Anyway, we're going to play the rest of the Walter beef video that we started Friday. I'll get that lined up here in just a second, but before we jump into that, I wanted to hit this big tobacco companies putting big warning labels on their e-cigarettes. And as I read through this article, it says they're putting more bigger warnings on e-cigarettes than they are on their regular cigarettes. Well, gee, what do you know? They're trying to make it like e-cigarettes are bad for you, man. They're bad for you, dude. They're totally bad. The World Health Organization is also called for greater regulation of the products. And other things to prohibit unproven health claims about e-cigarettes and not to impede e-cigarette promotion to non-smokers and to impede e-cigarette promotion to non-smokers and young people. So they would rather have them smoke in tobacco. and they're going to sit here and lie and make up all these other lies about it. I can tell you from first-hand experience after a year and a half of smoking e-cigarettes, I'm a lot, I feel a lot better than I did. I can breathe, I can taste things, I can smell things, and big tobacco can shove it straight up their ass. I really don't care. So can the FDA, the World Health Organization, and all those other assholes out there trying to kill us. They can stuff it right on up there. I'll give them a hand or two with it, too And no we're not gonna put any lube in there. We're just gonna jam it home Anyway, yeah, we'll get the Walter Veith video lined up for everybody here That was a great first half of the video there and the second part is just as exciting and We'll get right into that here as soon as I get her lined up and make the appropriate adjustments as far as where we left off. You have the eagle, you have this statement over here, our pliabibos unum, out of many one, we're going to reunite. all nations. So that's the symbolism of a new world order on the dollar. The world is going to be united under one central government and that government is going to be in control of Lucifer, not. Jesus Christ. Although Jesus Christ of course knows about it, permits it, and is ultimately in control. He tells us ahead of time that this is going to happen. And then the end of the story is that Jesus will reign on this planet. And we were looking at the symbolism of the US dollar and we saw how all of this symbolism is Masonic and appeared on the dollar alert after the time of Roosevelt. Revelation 13 11 and I saw another beast coming up out of the earth and it had two horns like a lamb and he spoke like a dragon. We're going to deal with this prophecy in detail in another lecture. It exercises all the authority of the first beast which we will find will be around in Catholicism before it and causes the earth and those that dwell in it to worship the first beast whose deadly wound was healed. So here was now a Protestant ally That would enforce Bible doctrines, but that's in another lecture, complete lecture, called Two Beasts Become Friends. If we look at the architecture even, it is interesting. That is St. Peter's. That is the Capitol building. The architecture is identical. Of course, the building itself was designed, the American one, by Freemasonry. And Freemasonry is in control. the Jesuit order. Now let's have a look at some of the symbolism of events and some of the interesting issues. We are now ready for the Second World War and the three main role players of the Allies are this man over here, Winston Churchill, and he was a what? 33 degree Freemason. He saw Roosevelt in his full Masonic regalia. He was a 32 or 33 degree Freemason. And then we have Stalin, who was, of course, grand orient member, so 33 degree Freemason. They're all on one side. Extract from a report by Ambassador Harriman in Moscow to the State Department June 30, 1944, Stalin paid tribute to the assistance rendered by the United States to Soviet industry before and during the war. He said that about two thirds of all the large industrial enterprises in the Soviet Union had been built with United States help or technical assistance. The other third had been Britain. So we built the United, the USSR, we built it. The West. The West financed it and built it. Here you can see Winston Churchill in his druid Masonic lodge with all his viewed fellows around him. So these are genuine facts. This isn't just conjecture. Do you remember Pearl Harbor? The 50-year secrecy is up. Nobody can deny it anymore. It's a fact. So America once before has killed thousands of its own people to allow something to become possible that wasn't possible before. Until now there has never been anything more grandiose on earth than the hierarchical system of the Catholic Church. I transferred much of this organization into my own party. Hitler said of him, I can see Himmler as our Ignatius of Loyola. And Joseph Doubles was also a tran-Jesuits. So the two sides, who controls them both? The same parties. This is called thesis. antithesis. Gebels, Himmler, these people were Jesuits. They were fascists. Adolf Hitler, fascists, using the symbolism of the sun god, the Maltese cross, the symbols of the sun god. Here he is with Hindenburg himself, of course, a Freemason. This thing is all entirely planned. Gaining the youth on his side, One of the principal Catholic personalities to help Hitler to power was Frantz von Pappen. And Frantz von Pappen, of course, leader of the Catholic party, helped to skyrocket Hitler to power. So the Catholic Church skyrocketed Hitler to power. And these are posed pictures. They had Masonic meaning, but we'll get to that later. The Reichsadler, chosen as the symbol, Masonic symbol. and the supposed happy alliance in the beginning which then deteriorates. Here you see the salute with the Masonic activities associated with it. Here he is together with the church leaders and here you can see the Cardinals giving the Heil Hitler salute. So the church was very much involved with the Nazi movement. There is a bunch of Cardinals giving the Heil Hitler salute. The Pope and the Fuhrer, you will recall that to this day there is tremendous anger about Pope Pius having now been declared on his way to sacred because of his connection with the Nazi movement. Well, here is the new Rács Písof, Lútvik Millá, the Protestant one who greets Adolf Hitler with a nice handshake. The previous one, the previous Protestant bishop, no longer lived because Adolf Hitler had him executed. So this one must have been a puppet on the religious side. So the Catholics and the Protestants next to each other. Now understand the war. Let's think about the war. Who is the problem in terms of the Roman Catholic Church? Firstly, the Orthodox Church in the East had been a problem. The First World War sorted that out. The Tsar had been removed and the Orthodox Church had been subjected, as were all the churches to make it look right, by atheistic communism. But the leaders of communism were all Catholics. In fact, I have traveled in many of those countries and the people, the old people all told me, now we understand why the leaders of the communist regimes, why they all attended the Catholic Church. Why if they were all atheists? Were they such good Catholics? Well, this mighty army is built up, but Germany is divided. The North of Germany and particularly the East of Germany is all Protestant, belligerents. And they are skeptical of the papacy. Whereas the South of Germany is all Catholic. In the Orthodox countries, Like the entire USSR you have the Orthodox Church controlling the mindset of the people. Now since the takeover of communism that has been reduced or subjected and the Orthodox Church has been subject to the states. Now comes this mighty wall. The symbols being carried here are the symbols of Lucifer. They're also used in Theosophy. There you can see them. There's the swastika. They're all seen serpent. And Adolf Hitler himself was a tremendous occultist. Of course, as a Jesuit insider, he would be. But of course, his outer garb of religion was Catholicism. You'll find the same swastika on the foot of Buddha. And, as I recall, as I told you before, it was a Jesuit priest, Father Stenfler, not Hitler, who really wrote, Mine Come. So a Jesuit wrote the book. The SS has the same symbols as the skull and bones people. The skull with the cross bone, minor error, heist treuer. My honor means treuer to be. Loyal, loyalty. The SS had been organized by him according to the principle of the Jesuit order and became basically the new, if you like, Inquisition. And anybody who did not obey the system was destroyed. Now we read much in the literature about six million Jews who were destroyed. But we read nothing. About two and a half million of the most brilliant people in Germany, all the professors, all the intelligent, highly educated Germans who were killed by Adolf Hitler. You see, thinking people cannot be tolerated in such a regime. Downgrained the mindset. We must have serfs and elite. Guyan catechumens, cato, and then the super illuminous are irritating. Remember that the Jesuit magazine, Sivirtha Katulika, House organ of the Jesuits, says quite frankly, fascism is the regime that corresponds most closely to the concept of the Church of Rome. You see Pope eventually, one central leader, one central leader, total control over the people, yet the people believe that they are free because they are getting everything that they require. Unlike communism, they may have property rights, but the property rights are qualified, and I'll come to that in a later lecture in case you are duped into that. Conflict, book, pushing the world ever closer to a one world government. Now isn't it logical that that's what Satan wants? He wants a one world government. So in Hegelian philosophy, the conflict of political rights and political left or thesis and antithesis in Hegelian terms is essential to forward movement of history and historical change itself. But you notice that every country has a left party and a right party. Have you heard about that? And your country has two, otherwise there would be no point to vote, right? Two of them. Now let's have a look how this is work. President Woodrow Wilson made this statement. This is now president speaking. Just hour after the assassination, Judge Hughes brought a small Bible for the swearing-in ceremony, but it was substituted for a Roman missile mass book that was found on the plane. So he swears on a Roman missile he refused to swear on the Bible. Doesn't that tell you something? Isn't that interesting? I find that very interesting. Now why did that president have to go? He was a Roman Catholic after all. Is it possible that not all Roman Catholics are so easily duped? There's the motorcade as it travels along. Here you have Mrs. Kennedy, helps the Secret Service agent, Clym Hill, climb into the car at the back when the president was shot. And here are the roses she received. Very interesting. Here is Dallas. 11-22 on November 22, 1963, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, 35th President of the United States visited Dallas. That's interesting. Also the number 11 over there. That's the building. Here's the building from which he was apparently assassinated from that window, so they say. There it is, a little bit larger. And here's the plaque. Where they have written what happened over here, on November 22, the building gained the national notoriety when Lee Harvey Oswald and somebody who did the trouble to underline allegedly shot and killed President John F. Kennedy. And those people don't believe that Lee Harvey Oswald shot the president. The President's car came down the street, that tree was not yet there and was apparently shot from that window over there and it happened approximately where I'm standing relative to this picture. And that is as he comes down here, he's travelling on this side of the road. And imagine the holds of people standing on either side. And here is a little uphill. And when you go further into the hall over here, there was a picket fence. And if you look from the picket fence, you could look down to the street. And apparently, when the shots were fired, over 100 people, including the police, didn't run this way, but ran up this embankment towards the picket fence. Now why did they run to the front of the president and not from behind the president? Apparently they say Lee Harvey Oswald shot him from behind and he was the only one who shot and he shot from behind and he hit him over here. A very, very fantastic shot by the way, even if he saw. It only has a little problem. The president's head didn't go forward, it went backwards and he hit him here in the throat. And there was a small entry wound in the front and a huge one in the back. So if away was he hit from the front or from the back? He was hit from the front. Not only that... There were shots from other places along the side and there was an intercalation which all hit the president. There is even evidence that the driver himself would happen to be left-handed, or rotate it, and shot the president himself with a pistol as well. He had multiple shots of the witnesses that ran towards the picket fence. Over a hundred of them Almost all of them except for one or two ladies who were ridiculed were assassinated themselves. Is that not strange? Wouldn't you think that was strange if all the witnesses died? Strangely? Well, this is one of the biggest cover-ups that probably ever occurred. Here's the picket fence. And when you're looking there, that's how it was. Someone behind the picket fence would shoot and this would be the view from the picket fence. I'm now pretending to be there. I took these pictures myself. And the cross would be there. So he would shoot the president at this short distance and hit him from the side fronts. Now it's interesting that the president's head jerked to his back and to his lip. Wow. like that. That means that he must have been shot from the front side, right? Isn't that logical? All right, now am I saying this or is this public knowledge? This is public knowledge and yet it is denied by government because they have one culprit, Lee Harvey Oswald. There's the place where he died, stretch out from the picket fence. Now let's have a look how J.F. Kennedy died and let's look at the television production of this issue and then you make your own opinion. If we can have the sound on. As the car turned, it slowed from 40 miles an hour to 7. It is precisely then that gunshots blasted out. For six seconds, the occupants of Kennedy's car were struck by bullets. Kennedy grasped, or is thrilled. That's the second his threat exploded, giving the great force backwards into the land. Then and only then, would the president's car accelerate the speed-up. If the Warren Commission was right, why did so many witnesses claim to see something completely different? from the official report. As many as 177 people died simply from knowing too much. The moment Kennedy was killed, a massive cover-up went into operation. Witnesses were threatened and they were killed. With his now with June Hill, his husband, the president's car, and anyone else behind the shooting. He's with the Dallas grade school teacher. and has feared for her life for the last 29 years. I'm saying that two men came in to be Secret Service agents in Turkey, if you have to be assassination. What were you asking? They asked me what I had seen. I told them that I'd seen the president hit, that I saw a shooter from the know, and that I'd heard four to six shots. But they told me I didn't hear but three shots. Were you ever interviewed by the Washington Post? Oh, yes. I was interviewed by... Artem Pekter, who, well, he tried very hard to discredit everything I said. He accused me of all kinds of things from like a shabby marital affair to seeking publicity to just downright lying. We found the real facts and certainly no one in the intervening 25 years has disproved our basic conclusions. It was Specter who came up with the so-called magic bullet theory which tracks one bullet going through both Kennedy and Texas Governor John Connolly. The bullet was later discovered virtually intact on Connolly's hospital stretcher. will reveal there was a conspiracy. The only hunt we know of in this case is the Howard Hunt of the CIA. We share the same office with Oswald in New Orleans. The office belonged to Guy Bannister, a woman with the FBI. Not only would this address on Oswald's supposedly pro-castro leaflets, but the account Oswald used to print the leaflets belonged to the CIA. Howard Hunt with the CIA, Guy Bannister with the FBI, and Lee Harvey Oswald, all in the same office. Kennedy's motorcade was arranged to make two turns, taking him directly into a triangulation. The first shot came from the picket fence. It hit Kennedy in the throat. The second shot came from the Dowel Texting next to the looked deposit. It entered Kennedy's back. The third shot came from the southwest corner of the looked deposit. The seventh floor. It had come. The fourth shot came from the Dowel Text. It narrowly missed. Hit the curb. Wounded the bystander. The fifth and sixth shots were fired almost simultaneously from the depository and from the picket fence. We'll hold that Kennedy in the head. One from above, and this is a blader. One from above. Again, you see the driver rotate, you see the weapon coming to view. He's rotating again, the weapon is in view, he fires. Let me see a head turning from his arm and the weapon extending into view over his right shoulder. One of the first activities of William Greer after the presidential limousine arrived at Parkland Hospital was to attain a bucket and a sponge and water and begin to wash the blood and brains off of the presidential limousine. Mr. Newfairy about the assassination of Janet Kennedy, a government scientist says police audio tape provide new evidence of a second gunman. If it could be proved that the sound on the tape was a gunshot and that in fact it came from the grassy knoll, then it would provide some evidence that there was a second gunman in addition to Lee Harvey Oswald. So far, he would agree with an inclusion note by Thomas. Hello? Yes, Rick? Well, please? Yes, I'd like to know why it's taken not so long for this information and the truth. It hasn't been exposed yet and I don't think it ever will be. Chief of Chief of government is designed for one purpose and one purpose only. I don't know if Alex can see this photograph, but there is a photo here that we now have inside the terminal with what we believe to be the gun involved in this, or could be the gun involved. Does Alex, does this appear to be the gun that he saw, if he can see the picture, Sarah? We're going to try to call it up on Twitter right now. He can't see the picture that you're looking at, but you have described the gun. And if you would describe to us again specifically what you saw. Short guy, a bit short in my eyes, I think. Bold, short hair, gray, green clothes for their iPhone. But it appeared to be an assault rifle? Yeah, as far as I can tell. I'm not good with guns, but it was their iPhone, at least. What a frightening situation for you. Yeah, I could have managed without. Thank you again for speaking with us. Frank and Jess? As you can see from that photo, because there was... some talk about how far the shooter made it within the terminal and that appears to be at the gate. I mean those are the seats where people are waiting to board an airplane and to hear that we do know one TSA agent has been shot but you would imagine at this time in the morning at LAX like you said a hundred thousand people in and out that that would be a full area at this time in the morning and to know that there are only three four people with some injuries. it could have been a whole lot worse. Yeah, and we do thank Alex and we appreciate Sarah's patience as we're all trying to get information here. Sarah having to sort of ask her questions and take ours at the same time and we appreciate that. It was so important to hear really for the first time from a witness who actually saw the shooting, not just heard it or not just evacuated, but Alex was telling us that he witnessed the shooting itself and described for us this gunman who he said was wearing gray green clothing of some sort, appears to be some sort of military or uniform of some kind carrying what he believed to be an assault rifle and we now see photo from inside the terminal, as you say, inside the passenger area of the weapon discarded there. Now it could be that he was taken down, you could also see, and I don't want to get too graphic, but You could see what appeared to be evidence of blood in the background there. Perhaps the suspect was shot and taken down there near that weapon. We just don't know at this point. We're still working that. We should get some answers to all of these questions. At about 20 minutes, 25 minutes, a news conference has been scheduled where we expect some of the officials who've been briefed on what has happened to tell us what they know. Again, some of this information has been changing throughout the morning. This incident really just started an hour and a half ago. So as you can imagine, it's, I hate to use the word fluid because it's such a cliche word, but that's what it is. Things are moving constantly. And so we have heard various accounts of what happened. What we do know for sure is that a TSA employee was shot and was very seriously wounded. Yeah, and we don't know the extent of the injuries at this point in time, but again, here's some video from earlier, and we believe that is the TSA agent that was shot and appeared to be severely wounded at that moment as we saw him being taken out of the airport. Again, one TSA employee shot one suspect shot, and in custody, this is some video from earlier of that TSA agent being brought out and then put into an ambulance. Here's another GSA agent. It almost appears like he had a bloody wrist, but it was hard to tell from that shot. Another individual we see being strapped up there to a gurney. We've heard anywhere from four to five people with some injuries. We don't know the extent of those injuries, but that's some of the video you're seeing here. This was a triage area that they set up in front of terminal three. And again, passengers. chaotic scene as they had to evacuate. And you know, talking about Alex when we got his account of what happened, if those people were in that same area, you can only imagine what that must have felt like in the chaotic moments after that shooting where people are just trying to run for cover, people grabbing their babies, their leathers, just trying to get to safety. And the video that we're looking at here again, this is the video of the TSA agent who was shot and very seriously wounded. We don't know his or her status at this point. others who were wounded in the area. Most of them were walking wounded. This appears to be another person who was wrapped up very tightly, the person on the gurney. We believe that the suspect himself, that he was shot and is in custody. So it's possible that that was the suspect who was wrapped up. We just don't know. These are some more images we're now getting from inside of the airport terminal. And you can see they're photographing, it appears to be that they're photographing what appears to be a long gun of some sort, a rifle. It's been described by the witness that we talked to as an assault rifle. We don't know if that's the case or not and police will perhaps tell us that in 20 minutes at this news conference. But that's how it's been described. You get a sense just from this photograph and others of the incredible law enforcement presence. that the descended upon the chief. Yes, I can hear you. Well, I brought this to your attention when I first got wind of it and initially that caller Alex, who they're saying heard, not heard, but saw the shooting. He, the initial, and I heard his initial eyewitness report on CNN when they brought him up. He said he didn't see the shooting. He saw somebody who could have been airport security moving towards the area from beyond the checkpoint. This is the United Airlines site. It's interesting how that eyewitness account has already changed. It's looking down to terminal. So they're already made, they made him change his story to, I saw it. Standing right now where this camera is is near terminal one. You can... Well it's interesting, either they change it or they're just not using the whole of what he said. other airports were even hearing or on the... It doesn't surprise me any. Aircraft take off and most likely because at that time everybody was already on board the doors were locked and they were as set and clear to take off. but what an undertaking to port one of the countries. This could either be two ways. This could be a programmed shooter again. And they knew he was going to be there. That's why they were there so quick. Dude, I think it was somebody who was ticked off. What did we talk about? I think it was somebody who was ticked off at that particular TSA worker because he walked into the airport. He went past terminal one. He went past the junction where you could go to any other terminal and he went right to that terminal. Second one. Does that sound like targeted? I mean if he was just going for targeted opportunity, he could have opened up anywhere else and done a lot more damage. Right. That was my second what-if. If he was just a pissed off person that walked in there and started shooting the TSA, that's very likely, probably most likely, because of the way they treat people. And we've said this before on this network several times on every show, this is one of the... on this network, this was gonna happen eventually. Yeah, well, the key thing is, is they've been pushing this, oh, but he didn't make it past the checkpoint, so the security was, you know, good. They did their job. He didn't make it past the checkpoint. I don't think getting past the checkpoint was the objective. No, I think capping that TSA agent was the objective. They're going to let you know and they're not going to do it in a very nice way and understandably so. They better start doing it in a nice way, huh? By the way it works nowadays. We don't want the house home, we don't want to deal with it. And now, you understand why we continue to have to treat it that way because you never know what can happen. No, no, no, you retarded idiots. This is why he got shot. Don't you understand that? We need to do more security. We need to be tougher. Okay, you go right in. There's more of this on the way. Here's the way Alex was describing it. When you walk into LAX, there's that bottom level and then you take the escalator to the second level where you then go through TSA security and it appears the shooter shot the first person or that TSA agent on that bottom level and then ran up through security and got through the gate. So at that point, You know, there's nothing you can do, but just try and stop that suspect. Do we still have Sarah Welch with us? Sarah who's on the ground at LAX? That story changed. They said they speak him at the gate. He didn't make it past it. Okay. This is Sarah's camera. She is working the area to try to get to witnesses and to try to get to some information. She was able to get us really the clearest picture we've had to date of of how this happened and if I understand it correctly and when Sarah is able to rejoin us, we'll get her to walk us through it step by step again. Or perhaps we can run some of that interview with Alex again. But this witness who was there in just at the lower level, as I understand it, of Terminal 3, this person came in and started shooting right at the lower level, went up the escalator, continued shooting, walked right through the security checkpoint, and into the main terminal area of terminal 3. And this was the result. This one TSA agent severely wounded. Why are they running him down the thing like they did at Boston? The ambulance could have been drove to him. A difficult day. Again, here's the cute thing. If this is as bad as they said it was, he was opening fire before he got up to the checkpoint. How come you're not a lot more wounded by firearms? I've turned it off. Take a look at the cluster beep that they've got going on outside. You'd have to get the anal retentive black uniforms out of the way, but they've already left their cars and they've locked them. Well, right now they just showed a guy coming through the parking lot where he was loading up his rifle and putting on his gear and they're heading towards the building like there's still somebody in their seat. Now they've got people that are antsy that they're being told that they're told being told that they can't release them yet I just listen to an interview with that. It's like oh, yeah, we may release you if we decide There we go again now they're running out they just showed it again now they cut it off It looks like you get quick Here goes another lady Yeah, we tracked down some more eyewitnesses. We're here with Gordon and his family. They're from San Bernardino. Their daughter was flying out to Oklahoma. They were at the frontier terminal. Describe to us what happened next. Well, I mean, the gunshots were incredibly loud. It was probably 30, 40 feet away from us when we heard them and everybody started hitting the ground. I stood up, was still trying to watch and see where they was coming from. See if I could see the shooter, but I never did actually see him. I could hear him yelling while he was shooting. What was he yelling? I couldn't make it out. I was just real angry. I just really couldn't make out what he was saying. But it was English. It was just a real angry voice. So you heard the gunfire. You got down on the ground, or did you start running? Describe that. Everybody got on the ground. I didn't get down right away. I wanted to see what was going on. And I was the only one standing up in the whole room, I think. I just wanted to see, I didn't want to hide my head, I wanted to see what was happening. And we finally, after about 10 or 20 seconds, we finally all left the terminal. When you say left the terminal, were you ushered out by police? Describe to us the number of law enforcement that entered the terminal area. Well, at first it was really quiet because we were so close to the action. And after a few minutes, when the law enforcement didn't show up, there was just an overwhelming show of force. Alright, it appears as if we've lost the SARA signal for a moment. Yes. The battery needs to be changed out there. Yeah, sure. Getting from Gordon from San Bernardino. He was at the frontier. Shouldn't be talking to those eyewitnesses. They might say something that you don't want us to hear. Of this shooting and what it sounded like. He said the gunfire is very loud and for the first time we're now hearing that this I can hear it in her ear now. Get him off of there. He was standing up looking around. He might say something subversive. Get him off of there. He wasn't able to quite make out what he was saying and shouting in a very angry way while he was shooting. Yeah, and now we're trying to piece all this together through Eyewitness account. Sarah had a chance to speak to Alex, who was inside the terminal at the time of the shooting. Here's what he had to say. OK, it appears we don't have that sound bite. Well, we'll work to get that to you because he really gave us a good account of what happened. He was very close to it, as was Gordon. So we have, okay, here's Alex. There was a guy downstairs, started shooting, and one guy fell down, panic erupted, and he was setting up through the security sector. So you were standing in line, and you saw the man open fire, describe what happened. Just three loud pops, and everybody started panicking. What did you do? I lay down on the ground and luckily he just went straight through the security check and into the terminal. And so at that point then you laid down on the ground, law enforcement came in and did they round up everybody and to take them out? Mostly everybody just ran on their own and didn't take long before the law enforcement came. So you saw one shooter? Yeah, one shooter. And you saw him shoot ATSA Asia? He shot one guy downstairs, yeah. Alright, so that was Alex who was speaking with Sarah Welch a moment ago. Sarah, I believe you've got Gordon from San Bernardino back with us and his family. Where precisely was Gordon in relation to, was he on the arrivals level on the lower level or was he on the departure level up top? Alright so Gordon, we're walking through what happened again this morning. You were at the arrival level, you were checking your daughter in for her flight to Oklahoma. Describe to us again what went down. Well we walked through the area where the shooter was at, but we passed it, went to our terminal and heard the gunshots just really, really loud. It was really close. Everybody hit the ground and it was pretty pretty chaotic at first. Describe to us when you first heard the gunshots, you know, you mentioned that you heard the gunman screaming, screaming something in English, but then describe to us the amount of gunfire. Did it all come at once? It was over probably 30 seconds. It wasn't all at once. It was usually three round bursts and it was a few seconds between them and about 20 rounds. So it was It took a long time. It really did. And then Cindy, let's bring you into the conversation. Your husband mentioned that, you know, 30 seconds it was over and then people began leaving and you described the panic that was underway here as people heard that there was perhaps an active shooter in the terminal. Yeah, I think like when you hear the first one-shot or two shot, you maybe think of banging noise or something. You realize by the third shot, at that point everyone was that in line checking in dropped to cover. And as we covered, you know, you just hear like 17 more shots go off and you know, you don't know to look up or not, but you finally, when I looked up, and saw we didn't see a shooter. That's one emotion to my family to get out of here. That's just run. But you also describe when you started running, hundreds of other people started doing the same. You know, where we were at, there were no one checking in at Spirit, so it was just frontier. And when we went out of the building, There was no police here at the time. There was people going out of the building, some walking to go back into the building, not really knowing what should we do. This firing has stopped. We don't know what this scenario is as far as what's happened. Minutes went by before the police came and then quickly they got everyone down to terminal two and then eventually down to terminal one. And I think when everyone was at terminal two, so when we went out the first time, there's not as many people. Now at terminal two, there's everyone from all those terminals. And then someone thought there was another shooter and then that's When the trampoline there's just a lot of people trying to get out of a small area Please describe that to us. We talked about people leaving where people actually being trampled as they were running There was like it just people tripping over like it is people helping people up. Yeah Yeah, now your husband said when the shots rang out that he could hear you couldn't see the gun but he could hear the gunman screaming What did you hear? We heard that noise, you know, it's You're not paying attention to what someone's saying when you're hearing gunshots. You're thinking in your mind, what do I do next? If we could hear noise, we weren't focusing on, hey, what is he saying? My biggest concern is as those shots got closer, I don't want to be sitting here as a target on the ground. So we really don't know what he was saying. And we still don't know to this point what's happened. Either that or they won't let them say. Hey, real quick, Spike. Yes. Well, we're still trying to- I don't want to point out anybody watching the live footage. You can see the triage center. And the three tarps, the red, yellow, and the green. And they're calling this a MASH casualty event, even though a majority of the casualties are from supposedly people trampling over top of each other. How come they keep replaying the same footage of the lone guy on the yellow tarp? Yeah, ain't that weird? They keep playing the same stuff over and over. They never showed any of the green, any of the tarp get filled up with green, the red one never got used, and that yellow tarp, it's the same footage of the guy, one guy being worked on on the yellow tarp. That's it. And the one guy they keep running down the street on the chair. I think that's the same guy that's on the yellow tarp. Is it? I'm pretty sure because this is right now it's like all they're doing is replaying stock footage it's supposed to be live but it's the same thing. Roting the guy into the back of the one ambulance. I've watched this now like 20 times since they started. Well, what they're doing is they're counting how many shots that lady said she heard because somebody in the chat room over at livestream said that the lady's indicating about 20 shots. So show that one time for every shot that that lady said she heard. That way it looks like 20 people got shot. Have you ever heard a police officer tried to talk down a shooter before? You know, they said they heard angry yelling. Well, they said the guy was yelling. Oh yeah, yeah, they said the guy was yelling, but they couldn't see who was yelling. They never saw the shooter, remember? They just heard the yelling. Yeah. Three shots and then 17 shots. What does that sound like? The guy got off three shots, hit his target, and then whoever was in security who was armed, unloaded into him. Yep, shot back. You know, because they do claim that they shot the suspect. Yep. What do you want to bet a majority of those rounds fired were 9 millimeter? was. They got another witness here. Let's hear what he has to say. Probably eight or ten altogether. I was out of there within 30 seconds. I was at the very back of the line and the guy who was shooting was right coming up, I guess, right there. So how close were you to the guy that he was? I would say 15 or 20 feet, but he was down below a floor thing, so I couldn't see him. But he was right down lower, I think. I mean, again, I don't know. Maybe it was. And this is mass chaos. You know, I talked to you a few minutes ago. You said you're still pretty shaken up about this. Yeah, it was definitely chaos. Everyone just dropped on the ground. instinctively, I guess. And yeah, people climbing over each other. I mean, it was crazy. Luckily, I didn't have my family with me. Thank God. So I was by myself. Yeah, I looked down and I see you have a wedding ring on. First thing that pops to your mind is it's a call, your wife and family. Right. Yeah. But I, when I was out on the tarmac, the police came rushing toward me. I don't know, thinking maybe I was a suspect and put me down on the ground and handcuffed me and just left me there. So I couldn't really do anything for like 10 minutes. So you, I can say that was pretty scary too. They did handcuff you. Oh yeah. I mean, they were worked up. They were, I mean, anybody could be a suspect, so I don't blame them, but it was really scary to walk into police with guns aimed at you. Were you the only one, Nick, who was handcuffed? I was the only one who ran that far, so I was the first one that they saw, and maybe there were other people after me, but I didn't see anybody. I got pretty far away. I got from Terminal 3 on the ground all the way underneath Terminal 2 and that's where they got me. I know you ran pretty quickly but did you happen to get a glimpse of this shooter at all? No, not at all. And I know you're one of the hundreds of people who's here waiting. Have you guys gotten any information? They haven't talked to anybody that actually saw the shooter yet. They just said the airport is closed and the flights are canceled. Other than Alex who initially said he didn't tell somebody to talk to him and they're seeing it. I know nobody can pick us up. It's very scary morning, Nick. Thanks for talking to us. Hey, Casey, can we ask him a couple of questions? See what happens when you move to Texas, Ed? You could just ask Nick. So he was on the upper level that you should have. He ran out through one of those emergency exits. Did he actually run through the TSA checkpoint to get to that exit? Good question. So you said that you ran out of there. Did you actually have to run through a TSA checkpoint to get out? No, I didn't. I ran out on an emergency exit. I guess it was like a fire exit, where normally I would imagine you wouldn't be allowed to go. But no, I didn't go through any TSA. I just ended up out on the tarmac. I guess it's a virus. I don't really know actually anything he could to get out of there break any other questions Casey I was wondering how they determine Nick wasn't a suspect you would imagine how scary it was for him to be there then to be handcuffs because they don't know who's who at that moment he didn't have a gun how did that go when they finally released Nick and let him go and they checked his rear end too How did you finally get released? I know you said you were handcuffed and encuffed for about 10 minutes or so. Did they ask any questions or what happened for you to be standing here with me now? They looked at my backpack. They frisked me a couple times. I don't have my ID, so I couldn't get my ticket or anything. I just told them. I mean, I guess they... A couple times. They frisked him a couple times. Was Nick a long? Was Nick a long? at that point after checking a few times. Then we were all, the ground crew and everybody underneath Terminal 2 was all pushed up into Terminal 2, I guess. They said that was a secure area and so we were waited there. Was Nick at all the pipeline himself and running through this exit area and onto the Tarmac and just found himself alone or was he with a group of other people who were running with him? Now I know you were traveling alone, but when you took off and ran and ended up on the tarmac, were you with any other people when you ended up handcuffed? No, I was alone at that point. So that might be why police thought you were suspicious if you were running away by yourself without a group? I think maybe so, yeah. Yeah, it sounds like they're trying to make up a reason, a good reason for him to be handcuffed there, huh? He took it released and now he's here. Has Nick had a chance to reach out to his family to make sure that they know he's okay? I mean, it must be a terrifying thing for them to know he was traveling today. Yeah, your wife, everyone knows you're okay? Yep, I called him right when I got out of the cuffs, that's what I did. Good husband and good father. So that's what we did from out here you guys. And you know, there's passengers inside and I just went inside the US Air Race terminal. People say they haven't been told anything by the airlines about why they're here. They're watching our app on their cell phones and looking at Twitter and news online to figure out what's going on here. Now the bomb squad did just arrive here and we've seen over the last 15 minutes Several more law enforcement vehicles coming here, but you see, you know, more than two hours after this initially happened in the bomb squad. Just not arriving, you guys. Yeah. A GC is... Are they bringing a bomb to the party? Anyone. Well, one of the things that they said earlier when they started this is that LAX had some maintenance workers who had put dry ice bombs, whatever those are, in the airport and they had fired those maintenance workers. So there were concerned that this might have had something to do with them. That's just one thing, Spike. I didn't hear that part. I've been watching this longer than you have. guys, while I've gone and that's the same story. A l were in terminal two and here in terminal one becau access, they say the same like my purse is somewhe my wallet in terminal three took off running. So as is going to take here toda add those hours to it of re claim their items that Please tell Nick, we're grateful that he spoke with us and obviously wishing well and thank God he's okay. Casey Montoya, thanks very much. I just want to tell our viewers that we have a news conference scheduled within the next couple of minutes with Mayor Eric Garcetti and LAPD Chief Charlie Beck and Glenn Walker standing by. He'll be joining you momentarily to continue our coverage. Let's go through one more time what we know so far as we get close to this news conference. What we know so far is that a TSA employee was shot and very seriously wounded, possibly, and certainly gravely wounded, you can tell just from the pictures alone. We do not know his status yet. We believe that there were other victims who were also shot. There is a suspect in custody who was also shot. We've heard from witnesses that it appeared to be an assault rifle or a long gun of some kind that was used. We have seen photographs from inside the terminal of what appears to be a long gun of some kind, a rifle of some kind on the ground with police officers surrounding it. We've heard different stories of how many gunshots have been heard. But we have heard as many as 17. But certainly those who were around it, and we've heard now from several people who were around the gunfire, it was loud, it was sudden. And the suspect, as he was shooting, we believe, according to at least one of our witnesses that we've spoken to, was angrily yelling in English something, although we can't make out what it was. That's the thing, we don't know a whole lot about the suspect. Motive, of course, still unclear, but we do know from Alex, who was an eyewitness accountant, he does believe that the shooter was wearing gray green clothes. There's been some discussion that it possibly was camouflage of some kind. I think we're living in a fancy inside of just how chaotic things were before texting in LA. We're also hearing, like you said, eight to 10 shots according to bits he heard. Cindy, who would get the frontier check-in area, having a teen shot. And at a moment like that, you probably don't even register at first what it is you're hearing and what it is that is going on in front of you. Right. And the officers and the folks at LAX are so trained and ready for the possibility of anything, really, in this day and age, whether it's terror or a disgruntled person, someone with a gun. whatever it is, they have a plan. They are ready to go to deal with it and they activated that plan and they moved into place. One of the things that we saw was the mass casualty maps that they put out for triage purposes to put the different levels of injured. Fortunately, as Detective Villanueva was telling us, it was not a mass casualty in that sense, even though you have Literally tens of thousands of people at LAX at any one moment, 163,000 people use the airport every day. You only had it, by our count, five or six people who were wounded. And we say only just against the context of how many people could have been wounded with a person wielding a rifle as the suspect. Which is why it seems like the TSA that was shot was targeted specifically. Ended up or likely that's where the suspect was apprehended. It looked to be at a gate So this individual made it through security possibly just shooting at people We know one TSA agent was shot in the process made his way through there and then ended up at a gate It appears in terminals 3 and that's the photo there on the left of where it all culminated at some point that suspect was apprehended How the individual was apprehended were still not getting detail on this Our reporting partners at the LA Times are reporting that the TSA agent was shot and killed. We expect to hear more detail on that in this news conference that is now just two minutes away. Mayor Garcetti and Chief Charlie Beck expected to appear to tell everyone what they know at this point. Part of this is that at one point there was a suspicion or concern that there could be two suspects and as we reported right from the beginning here that is not uncommon that when there is only one shooting suspect witnesses are saying I saw a second person or there was a belief that there were two suspects and that was the initial reporting there were law enforcement officers who fanned out to the parking terminals to make sure that there were those suspects in the parking structures. We even saw and heard from one of the passengers, Nick Pugh, who was a passenger, was preparing to board an aircraft, heard the gunfire, ran out through an emergency exit, and found himself on the tarmac of LAX, trying to get away from the gunfire. And he himself was detained momentarily by police, put in handcuffs, because they didn't know if he was one of the shooters. And to hear TSA and the fact that we're getting now reports that this TSA agent was shot and killed, you know, TSA has become a part of our vocabulary post 9-11. It was created in November of 2001 as that front line for our safety when we go to an airport, it changed everything, the way we board, the way we travel. And sometimes we forget that this is kind of a new era as far as how we travel and it is TSA that is responsible for keeping us safe and to now hear that this happened to one of the agents. It is heartbreaking. It is heartbreaking to hear that this person who went to his job today to try to protect us. was shot and killed by someone who, again, we don't know. It's groping and fondling little kids is protecting us. No, thank you. In addition to the TSA officer who was shot and killed, they are telling us that the suspect was also shot and killed. So will we find out what the motive was or why he did what he did? We don't know yet. And it's It's apparently not going to come from him in terms of an interview because as we are being told by the LA Times, our partners, both the TSA agent and the suspect in this incident have both been shot and killed. We are awaiting this new scout which was scheduled to start at 11.30. Then was pushed to 11.35. We are now at 11.35. It may begin at any moment. We hope to get more detail from Chief Charlie back in the LAPD. and from the mayor of Los Angeles, Eric Garcetti, we do know the president of the United States has been notified as his pretty standard procedure in a major incident like this, that one of the busiest airports in America. And now we're two hours into this, and I'm sure they're making sure that information is accurate and correct before they go ahead with a press conference. Also, if you have a relative who was headed to the airport, was coming in on a flight, was departing on a flight, We do know the FAA has grounded all flights out of LAX right now. Portions of the airport, as far as we know, have been evacuated. We aren't getting any word on any passengers who have been injured. That isn't clear at this point in time. We have seen a few individuals, maybe four to five, being loaded into the back of an ambulance. There's one image there on your left, somebody being strapped to a gurney. We aren't hearing about the extent of those injuries at this point. And it could have been that that person who was strapped onto the gurney was the suspect himself. And it may have been that they knew early on that the suspect had been shot and killed, but they transported as a matter of course. And they strapped that person onto the gurney. They didn't appear to be surrounding him with police officers. But again, we should expect to learn more about that shortly. I believe now that what we're looking at on the left side is some tape from earlier. On the right side is our live picture from Sky5HD. Is Mark Kono available to us now? Mark, you're back over the scene now. Give us a sense of what you're seeing now and has the picture changed? You've been on scene since about nine. 940 ish this morning. What are you seeing now? That's right, Frank. We are back from our fueling cycle here and back over LAX and certainly we'll kind of change in the attitude or the posture of some of the agencies that are on scene here. Agents still mobilizing near terminals one, two, and three here, but it does certainly appear that things are a little bit more relaxed, a little bit more calm given the circumstances here. There is just a major, major mobilization of assets, DEA, FBI, LAPD, LAX, airport police obviously here, media converging onto the scene here, and all in front of terminals one, two, and three. There is literally just a lockdown of vehicular traffic in terms of commuters who are trying to get in and out of the airport here. But yeah, just agents and officers just staged at various areas of the airport here. It fits over with why are they arming up and putting on their helmets? type of atmosphere here. It's unfortunate to hear the news that that TSA agent who we saw earlier unfortunately passed from his or her injuries here. But certainly some good news that the suspect was contained and eventually, you know, had passed away from his interest from what we understand now. But again, there is still a major lockdown here. Passengers not necessarily being allowed back into the terminals as of yet this is going to be an ongoing situation, an ongoing investigation likely for the next several hours here. So we don't know what that is going to do for passengers who want to come in and out of LAX. We do still have some aircraft coming in towards LAX here. Very few departures at this point. In fact, we did hear. a couple of airplanes would actually go through the landing process here at LAS who once again took off and were diverted basically over to Long Beach Airport to disembark their passengers here. So that is also a possibility. Here's some folks who are not able to get out of their airplanes once they do land, maybe being diverted over to alternate airports here so that they can disembark because of the activity that's going on here. So this is going to be with us for quite a bit of time. Yeah, we have been told that they're, you know, at least for a couple of hours, they're going to sweep the terminals. with their bomb squads to make sure you know with someone like this you don't know are there booby traps left behind? Is this part of a conspiracy? They have to consider all of it. Are there other actors involved in this situation? So they have to check all of it out and that's one of the things I'm sure we'll hear about in this news conference that is now just a few minutes late. We are expecting it to start at any moment. Yeah, we're hearing 11.45, so in about five minutes from now, of course we'll bring that to you live. Marcia, I know you briefly touched on it, but you now being over the airport for two hours, how has the scene changed and the way that they're handling things changed in the last two hours? Well, you know, we're talking about a massive mobilization. As we got on scene, just about half past nine, there were only a few police cars and a couple of fire engines, a couple of rescue ambulance that had responded to the scene at that time. But, you know, as we pulled to a wider shot, we're basically going to show you the area between Terminal 3 and Terminal 1 here. There is just a massive mobilization of resources here. You know, all agencies coming in to assist in this situation. Again, the TSA, the DEA, the FBI. customs enforcement and so there are just a lot of agencies here. The LAX airport police, the LA Fire Department here, so this is just an incredible sight here. This airport is essentially on lockdown to all commuter traffic here, vehicular traffic I should say coming in and out and it's all for the mobilization of all of these folks. and you can see all those passengers at this point stuck, you can't get out, you can't really have relatives come pick you up or pasties at this point, they just have to wait it out and it's not likely that's going to be a long time before they're able to open the airport and allow passengers to leave. It's going to be a very long day for those folks because they were already delayed, you know, for a short period of time. based on what had started here and then now they're going to be delayed. We're being told at least a couple more hours the airport should be expected to be closed. These are a couple of Southwest aircraft that are on the tarmac there. They would normally move over to either Terminal 1 to park at their gates or they would be cleared for takeoff. We believe that many of the aircraft that were already on the tarmac when this incident started, were allowed to depart. Some aircraft continued to land, although we're hearing conflicting reports about whether or not they are still landing. This is the scene at the news conference where Commander Smith there is just telling the reporters who will be speaking. So you just heard Patrick Feeley from one of the other states selling us. There's a two-minute warning. So expect to start in a couple of minutes. Typically what you hear from the report, the public relations... What was the hand maneuver there with the camera guy? And they're simply telling the reporters here is who to expect at this news conference in a moment. I'm hearing we have Chris Wolf on the scene if we could get Chris up and Chuck with him to see what's going on at the next press theater. All right, Chris, we're hearing the wrong mic there, so we're going to just, I think we've got the other mic up that might be at the podium. So once we get your mic up, we'll go back to you. I want to let you know that Frank Buckley, along with Jessica Holmes, we're going to be moving out. Glenn Walker and Carolyn Costello are coming in. to take over our coverage. You can see, we were talking about the fact that there are going to be dog was going after something. No, it's not there. Units for that activity, I mean they are a part of the fabric of LAX. Whether they're being used for that or what purpose in this live picture that we're looking at, we don't know. But again, we're inside the two minute warning for the news conference. What we expect to hear there are the details of of what happened today, a major incident that began around 9.30 at LAX in Terminal 3 shooting. We are now reporting, our partners at the LA Times reporting that a few guys are all getting gunned up here in this live picture, got strapped on all this stuff. There's already, the shooter's already down, but we're strapping up. Got hostages inside, we gotta make sure they don't get away. It was a rifle of some kind, and perhaps we'll get some more detail. from LAPD Chief Charlie Beck. The airport, as you can see, for the most part, has been shut down. Certainly access to it has been shut down for folks who are going in and out of the LAX area today. We're talking about 163,000 people. Yeah, and with somebody here in the chat room, A87star has pointed out that they keep calling these other, they keep saying actors, actors. the extent of the injuries. We do know there were maybe four to five people that did suffer some sort of injuries. We don't know the extent of those, so we'll get more information on that as well. Maybe some sort of explanation as to how this all came to an end. We do know from some photographs that have come from inside Terminal 3 that it did end at a gate. You know everybody there had a cell phone. A shot of a gun, that rifle on the ground. There was a bloody scene around. See how much of this hits the mass media here, the next couple days. You didn't know that the shooter made it through the checkpoint at one point in time and made his way through a gate. And we do have from eyewitness accounts that the shooting started. It appeared on that lower level. And if you've been to LAX, you know, you walk into that lower level, you take the escalator up to the second level. And that's exactly what the shooter did, according to eyewitness reports. And as we piece together the impact of the shooting, we're now hearing from Ronald Reagan, UCLA Medical Center, that it took in three male victims from the LAX shootings. One arrived in critical condition, two were listed in fair condition. Some of our early pictures from the scene showed what most people in emergency response would describe as the walking wounded. There were a couple of people who were put into wheelchairs and who were being attended to, who did not appear to be severely wounded. And so we don't know the exact number of injuries, but that's again another thing that we expect to learn at this news conference. to the extent that police and officials can have been able to put all of this together. Remember, this just started two hours and 15 minutes ago, and they've been trying to manage an active crime scene in which they thought for at least a portion of that two hours that someone might have a weapon and might still be a threat. We're seeing a mark of what appears to be another gurney moving into place I suspect that there, you know, with this long wait, there are going to be people in this crowd who become dehydrated, who might need medical attention. I wonder if that's what this is here. It certainly may be the case. This has definitely been a stressful situation for many of us, especially those folks on the ground who are in the midst of all this activity here. This may be just a medical situation where someone needs some medical aid, maybe not necessarily an injury, but a dehydration type of scenario, sure that might be the case. Indeed, this must be emotionally taxing. They've got a TV camera down there. The travelers who are trying to get out of the city basically and coming in also. My initial thought is that, yeah, this is probably likely a medical type situation. And there is someone being wheeled out, basically sitting up on that gurney there. And so what this person is experiencing, we just don't know at this point, but at least this person we know is getting some treatment at this point. It looks like it might be a PSA agent. She's wearing, you know, that blue outfit. Yeah, that's a PSA agent. Some of the agents wear her. Yes, it certainly appears so. That blue shirt with the jacket. She is sweating too. We don't know if she has any kind of injury or she is undergoing some kind of emotional or stressful situation where she requires medical attention here. Again, being wheeled into that rescue ambulance here and she will be on her way to a local hospital here shortly. We hope she will be okay. Or when you think about it too, she lost a coworker today. Yeah, all her friends will be calling up, girl, I see you on the TV. Adding to the distress and the sort of emotional situation you're under. And it takes some time to kind of have all that sink in. I'm sure when it first happens and you're in the midst of this situation, you're just dealing with adrenaline. And then you have a moment to actually let it sink in what you just experienced. I'm sure that's the case for a lot of passengers and from what we're hearing many people did witness the shooter. Well and we've and we've and where are they and it's remarkable one of them in particular that we spoke with Alex was so calm in his description of what he saw and heard and said he didn't see it at first. I didn't hear that but Ed did. He was talking about the fact that this person was wearing a, what appeared to be uniform, a green-gray colored outfit and simply started firing. Another witness telling us that this person was yelling as he was firing and that witness... I heard her talk Alex in the scene. ... shots we've heard seen. You know he said he didn't actually see the shooting initially and it's just like this now The person, I saw the same person shouting. The guy didn't say he saw the person shouting. He couldn't see who was shouting. I talked to Nick Pugh, who's a... They would like to add their own embellishments. I think he was 15 or 20 feet away from the gunfire. He was on the upper level. The gunfire was taking place at the lower level. 15 to 20 feet away through a floor. And jumped out of an emergency exit and ran onto the tarmac. at LAX where he was then greeted by officers and they practiced their bondage ritual on him, put him in handcuffs, gave him a kiss and a bottle of water, let him leave. Just a sense of the fright. They love you at the airport. It happened at LAX this morning. It is quite impressive the people that we have talked to right now are looking at Tom Bradley International there, that terminal. and the people that we spoke to, how calm they were, they had just witnessed something that was incredibly scary. I can't tell you how... Yeah, that tells me that maybe things aren't quite as they are trying to portray them, that everybody's like real calm. Are you involved in a conspiracy of some sort, or is he simply someone who, you know, like we were just saying, we were talking to someone a moment ago who was taken into custody because they weren't sure and out of an abundance of caution. They put him into custody. It could be people are becoming agitated after having We're waiting for so long. We get this guy here. That many law enforcement officers, that level of stress and tension and all those folks on the ground, we don't know why this person is being awaked in handcuffs. So we won't ascribe anything to it other than the fact that this is what we're seeing right now. We were in it about five minutes ago when they said two minutes on the press conference. Eric Garcetti, the mayor of Los Angeles, is approaching the cameras. They are going to begin to tell us really the first official information about this incident since it began. We expect to hear some detail now as a Grunwalker and Carolyn Costello. Hey, maybe if we're lucky, Henry is doing this too and this will be seamless between me and him. What do you think Ed? I'm not sure, but we definitely need to get ready to take a break to switch out. Good morning. I'm Mayor Eric Garcetti here with representatives of law enforcement and public safety community as well as the administrators of this airport. At about 9.20 this morning, most of us know now that a incident occurred here at the airport with a shooter who was actively involved in Terminal 3. I'll be having Chief Gannon from the airport police, from La Jolla police, give you a rundown. of what occurred. Gina Marie Lindsay, who is our executive director here at the airport, will inform the traveling public and their loved ones what the situation is here on the ground. So let me just say a couple things. First of all, I want to thank the law enforcement community for their excellent and coordinated response to this incident. We believe this to be a static situation now, a safe one for those that are in the airport, and one in which we are all confident we will be able to conduct the investigation necessary to get all the facts out that no doubt you and the public want to know. Second, we're working very hard in the operations of the airport. If you haven't been able to be in touch with a loved one who was already through security in one of the terminals other than Terminal 3, Flights have continued to take off at a slower pace, especially on the south side, which is terminals four through eight. And those folks may actually be in the air right now, so do not worry about that. We have flights that are continuing to land. Eugene and Marie Lindsay will walk through that as well. But again, this is a situation where we're being proactive. If you have a flight this afternoon, we're encouraging you at this point to stay away from the airport. not because of the safety situation, but because the ongoing investigation makes it a very difficult place to come to and to travel to. Those folks that are here right now, we're encouraging folks to go to, if you're already in the terminal, the terminals besides terminal three are open and available, the USO, and of course airport hotels that are close by. This will probably be at least a series of hours until we have the other terminals open and for terminal three, an indefinite amount of time. So without a like to turn over to our chief on the ground here from the law, what police chief Gannon to give you a rundown of the incident this morning. Thank you, Mayor. Patrick Gannon, G-A-N-N-O-N. I'm the Chief of Airport Police here at LA International Airport. But as the Mayor indicated, 9-20 this morning, an individual came into Terminal 3 of this airport, pulled a assault rifle out of a bag, and began to open fire in the terminal. He proceeded up into the screening area where TSA screeners are and continued shooting and went past the screeners back into the airport itself. Personnel officers from Airpaul, Angeles Airport Police responded immediately to the calls. They tracked the individual through the airport and engaged him in gunfire in Terminal 3. And were able to successfully take him into custody. We had an officer involved shooting that took place. As you can imagine, a large amount of chaos took place during this entire incident. We believe at this point that there was a lone shooter, that he acted at least right now, was the only person that was armed in this incident. There's a tremendous amount of investigative work that will need to be done, and I will turn that over to the FBI in just a second and then a little bit. But nonetheless, we have done security sweeps through the entire airport. We feel confident that this particular incident is tied to Terminal 3 and Terminal 3 only. And that's all we have right now. There's a tremendous amount of investigative work that will need to be accomplished. We have multiple victims that have been shot and have been transported. And we've had some other injuries as well, in addition to the suspect himself. So, I don't have much more information than that. I don't want to give out information that may not be consistent later on. And so, I appreciate your cooperation and just getting this little bit of information out now. Hold on, we're going to take questions at the end. So, upon further investigation, I see a man standing in the front yard with handcuffs on, and there's, let's see, there was an ambulance, there was a hook and ladder fire truck to a two-story house. I know the fire trucks are supposed to go wherever the ambulance goes now because of Homeland Security and all that BS, but why did they send a hook and ladder truck to a two-story house? There's lots of other fire trucks they could send to a two-story house to go with them Yeah, maybe that one little fire truck that you always remember the old days on rampart 51 remember? Yeah, that fire truck show. Yeah, remember all the guys sitting in the back, you know, putting on their stuff? That's what they usually send out to a house when the ambulance counts. We had, and plus we had started out with three cops, ended up down to two. Then the supervisor truck shows up for the ambulance place. And so I'm watching this out the window and I'm thinking, what the hell is going on here? They got one guy in handcuffs. They've got, I'm popping my meters off the level over here. They got another guy out there and he was just standing there and he was in handcuffs. So I'm just like, huh, I wonder what the deal is. And I kind of thought to myself, well, maybe, just maybe, you know, they're doing that because, you know, when they come, they don't know who you are. You might be a problem. So we're going to put you in handcuffs. That's the only way I can see it. No, that's weird. See, there we go. That's better. Now I figured out why I was overmodulating and blasting. Now I gotta raise my other volume back up. There we go. Now we're clicking on all cylinders here. Something screwed up in the settings. And it's back now. Okay, anyway. I'm watching this go on and they put the guy in the ambulance and I'm watching them all go away and they all left and then I look outside about 10 minutes later and wow, they're all back again. Mysteriously, out of nowhere, they're all back. They're all back. And I'm thinking, now wait a minute, they just took everybody in, they just took the guy to the hospital, why is the ambulance back? Why are the police, oh, and then they're starting to carry stuff out of the house. Yeah. So my guess, I haven't seen anything about this in the local news, is that when they went in to help whoever needed the ambulance, they saw some stuff and decided to come back and search the house. I'll buy them their lonesome. Because they saw some things that they needed to take care of, I guess. I don't know. But it did seem kind of funny, don't you think, that everybody involved was back out here on the street again except for the person that was in handcuffs and the person that was in the ambulance? And then they all packed up and drove away as quietly as they came the second time. First time they weren't so quiet. Second time they just kind of rolled up. If I wouldn't have heard the fire truck outside, I wouldn't have even known they were there. But even the ambulance people came back and then after the police were gone the ambulance people are standing in the middle of the street talking amongst each other out here and I'm thinking wow Doesn't that kind of look like they're getting their story straight? Now, at 1230, all I could find was Central Connecticut State University Lockdown Campus late Monday because of reports of this. At first, it didn't say anything about what was actually going on. It just said the school began warning everybody to get indoors and find shelter, and they weren't responding to questions about why. They wanted everybody to get inside just that there was some kind of campus emergency and everybody needed to get inside and stay away from windows. Well, that right there automatically says shooter to me if they're telling you to stay away from windows and stuff like that. But that's all it said. Now, that's at 1230 when I got home. It was posted at 930. I found a bunch of other stories that said the same thing. They weren't saying anything but get inside and stay away from windows. It's in the campus emergency. Right before right about one o'clock. They started popping up a little bit here a little bit there now if they've known about this since 930 in the morning Why did it take them till 12 to start updating the stories? Probably because they had to get their story straight as we spoke of before Now when you go back to the the news 8 channel, it's self updating page by the way This thing just keeps updating itself every so often it'll refresh the page and it'll say something new all by itself It says here, New Britain, Connecticut, police officers are responding to a report of a possible gunman at Central Connecticut State University. Now, I never said anything about that before. University spokesman Mark McLaughlin says somebody was seen either with a gun or was thought to have a gun. They were either seen winning or they were thought to have a gun or a stick or they were just walking around or something. Now at first before they put that in there, this article said there was just a person of a suspicious person on campus. That's all that it said. There was nothing about no gun or no gunman or nothing like that. Just at first it was get inside and get away from the windows and then it was there's a suspicious man on campus. That's why it's locked down. Okay. And then it goes on they hear Jordan Governale a 20 year old junior from Farmington says he saw a man carrying a black and carrying a backpack and a sword and Sheath wrapped to his back or strapped to his back So what when did it when did the sword become a gun? Did he have it out waving it around but I'm gonna cut ya when it gets ya know He was carrying it from one place to another. You can do that. You can't. It's legal. You carry it. I mean, if you don't have a car, you got to be able to get it from one place to another somehow. You can't carry it, you know. He says the man was wearing a mask, camouflage, a mask. Oh, he's wearing a mask, camouflage pants, knee pads, and vest resembling body armor. Oh, yeah. And this is Jordan Grover now. And they show a picture of Tweedle Dee, Tweedle Dum, and two other people there behind him going, oh no, might be around this corner here. Possible government could be around the corner. The other article said they didn't know a possible gunman. Now, and this stretches it to an armed man spotted on the campus of Central Connecticut State University on Monday. He was armed. Yes, of course, he had a left arm and a right arm. He was armed. Monday, prompting a school-wide lockdown and warnings for students to stay away from windows as police swat teams swarm the area. Yeah, you might get shot by the SWAT team. You know how they are about breaking in the wrong house and shooting the wrong people. It could be you. He made an affirmative movement like this. The university declared a campus emergency and an hour later its website continued urging students to remain inside buildings. It said police were searching in the area of a residence hall and police officers were seen sheltering behind campus walls as several agencies responded. I'm a victim. I got to come to my campus. Well, I see a weird guy who's walking through the campus with a sword and it looked like he was wearing a bulletproof vest That whole thing was a sham Lock down the campus and then there in New Jersey. It says here, Garden State Plaza gunman committed suicide in the mall. I heard Mark and Ed talking about this this morning on the micro effect, and I agree with you. It's something to piss you all over this thing. 20-year-old T-neck man who opened fire at the Garden State Plaza Mall on Monday night was found dead early Tuesday from a self-in-sleepy gunshot wound, authorities said. Well, if you believe what the authorities say, then you've got a problem. Police found the body of Richard Shoop in a mall storage area around 3.20 a.m. After a heavily armed police team scoured the massive complex for several hours eating donuts and sipping coffee They finally made it out of a donut shop about 3.10 a.m. Tame you where he was the whole time because they tried to assault him, right? So they weren't in a real big hurry to find the guy. They would rather finish off the donuts and make the employees at the mall donut shop work late night. Bergen County prosecutor John L. Malnelli said shortly after 4 a.m. I just had a big donut and I'm stuffed. That's what he said. Get me some coffee. Shoop entered the mall with a .22 caliber rifle modified that looked similar to an AK-47. Yeah, people do that shit all the time, don't they? They just modify their .22 rifle to look like an AK. You can buy them that look like AKs. You can buy a .22 that looks like AK. I don't think they make all the little parts and pieces that you would need to put on a .22 to make it look like an AK. You'd have to buy it that way already, wouldn't you? It'd be kind of hard to make a banana clip look like a .22. AK, you know an AK banana clip they do make 22s that have banana clips I've my Stepfather used to have one 30 scumbag made choking hell burning hell you garbage anyway Yeah, he had one of those survival rifles that all folds up and fits in the stock of the gun And those were you could shoot 22 pellets you could shoot darts You could shoot a .22 long rifle and it had a .22 or .25 round banana clip as well. Now that could very well be what he was carrying. Who knows? We don't know. We're just going by what they said. But modifying a .22 to look like an AKA, that would not be easy to do. It just doesn't even sound right. I'm not a rifle expert or a gun expert by any stretch of the imagination. I'm just going by common sense and thinking process. How can I make this .22 look like an AK? Gee, unless I have a metal shop out back, that's not going to be that easy to do. I imagine it would depend on what kind of .22 you started with, too. The rifle was stolen from Shoop's brother who legally owned it. Well, how do you illegally own a rifle? You can't. There's no age limit on buying a rifle. There's an age limit on buying a pistol here in Indiana. You have to be 21, I think. 18 or 21, I can't remember. I was way over that, so it didn't really matter. But yeah. How do you own a rifle illegally? unless it's one of those things that we call a firearm under their definition. Thousands of people evacuated them all after a shoot dressed in black and wearing a motorcycle helmet. Fired at least six rounds in a concourse area. Estimated 400 patrons hunkered down in locked stores after the shots rang out. Mullinelli said, There were no reports of injuries at least 500 police officers from dozens of local state and county A. The FBI responded to them all, which remained closed Tuesday. Why did they keep them all closed today? Nobody was injured. Somebody just... Supposedly took a few shots. We don't know we weren't there. We're going by what's being said again Once again, this is today's story not ours. So we don't know we have to go by what they tell us It doesn't make any sense to me if nobody was injured or even scratched why would They shut them all down. Oh, hey the victims. Oh, but my nerves were injured Although Shoop's motive remained unclear the prosecutor said Shoop who grew up in Washington's Township had a history of drug use Well, hell, let's see. Who was that? The prosecutor probably has a history of drug use too He might not have been caught but he's probably got a history of it Shoop's brother, oh, I skipped the part, sorry, and it was known to local police. Mullenelli said that it appeared that Shoop had not planned to harm anyone. Once again, why did we close down the mall? Shoop's brother Kevin declined to comment on Mullenelli's statement that Richard Shoop had a problem with drugs. He declined to say, in other words, he said, no, my brother didn't have any problem with drugs. What are they talking about? It was Kevin Shoup's legally owned rifle that was used in the shooting. My brother intended to harm nobody but himself, Kevin Shoup said outside the family home Tuesday morning. He just sadly decided to make an act of self-indulgence by taking his own life publicly. And it's a tragedy to us all. This was something none of us saw coming, he said. We're all devastated. Richard Shoup was a great person, well-liked by the community, friends, family and others. His brother said, well then why would he want to commit suicide? That doesn't make any sense. Most of the time when somebody commits suicide, it's because, well, I don't have any friends, nobody likes me, wah, wah, wah, right? Everybody picks on me, yeah, that kind of thing. That's where people turn to suicide. So if he was well-liked in the community, He had a job for the last three years at a pizzeria in T-neck. Says here, a manager at the T-neck pizzeria where Shoop worked for the past three years said Shoop had recently become withdrawn and that he failed to show up for work on Friday. Hmm, wonder what happened? We didn't know what was going on. He just didn't show up said Robert Gega a manager at Victor's Pizza He was a great worker witnesses emerging from the mall detailed a chaotic scene in which they took cover in stores between bursts of gunfire and Fania and Thea Brown 26 works at Talbot's Says she looked at the gunman in the eyes. She looked at government in the eyes I just froze Brown said I didn't know what to think he just looked at me and kept on moving Claire Forbes of Patterson also who also works at Talbot Talbot said the man walked by the store while shooting a rifle into the air It was very very terrifying very scary Forbes said Allah Gazi a contract worker Contractor working in the mall said the shooter told him I don't want to shoot anyone here. Now they are blaming quarry blasting. A thunderous blast registering 3.2 on a seismograph. He appeared at the epicenter just southwest of La Grange around the quarries of McCook. W.J. and Shawn Lewis is in McCook with our top story tonight. Good evening to you. A lot of reaction there is here tonight. The U.S. Geological Survey says that this was a quarry blast, not an earthquake as it first reported, felt as far away as Kenosha, Wisconsin. The quarry, Hanson Material Service, not commenting on what happened here, but it is clear that whatever it is that did happen here this afternoon is not considered normal, at least not by the locals. From the air, business at the Hanson Quarry continued unabated. Trucks ferried gravel along the busy industrial route in the west of urban McCook. I grew up in McCook. These quarries have been here. The mayor confirms two events that shook the ground here. One, a planned blast at 1235. The other, another seismic event seven seconds later. Their equipment somehow registered or indicated that their initial blast was within the defined parameters, the parameters that they were permitted to blast within. Less than a mile away, though, cleanup. The ground shaking shook Lainie Milligan from her afternoon routine and took a toll on the family home. All along, you can see all the knickknacks. Those were shelves covered with stuff, all of it came down. That one's still a skew. We had two plates I think we lost. All this stuff was still cock-eyed and a skew. That's got nothing to do with the blast though, so it's not really news. You felt blast before. It was not a query blast. But, I mean, you've never felt that. She's lived here for 50 some odd years. The U.S. Geological Survey originally called this a 3.7 magnitude earthquake, but later said the waveform was that of a blast, not a quake, then downgrading the intensity to 3.2. The mayor calls handsome materials a good neighbor, but will ask more questions. I'm concerned if people some distance away are feeling this to the extent where they're concerned or they're creating some type of a small panic, then I would like to know that what's going on here in my town, a business that I license, is being conducted and handled appropriately. Now I'm told by the mayor that the Illinois Department of Natural Resources oversees this quarry. He believes that there will be an investigation into what happened here this afternoon. With particular interests in that second blast, that second event, if they call it, that happened seven seconds after the first. We're live in McCook, Sean Lewis WGN News. Possibly could have been standing over against the way. Okay, yeah, so they cut the corner real quick and then like literally seconds after like a guy dressed like this right here, like dressed like the security people right here, literally it may have been him and literally goes, two gunmen, get in the store. So we literally got in the store and we waited for like another 20 minutes, maybe 30 minutes. I mean, I don't know why, I don't know why we did the things we did because we came back out. How many shots did you hear? How many shots did I hear or see? Both. Okay. See, we're talking about it, a semi-automatic rifle here. So, I mean, how many, you know, rounds came up, but how many trigger pulls? Two seen, and a shotgun, which is what makes me believe that there's another person. Two, three, three total shotgun shots. They were not, they were not that. They were boom and then another boom and then another last boom right after that, right after the second one and then flash, flash everywhere. So you were able to differentiate between the sound of a shotgun blast and that assault rifle fire. Yeah and I don't think that's just being in the Navy. I think that's like a pretty obvious, pretty evident thing that you would have noticed if you would have been there. It's just one was a boom and the other one was like, you know what I'm saying, one was a loud spread. They were both ridiculously loud. Did you see anyone hurt or in jail? I didn't see anyone hurt and I did see him shoot the gun again I did see him like he looked in our direction We were a little bit farther from him than some of the people that he looked at with his helmet. Didn't shoot anybody Didn't shoot a single person. Did he ever aim the weapon at someone? No Not that I saw. What kind of helmet? Black with a visor. Yeah, and like I said, I'm pretty sure he had gloves on too. Some sort of gloves, like maybe climbing gloves, baseball. Doesn't that sound like your ATF people? Schwab teams? Gloves, I don't know. So at some point you saw them when they didn't have any of the gloves or the mask or the helmet on. And then they suited up at some point and then started firing. One suited up again. One suited up. Shotguns, I don't know if there was another guy with a helmet walking around with a shotgun, you know? So that could have been very well happened. But when I did see them, I didn't know it. But now that I look back on it, that was obviously a briefing or some sort of a briefing. And then... Were they walking toward a specific direction? Were they walking toward Nordstrom? Were they walking toward... We went in through Nordstrom. We were at the kiosk where my phone was getting fixed, right by the Apple store on the first floor. Went up to the Apple store for a quick second. Went back down... cut that corner and we're by AT&T. So now you know where I was exactly. Okay, so by AT&T in the Apple store, this is where it all happened and he was coming. He was coming down from from the Apple store where he was with his buddies coming down literally the guy that had my phone saw him. He had the helmet on already at that point and he was already shooting at that point. Just sent me automatic rifle though in the air. I asked the guy to fix my phone too. I saw him earlier. He said he wasn't shooting anybody, didn't point the gun at anybody. He was shooting the cameras. Could you tell where he was headed? That's what it was. He was pissed off because they couldn't fix his iPhone. Towards me? Because I saw him. In what direction? Oh, afterwards? No, honestly, at that moment I was so scared. I had nothing on me to protect myself and this was completely real. You know, what everyone's worst fear was was completely real. And uh... So buy a gun! Say it again? It was mind-blowing to say the least. And this is not my first one. This is not your first time at this mall? Oh no, no, it's not. So you know what this is like here, busy, peaceful? Yeah, yeah. No, it's a nice area. You've got Bergen County and you've got some people from State County that come here. It's honestly, it's a nice area. People just trying to do their shopping. A lot of good people. I've never heard or seen or, you know, ever experienced anything like this, you know. It's just crazy. Completely crazy. Tell me your name again. Johnny. Johnny Jimenez? Yeah. What he says, frankly, this could change the situation or knowledge of it. And again, that's one eyewitness. But according to that person, from what we can make out, and frankly, I want to re-rack that tape and maybe even replay it because he seemed to be indicating that the alleged gunman or the person he believed was the gunman was with a number of people. I think he indicated up at an Apple store and then the alleged gunman. Suited up I believe was his words putting on some sort of a helmet with a with a tinted visor Probably not at some sort of that would seem to indicate sort of a motorcycle helmet as opposed to a tactical helmet with some sort of Bulletproof clear visor because you wouldn't have a tinted visor if you were wearing a tactical helmet And some sort of climbing gloves and then he says he saw a person shooting up in the air possibly at security cameras, but consciously not shooting directly at people. I didn't hear it say possibly at security cameras. The gunman was with other people. That adds a whole other kind of dimension into this, Kevin. No, absolutely. I do want to go back to that interview with a man by the name of Johnny Jimenez, that was given to WPI action. The reason we want to replay it is because This is the first suggestion we have heard from anybody who was inside that mall that there may have been people with the shooter before at least the shots rang out. Not, I believe, multiple gunmen, but people who were with the shooter before shots rang out. Exactly. We didn't hear the top of that interview. That's why we've re-rounded all the way to the beginning and we're going to replay. Let's listen carefully. I'm Dennis. Okay, so you were in the Navy you were telling me you were with Enrique. One guy, I remember, at least one guy was wearing a double hoodie. And I noticed, because I was like, oh, that guy's got two hoodies on, like me. OK. So they just took the turn with whatever. I didn't care. I just kept walking, kept doing my thing. I was exiting the mall. I was at AT&T. And well, yeah, I was exiting the mall, and we stopped at AT&T real quick. I mean, is there anything specific you want to know? Because it's a pretty long, yeah. Tell it all. OK. Okay, so at this point um Okay, so the moment we ran into AT&T right because my friend was like okay Let's go into AT&T and I was like dude I really gotta go and to prove a point I was like all right I'm gonna wait out here right, you know just go do your thing go see if you have an upgrade whatever and I'll wait right here So this guy comes around the corner so sleek just footsteps helmet looked looked in my direction I saw him I saw him I was like that's the guy that was with the other guys with holding the helmet he said this dude's got an assault rifle in his hand and I think you clearly recognize I wasn't just maybe you know I know what an assault rifle looks like you know I don't know if it was fully automatic or semi-automatic but this dude shot it okay and he was trying to take out cameras okay and I saw that I saw him literally shoot it shoot it and try to take out cameras oh very so now the main thing here he wasn't shooting anybody not around me maybe you've heard your tons of people in there I don't know but You know, I didn't see him do any of that. He looked determined. He looked like his motives were very serious. But, but again, he knew exactly what he wanted to do. It wasn't something, you know, it wasn't a killing spree. He would have killed me. Literally. I was, he would have sprayed me. It was done. You know, and then after that everyone but women got scared and not everyone had a place to run in the back of store like us Conveniently we went to the back of the store some people were hiding behind like the clothes and shit I mean not enough for nothing, you know for lack of better terms watch your language. Yeah You know, I just thank God that I'm out here right now and I'm not in there and I didn't get any shots fired at me You know, let me back up. You saw more than one gunman I saw more than one person that was with him and yeah, there was multiple guns. There was multiple pieces, again I say pieces of metal because at the time there was no way, you know I've seen a gun and there's no way that I was gonna accept that the fact that there was people just holding guns right in front of me at the end of the hallway, you know, and just huddled together and it was the guys I'm telling you there was a motorcycle helmet and this guy, freehand in this one, no gun, I mean no gun. That was the same exact guy that had a gun later and I was shooting. Okay, so you saw what this man looked like before he put on the helmet. Describe him to me. Exactly. Okay, so they were all the same. They were all looking like me, you know, I mean, like a lighter brown skin color. Literally could have passed for like some, you know, Italian background, Italian genetics or Hispanic genetics. I can't really expand more on that. All of them. All short facial hair, glasses, any kind of... My hike, give or take. About 5'8", 5'9". Literally like just looking like just looking like very similar to me in a way. Yeah. Combat boots? What kind of shoes? Boots boots like maybe construction boots again I really don't want to go to into detail because I didn't care about them and like if I wouldn't know that that moment is that those were the guys you know that that we're gonna call us all this I would have I would tell you everything I would have like you know took a mental picture trust me you're giving us a pretty good account yeah well hopefully um okay so is there anything else do you like oh this is this one this one kind of tricks me out a little bit um so alright so we're in the AT&T store and we come out Now this is by we having three people there's like 30 back there Employees and clients and random people that were in the hallway. So we go out mean means three guys. Yeah, we let him replay that switch back over to the Camera here Here we go. Hopefully won't freeze up this time and there we are. No, it didn't freeze up. Thank goodness So we have eyewitness saying that he saw a bunch of people with the shooter before he started shooting but We only have one shooter supposedly saying that he was in the Navy. He knows what an assault rifle looks like Hmm, that's right. Oh, I'm not really paying attention I was taking care of some other stuff, but which shooting are you talking about the one in New Jersey? Yes Yeah, the one where there was a one shooter in that AK-47 look-alike weapon was supposedly a .22. Yeah, that's the in the article I read just a second ago. It said that the shooter modified a .22 to look like an AK and I said, ah, BS. Well, you can buy conversion kits to make them look like that, but you can also buy the .22 trainer kits for the AK. They look just like the Well, except they're really small. And it's kind of obvious. Yeah. Now this guy says he knows what an assault rifle looks like, because probably it might not even have been an AKA. If this guy was in the Navy and he claims to know what an assault rifle looks like, nine times out of ten what that guy's talking about would be an AR, wouldn't it? I would think so because they don't you know, I don't think they make it a point of training. Well if they did training properly, you should have an idea of you know friend or foe weapons. Yeah, so he knew what he was looking at anyway, but when he said that it was big shotgun blasts Ah, big shotgun, but that doesn't sound right for the description of the weapon initially. Nope. He said there were small shots and then there was a- Unless now they're going to try to claim that it was a Sega. That could be too. But you wouldn't have to modify a Sega to look like an AK because it already looks like an AK. Yeah! And he said that there was the small gunfire and then the three big shots and glass everywhere. So that might even have been the police taking him down. But, you know, they say he committed suicide. We will never know, really, what happened. What that guy said in that 13, well, about five minutes of video, they play it like three times or something, I guess. But what he said in that little sketch of video there does not fit with the original story or the story that they're still continuing on with this fella because it just doesn't make any sense that he's well liked in the community and all this. Real quick, also it took them six hours to find the body after the initial shooting was done. to find the body. Now he wasn't alive. Yeah, they were too busy eating donuts. They had already tracked his cell phone so they knew where he was. They went in no hurry to find him. It cracks me up is 500 police officers from all over everywhere and everything and every agency we got was here I want the criminal reporter what happened while these cops were all wasting their time at that mall Just like I want the criminal reporter what happened why all those cops were wasting their time at LAX when LAX has its own security for just this kind of situation You know what happened? It was a peaceful day in the rest of LA and nobody got beat up by cops Yeah, but anybody wanted to do some scurrilous action in that window. Oi, they were stealing the street. I'm sorry, you saw the way that they were crammed in there, because they have gotten a squad car out of there to respond to anything. No. You take a look at that mall, because they have gotten a squad car out of there to respond to anything. No way, man, they were packed in there like sardines. How you could be probably two blocks away and getting away with God knows what. Yup. How many people do they need to police a mall? There's only so many externs and entrances. And then you got people to sweep the inside and it still took them six hours to find the guy. With 500 people there, come on. Many hands make for light work unless you're a bunch of retards. The Santa Rosa teen was shot dead after two sheriff's deputies saw him carrying a BB gun in public. We read that story here last week, week before. Lopez was about 20 feet away from the deputies. His back turned to them and when the officers took cover behind their car and ordered him to drop the weapon, when Lopez turned around to a gun in his hand, one of the officers, a 24 year veteran of the force, shot him several times, or seven times. The time span between the deputies calling in a suspicious person sighting and shooting Lopez Was a mere 10 seconds the boy died at the scene clearly no attempt was made to use less lethal force Nope, and they you know they try to rationalize all this stuff. Well. You know I need yeah, what look like a gun Yeah, and obviously if you're an honest peace officer, you wouldn't be afraid of a normal everyday citizen or American national walking down the street with a gun. People used to do it all the time. Hell, I used to walk down the street to the railroad tracks and down the railroad tracks with my 22. And I was, oh, 12 years old, 13 years old. Used to go hunting. I fell off by myself, didn't have any brothers or sisters or anything. So frequently I would go down the railroad tracks with either my buddies or me. If nobody else was home and I wanted to go shooting, I would just take the gun and go down the railroad tracks and go shooting. It wasn't a big deal. But nowadays, man, I'm telling you, if I did that even in the little town I grew up in, there's two armed police officers in that town now. And they never had police officers before, and it ain't that big. They had an unarmed town marshal. And that was it. But nowadays, if I tried that, get down! Check, is that behind it?
