don't have to just stare at stuff. Leave it, come back to it. While you're walking by it, finish it up, still be doing other things. First of all, Cinco Damo Day, classicfirearms.com has got some pretty interesting deals, post Black Friday deals still. It's, by the way, the next Friday, right? What does that tell you? But there are a few other decent buys over there. You wanna stop over and look at Classic Firearms, see what's left, because it was kinda last ofs. A couple people have gone through and kind of cleaned out because it's our people that did it, picked up a few items and put them on the out of stock inventory. But there's still a lot of interesting items there. There is, I believe, still some spear. I think it's spear, but I could be wrong. 38 special. It's a standard load. I do not believe it is I would like to find some 148 grain wadcutter. Everybody, just something to think about. Wadcutter is really fantastic because for the 38, it's a barrel. So all of this is basically a bullet that's shaped like a barrel, an oil barrel. And what happens is when it hits, all the energy stays right there. It's not a real fancy load. It's not a Magnum, dirty, hairy, you know, power charge. But it doesn't need to be 148 grain flat. And when it hits, well, sometimes it just cascades, we will wobble, and it tumbles through the target. Now, the nice thing about this is if you're gonna use a weapon for personal defense, remember that the asshat, worthless turd, prostitute-ers, pretty much everywhere are anti-gun. So if you had to defend yourself in your own home, they're gonna try to do everything they can as whores for money bags to do damage to you, okay? So because of this, and because of the nature of the way things are, you want to use loads that you can't be argued, you bought, you know, like they'll do this in the courtroom and you bought into this store and you searched the shelves and you found this, you know, extrapolator, bore, cartridge, the 1.56 grain buzz saw, jacketed, hollow point, explode around, Because you were wicked and ruthless and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. You know how they, they, that's kind of tripe they build up. Hold on. The big thing. Well, okay. What do you, what do you got, caller? Go back 70 years. Dumb dumb bullets. Oh yeah. Dumb dumb bullets. Yeah. That was the resurrected term by the way. Cause that goes all the way back to, well, we have to go way back in the twenties and thirties. Remember? What is he using? He's using dumb dumb bullets. Remember Bugs Bunny? Somebody said, I remember you opened up the box and there were dumb dumb bullets in there and they're like, they're supposed to be stupid. So the thing about this is that with 148, why is 148 grain vodka really great for kind of keeping things in check as far as their verbal abuse? Well, it's a target load. It's a paper cutting target load. It's designed to do a very good job of creating a nice, simple crease It's got sufficient arc and energy so that you have uniform strike over and over and over again. But guess what? You put that as a defense load against the target. It does a good job of keeping all the energy right there, especially in soft lead. Now another one, and everybody's been asking me, why did they offer all this seven and a half and eight shot and eight and a half shot, nine shot and shotguns? Well guys, you know, I know there's been a lot of people are making comments. Well, if you shoot somebody with bird shot, you know, they're gonna be picking it out later. Well, that's if they're like maybe bunny distance away, you know, 40, 50 yards. But if you're in your house, I will point this out again. It pays off the distance from say your hallway door looking down the hallway towards the front door. Well, how far away is that? If you have two stories and you've got to look down a stairwell, what's the distance from the top to the bottom of the stairway? Let me tell you something. Yeah, okay, well, trust me. If you take that, in fact, especially since many people are not buying, say, a trench gun, or they're not going to buy a sawed-off shotgun, they're going to buy a standard gun. Let's say it has a 28-inch barrel, bird barrel on it. a bunny barrel, a field barrel, because you can go longer and you can go shorter. Just say 20 to 26 inches, 28 inches, take your pick. When you pull the trigger on that shotgun inside the house, the short distance that you're firing, that wad doesn't get a chance to open up the way it would where it's in the field and you come up with this compressed scatter shot, this ball or cone of destruction. Okay, it's not happening. So as long as you do aim, and by the way, one story that they always say, we don't have to aim with a shotgun. Well, let's kind of keep it in the general target area, okay? Like in other words, aim for their groin, pull the trigger. What's gonna happen is that number eight, number seven, or seven and a half, or eight and a half, whatever you're using, it's gonna pretty well be in one big lump and probably won't even barely get out of the wad. If the wad is opening up, it's hardly had a chance to do so. And what you have is this fist of gravel lead that's punching something. You know what that does in a big wad like that when it hits? It then explodes on target. It dissipates in all directions and each little grain follows the path of least resistance. In other words, it's a shredding tool. Okay? Now, in fact, this term was mentioned earlier, dumb-dumb. How many of you know what a poacher load is? A poacher's load. This is an old, dirty trick that actually works, but you don't want to do it because you don't want to have anything in the tube to, you know, slow anything else down. That's my attitude. But you could do it the first round, I guess, maybe, or if you got a 12-gauge double barrel, who'd care? The old poacher trick was to be carrying a shot load, but what you do is you take your good old Barlow or that little pen knife I told you you should be carrying like the one I got in my left pocket right now and you cut on the outside of the case almost all the way through all the way around the case right on the edge of where the wad starts where it's nearest the powder charge. What does that do? Well, when you pull the trigger, chances are if you've done it right, and if you gain experience, you'll find out how to do it right. You want to cut clean through, but you want just enough plastic holding it there so it's just not going to fall apart on you, because you've got to have that thing. Powder charge, you've got to be where it is. But you've got a little less pressure. Yeah, see, that's the problem is, again, well, it's what you do is it's the first load thing, so you finger it into the chamber. And you want to pay attention, but what they used to do is a guy carry a pocket full of number six money shot. Okay, for quail, money, you know, pheasant, whatever. But that number six is in the lead, that's in the case, in the rifle, or forgive me, in the shotgun. As needed, that gets loaded up, and if you see Bambi for a poacher load, That round within short distance is going down range as a big barrel of number six shot at full velocity. But if you were inspected, again, yeah, nothing but shot here. You hold the handful of rounds and you got and you show them in front. Yep, it's got shot at number six, okay. The idea was that you could do this in the field as needed even if you got good. Let's say you saw, you know, hey, I'm tracking a deer. You take the old Barlow out, you cut the piece accordingly, load it in, and boom! When you pull the trigger, you hit him with a beanbag number six slug. The deer goes down. Okay, down. So it's a number six phabo. Yeah. Exactly. And here's the thing, Glazer safety slugs. How many of you guys remember these Glazer? I'm resurrecting an old cartridge. This was back in the 80s. Yeah, and the the oh no, you probably blazer. I mean glazer with a G glazer glazer got him in the bottom of the center as we speak. Yep Okay. Well those were designed to be quite mean and in fact when they came out the the Again, it's the it depends on how anti-gun the idiot stick is you're dealing with What happens is when they get out range they do it just exactly what that beanbag round does and what was fascinating about this is that the that the first time it went into court, the, what was it, the, how the, the corner, the county corner was there and he goes, oh, this guy was really evil because he must have taken a 410 shotgun and walked up and shot the guy at point blank range. Well, then they asked him, you know, the coroner said, well, were there burn marks? And it's like, well, no. Well, if there weren't burn marks, how can it win? Of course, the idea was that, well, it was just as bad. So the prostitute was trying to attack the guy who was defending himself in his own home. The guy's in his house, in the bedroom door, gets shot more than a few times. But each round was with a glazer. So this guy, it shredded him. Once it hit, it just explodes around, explodes on down contact. And it's like a flak round for air defense. So they then did the, oh, he was, you know, like I described earlier, he bought this horrific round. It was devastating. This will, yeah, it's supposed to be, but you have to, you know, act like, well, no, I was trying to make sure I didn't shoot my neighbors and I didn't hurt anybody. And I was told that if the round, you know, hit somebody, it doesn't go through and, you know, go through a wall and then, you know, go through the person you're shooting at, go through a wall and go to the neighbor's house and shoot somebody you don't want to shoot. It stops right where it hits. That was the purpose behind it. See, that's the same reason that you can use wadcutter with the same arguments like, well, and by the way, the number seven, the number eight, same thing. When it hits barriers, if you're all nervous or half awake and you're defending yourself, if you miss, the good thing about a slap charge like that is that it's not going through two or three or four walls. Whatever it hits next, if you miss the target, that's where it's gonna probably be right there, boom. You know doors walls it's going to dissipate because of the nature of the charge you know the nature of the round And the material but it will do exactly on that door what it was going to do if you hit the target So just remember it's going to do some you know it will do some damage all firearms will no firearms are Are to be taken lightly in that respect and you don't want to be shot with anything obviously but in this case again These rounds are out there. And remember that the scurrilous nature of the turds that are in the prosecutor's office or such. Again, plan ahead. It's something to think about. And again, the safety slug is not a bad choice because you don't have to worry about hitting friendlies. Long as you can keep it center of mass and remember all hits are good hits. That's another thing I need to keep emphasizing. It doesn't have to be a perfect hit every time but all hits are good hits. Now I've talked before about aiming for the groin because of body armor. But any hit, this is why aiming for the groin is a good choice because if you haven't done a lot of contact shooting with people directly and most people have, cops haven't. Then that adrenaline rush is going to change how you you function now cops and most mostly military people knows too that especially with or you know with inexperienced contact and Inexperienced activity the adrenaline rush kind of creates a whole bunch of issues that you have to train out of a person and the way to do that is repetition so most all of the cops you could talk to that have been in any kind of exchange, although they typically don't hit much. They really don't. They'll expend god awful amounts ammo and barely hit the target, maybe every 11th round, okay? There we go. Well, they could do better than that. Well, in theory, they could, but a lot of people really aren't. Usually when people are in a firefighter exchange, in many cases in a non-combat environment, it is not as you would plan it, because you didn't plan it. The action happens randomly. You're in your house, you get to pick the hour that some idiot stick wants to come through the window. You don't get to pick it to form it and box it and put it in your brain. That's not how it works. So that's one of the other reasons that training, training, training, practice, practice, practice is especially critical. But the most important thing here is also maintain control of your training devices when you do. Oh, Guns and Gadgets had a piece, we aren't gonna play it, but Guns and Gadgets had a piece about the, what is it, the 320? What's interesting is that it's a whole bunch of trainers and cops and other people that have filed this latest lawsuit. But then I started listening to some of the incidents going on and a couple of them, well, first of all, it was a training or demonstration incident. where a teacher got shot in the neck. Well, how does the teacher get shot in the neck? Okay, first of all, how does the teacher get shot at all? Because if I were going into a classroom, I have trained tens of thousands of individuals with weapons, okay, of every kind. light automatic weapons, handguns, belt-fed weapons, shoulder-fired anti-tank weapons. The inventory is quite extensive. As an Op-Pour Commander and as an Op-Pour Trainer, I've got a chance to handle a whole lot of fun stuff. But the first rule is when you're in a specialty aid, here's the thing. When it's a non-actor environment, in other words, not one of your people or not your people in your classroom, but yet another location, That's where your paranoia kicks in and it's healthy paranoia because you don't bring live ammunition into an environment with other people. If it's a classroom, and especially in this case, I was reading some of these cases, and it's like, okay, dumbass. First of all, nobody should have had any loaded anything coming in. I'm a police officer, I'm a professional, I don't care. Keep them at loaded magazines on your belt drop the mag before he went into the place have a trading magazine Available with something that you're you know That's that's empty safe and secure and everybody can still see your boom toy and see that you're proudly carrying your boom toy But there's no possibility of any kind of boo-boo-meister taking place The other instance well that most of the incidents are basically that scenario in other words. They should not have had live ammunition for the type of activity they were involved in. So I question, this is like, guys, I hate to say this, but I don't hate to say this. Feds and cops that are worried about their jobs lie. Okay, we've seen too much of this. Remember the feds? Okay, let's jog everybody's memory about trained professionals. They're down south. They're in a training operation. The feds decide some character who's in charge of the training team decides that it's really smart to pull all the pins on all of their grenades and tuck them into their gear so that the pins are already pulled and they're walking around with a bunch of semi, in other words, almost active grenades. Well, what happens, of course, this didn't come out in the wash right away. Originally what happened is the manufacturer, the feds had a booby event where they frag themselves, self-fragging feds. I laughed when it happened because it's like, damn, we don't have to worry about things, we can get them to do more of this. And needless to say, when one grenade went off, it blew open part of the kit where the rest of the grenades were and more grenades went off. So these characters had a whole chain of grenades go off. So what did they do? They lied. They said that the pyrotechnic that they were using, which were flashbang grenades, that they were malfunctioning and it was the fault of the manufacturer. Now think about this. Think about this. The first group are supposed to be the trained professionals. The second group are people who think they can associate with these lying skank trained professionals and thought they had a professional arrangement with them. But the moment that the lying skanks did what they did, they utterly betrayed the faith and business practices of the company that was dealing with them. And bad mouthed them, they circulated through the gun world of the cops. And my god, these pyrotechnics were dangerous, so it got to court. And progressively, step by step, they broke the whole story down. And they found out that these idiot sticks and all, not just one, they'd all pulled the pins on the safeties, on the grenades. And then this was a really cool idea. They stuck them in the sleeve. So all you had to do was open the flap and apparently you're just going to grab the top of the grenade or wiggle it out somehow and throw it. Just chuckling it with two fingers. Yeah. And so what happened is at some point, one pouch or another, the grenade separated the way it was supposed to inside. Probably I'll guarantee what it was. Well, everybody has the same gear. That's typically not the case. And well, I'm carrying grenade pouches, yeah, for a frag grenade. And the other guys do have flashbang pockets in their gear. And so they tucked it down in there, but it's kind of sloppy. And at some point, it finally opened up enough that, boom, boom, except it was boom, and there was probably a one, two, three count hesitation. And there was another boom, and a boom, and a boom, again. Why? Well, because they're usually chained together. They're laid side by side by side. Once that pocket blew open, all the rest of the caps and all the rest of those fire, those no safety pin grenades, well, they all went off. Now that's what happened and they lied about it. They lied. They bare, it got went on where they almost destroyed the companies. They destroyed the company's name by lying, the feds lying. And I'm sure that those guys thought, well, you know, the feds love us and we're special and you guys are peasants. We got a special deal because the feds like us. We like them and they like us. We have a hug fest and your peasants, your peasants and who's the lawyer here for? What do you mean we're being served? Well, by who? We only sell to the police. The police? Wait a minute. The FBI? Wait a minute. But they're our friends. We have hug fest. They love us. They screwed you. They left. So my problem is, it's not that SIG may have a, I mean, it's not that SIG may not have a problem with a firearm, okay? But I question because it's just, heh. Especially where your job's on the line, you got, well, I've got 17 years in and you have a boo-boo. Well, you've got a whole bunch of purple-haired queers, a $3 bill left us, and there is no mercy with regard to them having any courtesy towards you, your professional courtesy that you all, everybody always yaps about. There is none with the purple-haired queers, slice-petos. So the moment they got a chance to get rid of someone guess what which is why what their fear is so instead It's I don't know how this happened But just don't know how this happened and I will remind you again It doesn't mean that we don't know let me explain something when we go if we're training tactically deployed We go live fire. We're live ammo That was one of the advantages of what happened When the Huttari were picked up, the two units that responded, well, half of the formation in the field was in part of a live fire deployment. So the cool thing is, the neat thing about that is the many, many, many, many, many people who responded didn't have to do the, well, I've got to go home and get this, and I've got to go get that, and I'll have to go get Bob. No, it wasn't anything like that at all. They packed up, pointed towards the objective, and they knew it was going to be hours before they could get to where they needed to be. But they were able to pick up and leave immediately. So trust me, we work with live ammunition and I expect people to all the time. But when you get into specific training environments, there is no need. And as part of policy, this ensures that we can reduce the possibility of any actions. This is why I've told you before, we have a very high safety standard. and we have a zero casualty standard in the field. Let me point something out about that. In the decades that I ran out for, we handled every weapon you could imagine. We did live fire with every kind of weapon you can imagine. We did, we trained with Army Navy Air Force Marine Corps, Coast Guard, trained anybody who wanted to be trained. Okay, and worked with them and created training scenarios and exercises and live fires, dependent upon the need of the unit. Now, in that time, I had two casualties, two, but they weren't firearms casualties. The first one took place after years and years and years of operations in the field. With everybody properly trained, the Buddy System Incorporated, team effort, and everybody's trained the same way. Nobody was excluded, despite age, young or old. The first injury, and I observed it in the field, was during a winter exercise. We were doing a series of bounding overwatches actually from traveling to overwatch to contact. And the left echelon of the unit, one of the guys was running through snow and there were snowdrifts. And so the guys figured it was rolling the terrain and most of it they were right. But there was one snowdrift that was made up of logs. from cut pine trees that were about knee height and thinking he was just going to push through the snow just like he did the others. I watched him do it, that his leg went right through the snow and stopped. And he was probably a good half mile away. I was observing from the center of the attack. And I was observing all of the formations because I was in, I was running, was one of the mechanized vehicles, one of the armored vehicles we were using for the operation. I was actually with the vehicle at that moment. And I just happened to look right at him and saw it. Now, a testimony to training is everybody proceeded, but his buddy stopped. The medic was moved forward as the formation proceeded. They dragged him back. The nice thing about having heavy snow and everybody in their proper gear is it was easy to pick him up and slide him back using one of the cargo sleds that we had. Brought him back to the road, hailed down somebody else's deuce and a half. They stopped, loaded him up in the deuce and a half, got him back to the barracks. Started checking him out thinking if they were cuz he did a good boo-boo He would he a dead center for that knee and it it rang his his his gourd. Okay? If you ever get a joint it you know it into what we're talking about Now everybody who's taken care of he actually had time to break There was not every one of our guys who was a EMT looked at him said no, he's okay Just he's gonna be swelling. It's up to him what he wants to do. So he waited Iced it It's already cold and waited and progressively everything was stable. Didn't even have to go to the hospital. Second injury in all that time was one that I've warned you all about many times and this has to do with dismounting trucks. And it was dismounting a deuce and a half, not paying attention, talking and yapping and kind of doing the jabber jaw while not paying attention and putting your foot in the wrong place, face first out the back of a deuce. Now, it hurt him, knocked the wind out of him, taught him a lesson, pay attention, but that was it. No firearms injuries, no accidental discharges, no boo-boos of any kind, but that's because everybody who was the initial trainer was on the same page with our policy and procedure, and I drilled that into every one. Now, I'm gonna tell you, the most difficult, you know who the two worst groups of people to train are if you have to participate with them? Anybody that's cops. And you know what the other one? Officers. If you have a group of officers you have trained, the worst damn students you could possibly have. Dead Gold Series. I mean officers of whatever grade. It is rare to find an officer who will take training seriously. As a military officer. And when you find them, you treat them like a gemstone. You provide for them everything that they need so that they in turn can imbue upon the people that they train that they're in command of, the ability to perform better. But it is few and far between where you will find an officer who actually takes training seriously. Decades of experience. I'm just telling you flat out. And I don't care if it's specific technical training or if it is, again, more elaborate unit training. Makes all the difference in the world if you have a man who actually appreciates his job and takes it seriously or as seriously, hopefully, as you do. When you do that, everything's copacetic, everything comes together, okay? So anyway, just an offshoot of idea from an idea based upon, we're talking about pistol malfunctions. But that's that lawsuit thing and I go ahead and take a look at it guns and gadgets He listed everything there if you go watch the piece that's on the SIG lawsuit on the most recent which is a Apparently a big one and I would like to I would I'd have to sit down and I just don't have the time to sit and pick them apart Yeah, that's what he's doing right now is maybe he's actually you know, you know even of the video like you said He can't really you know, spend a whole lot of time on it But if you were to sit down, I'll guarantee that you'd question most of what it is that's been presented. And I don't normally say, I'll give people a benefit of the doubt. I'm sorry, not in this case. We've seen that police, especially when they said, police and military, and well, okay. Now, it doesn't mean that I'm happy about the foreign governments, foreign military producers having contracts to make our weapons, they shouldn't. SIG should have nothing to do with our army. Okay, it should be an American company. We have 100 American companies can make the M16 rifle, but we mostly don't have an American company building the M16 rifle now, do we? Think about that. And look at all the other peckerwood operations that they've chosen over American producers. If you are trying to go to war, You do not choose a foreign producer because if we do go to war, and let me give you an example of this. Why do I want FN or SIG or any of these other companies involved with my weapons manufacturing when they're closer to the front than I am? A lot closer to the front. If everybody's puffing up World War III and we're talking about this BS with, and this is where we're going is what exactly I said years ago about this. Well, they've got manufacturing in the US, the profits all go overseas. Okay, and a percentage of their production, see this is the part they lie about, a percentage of all their production operations are outside the country and in a way so that the critical control of components allows for them to have leverage, okay, to make sure that they keep their people in business. Now, instead, for instance, any of the MBRs that we're making, we have a dozen. How many AR-15 manufacturers can you rattle off the top of your head right now? And the hardball routine was off to the level room where they raped me, stole my, took my clothing off of me, left me in there naked for two days in the night, or by they pulled me out about halfway, the first day in half, they pulled me out, start gas naked, put cuffs on me, left the hands free, but had the cuffs on the left hand. where I had to damage left wrist. They knew that coming in. They dragged me across the booking floor with the print machine. Well, the sergeant, one John Doe and Hodges began to work on me. The John Doe has the right hand and I'm not fighting. I'm not trying to resist in any way, shape or form. I'm star casting and I'm not trying to get myself hurt. And this dude Hodges has got the left wrist and a set of cuffs. He's literally trying to separate that wrist from the arm and the arm from the shoulder and the body. I've never been through so much pain in my life and to this day the wrist is still damaged. I'm lucky that I can write. I'm left handed at that. So we go from just one night in the brother room, then into an isolation unit, into an isolation cell where I'm allowed out a half hour a day for the next two months. And then a month after that they let me out of that same... that same housing unit for an hour a day. And while I'm there, I've been taken to against my will. These chairs have been on 24 June. Belly chain, handcuffs in the sides. I'm in a chair. They try to force a mask upon me. I'm able to get that off. And then these two big goons, about 400 pounds each, one grabs the right thumb and he's got an ink pad. He's going to take an ink print of the right thumb and place it to their contract. That's never happened to me before. So from that first sham video proceeding, the leader tried to break the right thumb to put an ink printer on a contract, whereby I'm agreeing to the terms and everything is happening to me suddenly. I speak at that first sham video and I figured I better make them good. So I say, what's your jurisdiction? Chandra Herry is the one wearing the robe in the video. She pauses. And then continues, and I said, well excuse me, I said, does that mean you don't have jurisdiction? Some words to this effect. Then I said, well, maybe you can answer this question. What's the nature and cause of the charge? And then she said something to the effect that, oh, you're one of those. Aloha added to the list for Napa State Hospital, and will appointed an attorney to the case, which was a female that never spoke to me once in over four and a half months. It was about the... Sam did it, it put me through, they allowed me to speak for about 30 seconds. All the other ones, they muted me, silenced me, not allowed me to speak whatsoever. I got 30 seconds to speak and I said, if allowed, and the attorney is competent to speak with her on my behalf, to do anything that might help me get a release here and get the hell out of here. And so they scheduled for this attorney to meet with me on a Friday. She ignores that and she sees me on a Wednesday, unprepared. They have this meeting stage to be in a room that I didn't know had a two-way radio in it. The meeting's all about an interrogation. She's got a yellow pad and she's writing like a mad hatter and I stop her and say, what's going on? What are you writing? I said, I thought you might be here to talk about getting me my release hearing or my bail hearing, either one, and getting me out of here. Instead, she was talking to me like I was Mr. Potato Head, didn't know my name or where I was at. I quickly reversed the table on her and she then hit the intercom button, which which was when I realized I'm in a room with a two-way radio, and I said, I've been had again, but we didn't talk about much. She was just trying to interrogate me and speak to me like I was Mr. Potato Head and didn't know where I was at, comprehend the charges that they had made against the entity. And then, so then I'm moved to a new unit, and we're about, heard by one time, it's in touch from game one, because they wouldn't entertain my religious diet. I lost 35 pounds in 14 days. And I was trying to eat the oranges, I was trying to eat the peanut butter, I was trying to eat whatever was available on the church for me to eat, still losing 35 pounds in 14 days. So then they started to pay attention and try to give me something that I could eat. They started giving me a couple of eggs twice a week and then a couple of eggs three times a week. And then I was transferring my ear on 16 November, they were giving me one bowl of each meal, beans and rice at lunch. And that was starting to settle me down a little bit. Of course, the canteen that I was purchasing, etc. and so forth. Coming here, 16 November, thinking I was going to court. I thought I was going to court. They didn't let me know I was coming here. I told them all my legal books I had there and all my documents, papers, etc. and so on for them obviously to go through. We can do a tent, again with the Bella chains and handcuffs and two goons and hazmat suits. Bob Baron and I games wouldn't tell me their names. strapped me into this chair and physically held me and stuffed that PCR test up my nose. And I mean jammed up each side, whereby that very evening I started coming down with side effects, chemical smelling made it from the nose, and it being dry and wet at the same time on the tip, I began to put all this down in a form of agreements, which they don't offer here. They call it an NIH-NSH-130 form. form complaint form. And I was told by one of the dudes here that was giving me a hard time, who has recently subsided with his area of behavior, that these complaint forms would just be thrown in the garbage. I'm going to document the events as they occur. I present with these symptoms also being cold and the temperatures are unbearable. I've never, even living outside, they've lacking tents. You're always able to get warm, but in here, The thing is, boys are so cold 24-7 through three vents in one room. And the hallways got big fans in to circulate in the cold air around. No chance for me to get warm. I'm busted up. I lost my almond herb, which regulates the temperature to be used. It doesn't make it any easier for me. I came down with cold symptoms. And I came down with what the Abbott facts provided me after asking several times for the manufacturer's suggested side effects from this PCR test. States potential risk are possible discomfort and other complications is the exact language. You flip that sheet over and between the lines, I feel it's not dating this, but it feels like they're saying that the PCR test can also, some of the other side effects that can come from the PCR tests are coughing, upper respiratory symptoms in this rhetoric seven to 10 days. It was obvious that had cold symptoms, other complications, that I had possible discomfort, such points out in this Abbott patient fact sheet, they were on me like white on rice. We need to take it, we need another COVID test. You're infecting, they even set out right in front of men here around this phone area. You're infecting our patients. This one big brawler dude with the name Ray. Grabbed my napkin again like I did to keep him from taking it that he would fuck me up. And he tried to get my pace three or four times, of course, to provoke that violence because that's their card. That's always their card. And I'm smart enough to know this. The way I play anyway, I'm a conscientious objector. So I've been isolated to a single-man room, which is quite fine for me. But being isolated to this room, I'm only allowed to bath him in this room, and gratefully so. But that means no fresh air. That means no sitting in the day room, maybe watch a good movie. They might be playing. That means no... you know, trying to converse with the other men that got half a mind to hear. But I have noticed that these men have been paying attention to me because I, one, won't wear a mask. Number two, I'm dressed like a polar bear. And number three, I'm asking the staff every day, three or four times a day, what's up with the torture? Why do you have to keep us under these strange temperatures? What's the purpose of that? Well, we can go down the hallway or go through the steel door. into the shower before we were quarantined from so-called COVID outbreak. And witness the women in the unit next to the child, they eat on the other side of the same shower, and the wall divides us. It's sure to make you want to crawl in bed long, comfortable. And yet, over here, they got fans blowing cold air and no heat whatsoever. I must add, not to omit by anything or reason. The day before yesterday, they put a box in here, an air purifier. This box on the sides of the same pond and got blown the cold air around in a different hallway brings in the cold air and it kicks it out the other end and it's actually a warmer air. Coming out from the hallway B that I'm in and the room that I'm in just around the corner from this payphone and standing next to it, it's almost like standing in an oven. It's not that warm, but any heat at all that I'm able to sense and feel on this full of mine. It's miraculous. Before we go any farther, hold on. Before we go any farther, what, in the facility, what ward? Is there a ward or a wing identification for where you are? Yes, I mean, I mean, ward T4. B unit. Or Tango 4, right? Yes, yes. Which is Bravo East. Yeah, yes. These are all, they, T4, is that all men? All men. So the so that whole area is affected the same way probably Yes, yes, and very good that leaders like a puppy, you know, they're all they're all given the PCR tests and you know They they nailed a lot of men claiming that they had color. They sent him to the cold reward So I'm still having come back, but they're holding the average man in the cold reward Injecting him with booster shots and so forth anywhere from four to nine days And they took out a dozen. Part of the money they can racket with the COVID business as well. First of all, the environmental condition, it's an arbitrary situation. That's something that everybody listening, guys, complaints can be filed from outside the system with regard to the habitat and environmental standards for the facility. And that's, again, I will remind you, if you go over to again, federal special rules and regulations for prisons and institutions. And they're not exempt, nobody's exempt because you write down to the county lock up all state institutions, anything affiliated with the prison system. And this is an affiliation because you've been slid sideways, it said wait over to what is an incarceration site within the state hospital, mental facilities, blah, blah, blah. It doesn't make any difference. Right. Any of these types of operations, they still fall under the same code because they receive the same federal funding. And again, this is uniform code issues. So that's something that can be used as a complaint. In fact, you don't even talk to the hospital. What we do is file the complaint at the state level and anybody can call in and do this. Hold on, Nancy, just repeat. American Medical Association is another one. The AMA is another one that would assist with this. Nancy actually dealt with this before from outside system. So coming in, going at them. So just a heads up, American Medical Association would be one of the other groups to go to. And in fact, lodging a complaint specifically with the institution on behalf of you can be done by anybody listening out there. And the more people that do it, the more pressure it will put on. And of course, it forces them to do an inspection of the facility. And what we already have is an oral report from you of the conditions. And there is absolutely no justification for it whatsoever, the conditions that they've created. Now, consider this. If they keep everybody under the conditions you're talking about, You could just have regular respiratory issues with a cold weather cold damp environment And and that's how they're BSing everybody with the corona beer virus scam, you know symptoms Well, they were coughing and they had the sniffles and they had well hell you've inflicted enough Damage or the system is having to defend in a cold weather environment the body responds accordingly Right and again again, but then as we know they've lied their ass off about this coronavirus crap to begin with and these characters I guarantee the shysters have got they've got it down to a racket like you said All of these turds are the same. I don't care what state you go to in California is probably one of the worst So, but don't worry, Michigan is like California in that respect. Don't worry, the institutions have the same idiocy slash, they've actually, like I told you yesterday, the number of court cases that they've lost, they can't broadcast, but it's one of the other reasons that the state of Michigan had to roll back is because of the number of cases that they have lost where pro per slash pro se litigants from inside the system, inside the prison system, so the ones who actually did the work, did the yeoman's job in court. So they're the ones who did all the work and everybody else did that. And simply wishing to be pro-purse speaks to me as yours, which just means as myself. That's all it means, to be yours. I'm very competent and more than willing to do that and like to keep these oysters greater than our employees. No, I just, you know, even, even pro seige, you know what I mean? They have what they call a Marsden hearing, which I guess is the name of a man that had to go all the way to the California Supreme Court to get rid of the court appointment to a case that he was in. And they invited this in... in Shamdideal 4, but I do a Mars engineer. And I said, well, fine and well, whatever yours is, you do it. If you went to this appointment, I said, absolutely serving me, not. It's very incompetent. And then they said, well, would you like, this wasn't an exact quote, but they said, well, then you'll be needing another attorney, or would you like another attorney? And I go, well, would you mind if I just did this? So we joined us and she goes, oh, you mean you want to represent yourself? And I said, no, I don't need to represent myself. I said, I'd like to speak on my behalf. See, because there's a game and without the word to use. Pro se. Right. Pro se is a fictional litigant. Speak you for a fictional litigant. But, you know, they love it. And there's lots of case law with pro se. But that would even be better than what they've offered me or what they've allowed for me. It's been mentioned to me, and I agree, that these psychiatrists, the ones that are too responsible for putting me here, Fifian and Kelly, they need to be attacked for their ability because they can't validate this. And then the one that's holding me, responsible for holding me here. You know, their bios need to be done and they need to be held accountable for what they're doing here because this is all criminal. I've had no due process. I've had no trial by jury. I've not been convicted of anything. But yet, they have the potential here under a commitment that they could hold me up to two years before they determine that I'm finally competent to go play the game in the tribunal. And Kelly, they're freelance contractors from who knows where. to the side jail facility in Lake County, Lake Port. And then the one that kissed me here, supposedly one of my team members, Richard Nunes, somebody has done his bio and he's a child psychiatrist. He's into drugging children. It's his big porte and that explains why when he speaks to me, he talks to me as though I'm an infant minor, ward of the state. Typically in both cases, Again, like literally what you said, what they are, they're bid contractors. Usually they're not really, they typically aren't that competent. It's like the medical personnel that you have that are in the state operations. They couldn't work other places. Unfortunately, they get people killed. I will say that. They get people killed because they make constant mistakes. Over drugging is the most common problem. And that's because of the drug racket that they've got off to the side. Usually with a subcontractor providing the drugs to the state, both for the psychiatric institutions and for the state penal system. And the money that is shuffled under the table on that with outdated drugs, et cetera, and grossly over drugging has been an issue for decades now. It's part of the scam. It's just so consistently repetitious all through the country. And it's the same example is that in your case with California, I believe it's still the same as with Michigan, that most of the drugs and all of the contractors go ahead. One of the things that you know a lot of people aren't aware of but a lot of people are aware of is that there's a lot of men and women being murdered through taking their own life because it can no longer live with these prescription psychotropics and when you said killing I would say murder because they know well what they're doing. Yeah. Well, I don't disagree. In fact, the problems that I have with the first of all the psychotropics do the Prozac and all of its derivatives and every one of the other corporate drugs that have come out since in the Prozac, so the second trumpet category, were designed to create that condition. They are not designed to fix things. They are specifically designed to create a violent response on the part of the individual, either a introvert, which is more common, but extrovert is just as satisfying for the regime. So, one of the things that this is why military personnel, why we have such, everybody going, we have this massive suicide rate with military personnel. Why? Well, here's why. When they come out of the service, they're all told they have post-traumatic stress disorder. Even if you're a maintenance man in the bowels of an aircraft carrier that never saw the light of day for the time that he was in the Persian Gulf or in the Middle East, even if he was in the Mediterranean. You get out of service, you're a mechanic too out of the boiler room and they tell them, they coach them, you have PTSD because you're in the Middle East. And so if you get on the government drugs, here's what you want to get on, then you'll get an extra little handful of chump change. Now, what they know is happening, because the little Trotsky Glass is wearing communists that operates the, that's telling you this, has already been coached to try and get as many of these people dead as possible because they're all part of the same clique. And that is the only way to describe it. It's not accidental. It's totally intentional. Veterans are at the highest level of suicide ever, and there's absolutely no justification for it whatsoever, period. There's only one factor that has changed. We had a big problem. After every war, you have a certain number of problems, mostly because it's not adjustment with regard to life. It's the problems that are generated by the society itself through the public fool system and specifically the colleges who put stress upon the military personnel because they're perceived as a threat because they've seen how things really work. That's why it's done the way it's done. So the most recent scam in sham, which is now 30 years old, and by the way, Prozac has been a problem longer than that, but at the same time, they have been able to convince... through Chicane Rea and unfortunately, Penny Greed on the part, I'm gonna get a few more dollars. Well, you get a few more dollars and you get to go to the VA and they coach them on how to acknowledge that everybody's got PTSD. Where were you? I was in Alaska. I was maintaining radar stations in the Arctic Circle. All you have PTSD. Well, of course. You don't but don't worry you'll have other problems and boom or you jump off whatever or you take more drugs to kill yourself Take your pick and the psychotropics with the institutions are just are just as bad and that's what you're talking because it overlaps right into all the rest of the psychobabble industry and the and the scam scam that they're a part of the biggest problem is one of the reasons Prozac became dominant is because they get kicked back from the industry for Prescribing it to more people if you it's like Like I said, you get a whole series of benefits, you get paid for putting people on drugs. It's just like when you're working in an institution and one of the manufacturers comes in and says, if you buy our product, well, if you buy $1,000, they have a binder and they open it up and it's a plain-gene binder, but inside, well, if you buy $1,000 worth of chemicals from us as an operator here at the facility, as a coordinator, guess what? You can get a brand new set of tires for your car that will show up at the door or a barbecue. Pick anything off this page. Now, if you get $2,000 and they flip the page, you can get all of these items. A new canoe will show up or a kayak and a trailer and a bunch of other stuff. That's not a lie. I've seen it myself personally. Okay. In fact, it's terrible because they need to dope more people up so they can get a Cayman Island fishing trip out of the deal. Or so that they don't get cash, they get brown box products. Or they get to check out for a week and they end up in the Caribbean somewhere. That's what they get for screwing you and for mix mastering people's minds. It's a horrible, sadistic, wicked program. And it's something that everybody needs to point to. And we also need to get rid of. But one thing at a time right now the other consideration and this is a sidebar is We may have other legal people who want to assist that might just Take over the case with you. What's the other thing that we're trying to find out about? And here's a question I have right now in the legal sense Mark and that is on the port notice the time parallel one is locked up or that 180-day rule run whether one's locked up or not because I've got the tort all written up, a partner's got it on the street, he's ready to mail it, but if the time's told, and let's say that through the help of the people that you're associated with are able to get me out of here within 30 days. So then, what I think, would I have the 180-day rule begins from the time that, let's say I can get out for the days from now, that's the 180-day rule begin on the tort notice, or does it start? 22 jail. Right, I know what you're talking about. The problem is, I do not know, and we don't know, I'm not familiar with whether or not the time block, there's a time block because you have been moved sideways and have been taken out of the sphere of control of the court of the normal court calendar process. Remember, see, everything is based on that. But it's frozen the moment that they shift you sideways into the psychiatric facility. That typically is true of everything. Any time you're serving there is not going to be counted against whatever they try to pull with you when they get you out of there. You know, lunch is concerned for there's 180 day rule on notice for 12. I'm familiar, I understand that. But the problem is we do what I do. I'm just wondering about this poll while I'm locked up. That's the part that we're, I'm not familiar with. That's what we have to find out because it's a sidebar. There are people that have dealt with it before, but I'm not familiar. That's why we're trying to find out. Again, If need be, then somebody else is simply going to have to, what we have to do is somebody else can be a second party to sign off, can become your representative outside of the facility, and can file the process, in other words, whatever's necessary to at least keep it alive. Yeah, I've got a partner with the Toradani's hand ready to mail now. I just wanted to be clear that I might be giving them six months because I could get out of here, let's say, with the help of the folks on the street that are hearing this call for help. I could be out within 30 days, and then that might be the time that the 180-day rule for the damage by Torch begins. Or it might be that the 180-day rule begins whether one's locked up or not. I'm just curious if the time is told while I'm locked up for giving a notice for tort, which is a 180-day rule from the time of harm or injury. Right. We're already familiar with that. Again, the problem we've got is because they've made you a non-entity. They claim that you are a ward of the state. You've gone from being an incarcerated product under the War Powers Act uniform code of UCMJ You're being held as property in the warehouse on the one end, but they've shifted you to a non-entity because of supposed incompetence. So that freezes every, typically that freezes everything because again, the court did this and slid you sideways. All of the normal timeline obligations within the court also have to walk into play, freeze, until this time you're introduced back into the stream of process. See, you're in a zero bubble, which is the Their logic is that because typically they've got you so isolated, the average person has nobody that knows anything about what's going on, but they can pretty well get away with anything they want. Again, the good thing that you've provided information for is this will actually help other people because the first thing that we do is file complaints about the conditions in the facility, which will not only affect you, but affect all of the other individuals that are customers. at this time. And so that actually is, it's actually, it's a good thing you brought this up because let's assume that they're not just doing it to your part of the facility, but probably other areas of the facility where other male individuals are retained. But obviously they're not targeting the female population because you've said that the conditions are totally different there. They're targeting the male population. What percentage, okay, here's the other thing to kind of take a look at. What are the percentages of the population that are being held in the facility in terms of white, black, Hispanic, and other, which of course other could be Asian because they're usually minority. But Hispanic or Asian on the West Coast are as likely to be equal in that situation. The reason I say that is because it's rather interesting the condition that you've mentioned here now. Well, I mean, we already talked about it yesterday, but now that it's, now that I know that, oh, wait a minute, you have a customer slash another patient group and they're not under the same condition. Well, what happened? Your air conditioner is on double zero for December of 2022 on the men's side, but apparently the heating system works on the women's side. Or at the very least maybe the heating system, you know, nothing's, I know the air conditioning's not out. That would be a plus if they're blowing its heaters. Justify the reason to lie about this heat system and yeah. The same building under the same old heating system. And the buzzwords that they do use, they call us all, they call us patients and clients. Right, well, clients. Now the big thing here is with that H, okay first of all, the H&V, if they have an H&V preheat coil failure, oh they got a mistake here, then they have a priority and an obligation to maintain, first of all, it's supposed to be maintaining specific living conditions for your environment based upon the prison standards and other organizations that are overseeing the local, state, and federal facilities. So, I don't give a shit what they try to pull out of their ass. What it comes down to is, if you have an H&V pre-heater coil or system that's failing, and you're blowing cold air into the customer, then you might as well just walk them all outside and lock them up in a cage in the field. Okay? You're in Northern California. What are the temperatures outside right now? Well, this morning there was ice on the ground. So, in other words, wait, if we get... Okay, if the preheat, okay, here's the, see, I've been in H and V. I've actually been in building operations. So if the preheat coils have been shut off, or if let's put it this way, they can circumvent the preheat coils and bring in cold air for the purpose of damaging the patient. This is no matter how we look at this, this is a criminal action on their part. This is something that is that actually is chargeable. Because you already have what are on the state. This is not what unsafe living condition. This is the first thing that we need to focus on. So everybody out there listening that's pitching in. We can file complaints for you, but also file complaints against the facility because we now have working knowledge of the institutional malfeasance and slash failures. And the fact that it's arbitrary, it's in a particular area, puts into question the purpose behind it, whether or not it's accidental. That's how everybody listening should be thinking about this because this is stuff I've seen before. You guys, you couldn't let, this would not. exist for 15 to 20 minutes in any apartment or public complex area. Why? Because you're literally pumping external air for you as part of your fresh air. Your fresh air supply is not being preheated before it's introduced into the population area. And if that's the case, no matter what, whether it's an accident or intentional, if they have an obligation, if they know that they have this issue, then they should be idling down the system and retarding the volume of fresh air because they know that they have a failure. But you're not even supposed to, by any state standards, and California is a communist state. They have an anal retentive layer upon layer series of laws. with regard to facilities control and facilities environmental maintenance. So they're finally, well they're probably, I know that, but they're, well blue because you guys are freezing to death. You know what I mean? It's basically who it comes down to. Guys, if I have a payphone, if you just put payphones and give tokens to everybody, what would it cost you for five minutes worth of a phone call to anywhere in the country from a payphone? criminal on their part what they're doing there and it's one of the many things that needs to be done away with. Instead of saying yes, instead of saying, you know, let's have a conversation, maybe we'll pay you for it. They just blocked them on Twitter because apparently that's how they operate. I've never asked them on Twitter, never spoke to them, never mentioned them on Twitter. I'm blocked on Twitter so they've actually watched my video and then retroactively went and found my Twitter account and blocked me for just no reason whatsoever, interestingly. So anyone who says anything to them is being blocked. There's problematic tweets. Anybody who's a gamer, like what they're trying to store space is one of them. Second Life has been around for how long? But there's some questionable stuff that goes on there too. But it is already a online market store where people can exchange currency for digital items that people create. digital currency, which they already have a system set up to where you can get that digital currency back. You can actually make money on your digital creations in that world. And there are some companies that already sell stuff in that world and you can get it in the real world. I remember back when we were looking at servers, we were looking at a Shopcast server and it would have been, one of our friends told us it would be cheaper. to purchase a shoutcast server through Second Life, then trying to buy it through one of the comp- from the same company we were trying to buy it from. And it turned out that he was right, but we went- we went a different direction. But there's- there's already, you know, there's already been stuff out there that had done that they'd been successful that they're not drawing attention to. The only reason why Metaverse is being drawn attention to is because Zuckerberg's name's attached to it, and he's trying to move himself away from Just go on Steam and look up VR. There's a lot of interesting simulators and other games. Again, like an online community thing. It's VR. Stupid as the stuff is there, compared to what they have in Metaverse. And Metaverse is like Stone Age technology compared to what the game or why they think the Metaverse is gonna do well when it's entering into a pool of into a space where stuff already exists that's better than it, you know? It's like Jeff Bezos trying to create that video game. I can't remember what it was called, I think it was Lost World. It did good for a bit, but the people that were making it were not gamers. Weren't used to the gaming industry. Kind of tanked. As I understand it from some of my friends at game, you know, it's making a little bit of a comeback, but that's after they've had to go back and retroactively fix the things that were broken because they didn't know what they were doing. Common theme with like some of these video game companies where they've done takeovers and whatnot, where they get ahold of a product or a title that they don't understand. Me being one of those. That doesn't even have to be video games. Hell, look at what Disney's done with, uh, oh. wrong person in charge and things go downhill quick. Look at what they've done with the early Marvel stuff, but the current Marvel stuff they've been putting out there. A bit of wordy, word spiral there. And I'm excited about it because I make more money in crashes than I do when they go up. But for the average person, they'll get wiped out. I'm afraid of the worst, I hope I'm wrong, but I think we're heading for global depression. Global depression? Yeah. What does that look like? Depression. People are depressed. the economy stays down, it's hard to come back up. And now the good news is that for those who are prepared for it like you and like this, you'll do better. See, not everybody dies in a plane cross, some plane crashes. But the last crash in 2008, I was on Wolf Blitzer's program six months before Lehman Brothers went down. And I said Lehman was going down. And nobody listened, but I went down. And so I've been expecting this market to go down for quite a while. And I'm concerned about my fellow human beings. But as most Americans are clueless, they don't know what's going on. If you travel the world, I just got back from Africa, China, Japan, New Zealand. People are scared. Australia has had a recession in 30 years. It's a recession. But Americans are fat, dumb, and happy having a good time, which is good. But I'm concerned. That's all I can say. I'd be afraid if I had kids. I think as an adult you can go hungry, but you don't want to see kids go hungry. That's what's gonna happen. You think it's gonna get that bad? Yeah. And the US dollar is fake. Never in the history of the world has any fake money ever survived. And we're doing the same thing. We just keep printing this money. We all use money, but we don't teach people about it. So that's why I'm concerned, and I wrote this book, Who's Told My Pension? It's already sold out. And when I was in my 20s, my dad, my poor dad lost everything. It scarred me. And I said, I'm never going to let anybody ever do that to me. So I just come back from Vietnam in 73. My dad was unemployed, poor dad was unemployed. And he tells me to go fly for the F in airlines. I said, are you kidding me? I says, go back to school, get your master's, and get your PhD. I said, are you kidding me? Here, the guy is unemployed. He's got no pension. He's got no paycheck. Anytime they go back to school, I said, what, learn nothing? And those guys who, my friends who flew for United Airlines, they're broke today. Their pensions were stolen. And Americans, oh, how many 401Ks do I'm going, gee, I'd be a little bit worried, but they don't know. Americans live in a fishbowl. Everybody sees in, but Americans can't see out. So like I travel the world constantly and what I see going on the world is disturbing. I was just in Argentina and I took my kid brother there and he came back a change man. He says, you weren't kidding. Where is it? No, I wasn't. My brother could not believe that what happened in Argentina is going to happen here. So the fear today, I think people are a little bit wiser is because they do remember 2008 and they do remember 2000. So 2000, 2000, 2008. And here we are today. So I think most people are at least tuned in. I hope it doesn't come down, but I'm afraid it will. But I want to say what you did was really smart. Because the best time to start a business is right after a crash. I made more money after 2008 than ever in my entire life. because everybody was hiding like little cockroaches. You made more money after 2000, yeah, entire life. Yeah, so when you know here I'm talking about the coming depression everybody's oh you're such a pessimist. I'm excited. So anyway, so you're a very smart person. When I study, I study business. Guys who start right after our crash do very well. Most of the time. 2008 was Wall Street. Toxic assets. Toxic assets. CDOs, MBSs, the derivatives. And so what is it today? Wall Street just looted the pensions. So this book, who stole my pension? It's like I said, my co-author is an SEC attorney. And he got sick and tired of seeing all these bankers loot the pensions and get paid bonuses. And then the labor union guys who manage the funds get paid bonuses. And the guys who manage it get paid bonus. Meanwhile, the workers get screwed. So when this next crash comes, it's going to be horrible. Now you look at the other guy. So there's two authors, Ted Sadele, SEC attorney. His father was a CIA operative in Uganda and Edie Amen killed his father. So his family went broke because there was no body. He couldn't collect anything. because nobody, no corpse. Whereas my father ran for political office against the governor of Hawaii and he got crushed. And the governor says, you're no job, no paycheck, no pension. So my old man's broke. So he put us on edge. He don't trust his government. I'm not a Republican or Democrat. I like Trump. And I think the problem with many Americans is they're complacent. I expect it'll heal itself again. So the thing that everybody can do is my first investment was a gold coin in Hong Kong. I bought a crew carat. I was flying off an aircraft carrier in Vietnam and I went to Hong Kong and I bought a gold crew carat. The date was 1972, but that gold coin today is worth almost $2,000. The one gold coin. Yeah, I still have it. What'd you pay for it? $50 $50 to $2,000 1972. Yeah, I just sat there so I have milk and so I never because I understand money that you know quantitative counterfeiting and Zero interest rates. I don't trust the dollar So for most of my life, I've saved gold and silver. So I have millions and gold coins and silver coins I just kept saving it because I don't trust the dollar. So everybody can buy a silver coin today for 20 bucks. A silver eagle is 20 bucks. But how many people will go to a coin shop and buy it? Probably none. Less than one tenth of one percent of Americans own precious metals. And silver today is 50 percent below its all-time high. So silver is the biggest bargain. Sitting in the markets we speak today, that's about 20 bucks. It should go to 50 So at 20 bucks and I tell my friends I go. Oh, yeah, think about That's the problem. So everybody can afford 20 gets gonna find 20. The thing is people won't do it and you know that too and you deal with people Most people are pretty sedentary. You want to do the same old thing? Sure happy. Nothing's gonna happen. I just want to scare me But I was talking to my doctor last night. He says you've been saying this stuff for 25 years. I never listened to you. So it's not what do I do? Because his 401k as we cover in this book here, the average firefighter has about 1.2 million in pension, but there's nothing there. What do you mean? Their payouts going to be at 1.2 million. The average firefighter retiree has a 1.2 million in pension pay. That's how much they'll get paid out. But there's nothing there. It's a problem. Meaning what meaning they don't have the money to pay the benefits was stolen. It was stolen by Wall Street So how's that's why we wrote this book How's that gonna be fulfilled because I don't want to the stats that said you said by 2052 billion the retirees will be above the age of 60 What was the stat you said about okay in 10 years 2030 2 billion Baby boomers across the world were retired. Japan's broke Argentina's broke China's broke Italy's broke, Germany's broke. All these old guys are retiring. And the stock market, I was at, I live in a fairly exclusive place in South Carolina. And I was talking to my friends there, and I was like, oh, we love Trump, we love Trump. Stock market's at all time high. And I said, yeah, but so is our debt all time high. See, they watch the stock market, they don't watch the debt. And the repo market, the repurchase market, is the biggest, one of the biggest markets in the world. the Fed is bailing that one out now. So the average American is watching the stock market, but not what's really going on. So that's why I wrote, who stole my pension. So that means retirees, their kids, taxpayers will pay for the heist. So let me ask you this. So one is you said buy coins, whether it's silver or gold. You don't buy gold coins. You don't buy gold coins to make money. You buy gold coins because a dollar is going to go down. So I don't trust the dollar. Anytime Buffett says, I remember when Buffett says I'm buying about $35 million of silver. I don't know if you remember that one anybody. Look, okay, be prepared because something's about to happen. If he buys gold, just be ready in the next 6, 12, 24 months, he's anticipating some kind of a crash to be taking place. He's right now in cash because he's anticipating something to happen to buy up businesses and rebuild them. He does that all the time. And then he's going to go in after the crash. He's going to go after the crash. You know, people talk about the system. You know what? When you invest in precious metals, I have never, never heard of anybody complain that they've lost anything by investing in precious metals. If you just sit on it, you can turn around later and you always get a bigger return on your investment. That's not one thing that he's not talking about. It's not the gold and silver that he is saving. has gone up in value, it's the value of the dollar has dropped. The value of that gold, the value of that silver has pretty much remained the same. There's been very little fluctuation with gold and silver as far as currency goes. It's the US dollar and other currencies that keep losing value because of the amount of currency that the Fed or whatever government like Venezuela prints. That's why That's why the fake money as he called it, the counterfeit that's out there that we call an FRN, something that you should save for a rainy day. People who were skilled or had trades or were experienced in a lot of different ways. We're fighting the globalists, the people who are up to speed in the 70s. And individuals, I will say this, there are people who were military people fully up to speed and part of the internal fight and they're still there. There are other men there that have replaced them. But it's like I said, there are all kinds of word tests, so to speak, making a comment and looking to see how you'd respond. And it's like, well, maybe your brain's thinking, maybe you're just one of the usual lemmings. But if you demonstrated that you actually might be using your brain, it's amazing how the vista opened up to help you to understand the resistance and how deep and how extensive it truly is. We've been long gone when Star Wars came out, if the enemy had had their way and nobody was fighting, do you think that we're with it? This fight hasn't been going on for all of your lives? Think about what I've described. We almost went to a civil war in the early 70s, middle 70s.
